- 1:26Speaker 5: Black Widow as well. But they've got a lot of
- 1:28Speaker 5: options over at buy you Automotive, Chrysler Dodge Jeep, ram
- 1:33Speaker 5: Ford all of those options right at your fingertips there,
- 1:37Speaker 5: So go check them out. I mean, they do the

- 2:04Speaker 5: and then bring your vehicle back to you. That's the
- 2:06Speaker 5: kind of things that they do over and Buy You Automotive,
- 2:08Speaker 5: Buy you Automotive dot com.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Speaking of big trucks, I had a teammate in Green
- 2:16Speaker 2: Bay that had a I think it was an F
- 2:22Speaker 2: forty f four fifty. It was a truck I'd never
- 2:25Speaker 2: heard of. It's bigger than anything I'd ever seen. It's
- 2:28Speaker 2: this huge truck. And it was actually the truck from
- 2:33Speaker 2: Transformers that was Ironhide. Remember remember that name that transformer
- 2:39Speaker 2: h Yeah, yep, he had a Transformer truck. I'm on
- 2:43Speaker 2: green I think it was run. He was a running
- 2:50Speaker 2: back in Green Bay for a long time and then
- 2:51Speaker 2: he was like out of the league for a while.
- 2:53Speaker 4: Then he came back. I don't know.
- 2:55Speaker 2: He came back to Green Bay and played like half
- 2:58Speaker 2: a season.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Let's see.
- 3:00Speaker 3: I think he went green Bay Houston and then I
- 3:02Speaker 3: get yeah, miss some went.
- 3:03Speaker 4: Back the good dude, good dude, sweet truck. You played
- 3:06Speaker 4: for a long time anyway, pretty sweet. So he had
- 3:11Speaker 4: a transformer truck.
- 3:13Speaker 6: Yeah, two years in Houston, came back, played eight games
- 3:16Speaker 6: for you guys in Green Bay.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Hey, there's been a little movement in the Masters since
- 3:22Speaker 2: that amazing updated did at the end hour two.
- 3:28Speaker 4: What is it?
- 3:28Speaker 2: Go tigers? Well Burnsy Sam Burns eagle number two now
- 3:35Speaker 2: tied for the lead with the Masters.
- 3:40Speaker 7: Sounds like my five bucks is in a good spot
- 3:43Speaker 7: right now. Not these two holes to the seventy two.
- 3:47Speaker 7: He's got to finish. But you know, pretty good in
- 3:51Speaker 7: our way, too early excitement. Right now, Sam Burns is
- 3:54Speaker 7: leading the Masters.
- 3:58Speaker 5: Check out that cash out option five dollars and sixty cents. Now,
- 4:04Speaker 5: who do you want to make a quick sixty cents?
- 4:08Speaker 5: Have your guy eagle? Not that big of a deal,
- 4:13Speaker 5: that big a deal. Keep you updated, all right, So
- 4:15Speaker 5: we do have chef Michael Johnson joining us in the
- 4:18Speaker 5: next segment. I know that Tata wanted to talk a
- 4:20Speaker 5: little LSU spring football practice, and Taita, you are singling
- 4:25Speaker 5: out the defensive tackles here in the rotation.
- 4:28Speaker 2: I can tell you this before you get going. I
- 4:30Speaker 2: had a conversation with Blake Baker. He loves the freshman
- 4:35Speaker 2: defensive tackles that they've got on campus. Now you don't
- 4:38Speaker 2: have all of them, like Lamar Brown's not there.
- 4:41Speaker 5: Yet right now. He's technically he's on campus, but at
- 4:43Speaker 5: a different school. He's at the Lab school. But you
- 4:46Speaker 5: do have in high school, he's finishing high school. You
- 4:49Speaker 5: do have the other young defensive tackles. And it was
- 4:52Speaker 5: an elite defensive tackle class. I mean, you got all
- 4:54Speaker 5: the top players there. But he's excited about these freshmen
- 4:57Speaker 5: and what they can do. And I don't know that
- 5:01Speaker 5: they're going to like start every game, but Anderson's going
- 5:04Speaker 5: to be out there and douce Gerald's gonna be out there,
- 5:07Speaker 5: probably in some rush situations.
- 5:10Speaker 4: And that's the benefit of getting there early. Like, look, I.
- 5:13Speaker 5: Loved my spring semester in high school. I wouldn't trade
- 5:16Speaker 5: it for anything, but these like, that's what it is,
- 5:19Speaker 5: it's in vogue, that's what people do, and they are
- 5:21Speaker 5: getting a leg up right now on the competition and
- 5:24Speaker 5: it feels like that's gonna be a heavy rotation.
- 5:26Speaker 4: But those young guys are going to be a big
- 5:28Speaker 4: part of the rotation. Yeah, I mean.
- 5:29Speaker 6: He was asked specifically about Richard Anderson on Tuesday of
- 5:33Speaker 6: whether or not he's gonna play, and Kifven said, I
- 5:35Speaker 6: do think he's gonna play. We're not really deep on
- 5:38Speaker 6: the defensive line, he said, that's why it was important
- 5:40Speaker 6: to bring in some of the portal guys as well
- 5:42Speaker 6: as the high school guys, get them all on campus early.
