- 0:00Speaker 1: This is the Benn and Ashley I almost Famous podcast
- 0:03Speaker 1: with i R Radio. My goodness, it feels good to
- 0:08Speaker 1: be here. This is almost hemous podcast. I'm Ben, I'm Ashley,
- 0:13Speaker 1: and it is episode two of Clayton's season. And Ben, um,
- 0:18Speaker 1: I'm enjoying you enjoying. I am enjoying. I was just
- 0:21Speaker 1: gonna say that. I feel like, hey, I I think
- 0:25Speaker 1: we said it best last week. I have no questions
- 0:28Speaker 1: about Clayton as a human, Like, this is no critique
- 0:31Speaker 1: on Clayton as a human whatsoever. I had questions about
- 0:35Speaker 1: him being chosen as the Bachelor. But I'm enjoying this season,
- 0:41Speaker 1: which makes me right now say Clayton is doing a
- 0:45Speaker 1: great job as our Bachelor. I really think that. Or
- 0:50Speaker 1: the producers are doing a great job producing the show.
- 0:53Speaker 1: I mean that, and the women are really stepping up.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I mean they are really doing more than they were asked.
- 1:00Speaker 1: There was there was one tendency of of Clayton's that
- 1:04Speaker 1: I picked up though on I think he's very obvious
- 1:08Speaker 1: when he's into somebody when he's not. And I think
- 1:11Speaker 1: he's going in for kisses with girls that he's not
- 1:13Speaker 1: even so into. Why not, I mean, come on now,
- 1:17Speaker 1: so for it. I mean, but yeah, we're gonna break
- 1:20Speaker 1: down all of this with Connor Saley today, the whole episode.
- 1:23Speaker 1: But I will say, uh, as of right now, producers
- 1:29Speaker 1: or whatever, I'm enjoying this season. I do not mind
- 1:34Speaker 1: watching Clayton on television, which sometimes I have like just this,
- 1:38Speaker 1: like I would rather not see you until right now.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I'm enjoying watching him. I think I still think he's
- 1:44Speaker 1: gonna get have a really hard time. I still think
- 1:48Speaker 1: the drama is gonna like weigh on him. I think
- 1:53Speaker 1: that is gonna be at times difficult. But the season,
- 1:58Speaker 1: the season is gonna be good to watch. Like if
- 2:01Speaker 1: I'm just a viewer, it's gonna be good to watch.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I agreed. That's what Nick was telling us last week.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Let's not give Nick all the credit here. Hey Ashley,
- 2:11Speaker 1: it's a it's a big week for you. Um obviously, Uh,
- 2:15Speaker 1: we celebrate your baby shower, thanks to hund for that.
- 2:19Speaker 1: We also, um, I'm recovering from COVID. So like he
- 2:26Speaker 1: didn't have symptoms people he had like a stuff like
- 2:29Speaker 1: did you even have a stuff? He knows? He said,
- 2:30Speaker 1: I was tired. I was tired, I had stuffy knows
- 2:34Speaker 1: I was a little tired. I'm now done. I'm negative.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I'm back at the game. I'm ready to go. I'm
- 2:40Speaker 1: still a little stuffy, not super stuffy, but I I
- 2:44Speaker 1: you know, we made it through it. We worked all
- 2:46Speaker 1: week with it, and uh, and we're back healthy and
- 2:49Speaker 1: ready for this week's episode. Ashley, You're back home. We
- 2:53Speaker 1: talked about on your baby shower episode, which will air
- 2:55Speaker 1: the twentie of this month. That's a big episode, that's
- 2:58Speaker 1: a lot of we had a lot of fun. It was.
- 3:01Speaker 1: It was awesome again. That was just so much fun
- 3:03Speaker 1: to celebrate you and bring in some guests. But that
- 3:05Speaker 1: will air the twenty But until then, you are back
- 3:08Speaker 1: home right now for anybody listening for a few months
- 3:11Speaker 1: kind of uh, I'm actually I think I'm gonna say
- 3:15Speaker 1: the white right word here. You're nesting until the baby
- 3:19Speaker 1: is born. I don't know. No, nesting is when you're
- 3:22Speaker 1: like decorating and organizing, and that's the one thing that
- 3:25Speaker 1: I can't do, which is so frustrating actually because I
- 3:29Speaker 1: want to be getting our house together in Rhode Island.
- 3:34Speaker 1: But yeah, he's not going to have a problem. He's
- 3:36Speaker 1: gonna My mom literally has turned one of the guest
- 3:40Speaker 1: rooms in this house into a baby room. We do
- 3:43Speaker 1: have to put that together, but like it's not like
- 3:45Speaker 1: we're gonna like decorate it, you know what I mean. Like,
- 3:47Speaker 1: I'm not gonna like it's gonna be a functional baby
- 3:50Speaker 1: room instead of like a you know, the cute see
- 3:53Speaker 1: one that I'll take lots of pictures in. I thought
- 3:56Speaker 1: nesting was always like I've always envisioned nesting being like
- 3:59Speaker 1: you lay all the blankets and pillows down and you
- 4:01Speaker 1: just lay there, Like, wait a second. I like your
- 4:06Speaker 1: version way better than the real one. Yeah, I really
- 4:08Speaker 1: thought that was what that was. I thought you just
- 4:10Speaker 1: like relaxed and hung out and let people take care
- 4:13Speaker 1: of you for the next two months because you're about
- 4:14Speaker 1: to have a baby. I thought that, I that is
- 4:17Speaker 1: what I'm doing. I'm doing the Ben Higgins version of nesting.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I like the way that you like visualize an actual
- 4:23Speaker 1: nest too, Like it's you know, sitting on really comfy things.
- 4:27Speaker 1: That's that's hilarious. I love that. No, it's usually when
- 4:30Speaker 1: women like a month before have this crazy urge to
- 4:33Speaker 1: like organize the house. Do you want to know something
- 4:38Speaker 1: that I have a crazy urge for that I haven't
- 4:41Speaker 1: shared anywhere, but like, hey, we have some a few
- 4:44Speaker 1: minutes here. Okay, this is a pregnancy craving and it's
- 4:48Speaker 1: so wrong. It's so bad. Oh, I'm down for the bad.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Let's go hash, come home. I don't know how weird
- 4:54Speaker 1: we're gonna get here, but I'm bad. We're gonna get
- 4:56Speaker 1: so weird. But apparently it's like not weird because I
- 5:00Speaker 1: ped it up. I have like I think it's called pica,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and I want to eat cleaning products, Like I have
- 5:08Speaker 1: a strong desire to eat cleaning products. Of course I'm
- 5:11Speaker 1: not going to, but there's something will they say it
- 5:16Speaker 1: could be an iron deficiency. Um, It's very common and
- 5:19Speaker 1: pregnant women to want to eat cleaning products and other
- 5:22Speaker 1: unedible things. I'm going to bring up to my doctor
- 5:25Speaker 1: on Wednesday and just be like, hey, should we test
- 5:27Speaker 1: my blood for not even deficiency? Um? Yeah, I know
- 5:32Speaker 1: this is super weird, you know, like on my strange addiction,
- 5:36Speaker 1: people like I want to eat detergent stuff. I've always
- 5:41Speaker 1: wanted to eat powder laundry detergent, and I always have
- 5:45Speaker 1: wanted to eat like chlorine tablets for the pool. But
- 5:48Speaker 1: right now, like even like my facial exfoliant, which is
- 5:54Speaker 1: like it feels like the texture of like a yeah,
- 5:57Speaker 1: like it's like a baking soda text or I'm just like,
- 6:01Speaker 1: don't do it, don't put in your mouth. Did I
- 6:03Speaker 1: want to so bad? And then like every time like
- 6:06Speaker 1: a like comment for the bathroom if you like that
- 6:10Speaker 1: kind of texture and smell. Oh, it's just overwhelmingly delicious
- 6:15Speaker 1: seeming right now, How weird is that? Yeah? I mean
- 6:18Speaker 1: if you I mean, if you told me this any
- 6:20Speaker 1: other time of your life, I'd be like, actually, like, hey,
- 6:23Speaker 1: I love you. You You gotta go get checked out. You're crazy.
- 6:26Speaker 1: But this is I mean, at this point, roll with it.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Just don't eat it, but roll with it. Okay, speaking
- 6:32Speaker 1: off anything weird that you can compare this with. No, no,
- 6:38Speaker 1: I've never been pregnant, but speaking of weird things. Right
- 6:42Speaker 1: before the listeners came on, we were talking about this
- 6:45Speaker 1: reality star who has now retired from selling her jars
- 6:49Speaker 1: of farts. She made upwards of two dollars. Oh m G.
- 6:58Speaker 1: No I knew about the story, did not know how
- 7:01Speaker 1: much she she made. Oh yeah, and she made two
- 7:03Speaker 1: thousand dollars. I think it was in two weeks or
- 7:06Speaker 1: four weeks or something crazy. You know, I've always questioned, uh,
- 7:12Speaker 1: kind of where and how and what to monetize after
- 7:15Speaker 1: this show. I've always been one that said, Okay, I
- 7:20Speaker 1: will do some things. I won't do other things. But
- 7:22Speaker 1: making money from the show is a very good gift.
- 7:25Speaker 1: You cannot say no to everything. And there's moments, especially
- 7:29Speaker 1: in my lowest points, where I go, wow, some people
- 7:31Speaker 1: are just doing it so much better than me. I
- 7:34Speaker 1: don't know if that's true. I have no clue how
- 7:35Speaker 1: much they're making. I have no clue what their lifestyle is,
- 7:39Speaker 1: but I think it. This was not one of those moments. Actually,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I never once thought this, but I do have, since
- 7:45Speaker 1: we are admitting weird things. When I was an eight
- 7:48Speaker 1: year old boy, I did the same thing as her.
