- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Ben and Ashley I Almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with iHeartRadio.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Hey, guys, welcome to another episode of Headlines. Ben is
- 0:09Speaker 2: still away shooting that show, which is so exciting. Can't
- 0:13Speaker 2: wait to hear more about that. We are joined by
- 0:16Speaker 2: one of our favorites and one of our Almost Famous
- 0:19Speaker 2: family members, Trista Sutter. She's here to break down headlines
- 0:22Speaker 2: with me.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Hello Trista, Hello Ashley, So thanks for having me.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Of course you're my ultimate fill in. And of course
- 0:32Speaker 2: you know our wonderful producer Heather. We love chatting with
- 0:35Speaker 2: her too, Hi, Heather. This a week former bachelor Jake
- 0:42Speaker 2: Pelfaca got married. You have to know Jake. Yeah, after
- 0:47Speaker 2: all these years, Okay, well he's forty eight and he's
- 0:50Speaker 2: getting married for the first time.
- 0:52Speaker 3: It's pretty big news. Yeah, I know, I mean especially
- 0:55Speaker 3: for him. But yeah, he came on the podcast Gosh
- 1:01Speaker 3: last year or the year before and talked about how
- 1:05Speaker 3: he was really in a very happy relationship and I
- 1:08Speaker 3: think at that time he had either proposed or was
- 1:11Speaker 3: going to propose. So he made it happen and it
- 1:18Speaker 3: seems like he's happy. I mean, you know, obviously there's
- 1:21Speaker 3: been a lot of controversy around Jake with the whole
- 1:24Speaker 3: like sit down with him and oh my god, Vienna,
- 1:29Speaker 3: Vienna forever. I mean, like, once you've seen that, you
- 1:37Speaker 3: will not forget it.
- 1:38Speaker 2: I think that was basically the first episode of The
- 1:41Speaker 2: Bachelor I ever saw, really, Yes, because it was during
- 1:44Speaker 2: Ali's season that they had that catch up at the
- 1:47Speaker 2: end of an episode.
- 1:48Speaker 3: Yes, it makes so much sense.
- 1:51Speaker 2: And I was like, I guess I'm in.
- 1:56Speaker 3: You're like, if that's what I have to look forward to,
- 1:58Speaker 3: then sign me up anyway. Yes, So obviously he's been
- 2:05Speaker 3: wrapped in controversy because of that, and I just I'm
- 2:09Speaker 3: just happy for people who find love. He's always been
- 2:14Speaker 3: kind and nice to me. He was on Dancing with
- 2:17Speaker 3: the Stars and so we saw each other last year
- 2:21Speaker 3: at the Dancing with the Stars reunion. I think I
- 2:24Speaker 3: actually I met her. Oh that's so funny. I'm thinking
- 2:27Speaker 3: about it now, but I'm pretty sure she was there
- 2:30Speaker 3: with him. So they seemed really happy in person, and
- 2:36Speaker 3: he seems really happy in general, so I'm happy for him.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Good.
- 2:40Speaker 2: Yes, her name is Amy, and he said to People
- 2:43Speaker 2: magazine that he wasn't sure that he would get married
- 2:45Speaker 2: and then he found her and he said, it almost
- 2:48Speaker 2: doesn't feel real. There's a sense of peace and certainty
- 2:51Speaker 2: that comes with knowing that I get to spend my
- 2:53Speaker 2: life with my best friend. She said she didn't try
- 2:56Speaker 2: on many wedding dresses. She said she'd actually just just
- 3:00Speaker 2: tried on one. She was in the bridle shop in
- 3:03Speaker 2: twenty minutes. I knew I wanted something simple, classic, and
- 3:07Speaker 2: time was hot.
- 3:09Speaker 3: Damn girl, that is impressive, I mean, And it seems
- 3:14Speaker 3: like she wasn't like all about the hype, Like if
- 3:16Speaker 3: you walk into a like I wanted to take my time,
- 3:20Speaker 3: you know, not that I was wish, you know, it
- 3:23Speaker 3: was a different situation. But I feel like if I
- 3:25Speaker 3: was walking into a bridal salon, I would want to
- 3:28Speaker 3: be enjoying the champagne and like the time with my
- 3:31Speaker 3: mom or day.