- 5:45Speaker 6: But Deuce Gerald's has been the one constant on that
- 5:48Speaker 6: defensive line. Like basically, you know, one day it's s Douce,
- 5:52Speaker 6: Gerald's and Richard Anderson in the starting group, then it's
- 5:54Speaker 6: Geralds and blocked, and then it's Geralds and McKinley. But
- 5:57Speaker 6: Deuce Gerald's has been a constant. And I know a
- 6:00Speaker 6: lot of people have said, oh, well, that's concerning you
- 6:02Speaker 6: have two true freshmen defensive tackles starting. To me, it's
- 6:06Speaker 6: not because right now, duche Geralds is only like two
- 6:08Speaker 6: sixty five, two seventy. If you could put on a
- 6:10Speaker 6: little weight in the off season, like you imagine, he's
- 6:13Speaker 6: only going to get better. The fact that he's already
- 6:15Speaker 6: getting one reps speaks volumes to me. And I know
- 6:19Speaker 6: Lane said they're not deep, and like, I agree a
- 6:21Speaker 6: little bit. I just think they don't have a ton
- 6:23Speaker 6: of experience. But League Blockdon comes in. He's a guy
- 6:27Speaker 6: that's played power football. Domina McKinley's entering year three here
- 6:31Speaker 6: at LSU, which seems wild to say. Steffiland Greens miss
- 6:35Speaker 6: most of the spring he's been banged up, but I
- 6:37Speaker 6: mean that's a five to six man rotation right there.
- 6:40Speaker 6: I think you do have bodies, you don't have a
- 6:42Speaker 6: ton of experience. But then also Kevin People's sliding down
- 6:46Speaker 6: coaching interior d line during the spring, So like it's
- 6:49Speaker 6: a little bit of a question mark just because of
- 6:52Speaker 6: not a lot of returners. But I think there's a
- 6:54Speaker 6: lot of talent there.
- 6:56Speaker 5: It's a position group that had to go way up,
- 6:59Speaker 5: way up. I mean, I think Kyle Williams did a
- 7:03Speaker 5: really nice job of getting the most out of what
- 7:04Speaker 5: he was given, but it's still a position group that
- 7:07Speaker 5: needed so much more.
- 7:08Speaker 4: A year ago.
- 7:09Speaker 5: Jacobin and Ghillory gave you everything that he had, like
- 7:13Speaker 5: you maximized everything you could, but it's a position group
- 7:16Speaker 5: that had to go up, and that's why you attacked
- 7:17Speaker 5: it so hard in recruiting.
- 7:21Speaker 4: You got to get better play from that position.
- 7:23Speaker 2: You can't have the same play that you had a
- 7:25Speaker 2: year ago and be successful. So you've got three incredibly
- 7:30Speaker 2: talented freshmen. You've got a guy and Dom McKinley, you
- 7:33Speaker 2: hope takes a step in the right direction. You go
- 7:36Speaker 2: and you get green out of the portal. You go
- 7:38Speaker 2: get blocked in out of the portal, like you go.
- 7:40Speaker 2: Get some players that have already played to try to
- 7:43Speaker 2: help you out now, but are good and played well
- 7:46Speaker 2: at times, and he was injured, undersized.
- 7:49Speaker 4: He gave you a lot, but you need a game
- 7:51Speaker 4: changer at the position.
- 7:53Speaker 5: When LSU has been really, really good, they've had the
- 7:57Speaker 5: game changer.
- 7:57Speaker 4: A couple of National championship teams.
- 8:01Speaker 5: Three, you had a pretty good one, couple seven, we
- 8:03Speaker 5: had a pretty good one.
- 8:05Speaker 4: Right.
- 8:06Speaker 5: They were so disruptive in the middle of our defenses
- 8:09Speaker 5: that it frees everybody else up. It's a very important position.
- 8:12Speaker 5: Don't just because it rotates think that you can just
- 8:15Speaker 5: put anybody there. When you have a problem in the
- 8:18Speaker 5: middle of the defense, it's hard to get help on
- 8:24Speaker 5: that player compared to a guy on the outside. Is
- 8:27Speaker 5: raising hell that guy I can do different things. I
- 8:30Speaker 5: can use a tight end, I can use it back,
- 8:32Speaker 5: I can slide things towards him, away from him.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Whatever.
- 8:35Speaker 2: When you have a disruptive player in the middle, Matt,
- 8:37Speaker 2: you can speak to this way better than I can.
- 8:39Speaker 4: There's nowhere to go. Sometimes.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Yeah, when when you take the ability for a quarterback
- 8:45Speaker 2: to step up away from him, it makes it challenging
- 8:48Speaker 2: to evade rushers from the outside. Certainly, you teach your
- 8:53Speaker 2: defensive ends to rush a little bit different. There might
- 8:56Speaker 2: not be as many like go up the field and
- 8:59Speaker 2: swim underneath. It might be set them up and then
- 9:02Speaker 2: go over the top every time to try to make
- 9:04Speaker 2: them step up into our big defensive lineman.
- 9:08Speaker 4: And you mentioned like L L.
- 9:09Speaker 2: S U has always been had a really good like
- 9:13Speaker 2: that was a little bit different game back then, a
- 9:16Speaker 2: lot different game. Yeah, I mean the list goes on
- 9:21Speaker 2: and on. In the two thousands about the big debud
- 9:24Speaker 2: Williams wrote that position has changed in the needs of
- 9:28Speaker 2: that position has changed over the last ten years dramatically
- 9:33Speaker 2: because you need guys that are a little bit shiftier,
- 9:38Speaker 2: maybe a little bit lighter, you know, not having like
- 9:41Speaker 2: the big, big guys as much anymore.
- 9:43Speaker 4: So it's just it's a different game.
