- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're diving right back in
- 0:06Speaker 1: to that New Mexico interim report from their truth commission.
- 0:11Speaker 1: Law enforcement calls to Zorro Ranch. A full record of
- 0:15Speaker 1: police activity on Zorro Ranch is not complete. It's therefore
- 0:19Speaker 1: too early to discern any clear pattern or theme. This
- 0:23Speaker 1: summary of law enforcement calls to Zorro Ranch is derived
- 0:26Speaker 1: from records obtained by the New Mexico Department of Public
- 0:29Speaker 1: Safety and the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office in response
- 0:32Speaker 1: to commissioned subpoenas. Additional information was obtained from the EFTA
- 0:37Speaker 1: release from the DOJ. According to records released under the EFTA,
- 0:43Speaker 1: an emergency call was placed to New Mexico law enforcement
- 0:46Speaker 1: on February 16, 2016 at 8.43 a.m. from the main
- 0:51Speaker 1: landline on Zorro Ranch. The call was placed and the
- 0:55Speaker 1: dialer hung up. The dispatch called back and spoke with
- 0:58Speaker 1: Karen Gordon, a ranch manager, who advised that everything's fine,
- 1:01Speaker 1: and later told police, who were dispatched, that a call
- 1:04Speaker 1: was never made from the property. The call was logged
- 1:07Speaker 1: by the Regional Emergency Communication Center, which is operated jointly
- 1:11Speaker 1: by the city and county of Santa Fe. According to
- 1:15Speaker 1: emails between ranch manager Bryce Gordon and Jeffrey Epstein, Bryce stated,
- 1:19Speaker 1: it was probably the same patrol car we spotted just
- 1:22Speaker 1: before Lammy. Epstein forwarded the email to his pilot, Larry Vesoski,
- 1:27Speaker 1: with a note that said instinct, to which the pilot agreed.
- 1:31Speaker 1: According to the Santa Fe New Mexican, there was no
- 1:33Speaker 1: police report in conjunction with the 2016 call. The dispatch
- 1:38Speaker 1: log noted no report required. The commission will continue to
- 1:41Speaker 1: investigate this incident. Importantly, in August of 2018, the New
- 1:46Speaker 1: Mexico State Police were called to Zorro Ranch to investigate
- 1:50Speaker 1: a report of a firearm theft. At this time, the
- 1:53Speaker 1: commission has obtained no evidence showing that Epstein was ever
- 1:56Speaker 1: under investigation for unlawful possession of firearms. A follow-up subpoena
- 2:02Speaker 1: will be issued to the New Mexico Department of Public
- 2:04Speaker 1: Safety for additional information about the August 2018 state police
- 2:09Speaker 1: call to Zorro Ranch, as well as for information regarding
- 2:13Speaker 1: any other state police investigation relating in any way to
- 2:17Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch or its employees. Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office
- 2:21Speaker 1: records document six calls to Zorro Ranch, but all of
- 2:25Speaker 1: them occurred after Epstein's death in August of 2019. The
- 2:29Speaker 1: February 2016 call described above logs separately by the Regional
- 2:34Speaker 1: Emergency Communication Center. On November 11, 2019, Deputy Maria Hernandez
- 2:40Speaker 1: of the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to St.
- 2:43Speaker 1: Vincent's Hospital in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she made
- 2:47Speaker 1: contact with Steve Chavez, a ranch hand employed at Zorro Ranch.
- 2:52Speaker 1: Chavez reported that two men approached him while he was
- 2:55Speaker 1: posting no trespassing signs on Zorro Ranch. The two males
- 2:59Speaker 1: who spoke Spanish proceeded to assault him by punching and
- 3:02Speaker 1: kicking him. The men fled and the black SUV was
- 3:05Speaker 1: seen in the area. Officer Hernandez made contact with Bryce
- 3:09Speaker 1: Gordon to inquire about persons seen in the area. The
- 3:13Speaker 1: assailants were not identified or apprehended. On May 7, 2020,
- 3:18Speaker 1: Deputy Joe Vigil of the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputy
- 3:22Speaker 1: Office was dispatched to 49 Zorro Ranch Road to investigate
- 3:26Speaker 1: a report of trespassers. Officer Vigil spoke with Karen Gordon,
- 3:31Speaker 1: who said she heard the security alarm go off and
- 3:33Speaker 1: then saw two males walking on the property. Gordon confronted
- 3:37Speaker 1: the men and asked them what they were doing there.
- 3:39Speaker 1: And they said they'd been told by True News that
- 3:43Speaker 1: the place was a tourist attraction and they could go
- 3:46Speaker 1: wherever they wanted on the property. Gordon told the men
- 3:49Speaker 1: they were trespassing and they left. Two Zorro Ranch workers
- 3:53Speaker 1: then got on their ATVs and attempted to locate the
- 3:55Speaker 1: trespassers to no avail. No further action was taken. On
- 4:00Speaker 1: June 15, 2020, Deputy Rachel Weber was dispatched to Zorro
- 4:04Speaker 1: Ranch to investigate a burglary. Ranch personnel had apprehended the subjects,
- 4:09Speaker 1: a male and a female, later identified as Daryl Carson
- 4:13Speaker 1: and Melanie Villegas, and were holding them at gunpoint. Upon investigation,
- 4:18Speaker 1: it was determined that Carson and Villegas breached the storage
- 4:21Speaker 1: container and stole an antique Citroën car radiator, which had
- 4:25Speaker 1: been converted into a shelf. The pair were taken into custody, detained,
- 4:30Speaker 1: and charged with possession of burglary tools, larceny, and criminal
- 4:34Speaker 1: damage to property. The case status is unknown at this time.
- 4:39Speaker 1: On August 24, 2020, Deputy G. Nieto made telephonic contact
- 4:44Speaker 1: with a survivor who reported that Epstein sexually assaulted him
- 4:48Speaker 1: in Los Angeles. On December 5, 1993, the case was
- 4:52Speaker 1: closed when Epstein was declared deceased. On February 16th, 2026,
- 4:58Speaker 1: Deputy Clay Cullison was dispatched to Zorro Ranch to investigate
- 5:03Speaker 1: a report of a threat made by a person outside
- 5:05Speaker 1: the front gate of the ranch. According to the report,
- 5:08Speaker 1: the person brandished a crowbar and stated, I just got
- 5:11Speaker 1: out of prison and I will expletive deleted you up.
