- 0:02SPEAKER_01: Welcoming you all to the Ascension Alchemist Podcast.
- 0:06SPEAKER_01: I am your host, Reverend Honey Burden, and I am so delighted to come to you with this very special bonus episode.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: Before we get started, let's go ahead and just embrace this moment that we are together, that we get to align with mighty God's presence, and we get to embody that divine truth in our beautiful human walk in this incarnation.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: And what a blessing that is.
- 0:37SPEAKER_01: Today is a bonus episode, something that I have not done before on this history of podcasting, and I am so delighted to do something different.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: And this one is very much inspired by a call that I had on the inside that I said yes to that is dedicated to mothers, and it is for Mother's Day.
- 1:04SPEAKER_01: And before I get started on how this whole thing came about and who is on this call, let me just tell you that this bonus episode is about five voices that are coming together to have one divine conversation to create an impact and to share the love of mothers all around the world.
- 1:32SPEAKER_01: Be heard and be received.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: So I am so delighted to get started with this.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: And with the inspiration that came about was in this way.
- 1:46SPEAKER_01: I am part of a podcast marketing and growth mastermind with different female entrepreneurs.
- 1:55SPEAKER_01: This is hosted and mentored by the beautiful Kylie Chandler.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: She had put one of the calls on, and on this call, something rose in me, something that was undeniable, and I knew it was being cultivated to bring together remarkable women that are part of this group, and to have this one conversation so that we can gift our time together to mothers in honor of Mother's Day.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: So, with that, that's how this whole podcast bonus episode was transpired.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: And I am besides myself to introduce to you the beautiful, amazing, remarkable female podcasters that are part of their mastermind that said yes, and you get to hear about them.
- 2:52SPEAKER_01: So, welcome, welcome, welcome.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: Let me introduce to you Cynthia Berkman.

- 3:57SPEAKER_02: And I'm so glad that you listen to that intuition and that you're holding space for us today.

- 4:03SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: Belighted to have you.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: And I also want to introduce Sophia Granila, if I'm pronouncing it right.

- 4:19SPEAKER_01: Say hi, Sophia.
- 4:21SPEAKER_03: Hello, everyone.
- 4:22SPEAKER_03: I'm so honored to be here.

- 4:29SPEAKER_01: Welcome.
- 4:29SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for being here.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: And finally, we have Natasha Aga, who I'm pronouncing it right, I believe, with the who is the host of the Fear Chronicles Podcast.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: Who fear standing for false evidence appearing real podcast?
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: So welcome, welcome, welcome, Akasha.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: Say hi to everyone.
- 4:52SPEAKER_04: Hi, thank you for having me.
- 4:54SPEAKER_04: I I feel the same as all the other women here.
- 4:56SPEAKER_04: This is truly an honor, and it feels I felt right, all the things.
- 5:01SPEAKER_04: And now being here with all of you now, just it's it's a blessing and an honor.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: So thank you.
- 5:07SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 5:09SPEAKER_01: Yes, so you beautiful listeners are going to be in for a ride today because this podcast today is not just about listening, it's about being so embraced by the presence of these beautiful women who have given their time and energy in creating their own podcast.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: So it's an effort of four podcasts that are coming together with the Ascension Alchemist so that other women are blessed, especially mothers.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: I have worked with women the last 20 years.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: I have held so many circles in so many countries, and I love, I love, love collaborating with women because I truly believe when we women come together, we come in our hearts, we come with our direct experience, we come from a place that's so true inside of us, and we uplift and support others, and we get to pass on the blessings to others because as a woman, we have this beautiful innate passion on the inside.
- 6:14SPEAKER_01: We don't want another woman to be hurt, we want her to thrive, and the beauty of women, when they come together, there's something extra only takes place.
- 6:24SPEAKER_01: So, you beautiful listeners that are listening today, uh please be open and receptive to the wisdom that these four phenomenal women are going to share with you because it is one voice, uh one five voices, one divine conversation.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: And I'm delighted to get this started.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: Uh, and let's just go ahead and put it a prayer uh on this call for us on this call and for you listeners and for the mothers who are ready to receive this, if we might, if we can do that real quick.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: Let's just close our eyes for a second as we enter our hearts.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: We just relax in our beautiful hearts, and I'm gonna go ahead and welcome mighty God's presence into this space.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: Thank you, God Almighty, for blessing us today, blessing us on this Sunday, blessing us as this recording is taking place with your grace, your passion, your understanding, your vision, your joy, your divine appointment that has appointed this hour that we are coming together just so that the beautiful mothers of this earth that are ready to hear the words of wisdom that you are sharing through us be heard, so they are restored, they are uplifted, they are inspired, and they know that they are never alone.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: Thank you, God Almighty, for your preciousness and your support in supporting us so we can reach these words and let it land in the heart of those that are ready to receive them, the mothers who are ready to receive these words and have their lives be transformed by the power and the presence of your gracious name, in your holy name, and these beautiful women that have come together.
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: Let it be an amazing podcast, and it is so in your holy Christ's name.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: Amen, amen, and amen.
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: Ooh, I got a little excited over that.
- 8:39SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much.
- 8:41SPEAKER_01: Oh, this is gonna be fun.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: Let us get started here because I do have questions, but I'm gonna hold my questions.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: I just want to welcome each podcaster to just introduce her podcast to you so she you can hear where her passion is coming from.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: So let's get Natasha here.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: Natasha, can we have you come on, please, and tell us a little bit about your podcast and why did you start this podcast?
- 9:18SPEAKER_04: Ooh, I love these questions.
- 9:20SPEAKER_04: I feel like I could talk about this for an hour, but I won't.
- 9:23SPEAKER_04: Um but so the podcast itself, so as you mentioned, it's fear, which is false evidence appearing real.
- 9:31SPEAKER_04: And I picked that name for many reasons, being that the podcast itself is about it's really for female entrepreneurs, but specifically private practice owners.
- 9:44SPEAKER_04: And it's really about the journey and the pivots between identity, mindset, and specifically burnout, because and and this kind of goes through the theme of of motherhood as well for myself.
- 10:00SPEAKER_04: And so it's a blend of my own stories, lessons that I've learned and the ways that I've learned them, along with, excuse me, you know, strategies, actionable strategies, whether it's business, it's motherhood, it's time management, it's it's all of the things because everything's connected.
- 10:19SPEAKER_04: And so that it speaks to the podcast.
- 10:24SPEAKER_04: It was the pedestal for me that I discovered that I I love to share.
- 10:30SPEAKER_04: And I've always been one I love to talk for one.
- 10:35SPEAKER_04: And I am a speech therapist by background.
- 10:37SPEAKER_04: That's probably one of the reasons I chose that profession because I just get to talk for a living.
- 10:40SPEAKER_04: But it more so that that turn into I love to tell stories and like and I like I've also found through you know teaching that I have a way of taking certain concepts or even bigger ideas and really make like simplifying it so people can understand what it is, like what it means or how to take it and apply it to something else.
- 11:04SPEAKER_04: So I really felt that the podcast was really a great platform for me.
