Latest / The Epstein Chronicles / The Man Who Bought Epstein's Palm Beach Mansion And His Vision For It
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: We have a bit of a development, some new information,
- 0:05some more context on the plans for Jeffrey Epstein's Palm
- 0:10Beach mansion. Now we know that it was purchased by
- 0:14Michael Glazer, and we know that he wanted to knock
- 0:18it down and rebuild it, and it looks like those
- 0:22plans are moving forward and he wants to have this
- 0:25all accomplished by April. Now we read an article previously
- 0:31from the Planning Commission down there in Palm Beach, and
- 0:35they seem to be on board with this idea and
- 0:39this project that mister Glazer was going to undertake, because
- 0:45you know, they didn't want this eyesore there the neighbors,
- 0:49the community. They don't want people coming there and looking
- 0:53at this house and gawking at this house and staring
- 0:55at this house, and you know, it's just not a
- 0:59good look for the neighbor or property values. So I
- 1:03never thought for a second that the Planning Commission or
- 1:06council or whatever you want to call it would not
- 1:10be okay with him knocking this place down. And all
- 1:14signs point to him getting the okay and this project
- 1:19beginning very very soon. Like I said, I think it
- 1:23would be a great idea if he offered the survivors
- 1:27the chance to come in with some sledge hammers and
- 1:30do a little bit of remodeling themselves. I know it's
- 1:33not much, but I think that if I was in
- 1:37a position where I could go to a place where
- 1:39I was abused and take out some of my frustration
- 1:43on the walls with a sledgehammer, hey, I think I'd
- 1:46be all up for it. So I think that would
- 1:49be a cool gesture from mister Glazer here, and I
- 1:53wouldn't doubt if some of these survivors wouldn't take them
- 1:56up on it and head back there and get their
- 1:59smash on. Because as we know, destroying shit is therapeutic, right.
- 2:02They have those places where you smash the dishes, They
- 2:05have places where you destroy cars with sledgehammers or bats,
- 2:09or you pick your weapon. So we know that it's
- 2:14cathartic to destroy some shit sometimes, And if I was Glazer,
- 2:18I would at the very least, at the very least
- 2:21put out that kind of offer. But either way, the
- 2:26fact that he's going to destroy this, get rid of
- 2:29this eyesore, get rid of this den of horror, and
- 2:32put something new there in its place, something hopefully beautiful.
- 2:36I think that's a good thing for the community, and
- 2:39I certainly think it's a good thing for the survivors
- 2:42to know that not only is Epstein gone, his legacy
- 2:47tarnished and smashed, but the very houses that he conducted
- 2:51this abuse in are also either getting destroyed or undergoing
- 2:56huge facelifts. And that is exactly what we're going to
- 3:00be talking about in tonight's article in regards to the
- 3:05Palm Beach mansion. This article is from the Daily Mail
- 3:10headline Jeffrey Epstein's eighteen million dollar Florida Beach estate to
- 3:15be demolished. Developer who bought the property wants to destroy
- 3:20the home by April and build a new pad. I
- 3:23like when they have like the hip lingo in these headlines,
- 3:26build a new pad always cracks me up. But it's
- 3:31a good plan. Right, Let's get this thing destroyed, let's
- 3:34get it out of the way, and let's get something
- 3:36else built there in its place. And while it's just
- 3:40a small, little tiny fraction of the process, I think
- 3:45it's nice to know that for these survivors and anybody
- 3:50else who might have been involved abused by Jeffrey Epstein,
- 3:53to know that that property on a brio way is
- 3:58no longer going to be the ey sore that it
- 4:01is now the stain where Jeffrey Epstein and his co
- 4:06conspirators abused all of these girls. You can't get rid
- 4:10of the memories, obviously, but you can get rid of
- 4:12the place where the abuse took place. And I love that.
- 4:17That's what's going on here now. Don't get me wrong.
- 4:20That's not the motivation for this man, right. He's a businessman.
- 4:25He's about making money. He knows destroying this place and
- 4:28erecting a new, more modern property is going to put
- 4:32more dollars in his pocket. But that's okay. Our goals aligned.
- 4:37Our end game is the same, getting rid of this property.
- 4:41And if he's making a few bucks on it, hey
- 4:42good for him. This article was authored by James Gordon.
- 4:51The Florida mansion where Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused young girls
- 4:55has been bought by a real estate developer who plans
- 4:58to demolish it, but he needs to ask for permission
- 5:01from the neighbors before raising it to the ground. Again,
- 5:06put yourself in the shoes of these neighbors. I highly
- 5:08doubt any one of these people is going to be like, no,
- 5:11I object. I don't want you to knock down this
- 5:14disgusting place where all of this heinous crime took place.
- 5:18I want you to keep it right next door to
- 5:20my house so I can explain to my kids what
- 5:23happened there. Highly doubt that conversation's happening. Pretty sure most
- 5:27people are going to be like, when are you showing
- 5:30up with the wrecking ball and the demolition crew? Todd.
- 5:35Michael Glazer, a Florida real estate developer, has signed a
- 5:39contract to buy the property and is hoping to close
- 5:42on it by January fifteenth, a mere few days away, folks,
- 5:47So it shouldn't be long before mister Glazer has all
- 5:51of this wrapped up, has a bow on it, and
- 5:54has himself a nice new piece of property in Palm Beach,
- 5:59a piece of prom by the way, that is absolutely gorgeous.
- 6:03I don't mean the house, I mean the property with
- 6:06one hundred and twenty feet of intracoastal waterway. The views, beautiful,
- 6:12pristine property, and I'm sure that whatever mister Glazer decides
- 6:17to put there is going to be epic. Anytime you
- 6:23have that kind of property sitting on a waterway like that,
- 6:26I'm sold. I could sit there, fish, listen to music, Yep,
- 6:30count me in, and it just it just boggles my
- 6:33mind to think about it. To have all of that power,
- 6:36all of that wealth, I know, I say it all
- 6:38the time, but it's a point that needs to be
- 6:39driven home. And to use all of that power and
- 6:42all that wealth for the things that these people used
- 6:45it for is just I can't comprehend it. I can't
- 6:48wrap my mind around it. That is just evil personified.
