- 0:09Speaker 3: I saw. I know, sure warm and it's about that
- 0:12Speaker 3: in the studio already this morning. I'm already a little moist. Yeah, come,
- 0:16Speaker 3: put your fingers under my armpits here, it's good luck.
- 0:21Speaker 3: It's pheromones.
- 0:22Speaker 4: You know what.
- 0:22Speaker 5: I'll take my chances and smell them.
- 0:26Speaker 2: It's pheromones. It's good luck. Sure, rub your fingers in
- 0:31Speaker 2: my armpits and make a wish.
- 0:32Speaker 6: I'm like, guys, makes.
- 0:37Speaker 3: Well, we're back at it, getting ready to have a
- 0:39Speaker 3: stupid show today, stupid fun. Katie, You doing all right?
- 0:44Speaker 6: I'm okay, all right.
- 0:45Speaker 3: I just want to make sure I know.
- 0:47Speaker 6: Yeah, thank you for checking in.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Thanks are Yeah, this is uh what's the thing when
- 0:52Speaker 3: they send the cops to your house to check on
- 0:54Speaker 3: your check welfare? Yeah, it's a welfare check.
- 0:58Speaker 2: I'm okay, doing all right.
- 1:00Speaker 5: The sun came up another day, or at least, it's
- 1:02Speaker 5: probably sure.
- 1:03Speaker 4: I'm yes'nny.
- 1:06Speaker 6: Things keep going, world keeps spinning.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Okay, we are Katie's Katie had a bad experience with
- 1:11Speaker 3: the dude this weekend, so just just checking in the
- 1:15Speaker 3: amount of people that approached me yesterday, even my own mother.
- 1:19Speaker 3: It was like, is Katie doing okay?
- 1:23Speaker 2: My gosh, she's fine, she'll bounce back.
- 1:25Speaker 5: The funniest thing to me is while I was telling
- 1:28Speaker 5: my story, the text line was going crazy with Katie
- 1:32Speaker 5: and Josh, you better give her a hug right now
- 1:34Speaker 5: because she is not okay.
- 1:36Speaker 6: I'm sorry.
- 1:38Speaker 3: You can hold Katie.
- 1:39Speaker 6: I'll hug myself all day.
- 1:41Speaker 5: But yeah, there was definitely some concern for me yesterday.
- 1:44Speaker 5: But I'm okay, I'm all right, I'm doing it right.
- 1:47Speaker 6: It's just fun.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Feel like you should have that renewed sense of like
- 1:49Speaker 4: self worth and happiness and like I've got this. I'm
- 1:51Speaker 4: gonna take on the world. I don't need no man
- 1:53Speaker 4: like that.
- 1:53Speaker 2: I just lay on the couch and get we're working
- 1:55Speaker 2: towards that.
- 1:55Speaker 6: We're not quite there yet, but you know it's.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Like she's on the lay on the couch and get stone.
- 2:00Speaker 5: Fish that last part one day time is absolutely right,
- 2:05Speaker 5: working through this one ft in front.
- 2:07Speaker 6: Of the other. It's funny like yeah.
- 2:11Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, well, let me shift to the right here.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Josh, are you doing okay?
- 2:15Speaker 3: I'm great, okay, Because I saw some pictures of you
- 2:17Speaker 3: last night with that stupid hip packed person again. Are
- 2:20Speaker 3: you doing all right?
- 2:22Speaker 4: You know what?
- 2:22Speaker 3: Did you get?
- 2:22Speaker 4: Beat? No? I got, I got compliments on it. Actually
- 2:29Speaker 4: I wore it, and I honestly did wear it kind
- 2:31Speaker 4: of specifically for you because of what you said yesterday
- 2:33Speaker 4: on the show just about how silly you think it
- 2:36Speaker 4: is ridiculous. And I started out the night wearing it
- 2:39Speaker 4: like a normal person, like a normal fanny pack. And
- 2:41Speaker 4: then I knew that pictures were going to be taken
- 2:43Speaker 4: at the event that I was at, and I was like,
- 2:45Speaker 4: I'm going to do this and I'm going to post
- 2:47Speaker 4: it and I'm going to see what.
- 2:48Speaker 3: I saw it.
- 2:49Speaker 4: And it took ten seconds for me to walk in
- 2:52Speaker 4: here and have you be like what you were.
- 2:56Speaker 6: This morning.
- 2:58Speaker 4: It holds everything. It's so nice and Jared, this is
- 3:02Speaker 4: the difference. When it's on it's across your chest, you
- 3:05Speaker 4: can read. It's so much more accessible, so much more access.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Can I say something, Okay, what No, No, not the
- 3:14Speaker 4: nail polish. But I did end up going to the
- 3:16Speaker 4: Hillary Duff concert last night. It looked fun, amazing. I
- 3:19Speaker 4: had not been to Red Rocks in a long time.
- 3:21Speaker 4: Always forget the hike that it is to get up
- 3:23Speaker 4: there and it's just wow, huffing and puffing. But one
- 3:26Speaker 4: thing that is interesting to me was I was able
- 3:29Speaker 4: to bring the fanny pack in there. They allow a
- 3:31Speaker 4: little small bag and I brought it up there and
- 3:33Speaker 4: I had all like my wallet and some chapstick and
- 3:36Speaker 4: not nail polish, but I had a pack of gum
- 3:38Speaker 4: and I did not know gum't ruin it. I'll ruin
- 3:43Speaker 4: it for everybody because I brought a full brand, like
- 3:47Speaker 4: I had just taken the plastic wrapping off and I'm like, hey,
- 3:49Speaker 4: to thin, but need some gum. Anybody need some gum?
- 3:51Speaker 2: And this I mean, I got tracked down.
- 3:55Speaker 4: I get it because you know people will totally totally
- 3:57Speaker 4: understand that. But I was so bummed that I was like,
- 4:00Speaker 4: I had not even taken a piece out of it,
- 4:02Speaker 4: yet you got to smuggle it in in your butt cheeks.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I got cracked. I didn't know that, and they told
- 4:07Speaker 3: me that gum after that, and then you're like, who wants.
- 4:11Speaker 6: Is not public gum? After that?
- 4:14Speaker 5: Secret have been flagged for that too, And that is
- 4:17Speaker 5: an important p s. A. We get out there into
- 4:19Speaker 5: the community, don't no gum gum into red rocks.
- 4:22Speaker 6: They will take it from you.
- 4:23Speaker 5: You could, they should, She should, but I don't think
- 4:26Speaker 5: a lot of people know they crick it in.
- 4:28Speaker 6: And I'm the same.
- 4:28Speaker 5: I had like a full pack of gum when I
- 4:30Speaker 5: went in there, and I was like.
- 4:32Speaker 6: No, I don't want to give you.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Imagine the thousands of people that come in and out
- 4:36Speaker 3: of there, and if they all had gum, you know
- 4:37Speaker 3: where it would end up.
- 4:39Speaker 4: You understand, I'm not arguing, but like, she looked at
- 4:41Speaker 4: my fanny pack and it looked like I true. Like
- 4:43Speaker 4: she looked at me like I brought a knife, and
- 4:45Speaker 4: she was like no, God, well no, she.
- 4:47Speaker 3: Got flagged because she's like, here's a grown ass man
- 4:50Speaker 3: wearing a fanny pack across the only one I know
- 4:53Speaker 3: he smuggling nothing with that that they have alarms that
- 4:58Speaker 3: go off. Nerder Tom Brady has been flirting lately with
- 5:05Speaker 3: the idea of doing a match in the WWE. Now
- 5:10Speaker 3: it seems like he's setting it up because he did
- 5:13Speaker 3: slap Logan Paul at an event last week, and then
- 5:17Speaker 3: on Sunday during the World Cup Final, Brady and Paul
- 5:20Speaker 3: were flipping each other off and taking verbal shots at
- 5:24Speaker 3: each other, and this has been kind of going on
- 5:26Speaker 3: for months, a little back and forth, so they're thinking
- 5:29Speaker 3: this is a big setup for Tom Brady to become
- 5:32Speaker 3: a very successful WWE superstar now alongside Logan Paul.
- 5:39Speaker 4: He is so bored. He gonna hang it outter retirement.
- 5:43Speaker 3: That's the thing. What is he trying to do right now? Like,
- 5:46Speaker 3: I mean, maybe he's just trying to stay incredibly relevant
- 5:49Speaker 3: because I think Logan Paul is very relevant right now.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Is Yeah, there's a guy on Barstool Sports that was
- 5:55Speaker 3: that was talking about him. He says, what is happening
- 5:58Speaker 3: with Tom Brady post retirement? What is happening is one
- 6:01Speaker 3: of the greatest downfalls of an icon. His legacy is
- 6:06Speaker 3: being lamified. Everything about him is cringey right now. Yeah,
- 6:10Speaker 3: and that's kind of spot on.
- 6:12Speaker 6: He's kind of taken the John Cena route. We're probably
- 6:14Speaker 6: gonna see him in b movies.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Well, he's doing all these roasts now too, comedy Central,
- 6:20Speaker 3: and he's not funny.
- 6:21Speaker 4: He's gonna be like he's never like Peyton Manning in that.
- 6:23Speaker 3: Yeah, and everything he's saying is not very classy to me,
- 6:26Speaker 3: Like even I know the roasts are roast, but it's
- 6:28Speaker 3: like it's not Tom Brady to.
- 6:30Speaker 6: Me, It's going to be endorseing sham.
- 6:32Speaker 4: Wow.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Next I might be okay with se on TV.
- 6:36Speaker 2: Stuff is so absorbing, absorbable, so absorbing. What else is
- 6:39Speaker 2: going on?
- 6:40Speaker 3: Josh?
- 6:40Speaker 7: Well?
- 6:40Speaker 4: Hey, Card collecting has long been a pastime for children
- 6:43Speaker 4: since like the seventies, eighties, nineties, and even before then.
- 6:46Speaker 4: It got really popularized in the nineties as well with Pokemon.
- 6:49Speaker 4: Pokemon became really popular and trading cards did as well. Well.
- 6:52Speaker 4: I feel like it kind of died out for at
- 6:54Speaker 4: least my generation in the late two thousands and then
- 6:58Speaker 4: through the twenty tens, but then COVID nineteen happened and
- 7:01Speaker 4: it forced, you know, everybody to stay home, and that's
- 7:03Speaker 4: when card collecting really started to take off again. In fact,
- 7:06Speaker 4: like cards that were really worth around one thousand bucks
- 7:09Speaker 4: in twenty twenty became so highly valued even to around
- 7:13Speaker 4: ten thousand dollars just in twenty twenty one. So that
- 7:16Speaker 4: being said, kids are starting to really enjoy this again.
- 7:19Speaker 4: And I love this because like Tops, the brand, Yeah,
- 7:22Speaker 4: that sell a bunch of these cards which are sports
- 7:23Speaker 4: cards which I collected, like the football cards, the baseball cards,
- 7:26Speaker 4: all that stuff that I collected as a kid. They're
- 7:29Speaker 4: now going for upwards of millions and millions of dollars
- 7:32Speaker 4: and all you gotta do is buy a pack and
- 7:34Speaker 4: find it. And I think that gives all these little
- 7:36Speaker 4: kids hope that have a reporter or whatever. And this
- 7:39Speaker 4: just proved my point. Yesterday. Yesterday at a Fanatics fan fest,
- 7:44Speaker 4: a little child who is I believe eight years old,
- 7:47Speaker 4: was able to spend seventy five cents seventy five cents
- 7:51Speaker 4: in a vending machine for a tops card and he
- 7:53Speaker 4: found a one of one Shohei o Tani card. It
- 7:57Speaker 4: was signed and he gets.
- 7:59Speaker 6: Signed in a corn card.
- 8:01Speaker 4: Yes, it's already valued at eight thousand to ten thousand dollars.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Good for this little kid eight years old found it
- 8:07Speaker 4: and he shows his dad. The video is adorable if
- 8:09Speaker 4: you can find it on social media, it's everywhere right now.
- 8:12Speaker 4: He pulls out this card and he goes, oh, dad,
- 8:13Speaker 4: I got show hey o Tani and his dad grabs
- 8:16Speaker 4: it and the face he just oh like he takes
- 8:19Speaker 4: it from when the kid like wants the card back
- 8:21Speaker 4: and he's like no, no, no, shows the kid to the side.
- 8:23Speaker 4: All right. It's so funny to protect the cars protect true,
- 8:27Speaker 4: he knows the value. And Jared, like, your son loves
- 8:29Speaker 4: collecting Pokemon cards, keep him doing it, because seriously, if
- 8:33Speaker 4: you find those gems.
- 8:35Speaker 2: I want him to have a girlfriend.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Okay, what.
- 8:39Speaker 6: Grandchildren?
- 8:40Speaker 4: Or you want that's true?
- 8:42Speaker 3: Or do you want to make it rich?
- 8:44Speaker 2: I want him to have friends.
- 8:46Speaker 3: We're gonna pass on that.
- 8:47Speaker 4: Well, never mind, but the card collecting is cool. Cool.
- 8:51Speaker 4: There you go.
- 8:51Speaker 3: There's your sports update.
- 8:53Speaker 5: We've got receipts, We've got Drumma, We've got Denver talking.
- 8:58Speaker 5: It's the Mile Highigh with JKJ Legends icon on one hundred.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Well.
- 9:04Speaker 3: Kelly Clarkson just kicked off her Las Vegas residency with
- 9:08Speaker 3: some major tummy troubles. She was joking at Saturday Nights
- 9:13Speaker 3: Show that she thought she caught the uh psyclosporasis or
- 9:19Speaker 3: whatever that Oh no, it's called.
- 9:21Speaker 2: The lettuce farts. Is he talking to the crowd about
- 9:26Speaker 2: this guy during the show.
- 9:28Speaker 6: I was like, oh my god. And I got back
- 9:31Speaker 6: to my room and I have never been so happy.
- 9:33Speaker 3: There's not a man.
- 9:34Speaker 8: In the room.
- 9:36Speaker 5: I was like, and you go to parks over here,
- 9:42Speaker 5: like he has to be over no.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Wow.
- 9:47Speaker 3: She went on to say that it was worse than
- 9:49Speaker 3: that infamous Bridesmaid's scene where the girl goes in the sink.
- 9:53Speaker 2: You know, it's like.
- 9:56Speaker 5: Me, he leave it up to her to make a
- 9:59Speaker 5: lord sou good though I knew Kelly Clarkson sings when
- 10:03Speaker 5: she felt I knew it.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Well, thank you for that overshare, Kelly klok. Yeah, the
- 10:14Speaker 3: crowd seem to love it.
- 10:15Speaker 2: So there you go.
- 10:17Speaker 3: Another thing that AI is ruining, apparently according to Who's
- 10:21Speaker 3: Steve Irwin's son, Robert Robert. Robert was pointing out that
- 10:25Speaker 3: it is ruining wildlife photography because now people are creating
- 10:31Speaker 3: all these AI wildlife images. He's like, his specific example
- 10:36Speaker 3: was like an eagle writing an elephant. People are coming
- 10:41Speaker 3: up with all these crazy scenarios with animals via AI.
- 10:45Speaker 3: The photos look incredibly realistic, He's like, and then you
- 10:49Speaker 3: see the actual, amazing real photo and it's diluted. You're
- 10:53Speaker 3: kind of like, eh, okay, there's a buffalo in the wild,
- 10:56Speaker 3: I know whatever, there's not an eagle writing is back.
- 10:59Speaker 5: He makes a really good point. They're rooney nature photos
- 11:02Speaker 5: for us.
- 11:03Speaker 3: Yeah, so there you go. I haven't created any animal
- 11:07Speaker 3: AI pictures. It's mostly just me doing stupid stuff. I
- 11:11Speaker 3: think I should make one to me on the back
- 11:13Speaker 3: of an America.
- 11:14Speaker 5: Shit, you're the elephant on the back of an elephant
- 11:17Speaker 5: might be Yeah, pretty good things.
- 11:19Speaker 2: My buttons were working.
- 11:20Speaker 3: I know I have an eagle sound. I'm hitting the
- 11:22Speaker 3: button right now, over and over. I got nothing here.
- 11:27Speaker 4: If the eagle.
- 11:32Speaker 3: For God's sakes, hugem nothing ever works in this studio.
- 11:35Speaker 3: We got brand new equipment. Nothing ever works.
- 11:39Speaker 2: One final thing.
- 11:40Speaker 3: An electronics repair shop is seeing a surge of phones and.
- 11:44Speaker 2: Tablets with moisture damage right now.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Why people are trying to beat the heat by putting
- 11:51Speaker 3: them in refrigerators and freezers to cool them down, especially
- 11:56Speaker 3: if you've been using your phone or tablet outside. It's
- 11:59Speaker 3: getting really, really hot. So these brainiacs are like, I
- 12:02Speaker 3: got to get these in the house immediately and put
- 12:03Speaker 3: them in the fridge.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Don't do that?
- 12:07Speaker 6: Yeah, right, that's the thought process. Did you do that?
- 12:11Speaker 3: An actual news story about people putting their phones and
- 12:15Speaker 3: tablets and refrigerators.
- 12:17Speaker 4: Stud that she doesn't do that?
- 12:23Speaker 3: What?
- 12:24Speaker 5: A lot of people in Denver upset about their Odyssey experience.
- 12:28Speaker 5: So huge mass apparently for moviegoers at specifically the regal
- 12:33Speaker 5: Ua Colorado Center in Denver, they were unable to see
- 12:36Speaker 5: the most exclusive version of that film. Now we've talked
- 12:39Speaker 5: about that where the Christopher Nolan, the director of the Odyssey,
- 12:43Speaker 5: he shot the movie using seventy millimeter films specifically for
- 12:48Speaker 5: it to be shown in seventy millimeter IMAX theaters. Now,
- 12:52Speaker 5: theaters around the country they've been experiencing these technical difficulties
- 12:56Speaker 5: during film showings, and this is one right here locally.
- 12:59Speaker 5: The problems occur with the digital projection of the film.
- 13:02Speaker 5: So a lot of people were like, yeah, thirty minutes
- 13:04Speaker 5: in the picture cut, all we heard was the sound.
- 13:07Speaker 5: It was a mess, And like, so many people wanted
- 13:10Speaker 5: to see this film at this specific theater, is this
- 13:12Speaker 5: the one that's the actually exactly the actual imax And
- 13:15Speaker 5: so they were talking about how when it happened, they
- 13:19Speaker 5: had to transfer the film from digital or to digital
- 13:23Speaker 5: sent as a digital file to those theaters, and some
- 13:25Speaker 5: of those theaters projectors couldn't handle that original file.
- 13:29Speaker 3: And that's why I put them in the freezer.
- 13:31Speaker 6: That's it, you know what, Jeremy.
- 13:33Speaker 5: They didn't have that in the rundown, so maybe they
- 13:34Speaker 5: missed that step. But a lot of people who wanted
- 13:36Speaker 5: to go see this movie. Are saying that they paid
- 13:39Speaker 5: the money to see it, they got babysitters, you know
- 13:41Speaker 5: what I mean, and then it was completely went to crap.
- 13:44Speaker 5: So yeah, there's a lot of people who were on
- 13:47Speaker 5: social media just complaining about it.
- 13:48Speaker 4: Those tickets are so expatensive.
- 13:51Speaker 5: It Like you if you go and you pay, like,
- 13:53Speaker 5: you know, fifty to eighty dollars to see a movie
- 13:55Speaker 5: and then it doesn't even work.
- 13:57Speaker 6: I know I'd be pretty upset about it too.
- 13:59Speaker 5: And it's it's not as easy as well just go
- 14:01Speaker 5: another day, because again, a lot of people get a
- 14:03Speaker 5: lot of things in order to go see these things.
- 14:05Speaker 5: And yeah, so a lot of people are complaining about it.
- 14:08Speaker 6: Hey, maybe this will make them happy.
- 14:09Speaker 5: The Denver Colfax Marathon, DA and United Airlines they're all
- 14:13Speaker 5: partnering up to give runners the unique experience of running
- 14:17Speaker 5: a race on an airport runway. Oh get this, it's
- 14:21Speaker 5: called the five k on the Runway Scheduled for Saturday,
- 14:24Speaker 5: September twelfth. Runners are going to be there at seven
- 14:27Speaker 5: am and it's a sunrise. Five k on a runway
- 14:30Speaker 5: out at DIA makes us reading about it.
- 14:32Speaker 4: Yes, DIA's longest runway is about three and a half
- 14:35Speaker 4: three point two miles.
- 14:36Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 14:36Speaker 3: Well, the thing I was reading about it too is
- 14:38Speaker 3: they're not going to shut it down. They're still going
- 14:39Speaker 3: to be letting planes land and take off from that runway.
- 14:42Speaker 3: So they're going to make it a very unique experience
- 14:44Speaker 3: for these runners.