- 11:08SPEAKER_04: And I enjoyed doing it and I still am learning so much about it, but it's another way to really reach people because people who listen to podcasts, like it's a different community, it's different type of, and I love podcasts myself.
- 11:20SPEAKER_04: So, you know, I think it takes some certain kinds of people that do like to listen and like to learn.
- 11:25SPEAKER_04: And usually those people are very, what's the word, dedicated.
- 11:30SPEAKER_04: When I I know for myself, if I like something, then I listen and then I binge.
- 11:34SPEAKER_04: And and so that has really been kind of my my new heart space, has been my learning, being able to share and what topics I want to share about and how I want to share things.
- 11:45SPEAKER_04: And I've found new ways that I like to talk, I can talk about the same thing, but I come at it at different angles now.
- 11:52SPEAKER_04: And I also do variations now that I'm playing with between my podcast and my YouTube where I make that more business-based and more like almost almost like business school.
- 12:03SPEAKER_04: And my podcast is more like the storytelling and like the kind of the mindset and everything else.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: I love the energy.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: I love everything that you're sharing because the mothers that are listening to this podcast, I can already feel like I can learn a lot about this.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: This is fantastic.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Natasha.
- 12:24SPEAKER_01: So wait because I'm going to be coming back to questions.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much.
- 12:28SPEAKER_01: Let's go ahead and get Sophia on here.
- 12:30SPEAKER_01: Sophia, come on on and tell us a little bit about your podcast and also why.
- 12:35SPEAKER_01: Why did you start this?
- 12:37SPEAKER_03: Oh my goodness, such a good question.
- 12:39SPEAKER_03: So, my podcast is Her Journey Home.
- 12:42SPEAKER_03: And I have been on the most incredible journey back to myself.
- 12:46SPEAKER_03: And that is what inspired the name Her Journey Home.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: And I can take you back a bit.
- 12:52SPEAKER_03: I grew up, I was very expressive and loud, and I was always the person that was told that I was too much.
- 12:59SPEAKER_03: And so, for years of my life, in and out of different relationship dynamics and drinking, using substances, I became very disconnected from myself.
- 13:10SPEAKER_03: And I did anything that I could to belong and be accepted and loved.
- 13:16SPEAKER_03: And there came a point in my life at 29 years old, I'm now 32, that I remember looking in the mirror and I didn't recognize the woman staring back at me.
- 13:26SPEAKER_03: I had completely lost any part that I thought was who I was.
- 13:32SPEAKER_03: And I didn't know what my values were.
- 13:34SPEAKER_03: I didn't know what I enjoyed to do.
- 13:36SPEAKER_03: I didn't know any of it.
- 13:38SPEAKER_03: And it really began a beautiful journey of self-discovery and relearning what type of life I really desired to live.
- 13:47SPEAKER_03: And in the process of that, I started to do EFT tapping, which became one of my favorite modalities for changing my limiting beliefs and coming back into my body.
- 13:59SPEAKER_03: I started to do a lot of physical movements and a lot more connection with nature.
- 14:05SPEAKER_03: And through that process, I realized that the biggest thing that sobriety gave me was actually a connection to my voice again and speaking my truth and sharing about my journey.
- 14:16SPEAKER_03: And then now, with her journey home, it's become a platform for other women to come on and share their journeys home.
- 14:23SPEAKER_03: And it's been really beautiful to hear women from all around the world, from all walks of life, share about what brought them back to themselves.
- 14:32SPEAKER_03: Because as humans, oftentimes I think because we think that we're different ages and we were born in different places, that we're so different.
- 14:40SPEAKER_03: But there's always these common threads that connect all of us as humans.
- 14:44SPEAKER_03: And it's been a really powerful way for me to not only build that confidence and conviction in my voice, but give other women now that platform to build that conviction in theirs.
- 14:55SPEAKER_03: So that's a little bit about her journey home.
- 14:57SPEAKER_03: It's been the best journey of my entire life, and I'm so excited for it to continue growing.
- 15:03SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's so beautiful.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: And I have to share again the listeners, especially the mothers on this podcast that are listening to this, they can really relate because we've gone through different stages of this, especially when we come mothers and we've lost ourselves again and we got to come back.
- 15:19SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for everything you shared.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna come to you with a question as well.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: So let's go ahead and now welcome Laurel.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: Hello, come on in and tell us, tell us why did you start your podcast?
- 15:36SPEAKER_01: Yes, hello.
- 15:37SPEAKER_02: So again, my podcast is spiritual friction.
- 15:40SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 15:41SPEAKER_02: And the idea came to me as an intuitive download one day when I was walking in the park.
- 15:46SPEAKER_02: And I'm a trauma therapist.
- 15:49SPEAKER_02: And again and again, what I've noticed is people who come to treatment thinking that they're the only one, thinking that whatever they're struggling with, no one will understand.
- 16:00SPEAKER_02: There's something wrong with them, they're alone in the dark, and that ultimately we need community.
- 16:07SPEAKER_02: We need to come back to a sense of understanding, of shared language.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: You know, ultimately, why I created spiritual friction is I went through a very traumatic experience myself about a year ago.
- 16:24SPEAKER_02: And I knew that talk therapy wasn't going to help me.
- 16:27SPEAKER_02: I knew that I needed to heal the experience on a somatic level, and I needed community.
- 16:34SPEAKER_02: And I didn't find that, and so I created it for myself, and I created my coaching practice, soul body wellness, and part of the spiritual friction kind of as a funnel of building that language.
- 16:50SPEAKER_02: And this will kind of come into later in the call and in my offering to mothers, and in just so many experiences that I've gone through in my own life where I felt so alone, I felt so invisible and didn't know how to express the experience, how to put language to my feelings.
- 17:15SPEAKER_02: And so with the podcast, it's all interview-based.
- 17:19SPEAKER_02: I bring people onto the show throughout the world, it's gone international, and it's people who come on and talk about their experience, talk about things that they've gone through, and as an invitation to speak to their younger self, what were they going through?
- 17:39SPEAKER_02: What did it feel like?
- 17:41SPEAKER_02: And what would you want to tell that person today?
- 17:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, knowing that that experience, their story, that's that's unique to them, but it's the one story that could help inspire others.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: Absolutely, right?
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:57SPEAKER_02: And so it's, you know, come on, tell your story, let that be medicine to others to know that there is this shared language, that there is this humanity and this lived experience that we're not alone and we can share this space with others.
- 18:16SPEAKER_01: So perfect.
- 18:17SPEAKER_01: Like, look at the divine perfection before you even go to Cynthia.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: The God Almighty is so intelligent, the perfection, the way it comes together, because again, that that loneliness, as mothers on this call, they can speak so much about that place and the suffering that comes from it, and the isolation and the hurt and pain.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: And and of course, many on this call that are listening are gonna relate to the journey, the walk that taken.
- 18:49SPEAKER_01: That's it.
- 18:51SPEAKER_01: Many, many of us have gone through brutal experiences just so that we can have a direct experience so we can be the inspiration on the other side.