- 9:45Speaker 2: And I can tell you one thing, based on what
- 9:47Speaker 2: the reports are and like the pace of practice and
- 9:50Speaker 2: the pace that that offense is going to work at,
- 9:52Speaker 2: the defensive line is going to be in good shape. Yeah,
- 9:54Speaker 2: I mean they're going to be in because they're going
- 9:57Speaker 2: to be forced to be in really good shape. So
- 9:59Speaker 2: I it's I think college football is a little bit
- 10:02Speaker 2: more of like it's great, it's a luxury to have
- 10:05Speaker 2: a dominant defensive tackle, but I think it's also kind
- 10:08Speaker 2: of rare because of just the way the game is,
- 10:12Speaker 2: the way that offense is playing. A defensive tackle is
- 10:15Speaker 2: a lot it's a lot harder to absolutely change the
- 10:18Speaker 2: game right now be a game changer at the defensive
- 10:22Speaker 2: tackle position, but back in the day it was a
- 10:24Speaker 2: lot easier. So that's why I say, like, you got
- 10:27Speaker 2: to be a special, special talent to be a game
- 10:29Speaker 2: changer at the interior defensive lineman position, just because of
- 10:32Speaker 2: the way the game is played now.
- 10:34Speaker 4: So what does that mean.
- 10:35Speaker 2: You got to have good shape, You have to have
- 10:37Speaker 2: good depth, and because it's all about keeping that rotation,
- 10:40Speaker 2: keeping those guys fresh to move, to move and be
- 10:42Speaker 2: able to set up your linebackers to get through the
- 10:44Speaker 2: gaps and to make plays at the second level. So yeah,
- 10:50Speaker 2: you want the guy that's going to take over a
- 10:52Speaker 2: game at defensive tackle. But it's it's just, you know,
- 10:55Speaker 2: odds are the way the college football's played now.
- 10:57Speaker 4: It's not gonna happen.
- 11:00Speaker 5: You still, like, maybe not ye to your standard that
- 11:02Speaker 5: you're talking about, but you want to have somebody that
- 11:05Speaker 5: can change the math of what the offense is planning.
- 11:09Speaker 5: And if you got a guy that you start the
- 11:11Speaker 5: meetings on Monday saying, hey, we got to find a
- 11:14Speaker 5: way to block this guy. This ninety four is a
- 11:18Speaker 5: problem and we got to start the meeting talking about
- 11:20Speaker 5: him like that changes your defense.
- 11:24Speaker 4: I think it's as impactful as.
- 11:25Speaker 5: Any And I'm a little biased because I played against
- 11:28Speaker 5: a lot of odd fronts that was in vogue.
- 11:30Speaker 4: When we were playing.
- 11:31Speaker 5: And you had your Casey Hampton's and you had your
- 11:35Speaker 5: Helodi Nadas.
- 11:37Speaker 4: You had. Who's the guy y'all had in Green Bay?
- 11:39Speaker 4: You'll had a really good one. Yeah he was.
- 11:43Speaker 2: We had Jamal way along, right, but like he was disruptive, right,
- 11:48Speaker 2: and he was right there in that odd front and
- 11:49Speaker 2: he would be on the center.
- 11:51Speaker 5: And it's tough. It's tough to get things started. So
- 11:53Speaker 5: excited to see what that group can be. And you
- 11:55Speaker 5: add in a Lamar Brown, who was the number one recruit.
- 11:58Speaker 5: You don't even have the guy that was literally number
- 12:00Speaker 5: one yet on this team.
- 12:02Speaker 4: I know he's around the team.
- 12:03Speaker 5: I know he's literally like I said, on campus, but
- 12:06Speaker 5: once he gets into the fold as well, You've got
- 12:08Speaker 5: three guys, three young guys that are going to be
- 12:11Speaker 5: challenging all these veteran players for playing time. And I'm
- 12:14Speaker 5: looking forward to that competition. All right, we will step away.
- 12:18Speaker 5: When we come back, going to be joined by our guys,
- 12:20Speaker 5: chef Michael Johnson. Get your Munchi questions inside the chat.

- 14:36Speaker 4: Chef, How are we doing? How we living?
- 14:37Speaker 9: Brother man? I'm good, all good.
- 14:39Speaker 5: It sounded like somebody was peeling out there in the background.
- 14:42Speaker 5: Somebody getting out of there in a hurry.
- 14:45Speaker 9: You know that happens quite a bit around here.
- 14:48Speaker 4: This guy's crazy. Oh yeah, you can't have money once
- 14:52Speaker 4: you get older. Know how much gas calls every time
- 14:53Speaker 4: you do that?
- 14:54Speaker 9: You know?
- 14:55Speaker 5: I got you, I got you? All right, let's get
- 14:57Speaker 5: started here. Hashtag munchies. I pour a bottle of Wisher
- 14:59Speaker 5: Shower sauce in my crawfish boil. Is that a similar
- 15:03Speaker 5: flavor profile to the tablets you mentioned before?
- 15:07Speaker 9: Not really, But I don't have a problem with it,
- 15:09Speaker 9: you know what I mean. I think they're playing around
- 15:11Speaker 9: with fun, you know. And there's the rules of cooking
- 15:14Speaker 9: are are pretty broad in my mind, you know. I mean,
- 15:17Speaker 9: there's some dishes. I think that need to be prepared
- 15:19Speaker 9: in a particular way. But you know, if if it
- 15:23Speaker 9: suits you and you like it, you know, go for it.
- 15:26Speaker 2: What is one thing that just kind of makes you
- 15:29Speaker 2: cringe when you think of a crawfish boiled mistake?
- 15:36Speaker 9: That's a good one, man. You know, there's nothing that's
- 15:39Speaker 9: like popping off to my mind right now, you know, like,
- 15:42Speaker 9: I don't know, I've seen people put hot dogs in
- 15:44Speaker 9: crawfish boil and I you know, like that was that
- 15:47Speaker 9: kind of makes an eyebrow rise. But you know I've
- 15:51Speaker 9: put I put oranges in my in my crawfish bowl
- 15:54Speaker 9: and pineapple and you know, played around with it. And
- 15:57Speaker 9: I think to some people, you know what mushrooms do,
- 15:59Speaker 9: but I love mushrooms, so you know it's going in.