- 14:45Speaker 6: Well see, and the only.
- 14:46Speaker 5: It's only been done one other time out at DIA
- 14:49Speaker 5: in twenty twenty two.
- 14:50Speaker 6: That event sold out in thirteen hours. I mean people were.
- 14:54Speaker 3: Just got a zigzag. Yeah these moves, you know.
- 14:56Speaker 6: So they're landing it on the runway.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, they they're not.
- 15:01Speaker 6: They're doing it.
- 15:02Speaker 3: Over the name of this event is called the Splat
- 15:04Speaker 3: four K.
- 15:05Speaker 6: Okay, that's not it. That's not it.
- 15:07Speaker 2: It's a different airport.
- 15:08Speaker 6: Registration is underway.
- 15:10Speaker 5: It actually started at five this morning and there are
- 15:12Speaker 5: only twenty five hundred spots available. So run colfax dot
- 15:16Speaker 5: or go there get registered.
- 15:18Speaker 6: If this is something that you're interested in, because again,
- 15:20Speaker 6: these are gonna phillip quick, let's get this bird.
- 15:23Speaker 5: We want to go to this five k on the runway,
- 15:25Speaker 5: so make sure you go get registered for that. And
- 15:28Speaker 5: then this was such an interesting story to me because
- 15:30Speaker 5: I heard about that commuter train through Denver right the
- 15:33Speaker 5: Colorado Connector. I think they're gonna call it Coco or something,
- 15:36Speaker 5: the Coco Train. But it's a proposed passion passenger rail service.
- 15:41Speaker 6: It is on track to start.
- 15:43Speaker 5: Running between Denver and four Collins by twenty twenty nine.
- 15:46Speaker 5: That's not that long away, you know. And so here's
- 15:48Speaker 5: the idea with it. It's from the Boulder Daily Camera.
- 15:51Speaker 5: This specific info. They're using existing freight tracks. AM Track
- 15:55Speaker 5: is going to operate this seven hundred foot passenger train.
- 15:59Speaker 5: And according to this delivery plan, the first phase calling
- 16:02Speaker 5: for trains traveling up to seventy nine miles an hour,
- 16:05Speaker 5: they're gonna have three daily trips with round. They're gonna
- 16:08Speaker 5: have stops in Denver and Fort Collins, so that's where
- 16:10Speaker 5: it's gonna go through. And they're gonna stop in Boulder, Longman,
- 16:14Speaker 5: and Lewisville along with six other communities. So this train
- 16:17Speaker 5: is gonna go from Denver to Fort Collins every day
- 16:20Speaker 5: and it's gonna make all these stops in between, and
- 16:22Speaker 5: they're gonna have three it's gonna do this three times
- 16:25Speaker 5: every day.
- 16:25Speaker 6: So I just love it. I think that a lot
- 16:27Speaker 6: of people will take advantage of this.
- 16:28Speaker 3: Yeah, can you stop at BUCkies?
- 16:31Speaker 6: They need to have a stop at BUCkies.
- 16:34Speaker 5: Come all brilliant that if they don't, they.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Need to call do this. I'll do it when it's new, though,
- 16:39Speaker 3: before everybody gets on there and urinates and shoots.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Up exactly once it gets you know that this is
- 16:44Speaker 5: gonna go downhill.
- 16:45Speaker 6: But you know you first couple of months it's gonna
- 16:47Speaker 6: be awesome.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Sep on it.
- 16:49Speaker 5: There you go, twenty twenty nine, start making your plans next.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Yes, it's in my calendar.
- 16:54Speaker 3: I got a couple more local stories that I stumbled
- 16:57Speaker 3: upon this morning. There's a farmer, a few farmers out
- 17:02Speaker 3: in northern Colorado saying because of the drought, barley production
- 17:07Speaker 3: has been cut in half by roughly fifty percent this
- 17:12Speaker 3: year because there's not enough irrigation water available. Now, why
- 17:17Speaker 3: is this bad news? Barley supports Colorado's brewing community. Yeah,
- 17:26Speaker 3: so that means we could have some issues with beer
- 17:30Speaker 3: in the near future where there's not enough beer for
- 17:34Speaker 3: all you drinkers out there, which you know it has
- 17:37Speaker 3: long term effects because it'll start affecting local businesses, and
- 17:41Speaker 3: then food prices, and then ingredients, and the list goes
- 17:44Speaker 3: on and on and on.
- 17:45Speaker 6: I mean, you hit the nail on the head.
- 17:46Speaker 5: It's affecting the local farmers already, so you know it's
- 17:50Speaker 5: just that's not.
- 17:50Speaker 3: Good, not good at all. And then get this, as
- 17:53Speaker 3: it's one hundred degrees outside, people are out shopping for
- 17:57Speaker 3: ski gear right now because last year's snow season hurts
- 18:02Speaker 3: sales so bad. Many stores have massive amounts of ski
- 18:07Speaker 3: inventory unsold skis, snowboards, boots, winter clothing, you name it.
- 18:13Speaker 3: They've got a ton of it right now because nobody
- 18:16Speaker 3: was buying it last year. So if you're looking for deals,
- 18:20Speaker 3: bargain hunters, listen up. Now is your time to get
- 18:23Speaker 3: out to I don't know where, like ri I, Dicks,
- 18:26Speaker 3: wherever else you get your ski gear, any of those
- 18:28Speaker 3: play there you go and score some sweet deals right now.
- 18:33Speaker 3: You can barely touch the steering wheel in your car,
- 18:35Speaker 3: but you can get you go buy skis right now.
- 18:39Speaker 3: So just a heads up on that, which is fine,
- 18:43Speaker 3: go do it. That's a great time to get bargains
- 18:45Speaker 3: in the middle of the summer.
- 18:46Speaker 5: For all this and that's something you want to save
- 18:48Speaker 5: money on because those are spent they're.
- 18:50Speaker 2: So expensive expense.
- 18:52Speaker 3: Did you guys see that the spirit Halloween story is
- 18:54Speaker 3: going up next door. I took a picture of it.
- 18:57Speaker 3: I was like, what a lot is going on? Like,
- 19:02Speaker 3: ain't nobody ready for Halloween at all?
- 19:06Speaker 5: My goodness, Jaredy, Katy and Josh.
- 19:11Speaker 3: I wandered into the gym yesterday and I had to
- 19:14Speaker 3: shake my head because I'm telling you, guys.
- 19:17Speaker 2: No matter what time of day I go in there,
- 19:22Speaker 2: no matter.
- 19:22Speaker 3: What day of the week, I go in there, the
- 19:26Speaker 3: same three dudes are in there working out. It's these
- 19:30Speaker 3: three guys who are you know.
- 19:33Speaker 4: Jim.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Yeah, sideways to get through the door, bro, I kid
- 19:40Speaker 3: you not.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Whenever I go in, they are there.
- 19:45Speaker 3: What is that like?
- 19:46Speaker 6: No matter the time, no matter the.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Day, you could be six am, it could be noon.
- 19:51Speaker 3: It could be six pm on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
- 19:54Speaker 3: I walk in, they're there, and you know what I thought,
- 19:58Speaker 3: I go, They're probably looking at me like, what's this
- 20:00Speaker 3: dork doing in here all the time? And why doesn't
- 20:04Speaker 3: he have mad gains like us?
- 20:07Speaker 6: Like he's clearly not doing it right, Because.
- 20:09Speaker 3: Oh my god, it's the weirdest thing. I see these
- 20:11Speaker 3: guys and I'm just like, do they live here? Do
- 20:14Speaker 3: they crawl up into the ceiling like a little hobbit
- 20:16Speaker 3: or something, and then come down every day and just
- 20:18Speaker 3: hang out.
- 20:19Speaker 4: They're not the dudes that work there or anything. No,
- 20:21Speaker 4: they're just working out. Bro, What do you do for
- 20:23Speaker 4: work where you can do that?
- 20:25Speaker 3: That's exactly what I thought. I was like, what do
- 20:26Speaker 3: these guys do? They're always here no matter what.
- 20:29Speaker 5: They could be thinking that same thing. You know, if
- 20:33Speaker 5: you're going in at you know, random times on random
- 20:36Speaker 5: days and you don't have a set schedule, they probably
- 20:39Speaker 5: think the same thing. He must be here all the time.
- 20:41Speaker 5: Why isn't it working for him?
- 20:43Speaker 3: I'm gonna go over and ask them, why shut up, Katie?
- 20:46Speaker 3: Push up competition right now, let's go. I'm gonna ask
- 20:50Speaker 3: him to spot.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Me today just to see. I'm gonna start up.
- 20:52Speaker 4: Can you please do that? But put like tens on
- 20:54Speaker 4: each side?
- 20:55Speaker 3: Yeah, you guys shake. But I had I laughed because
- 21:00Speaker 3: I left yesterday and I almost forgot my water bottle.
- 21:02Speaker 2: So I had a scamper back in and I was
- 21:04Speaker 2: telling Katie about it off there and She's.
- 21:05Speaker 3: Like, oh my god, I can't I have I've lost
- 21:08Speaker 3: so many water bottles this summer.
- 21:09Speaker 5: No, just in the last week, I have lost two
- 21:12Speaker 5: of my very expensive forty dollars water bottles ouch, and
- 21:17Speaker 5: one of them I feel like I left at the
- 21:19Speaker 5: airport when I was coming back from New York, and.
- 21:21Speaker 6: Here at DA I left it outside.
- 21:24Speaker 5: When I was waiting for someone to come pick me up,
- 21:26Speaker 5: and so no getting that one back, and then the
- 21:28Speaker 5: second one, I truly don't know where I put it,
- 21:32Speaker 5: so I'm still trying to retrace my steps and find
- 21:35Speaker 5: where it is.
- 21:36Speaker 6: But I think that one's long gone too.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Is frustrating.
- 21:38Speaker 6: Yes, it's so.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Now if you look at the YouTube stream, you can
- 21:42Speaker 5: see that I am rocking a plastic water bottle I
- 21:45Speaker 5: found in the kitchen.
- 21:46Speaker 6: It's like the most the most generic.
- 21:48Speaker 3: Filled with microplastics.
- 21:50Speaker 6: Yeah, it totally is. It's what I get.
- 21:52Speaker 3: It's like an old school eighties water bottle you'd bunge
- 21:55Speaker 3: you to the side of your shwin.
- 21:56Speaker 6: This is what you'd put in your bike rack exactly.
- 21:58Speaker 5: But I like, if I lose it, it doesn't matter because
- 22:01Speaker 5: I didn't pay forty dollars for it.
- 22:03Speaker 6: So that's what I get that this is just like
- 22:05Speaker 6: my sunglasses.
- 22:06Speaker 5: I don't pay for sunglasses either, because I'm always losing them.
- 22:09Speaker 2: You remind me.
- 22:10Speaker 3: Of my daughter who's very young, and when we go
- 22:13Speaker 3: like hiking or do anything, Yeah, it's your soft, supple skin,
- 22:17Speaker 3: first of all. But it's always like the entire time
- 22:20Speaker 3: we were hiking around Yellowstone and the Tetons and all that,
- 22:23Speaker 3: it was like, where's your water bottle? Don't forget your
- 22:26Speaker 3: water bottle? Yeah, do you have your water bottle? And
- 22:28Speaker 3: we get out of the car. Where's your water bottle?
- 22:30Speaker 6: You need it?
- 22:31Speaker 5: You need it, especially this time of year, and I'm wondering, like,
- 22:34Speaker 5: what is the universe trying to tell me, you know,
- 22:36Speaker 5: like drink more water?
- 22:38Speaker 3: What is that? What is that assigned.
- 22:44Speaker 4: Apply to me?
- 22:46Speaker 5: There's so many lessons I can take from this water
- 22:48Speaker 5: bottle situation.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Well, stay hydrated. My friend's going to be all right.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Welfare check. You're doing okay, Katie.
- 22:55Speaker 6: I'm fine.
- 22:56Speaker 4: You're so sweet.
- 22:58Speaker 2: You just got to keep checking in with Katie today.
- 23:00Speaker 3: She had a really bad experience with a guy over
- 23:02Speaker 3: the weekend.
- 23:03Speaker 6: I did, and.
- 23:04Speaker 5: Again, I thank you for texting in and you know,
- 23:07Speaker 5: giving me good feelings of affirmation and making me feel
- 23:11Speaker 5: a little better.
- 23:11Speaker 6: But things are okay, Things are okay.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Sure, are you doing right? I think so quiet today.
- 23:16Speaker 5: I'm fine, thought, I don't know.
- 23:20Speaker 3: I just caught you a couple of times just kind
- 23:22Speaker 3: of staring at the skylights.
- 23:24Speaker 2: But that's all right.
- 23:24Speaker 6: I'll just contemplating life over here.
- 23:26Speaker 5: But then you know what I mean, Like if I
- 23:28Speaker 5: claimed on the roof and jump through those skylights, it's.
- 23:31Speaker 4: Not far enough.
- 23:36Speaker 3: So this guy came to town from Chicago. It didn't
- 23:39Speaker 3: go well.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Katie's been in love with him forever and now she's like,
- 23:42Speaker 2: I'm thick of him.
- 23:43Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm done.
- 23:45Speaker 3: No more this guy.
- 23:47Speaker 6: I'm done.
- 23:47Speaker 9: Are you do?
- 23:48Speaker 4: You promise us?
- 23:49Speaker 3: But he keeps messaging you.
- 23:50Speaker 5: Well, that's the thing, is I you know, send him
- 23:53Speaker 5: what I thought was the final message. It was, I'm
- 23:56Speaker 5: glad you had a good time. Take care of yourself, right,
- 24:00Speaker 5: was my message to him. And he hearted that message
- 24:03Speaker 5: last night while I was sleeping, and then he wrote
- 24:05Speaker 5: me back and was just trying to continue the conversation,
- 24:09Speaker 5: and I'm just like, is this my moment to just
- 24:12Speaker 5: do I just pretend like nothing happened, and like the
- 24:16Speaker 5: final message from me to him was literally, I'm glad
- 24:19Speaker 5: you had.
- 24:20Speaker 6: A great time. Yes, take care of yourself.
- 24:23Speaker 4: That was it.
- 24:23Speaker 6: That was my message to him.
- 24:25Speaker 2: The way he reads it. Okay, I'm glad you had
- 24:27Speaker 2: a great.
- 24:27Speaker 6: Time to Yeah, I know.
- 24:29Speaker 5: And that's why texting is so bogus. It's like the content, yes,
- 24:34Speaker 5: there's no it's everything is lost.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Capitalize you.
- 24:37Speaker 6: I did it. I didn't. I should have now. But yeah.
- 24:42Speaker 5: So then he just messaged back, told me how his
- 24:44Speaker 5: day was and was like, you know again, yeah, I
- 24:47Speaker 5: had such a good time driving through the mountains in October. No,
- 24:52Speaker 5: but I'm just like, at this point, do I just
- 24:55Speaker 5: like message him back like and I mean like to
- 25:00Speaker 5: him back is in like, I don't think you understand
- 25:05Speaker 5: how much this hurt me.
- 25:07Speaker 6: I need you to now.
- 25:08Speaker 5: Leave me alone like that, that is what I want because.
- 25:12Speaker 4: And you and you guys, he doesn't care. I'm sorry,
- 25:15Speaker 4: I'm sorry.
- 25:16Speaker 3: You got to block care.
- 25:17Speaker 5: So is it like, do I just have to ignore him?
- 25:22Speaker 1: No?
- 25:24Speaker 3: I don't have his number. I don't want to I
- 25:27Speaker 3: don't want to do.
- 25:29Speaker 5: I don't want to do that, but I do just
- 25:31Speaker 5: want Like, I just I feel bad about just blocking
- 25:36Speaker 5: him because again I've known this person for almost five years.
- 25:39Speaker 6: I just I feel bad.
- 25:41Speaker 5: But again, I'm also in my head right now, I'm
- 25:43Speaker 5: putting myself right back in the situation where like I
- 25:47Speaker 5: was truly hurt, and so I'm trying to remember that, Like,
- 25:51Speaker 5: don't forget that feeling.
- 25:52Speaker 6: Don't forget how you.
- 25:53Speaker 3: Need to just sit on these messages for a few days.
- 25:56Speaker 3: You don't need to reply. There's no nothing out there
- 26:00Speaker 3: that says you need to reply immediately to anything.
- 26:03Speaker 2: He says, yeah soon on him for a week.
- 26:06Speaker 4: Well, can I ask, do you do you feel the
- 26:09Speaker 4: need to block him just so you don't reach out again,
- 26:11Speaker 4: because like, he'll never know if you don't reply, he'll
- 26:13Speaker 4: never know he's blocked. So do you feel the need
- 26:17Speaker 4: to do that, Like, do you feel the need to
- 26:18Speaker 4: reply to him?
- 26:18Speaker 6: I mean, everything he doesn't understand he does just hurt me.
- 26:23Speaker 4: And so I feel like if he didn't get it
- 26:25Speaker 4: while he was, he'll never you'll never change.
- 26:27Speaker 3: What I heard is he didn't get it while he
- 26:29Speaker 3: didn't know.
- 26:30Speaker 6: Neither did I.
- 26:31Speaker 5: Again, the important part is me, me, I'm.
- 26:35Speaker 6: The important part in this con especially when it pertains
- 26:38Speaker 6: do you.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Do so if he if he didn't understand like what
- 26:41Speaker 3: went down when he was here, then this is just
- 26:45Speaker 3: not clicking with this dude. And we've both told you
- 26:47Speaker 3: this guy is dense. This guy's a moron.
- 26:53Speaker 6: Well, I mean I.
- 26:54Speaker 5: Just think that he again, I feel like Josh is
- 26:58Speaker 5: more accurate than anything in saying he does not care.
- 27:01Speaker 3: I mean, it's really.
- 27:02Speaker 6: Hard pill to swallow over the weekends.
- 27:05Speaker 4: Yeah, in the text that he sent you is manipulative.
- 27:07Speaker 4: He's trying to keep it going and he knows, he
- 27:09Speaker 4: knows this weekend wasn't great. He unders He's not that stupid, Jeremy,
- 27:13Speaker 4: he gets it. He's trying to just manipulate you and
- 27:17Speaker 4: be like everything is fine, don't worry. Life just continues
- 27:20Speaker 4: because he wants to use you. And that's just the
- 27:22Speaker 4: way it is. And I'm so sorry, I really am.
- 27:25Speaker 4: He's dense, but it's it's just the way you will
- 27:28Speaker 4: never be your true you know, happy go lucky self
- 27:32Speaker 4: again until you kind of understand that. And I had
- 27:34Speaker 4: to go through the same thing. And it sucks. It
- 27:36Speaker 4: sucks him.
- 27:39Speaker 9: I hope.
- 27:39Speaker 4: I wish we smack you up the head.
- 27:44Speaker 3: It sucks if like we became best. He's this guy.
- 27:51Speaker 6: Biggest punches, this incredible.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Woman in Chicago.
- 27:54Speaker 2: He told me all about her.
- 27:56Speaker 6: Jeremy, Wait, just twist it.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Like a fisherman.
- 28:06Speaker 4: Geez It's like if nick Na gets a divorced, she's
- 28:08Speaker 4: already seeing a guy and we're like.
- 28:09Speaker 3: He's not that bad.
- 28:11Speaker 6: And I think you guys know how much I like him.
- 28:13Speaker 6: We didn't.
- 28:15Speaker 5: I could just put it into person, you know, just
- 28:18Speaker 5: a little bit of a realization for everyone else that
- 28:21Speaker 5: like there was a moment in time where everything I did,
- 28:25Speaker 5: I kind of like would check in my head like
- 28:29Speaker 5: maybe this will get him to really like me.
- 28:31Speaker 3: You know, even you.
- 28:33Speaker 5: Said you loved him as far back as just getting
- 28:35Speaker 5: the Morning Show gig, I was like, oh my gosh,
- 28:38Speaker 5: he's gonna love me now.
- 28:39Speaker 6: How could he not? You know.
- 28:41Speaker 5: So it's it's gonna take a little time, still a
- 28:43Speaker 5: little fresh, still a little fresh, but you know what,
- 28:46Speaker 5: I won't reach out.
- 28:47Speaker 3: I would sit on it for a while, sit on it,
- 28:50Speaker 3: and then block him.
- 28:52Speaker 2: But in the meantime, we're not giving you his number.
- 28:54Speaker 6: That's all.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Keep checking in on you throughout the morning, all right,
- 29:02Speaker 3: We got Fast five coming up at about five minutes.

