- 0:07Speaker 1: going to talk about how the president just outmaneuvered the Democrats.
- 0:10Speaker 1: You know, it's funny, there's a major story developing overnight
- 0:14Speaker 1: about TSA funding finally coming through, at least by way
- 0:16Speaker 1: of the United States Senate. And I'm seeing some dooming
- 0:19Speaker 1: around this this morning, like, oh, they're those Republicans. They
- 0:22Speaker 1: were so weak. I don't share that opinion right now.
- 0:26Speaker 1: I actually think that this was a Donald Trump masterstroke.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I'll explain why in just a moment here. We'll get
- 0:31Speaker 1: into the details. And Chad, you can tell me if
- 0:33Speaker 1: you think I'm wrong. Of course, this is a freewheeling,
- 0:36Speaker 1: free speech show. But I think something very, very interesting
- 0:40Speaker 1: just transpired. So we're going to go over all the
- 0:42Speaker 1: details of that. Also coming up today, the great David
- 0:46Speaker 1: Bazell will be with us from the Media Research Center.
- 0:49Speaker 1: He's going to assess all the latest insanity from the
- 0:51Speaker 1: legacy press. and why the truth is so much better.

- 2:50Speaker 3: Kind of fascinating.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Yesterday, late yesterday, the president of the United States was
- 2:55Speaker 1: looking to resolve the chaos going on at the nation's airports.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And for those of you who didn't see or hear
- 3:00Speaker 1: yesterday's episode, I'll just tell you in brief that Democrats
- 3:04Speaker 1: love the chaos. They love the chaos. They're agents of chaos.
- 3:07Speaker 1: They're AOCs. They're running around creating chaos on purpose because
- 3:11Speaker 1: they think that it's going to hurt Donald Trump. They
- 3:13Speaker 1: believe that there are enough voters who don't pay close
- 3:16Speaker 1: enough attention to who are going to see chaos going
- 3:18Speaker 1: on around them and think, I need to change the
- 3:20Speaker 1: status quo. Who's the president right now? Let's get rid
- 3:22Speaker 1: of that guy. Or who's the party that's in charge
- 3:24Speaker 1: right now? Let's get rid of those people. I'm not
- 3:26Speaker 1: going to vote for them or I'll vote for the
- 3:28Speaker 1: other guys. This is what Democrats want. It's a tried
- 3:31Speaker 1: and true method that they keep on employing. They did
- 3:34Speaker 1: it in 2020 with the George Floyd riots. They're trying
- 3:36Speaker 1: to do it yet again here in this year, 2026,
- 3:40Speaker 1: going into the midterms. They love chaos. The purpose of
- 3:44Speaker 1: all of this chaos you're seeing right now is to
- 3:46Speaker 1: protect illegal aliens, keep them in the country, derive electoral
- 3:49Speaker 1: strength from having all of those illegals here, and to
- 3:53Speaker 1: depress Americans about the state of the country. That's it.
- 3:57Speaker 1: That's all, right? You know, we all nod in agreement. Yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 1: that's right. That's true. Democrats love the chaos. Yes, that's
- 4:03Speaker 1: Star Wars fan 1977. The Democrats just want to watch
- 4:06Speaker 1: the world burn. That's true. They want to watch it burn.
- 4:10Speaker 1: They're happy with that. They think they derive power from
- 4:13Speaker 1: the burning. But here's the way the president outmaneuvered them yesterday.
- 4:17Speaker 1: He said, this thing at the airports, you know, where
- 4:19Speaker 1: people are getting log jammed for hours, where ICE has
- 4:22Speaker 1: done some effort to, ICE was relieving a lot of
- 4:25Speaker 1: the pressure. ICE was showing up, helping at like 14 airports,
- 4:28Speaker 1: busy airports across the country. They were relieving the pressure.
- 4:31Speaker 1: But there's only so much ICE can do. There's only
- 4:33Speaker 1: so much they can do. TSA agents were calling out
- 4:36Speaker 1: more and more and more. We were looking at 50%
- 4:38Speaker 1: call-out rates at airports. It just doesn't work. And so travelers, miserable.
- 4:44Speaker 1: trying to figure out how they're going to get to
- 4:45Speaker 1: the destinations. The president said, you know what? I've had enough.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I've had enough. In Washington, Democrats were demanding all sorts
- 4:52Speaker 1: of favors for illegal aliens. Keep them here. Keep them here.
- 4:56Speaker 1: And the president said, I've had enough of your crap.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Here's what I'm going to do. I'm going to declare
- 4:59Speaker 1: an emergency and I'm going to fund TSA anyway. Can
- 5:03Speaker 1: he do that? I just did. Here's the president of
- 5:06Speaker 1: the United States yesterday making a move on this very thing.
- 5:10Speaker 1: He said the radical left Democrats and their leader, Kryon
- 5:12Speaker 1: Chuck Schumer, have made it very clear where they stand.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And that is on the side of criminal illegal aliens
- 5:19Speaker 1: and not the American people. They are refusing to fund
- 5:23Speaker 1: immigration enforcement unless the Republicans agree to their open border policies,
- 5:27Speaker 1: which will never, ever happen again. They almost destroyed our country,
- 5:33Speaker 1: allowing 25 million people to enter from prisons, mental institutions,
- 5:36Speaker 1: insane asylums. Those that are drug dealers, thousands of murderers,
- 5:39Speaker 1: many of whom killed more than one person. Because the
- 5:42Speaker 1: Democrats have recklessly created a true national crisis, I'm using
- 5:48Speaker 1: my authorities under the law to protect our great country,
- 5:51Speaker 1: as I always will do. Therefore, I'm going to sign
- 5:54Speaker 1: an order instructing the Secretary of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullen,
- 5:57Speaker 1: to immediately pay our TSA agents in order to address
- 6:00Speaker 1: this emergency situation. Got it? And to quickly stop the
- 6:04Speaker 1: Democrat chaos at the airports. Not an easy thing to do,
- 6:07Speaker 1: but I'm going to do it. I want to thank
- 6:09Speaker 1: our hardworking TSA agents and also ICE for the incredible
- 6:12Speaker 1: help they've given us at the airports. I will not
- 6:13Speaker 1: allow the radical left Democrats to hold our country hostage
- 6:16Speaker 1: any longer. Thank you for your attention to this matter,
- 6:18Speaker 1: President Donald J.
- 6:19Speaker 2: Trump.
- 6:22Speaker 1: So where were we? We were at Democrats make Americans miserable.
- 6:27Speaker 1: And they wanted to use it, as the president says,
- 6:29Speaker 1: as a hostage crisis to protect illegal aliens. They were
- 6:31Speaker 1: hoping that Republicans in the Senate, Republicans in the Congress,
- 6:34Speaker 1: and the president of the United States would just roll
- 6:36Speaker 1: over and make the lives of ICE agents harder and
- 6:41Speaker 1: more dangerous. That they would make it easier for illegal
- 6:45Speaker 1: aliens to stay in the country. What did Democrats want?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Democrats wanted judicial warrants, judicial warrants for every illegal alien
- 6:52Speaker 1: to deport them from the United States of America. That
- 6:55Speaker 1: would create immense amounts of traffic in our judicial system.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Like routing a five lane highway into a one street neighborhood.
- 7:06Speaker 1: A complete traffic jam of our court system designed to
- 7:09Speaker 1: protect illegals. And the president said, nah, I'm not doing that.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I'm paying TSA anyway. I'm paying them. I'm going to
- 7:16Speaker 1: use emergency powers to do it. Mark Wayne Mullen, the
- 7:19Speaker 1: new DHS secretary, he's been on the job for like what,
- 7:21Speaker 1: 48 hours? Instantly grateful for the president's action yesterday. He
- 7:26Speaker 1: said this, I want to thank President Trump for his
- 7:29Speaker 1: leadership in finding a way to pay our TSA officers
- 7:31Speaker 1: to end this chaos at the airports. These hours-long lines
- 7:35Speaker 1: and thousands of Americans missing their flights was caused solely
- 7:37Speaker 1: by the Democrats and their reckless DHS shutdown. Many of
- 7:41Speaker 1: DHS's frontline workers are still not being paid. That included FEMA,
- 7:45Speaker 1: the Coast Guard, CISA, that's the cybersecurity agency. The Democrats
- 7:50Speaker 1: must stop playing political games with our national security, quit
- 7:53Speaker 1: punishing our employees, and reopen DHS. And he was right
- 7:58Speaker 1: about that when he posted that last night at 8.02 p.m.
- 8:01Speaker 1: Eastern time. That's when Mark Wayne Mullen posted this. So
- 8:04Speaker 1: what transpired after that? After we get the president of
- 8:08Speaker 1: the United States declaring an emergency, Mark Wayne Mullen thanking
- 8:12Speaker 1: him for that and saying Democrats better do something. What happened?
- 8:17Speaker 1: The Senate just passed funding for TSA and there are
- 8:22Speaker 1: no restrictions on ICE. I only repeat that. The Senate
- 8:28Speaker 1: just sent a clean funding bill, clean funding package, right
- 8:33Speaker 1: out of the Senate overnight under unanimous consent. And there
- 8:37Speaker 1: are no restrictions on ICE. Now, where's the but in this?
