- 0:05and Taylor's good morning wires.
- 0:06And this episode, you're about to listen to a case study that I reviewed with my liver participant.
- 0:12Every so often I'll do a liver detox and as we are going through the liver detox, I will do masterclasses.
- 0:19And I am celebrating a gentleman that came to me who did his very best with little limited funds.
- 0:26And then you'll hear me talk about the very first email that I received from him.
- 0:31He was so frustrated.
- 0:32He was literally angry.
- 0:34They overdose them on some medications, but there you go ahead.
- 0:36You'll listen to everything that I discussed here, and then you'll see his beautiful transformation.
- 0:41How all his markers?
- 0:43Decreases.
- 0:44Liver enzymes, decreased cholesterol, markers decrease.
- 0:48He lost weight.
- 0:49I think he was also pre-diabetic.
- 0:50Has also improved.
- 0:52I mean, you see how beautiful, beautiful, beautiful he did in our gut, the clutter in program.
- 0:58And I wanted to celebrate.
- 1:00Him by doing this case study.
- 1:02And I'm of course you give us a review and I have pictures of him all over my social media platforms, but I wanted to share this.
- 1:09We play with you to bring you some hope because sometimes.
- 1:13Things can be a little challenging when you just embark on a new journey with him you never give up because he had his wife to think of he has his daughter to think of he has himself to think of.
- 1:24so he really stick with the program even with all the failures all the obstacles all the challenges he did very well If anything that I discuss in this episode resonate with you then know that you can also have the same transformation that he did.
- 1:42What do you have hypo thyroidism high blood pressure diabetes.
- 1:47Weight gain obesity, auto immune, that you can literally experience the same thing because this case was a very tough case.
- 1:56And the fact that he couldn't.
- 1:59Do everything that I recommended.
- 2:01So we still ended up working together until he got results.
- 2:06I will gut the clutter and program is designed to make you feel better to help you restore the function of your body so you can get result.
- 2:14okay so let's go ahead and listen to the episode you are listening.
- 2:18Listening to the prepared patient podcast with Dr.
- 2:22Jennifer GNC, where we discuss what it really takes to heal your body.
- 2:27With the symbol tools we source is a mindset to get you there.
- 2:31I am determined to show you the reality of navigating the medical space as a patient caregiver and loved ones.
- 2:39So you can be empowered and take back the most precious and important asset of your life, which is your health.
- 2:46Let's get ready.
- 2:48Comfortable and get started I wanna start this call by just celebrating the patient and also walk you through his journey with me, okay I want you to see how sometimes things are not going your way when it comes to healing your body.
- 3:08And sometimes you feel like nothing is working right, and you wanna give up and you just.
- 3:16For Dr.
- 3:17Gente.
- 3:17And I said, no, don't give up.
- 3:19And then you stick with the process, right?
- 3:20You continue doing what, what's in your control.
- 3:23So this is Mr.
- 3:24Bennett.
- 3:26And as you can see, his first email to me was in July, 2022.
- 3:31Right?
- 3:31And it's a really p it's a long email.
- 3:34It's not like a few sentences, it's a lot.
- 3:36You can literally see his frustration, how he's seen so many doctors and he titled the email info on hypothyroidism.
- 3:45And you guys will see it's never one thing when it comes to disease illnesses.
- 3:50It's never one thing.
- 3:51We might think we have hypothyroidism.
- 3:53We might think we have, diabetes, we might think we have high cholesterol.
- 3:57We might think we have got issues.
- 3:58But let me tell you, it's never one thing.
- 4:01So he started by saying, I'm inquiring about your information on hypothyroidism.
- 4:06I came across your practice online and so you had great, amazing reviews.
- 4:11I see holistic care usually doesn't use, um, health insurance coverage, but that's what I was wondering if you accept, because money is tight with this inflation nowadays.
- 4:23I saw you have some interesting services and IV drip for many needs.
- 4:27How long does it last?
- 4:29So we went into asking about the IV drip, about the patients.
- 4:33I see they are quite pricey, but your patients have great reviews on them, basically not to bore you.
- 4:39I'm looking for a different approach on to tackle my hypothyroidism about, according to Hemi's birth, right, like he was born with it.
- 4:48I have seen multiple doctors and endocrinologist and I'm sure you have heard it all before, which I do.
