- 0:00Speaker 1: Don't dell Woody Show. Oh that's us. We're back at
- 0:06Speaker 1: the Woody Show on a Friday morning. Woody will be
- 0:09Speaker 1: back on Monday. You can still reach us at eight
- 0:12Speaker 1: seven seven forty four Woody. He can still text us
- 0:15Speaker 1: to to nine eight seven. This text from the seven
- 0:17Speaker 1: to zero. How come we haven't gotten any updates on
- 0:20Speaker 1: dumb s Tyler's dating situation. We did get an update
- 0:23Speaker 1: apparently it's tomorrow that he's going on.
- 0:26Speaker 2: But did he ever figure out what he's doing?
- 0:28Speaker 3: No? I don't know what he hasn't told me. I've
- 0:31Speaker 3: talked to him. We're mostly just talking tight like legos,
- 0:36Speaker 3: legos and stuff. Let me see what still have a
- 0:38Speaker 3: reservation at the melting party? Getting pre paid cash? You
- 0:42Speaker 3: know what's the last thing he talked about? Well, talking
- 0:45Speaker 3: about oh a lot of new items at ballparks?
- 0:48Speaker 2: Okay, is that where he's gonna take?
- 0:52Speaker 3: What else? We're a lot about the bassarette, going back
- 0:55Speaker 3: and forth.
- 0:56Speaker 2: But how come every single time we're like, do you
- 0:59Speaker 2: have an update, he's like, I'm doing it later. What
- 1:01Speaker 2: can never just be done well?
- 1:03Speaker 1: Because the reason he puts things off is because he's
- 1:06Speaker 1: busy thinking about.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Stuff right right? I forgot about that.
- 1:10Speaker 1: He's thinking about it.
- 1:11Speaker 3: He's thinking about, Oh, there's a there's a trailer for
- 1:15Speaker 3: a new Mark Wahlberg movie called Balls Up.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So that's why he can't play in a day because
- 1:21Speaker 2: he's too busy texting menace.
- 1:23Speaker 4: I never believe, oh, I'm so oh, I've got things,
- 1:26Speaker 4: and then they know you don't.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Right. The last thing you put off was because he
- 1:29Speaker 1: was contemplating calling his.
- 1:30Speaker 5: Brother about it, so he was super busy thinking about
- 1:34Speaker 5: multiple days weeks this happened.
- 1:37Speaker 1: We also have to get an update on Sea Bass
- 1:40Speaker 1: legal action or potential. This is interesting.
- 1:43Speaker 4: I'm suing somebody, which you know they say, and any
- 1:46Speaker 4: lawyer will tell you, hey, don't talk about your case.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Yeah that's not smart because you you might not. You
- 1:53Speaker 4: may be completely and what I'm saying is completely accurate
- 1:56Speaker 4: as far as I am aware. But you might missay something,
- 1:58Speaker 4: especially in a public they'll get you and they'll say, ah,
- 2:00Speaker 4: but on this day you said this, blah blah blah,
- 2:02Speaker 4: that's fine.
- 2:03Speaker 1: I don't care.
- 2:04Speaker 4: So folks who don't recall, I was planning to actually
- 2:08Speaker 4: run for city council on basically I'm gonna clean things
- 2:10Speaker 4: up platform like I'm actually gonna do something, just talk
- 2:14Speaker 4: about it. I hired a company to gather signatures because
- 2:17Speaker 4: you need five hundred signatures to get on the ballot.
- 2:20Speaker 4: Where I am they promised, they said, by the way,
- 2:23Speaker 4: I looked this up in my lawsuit. I went back
- 2:25Speaker 4: through the emails. Oh, about seven days. They kept stringing
- 2:28Speaker 4: me along, streaming along, streaming along, till the day they
- 2:30Speaker 4: were due, and they finally said, oh, we don't have
- 2:32Speaker 4: enough signatures for you. We're twenty five short.
- 2:35Speaker 1: But we'll take your money. Yeah, they already had.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Taken my money and we will meet you at the
- 2:39Speaker 4: city Hall to deliver your signatures.
- 2:40Speaker 2: And I said, what the hell for?
- 2:42Speaker 4: Yeah, so I have a packet of those, so I'm
- 2:44Speaker 4: assuming them because they in their contract they had with me,
- 2:47Speaker 4: they promised me certain updates that I never got because
- 2:51Speaker 4: you know when they say at the end of the day,
- 2:53Speaker 4: the last days, Doe, Hey, we can't we don't have enough.