- 7:50Speaker 1: I farted in a jar and I kept it for
- 7:52Speaker 1: days and it lasts. Um, I didn't sell it. I
- 7:57Speaker 1: never I didn't have a market for that. But now, yeah,
- 8:02Speaker 1: go ahead. Were you open about this, like when you
- 8:04Speaker 1: decided to fire in the jar? Um one? Did you
- 8:08Speaker 1: have pants on when you did this or was it
- 8:10Speaker 1: like real? No, you like, go for it. I mean
- 8:14Speaker 1: I was probably seven or eight. I'm sure my parents
- 8:17Speaker 1: knew about it. I'm sure they're just like this is
- 8:20Speaker 1: this kid is either gonna not be anything good at
- 8:23Speaker 1: all or he's just being weird and he's going to
- 8:25Speaker 1: be a weird child. Yeah, this is the only child
- 8:28Speaker 1: stuff right, You're getting a good look at it. Um.
- 8:31Speaker 1: I never thought about this at when I was the Bachelor.
- 8:35Speaker 1: This was not something that came to my mind. But
- 8:39Speaker 1: could you imagine how much you would have made because
- 8:42Speaker 1: she's from She's from Naty Day Fiance? Yeah, I mean
- 8:45Speaker 1: the Day Fiance does well, but like the ratings that
- 8:49Speaker 1: your season of the Bachelor had so many more, millions
- 8:52Speaker 1: of people knew who you were, and like, wow, you
- 8:54Speaker 1: could have made a million dollars off farts in two weeks.
- 8:57Speaker 1: This is why sometimes I lay in bedded night and
- 9:00Speaker 1: I questioned the decisions I've made leading up to this point.
- 9:02Speaker 1: This might be one of those tonight where I go,
- 9:04Speaker 1: if only, if only? Well wait, no, I'm sorry, I
- 9:09Speaker 1: know you want to move on, but now I have
- 9:10Speaker 1: to ask you did you Have you ever gotten any
- 9:13Speaker 1: weird requests like that, like through cameo because you're very
- 9:16Speaker 1: popular on cameo. Jared one time got a request for
- 9:21Speaker 1: his feet to be shown for this girl's birthday and
- 9:24Speaker 1: we couldn't do it. We just know. And um, the
- 9:28Speaker 1: woman who requested was actually a little bit annoyed that
- 9:32Speaker 1: we didn't let her know earlier that we were not
- 9:34Speaker 1: going to show his feet. I've gotten a couple of
- 9:36Speaker 1: feet one I choose to do those. Um, I'm not kidding,
- 9:43Speaker 1: I do I choose to do. I'm like at this point,
- 9:46Speaker 1: I mean, what's the harm and the and I mean,
- 9:48Speaker 1: if they want to see my feet, they can see
- 9:50Speaker 1: my feet. How do you go about it? You say
- 9:54Speaker 1: hello with your face and then you turned the camera.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Faces never shown. I do a little I move defeat
- 10:00Speaker 1: left and right, do a little toe wiggle. I've got
- 10:03Speaker 1: long toes. I can move them kind of like fingers.
- 10:06Speaker 1: I mean say, I'm crossing boundaries for me. I I've
- 10:10Speaker 1: questioned this for a while and I said, I'm gonna
- 10:13Speaker 1: go for If they want to pay me a hundred
- 10:14Speaker 1: bucks to show my feet, I'll show my feet. Next step,
- 10:18Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen of Ben Higgins foot model on only fans.
- 10:23Speaker 1: It's coming. Oh, life takes a turn, you know how
- 10:27Speaker 1: some people say it looks like Ben's hit rock bottom. Well,
- 10:30Speaker 1: I'm sure they'll be saying that soon. Hey, we got
- 10:32Speaker 1: a big episode for you today. Connor Saley is here
- 10:35Speaker 1: to break down this episode of the Bachelor. Yes, it's
- 10:38Speaker 1: Clayton's second episode. We're enjoying it so far. We're here.
- 10:41Speaker 1: We will hear if Connor is as well when we
- 10:44Speaker 1: come back with the almost famous podcast. All right, guys,
- 10:58Speaker 1: we have Connor Saley on the phone. He is going
- 11:01Speaker 1: to be recapping this episode of Clayton's season with us. Um.
- 11:05Speaker 1: He's also going to be joining us for an in
- 11:07Speaker 1: depth like Ben mentioned earlier. Right now, we want to
- 11:11Speaker 1: talk about you know, this episode episode two, Connor, You
- 11:18Speaker 1: guys with Hannah's season, we're the last season of guys
- 11:23Speaker 1: to live in the Bachelor mansion. Yeah, I know it
- 11:27Speaker 1: is it's crazy to think about that, but it's it's
- 11:30Speaker 1: good to see everyone back in there. It's been a while. True,
- 11:34Speaker 1: that's none ease that Yeah, did wait didn't didn't Peter's
- 11:38Speaker 1: I think Peter season. Gona know. Yeah, but you were
- 11:40Speaker 1: the last Bachelorte season, last bachelort season, I got last
- 11:43Speaker 1: group of guys. It is it is crazy, that is
- 11:46Speaker 1: super crazy. I didn't even realize that. Yeah, I only
- 11:49Speaker 1: bring that up it's because one of the first scenes
- 11:51Speaker 1: of this episode is the girls walking to the mansion
- 11:55Speaker 1: like geeking out, And for some reason, this like was
- 11:58Speaker 1: real awkward for me because I know that they were
- 12:01Speaker 1: trying to encapsulate the excitement of moving back into the
- 12:05Speaker 1: mansion and like where we're shooting here again. Yeah, but
- 12:08Speaker 1: it was so weird because like the girls were there
- 12:12Speaker 1: the night before. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that is a weird scene.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I guess what a lot of people don't realize is
- 12:20Speaker 1: you like go back to your hotel after and then
- 12:23Speaker 1: you like fully move in a day later. So it
- 12:27Speaker 1: is a little weird. It was cool watching it, I guess,
- 12:29Speaker 1: like a little nostalgic because I remember there was a
- 12:31Speaker 1: scene they're like screaming out of the balcony and I
- 12:33Speaker 1: was like, that was my room. Yeah, yeah, I got
- 12:37Speaker 1: a question for you too. There is a moment where
- 12:39Speaker 1: somebody said this mansion is iconic in historicious but also accurate. Well,
- 12:48Speaker 1: how do you how do you uh put something in
- 12:51Speaker 1: the historic category because I believe this mansion was built
- 12:53Speaker 1: in the early two thousand's, it hasn't been the Bachelor
- 12:57Speaker 1: mansion for the entirety of the Bachelor like seasons. I
- 13:04Speaker 1: was like, well, iconic, yes, historic maybe not yeah, not
- 13:10Speaker 1: not so much. It's like a nice new house kind
- 13:12Speaker 1: of like it's pretty nice. Yeah, definitely not not not historic,
- 13:17Speaker 1: but very very iconic. You know. I do love the house.
- 13:21Speaker 1: It brings me so much nostalgia. And it's weird because
- 13:23Speaker 1: we only shot in it for like ten days, and
- 13:25Speaker 1: with Chris soul season, we spent four shooting weeks there.
- 13:29Speaker 1: You know, four episodes were there, and that's longer than most.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I don't know, I guess it's where all like the
- 13:36Speaker 1: first feelings started to develop. It felt like a big
- 13:39Speaker 1: frat house. Yeah, nobody knows this, but like I don't
- 13:44Speaker 1: know if we've ever talked about this podcast, Connor, you
- 13:46Speaker 1: gotta tell me if you had this go down on
- 13:48Speaker 1: your Bachelor that season. But there's there's not many like
- 13:51Speaker 1: bathrooms at that mansion. I mean, especially from the amount
- 13:53Speaker 1: of guys that are there initially, and at some point
- 13:57Speaker 1: there are signs that were put up, like as you
- 14:00Speaker 1: walked in the bath and they said, please don't do
- 14:01Speaker 1: anything that cloggs the drains. Did that happen in your season?
- 14:05Speaker 1: I'm pretty pretty sure it did happen. I think we
- 14:07Speaker 1: had a couple of clock toilets on there. Yeah. I
- 14:09Speaker 1: will probably contributed to that too. And you know it's
- 14:13Speaker 1: not just boys. We had clocked toilets too. They were
- 14:16Speaker 1: clogged all the time. I just don't think the water
- 14:18Speaker 1: pressure is very good in those toilets. Yeah, I think that.
- 14:21Speaker 1: I don't know if you either of you were in
- 14:22Speaker 1: that big room that has I think there were maybe
- 14:25Speaker 1: like fifteen of us in there, ten to fifteen of us,
- 14:29Speaker 1: and there's only one bathroom for that room, So that
- 14:31Speaker 1: one always had an issue with the plumbing, just because
- 14:34Speaker 1: so many people are using that. I used to always
- 14:37Speaker 1: do my private stuff downstairs because there was only, like,
- 14:42Speaker 1: you know, one room, and you could lock the door
- 14:45Speaker 1: and you didn't have to worry about somebody like walking
- 14:46Speaker 1: in and trying to do their makeup or something while
- 14:49Speaker 1: you were doing something else. Anyway, Okay, so the girls
- 14:53Speaker 1: come in. It's a little bit funny. Uh. Jesse brings
- 14:56Speaker 1: in a date card. This one is for Teddy and
- 15:00Speaker 1: see Molina, Gabby, Kira, Mara, Sierra, Genevieve, Serene and Cassidy
- 15:09Speaker 1: and the card reads, this is what dreams are made
- 15:12Speaker 1: of and that is pretty that's a pretty cool hint
- 15:15Speaker 1: that Hillary Duff is going to be on this group date.
