- 0:27Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself all cozy and comfortable,
- 0:33and take a big deep breath in through your nose
- 0:40and gently breathe out through your mouth. Take another, big
- 0:50deep breath and gently breathe out through your mouth. One
- 1:04more time, big deep breath, and slowly and gently breathe
- 1:13out through your mouth. Now bring your breathing back to
- 1:21its normal rhythm. Feeling your chest rise and fall gently,
- 1:30feeling peaceful and calm, feeling ever so relaxed. And with
- 1:39each breath you take, you can feel yourself becoming more
- 1:45and more relaxed. And you feel so peaceful now, so
- 1:54happy and light, and your breathing is almost still. You
- 2:00are so relaxed. Now, imagine yourself sitting in a large
- 2:08green field. The sun is shining brightly, and it's a
- 2:14very beautiful clear day, and you can see for miles
- 2:17and miles miles. How far can you see? How far
- 2:25can you see? You feel very calm, very relaxed, and
- 2:37very peaceful. And you can hear the birds singing to
- 2:41each other. Can you hear them? What are they saying?
- 2:54So just sit there, take a good look around you
- 2:58and see where you can see? What can you see?
- 3:06What can you hear. Can you see anyone else in
- 3:15this lovely green field? You decide to go for a
- 3:26little walk, and at the far end of your field
- 3:30is a big forest with many tall trees, and you
- 3:35think that would be a good place to go for
- 3:36a walk, so you set off, and as you get closer,
- 3:43you notice a pathway leading deeper into the forest, and
- 3:48it looks very interesting. As you walk along the path,
- 3:55you can hear all kinds of things. You can hear
- 4:00the birds flying backwards and forwards, and the trees chatting.
- 4:05You can hear animals scurrying about their business. You can
- 4:09even hear the howl of wolves as they too talk
- 4:13to each other, but they are much further away. What
- 4:20else can you hear? You can feel the crunch of
- 4:30leaves under your feet as you walk, and you can
- 4:34feel a gentle breeze on your face. And you can
- 4:37see the sun sparkling through the topmost branches of the trees,
- 4:42and it kind of looks like diamonds flashing their sparkling light.
- 4:49And in the distance, you can hear voices and you
- 4:53wonder who's talking. You can't see anyone, but you can't
- 4:58hear them. Can you hear them? Can you hear the
- 5:04sound of their voices? Suddenly you come to a small
- 5:13clearing in this amazing place, and the voices you heard
- 5:18are a lot louder now, and you can hear them clearly.
- 5:24So you stop and peek around a very large tree,
- 5:28and to your amazement, you see two fairies chatting to
- 5:33each other whilst they pick the beautiful wild flowers. They
- 5:38fly from flower to flower, and it's like watching them dance.
- 5:43They are so graceful, the tiny wings fluttering in the
- 5:48breeze as they fly. You then hear another voice. This
- 5:56one is a little bit deeper and a little bit
- 5:59louder than the other two. To your utter astonishment, you
- 6:04see an elf, an elf with pointy ears and glasses
- 6:10on and a large point he had. Oh wow, you
- 6:15have come across the land of the elves and the fairies.
- 6:24The two fairies fly over to the elf and say hello,
- 6:29and they all chat for a few moments, when suddenly
- 6:33the ELF's ears prick up and they start to twitch
- 6:36like a rabbit's nose. They all stop and look your way.
- 6:43They see you, all three of them, give you a
- 6:48great big smile and say.
- 6:51Speaker 2: You'll be hiding over there, come and join us for tree.
- 6:57Speaker 1: You shyly step forward and smile at them, saying you
- 7:01would love to have tea with them. They tell you
- 7:05to follow them and they will take you to where
- 7:08they live. As you walk with the elf, the fairies
- 7:16are flying. You think they are so lucky to have wings.
- 7:22They ask you all about yourself, where have you come from,
- 7:27where do you live, how old are you, and of course,
- 7:31what is your name. So for a few minutes while
- 7:36you've walked to the home of the fairies and the elves,
- 7:39chat with them and ask about them too. Maybe they'll
- 7:44tell you a few secrets of their own.
- 8:02Speaker 3: Stream streets, stree.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Case Sta.
- 10:26Speaker 1: The elf stops and opens a little white gate for
- 10:31you to step through, and suddenly it's like you've been
- 10:35transported to another time and place. What you see before
- 10:40you is so beautiful. What you see before you is
- 10:46an elf village, and they share it with the fairies.