- 6:56He plans to tear the property down and replace it
- 6:58with a fourteen thousand square art modern home, and if
- 7:02everything goes according to plan, he hopes to have the
- 7:05place flattened before April first, So coming up very quickly.
- 7:11I hope somebody live streams that if any of you
- 7:13live down in Florida and this place is about to
- 7:16be demolished, and you're able to get over there and
- 7:18get some video of it being demolished, obviously, if you're allowed.
- 7:22You know, I know here in Vegas, whenever they're tearing
- 7:24stuff down casinos and whatnot, implosions, there's usually people that
- 7:28are there watching, big crowds, et cetera, et cetera. And
- 7:32I would think a place like Epstein's Pad getting torn
- 7:34down in Florida, there'd be some people showing up. So
- 7:38if this place does get knocked down in April, and
- 7:41any of you can get down there and get some
- 7:43footage if you live close by or whatever, or pictures
- 7:47or whatever, that'd be awesome, because, let me tell you what,
- 7:51this place deserves to be burnt to the ground. This
- 7:54is the kind of place if I had a dragon,
- 7:55I'd come riding in right above it and yelled yourcari's
- 8:00because that's how much of an eyesore it is. That's
- 8:03how disgusting it is to think about what went on
- 8:07in that place. Before such a demolition can proceed, Glazer
- 8:13must ask for permission from the local neighborhood in order
- 8:17to raise the six bedroom main house and three bedroom
- 8:21staff house. I'm pretty sure that he has talked with
- 8:26the commission or a couple of the commissioners have come
- 8:29out and already given it the nod of approval. I'm
- 8:32pretty sure we read that article. We've read so many
- 8:35articles it's hard to keep track, but I'll dig back
- 8:38and look. But I'm pretty sure that we've heard from
- 8:40commissioners here, and they seem to be on board already,
- 8:44so it's probably they're just waiting for the finalized okay,
- 8:47you know, the whole panel to voter, whatever it may be.
- 8:51But I can't see them not giving the okay for
- 8:54this place to be raised. Such a west is necessary
- 9:01because of the pricey nature of the posh enclave, which
- 9:04usually prohibits such demolition projects during the winter months, when
- 9:09wealthy snowbirds flock to so called Billionaire's Row for its
- 9:13warm climate, white sandy beaches and palatial homes. Must be nice.
- 9:18Must be nice to be heading on down to your
- 9:21palatial home when shit goes south up north or when
- 9:24it's cold. Rest of us are honkering down. You better
- 9:27stay in place, lock down. Don't go anywhere you're locked down. Meanwhile,
- 9:32these dudes are hanging out playing naked volleyball games on
- 9:35the beach. Neighbors who are usually against something like this
- 9:41will possibly be for it, Glazier told the Daily News. Again,
- 9:45I definitely agree with that sentiment, pretty sure that the
- 9:48neighbors are going to be okay with it. He'll probably
- 9:52have to do it in the off season, right when
- 9:55there aren't so many of the so called snowbirds down there.
- 9:59But I think that they'll be able to come to
- 10:02some sort of agreement. Then again, you know these billionaires,
- 10:04they're fickle as hell. They cry about everything. They're the
- 10:07biggest Karens in the whole entire world. We have all
- 10:12these gawkers. If the house is gone, what are they
- 10:15going to take a picture of? So we might be
- 10:17able to get it knocked down early, which I want
- 10:20to do just to get rid of it, he said.
- 10:22Palm Beach is going to be very happy that it's gone,
- 10:25he added, And I can only imagine about the gawker situation.
- 10:29I can only imagine how many people show up there
- 10:31and they're like, all right, well, we just watched this
- 10:34Netflix documentary about Jeffrey Epstein. We're in Palm Beach. Let's
- 10:37check it out. Let's go see what this place is
- 10:39all about. So, if I was a neighbor, I would
- 10:44want to alleviate that I wouldn't want people trapsing through
- 10:47my billion dollar neighborhood. I wouldn't want people showing up
- 10:51standing around, gawking, spitting, doing whatever else it is that
- 10:55the masses do. So why wouldn't I want this place
- 11:00to be knocked to the ground? If I was some
- 11:02scumbag billionaire that didn't want the smelly public near them,
- 11:06I mean for their own motivations, not even for you know,
- 11:10touching on the right reasons. Right. The right reasons obviously
- 11:14are because this house was a place where a ton
- 11:17of crimes were committed and the world's better off without it.
- 11:20That's pretty, you know, good enough logic for most people.
- 11:24But with billionaires, they always have to be getting something
- 11:26out of it, right, They always have to be squeezing
- 11:29the rock for a little more blood. It's wild. People
- 11:35came out to the site, sent emails, people show up
- 11:38at showed up at my house in Miami Beach. I
- 11:41have a woman telling me she's calling the EPA something
- 11:44about nuclear medicine, he said. So I can only imagine
- 11:48what the hubbub around Glazer and people contacting him about
- 11:53this property. We all know there's some wild people out
- 11:56there and some people following this case. It's no different
- 11:59than there are some wild people out there that are
- 12:02a bit brazen, and they're going to send emails, they're
- 12:06going to call people, and they're going to demand questions
- 12:09in their own I mean, demand for answers in their
- 12:11own way. And this guy glazers like, look, I just
- 12:16want to knock this house down over, be done with
- 12:18this shit and move on. So I think it's a
- 12:22good idea just to let this dude get that done.