- 15:18Speaker 1: So I didn't even put that together. Hey now, hey, now,
- 15:24Speaker 1: very cool dreams. I mean, such a good movie, such
- 15:29Speaker 1: a good movie, good song. It's like, don't sing it
- 15:32Speaker 1: because it's gonna be stuck in my head for weeks
- 15:34Speaker 1: and weeks. Now, um, so this is like up there
- 15:39Speaker 1: when it comes to special celebrity guests, Like we had
- 15:42Speaker 1: Mila Kuna as a national culture which is probably the
- 15:45Speaker 1: top tier we'll ever get, and now Hillary Duff it's
- 15:48Speaker 1: a pretty big deal. Yeah, No, Hillary Duff is. She's
- 15:51Speaker 1: a big time for sure. She looks so hot, she
- 15:55Speaker 1: looks so good. I have not seen her in a lot.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I don't know if she's been in any movies or anything.
- 15:59Speaker 1: In a wild I feel like I haven't seen her
- 16:01Speaker 1: in a very long time. So it was it was
- 16:03Speaker 1: kind of cool though, see her again. Well, she has
- 16:08Speaker 1: basically this thing set up in the backyard where the
- 16:12Speaker 1: girls are going to have to put together a kid's
- 16:14Speaker 1: party or like dollhouses or something like that. Actually, I
- 16:18Speaker 1: don't even know if it was very clear what the
- 16:19Speaker 1: objective was, but they had to like entertain they had
- 16:24Speaker 1: to build things to entertain children, and it was put
- 16:26Speaker 1: together the party for all the kids. Yeah right, Um,
- 16:30Speaker 1: it was very weird. When I was one girl, I
- 16:33Speaker 1: don't remember which one it was sees the kids. No, No,
- 16:37Speaker 1: sees the kids, and she goes, oh my god, I
- 16:40Speaker 1: love children. Yeah that's that. I wonder when anybody else.
- 16:45Speaker 1: I wasn't gonna say it because I was like, I
- 16:47Speaker 1: don't know how to feel about it. But when that happened,
- 16:49Speaker 1: that gave me a little He was like, yeah, I've
- 16:51Speaker 1: been cool. I love children. So weird. It was reminded
- 16:58Speaker 1: me of like Sarah Dusica Parker and Hookus Pokus and
- 17:00Speaker 1: she's like, boys, like I love children. You know, it's
- 17:04Speaker 1: like you want to eat them or something. Well, we
- 17:07Speaker 1: didn't go that far here anyway. Cassidy is the one
- 17:12Speaker 1: that really dominates this date because she keeps pulling Clayton aside,
- 17:17Speaker 1: trying to get one on one time with him. She's
- 17:19Speaker 1: quite successful at it. She like basically has two big
- 17:22Speaker 1: makeout sessions with him while the other girls are doing
- 17:26Speaker 1: their tasks. I don't really remember anybody else having any
- 17:31Speaker 1: significant time with him during this activity part. I don't
- 17:34Speaker 1: think anybody did to be honest or at least that
- 17:37Speaker 1: we saw um. But I don't know. I feel like
- 17:40Speaker 1: it's a weird It's a weird balancing act you have
- 17:43Speaker 1: to do if you're one of the contestants. I guess
- 17:47Speaker 1: it's like, obviously you want to spend time, but you
- 17:49Speaker 1: want to get along with everybody else and kind of
- 17:53Speaker 1: like pull your weight in the tasks a little bit.
- 17:55Speaker 1: So I'm a little unsure of how I felt about that.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I feel like she maybe one a little bit over
- 18:00Speaker 1: I was trying to pull him a little overboard. But
- 18:04Speaker 1: I'd also say like, nothing about it really bothered me.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I was like, she's really aggressive. We'll see how he
- 18:11Speaker 1: responds to this. I wouldn't call her actions villainous, ben
- 18:18Speaker 1: I wouldn't say villainous. That would not be how I
- 18:20Speaker 1: categorized it. But and I could be different here, But
- 18:24Speaker 1: I watched a show, and I think it's just my personality.
- 18:28Speaker 1: I'm I would be more attracted to somebody that followed
- 18:31Speaker 1: the rules. So if I knew that somebody pulled me
- 18:35Speaker 1: aside while other people were like carrying the weight of
- 18:38Speaker 1: setting up this party, that would be unattractive for me.
- 18:41Speaker 1: I would be like, hey, go back and do that.
- 18:43Speaker 1: We're gonna have our time later to talk. So it's
- 18:47Speaker 1: not villainous. It just h it. I don't like it,
- 18:51Speaker 1: like and that just might be me. I just don't
- 18:53Speaker 1: find it um attractive. Yeah, well, look at how Michelle
- 18:59Speaker 1: responded in a similar situation last season when guys weren't
- 19:04Speaker 1: coming up to her during that part of the group date.
- 19:07Speaker 1: She got really offended. But nobody was working during that
- 19:10Speaker 1: group day, like that was like a fun play time.
- 19:13Speaker 1: It's it's these dates that people are like, you know,
- 19:17Speaker 1: picking up stuff for optical courses or stuff like that,
- 19:19Speaker 1: and they're like, hey, go do that, have fun with
- 19:22Speaker 1: that and then come back. Because this isn't a good
- 19:25Speaker 1: look for anybody. But that just could be me. I'm
- 19:27Speaker 1: not saying it's the right or wrong thing. I just
- 19:29Speaker 1: I wouldn't like it. Kind of would you like it? No,
- 19:32Speaker 1: I don't think I would have. I mean the way
- 19:33Speaker 1: I would have foreseen if I was the bachround that
- 19:36Speaker 1: date kind of like popping around to all the different
- 19:39Speaker 1: stations being set up and everything and seeing the kind
- 19:42Speaker 1: of the woman in action, like helping out and maybe
- 19:45Speaker 1: help them out to get to know them a little bit.
- 19:47Speaker 1: But I feel like her continually pulling him kind of
- 19:51Speaker 1: took away from his experience from getting to know other
- 19:53Speaker 1: people too. So yeah, probably a little bit frustrating for him,
- 19:56Speaker 1: even though it seemed like he liked it. Though. I
- 19:59Speaker 1: do think this and and Connor before you came on,
- 20:03Speaker 1: we're talking. Hey, we had our questions about Clayton as
- 20:05Speaker 1: the Bachelor now because he's a bad dude. But just
- 20:07Speaker 1: like anybody had questions about him, Like, we don't know him.
- 20:10Speaker 1: He definitely was not a fan favorite, so we have
- 20:12Speaker 1: a ton of questions about him. I do think maybe
- 20:15Speaker 1: one critique of him so far is as soon as
- 20:19Speaker 1: there's options to kiss, uh, he's gonna start kissing, Like
- 20:23Speaker 1: there's no like, whenever conversations get to a certain point,
- 20:26Speaker 1: there's like a tipping point. You know, maybe he doesn't
- 20:29Speaker 1: have a follow up question or he's put an uncomfortable situation,
- 20:32Speaker 1: he just starts kissing, which works because you know, I mean,
- 20:37Speaker 1: it's kind of what the show is known for. But
- 20:40Speaker 1: I do I do think he's just gonna, like if
- 20:42Speaker 1: anybody wants to kis him. I think he's just down
- 20:44Speaker 1: to make out. Yeah, I feel like you kind of
- 20:46Speaker 1: saw that. I mean, we'll probably talked about it later,
- 20:48Speaker 1: but as the episode went on, it seems like opportunities
- 20:51Speaker 1: arose for that even more, and he definitely did Yeah
- 20:56Speaker 1: that's just okay. Is this like a girl versus guy thing?
- 21:00Speaker 1: Like I would never if things got awkward and I
- 21:02Speaker 1: didn't know what to say and I wasn't like super
- 21:06Speaker 1: attractive or like really into someone, I wouldn't be like, Okay,
- 21:10Speaker 1: well now here's the now, I'm just gonna kiss him.
- 21:14Speaker 1: I'd be like, all right, well, time's up? Is this?
- 21:17Speaker 1: But like with guys, is it like just like you
- 21:20Speaker 1: know what kissing is fun? I'll do it with anyone.
- 21:22Speaker 1: I don't know. I feel like, at least when I
- 21:25Speaker 1: was on When I was on there, I feel like
- 21:28Speaker 1: you would just be so focused and like dialed in
- 21:31Speaker 1: in a way of like wanting to kiss the person
- 21:33Speaker 1: that they would be talking and then I would like
- 21:35Speaker 1: totally forget what they were talking about, and you just
- 21:37Speaker 1: say like yeah, yeah, and then you end up just
- 21:40Speaker 1: starting to kiss. So it wasn't like the conversations died down.
