- 0:43Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you why.
- 0:44Speaker 1: I don't know if I believe that.
- 0:50Speaker 1: And Russell Simmons, the music mogul who actually mentored Diddy.

- 1:22Speaker 1: Ay, ay, ay, oh man, between Diddy and this election y'all, my head is about to explode.

- 1:34Speaker 1: I get to talk to y'all.
- 1:35Speaker 1: So we're going to get into the Diddy news.
- 1:38Speaker 1: But first let me give you a little recap on what's been going on with the election.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Y'all relax.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Every time we have an election, especially these recent elections, everybody is so fucking high strung, like I know.
- 1:59Speaker 1: Hey, look, you got your candidate, I have mine, she has hers, he has hers.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 1: We just root for our person and that's it.
- 2:08Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, we all have to get along with or without our candidate being in office.
- 2:16Speaker 1: I've seen so much meanness and evilness just because somebody has their own candidate.
- 2:28Speaker 1: Um, atlanta and georgia.
- 2:32Speaker 1: We have bomb threats, um, and they say they came from russia.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Now this was in two area, two voting centers in Georgia, and this is what they're saying and I quote we've heard some threats that were of Russian origin.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I don't know how to describe that.
- 2:53Speaker 1: We don't think they are, but in interest of public safety, we always check that out and we'll just continue to be very responsible when we hear about stuff like that.
- 3:05Speaker 1: This person says we identified the source and it's coming from russia.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Now what's happened is those threats caused a temporary closure of polling places in georgia, namely gullet elementary in union city that's just outside of atlanta and etrus I'm sorry if I'm pronouncing that wrong in Georgia, namely Gullet Elementary in Union City that's just outside of Atlanta and Etrus I'm sorry if I'm pronouncing that wrong Etrus Community.
- 3:30Speaker 1: These are in Fulton County and this is a very hot voting area.
- 3:40Speaker 1: When I say hot, I mean popular, and so the county is seeking to extend voting hours due to this disturbance, according to Nadine Williams, fullerton County Registration and Elections Director.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Come on y'all.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Like I said, everybody just relax and vote and hopefully may the best man win, or woman, and let's not take it to violence and and and hate each other because someone has a different candidate.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Oh, I hate this time of the year year, but it is what it is.
- 4:25Speaker 1: But we got another update.
- 4:27Speaker 1: What's something that you don't want to carry around?
- 4:30Speaker 1: When everybody's out here voting and and and, all you should carry is your id.
- 4:38Speaker 1: And let's see what else would you carry, carry?
- 4:43Speaker 1: Carry your ID, your credit card, stuff like that.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Don't be like this guy.
- 4:51Speaker 1: Another craziness man.
- 4:54Speaker 1: He decides he wants to walk around the Capitol building with a flare gun and lighter fluid, so of course he's been arrested.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Article said this is from BBC News a man carrying a flare gun and a torch lighter was arrested at the US Capitol Visitor Center.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Today, which is Tuesday, election Day.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Authorities stopped the man during a screening process where they say he smelled of fuel.
- 5:31Speaker 1: The arrest led the capital visitor centers to close for hours, or actually, no, actually closed uh tours for day, so they actually just had to shut it down.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Now authorities said the man is still being questioned and an investigation is underway.
- 5:53Speaker 1: So I'll keep you guys posted on that as that develops.
- 6:01Speaker 1: And the last little bit of election news.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Um, and the last little bit of election news, as of right now it is 5 14 pm my time and what they're saying that it is a very tight race and many are predicting that a few thousand votes could be the difference in election.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Where we're gonna to be.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It's going to be millions of votes.
- 6:24Speaker 1: So stay tuned.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Tomorrow I will give the full update on the election, but as of right now, that's all I got.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Now, diddy, diddy, diddy, mo, diddy, mo, diddy, diddy.
- 6:43Speaker 1: We got some interesting diddy news.
- 6:45Speaker 1: We all know, in times of turmoil a lot of times, family, especially when it's a lot of money involved, or even shoot when it's a little it's almost better if you just got medium money, because if you got a lot of money, then it's normally a lot of arguments, then it's normally a lot of arguments.