- 12:25I don't know anything about like nuclear medicine or any
- 12:27of that stuff, and you know, God bless but let's
- 12:31be real, folks, Let's just get this house knocked down
- 12:35and move on. If this guy's going to pay eighteen
- 12:38nineteen million dollars that's going into the compensation fund and
- 12:42he wants to knock this place down the next day,
- 12:46more power to him. If he wants to drive over
- 12:48this place in a gigantic monster truck that he outfitted
- 12:53for the cause, more power to him. Who cares? As
- 12:56long as that eighteen million dollars shows up in the
- 12:59compensation fund and this stupid ass, disgusting place gets destroyed,
- 13:03who cares. A woman's group wants to go in and
- 13:09do a prayer. I've got neighbors praying I can knock
- 13:12this thing down, he said. I'm trying to get this
- 13:14thing knocked down. The waterfront Palm Beach estate, just over
- 13:18a mile from Donald Trump's Mar A Lago, went on
- 13:21the market in July for twenty one point nine nine
- 13:24to five million, and when it went on the market
- 13:26for that price, remember I thought it would get knocked
- 13:29down a few million. I was thinking, like, I don't know,
- 13:32twenty million right around there. No, they were all the
- 13:36way down to eighteen million. And then we see the
- 13:38shave that the townhouse got a significant amount sixty three
- 13:43I mean twenty three million down to sixty five from
- 13:46eighty eight. So we see the toll that COVID has
- 13:52taken on high end real estate obviously, and we see
- 13:57that Epstein and the estates taking it in the short
- 14:00here because of the time frame and the fact that
- 14:04well it's a place that is wrapped in infamy. The
- 14:11property has been locked up for over eighteen months since
- 14:13Epstcene's arrest, and it's been graffitied with the word graffitied
- 14:17with the words gone but not forgiven in blood red paint.
- 14:21And you gotta figure that people are pissed off, right,
- 14:26I'm surprised that that's all that's happened. Now. Even when
- 14:29that occurred and someone wrote graffiti on the wall, my
- 14:33comments then and my comments still are that's stupid. It's
- 14:36just going to cost the estate money to get rid
- 14:38of the graffiti, and in turn you're taking a few
- 14:41more dollars out of the pocket of the survivors. So
- 14:44don't be a moron. Never a good idea to deface
- 14:47property or destroy property, especially when it's counterproductive. So I
- 14:54always thought that was a bit silly. I get the
- 14:57idea behind it, right, and I sympathize with the motivation
- 15:00behind it, but it's really just a counterproductive move and
- 15:04it doesn't do anything but cost money in the end,
- 15:07and every single dollar matters at this point. He declined
- 15:12to confirm the price, but said he received a discount.
- 15:15Sources told the paper the sale was around eighteen million.
- 15:19Glazier is known for building extravagantly designed homes for wealthy
- 15:23and demanding clients, such as a home on Miami's Star
- 15:27Island that recently sold for about forty nine and a
- 15:30half million dollars. I don't know if you folks are
- 15:33familiar with the game Grand Theft ought. Oh, I'm sure
- 15:35some of you are. But there was the Miami version.
- 15:38There was an island I guess that was based on
- 15:40this Star Island. Tell it might have even been Star Island,
- 15:43And I remember causing all kinds of havoc driving my
- 15:45car around there in the game. It's pretty funny that
- 15:48this guy was built there. Ironic the things that you're remember, huh.
- 15:52I haven't played that game in a very long time,
- 15:55and it's doesn't shock me that a guy like this
- 16:00would be building on an island like that. I mean,
- 16:02forty nine and a half million dollars. That's an obscene
- 16:06amount of money. You imagine having fifty million dollars to
- 16:10spend on a house. Imagine what sort of good you
- 16:14could do in the world if you had that kind
- 16:15of though he was, he was also one of the
- 16:20developers of the one thousand museum tower, designed by the
- 16:23late Zaha Hadid in downtown Miami. In June, Glazier confirmed
- 16:28that he had bought a nineteen twenty five mansion in
- 16:31Palm Beach for seventeen million dollars, which he intended to
- 16:35restore to its former glory and where he intended to
- 16:38live with his wife Kim. Now, I can only imagine
- 16:42what his own pad's going to look like. You got
- 16:44this developer, you know, whipping up all of these fancy
- 16:47ass houses and developments and shit. I can only imagine
- 16:50how sick, his pad's going to be. Glazier has been
- 16:54developing property in the Palm Beach area since two thy
- 16:57and seventeen. In February, he and partners Philip Levine, Scott
- 17:02Robbins and Jonathan Freed sold a Speck holme at one
- 17:06thirteen Atlantic Avenue for nine point four to one million
- 17:09to a scion of the family that founded Cumberland Farms.
- 17:13According to the Real Deal and the Real Deal is
- 17:17a real estate website magazine. The hyperlinks in here. If
- 17:22you're interested in like real estate and stuff, you can
- 17:23click on that and take a look at what they
- 17:25have to offer. But again, every one of this dude's properties,
- 17:30everything he's selling and slanging is for big money. This
- 17:35isn't some guy that's just messing around, right And I
- 17:37can only imagine what he's going to do with that
- 17:40property at Elbrio Away next door at one eleven Atlantic Avenue,
- 17:47another Speck home that the partners developed, is under contract
- 17:51and is expected to close in July. Glaziers said the
- 17:54partners also developed two Speck villas with a courtyard at
- 17:58two thirty seven Brazilian Avenue in Palm Beach, which recently
- 18:02hit the market for seven point nine million dollars each,
- 18:05the site reported pocket change compared to the fifty million. Right,
- 18:10let me just go to the bank and pull out
- 18:11that seven point nine million. Maybe I can go make
- 18:13ninety seven transactions like indyke to get that seven point
- 18:20nine million to get me one of these houses. What
- 18:22do you think about that? You think they'll they'll report
- 18:25me for structuring? Pretty sure I'll have the FBI at
- 18:28my house if I tried to pull that off. Epstein,
- 18:33who died in jail awaiting his sex trafficking trial in
- 18:36August of twenty nineteen, bought the Palm Beach property in
- 18:40nineteen ninety for two point five million dollars. Hell of
- 18:44a profit. I mean, if this was a regular sale
- 18:49and Epstein's estate or Epstein was making a sixteen million
- 18:54dollar profit on it, it would be a good move. Right.