- 2:55Speaker 4: There's no chance for me to go get another company
- 2:57Speaker 4: to do.
- 2:58Speaker 3: Yeah, they could have given your heads up like a
- 2:59Speaker 3: couple off.
- 3:00Speaker 4: Well, even well, that was still a day that was still
- 3:03Speaker 4: wouldn't it would have been impossible, but they but it
- 3:06Speaker 4: showed a pattern of negligence.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Uh huh.
- 3:08Speaker 4: So I filed all the paperwork I got. I talked
- 3:10Speaker 4: to the clerk the other day.
- 3:11Speaker 1: How does that work? Do you have to do it
- 3:12Speaker 1: in person?
- 3:13Speaker 4: Actually, these days, this is one thing we might be
- 3:15Speaker 4: able to thank Coronavirus for. It's all done online.
- 3:18Speaker 2: That is nice.
- 3:19Speaker 4: So I was able to file my complaint by my lawyer,
- 3:21Speaker 4: mister Ai. We're using roc over here squire the attorney
- 3:29Speaker 4: a law attorney at law. So he wrote me a
- 3:31Speaker 4: nice statement to put in there, told me where to
- 3:33Speaker 4: go he or she, I should say she probably, And
- 3:38Speaker 4: we filed all that stuff and I was told that
- 3:41Speaker 4: I'm getting a summons now where I've for a court
- 3:44Speaker 4: date that I'm going to have.
- 3:45Speaker 2: So that's exciting.
- 3:46Speaker 4: And now I'm so I'm going to be doing that.
- 3:49Speaker 4: And apparently I'm the courts held over Zoom too, because
- 3:52Speaker 4: I'm suing them in their count in their state where
- 3:56Speaker 4: they do business, which is what my lawyer advised me
- 3:58Speaker 4: to do as because they are out of stated company
- 4:01Speaker 4: that uses a lot of places. But in the filing
- 4:04Speaker 4: and in my my my legal research, I found that
- 4:07Speaker 4: this this company apparently is in hot water in Colorado,
- 4:12Speaker 4: not we're not where they're based.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Also for a similar thing sort of but worse to tell?
- 4:18Speaker 1: Are you allowed to talk about that?
- 4:19Speaker 4: This is public knowledge by Google it? Yeah, that's that's
- 4:21Speaker 4: that's what my AI did. Apparently apparently they a guy
- 4:27Speaker 4: there for a local house race hired the same company.
- 4:30Speaker 4: They they turned him in like twelve hundred signatures, like
- 4:33Speaker 4: twenty nine were valid.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Oh so they're just their non dominant hands, right, which is.
- 4:39Speaker 1: I didn't even do that for me.
- 4:41Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, I would be pissed if I'd found
- 4:43Speaker 4: out later, oh, hey you got your five hundred signatures,
- 4:45Speaker 4: Because that's why you pay these signature companies, is you're
- 4:48Speaker 4: not just paying them to get any random homeless person.
- 4:50Speaker 4: They're supposed to get registered, verified, appropriate registered voters for
- 4:54Speaker 4: the district there you're nominated for.
- 4:56Speaker 3: That's probably why they were short, because they already had
- 4:58Speaker 3: this other.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Issue, right, and apparently they apparently they've done that. They
- 5:02Speaker 4: were also a contracted for other people in Colorado. So
- 5:06Speaker 4: my question now is let's say so my my judgment,
- 5:08Speaker 4: it's still small claims, but it's gonna be more than
- 5:10Speaker 4: ten thousand dollars.
- 5:11Speaker 2: Damn.
- 5:11Speaker 4: Let's say I win it sounds to me like because
- 5:16Speaker 4: it's a it's not a huge firm. Like I was
- 5:18Speaker 4: just talking to one or two different people that this
- 5:21Speaker 4: this might be a case where like the guy at
- 5:22Speaker 4: top has got some problems.
- 5:24Speaker 2: Oh, because you hear.
- 5:25Speaker 4: About that when like when small businesses go down like this,
- 5:28Speaker 4: you know, just complete incompetence in this management. In my opinion, Uh,
- 5:33Speaker 4: that's you know, it's oftentimes somebody's got a problem with
- 5:38Speaker 4: at the top.
- 5:38Speaker 2: But they're trying to cover and cover and cover and
- 5:40Speaker 2: it just right.
- 5:41Speaker 4: And eventually eventually, so even if I do end up
- 5:43Speaker 4: winning and getting a judgment against this, that's just that's
- 5:45Speaker 4: not a check right, No, that I still need to
- 5:47Speaker 4: go after this guy.