- 16:03Speaker 9: I don't know, you know, like what.
- 16:05Speaker 2: About the what about the the dusting of crawfit I'm
- 16:09Speaker 2: sure you've been asked this question before, but there's places
- 16:12Speaker 2: in Louisiana where they dust them instead of the seasoned water.
- 16:16Speaker 9: I was pretty judgmental about this before, and I was
- 16:21Speaker 9: I was down in Delkham maybe two months ago hunting
- 16:26Speaker 9: wild hogs and they did it that way, and I
- 16:29Speaker 9: got to tell you, man, I was prematurely judgmental of
- 16:33Speaker 9: it because I actually enjoyed it quite quite a lot.
- 16:36Speaker 9: They were some they were fantastic crawfish. And I've never
- 16:40Speaker 9: actually done it that way or seen it done that way.
- 16:42Speaker 9: I've always heard about it, you know, but sorry sample somebody,
- 16:48Speaker 9: But but it was it was really good, you know.
- 16:51Speaker 9: So I try to remain open minded about food, although
- 16:56Speaker 9: I do have some judgment in me, you know, as
- 16:58Speaker 9: we all do. But yeah, I actually enjoyed it quite
- 17:01Speaker 9: a bit.
- 17:02Speaker 4: So that's right, yeah right, And I'll take chefs word
- 17:06Speaker 4: for it.
- 17:07Speaker 9: I've never met at crawfish I didn't like for a
- 17:11Speaker 9: dead one, all right.
- 17:14Speaker 5: Hashtag munchies. Best way to rapidly cool down a big
- 17:18Speaker 5: pot of gumbo so leftovers can be refrigerated and not
- 17:22Speaker 5: left out all night.
- 17:23Speaker 9: Yeah, So surface area is your friend here. You need
- 17:25Speaker 9: to separate, You need to get it low profile so
- 17:28Speaker 9: that there's a lot of a lot of air contact
- 17:32Speaker 9: and and you know, like you don't want to put
- 17:35Speaker 9: a steaming pot of gumbo directly into your fridge. Anything
- 17:39Speaker 9: that's more than four inches wide or four inches deep
- 17:42Speaker 9: is going to take longer to cool off. Than you
- 17:45Speaker 9: have then then then it's safe. Right. So you you
- 17:48Speaker 9: want to get it down into like you know, under
- 17:52Speaker 9: two inches thick or deep into broad pans like a
- 17:59Speaker 9: you know, we call them tailpans. But yeah, you know
- 18:02Speaker 9: you're trying to increase surface area air cooling. If you
- 18:05Speaker 9: can't do that, you know, like you can take a
- 18:08Speaker 9: bag of ice and put it down in it and
- 18:12Speaker 9: cool it from the center, if that makes sense. We
- 18:15Speaker 9: actually have ice paddles that we put into our freezer.
- 18:17Speaker 9: Their sanitary. They go through the dishwasher, they have water
- 18:21Speaker 9: in them. You freeze them and you put it down
- 18:23Speaker 9: in the middle of it and it cools from the
- 18:25Speaker 9: center out. So you know, if you have a ziplock
- 18:29Speaker 9: bag full of ice, you can do that as well.
- 18:32Speaker 9: It's a bit messy, but it does the job really well.
- 18:35Speaker 9: You know, if you have a gallon one gallon the
- 18:37Speaker 9: block back of ice, you can put that inside the
- 18:40Speaker 9: gumbo and let it cool from the inside.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Hashtag munchies best way to eat an eggs. Ok, I'm
- 18:51Speaker 2: gonna change this question a little bit, So what's your favorite?
- 18:53Speaker 2: So if you're just making a breakfast for yourself, what's
- 18:55Speaker 2: your favorite way to just prep you know, eggs and bacon,
- 18:59Speaker 2: eggs and some toes you scrambling, were going over easy?
- 19:02Speaker 4: We poaching? How are we doing it?
- 19:04Speaker 9: I love a poached egg. I like poached egg with
- 19:06Speaker 9: a soft center that that bleeds out. You know, it's
- 19:11Speaker 9: I don't know, man, I have a It's a difficult
- 19:14Speaker 9: task to cook an egg that way, which is kind
- 19:17Speaker 9: of part of the reason that I like it. But
- 19:20Speaker 9: I also like making holidays and putting it over a
- 19:22Speaker 9: poached egg. So you know, any kind of benny you know,
- 19:25Speaker 9: I'm a fan of was It has eggs a couple
- 19:27Speaker 9: of different ways.
- 19:28Speaker 4: So they've figured out so many ways to benny an egg.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Yeah, blows my mind. What's your favorite? Just like eggs Benedict.
- 19:35Speaker 9: Style, you know? I like instead of just ham, I
- 19:40Speaker 9: liked like a cured meat, like a spicy cured meat
- 19:42Speaker 9: on there, and and I don't know, instead of a
- 19:46Speaker 9: instead of an English muffin, which I think is a
- 19:48Speaker 9: travesty in itself. I there's a judgment right there. I think,
- 19:56Speaker 9: like a crab cake, you know what I mean, it's
- 19:59Speaker 9: you know, something that's it's Louisiana and has some meat
- 20:01Speaker 9: in it and such, and then put the poached egg
- 20:05Speaker 9: and maybe some spicy spicy ham or capacola or something
- 20:08Speaker 9: like that on us yff chef, put.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Your fancy chef hat on real quick formul. I was
- 20:13Speaker 2: watching a cooking show one time and they were like
- 20:16Speaker 2: judging somebody because they made scrambled eggs wrong. And I'm like, well,
- 20:19Speaker 2: who can make a scrambled egg wrong? And they're like, well,
- 20:21Speaker 2: not many people know the correct way to do a
- 20:23Speaker 2: scrambled egg. Like yeah, so from a fancy chef perspective,
- 20:26Speaker 2: how do you make a like a what is a
- 20:28Speaker 2: real scrambled.