- 3:33Speaker 2: It's not an errand, but it's whatever you wanted to be.
- 3:37Speaker 2: I suppose, so totally Amy she did this. They met
- 3:42Speaker 2: on Bumble in twenty twenty four, and after their first
- 3:47Speaker 2: date lasted for six hours, they both felt like there
- 3:49Speaker 2: was something special. They got married on Sunday, June seventh,
- 3:55Speaker 2: in California at a place called the Tuscan Rose Ranch.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Congratulations you guys, We're super happy for you. We're gonna
- 4:02Speaker 2: have to have you both on.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Yes for sure, we're actually we were already talking about
- 4:07Speaker 3: that for okay. Hello, jeez, Yeah, fantastic.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Beca Tilly appeared in a Pride parade this weekend with
- 4:14Speaker 2: her fiance Haley Kyoko, and she shared an emotional reflection.
- 4:19Speaker 2: She said that if I could go back and show
- 4:22Speaker 2: this video to the twenty eighteen version of myself, just
- 4:25Speaker 2: for you guys to know that they were together in
- 4:27Speaker 2: twenty eighteen, yeah, they had just Yeah, they started to
- 4:30Speaker 2: day in twenty eighteen, but obviously kept their relationship under
- 4:33Speaker 2: apps for years. She said that she would tell herself
- 4:36Speaker 2: to breathe easier and walk lighter, and I'd tell her
- 4:39Speaker 2: about the joy and the smiles from strangers and the
- 4:42Speaker 2: simple gesture of waving signaling the mutual feeling of I
- 4:47Speaker 2: see you. I would tell her about a community of
- 4:50Speaker 2: beautiful people and proud allies and friends and family in
- 4:53Speaker 2: every direction, and the love of your life sitting beside you.
- 4:56Speaker 2: And that's so cute. We're so happy for Becca and Haley.
- 4:59Speaker 2: They are just wonderful together, truly truly wonderful and totally
- 5:04Speaker 2: in love.
- 5:06Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I just got chills with you saying that,
- 5:09Speaker 3: like I love I love their love story, and I
- 5:12Speaker 3: love their love.
- 5:13Speaker 2: I know it's really it's it's really something to treasure.
- 5:17Speaker 2: So then another one of our friends, you know when
- 5:21Speaker 2: I say friends with Becca and then a goat Carly
- 5:23Speaker 2: also from Chris's season, and we're talking about love, but
- 5:26Speaker 2: we're talking about revenge situation right now. She posted something
- 5:31Speaker 2: on her Instagram about one of her exes. We don't
- 5:34Speaker 2: know which one, and I can almost certainly tell you.
- 5:37Speaker 2: I actually I cannot certainly tell you. I don't think
- 5:40Speaker 2: it's about Evan. You don't, no, I do not. Carly
- 5:44Speaker 2: just went through like a worse breakup than I would say.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I don't know that she wants me out here quantitating
- 5:50Speaker 2: her breakups, but the one that just happened is possibly
- 5:55Speaker 2: worse than the Evan one.
- 5:56Speaker 3: Got it And then.
- 5:58Speaker 2: This could be from somebody her past before too, but
- 6:01Speaker 2: who knows. But she has a message for this particular
- 6:04Speaker 2: ex and she said it's only one x.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:07Speaker 2: She says that one of her exes told her that
- 6:11Speaker 2: she could never get a home loan by herself because
- 6:15Speaker 2: she doesn't make enough money and she didn't make as
- 6:18Speaker 2: much as him, and she goes, well, I have some
- 6:21Speaker 2: good news to reveal. I just got preapproved for what
- 6:26Speaker 2: I would say is a very substantial homelan by myself.
- 6:31Speaker 2: So in your face.
- 6:34Speaker 4: Love the end.
- 6:35Speaker 3: She was like, in your face, yeah, anytime you can
- 6:40Speaker 3: prove someone wrong who says something negative or it makes
- 6:46Speaker 3: you feel unworthy or less than, I love it. I
- 6:51Speaker 3: love that she was able to be like, yeah, yeah.