- 5:48Speaker 2: Okay, but here's my question slash concern. Now, if anyone
- 5:52Speaker 2: in this room could represent themselves, my money's on you. However,
- 5:57Speaker 2: if they're already in this much trouble with other places,
- 6:00Speaker 2: is something tells me they already have a lawyer on retainer.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Are you willing? Are you willing to go up without
- 6:07Speaker 2: a carbon based human lawyer against somebody with probably some
- 6:11Speaker 2: sort of a legal team.
- 6:12Speaker 4: Oh, definitely, because that's one of the things I've learned. Look,
- 6:15Speaker 4: my dad's a lawyer.
- 6:15Speaker 3: He's not.
- 6:16Speaker 4: He's not a courtroom lawyer, just a tax attorney. But
- 6:18Speaker 4: one of the things I've learned in doing cart narcs
- 6:21Speaker 4: is I've ran I've run into people that I have
- 6:23Speaker 4: later found out were actual, real lawyers, and I beat
- 6:26Speaker 4: them on the spot, at least verbally, because they would
- 6:29Speaker 4: say things like, you know, harassment and liability and do
- 6:33Speaker 4: you know private property, et cetera, et cetera. In fact,
- 6:36Speaker 4: there was often pull this up. There was a one
- 6:38Speaker 4: of the YouTube lawyers who's an actual lawyer, and it
- 6:41Speaker 4: was analyzing one of my videos just this week and said,
- 6:44Speaker 4: because I ran into a girl who said, oh this
- 6:46Speaker 4: is this is a couple of years ago, this is
- 6:48Speaker 4: vandalism and assault. And I told her to this supposed
- 6:52Speaker 4: lawyer to your face, no it's not, because blah blah
- 6:54Speaker 4: blah blah blah. This lawyer said, Yep, he's absolutely right.
- 6:56Speaker 4: This lawyer is absolutely wrong. Oh so I think I'm
- 7:00Speaker 4: not as that's all to say, I'm not as scared
- 7:03Speaker 4: of lawyers, especially in arenas where I'm knowledgeable to some
- 7:08Speaker 4: degree and I.
- 7:10Speaker 3: Be on council like in the back, you know, like
- 7:12Speaker 3: one of those lawyers that sits behind.
- 7:14Speaker 2: That just just to make it look like it wouldn't
- 7:20Speaker 2: it be intimidating if like all of us showed up
- 7:22Speaker 2: in what we thought like courtroom attire. Is serious, it's
- 7:26Speaker 2: like legally blonde.
- 7:27Speaker 4: Yeah, that's another That's another bonus of it being via
- 7:31Speaker 4: over zoom and it being small claims is I can
- 7:34Speaker 4: kind of on the fly beach looking stuff about that,
- 7:38Speaker 4: and I'm actually that might be a good thing. Is
- 7:39Speaker 4: like pull up on a separate laptop, have my AI
- 7:42Speaker 4: lawyer listening in sill real time, typing me. Can he
- 7:46Speaker 4: follow what they're saying, analyze this for discrepancies and so
- 7:49Speaker 4: on and so the future.
- 7:52Speaker 1: When do you hear back about the date of this?
- 7:54Speaker 4: Uh, the lady I taught, I'm getting an actual mail
- 7:56Speaker 4: that I actually talked to a clerk and she said,
- 7:58Speaker 4: it's going to be sometime in July.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Oh.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Now here's the thing. Up until then, I still got
- 8:02Speaker 4: to serve this guy. I'm suing both him and his
- 8:04Speaker 4: company because they sometimes people will hide behind their company
- 8:09Speaker 4: and say, oh, sorry, we don't have any money over here.
- 8:11Speaker 4: What are you talking about?
- 8:12Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 8:12Speaker 4: So they often you'll see this a lot in lawsuits
- 8:14Speaker 4: they're suing the company, they're suing the individual, they're suing
- 8:16Speaker 4: the bubble. You know, they're we're suing everybody up in
- 8:19Speaker 4: this joint.
- 8:20Speaker 2: When I watch clips, which I'm obsessed with of old
- 8:22Speaker 2: Judge Judy clips, it's small claims I think of, like
- 8:25Speaker 2: you owe him fifty six dollars, Like over ten thousand
- 8:29Speaker 2: dollars is still small claim.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Thanks inflation, Thanks for the inflation. Rice is too damn high.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it goes up to twelve. It varies
- 8:38Speaker 1: by state.
