- 1:19[SPEAKER_01]: What happens when you have a life, right?
- 1:22[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my God, it is.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_02]: It is.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_02]: What is up, like Robin said?
- 1:28[SPEAKER_02]: It is tea time.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going Robin.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_02]: It's been a minute.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's been a minute.
- 1:32[SPEAKER_02]: And we are back officially back from summer.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, kind of officially back, but um, won't be her next week.
- 1:45[SPEAKER_02]: Well, then after that, we won't stop until.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_01]: Then our mouths will not stop.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_02]: Well, not stopgabbing and not stop talking.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_02]: But what is up, Robin?
- 1:56[SPEAKER_02]: It's summertime.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: And like Robin said, it's a lot going on.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_02]: The World Cup happened.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_02]: One with tennis happening, happening, U.S. laws to, well, between those bell drum, bell drum, right?
- 2:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, um, should have never lost,
- 2:14[SPEAKER_02]: things shouldn't ever went that.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_02]: Anyway, you know, I said this.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_02]: Anytime someone puts their foot or their hands into something, it always turns to shit.
- 2:29[SPEAKER_02]: Ert.
- 2:31[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, so I don't know enough about soccer.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_02]: I know enough, but I don't know enough to say my ultimately, my auto opinion on on this,
- 2:42[SPEAKER_02]: because I just think it was, it was kind of nasty.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, we can move on because also when we'll turn this happening and Coco's playing right now and I'm, and I'm need for her to win this match in order for her to go to the finals.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm watching here, but also two of you didn't hear my son, he has a job.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_02]: now.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: And it's an important job.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's, yeah.
- 3:10[SPEAKER_02]: And now I'll tell you that's part of Robin.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_02]: It's just, oh yeah, it's his first job.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_02]: First ever job at first first first ever.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_02]: 14 years old and he's a counselor.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_02]: He's a camp counselor.
- 3:23[SPEAKER_02]: So proud of him.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_02]: And he now has his own key Robin.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to need a minute for that.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 3:41[UNKNOWN]: Yes.
- 3:41[UNKNOWN]: Yes.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_02]: What's up, Sandra?
- 3:43[SPEAKER_02]: We miss all of you guys.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_02]: We miss all of you guys.
- 3:47[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you guys for tuning in.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_02]: Appreciate every one of you.
- 3:51[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: What's since we appreciate everyone.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: Can you read what's up?
- 3:59[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yes.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_02]: I will.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_02]: I will.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_02]: Let me find it.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_02]: So, when me and Robin, Robin and I got off the last time we did a pod, I got a message from, yes, from J.R.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_02]: Pro Jr. of J.R. And it says, and I'm going to read a little bit.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_02]: He said, Hey, tip, I just wanted to tell you that I enjoyed your, I enjoy your content, your bills content.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_02]: You and Robin are doing, do a great job balancing football analysis with keeping things fun and engaged.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_02]: There are a lot of bills, creators out there, but you guys have built something that feels authentic and easy to listen to.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_02]: Now, me and Robin, before we started this pod, we wanted to just to be ourselves.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_02]: And because we couldn't be no one else but us,
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: And we wasn't trying to follow the look, right?
- 4:56[SPEAKER_02]: We weren't trying to follow what you did or whatever.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_02]: And we want to just be two females, voices, in this thing, and just talk football.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_02]: So when we see this, her and I both cry.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_02]: Because it's like, you hate it.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_01]: ever.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because keeping it real is sort of what I have felt has been the foundation if you will of our podcast and what makes us different.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: We may not always agree.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_01]: We may not, most of the time it's weird though, we do seem to agree on most things.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_01]: We've always been that way.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_01]: We read each other's minds.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of a weird thing folks.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: But truly, I want to say thank you to J.R. Jr. That fed my soul.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't think you understand what you did.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_02]: But maybe you do.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: And we are truly, truly grateful that.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_02]: That's the highest phrase.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_01]: That's why we do this.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_01]: That's why we do this thing.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_01]: Because we want to be authentic, right?
- 6:23[SPEAKER_01]: And being authentic about the Buffalo bills isn't always what you see in different media content.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_01]: Now, there are people who just,
- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: strictly stick with analytics and that's great, you know, we all need different kinds of content out there, but I have always felt that our show was going to be about our point of view and have, you know, what we see through our own eyes and our own authentic self, if we will, and sometimes we go into things with other people and.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: It's okay, you know, it's okay to just agree.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_01]: And hopefully if we can show a way of being able to do that with respect toward one another, wouldn't that be nice, right?
- 7:14[SPEAKER_01]: As you were talking about earlier, I don't hang out on Twitter nearly as much as I used to.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: And I probably won't, but you'll see me from time to time popping in and out.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_01]: But that's pretty much where I limit things, because social media can just be too toxic.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, baby.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_02]: And what's up Thomas?
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: Thomas, you guys are here to, uh, come on, welcome back, dang it.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but let's get into it, um, talk to me about Stevie Johnson and Cleon Coleman.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, there was.
- 7:49[SPEAKER_01]: If you haven't heard it already, uh, was on one bill's live, there was an interview with Steve Tasker, Chris Brown, and our good friend, Stevie Johnson, and Stevie came on to talk about Keyon Coleman and the work that he has been doing with Keyon over the summer.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: And I must say, I came away from that.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_01]: even more impressed with Stevie Johnson than I've already been, which I didn't think that my respect for him could be any higher.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_01]: The work that he did with Keyon was special because it was work way beyond just the exes and owes.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's what Keyon needed.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_01]: Stevie gave him
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: and allowed him to be who he was.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: You want to talk about being authentic.
- 8:42[SPEAKER_01]: Stevie is authentic, and Stevie has a way of communicating that's very authentic.
- 8:48[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that the relationship that he developed with Kian, even a very short period of time, was extremely meaningful.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_01]: In fact, to quote Stevie,
- 9:01[SPEAKER_01]: Stevie said, and I quote, and this is important, that Keyon is a quote, master-false student of the game.
