A 33-year-old man, Raul Gutierrez Jr., just got sentenced to four and a half years in federal prison after breaking into an FBI vehicle during chaotic anti-ICE riots in north Minneapolis. Caught on livestreams, he was seen grabbing a rifle and ammo — including a silencer — from the car and fleeing with it. Though he later dumped the weapons, he was arrested in St. Paul two days later. Gutierrez, who already has felony records for burglary and domestic assault, is now facing federal charges for illegally possessing a firearm.