- 5:16Speaker 1: The case is still open. On February 24th, 2026, Deputy
- 5:20Speaker 1: Joshua Thomas was dispatched to Zorro Ranch to investigate the
- 5:24Speaker 1: theft of a security camera. Discussion of the investigative areas.
- 5:29Speaker 1: This investigative area covers the areas of grooming, abuse occurring
- 5:33Speaker 1: at the Zorro Ranch, recruitment, and interstate trafficking. Evidence discussed
- 5:38Speaker 1: in this section is preliminary and the commission anticipates additional
- 5:42Speaker 1: survivors may come forward. FBI and federal court records establish
- 5:46Speaker 1: that minors were brought to Epstein's Zorro Ranch and abused there.
- 5:50Speaker 1: The Maxwell indictment charges that a minor was groomed at
- 5:53Speaker 1: the property in 1996, starting with an unsolicited topless massage.
- 5:59Speaker 1: A victim's sentencing statement describes being flown to the ranch
- 6:02Speaker 1: at 15 in 2004 and sexually molested for many hours.
- 6:07Speaker 1: These are separate incidents involving different victims spanning at least
- 6:11Speaker 1: eight years. Positive identification of survivors has been hampered by
- 6:15Speaker 1: the DOJ's refusal to release unredacted copies of court and
- 6:19Speaker 1: other records. Nonetheless, The evidence reviewed to date supports the
- 6:23Speaker 1: conclusion that Epstein abused at least five women and girls
- 6:27Speaker 1: on Zorro Ranch between 1996 and 2012, including one who
- 6:32Speaker 1: is now deceased. Survivors. The commission has reviewed the reports
- 6:37Speaker 1: of five survivors. There are almost certainly additional survivors who
- 6:41Speaker 1: fell prey to Epstein in New Mexico. Indeed, the commission
- 6:45Speaker 1: has counted at least 30 other individuals who potentially were
- 6:49Speaker 1: abused by Epstein in New Mexico. The exclusion of survivor
- 6:53Speaker 1: from the list below is not intended as a comment
- 6:55Speaker 1: on the credibility of a survivor's report of abuse. However,
- 7:00Speaker 1: too little is known about these individuals at this point.
- 7:03Speaker 1: To confirm necessary facts, some may be witnesses to abuse,
- 7:07Speaker 1: but not survivors of it. Others may be facilitators of
- 7:11Speaker 1: Epstein's abuse, and some may be both survivor and facilitator.
- 7:15Speaker 1: The investigation continues with a focus on positively identifying and
- 7:20Speaker 1: questioning these witnesses. Reports of confirmed survivors are here to
- 7:26Speaker 1: extend possible, and they are as follows. Jane Doe No. 1.
- 7:31Speaker 1: In 2006, the FBI interviewed Jane Doe 1, who recounted
- 7:35Speaker 1: interactions she had with Epstein and Maxwell in New York
- 7:38Speaker 1: and on Zorro Ranch in 1996. The interview was conducted
- 7:43Speaker 1: in connection with the Southern District of Florida. Investigation of Epstein.
- 7:47Speaker 1: The report of this interview records in part as follows.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Epstein purchased airfare from Phoenix to New York. Jane Doe
- 7:54Speaker 1: flew to New York and stayed with her sister in
- 7:57Speaker 1: the West Village. Jane Doe and her sister met Epstein
- 8:00Speaker 1: at his residence, where he offered them a bottle of champagne.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Epstein took them to see Phantom of the Opera and
- 8:06Speaker 1: on the way offered more champagne. At a later time,
- 8:10Speaker 1: Epstein took them to see a movie. During the movie,
- 8:13Speaker 1: Epstein held and caressed her hand, which made her feel uncomfortable. Later,
- 8:18Speaker 1: Epstein or Maxwell purchased an airline ticket for her to
- 8:20Speaker 1: fly to Santa Fe. When she arrived in Santa Fe,
- 8:24Speaker 1: the Zorro Ranch manager picked her up. When she arrived
- 8:27Speaker 1: at the ranch, there was some discussion about where she
- 8:30Speaker 1: was going to stay on the property, and Epstein made
- 8:32Speaker 1: it clear that she'd be staying with them. She was
- 8:36Speaker 1: the only guest at the ranch. During her visit, Epstein
- 8:39Speaker 1: and Maxwell took her to town for some shopping. During
- 8:42Speaker 1: the evening, Epstein asked if she would provide him with
- 8:45Speaker 1: a foot massage. Maxwell gave a demonstration. Jane Doe then
- 8:49Speaker 1: gave Epstein a foot massage. Maxwell later asked Jane Doe
- 8:52Speaker 1: to undress so that Maxwell could give her a massage.
- 8:56Speaker 1: Jane Doe removed her clothing, leaving only her underwear on.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Maxwell completed the massage by rubbing her upper body, including
- 9:03Speaker 1: her breasts. The next morning, Epstein came into Jane Doe's
- 9:06Speaker 1: room and got into bed with her under the covers.
- 9:09Speaker 1: They were both dressed. They later went to a movie,
- 9:12Speaker 1: during which Epstein stroked and caressed her hand and put
- 9:16Speaker 1: his hand on Jane Doe's thigh. Later that night, Epstein
- 9:19Speaker 1: came into Jane Doe's room, sat on her bed, stroked
- 9:22Speaker 1: Jane Doe's hair, and told her how beautiful she was.