- 20:29Speaker 4: Egg and getting it all wrong?
- 20:31Speaker 9: Yeah, real scrambled eggs. And what I think what they're
- 20:33Speaker 9: describing here is real scrambled eggs are supposed to be
- 20:35Speaker 9: kind of wet looking and shiny, and people, most people
- 20:38Speaker 9: cook them to the point where they're dried out and
- 20:40Speaker 9: super firm and cut like a steak. Yep, you know,
- 20:43Speaker 9: real real scrambled eggs are supposed to be soft and
- 20:46Speaker 9: wet looking, and you pull them from the pan early
- 20:49Speaker 9: and let them finish on the plate so that they
- 20:51Speaker 9: firm up and set, and they should be nice and
- 20:54Speaker 9: soft and delicate. Most people, you know, I don't know
- 20:58Speaker 9: if you know this or not, but there's a there's
- 20:59Speaker 9: an old book by doctor Seuss called Green Eggs and Ham.
- 21:06Speaker 4: I've read.
- 21:07Speaker 9: Yeah, that's actually a story from doctor SEUs. He was
- 21:11Speaker 9: a military guy and he was mocking the food and
- 21:14Speaker 9: the army. And the green eggs is because when you
- 21:17Speaker 9: overcook an egg, it takes on this green tinge of
- 21:21Speaker 9: and it and it gets sulfury right and and with
- 21:25Speaker 9: with scrambled eggs, not only will it do that, but
- 21:27Speaker 9: it will also, uh, it will also start releasing water
- 21:31Speaker 9: and get watery. And you know, the cell structure is
- 21:35Speaker 9: kind of delicate, and there's a difference between a shiny,
- 21:39Speaker 9: wet looking egg and an overcooked, watery egg. That's that's
- 21:44Speaker 9: actually releasing its liquid. So you know, when you when
- 21:48Speaker 9: you overcook eggs, they'll firm up and set right, but
- 21:50Speaker 9: there they just I don't know that. That to me
- 21:53Speaker 9: is the difference.
- 21:54Speaker 5: Yea, I know, no, I know exactly what you're talking about.
- 21:56Speaker 4: That's a perfect way to describe it.
- 21:59Speaker 5: I'm staying with the theme hashtag munchies. How does chef
- 22:02Speaker 5: coach an egg without an egg poacher?
- 22:05Speaker 9: Yeah? Uh, starting him off, starting them off in a
- 22:09Speaker 9: little bit of vinegar helps because acid helps promote collagulation. Right,
- 22:13Speaker 9: So if you have a little bowl, you can crack
- 22:16Speaker 9: it into a bowl of vinegar and let it set
- 22:18Speaker 9: there for a moment, or crack it into a spoon
- 22:21Speaker 9: and then and then dip it down into the vinegar.
- 22:24Speaker 9: Some people put vinegar in their cook in their cooking
- 22:27Speaker 9: water to create a slightly acidic cooking liquid. But you know,
- 22:32Speaker 9: putting it in a in a in a serving spoon
- 22:34Speaker 9: rather a large spoon that the whole egg will fit
- 22:36Speaker 9: into and then lowering that down into your cooking liquid
- 22:40Speaker 9: and or the vinegar, whichever you're gonna whichever process you're
- 22:43Speaker 9: gonna do first, and letting it sit in there that
- 22:45Speaker 9: way until it firms and sets. And you want to
- 22:48Speaker 9: make sure that you have really fresh eggs. The albumen
- 22:54Speaker 9: if it if it bleeds real bad, it's an old egg, right,
- 22:57Speaker 9: and if the if the yolk isn't sitting up, it's
- 23:00Speaker 9: the old egg. And so you know, in order to
- 23:03Speaker 9: poach eggs, you really need to have high quality eggs.
- 23:05Speaker 9: They are real fresh, so that the albumen is still
- 23:08Speaker 9: firm and it's gonna set right, and the yolk isn't
- 23:11Speaker 9: gonna you know oopen up on you.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Prematurely, Jeff, in honor of the Masters this weekend, I'd
- 23:18Speaker 2: like to get your opinion and maybe your take on
- 23:20Speaker 2: how to prepare the best pimento cheese out there.
- 23:25Speaker 9: Gosh, man, that's a I don't know for me. I
- 23:30Speaker 9: think you're just starting with good fresh ingredients, right like.
- 23:34Speaker 9: And I don't just like pimentos. I like chili pips
- 23:37Speaker 9: or chili peppers, or or like a chili mash. You
- 23:40Speaker 9: know that that's a little bit spicier than fimentos. And
- 23:45Speaker 9: I like this. I like to set my cheese out
- 23:47Speaker 9: to where it's warming up so that it spreads. E's
- 23:50Speaker 9: nice and easily, you know. And a lot of people
- 23:54Speaker 9: make the mistake of using a whip when they make
- 23:56Speaker 9: their cheese spread. And I use the feeder attachment and
- 24:00Speaker 9: sometimes I'll use the bread though attachment on my kitchen
- 24:05Speaker 9: aid because it doesn't work it quite as abusively. If
- 24:09Speaker 9: your cheese is cold and you put your whip in
- 24:13Speaker 9: with cold cheese, you're gonna be buying a new whip.
- 24:16Speaker 9: You feel like it'll tear it up.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Yeah, are you talking about like you like to use
- 24:20Speaker 4: the Is it the hook that goes on there.
