SPEAKER_00: Hulan of Kuflahm and Alf and we're gonna start two lines from the top of Kuflam and Alfuman Aleph, where we left off yesterday.
• 0:06
  SPEAKER_00: Tashmah.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: Continuing to ask Kash was an al-Khizhdah.
• 0:08
SPEAKER_00: So we started a new parake yesterday.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: Hazroya Val Chayaim the Akeva, which we know are known as the Matanois.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: The Matanas Kehuna, specifically that come from Hulin animals that go to the Khan.
• 0:19
SPEAKER_00: Rabkhizda told us Allah, and this is what we're going on right now, this is what we're firing away Tashma's on.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: Rib Khizda said that if someone damaged a mazik matanas, or he ate them, potr mileshal.
• 0:29
  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna be potter.
• 0:30
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: Iba is makra, ibay sami masvara, ibay sei makra.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: This is the reason we brought it, because the word zeh and zeh was optionally used for that.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: Iba is masvara, because we consider it mum and shainlam taivim because there's no one specific kind who could be tavehim, and since it's mumm and chain lamtai, you're gonna be potter from paying because no one could be tave you.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: If there's no taver, there's no nitvah, that's why you're gonna be potur.
• 0:49
  SPEAKER_00: That was representative aloha.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: Again, if you're mazik or you eat matanis that belong to the kehanim, all of them, then you are going to be potter.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_00: So the gma-taisma's on that area.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: The government shows up and they took this guy's uh threshing floor.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: They took all of his tbuwa.
• 1:07
SPEAKER_00: So in bi chaiboy, if they came and took it because he had a tax lien over there on his property and he owed and he owed actually the chaif to the government, then chaif the asr.
• 1:16
SPEAKER_00: He's gonna be chaired to pay why because he just repaid his loan with all these matanas, with all this uh stuff that was supposed to go to the coin.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: But inbound parra is potter mill asr.
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: But if the stam came, they the the the the government came, they showed up, they took it when they weren't actually owning it, then he's gonna be potter from paying because again, the the the melech just stole the mumm that really belonged to the kahan.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: But it's not like he did anything about it, it's not like he gained out of it, and that's why he's not gonna have to pay.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: But what's the point over here?
• 1:42
SPEAKER_00: The point over here is then the first case where it's Bekhiva, they came and took it away.
• 1:46
SPEAKER_00: So he gained based off the fact that they took it, he paid back his loan, basically, maybe forcefully, but he paid back his loan using the mummon kahanim.
• 1:53
  SPEAKER_00: What do we say?
• 1:54
SPEAKER_00: Hive last or he has to do it again, he has to separate that differently, says the Gemara.
• 1:58
SPEAKER_00: So that seems to be a right.
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: Why is he gonna be high?
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: This should be like the case where he someone knows Mazik, Matanas that belong to the kind where Prince I told us he's gonna be pot, or why over here is he gonna be chaib?
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Shah and he asked him to become a strange.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: But here it's different because he is he's gaining, he is gaining by repaying his chaib using this matanas that is supposed to go to the kehanim, and therefore, and therefore he's gaining.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: The way the Rishim explained is that really it's only Midrabban that he has to pay back.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_00: Rashi explains because uh because really it's not even Ait Sabah Deyanim, it's not that we're gonna it's not Haibla Asur that we're gonna forcefully take it from him, it's something that he's had to do, we're gonna tell him to do it.
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: Midrabban that he has to pay.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_00: But it's not that forcefully we're gonna take it from him, and therefore it could line up with what Ravchizda told us that again, that he's gonna be potted from paying.
• 2:43
SPEAKER_00: Again, that even yesterday we saw Midas Khan Sidas.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_00: There's a case.
• 2:46
SPEAKER_00: But if you hear Midrabanan, he paid back his loan with this, so this is already a higher level, and that's why Midrabanan is gonna have to pay, but it's not like we're gonna take it away from him, it's not Hojitsaabidayonim, as we saw yesterday.
• 2:55
  SPEAKER_00: Tashma will try again.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: Um he's talking to Shaykhit and he tells me he tells him, Sell me the the sell me the the inn the innards of this animal.
• 3:05
  SPEAKER_00: Shaopura.
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: And they were the matanaskuna, they weren't separated like the kaiva.
• 3:10
  SPEAKER_00: It wasn't separated yet.
• 3:10
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, nice mulkayan.
• 3:12
SPEAKER_00: Allah is this buyer of these stomachs of the animal has to give the key to the kain, the ain'am an aqlaminadam, and he cannot uh subtract that amount from the amount that he owes the butcher.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_00: He has to give the butcher the full amount, including the cava.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_00: Aye, the cava you have to take off and give to the kain.