- 29:37Speaker 6: I wasn't expecting that much love for Jimmathy.
- 29:40Speaker 3: I kind of went off last night. I went off.
- 29:42Speaker 3: We were having dinner last night, Dan too. We were
- 29:44Speaker 3: talking about it at the dinner table, and the kids
- 29:47Speaker 3: hadn't heard about Jimmithy yet. So I hopped on the

- 30:19Speaker 3: you know, love it?
- 30:20Speaker 5: It made me giggle too, So I think that's reasoning
- 30:23Speaker 5: behind it exactly.

- 30:56Speaker 3: too far. There is a new doll out looks just
- 30:59Speaker 3: like a Barbie doll. It's kind of like a knockoff
- 31:02Speaker 3: Barbie doll and it is called My Mini Baby Mom
- 31:06Speaker 3: and Surprise Doll. It features a pregnant style Barbie doll
- 31:12Speaker 3: in there with a removable stomach. The stomach contains a
- 31:18Speaker 3: very realistic amnionic sack with a tiny plate, plastic baby
- 31:25Speaker 3: and slime inside the sack. So it's just like this
- 31:29Speaker 3: doll is given birth to a real baby, because there's
- 31:33Speaker 3: a sack filled with fluid and you can pop it
- 31:37Speaker 3: open and pull out a fetus, and when you're done,
- 31:43Speaker 3: you can flip the stomach over so her belly is
- 31:46Speaker 3: flat again. And basically, yeah, that's generally how it's done.
- 31:54Speaker 3: So anyway, moms.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Everywhere are like, is this a good idea?
- 32:00Speaker 3: What do you guys think?
- 32:00Speaker 10: No?
- 32:01Speaker 5: First of all, I think that if you really want
- 32:03Speaker 5: to make it realistic, you have to keep it looking
- 32:07Speaker 5: pregnant for at least the first two weeks after they
- 32:09Speaker 5: have it, because that's realistic. Like I like, I remember
- 32:12Speaker 5: after I had the baby Nana, I was like.
- 32:14Speaker 6: Is she still in there? Because why is it still
- 32:16Speaker 6: all big and fat?
- 32:17Speaker 3: Like, you know, because it's a while.
- 32:19Speaker 6: It stays like that. To make it.
- 32:21Speaker 5: Flat right away is crazy. But also why do we
- 32:25Speaker 5: have to get all like, like.
- 32:27Speaker 4: Really anatomically correct.
- 32:29Speaker 3: This is a learning experience for some of these young
- 32:31Speaker 3: girls playing with this doll. It depicts a fairly accurate
- 32:37Speaker 3: depiction of what's inside you.
- 32:39Speaker 4: Do you want your five year old? Like, you don't
- 32:41Speaker 4: need to know that, that's the thing. You don't need
- 32:45Speaker 4: to know that, Like there's no educational.
- 32:48Speaker 6: Where's the stork's role in all this.
- 32:50Speaker 3: Growing and changing? And like what is that? Fifth grade?
- 32:52Speaker 4: Now?
- 32:52Speaker 6: Still too great? But who's playing with barbies in fifth grade?
- 32:56Speaker 3: Out of this? You leave me out of this.
- 33:00Speaker 5: About the younger kids who play with these things, I mean,
- 33:02Speaker 5: are they do they need to know?
- 33:04Speaker 6: You know?
- 33:04Speaker 4: The little boys? I remember I stole my sister's barbies
- 33:08Speaker 4: just to see what was going on. And then the
- 33:10Speaker 4: little boys are gonna be doing that and me, like
- 33:11Speaker 4: she's pregnant.
- 33:12Speaker 3: What I think it was wild to me is seeing
- 33:15Speaker 3: the video on this and it's like a little ball
- 33:17Speaker 3: of goo that comes out of the stomach and you
- 33:19Speaker 3: can squish it. It looks like one of those squishy
- 33:21Speaker 3: toys right now, so you're squishing it around and stuff,
- 33:24Speaker 3: but the casing you can stick your fingers and pop
- 33:26Speaker 3: it and all this goo comes out and there's this
- 33:29Speaker 3: awkward little baby rolled up in there that you pull out,
- 33:32Speaker 3: and it's like, then, what do you do with that.
- 33:33Speaker 4: Wait, where do you stick the finger?
- 33:35Speaker 3: I mean like you stick the finger into the sack
- 33:37Speaker 3: and you pop it. So yeah, like you haven't had
- 33:41Speaker 3: kids yet. I gotta explain with me. Let me stomach,
- 33:44Speaker 3: you pull the sack out of what her stomach?
- 33:48Speaker 4: I'm just see how anatomically correct this is.
- 33:51Speaker 3: Like you're okay, I'll draw you a picture, but the
- 33:54Speaker 3: baby's in the sack. That the baby's in the sack.
- 33:57Speaker 4: I'm not stupid. I understand this, but I'm saying, like,
- 34:00Speaker 4: are you taking the picture? Are you taking the baby
- 34:02Speaker 4: out of the woman?
- 34:03Speaker 3: Yes?
- 34:04Speaker 4: Wow, that is crazy.
- 34:06Speaker 2: How do you do you think it like came on
- 34:07Speaker 2: the side.
- 34:08Speaker 4: No, I don't get.
- 34:10Speaker 3: A Hamberger's having a baby.
- 34:14Speaker 4: Wow, that's I don't like.
- 34:15Speaker 3: I saw the video of it and it's too it's
- 34:17Speaker 3: too shocking and the little gross.
- 34:19Speaker 5: Because that's the thing too, is amni amniotic sac is
- 34:22Speaker 5: not like you don't take that out when you.
- 34:25Speaker 3: Have a baby.
- 34:25Speaker 5: That's the water breaking like that your water breaks, It
- 34:30Speaker 5: happens inside of you and then the baby comes.
- 34:32Speaker 6: Out of that.
- 34:32Speaker 3: That is if there's a section issue tho where they
- 34:34Speaker 3: have to pull it out and.
- 34:35Speaker 5: They possactly there are moments where that does happen. But
- 34:38Speaker 5: that's not like you don't normally do that.
- 34:40Speaker 3: Normally, I would say, if everything's going as planned, if
- 34:43Speaker 3: they're trying to.
- 34:44Speaker 5: Teach kids, you know, biology, you don't pull out.
- 34:47Speaker 6: It's not what happens.
- 34:48Speaker 2: In fact, that's frowned up when you pull out your set.
- 34:50Speaker 6: It's very it's just a lot.
- 34:51Speaker 3: It's not healthy to do that.
- 34:53Speaker 6: Like workshop, this is a little bit better.
- 34:55Speaker 5: But yeah, you know, introduced it to the masses type thing.
- 34:59Speaker 3: Anyway, there's a whole line of these dolls. They're coming
- 35:01Speaker 3: out of the second me kin and a breast implant
- 35:04Speaker 3: skipper as well, so we'll see how.
- 35:06Speaker 5: Those stop it.
- 35:08Speaker 2: You know, it's real life, Katie.
- 35:11Speaker 3: The second we can look forward on Amazon. Grab your
- 35:17Speaker 3: phone with the.
- 35:18Speaker 6: Sun starts now with Fast five.
- 35:19Speaker 11: I'm going to be happy to hear mom on the radio.
- 35:22Speaker 6: How fast can you be?
- 35:23Speaker 11: Fun to play the game? You're at the end of
- 35:25Speaker 11: the show.

- 36:14Speaker 5: Okay, you've asked for things like five items you would
- 36:16Speaker 5: find in a clown's.
- 36:18Speaker 6: Pocket, so a little silly.
- 36:20Speaker 5: You've also asked for five things that you can see through.
- 36:23Speaker 5: And the one that went it yesterday Michelle, and that
- 36:26Speaker 5: one was so funny. Five things you wear on your face.
- 36:29Speaker 5: She won those tickets for her daughter who like woke
- 36:32Speaker 5: up out of a dead sleep, and it was really
- 36:34Speaker 5: really funny.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Very funny.
- 36:36Speaker 5: Yes, but the category is all over the place when
- 36:38Speaker 5: it comes to what she asked.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Here, we are quickly trying to put everybody on hold

- 36:56Speaker 5: She won her daughter a pair of tickets to see
- 36:58Speaker 5: Benson Boone at Ballerine and that's.
- 37:00Speaker 6: Coming up a week from Thursday.

- 37:37Speaker 2: What do you do for a living?
- 37:38Speaker 10: I work for a foundation repair company.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Oh okay, Wow, that's it. That's intense.
- 37:45Speaker 10: It is intense. It is intense, like the.
- 37:47Speaker 6: Laying the concrete part or what are you doing there.
- 37:50Speaker 2: Jacking things up and sealing cracks?
- 37:54Speaker 10: Yeah, sure, go in and put big metal underneath and
- 37:58Speaker 10: like lift houses.
- 37:59Speaker 3: Up Yeah, that's really mean.
- 38:01Speaker 2: That's really buddy, that's neat.
- 38:03Speaker 6: That's impressive.
- 38:04Speaker 3: One of my worst fears is having foundation issues at
- 38:07Speaker 3: the house. It's a completely valid fear to have, which
- 38:11Speaker 3: is so expensive. You know.
- 38:13Speaker 6: That's definitely a grown up.
- 38:14Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's that's adulting at its finest right there,
- 38:20Speaker 3: worrying about foundation issues.