- 9:11[SPEAKER_01]: Take that in folks for those who think that Keyon's just, you know, not serious and doesn't know what he's doing in blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing could be further from the truth.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_01]: If you listen to Stevie Johnson,
- 9:24[SPEAKER_01]: Nothing could be further from the truth and I'll tell you what he said on this interview impressed me so much I had an open mind about Kian because I know there are some
- 9:36[SPEAKER_01]: wide receivers in particular that can take a few years before they really develop into who they're going to be.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_01]: And we don't know who Kian is going to be because Kian didn't know who he was going to be.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_01]: But Kian has matured.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_01]: And if Stevie has mentored him in that regard by helping him
- 10:02[SPEAKER_01]: And not scripted, like we talked about off the air, you know, that he would take a play literally instead of, okay, you need to go between five and 15 yards.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_01]: He would, you know, he would go the exact 12 yards, whatever it was that the route was supposed to be run.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_01]: And Stevie says, no, you wanna be a professional athlete, right?
- 10:25[SPEAKER_01]: You wanna be an athlete.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_01]: Just go ahead and have the professional part work.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_02]: when I watched some of it on the podcast, Stevie Johnson said the key on that you guys see on social media is not the key on that I've seen and spoke to face and face.
- 10:48[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, they're stuff out there with Kian and Shaman Derman and whatever that is, right.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_02]: And
- 10:57[SPEAKER_02]: as fans, we get caught up in all of that.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_02]: I want, first of all, I'll say this.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_02]: I want, and I know Robin wants this.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_02]: We want Kion to win, and I know people also want that too.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_02]: I want Kion to be the best athlete he can be in a bill's jersey.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: And whatever that is, and if that is,
- 11:18[SPEAKER_02]: Like we said off Mike because running around at 15 if the route is supposed to be 15 yards and you run in that route, but Josh needed to do it only do 10.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_02]: You have to say listen, how this game is planned Josh be me to not to be precise when it comes to my route running.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_02]: You that's that communication between that quarterback and that why receiver.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_02]: He says, he on is a professional athlete.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_02]: Well, he just needs me.
- 11:47[SPEAKER_01]: Steve, he played like that.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_01]: Go back in time and think about what he was the biggest.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_02]: What did Coco do?
- 11:55[SPEAKER_02]: She had match point.
- 11:58[SPEAKER_02]: Go, sorry.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, sorry.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, seriously, Keon, I forgot what I was talking about.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_02]: see what you did to me.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_02]: I know my bag.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_02]: I blanked out because you get 20.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_02]: I got to turn this off.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_01]: That's what we find out if she won.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_02]: All right.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, my God.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_01]: Hey, we're having fun here today folks.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_01]: No, I was talking about Stevie was a guy when he played.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_01]: If you remember fits loved him.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, because
- 12:29[SPEAKER_01]: Because he improvised, he improvised all the time, he improvised, and in fact, sometimes people would be like, what route was that?
- 12:39[SPEAKER_02]: It wasn't.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_01]: And Stevie would just be like, I just got open, right?
- 12:45[SPEAKER_01]: Like, isn't that the idea just get open?
- 12:48[SPEAKER_01]: Well, isn't that what?
- 12:50[SPEAKER_01]: the best message that could possibly be given to Keon, because which quarterback is more of a cowboy pardon upon than Josh Allen on the fly.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_01]: So if you can just get your ass open, Josh will get you the ball.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_02]: And you don't need to run that precise route.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_02]: And I, he's not Tom Brady.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_02]: And this is why I think the mentorship with P. on when he first came in, should have been Steve.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_02]: I was screaming it when he came in.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm not going to let this go because I was screaming it when he came in, get him with Stevie Johnson, get him with Stevie Johnson.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_02]: They have the same body type that background is basketball, footwork is the same way.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: Get him with.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_02]: Stevie Johnson, thank you John.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_02]: Please like and subscribe share this please We're coming back.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_02]: We need y'all Celebrate y'all celebrate us subscribe to the channel.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, but yes
- 13:52[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, sorry.
- 13:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, no.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_02]: No, no.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_02]: It's still tint.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_02]: It's tint tint.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_02]: And we're good past all guys.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so sorry.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: When we're tint is my favorite.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to follow this now.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_01]: You're.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_02]: When we're tint is my thing.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_02]: That was a good shot.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_02]: And if you don't know about when we're tinted, you know, don't know about tinted and cocoa.
- 14:08[SPEAKER_02]: Y'all better go.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_02]: I'll follow cocoa.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, you know now.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_01]: But yes, we have a special connection to women's tennis.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_01]: So back to, can we move on?
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_01]: Because I know you're ready.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_01]: You can load me up.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_01]: Good.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_02]: You guys don't know.
- 14:33[SPEAKER_02]: And you haven't read this article about the Buffalo Bills skill set and how
- 14:42[SPEAKER_02]: We are the bills are ranked 28, 29 this year, 28 in 2025, 24 in 2024, the bills have one of the worst sets of playmaker groups this year.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_02]: According to this guy, do we need to say
- 15:11[SPEAKER_01]: I'll say it, you know, you know, Arnold, well, you are a master of click bait.
- 15:20[SPEAKER_02]: So the bills went and got Josh a number one right receiver.
- 15:25[SPEAKER_02]: And it's amazing to me now that he's with the bills.
- 15:28[SPEAKER_02]: He sucks, he's this, he's not good.
- 15:31[SPEAKER_02]: He's, you know, and I'm like, you guys weren't saying none of this went all she lost, cutting it, is all right.
- 15:41[SPEAKER_02]: You weren't saying this when he was with Chicago.
- 15:45[SPEAKER_02]: They weren't saying any of this.
- 15:48[SPEAKER_02]: Now he's with the Buffalo Bills.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_02]: DJ Moore is not a good one, see.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_02]: But anyway, the bills are ranked 29.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_02]: Above them is the Tennessee Titans.
- 16:04[SPEAKER_02]: Tennessee Titans.
- 16:05[SPEAKER_02]: And the Raiders have the best skillset.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_02]: Before the Buffalo bills, are you guys kidding me?
- 16:18[SPEAKER_01]: I'm telling you, the first time I got wind of this discussion, I could not believe it what I was hearing.
- 16:28[SPEAKER_01]: Are you kidding me?
- 16:30[SPEAKER_01]: Let's start with the tight ends, okay?