- 19:02SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you so much for being here with that.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: And let's go in and welcome.
- 19:09SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna have questions for you too, Loren, afterwards.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: So let's go in and welcome Cynthia.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: Come on over, Cynthia, and tell us about your podcast and what was that moment that you felt the card that you're gonna have to do this.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: First, thank you.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so well first I want to actually just say, and you just said it the connection, and there's I don't believe in accidents, and our energy has just brought us all together for this beautiful podcast.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: So thank you again.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: Uh, it actually gets me a little bit emotional.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: I have a tendency to to whatever's on the inside comes through my tears sometimes.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: And I'm just really excited.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: So my podcast is the Energy Aligned Woman Podcast.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: And I started just like all the other beautiful women here, life is a journey, and we all have different paths, and I am I have my own as well.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: And what I realize and why I've chosen to do this path or this podcast is because as my life has unfolded, there are moments in my life where I have experienced the struggle between what my spirit desires and what my mind is protecting.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: And that lovely dance has created some wonderful experiences in my life.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: And but I always haven't, I haven't always held them as beautiful experiences.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: So I have had a wonderful journey of education and it has naturally unfolded.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: And I am a former middle school principal and and recently married in my 40s.
- 20:51SPEAKER_00: And so I have had these moments of desire, and I created a life that I intended.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: I was intentional.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: I went to school and it was wonderful, and I loved my job, and I still honor the position.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: And there were moments in my life as I was unfolding that I had this pull, this tug, and yet felt guilty.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: I had an amazing life.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: I had a very successful life.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: I was traveling, I was doing all these wonderful things and was intentional about that.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: But yet there was this like whisper and this desire and this like almost stuck feeling.
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: And it was like a mind-boggling game.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Cause I'm like, how do I feel so stuck when I've created such a wonderful life?
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: And I dove into that question.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: And what I've learned is that I have a what sorry, I have this beautiful spirit.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: We all do, you as mothers, all women, men as well.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: You know, we have these beautiful spirits that we that live in an infinite possibility.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: They know she knows all my talent.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: She knows all of my desires.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: And she's connected to the divine.
- 22:07SPEAKER_00: She knows my purpose.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: And she's ready to expand on all levels.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: And then I have a beautiful mind that says wants to protect me and lives by some past experiences.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: And they do this little dance back and forth.
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: And I used to get stuck with that.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: I'm not clear and I don't have clarity and I don't know what I want.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: And I want more, but I'm happy and I'm grateful and back and forth.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: So I created this podcast because I learned the tools that quiet that struggle.
- 22:41SPEAKER_00: And it quiets the mind and the chatter and shows gratitude to that role that it plays while I get to follow my spiritual mission, my spiritual purpose, and not hold the mo and any shame or guilt or anything.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Life is just unfolding.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: And being able to practice these tools that I've studied and I've learned, create a framework around that with my educational background.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: So I've done that as well.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: But using this podcast as a platform to tell women, like your listeners, that as they have this wonderful, beautiful life they've chosen and created, that that tug or that pull or the whisper or the nudge that they might feel for more expansion is not that life is wrong, not that choices are bad.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: It's just unfolding.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: It's like the tree.
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: You know, we don't have this beautiful tree and we never judge the stages of a tree.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: It's just part of it.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: And then you have these buds that start to grow.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: Well, we don't think the rest of the tree is bad because the bud is now in its new expansion.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: And then when it turns into a flower, we don't get rid of the bud or shame the bud for being in that spot.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: It's just a natural unfolding.
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: And so I use this podcast as a space to share those moments of what it looks like, maybe when the spirit and the mind are having contrast and how to use the tools to be able to get clarity and become aligned so that I can follow my spirit who has endless possibilities and is connected to my divine purpose and appreciate the mind as well.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: So that's where I'm at.
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: That's fantastic, Cynthia.
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 24:26SPEAKER_01: And again, for mothers that are listening on this call, they can relate.
- 24:30SPEAKER_01: They certainly can relate because their mother, and then they're now the responsibility for another child, or maybe other children.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: And then they it's like they have to put that their zys are hold.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: There's all this tug of word, and there's a lot that goes on in that space.
- 24:45SPEAKER_01: Then there's the spouse and balancing all of it.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: As there's a lot to offer on your podcast for the mothers as well.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: And from here, I want to ask a couple of questions, and I'll go individually ask each of your questions so you have the opportunity to share from your lens from your lens that can really benefit the mothers on this show that are going to be listening.
- 25:14SPEAKER_01: And Laura, may I ask of you first?
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: My question for you is that when women have gone through a lot of hurtful experiences, there's a part of them that they shut down and they kind of shut down to the world.
- 25:38SPEAKER_01: And when they shut down to the world, their beautiful gifts can't come forth and they can't bless the world.
- 25:44SPEAKER_01: We as women, whether we are mothers or not, we are designed by the creator to bring blessings into this world.
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: But when the hurts happen in our life, we shut down and we sort of like bring that hurt into us, and it becomes almost like a poison.
- 26:05SPEAKER_01: And we don't allow that blossoming flower, the seed of greatness that God Almighty has put in us to truly flourish.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: In your podcast, you certainly have a lot of stories that you're coming across, and of course, there's been something that also inspired within you.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: I want to ask you what was the moment in you that gave you permission to transform that pain into greater purpose so that it can truly be a blessing to others?
- 26:48SPEAKER_02: That's a beautiful question.
- 26:53SPEAKER_02: I mean, first I I want to acknowledge that when we're going through pain and we contract that that's okay.
- 27:04SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 27:04SPEAKER_02: We're protecting ourselves from something.
- 27:08SPEAKER_02: And to turn that care, to turn that love, that gentleness inwards, right?
- 27:14SPEAKER_02: I think, especially as women, as mothers, right, it's this desire to continue giving, right?
- 27:21SPEAKER_02: This birth to the children and to differentiate that we're also sense of self.
- 27:28SPEAKER_02: We're also our own individual, and that that's okay.
- 27:33SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 27:34SPEAKER_02: And then we get to a point where we start to kind of branch out again, we expand our energy, we expand our essence, and we can then make those connections, right?
- 27:48SPEAKER_02: We can share our stories, we can share our experiences.
- 27:54SPEAKER_02: For me, I don't know, I don't know if I can pinpoint one specific like moment when I felt that it was kind of this growing expansiveness where I started developing more eastern philosophy, more chakra, energy, breath work, which was differing from my traditional talk therapy model, trying to figure that out.
- 28:22SPEAKER_02: And then my understanding of safety and of life came to a screeching halt, and everything blew up.
- 28:31SPEAKER_02: And I knew okay, traditional talk therapy isn't going to help me.
- 28:37SPEAKER_02: I already knew this, but now I know it, right?
- 28:39SPEAKER_02: Now it's a lived experience, and feeling really isolated, feeling really alone, and knowing there has to be something else.
- 28:50SPEAKER_02: There has to be more to this.
- 28:53SPEAKER_02: And then having, you know, a vision of sitting around a bonfire, playing music, telling stories, having people on my land and playing in the creek and in the garden, and and so creating this podcast seemed like a good opening of I I know I'm not the only one, right?