- 9:26Speaker 1: The indictment in the United States versus Ghislaine Maxwell in
- 9:29Speaker 1: the United States District Court of the Southern District of
- 9:32Speaker 1: New York alleged offense, conduct occurring on Zorro Ranch, and
- 9:37Speaker 1: involving a minor designated as minor victim number two. It's
- 9:41Speaker 1: understood that minor victim number two is Jane Doe one,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and the indictment alleges as follows. Maxwell interacted with minor
- 9:48Speaker 1: victim number two on at least one occasion in or
- 9:50Speaker 1: about 1996 at Epstein's residence in New Mexico when minor
- 9:55Speaker 1: victim two was under the age of 18. Minor victim
- 9:58Speaker 1: number two had flown into New Mexico from out of
- 10:01Speaker 1: state at Epstein's invitation for the purpose of being groomed
- 10:05Speaker 1: and or subjected to acts of sexual abuse. Maxwell knew
- 10:08Speaker 1: that minor victim two was under the age of 18
- 10:11Speaker 1: at the time. While in New Mexico, Maxwell and Epstein
- 10:14Speaker 1: took minor two to a movie and Maxwell took minor
- 10:17Speaker 1: two shopping. Maxwell also discussed Minor 2's school, classes, and
- 10:23Speaker 1: family with Minor Victim 2. In New Mexico, Maxwell began
- 10:27Speaker 1: her efforts to groom Minor Victim 2 for abuse by
- 10:29Speaker 1: Epstein by, among other things, providing an unsolicited massage to
- 10:34Speaker 1: Minor Victim 2, during which Minor Victim 2 was topless.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Maxwell also encouraged Minor Victim 2 to massage Epstein. These
- 10:43Speaker 1: allegations were repeated in the superseding indictment returned in SDNY's
- 10:47Speaker 1: prosecution of Maxwell. The Maxwell Detention Memorandum also alluded to
- 10:52Speaker 1: Jane Doe 1's abuse, stating that the abuse occurred at
- 10:56Speaker 1: Epstein's properties in New York, Florida, and New Mexico. Jane
- 11:00Speaker 1: Doe 1, who appeared at Epstein's bail hearing, testifying that
- 11:03Speaker 1: Epstein had flown her to New Mexico and was inappropriate
- 11:06Speaker 1: with her. Jane Doe 2 Jane Doe 2 was a
- 11:10Speaker 1: massage therapist who was interviewed in connection with the SDNY's
- 11:14Speaker 1: Epstein investigation. She has spoken to the FBI, to the media,
- 11:19Speaker 1: about her interactions with Epstein and Maxwell on Zorro Ranch.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Jane Doe 2 reported to the FBI that she started
- 11:25Speaker 1: going to the ranch as a professional massage therapist in 99.
- 11:30Speaker 1: She became friends with Zorro Ranch house manager. She went
- 11:33Speaker 1: to Zorro Ranch for three years. Epstein came to the
- 11:36Speaker 1: ranch approximately three to four times a year. Jane Doe
- 11:39Speaker 1: 2 massaged Maxwell, Epstein, and a younger woman who looked
- 11:42Speaker 1: like models. Someone at the ranch was a previous massage therapist.
- 11:47Speaker 1: Approximately two years after she started going to the ranch,
- 11:50Speaker 1: Jane Doe II was given a nondisclosure agreement, but she
- 11:54Speaker 1: did not sign it and stopped going to the ranch
- 11:56Speaker 1: shortly thereafter. She remembered reading an article in Vanity Fair
- 12:01Speaker 1: in 2003 about Epstein and remembered thinking, holy shit, this
- 12:05Speaker 1: is Jeffrey. She stopped going to the ranch prior to
- 12:08Speaker 1: this article being published. Jane Doe II remembered the layout
- 12:12Speaker 1: of the main residence and remembered pictures of women with
- 12:15Speaker 1: their breasts exposed. She spent most of her time there,
- 12:19Speaker 1: in the massage room, and also massaged a girl in
- 12:21Speaker 1: the spare bedroom. She also massaged Epstein and Maxwell once
- 12:26Speaker 1: in their bedroom, and once in their expensive bathroom. She
- 12:29Speaker 1: recalls massaging Epstein approximately 15 times, Maxwell approximately 5 times,
- 12:35Speaker 1: and guests approximately 5 times. She recalled massaging three girls
- 12:39Speaker 1: and two older men. One of the girls had a
- 12:42Speaker 1: British accent, and one of the men was a physicist.
- 12:45Speaker 1: The massages turned sexual with Epstein. She recalls she received
- 12:49Speaker 1: payment by check with the name of Epstein's corporation on it.
- 12:52Speaker 1: She knew of a reflexologist who went to the ranch.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Maxwell told her, if you have any more friends who
- 12:58Speaker 1: want to come out, they have to be good looking, pretty, young,
- 13:01Speaker 1: no hairy pits. One girl was brought to the ranch.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Her name was redacted, as was her age. The girl said, ew,
- 13:09Speaker 1: and never wanted to go back. All right, folks, we're
- 13:11Speaker 1: going to wrap up this episode right here. And in
- 13:13Speaker 1: the next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to
- 13:15Speaker 1: pick up where we left off. All the information that
- 13:18Speaker 1: goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 13:22Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 13:25Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're picking up where we
- 13:28Speaker 1: left off with the New Mexico interim report on Jeffrey
- 13:33Speaker 1: Epstein's abuse. Jane Doe number three. A victim identified as
- 13:38Speaker 1: Jane Doe three provided a victim statement at Maxwell's sentencing
- 13:41Speaker 1: hearings describing the abuse she suffered on Zorro Ranch in 2004.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Jane Doe No. 3 testified in part, Yikes. I remember
- 13:47Speaker 1: feeling so small and powerless. especially after he positioned me
- 14:11Speaker 1: by laying me on his floor so that I was
- 14:13Speaker 1: confronted by all the framed photographs on his dresser of
- 14:17Speaker 1: him smiling with wealthy celebrities and politicians. After he finished
- 14:21Speaker 1: with me, he told me to describe in detail how
- 14:24Speaker 1: good my first sexual experience felt. That was the first
- 14:27Speaker 1: of many lies I was forced to carry for him,
- 14:30Speaker 1: the weight of which proliferated my trauma. I felt powerless
- 14:34Speaker 1: not merely because one man wanted to strip me of
- 14:37Speaker 1: my innocence, but because I was the victim of a
- 14:40Speaker 1: system that just disenfranchises human beings, making them vulnerable to
- 14:45Speaker 1: pedophilic exploitation. I first identified this feeling the night after
- 14:51Speaker 1: I was molested by Epstein, when another girl and I
- 14:54Speaker 1: took out two ATVs and raced them across the mesa.