- 16:33[SPEAKER_01]: Let's start with the tight ends.
- 16:41[SPEAKER_02]: in the NFL, we might need the top.
- 16:45[SPEAKER_01]: Dalton can Kate, who admittedly, yes, he has injury problems.
- 16:50[SPEAKER_01]: But if he ends up having a whole season, watch out.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_01]: We have Dawson Knox experienced kind of your jackknife all purpose tight-end and then you have my man.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_01]: Just give me some Jackson Haas.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_01]: People are idiots if you do not know how special Jackson Haas is.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_01]: Do you know what is it like to come into the National Football League and literally be the best blocking tight-end in the NFL in your rookie year?
- 17:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 17:28[SPEAKER_01]: Fight me on it.
- 17:30[SPEAKER_01]: He is the best blocking tight end in the NFL and he can catch the ball.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_01]: How many times is he cut a really nice and important pass from Josh Allen?
- 17:41[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, third tight end.
- 17:43[SPEAKER_01]: So take that and yeah, I just, I don't know.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_02]: If you would have said 29 last year, I would have probably believed you for sure.
- 17:57[SPEAKER_02]: 29th last year, I'm with it.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_01]: But Thomas says he likes it when we get slept on.
- 18:04[SPEAKER_02]: And I do, I do too, but I like it too.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, shit.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, come.
- 18:08[SPEAKER_02]: But also, too, I just think that what comes to low-hanging fruit, that's what they do is just buffalo bills.
- 18:18[SPEAKER_02]: And I think we are at this stage now.
- 18:22[SPEAKER_02]: This is because this is about to go into training camp.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_02]: It's like the buff a little less it's to old press the button is time to shit on the bills guys are you ready.
- 18:31[SPEAKER_02]: It's time.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_02]: It's like shit on the bill season.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_02]: Are we ready?
- 18:35[SPEAKER_02]: Like 29.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_01]: We're easy prey as we are for sure.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_01]: So in skin as a fan base, we should we should be used to this by now shouldn't we after decade after decade after decade after decade of this.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_01]: We should be used to this by now.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but I'm
- 18:57[SPEAKER_01]: I'm never going to quite get used to the irrational part of it, right?
- 19:03[SPEAKER_01]: Like when you, when you are simply spewing crap without any basis, in fact, okay, you can reach the wide receivers.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_01]: They're terrible.
- 19:13[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, through the worst, did they not say they were the worst that Josh Allen has ever faced, had ever had on his team.
- 19:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_01]: Excuse me, Kelvin Benjamin and Robert Foster sticking up your wazoo.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_01]: You want to tell me that that said a wide receivers was better.
- 19:32[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_01]: Or a key on Coleman and Khalil Shakir.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_01]: Get out of my face.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_02]: I know it's not
- 19:48[SPEAKER_02]: The, the, oh my god, what is the, the eyeball or the missing piece of the surprise piece is going to be Joe Brady and his play calling and on the defensive side of it is Jim was saying, John, why can't I think of the defensive coordinator's name Jim Leonard Jim Leonard, thank you they might be.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they might be those missing pieces.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_02]: So we don't, we know what's on, we know kind of know what's on the office inside of the ball, but we really don't know defensively what's gonna happen.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_02]: And to your question, John, do I think they carry a full back
- 20:30[SPEAKER_02]: I think they do, but if they don't, Jackson Halls is there, because Jackson Halls, we didn't use that extra linemen, we had Jackson Halls.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_02]: So you removed that guy, and you brought in Jackson Halls as that 13.
- 20:47[SPEAKER_02]: 13 personnel and bubble of bills was one of the besides the Rams, the bubble of bills is one of the top teams to use it.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_02]: And now everybody else is following suit.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't I think they carry it, but also to do I think they use it.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_01]: It's it's this is the other thing.
- 21:09[SPEAKER_01]: Excuse me for interrupt.
- 21:10[SPEAKER_01]: No, you're that.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_01]: The other thing about this that's a little bit difficult to predict along with Jim Leonard, we have a new O.C.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so we don't know how much influence this is going to, this is going to change maybe some of the play calling, maybe.
- 21:32[SPEAKER_01]: but there's definitely going to be feedback going back and forth with Joe Brady all the time and you cannot dispute the fact that the bills have an offense.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_01]: I'm very satisfied that they have the experience they need to call the right place to not be and forgive me, Sean McDermott, but to not hamstring the offense
- 22:01[SPEAKER_01]: what you want them to do.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_01]: Let them do what they do best.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_01]: And that's what is going to happen now.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_01]: And Jim Leonard will be on defense creating, and we've talked about this many times.
- 22:16[SPEAKER_01]: The defense is not going to look anything like the defense we've seen from since Rex Ryan.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, it's going to be completely different.
- 22:31[SPEAKER_01]: I think we have to take a lot of the clickbait stuff with, you know, a grain of salt, but sometimes it gets beyond the pale in terms of ridiculous stories.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yes.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_02]: And the question for John or I think someone stated that if it was John, I apologize if it wasn't you that they said that she care will be playing outside, which is great.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_02]: And that means you will move key on inside.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_02]: which I'm fine with, I'm fine with you.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_02]: If you have a multi-wide receiver who could do plenty of positions,
- 23:04[SPEAKER_02]: Then mix it up because I want to see Kian win.
- 23:07[SPEAKER_02]: Not saying that I don't want to see Kian win.
- 23:10[SPEAKER_02]: Not saying that I don't want this offense to flow.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_02]: I want it to stretch down the field.
- 23:15[SPEAKER_02]: I want it to be more versatile than what it was last year.
- 23:20[SPEAKER_02]: Because for me and I know for you because we talked a lot, just like you just said, you thought this offense was freaking handcuffed.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: To what it was like, it was like, you're at home like, why can't we just get,
- 23:32[SPEAKER_02]: Five yards.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_02]: What's the problem?
- 23:34[SPEAKER_02]: Like it was so painful as a fan to watch at times it was first in five second and three is like can we get third and 10 can we get third and but like it was just so okay.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_01]: You didn't have your right.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_01]: There wasn't a flow to the offense that we saw in previous years.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_01]: Like I think back to the year 2020, the year of the pandemic.