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: It's this continued narrative that people are saying.
- 29:16SPEAKER_02: So let's show a different way.
- 29:18SPEAKER_02: And I'm learning alongside the listener as my own story unfolds, right?
- 29:24SPEAKER_02: And I get to different levels of vulnerability and sharing my story and protecting others.
- 29:30SPEAKER_01: And yes, I don't know if it was a certain moment, but it's not a moment, but it was like moments that came together so that your own tests that you are taking becomes your own living testimony, and that living testimony is towards the destiny of this purpose right now, so that it is unfolding, it's it's always unfolding, but there is something that catapults so then, and that pain can't be stuck in the body continuously, it has to go movement.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: Again, we are in female body, this has to go into movement, so you put it into that purpose.
- 30:11SPEAKER_01: So thank you for thank you so much for that.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: Now, Tasha, if I may ask you this, if you could come on, please.
- 30:19SPEAKER_01: I would like to know being uh, I don't know what age your children are, but being a mother of children and answering a call like right now with your podcast, what would you say is the most challenging part and also the most rewarding part?
- 30:45SPEAKER_04: Oh my gosh, that's a lovely question.
- 30:49SPEAKER_04: There's so many pieces to it because after listening to all of the ladies too, I see kind of so a lot of different running themes.
- 30:58SPEAKER_04: And for me, between the journey of my podcast and my my journey of, I talk a lot in my podcasts and other content about becoming her and what that actually means to me.
- 31:16SPEAKER_04: And and that has been kind of the journey of my podcast and all the things because I realized that well, becoming a mother, I I had a way of operating prior.
- 31:30SPEAKER_04: And then I continued to operate like my pre-kid self before motherhood, and then everything blew up in my face twice.
- 31:41SPEAKER_04: And I realized that I didn't think anything was wrong.
- 31:45SPEAKER_04: Well, ultimately, you know, and learned by the lived experiences where I realized that not only had I lost myself, I didn't know who I was.
- 31:56SPEAKER_04: And so there was this journey of, well, who am I?
- 32:00SPEAKER_04: You know, and then peeling back these layers.
- 32:03SPEAKER_04: And then with my when I talk about, you know, to private practice and all the things, because my current business is my second business, because that was the second time my life blew up in my face after becoming a mother and realizing that I was misaligned.
- 32:19SPEAKER_04: And what did that mean?
- 32:20SPEAKER_04: And I really had to redefine success and what that means to me, because I thought I was doing all the things right.
- 32:27SPEAKER_04: And I'm like the other ladies were saying, you know, I had this life, everything I did, all the things I followed, you know, I did X, Y, and Z.
- 32:34SPEAKER_04: And it still didn't work.
- 32:34SPEAKER_04: And why didn't it work?
- 32:36SPEAKER_04: It was, you know, it wasn't that I was wrong or I was just misaligned.
- 32:39SPEAKER_04: And now becoming a mother is now I'm learning even to this day, the reward is fulfilling my purpose and filling my cup first, which I didn't even understand before kids.
- 32:54SPEAKER_04: And so the, you know, so I, you know, further dug into this hole before I realized that I can't be a great mom.
- 33:01SPEAKER_04: I can't show up as my best self.
- 33:03SPEAKER_04: And what do I want my kids to now see?
- 33:05SPEAKER_04: Because even between my kids' dad and myself, we had decided, you know, we don't want our kids to see what this looks like.
- 33:14SPEAKER_04: So we separated.
- 33:15SPEAKER_04: And then it's still for me, I still wasn't showing up as the mother I wanted to be.
- 33:20SPEAKER_04: What can I do to fill up my cup?
- 33:22SPEAKER_04: And so that is now what I am doing.
- 33:26SPEAKER_04: And that to me, that these pieces are now what success looks like to me.
- 33:31SPEAKER_04: It doesn't matter if, you know, I get married, had more kids, or you know, made X amount of dollars.
- 33:37SPEAKER_04: That doesn't, that's not success.
- 33:38SPEAKER_04: Success to me is fulfilling my purpose and showing up as the best mother that I can be.
- 33:43SPEAKER_04: And I feel good and I feel fulfilled.
- 33:45SPEAKER_04: So then the podcast is one one piece of that puzzle.
- 33:49SPEAKER_04: So I don't know.
- 33:50SPEAKER_01: Did that answer your question?
- 33:51SPEAKER_01: You did.
- 33:51SPEAKER_01: You did again, again, we we this this whole bonus episode is about mothers because these are real things mothers do struggle with.
- 34:01SPEAKER_01: It's no joke.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: And and you definitely touch upon that.
- 34:04SPEAKER_01: And they're different, how do you say like different, it's like different decades or different expression of that when you're mother and the age group of your children, because we keep going through the different changes and to express ourselves in the best way while honoring this and being also of purpose, it's it's quite a bit.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: Yet when you're aligned, that's when you definitely allow it to be expressed.
- 34:32SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for that.
- 34:33SPEAKER_04: You're welcome.
- 34:34SPEAKER_04: And I will say it's definitely different.
- 34:35SPEAKER_04: I now, you know, hindsight being 2020, I look at you know how busy and all the things I was doing, and I felt, you know, burned out and just like just I'm just as busy, if not busier, and I don't feel those things.
- 34:49SPEAKER_04: I feel, you know, I feel alive, I feel great.
- 34:52SPEAKER_04: Like, you know, I drink coffee because I like it, not because I need it anymore.
- 34:55SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
- 34:55SPEAKER_04: I like the taste of both different so totally.
- 35:00SPEAKER_04: So I think really, yeah, filling filling your own cup, but I think just taking even the last like 10 years of my life and being able to like help others not have to have their life crash and burn at least two humongous times, like I did.
- 35:12SPEAKER_04: Is that that's enough for me, even if I help one person.
- 35:16SPEAKER_04: That's enough.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: What a blessing.
- 35:18SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 35:19SPEAKER_01: I mean, I can speak so much on that.
- 35:21SPEAKER_01: Totally really.
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: I can relate to all of you, especially like having had my center and running that.
- 35:28SPEAKER_01: I mean, it just my product line and ooh, like the burnout that came also with it.
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for that.
- 35:36SPEAKER_01: Welcome.
- 35:37SPEAKER_01: And let me ask Sophia this question.
- 35:42SPEAKER_01: So, with your podcast coming back to you, you've come back to you.
- 35:47SPEAKER_01: My question for you would be uh the woman, uh the mother who needs to really connect back to herself, to come back to her back to who she uh is from who she was.
- 36:12SPEAKER_01: What would you say to that?
- 36:14SPEAKER_01: Uh that would be my question for you.
- 36:16SPEAKER_01: Uh because there's a part of us that uh you know, we lose ourselves, then we find ourselves, but the one that we have found is a different version of who we were, and it's now it seems like we're coming back to who we were, but it really isn't.
- 36:36SPEAKER_01: It's a different version, and that connection is really important.
- 36:40SPEAKER_01: I want you to just speak to that a little bit.