- 21:43Speaker 1: I feel like it was almost intentionally died down in
- 21:47Speaker 1: order to kiss. Okay, especially as time goes on, Like
- 21:52Speaker 1: as time goes on, you get what ten or fifteen
- 21:54Speaker 1: minutes with this person, it's probably the only time we're
- 21:57Speaker 1: gonna see him all week. If you don't kiss him,
- 22:00Speaker 1: you're not going to kiss him for like ten days
- 22:02Speaker 1: or whatever. And you're like, I'm supposed to be dating
- 22:04Speaker 1: this human, but so yeah, I get it. Like as
- 22:07Speaker 1: time goes on, you start kisse. And I just think
- 22:09Speaker 1: Colton or Clayton jumped out of the gate very fast,
- 22:13Speaker 1: like he's just like, let's you know, let's let's just
- 22:15Speaker 1: start kissing night one. And I mean it seems like
- 22:18Speaker 1: it's working okay. And it's also kind of hilarious and
- 22:22Speaker 1: worth mentioning that Cassidy says she tries to avoid times
- 22:27Speaker 1: with She said she she tries to spend us a
- 22:29Speaker 1: little time around kids as possible. She basically says, that's
- 22:33Speaker 1: the kid's face, which I think is kind of hilariously honest. Yeah. Yeah,
- 22:39Speaker 1: you can't get mad with somebody for being honest. No, true,
- 22:42Speaker 1: I thought it was so funny. I mean, obviously sad
- 22:44Speaker 1: when she dropped the cake though, yeah that hurts, and
- 22:48Speaker 1: I forget who made the cake, but that that girl
- 22:50Speaker 1: was pissed. You can't so like people ask you know.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I'm sure we've all got it, but like, hey, how
- 22:56Speaker 1: fake is this show? How much of it is produced?
- 22:59Speaker 1: It's like, hey, think it's a show, so like you
- 23:01Speaker 1: have to understand that, Like the producers know what they're doing.
- 23:04Speaker 1: That's one of those moments of the producers are sitting
- 23:06Speaker 1: back and they're like, oh, this is gold. Like we
- 23:09Speaker 1: could have planned this. We couldn't fake this, we could
- 23:12Speaker 1: have make this is this is perfect. The villain of
- 23:15Speaker 1: the day brings the cake out and drops it home run. Yeah,
- 23:23Speaker 1: that that situation played out perfectly for TV for sure.
- 23:28Speaker 1: All right, let's give forward to the nighttime portion. I
- 23:31Speaker 1: think the most the most standout for me in this
- 23:36Speaker 1: was Serene, who is a teacher. She said she loved
- 23:40Speaker 1: being around the kids and playing um. She said that,
- 23:44Speaker 1: like her intention wasn't going into teaching, but that's how
- 23:48Speaker 1: things evolved for her. And it wasn't like she said
- 23:51Speaker 1: anything significant that made me be like, oh, well, this
- 23:54Speaker 1: girl is awesome. But I did feel like he was
- 23:57Speaker 1: the most into her, and he said something along the
- 24:01Speaker 1: lines of like there's something we haven't done together and
- 24:04Speaker 1: that is kissed, So can I do it? Yeah? I
- 24:10Speaker 1: liked her a lot too. I felt like their conversation
- 24:12Speaker 1: the nighttime part, it just it felt like there was
- 24:16Speaker 1: more of a connection there than the other woman that
- 24:19Speaker 1: we had seen time with him. So I I thought
- 24:23Speaker 1: she was kind of the stand out that date, at
- 24:25Speaker 1: least in the nighttime part for me, But really we
- 24:27Speaker 1: didn't really get to see much of anyone else. Now.
- 24:31Speaker 1: The only other thing I can remember really is Teddy
- 24:35Speaker 1: saying to Clayton that it was emotional for her to
- 24:38Speaker 1: see him with other girls after getting the first impression Rose,
- 24:42Speaker 1: and that she's going to need like a lot of
- 24:46Speaker 1: words of affirmation. She's going to need to be like secured.
- 24:51Speaker 1: She's going to need to like to be told a
- 24:54Speaker 1: lot throughout this journey that he still likes her. That's
- 24:59Speaker 1: a big moment. I'd be shocked if Teddy isn't in
- 25:03Speaker 1: the final two. I mean, I also go that far now.
- 25:06Speaker 1: I just think out of all many recent seasons, she's
- 25:10Speaker 1: one of those cast members that stand out in so
- 25:13Speaker 1: many different ways. I also thought this was a great
- 25:17Speaker 1: time for Clayton and he did a tremendous job at
- 25:19Speaker 1: it when she said that, and you know he's into
- 25:21Speaker 1: her very obvious. He takes that moment, and he says,
- 25:26Speaker 1: I will reassure you, like I will make sure you
- 25:28Speaker 1: know how like much I want you here so now
- 25:34Speaker 1: And this is hard on this show, but like now
- 25:35Speaker 1: it opens up the space for them to have those
- 25:37Speaker 1: conversations where like sometimes you like, I don't know how
- 25:40Speaker 1: they feel about me, I don't know if he likes me,
- 25:43Speaker 1: if she likes me. Now I think like they're gonna
- 25:45Speaker 1: be able to progress because they're gonna be able to
- 25:47Speaker 1: start saying like, I'm really is glad you're still here.
- 25:50Speaker 1: I missed you, And she's gonna know he means it,
- 25:52Speaker 1: and he's gonna know she means it. That's why I
- 25:54Speaker 1: think they have such a powerful, powerful story ahead of him. Yeah, Ben,
- 25:59Speaker 1: having so having been the Bachelor before, I guess this
- 26:03Speaker 1: first week of dates, how big were those for you
- 26:08Speaker 1: in terms of like you obviously had the first impressions
- 26:10Speaker 1: from the first row ceremony, but like actually having conversations
- 26:15Speaker 1: where like after that first week of dates where you're like, Okay,
- 26:18Speaker 1: these are you know, there's a handful of people I
- 26:20Speaker 1: could really see this with. Did you kind of have
- 26:23Speaker 1: that like solidified in your head or not, like a
- 26:27Speaker 1: group of people, but I'd say there's like i'd say,
- 26:30Speaker 1: the first impressions, I'm I really I think I have
- 26:34Speaker 1: always been very impacted by first impressions, and so i'd
- 26:38Speaker 1: say there's like two or three women after the first
- 26:42Speaker 1: night and the first week, I mean, I kind of
- 26:43Speaker 1: went it at it with a different strategy. I was
- 26:46Speaker 1: trying to identify the ones that were like loose cannons first.
- 26:51Speaker 1: So like I was always gonna look out for, like
- 26:53Speaker 1: what signs are here that, like, this person doesn't get
- 26:56Speaker 1: along with others, this person is like pulling me away
- 26:58Speaker 1: all the time, knowing that like this is a huge, huge,
- 27:02Speaker 1: like group of people still, and so I was mostly
- 27:05Speaker 1: whittling it down from the back to the front, I
- 27:08Speaker 1: felt like. And then there was like two or three
- 27:10Speaker 1: after the first week that I remember going, I think
- 27:12Speaker 1: you're gonna be here a while and and and in
- 27:14Speaker 1: fact a lot of them were there for a long
- 27:16Speaker 1: time because of their like mostly their behavior around other
- 27:20Speaker 1: people and on group dates. Group dates are a great
- 27:23Speaker 1: time to see like, honestly, who are the producers are
- 27:27Speaker 1: paying the most attention to, who seems to be asking
- 27:30Speaker 1: for the most attention, who's arguing with those who's the
- 27:32Speaker 1: one tattle telling on everybody, like you can really start
- 27:35Speaker 1: to see that, you know, week one mm hmm, super interesting,
- 27:40Speaker 1: Um that you would look out for who's interacting with
- 27:42Speaker 1: producers the most. So now we get to the group
- 27:46Speaker 1: date Rose and Cassidy gets it because she was the
- 27:51Speaker 1: one who made the most effort he said, and getting
- 27:54Speaker 1: to know him, and he likes that she's like putting
- 27:57Speaker 1: off that confident, semi aggressive vibe. I remember this. You know,
- 28:04Speaker 1: he'll learn a lot watching the show back for us
- 28:08Speaker 1: his viewers. We're watching this and going she was pulling
- 28:12Speaker 1: him all the time, she made all these girls upset,
- 28:14Speaker 1: like you know, she did all this. He doesn't see
- 28:16Speaker 1: half of that. I mean, honestly, he doesn't even know
- 28:19Speaker 1: half of that's going on. All he sees is this
- 28:21Speaker 1: girl that's like very into him, pulling him away, coming
- 28:26Speaker 1: to talk to him, like reassuring him. He doesn't know
- 28:29Speaker 1: right now of the drama really going on behind the scenes.
- 28:33Speaker 1: And so I'm not shocked she got the first impression Rose,
- 28:36Speaker 1: because out of all this day, out of this whole
- 28:38Speaker 1: date or group date, Rose, Um, out of this date,
- 28:41Speaker 1: I think he she did she stepped up. Now, I
- 28:45Speaker 1: don't think it's a good long term strategy. I don't
- 28:47Speaker 1: see this lasting for a while, but at this point,
- 28:49Speaker 1: I think he just recognized she's into me. She made
- 28:52Speaker 1: an effort, and I need to reward that at some level,
- 28:55Speaker 1: not knowing the consequences behind the scenes, Yeah, i'd agree
- 29:01Speaker 1: with that, and I feel like for him to, I mean,
- 29:04Speaker 1: he hasn't been in this situation before. He you know,
- 29:07Speaker 1: wasn't didn't go that far in Michelle season, and he
- 29:10Speaker 1: went pretty far, but I wasn't there at the very end.
- 29:12Speaker 1: So he's been kind of thrown into this. And i'd
- 29:14Speaker 1: imagine on the first date of the whole experience, you're
- 29:18Speaker 1: probably looking for, you know, someone who's really you know,
- 29:22Speaker 1: giving a lot of validation and reassurance. And so she
- 29:24Speaker 1: definitely did that. And so as a viewer, you're right,
- 29:27Speaker 1: it's like, why why in the world did he give
- 29:29Speaker 1: that to her? But I can understand why he did.
