The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has cleared Say Cheers Limited of allegations of tax non-compliance following checks on the company’s transactions, attributing the earlier concerns to a miscommunication between the authority and the business.

The GRA says its electronic tax monitoring system confirmed that the company had been meeting its tax obligations, prompting the authority to clarify its position to prevent further damage to the company’s reputation.