- 18:57But think about this. It was on the market for
- 19:02twenty two and they're only getting eighteen. And that all
- 19:07has to do with, in my opinion, the infamy of
- 19:09the place of what occurred there, and Glazier's no dummy.
- 19:15He saw that as an opportunity and he pounced. The
- 19:20property has roughly one hundred and seventy feet of water
- 19:23frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway with space for a dock.
- 19:28I mean, I can't even imagine you wake up every morning,
- 19:31head on out to your little intracoastal waterway, have yourself
- 19:35a breakfast whatever it is you like, nice Bailey's with
- 19:39your coffee if you're into that, a smoke, if you're
- 19:41into that, your fishing pole, your jet, ski, your boat.
- 19:46Never mind the private planes, the jets, the other properties.
- 19:49Literally the whole world at your fingertips, and you choose
- 19:53to abuse traffic and rape women. There's no other explanation. Besides,
- 20:02some people are just born evil, and Epstein is one
- 20:06of those people. The six bedroom, roughly fourteen thousand square
- 20:12foot house with a large swimming pool was designed by
- 20:16architect John Vach in what is described as West Indies style.
- 20:21Built in nineteen fifty two, it was one of a
- 20:24number of properties where Epstein groomed and sexually assaulted underage
- 20:28girls and women as part of a sprawling sex trafficking scheme.
- 20:32Prosecutors said, yeah, one of the key places, right, certainly,
- 20:39one of the places where a lot of bad shit
- 20:42went down. And I still don't think we know the
- 20:44full story about Palm Beach, all of those little high
- 20:47school girls. There's a lot more there and this story, Honestly,
- 20:52this story is still far from being told in my opinion.
- 20:56There are so many different layers, so many threads to
- 20:58pull on. Now, don't get me wrong, we're coming to
- 21:02a falkrum here. We're coming to a point where the
- 21:05Rubbers certainly meeting the road, with Gilaine Maxwell being on trial,
- 21:10with Jean Luke Brunell being arrested, with Prince Andrew living
- 21:15in infamy. So we're moving right along, there's no doubt
- 21:18about it. But there are many levels and layers and
- 21:23different subplots to what's going on in the main story here.
- 21:31The house was where the crimes that would eventually lead
- 21:34to his downfall were first reported in two thousand and five.
- 21:38Well that's incorrect. Remember Maria reported him in the mid nineties.
- 21:42Epstein had been recruiting teenage girls from massages from Palm
- 21:45Beach High School, and one eventually confessed to her mother
- 21:48what was going on, who then went to the police.
- 21:52Dozens of victims were underprivileged middle and high school girls
- 21:56recruited in and around Palm Beach, County between nineteen ninety
- 22:00eight and two thousand and six, middle and high school
- 22:05age girls middle school, seventh and eighth grade. Think back
- 22:09to when you were in seventh or eighth grade and
- 22:12think about what you were into then, what your life
- 22:14was like. What have you been able to deal with
- 22:18this sort of criminal element, this sort of person like
- 22:20Epstein and Maxwell grooming you, procuring you, promising you the world,
- 22:25especially if you can from a broke home. Of course not.
- 22:31And that's exactly what they were trying to do. That's
- 22:33how they were maneuvering. That's the way they were moving
- 22:37the scummiest of the scum. Epstein pleaded guilty to Florida
- 22:43state prostitution charges in two thousand and eight and served
- 22:46thirteen months in a local jail. However, the sentence ended
- 22:50up being a work release program. Must be nice, It
- 22:53really must be nice to just live in the world
- 22:58of the so called elite where you can be involved
- 23:00in abusing girls in seventh and eighth grade and get
- 23:04yourself out on the work release program. After his conviction,
- 23:11Epstein continued living high life, and he would jet between
- 23:14his homes in Palm Beach his Manhattan Upper East Side townhouse, Paris,
- 23:19his New Mexico ranch, and a private island in the
- 23:22US Virgin Islands, Little Saint James, which were also venues
- 23:26for abuse. Facts. All that's facts. Got girls who have
- 23:31said that they've been abused on every single bit property
- 23:34Epstein has, every plane he has, everywhere he's ever been,
- 23:37girls have come forward and said they've been abused by him.
- 23:46He was arrested again at Teterborough Airport in July twenty
- 23:49nineteen on federal charges of sex trafficking miners in New
- 23:53York and Florida, and died by suicide allegedly in jail
- 23:58a month later. The New York townhouse is still on
- 24:01the market with a reduced asking price of sixty five
- 24:04million dollars, according to the website of the listing agent,
- 24:08Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group. Now, we talked about
- 24:12that recently, and look, there was no doubt that it
- 24:18was getting a shave at this point. All of the
- 24:22signs pointed to that. With the market the way it
- 24:25is in New York and only ten houses in that
- 24:30price range or homes in that price range have been
- 24:33sold this year, you knew that it was going to
- 24:36be pain and I think that it might even drop
- 24:40a little bit more. Folks. Honestly, you know how these
- 24:43investors are. They smell blood in the water, and they're
- 24:46going to try and leverage this as best as possible.