- 29:32Speaker 1: It makes sense. So Susie has the one on one
- 29:44Speaker 1: day and they go on a helicopter ride. She seems
- 29:49Speaker 1: she says she's nervous, but she seems very in her element,
- 29:53Speaker 1: like she seems pretty comfortable, very excited, very positive to
- 29:57Speaker 1: things that he's really into They land on an amazing yacht.
- 30:04Speaker 1: They get to like hang out in the water and
- 30:06Speaker 1: just lounge on the boat for a while. You can
- 30:09Speaker 1: tell he's so into her. I think she's into him.
- 30:14Speaker 1: But I think there's definitely an imbalanced there. I don't
- 30:17Speaker 1: know if you guys picked that up, Yeah you did.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. I just don't. I
- 30:26Speaker 1: just don't see it with them. I think there's a
- 30:30Speaker 1: just like, obviously, she's like a very attractive girl. She
- 30:33Speaker 1: has that like bubbly personality, which I think is super attractive.
- 30:37Speaker 1: You know. I'm sure Colton finds it that way, but
- 30:43Speaker 1: I did the same thing. Man. It's it's it's just
- 30:47Speaker 1: part of it. I think this year. Yeah, um, but
- 30:51Speaker 1: I feel like I just don't think she's as into him,
- 30:55Speaker 1: to be honest, I really don't. That's interesting. I mean
- 30:59Speaker 1: we kind of got that hint right when. I mean,
- 31:01Speaker 1: if I remember, right when she left in the day,
- 31:03Speaker 1: one of the other girls was saying that she just
- 31:05Speaker 1: didn't seem that excited, uh, And she broached that with
- 31:09Speaker 1: Clayton right away. She said, Hey, I'm super nervous. I'm
- 31:12Speaker 1: excited to be here with you, but I'm just super nervous. However,
- 31:16Speaker 1: um yeah, I think when this date ended, even I
- 31:21Speaker 1: have a feeling this girl is going to break Clayton's heart.
- 31:25Speaker 1: He's gonna be really into her, and at some point
- 31:27Speaker 1: I believe later on she's gonna probably step away and
- 31:32Speaker 1: it's gonna be one of those moments that we see
- 31:33Speaker 1: him right, I think she. I think I just get
- 31:37Speaker 1: that sense right now that that could turn. Right. We've
- 31:39Speaker 1: seen this turn and connections build. But I'm with you too,
- 31:44Speaker 1: I just didn't feel it on her side to you know,
- 31:48Speaker 1: for him, she's going to be somebody that breaks his heart. Yeah.
- 31:53Speaker 1: I do see her going very far though, too, And honestly,
- 31:57Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. Maybe it's because she
- 32:00Speaker 1: looks very similar to Hannah Brown. Yeah she does. There
- 32:04Speaker 1: were a lot of times I saw I was like,
- 32:05Speaker 1: wait is that? But I could almost see her as
- 32:11Speaker 1: like the next Bachelaratte. I feel like she kind of
- 32:13Speaker 1: has that like you know, I don't know, there's something
- 32:17Speaker 1: he has that presence. It definitely does. Um yeah, we'll see.
- 32:22Speaker 1: I mean I feel like every time like he would
- 32:25Speaker 1: go in for a kiss, it was like she was like, Okay,
- 32:30Speaker 1: so let's see how it evolves. All right. Next up,
- 32:32Speaker 1: we have the second group date where we do get
- 32:35Speaker 1: I think truly villainous behavior from Chee. We're just gonna
- 32:42Speaker 1: call uh. So she definitely targets this girl Elizabeth for
- 32:49Speaker 1: absolutely no reason. So they walk into this barn. There's
- 32:54Speaker 1: a comedian at the desk set up like a classroom,
- 32:57Speaker 1: and she and she she's telling them that they're going
- 33:00Speaker 1: to play a game of Uh. Never have I ever
- 33:03Speaker 1: was just actually like, I think really fun and well
- 33:06Speaker 1: I was terrified of this game in my mid twenties
- 33:08Speaker 1: when people would be like people would be like, never
- 33:12Speaker 1: have I ever like done something great, like, you know,
- 33:14Speaker 1: something sexual, right, And I would just be like, I
- 33:18Speaker 1: want to avoid this game at every single in every
- 33:22Speaker 1: single way. Oh yeah, I know, right, Oh my god,
- 33:27Speaker 1: but it was so awkward. Um. Now I think it'd
- 33:31Speaker 1: be so much fun to play, and I think it
- 33:32Speaker 1: gets you to know people well, So I'm like really
- 33:35Speaker 1: down for this. Um And then this schirl Elizabeth seems
- 33:39Speaker 1: very nice. She sits down next to Clayton and it's
- 33:42Speaker 1: like can I sit here? And He's like yeah, and
- 33:45Speaker 1: and it's really annoys to the point where she like
- 33:50Speaker 1: makes her her villa like makes her the target for
- 33:54Speaker 1: the rest of the day. Um, they're like sort of learning,
- 34:00Speaker 1: I guess, because like they're sitting next to each other.
- 34:03Speaker 1: But there wasn't some crazy chemistry. If I was she inanee,
- 34:06Speaker 1: I wouldn't be like, oh my god, threat alert, threat alert.
- 34:10Speaker 1: But she definitely feels So I just want to go
- 34:14Speaker 1: on record because last week I said I have a
- 34:18Speaker 1: feeling the sane girl is gonna be a villain. I
- 34:22Speaker 1: just get to get the feeling. I I just I
- 34:26Speaker 1: just want to put it out there. If I have
- 34:28Speaker 1: one skill set in life, it's being an expert at
- 34:30Speaker 1: the Bachelor. So I think before too, they showed a
- 34:37Speaker 1: scene of I think it was Cassidy and talking, and
- 34:42Speaker 1: I feel like I feel like casting may have like
- 34:44Speaker 1: planted the idea that she should just like go for it,
- 34:48Speaker 1: keep pulling him all of that stuff, and then I
- 34:52Speaker 1: feel like she wasn't able to do that, and then
- 34:55Speaker 1: she just like went on this rampage of you know,
- 34:58Speaker 1: just being like piste off about it. Can you guys
- 35:01Speaker 1: remind me in recent memory, has there ever been the
- 35:06Speaker 1: two like biggest villains in quotes um team up on
- 35:12Speaker 1: this show? I mean I feel like they're like a
- 35:13Speaker 1: tag team right now, like ones pouring in the other
- 35:16Speaker 1: being like, don't let this person win, watch out for
- 35:19Speaker 1: the front runner, like cut him off at the knees,
- 35:22Speaker 1: Like I've never I don't remember the villains, Like, yeah,
- 35:25Speaker 1: it was like j J and Nclint. So that was
- 35:28Speaker 1: the last time they did this. Yeah, it didn't work
- 35:30Speaker 1: out well for him either. Okay, yeah, villain's got a
- 35:36Speaker 1: vill Well these two are trying to vill and uh,
- 35:39Speaker 1: it just I don't know. In my opinion, Shene has
- 35:44Speaker 1: so much on Cassidy as far as the villain goes. Um,
- 35:47Speaker 1: but we fast forward, Yeah, let's let's fast forward to
- 35:50Speaker 1: the nighttime portion because the obstacle course didn't really do much.
- 35:54Speaker 1: Um as far as the building connections, Um, we see
- 35:59Speaker 1: that cast that that um, Shene just it just goes
- 36:05Speaker 1: right after Elizabeth and says that she's to to face
- 36:10Speaker 1: bitch for just no reason to Clayton, and I'm just like,
- 36:16Speaker 1: where is she pulling this out of? She ends up
- 36:20Speaker 1: um having a little like one on one time with Elizabeth,
- 36:23Speaker 1: and she says, there was that conversation we were having
- 36:27Speaker 1: back at the house and you just didn't seem to
- 36:31Speaker 1: be engaged with me. It was like you were ignoring
- 36:33Speaker 1: me straight to my face. And then Elizabeth explains that
- 36:37Speaker 1: she's a d h D, which means that she has
- 36:41Speaker 1: a hard time focusing on two things at once, so
- 36:44Speaker 1: she might be zoned in on one person's conversation and
- 36:47Speaker 1: have to block out the other. She says, she's so
- 36:50Speaker 1: sorry if that's kind of what happened, but it seems
- 36:53Speaker 1: very genuine, and that is that is truly a possibility. Yeah, no, no,
- 37:00Speaker 1: hundred percent. And that was like such a weird conversation
- 37:02Speaker 1: at the end too, because they like hugged and made up,
- 37:05Speaker 1: but they definitely didn't make up the whole thing. But Ben, Ben,
- 37:09Speaker 1: I'm curious because you said, like a red flag for
- 37:12Speaker 1: you was um, people like not getting along in the
- 37:17Speaker 1: house and stuff like that. So I guess if this
- 37:20Speaker 1: has brought to your attention. And there's always someone every
- 37:22Speaker 1: season that's like telling the Bachelor the Bachelorette, like the
- 37:27Speaker 1: issues that are going on in a way, like tattling
- 37:31Speaker 1: for whatever, Like how how would you sort through that
- 37:35Speaker 1: whole situation? I mean, I think it's pretty obvious when
- 37:39Speaker 1: you're in it too. You know who's coming to protect
- 37:42Speaker 1: you or like a lot of people wouldn't tell you
- 37:47Speaker 1: for the sake of they don't want to involve involve
- 37:50Speaker 1: themselves in the drama. They don't feel like it's really
- 37:51Speaker 1: their role to bring it to your attention. I had
- 37:55Speaker 1: it happened once during my season where somebody brought brought
- 37:59Speaker 1: it up to me, and I could tell that they're
- 38:00Speaker 1: coming from a place of I just need you to
- 38:02Speaker 1: know this is happening behind the scenes, and that was
- 38:04Speaker 1: my own fault. So this happened in the Bahamas. The
- 38:07Speaker 1: one of the girls came to me and said, the
- 38:09Speaker 1: girls are starting to get really upset because you seem
- 38:11Speaker 1: to only be paying attention to a few select women.