- 36:43SPEAKER_01: And what would you like to share to the mothers from this perspective?
- 36:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is a beautiful question.
- 36:49SPEAKER_03: First, I would like to say that it's never ever too late to rediscover who you truly are and to rewrite your story.
- 36:57SPEAKER_03: I think oftentimes people get to a certain point in their life and they throw in the towel and they think, okay, this is it.
- 37:04SPEAKER_03: I've gotten to this point.
- 37:06SPEAKER_03: There's no changing.
- 37:08SPEAKER_03: But I really am such a big believer that any time that you feel like you are not living in alignment with your values, or you feel that disconnection, or the life that you were once living no longer fits the woman you're stepping into, you are allowed to choose yourself.
- 37:25SPEAKER_03: You are allowed to release what no longer serves you.
- 37:29SPEAKER_03: You are allowed to wake up tomorrow and decide I want to start a new business.
- 37:34SPEAKER_03: I want to start sharing my story.
- 37:36SPEAKER_03: I want to meet new incredible friendships.
- 37:40SPEAKER_03: And it's never ever too late.
- 37:42SPEAKER_03: That's the first thing I would say.
- 37:44SPEAKER_03: The second thing I would say is it's so important to take the space for you and realize that prioritizing yourself is not selfish.
- 37:55SPEAKER_03: It's the complete opposite.
- 37:57SPEAKER_03: And oftentimes, especially for the mothers listening, I have lots of friends that are mothers, and of course, my own mother.
- 38:04SPEAKER_03: Oftentimes we feel like we have to provide for everyone else first, and then we get put last.
- 38:13SPEAKER_03: And I think as you continue to reconnect to yourself, you have to take that time and that space to be with yourself.
- 38:20SPEAKER_03: Whether that is carving out 10 minutes in the morning where you have some silence and you can do some practices or rituals that nourish your mind, your body, and your soul.
- 38:30SPEAKER_03: Or maybe it's an hour of time where you get to get outside on a beautiful walk and surround yourself in nature, or do your meditations and your EFT tapping.
- 38:40SPEAKER_03: And it's really important that you can drown out the outside noise and all of the distractions because we live in a world where it's very, very noisy.
- 38:50SPEAKER_03: And you hear everyone else's opinions and advice.
- 38:54SPEAKER_03: And oftentimes we can get steer in a direction if we're not really secure and rooted in who we are and what our values are.
- 39:02SPEAKER_03: So I highly recommend doing your best to carve out time for yourself and then asking yourself, what are my values?
- 39:12SPEAKER_03: What matters most to me in this life?
- 39:15SPEAKER_03: What are some of those things that really fill up my cup and make me feel like the best version of myself?
- 39:22SPEAKER_03: What are the things that light my soul on fire that I can continue to pour into and show up for day after day?
- 39:30SPEAKER_03: And building that muscle of consistency.
- 39:34SPEAKER_03: And even if it's those little tiny baby steps that happen every single day, and you may not be seeing the results immediately, you are building momentum and there is change being created.
- 39:45SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 39:47SPEAKER_03: And it's trusting so deeply and having so much faith in the unseen that if you are following your heart and you are serving others and serving yourself and showing up in a way that's authentic and genuine to you, that in 90 days, maybe a year, it's different for everyone.
- 40:07SPEAKER_03: You'll look back and realize, oh my goodness, I've made so much change in my life.
- 40:11SPEAKER_03: And you will start to feel a deeper sense of connection, a deeper sense of purpose in your life.
- 40:18SPEAKER_03: And the last thing I want to finish up with is giving yourself so much grace and compassion and patience and love as you are navigating this process.
- 40:28SPEAKER_03: Because I do think oftentimes, again, we live in a society where we want that instant gratification.
- 40:34SPEAKER_03: But with this type of work and reconnecting to ourselves, some things we need to be a bit more patient with and we need to nurture ourselves and understand that if we spent 15, 20, 30 years abandoning ourselves and our own desires, we have to be willing to give ourselves that same time to reconnect with ourselves.
- 40:54SPEAKER_03: Excellent point.
- 40:55SPEAKER_03: And I'm not saying it will take that much time, but just you know, don't chase that end goal and that end destination.
- 41:02SPEAKER_03: Like fall truly back in love with who you are becoming in the process and just noticing those little shifts that are happening and be compassionate with yourself.
- 41:12SPEAKER_03: So that is everything I would say if you're wanting to really build that deeper connection with self.
- 41:17SPEAKER_01: Beautiful.
- 41:18SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Sophia.
- 41:20SPEAKER_01: The mothers are really going to appreciate this and particularly that permission.
- 41:29SPEAKER_01: As a mother, I feel one of the hardest things we mothers have challenged with giving ourselves permission.
- 41:39SPEAKER_01: Permission to allow that change.
- 41:42SPEAKER_01: Because it rattles a lot of safety things, all kinds of things will come up, and that was very, very important for mothers to really heart this.
- 41:53SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for that.
- 41:54SPEAKER_01: Really appreciate it.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: And Cynthia, I have a question for you, dear.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: What is one thing?
- 42:04SPEAKER_01: I mean, there are many things, but right now, in your in your awareness, what is one thing that mothers truly, truly need in this time that we are in that you like to share with the audience?
- 42:23SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there's first I would like to share with mothers my gratitude for them and the way that they show up.
- 42:34SPEAKER_00: Women and specifically mothers tend to show up and overcoming all of their fears, all of their insecurities, all of the self-talk in the moment because of showing up for children and creating that space of learning.
- 42:50SPEAKER_00: So thank you for that.
- 42:53SPEAKER_00: That first and foremost, that I would love to share with mothers is very similar to what's already been mentioned is the value of self-love and the power that self-love ripples out to your family, to beyond the walls of your home, into the neighborhood, into the world, starts with that self-love.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: And then the rest just ripples naturally.
- 43:25SPEAKER_00: And so, if there's one thing that I would you know empower women with, empower mothers with, is to recognize their divinity, to recognize their connection to themselves and to honor it in all forms, whatever it looks like, it's beautiful, it's perfect, and to really just own that to its core of that self love because that is the first.
- 43:56SPEAKER_00: It starts with you.
- 43:58SPEAKER_00: You are the most important person.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: And I would say that to anybody who stood in front of me because you are the most important person in the moment at that time, because your self-love ripples out and into that.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: And I'm going to do a second real quick is recognizing, because sometimes in order for us to get to that real self-love, to recognize the play that we have with paradigms.
- 44:25SPEAKER_00: Paradigms show up in those limiting beliefs.
- 44:28SPEAKER_00: And that those get in the way of that self-love.
- 44:31SPEAKER_00: Because we can walk around with, of course, I love myself, but there's an underlying deep message that our subconscious might be saying that's contradicting that real message that you're saying.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: So you're sending out these mixed messages of yes, I love myself, but deep down there might be a paradigm.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: And awareness is the first key to alignment, is just to honor that.