- 8:44Speaker 3: But....
- 8:46Speaker 1: There's no additional funding right now for ICE or Border Patrol,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and that specifically affects the civilian employees for those agencies.
- 8:55Speaker 1: So you know at those agencies, they've got like administrative workers,
- 8:58Speaker 1: people who assist the agents, the ICE agents, the Border
- 9:01Speaker 1: Patrol agents. They work in administration, these types of things.
- 9:04Speaker 1: The civilian employees of those agencies are not receiving money
- 9:08Speaker 1: right now, and they need to get paid. They've got
- 9:10Speaker 1: families to feed. So does that fight continue? Yes, it does.
- 9:15Speaker 1: But what happened here is overnight, the United States Senate
- 9:19Speaker 1: suddenly had a window of opportunity to get TSA funding
- 9:22Speaker 1: out the door. And they took advantage of it. And
- 9:27Speaker 1: the reason that window opened was because of what President
- 9:30Speaker 1: Trump did. Under any other circumstance, it wouldn't work. It
- 9:34Speaker 1: wouldn't work. But here's what President Trump did. Here's what
- 9:38Speaker 1: he did. He took the chaos off the table. He
- 9:42Speaker 1: brought relief to America's airports yesterday. He announced, I'm paying
- 9:46Speaker 1: TSA anyway. I'm doing under an emergency provision. And in
- 9:50Speaker 1: so doing, as Democrats are suddenly watching like, oh, crap,
- 9:53Speaker 1: the chaos we were trying to create, the misery we
- 9:56Speaker 1: were trying to create for the American people is suddenly disappearing.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Democrats try and sprint in at the last second to
- 10:05Speaker 1: try and share in the credit for that funding finally
- 10:09Speaker 1: going through, because what other options.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Do they have?
- 10:11Speaker 1: Because at that point, President Trump has relieved the pressure
- 10:14Speaker 1: at the airports and And then Democrats would be the
- 10:17Speaker 1: only thing left for anybody to stare at. And they're like,
- 10:19Speaker 1: wait a second, what? Why is there still a DHS shutdown?
- 10:23Speaker 1: That's Democrats. So the second the misery ends for the
- 10:28Speaker 1: average American, Democrats finally concede and they're like, okay, fine,
- 10:31Speaker 1: we'll pass some funding. So that's what happened overnight. I'm
- 10:34Speaker 1: telling you, President Trump outmaneuvered these guys. Take a look
- 10:39Speaker 1: at this. This is a CNN headline. This is just
- 10:41Speaker 1: the overnight headline here. Senate unanimously moves to fund most
- 10:45Speaker 1: of DHS except ICE and Border Patrol in rare overnight session.
- 10:51Speaker 1: The Senate unanimously moving to fund most of the Department
- 10:54Speaker 1: of Homeland Security except for ICE and part of Customs
- 10:57Speaker 1: and Border Protection. Again, administrative positions with Border Patrol and
- 11:01Speaker 1: administrative positions with ICE. The agreement would fund other DHS
- 11:05Speaker 1: components such as TSA, the Coast Guard. But the House
- 11:09Speaker 1: will still need to act before the funded agencies within
- 11:12Speaker 1: the department can reopen. More on that in a moment,
- 11:14Speaker 1: the role that the House plays here. The move is
- 11:17Speaker 1: meant to alleviate long lines at airports while lawmakers continue
- 11:20Speaker 1: to debate possible reforms to immigration enforcement by DHS. The
- 11:25Speaker 1: move came just hours after President Trump had directed his
- 11:28Speaker 1: newly installed DHS chief to swiftly pay TSA agents in
- 11:32Speaker 1: a bid to reduce lines at airports as talks appeared
- 11:35Speaker 1: to have fallen apart. Talks appeared to have fallen apart,
- 11:38Speaker 1: and President Trump somehow rescued the entire negotiation by paying
- 11:43Speaker 1: TSA agents. While much of Washington slept and officials mauled
- 11:47Speaker 1: how to implement Trump's order, senators focused on moving the
- 11:50Speaker 1: funding they were able to agree on by unanimous consent.
- 11:54Speaker 1: On his way to the floor in the wee hours
- 11:56Speaker 1: of the morning Friday, Senate Majority Leader John Thune told reporters,
- 11:59Speaker 1: we're going to execute on as much as DHS as
- 12:02Speaker 1: we can tonight, and then we'll fund the rest of
- 12:04Speaker 1: it later.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Okay.
- 12:07Speaker 1: So what happened? President Trump got funding for these agencies.
- 12:12Speaker 1: He actually got it through the Senate. And it passed
- 12:14Speaker 1: via unanimous consent. And just to remind you, when they
- 12:18Speaker 1: ask for unanimous consent in the Senate, the way it
- 12:20Speaker 1: works is if any senator objects, then the only way
- 12:23Speaker 1: to pass it is with an actual vote. But nobody objected.
- 12:27Speaker 1: So you're not going to see a vote tally for
- 12:29Speaker 1: that funding effort last night. It was just, hey, we
- 12:32Speaker 1: want to pass this via unanimous consent. Are there any objections?
- 12:35Speaker 1: No objections were voiced. It moves on. Now, there are
- 12:40Speaker 1: still other components. You still have ICE and Border Patrol
- 12:44Speaker 1: administrative funding, civilian funding that needs to go through. And
- 12:48Speaker 1: we still have the Save America Act that we need
- 12:52Speaker 1: to pass. There's some business before us to deal with.
- 12:56Speaker 1: And this brings us to what will the United States
- 12:58Speaker 1: House of Representatives do? Great question. So here's the state
- 13:04Speaker 1: of play with the House right now. The House, according
- 13:08Speaker 1: to some of the political reporting this morning, has, quote,
- 13:12Speaker 1: big problems, at least today, in moving this DHS funding bill.
- 13:17Speaker 1: This may not go all the way through until at
- 13:19Speaker 1: least Monday. But here's what's going on. Here's Jake Sherman
- 13:22Speaker 1: at Punchbowl. And he says the House is going to
- 13:25Speaker 1: have big problems moving the DHS funding bill today. In
- 13:28Speaker 1: the rules for this Congress, Republicans have handcuffed themselves. The
- 13:31Speaker 1: majority cannot move bills under suspension of the rules on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays,
- 13:38Speaker 1: and Sundays. Hardline conservatives hate moving bills under suspension because
- 13:44Speaker 1: it bypasses the rule vote where they have the most leverage.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Suspensions short circuit that process, but they need two-thirds majority. Anyway,
- 13:52Speaker 1: the point, what he's getting at here is that there
- 13:54Speaker 1: are all sorts of rules that Republicans have imposed on
- 13:57Speaker 1: the House, on themselves, that would prevent a speedy push
- 14:02Speaker 1: of this legislation through. So Speaker Johnson can go to
- 14:05Speaker 1: the Rules Committee for this, where he can try to
- 14:08Speaker 1: get basically a temporary rule. There's no sure thing. If
- 14:10Speaker 1: he does get one, he can try to pass it
- 14:12Speaker 1: on the floor. That's also no sure thing. Rules are
- 14:15Speaker 1: party-line votes. Or he can wait until Monday, where he
- 14:17Speaker 1: can pass this on suspension. Either way, it's going to
- 14:20Speaker 1: be controversial, he says. Maybe Trump can convince the House
- 14:24Speaker 1: Freedom Caucus to join him, but I don't know that'll work.
- 14:27Speaker 1: So no Save America Act is in this and rules
- 14:30Speaker 1: are hard in the best of times. So what you
- 14:32Speaker 1: need is everybody has to be for it, essentially. And
- 14:36Speaker 1: there are Republicans in the House right now who've already
- 14:38Speaker 1: taken a pledge of kind of no new legislation without
- 14:44Speaker 1: the Save Act. Now, is this technically legislation? Well, as
- 14:49Speaker 1: a matter of like, I mean, this is what the
- 14:50Speaker 1: you know, anything the Congress produces can be called legislation.
- 14:54Speaker 1: But this is just a continuation of funding. It's not like,
- 14:56Speaker 1: this is not like the invention of a new law.
- 14:59Speaker 1: This isn't the creation of some brand new law. This
- 15:02Speaker 1: is the authorization of funding to agencies that need it.
- 15:04Speaker 1: This is to relieve pressure on the American people. And
- 15:08Speaker 1: to be very clear, the White House has already indicated
- 15:11Speaker 1: that DHS funding is definitely allowed. It was the president
- 15:15Speaker 1: who originally said I'm not signing anything else legislatively until
- 15:19Speaker 1: I get the Save America Act. Yes, DHS funding. Yes,
- 15:22Speaker 1: let's get Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen into position. But for
- 15:25Speaker 1: the rest of it, no, no new legislation. We need
- 15:29Speaker 1: the Save America Act.
- 15:31Speaker 2: We need it.
- 15:32Speaker 1: That's the position. And I think House Republicans will probably
- 15:35Speaker 1: be with the president on that specific arrangement. We'll see.
- 15:39Speaker 1: But keep your eyes open on this. If you're listening
- 15:41Speaker 1: to this on the podcast, chances are some of this
- 15:43Speaker 1: has kind of been resolved by the time you hear this.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Maybe.