- 4:55I am on Levothyroxine 200 microgram currently.
- 4:59And always have been on a high dose throughout, you know, his adulthood, right?
- 5:04I feel like nothing has changed and it's just, I'm just miserable.
- 5:09I'm tired.
- 5:10And, of the same question.
- 5:11How do you feel So aggravates this, like, I feel the same, tired, miserable, sluggish.
- 5:17I just want to say f off.
- 5:19Sorry for, for, just for the frustration for many years of the menstrual medications because I'm just an easy patient to pay the office visit.
- 5:30At one point I did see a doctor that ha that didn't accept insurance, but wasn't expensive and at the, and the wait times for appointments were fast and easy because I used to travel for work and never knew when I was coming home.
- 5:45Long story short, he changed my medication to Armor Tard, to armor Tard 1 75 on a 90 day supplies and accidentally told me to take two a day.
- 5:57Laughing out loud.
- 5:58So after two refills before my insurance alerted me that I talked to the doctor, he realized he made a huge mistake, overdosing me and had a and, and had a brain foot.
- 6:11So apparently the doctor, the holistic doctor, double dose him, overdosed him, the insurance went crazy, contacted the patient and said, Hey, do you know you're taking way more than what the f d approved?
- 6:21So it was all good.
- 6:22But the main reason I'm telling you this, because I felt great, I had energy and I was like, happy for once no jitters.
- 6:30I slept better and best of all, I dropped like 40 pounds.
- 6:34I felt like no matter what diet or anything I did wasn't working.
- 6:38Of course I was doing harm for taking too much, but I actually for once felt normal or amazing for like four to six months.
- 6:47That doctor mysteriously left as soon as Covid came.
- 6:51No notice or anything up and gone.
- 6:54Very add.
- 6:55So I am at another endocrinologist and he doesn't like arm thyroid and I am back on levothyroxine.
- 7:02Remember he was taking levothyroxine 200 microgram, right?
- 7:05That wasn't working at one point in my life.
- 7:08Dr.
- 7:08Mr.
- 7:09Um, I was on, I was at three 50 microgram.
- 7:12The levothyroxine one doctor many years ago said, it's in my head and tried to prescribe me an antidepressant.
- 7:20How many times have we heard this?
- 7:22I thought it was possible low testosterone, but I guess lab says results are fine, right?
- 7:27He did.
- 7:28They did his labs.
- 7:29He thought it was low T, but according to the lab, results are fine.
- 7:33Only asked because symptoms are somewhat similar.
- 7:37I thoroughly apologize for all this rumbling, but I was venting, to my wife.
- 7:43I've been at the gym for over a month after a long hiatus, and I just have no desire to want to keep working out.
- 7:51I know results don't happen overnight, but I'm sick and tired of my hypothyroidism.
- 7:57I've read from foreign online that people hated hate the mainstream meds and onward medication and felt better getting off of it.
- 8:05I understand everyone is different.
- 8:07I am 37 years old, years old at 285 pounds and just miserable.
- 8:14I want change.
- 8:16Thank you in advance and sorry for this long message.
- 8:19I just don't know how else to seek help.
- 8:22I'm looking for, I basically would like to go back on feeling amazing again, like feeling the way I, I once felt.
- 8:31So this email, I get a lot of those emails.
- 8:37A lot of them, people are sick, people are seeking help.
- 8:42Unfortunately, they're not getting the right help.
- 8:44So when I get this email, as you know, I'm like, oh my God, this, I can literally, can you literally hear him screaming through his email?
- 8:50Like he said, I'm tired, I'm tired of feeling the same.
- 8:54I'm miserable, I'm sluggish.
- 8:56I just want to feel better again.
- 8:59And then went to holistic doctor and got, um, mute this patient.
- 9:05Gotta stay muted.
- 9:07Okay, so went to see a holistic doctor pay out of pocket, right?
- 9:11Like it's not covered by insurance.
- 9:13Like cheaper, you pay less money.
- 9:18They saw him quickly and overdosed him and the insurance as he's going to his pharmacy to pick up the arm thyroid.
- 9:24And this could have put him into hyperthyroidism.
- 9:28Because remember, hypo is slow thyroid, right?
- 9:31Production of the, um, hormone, thyroid hormones, hyper would've been everything accelerated.