- 24:23Speaker 9: Yeah. The bread hook. Yeah, that bread hook. It will
- 24:25Speaker 9: move it around and kind of warm it up. You
- 24:27Speaker 9: can put that in with the cheese first and kind
- 24:29Speaker 9: of warm it up and it'll make it malleable and
- 24:32Speaker 9: move a little bit easier before you, you know, make
- 24:35Speaker 9: your spread or make your ball or whatever.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Yeah, all right there.
- 24:40Speaker 5: He is our guys chef, Michael Johnson, always giving us
- 24:43Speaker 5: the latest and the greatest chef. We appreciate it, sir,
- 24:46Speaker 5: wellkay to again next week, have a great weekend.
- 24:48Speaker 9: Take care of fels.
- 24:52Speaker 2: I gotta start bringing in some protein bars or something.
- 24:56Speaker 2: I really want eggs now though. Yeah, I mean he
- 24:59Speaker 2: gave us some facts about eggs that didn't make me
- 25:02Speaker 2: hungry as much were talked because it was almost how
- 25:05Speaker 2: you can tell the eggs bad. But then I started
- 25:07Speaker 2: thinking about doing scrambled eggs the right way.
- 25:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 25:10Speaker 5: He told me about scrambled eggs years ago, and I
- 25:13Speaker 5: don't do them any other way. Yeah, Like if they
- 25:15Speaker 5: look like are they done yet, they're done?
- 25:18Speaker 4: You know what?
- 25:18Speaker 2: They started using like some pimento cheese in different ways
- 25:22Speaker 2: that I would normally just use regular cheese. It's been
- 25:25Speaker 2: kind of fun. I'll put some samento cheese and some eggs. Recently, okay,
- 25:29Speaker 2: I made like an egg.
- 25:29Speaker 4: Sandwich, got of cheese and eggs all a ton.
- 25:31Speaker 2: So normally you do like an egg sandwich with like
- 25:34Speaker 2: I'll take a biscuit some sausage eggs. Usually like American
- 25:39Speaker 2: cheese because in a sandwich, this is America, because it's
- 25:42Speaker 2: America in a sandwich situation. American cheese to me is
- 25:49Speaker 2: the goat, even burgers.
- 25:54Speaker 4: Like provolone. But I don't hate any cheese. Well, I mean,
- 25:57Speaker 4: it's just a different type of burger.
- 25:58Speaker 2: When I think if it's a good American burger, Yeah,
- 26:00Speaker 2: it's that taste.
- 26:01Speaker 4: I like it better than like ever. No pet pepper
- 26:04Speaker 4: jake is good. It's great. It's got it, it's got
- 26:07Speaker 4: its purpose, it's got its place.
- 26:09Speaker 2: But I did it not in the throne, though, Americans
- 26:12Speaker 2: on the throne. I exchanged out on my sausage, egg
- 26:18Speaker 2: and cheese biscuit the other day.
- 26:20Speaker 4: Some Pimeno cheese. It's pretty good, strong too, quite strong.
- 26:24Speaker 4: It was like your portfolio.
- 26:27Speaker 2: I don't know, but like it was good. Pimena cheese
- 26:30Speaker 2: is good. I don't know about portfolios, but Pmeno cheese excellent, yours.
- 26:38Speaker 2: You have a diversified portfolio, that's.
- 26:43Speaker 4: So they tell you to do. Yeah, you're just kind
- 26:44Speaker 4: of all into one certain hydration company. Just very undiversified.
- 26:51Speaker 2: We got multiple flavors though, that's true, more coming. I think,
- 26:55Speaker 2: very diverse. I've been told for years.
- 27:00Speaker 10: Drink my head pickle flavored.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you asked for a pickle break flavored would
- 27:04Speaker 2: be like a pickle shot.
- 27:05Speaker 4: That grap flavored.
- 27:09Speaker 10: I would be like your number one pickle flavor buyer.
- 27:13Speaker 4: You might be the one.
- 27:15Speaker 5: I'd like that flavor too, but I'd like the great
- 27:17Speaker 5: that's been promised to me for years.
- 27:22Speaker 4: Always deliver. Might take a while, but always deliver.
- 27:26Speaker 3: So you're saying, at some point, at some point, okay.
- 27:32Speaker 10: Y'all have two more tickets to give away today today, Well,
- 27:36Speaker 10: the rodeo starts tomorrow. That makes sense, so I would
- 27:40Speaker 10: like to.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Give them away, but Creed don on Sunday.
- 27:43Speaker 10: Creed doesn't play till How do we want to do it?
- 27:47Speaker 2: How do you all want to do I think we
- 27:48Speaker 2: only have one way to do it, right, let's talk
- 27:50Speaker 2: about it during the break.
- 27:52Speaker 4: We'll come back. I give you the way to do it,
- 27:55Speaker 4: and then kay, before we get out of here. We'll
- 27:58Speaker 4: give you.
- 27:58Speaker 5: We'll give you some tickets if you win. If you don't,
- 28:02Speaker 5: don't play muss. You don't get the ticket because you
- 28:04Speaker 5: don't know how.
- 28:05Speaker 10: To do it.
- 28:05Speaker 4: If you if you don't win, you don't get the prize.
- 28:08Speaker 2: It's fair. That's the thing about the game. Yeah, it's
- 28:14Speaker 2: not on us. We didn't invent games and contests.
- 28:16Speaker 4: That's right. The winner gets it, the losers don't.
- 28:22Speaker 5: More OTV when we come back off the bench. All right,

- 31:59Speaker 2: of those things I was telling, like There's just some people.
- 32:01Speaker 2: They augusta National hits their eye really well and they
- 32:05Speaker 2: play it really well. Past Greed's one of those guys.
- 32:07Speaker 2: Dustin Johnson's one of those guys. Now, it might not

- 32:37Speaker 5: right now.