- 24:49And I wouldn't be surprised to see the final ask
- 24:51come down to about sixty three or so, maybe I
- 24:54mean less, maybe sixty East seventy first Street home saw
- 25:02its price decrease some twenty six percent from its original
- 25:05asking price of eighty eight million dollars, according to the
- 25:09Wall Street Journal. So it's coming right. The train has
- 25:17left the station and there's no going back. Property in Florida, sold,
- 25:24property in New York on the market, Virgin Islands. I'm
- 25:28sure that that's in motion as well. Now Zoro Ranch,
- 25:32on the other hand, well that's for another podcast, because
- 25:36as you all know, I can go forever when we're
- 25:40talking about Zoro Ranch. But it's a good thing that
- 25:44Michael Glazer is going to get this place demolished, and
- 25:48I hope that everything works out the way he has
- 25:50planned and by April this iesore is completely erased from
- 25:58the face of earth. If you'd like to contact me,
- 26:01you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at Protonmeil dot com.
- 26:04That's Bo bby c ap you Cci at protonmel dot com.

- 26:15c ap you Cci. All of the links that go
- 26:19with this episode can be found in the description box.
- 26:22It's up, everybody and greetings from Sin City. Well, Jeffrey
- 26:28Epstein's Palmbeach mansion had a meeting with a bulldozer. That's right, folks,
- 26:36Jeffrey Epstein's mansion, old mansion, I should say in Palm
- 26:42Beach has begun to be demolished. Usually I get up
- 26:50to report on these stories and I feel sick over it. Right,
- 26:53hardly ever any good news to report when we're talking
- 26:55about this disgusting case. But every now and then we
- 27:00got ourselves a little gem, and that is exactly what
- 27:04it is. To see this man's mansion get absolutely destroyed.
- 27:13I think it's a fitting end to that house of horror,
- 27:16a fitting end to a place where not only innocence
- 27:23was taken, but where dreams were smashed and crushed. So
- 27:31it's a good day whenever a place like that is destroyed,
- 27:37knocked down, sold and forgotten in the annals of history,
- 27:44because that certainly is not a place anyone should want
- 27:48to even remember after it's destroyed, and after all of
- 27:52this is said and done, the fact that something new
- 27:57is going up there is a good thing. It signals change,
- 28:02right moving into the next level. And that's what's going on.
- 28:09Things are moving, things are changing, and what once was
- 28:16basically the base for Epstein and his criminal enterprise is
- 28:23now being raised to the ground. Epstein's dead, Maxwell is
- 28:31in jail looking at serious prison time, and the story continues.
- 28:43Even though Maxwell's in jail. Even though Epstein's dead, you
- 28:48still have the other lieutenants who were very much responsible
- 28:53for making sure this whole entire operation ran smoothly. Now,
- 28:59while I'm very excited that this place is getting knocked
- 29:01down and a new start is beginning down there, I
- 29:04would really really like to see some more indictments for
- 29:09the other co conspirators that the FED said they weren't
- 29:12going to forget about, right, Remember, well, I remember PEPPERIDG
- 29:16Farm remembers, and everybody out there listening I'm sure remembers
- 29:21as well. So let's get some more indictments to go
- 29:26along with this appetizer of Jeffrey Epstein's Palm Beach mansion
- 29:33being destroyed. Right, that's just a little appetizer. It's like
- 29:36getting some uh, you know, getting yourself some stuffed mushrooms
- 29:40before the meal, a little something to wet your palette.
- 29:43But you know the real meal is coming later, and
- 29:46that real meal is Maxwell Well being convicted. Let's jump
- 29:52into this article from the Palm Beach Daily News and
- 29:55let's see what they have to say about Jeffrey Epstein's
- 29:59Palm Each House being destroyed headline exclusive. Finally, Cruse began
- 30:09raising Jeffrey Epstein's former Palm Beach house. This article was
- 30:14authored by Darryl Hoffheins and there is video in this link,
- 30:19so make sure you go down to the description box
- 30:23and click on the link and go and check out
- 30:25the video as well. Finally, that's the one word comment
- 30:31developer Todd Michael Glazer offered as Cruise on Monday began
- 30:36knocking down the infamous Palm Beach mansion that was home
- 30:39to the late sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein,
- 30:44a place where he sexually assaulted underage girls and young
- 30:48women and what prosecutors said was a multi year sex
- 30:52trafficking scheme multi decade, honestly, I mean we could roll
- 30:58with multi year, I guess, but know that this was
- 31:00happening throughout the decades, and it's a shame that it
- 31:09was allowed to occur for so long. And they had
- 31:13this man within their grips for so many different times,
- 31:18and somehow he skates while other people involved with him don't.
- 31:22Talking about previously, before the sex trafficking stuff. All of
- 31:25a sudden, Jeffrey Epstein just has a horseshoe shoved up
- 31:29his rear end. But finally it broke the right way.
- 31:38Finally things started happening. Epstein was arrested, and you know,
- 31:43everything else to get us to hear and the fact
- 31:46that this place is being knocked down now and that
- 31:49Michael Glazer, this real estate character, is so into it. Well,
- 31:57definitely a good piece of news report on for once
- 32:03you know the developer Glazers like man. The last thing
- 32:07I wanted to have this disgusting eyesore. I mean, you
- 32:10look at that house right, and don't get me wrong,
- 32:12it was opulent, it was big, but like the interior
- 32:16decorating was was terrible. I mean, what did he have
- 32:19the Russian guy from the Sopranos Pine Barrens episode do
- 32:23the Interior Decoration. You know, the episode with Christopher and
- 32:28Pauli when they're lost in the woods after they go
- 32:31to collect the money from the Russian Cat and it
- 32:34goes south. They think they get you know, they're taking
- 32:36him out to kill him. He gets away. One of
- 32:40the greatest episodes of all time. By the way, if
- 32:42you have not seen that episode of The Sopranos, you
- 32:45gotta check it out. One of the greatest episodes of
- 32:48all time. So they go and get this guy, right,
- 32:52and they were just supposed to collect the money from him.