- 38:56Speaker 3: Exfinity and many more, many more. Yeah, buddy, you really

- 39:37Speaker 2: Is that a sign?
- 39:39Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 39:40Speaker 7: So I hope.
- 39:40Speaker 2: So you like Benson Boone's abs.
- 39:44Speaker 11: Uh yeah, I like his songs too. But my friend Dale,
- 39:47Speaker 11: she loves his abs.
- 39:48Speaker 3: Yeah, Jale. Dale's a hornball.
- 39:54Speaker 6: Backflips, Oh yeah, a lot of moves.
- 39:58Speaker 2: I gotta start doing that. I guess the ladies love backflips.
- 40:01Speaker 5: We do.
- 40:04Speaker 3: Are you a sports fan?
- 40:05Speaker 6: I am sports?
- 40:07Speaker 11: I am yeah.
- 40:08Speaker 3: Do you like hockey?
- 40:11Speaker 11: I do like hockey. I'm not into sports as much
- 40:14Speaker 11: as I used to be, but I don't know. We
- 40:16Speaker 11: can see how that goes well.
- 40:18Speaker 3: With that being said, give me no sequels and no help.
- 40:22Speaker 3: Give me five movies that are spy based. Spy based
- 40:26Speaker 3: movies go, okay, get.

- 41:01Speaker 3: you off with the sports stuff.
- 41:03Speaker 11: Have a good day, Well, hopefully I'll try tomorrow.
- 41:05Speaker 5: Thank you.

- 41:30Speaker 3: You got a good job I do.
- 41:32Speaker 7: I love what I do.
- 41:34Speaker 3: That's huge, that's huge.
- 41:36Speaker 7: I work for an immunologist who does infusions and we're
- 41:40Speaker 7: kind of fighting a big insurance company right now.
- 41:43Speaker 2: Get them, girl, get them. Well you're doing You're doing
- 41:47Speaker 2: the Lord's work.
- 41:48Speaker 3: Good for you.
- 41:49Speaker 6: Thank you for sticking up.
- 41:50Speaker 2: You know what do you do for fun? That seems serious?
- 41:55Speaker 7: Well, I would love to go to a concert.
- 41:57Speaker 2: No, don't try to kiss. But what do you do
- 42:00Speaker 2: for fun?
- 42:03Speaker 7: I'm a mom, so I spend my days off doing
- 42:06Speaker 7: water parks and splash pads and indoor playgrounds.
- 42:09Speaker 2: All right, you're creating good memories.
- 42:12Speaker 7: Yeah, that's true. The smile on his face is worth it.
- 42:14Speaker 2: You know What's He was always funny to me.
- 42:16Speaker 3: We don't really do the splash pads anymore, but there
- 42:18Speaker 3: was always that one kid that would go over to
- 42:21Speaker 3: one of the jets shooting up in the air and he.
- 42:22Speaker 6: Would sit on it.
- 42:24Speaker 3: Yeah, standards. Sit on that jet, you just would sit
- 42:27Speaker 3: there on it.
- 42:28Speaker 6: You know what they're doing?
- 42:29Speaker 5: Right?
- 42:35Speaker 3: That's not your kid, is it? Cat?
- 42:37Speaker 7: Oh? No? No?
- 42:39Speaker 3: Good?
- 42:40Speaker 10: Good?
- 42:40Speaker 3: Good good?
- 42:40Speaker 2: Because that's the weird kid.
- 42:42Speaker 3: All right, you might get this one since you got
- 42:43Speaker 3: some kiddo's in your life. In ten seconds, I need
- 42:47Speaker 3: some titles from you. I need five titles of Doctor
- 42:52Speaker 3: Seuss books.

- 42:58Speaker 7: Big Fish, Fish, Redfish, Blue Fish.
- 43:06Speaker 2: Here's what was theirs? The first one's called ABC.
- 43:08Speaker 3: Is that a suit?
- 43:10Speaker 6: There's a suit?
- 43:11Speaker 4: Look it up, Katie.
- 43:12Speaker 2: Yeah, let me make sure it's just called ABC.
- 43:16Speaker 6: I can like visualize it in my Is.
- 43:18Speaker 2: It ABC one right now?
- 43:21Speaker 3: So I don't know. It's just literally ABC literally a
- 43:26Speaker 3: B C.
- 43:27Speaker 2: Yeah, Catherine, gotta ask you a questions.
- 43:29Speaker 6: ABC.
- 43:30Speaker 3: Okay, do you have a reliable sitter to watch the kids?
- 43:35Speaker 5: Oh?
- 43:36Speaker 7: I do. We're a military family, so we have all
- 43:38Speaker 7: the people on the base.
- 43:39Speaker 3: Good good, good, because you're gonna need to get one
- 43:41Speaker 3: because you're going to Red Rocks to see Benson or
- 43:46Speaker 3: check that Ballerina to see benzing Burn. So used to
- 43:50Speaker 3: saying Red Rocks with Hillary Duff.
- 43:52Speaker 6: You're still gonna go see Benson.
- 43:53Speaker 3: You'll be a ballerina. Yea, let me do it again.
- 44:00Speaker 6: That's fantastic.
- 44:01Speaker 3: I love that you won.
- 44:03Speaker 7: Thank you guys so much.
- 44:05Speaker 3: God, are you're getting choked up?
- 44:07Speaker 2: You sound so excited.