- 15:46Speaker 1: And if it hasn't been, then it might be Monday
- 15:48Speaker 1: that we finally get that House vote. But I just
- 15:52Speaker 1: don't see, I don't see a scenario, ladies and gentlemen,
- 15:55Speaker 1: where this happens overnight, where it's not for President Trump
- 15:58Speaker 1: paying TSA on his own yesterday. I don't.
- 16:01Speaker 3: I don't.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Oh, and in case you were wondering, remember when Elon
- 16:04Speaker 1: Musk offered to pay TSA? Remember that, like a week ago?
- 16:07Speaker 1: He was like, I'll pay TSA. Apparently, the White House
- 16:09Speaker 1: said it's just not possible. They wish it was, but
- 16:12Speaker 1: under the law, it doesn't work that way. You have
- 16:15Speaker 1: to pay these officers, you have to pay federal government
- 16:18Speaker 1: employees through congressional authorizations. That's the way it has to
- 16:22Speaker 1: work as a constitutional matter. So he wasn't able to
- 16:26Speaker 1: do that, which is too bad because that was a
- 16:28Speaker 1: really nice and generous offer by Elon Musk. But the
- 16:32Speaker 1: president came up with an option, an emergency order, an
- 16:35Speaker 1: emergency order to pay TSA. And if Democrats had decided
- 16:39Speaker 1: to fight that, and I guess they could have, but like, what,
- 16:41Speaker 1: were they really going to have a big battle and say,
- 16:43Speaker 1: you're not allowed to pay TSA? You're not allowed to
- 16:46Speaker 1: use emergency powers to make people's lives better. Yeah, they
- 16:51Speaker 1: saw what was coming. And suddenly they're now for TSA funding.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And again, it doesn't include any restrictions on ICE. The
- 16:59Speaker 1: left was looking to make it easier for illegal aliens.
- 17:02Speaker 1: There are no restrictions on ICE. Are there still components
- 17:05Speaker 1: to fight for? Absolutely. But this was a masterful move,
- 17:09Speaker 1: I think, by the president of the United States. One
- 17:11Speaker 1: more thing on the process here, because this really does matter.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham, who is the ridiculous United States Senator, he's
- 17:21Speaker 1: the head of the Budget Committee. And he promises that
- 17:25Speaker 1: the other component here, the civilian funding for ICE, the
- 17:29Speaker 1: civilian funding for Border Patrol, that it's going to come
- 17:32Speaker 1: through in the reconciliation package. Remember that? And that's fine.
- 17:36Speaker 1: You can fund those guys through reconciliation. That's a simple
- 17:38Speaker 1: majority vote in both the House and the Senate. He
- 17:40Speaker 1: said that bill will focus on ensuring ICE and other
- 17:43Speaker 1: vital functions of Homeland Security, as well as U.S. military
- 17:46Speaker 1: and efforts to increase voter integrity, are Democrat resistance proof.
- 17:52Speaker 1: This is where he's BSing you. The voter thing, where
- 17:56Speaker 1: he says that they're going to get aspects of the
- 17:58Speaker 1: SAVE Act through reconciliation, Lindsey Graham is lying to you.
- 18:03Speaker 1: There is no meaningful way to get elements of the
- 18:06Speaker 1: SAVE Act through reconciliation. Mike Lee, Sean Davis, Ana Paulina Luna,
- 18:11Speaker 1: anybody who's on our side in this fight has already
- 18:14Speaker 1: been telling you there is no way we're getting any meaningful,
- 18:19Speaker 1: real reforms for election integrity through reconciliation. So Lindsey Graham
- 18:26Speaker 1: can pay lip service to all that. That's not happening.
- 18:29Speaker 1: That's not happening. He claims he's going to work closely
- 18:31Speaker 1: with the president and his team in writing the bill.
- 18:34Speaker 1: That'll be his effort to try and pass off blame
- 18:36Speaker 1: to President Trump if it doesn't give us what we need.
- 18:39Speaker 1: And this will be one of the most important assignments
- 18:41Speaker 1: I've had during my time in the Senate. I'm looking
- 18:43Speaker 1: forward to hitting the ground running.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Good luck. Good luck. Lindsey Graham. Anyway, but Lindsey Graham,
- 18:52Speaker 1: he wields power in this conversation because he is in
- 18:55Speaker 1: charge of that budget committee. He does handle this reconciliation process.
- 18:59Speaker 1: And apparently he's been quarterbacking this notion that Oh, we're
- 19:01Speaker 1: going to get parts of the Save America Act passed
- 19:03Speaker 1: to reconciliation. Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it.
- 19:06Speaker 1: And I don't believe we'll ever see it.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Ever. Ever.
- 19:11Speaker 1: All right, more in a moment. I want to talk
- 19:12Speaker 1: to you about a story of heroism. A story of
- 19:17Speaker 1: heroism by an ICE agent yesterday. I love this story.
- 19:21Speaker 1: And also the president of the United States. Anybody see
- 19:24Speaker 1: the president yesterday at the cabinet meeting or in his
- 19:27Speaker 1: interview with Fox News? He was in rare form. He
- 19:30Speaker 1: was hilarious yesterday. I've got the updates on just how
- 19:34Speaker 1: hilarious the president is. We'll be joined coming up by
- 19:36Speaker 1: David Bazell. We have a lot to discuss all ahead
- 19:38Speaker 1: on this edition of events.
- 19:41Speaker 4: All right.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Let's see here.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Oh, Dream.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Dream.
- 19:45Speaker 1: It's a great sponsor. Well, Beam's the sponsor. Dream's the product.

- 19:52Speaker 1: you can bounce back from a terrible night's sleep. But
- 19:55Speaker 1: the older you get, not quite so easy, which is
- 19:59Speaker 1: why you really just need a great night's sleep. And
- 20:01Speaker 1: you can do that if you have Beam's Dream Powder.

- 20:12Speaker 1: not just technically awake.
- 20:14Speaker 2: It's extraordinary.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Dream is made up of a very powerful and delicious
- 20:18Speaker 1: blend of all natural ingredients. Reishi, magnesium, L-theanine, apigenin, melatonin.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Not to mention, it tastes amazing. It really does. I
- 20:26Speaker 1: like the sea salt caramel. Maybe you'll like the chocolate
- 20:29Speaker 1: peanut butter. Maybe you'll like the regular chocolate. It's all
- 20:31Speaker 1: so good. There's so many great options. They're all delicious.

- 21:12Speaker 2: It's really good.
- 21:13Speaker 1: It's really good.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Okay.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Let's see what we have.
- 21:18Speaker 2: Okay.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Ice agent heroism. Ice agent heroism. This comes to us
- 21:23Speaker 1: from John F. Kennedy Airport, New York, yesterday. Take a
- 21:28Speaker 1: look here. This is a scene where there's a one-year-old boy.
- 21:33Speaker 1: who was in his father's arms waiting in a TSA
- 21:36Speaker 1: line yesterday. And in this video, you'll kind of see
- 21:40Speaker 1: his arms are kind of dangling because the boy goes limp.
- 21:42Speaker 1: And if you're watching rumble.com slash Vince, what happens is
- 21:46Speaker 1: the ICE agent, again, they're helping TSA at the airport,
- 21:49Speaker 1: sees this, runs over, intercepts the father as he's running
- 21:54Speaker 1: around trying to figure out what to do, gets to
- 21:56Speaker 1: the boy, and then behind, kind of obstructed by the
- 22:00Speaker 1: column that you're looking at on screen, He performs Heimlich
- 22:04Speaker 1: on the child. This is a one-year-old baby. And if
- 22:08Speaker 1: anybody's ever been trained in kind of this emergency response,
- 22:11Speaker 1: it's a little bit different to do the Heimlich on
- 22:13Speaker 1: a small child than it is on a fully grown adult.
- 22:17Speaker 1: There are variations in methods here. This guy's well-trained. He
- 22:21Speaker 1: knows what he's doing. He intervenes, performs the Heimlich, and
- 22:25Speaker 1: he saves the child's life. Not only does he save
- 22:28Speaker 1: the kid's life, they had an EMT come over and
- 22:30Speaker 1: look at the kid afterwards and said, He's good to go.
- 22:33Speaker 1: The kid was good to go. And the kid got
- 22:35Speaker 1: on the flight with the family and was able to
- 22:37Speaker 1: head out. That ICE agent just saved a life while
- 22:41Speaker 1: also helping to alleviate some of that pressure at JFK Airport,
- 22:45Speaker 1: which is a very, very busy airport. What a what
- 22:48Speaker 1: an amazing story. And DHS released a statement to Fox
- 22:52Speaker 1: about this. They said that it was two days ago. Now,
- 22:54Speaker 1: that was Wednesday that that occurred. Thursday, the video came out.