- 32:55So it turns out that he wasn't dead after they
- 33:00thought they killed him in the house, right, So they
- 33:02put him in the car, take him out to this
- 33:04place in Jersey called the Pine Barrens, and they're going
- 33:07to have him dig his own grave so when they
- 33:09kill him, they could put him in the hole. Well,
- 33:11things go not the way that Paulie and Christopher expect,
- 33:15and the rushing cat hits Christopher with a shovel. Long
- 33:20story short, they get in touch with Tony and Tony's
- 33:23explaining to them who this guy is that he's expetsna
- 33:26he killed sixteen chechens, all kinds of stuff. Well, the
- 33:31phone conversation gets broken up between Christopher and Tony, and
- 33:36Christopher says to Paulie, he says, You're never gonna believe this.
- 33:42This guy killed sixteen Czechoslovakians and he's an interior decorator.
- 33:46And Christopher Christopher goes, really, his apartment look like shit.
- 33:52And it's one of, honestly, one of the greatest episodes
- 33:55of all time. But that's I always think back to
- 33:57that quote when Christopher is like, really, he was an
- 34:01interior decorator. His apartment looked like shit, And that's what
- 34:05it reminds me of every time we talk about Jeffrey
- 34:08Epstein and the decorating in his house, Christopher's reaction with
- 34:11the conversation. I don't know why that triggers that for me,
- 34:15but every single time I have like vivid images of
- 34:19the Pine Barons episode. The Lakeside Mansion at three point
- 34:24fifty eight l Brio Way is being raised to make
- 34:27room for a new house to be developed on a
- 34:30speculation by Glazer, who paid a recorded eighteen and a
- 34:33half million dollars for the property in March. So he's
- 34:38he's gonna build something else there. He already was talking
- 34:41about some of the plans. He has some more modern property,
- 34:45something that fits in with the rest of the neighborhood,
- 34:48like you know, the Epstein property in its current form
- 34:51or old form. I guess you could say now was
- 34:54very old, right, very old, uh not updated? Different style
- 35:00and wasn't you know, catchy like some of these new
- 35:03properties are. And that's the kind of developer Glazer is.
- 35:07I'm sure that whatever he puts on this site is
- 35:10going to be pretty incredible. Glazier previously previously told The
- 35:16Daily News that it would be personally satisfying to him
- 35:19to knock down and replace the house. Hell yeah, any
- 35:23sort of human being with any kind of heart or
- 35:25a morality compass inside of their body would want to
- 35:29be would want to take part in knocking this place down.
- 35:34I would have gladly come over with a sledgehammer or
- 35:37drove one of those fourk I mean bulldozers to smash
- 35:42into this place. Gladly gladly have done it for free.
- 35:45By the way, Palm Beach real estate broker Lawrence A. Mones,
- 35:49who represented Glazier and helped put together the sale, broke
- 35:53his customary rule about not commenting publicly on transactions in
- 35:57which he was involved. And that just show you the
- 36:00significance of this property and what it means that it's
- 36:03gonna be knocked down and scattered into the dusts of history.
- 36:09I can only see that as a good thing, right,
- 36:11Another piece of Jeffrey Epstein's sortid disgusting legacy chipped away.
- 36:17I only got involved in the sale of Jeffrey Epstein's
- 36:20residence to ensure it would be wiped off the map
- 36:22of Palm Beach. Mohnes told the Palm Beach Daily News. Yo,
- 36:27that's crazy. Lawrence Moons is a pretty top notch real
- 36:33estate person in that neck of the woods, and he
- 36:36wasn't having it either. Look, everybody's sick of this shit.
- 36:39Nobody wants to look at that place anymore. Nobody wants
- 36:42to see the house in Manhattan. Nobody wants to hear
- 36:47about Zoro Ranch not being raided anymore. And this guy,
- 36:51Lawrence Mohones, who works in the real estate industry, made
- 36:54sure he got involved to get rid of this blight.
- 36:58So cheers to that. Lawrence owns. Good on you. Peal
- 37:04permits were issued for the demolition late last week. Townhall
- 37:07Record Show. Early Monday, demolition crews from BG Group of
- 37:11Delray Beach used heavy equipment to begin pulling down the
- 37:15walls of the mansion. God, that's glorious. Make sure you
- 37:18watch the video. I was watching it like it was
- 37:21a sporting event. Had a couple of cheers, maybe, you know,
- 37:24eating a hot dog with one hand, had the other
- 37:27hand in some popcorn, you know what I mean. It's
- 37:31like a sporting event for me watching this place get
- 37:33knocked down. Maybe I should make some odds on how
- 37:36long it takes for different parts of it to fall.
- 37:39All kidding aside, though, if you're looking to have a
- 37:42bit of joy in your life for a little while,
- 37:44make sure you watch this video. Click on the link,
- 37:47watch the video and enjoy. They tore into it again
- 37:54and again, starting on the east side where vine still
- 37:57clung to the walls, blooming with furs that were soon crushed,
- 38:02and eating through house towards the water front. Man, that
- 38:07is such a fantastic visual. We don't get very many
- 38:11good visuals in this case, right at least, I certainly
- 38:14don't stuff that. You know, you lay there at nights
- 38:18sometimes and you think about it, and it really really
- 38:21gets me going. I can't tell you how many sleepless
- 38:25nights I've had since this investigation. Since we've started talking
- 38:28about this case in October of twenty nineteen, it's been
- 38:33such a grind and such a heavy topic to discuss
- 38:39every day that I cannot even begin to explain to
- 38:43you how much I am looking forward to this playing out.
- 38:49And then to think about how much of a grind
- 38:52it is just covering it now, think and try and
- 38:55put yourself in the position of the people who actually
- 38:57lived it. And I look at the grind and I
- 39:02say to myself, this ain't shit. Bro Buckle down, keep
- 39:07it moving, keep rocking. If all of these girls who
- 39:11are abused by Epstein can carry this burden for this long,
- 39:14we can see it through to the end of this trial.