- 44:28Speaker 2: Thank you for colling and playing this silly little game.
- 44:32Speaker 3: We'll have some more Benson Boone tickets up for grabs
- 44:35Speaker 3: tomorrow morning.
- 44:37Speaker 1: Jary, Katy and Josh.
- 44:39Speaker 5: Six one hundred.
- 44:40Speaker 3: I want to tell you, guys, so bad, so bad
- 44:46Speaker 3: about something I ate last night.
- 44:48Speaker 2: But I'm hesitating now.
- 44:50Speaker 3: But I don't want it to be scooped up off
- 44:53Speaker 3: store shelves and then I can never find it again.
- 44:57Speaker 2: Okay, the show is very powerful out there.
- 44:59Speaker 6: In the kN Keep your food.
- 45:02Speaker 1: We're here, all right.
- 45:05Speaker 3: I'll tell you good. You twisted my arm to it,
- 45:07Speaker 3: you twisted my stomach. Lemon pasta, lemon infused pasta.
- 45:16Speaker 5: Trader Joe's see, it is your duty to tell us more.
- 45:20Speaker 3: Oh my god, it was so good and.
- 45:24Speaker 5: Like the lemon is in the pasta used in the pasta.
- 45:29Speaker 6: How did they even do that?
- 45:31Speaker 3: It's science, It's incredible food science. Nick Nat came home
- 45:37Speaker 3: with this this pasta, a couple of boxes of it
- 45:39Speaker 3: the other night. I was like, oh, I did do that.
- 45:42Speaker 3: It's such a check thing to do to my lemon pasta.
- 45:45Speaker 3: There's something like three ingredients.
- 45:46Speaker 2: I know you're gonna love it.
- 45:47Speaker 3: So we made it and it was so good. I clean.
- 45:51Speaker 3: I took my arm on the dining room table. Yeah,
- 45:54Speaker 3: and I wiped.
- 45:55Speaker 6: Everything onto the floor and made.
- 45:56Speaker 3: Love to her right there on the table. Wow.
- 46:00Speaker 2: Let me in front of friends and family and the children.
- 46:04Speaker 3: It was so good, beautiful moment.
- 46:06Speaker 2: We put grilled chicken on top of it.
- 46:10Speaker 3: And then what I did is I actually squeezed fresh
- 46:12Speaker 3: lemon over it too, and then put the parm on there.
- 46:15Speaker 2: You guys, I can't like so simple.
- 46:18Speaker 3: And so damn good me. So don't go scooping it
- 46:22Speaker 3: up because I want to go buy more boxes of it.
- 46:27Speaker 3: It was so good.
- 46:28Speaker 2: I'm on, I'm on some new food journeys. Right now,
- 46:32Speaker 2: I'm trying new things.
- 46:32Speaker 3: I'm eating more Mediterranean style, a lot of beans. I
- 46:37Speaker 3: was just reading a story this morning about how it
- 46:39Speaker 3: was something like ninety percent of Americans say that they
- 46:42Speaker 3: would swap out their meat for beans on a more
- 46:45Speaker 3: consistent basis.
- 46:48Speaker 5: A little high number seems a little cool America. But
- 46:52Speaker 5: like when you said the statement, I'm like, why I would.
- 46:54Speaker 5: I have switched my meat out for beans many times.
- 46:58Speaker 3: I just went and bought garbonzos.
- 47:01Speaker 5: Yeah, chickpeas beans. Well, they're the same thing, chickpeas warbonzo beans.
- 47:08Speaker 5: They're the exact same legoome. The difference comes from different
- 47:12Speaker 5: language traditions.
- 47:13Speaker 2: Yeah, no, pick a name, I know, but chick comes.
- 47:16Speaker 5: From Latin, and then the Spanish word garbonzo is for
- 47:22Speaker 5: lagoms and it comes.
- 47:24Speaker 6: From the town garbonds expert over there.
- 47:28Speaker 5: Well, it's funny because I love chickpea slash garbonzo beans.
- 47:32Speaker 5: I make it marry me chickpeas, and it is so
- 47:36Speaker 5: dang good. So it's just like I do this a lot.
- 47:39Speaker 5: I swapped the meat for beans, and there's a lot
- 47:42Speaker 5: of different ways you can go with it.
- 47:43Speaker 6: But chickpeas or garbonzo beans.
- 47:46Speaker 3: Stop.
- 47:46Speaker 5: They're the one that you can swap the most because
- 47:49Speaker 5: they've got like that real meaty kind of texture exactly.
- 47:54Speaker 6: And that's what you can do with it.
- 47:55Speaker 5: But also the flavor is so mild. It's a white
- 48:00Speaker 5: you know, it's the white colored beans. It's a lot
- 48:03Speaker 5: more mild than like your black or your pinto, right,
- 48:06Speaker 5: and it's a little more sensitive on your tomb, more
- 48:10Speaker 5: sensitive on your tomb.
- 48:11Speaker 3: Sorry, everybody, what you asked so I didn't ask anything
- 48:14Speaker 3: you did. All I said was I bought garbonzo beans
- 48:18Speaker 3: and you go chickpeas. Yeah, I didn't ask you anything again,
- 48:21Speaker 3: and ask you nothing about nothing from the.
- 48:24Speaker 6: Italian island of garbage. That's really where they're from. And
- 48:29Speaker 6: nobody but.
- 48:31Speaker 5: They put the O at the end of garbonzo just
- 48:34Speaker 5: because that's what Italians say at the end of the words.
- 48:36Speaker 6: So you know they're speaking Italians. Now you know the
- 48:47Speaker 6: rainbow is going across the sky.
- 48:48Speaker 5: The more you know, you gotta learn today.
- 48:54Speaker 2: I don't want.
- 48:56Speaker 3: I wants to settle there needs this needs to be
- 49:00Speaker 3: put through Congress or something. Let's settle on a name, Okay,
- 49:03Speaker 3: garbonzo or chickpeas. Let's just pick one for God's sakes,
- 49:07Speaker 3: because it's too confusing for that.
- 49:08Speaker 6: We could combine them and call them chick bonzos. Hi,
- 49:12Speaker 6: vote for that one, chick bonzo.
- 49:16Speaker 4: It's not bad.
- 49:17Speaker 3: The best part about this is this is not what.
- 49:19Speaker 4: We were going to talk about it all at all.
- 49:21Speaker 2: I was just gonna briefly mention my pasta.
- 49:23Speaker 3: And here we are with the chickagar bonzos, the bonzo
- 49:29Speaker 3: pio chick bonzos, the chicka bonzos.
- 49:32Speaker 6: Angle, Mama, come it, you need.
- 49:37Speaker 3: Some chica garbanzos. Whatever.
- 49:41Speaker 4: This is dumb.
- 49:42Speaker 3: We'll do better here in a few minutes. Okay, do
- 49:44Speaker 3: better JKJ. Before we got off on beans. For some reason,
- 49:49Speaker 3: I don't watch a lot of TV. It's just I
- 49:52Speaker 3: just do other things and I'm kind of busy. But
- 49:54Speaker 3: I actually was able to kick on a Netflix series
- 49:57Speaker 3: yesterday while I was at the gym. Okay, And I
- 50:00Speaker 3: think it might turn into a future topic on this
- 50:02Speaker 3: morning show because I think everybody has horrible neighbors and
- 50:07Speaker 3: the name of this, uh, this program on Netflix I
- 50:10Speaker 3: think was called like bad Neighbors, Worst neighbor Ever, That's
- 50:14Speaker 3: what it is, Worst neighbor ever seen. Yeah, it was trending.
- 50:17Speaker 3: It was like the fifth most watched thing on Netflix
- 50:20Speaker 3: right now, and I watched pretty much all of episode one,
- 50:24Speaker 3: where a neighbor goes and shoots another neighbor in the face. Yeah.
- 50:28Speaker 6: No, it gets intense with that show.
- 50:30Speaker 3: And I was like, whoa nuts, I can't stop watching it.
- 50:34Speaker 3: And I think we probably all have a story about
- 50:37Speaker 3: a horrible, horrible neighbor. Yeahs, we might want to make
- 50:42Speaker 3: that a show topic at some point. But I'll tell you,
- 50:44Speaker 3: I'll give you a Netflix recommendation. I'm only through episode one,
- 50:47Speaker 3: but that is a pretty solid show to watch. You
- 50:50Speaker 3: dig it just because it's so shocking, and it's one
- 50:52Speaker 3: of those ones where you watch it and you're like,
- 50:54Speaker 3: thank God, my life is fairly normal, and thank god
- 50:57Speaker 3: I live around people that are pretty rad.
- 51:00Speaker 5: It's a little more grateful for your situation. Yeah, those
- 51:03Speaker 5: are the best shows because.
- 51:04Speaker 3: There's some real psychos out there.
- 51:07Speaker 6: Absolutely, you don't get to choose your neighbors.
- 51:09Speaker 3: You know, when you're moving to a neighborhood, you never
- 51:12Speaker 3: know what you're gonna get.
- 51:13Speaker 2: Some people are monsters.
- 51:14Speaker 6: Absolutely. Yeah.
- 51:16Speaker 3: Our neighbors almost ran my mom down with a car once,
- 51:18Speaker 3: and I was growing.
- 51:19Speaker 5: Up, I'm like, my mouth is dill Agate because of it. Like,
- 51:24Speaker 5: I'm just like, what what did your mom do?
- 51:28Speaker 3: Coming anyway? Be thinking about that, guys, that my pop
- 51:34Speaker 3: up is a future show topic here with jkj all right,
- 51:37Speaker 3: we're gonna play a quick song, a little homewrecker action
- 51:39Speaker 3: from Somber about three minutes long. We're gonna come back
- 51:42Speaker 3: and talk about the monster in Josh's life, his girlfriend.
- 51:45Speaker 3: Oh no, we love her, Princess Pilot.
- 51:49Speaker 2: There's a dilemma going on.
- 51:51Speaker 3: Well, she's kind of sneaky. She's a little sneaky. What's
- 51:55Speaker 3: going on with Pilot girl? Well, we'll talk about it
- 51:57Speaker 3: in about three minutes here a Uverer's mixed one hundred
- 52:01Speaker 3: with Jeremy, Katie and Josh About every Tuesday and Thursday,
- 52:04Speaker 3: we like to do a little show wants to know dilemma.
- 52:07Speaker 3: Generally it is from our listeners sending in messages. But
- 52:10Speaker 3: this week Josh is like, I got something to talk about.
- 52:13Speaker 3: So what's going on in your life?
- 52:14Speaker 4: Buddy? Well, I'm just confused. I'm really really confused because
- 52:18Speaker 4: I have been taught throughout the different relationships I've been in.
- 52:21Speaker 4: You know, communication is key. That's what every girlfriend always says.
- 52:24Speaker 4: Communication is key, be open and honest, always tell each
- 52:28Speaker 4: other everything. And the other day, I was with Princess Pilot,
- 52:32Speaker 4: my girlfriend, and we were just talking about something and
- 52:35Speaker 4: something came up on my phone and I was like, hey,
- 52:38Speaker 4: like I was doing something. I was like, I need
- 52:40Speaker 4: you to read what popped up, and so she goes, okay,
- 52:43Speaker 4: and then she looks at me. She's like, oh, I
- 52:45Speaker 4: don't have your your password, and I go, oh, blah
- 52:47Speaker 4: blah blah blah blah. I gave her my password. It's
- 52:50Speaker 4: actually zero zero zero zero, so I just give it
- 52:53Speaker 4: to her. I didn't think anything of it. And then
- 52:55Speaker 4: we're talking and we were around dinner and I was
- 52:58Speaker 4: like we hey, like, do you think it's kind of
- 53:00Speaker 4: important that we maybe give each other passwords just in case, like,
- 53:03Speaker 4: you know, I need your phone or anything like that.
- 53:06Speaker 4: And she flat out was like, uh no, I don't
- 53:09Speaker 4: really think like boyfriends and girlfriend should do that. And
- 53:12Speaker 4: I was like, this was direct. Twenty minutes after I
- 53:15Speaker 4: just flippantly gave her mind. I was like, that's it's
- 53:18Speaker 4: never been a big deal to me. You know, I
- 53:19Speaker 4: don't care. I didn't think twice about it. Yeah, and yeah, no, no,
- 53:24Speaker 4: so I give it to her, and then I'm like
- 53:26Speaker 4: kind of bringing that up at dinner to be like, hey,
- 53:30Speaker 4: can this be reciprocated, you know a little bit, because
- 53:32Speaker 4: I was like, well, hey, like and look again, I
- 53:34Speaker 4: trust her with everything I have. This is not a
- 53:36Speaker 4: thing of me being like, you know, I'm gonna go
- 53:39Speaker 4: there's some shady stuff going on. No, and I'm not.
- 53:42Speaker 4: I was never thinking about that. But that being said,
- 53:44Speaker 4: I was just like there are moments of like even
- 53:46Speaker 4: in the car if she's driving and we want to
- 53:48Speaker 4: change a song really quick, like give me the pass code, deer,
- 53:50Speaker 4: you know. So it's just little things like that, and
- 53:52Speaker 4: I'm just taken aback by the way that she was
- 53:57Speaker 4: like no so quickly had a hell no, okay, Jared.
- 54:02Speaker 4: It almost felt like that. It almost felt like no, like.
- 54:05Speaker 3: Crazy, Uh so she still has your password to your
- 54:08Speaker 3: phone so you can get in. I haven't changed it
- 54:11Speaker 3: because you know, if you go in now and change
- 54:13Speaker 3: it and she picks it up and like needs to
- 54:16Speaker 3: hop on it or something again, she's like, why did
- 54:18Speaker 3: you change it?
- 54:19Speaker 4: I'm shady with me, yeah, And I'm the shady one
- 54:22Speaker 4: all of a sudden. If I don't fire on you,
- 54:24Speaker 4: and it totally would and it can't win now at
- 54:26Speaker 4: this point, I don't want to, you know, be the
- 54:29Speaker 4: troublemaker in that aspect. But that being said, like I
- 54:32Speaker 4: don't I don't know where to go from here because
- 54:35Speaker 4: I don't want to ask again because then I just
- 54:36Speaker 4: seem crazy. I'm like the crazy person of like give
- 54:39Speaker 4: me your passwords, stilly.
- 54:41Speaker 2: Thinking like what is she hiding?
- 54:42Speaker 10: Then?
- 54:43Speaker 3: Right, I don't mind.
- 54:45Speaker 4: I okay, But that's the other thing is I've never
- 54:48Speaker 4: ever had any reason to think of anything shady good.
- 54:52Speaker 4: But I don't think it's I.
- 54:53Speaker 6: Think it's a boundary for her.
- 54:55Speaker 4: I think it is, and I think she's been burned
- 54:57Speaker 4: before yea by it.
- 54:58Speaker 5: I think she's like, unless we're engaged, ready to be
- 55:01Speaker 5: mary really committing to this thing, Like I don't know
- 55:04Speaker 5: if I want to take that step yet.
- 55:06Speaker 6: So I respect that.
- 55:07Speaker 4: Yes, And normally i'd be on board with that because
- 55:10Speaker 4: I've I've never shared a password with any of my
- 55:11Speaker 4: exes before. But that being said, I gave it to
- 55:15Speaker 4: her so easily, so I was like, whoa, hey, first
- 55:17Speaker 4: of all, I'm in love, and then second of all,
- 55:19Speaker 4: I was also like it against y Yeah, no one
- 55:22Speaker 4: time is enough. But no, so I basically said it,
- 55:25Speaker 4: and then I was like, okay, why wasn't that reciprocat
- 55:28Speaker 4: And it bothered me a little bit. I was like, well, no, no,
- 55:32Speaker 4: I want.
- 55:32Speaker 3: What do you I'm trying to think of, Like, well,
- 55:35Speaker 3: we're going to ask our listeners here?
- 55:36Speaker 4: Then do I keep asking or do I just let
- 55:39Speaker 4: it go? I don't know what to do here. I
- 55:40Speaker 4: don't know how to I don't know the protocol here.
- 55:43Speaker 4: I don't know if I should be annoying and be
- 55:45Speaker 4: like hey, you know, or bring up a bigger conversation
- 55:47Speaker 4: why don't you feel comfortable giving it to me?
- 55:49Speaker 3: Or look over her shoulder and like you I know
- 55:51Speaker 3: what it is. That's a Jeremy answer.
- 55:56Speaker 4: That's the other thing. She's a privacy screen. Should I
- 55:58Speaker 4: be worried about that too?
- 56:00Speaker 2: I just got one of those. I love it.
- 56:03Speaker 3: I have idea those even exists.
- 56:04Speaker 4: I've heard really good things about them, and I yeah,
- 56:06Speaker 4: So I don't know. I'm it's just it doesn't I'm
- 56:09Speaker 4: not worried about her. I'm just a little intrigued as
- 56:12Speaker 4: to why she was like no, absolutely not, No, I
- 56:15Speaker 4: don't like it. So I don't know. I just feel
- 56:17Speaker 4: like should I keep the conversation going or should I
- 56:19Speaker 4: just let it go and ask if we get engaged?
- 56:22Speaker 3: Phone lines are open three oh three six nine one
- 56:24Speaker 3: one Mix three oh three six nine one sixteen forty nine.
- 56:30Speaker 3: I think I'm just a little bit more of a
- 56:31Speaker 3: realist on this. I really feel like she might be
- 56:35Speaker 3: might be hiding something.
- 56:37Speaker 4: You've met You think she's that time.
- 56:39Speaker 6: I don't. I don't think she's hiding anything.
- 56:42Speaker 2: Well, I've also heard some backstories we haven't talked about.
- 56:44Speaker 4: On the air, so well, those are off the air
- 56:48Speaker 4: for a reason.
- 56:49Speaker 2: Bear, I'm trying to tiptoe around this without getting you
- 56:55Speaker 2: in trouble.
- 56:55Speaker 4: Please do please actually tiptoe so far away.
- 56:58Speaker 3: Do you think there's any nights where she maybe reaches
- 57:02Speaker 3: out to an X or something?
- 57:04Speaker 4: Or I hope not. I really really hope that happened,
- 57:08Speaker 4: and I really I will always trust someone into a
- 57:12Speaker 4: reason not to.