- 7:03Speaker 1: And if you got, if you everybody fighting over a little bit of money, then it's.
- 7:08Speaker 1: I think those fights are even worse.
- 7:11Speaker 1: But this is what's going on right now, guys, with Diddy.
- 7:14Speaker 1: First of all, his family, and when I say his family, I'm speaking of his son and his mother.
- 7:23Speaker 1: The article says Diddy's family is allegedly fighting to control his $400 million fortune, and it's his mother, janice Combs, and his son, christian Kings Combs.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Now they're having a power struggle, and I can understand it.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I'm sure King Combs feels like he's a grown man now and he knows what to do.
- 7:55Speaker 1: He's 26 years old.
- 7:57Speaker 1: I remember when I was 26 years old I thought I was Superman and could handle everything.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I didn't.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I didn't realize.
- 8:04Speaker 1: When I was 26, I still didn't know anything.
- 8:06Speaker 1: And, of course, diddy's mom, janice Combs you know your mom gonna definitely want to control the finances.
- 8:14Speaker 1: So what they're saying, and I quote Janice thinks she's the best person to step in and control his 400 million dollar empire, but Diddy's son is just as determined to take over the reins.
- 8:30Speaker 1: It has become a full on showdown and tensions are skyrocketing.
- 8:35Speaker 1: It's like a real life godfather situation is what they're saying Now.
- 8:41Speaker 1: That's what they're saying Now.
- 8:42Speaker 1: This is the last thing I'm sure Diddy Wants to be dealing with as he tries to fight for his freedom.
- 8:52Speaker 1: Um, um.
- 8:54Speaker 1: I see this a lot.
- 8:57Speaker 1: When someone with money we see it in unfortunate deaths, when the person whose money it is is not around, it's almost always a fight brewing, which is sad.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Which is sad and if I was to take my pick, to be honest, king Combs, I'm sorry bro, I got to give that to moms.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I trust moms with it.
- 9:33Speaker 1: How many of y'all out there would trust your 26-year-old with $400 million?
- 9:38Speaker 1: See what I'm saying.
- 9:44Speaker 1: But we all know, in a case like this, it gets uglier and uglier Almost before it before it gets prettier.
- 9:54Speaker 1: I mean, this has been, like I said, the trial of the century and has not disappointed at every step of the way.
- 10:01Speaker 1: Now we have mother, diddy's mother and son bickering over four hundred million dollars.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Rich people problems, I guess.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Now let's get to this.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Now this is.
- 10:16Speaker 1: This is kind of I don't want to say juicy, but this is like there's a war going on.
- 10:22Speaker 1: You guys, it's a social media war and what it, and it's between, of course, diddy and it's between the, the, the people who believe diddy is guilty, or you could say, witnesses or victims.
- 10:38Speaker 1: It's a war when the, when the victims file a lawsuit or witnesses come forward and speak.
- 10:45Speaker 1: You can almost certainly count on Diddy coming out with some type of PR, some type of Instagram post to his kids.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Uh, I don't know if you guys saw yesterday he um actually the first time we've heard him speak um, he called his kids, it was his birthday yesterday, they sang him happy birthday and all of that, and he put that out there for a reason.
- 11:11Speaker 1: He's trying to humanize himself and get some sympathy.
- 11:14Speaker 1: Um, not many people are gonna feel sorry for him, but I'm going to honestly tell you that it actually did work in his favor a smidgen, maybe, not a lot, but it did come across, as you know, like you could understand why people would feel like oh, I feel bad for the kid, so it wasn't a bad move.
- 11:35Speaker 1: But just pay attention, guys.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Every time you see a lawsuit, drop, diddy's gonna put right behind it.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He's gonna come with something to combat it, and that's what I think is going on here.
- 11:47Speaker 1: This is what the article says.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Now let me give you some context.
- 11:50Speaker 1: There is a book of Kim Porter allegedly a book that Kim Porter, which is Diddy's ex-girlfriend, mother to his children.
- 11:58Speaker 1: She passed away under mysterious circumstances some pneumonia.
- 12:04Speaker 1: A lot of people don't believe that it was natural death.