- 22:58Speaker 1: An ICE agent helped TSA operations at JFK, jumped into
- 23:02Speaker 1: action to save the life of a one-year-old child experiencing
- 23:05Speaker 1: a medical emergency. The heroic actions of the officer began
- 23:08Speaker 1: when that child became unresponsive in the arms of his father,
- 23:12Speaker 1: unable to breathe for almost two minutes, two minutes without breathing.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Post-circuit television reviewing a review of it, CCTV, shows that
- 23:21Speaker 1: a passenger in TSA PreCheck was holding that one-year-old in
- 23:25Speaker 1: his arms when the child's arms go lifeless. Panic ensues,
- 23:28Speaker 1: and the father is seen scrambling around the area and
- 23:31Speaker 1: calling for help. The agent, working at his post, heard
- 23:34Speaker 1: the screams from the father and other passengers and sprinted
- 23:38Speaker 1: to the scene. The father handed the child to the officer,
- 23:41Speaker 1: who then assessed the unresponsive child, began performing the Heimlich maneuver,
- 23:45Speaker 1: and after a few seconds, the child started breathing again.
- 23:48Speaker 1: EMS personnel arrive on scene, medical equipment, they further monitor,
- 23:53Speaker 1: they reassess the child. The child was reassessed and cleared
- 23:56Speaker 1: to be healthy enough to fly. Amazing. Just absolutely amazing.
- 24:04Speaker 1: I mean, God bless that ICE officer. Hero stuff. That
- 24:07Speaker 1: was hero stuff we saw yesterday. And this goes back
- 24:10Speaker 1: to precisely what I was saying earlier this week. Not
- 24:13Speaker 1: that President Trump anticipated that ICE officers would be saving
- 24:16Speaker 1: children from choking at the airport, but the president clearly
- 24:22Speaker 1: thought through the value of having ICE officers dealing directly
- 24:27Speaker 1: with the American people. And the reality of it is
- 24:31Speaker 1: we have seen endless video now of Americans who have
- 24:34Speaker 1: been very happy to get assistance from ICE, very happy
- 24:38Speaker 1: to have them helping out at the airports. And I
- 24:40Speaker 1: have on my X feed right now, I've got lefties
- 24:42Speaker 1: who are still crapping all over ICE, pretending like these
- 24:45Speaker 1: guys are villains and, oh, what are they doing? They're
- 24:47Speaker 1: doing nothing. They're doing everything actually. ICE agents are the
- 24:52Speaker 1: Marco Rubios of federal law enforcement right now. They do
- 24:57Speaker 1: every job the president could possibly ask. God bless him
- 25:01Speaker 1: for it, including saving lives. God bless him for it.
- 25:05Speaker 1: It's been just amazing, amazing to watch. Amazing to watch.
- 25:10Speaker 1: I also promised, it's a Friday, so I think we
- 25:12Speaker 1: should have some more fun too. I promised that you
- 25:14Speaker 1: would get some great nonstop comedy from President Trump. President...
- 25:20Speaker 1: President Trump joined the five yesterday on the Fox News
- 25:22Speaker 1: channel for one of the most hilarious interviews, certainly of
- 25:27Speaker 1: the last 24 hours, definitely. But maybe his best interview
- 25:30Speaker 1: of the week. Let's go with that. You know, it's
- 25:31Speaker 1: hard to judge President Trump, the totality of his time
- 25:35Speaker 1: in office and all of the interviews he's done. But
- 25:36Speaker 1: this one was really funny yesterday. He was asked by
- 25:41Speaker 1: Jesse Waters whether or not it was true that the
- 25:45Speaker 1: new and yet unseen and perhaps dead Ayatollah Khamenei is
- 25:51Speaker 1: a mangled gay dude. And the president confirmed it, and
- 25:56Speaker 1: then he had a lot more to say.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Listen.
- 25:58Speaker 3: You kind of suggested that we'd knocked out Ayatollah Jr.
- 26:02Speaker 2: Have we? And did the CIA.
- 26:04Speaker 1: Tell you that Ayatollah Jr.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Is gay?
- 26:08Speaker 5: Well, they did say that, but I don't know if
- 26:10Speaker 5: it was only them. I think a lot of people
- 26:12Speaker 5: are saying that, which puts them off to a bad
- 26:15Speaker 5: start in that particular country. You know, I sort of
- 26:18Speaker 5: have to smile to myself when I say I see
- 26:22Speaker 5: people trying to defend the Palestinian regime for women, women
- 26:27Speaker 5: for Palestine. But they kill women if you don't wear
- 26:31Speaker 5: a certain group of if you don't wear a certain
- 26:35Speaker 5: cloth all over your face, you have no chance of living. And,
- 26:39Speaker 5: you know, when I look at gays for Palestine, but
- 26:42Speaker 5: they kill gays, they kill them instantly. They throw them
- 26:44Speaker 5: off buildings. And I'm saying, who are the gays for Palestine?
- 26:47Speaker 5: And they have a significant amount of gays for palestine
- 26:51Speaker 5: now i think when you know i did very well
- 26:53Speaker 5: with the gay vote okay i even had i even
- 26:55Speaker 5: played the gay national anthem as my walk off okay
- 27:01Speaker 5: and i think it probably helped me but i did
- 27:02Speaker 5: great with no republicans ever gotten uh... the gay vote
- 27:06Speaker 5: like i did and i'm very proud of it i
- 27:08Speaker 5: think it's great perhaps it's because i'm from new york
- 27:11Speaker 5: city i don't know but but the the gay national
- 27:14Speaker 5: anthem was my walk off and i think it probably
- 27:16Speaker 5: had but think of it gays for palestine But they
- 27:20Speaker 5: kill gays in Palestine. So when they hear that, I
- 27:23Speaker 5: think probably we can talk them out of it. It
- 27:25Speaker 5: shouldn't be too hard.
- 27:30Speaker 1: I think it's unbelievable. Oh, that's so funny. I don't
- 27:36Speaker 1: know if I've ever heard him refer to YMCA as
- 27:39Speaker 1: the gay national anthem. I've heard other people say that.
- 27:42Speaker 1: But he straight up said, yeah, the gay national anthem
- 27:44Speaker 1: is my walk-off music. That's really funny. You know, one
- 27:48Speaker 1: of my favorite things about YMCA, now the music is,
- 27:53Speaker 1: have you ever seen it played in public? They'll play
- 27:56Speaker 1: it at like sporting events. They'll play it at weddings.
- 27:59Speaker 1: You can instantly tell who the Trump supporters are, like
- 28:02Speaker 1: the real MAGA people, because they don't do the traditional YMCA.
- 28:07Speaker 1: They're not doing this with everybody else. They're just, they're
- 28:12Speaker 1: hitting the Trump. You can instantly tell. It's really great.
- 28:20Speaker 1: I love the effect he's had on that. He's like,
- 28:23Speaker 1: the gay national anthem. It's my walk-off music. I was like,
- 28:26Speaker 1: you know what? You just do you, Mr. President. You
- 28:30Speaker 1: do you.
- 28:31Speaker 2: Hilarious.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Great interview. That was great. That was great yesterday by
- 28:35Speaker 1: the President of the United States. He's busy with this
- 28:37Speaker 1: Iran thing. That's funny, too. I love that, of all things,
- 28:40Speaker 1: that Iran headlines have to include the words gay national
- 28:44Speaker 1: anthem to describe the President's commentary on the subject. Let's just, honestly,
- 28:50Speaker 1: please appreciate these moments. You're going to look back on
- 28:52Speaker 1: them fondly someday. Like, remember when that happened? You're going
- 28:56Speaker 1: to love it. It's okay to pause for a moment
- 28:59Speaker 1: and marinate in how fun this is because that's fun.
- 29:03Speaker 1: I love that. All right, more ahead on this edition
- 29:06Speaker 1: of Vince. We'll be joined in just a moment by
- 29:08Speaker 1: David Bazell. We'll get an assessment of how the media
- 29:11Speaker 1: are doing these days. Uh, spoiler, not well. Hey, uh,
- 29:15Speaker 1: I've been using the bone charge infrared sauna blanket. You
- 29:18Speaker 1: know about this sauna blanket? It's amazing. It's nice to
- 29:20Speaker 1: have a sauna at home. Just wrap myself up, let
- 29:22Speaker 1: the infrared heat work its magic. And then Allison likes
- 29:24Speaker 1: the red light face mask from bone charge because she
- 29:27Speaker 1: wears it each night and it helps her a lot.
- 29:29Speaker 1: You know, lots of people have been switched on to
- 29:31Speaker 1: red light therapy and how good it is. This bone
- 29:33Speaker 1: charge red light face mask.
- 29:35Speaker 2: It's perfect.
- 29:35Speaker 1: She loves it because it improves your skin's texture, reduces inflammation.
- 29:39Speaker 1: She seen incredible effects from it. And I think you
- 29:42Speaker 1: will too. I think you're going to like these things

- 30:27Speaker 1: you to think about something. 20 years ago, 20 years ago, $ 20, 000
- 30:32Speaker 1: equaled roughly 33 ounces of gold. Nowadays, those same 33 ounces,
- 30:36Speaker 1: over $ 150, 000 in value. Smart Americans diversify a portion of
- 30:41Speaker 1: their savings into precious metals. And gold can help insulate
- 30:45Speaker 1: you in times of chaos. Like if Democrats ever, God forbid,

- 31:36Speaker 1: David Bazell. He's the president of the Media Research Center.
- 31:40Speaker 1: You can find him on X at David Boesel. David,
- 31:43Speaker 1: great to see you today.
- 31:44Speaker 6: Hey, Vince.