- 6:53Speaker 2: She got a lot of likes on this, on this
- 6:56Speaker 2: post too. I'm keep posting these things. This could be
- 7:00Speaker 2: like your new thing, you know, angry ex messages.
- 7:05Speaker 5: It's true what I have proved them wrong for, like
- 7:10Speaker 5: I need to prove everyone wrong.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Oh, I love it.
- 7:14Speaker 2: She said in the caption. It's crazy how people can
- 7:16Speaker 2: make you feel like you can't accomplish anything without them,
- 7:18Speaker 2: and then you just go and do your thing, go
- 7:21Speaker 2: and do the thing that they said that you couldn't do.
- 7:23Speaker 2: She said. Also, my twelfth grade English teachers that would
- 7:25Speaker 2: never be famous or a singer, and I can't remember
- 7:29Speaker 2: his name now, But in your face too, exoxo. Very funny.
- 7:34Speaker 3: Yes, keep doing that, Carly. We love it. We love
- 7:36Speaker 3: to see it.
- 7:37Speaker 2: This is interesting. Cassie Randolph actually got married to her
- 7:42Speaker 2: husband Brighton six months before Destination wedding, and we didn't
- 7:47Speaker 2: even we didn't even know this. We saw their gorgeous
- 7:50Speaker 2: wedding photos and their gorgeous wedding which happened in December,
- 7:54Speaker 2: but she just basically said, hey, happy one year anniversary
- 7:58Speaker 2: because they actually got and they actually got married on
- 8:01Speaker 2: June third, twenty twenty five. Wow. Yeah, they did a
- 8:07Speaker 2: little Laguna Beach wedding. Said private was a private thing
- 8:13Speaker 2: six months before the Destination wedding because their grandparents are
- 8:17Speaker 2: her grandparents. Oh no, both of our both their grandparents
- 8:20Speaker 2: weren't able to make the Costa Rica, the Costa Rican festivities.
- 8:26Speaker 3: So so sweet. I love that they did it with
- 8:28Speaker 3: the grandparents. Yes, so cute, so amazing. I mean, hey,
- 8:34Speaker 3: if you have to do something private, go for it.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Like why do you have to tell everyone you know?
- 8:39Speaker 3: I feel like today's day and age with social media,
- 8:42Speaker 3: people feel like they have the right to know everything.
- 8:46Speaker 3: They don't do it on your own if you can
- 8:48Speaker 3: and live your life for you. So I'm glad that
- 8:52Speaker 3: they were able to do that for their family.
- 8:54Speaker 2: Me too. So cute and like, on that note, Michelle
- 8:59Speaker 2: Young celebrates her first wedding anniversary with her husband Jack Lewis. Congratulations, guys,
- 9:05Speaker 2: I mean that's I can't believe that's also been a year.
- 9:09Speaker 2: That's why I know it's wild. And I know that
- 9:11Speaker 2: you recently talked to Michelle about her health struggles. Can
- 9:14Speaker 2: you tell us a little you know, yeah, summary of
- 9:18Speaker 2: that I did.
- 9:19Speaker 3: She is going through it, and I think this anniversary
- 9:25Speaker 3: was even more special because you know, when you're dealing
- 9:29Speaker 3: with extremely serious health condition that keeps you in bed
- 9:36Speaker 3: most days.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I know her Instagram reel of her day, like how
- 9:40Speaker 2: she could say exhausted by putting her shoes on was
- 9:42Speaker 2: just so sad.
- 9:44Speaker 3: But having to deal with that in your first year
- 9:47Speaker 3: of marriage, I think is a lot for both of you.
- 9:51Speaker 3: You know. For Michelle, I think she feels really guilty
- 9:54Speaker 3: that she can't be, you know, the kind of wife
- 10:00Speaker 3: that she was as a fiance, you know. And then
- 10:05Speaker 3: I just feel like he has really stepped up, and
- 10:09Speaker 3: that's really hard as a newlywed. You know, you're expecting
- 10:13Speaker 3: to do all these fun things. She was saying that,
- 10:15Speaker 3: you know, they traveled a lot and got to be
- 10:18Speaker 3: part of a lot of fun experiences and they just
- 10:21Speaker 3: had to kind of shut all that down because she, just,
- 10:25Speaker 3: like we're saying, can't get out of bed most days.