- 38:16Speaker 1: And I said, thank you for telling me, because that
- 38:18Speaker 1: wasn't my hope. It wasn't how I want to operate.
- 38:20Speaker 1: But I can see that now that was good. Like
- 38:23Speaker 1: I could tell they cared if it was this girl
- 38:26Speaker 1: is doing this and this girl is doing this. I
- 38:28Speaker 1: I just don't need you to tell me that as
- 38:30Speaker 1: the Bachelor. It's not you guys need to figure it
- 38:32Speaker 1: out your adults. Ultimately here, I'm looking for my wife
- 38:37Speaker 1: ultimately here, Like my hope is that this leads to
- 38:39Speaker 1: something like really special, and I would hope my wife
- 38:43Speaker 1: is pretty good at conflict resolution and is pretty good
- 38:46Speaker 1: at getting along with others, and so, you know, stuff
- 38:50Speaker 1: like this would have been definitely a red flag for
- 38:52Speaker 1: me because I just would have I mean, I think
- 38:55Speaker 1: I would have taken a step back and been like this, well,
- 38:56Speaker 1: as great as maybe you even are, this isn't gonna
- 38:59Speaker 1: work because this feels like we're back in middle school
- 39:02Speaker 1: and I'm not looking for a middle school date right now.
- 39:04Speaker 1: In the tattle tale situation, that was, yeah, the tattle
- 39:09Speaker 1: tale situation, and then also the kind of the follow
- 39:11Speaker 1: up to it, uh, you know, not even Elizabeth. Elizabeth
- 39:14Speaker 1: was I think thrown off and confused. I wasn't. I
- 39:17Speaker 1: didn't have I wouldn't maybe see it that way with her.
- 39:20Speaker 1: I think just shene being just so angry at this
- 39:25Speaker 1: and all the other girls. If you could have like
- 39:27Speaker 1: looked around, like what I would have done if I
- 39:28Speaker 1: was Clayton Now, I don't know if I would have,
- 39:30Speaker 1: because hindsight, what I think he could have done in
- 39:33Speaker 1: that moment is asked the girls do you feel the
- 39:35Speaker 1: same way in that group setting? And make them respond then,
- 39:39Speaker 1: because I think that he would have seen. No, this
- 39:41Speaker 1: is an Elizabeth problem. This is it was a total
- 39:45Speaker 1: newbie move, like it was definitely out of not having
- 39:49Speaker 1: a lot of experience in the first season. I feel like, yeah, well,
- 39:52Speaker 1: I mean and also I just don't understand kind of
- 39:56Speaker 1: you could maybe speak into this. It always shocks me.
- 40:00Speaker 1: But China right now is saying that she is here
- 40:06Speaker 1: for Clayton, so we gotta believe it. We don't. We
- 40:08Speaker 1: can't assume anything else. So she's obviously wanted to be
- 40:11Speaker 1: with Clayton. So the strategy she takes is to be
- 40:14Speaker 1: the one that takes out everybody else. That strategy has
- 40:17Speaker 1: never worked in any dating relationship of any kind, So
- 40:21Speaker 1: why do they resort to that? Like who what person goes?
- 40:25Speaker 1: Especially on this show with most people now who are
- 40:28Speaker 1: on the show have seen a previous season. They go,
- 40:30Speaker 1: this is what I'm gonna how I'm gonna win Clayton.
- 40:33Speaker 1: I'm going to make sure that everybody else looks bad
- 40:36Speaker 1: and I will be standing at the end. Like that
- 40:38Speaker 1: just doesn't work, right, Yeah, No, I mean that never
- 40:42Speaker 1: literally never works. That person always just ends up being
- 40:45Speaker 1: the villain. Um. But I feel like it is an
- 40:48Speaker 1: intimidating environment walking into a room. At least on our season,
- 40:54Speaker 1: thirty dudes that are all like, you know, good lucking,
- 40:58Speaker 1: doing a lot of cool stuff in their lives. Is big, strong,
- 41:01Speaker 1: Paul whatever. And so you know, I think some people
- 41:05Speaker 1: you kind of go into more of like a defensive
- 41:07Speaker 1: mode and try and just like knock people down. And
- 41:11Speaker 1: it's like that's what she's doing almost just like knocking
- 41:15Speaker 1: people off until she's going on left standing. Well, there
- 41:19Speaker 1: are two moments we really have to talk about before
- 41:22Speaker 1: we wrap the recap portion of this up. One when
- 41:26Speaker 1: Elizabeth and Sheeny face each other again at the cocktail
- 41:31Speaker 1: party and really becomes a villain, like this is her,
- 41:37Speaker 1: this is mean stuff. She's like, she's like, she has
- 41:42Speaker 1: a d D. You know, she has a d D.
- 41:44Speaker 1: That's something that little kids have. The fact that she
- 41:47Speaker 1: kept bringing that up over and over again and and
- 41:52Speaker 1: totally making it seem like it was like an excuse
- 41:55Speaker 1: that Elizabeth came up with was outrageous. Well, and she
- 42:01Speaker 1: didn't she tell everybody to um, yeah, it's not really
- 42:05Speaker 1: her her thing to tell everyone right out of pocket
- 42:09Speaker 1: of her, but her to make it a joke. Yeah,
- 42:14Speaker 1: it was crazy. Then there is Cassidy and she gets
- 42:21Speaker 1: called out, rat it out um that she has a
- 42:25Speaker 1: friends with benefits for the past couple of years at home,
- 42:28Speaker 1: and he's all like, well, when you come back from
- 42:31Speaker 1: this show, let's watch it together and hook up. This
- 42:35Speaker 1: is not a villainous move. Again, the stop trying to
- 42:40Speaker 1: make Cassie a villain of friends with benefits at home.
- 42:44Speaker 1: If that was ever going to turn into something that
- 42:46Speaker 1: could have turned, that would have turned into a relationship.
- 42:48Speaker 1: At this point, everyone has someone that they're texting or
- 42:53Speaker 1: something mild at home. You're attractive twentysomething, are you guys
- 42:59Speaker 1: telling me that you didn't have one person that you
- 43:01Speaker 1: would like maybe casually go on a date with when
- 43:04Speaker 1: you were on the Bachelor. I So I'm a little
- 43:08Speaker 1: torn with this one too, because I feel like it
- 43:11Speaker 1: depends on the intent. If she if she was like
- 43:14Speaker 1: going on the show just to go on and had
- 43:17Speaker 1: this friends benefits at home after that she was like
- 43:20Speaker 1: planning to come home too, then I feel like that's
- 43:23Speaker 1: not I don't know if I really vibe with that.
- 43:26Speaker 1: But if she had a friends with benefits before and
- 43:27Speaker 1: then it was like all in and like all right,
- 43:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna see if, like Clayton, if I could, you know,
- 43:32Speaker 1: if I'm his person, if we should be together, then
- 43:35Speaker 1: I think it's different. But if if she went in
- 43:37Speaker 1: with the intent of like just leaving at some point
- 43:39Speaker 1: and like, oh, I don't think that's what it was
- 43:41Speaker 1: at all. I feel like this is just some guy
- 43:43Speaker 1: that she hooks up with casually at home. She has
- 43:47Speaker 1: no intention. Weren't they weren't they messaging like in the
- 43:53Speaker 1: hotel right up to the end, or that face until
- 43:56Speaker 1: the end, and he was saying, come back and watch
- 43:58Speaker 1: this with me. And I mean, I know if I
- 44:01Speaker 1: was Clayton and I ended up with Cassidy and I
- 44:05Speaker 1: get off the show and this guy is texting her
- 44:09Speaker 1: and he's and I'm like, well, who is this? And
- 44:11Speaker 1: she tells me, oh, this is the guy I was
- 44:13Speaker 1: dating and talking to. And I said, well, up to
- 44:16Speaker 1: win and she goes the night before the show, I
- 44:18Speaker 1: wouldn't be thrilled, like I would not be. Maybe I'm
- 44:22Speaker 1: making it seems maybe it's less casual than I'm making
- 44:25Speaker 1: it seem in my head because I'm thinking, like if
- 44:28Speaker 1: they end up together, oh, she's she'll never even respond
- 44:31Speaker 1: to this guy because it won't even be like a
- 44:33Speaker 1: thing because they were nothing. Maybe not. We just don't
- 44:36Speaker 1: know that, I'm saying at this point with what we know,
- 44:38Speaker 1: I don't I wouldn't love it like it wouldn't be
- 44:41Speaker 1: a thing. I would. I don't think it's a great move.
- 44:44Speaker 1: I'm not saying it's a deal breaker. I'm not saying
- 44:46Speaker 1: if he finds out, she should be like on the
- 44:48Speaker 1: first flight home. But this is just not a jet situation,
- 44:53Speaker 1: is what I'm saying. According to Jet, it is you're right.
- 45:00Speaker 1: I guess you're right. So so wait, so so Cassidy
- 45:04Speaker 1: already has a rose then I think at the preview,
- 45:07Speaker 1: Clayton asked Jesse if anyone's ever taken a rose back? Yeah,
- 45:12Speaker 1: you do you think he's going to take the rose back? Yeah?