- 12:09Speaker 1: We think it was staged or actually she was killed by someone.
- 12:14Speaker 1: A lot of people think Diddy was behind it.
- 12:16Speaker 1: That's all alleged, never been proven yet now that a man just went before the grand jury, um, you can get more context if you go back into my previous episodes.
- 12:29Speaker 1: You could.
- 12:32Speaker 1: You can go back and check um, but to give you a short summary, man went before the grand jury this week and testified that he has the flash drive which is holds Kim Porter's book on there and everybody says that book holds a lot of secrets and could be damaging for Diddy's case.
- 12:55Speaker 1: So now that that just happened, now we have Kim Porter's and she's saying she's Kim Porter's best friend, combating that and saying the new Diddy witness claim Is not true.
- 13:11Speaker 1: This is what the article says.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Guys, listen up.
- 13:16Speaker 1: A new witness in the Diddy criminal case says he has a manuscript belonging to Diddy.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Now that's the case of that's Courtney Burgess.
- 13:29Speaker 1: But now Kim's best friend and the caregiver of Kim, of Kim and Diddy's twin daughters tells TMZ she was best friends with Kim for 30 years, including 20 years living under the same roof, and there was never a manuscript written by Kim.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Kim's best friend also tells us she was with Kim every day and Kim never wrote anything down.
- 14:00Speaker 1: And she says the family doesn't know who this new Diddy witness, courtney Burgess, is, even though the guy claims he's one of Kim's former associates.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Now Kim's bestie goes on to say the guy is mistaken.
- 14:21Speaker 1: She says she was in charge of going through Kim's belongings and distributing them to family and friends after Kim died and if anyone would have found a manuscript it would have been her.
- 14:34Speaker 1: And there wasn't one.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Now courtney's lawyer, ariel mitchell, tells tmz he obtained the manuscript on a flash drive and it's since been turned over to federal investigators.
- 14:50Speaker 1: In the diddy case sounds like it's all up to the feds to decide.
- 14:56Speaker 1: There is a lot to unpack here.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Listen up, I'm just going.
- 15:04Speaker 1: I don't believe this.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Um let's.
- 15:15Speaker 1: First of all, I don't know if I can trust if she's a caregiver to the, to the twins, the daughters, as well as Kim.
- 15:24Speaker 1: I feel like there's a relationship there with Diddy.
- 15:28Speaker 1: Who would pay that caregiver?
- 15:30Speaker 1: I seriously thought Kim was paying her.
- 15:34Speaker 1: I would bet my bottom dollar that Diddy was paying her.
- 15:39Speaker 1: I would bet my bottom dollar that Diddy was paying her.
- 15:40Speaker 1: So if Diddy's paying her, just like any of us know, the person who pays saves, meaning the person who's paying has the leverage and has the relationship.
- 15:53Speaker 1: And it's just funny to me that someone would come out.
- 15:58Speaker 1: How are you going to say Kim never wrote anything down?
- 16:01Speaker 1: How do you know?
- 16:02Speaker 1: How do you know so much and you're so confident that you're coming out speaking loudly about if she would have wrote one, I would have known.
- 16:15Speaker 1: How do you know?
- 16:15Speaker 1: Everybody don't know your diary or anything like that.
- 16:20Speaker 1: It smells like the pattern we've been seeing.
- 16:24Speaker 1: It smells like that flash drive caused a stir of saying kim's book is on there and diddy has reached out to this person somehow and told them they asked him to come out and make this claim Because let's go over to Courtney Burgess.
- 16:46Speaker 1: What does he have to win or what does he have to lose?
- 16:50Speaker 1: Why would he do this?
- 16:51Speaker 1: He has been subpoenaed, marshals have come to his house and he has turned and this is his lawyer even saying he turned over the flash drive to the feds.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Now why would?
- 17:06Speaker 1: Why in the hell would he do all of that if he lying?
- 17:12Speaker 1: So if I was to break this down, I'm gonna say okay, this one person is just talking in the article, talking about she has no.
- 17:21Speaker 1: This person has no real facts.
- 17:23Speaker 1: They're just saying I was around kim all the time and I would have saw it and this and that.