- 14:57Speaker 1: I crashed mine and expressed my concern to the other
- 15:00Speaker 1: girl of getting in trouble, which she replied to me,
- 15:03Speaker 1: don't worry, no one gets in trouble for anything here.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Jane Doe, number four. Jane Doe 4 reported that she
- 15:09Speaker 1: was sexually abused on Zorro Ranch. She described having been
- 15:13Speaker 1: flown to Zorro Ranch, which she compared to Disneyland. She
- 15:17Speaker 1: wrote that the ranch had manicured grounds and gurgling fountains,
- 15:20Speaker 1: a tennis court, and a grass airstrip and hangar. She
- 15:24Speaker 1: also wrote that the property had its own miniature town
- 15:26Speaker 1: that housed Epstein's servants and groundskeepers. She wrote that Epstein
- 15:30Speaker 1: called the main house his castle. Jane Doe 4 also
- 15:34Speaker 1: testified in a deposition that she was trafficked to New
- 15:37Speaker 1: Mexico and to have sex with Bill Richardson. Jane Doe No.
- 15:41Speaker 1: 5 Jane Doe 5 alleged in a lawsuit in the
- 15:45Speaker 1: United States District Court of the Southern District of New
- 15:47Speaker 1: York that Epstein took her to Zorro Ranch a number
- 15:50Speaker 1: of times between 2007 and 2010 when she was in
- 15:55Speaker 1: her early 20s. She said that she was coerced there
- 15:58Speaker 1: to have sex with Epstein and his friends. Jane Doe
- 16:02Speaker 1: 5 stated that she met Epstein in New York where
- 16:05Speaker 1: she was an aspiring ballet dancer. Jane Doe 5 needed
- 16:09Speaker 1: money to pay her mother's rent. Epstein reportedly told her
- 16:13Speaker 1: that her opportunities were endless so long as she complied
- 16:16Speaker 1: with his dictates, but that he could take it all
- 16:19Speaker 1: the way from her if she did not. Jane Doe
- 16:22Speaker 1: 5 provided Epstein with massages in New York and soon
- 16:26Speaker 1: was doing so on a regular basis. Epstein took Jane
- 16:29Speaker 1: Doe 5 to Little St. James. Shortly thereafter, Jeffrey Epstein
- 16:34Speaker 1: forced Jane Doe 5 to engage in sexual activity with
- 16:37Speaker 1: Associate 2 in his presence for his own sexual gratification. Eventually,
- 16:42Speaker 1: Epstein controlled nearly every aspect of Jane Doe 5's life,
- 16:46Speaker 1: from the clothing and jewelry she was permitted to wear,
- 16:49Speaker 1: to the career path she was permitted to follow, to
- 16:52Speaker 1: the food she was allowed to consume. Jane Doe reports
- 16:55Speaker 1: that she was made to engage in commercial sex acts
- 16:58Speaker 1: in New York every year from 2006 to 2012. in
- 17:03Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands from 2006 to 2012, in Florida from
- 17:07Speaker 1: 2007 to 2012, including, as noted, sexual activity while Jeffrey
- 17:13Speaker 1: Epstein wore his ankle bracelet, and in New Mexico between
- 17:17Speaker 1: 2007 and 2010. Corroborating Evidence Reflexologist Interview On May 4, 2021,
- 17:25Speaker 1: reflexologists referenced above as Zorro Ranch contractor was interviewed in
- 17:29Speaker 1: connection with SDNY's prosecution of Maxwell. The reflexologist reported that
- 17:36Speaker 1: she performed foot reflexology service for Maxwell and Epstein between
- 17:40Speaker 1: 1999 and 2008. The first known FBI contact with this
- 17:44Speaker 1: nine-year witness occurred in 2021, 22 years after she began
- 17:49Speaker 1: working at Zorro Ranch. A transcript of the interview was
- 17:53Speaker 1: made and is partially redacted because the reflexologist's name, The
- 17:57Speaker 1: reflexologist was introduced to the FBI by a colleague, a
- 18:00Speaker 1: local psychotherapist who also did massage work for Maxwell. FBI
- 18:05Speaker 1: agents visited the colleague's Santa Fe home, but did not
- 18:07Speaker 1: find her. The reflexologist agreed to facilitate contact. A massage
- 18:26Speaker 1: therapist working for Epstein, who was also a peer, and
- 18:29Speaker 1: a psychotherapist introduced her to Maxwell, who wanted her feet
- 18:32Speaker 1: worked on. The first treatment she was known to provide
- 18:36Speaker 1: was in 1999, and the last one was in 2008.
- 18:40Speaker 1: The reflexologist did not go to the ranch regularly, only
- 18:43Speaker 1: whenever Epstein was in town, and in total, of approximately
- 18:47Speaker 1: 30 times over 9 years. The reflexologist worked primarily on Maxwell,
- 18:52Speaker 1: and only 3 known times on Epstein over the course
- 18:54Speaker 1: of 9 years. The reflexologist usually went to the ranch
- 18:58Speaker 1: in the evening hours. She was asked to wait in
- 19:01Speaker 1: the kitchen or maid quarters. She usually did work in
- 19:04Speaker 1: a room directly off the kitchen, which she believed to
- 19:07Speaker 1: be a library, and more than once in Maxwell's bedroom.
- 19:11Speaker 1: She didn't see much of the house. The reflexologist stated
- 19:15Speaker 1: that her sessions with Maxwell and Epstein were professional, and
- 19:19Speaker 1: that she never witnessed any of the things Epstein was
- 19:21Speaker 1: accused of. On one occasion, the reflexologist saw several young
- 19:26Speaker 1: women that were girls and Maxwell told her that they
- 19:28Speaker 1: were working for the Limited or Victoria's Secret and that
- 19:31Speaker 1: they were just younger girls. These were the only young
- 19:35Speaker 1: women the reflexologist saw at the ranch. The reflexologist estimated
- 19:39Speaker 1: the age of the girls as 18 or under and
- 19:42Speaker 1: were just young attractive girls. The reflexologist also helped train
- 19:47Speaker 1: a massage therapist who worked for Epstein and who appeared
- 19:50Speaker 1: to be about 18 years old and attractive. In addition,
- 19:53Speaker 1: Maxwell asked her for a reference for a reflexologist in Manhattan,
- 19:58Speaker 1: but you have to be attractive. That was the one
- 20:00Speaker 1: thing that disturbed me, that you can't really be on
- 20:02Speaker 1: the property unless you're attractive. The only thing the reflexologist
- 20:06Speaker 1: found inappropriate at the ranch is when Epstein appeared dressed
- 20:09Speaker 1: in nothing but a bathrobe. However, Epstein was never inappropriate
- 20:13Speaker 1: with her and was respectful of her training and interested
- 20:17Speaker 1: to know whether she could train his massage therapist. At
- 20:20Speaker 1: some point, Maxwell, her housekeeper, asked a reflexologist to sign
- 20:24Speaker 1: a non-disclosure agreement, but she refused to sign it. On
- 20:27Speaker 1: subsequent visits to the ranch, she was asked to sign
- 20:30Speaker 1: the non-disclosure agreement, but refused to do so. and eventually
- 20:34Speaker 1: decided not to go back to the ranch after learning
- 20:37Speaker 1: of the first arrest. Testimony that may corroborate survivor accounts
- 20:42Speaker 1: of their abuse on Zorro Ranch include the following. Maxwell
- 20:45Speaker 1: asked a reflexologist to recommend a reflexologist for the New
- 20:49Speaker 1: York property. Maxwell stated, you have to be attractive. Young
- 20:53Speaker 1: women arrived by aircraft. On one occasion, while waiting in
- 20:57Speaker 1: the kitchen to be called for a session, the witness
- 20:59Speaker 1: observed approximately four young women arrive, escorted by staff. It
- 21:04Speaker 1: was the reflexologist's understanding that they had arrived by aircraft.