- 45:15Speaker 1: I do. I think she's going to get eliminated, Yeah,
- 45:17Speaker 1: Or do you think he's gonna I think he's gonna
- 45:19Speaker 1: take it back. But and then I think one at
- 45:21Speaker 1: the rose ceremony, that's a possibility to Yeah. I do
- 45:26Speaker 1: believe there has been some roses taken back in the history.
- 45:29Speaker 1: I can't remember. I just remember something happening like that.
- 45:33Speaker 1: It's definitely not the first time I just don't remember
- 45:36Speaker 1: the last time I didn't Jesse give someone a rose
- 45:40Speaker 1: he wasn't supposed to give. Yeah, Jesse Palmer was, Yeah.
- 45:44Speaker 1: It's famous for calling the wrong name and looking at
- 45:47Speaker 1: the girl and being like sorry. She starts walking. He's like, sorry,
- 45:50Speaker 1: you had to turnaround and walk back back, didn't. I
- 45:55Speaker 1: think he still gave her a rose, so did he she.
- 45:58Speaker 1: I think she ended up staying for a little bit too.
- 46:02Speaker 1: I don't know. That was the start of his hosting
- 46:04Speaker 1: career right there. That was it. He knew at that moment,
- 46:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna be back here one day and leading this thing.
- 46:12Speaker 1: You guys, I really hope I'm not like the odd
- 46:14Speaker 1: one out in like defending Cassidy here with this friends
- 46:18Speaker 1: with Benefits situation. I guess I going onto the show
- 46:22Speaker 1: was just like, is there somebody that I will definitely
- 46:27Speaker 1: see when I get home if this doesn't work out? Sure,
- 46:30Speaker 1: But if I end up being engaged to Crystals, will
- 46:34Speaker 1: I ever text him again? No? So I guess I'm
- 46:36Speaker 1: just thinking about two personally. You don't there, you go, well,
- 46:41Speaker 1: it's it's it is also, I mean, kind of the
- 46:43Speaker 1: cliffhanger that we leave this episode on. I mean, this
- 46:46Speaker 1: is where we're wondering for next week, what's going to happen?
- 46:50Speaker 1: We do get a weird um. I don't know if
- 46:53Speaker 1: you noticed this, but in the teaser, because I was
- 46:56Speaker 1: wondering if you know, would still be around. We see
- 46:59Speaker 1: her in the Baywatch dates, so we know now she's
- 47:01Speaker 1: here for next week. Is a very clear picture of her.
- 47:04Speaker 1: We don't see Cassidy in any of the teasers, but
- 47:07Speaker 1: that is the cliffhanger, and so we'll take a vote
- 47:10Speaker 1: here to close out this episode or this segment with
- 47:13Speaker 1: our good friend Connor. Connor, do you believe Cassidy is
- 47:15Speaker 1: going home? Yes or no? No? Ashley, do you believe
- 47:20Speaker 1: Cassidy is going home? Yes or no? Yes. I think
- 47:23Speaker 1: she's gonna go home, and I think she will fill
- 47:26Speaker 1: in as primary villain. I am gonna say that this
- 47:33Speaker 1: is she carried too big of a role in this
- 47:37Speaker 1: episode and there's still too much to be uncovered about
- 47:41Speaker 1: her story that I think she stays. I just don't.
- 47:45Speaker 1: I think her time is limited. I don't think she
- 47:47Speaker 1: makes it past the next episode. That's my vote. I
- 47:49Speaker 1: have no clue what's happening. Hey, to close this whole
- 47:53Speaker 1: thing out on this episode. Connor, what are your thoughts
- 47:56Speaker 1: on Clayton so far as the Bachelor? So I'll be
- 48:00Speaker 1: I watched the first episode and the second episode back
- 48:05Speaker 1: to back, so I kind of seen the whole evolution here.
- 48:09Speaker 1: I feel like he started out a little rusty, not
- 48:11Speaker 1: gonna lie, I was a little dull. I think he
- 48:13Speaker 1: can realized that maybe a little bit. But I think
- 48:15Speaker 1: at the end of this second episode he kind of
- 48:19Speaker 1: warmed up a bit. It seemed like he was more
- 48:20Speaker 1: engaged in the conversations and was actually like talking to
- 48:23Speaker 1: people versus just trying to kiss them, although he did
- 48:27Speaker 1: do that. So I think he's in my opinion, he's
- 48:30Speaker 1: he's doing better. Um. I think he's actually you know,
- 48:33Speaker 1: engaging with the woman more and um I think as
- 48:37Speaker 1: the season goes on more he will keep getting better.
- 48:39Speaker 1: So I'm honestly I'm excited. I think it's cool that
- 48:42Speaker 1: they chose someone that's maybe a little bit more unknown.
- 48:46Speaker 1: It is cool to kind of get to know that
- 48:48Speaker 1: person to a little bit. But I think there's a
- 48:51Speaker 1: lot there is a lot still to be learned about Clayton.
- 48:56Speaker 1: I really don't know anything about him, to be honest, Yeah,
- 48:57Speaker 1: I don't know if we're ever going to that's the
- 48:59Speaker 1: weird part um. Actually you'll know why. But this episode
- 49:04Speaker 1: did end with being one of my least favorite episodes
- 49:07Speaker 1: I've ever seen, And really I thought the top of
- 49:10Speaker 1: the show we just kind of said that we enjoyed it.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Just I don't even know if you'll be understand why.
- 49:15Speaker 1: But the very end of this episode ends with a clown.
- 49:19Speaker 1: The end of the episode was one of your least
- 49:21Speaker 1: favorite parts of a clown and that's just inappropriate. It's
- 49:24Speaker 1: not needed. It brings out fears and the audience. Are
- 49:28Speaker 1: you Are you afraid of clowns massively? I really just
- 49:31Speaker 1: hate clowns so much. Oh my gosh. Do you remember
- 49:34Speaker 1: when there was like a clown thing a few years ago? Uh,
- 49:39Speaker 1: it was like four or five years ago. I was
- 49:42Speaker 1: senior in college and like clown They were like clowns
- 49:44Speaker 1: are hiding the woods. Yeah yeah, and they even like
- 49:49Speaker 1: I was a senior in college, they had to shut
- 49:52Speaker 1: down high schools in the area because they were like
- 49:55Speaker 1: clowns showing up on campus. No, I'm so afraid of
- 50:01Speaker 1: clo I hate clowns so much. There's nothing about him
- 50:03Speaker 1: makes sense to me. They should not be around kids.
- 50:05Speaker 1: They should not be around adults. In fact, I just
- 50:07Speaker 1: don't want to exist. Um, I think they're going to
- 50:10Speaker 1: stop with our generation guys, Like, I don't think like
- 50:13Speaker 1: anybody in our generation is going to hire a clown
- 50:17Speaker 1: for our kid's birthday. I want to I don't want
- 50:20Speaker 1: to meet that person, if there is one of them.
- 50:22Speaker 1: H Connor, thanks for joining us. Uh, we're gonna be
- 50:25Speaker 1: back with you. Will be sharing an episode. We're gonna
- 50:27Speaker 1: do it in depth with you here very soon. Catch
- 50:30Speaker 1: up on your life, everything you're up to. But until then,
- 50:32Speaker 1: thanks for breaking down this episode with us. Thank you
- 50:35Speaker 1: for having me. It's time for Bachelor headlines with our
- 50:48Speaker 1: resident expert, Ashley I Connetti. First headline is this and
- 50:52Speaker 1: it's a big one. The Bachelor's Claire Crawley and Blake
- 50:56Speaker 1: Monar get cozy after Dale Moss break up. This corn
- 51:00Speaker 1: to eat. Okay, So our producers sent us this headline
- 51:03Speaker 1: the other day and I was like, Blake Monar, I
- 51:06Speaker 1: was like Blake Moyn's I was like, in my head,
- 51:08Speaker 1: I thought that she had sent like a typo, and
- 51:10Speaker 1: I was like, I mean, like that could make sense
- 51:13Speaker 1: at least like for jealousy purposes for a couple of months,
- 51:16Speaker 1: you know, the two of them trying to get flirty.
- 51:19Speaker 1: But then I click the link and I see it's
- 51:21Speaker 1: Blake Monar, And then I click on who Blake Monar
- 51:25Speaker 1: is on Instagram. Still can't figure it out, Like this
- 51:27Speaker 1: guy looks kind of random and he has twenty followers,
- 51:31Speaker 1: and I don't really particularly remember him from anything. And
- 51:36Speaker 1: then I find out that he was all in Bachelor
- 51:41Speaker 1: and Paradise this season. Yeah, whoops, that Blake, the Blake
- 51:45Speaker 1: who went out with Tia. That's what I thought. Yeah,
- 51:49Speaker 1: and he was on Claire's season originally. Um. And the
- 51:54Speaker 1: two of them hung out and they were looking kind
- 51:57Speaker 1: of cozy. Um. They Claire also said something on her
- 52:02Speaker 1: Instagram about how like she went somewhere for business wherever
- 52:06Speaker 1: they were hanging out, which was Indiana. Said one for
- 52:11Speaker 1: business left with the most unexpected, remarkable memories. Indie, you
- 52:18Speaker 1: were truly beautiful and exactly what my soul needed. I'm
- 52:21Speaker 1: telling you everybody should go Indiana to find love. It
- 52:23Speaker 1: is the place my stopping grounds. Actually, don't forget that. Yeah.