- 39:17But boy, oh boy, let me tell you what. I
- 39:21cannot wait for the convictions to come in this case.
- 39:25There are some other people, I guess I would love
- 39:26for this case to keep going on forever and ever
- 39:28and ever and ever, but not me. This case has
- 39:33taken up so much of my time, so much of
- 39:36my life, that I just cannot wait to see all
- 39:42of these people that we talk about. You know, the
- 39:45core four Maxwell Indike con for those people to be punished,
- 39:53because it's been just this is day after day talk
- 39:57about a slugfest and it just wait, you right, this
- 40:00kind of heavy sort of content, this sort of material,
- 40:05it's it's not easy to talk about, it's not easy
- 40:09to digest and guess what it's certainly I would guess
- 40:14was not easy to live. So that's why we continue
- 40:17to talk about it on a daily basis. That's why
- 40:20we continue to try and bring just a little bit
- 40:23of light to it. You know, in our little neck
- 40:25of the woods over here, we just you know, we
- 40:30do our little part right. And there's people out there
- 40:33with way way, way, way way, bigger platforms that are
- 40:38fighting the good fight too. But me personally, I know
- 40:44that it's going to be a very good day for
- 40:51these survivors, especially when this thing is finally said and
- 40:54done and when somebody takes a bull dozer not just
- 40:59to Epstein's house, but to the rest of his legacy.
- 41:06By noon, debris littered the ground as broken windows pierced walls.
- 41:09That remained standing and still intact was much of the
- 41:12second floor balcony that overlooked the water connected to the
- 41:16pool patio below by a graceful spiral staircase. The residents
- 41:24had stood since nineteen fifty two on an acre facing
- 41:28one hundred and seventy feet on the intracoastal Waterway at
- 41:31the end of a quiet, dead end street in the
- 41:33estate section, with a total of fourteen two hundred and
- 41:37twenty three square feet. The three structures being raised include
- 41:41the main house, a pool cabana building, and a separate
- 41:44building used by household staff. The swimming pool is also
- 41:48being demolished and filled in. You know, I tried to
- 41:51talk my parents into filling in my pool when I
- 41:54was younger and turning it into a roller hockey court. Yeah,
- 41:58it didn't work out so well for you. Boy. My
- 42:01parents have a junior Olympic sized swimming pool in their
- 42:03backyard and they were always complaining about how, you know,
- 42:07paining the ass to take care of this that the
- 42:09other thing. So I offered a great solution. I was like, look,
- 42:12we can turn this into a roller hockey rink, right,
- 42:15and then we can switch it into a basketball court
- 42:18every now and then. Unfortunately, they weren't into it. So
- 42:23I have a sneaking suspicion that mister Glazer isn't going
- 42:27to be making a hockey rink in his backyard either. Unfortunately,
- 42:33Epstein hanged himself in August twenty nineteen in a New
- 42:36York City jail cell, allegedly after he was arrested on
- 42:40federal charges of conspiracy and sex trafficking of underage girls.
- 42:45Fort Lauderdale attorney Brad Edwards represents about fifty clients in
- 42:50various legal actions who say they were abused by Epstein.
- 42:54The demolition can be viewed in some ways as cathartic.
- 42:57He said, I agree with that, and I thought of
- 42:59I said that from the jump that it would be
- 43:01a cathartic experience for some of these survivors. Right seeing
- 43:05this place destroyed, it's significant. It might not be to
- 43:09other people on the outside looking in, but to these
- 43:11survivors who were abused there, it's significant. I think that
- 43:17the symbolic power of destroying the House of Horrors cannot
- 43:20be overstated. Edwards said, Hey, that's funny. I call it
- 43:23the same thing, Brad. Great minds think alike their pal.
- 43:27I can imagine there is going to be some amount
- 43:29of relief that the nightmare of what went on at
- 43:31that house has been buried to some degree one hundred percent.
- 43:36It doesn't fix everything right, It doesn't make the things
- 43:38that happen any better or make them go away. But
- 43:43it's a step in the right direction, and it's one
- 43:46more shot to the face of the Epstein enterprise. Epstein
- 43:54paid two and a half million for the pom Beach
- 43:56House in nineteen ninety pom Beach County Courthouse Record Show.
- 44:00In twenty eleven, he transferred its ownership from his name
- 44:04to an entity named Laurel Incorporated, a company registered in
- 44:08the US Virgin Islands. Oh, you know, all on the
- 44:12up and up too. There's no offshore shenanigans going on
- 44:15over there. I mean, it's not like the Fincent files
- 44:17pointed us in that direction or the Panama papers. Nah, No,
- 44:21none of that ever occurred, right. The house was designed
- 44:26by West Indies style architecture by the late John L. Volk,
- 44:30a prolific Palm Beach architect. Epstein extensively remodeled the house
- 44:34in the mid nineteen nineties. Record show. Yeah, he definitely
- 44:40went in and did a couple did some remodeling, fixed
- 44:42it up a little bit, you know, kind of modernized it.
- 44:44But Honestly, with that kind of money, that house is
- 44:48a complete eyesore. I mean, I guess it would have
- 44:50been cool in the fifties or sixties or something, but
- 44:53we're talking about the you know, twenty first century. Here
- 44:58a white box. Designer. Daniel Maynard of le Leburge and
- 45:03Maynard presented the demolition request to the bored in December.
- 45:07He said little remained the Vulk's interior detailing. I spoke
- 45:11to a person who worked on the renovation, and it
- 45:13appears everything was gutted. So there's nothing left or very
- 45:17little of the John Volk period. It's essentially a white box. Well, yeah,
- 45:21that's what it looked like. Generic as hell, right Again,
- 45:25you would think a match in like this, you would
- 45:26put some dose kis in it and make it pop.