- 32:37Speaker 4: We should do it.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Turnover chain situation. We all pick a golfer in this
- 32:41Speaker 2: in the foxhole. Can't be Scheffler, can't be McElroy, Tommy Fleetwood,
- 32:49Speaker 2: whoever finishes highest, Tommy Fleetwood.
- 32:51Speaker 4: It's a chain on Monday. Go ahead, I'm gonna go
- 32:58Speaker 4: with Cam Young, Cam.
- 33:00Speaker 10: Young, all right, I'm sticking with Bryson.
- 33:04Speaker 4: Bryson. Bryson just finished the first razors, Dad, I am.
- 33:09Speaker 3: I mentioned Fitzpatrick Hurlier I'll stick with it. So that
- 33:13Speaker 3: Fitzpatrick a.
- 33:14Speaker 2: Right, So cameo Fitzpatrick de Chambeau Fleetwood because of soccer. Yeah,
- 33:22Speaker 2: he's a Nevertonian tight like I am.
- 33:24Speaker 4: Smart. And he finished third last year T T third.
- 33:31Speaker 4: Did he finish third? Yeah? T three, so the scoreboards say,
- 33:36Speaker 4: but he finished third, T three finished he finished T
- 33:38Speaker 4: three or second? He finished third.
- 33:41Speaker 10: So so give me like the basics of what I
- 33:45Speaker 10: need to know about golf if I'm going to be
- 33:47Speaker 10: following the Masters, Like, just like a very quick, basic
- 33:51Speaker 10: crash course on what I need to know.
- 33:53Speaker 4: Lower the better was opposed at most sports.
- 33:55Speaker 10: Well, yes, yeah, that is that.
- 33:58Speaker 4: It Uh it's beautiful.
- 34:02Speaker 2: Watch the coverage, the footage, it'll just like it looks
- 34:04Speaker 2: like they're playing on carpet. Basically, it's so perfect. It's
- 34:09Speaker 2: the best golf course ever. And I want to play there.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Somebody listening.
- 34:15Speaker 5: This.
- 34:16Speaker 4: Sorry.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Announcers are great. They they make it really good. You
- 34:21Speaker 2: don't have to like be a follower of golf. Announcers
- 34:24Speaker 2: are really good. They'll take you, they'll walk you.
- 34:27Speaker 3: That sound of the birds chirping and all that behind the.
- 34:31Speaker 2: I'm telling you, it's the best napping situation. You're ever
- 34:33Speaker 2: gonna get until about late Sunday afternoon. You got to
- 34:38Speaker 2: hope it's hope it's close, like you never want to blow.
- 34:40Speaker 4: Out these things.
- 34:41Speaker 10: But is it usually close?
- 34:44Speaker 4: Yes? I mean for the most part.
- 34:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean there's there's some times where you'll have
- 34:47Speaker 2: a guy that's, you know, leading by two or three.
- 34:50Speaker 4: Very rare at this tournament.
- 34:52Speaker 2: You know in most majors that there is just a
- 34:55Speaker 2: competitive last couple hours, all right, because usually pressure stars
- 35:00Speaker 2: set in on that person who is leading because I
- 35:02Speaker 2: hadn't been there before potentially or like Rory has done
- 35:05Speaker 2: it so many time, you finally got over the hump
- 35:07Speaker 2: last year.
- 35:07Speaker 3: Well, I don't even think he was leading in the
- 35:09Speaker 3: last day. Was I think he was, wasn't he?
- 35:12Speaker 10: I think I remember that if he.
- 35:13Speaker 4: Was leading, he probably would have he probably would have
- 35:15Speaker 4: choked because he's done that. Yes, he is. He's like
- 35:20Speaker 4: the Shooter McGavin of the PG, especially after at at Augusta.
- 35:24Speaker 2: That's like the one that he's wanted to win. Did
- 35:26Speaker 2: y'all see the I know we're got to get get
- 35:29Speaker 2: to the giveaway, but like, did y'all see.
- 35:30Speaker 10: The we decided nothing on that.
- 35:32Speaker 4: By the way, yeah, I forgot to talk about it.
- 35:34Speaker 10: I asked, and nobody listened to me.
- 35:37Speaker 2: He commissioned a painting Rory McRoy did for his win
- 35:43Speaker 2: last year in Augusta, and it was a hand drawn
- 35:47Speaker 2: like a pencil. He drew it with like a master's pencil.
- 35:50Speaker 2: It took him something like six hundred hours or something
- 35:53Speaker 2: like this to complete this picture. I got to get
- 35:55Speaker 2: it pulled up for you. Sorry, that just popped in
- 35:57Speaker 2: the top of my head without prepping you.
- 35:59Speaker 4: Over there, Taylor. But it was a black and white
- 36:02Speaker 4: pencil drawn picture of him on.
- 36:04Speaker 2: The eighteenth hole, Rory Rory McElroy last year, kind of
- 36:08Speaker 2: like kneeled down, like crying on the green. And it's
- 36:12Speaker 2: such a good picture. It's super impressive and it looks
- 36:17Speaker 2: exactly like the black and white version of the photo
- 36:19Speaker 2: that was actually taken. Yeah, exactly like it. But I
- 36:22Speaker 2: gotta tell you, if I was an artist and I
- 36:24Speaker 2: just spent like six hundred hours doing something and I
- 36:27Speaker 2: looked at the finished product and it just looked exactly
- 36:29Speaker 2: like the photo.
- 36:31Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't church this up at all. You'd be disappointed.
- 36:37Speaker 2: I should have, Like somebody in the crowd would have
- 36:39Speaker 2: LIKEDEO six minutes.
- 36:44Speaker 3: But I'll just said it run.