- 10:28Speaker 3: So I think he's been extremely supportive, is what she said,
- 10:32Speaker 3: and she's really had to prioritize and the biggest priority
- 10:38Speaker 3: is just her health. And so I feel like in
- 10:43Speaker 3: a marriage, it's really hard to do in the beginning.
- 10:46Speaker 3: So I just I send her all of my love
- 10:51Speaker 3: and I know she's on the right path. She's talking,
- 10:54Speaker 3: she's finally I think, talking to the right doctor. She
- 10:58Speaker 3: finally got a diagnosis, and she's doing things that are
- 11:02Speaker 3: helping her. So I feel like, you know, there is
- 11:07Speaker 3: a light in sight where she will be able to
- 11:12Speaker 3: kind of get back to quote unquote normal life. She
- 11:16Speaker 3: has a really positive attitude even though she's going through
- 11:20Speaker 3: so much, and I, yeah, I'm just so thankful that
- 11:24Speaker 3: she was willing to come and be vulnerable with our
- 11:27Speaker 3: audience and share her struggles because it is so important
- 11:32Speaker 3: for everyone out there. I feel like to hear more
- 11:35Speaker 3: and more stories about how people have to advocate for yourself.
- 11:39Speaker 3: You have to advocate for yourself. You have to keep
- 11:42Speaker 3: looking for different doctors if you're not getting the answers
- 11:45Speaker 3: that you feel like you need and you're not improving,
- 11:48Speaker 3: and your gut is telling you one thing, like just
- 11:50Speaker 3: keep advocating for yourself. And that's kind of what her
- 11:54Speaker 3: and I and Claire we're talking about.
- 11:56Speaker 2: So she's getting better with whatever treatment she's on. But
- 12:00Speaker 2: is it supposed to be a really slow progress? Yeah,
- 12:06Speaker 2: progression of it.
- 12:08Speaker 3: I don't think it's something that she's expecting to be
- 12:10Speaker 3: cured from. You know, she can't take medicine and be like,
- 12:14Speaker 3: oh yeah, it's called POTS postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. And
- 12:19Speaker 3: was it based on mold in her house? I think
- 12:22Speaker 3: that that might have played a part in it, but
- 12:26Speaker 3: I don't know if it's the If it's the reason.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Like that, it may, but it may have been like
- 12:34Speaker 2: it's sitting dormant a little bit.
- 12:35Speaker 3: That's how it was for Ryan. So with lime disease,
- 12:38Speaker 3: mold like basically opens the gate to say that the
- 12:43Speaker 3: lime can come in and recavic and that might be
- 12:46Speaker 3: the way that it is with POTS as well. It
- 12:51Speaker 3: is just a chronic condition. And I feel like she's
- 12:54Speaker 3: on the right path. She's doing things that are helping her,
- 12:56Speaker 3: but there is no cure. Yeah, that is awful, but
- 13:02Speaker 3: you know, I have hope because lime has no cure
- 13:06Speaker 3: unless you get it like right away. You see the
- 13:09Speaker 3: bulls iyerash and you get on antibiotics, but Lime doesn't
- 13:12Speaker 3: have a cure. So I feel like, you know, Ryan's
- 13:15Speaker 3: in a good place. There are other people like Daisy
- 13:18Speaker 3: in a great place. There are ways to find relief
- 13:22Speaker 3: and get treatment, and I hope that she just continues
- 13:25Speaker 3: with those and stay strong.
- 13:27Speaker 2: And she mentioned that at her wedding she was even
- 13:31Speaker 2: feeling ye very lethargic and not really having.
- 13:35Speaker 3: A blast, no super low energy.
- 13:39Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, a little bit.
- 13:41Speaker 3: Yeah, And that's so sad because that's one of the
- 13:43Speaker 3: happiest days of your life. And if you feel like
- 13:46Speaker 3: you just have to push through, I mean, weddings are
- 13:49Speaker 3: hard because you're having to talk to a million people
- 13:53Speaker 3: as you're trying to enjoy this best day of your life,
- 13:57Speaker 3: you know, So I yeah, it's so sad. I think
- 14:00Speaker 3: she was going through a lot of this behind the scenes.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Not a lot of people knew about it for a
- 14:07Speaker 3: long time, so I'm really proud of her for opening
- 14:09Speaker 3: up about it because it can be hard to put
- 14:12Speaker 3: yourself out there and be vulnerable and talk about, you know,
- 14:17Speaker 3: your struggles. So I'm I'm just proud of her for
- 14:21Speaker 3: finally talking about it. There's power in that.