- 9:36It would've had goiter and Addison's disease like so Grave's disease, like so many things would've happened because a doctor overdosed him.
- 9:44Of course, I reply, we were going back and forth because money is an issue, right?
- 9:48As I mentioned, there's a recession.
- 9:50I have no money.
- 9:51Like what do I do?
- 9:52So back and forth.
- 9:54So I answer his question.
- 9:56We got on a call and it's the same thing.
- 9:58Same thing.
- 9:59He just, I literally, I, he was crying on the phone.
- 10:02A young, a, a grown man letting me know, like, I can't live like this.
- 10:06Nothing is working.
- 10:07I'm spending money.
- 10:08I'm not seeing results.
- 10:10So he came in.
- 10:11So when he came in, of course in our practice, as many of you guys know, um, we have you guys completed an intake form.
- 10:17The intake form was extensive to save time.
- 10:20I'm not gonna go through the intake form, but every single condition, he checked everything.
- 10:26Sluggishness, tiredness, like headaches, like with hypothyroidism, constipation, weight gain, like everything was checked, getting infections all the time.
- 10:33Weak immune system like you Google, hypothyroidism.
- 10:36And it's like, you know, the thermostat, which is a ty gland kind of decreases, so therefore everything slows down in your body.
- 10:45So with did the blood work, this is his blood work and basic blood work gonna give you basic information.
- 10:50So a lot of his blood work was very basic, basic, basic, basic.
- 10:53So you're looking at, he came in July, no, August.
- 10:58So this is the blood work here.
- 11:00And um, you can see his glucose was elevated.
- 11:03And this is fasting.
- 11:04Yes, it's fasting.
- 11:06So he was also with diabetic insulin resistance, right?
- 11:11Pre-diabetic.
- 11:12Um, his glucose was elevated.
- 11:14You can see his, he had c um, his liver enzymes here, 57.
- 11:20Like, you know me like high thyroidism is, liver is issue, diabetes is a liver issue, high cholesterol is a liver issue.
- 11:27Weak immune system is a liver issue.
- 11:30Whatever this is you are facing right now, think about the liver because all these toxins filtering through like going to the liver and the liver is can't keep up.
- 11:40It's like a, you dump in a bucket of toxins and the liver's like, oh my God, what's going on?
- 11:45So his liver enzymes were elevated and I didn't have any blood work to compare with because the doctor, he went to what did very basic like T S h, T three C for like very basic, basic, basic, basic.
- 11:57So I had to really start from the scratch.
- 12:00From scratch, right?
- 12:01So we did blood work in August of last year.
- 12:04Um, his liver enzymes, right?
- 12:06A L T L since liver.
- 12:08Um, of course we have other enzymes, but always look at the A L T, um, 57.
- 12:13We wanna keep, according to LabCorp, we wanna keep it under 44, which, which is a lie.
- 12:17You, you don't like, you what?
- 12:18The liver enzymes will it, will it go?
- 12:20And you can see has kataki virus.
- 12:22Remember we always have a viral infection.
- 12:25Like I don't really, I dunno how else to explain to people.
- 12:29We have to go back to pathogenic activities.
- 12:31Whatever, whatever symptoms you have, you have a headache.
- 12:34Look for virus, you have chronic fatigue.
- 12:36Look for virus, you have autoimmune condition.
- 12:38Look for virus.
- 12:39You have gas bloat like gassy, bloating, constipation, look for virus.
- 12:43You have joint issue.
- 12:44Look for viruses.
- 12:45Like you have viruses.
- 12:47And viruses are dormant in our bodies.
- 12:50And we are not gonna have the same signs and symptoms like you would if you had a um, bacteria.
- 12:55It's not happening.
- 12:56So you just don't feel well.
- 12:58Right?
- 12:59And as the virus is in his body producing toxins and he has heavy metal toxicity that is interfering with his thyroid hormones, it's interfering with the thermostat functioning and working properly.
- 13:11So you can see again with these antibodies, I'm gonna do a whole spiel about antibodies because people tell me once they have antibodies, they're immune.
- 13:21There's no such thing.
- 13:22Because if he was immune then his level would've been normal.
- 13:25It's because his body is producing something.
- 13:28The markers, that's what's coming up here.
- 13:30So you can see the IgG here, different species, one to one, one to 400 according to LabCorp.
- 13:37We're gonna keep it one to 100.