- 8:38Speaker 4: It actually benefits me because the state in which they
- 8:40Speaker 4: are incorporated it's higher there. Yeah, I'm good, so I
- 8:43Speaker 4: can sue them for the full amount. So this is
- 8:45Speaker 4: this is this is kind of fun, fun for me
- 8:48Speaker 4: because I have less at stake, Like I already know
- 8:50Speaker 4: I've lost this money.
- 8:51Speaker 2: Yeah, this is just going to be found money.
- 8:54Speaker 4: Essentially right now.
- 8:55Speaker 1: I still believe.
- 8:55Speaker 4: That doesn't mean I don't believe that I deserve it,
- 8:57Speaker 4: and I don't believe I was wrong. I don't believe
- 8:58Speaker 4: they violated their contract. Attention to all lawyers might be
- 9:02Speaker 4: listening for evidence, but yeah, this is more about it's
- 9:05Speaker 4: an interesting process to go through for me to kind
- 9:08Speaker 4: of because you hear about this, you hear lawsuits and.
- 9:11Speaker 2: Oh and you know it would be soup's fun if
- 9:14Speaker 2: you said, like he can't pay it or whatever they
- 9:16Speaker 2: hide behind that. Oh my god, what if they garnish
- 9:19Speaker 2: his wages?
- 9:20Speaker 1: That's it?
- 9:21Speaker 4: Yeah, because then I got to go after because that's
- 9:22Speaker 4: a bad mind.
- 9:23Speaker 2: So fun because if you default, like if you don't
- 9:25Speaker 2: do it, they take your driver's license. In a lot
- 9:29Speaker 2: of states, yes, they do. Trust me.
- 9:32Speaker 1: I have to be or lady have to be physically
- 9:35Speaker 1: served like old timy days, are you, mister Jones? Depends
- 9:39Speaker 1: on the state.
- 9:40Speaker 4: And the good news is that in this state, all
- 9:42Speaker 4: I have to do is attempt to send certified mail.
- 9:47Speaker 4: And that's funny because I was talking to the clerk
- 9:48Speaker 4: and she's like, you probably only even get the certified
- 9:50Speaker 4: mail back beause people don't know what the hell they're
- 9:51Speaker 4: doing about. Because you can't just you can't just hi,
- 9:55Speaker 4: you can't duck servers these days, like we're the legal
- 9:57Speaker 4: system is well aware of all those tricks.
- 9:59Speaker 1: I'm glad it was he see for you. It also
- 10:03Speaker 1: worries me that it's that easy to sue somebody.
- 10:05Speaker 2: You can do anyone for anything, at any time, right,
- 10:07Speaker 2: I didn't think it was that And.
- 10:08Speaker 4: It's way easier now because again AI has taken all
- 10:11Speaker 4: the all the mystery behind all the steps and all
- 10:13Speaker 4: the stuff in the language, and it made it so
- 10:15Speaker 4: much simpler for us.
- 10:16Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm so mad that they didn't get the signatures.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I'm so pissed. Not because of the money stuff, because
- 10:21Speaker 1: I mean, if if you had gotten what you paid for,
- 10:23Speaker 1: it would have worked.
- 10:24Speaker 3: Well, that's a whole other thing.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I wanted to see this on that show.
- 10:26Speaker 2: I am.
- 10:26Speaker 4: I could claim damage, and no one advised me to
- 10:29Speaker 4: do this. But if I were really being a dick,
- 10:30Speaker 4: I could claim damages for the salary I would have gotten. Now,
- 10:33Speaker 4: the judge will throw that out because I'll say, how
- 10:35Speaker 4: would you know you have won? And I'm not so
- 10:36Speaker 4: I'm not even going down that road. But I could,
- 10:39Speaker 4: and I was gonna talk about on the radio exactly.
- 10:43Speaker 4: I wasn't being too but I was supposed to be
- 10:45Speaker 4: a witness like some lawsuit. And I lived in a
- 10:48Speaker 4: hotel for a week and no, they didn't find me.
- 10:52Speaker 3: But yeah, I lived off room service. I didn't have
- 10:54Speaker 3: to pay for it. So you knew what you knew?
- 10:56Speaker 3: You know, some people that were getting sued were involved
- 10:59Speaker 3: in the law. They wanted you that you were going
- 11:01Speaker 3: to be served, sir, So they had me live at
- 11:03Speaker 3: a hotel.
- 11:04Speaker 2: Oh my god, I know what.