- 21:08Speaker 1: They were being driven from the airport or a helicopter,
- 21:10Speaker 1: and I was waiting in the room off the kitchen
- 21:12Speaker 1: when they arrived as I'm waiting for Ghislaine to work
- 21:15Speaker 1: on Ghislaine, and there were several young women that were
- 21:18Speaker 1: girls that would be there, and I was only, I
- 21:22Speaker 1: don't know, the colleague told me or Ghislaine told me
- 21:24Speaker 1: that they were working for the Limited or Victoria's Secret,
- 21:27Speaker 1: and they were just younger girls. The young women who
- 21:30Speaker 1: arrived by aircraft were 18 or younger. As to estimate
- 21:33Speaker 1: their age, the reflexologist stated probably like 18 or under,
- 21:38Speaker 1: but I never saw someone who looked like 14 or 15.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Epstein asked the reflexologist to teach young women, described as
- 21:45Speaker 1: his massage therapist, how to perform reflexology. The woman was
- 21:50Speaker 1: already living in the house and flew with him between properties.
- 21:53Speaker 1: She comes with me. She estimated her age, maybe 18.
- 21:58Speaker 1: The reflexologist described her as young, attractive girl that sat
- 22:02Speaker 1: next to me who was very sweet and watching, fascinated.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Toward the end of the working relationship, staff attempted to
- 22:10Speaker 1: get the reflexologist to sign a non-disclosure agreement with a $ 250, 000 penalty.
- 22:16Speaker 1: They wanted me to sign a contract saying, like, a
- 22:18Speaker 1: celebrity contract, like, if you see anything going on here,
- 22:21Speaker 1: you have to keep it private, and I refused to
- 22:23Speaker 1: sign it. The witness cannot recall who specifically presented the NDA,
- 22:28Speaker 1: but she believed it was one of the housekeeper's, The
- 22:31Speaker 1: reflexologist specifically recalled the penalty amount. If I did violate
- 22:35Speaker 1: the contract, I'd be sued for $ 250, 000. The reflexologist described
- 22:41Speaker 1: Maxwell as managing Epstein's world in the sense of their home.
- 22:46Speaker 1: She would be there to do trainings with new staff
- 22:49Speaker 1: on how to serve guests. Service had to be exact.
- 22:52Speaker 1: If they were at the dinner table, they had to
- 22:54Speaker 1: be served a certain way from a certain, like, come
- 22:57Speaker 1: to the left. The witness heard that guests could include
- 23:00Speaker 1: a celebrity, though the reflexologist never personally saw any guests
- 23:04Speaker 1: other than the young woman described above. 10,000 Waves Witness
- 23:09Speaker 1: statements indicate that Epstein recruited massage therapists through a Santa
- 23:13Speaker 1: Fe spa. 10,000 Waves Evidence shows that Epstein and Maxwell's
- 23:17Speaker 1: patronage of 10,000 Waves covered a span of at least
- 23:21Speaker 1: 10 years, although with that frequency, it's not certain. American
- 23:26Speaker 1: Express account statements prepared for Glenn Maxwell show a May 23,
- 23:30Speaker 1: 2005 charge to 10,000 waves in the amount of $ 805,
- 23:31Speaker 1: and a June 21, 2006 charge to 10,000 waves in
- 23:34Speaker 1: the amount of $ 471. 23. As noted above, the email dated
- 23:35Speaker 1: August 8, 2015, Epstein told author and Kissinger Associate Executive
- 23:38Speaker 1: Joshua Cooper Ramo, a New Mexico native, that he was
- 23:41Speaker 1: going to 10,000 waves. Photographic evidence, the safe. FBI agents
- 24:01Speaker 1: searching Epstein's 71st Street Manhattan residence found inside a safe
- 24:05Speaker 1: in the third floor closet several binders containing sleeves of
- 24:08Speaker 1: compact discs, one of which are labeled with handwriting. The
- 24:12Speaker 1: search warrant application describes one disc is marked young, another
- 24:16Speaker 1: disc is marked nudes, another is marked miscellaneous nudes, yet
- 24:21Speaker 1: another is marked girl pic nudes. Some discs contain the
- 24:24Speaker 1: word Zorro or LSJ. For example, one disc is marked
- 24:28Speaker 1: Zorro pics. See's Device Catalog. A catalog was made of
- 24:33Speaker 1: contents from See's Device Computer, the first page lists, a
- 24:36Speaker 1: folder labeled Zorro, alongside folders labeled Thais, Moscow Girls, Africa, Minudes,
- 24:43Speaker 1: Yoga Girls, Bali, Thailand, Russia, Book. The geographic organization of
- 24:49Speaker 1: these folders, which are sorted by nationality or region, is
- 24:53Speaker 1: consistent with the trafficking routes documented elsewhere in the available documentation.