- 10:55You walk along the main road that leads into the village.
- 11:00There are many shops all lit up and open for business.
- 11:05There are lanterns outside all of the doorways, and you
- 11:09take a closer look at the lanterns and see that
- 11:12inside them a tiny little fireflies dancing inside the glass,
- 11:19and they are what are giving the village all of
- 11:22its light. You pass a little cafe with silver tables
- 11:30and silver chairs outside, and sitting on the chairs are
- 11:34more elves and fairies, all drinking what looks like lemonade,
- 11:40but it's a funny green color with red floating blobs
- 11:44inside it. You're not sure if you would like that.
- 11:48I know I wouldn't. One of the shops you pass
- 11:53is selling wands and potions for spells. Another shop selling
- 12:00very large pumpkins, and yet another shop is selling freshly
- 12:05baked pumpkin bread and it smells delicious. You come to
- 12:15the end of this wonderful street and you see before
- 12:19you lots and lots of houses. And these houses are
- 12:25made from toadstools and yet more pumpkins, and they are
- 12:29all quite big, too big enough for you to fit
- 12:33inside them. Most of the houses have smoke coming out
- 12:39of the chimneys on the roof, and the smoke is
- 12:41making lovely twirling patterns in the night sky. And each
- 12:48house has lanterns outside them, too, again filled with dancing fireflies.
- 12:58You come to the end of this little road when
- 13:00the elf stops and says, here we are. This is
- 13:03my house. He takes out a very large key and
- 13:09opens a very squeaky door, and he says, welcome to
- 13:15my home, and you all step inside. Inside is the
- 13:23loveliest little cottage you have ever seen, even if it
- 13:28is made out of a large toadstock. There are big
- 13:32soft chairs by the fireside, and a little table in
- 13:36one corner to eat dinner from, and there are lots
- 13:39of lanterns all over the place filled with the little fireflies.
- 13:47The elf goes into his tiny kitchen to make the
- 13:50tea while you and the fairies sit down for a chat.
- 13:57After a little while, the elf brings in tea trolley
- 14:01with his best china tea set on it. He even
- 14:05has scones filled with strawberry jam and cream so delicious.
- 14:14So sit for a while and enjoy your tea and
- 14:18SCons with the fairies and the elf, have a chat,
- 14:24or just relax with them.
- 14:59Speaker 2: M The.
- 16:52Speaker 1: Elf and the fairies are feeling rather tired.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Now after their very busy day. They tell you that
- 17:02they are going to have a little nap, and they
- 17:06also tell you that there is a spare bed for
- 17:09you too if you want it. You think this is
- 17:14a great idea, so you enter the bedroom with them
- 17:19and choose your bed, and you climb up onto the
- 17:25softest bed in the world. The quilt is so gentle
- 17:31and warm on your skin, and you lay your head
- 17:37on the big fluffy pillows and gently close your eyes.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Oh, and you feel so relaxed, so peaceful, so calm,
- 17:54and you've had a very lovely day. But you feel
- 18:00sleepy now, so tired. And you begin to feel a
- 18:09gentle wave of sleepiness starting at your feet, and you
- 18:16can feel your toes going to sleep, and it feels
- 18:21all warm and tingly, ever so soft, and you feel
- 18:28a soothing, gentle wave of sleepiness coming up your calves
- 18:33and your shins. You can feel it going up into
- 18:39your thighs, and you think your legs have gone to sleep.
- 18:45While they have. Oh, you feel so very tired now,
- 18:52so sleepy, so happy, and it feels like you can't
- 19:00open your eyes, but that's okay, because you don't really
- 19:04want to open your eyes. And the beautiful wave of
- 19:09sleepiness travels all the way up your body, down your arms,
- 19:17and into your hands, making your body feel very very heavy,
- 19:27very very tired, and so very very sleepy. This gentle,
- 19:38warm wave of sleepiness travels up into your face, over
- 19:46the top of your head, and down the back of
- 19:49your neck. Oh, you feel so tired, so sleepy, and
- 20:00you feel nice and warm and snuggly under your beautiful
- 20:07soft quilt and very fluffy squitchy pillows. So just now,
- 20:18keeping your eyes closed, have a nice little naps