- 11:06Speaker 4: I feel like a judge could probably say that's contempt
- 11:09Speaker 4: or something.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 11:10Speaker 4: So yeah, it was fun. Step number two and the
- 11:12Speaker 4: lawsuits going out. I'll keep everyone updated as it progress.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Okay, well, let us know if you need help.
- 11:21Speaker 3: At a hotel in the wood Show.
- 11:26Speaker 1: All right, welcome back to The Woody Show. It's Friday morning.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Woodie will be back Monday. In the meantime, the rest
- 11:32Speaker 1: of the crew is here. Recently, I was telling you
- 11:35Speaker 1: that I almost fainted from watching a TV show.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that was crazy.
- 11:42Speaker 1: And I was giving it a lot of thought, and
- 11:44Speaker 1: I realized it wasn't the first time I almost fainted,
- 11:47Speaker 1: but this was the closest I ever came to.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Fainting from and from just like seeing something.
- 11:52Speaker 1: From seeing something so graphic. And there's a show on Netflix.
- 11:55Speaker 1: It's a I guess it's a docu series. I think
- 11:57Speaker 1: it's five episodes. It's called Critic Between Life and Death,
- 12:02Speaker 1: and it's kind of a day in the life or
- 12:04Speaker 1: a month in the life of this hospital in England
- 12:08Speaker 1: and they do trauma surgeries and emergency room visits, and
- 12:14Speaker 1: two of the cases were extreme injuries from motorcycle accidents
- 12:19Speaker 1: and they were talking compound fracture bones coming out amputations.
- 12:26Speaker 1: And as I'm watching it, the ears were ringing more
- 12:30Speaker 1: and more and more, and then when I stood up,
- 12:31Speaker 1: I almost fell over. I did have to get on
- 12:33Speaker 1: my hands and knees and I was hyperventilating, and they thought,
- 12:37Speaker 1: oh my god, I had this visceral physical reaction to
- 12:40Speaker 1: an actual TV show and it wasn't even a real
- 12:44Speaker 1: life situation for me. I was just watching. Yeah, And
- 12:47Speaker 1: then I thought, like, have I ever fully fainted? No? Ever, No,
- 12:52Speaker 1: not fainted fainted. I came close two other times. Once
- 12:57Speaker 1: rip to my brother. He had his wisdom teeth pulled,
- 13:00Speaker 1: and when that happens, they put you under complete it's
- 13:03Speaker 1: general anesthesia, and then you go to pick them up
- 13:06Speaker 1: after the fact. And when I walked into the room,
- 13:08Speaker 1: he was wake and everything was fine, but he had
- 13:10Speaker 1: bloody gauze hanging out of his mouth. I would do
- 13:13Speaker 1: it and and the dentist is talking to my mom
- 13:15Speaker 1: and saying, Okay, here's what you need to feed him
- 13:17Speaker 1: for the next couple of days and as they're discussing
- 13:20Speaker 1: the aftercare, I see this bloody gauze and the dentist's
- 13:25Speaker 1: voice started changing. In my head. It was the room
- 13:33Speaker 1: and then the whole room is kind of narrowing and
- 13:36Speaker 1: narrowing and narrowing just because I see this bloody gauze.
- 13:38Speaker 1: It wasn't even that gross.
- 13:40Speaker 2: That's so crazy.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Next thing, I know, like the nurse or the what
- 13:43Speaker 1: do you call them, the hy hygien thank you, it
- 13:46Speaker 1: is putting me into a chair and waving of paper
- 13:49Speaker 1: on my face to fan off my face like a.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Drama you knew, right.
- 14:00Speaker 1: And then one other time which I would put this,
- 14:03Speaker 1: that was third place almost fainting. First place was watching
- 14:07Speaker 1: Critical Between Life and Death. Second place almost fainting is
- 14:11Speaker 1: when I was I want to say, eighteen ish and
- 14:16Speaker 1: I had these family friends. They had two sons who
- 14:19Speaker 1: were about six and eight years old. Then they had
- 14:22Speaker 1: their third son. This happens to be a Jewish family.
- 14:25Speaker 1: So what do you have happen when you have a son?
- 14:28Speaker 1: You have a brisk I had never been to one before.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I don't recommend it. Why it's a ceremonial circumcision.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Right, so everybody's around.
- 14:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, like eleven days after.
- 14:41Speaker 1: It's at the house. Yeah, and they invite family and
- 14:44Speaker 1: friends and a party.
