Former Georgia Bulldogs tight end Norris Brown, a key cog in the 1981 national championship team and a standout receiver during his 1979–82 tenure, has passed away at age 65. Known for his explosive junior season with 18 catches, 380 yards, and 3 TDs, Brown was part of the historic 1981 squad that racked up 253 yards and 2 scores in the title run.