- 24:03[SPEAKER_01]: And our offense that year was just so incredibly gifted in the flow.
- 24:10[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 24:11[SPEAKER_01]: It was was okay.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_02]: Don't worry about it.
- 24:13[SPEAKER_02]: It's it's 13 17.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_02]: Oh,
- 24:20[SPEAKER_01]: Right, you never forgot it.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_01]: And Josh Allen, you don't know.
- 24:26[SPEAKER_01]: I understand you want to have some balance between running the ball and passing the ball.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_01]: But the bottom line is the game is always about what do it you got to do to win.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_01]: Right, you know, it doesn't have to be.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, Brian Dayball, we had an offense that was way, way, way skewed to the side of passing the ball and not running the ball very much.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_01]: And they did just fine.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_01]: So I think the pendulum swings in now, the running game is becoming more established part of the game, calling and so on.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure that this offense is going to be good.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_01]: I'm sure of it, as long as they stay healthy, right?
- 25:12[SPEAKER_01]: As long as they stay healthy.
- 25:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I feel, and I just have to say this, I feel the exact opposite as this barnwell boso, because I do, where's this shit coming from?
- 25:26[SPEAKER_01]: I love our wide receivers because I think this group is very diverse and if Keon Coleman can pull his shit together like you and I have talked about and have a breakout season because some wide receivers take a couple years to develop and all of a sudden they blow up.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_01]: There's no reason to say that that won't happen with Keon and if it does,
- 25:53[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_01]: That's why I did say, go to my upside down.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_01]: He looks like, who cares exactly, wherever he's put.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_02]: I like the fact that you did talk about why receiver and an article came out where they ranked the running backs rather, and James Cook came in, James Cook came in at number seven.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_02]: Which I like.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, he was a leading russia last year.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to go into this cup up because he's a leading russia.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_02]: Some had him highest as three, some had him low as as 10.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_02]: So let me read the list because I'll read some.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_02]: Number one is, what's the name Robert said?
- 26:40[SPEAKER_02]: And you got Gibbs number two, Barclay number three, McAfrey number four,
- 26:47[SPEAKER_02]: from Indy is number five.
- 26:50[SPEAKER_02]: Derek Raining number six in James Cook number seven.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not mad because I mean, they're when I'm good with that.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_02]: I'm good with that.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_02]: I'm good with that.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'm good with that because she like having we talked about this off the air.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_01]: He's got to stop fumbling the past.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah James the last time we've seen him he fumbled the last game was say he fumbled once every 81 carries once and day I did not know that
- 27:29[SPEAKER_01]: that's terrible.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_01]: That's terrible.
- 27:32[SPEAKER_01]: You have to hang on to the ball.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_01]: And everybody knows that that's the book on him.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_01]: So they poke the ball out.
- 27:38[SPEAKER_01]: He gets peanut punched more than anybody.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 27:41[SPEAKER_01]: And it works.
- 27:42[SPEAKER_01]: That's why.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_01]: So stop it.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_02]: Because he, you know what it is, Robin.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_02]: He's so loose with it.
- 27:49[SPEAKER_02]: He is and he is exactly very loose with it and you know who else was loose with it, but they he didn't fumble the ball Oh, no, no that's him too running back that we had shady shady was hosts with that ball, but he didn't fumble
- 28:05[SPEAKER_01]: You did not fumble.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_01]: Not like James Cook fumble.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_01]: When James fumbles, he fumbles and he fumbles at the worst possible time.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_01]: I'm worse possible.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I'm just going right here.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_02]: But.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_02]: No fatigue.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_02]: That's I think it's time Robin.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we're going to get a message.
- 28:28[SPEAKER_02]: You guys are about to hear it.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_02]: So here.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_02]: Time to go up on this one.
- 28:51[SPEAKER_02]: I can't start this time to spill the tea.
- 28:54[SPEAKER_02]: This is where Robin and I spill some tea on things we love.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_02]: We might not love.
- 28:59[SPEAKER_02]: We just want to make an appointment off.
- 29:01[SPEAKER_02]: We have to spill some tea.
- 29:03[SPEAKER_02]: So take your set if you have something to drink because we're about to spill it.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_02]: we know that some of the names are not gonna be there.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_02]: Well, some of the names that are that's gonna go on to the stadium and display somewhere inside of the stadium is gonna be Jim Kelly, it's gonna be Ralph Wilson, it's gonna be Bruce Smith, Thurron Thomas.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_02]: But one that's not gonna be is okay.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_02]: And I know everybody has their own thing about O.J.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_02]: O.J.
- 29:48[SPEAKER_02]: is this O.J.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_02]: is that if we're just sticking to football because some of y'all just want to stick to football and now when we stick to football, O.J.
- 29:56[SPEAKER_02]: you're bringing something else.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_02]: So let me know if he's sticking to football or we're going personal.
- 30:01[SPEAKER_02]: But me, I'm sticking to football.
- 30:04[SPEAKER_02]: So as football related, O.J.
- 30:09[SPEAKER_02]: is the Buffalo Bills at least top five
- 30:15[SPEAKER_02]: in the whole NFL, he's a Hall of Famer.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_02]: You can't say Buffalo Bill's running back without thinking, OJ.
- 30:26[SPEAKER_02]: Now if you do, you're just being dismissive and you're being, other words, right?
- 30:32[SPEAKER_02]: But here's the one thing, if you're not gonna have OJ, can I not have Jim Kelly?
- 30:40[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we don't want to talk about that now, do we?
- 30:42[SPEAKER_02]: So are we sticking to football?
- 30:44[SPEAKER_02]: Are we sticking the personal?
- 30:46[SPEAKER_02]: Because I want to know where I need to have this argument, because if we're just sticking to football, put all J back on there, and you know what, Jim Kelly can stay, too.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't know.
- 30:58[SPEAKER_02]: You let me know where we're going.
- 31:02[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 31:03[SPEAKER_01]: And I couldn't have said it better, sister.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_01]: I could not have said it better.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_02]: Just want to know what we're at.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's exactly, as you say, either it's football or it's not football.
- 31:18[SPEAKER_01]: And if it's going to be about football, I remember because I'm old enough.