- 44:57SPEAKER_00: Like, hey, I actually might have a limiting belief about what a mother is, you know, and maybe my limiting belief is that a mother has to have the house clean, the mother has to have all the things organized, the mother has to have it all put together and look really good, and all these lists of what a good mother looks like.
- 45:14SPEAKER_00: That's a paradigm.
- 45:15SPEAKER_00: That's a limiting belief.
- 45:18SPEAKER_00: And that gets in our way, it's stored in our bodies and stops the alignment of the flow of the message of the divine, the flow of the message of self, and kind of might block that true self-love.
- 45:31SPEAKER_00: And so leaning into, hey, what limiting beliefs do I have?
- 45:36SPEAKER_00: And then the more that we are aware, I might say something like, I have to have the XYZ and deposit like, you know what?
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: Actually, I don't have to have that.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: That is a limiting belief.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: And then shifting into what is truth.
- 45:52SPEAKER_00: And that would be a valuable tool and knowledge for women to have, mothers to have.
- 45:57SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for that.
- 45:58SPEAKER_01: As mothers will also really, you know, they a lot of times they hear that self-love.
- 46:05SPEAKER_01: And sometimes the limiting belief blocks that self-love, which you also mentioned.
- 46:10SPEAKER_01: And it is truly a journey.
- 46:12SPEAKER_01: It's it's one of the most incredible muscles to stretch into in allowing while we're a mother.
- 46:20SPEAKER_01: I I truly believe when mothers give themselves, we're going back to that permission to be loved the way God Almighty loves them, they will allow God Almighty's love to pour into them and carry life so they don't have to carry the whole life on their own self as they have been.
- 46:48SPEAKER_01: And and I want to speak of that because I carried it all myself until I remembered, oh I gotta share the responsibility with God Almighty.
- 46:58SPEAKER_01: What am I doing after all the burnout, getting sick, all of that stuff?
- 47:03SPEAKER_01: So thank you so much for that.
- 47:05SPEAKER_01: It's a really very important vibe and lesson.
- 47:08SPEAKER_01: And this is why I was so excited.
- 47:10SPEAKER_01: I felt that call to have you all come on, share your voices, your beautiful podcast, and what you're contributing to the world from your own lived experience, embodied how important this is.
- 47:22SPEAKER_01: And I'm just so excited for the mothers on this call that are listening to this that as I can truly experience that conviction that they're like, wow, there's a lot of value here and remembrance because you you do need to be remembered.
- 47:37SPEAKER_01: So I also would like to now have each of you have been so generous in providing a gift for our beautiful mothers for Mother's Day.
- 47:49SPEAKER_01: And I want you to just briefly mention what this beautiful gift that you're gifting from your heart, because it's the power of woman coming together and being able to give so that another person, another woman, another heart is lifted.
- 48:04SPEAKER_01: And I'm so grateful to your generosity.
- 48:07SPEAKER_01: So let's go ahead and hear what your gift is that you are blessing this beautiful bonus episode podcast with and the mothers that are going to receive it, and how would they receive it?
- 48:18SPEAKER_01: So, Natasha, what is the gift that you are giving to these beautiful mothers and how would they go about receiving it?
- 48:27SPEAKER_04: So I put together a special uh playlist for my podcast, and I titled it for the woman who carries everything.
- 48:36SPEAKER_04: And so it is five special episodes from my podcast specifically, even though the titles might speak more of a private practice, they're very applicable.
- 48:48SPEAKER_04: This is very applicable to to mothers, obviously, as I am one.
- 48:52SPEAKER_04: So really speaking to you know, topics that I've covered about what's weighing you down, but also recalibrating, you know, from your energy to emotional resilience and and a nervous system because it's it's it's all connected, everything's connected.
- 49:09SPEAKER_01: Oh, so good.
- 49:10SPEAKER_01: And how would they go about getting it?
- 49:13SPEAKER_04: Well, in your show notes, there's a link there.
- 49:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but with the link, and then that will be emailed.
- 49:20SPEAKER_04: The playlist will be emailed in a in a nice PDF with and as it'll include a Spotify playlist as well, but specific for this episode.
- 49:28SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
- 49:29SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 49:31SPEAKER_01: That is so wonderful and very, very helpful.
- 49:33SPEAKER_01: Really appreciate it.
- 49:34SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Natasha.
- 49:36SPEAKER_01: Welcome.
- 49:36SPEAKER_01: And Laurel, what is the um gift that you are blessing the beautiful mothers with for Mother's Day?
- 49:44SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 49:45SPEAKER_02: So this is very dear to my heart, and one of the reasons why I did create my po my podcast, Spiritual Friction.
- 49:52SPEAKER_02: I consider myself to be a mother, but my child is not Earth's side.
- 49:57SPEAKER_02: I lost my child when I was 11 weeks pregnant, had a medical abortion, had no choice, both my life and my child were in jeopardy.
- 50:07SPEAKER_02: And I did not have a lot of support physically or emotionally during what I was going through.
- 50:14SPEAKER_02: And I didn't have language for the immense grief that I was feeling.
- 50:22SPEAKER_02: And what I've been doing as part of my medicine, as part of my healing process, is holding a space on Mother's Day for other women who have lost a child, either through abortion or miscarriage, who like me don't have a safe place to land, don't have shared language.
- 50:47SPEAKER_01: Didn't until you were here.
- 50:50SPEAKER_02: That's right.
- 50:51SPEAKER_02: That's right.
- 50:52SPEAKER_02: Thank you, Ranani.
- 50:53SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 50:54SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and specifically mothers who are not recognized.
- 50:58SPEAKER_02: I can't tell you how much it hurt to not be wished Happy Mother's Day.
- 51:05SPEAKER_01: When I made that decision, we we celebrate the mother and you.
- 51:14SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 51:15SPEAKER_02: And that's right.
- 51:16SPEAKER_02: I mean, from the day that we find out that we're pregnant, we are a mother.
- 51:20SPEAKER_02: We make those decisions, right?
- 51:23SPEAKER_02: We protect them.
- 51:25SPEAKER_02: And I didn't, you know, just through my years of understanding how do I how do I process this grief?
- 51:32SPEAKER_02: What do I do with this?
- 51:34SPEAKER_02: And so I will be holding space on Zoom on Mother's Day for other women who want to come together and reflect, tell stories, remember, remember their their child.
- 51:49SPEAKER_01: Wonderful.
- 51:50SPEAKER_01: That's so wonderful.
- 51:51SPEAKER_01: And that's actually on Mother's Day that you are hosting it.
- 51:54SPEAKER_01: Fantastic.
- 51:55SPEAKER_01: And how do the beautiful mothers go about finding this?
- 51:59SPEAKER_01: Of course, they'll be in the show notes, but do they go to your website, do you go to your podcast, or do they go to your newsletter?
- 52:06SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so they can email me at laurel at soulbodywellness.health.
- 52:11SPEAKER_02: They can also access my website, soulbodywellness.health, to be added to my newsletter.
- 52:18SPEAKER_02: Also follow me on socials, Instagram at soulbody wellness health, and then on Facebook at Laurel Waldman Lamone, where I'll be sharing that.