- 57:12Speaker 6: That's a good life always.
- 57:16Speaker 3: Okay, Hi'm inndy. Hi, that's it going well, we're super dupes.
- 57:21Speaker 3: Thanks for calling in. What should Josh do about this
- 57:23Speaker 3: dilemma with his girlfriend?
- 57:25Speaker 8: I think he should let it go because I think
- 57:28Speaker 8: communication has expressing your feelings and not taking into other
- 57:34Speaker 8: people's puls.
- 57:37Speaker 4: Okay, I like that, but it's almost like when someone says,
- 57:40Speaker 4: don't touch the hot stove, you automatically wonder why you
- 57:42Speaker 4: can't touch it, and I'm like, you know, it's it's
- 57:45Speaker 4: just the maybe, the flippant way. It was like, no,
- 57:48Speaker 4: like I don't feel the need to give it to you,
- 57:50Speaker 4: and I do, like I really do. I do trust
- 57:52Speaker 4: her with everything that I have. So it's not like
- 57:55Speaker 4: I'm worried about her going off and doing anything wrong.
- 57:58Speaker 4: But it is odd how quickly she dismissed it, Mindy.
- 58:01Speaker 4: Does that make sense?
- 58:02Speaker 8: Absolutely? And that's the communications part where you asked her, Hey,
- 58:07Speaker 8: why don't you want to give me your passwords? When
- 58:11Speaker 8: I give you mind ask.
- 58:12Speaker 3: Her and then just start crying and make it weird,
- 58:15Speaker 3: really start bawling, and it's like the whole.
- 58:19Speaker 4: To one of those Okay, okay, well, and we'll let
- 58:22Speaker 4: you know how it goes.
- 58:22Speaker 2: So questions either let it go or ask a bunch
- 58:25Speaker 2: of questions, right.
- 58:26Speaker 3: Mindy, let it go and ask the question both double whammy.
- 58:30Speaker 2: Okay, all right, Mindy, thank you.
- 58:34Speaker 4: I don't know, can you do both of them? I
- 58:35Speaker 4: don't know how to do that.
- 58:36Speaker 3: Now.
- 58:39Speaker 2: I liked her approach of ask some questions.
- 58:43Speaker 3: Yeah, let's make it weird, like sit.
- 58:45Speaker 5: Her down, don't make her feel uncomfortable about it. But
- 58:50Speaker 5: that's the thing again, Okay, I think that she has
- 58:53Speaker 5: that boundary because if she's been burned before with to
- 58:57Speaker 5: to and.
- 58:58Speaker 3: You don't know that, she knows Josh she can give
- 59:00Speaker 3: me his phone whenever she won.
- 59:01Speaker 5: And it was a situation where it wasn't like she's
- 59:04Speaker 5: like I need this, no, I A. Yeah, it's a
- 59:10Speaker 5: different situation. And how she got that, you know, access
- 59:14Speaker 5: and asking for that access is fine.
- 59:17Speaker 2: But put your phone in thereat a different room.
- 59:19Speaker 3: Put your phone in a different room, and while you
- 59:20Speaker 3: guys are sitting on the couch watching a movie, like, oh,
- 59:22Speaker 3: I got to look something up really quick, then grab
- 59:24Speaker 3: her phone and be like, hey, what's your password?
- 59:26Speaker 2: I need to get in and look at something.
- 59:28Speaker 4: Totally round about like that. And what if she says no, there,
- 59:33Speaker 4: that's when the crying starts.
- 59:34Speaker 6: I know exactly. That's a totally different situation. That's totally different.
- 59:38Speaker 3: Here's Meg and will is up.
- 59:40Speaker 10: After Meg, Hi, Meg, Hey, guys.
- 59:44Speaker 2: Well we're fine things. Hey, Josh is miserable.
- 59:48Speaker 1: So first of all, if this has made it to
- 59:50Speaker 1: the air, then it is time to talk with her.
- 59:53Speaker 1: If this is potentially somebody who want to spend the
- 59:55Speaker 1: rest of your life with, have the conversation. What happens
- 59:58Speaker 1: when you actually have really big things you need to
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: talk about?
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: Right?
- 1:00:02Speaker 9: Yes, question, is she a mom?
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: And how old is she?
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: Uh?
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: Not yet not a mother?
- 1:00:10Speaker 4: And she is a little I'm thirty one, she's a
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: little bit older than me.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: Okay. The reason I bring that up is because sometimes
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: I'm a mom. I've got three kids sometimes and the
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: work I do, my life is exposed to everybody. Sometimes
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: I literally just want to have a little something to
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: myself for no other reason except that I can.
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: That's a good point.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: That's that's that's it, right, And now that I actually
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: have my kids, sometimes they want to steal my phone
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: and change the song while I'm rocking out my you know,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: my bad self in my.
- 1:00:41Speaker 9: Eighties music, and I'm like, no.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: You don't know the password, but but there is. And
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: with my boyfriend, you know, if he asked, I would
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: give it to him, but I would also say the
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: same thing like I'm not what, like why do you
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: need it? I'm not hiding anything, ask me anything, but you.
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: Would still give it to him. You would still give
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: it to him.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Yes, I I.
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: Are you.
- 1:01:09Speaker 4: She because I would. I guess that's a really good point. Meg.
- 1:01:14Speaker 4: I really like that you said for no other reason
- 1:01:16Speaker 4: than the fact that you want something for yourself. I
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: have never heard anybody say that, and you're right, I think,
- 1:01:21Speaker 4: especially even with our job here, we open up our
- 1:01:23Speaker 4: lives so much, it is nice to have something private
- 1:01:27Speaker 4: and something that is just yours. And I've not had
- 1:01:31Speaker 4: anybody say that to me yet. And I really like
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: that point well.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: And if I could take it one step further, I
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: don't share my location with anybody except my sister I have.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: I only share it with my boyfriend temporarily if I'm
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: going somewhere that I might be unsafe or something, but
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: he shares his all the time with me. Again, it's
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: not because I have anything to hide, but it is
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: because I live such a full life giving so much
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: to other people that I just want to, I mean,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: not really really get lost, but right, you.
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: Don't want people to find what's your advice for Josh
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: than Meg? What should he do?
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: Absolutely? Ask her? Okay me, really, why lose more sleep
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: over it, and you'll walk away with data points if
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: she says Nope, I really I don't want to talk
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: about it. I really don't want to share it, you know,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: just have the conversation.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Okay, Meg, we appreciate your call. You're very, very wise
- 1:02:30Speaker 2: in the world of phones.
- 1:02:31Speaker 3: Thank you, Meg, Or you're going to walk away.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: With even more questions like what is she hiding?
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: That really is up in the air.
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: Is because this is so weird that you were so
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: open and you're like, fine, get into my phone and
- 1:02:43Speaker 3: then you ask her and it was no, No, it's weird.
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: Going back to what Meg said, really quick, I now
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: I have a whole new whoa wait a minute, because
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: she's new to this job, you having having a boyfriend
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: who has a job like this, and we've already talked
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: about Princess Pilot in a way that I'm sure she's
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: not comfort So it's like that gives us permission again.
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: That gives you permission again to have a little bit
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: more insight to her life, and maybe she's not willing to.
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: Give that to you.
- 1:03:10Speaker 3: I think it gives you permission to change your phone
- 1:03:12Speaker 3: code now because you're like, I need something private because
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: my life is on the air. So now you don't
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: get my phone code because that's my privacy. You know,
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: why does it work for him enough for her? So
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: Josh can't have privacy.
- 1:03:26Speaker 5: You can't give someone a sweater and then be like,
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: I want my sweater back because you're giving because it's.
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: One hundred degrees outside. You don't need a sweater right now.
- 1:03:33Speaker 3: True, if it's you don't.
- 1:03:37Speaker 5: It was an analogy, Okay.
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: I just don't understand why it's not okay for Josh
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: to have his privacy but it's okay for her to
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: have her privacy.
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: Well, I think it's the same thing too, Like I
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: share my location with her and she shares hers. But
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: that being said, like I think as the boyfriend, it
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: is more important to show her andcourage and encourage her
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: that you are a respect person, you know, and and
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: show that because this day and age, we aren't a
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: lot of people aren't.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: Let's quickly get to will we're running out of time.
- 1:04:06Speaker 10: Hi, Willie, how's it going?
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: Hey, we're good, buddy. What are your thoughts for Josh?
- 1:04:12Speaker 9: I guess I'm from a different planet because I mean,
- 1:04:15Speaker 9: to me, what's on a phone? Social media, text messages.
- 1:04:19Speaker 9: So in a relationship with somebody, then then why is
- 1:04:24Speaker 9: that even a big deal? Like I was telling them earlier,
- 1:04:26Speaker 9: I my girlfriend now that I have, now that I
- 1:04:29Speaker 9: actually trust. We don't evenly have a password on my phone,
- 1:04:32Speaker 9: on our phones, like it's just a it's just a thing,
- 1:04:36Speaker 9: you know, you grab I have your phone. I'm using
- 1:04:38Speaker 9: your phone. Yeah, whatever, I have your I grabbed your
- 1:04:40Speaker 9: phone on actually okay whatever. So to me, in the
- 1:04:43Speaker 9: past troubled relationships, that's always been the thing that was like,
- 1:04:49Speaker 9: oh it was it was the text message, it was this.
- 1:04:51Speaker 9: So to me, it's it's it's damaging. But like I said,
- 1:04:54Speaker 9: it's just what we've established is that Josh is clearly
- 1:04:59Speaker 9: more open and and available for this relationship than she is.
- 1:05:04Speaker 10: I agree, And and.
- 1:05:05Speaker 9: You can't have a double standard, and you can't bring
- 1:05:07Speaker 9: your past relationships into your new relationships. Like she's in
- 1:05:10Speaker 9: her thirties. Should not be an issue.
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: Yep, wow, you are. We're on the same page, man,
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: heavy Josh, Josh is open, she is not.
- 1:05:22Speaker 6: I don't think that that's what that says.
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: Again, I think she has strong boundaries and it's okay
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: for you to approach her about that. But it's not
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: a bad thing that she doesn't want to just give
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: her password.
- 1:05:32Speaker 9: I just I don't think double's bad thing. So, like
- 1:05:34Speaker 9: I said, I feel like when she asked him for
- 1:05:36Speaker 9: his password that day, that it wasn't for whatever she
- 1:05:39Speaker 9: was doing.
- 1:05:39Speaker 10: It was to see if she he would give her bingo.
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: And then she's like, well, now I got it and
- 1:05:45Speaker 3: I can't change it. Now he can't change it because
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: it'll be weird. I'll ask him why and ruin his life.
- 1:05:51Speaker 6: I don't think that's it.
- 1:05:52Speaker 3: Well, solid question that was that was heavy? That heavy.
- 1:05:56Speaker 3: Will was spot on though, like he's living it right there, buddy.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: You gotta listen to Will.
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: Wouldn't it be funny we had somebody text in and
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: wouldn't it be funny if she changed her password to
- 1:06:04Speaker 5: yours and she's.
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: Just waiting for you to figure that out? Try it,
- 1:06:09Speaker 6: try and see. Maybe that's what she did.
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: I always use face ideas, so maybe what's my password?
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: I know why she's not any end though, because I've
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: been message in her shut.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: That means it's time for a little Mikes one hundred
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: Sports Report. A new world record was set this past
- 1:06:35Speaker 3: Saturday for skydiving around the world. Thirty one thousand and
- 1:06:41Speaker 3: seventy five people coordinated a skydive in forty three different
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: countries on a single day. How about that. That's a
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: lot of people jumping out an airplane.
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: The exact same time.
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: I don't know if you coordinate that.
- 1:06:58Speaker 3: I don't think it was the exact same time, but
- 1:07:00Speaker 3: I guess throughout the day.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: Okay, I'm skimming here.