- 17:28Speaker 1: That don't sound like that, don't sound convincing to me.
- 17:31Speaker 1: And you're just saying it in the article.
- 17:33Speaker 1: On the other hand, the person you are trying to discredit has went before the grand jury and has turned over said flash drive.
- 17:44Speaker 1: If I'm going to believe somebody, I'm sorry, I'm going to believe the person who's actually dealing with the feds and the grand jury.
- 17:56Speaker 1: I'm sorry, not somebody just rambling In an article.
- 18:04Speaker 1: You guys tell me what you think.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Leave some comments on the podcast.
- 18:07Speaker 1: I I like to read them, but this game that they're playing is it's, it's, it's a dirty game.
- 18:16Speaker 1: But hey, let be honest, as much as we hate what the Diddy Monster allegedly did, or surviving Diddy Kelly or, like my famous, famous name for him, mohawk Diddy, we have to admit that he's fighting for his freedom, his life.
- 18:34Speaker 1: He's 50-something, 55, I believe he could die in there, so I guess he's doing whatever he can.
- 18:43Speaker 1: But this to me you guys tell me what you think.
- 18:47Speaker 1: But this sounds and smells fishy.
- 18:51Speaker 1: This person who's coming out claiming to be Kim's best friend and I've been following this case I've never really even heard of his best friend and I'm like, why now?
- 19:03Speaker 1: But Diddy had a mentor by the name of Russell Simmons and, not to be outdone by his mentee, russell Simmons has entered the chat Now let me give you a little context.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Russell Simmons is the mogul Back in the day.
- 19:25Speaker 1: He had Fat Farm.
- 19:26Speaker 1: He put out Def Jam is his biggest prior accomplishment.
- 19:33Speaker 1: He is the owner of Def Jam.
- 19:34Speaker 1: He started Def Jam and he had a time where he was getting lawsuits for sexual assault and rape and this and that much like diddy.
- 19:46Speaker 1: But he ran to bali and I'm gonna say bali, because everybody gets mad when I say believe, but that's how we speak in cleveland, believe, but I'm gonna say bali.
- 19:56Speaker 1: He ran to bali and he did that allegedly to get away to, because it's no extradition.
- 20:04Speaker 1: So he's been in a sense running away from his alleged cases.
- 20:12Speaker 1: So this is from the rolling stone and y'all.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I pay 7.99 a month for this Rolling Stone news.
- 20:20Speaker 1: So this is good news.
- 20:21Speaker 1: This is expensive news For $7.99 a month.
- 20:26Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Rolling Stone says Russell Simmons' rape accuser Blass claimed he's retired in Indonesia.
- 20:36Speaker 1: In Indonesia, simmons claims he can't be sued because the, the and the Jane Doe alleges he's running from the court's jurisdiction to avoid taking accountability for his actions.
- 20:49Speaker 1: This now listen to this.
- 20:53Speaker 1: This accuser said that Russell Simmons apparently raped her in the mid-90s and he used a wrestling move.
- 21:08Speaker 1: Now, if you're not familiar with this case, let me bring you up to speed.
- 21:14Speaker 1: Let me let me bring you up to speed.
- 21:16Speaker 1: This had this was February 13th to 2024.
- 21:22Speaker 1: Also, rolling Stone article Russell Simmons sued for sexual assault by former Def Jam executive.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Remember I told you he started Def Jam.
- 21:31Speaker 1: So here it is A former Def Jam executive has sued Russell Simmons for sexual harassment and battery, claiming the embattled label founder pulled a wrestling move to pin her to the bed in his New York apartment and raped her in the mid 1990s.
- 21:50Speaker 1: According to court documents obtained by Rolling Stone, the Jane Doe filed said suit in New York federal court on Tuesday.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Remember, this is an old article and it and it is now among 20 women to accuse Simmons of sexual assault or harassment.
- 22:08Speaker 1: The Jane Doe claims she joined the record label as a senior level music executive in the mid 1990s and that Simmons disrupted and derailed her entire career.
- 22:21Speaker 1: The listed causes of action include sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
- 22:33Speaker 1: Pretty serious stuff.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Guy guys, you can look this up.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I don't want to go through the whole, I just want to give you some context of what they're talking about.