- 31:45Speaker 2: How are you doing, buddy?
- 31:45Speaker 1: I'm doing all right. I'm doing all right. And good
- 31:48Speaker 1: to have you here, man.
- 31:49Speaker 2: Yeah, man.
- 31:50Speaker 1: I thank you for your organization's never-ending work, holding the
- 31:53Speaker 1: media accountable, keeping track of what they're up to.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Someone's got to do it. Someone's got to do it.
- 31:58Speaker 1: I appreciate that. You know, let me just start with
- 32:01Speaker 1: what I've been talking a lot about during the show here,
- 32:04Speaker 1: which is the media's distortions. about the men and women
- 32:09Speaker 1: of immigration and customs enforcement. We've seen a lot of
- 32:12Speaker 1: threats to the lives of ICE agents, the skyrocketing assault
- 32:15Speaker 1: rates and death threats. We've seen assassination attempts on ICE
- 32:18Speaker 1: agents in the last year. And President Trump just put
- 32:23Speaker 1: a very human face on ICE by deploying these guys
- 32:25Speaker 1: to the airport. Once again, I think he's outmaneuvered the
- 32:27Speaker 1: media pretty substantially here. But what do you make of
- 32:32Speaker 1: all of this, of the media's treatment of that agency
- 32:35Speaker 1: and how out of step it is with reality?
- 32:37Speaker 3: Well, just like President Trump, the media coverage of ICE
- 32:40Speaker 3: has been nearly universally negative. 97%, I think, was our
- 32:45Speaker 3: number going back to February. Here's how this sort of
- 32:49Speaker 3: manifests itself kind of in the real world.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Now, you're right.
- 32:51Speaker 3: I mean, they're enjoying some positive exposure, you know, being
- 32:55Speaker 3: at the airports, I think. There's an ICE agent who
- 32:57Speaker 3: saved an infant's life just yesterday. I think it was
- 33:00Speaker 3: in New Jersey. I'm sure you were talking about it.
- 33:02Speaker 2: JFK. Yeah, JFK. Now- The Minnesota Star Tribune, right?
- 33:09Speaker 3: They rocketed up the charts in the top 50 websites
- 33:12Speaker 3: in America in the month of January. Why? Because Google
- 33:16Speaker 3: News picked them up five times and Apple News picked
- 33:19Speaker 3: them up 11 times. All negative headlines about ICE, every
- 33:23Speaker 3: single one of them, with gems including such as ICE
- 33:27Speaker 3: shoots man.
- 33:27Speaker 2: In leg, right?
- 33:29Speaker 3: Leaving out the fact that there was a Venezuelan national
- 33:31Speaker 3: on the run who had deportation orders, slips sliding around
- 33:35Speaker 3: through the ICE. turns around, realizes he can't outrun these guys,
- 33:39Speaker 3: and tries to attack the ICE agent.
- 33:40Speaker 2: And the ICE agent.
- 33:42Speaker 3: Follows protocol and shoots him in the leg. I mean,
- 33:44Speaker 3: he could have shot him in other places, but he
- 33:46Speaker 3: shoots him in the leg. But here's the Minnesota Star
- 33:48Speaker 3: Tribune that comes out of nowhere as a top 50
- 33:51Speaker 3: website in America. And this is how polling can get affected, right?
- 33:56Speaker 3: And this is how the president's numbers and ICE numbers
- 33:58Speaker 3: can go down. Because if you're just a headline scroller,
- 34:02Speaker 3: If you're a nurse in a hospital on, on, on
- 34:04Speaker 3: her beat and you're, and you're just, you're relegated to
- 34:07Speaker 3: just whatever MSN gives you on your personal computer, or
- 34:10Speaker 3: if you're the housing contractor going from job to job
- 34:13Speaker 3: and you're just headline scrolling through whatever apple pushes you,
- 34:16Speaker 3: that's what you're going to get. It's just this anti
- 34:19Speaker 3: ice all the time, anti Trump all the time. So, um,
- 34:23Speaker 3: you know, it's good on the president for him to
- 34:25Speaker 3: do that. I, you know, I would advise this thing,
- 34:27Speaker 3: if the airports remain clogged this weekend, I would deploy
- 34:32Speaker 3: the National Guard, but obviously that's a higher pay grade
- 34:35Speaker 3: than what I've got.
- 34:36Speaker 1: The president has suggested he might do that this week,
- 34:39Speaker 1: to your point. Although, as we were discussing earlier in
- 34:42Speaker 1: the program, it looks like the funding is coming through. Also,
- 34:45Speaker 1: the president yesterday declaring an emergency to say, I'm funding
- 34:48Speaker 1: TSA anyway. So there's a lot of options on the
- 34:50Speaker 1: table right now to alleviate some of that congestion at
- 34:52Speaker 1: the airport. But on this point about kind of how
- 34:55Speaker 1: out of control the left is and the role the
- 34:57Speaker 1: media plays in it, For so many years, David, we've
- 35:01Speaker 1: talked about the reality that speech is not in and
- 35:04Speaker 1: of itself violence. The left has routinely accused the right
- 35:08Speaker 1: of being violent just by saying true things out loud.
- 35:11Speaker 1: But it doesn't mean you shouldn't be responsible with your speech.
- 35:15Speaker 1: What role do you detect between the media's behavior and
- 35:19Speaker 1: the assassination culture that's developed on the left?
- 35:22Speaker 6: Well, let's look at the DHS shutdown specifically for a
- 35:25Speaker 6: second and just how out of control and out of
- 35:28Speaker 6: sorts the coverage was. Yesterday morning, Apple News presented Politico's
- 35:33Speaker 6: main image of Chuck Schumer standing in front of a
- 35:37Speaker 6: sign saying that Republicans had blocked TSA funding eight times.
- 35:41Speaker 3: Now, that is an outright flat out lie. Now, I
- 35:44Speaker 3: expect that out of Politico, right? And you can sort
- 35:47Speaker 3: of isolate Politico as this Washington inside the.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Beltway rag that it is.
- 35:53Speaker 3: But when Apple takes it and broadcasts it to its
- 35:56Speaker 3: reportedly 125 million users a day, that is an ecosystem
- 36:02Speaker 3: with which the Republican Party and even the conservative movement
- 36:06Speaker 3: combined can't really compete with at that kind of a
- 36:09Speaker 3: rapid pace.
- 36:11Speaker 2: 125 million people just get the flat-out headline and.
- 36:13Speaker 3: The massive— if a picture speaks a thousand words, Vince— That's
- 36:17Speaker 3: the picture that 125 million people saw.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Was that the Republicans had blocked TSA funding, not Chuck Schumer.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Let me put it up. For those of you watching rumble.com
- 36:25Speaker 1: slash Vince, fellas, if we can go full screen on
- 36:27Speaker 1: me for a moment, here's the image that David shared
- 36:30Speaker 1: to X over the last 24 hours. This is, again,
- 36:34Speaker 1: a political headline generated on Apple News. So many people
- 36:40Speaker 1: see this just on their phones. So many people are
- 36:42Speaker 1: using iPhones. they get their Apple news item and there
- 36:45Speaker 1: it is, it's just Chuck Schumer holding a little sign
- 36:48Speaker 1: and multiple times on the same image, it says, Republicans
- 36:51Speaker 1: have blocked funding for TSA when of course that's a
- 36:54Speaker 1: perfect inversion of the truth, David, it's a perfect inversion
- 36:58Speaker 1: of the truth.
- 37:01Speaker 2: What are Republicans options after that, right?
- 37:03Speaker 3: I mean, message wise, I would advise them to be
- 37:07Speaker 3: full-throated and calling out this distribution bias. and being unified
- 37:13Speaker 3: in calling that out. But they don't because they're not
- 37:15Speaker 3: unified on just about anything these days.
- 37:18Speaker 2: And that's a problem. But what the Senate rules assumed.
- 37:24Speaker 3: When they were crafted by her founders, an equal opportunity
- 37:27Speaker 3: for distribution, an equal opportunity for debate.
- 37:30Speaker 2: And we don't have that right now politically.
- 37:33Speaker 3: And so I just think politically it's unsustainable for the
- 37:35Speaker 3: Republican Party to be going up against that level, we're not,
- 37:38Speaker 3: we're sort of beyond bias. This is just this blockade
- 37:42Speaker 3: of the conservative viewpoint created at the point of entry, right?
- 37:46Speaker 3: This isn't just a news operation. This is the phone itself.
- 37:49Speaker 2: Yes.
- 37:49Speaker 1: And as far as Republicans go, just to pull away
- 37:52Speaker 1: to the political question for a moment, as they're dealing
- 37:54Speaker 1: with Democrats, they're not dealing with good faith negotiators. It's
- 37:58Speaker 1: not like they're trying to navigate towards some compromised position,
- 38:02Speaker 1: you're dealing with hostage takers. You're dealing with people who
- 38:05Speaker 1: are rooting against American citizens and for illegal aliens. At
- 38:09Speaker 1: that point, maybe you should actually change the rules of
- 38:12Speaker 1: the Senate, like the president said earlier this week, and
- 38:15Speaker 1: pass things that benefit Americans and not illegals.