- 24:58Speaker 1: The folders, do not name by themselves, establish what the
- 25:02Speaker 1: folders contained. FBI Observations The FBI Albuquerque Tactical Intelligence Report
- 25:10Speaker 1: states that a contractor likely observed victims in a room
- 25:14Speaker 1: at the ranch, and that employees were sworn to secrecy
- 25:17Speaker 1: about property details. On November 25, 2019, Albuquerque radio host
- 25:23Speaker 1: Eddie Aragon forwarded an email to the FBI. The original
- 25:27Speaker 1: was sent from an encrypted ProtonMail account on November 21st, 2019.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Someone claiming to be a former staff at Zorro. It
- 25:37Speaker 1: alleged that two foreign girls were buried on the orders
- 25:40Speaker 1: of Jeffrey and Madam G. This email is anonymous, unverified
- 25:44Speaker 1: claim that also demanded one Bitcoin for a USB drive
- 25:48Speaker 1: allegedly containing video footage. Listed specific video descriptions with timestamps
- 25:54Speaker 1: and provided a Bitcoin wallet address. The sender specified a
- 25:57Speaker 1: payment deadline. Documentation, if any, as to whether the FBI
- 26:02Speaker 1: investigated the underlying claim is not available. Separately from 2019
- 26:06Speaker 1: proton email, a different individual claimed to have trespassed on
- 26:11Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch in 2020 and found grave-like plots that appear
- 26:15Speaker 1: to have been excavated. Photos were published by Al Jazeera
- 26:19Speaker 1: on March 17, 2026. This is an unverified anonymous claim
- 26:24Speaker 1: from a self-described trespasser. The March 2026 search using cadaver
- 26:29Speaker 1: dogs and ground penetrating radar has not confirmed the presence
- 26:33Speaker 1: of human remains. All right, folks, we're going to wrap
- 26:35Speaker 1: up right here. And in the next episode dealing with
- 26:37Speaker 1: the topic, we're going to pick up where we left off.
- 26:41Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 26:43Speaker 1: found in the description box. What's up, everyone? And welcome
- 26:47Speaker 1: to another episode of the Epstein Chronicles. In this episode,
- 26:51Speaker 1: we're picking up where we left off with the New
- 26:53Speaker 1: Mexico Truth Commission's and their interim report about Jeffrey Epstein
- 26:59Speaker 1: and his crimes in the state of New Mexico. Chargeable
- 27:03Speaker 1: Criminal Offenses The Truth Commission will continue to look for
- 27:06Speaker 1: opportunities to refer matters for criminal prosecution so that the
- 27:10Speaker 1: perpetrators can be held accountable. Based on survivor statements and
- 27:14Speaker 1: other evidence, Epstein, Maxwell, and possibly others engaged in criminal
- 27:19Speaker 1: conduct between 1996 and 2012. The following state statutes with
- 27:24Speaker 1: corresponding limitation periods were available as potential charges, potentially chargeable offenses,
- 27:31Speaker 1: and limitation periods. Section 30-9-1 Enticement of a Child, 5-Year
- 27:35Speaker 1: Misdemeanor Section 30-9-2 Prostitution, 5-Year Misdemeanor Section 30-9-3 Patronizing Prostitutes,
- 27:42Speaker 1: 5-Years Misdemeanor Section 30-9-4, Promoting Prostitution, 5 years misdemeanor. Section 30-9-11,
- 28:00Speaker 1: Criminal Sexual Penetration, 6 years or if a minor at
- 28:04Speaker 1: any time after the occurrence of the crime until the
- 28:06Speaker 1: alleged victim reaches the age of 35, subject to possible tolling.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Section 30-9-12, Criminal Sexual Contact. 6 years, or if a minor,
- 28:18Speaker 1: at any time, after the occurrence of the crime until
- 28:21Speaker 1: the alleged victim reaches the age of 35, subject to
- 28:24Speaker 1: possible tolling. Section 30-9-13, criminal sexual contact of a minor,
- 28:31Speaker 1: 6 years. Section 30-52-1, human trafficking, 6 years, if a
- 28:39Speaker 1: second-degree felony. In 2008, the New Mexico legislature enacted human
- 28:44Speaker 1: trafficking criminal statute, codified at NM SA Section 30-52-1, 2025.
- 28:50Speaker 1: A person can be convicted under this statute for knowingly 1. Recruiting, soliciting, enticing, transporting,
- 28:59Speaker 1: or obtaining by any means another person with the intent
- 29:02Speaker 1: or knowledge that forced fraud or coercion will be used
- 29:06Speaker 1: to subject the person to labor, services, or commercial sexual activity. 2. Recruiting, soliciting, enticing, transporting,
- 29:15Speaker 1: or obtaining by any means a person under the age
- 29:17Speaker 1: of 18 years with the intent or knowledge that the
- 29:20Speaker 1: person will be caused to engage in commercial sexual activity,
- 29:24Speaker 1: or 3. Benefiting financially or by receiving anything of value
- 29:28Speaker 1: from the labor, services, or commercial sexual activity of another
- 29:31Speaker 1: person with the knowledge that force, fraud, or coercion was
- 29:35Speaker 1: used to obtain the labor, services, or commercial sexual activity.
- 29:40Speaker 1: New Mexico's human trafficking statute sets forth the definition and
- 29:43Speaker 1: penalties but does not include a special limitation period. Accordingly,
- 29:48Speaker 1: New Mexico's general limitation rules set forth at NMSA Section
- 29:53Speaker 1: 30-1-8 1978 apply with different limits depending on degree. e.g.
- 29:59Speaker 1: 6 years for second-degree felonies, 5 years for third- or
- 30:03Speaker 1: fourth-degree felonies. However, House Bill 116-2024 and Senate Bill 32-2026
- 30:11Speaker 1: both proposed amending Section 30-18 to remove the limitation for
- 30:16Speaker 1: human trafficking for instances that are not already time-barred. The
- 30:20Speaker 1: proposed amendment was as follows. For any crime against or
- 30:24Speaker 1: in violation of Section 30-52-1 NM SA 1978, no limitation
- 30:31Speaker 1: period shall exist and prosecution for these crimes may commence
- 30:35Speaker 1: at any time after the occurrence of the crime. If enacted,
- 30:39Speaker 1: this would eliminate the statute of limitations for human trafficking entirely,
- 30:43Speaker 1: regardless of the offense's degree, thereby allowing for future prosecution
- 30:47Speaker 1: of these crimes without having a time limit to prosecute.