- 22:44Speaker 1: Now let's get back to what Russell Simmons has been doing, because apparently he's been running back and forth A lot of time.
- 22:54Speaker 1: We all thought he was just in Bali just chilling and staying away, but according to this he's been in LA, he's been to different places and the accuser's like that's why she's calling BS OK.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Now this is what the Jane Doe is alleging.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Alleging she says he testified that he is building a business empire and needs a partner for his current projects in Dubai.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Also, the dose says his alleged residence in Indonesia and the wellness result also is a business that he owns with a fellow american investor.
- 23:46Speaker 1: So these different places he has businesses and he's saying they're in different places.
- 23:48Speaker 1: But she's saying he has american partner and she says simmons still acts as the figurehead of global media company Gus cloud, which is American.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Also goes on to say actively building an empire means that defendant is ineligible for retirement visa in Indonesia.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Any purported retirement visa requires recertification every few years that one is in fact retired.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Building an empire and being retired are mutually exclusive.
- 24:22Speaker 1: She said that as recently as May of this year, simmons claimed in an interview with All Hip Hop that he still considers the US his home.
- 24:34Speaker 1: This is Simmons own words Home.
- 24:38Speaker 1: This is Simmons own words.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Speaking to the hip hop outlet, simmons denied speculation that he fled the US amid a wave of sexual abuse allegations, people saying that I somehow can't come home when I'm there all the time wears on you, simmons said in an interview.
- 24:58Speaker 1: It wears on me after a while to keep hearing the same narrative, which is false.
- 25:00Speaker 1: I'm always in LA, I'm always in New York and Miami.
- 25:06Speaker 1: So you understand what's going on here, right?
- 25:10Speaker 1: He?
- 25:12Speaker 1: She has.
- 25:12Speaker 1: She's pointing out that he is saying that he lives.
- 25:17Speaker 1: He's here all the the time, despite people saying he's not and she's like okay, but you?
- 25:24Speaker 1: But you claim that you retired in indonesia, which makes it difficult or almost impossible for her to get paid or seek damages.
- 25:36Speaker 1: Yet he's in different uh, on different platforms saying that he is in new york all the time, he is in miami all the time, and so there's a that's conflicted information.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Now, the judge hasn't ruled yet on these claims, but it's definitely heating up.
- 26:06Speaker 1: But you can run, but you can't hide.
- 26:13Speaker 1: This is going to get nasty.
- 26:15Speaker 1: You guys, I'm telling you right now they are putting the heat on russell simmons now.
- 26:23Speaker 1: They're not buying this, running around, um, acting like you're living over here, but you're, you're, you're.
- 26:30Speaker 1: You're saying out your own mouth that you're here all the time.
- 26:34Speaker 1: And who knows what diddy is actually saying in trying to get his case dismissed or maybe he might want to snitch.
- 26:50Speaker 1: But I'm telling you guys to watch it.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Watch closely.
- 26:56Speaker 1: In the next probably few weeks you're going to hear more.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Come out about this Russell Simmons case and not to take this tension away from Diddy because he's getting so much of it.
- 27:10Speaker 1: But you are going to now start seeing names like Russell Simmons.
- 27:16Speaker 1: They start hearing from Russell Simmons' ex-wife, kimora Lee, who actually was good friends with Kim Porter, and if anybody would know if the book exists or doesn't exist, it would be Kimora Lee.
- 27:41Speaker 1: So a lot of things to pay attention to Everybody.
- 27:47Speaker 1: I want to say this before we get out of here Please, please, please, please, please, be safe.
- 27:53Speaker 1: If you're a Trump supporter, if you're a Kamala supporter, support who you support, give your reasons, be passionate about it, but let's not be evil.

- 28:12Speaker 1: Let's not be sending in bomb threats.
- 28:14Speaker 1: Let's not call each other names.

- 29:01Speaker 1: In the morning I got some documents coming in from the case that nobody actually has.
- 29:09Speaker 1: My source is sending them to me, so I'm going to share that with you guys and anything else that comes up tomorrow.