- 52:30SPEAKER_02: And it will be somewhat of a closed group.
- 52:32SPEAKER_02: So I encourage anyone to reach out to me who is drawn and needs that safe place because I think, especially in today's climate, it can be absolutely.
- 52:44SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 52:45SPEAKER_01: What a beautiful gift.
- 52:47SPEAKER_01: What a beautiful gift to give to the heart of the mothers, whether they have that physical incarnation or not.
- 52:56SPEAKER_01: This is a beautiful gift.
- 52:57SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much for that generosity, and it will land very well in the hearts of some of these women that needed to hear this.
- 53:05SPEAKER_01: God bless you.
- 53:06SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 53:06SPEAKER_01: And Cynthia, what is the gift that you are giving, dear?
- 53:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 53:11SPEAKER_00: So first I want to just share some little bit of background of the gift because it does involve how energy gets stored in our body when we experience something, and emotions are energy, and those get stored along with our paradigms.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: And so imagine this funnel from your top of your head all the way down into the ground and back up again, and it just flows.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: When energy gets stuck, it blocks that alignment that we have, our divine creator down into Mother Earth and back up.
- 53:42SPEAKER_00: And so what I'm gifting you, mothers, is information on your seven chakras.
- 53:51SPEAKER_00: And it'll our chakras have some will call it an energy center, but they kind of have a role in our body.
- 53:58SPEAKER_00: When we experience something and we don't have the tools to release that energy, it gets stored in kind of some areas of our body.
- 54:05SPEAKER_00: And this PDF will give you information on each one and then give you ways to lean into clearing that energy out, energy that doesn't serve your body to clear it or clear those chakras.
- 54:20SPEAKER_00: There's also, if you would like to take a quiz to see maybe which chakra is more blocked and work there and start there with that process, there is a link for a quiz, but you don't have to.
- 54:41SPEAKER_00: So it's energy aligned, you know, because my podcast, Energy Aligned Woman, but it's kind of shoved together a little bit.
- 54:47SPEAKER_00: So it's E-N-E-R or energy and then A L I G N.
- 54:53SPEAKER_00: So E-N-E-R, A-L-I-G-N.com forward slash mother.
- 54:59SPEAKER_00: And you'll be able to give you some information on kind of a little bit about that concept of the energy flowing through your body.
- 55:07SPEAKER_00: And then we'll give you the PDF on how to maybe recognize.
- 55:11SPEAKER_00: And what it does is it just tells you what emotions are held in in different areas, your crown chakra, maybe your heart, or your throat chakra, even.
- 55:20SPEAKER_00: So it'll just kind of give you some insight of that.
- 55:23SPEAKER_00: And then if you choose, you can do the quiz and it'll give you some feedback on where you could start.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: So again, you can go to inneralign.com forward slash mother.
- 55:34SPEAKER_00: You could also follow me on Instagram and Facebook at NRAlign, E-N-E-R-A-L-I-G-N, on both Instagram and Facebook, or you can email me at Cynthia at NRAlign.com.
- 55:48SPEAKER_00: So perfect.
- 55:49SPEAKER_01: And there'll be again, all of this will be on the show notes as well.
- 55:52SPEAKER_01: You thank you so much.
- 55:53SPEAKER_01: And Sophia, what is the gift that you are gifting the beautiful mothers for Mother's Day?
- 56:01SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 56:01SPEAKER_03: So I will be offering a personalized five-minute EFT video.
- 56:07SPEAKER_03: So I'm going to send over a form and they can fill it out and actually let me know what they're needing support with.
- 56:15SPEAKER_03: So maybe it's a deeper connection with themselves.
- 56:18SPEAKER_03: Maybe it's overcoming a specific fear or emotion.
- 56:22SPEAKER_03: And I'm going to create a five-minute personalized EFT tapping specifically for her so that she can start to incorporate this into her morning ritual or evening ritual.
- 56:34SPEAKER_03: And it's not about releasing emotions.
- 56:37SPEAKER_03: I always say this.
- 56:38SPEAKER_03: We just want to get better at feeling our emotions and deeply connecting with them and making space for them.
- 56:44SPEAKER_03: So that's what this will help with.
- 56:46SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
- 56:47SPEAKER_01: And how do they go about getting that as well?
- 56:49SPEAKER_03: Yes.
- 56:49SPEAKER_03: So I will give you the link and they can fill out the form in the show notes as well.
- 56:53SPEAKER_03: And then I will be sending an email over with the actual video.
- 56:57SPEAKER_01: Fantastic.
- 56:58SPEAKER_01: Fantastic.
- 56:59SPEAKER_01: These are all wonderful gifts.
- 57:00SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 57:00SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, all of you.
- 57:02SPEAKER_01: It's so, so wonderful.
- 57:04SPEAKER_01: I'm so grateful.
- 57:06SPEAKER_01: And I know the listeners on this podcast are also equally very grateful.
- 57:13SPEAKER_01: And this, this again, I I recorded my podcast that comes out tomorrow earlier.
- 57:21SPEAKER_01: And it was all about divine appointment.
- 57:24SPEAKER_01: And sometimes we don't know it's a divine appointment until we come into it.
- 57:29SPEAKER_01: I felt this call, and I just, out of everybody in our mastermind, it was the four of you starting.
- 57:35SPEAKER_01: And as I'm sitting here experiencing this, I'm usually on that side being interviewed.
- 57:42SPEAKER_01: So it's the first time I'm on this side in this way.
- 57:45SPEAKER_01: It's kind of interesting.
- 57:46SPEAKER_01: Yet I can experience the perfection of this divine appointment because of you, incredible woman.
- 57:56SPEAKER_01: With what you are doing in your service through your podcast, it's so incredible, and many will benefit from this.
- 58:04SPEAKER_01: So thank you, thank you so much.
- 58:07SPEAKER_01: And as we wrap up here today, I want to just leave this with all of you.
- 58:15SPEAKER_01: If you had one uh quick sentence of wisdom, a reminder that you would like to press up on another woman to kind of like nudge her to really remember what would that be?
- 58:36SPEAKER_01: Sophia, let's go ahead and since you're here, what would that be?
- 58:39SPEAKER_01: Your last yes, I would say delicious.
- 58:45SPEAKER_03: Mother then needs to hear it.
- 58:47SPEAKER_03: Absolutely.
- 58:48SPEAKER_03: I would say that you are truly the biggest.
- 58:57SPEAKER_03: Let me reword this.
- 58:58SPEAKER_03: You are the most precious human being, and you are so important in this world, and I want you to really begin to show yourself that you matter more than anything.
- 59:21SPEAKER_03: And I want you to realize that even if you have been spending so many years disconnected from yourself, it is never, ever, ever too late to come back to yourself.
- 59:36SPEAKER_03: And so I'm just urging you to start to see yourself as the most precious human being because you truly are.
- 59:45SPEAKER_01: That's fantastic.
- 59:47SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Sophia.
- 59:48SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 59:49SPEAKER_01: That would land very well.
- 59:50SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Cynthia.
- 59:53SPEAKER_01: What about you?
