Evening — October 24 — Isaiah 41:17
The poor and needy seek water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. I, the LORD, will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them. — Isaiah 41:17
True satisfaction is found only when human striving ceases and the soul acknowledges its inherent emptiness. God positions Himself as the sole provider for those who have exhausted their own resources. This divine intervention transforms the experience of lack into an opportunity for deep communion with the Creator.