- 31:23[SPEAKER_01]: I saw a J play.
- 31:25[SPEAKER_01]: Not live because I was too busy and too poor to go to football games at that point in my life.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_01]: But I watched every game that OJ played for the Buffalo Bills.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_01]: If you saw him live, if you ever watched him in person, he was the most incredible athlete of his time.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_01]: He was, say, Juan Barclay on Roy.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_02]: Put him down, you couldn't take him down.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_01]: And once he got into high gear, you were not gonna catch him.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_01]: He was one of the most beautiful athletes to watch perform his sport and is it too much to ask that we don't erase his existence as a professional athlete.
- 32:26[SPEAKER_01]: We don't have to cancel his existence.
- 32:32[SPEAKER_01]: Whether or not whatever he did,
- 32:34[SPEAKER_01]: And, you know, we all have our own opinions and believe me, I have my own about O.J.
- 32:40[SPEAKER_01]: I, I'm old enough to remember O.J.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_01]: in his bad boy days.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_01]: And so it didn't surprise me that his life went awry.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 32:51[SPEAKER_01]: That being said, what he did on the field was something absolutely marvelous to watch.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_01]: Why do we have anybody's name on a wall?
- 33:09[SPEAKER_01]: Because there are many athletes whose names are on walls that have done bad things.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_01]: Cough, cough, air, and hernandas.
- 33:20[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
- 33:22[SPEAKER_01]: So let's get real here.
- 33:25[SPEAKER_01]: And I'll say it, some people would be
- 33:36[SPEAKER_01]: but I think it boils down to an issue of race, I do.
- 33:44[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm sorry to say that, but if O.J.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_01]: work white, I wonder if it would be different.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I mean, you can honestly say yes because Jim Kelly is on the wall.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know how I feel about Jim Kelly.
- 34:06[SPEAKER_02]: I don't need to keep saying this over and over again about Jim Kelly.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think Jim Kelly, and I don't like to do this either because I don't, I do believe in Cairo.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_02]: I do believe things people in certain ways because if this doesn't happen to you, then this happened to you, I am, I believe are of the all that.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_02]: But Jim Kelly is Matt living the most healthy as life, but you know, it is what it is.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_02]: And hey, if his wife still loves him, who am I to say, but again, Jim Kelly's on the wall, you can keep O.J.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_02]: on the wall.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: That's how I feel about it.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_02]: Period.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_02]: This man, Sandra asked how many 2000 yards seasons did he have?
- 34:47[SPEAKER_02]: He only had one.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_02]: But the fact that he had two thousand, what are we saying here?
- 34:51[SPEAKER_02]: Two days, I was talking about it.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, yeah, in 14 games, in 14 games, in Zen.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_02]: It's, come on, thank what are we doing?
- 35:01[SPEAKER_02]: And I was strictly talking about football.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_02]: Miss me with everything else.
- 35:05[SPEAKER_02]: I know what he did.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_02]: We understand that we were there for it.
- 35:08[SPEAKER_02]: We watched a trial.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_02]: We get it.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_02]: We understand it.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_02]: I get that.
- 35:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not talking about O.J.
- 35:13[SPEAKER_02]: after, after football.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just talking, talking about football.
- 35:19[SPEAKER_02]: That is it.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_02]: And if you want to kill me with that, okay fine.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_02]: But, and I'm not telling him to shut up and take the ball, or whatever.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_02]: but I'm not the problem that I have.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, nope, I'm not even going there because that's our last segment.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_01]: But we're spending the day here.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_02]: I was gonna keep on spending the day, but we can go on to what if you want.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_01]: No, we'll break it up a little bit.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_01]: We'll break it up a little bit.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_02]: He said, I wanted to wear OJ jerseys for the home game, home opener game, but I can't find any of these tools.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I miss.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I can't find any tools.
- 36:02[SPEAKER_02]: It's keep looking.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_02]: Listen, OJ, I don't even, if y'all don't know what we're talking about and put the bias aside and just go watch OJ Play Football at the top of the top of his career.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_02]: OJ was the man in Buffalo in this city.
- 36:25[SPEAKER_02]: The man, when there was a lot of tension, when if you know what I'm saying, he was the man.
- 36:33[SPEAKER_02]: He was the man.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, anyway, we can move on.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_02]: We spilled the tea enough.
- 36:41[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what we sent when it comes to this who's on a wall who's not on the wall who's in memory circle, whatever, just it's just think it's a lot this stadium is becoming a lot and we're going to have a we're going to talk about
- 37:10[SPEAKER_02]: interested or the the commanders may be interested in him next year if the commanders don't turn it around.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_02]: So he might be back coaching very very soon.
- 37:24[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not mad at seeing him on that side of the.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm sure people
- 37:36[SPEAKER_01]: want to rip on Sean McDermott and a lot of the criticism was justified.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_01]: Probably more than I realized until he got fired and stuff came out afterwards.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_01]: But at the same time, this guy knows how to win.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_01]: And he knows how to build a teen like a teen culture.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_01]: The culture here sucked y'all.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, it's terrible.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_01]: It was terrible.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_01]: He changed everything.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_01]: The minute he walked through the door, he changed everything.
- 38:15[SPEAKER_01]: And he's another one that I think over time.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_01]: I hope that people will come to learn to respect the good things that he did for the Buffalo Bills, because yes, the playoffs were a frustration, yes, his defense became outmoded.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, he played preventive defense.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, he choked.
- 38:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, 13 seconds.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_02]: It's on him.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, we needed a change.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_02]: I was a roater die summit during till maybe two years now.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_02]: I was like, OK, Sean.
- 38:53[SPEAKER_02]: I can't defend you no more.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_02]: I can't, you cannot continue to think to do the same thing and just expect different results.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_02]: That's insanity.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_02]: We can't continue with the same dance that we keep doing.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_02]: I was over it and when they fired them, I was, oh my God, they did it.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_02]: I wasn't shocked that they fired them.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_02]: I was shocked they did it.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I was too.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_01]: I was too.
- 39:23[SPEAKER_01]: And in retrospect, I think it was the right thing to do for the team for sure, but also for him, he needed this shake up because I do think Sean McDermott doesn't tend to make the same mistake twice.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_02]: And he's tried to change.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_02]: What's up Rob, try to change.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_02]: But when you have the stripes, they're there.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I mean?
