  thing going on because everything happens for a reason. And there's stories

  that I'm going to tell to people.

  And one of the craziest stories that I would be talking about in my podcast

  would be the fact that I'd spend almost half a decade saving somebody's life, literally.

  Saving somebody's life And sadly When it was my turn To ask that same person.

  Help me out here There were nowhere to be found So I'm going to expect that

  everything happens for a reason That's why I got a podcast to share stories Motivate you,

  Educate you Keep you away from what's going on out there in the world Because

  what's going on out there in the world It's not that good But what's going on

  in my podcast Is beautiful and great and it's definitely good for the heart, soul.

  And this morning, you know, I took an Uber and I was engaging and I,
• 2:22
  you know, I enjoy these conversations with some of the Uber drivers and whatnot, you know,
• 2:28
  because it's my time to kind of, how can I say, as I would say,
• 2:32
  networking and, you know, I was taking Uber and then, you know,
• 2:35
  me and the Uber driver started talking.
• 2:37
  We started talking a little bit politics, a little bit of everything and,
• 2:41
  you know, what's interesting that.
• 2:44
  You know, everything happens for a reason. And when we were having the conversation
• 2:49
  about politics and all that, and I gave him my card, and it's like,
• 2:52
  oh, man, this might have an ad and all that good stuff.
• 2:56
  And it's interesting because the ride started a little bit shaky and not in
• 2:59
  a bad sense, but it seems that he, the young brother was suffering from some
• 3:03
  allergies. And I'm like, yeah.
• 3:05
  And in my mind, I hope that he doesn't sneeze while he's driving. You know what I mean?
• 3:10
  But the conversation ended well, And just the fact that he was like,
• 3:14
  wow, you know what? I thought about doing a podcast, a Christian podcast.
• 3:18
  And I'm like, okay, you know, maybe I would need some help. And I'm like,
• 3:22
  all right, reach out to me. Let's make it happen.
• 3:25
  So here's the deal with that situation where a lot of times,
• 3:30
  yes, everything happens for a reason. But my thing is this.
• 3:35
  I always tell people, see the minute that you feel that everything happens for a reason,
• 3:42
  seize the moment, take advantage of the moment, whether it's a good or bad,
• 3:48
  learn something from it, grab it and seize that moment because a lot of times what happens.
• 3:53
  And then the, let's say the situation this morning with the Uber driver,
• 3:58
  he said, you know what, you know, I thought about, you know,
• 4:01
  doing podcasts and I would need to help to, to start a podcast.
• 4:05
  And if we both agree that everything happens for a reason, then I would take
• 4:10
  that. the young brother would definitely hit me up, reach out to me,
• 4:12
  and, you know, I'd give him some pointers.
• 4:14
  See, so if he doesn't reach out to me, and I'm hoping that, hey,
• 4:18
  listen, he's going to listen to this once he does hit the sub button and all
• 4:23
  that good stuff, he's like, yeah, that was me.
• 4:27
  But the fact that if he doesn't reach out to me, you know, I'm just saying that
• 4:31
  he's not seizing the moment and the whole point of that everything happens for
• 4:36
  a reason, you know what I'm saying?
• 4:38
  And I came across so many people. Hey, listen, everything happens for a reason.
• 4:42
  Indeed, but what are you doing? What are you taking away from that?
• 4:48
  Coming across people, opportunities coming up.
• 4:52
  Somewhere we sometimes wake up in the morning and there's a gut feeling that tell us, you know what?
• 4:57
  Don't do it. But then you end up doing it.
• 5:00
  And then when you did it, you kind of say, wow, you know, this is the first
• 5:04
  time that my gut feeling says don't do something. But now I feel good doing
• 5:08
  it And I'm like You know what Everything happens for a reason Why was that reason?
• 5:13
  Sometimes People React on that gut instinct That little gut.
• 5:18
  Intuition that we have, you know what I'm saying? And that's rightfully so, eh?
• 5:23
  Have you been in that situation where it's like, you know, your gut feeling
• 5:28
  tells us something, but your mind is like, you know, I don't know.
• 5:32
  So sometimes you're like, you know, I'm going to go with my gut feeling, right?
• 5:36
  I remember, you know, there was an occasion, a sister-in-arms one morning woke up.
• 5:41
  I'm like, man, my gut feeling tells me, you know what, I'm going to stay home, but I got so much to do.
• 5:46
  So she decided to stay home to find out that within, you know,
• 5:51
  the 30 minutes of her getting up during the time that she takes the train, apparently,
• 5:57
  you know, there was a little accident in the train that it was delayed for an hour or so.
• 6:03
  And she was like, wow, because if I would have been stuck in that train,
• 6:08
  not moving where you can't get out, just in the tracks, I suffer from a little
• 6:13
  anxiety. And then, you know, she was telling me, and you see,
• 6:15
  those are the things that we mean by that.
• 6:18
  So if you went on your gut instinct, you say, you see, everything happens for
• 6:21
  a reason. You see, there was a voice in my head.
• 6:24
  Perhaps it's God telling me just to stay home. Then what do you do when you do home, right?
• 6:30
  You know, if you're, let's say, Christian and you decided, let's say,
• 6:33
  on that scenario, that you felt like God was, you know, kind of like letting
• 6:38
  you stay home and you're still home.
• 6:41
  First thing you want to do is thank God, give a little prayer.
• 6:44
  Open the Bible, do something to that effect. You know what I'm saying?
• 6:47
  And again, it goes to different people who have different believers that whatever
• 6:52
  your belief system is, right,
• 6:56
  whatever it is that you want to do in life or whatever it is,
• 7:01
  that if you say to yourself, hey, listen, everything happens for a reason, just seize that moment.
• 7:09
  Don't wait, like, what, two days, three days later? And, you know,
• 7:12
  sometimes there's things that happen in life that could take some time. Absolutely.
• 7:18
  But don't let those things, don't let time just dictate.
• 7:22
  If you know that there's an open door there, then hey, by all means.
• 7:27
  And it has happened to me. And again, and I go back to the interesting story of my life.
• 7:33
  That I spent almost half a decade helping, or at least it's not even helping.
• 7:40
  Let's just put it this way, that I basically saved somebody's life,
• 7:44
  literally, somebody who was ready to give up on life.
• 7:48
  And I like to think that, hey, listen, I'm pretty sure our life did not put
• 7:53
  that person in my life just so that I could be fooled to think that,
• 7:56
  hey, listen, I thought, you know, there was a connection there. That's why I saved you.