- 14:46Speaker 2: It's a party. Everything we do.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Has a big party. So I stood kind of in
- 14:51Speaker 1: the background. I wanted to be far away. And then
- 14:54Speaker 1: the moil came and he lies the baby down.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Put a little wine on their gum.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Does what I have he's doing? I didn't watch, but
- 15:02Speaker 1: I knew what was happening obviously, And then the baby
- 15:05Speaker 1: starts screaming. So everybody's there to celebrate, I guess, or
- 15:12Speaker 1: you know, party it's like, and then there's the after
- 15:13Speaker 1: party with.
- 15:14Speaker 2: Like instead of a baby naming, this is what's happened, right,
- 15:16Speaker 2: So as.
- 15:17Speaker 1: They did that, and as I hear the baby screaming,
- 15:20Speaker 1: I almost face planted onto the floor. It was unreal
- 15:26Speaker 1: and the way that your life flashes before your eyes.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I had all these philosophical thoughts. Why do we do this?
- 15:34Speaker 1: Why are we here? How is this a party? Why
- 15:37Speaker 1: are the grandparents here? Why is everybody watching? It's so bizarre,
- 15:42Speaker 1: is and the same thing so you can't really see
- 15:45Speaker 1: the circumcision.
- 15:47Speaker 2: You just know what's happening.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, you know, just a flick.
- 15:50Speaker 2: I mean, it's not like they're doing major surgery right at.
- 15:53Speaker 1: All, but oh my god, it was the the warbling sounds,
- 15:57Speaker 1: the instant sweat, then a cold swag.
- 16:01Speaker 2: So this happens to you in general with blood or when.
- 16:04Speaker 1: It's only thing. Yeah, blood medical stuff.
- 16:06Speaker 4: Wow.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Three times and you've come as close as you can
- 16:10Speaker 2: come to feinting without actually fainting. Yeah, because I've I've
- 16:14Speaker 2: fainted three times in my life. I hope that it's
- 16:16Speaker 2: done because it's the worst. When I was whittling, we
- 16:19Speaker 2: decided to find a little pocket knife, me and my
- 16:21Speaker 2: little friend when we were you know, like third grade.
- 16:23Speaker 2: We started whittling wood because Kansas and I cut my
- 16:27Speaker 2: thumb open and then I went in to wash it
- 16:29Speaker 2: and I just remember leaning on her really hard and
- 16:32Speaker 2: then waking up with my feet on a chair. So
- 16:35Speaker 2: I was that scared the hell of me. But then
- 16:37Speaker 2: flash forward like fifteen years later. I was nude modeling
- 16:42Speaker 2: in college.
- 16:43Speaker 1: Which was Ford class.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Yes, it was awesome because you got paid so much
- 16:47Speaker 2: money to do nothing, but my first time ever doing
- 16:49Speaker 2: it was an advanced class. So instead of like poses
- 16:52Speaker 2: that are short and easy, these were I was standing
- 16:55Speaker 2: up totally naked, my whole body facing one direction and
- 16:59Speaker 2: my head facing the other direction. So my body's pointing
- 17:03Speaker 2: toward one wall, my face is pointing toward the back wall,
- 17:05Speaker 2: and I just didn't have enough oxygen and so I
- 17:08Speaker 2: got exactly what you got, Gregor the whoo. Yeah, what
- 17:11Speaker 2: is It's so crazy? Woke up with a bunch of
- 17:15Speaker 2: terrified twenty year olds over me, trying to feed me
- 17:20Speaker 2: milk and a blueberry muffet and.
- 17:22Speaker 1: You're still naked.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Yeah, And I just remember them trying to give me
- 17:25Speaker 2: milk in a blueber I don't, don't. They didn't know
- 17:29Speaker 2: what to do. Nobody knew what to do, and it
- 17:33Speaker 2: was kind of funny. And you'd think that would have
- 17:35Speaker 2: turned me off from the whole thing. Oh no. I
- 17:36Speaker 2: had a long, lust risk career of new modeling after that.
- 17:39Speaker 2: And then of course, but did you hit the floor, Yeah,
- 17:42Speaker 2: Oh my god. I mean I guess that's the worst
- 17:45Speaker 2: part is your head could hit the wrong thing.
- 17:47Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 17:48Speaker 2: So speaking of that sea bass, that that brings me
- 17:51Speaker 2: to what happened just this past December when I puked
- 17:54Speaker 2: my guts out so much that I was super dehydrated
- 17:57Speaker 2: and I was so dehydrated that I passed out in
- 18:01Speaker 2: the bathroom, hit my head, maybe on the metal toilet
- 18:06Speaker 2: toilet paper holder, maybe on the toilet seats, still don't know.