- 14:25Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Switching gears. Yeah, Taylor freaky balls. Bachelorette men have reunited
- 14:43Speaker 2: in LA and it was posted all about on Bachelor
- 14:47Speaker 2: Nations website. They went to the Dodgers game, they met
- 14:55Speaker 2: up at a restaurant for some drinks, They had brunch,
- 14:58Speaker 2: they did a lot of Instagram content. They did like
- 15:03Speaker 2: a whole can I Steal you for a second thing
- 15:06Speaker 2: and like passing the phone thing, And basically the reason
- 15:12Speaker 2: we're talking about this is that we think that they
- 15:16Speaker 2: were flown out there, perhaps by production, to get some attention,
- 15:22Speaker 2: to get some press, to get people maybe excited about
- 15:26Speaker 2: this group of guys, because, especially in the theories of
- 15:31Speaker 2: our producer Heather, we think that Taylor season is getting
- 15:36Speaker 2: closer to possibly airing, or maybe they're just trying to
- 15:40Speaker 2: get them out for paradise reasons. I don't know, Like Paradise,
- 15:47Speaker 2: they've been pretty clear won't be starting to film until
- 15:50Speaker 2: about a year from now, so I don't know. Maybe
- 15:53Speaker 2: they're just trying to keep the guys as relevant as possible.
- 15:56Speaker 3: Yeah, And also it's kind of like a throwback to
- 15:59Speaker 3: when we used to do I think it was before
- 16:01Speaker 3: you were even on. We used to do like little
- 16:05Speaker 3: reunions and they weren't connected to the show, so you know,
- 16:09Speaker 3: obviously we didn't have the podcast or Bachelor Nation like
- 16:13Speaker 3: the website, but it was a way to like for
- 16:17Speaker 3: all of us to just get together. And it could
- 16:19Speaker 3: have been just a get together. But I do think
- 16:21Speaker 3: that there's.
- 16:22Speaker 2: There's like thirteen guys together in a suite. What a
- 16:28Speaker 2: lot of guys?
- 16:30Speaker 3: Yeah, what do you mean in one?
- 16:32Speaker 2: I assuming in like one, not in a hotel suite,
- 16:36Speaker 2: like a Dodger suite. No, No, in a Dodger suite.
- 16:42Speaker 3: I was like, I'm sorry they put.
- 16:46Speaker 2: So funny. Okay, So no, they went and like had
- 16:50Speaker 2: different explorations. You know, they went to the Dodgers game and.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Then so I don't know if you've been contacted by
- 16:57Speaker 3: a Katie, but earlier this year they did some kind
- 17:02Speaker 3: of Dodgers thing where the Dodgers were asking them to
- 17:05Speaker 3: like fill this suite and Katie mentioned something to me,
- 17:10Speaker 3: and it might have been around the Bachelorette reunion. She
- 17:14Speaker 3: was like, and if anyone's available, you can come out
- 17:17Speaker 3: to the Dodgers game. I think the Dodgers were.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Gem and one of the Goldens, Yeah, the Golden girl
- 17:23Speaker 2: that I'm sorry, I'm living. Her name's in my mind
- 17:25Speaker 2: right now, but it's the one that is the house
- 17:27Speaker 2: manager who has the nephew on the Dodgers, Carol.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Carol Carol. Yes, yes, yes, yes, I loved her. I
- 17:35Speaker 3: actually chose her for their parents. Yes, me too. But
- 17:41Speaker 3: it could be like I'm sure, well yeah, right, So
- 17:51Speaker 3: it could be that they're, you know, utilizing the Dodgers thing,
- 17:54Speaker 3: but they're using it to be able to get these
- 17:57Speaker 3: guys out there, and for whatever reason. I mean, I
- 18:00Speaker 3: think it's great that they're doing something to get these
- 18:03Speaker 3: guys out there because they are great guys and they
- 18:06Speaker 3: got this opportunity cut short because the show didn't even
- 18:09Speaker 3: air or hasn't aired yet. So I think it's great
- 18:13Speaker 3: that they're kind of promoting them and getting them to
- 18:16Speaker 3: create content so we can get to know them a
- 18:18Speaker 3: little bit more. And then if they air the show,
- 18:22Speaker 3: I'll be even happier because I want to see it.