- 13:38So he's like quadruple here, right?
- 13:41And you can see also has a little bit of E B V going on.
- 13:45He has um, some h pylori as well going on, like pathogens, viruses, you name it, he has it.
- 13:51A lot of the things.
- 13:52Um, his testosterone, he mentioned low T, he was right.
- 13:56We had low T.
- 13:58Like as doctors, I have to listen.
- 14:00Like you guys know your body more than anything else.
- 14:03It's not my place to say, Hey, you lying.
- 14:06Like give you anti depressant.
- 14:07You don't have low T No.
- 14:09If you say, let's check it, why not?
- 14:12I'd rather be wrong and you'll be right and just check everything.
- 14:16So low testosterone is here.
- 14:18Um, vitamin D very low, right?
- 14:21So you can see there's a lot of markers coming up.
- 14:23So we did the basic, another thing with this patient, I had to be very, very strategic, because remember, no money, right?
- 14:29Like his financials are very scarce, his funds, he has a wife, he has kids.
- 14:34Um, he's the home.
- 14:36Um, you know, but he's, he's the one working in the household.
- 14:39So we had to be very, very strategic not to, for him to have a huge bills.
- 14:44Cuz at the end of the day, we don't know what the insurance company is doing, how much they're gonna cover.
- 14:48So we have to be very specific.
- 14:50So I had to order and like, um, do less even with the less, you can still see, I had tons of things to work with, like glucose.
- 14:58The guy didn't know he was good diabetic.
- 15:00Like he, no, he heard.
- 15:03Doctor told him years back that he was pre-diabetic.
- 15:06But again, we had to look at the, um, the financial piece of it and also look to see what, you know, where we're gonna allocate the money so that I can get what I need to help him.
- 15:16So this is it.
- 15:17So we, we went to working, so I have to tell this is the case.
- 15:20I had tons of resistance.
- 15:21I am huge with IV vitamin therapy and um, he couldn't do iv, I think he did two or four.
- 15:28He did some IV vitamin therapy.
- 15:31Um, but he did it as we were having them as a cell.
- 15:33Cuz you know, when we have low, um, decreased, you know, when we have, um, IV vitamin therapy with the lower rate he'll purchase, he'll do that again.
- 15:42Money, money, money.
- 15:43Finances is huge.
- 15:44But like, he's tired.
- 15:46So that's what we did.
- 15:47That was here.
- 15:49He enrolled into the gut decluttering protocol like many of you guys are familiar with.
- 15:53We get to working and throughout the whole process, checking on him, things are working, things are not working.
- 15:59He also had sleep issues because he had, um, he has a daughter, a baby, so they were waking up in the middle of the night.
- 16:05So there was a lot of interference and factors at play to the fact that I'm like, oh my God, is he really gonna, I mean, how long is this gonna take?
- 16:13But I told him, and I promised him, I'm like, we're gonna work until you feel good.
- 16:17I'm not gonna release your care now.
- 16:19This is a three month protocol.
- 16:22This is like a three month protocol.
- 16:23Ended up having, like, being almost like nine months because again, all the things I was working against him and I didn't wanna, I didn't feel good leaving, like releasing him without at least stabilize his body with the little that he can do.
- 16:38So that was, um, August, right?
- 16:42So we did the cut the Clain program.
- 16:43He worked through the process and then it was time for us to repeat the blood work.
- 16:49You guys will see this is August, right?
- 16:52You guys will see.
- 16:52So he traveled with the family.
- 16:55Something happened, people were sick in December and his blood work changed a little bit.
- 17:01So the sugar went down from 1 0 1 to 82.
- 17:04And again, no medications.
- 17:07We only did the herbs, like the few supplements.
- 17:10The IV that we had was high vitamin, vitamin C.
- 17:13No, no, we didn't have vitamin last year.
- 17:14It was um, energy and um, hydration.
- 17:17We had high hydration and energy that he did some of that, which is like a little bit of vitamin C, no high dose vitamin C.
- 17:23You can see his creatine went up right from 84.
- 17:28So you'll see some elevation here.
- 17:29But look at the liver.
- 17:30Enzymes from 57 went up to 70 and 61.
- 17:40He was sick.
- 17:43He was sick and he didn't feel like he was sick.
- 17:46He contacted me and said, I think I have to, I have, I'm under the weather, right?