- 38:18Speaker 3: Well, I mean, not only are they not operating in
- 38:21Speaker 3: good faith, they really don't have to. You know, they
- 38:24Speaker 3: don't have to be concerned with election security. They don't
- 38:27Speaker 3: have to be concerned with national security. They don't have
- 38:29Speaker 3: to be concerned with TSA lines. They don't have to
- 38:31Speaker 3: be concerned with any of that stuff.
- 38:32Speaker 4: Why?
- 38:32Speaker 2: Because Apple does the work for them. Why bother?
- 38:36Speaker 3: Just get out and get the placard behind you and
- 38:39Speaker 3: go nuts. So it's a terrific advantage that the Democrats had.
- 38:46Speaker 3: I kind of, you know, hat tip them for being
- 38:49Speaker 3: able to figure this out. But this is something that
- 38:50Speaker 3: the movement, I think, has been a little bit of
- 38:52Speaker 3: a blind spot. Big time blind spot for us. The
- 38:55Speaker 3: point of entry, the bias at the point of entry. Yes,
- 38:58Speaker 3: we're the conservative movement. And you and I have been
- 39:01Speaker 3: in doing this for many, many years. The conservative movement
- 39:05Speaker 3: has come an awesome long way in being able to
- 39:08Speaker 3: get its message out. But boy, oh boy, 125 million
- 39:13Speaker 3: at the blink of an eye is tough to compete with.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Yeah, no, of course. And as you know, there are
- 39:17Speaker 1: elections decided by sometimes just a couple of votes. And
- 39:20Speaker 1: if a couple of people are misled, that can change everything.
- 39:23Speaker 1: And in fact, you quite famously, your organization looked at
- 39:27Speaker 1: what happened in the 2020 election. when the Hunter Biden
- 39:31Speaker 1: laptop story was buried by the media and found that
- 39:35Speaker 1: had more Americans actually known about it, if it wasn't censored,
- 39:38Speaker 1: that could have actually determined the results of the election.
- 39:41Speaker 1: And President Trump would have won in that cycle.
- 39:43Speaker 3: Yeah. So, I mean, this is one of the criticisms
- 39:46Speaker 3: of the excuse me, of the left wing press as well.
- 39:49Speaker 2: Excuse me.
- 39:50Speaker 3: The right wing does not have investigative journalists. Well, tell
- 39:53Speaker 3: Miranda Devine that.
- 39:55Speaker 2: I dare you. I dare you to go tell Miranda
- 39:57Speaker 2: Devine in the New York Post that she didn't break
- 39:59Speaker 2: the Hunter Biden story. Of course she did.
- 40:01Speaker 3: And that was summarily censored by the socials and the
- 40:05Speaker 3: news apps, the news aggregator apps.
- 40:09Speaker 2: And it would have resulted in a 9.4% swing.
- 40:12Speaker 3: According to our poll, and then if you spread that
- 40:15Speaker 3: out across the swing states, President Trump would have won
- 40:17Speaker 3: on the land side. But it's actually cascading down to
- 40:20Speaker 3: all sorts of other issues. This IOC thing, banning the
- 40:24Speaker 3: transgender stuff was kind of interesting. No coverage on that, Vince.
- 40:27Speaker 3: No coverage on the networks of that. Now, that kind
- 40:30Speaker 3: of surprised me. But then I think about it, if
- 40:33Speaker 3: they had won, if transgenders had been able to stick
- 40:37Speaker 3: around in the Olympics- that would have led news coverage
- 40:40Speaker 3: all night long.
- 40:41Speaker 1: Well, let's talk about that issue. So what David's referring to,
- 40:44Speaker 1: the IOC, the International Olympic Committee, yesterday, they came up
- 40:48Speaker 1: with this crazy new policy that you should only participate
- 40:52Speaker 1: in your own gender sport. Finally, the Olympics is not
- 40:57Speaker 1: going to allow men to cheat in women's sports anymore.
- 41:00Speaker 1: No more Emain Khalifa, whatever the hell that guy's name was,
- 41:03Speaker 1: going into the boxing ring and then punching women in
- 41:06Speaker 1: the face. Somebody came to their senses. Somebody got hit
- 41:09Speaker 1: hard enough in the head to finally wake up and say, okay,
- 41:12Speaker 1: wait a second. Let's not allow this anymore. So yesterday
- 41:16Speaker 1: they come out with this ruling. And then I'm looking
- 41:18Speaker 1: at some of the coverage yesterday, David, and I saw
- 41:21Speaker 1: the Associated Press had a headline. This is a real headline.
- 41:24Speaker 1: I'm just going to read it to you. Trans women
- 41:26Speaker 1: athletes are banned from the Olympics by a new IOC
- 41:31Speaker 1: policy on female eligibility. Trans women athletes. So if you
- 41:37Speaker 1: don't know a ton about this subject, if you're looking
- 41:39Speaker 1: at it, you're going, women athletes are banned from competing
- 41:41Speaker 1: with women?
- 41:42Speaker 4: No.
- 41:43Speaker 1: The deceit is a part of the scam. They're really
- 41:49Speaker 1: trying to convince you to reject reality here.
- 41:53Speaker 2: That headline is a lie.
- 41:55Speaker 3: They all ran with the word banned, except for, oddly enough, ESPN,
- 41:58Speaker 3: which chose the word excluded.
- 42:01Speaker 2: Distinction without a difference.
- 42:02Speaker 3: But they all ran with this word that transgender women
- 42:05Speaker 3: were banned. A biological male can go compete.
- 42:10Speaker 2: Go for it. Try to get inside the Olympics and
- 42:13Speaker 2: try to win. I mean, you're more power to you.
- 42:16Speaker 2: You're not banned at all.
- 42:18Speaker 3: You just got to participate in the category with which
- 42:21Speaker 3: you were born. So look, not to sound too sick
- 42:23Speaker 3: of panic, Vince, but I think you'd agree with me.
- 42:27Speaker 3: All kudos and credit to the president on this one.
- 42:30Speaker 2: No one carried. I mean, surely there's a lot of
- 42:32Speaker 2: pro-family organizations out there. We know them well.
- 42:35Speaker 3: And they did yeoman's work on this, but no one
- 42:37Speaker 3: carried this message further and wider of no men in
- 42:41Speaker 3: women's sports than the president of the United States. And
- 42:45Speaker 3: he deserves a ton of public credit for that.
- 42:48Speaker 1: And the credit extends to the base that got him
- 42:50Speaker 1: elected this cycle.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Sure, absolutely.
- 42:52Speaker 1: There's a lot of people who voted for him on
- 42:54Speaker 1: that basis. They looked at this and they were like, what?
- 42:57Speaker 1: No men cheating in women's sports. I mean, one of
- 42:59Speaker 1: the craziest pieces of statistics I've heard in the last
- 43:02Speaker 1: year or so, David, about this idea that men can
- 43:05Speaker 1: pretend to be women. You know, in our federal prison system,
- 43:09Speaker 1: among the female prisoners, 15% of the.
- 43:11Speaker 2: Inmates- Where's this going?
- 43:13Speaker 1: No, no, no, I'm serious. 15% of the inmates in
- 43:16Speaker 1: women's prisons were men. Oh, I don't- 15% of them
- 43:22Speaker 1: were men pretending to be women- in women's prisons. This
- 43:27Speaker 1: is the kind of crap the Trump administration was elected
- 43:30Speaker 1: to fix.
- 43:30Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
- 43:31Speaker 3: Or how about men jumping into the military declaring themselves
- 43:36Speaker 3: a female for the purposes of getting a taxpayer-funded transgender surgery?
- 43:42Speaker 3: That was kind of a mini epidemic within the military ranks.
- 43:47Speaker 3: So that was another thing that he was elected to fix.
- 43:49Speaker 3: So Promises made promises kept by the, by the president
- 43:53Speaker 3: and his administration on this. This will obviously have downstream
- 43:56Speaker 3: effects to our local communities. Um, if you've had kids
- 44:00Speaker 3: in the sort of COVID era, um, anywhere between fifth
- 44:05Speaker 3: and eighth grade, you're kind of biting your fingernails.
- 44:07Speaker 2: Like if you have daughters anyway, are you.
- 44:09Speaker 3: Going to see some kid mollywop your, your daughter on
- 44:13Speaker 3: the soccer field on a random weekend, if you're in
- 44:16Speaker 3: a public, if you're in a.
- 44:16Speaker 2: Public, uh, uh, league. So, Hopefully common sense prevails at
- 44:21Speaker 2: the local level, right?
- 44:22Speaker 3: Because now these guys, these league administrators who are just
- 44:26Speaker 3: like so afraid of offending anybody, now you can go
- 44:29Speaker 3: to them and say, look, the Olympics aren't doing this.
- 44:31Speaker 2: So why are we?
- 44:32Speaker 3: Except of course, if you're in Virginia, I'm sure these
- 44:35Speaker 3: guys will find a way to keep the boys in.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Can I just use this all, by the way, as
- 44:39Speaker 1: another invitation. If you have a kid who's in youth
- 44:42Speaker 1: sports and you see this percolating around you, confront it
- 44:46Speaker 1: early and loudly. There are going to be plenty of
- 44:48Speaker 1: other parents around you who all support you. And but
- 44:51Speaker 1: there's a lot. Unfortunately, what I see is there's not
- 44:54Speaker 1: a tremendous amount of bravery around this issue, despite the
- 44:57Speaker 1: fact that so many people know the truth. Everybody wants
- 44:59Speaker 1: to be agreeable. Nobody wants to upset the apple cart.