- 40:01[SPEAKER_02]: You went right back to who he is and who his DNA is.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_02]: I get it.
- 40:06[SPEAKER_02]: So now we just need to move on.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_01]: You just need to write.
- 40:11[SPEAKER_01]: And hey Rob, to acknowledge you, you have always been,
- 40:17[SPEAKER_01]: is staunch critic of Sean McGermett and we call a Sean McGermett and we call a Sean McGermett or a heater, we can call them that.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_01]: That's a Sean McGermett heater, but that but and that's what Rob would say was absolutely legitimate, absolutely legitimate.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_01]: The criticism is we're absolutely legitimate, it's the conclusion.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_01]: that I couldn't come to the same place because I as a whole focus so much in the world of culture that I see how important and rare it is for a coach to be able to create that kind of culture and it's like, okay, we'll give him every opportunity to do this and he had more than
- 41:07[SPEAKER_01]: final level and was never able to do that.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_01]: So the jury is out.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_01]: We'll see what happens, but I'm teaching Josh Allen and I will say this.
- 41:16[SPEAKER_01]: I also read that Josh Allen made a comment and you know Josh chooses his words very clearly.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_02]: He does.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_02]: He does.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_01]: But he said that he was excited and that was the word that he used because a change was needed.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_01]: So for Josh Allen to say that, that says a lot.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 41:39[SPEAKER_01]: That says a lot to me that he would be that open to say that a change was needed and that he's very excited about the future.
- 41:48[SPEAKER_01]: So I think there's reason for a lot of optimism there.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_01]: Look to Sean.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, absolutely.
- 41:54[SPEAKER_02]: You know, now that Sean is not here, and I don't like to point fingers when someone's no longer here, like everything is Sean with Dermac's fault,
- 42:05[SPEAKER_02]: I'll say this about it is that do I think when you have the plan and the plan is not executed is that Sean no here's the plan.
- 42:18[SPEAKER_02]: you have to execute the plan and in between the execution of the plan, if it falls short, of course, it's going to go to the head coach because he's ahead of that.
- 42:27[SPEAKER_02]: But some of the stuff that happened wasn't ultimately Sean's doing.
- 42:32[SPEAKER_02]: I can't also do the execution of this throw the ball and also catch the ball.
- 42:37[SPEAKER_02]: Some of these stuff has to also land on players.
- 42:42[SPEAKER_02]: But I know it's going to land on the head of the guy because the head of the guy is the
- 42:47[SPEAKER_02]: and I totally understand it.
- 42:49[SPEAKER_02]: So, Dips, ultimately, Sean had to go, yes, he had to go and what?
- 42:54[SPEAKER_02]: That looked like he needed to go.
- 42:56[SPEAKER_02]: But let's move on because I want to talk about the extension.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_02]: You said, you, you have put something on Twitter and I read it a little bit of it today this morning.
- 43:07[SPEAKER_02]: Osiris.
- 43:08[SPEAKER_01]: Osiris, Torres.
- 43:09[SPEAKER_01]: Osiris, yes, Osiris.
- 43:12[SPEAKER_02]: So, he's up for a contract.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_02]: contract here.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_02]: And outside of Deon Dawkins and Cody Ford, Torn, Osiris is the highest traffic on alignment that the bills have selected in 10 freaking years.
- 43:36[SPEAKER_02]: He's played 50 games out of 51 and he's
- 43:48[SPEAKER_02]: give this man his money and think he's up he needs it i mean he's done everything that you best i mean there have been times i mean he's not a perfect you know offensive lineman but he's above average what's yes he's way above average dramatic codey for who's still in the league playing that's crazy to me
- 44:16[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it just goes to show you the state of the offensive line in the world of the NFL.
- 44:20[SPEAKER_01]: Right.
- 44:21[SPEAKER_01]: If Cody Ford is a starting offensive line in the league, we have a problem and we have a problem.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 44:30[SPEAKER_01]: And Sandra says they let Gilliam go, they need to keep, they needed to keep him.
- 44:35[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, would have been good.
- 44:36[SPEAKER_01]: But unfortunately, he was too, the previous one is, they, yeah.
- 44:42[SPEAKER_01]: They scoop up a player's that we can't afford to play.
- 44:45[SPEAKER_01]: And I think that's that clowns, you know what I mean?
- 44:48[SPEAKER_02]: My comments to me is he gave him his little coins, whatever.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_02]: I was mad, they let him go, but it is what it is.
- 44:54[SPEAKER_02]: I'm over it.
- 44:55[SPEAKER_02]: Gilliam, I know, y'all, there's a fan base that love Gilliam and full black lives matter, whatever.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_02]: I get it, bye Gilliam.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry, this is what it is.
- 45:11[SPEAKER_02]: Gilliam or my, my, my alignment, um, alignment.
- 45:16[SPEAKER_02]: Jackson Hawks can play.
- 45:19[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, Gilliam's role.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_01]: I think he'll do is good job if not better.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 45:28[SPEAKER_02]: I just want, I don't want to think about my, and I don't think, and, and, and not even that they, they said they're coming.
- 45:36[SPEAKER_02]: There's, there's mutual interest there.
- 45:42[SPEAKER_02]: first game I think so I think it well if there's mutual interest there both sides are talking he's not sitting out he's not doing any of that he's seen his guys get their money and I think I think it's gonna happen I yeah I think the beginning of this season people were saying that he could leave we're fine with it I don't think you roll out this and say
- 46:10[SPEAKER_02]: Let's think about Osiris coming up our next few seasons.
- 46:16[SPEAKER_02]: I want him there unless you are good with the draft picks that you got and you could replace him.
- 46:22[SPEAKER_02]: But I don't know.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_01]: I'd be very distressed if we didn't resign Osiris.
- 46:29[SPEAKER_01]: He has anchored down solidified.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_01]: and put the right side of that offensive line in much better shape.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_01]: And the guard situation for the bills has been in flux for a long time.