- 17:50Because again, as you can start this journey, when we start this journey, we think, oh my God, I'm immune to being sick.
- 17:56I'm immune to diseases, I'm immune.
- 17:57No, you don't.
- 17:58Because his body was very vulnerable, right?
- 18:00His body was, was weak.
- 18:02There's a prices taking place.
- 18:04So he went out, I think he went to some party or something.
- 18:07I don't know.
- 18:07I don't remember.
- 18:08So he, he was exposed to a lot of sick people.
- 18:11And as your body's conserving energy, conserving everything that it needs to do, his job, your immune system is also becoming a little weaker because your immune system is like, okay, great.
- 18:20Um, feed me.
- 18:22And you have to share your nutrients, your su, your, um, the supplements that you're using for other things, right?
- 18:27So that's it right here.
- 18:29His liver enzymes went up, right?
- 18:33And then his kataki went down, normalized from one to 400 to one to 100.
- 18:39His cholesterol was 1 59.
- 18:41When I checked it, it went to two 80.
- 18:45His L D L from 89 was to 1 72.
- 18:49A lot of stress.
- 18:50There's a lot of stress at this time.
- 18:52There was a lot of stress.
- 18:53Things was happening at home, things happening at work exposed to sickness, lack a lot of stress.
- 19:01Yes it is.
- 19:02And then, um, EEB v slightly went up.
- 19:05His h parlo is slightly went up, right.
- 19:10And then he started with hormone is still, um, low.
- 19:13His vitamin D increased a little bit.
- 19:1622.
- 19:17So if you look at this blood work, when I met him in December, cuz I had him come in because he was sick.
- 19:23I'm like, we gotta, and of course I'm gonna keep bringing the financial piece.
- 19:27There's a lot we could have done if we were able to do a high dose vitamin C, the ozone.
- 19:32He didn't do any of that.
- 19:33The antiviral, he didn't do any of that.
- 19:35He simply did.
- 19:36It, did, did the herbs.
- 19:38And I discussed that with him.
- 19:39I'm like, listen, if you want faster results, we have to do more.
- 19:42We have to do more, we have to be more aggressive.
- 19:45But he said, I'm, I'm willing to go slow because that's what I can do right now.
- 19:48So he was okay with this result.
- 19:52He wasn't mad.
- 19:53Cuz many people will look at this blood test and be like, oh my God, I spent all this money, nothing is working.
- 19:59What is going on?
- 20:00Like, right.
- 20:00The, the brain is like, oh my God, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 20:04Oh, I'm worse.
- 20:06But again, we, I made a promise to him.
- 20:08I said, listen, I will not release you until those markers are normal.
- 20:13And one thing I have to tell you, I had a few supplements who's good for him.
- 20:18He didn't purchase any of them.
- 20:20No money.
- 20:21No money.
- 20:23So, of course, and I felt like, okay, my back was against the wall.
- 20:26I'm like, okay, how can I do, what can I do?
- 20:28So I I, I had to have a heart-to-heart conversation with him.
- 20:31I'm like, you're gonna have to buckle down on the, the meal plan.
- 20:34You really have to buckle it down.
- 20:35The meal plan.
- 20:36Because there's so much we can do with what you have.
- 20:39So we really have to use food as medicine, and that's exactly what it did.
- 20:45Now, from August, August, September, October, right?
- 20:51November, December, January, like February, March, that's right.
- 21:00Nine months for a program, that's usually three months.
- 21:03If it did the IVs, it did everything else.
- 21:05It would've been done by December.
- 21:08It would've been released.
- 21:08It would've been done again.
- 21:10We go at, you know, at at its own pace because I didn't wanna be another practitioner that's not doing do right by him, just go listen to him and blah.
- 21:17I didn't wanna do that.
- 21:18So we did what we could with what?
- 21:19We had slower progress.
- 21:22He fell down.
- 21:23Cuz when you look at this blood work, he fell.
- 21:26He fell down like he literally regressed.
- 21:29Not symptomatic though.
- 21:30That's the thing.
- 21:31You know I had a little flute, I mean a little cold.
- 21:33That's it.
- 21:34He wasn't sick.
- 21:35He wasn't tired.
- 21:35None of that.
- 21:36But the blood work, you'll see that his blood work shows, you know, something different, right?