- 45:02Speaker 1: You're upsetting the apple cart if you're letting boys cheat
- 45:05Speaker 1: in girls sports. So let's start there. They're the ones
- 45:07Speaker 1: who did it. That was the belligerent act. Why don't
- 45:09Speaker 1: you step up and defend your kids? I mean, this
- 45:11Speaker 1: is a this is there's always those little calls to
- 45:14Speaker 1: action keep appearing in your life. I think God places
- 45:16Speaker 1: them there from time to time.
- 45:17Speaker 2: Totally agree. Totally agree.
- 45:20Speaker 3: I understand how difficult it is. It's a 45-minute game.
- 45:24Speaker 3: You're looking at your watch. You're grinning your teeth. You're like,
- 45:26Speaker 3: is this kid going to just elbow my daughter here
- 45:30Speaker 3: or spike a volleyball in her face? And you're just
- 45:32Speaker 3: trying to hope and pray that you get through it.
- 45:34Speaker 3: And then you deal with the car ride home and
- 45:38Speaker 3: how to address it with your daughter. But You know, guys,
- 45:40Speaker 3: especially fathers, need to, as much as possible, be vocal
- 45:45Speaker 3: that we're not going to allow this sort of thing.
- 45:47Speaker 2: And it's good for your kids.
- 45:49Speaker 1: It's good for your kids, not just to protect them
- 45:51Speaker 1: in sports, but also to teach them a very early
- 45:53Speaker 1: lesson about the world that they're going to go into.
- 45:55Speaker 1: Because I remember when my daughter was very young, and
- 45:59Speaker 1: I was thinking, I'm like, do I tell her about, like,
- 46:02Speaker 1: the world, like how much of the world do I
- 46:04Speaker 1: expose her to?
- 46:04Speaker 2: Right.
- 46:04Speaker 1: We always try and gatekeep your kids a little bit.
- 46:06Speaker 1: Like you don't expose them to all the horrors, but
- 46:08Speaker 1: you want them to know about some of it. And,
- 46:11Speaker 1: and I realized very early, I was like, oh, this
- 46:13Speaker 1: is a very important issue. If I can talk to
- 46:15Speaker 1: her about this, she'll understand it intuitively because kids aren't
- 46:17Speaker 1: going to lie to you. They're not going to deceive you.
- 46:19Speaker 1: They're like, that's crazy. Why would a boy play with girls?
- 46:21Speaker 1: That's right. And then you start, you just basically start
- 46:24Speaker 1: going down that road with her and it instantly sets
- 46:26Speaker 1: their mind in the right direction. So these are good
- 46:29Speaker 1: conversations to have.
- 46:30Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 46:30Speaker 3: I'm always been a fan of protecting any child's innocence,
- 46:33Speaker 3: any step of the way.
- 46:35Speaker 2: That's just, that's all sort of been my default.
- 46:37Speaker 3: Except of course, if you're in Virginia, Vince, if you're
- 46:40Speaker 3: in Virginia, which has gone communist, good luck.
- 46:44Speaker 2: I mean, the counties have all the power. They don't
- 46:48Speaker 2: care about the Olympics.
- 46:49Speaker 3: They will, I mean, they're letting 19 year old boys
- 46:52Speaker 3: who have been credibly accused of sexually assaulting, like close
- 46:55Speaker 3: to a dozen girls just march around their high schools.
- 46:58Speaker 2: Like it's no big deal.
- 46:59Speaker 3: So So I would not advise putting your daughter in
- 47:03Speaker 3: a Virginia public sport.
- 47:05Speaker 1: It's it's too. OK, so I mean, I was I
- 47:08Speaker 1: didn't realize we talked about Virginia, but let me just
- 47:10Speaker 1: engage you in this. I'm a Virginia guy and I'm
- 47:13Speaker 1: infuriated by what's happening under Abigail Spanberger. The the governor
- 47:18Speaker 1: who pretended to be a moderate is now running a
- 47:20Speaker 1: completely radical operation in the Commonwealth. And there's a couple
- 47:24Speaker 1: elements here. I want to just let's just focus for
- 47:27Speaker 1: first on safety. You have illegal aliens in the state
- 47:29Speaker 1: who are murdering American citizens in cold blood, who are
- 47:32Speaker 1: consistently released by George Soros-funded prosecutors like Steve Discano in
- 47:36Speaker 1: Fairfax County. And the media in the state, I don't
- 47:41Speaker 1: know how much local media you consume, but it doesn't
- 47:43Speaker 1: seem like most of the local media gives a damn
- 47:46Speaker 1: about this. They're not covering it with any ferocity. The
- 47:48Speaker 1: exception to that is Nick Minock at this ABC affiliate
- 47:54Speaker 1: in the D.C. area. He's a He's an amazing reporter.
- 47:58Speaker 2: Awesome reporter.
- 47:59Speaker 1: But what is that? Whatever happened to local media covering
- 48:03Speaker 1: with aggression, besides Nick, covering with aggression the crimes that
- 48:07Speaker 1: were happening in their own communities?
- 48:09Speaker 3: Well, I mean, just look at the affiliates. I mean,
- 48:12Speaker 3: Sinclair owns WJLA where Nick works. So you get the
- 48:17Speaker 3: pursuit of balance corporately from Sinclair and his local affiliates.
- 48:23Speaker 3: But WSA 9, Channel 9, CBS, that's Gannett. NBC is
- 48:29Speaker 3: basically nationally affiliated with the NBC brand, Channel 4. So
- 48:33Speaker 3: you're just not going to get the kind of coverage
- 48:37Speaker 3: that Nick has been doggedly pursuing. Spoiler alert, we're going
- 48:42Speaker 3: to honor him with a Bulldog Award for investigative journalism.
- 48:48Speaker 3: We need, the country needs dogged investigative reporters at the
- 48:54Speaker 3: local level. And Nick has been on these stories for
- 48:57Speaker 3: the better part of three years now, so.
- 48:59Speaker 2: Let's just not tell him that we're going to give
- 49:01Speaker 2: an award yet.
- 49:02Speaker 1: Wait, does Nick know this yet?
- 49:03Speaker 2: No, not yet. Since he came up, we just had
- 49:06Speaker 2: a meeting about it. I was like, we want Nick
- 49:08Speaker 2: to get this award.
- 49:09Speaker 1: I love that.
- 49:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 49:11Speaker 1: Well, congratulations, Nick. You're probably finding out now seeing the clip,
- 49:15Speaker 1: but congratulations. It's well-deserved. I keep saying, I look at
- 49:18Speaker 1: that guy, Nick Minock. If those of you who don't
- 49:21Speaker 1: see all his clips, and by now you probably have,
- 49:23Speaker 1: because a lot of them go national, just given all
- 49:24Speaker 1: of his aggressive local coverage. I keep looking at him going,
- 49:27Speaker 1: that guy's on the Bill Malusion track. Like, you know, Bill,
- 49:30Speaker 1: Bill comes up in Los Angeles. Fox detects at the
- 49:33Speaker 1: national level, holy crap, this guy's a talent. And they
- 49:35Speaker 1: pull him up from LA and they now make him
- 49:37Speaker 1: the big national reporter. He's covering the border crisis. He's
- 49:39Speaker 1: got all sorts of amazing coverage. I think Nick Minock
- 49:42Speaker 1: is like five seconds away from some big network who
- 49:45Speaker 1: actually knows what it's doing and knows that people want
- 49:48Speaker 1: real journalism, paying him a lot of money and pulling
- 49:50Speaker 1: him up to the national level.
- 49:52Speaker 2: Yeah, well, I mean, look, Washington, D.C.
- 49:54Speaker 3: Is really no different than than basically the rest of
- 49:58Speaker 3: the country in the sense that we're watching two different movies.
- 50:00Speaker 3: If the ABC affiliate WJLA and Sinclair, if that is
- 50:07Speaker 3: your go-to home, you're watching one movie. You're watching Fairfax
- 50:11Speaker 3: County Deteriorate. You can't ride a bus without looking over
- 50:16Speaker 3: your shoulder and you can't send your kid to school
- 50:18Speaker 3: without them looking over their shoulder. But if you're looking
- 50:21Speaker 3: at Channel 9, Channel 4, there's none of those issues.
- 50:25Speaker 2: There's none of that coverage.
- 50:26Speaker 3: As far as as far as they're concerned, Abigail Spanberg
- 50:32Speaker 3: can do no wrong. She's trying to fix an unfair
- 50:36Speaker 3: congressional map.
- 50:38Speaker 1: OK, this is what I wanted to ask you about.
- 50:40Speaker 1: So Democrats are rigging the election right now in Virginia.
- 50:42Speaker 1: They're attempting to. What's standing in their way is this
- 50:46Speaker 1: referendum with a rigged ballot question on it. It's asking Virginians.
- 50:50Speaker 1: Do you want to restore fairness to elections? Yes or no?