- 52:29Speaker 1: And then somebody was asking about this rumored something something,
- 52:33Speaker 1: and Claire said Blake is the sweetest person. He truly is,
- 52:39Speaker 1: So let's see what develops from there. It could be
- 52:43Speaker 1: really awesome. Love these stories. Yeah, we'll watch this as
- 52:47Speaker 1: we go. Well, kind of turning the page a little
- 52:49Speaker 1: bit to a whole new chapter. Bachelor in Paradise favorites
- 52:54Speaker 1: uh Riley and Marissa. Well, this is the headline. Fans
- 52:57Speaker 1: think they've called it quits. This according to screen Ran, Yeah,
- 53:01Speaker 1: we also got to text about this from our producer
- 53:03Speaker 1: this week. So immediately I went over to Marissa's Instagram,
- 53:08Speaker 1: in which I remember her, like from the previous night
- 53:11Speaker 1: saying something like she just wanted to like get dolled
- 53:14Speaker 1: up for no reason. And I was like, oh, now
- 53:17Speaker 1: it makes even more sense because now she wants to
- 53:19Speaker 1: look really hot for him on Instagram. Um, the rumor
- 53:23Speaker 1: is that they have maybe broken up sometime since Christmas
- 53:29Speaker 1: till now because they were hanging They were hanging out,
- 53:33Speaker 1: they spent Christmas together. Um, Riley has those pictures up
- 53:38Speaker 1: on his Instagram. Marissa no longer has those pictures up
- 53:43Speaker 1: on Instagram. The last pictures of her and Riley together
- 53:47Speaker 1: are from October on her Instagram. So I do feel
- 53:52Speaker 1: like we can read into this a little bit. Um
- 53:58Speaker 1: doesn't sound good. It doesn't and that was one of
- 54:01Speaker 1: our favorite couples coming out of Paradise. So we hope
- 54:04Speaker 1: they can rekindle or remind or if they might be
- 54:07Speaker 1: still together and just being quiet for now. But that's
- 54:09Speaker 1: the rumor spreading. Well another rumor, uh Bachelor Nations, Blakeman
- 54:14Speaker 1: and Love his Blinds Janina Gibelly. I hope I said
- 54:19Speaker 1: that right? Are dating this according to E as well? Hey,
- 54:23Speaker 1: can we accord it to Ben Higgins as well? Because
- 54:25Speaker 1: you're pretty close to Blake. Can you talk to him
- 54:27Speaker 1: about this? I am off the record. Come on, I'm
- 54:31Speaker 1: off the record. Well you did you know that he
- 54:34Speaker 1: was dating someone? I knew he was on a reality show? Uh,
- 54:38Speaker 1: what do you mean he's on another reality show? Yeah?
- 54:41Speaker 1: I knew. I knew there was breaking breaking news, so
- 54:45Speaker 1: um yeah, I knew that, but I did not know
- 54:49Speaker 1: how it turned out. And so it seems like it's
- 54:51Speaker 1: turned out very well for him. Oh so they meet
- 54:56Speaker 1: on this reality show. I don't know. You tell me
- 55:00Speaker 1: what's the headline. The headline is just that they're dating,
- 55:03Speaker 1: not that the heavilions that they're dating, and that like
- 55:06Speaker 1: possibly like, I don't know that they It says they're
- 55:09Speaker 1: very new and they aren't rushing into anything. Blake says
- 55:13Speaker 1: that she's really fun and down to earth. Um. Blake
- 55:18Speaker 1: posted a picture of himself on New Year's Eve at
- 55:20Speaker 1: the Mile High Spirits uh and uh. Apparently she also
- 55:27Speaker 1: uploaded a picture of herself standing in front of some
- 55:30Speaker 1: very similar looking barrels in the bar on Instagram. So
- 55:35Speaker 1: it looks that they spent New Year's Eve together. Oh.
- 55:39Speaker 1: Gianna even posted repeat after me, I'm about to walk
- 55:42Speaker 1: into the best year of my life and then the person.
- 55:45Speaker 1: The source says that they spent New Year's Year together
- 55:48Speaker 1: and they have been getting to know each other. They
- 55:51Speaker 1: have a long common due to their experiences on reality TV.
- 55:55Speaker 1: I didn't watch all of his blind I'll be honest,
- 55:58Speaker 1: but from what I did watch of it, I thought
- 56:00Speaker 1: that Gianna was super sweet, really cute. I like this coupling,
- 56:06Speaker 1: and now with Ben's little tidbits, I'm wondering if they
- 56:09Speaker 1: met some on some sort of reality show. Jeez, I'm
- 56:13Speaker 1: ruining everything today. Um, It's okay, but yes, I mean,
- 56:18Speaker 1: if they if they've got something going, Blake is a buddy.
- 56:21Speaker 1: I like to see him happy. In fact, I think
- 56:23Speaker 1: the dog that Jessica and aer Um looking adopting is
- 56:27Speaker 1: living in Blake's house with a lease right now. Um,
- 56:31Speaker 1: so could possibly be a thing. Maybe I'll ask the puppy, Hey, hey, pup,
- 56:36Speaker 1: what have you seen? What have you seen? What have
- 56:39Speaker 1: you seen? Maybe maybe some maybe some things he doesn't
- 56:42Speaker 1: want to talk about. Yeah, he's too young to see
- 56:45Speaker 1: those things. Too young. Well, this is a big headline, um,
- 56:49Speaker 1: because I think it really speaks to Clayton and probably
- 56:53Speaker 1: why I believe he will go down as a good bachelor,
- 56:59Speaker 1: if not a bachelor, if not one of the favorite batchelers.
- 57:01Speaker 1: I think he's pretty self aware. I think he understands
- 57:06Speaker 1: um criticism and where it comes from. Well, well, here's
- 57:09Speaker 1: the headline. Clayton Eckered responds to Nick's Nick File questioning
- 57:15Speaker 1: him being chosen as the bachelor. The statement Clayton makes
- 57:19Speaker 1: is I don't harbor any resentment toward him. There's an
- 57:22Speaker 1: interesting quote in here. Actually I'd love for you to read,
- 57:24Speaker 1: because I really do you think it speaks to who
- 57:26Speaker 1: Clayton is. All right, So this is what he said
- 57:30Speaker 1: in reference to you know, Nick not thinking initially that
- 57:34Speaker 1: he was the best choice because you know, Nick kind
- 57:37Speaker 1: of backtracked after seeing the first episode. Uh, he goes,
- 57:42Speaker 1: this is what Clayton said. I thought there were points
- 57:45Speaker 1: where my personality did come through. I thought the date
- 57:48Speaker 1: with Michelle and all that actually went really well. I
- 57:51Speaker 1: thought it showed my goofy side. It showed my dance moves,
- 57:55Speaker 1: which is why I said it's my resolution this year,
- 58:00Speaker 1: I want to get better at them. Um. But it
- 58:02Speaker 1: showed this playful side of me. Um. Then he said,
- 58:08Speaker 1: there's a little snippet. I guess where it was, just
- 58:12Speaker 1: a little snippet per se. I guess. I don't know
- 58:15Speaker 1: how much screen time I had, maybe ten twenty minutes,
- 58:18Speaker 1: whatever it was, It wasn't much. But when Nick made
- 58:24Speaker 1: the comment about him being an unconventional pick, he this
- 58:29Speaker 1: is what Clayton thought. He said, Okay, I can see
- 58:31Speaker 1: where you're coming from. But but then again, um, you're
- 58:36Speaker 1: gonna get plenty of time to see me now on
- 58:40Speaker 1: my season going forward. Um. He also said that if
- 58:46Speaker 1: he still feels that way, Nick still feels this way
- 58:50Speaker 1: towards the end of it, then then fair sure, Um,
- 58:53Speaker 1: we'll have a conversation at that point. I'll talk to him.
- 58:57Speaker 1: You know, what is it that you don't get? But
- 59:00Speaker 1: for right now, I do understand. I don't harbor any
- 59:05Speaker 1: resentment for somebody that makes a comment like that. I
- 59:08Speaker 1: think it's his platform. He kind of speculates on all
- 59:11Speaker 1: these things. He doesn't know a thing about me. Yeah, hey, um,
- 59:15Speaker 1: you know, Nick's a podcast toast. You can get paid
- 59:19Speaker 1: having opinions. And I think a lot of people's opinions
- 59:22Speaker 1: were who next is Clayton guy? But as Clayton said,
- 59:25Speaker 1: we'll get to know him more as the season goes on.
- 59:28Speaker 1: Let's hold her judgment, even though even here at the
- 59:31Speaker 1: Almost Famous podcasts were like, how in the world that
- 59:33Speaker 1: they choose this dude? He wasn't even shown, But after
- 59:36Speaker 1: two episodes, we're going okay, makes a little more sense.
- 59:39Speaker 1: Big headline here. Former bachelortte Andy Dorfman's new boyfriend revealed
- 59:43Speaker 1: inside their fairy tale romance. This according to fairy Tale Romance.
- 59:49Speaker 1: At first on Instagram, she was keeping his face like
- 59:52Speaker 1: kind of concealed if you noticed. But now we know
- 59:56Speaker 1: who he is. His name is Lane Heart, and he
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: is a man from her past. They met each other
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: years ago during college through a mutual friend. Um who
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: the mutual friend, went to school with Blaine in South Carolina.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: They both happened to be in Italy at the same
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: time this past summer and reconnected after fifteen years and
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: they've been together ever since. Wow, that's kind of cool.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Um and the inside source tells e that this is
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: the fairy tale that Andy has always dreamed of. She's
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: never been happier before in her life. Wow. What a headline. Well, hey,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: that's all we have for today. What an amazing episode.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Thank you to Connor Saley for coming on and breaking
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: down this week's episode with us. We're also going to
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: have him for an in depth episode dig into who
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: he is as a person here uh and that will
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: be posted very very soon, But until then, thanks for
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: joining us. I've been in, I've been Ashley. Bye, guys,