- 21:44So that's, that's that.
- 21:46And then I had to, um, I said, listen, you, you have to do, you really have to do, I plead, I'm like, you got to do what you have to do.
- 21:53He said, okay, I'm gonna be very, very specific because again, I, there's, there's, there's little I can do just to guide him, right?
- 22:02To really be there for him, to support him and then understand where he's coming from and just continue reminding him.
- 22:09He cannot get upset or anxious or frustrated or depressed when he look at this whistle.
- 22:14Because at the end of the day, immune system is very weak.
- 22:17So we, we look at this, of course, we went from normal to high, right?
- 22:21Like there's, like, you get up, you fall, you get up, you fall, you keep getting up, you fall.
- 22:27But the strong, powerful man that he is, he said, I'm not gonna give up my child.
- 22:33Depends on me.
- 22:34My spouse depends on me and I want to be healthy.
- 22:40So I saw him in September and then I saw him again this past weekend.
- 22:48And this is his blood work.
- 22:52Normal.
- 22:55Everything normal again, he can see.
- 22:57Decrease, right?
- 22:59Decrease.
- 23:00So now the alkaline phos, alkaline phosphate, um, we talk about this, he took something he wasn't supposed to take, um, if you know what I mean.
- 23:10So alkaline phosphate went, um, a little low.
- 23:12So we talk about this, that's an easy fix.
- 23:14But the liver enzymes were from 70 to 26, 61 to 27, and then his cholesterol went from two 80 to 1 77.
- 23:24Fantastic.
- 23:27Right?
- 23:27And then his, um, L D L went from 1 72 to 100, literally normal.
- 23:35His ts H now elevated.
- 23:36Now T s H is not a T with hormone, which I told him I don't check.
- 23:40T S T S H is a T with stimulating hormone.
- 23:43We checked T3 again, we had to do very basic here because of the financial piece, cuz you might be asking, what about his h pori, the the other stuff.
- 23:53He felt great.
- 23:55Willy.
- 23:55Willy, really good.
- 23:57Willy.
- 23:57Willy, really, really, really good.
- 24:01Like really good.
- 24:02The blood was showing it like I don't have to do all the extra blood work and have him pay like thousands of dollars and have the insurance.
- 24:08Give him a hard time.
- 24:09I'm trusting by the way he felt.
- 24:13And then of course, happy patient, happy doctor.
- 24:17So this is us.
- 24:19We took a picture together, take a picture.
- 24:23So he is like a happy camper.
- 24:24He didn't wanna leave.
- 24:25I'm like, oh.
- 24:26So.
- 24:28This is, this is a blood work.
- 24:30When you look at this, it's like, oh my God, I'm getting worse.
- 24:34Are you really getting worse?
- 24:35Did you do all this work for nothing?
- 24:37Or are, I mean, he used the information from the last blood work as um, a motivation, right?
- 24:44To motivate him to do better.
- 24:46That's what it is.
- 24:48It's like, okay, great.
- 24:49I know what I need to do.
- 24:50I really need to really need to focus on the meal plan.
- 24:54I really need to focus on the diet.
- 24:56Cuz at the end of the day, money should not be something that will stop you from healing your body.
- 25:02Money is a tool that we can use to get as far right.
- 25:05Like if it had tons of money, it would've been like so really great.
- 25:11But he did what he could.
- 25:14He really did.
- 25:15But at the same time, we have to really be realistic how much of the astronomy, how much of the results he's gonna get.
- 25:24Right?
- 25:25Because I'm never gonna sugarcoat anything.
- 25:27The more you can do, the better, the faster result.
- 25:30But sometimes feel life feels like it's not working, nothing is working.
- 25:35And because we, we spend money, we get really emotional, right?
- 25:39It's like, oh my God, I spend all this money.
- 25:42But as I'm showing you guys here, this is a success story.
- 25:48The gentleman left smiling, smiling.
- 25:53Now we still have work to do, right?
- 25:56Like, this is not the end.
- 25:58This is not a destination.
- 25:59He's not done completely.
- 26:02He has to maintain and he has to get the thyroid, panel check, right?
- 26:06But he, I give him some supplements specifically for thyroid, and I told him, next time we do liver detox, he needs to join me.
- 26:15So there's always things you can do.
- 26:18So this is a powerful human being, powerful human being.