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: Hmm.
- 1:07:06Speaker 3: I don't think it was at the same time. That
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: would have been quite the sat that's a lot of
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: that's a lot of planes and stuff up in the air.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: I don't know. Anyway.
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: It was all initiated and organized by the US Parachute Association,
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: very official Drifting through Life.
- 1:07:24Speaker 6: Drift Organization ups and downs, right.
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: Jokes anyway. For that one, it surpassed the previous record
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: of thirty thousand something. Anyway.
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: That's kind of fun.
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: It's something I would never do, though, No, no, I
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: feel like I would panic up in the air and
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: forget to pull the shoot. I really do.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: Luckily you don't have to. You have an instructor strapped
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: right to you.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: I'm not doing that. That's far too kinky for me.
- 1:07:57Speaker 6: Stop pulling there.
- 1:08:00Speaker 4: It's not the tug.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Wait a minute, now, I'm interested. Are you back to back,
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: in front to.
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: Front, whatever you want?
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: Honestly, how many people are to other together?
- 1:08:12Speaker 4: Up to four?
- 1:08:15Speaker 9: All right?
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: Okay?
- 1:08:17Speaker 3: Overshre uh. Tom Brady has been flirting with the idea
- 1:08:21Speaker 3: of doing a match for the WWE.
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: Have you guys been hearing these rumors.
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: It's been really weird. It is the way he's promoting it, right.
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: I guess he slapped Logan Paul the other day. He
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: was at the World Cup and he was flipping Logan
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: Paul off.
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: They've been taking verbal shots at each other, so the media.
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: Is saying, well, I guess they're setting it up for
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: some sort of WWE match with Tom Brady.
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: Logan's gotten huge into that because he did boxing for
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: a little bit and kind of found out that wasn't
- 1:08:50Speaker 4: for him and Tom. The way that he's promoting this,
- 1:08:53Speaker 4: did you see Did you see the actual slap? But
- 1:08:55Speaker 4: I did.
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: It's so fake and he was like more of a
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: shoulder slap.
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: It really was.
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: He's going for his face and got his shoulder.
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: It was dumb. It didn't look good. Tom is not
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: that type of WWE guy. I just can't see him
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: doing absolutely not. Yeah, I mean he'll get a lot
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: of money from it.
- 1:09:11Speaker 3: I guess this dude from Barstool Sports is saying, this
- 1:09:14Speaker 3: is just sad. What is happening to Tom Brady post retirement.
- 1:09:19Speaker 3: It's one of the greatest downfalls of an icon, he said,
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: And he said his legacy is being lamified. Everything about
- 1:09:26Speaker 3: him is cringey. Right now, I kind of get there.
- 1:09:29Speaker 5: Yeah, John Cena route where it was like John Cena
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: got out of wrestling and then you just saw him
- 1:09:34Speaker 5: attached to everything, so it lessened his brand.
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: I think he doesn't know what he wants to do
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: in life anymore. I mean without football, tom Brady's lost.
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: And he's tried the broadcasting, which is fine, but this.
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: Stuff is in the roast and everything he's been a
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: part of, where he's cussing and talking dirty.
- 1:09:49Speaker 2: It's like it's just not a good look.
- 1:09:50Speaker 6: You he should do.
- 1:09:51Speaker 5: He should be a yogi. He should go be one
- 1:09:54Speaker 5: of those like yoga masters. I could see Tom Brady
- 1:09:57Speaker 5: as one of those teaching yoga, teaching them to you know,
- 1:10:02Speaker 5: rein in their inner power. Like see Tom Brady doing
- 1:10:06Speaker 5: something like that.
- 1:10:07Speaker 3: Yeah, then he can get his own brand of yoga
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: mats and sell.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: Them and all that stuff. Yes, you know, he'd monetizes it.
- 1:10:14Speaker 6: Colmbroga Brog Brogo Brog kind of like it.
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: I kind of like it.
- 1:10:20Speaker 6: Yeah, there you go, Tom Brady. You can send that
- 1:10:24Speaker 6: check to Katie Mixed.
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: Well done puzzling that out.
- 1:10:27Speaker 3: That's really impressive, Joe.
- 1:10:29Speaker 4: What else is going on, Josh, Well, a massive pastime
- 1:10:31Speaker 4: is kind of making a comeback ever since around COVID nineteen.
- 1:10:35Speaker 5: Now.
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: I used to collect tops sports cards, like the football,
- 1:10:38Speaker 4: the baseball cards, those ones, and it was kind of
- 1:10:40Speaker 4: a thing of the nineties. A lot of Pokemon cards
- 1:10:42Speaker 4: were collectibles then, and I would say around the mid
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: to late twenty tens, people kind of stopped doing that.
- 1:10:47Speaker 4: We went a lot more digital, but COVID nineteen forced
- 1:10:49Speaker 4: everybody to stay home and collecting cards kind of became
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: cool again, if you will. And with that, the inflation
- 1:10:55Speaker 4: of how much those cards are worth is astronomical Now.
- 1:10:59Speaker 4: Cards that were worth like one thousand bucks in twenty twenty,
- 1:11:02Speaker 4: by the time twenty twenty one rolled around, they were
- 1:11:04Speaker 4: worth ten thousand and fifteen thousand dollars. So it really
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: got a lot of these young kiddos into collecting cards again,
- 1:11:10Speaker 4: which I love because I think collecting cards as a
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: young boy was one of my favorite things to do.
- 1:11:14Speaker 4: You would trade them and do all the fun.
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: During COVID, people were trading those virus cards like you could.
- 1:11:18Speaker 3: You could collect all the viruses.
- 1:11:20Speaker 4: They were collect them all.
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: I got influenza Okemon as well.
- 1:11:24Speaker 4: Well, a little kid, hold on, there's a full partner.
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: I'll trade you for appatitis, said.
- 1:11:31Speaker 4: No one ever keep the train on the tracks here. Okay,
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: we're looking for HPV for a while.
- 1:11:35Speaker 6: Okay, I'll trade you for my measles card. We have
- 1:11:40Speaker 6: THELLA you have that one r Yeah?
- 1:11:44Speaker 3: Okay, well a young yeah, you're catching on telling me
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: to stop, and then you catch on.
- 1:11:49Speaker 6: You should stop, You should absolutely stop.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: Continue Josh, all right, Josh, a young boy. It's very
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: important stuff here.
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: Yes, went to the fanatics fest the other day and
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: he was only eight years old and was given seventy
- 1:12:03Speaker 4: five cents for a vending machine to try to get
- 1:12:05Speaker 4: a card. And this kid pulled out a one of
- 1:12:08Speaker 4: one show Hey Otani autographed gold refractor card. It's already
- 1:12:14Speaker 4: worth eight to ten thousand dollars. The thing about this
- 1:12:17Speaker 4: that's really neat that I like. Is that Otani's card
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: a couple of years ago or no, sorry, one month
- 1:12:23Speaker 4: ago sold for three million dollars. This is why you
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: should get your kids into this, because you don't know
- 1:12:29Speaker 4: how much those cards are gonna be worth. And the
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: pack of cards is like two bucks exactly.
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: The numbers aheard of.
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: I think we're doing this, Jerry, She keep doing the
- 1:12:36Speaker 4: Pokemon thing.
- 1:12:37Speaker 3: Right, No, no, no, no, because I wanted him to
- 1:12:39Speaker 3: have a girlfriend. Oh hey, Josh has been trying to
- 1:12:42Speaker 3: text with his girlfriend and she's not replying, leaving him
- 1:12:46Speaker 3: on red.
- 1:12:46Speaker 4: Please call me back, please text me's mad at you.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: She's so mad at you.
- 1:12:53Speaker 3: She might be your trouble. You're in trouble.
- 1:13:00Speaker 5: You know me.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: I've been doing this gig for twenty two years. You
- 1:13:03Speaker 3: know many people I've pissed off, and my family and.
- 1:13:07Speaker 4: People close to me, all of them.
- 1:13:10Speaker 2: Family.
- 1:13:10Speaker 4: That's fine.
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: It was the same though.
- 1:13:12Speaker 3: That's all part of the gig for a long time.
- 1:13:14Speaker 5: You know what.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: She got lost friends? Really, I have literally lost friends.
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: Because of the show.
- 1:13:19Speaker 6: Yeah, same, you know.
- 1:13:21Speaker 5: Can I tell you a funny story, okay, just because
- 1:13:23Speaker 5: I when I did radio over on the Western Slope.
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: My boyfriend at the time, we had nickname for him
- 1:13:31Speaker 5: was mister fix It. Right. We were talking about birthing stories.
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: How you know, when you were born, there's always a
- 1:13:36Speaker 5: story attached to it that everybody talks about, right, And
- 1:13:39Speaker 5: for him, it was that the person who performed his circumcision,
- 1:13:44Speaker 5: that was his very circumcision ever. Yes, my my ex boyfriend,
- 1:13:50Speaker 5: he was the first circumcision likeor ever performed. And so
- 1:13:54Speaker 5: I was just telling that story on the air. Okay,
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: I was talking about how like when his mom talks
- 1:13:58Speaker 5: about him being born, that's what she says, is the
- 1:14:01Speaker 5: doctor it was his first circumcisions.
- 1:14:03Speaker 6: Be careful.
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: It's kind of a funny family, right.
- 1:14:06Speaker 6: So I tell that story on the air.
- 1:14:09Speaker 5: His boss where he works comes in, so he's like, hey,
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: let me see you about your circumcision, and he was
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: just so caught off guard. He was so mad at
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: me that I shared that bit of information about him,
- 1:14:20Speaker 5: and I was just like.
- 1:14:21Speaker 6: But that's my job, you know, like this was forever
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: and he was mad.
- 1:14:25Speaker 3: He's mad.
- 1:14:26Speaker 6: So it definitely starts some stuff.
- 1:14:28Speaker 3: It happens. You'll find you'll scoop somebody else up.
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: We like Princess Pilot.
- 1:14:35Speaker 4: She brings.
- 1:14:37Speaker 2: She's really nice, she's really good, she's good of her.
- 1:14:39Speaker 3: Too bad that you pissed her off. Yeah. My most
- 1:14:43Speaker 3: favorite story over the years is before I had kids,
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: and we were hanging out with couples that didn't have
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: kids as well. We had a really really close set.
- 1:14:52Speaker 2: Of friends make up names Tom and Tina.
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: So anyway, we were besties with Tom and Tina, and
- 1:14:59Speaker 3: they had been trying and trying and trying to have
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: a baby, and they were spending you know, the thousands
- 1:15:05Speaker 3: of dollars and everything on in vitro and science and pills,
- 1:15:08Speaker 3: and it was taking them years to get pregnant. They
- 1:15:12Speaker 3: finally got pregnant, okay, and they told us as the
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: first people.
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: But number one mistake.
- 1:15:20Speaker 3: I didn't know that. And I went on the air
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: and I started complaining about how our best friends are
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: now gonna have a baby, and we're never gonna see
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: him now because it's all gonna be all about baby stuff,
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: and all they're gonna talk about is babies, babies, babies. Well,
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: they you're kind of tongue in cheek, right, They hadn't
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: told either one of their families yet that they finally
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: pulled it off. They told it and I went on
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: the air and I complained about him and told all
- 1:15:44Speaker 3: of Denver that our friends Tom and Tina had had
- 1:15:48Speaker 3: a they were gonna have a baby, that they finally
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: got pregnant, and they were so mad at me. Well,
- 1:15:55Speaker 3: never talk to us again.
- 1:15:57Speaker 6: Why is that on me? Why is that on me?
- 1:16:00Speaker 3: You should have told your family first. Why would you
- 1:16:03Speaker 3: tell us first?
- 1:16:04Speaker 6: Because you were their best friends?
- 1:16:06Speaker 3: Tell your family?
- 1:16:08Speaker 4: No, No, I disagree.
- 1:16:10Speaker 6: Yeah, I would absolutely tell my best friend.
- 1:16:12Speaker 3: Don't tell somebody who's on the radio out there. We
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: go on and share our lives, you know.
- 1:16:16Speaker 6: I'm sure baby number two they didn't tell radio people.
- 1:16:19Speaker 3: I don't even know if they have more kids because
- 1:16:21Speaker 3: they never talked to us.
- 1:16:24Speaker 5: She's got the mic, the moxie, and a brain full
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: of Doctor Phil reruns.