- 18:25Speaker 2: You're very supportive of Taylor.
- 18:27Speaker 3: I tried, I try to be and Honestly, it's because
- 18:30Speaker 3: I got to meet her, and I feel like through
- 18:34Speaker 3: that experience she became a friend and one of us,
- 18:38Speaker 3: and I feel for her. I'm also an EmPATH, and
- 18:45Speaker 3: I feel obviously she has made mistakes, and she's owned
- 18:49Speaker 3: up to those mistakes and done jail time and all
- 18:51Speaker 3: of that, and so I just feel like, why not
- 18:54Speaker 3: give her the benefit of the doubt. She's really struggling,
- 18:56Speaker 3: it seems like, and I don't want to be part
- 18:59Speaker 3: of that for her.
- 19:01Speaker 2: You know, she and her supposed winner have been like
- 19:06Speaker 2: posting things. Right. Do you think it's in promotion of
- 19:12Speaker 2: a season airing and it's all strategic or do you
- 19:15Speaker 2: think they're actually trying to make things a thing? I wasn't.
- 19:20Speaker 3: I was not getting that they were trying to promote anything.
- 19:23Speaker 3: I could, of course be wrong about that, but I
- 19:26Speaker 3: feel like it was personal. It was you know, I
- 19:29Speaker 3: can't remember what she did, but it was it was
- 19:31Speaker 3: him and somebody else, and she was like facetiming them.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Or something, yeah, FaceTime clips. Yes, And you know that
- 19:40Speaker 2: Heather is convinced that this is all just thought through. Yeah,
- 19:46Speaker 2: And I'm just naively wanting it to be saying they're
- 19:49Speaker 2: really trying to give it a go, same.
- 19:53Speaker 3: Same and it seems like he is, you know, supportive
- 19:56Speaker 3: of here of her. I don't know anything, you guys.
- 19:59Speaker 3: I I don't. You know, It's not like I talked
- 20:01Speaker 3: to Taylor on a regular basis. But I just see
- 20:06Speaker 3: what everyone else sees and I have to believe too,
- 20:09Speaker 3: you know. I try to give people. I try to
- 20:12Speaker 3: not be a conspiracy theorist, and you know, I just
- 20:17Speaker 3: think that they connected on the show, and she made
- 20:21Speaker 3: a mistake with Dakota, and maybe he forgave her. Who knows,
- 20:27Speaker 3: who knows.
- 20:28Speaker 2: I don't know who knows, who knows. I'm hoping for
- 20:31Speaker 2: the most romantic outcome.
- 20:33Speaker 3: Yes, me too.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Moving on to our health news of the week, This
- 20:37Speaker 2: is great. Katie Thurston says that her latest scans show
- 20:42Speaker 2: no evidence of disease in her liver amid her stage
- 20:46Speaker 2: four breast cancer. Guys, we are so happy to hear
- 20:49Speaker 2: this because if you remember last week, we talked about
- 20:51Speaker 2: how she wanted to go on the cruise without having
- 20:53Speaker 2: to like think about things.
- 20:56Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, So on the Booby broadcast she put liver update,
- 21:00Speaker 3: no evidence of disease. Pet scan will be at the
- 21:02Speaker 3: end of the month, probably best, so the results don't
- 21:05Speaker 3: have an impact on our upcoming trip to Alaska. I'm
- 21:08Speaker 3: not really sure what I'm expecting with the PET. I
- 21:10Speaker 3: don't believe there were clear margins with my DMX and
- 21:14Speaker 3: only two limph nodes were removed. But also what they
- 21:16Speaker 3: did removed, it showed great response to treatment, So I
- 21:19Speaker 3: can only hope whatever is possibly left hanging around is
- 21:22Speaker 3: stable or shrinking.