- 59:54SPEAKER_01: What would you want to say?
- 59:56SPEAKER_01: Last word to the mother that is listening to this.
- 1:00:00SPEAKER_00: I would just say you are a not you are not alone.
- 1:00:05SPEAKER_00: You are supported and arms wrapped around by our divine creator, but by the women around you, by the your neighbors and your sisters, and you know, in the other women.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_00: There's a community of women who support each other.
- 1:00:25SPEAKER_00: We all we we support it.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_00: And then of course, God supports you also moment to moment, always and in always, that you are never alone, and and that we are all connected and in all always we're connected, and that's a beautiful piece in that.
- 1:00:44SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's you know, be present.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_01: That's fantastic.
- 1:00:49SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Cynthia.
- 1:00:50SPEAKER_01: That will land very well because that connection and that that loneliness is very important.
- 1:00:55SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 1:00:56SPEAKER_01: And Laurel, what would you like to leave the beautiful mothers with?
- 1:01:01SPEAKER_02: Yes, absolutely.
- 1:01:03SPEAKER_02: I just want to echo everything that's been said on this call and all the love and appreciation that's all around, right?
- 1:01:12SPEAKER_02: And to really thank the mothers for all of what they're doing and let them know that they are enough.
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_02: There's nothing to prove, there's nothing left to do, right?
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_02: To be present, to communicate, to be open to the experience of life and to communicate with their family, their children, let them know that they themselves are their greatest teachers, and that the world is watching them as they return to themselves.
- 1:01:46SPEAKER_02: There's nothing left for them to do but to be.
- 1:01:51SPEAKER_02: And there's so much love, so much gratitude.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_02: And you know, again, for for mothers such as myself who don't have a child, and you know, when they're asked, don't don't quite know how to answer that question.
- 1:02:03SPEAKER_02: I want them to know that I I see them as well and that they are they are valued and they are loved and accepted.
- 1:02:11SPEAKER_02: And we're all we're all just walking each other home, right?
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_01: Excellent.
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_01: Amen to that.
- 1:02:18SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 1:02:19SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you very much.
- 1:02:22SPEAKER_01: And Natasha, your last words for the beautiful mothers.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_04: Oh my god, it's kind of hard being last because everybody said so many wonderful, beautiful things without being redundant.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_04: Hold on one.
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_04: They're hungry.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_04: I think what I would say would be a kind of dovetailing off a lot of different things that have been said throughout this like past hour because all of it's been beautiful.
- 1:02:53SPEAKER_04: It reminded me of a line from a podcast episode about when we say, well, first, it all starts with you.
- 1:03:01SPEAKER_04: And that's literally a part of my own program because that's all it starts with you and it starts and it ends with love.
- 1:03:08SPEAKER_04: And what I mean by that is it's really it's you first always.
- 1:03:12SPEAKER_04: And it's it's is self-centered in a way, but not being selfish, right?
- 1:03:16SPEAKER_04: What we're talking about self-ful.
- 1:03:19SPEAKER_04: You put yourself first.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_04: So it all starts with you before anything else.
- 1:03:25SPEAKER_04: And and it like it, it snowballs into everything else in your life.
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_04: And so that's really, I think, the biggest, the biggest takeaway is you know, start with love of yourself and giving yourself grace, and then continuing on with then there's something you don't love, you have full agency to change that, and it's all in alignment.
- 1:03:46SPEAKER_04: And then, and that's I'm not sure where else, what else to say without going on and on and on.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_04: I don't want to do that.
- 1:03:54SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
- 1:03:54SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Natasha.
- 1:03:56SPEAKER_01: That is beautiful wisdom passing on, and I really appreciate that.
- 1:04:01SPEAKER_01: And my my final word for you beautiful mothers from the heart of my heart as a mother of two that I would share with you.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_01: I wish, I wish somebody had said this to me in my 20s when I became a mother.
- 1:04:19SPEAKER_01: I want to remind you to include the creator, the one that created you, birthed you, designed you, orchestrated you.
- 1:04:31SPEAKER_01: Include that presence in every part of your life.
- 1:04:36SPEAKER_01: Bring God Almighty to every situation, every particle, every choice, every thought, every emotion, especially when you're going through difficulty.
- 1:04:49SPEAKER_01: Place God Almighty inside that situation.
- 1:04:52SPEAKER_01: It is amazing what happens when you're not reaching out that way, but you're allowing God Almighty, you're calling it to come into the situation.
- 1:05:04SPEAKER_01: Holy moly, I wish I had known that because once I discovered my life has been completely different and it's being passed on to you.
- 1:05:13SPEAKER_01: So include God Almighty in every, every, every decision.
- 1:05:17SPEAKER_01: And today, even like there were some interesting hate messages I had today.
- 1:05:24SPEAKER_01: I said, God Almighty, come in and let's bless this hate into pure love again.
- 1:05:30SPEAKER_01: So here it is, you can include God Almighty in every part of your life because that creator that created you already knows your answers, has all your solutions, everything is equipped in that.
- 1:05:41SPEAKER_01: So why not bring it in?
- 1:05:43SPEAKER_01: Include it, and you will not experience that loneliness ever again.
- 1:05:49SPEAKER_01: And that's something that changed in me from experiencing so much loneliness the majority of my life.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_01: Game changer.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_01: And I trust that will land also very well.
- 1:06:03SPEAKER_01: So, with this, I want to give so much gratitude to our beautiful Kylie Chandler, our mentor, as she's a mother getting ready to be another mother, another sacred beings coming through her birthing.
- 1:06:18SPEAKER_01: Deep gratitude for this call that she put out, where we are part of that mastermind that are coming together, that are having the possibility to come into a co-creation like this so that the blessings can go out.
- 1:06:33SPEAKER_01: Deepest gratitude, dear Kylie, because I knew you were going to watch this episode, and we are so deeply grateful to you.
- 1:06:41SPEAKER_01: And for Mother's Day, I want to just acknowledge all mothers, the grandmothers, Mother Earth, the mothers that are in spirit's side, the mothers who got to experience a short duration, and those who experienced a very long duration, however that is, there is a divine perfection.
- 1:07:08SPEAKER_01: We all share the most beautiful blessings of life, which is love, and that is the gift.
- 1:07:17SPEAKER_01: And how incredible that is that we on a call together can stand behind that voice, this divine conversation that stands on love, as this love is ready to be embodied onto earth, be birthed onto earth as it is in heaven, because that's our true place.
- 1:07:41SPEAKER_01: And I want you, woman, in my culture, we have a farcy sayings that says, Joy modaroti beheshte, which means the mother's place is always in heaven, and you are coming from heaven, you return to heaven, and may you have the most heavenly blessed Mother's Day.
- 1:08:03SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for this bonus episode.
- 1:08:07SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Natasha, thank you, Cynthia, thank you, Laurel, and thank you, Sophia, for this incredible hour that we got to share.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_01: And I'm so grateful to you all.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_01: Have a beautiful day, and we'll catch you on another, perhaps another bonus episode.
- 1:08:28SPEAKER_01: Much, much love.