- 30:51Speaker 1: These laws would not be retroactive, however. because of the
- 30:54Speaker 1: ex post facto restrictions rooted in Article 1, Section 9
- 30:58Speaker 1: and 10 of the U.S. Constitution. Investigative Area No. 2
- 31:03Speaker 1: Institutional Failures The investigative area covers the failure of governmental
- 31:09Speaker 1: and private entities to investigate, prosecute, or take action in
- 31:12Speaker 1: response to Epstein's known or suspected wrongdoing. This includes, but
- 31:17Speaker 1: is not limited to, the failure of the U.S. Attorney's
- 31:20Speaker 1: Office for the District of New Mexico to complete its
- 31:23Speaker 1: investigation of Epstein's activities in New Mexico, the failure of
- 31:27Speaker 1: the New Mexico Attorney General to complete its investigation of Epstein,
- 31:31Speaker 1: the New Mexico Attorney General's failure to maintain a copy
- 31:33Speaker 1: of records generated and collected in connection with its investigation
- 31:38Speaker 1: of Epstein, the Santa Fe District Attorney's failure to investigate Epstein,
- 31:43Speaker 1: the failure of the state authorities to monitor Epstein as
- 31:45Speaker 1: a sex offender, and the failure of the state land
- 31:49Speaker 1: office to enforce the terms of his land lease. Sex
- 31:53Speaker 1: Offender Registration and Notification Act, SORNA Oversight On June 30, 2008,
- 31:58Speaker 1: Epstein was convicted in Palm Beach, Florida, of procuring a
- 32:02Speaker 1: person under the age of 18 for prostitution in violation
- 32:05Speaker 1: of Florida Statute 796.03. He was released from probation, parole, corrections,
- 32:12Speaker 1: on July 21, 2010. The age of Epstein's victim at
- 32:15Speaker 1: the time of the offense for which he was convicted
- 32:18Speaker 1: was 17. Under New Mexico law applicable at the time,
- 32:23Speaker 1: a sex offender residing in the state was required to
- 32:26Speaker 1: register with the county sheriff no later than 10 days
- 32:29Speaker 1: after being released from custody or being placed on probation
- 32:32Speaker 1: or parole. When registering with the county sheriff, a sex
- 32:36Speaker 1: offender was required to provide certain information that including name
- 32:40Speaker 1: and aliases, date of birth, social security number, address, place
- 32:44Speaker 1: of employment, the sex offense committed, and the date and
- 32:47Speaker 1: place of the sex offense. ID at section 29-11A-4B-2009. New
- 32:55Speaker 1: Mexico law applicable at the time defined sex offense to
- 32:59Speaker 1: include specified offenses as set forth by New Mexico statute,
- 33:03Speaker 1: including criminal sexual penetration in the first, second, third, or
- 33:06Speaker 1: fourth degree as provided in in NMSA Section 30.9-11-2009 or
- 33:14Speaker 1: their equivalents in any other jurisdiction. Criminal sexual penetration in
- 33:18Speaker 1: the fourth degree consists of all criminal sexual penetration on
- 33:22Speaker 1: a child 13 to 16 years of age when the
- 33:24Speaker 1: perpetrator is at least 18 years of age and is
- 33:27Speaker 1: at least four years older than the child and not
- 33:30Speaker 1: the spouse of that child. While under New Mexico law,
- 33:33Speaker 1: Epstein would not have committed a crime because the girl
- 33:36Speaker 1: was 17. If applicable, SORNA, codified at 34 U.S.C. Section 2901,
- 33:44Speaker 1: provides a comprehensive set of minimum standards for sex offender
- 33:47Speaker 1: registration and notification in the U.S. Among other things, SORNA
- 33:52Speaker 1: requires sex offenders to register and keep their registration current
- 33:55Speaker 1: in each jurisdiction where they live, work, or go to school,
- 33:59Speaker 1: and also requires sex offenders to make periodic in-person appearances
- 34:03Speaker 1: to verify and update their registration information. Only those convicted
- 34:08Speaker 1: of qualifying sex offenses must register. There are five classes
- 34:12Speaker 1: of qualifying offenses. 1. Designated federal sex offenses. 2. Specified
- 34:18Speaker 1: military offenses. 3. Crimes identified as one of the special
- 34:21Speaker 1: offenses against a minor. 4. Crimes in which some sexual
- 34:25Speaker 1: act or sexual conduct is an element. 5. Attempts or
- 34:29Speaker 1: conspiracy to commit any offense in one of these other
- 34:32Speaker 1: classes of qualifying offenses. On July 22, 2010, the Florida
- 34:39Speaker 1: Department of Law Enforcement sent the New Mexico Department of
- 34:42Speaker 1: Public Safety a letter notifying them that Epstein was a
- 34:45Speaker 1: sexual offender and had indicated a forwarding address of 49
- 34:49Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch Road, Stanley, New Mexico. FDLE also forwarded Epstein's
- 34:54Speaker 1: FDLE Sexual Predator Offender Registration Form, which listed the Virgin
- 34:59Speaker 1: Islands as Epstein's then-permanent address. The form listed Epstein's other addresses,
- 35:04Speaker 1: his employer, which he listed as FTC 6100, Red Hook Quarter,
- 35:09Speaker 1: Suite B3, U.S. Virgin Islands, and his vehicles. Also attached
- 35:14Speaker 1: to the letter was a notice of sexual predator and
- 35:17Speaker 1: sexual offender obligations. By letter dated July 23, 2010, NMDPS
- 35:24Speaker 1: notified Epstein of his obligation to register with the sheriff
- 35:27Speaker 1: of the New Mexico County in which he intended to
- 35:30Speaker 1: reside and no later than 10 days after establishing residence
- 35:33Speaker 1: in New Mexico. On August 12, 2010, the detective responsible
- 35:38Speaker 1: for overseeing Epstein's sex offender registration sent an email to
- 35:41Speaker 1: the NMDPS indicating that she spoke with Epstein's attorney and
- 35:46Speaker 1: let him know that they're working on figuring out if
- 35:49Speaker 1: Jeffrey would have a state requirement to register just a
- 35:52Speaker 1: federal requirement and asking, can you let me know what
- 35:56Speaker 1: will be his requirement? On the same day, the program
- 35:59Speaker 1: manager for the sex offender registration unit, SOAR, at the
- 36:03Speaker 1: NMDPS advised the detective, I guess he's not required to
- 36:07Speaker 1: register in New Mexico. On August 17, 2010, Epstein completed
- 36:12Speaker 1: a New Mexico sex offender registration form. According to the form,
- 36:16Speaker 1: Epstein was required to register within 10 days after establishing
- 36:20Speaker 1: residence in New Mexico. The form characterized Epstein as a
- 36:25Speaker 1: temporary New Mexico resident. with an address at Zorro Ranch.