- 1:17:06Speaker 12: big enough to where I don't want to deal with it.
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that's funny.
- 1:17:11Speaker 5: I think any move is a little bit like you know,
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: you don't want to do it because you always have
- 1:17:15Speaker 5: way more stuff than you think, always and.
- 1:17:17Speaker 3: You got to recruit your friends and your family, and
- 1:17:20Speaker 3: then they talk bad about you. Well, besides your move,
- 1:17:25Speaker 3: tell us a little bit about yourself, not a whole lot.
- 1:17:30Speaker 12: My husband and I could use a break, So a
- 1:17:32Speaker 12: little water World night would be cool. And we've got
- 1:17:36Speaker 12: a two year old, so we're going to send her
- 1:17:38Speaker 12: off to Nana's on that day. And yeah, I mean
- 1:17:42Speaker 12: that's that's really become our lives, is just being parents
- 1:17:45Speaker 12: and being exhausted. I'm sure somebody out there can relate.
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: Old, been there, done that, it is exhausting.
- 1:17:53Speaker 12: Well, be a great two year old, So we got
- 1:17:55Speaker 12: very blessed.
- 1:17:56Speaker 4: Well that's good.
- 1:17:57Speaker 2: You want to give your kid a shout out with
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: your kid's name.
- 1:18:00Speaker 3: Little Marcy A Oh, I just got goosebumps, all right,
- 1:18:07Speaker 3: me here's what's gonna happen. I'm gonna give you and

- 1:18:12Speaker 3: Ties go to Katie because she made up the rules.
- 1:18:16Speaker 3: And sometimes if I'm in a good mood, I hand
- 1:18:18Speaker 3: out the prize anyway. So we'll see.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: We'll see how this plays out, Katie.
- 1:18:22Speaker 3: Anything you want to say to her.

- 1:18:26Speaker 6: luck to you. Boom.
- 1:18:28Speaker 3: Katie's gonna leave the studio. She goes into a little
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: room where she can't hear anything. I come up with
- 1:18:33Speaker 3: the questions, so there is no cheating on her part.
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: Because she's sneaky.
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: And she's getting in there.
- 1:18:41Speaker 2: I'm watching her go in. There's some glass separating us.
- 1:18:44Speaker 5: All right.
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: We'll find out if you're right or wrong once we
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: bring her back.
- 1:18:47Speaker 3: Into the studio.
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: Let's go ahead and get her done.
