Main Street in downtown Boise is getting major surgery—starting Monday, August 3rd, a huge stretch will be shut down for sewer repairs in three phases, with the first running until September 7th. Expect detours via 27th Street, State Street, and Whitewater Park Blvd. Phase two locks down the Main & Whitewater intersection through mid-September, and phase three cuts off Main from Whitewater to the Boise River until October’s end.