- 18:09Speaker 2: Blood woke up, blood gushing on my face. But my
- 18:11Speaker 2: first thought was, oh my god, I love cold tile,
- 18:15Speaker 2: like you just you think this is normal and it
- 18:17Speaker 2: feels so good. But thank god my husband heard it.
- 18:20Speaker 2: And then he kept trying to pick me up, and
- 18:22Speaker 2: I kept falling backwards and almost taking my head, so
- 18:24Speaker 2: he kept grabbing me by my hair right to keep
- 18:28Speaker 2: me like he's a can. And then he said I
- 18:31Speaker 2: had a seizure, which you know, you like the foaming
- 18:33Speaker 2: and everything, So yeah, I'd like for my days of
- 18:37Speaker 2: fainting to be over.
- 18:38Speaker 1: I witnessed somebody faint and I hope he doesn't mind
- 18:41Speaker 1: me telling.
- 18:41Speaker 2: This story because I was kind of funny.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I was with Mario and we were at a winery,
- 18:46Speaker 1: and the winery had a hotel, and we had a
- 18:49Speaker 1: hotel suite that fing ruled had the hugest bathroom known
- 18:53Speaker 1: to man, with this massive bathtub. So we spent the
- 18:56Speaker 1: day day drinking hot summer day drinking just bottles and
- 19:01Speaker 1: bottles and bottles of red wine. Mario's drinking champagne, and
- 19:05Speaker 1: somebody had given us a bath bomb. I've never used
- 19:08Speaker 1: one in my life, and so I said, hey, we
- 19:10Speaker 1: got this huge bathtub, we have a bath bomb. Let's
- 19:12Speaker 1: check it out. Put the bath bomb in, get in
- 19:15Speaker 1: basically drunk at this point the middle of the day,
- 19:19Speaker 1: and Mario said, you know what, this is not fun.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Bath suck getting owering. So he gets out and tile
- 19:27Speaker 1: floor everywhere and gets up and just absolutely fainted. I
- 19:34Speaker 1: jumped up, did everything you're not supposed to do, grab
- 19:37Speaker 1: the back of his head, lifted it up like I thought,
- 19:39Speaker 1: Oh my god, what if he cracked his skull when
- 19:41Speaker 1: he broke his neck. Witnessing somebody faint, I think is
- 19:44Speaker 1: worse than fanning herselfing.
- 19:45Speaker 2: I said the same thing to my husband. I said,
- 19:47Speaker 2: I actually feel worse for you seeing that happen to
- 19:50Speaker 2: me than me because I don't even remember it.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Because you know, is it a stroke? Is a heart attack?
- 19:54Speaker 1: What's going on? Yeah? Yeah? And then he grabbed his
- 19:57Speaker 1: the back of his We're nude, we're soaking wet, we're
- 20:02Speaker 1: covered in slippery bath bomb stuff. It was the scariest
- 20:06Speaker 1: day ever.
- 20:06Speaker 2: And what did you do? Did he just wake up.
- 20:08Speaker 1: It came to and good became alert. Yeah, and he
- 20:17Speaker 1: had quite the headache, but thank god he was okay,
- 20:21Speaker 1: and his back was sore for quite a long Well.
- 20:23Speaker 2: It certainly didn't mess with his design abilities. Still got
- 20:26Speaker 2: that maybe it.
- 20:27Speaker 1: Even created them menace. Would you consider yourself having fainted
- 20:31Speaker 1: or more of a head injury?
- 20:32Speaker 3: Like, oh, I've done both? Yeah, fainted, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 20:38Speaker 3: there's three. I can remember two quick stories. One when
- 20:41Speaker 3: I was in fifth grade, we were doing things where
- 20:43Speaker 3: we could like hold our breath the longest and make
- 20:46Speaker 3: our face oh yeah, and then so I remember like
- 20:49Speaker 3: sitting down and then waking up on the floor for
- 20:51Speaker 3: that one.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Was that the one where you take a deep breath
- 20:54Speaker 1: and somebody pushes on your chest.
- 20:55Speaker 3: No, no, no, we just like sat in our seats
- 20:58Speaker 3: and then we looked at each other and how their
- 21:00Speaker 3: breath and try to make our faces as red as possible.
- 21:03Speaker 3: So you won, Yeah, I won, definitely. One. The other
- 21:06Speaker 3: time was when I was doing a morning show and
- 21:10Speaker 3: we had bullut and I tried to eat bullot for
- 21:13Speaker 3: the first time, and.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I woke up on the ground.