- 36:29Speaker 1: The form notes, next appointment not scheduled, have not received
- 36:33Speaker 1: letter from DPS, indicating that Mr. Epstein is not required
- 36:36Speaker 1: to register in New Mexico. As part of the form,
- 36:40Speaker 1: Epstein was required to acknowledge his sex offender responsibilities. His
- 36:44Speaker 1: responsibilities included a requirement that Epstein, in the event he
- 36:48Speaker 1: intends to travel to another state or country for more
- 36:52Speaker 1: than 10 days, notify the sheriff of the county he
- 36:55Speaker 1: currently resides in and the state he'll be traveling to.
- 36:59Speaker 1: On the same date, an offender questionnaire was completed for Epstein,
- 37:03Speaker 1: although it does not appear he filled it out personally.
- 37:06Speaker 1: The questionnaire required Epstein to identify all residents, ages of residents,
- 37:11Speaker 1: and relation to the offender for the location where the
- 37:14Speaker 1: offender is residing. No information was provided. The questionnaire also
- 37:19Speaker 1: indicated that Epstein previously had been arrested in 1973 by
- 37:22Speaker 1: New Scotland Yard, London. for unlawful possession of an offensive weapon,
- 37:28Speaker 1: a sword stick. Epstein indicated yes to the question. Has
- 37:32Speaker 1: the offender ever lived with an adult lover, male or female,
- 37:35Speaker 1: for at least two years, and continuous with the same person?
- 37:39Speaker 1: A table identifying Epstein's vehicles, two, aircraft, four, landlines, 24,
- 37:44Speaker 1: and cell phones, one, was attached. By letter dated August 19, 2010,
- 37:50Speaker 1: NMDPS advised Epstein that under the current NMSA 19-29-11a, he
- 37:57Speaker 1: was not required to register with the state of New
- 37:59Speaker 1: Mexico for his 2008 conviction, but that he might be
- 38:03Speaker 1: required to register under Title I of the Adam Walsh
- 38:07Speaker 1: Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006, while he resides
- 38:11Speaker 1: temporarily in New Mexico. Indeed, Epstein was not convicted of
- 38:15Speaker 1: any of the crimes specified in NMSA section 29-11a 3e 2009-2010.
- 38:22Speaker 1: or their equivalents, in any other jurisdiction. On the other hand,
- 38:26Speaker 1: he was convicted of a crime in which some sexual
- 38:29Speaker 1: act or sexual conduct is an element, and on the
- 38:32Speaker 1: basis would appear to have been subject to federal SORNA requirements.
- 38:37Speaker 1: Under SORNA, a sex offender shall appear in person, allow
- 38:40Speaker 1: the jurisdiction to take a current photograph, and verify the
- 38:43Speaker 1: information in each registry, in which that offender is required
- 38:47Speaker 1: to be registered not less frequently than the One, each year,
- 38:51Speaker 1: if the offender is a Tier 1 sex offender. Two,
- 38:54Speaker 1: every six months, if the offender is a Tier 2
- 38:57Speaker 1: sex offender. And three, every three months, if the offender
- 39:00Speaker 1: is a Tier 3 sex offender. By letter dated May 21, 2012,
- 39:06Speaker 1: Indyke provided the detective with updated SORNA notification information, comprised
- 39:12Speaker 1: of a spreadsheet listing Epstein's residences, vehicles, boats, aircraft, landlines,
- 39:17Speaker 1: cell phone, websites, Twitter accounts, and other social media accounts.
- 39:22Speaker 1: By letter to the detective, dated July 22, 2013, Endike
- 39:26Speaker 1: updated Epstein-Sorna notification information with much the same information as
- 39:33Speaker 1: the year before, although with a marked increase in the
- 39:36Speaker 1: number of social media accounts. By letter dated April 27, 2017,
- 39:40Speaker 1: the New York State Sex Offender Registry advised the NMDPS
- 39:46Speaker 1: that Epstein had been assigned a risk level 3 meaning
- 39:49Speaker 1: the risk to community is high. A comprehensive offender report
- 39:53Speaker 1: dated July 17, 2019 and issued to the Santa Fe
- 39:58Speaker 1: County Sheriff's Office noted that the offender is not required
- 40:01Speaker 1: to register per state law, but will be required to
- 40:04Speaker 1: register per Adam Walsh when in NM, not releasable to
- 40:09Speaker 1: web when registering. Between December 2010 and July 2015, either
- 40:15Speaker 1: Epstein personally or through his attorney in Dyke, contacted the
- 40:18Speaker 1: Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office on 13 occasions to inform
- 40:22Speaker 1: them that Epstein's intended presence in New Mexico. An internal
- 40:26Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch document noted that Jeffrey must email the detective
- 40:30Speaker 1: two days prior to going to the ranch. On April 25, 2013,
- 40:33Speaker 1: Indyke emailed Leslie Groff requesting make a note that any
- 40:38Speaker 1: time he is scheduled to go to NM or PB,
- 40:42Speaker 1: remind me two days before his scheduled departure to tell
- 40:44Speaker 1: him to email Woods in Palm Beach and the detective
- 40:48Speaker 1: in New Mexico. All contact was made with the detective.
- 40:51Speaker 1: The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office has provided no other
- 40:54Speaker 1: information indicating that Epstein personally or through anyone else informed
- 40:59Speaker 1: them of Epstein's intent to be in New Mexico. Documentation
- 41:03Speaker 1: from the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office shows they were
- 41:05Speaker 1: informed of Epstein's presence in New Mexico as follows. December 7th, 2010.
- 41:12Speaker 1: To date unknown. Endike advised by email that Epstein would
- 41:15Speaker 1: be leaving New York and traveling to New Mexico on
- 41:18Speaker 1: December 7th, 2010. February 25th, 2011. February 26th to March 2nd, 2011.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Epstein emailed stating, Detective Anaya, as promised, I told you
- 41:31Speaker 1: I would notify you when I was again in New Mexico.
- 41:34Speaker 1: I'll be there from Saturday, February 26th to Wednesday, March 2nd.