- 36:45Speaker 2: Yeah, like look at this, look at this picture. It's unbelievable.
- 36:48Speaker 2: It started from a blank piece of paper. I put
- 36:51Speaker 2: Waldo in there somewhere.
- 36:53Speaker 10: I think I would too, or like some sort of something.
- 36:57Speaker 10: I'm kind of mad. We haven't talked about my Brabele
- 36:59Speaker 10: and Diana Russ.
- 37:00Speaker 4: We got an update got away from.
- 37:02Speaker 10: Us y'all the thing the where they were taking the pictures.
- 37:07Speaker 10: Remember yesterday I said that they responded and that Diana
- 37:11Speaker 10: was like there were six other people there. There were
- 37:13Speaker 10: private bungalows. Oh no, they are private bungalows are like
- 37:18Speaker 10: two thousand dollars a night. They drove two hours to
- 37:22Speaker 10: go to them.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Oh yeah, because that was like we were all in
- 37:25Speaker 4: spring meetings that one where we were.
- 37:27Speaker 10: At it was like right before them, Like it was
- 37:30Speaker 10: like when they did the pro day at Arizona State,
- 37:33Speaker 10: like two thousand dollars a night.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Mike only rented that thing, like.
- 37:37Speaker 10: And it was like an incredibly incredibly I don't know
- 37:43Speaker 10: if they offer that.
- 37:45Speaker 3: That was a bungalow.
- 37:46Speaker 10: Boy, Yeah, guys, come on like an incredibly romantic backdrop too.
- 37:51Speaker 10: It's like in the mountains. It's gorgeous. I'm saying, did
- 37:56Speaker 10: y'all see all the videos that people were pulling out
- 37:58Speaker 10: of Diana.
- 37:59Speaker 4: I was just watching someding she hates her husband. This
- 38:01Speaker 4: one in the standard like hotel pool No, No, this
- 38:04Speaker 4: is like.
- 38:05Speaker 10: A private bungalow, and there's like multiple private bungalows.
- 38:09Speaker 2: Bungalows objectively a funny it is it is. Yeah, it's
- 38:12Speaker 2: a funny word. Yeah, yeah, no shot. They stayed the night.
- 38:17Speaker 3: No shot.
- 38:18Speaker 10: So there's a theory that like one of their spouses
- 38:23Speaker 10: hired a private investigator to like follow them, and that's
- 38:26Speaker 10: how people are getting the pictures, but that is not confirmed.
- 38:29Speaker 10: That's just like a rumor theory that people are fair.
- 38:34Speaker 4: They didn't need to hire anybody. They weren't hiding. No,
- 38:38Speaker 4: when you're poolside.
- 38:41Speaker 10: Then there's like people saying that it was like going
- 38:44Speaker 10: on since when he was with the Titans, because she
- 38:46Speaker 10: had like all these Titan scoops and then he leaves
- 38:49Speaker 10: or gets fired or whatever, and then she like bombed
- 38:53Speaker 10: on everything.
- 38:53Speaker 6: It had to be Vrabel's wife that hired the the
- 38:56Speaker 6: p I. The way Diana treats her husband like he
- 38:59Speaker 6: probably knows.
- 39:00Speaker 10: Yeah, I'm just saying, like i'd hire a private investigator,
- 39:05Speaker 10: I am a private investigator.
- 39:07Speaker 4: Say her husband is super average.
- 39:09Speaker 3: Yeah, he's like, Diana, you have fun on your trip.
- 39:11Speaker 3: She's like, yeah, ran in the vrabel and he's.
- 39:13Speaker 4: Like, damn, yeah, I guess it's not average at all.
- 39:18Speaker 6: It's so demoralizing, honey, what's the spill on our joint
- 39:23Speaker 6: checking account for a bungalow for two hours?
- 39:26Speaker 4: And then he laughs, He's like, huh bungalow.
- 39:30Speaker 3: I don't know what that is.
- 39:33Speaker 4: Then he forgets about it. Yeah, oh it's for dinner.
- 39:40Speaker 5: AnyWho like like, yeah, it's funny though, the fact how
- 39:49Speaker 5: fast they came out with the statement.
- 39:50Speaker 4: It's like, oh man, yeah, oh boy.
- 39:56Speaker 10: We're just two pals. Like what coworkers can't go to
- 39:59Speaker 10: a private bungalow together?
- 40:02Speaker 4: Right?
- 40:02Speaker 5: And hold the part that got me and I told
- 40:04Speaker 5: you all this yesterday when she's like, people don't know this,
- 40:07Speaker 5: but NFL media, you know, has different ways of getting
- 40:11Speaker 5: scoops and hanging out, you know, outside of the stadium facility.
- 40:15Speaker 10: I was like, I know I'm new to this, but
- 40:17Speaker 10: if that's how you get your scoops, I ain't ever
- 40:18Speaker 10: getting a scoop.
- 40:19Speaker 4: Ever, I ain't never heard of anybody doing that. He's
- 40:24Speaker 4: very good coach.
- 40:25Speaker 2: And I hope that none of this is true, and
- 40:28Speaker 2: I hope that it doesn't affect I hope it's not
- 40:30Speaker 2: true because I don't want it to affect his coaching,
- 40:32Speaker 2: because I think he's very good for the game.
- 40:34Speaker 3: And you have some Drake make cards. You need to
- 40:36Speaker 3: stay hot.
- 40:37Speaker 4: Obviously.
- 40:40Speaker 2: You see Verable at the pro day. Actually, like yeah,
- 40:43Speaker 2: like blocking, blocking and working. It's always pretty fun to
- 40:47Speaker 2: watch him.
- 40:47Speaker 4: Do you want to do keyword again for the giveaway?
- 40:50Speaker 5: Yeah?