- 21:16Speaker 3: Yeah, because we've done it here.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:20Speaker 3: But the third time it actually involves the Woody Show,
- 21:24Speaker 3: but it was before I met anybody on the Woody Shell.
- 21:26Speaker 3: So the show that I was on previously got fired,
- 21:31Speaker 3: and I was at my apartment and it was the
- 21:34Speaker 3: time when Howard Stern went off the air. So all
- 21:36Speaker 3: these new radio shows like signed on and the Woody
- 21:39Speaker 3: Show was one of them. And I'm in my apartment,
- 21:41Speaker 3: I'm broke as hell, I have no money, and all
- 21:43Speaker 3: the bills are starting up, pile up, and I'm I'm
- 21:46Speaker 3: flipping through the radio and listening to all these new shows,
- 21:48Speaker 3: and one of them was The Woody Show. And that
- 21:51Speaker 3: day they're like, hey, we're having a blood drive and
- 21:55Speaker 3: we it's outside the radio station and we have a
- 21:57Speaker 3: bunch of free food if you want to come out.
- 21:59Speaker 3: And that day I was like, all right, well, it's
- 22:02Speaker 3: right down the street from you I live, like, I'm hungry,
- 22:05Speaker 3: I have no money, could go there again? I didn't.
- 22:08Speaker 3: I didn't anything that day. So and I've given blood
- 22:12Speaker 3: a thousand times, I'm fine, but I go there. Next
- 22:15Speaker 3: thing I know, I'm on the ground of this bus
- 22:17Speaker 3: that they have parked outside, passed out, but they let
- 22:22Speaker 3: me leave with a bunch of snacks. They made out
- 22:24Speaker 3: that day, so like fast forward a year later, that's
- 22:27Speaker 3: when I actually met like Woody and everybody.
- 22:30Speaker 1: That's so crazy. I remember that day like it was yesterday.
- 22:32Speaker 1: I didn't know you were there.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Yeah, well I didn't see anybody from the show because
- 22:36Speaker 3: it was outside the station in the bloodmobile. Yeah and
- 22:38Speaker 3: the bloodmobile. But yeah, I passed out trying to get
- 22:42Speaker 3: a free meal.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Honey. I've given blood many times and seeing when that's
- 22:47Speaker 1: the key. If you're giving blood, don't look at anything
- 22:51Speaker 1: tube and somebody else is giving blood and then you
- 22:53Speaker 1: see the blood go down the tube and into the
- 22:56Speaker 1: bag and it's filling up the na.
- 22:58Speaker 3: That doesn't bother me. It was just you know, being broken,
- 23:01Speaker 3: hungry so bad.
- 23:02Speaker 1: That's why I passed out. Sammy sebet ever fainted.
- 23:09Speaker 5: I've passed out, but not really I means been due
- 23:11Speaker 5: to blacking out, blacked up. Well yeah, I mean that.
- 23:13Speaker 5: But also when I was playing soccer, I had a
- 23:15Speaker 5: ball like hit me straight square in the face and
- 23:18Speaker 5: I just went down. And I came to with all
- 23:21Speaker 5: of my teammates and my coaches just looking over me,
- 23:24Speaker 5: and I'm like.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Hello, like we need to get shopped the field. I
- 23:27Speaker 2: get it was.
- 23:28Speaker 5: To me, it was kind of horrifying being on the
- 23:30Speaker 5: other end of it because now I get up to
- 23:31Speaker 5: walk off the field and everyone's kneeling, because everyone kneels
- 23:33Speaker 5: down when someone's injured, and I.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Was like, oh, yeah, they all take it.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Mere reminds me of that account. I follow kids getting
- 23:40Speaker 1: hurt and they they show so many videos of like
- 23:43Speaker 1: people throwing a beach ball at a baby, like yeah, yeah.
- 23:50Speaker 1: In reference to my bathtub Mario fainting story, the seven
- 23:54Speaker 1: O two pointed out.
- 23:56Speaker 3: Gay, Oh okay, well, the bath bomb.
- 23:59Speaker 1: I don't know about two guys in the middle of
- 24:01Speaker 1: the day taking a bath together, naked and all, and
- 24:05Speaker 1: drinking wine out of winery and then holding him after
- 24:08Speaker 1: he fainted whilst naked and wet. I don't see how
- 24:11Speaker 1: that's gay.
- 24:14Speaker 4: So what do you know, We're there,