- 46:48[SPEAKER_01]: And until Osiris came along, he's probably, I'd have to go back and look, and I may be wrong about this, but I think he's played longer at his position at guard than any other guard has for the bills
- 47:03[SPEAKER_01]: five years.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah, you might be right there.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_01]: You know, he's he's like an anchor there.
- 47:09[SPEAKER_01]: And so, and this is the other thing, let's, I think this gets, it's glossed over too much.
- 47:17[SPEAKER_01]: Kind of a govern.
- 47:19[SPEAKER_01]: Getting him resigned.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that was major.
- 47:22[SPEAKER_02]: Ooh, yeah.
- 47:24[SPEAKER_02]: Huge.
- 47:25[SPEAKER_02]: But there was, you know what, the fan base was saying, oh, we could let him go too.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_02]: the dismissal of players, it's like, oh, we got him go.
- 47:35[SPEAKER_02]: And then you're hearing the whole deon.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, we got him go.
- 47:38[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, guys, we're letting go the whole line.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_02]: Right now, is this what we're doing?
- 47:44[SPEAKER_01]: Stop, and especially if losing Croemer.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, we've got Croemer plans that are in place, but we don't know if they can coach like he did.
- 47:54[SPEAKER_01]: I'm just, you know, I'm not convinced
- 47:59[SPEAKER_02]: be as good as they were in the past because Crovers not there that missing and people are not talking about that Robin and I'm not talking they're talking about the line itself what about what's behind the line what's the guy who coach that up who put told you to put your hands here and I get that he is assistant is there but he is not the guy.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_01]: I just kind of hope, this is what I, this is what I say to myself to comfort myself because I almost went into a spasm when I heard that he was retiring.
- 48:31[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_01]: I almost had a spasm.
- 48:34[SPEAKER_01]: So the only thing that got me through the spasm was realizing that they're probably going to send him cuts of the games and get this.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, can you help us?
- 48:49[SPEAKER_01]: What do we need to do to have us?
- 48:50[SPEAKER_02]: I think more sign them out on essay consultant.
- 48:54[SPEAKER_01]: I don't care what.
- 48:55[SPEAKER_01]: Yes.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, you busy, can you look at this for me, please?
- 49:01[SPEAKER_02]: And if you like Joe Brady, which I'm hearing, that everybody in the organization, and they don't talk bad about Sean, but you can read in between the lines of,
- 49:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's looser in the locker room in the round.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you, you, you, you, you wrecked him isn't so tight.
- 49:25[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 49:26[SPEAKER_02]: You know, I'm saying to tell you here what it is.
- 49:29[SPEAKER_02]: So maybe he can come on as a consultant because he does want to be around his grandkids.
- 49:34[SPEAKER_02]: He said he wants to, you know, spend time around his family, which is why you're around them?
- 49:39[SPEAKER_02]: Why you're sitting with the grandkids?
- 49:40[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_02]: Tell them to sit down, have some popcorn and let's watch film.
- 49:45[SPEAKER_02]: If you could do that for us, please.
- 49:47[SPEAKER_02]: We appreciate it, but before we get to tell some.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_02]: Right, yeah, Robin.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I didn't say anything.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't say anything.
- 49:56[SPEAKER_01]: I had a spell.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_01]: When he retired, I wasn't well.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_02]: I said, why isn't so many people talking about this guy?
- 50:03[SPEAKER_02]: Our coach, our online is going.
- 50:06[SPEAKER_02]: Because he's the guru.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_01]: That's why.
- 50:09[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, for sure.
- 50:11[SPEAKER_02]: Before I get out of here, we do want to talk about the hot topic.
- 50:16[SPEAKER_02]: Practice, practice, tickets, the bills are holding I open, practice on August 18th.
- 50:25[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, so PCPSL holders will not be getting the first crack of these practice tickets.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_02]: This is this ticket situation, so I'll tell you a little tip at what mine.
- 50:43[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't get practice six this year.
- 50:45[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't get them.
- 50:46[SPEAKER_02]: My wife, I told her, hey, hey, sign up.
- 50:49[SPEAKER_02]: She didn't get on my friend.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, sign up.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_02]: She didn't get on my other friend.
- 50:53[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, sign up.
- 50:54[SPEAKER_02]: They didn't get.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't have any practice log out one today.
- 50:58[SPEAKER_02]: So we're not going to any training camp practices unless somebody and they mama feel very, very generous and say, tea, I got two footier.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_02]: I would appreciate if you did.
- 51:13[SPEAKER_02]: So if I don't get any tickets, I won't be going to training camp this year, if anybody has tickets, I've been going for the longest and I don't have any, but I am going to the red white and blue courtesy of Lee Sean, he had one ticket and he gave it to me this morning and I was so grateful to him.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_01]: You're so much.
- 51:39[SPEAKER_02]: She was out of town.
- 51:40[SPEAKER_02]: He was like, yeah, I'm not going to be going.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, but anyway, such a hot topic.
- 51:46[SPEAKER_02]: Again, I went into Twitter.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_02]: Why did I do it?
- 51:49[SPEAKER_02]: Because you guys are ruthless over there.
- 51:56[SPEAKER_02]: God's in it.
- 51:58[SPEAKER_02]: Talk to me in a rather hour.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_02]: Let me, what are you feeling?
- 52:01[SPEAKER_01]: Well, well, for one thing, I have to.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_01]: plead my own situation for sure I've been basically unable to come back to Buffalo for training camp basically for the last five years because people that live out of town can't get practice tickets unless you know somebody or that's sort of thing.
- 52:33[SPEAKER_01]: And so what used to be, and I would come every other year or so for a few years, I was coming quite regularly to camp and no longer can do that because I can't plan a plane flying into Buffalo, not knowing whether I'm going to be able to get tickets to practice, no.
- 53:01[SPEAKER_01]: the practice tickets, but it's been taken to a new level now that we have a new stadium and PSLs.
- 53:15[SPEAKER_01]: So PSLs, I dreaded the day that the reality was going to come that Buffalo fans were going to have to deal with us because it creates another whole layer of elitism, if you will,
- 53:32[SPEAKER_01]: in terms of, oh well, regular people shouldn't be able to go to practice the PSL people should be able to get, you know, priority and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 53:44[SPEAKER_01]: Um, I, I missed the good old days when you didn't even have to have tickets when I first started going to training camp.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 53:56[SPEAKER_01]: You could just show up.