- 45:30The property offers views of Tarpin Island and Everglades Island,
- 45:34smaller islands that lie just west of the Barrier Islands
- 45:37that comprises pom Beach. Epstein was initially booked in Florida
- 45:42in two thousand and six after police said he had
- 45:45sex with underage girls whom he paid for massage sessions
- 45:49at the pom Beach House. Michael Ryder, the form of
- 45:53pom Beach Police chief, who years ago led the initial
- 45:55investigation into the accusations against Epstein at the house on
- 45:59l Brio Way, responded to a request for a comment Monday,
- 46:04and we know that Michael Ryder was one of the
- 46:07only people who really was going hard in the paint
- 46:10here when we're talking about law enforcement or the higher ups.
- 46:14The former owner of this house did unmeasurable damage to
- 46:18the lives of countless children and was able to corrupt
- 46:21the legal system to the point that the courts have
- 46:24called it a national disgrace. Now this is Rider saying this, Okay,
- 46:28somebody who knows what's going on in this situation, somebody
- 46:31who has seen the paperwork, somebody who has seen the evidence.
- 46:35While it is critical that we learned from this tragedy,
- 46:38it is nearly as important we follow with doing everything
- 46:42possible to erase any connection of him from our community,
- 46:46said Ryder, upon Beach resident who today runs his security
- 46:50and investigative firm. In two thousand and eight, Epstein entered
- 46:55a controversial plea deal that led to his conviction on
- 46:57two state felony counts that included solicitation of a minor.
- 47:02He served nearly thirteen months in the Palm Beach County
- 47:04jail before being released for a year of of probation
- 47:08on house arrest until August twenty ten. Well, we know
- 47:13that he didn't do a year, right, He was in
- 47:16and out all day, just went there to sleep. Wasn't
- 47:19there like a real inmate? His plea deal let him
- 47:24avoid harsher federal charges similar to the ones he was
- 47:27facing in New York when he died. Last week, justices
- 47:31of the federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals issued a
- 47:34seven to four ruling against epstein survivor, Courtney Wilde, that
- 47:39said she had no legal recourse to unravel the two
- 47:41thousand and eight no prosecution agreement that stems from his
- 47:45arrest in Florida. What a travesty, What a travesty. Had
- 47:49miscarriage of justice that is. I'm not gonna go too
- 47:52heavy on that, considering I've talked about that at length already,
- 47:56but man, oh man, they should be embarrassed of themselves.
- 48:01Epstein could have faced a maximum sentence of forty five
- 48:04years in prison had he been convicted on the federal
- 48:07charges he was facing when he died. In July. Authorities
- 48:11arrested Epstein associate Gilaane Maxwell in New Hampshire on multiple
- 48:16charges related to Epstein's alleged sexual abuse. She remains jailed
- 48:20without bail. Oh, but she remains running her mouth and
- 48:24the suck squad continues with their nonsense. And I see
- 48:27that news Newsweek, huh is going hard in the paint
- 48:31with there. It looks like some pro gi Layne type
- 48:34of literature should be embarrassed of themselves. But it's Newsweek.
- 48:38What do you expect talk about a rag and the
- 48:40authors over there? Wow, what a joke. Just go ahead
- 48:44and read some of the articles. I'm not reading any
- 48:45of those the articles from that rag on the podcast
- 48:49because straight garbage. What's going on over there? But man
- 48:53oh Man talk about puff pieces? New house in the works.
- 48:59Glazier spent much of his career in real estate development, restoration,
- 49:02and renovation in Miami Dade County before entering the Palm
- 49:06Beach market about three years ago. Among his most prominent
- 49:09projects in Miami is the one thousand Museum condominium tower downtown. Now,
- 49:14I've never seen any of these projects. Really, I don't
- 49:17know much about architecture, but I'm sure if you check
- 49:21out in Google or whatever, you could check out some
- 49:23of these properties, and in this actual article there's a
- 49:28picture of one of them. Pretty badass looking house, no
- 49:30doubt about it. Acting opposite Lawrence A. Mohns Associates in
- 49:36the March sale was listing agent Kerry Warwick of the
- 49:39Corcoran Group, who represented the executors of Epstein's estate. The
- 49:44Architectural Commission has not yet reviewed plans for the house.
- 49:47Glazer wants to build on the lot, but he told
- 49:49The Daily News last fall it would likely measure about
- 49:52thirteen thousand square feet. Any design must be signed off
- 49:56by the Architectural Board, so it's kind of like a
- 49:59Homeowner's Association or a grand collection of Karen's and Carl's, right.
- 50:04That's all HOA is, basically. So they'll have to sign
- 50:08off on it and make sure that the plans fall
- 50:11within the scope of the community. The Palm Beach House
- 50:16was among several homes Epstein owned across the country and
- 50:19in the Caribbean and in other countries. His historic Upper
- 50:23east Side townhouse at nine East seventy first Street in
- 50:26New York City sold in marched for fifty one million
- 50:31after being listed at eighty eight million. According to published reports,
- 50:36the townhouse sold to an ownership entity linked to retiring
- 50:39Goldman Sachs executive Michael D. Daffy and his wife Blake.
- 50:43Property record show they plan to renovate the residents. New
- 50:47York Times are reported an independent survivor's compensation fund has
- 50:52been established, but in addition to survivors, others are pursuing
- 50:56money from Epstein's estate, including creditors, according to media reports.
- 51:01Of course they are the vultures are all at the corpse.
- 51:06Everybody wants to wet their beak. Everybody wants a taste.
- 51:10Even those who are working with Epstein have tried to
- 51:12position themselves as victims. But one thing is certainly clear
- 51:19of folks. The days of anybody being molested in the
- 51:25Palm Beach House on Elbrio, those days are long over.