- 50:53Speaker 1: And the answer to that question is no. You vote no, Virginia.
- 50:58Speaker 1: When you go to the ballot box between now and
- 51:00Speaker 1: April 21st, vote no on that and tell everybody you
- 51:03Speaker 1: know to do that too. But she's trying to rig
- 51:05Speaker 1: the election. I've noticed, David, that in the media that
- 51:11Speaker 1: it's Obama ads that are blanketing the airwaves with a
- 51:14Speaker 1: couple of Abigail Spanberger ads telling everybody to vote.
- 51:18Speaker 2: Yes.
- 51:19Speaker 1: What is this media environment and this attempt to rig
- 51:22Speaker 1: the election?
- 51:23Speaker 3: I saw the Obama ad last night doing some streaming on,
- 51:26Speaker 3: I think it was Hulu. And there it was a
- 51:29Speaker 3: couple of different times in the show that I was watching.
- 51:31Speaker 3: It's like, wow, OK, this is a major investment by
- 51:34Speaker 3: the Democrat Party in Virginia and nationally. And I think
- 51:39Speaker 3: it's basically funded by Soros himself to get this through.
- 51:43Speaker 3: And you wish the Republican Party would have the, I mean,
- 51:47Speaker 3: I know the speaker has poured in some money to
- 51:50Speaker 3: get back on the air to combat this, but gosh,
- 51:53Speaker 3: the Republican Party needs to get off its duff here,
- 51:57Speaker 3: get on the air more robustly. If President Obama can
- 52:02Speaker 3: do it, then some of the figureheads within the Republican
- 52:05Speaker 3: Party can do it.
- 52:07Speaker 2: And this is where I got.
- 52:09Speaker 3: To see seriousness of purpose and seriousness of effort from
- 52:13Speaker 3: the Republican Party that they really want to stop this theft.
- 52:17Speaker 1: Of the congressional districts. I know in your life, David,
- 52:20Speaker 1: that you encounter some of these donors. I mean, are
- 52:22Speaker 1: they aware of the stakes here? Are they aware of
- 52:25Speaker 1: the role that they can play? I mean, right now,
- 52:28Speaker 1: there's a grassroots effort. I will say that one of
- 52:31Speaker 1: the optimistic storylines here is there is a grassroots effort
- 52:34Speaker 1: in the state of Virginia right now that's pretty aggressive.
- 52:36Speaker 1: We're watching Republican districts show up in big numbers to vote.
- 52:39Speaker 1: They're clearly outraged. by the threats to their liberties and
- 52:42Speaker 1: the attempt to steal the entire United States House of Representatives.
- 52:46Speaker 1: But is there no fire in the belly among the
- 52:49Speaker 1: donor class? Are they not aware? Are they comfortable with
- 52:52Speaker 1: Democrats taking over?
- 52:54Speaker 3: I have not seen the pitch for them to contribute to.
- 52:56Speaker 3: That's just sort of from my perch. Now, again, I
- 52:59Speaker 3: got to take off my Media Research Center hat when
- 53:01Speaker 3: I talk about some of this electioneering stuff, but.
- 53:04Speaker 2: I have not seen that pitch.
- 53:06Speaker 3: Now, I've also not seen the Republican, the threatened members
- 53:10Speaker 3: within the Republican, the members within the Republican Party.
- 53:17Speaker 1: The Virginia congressional delegation?
- 53:19Speaker 2: Yeah, the delegation and stuff. I have not. I mean,
- 53:22Speaker 2: I know they're upset, but. How upset are you?
- 53:27Speaker 1: Those guys, insofar as I've seen- I like them all.
- 53:30Speaker 2: But there's not a ton of aggression out there.
- 53:33Speaker 1: Insofar as I've seen their involvement, to their credit, I
- 53:35Speaker 1: will say, they were involved in the lawsuits that have
- 53:39Speaker 1: been in the court process here to try and stop
- 53:42Speaker 1: all of this from happening. And that court process continues
- 53:45Speaker 1: in Virginia, but the courts ruled- that this ballot referendum
- 53:48Speaker 1: can happen anyway, even if they're gonna overturn it with
- 53:51Speaker 1: the court process. So that's the way that I know
- 53:53Speaker 1: that I've seen some of these members of Congress involved.
- 53:56Speaker 1: But I think your fundamental point is totally right, which
- 53:58Speaker 1: is like, where is everybody? Why is it left to
- 54:02Speaker 1: guys like me and you, people who live in Virginia,
- 54:04Speaker 1: to be like, guys, the whole country can be stolen here.
- 54:07Speaker 1: It's not just about Virginia. The entire United States House
- 54:09Speaker 1: of Representatives is on the verge of being stolen based
- 54:13Speaker 1: on this.
- 54:14Speaker 7: You and I are old enough to remember- Bill Clinton
- 54:17Speaker 7: being convicted of lying in a federal deposition, and the
- 54:22Speaker 7: entire Democrat Congress joined him on the Capitol steps in solidarity,
- 54:28Speaker 7: in support of him.
- 54:30Speaker 3: Obamacare, when Obamacare was passed, the entire Democrat coalition walked
- 54:35Speaker 3: out on the Capitol steps with Pelosi with their gavel
- 54:39Speaker 3: about to destroy the United States health insurance system.
- 54:43Speaker 2: And they were giddy.
- 54:44Speaker 3: These are the types of things you've got to do
- 54:46Speaker 3: to compete with when Apple broadcasts a lie to.
- 54:50Speaker 2: 125 million people. You've got to show that get up
- 54:54Speaker 2: and go.
- 54:55Speaker 3: And it's going to be necessary to motivate the base
- 54:58Speaker 3: to get out in the midterms. I mean, it's just,
- 55:00Speaker 3: especially if you're what it seems more and more likely
- 55:03Speaker 3: that you're not going to pass the Save America Act.
- 55:06Speaker 2: You're not going to pass that kind of stuff.
- 55:07Speaker 3: You've got to give some people a reason to get
- 55:10Speaker 3: out in the rain and vote for And this has
- 55:15Speaker 3: been an.
- 55:15Speaker 2: Issue for quite some time.
- 55:18Speaker 3: I think Trump's, the enthusiasm for Trump kind of masked
- 55:21Speaker 3: it because he was so dogged and he was such
- 55:23Speaker 3: a good campaigner and he was so aggressive and he
- 55:28Speaker 3: knew how to use social and digital tools. And he
- 55:31Speaker 3: went on podcasts and he would do four speeches a day.
- 55:35Speaker 3: None of these other guys can seem.
- 55:37Speaker 2: To be able to do that. And that's the kind
- 55:39Speaker 2: of energy that needs to be brought to the table.
- 55:42Speaker 1: Here's the good news. We're still in the Trump presidency.
- 55:44Speaker 1: We're still in the Trump era. And he is the
- 55:47Speaker 1: most exceptional political force that any of us have ever
- 55:50Speaker 1: or will ever see. And as a result, if anybody
- 55:54Speaker 1: can make the midterms a big success, it's going to
- 55:56Speaker 1: be him. The guy is already on the campaign trail.
- 55:59Speaker 1: He's got G.D. Vance on the campaign trail. They've got
- 56:02Speaker 1: a big convention coming up. Don't underestimate that. That midterm
- 56:05Speaker 1: convention is coming up. This year, never before, nothing like this,
- 56:08Speaker 1: a presidential caliber midterm convention could be happening. And of course,
- 56:12Speaker 1: it's America 250, David. This is a big year to
- 56:15Speaker 1: celebrate our country, and that could have some long lasting
- 56:17Speaker 1: effects for us.
- 56:18Speaker 3: And I think they've settled into this messaging rubric of
- 56:23Speaker 3: common sense versus chaos versus crazy, common sense versus crazy.
- 56:26Speaker 2: And I like.
- 56:28Speaker 7: It.
- 56:29Speaker 3: And yes, we have our criticisms of the Republican Party apparatus. Yes,
- 56:34Speaker 3: we've got some people in leadership positions that are They
- 56:38Speaker 3: have lost their fastball, to put it kindly. And yes,
- 56:42Speaker 3: that quote in Politico from a GOP anonymous senator, I
- 56:46Speaker 3: just want to go home, is talking about the Save
- 56:51Speaker 3: America Act. I mean, this was the story in Politico.
- 56:54Speaker 3: It's like, he just doesn't want to fight. And I
- 56:57Speaker 3: just want to go home. OK, yes, there's plenty of
- 56:59Speaker 3: those guys. However, the alternative is crazy. The alternative is
- 57:05Speaker 3: open borders. Crime at your bus stops. Accused rapists in
- 57:11Speaker 3: your schools.
- 57:12Speaker 6: Right.
- 57:12Speaker 2: That is the alternative.
- 57:14Speaker 3: Yep.
- 57:14Speaker 2: And I think that's what's got to be on the ballot.
- 57:17Speaker 3: In addition to obviously President Trump, his performance is going
- 57:20Speaker 3: to be on the ballot as well.
- 57:20Speaker 5: Yep.
- 57:21Speaker 2: Yep.
- 57:21Speaker 1: Don't get deterred. Keep moving forward. We can do it.
- 57:24Speaker 1: Thank you. I really appreciate our conversation.