- 53:59[SPEAKER_01]: And look at what has become, and it's because, yes, the team got good, we have Josh Allen and everybody wants to be with the Buffalo bills now.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 54:10[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_01]: But there's just another layer with this new stadium and the mindset of the people that have PSLs, and I'm not.
- 54:22[SPEAKER_01]: Judging you if you have PSLs, I'm judging you if you're using that as a reason why you think that you should have access to practice any more than right.
- 54:36[SPEAKER_02]: Right.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's a car.
- 54:39[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's, I got my PSL card.
- 54:42[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you know, it's like, I get it.
- 54:44[SPEAKER_02]: So for me, I'm with you Robin.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_02]: I, first of all, I'm not a ticker.
- 54:52[SPEAKER_02]: I was never going to get season tickets.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_02]: That's just that my thing.
- 54:56[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want to go to enough home games.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_02]: to do this.
- 55:01[SPEAKER_02]: So I would, I would never got him, right?
- 55:03[SPEAKER_02]: I would have never.
- 55:04[SPEAKER_02]: Like, there was plenty of times, my neighbor was like, you can buy one of one of my tickets and I'm just like, it doesn't, it's not worth it for me because I love watching the games at home.
- 55:15[SPEAKER_02]: And there's a choice, right?
- 55:16[SPEAKER_02]: I can choose to go to the game.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_02]: I can choose to tell gay or I can choose to stay home.
- 55:21[SPEAKER_02]: My argument is not, I do what you want to do with your money.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm going to do what I want to do with mine.
- 55:27[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just not spending
- 55:29[SPEAKER_02]: And my argument isn't money-wise.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_02]: My argument is, so you have the card, so you can do whatever you want with the card.
- 55:38[SPEAKER_02]: So if there's an event, monster whatever.
- 55:42[SPEAKER_02]: And so if you don't want to go to the thing, do you get the first dibs?
- 55:46[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm being told, yes.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, hey Tiffany, you don't want to see.
- 55:51[SPEAKER_02]: So now we're going to give it to someone else.
- 55:52[SPEAKER_02]: That cool?
- 55:53[SPEAKER_02]: All right, cool.
- 55:55[SPEAKER_02]: Listen.
- 55:58[SPEAKER_01]: It's just another whole layer, isn't it?
- 56:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's just, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 56:03[SPEAKER_02]: And then I've seen some, I've seen this.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want you to sit in my seat before I sit in it.
- 56:18[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, when it comes to entitlement, it's just crazy out here in the streets.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, okay, you don't want to know if it's getting to see before you.
- 56:32[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, all right, so I mean, that's where we're at when it comes to these seats.
- 56:41[SPEAKER_02]: I personally, yes, I can't wait to go see the stadium.
- 56:47[SPEAKER_02]: I was going to go to a game.
- 56:49[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know if I'm going to go to a game.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_02]: I'm very much so just go see the stadium.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_02]: So once they start doing the tours, I'll go then I don't really care to watch a game in a stadium.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_02]: I get the horror of it all of the, woo, of it all.
- 57:04[SPEAKER_02]: But I also love the fact that I'm at home in my pajamas right around my friends and family.
- 57:11[SPEAKER_02]: and watching the game.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_01]: I like watching my pajamas.
- 57:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, and and so that you guys are all here and I'll be introduced.
- 57:20[SPEAKER_02]: I will be saying this again.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to be doing our annual tailgate block tailgate.
- 57:29[SPEAKER_02]: September the first game, the first bills game, we're doing our annual tailgate for the
- 57:38[SPEAKER_02]: All you got to do is, is bring something to pass.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_02]: We'll have drinks, whatever the case may be.
- 57:42[SPEAKER_02]: You're more than welcome to stop by and eat and drink with us.
- 57:47[SPEAKER_02]: I'll be doing it again.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_02]: I'll be doing an announcement again once we get a little closer to the season, but just wanted to throw that out there for everyone who wants to, you know, come to it's our block party.
- 57:59[SPEAKER_02]: But it's just a tailgate block party.
- 58:02[SPEAKER_01]: I wish I could go.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 58:04[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 58:05[SPEAKER_02]: So good.
- 58:08[SPEAKER_01]: I know because you came two years ago, right?
- 58:11[SPEAKER_01]: Was it two years ago?
- 58:12[SPEAKER_01]: Like a bad penny.
- 58:14[SPEAKER_01]: No, it's actually been four years.
- 58:16[SPEAKER_02]: Was it that it's been before?
- 58:17[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Robin came that Steelers game.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_02]: No, that no, it was a fucking game.
- 58:24[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's the fucking game from hell.
- 58:27[SPEAKER_01]: The game that I wish I never saw alive in person.
- 58:32[SPEAKER_01]: The reason why I may never come back to Buffalo again.
- 58:37[SPEAKER_02]: He's the worst game.
- 58:38[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_02]: That game.
- 58:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_01]: Then it's so, yeah, we need 22.
- 58:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's such a ass for sure.
- 58:48[SPEAKER_02]: But Rob is going to get us out of here.
- 58:51[SPEAKER_02]: We won't be back next week.
- 58:53[SPEAKER_02]: We'll be back the week after.
- 58:55[SPEAKER_01]: For the, and then we'll be on a regular schedule.
- 58:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, every Thursday at 11 o'clock for your lunchtime
- 59:06[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no, Rob is not going to get us out of here.
- 59:07[SPEAKER_02]: I think you're, I'm thinking anyway.
- 59:10[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, I'm listening.
- 59:13[SPEAKER_02]: I'm still on vacation.
- 59:15[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm going again next week.
- 59:16[SPEAKER_02]: So that's why we're not going to be able to be back next week.
- 59:20[SPEAKER_02]: But guys, thank you for always tuning in.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_02]: We appreciate you.
- 59:24[SPEAKER_02]: This has been tea time with Robin.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_02]: We are out.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_02]: And like we always say, yeah.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_02]: Go Bill Bill's.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_02]: Peace out.
- 59:34[SPEAKER_01]: Love you guys.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_02]: Love ya.