- 21:25Speaker 2: That sounds like she may have had a biopsy this week.
- 21:27Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe that was the DMX. She also said, we
- 21:30Speaker 3: still don't really have answers to the elevated ast alt yet,
- 21:34Speaker 3: which are liver enzymes, which means we continue to hold
- 21:38Speaker 3: off on taking kis Kali or any drug.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Okay, so she still has to wait.
- 21:43Speaker 3: To see what's going on with the liver enzymes. But
- 21:46Speaker 3: that's that's good news.
- 21:48Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely good news that there's no cancer. It looks
- 21:51Speaker 2: to be in her liver room. Yeah, okay, great few. Yeah,
- 22:07Speaker 2: Kelly Flanagan, she had to go to the er. I mean,
- 22:10Speaker 2: this is much of a headline, but you know it's
- 22:12Speaker 2: it's definitely the light one. To wrap up the episode,
- 22:15Speaker 2: Elly Flanagan went to the emergency room because of a
- 22:18Speaker 2: gardening injury. Now she was stumbling, she was about to
- 22:24Speaker 2: sprain her ankle, but then she grew you know, she
- 22:28Speaker 2: got her balance with her wrist and then ended up
- 22:31Speaker 2: spraining her wrists.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Yep, and she went to the emergency room.
- 22:35Speaker 2: She went to the emergency room, I guess for an
- 22:37Speaker 2: x ray. Turned out to just be sprained.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Good for her.
- 22:41Speaker 2: For the best part is though, that her mom was
- 22:44Speaker 2: with her, and her mom was like, where are the
- 22:46Speaker 2: cute doctors? My daughter's single? Like that is the memorable
- 22:51Speaker 2: part of the story. I'm always I used to definitely
- 22:56Speaker 2: debate like just going to the hospital like area, just
- 23:01Speaker 2: being like, you.
- 23:02Speaker 3: Know, I feel like Gray's anatomy.
- 23:04Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly know. It's like it's a doctor daughter thing totally.
- 23:09Speaker 2: But also just like every girl like married doctors. This
- 23:13Speaker 2: is a great way of going about, Yeah.
- 23:15Speaker 3: What did your dad ever set you up with? Any dad?
- 23:19Speaker 2: We would He did say this, and we still say
- 23:22Speaker 2: this for our friends. Will be like, Dad, are there
- 23:25Speaker 2: any cute young partners for so and so? And then
- 23:28Speaker 2: he's like, I.
- 23:29Speaker 6: Don't know what cute is And I'm like, dad, you're
- 23:32Speaker 6: a human being, you know who's handsome, okay constantly, and
- 23:37Speaker 6: yes there was, and there was a really cute one
- 23:40Speaker 6: and he wasn't not age appropriate.
- 23:43Speaker 2: He was probably like ten years.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Older than me, maybe eight, Yeah.
- 23:47Speaker 2: And he was cute. He looked like Michael Bubla. He
- 23:49Speaker 2: was like, oh yeah, super cute, but.
- 23:53Speaker 5: Mary but married but married? Yeah yeah, not available. Yeah,
- 24:03Speaker 5: well you know, good on you for trying.
- 24:05Speaker 2: The reason that I ever thought that he was an option, though,
- 24:08Speaker 2: is because at the party that this guy was at,
- 24:10Speaker 2: this was like literally fifteen years ago. I don't even
- 24:12Speaker 2: know why this is coming through my brain right now,
- 24:14Speaker 2: but he wasn't wearing a wedding ring. And I was like,
- 24:17Speaker 2: oh my god, oh my god, dad, what the how
- 24:20Speaker 2: did you not mention him? And then he was like,
- 24:23Speaker 2: he's married. I'm like, oh, he just forgets the guy
- 24:27Speaker 2: that doesn't wear his wedding ring married. Yeah, of course,
- 24:30Speaker 2: of course, the Michael bubble look alike with the swag, Yeah,
- 24:34Speaker 2: doesn't wear his wedding ring. All right, Well, Trista, thank
- 24:39Speaker 2: you so much for joining us. Until next time, I've been, Ashley,