  I like to think that life did not fool me, that there's something that's going
• 8:04
  to come out that's going to be legendary.
• 8:06
  And I'm pretty sure And that's where I got this podcast To share these stories
• 8:11
  Because we all learning From each other You know what I'm saying?

  You know, I know I just came across an artist.

  She does the little commission thing going on, little something going on.

  And, you know, the other day she's like, wow, I can't believe,
• 8:25
  you know, because I like to network.

  Every time I go to, like, an event, whether it's that, you know,
• 8:30
  the Puerto Rican festival thing, let's go, woo, ha, you know what I mean?

  You know, every time I do a little whatever fundraiser, whatever event, you know, I network.

  Pow, pow, pow, pow, pow. Give out my business card. Pow, here we go.

  I got a podcast. It's a little small podcast, but I'll guarantee my podcast,

  it's on a trajectory to be one of the best shows.

  Sometimes you don't. Sometimes the numbers, I might not be in the top 10,

  whatever it is, but I'm pretty sure you're listening to this and you're enjoying it.

  And she came out the other day, wow. You know, I'm glad that I came across you,

  you know, Because sometimes I feel like I need motivation to,

  I could join, and I listen to the podcast with a hat about, you know, what's your motto?

  You know what I mean? What's that thing that defines you, that that's who you are?

  Whether it's no fear, whether whatever it is that psychs you up.

  And so you heard that just like 1,000 over 1,500 downloads, views,

  or whatever the case might be.

  And look at that. And that young sister did a little art after that.

  And she was pumped. She reached out to me.

  She texted me and said, man, I'm glad that I came across you.

  Let's do it. That's what I'm talking about.

  So that's why I say that my life, when it comes to my story,