• 3:29
SPEAKER_00: He can't take off that amount.
• 3:30
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: Because as soon as you say I want to buy all the banay me ayam, the cave is included in the banay me aim.
• 3:35
SPEAKER_00: So everyone understands, and that's the price you agreed on.
• 3:37
SPEAKER_00: That's the price he has to pay.
• 3:40
SPEAKER_00: What if you didn't take him from take from the benem specifically?
• 3:43
  SPEAKER_00: You took the myshko.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_00: Wait, I want four pounds of the innards of the animal.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: Then, nice and looking at menakalaminadam, then you have to give.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: If the cava was part of those four pounds, then you have to give the cava to the kayin.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: However, menakuleman, you can pay him, you can pay him less.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_00: You can take off that amount that the cava was and give him the rest.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: Because again, you bought four pounds specifically.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_00: You don't want the cava, you want four pounds of something I'm gonna use, be able to be able to use four pounds of, and that's why you can give the butcher uh the amount less.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: You give him less, uh, you know, parallel to whatever the uh cava is worth, you take that amount off.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara on that though.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: Amai, why are you ha why is the butcher responsible over here?
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: Why is the butcher over here g why is he entitled to less money?
• 4:25
SPEAKER_00: This the buyer's menakal eminadam.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: Why does the butcher get less money?
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: The havikin mazik matanaskiuna ishachlun.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: The butcher at least should be considered like rev Khizda's mazik matanaskuna isha ochlun.
• 4:36
SPEAKER_00: Like someone who damaged Matanas Kuna or he ate matanaskuna.
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: Where over there he's potter.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: So over here he sold the matanaskuna.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: Okay, he should be potter.
• 4:42
SPEAKER_00: So why is he gonna be ha why is why does it have to come out of his paycheck now that the guy's paying him minakal eminadam?
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: It should be just like if you damage, you sell it, if you damage, you eat it, you're gonna be potter.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: So if I sell it, I should also be potter.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: I should be paid the full amount.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna obvious answer.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: Shanya som de isn't me nay.
• 4:56
SPEAKER_00: In this case is different because it's mamish been.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: The cable is still around.
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_00: It's b'en.
• 4:59
  SPEAKER_00: It wasn't damaged, it wasn't eaten.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: It's here, it's just in a different hand, and that's why you sold it in, it's gonna come out of your pocket.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: Mashain cane in the case where you ate it or you damaged it.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: In that case, it's not bean anymore.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's not ba'in anymore.
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: Again, you could apply either the drush or because the ze, you could apply the mum and chandel and type in swara.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: The point is it's a different case.
• 5:16
  SPEAKER_00: Tashmah.
• 5:16
  SPEAKER_00: Tisha nichse kayan.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_00: There are nine things that are nichse kain.
• 5:20
SPEAKER_00: And then the chassim of the kain we're about to discuss in the gemara the gabe what.
• 5:23
SPEAKER_00: But either way, then in the chassin, they belong to the kain.
• 5:24
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 5:25
  SPEAKER_00: Trumah, right?
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: We know what that is.
• 5:30
  SPEAKER_00: That's our Zaraya Lakhaimakeva.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: When he doesn't have any Yarshim, goes to the Kayan.
• 5:39
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_00: So these are the nine Nikseh Khan.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: What does it mean that the Nixekin?
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: Legabe, what are they considered Nikseha Koyan?
• 5:46
  SPEAKER_00: Lavlotsian bidayanim.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: Isn't it, Legabe, the fact that you can be mightsi bidayanim?
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: The coin can go and take it, take it away, take it to Din Taira, and take it from you.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over here?
• 5:56
SPEAKER_00: That the Matana So one of the things that you can be, you can be mightsi bidayanim.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_00: If you can be mighty bidyanim, you can take him to Beslin and take it away.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: That shows you that like that you're not gonna be Patramil the Shalim if you destroy something, you're saying you're gonna be Khayibl the Shalim.
• 6:09
SPEAKER_00: Says the Kimara, Loi, that's not what it means.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, obviously we're talking about a case that it wasn't Asiliyah.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: It generally belongs generally to the Khanim.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: And what does it mean that it belongs generally to the Qa'anim?
• 6:18
SPEAKER_00: Can it doesn't it mean that the first kind that shows up again could be Might's Biddy'anim?
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: And the answer is no.
• 6:23
  SPEAKER_00: Loi, the khit'm.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: What does it mean that there's an achasm of the Kayan for the following Allahu?
• 6:27
  SPEAKER_00: Lama Amru nichse Kain.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: Why did we say that these things belong to the Khan?
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: It's just teaching us what the Khan is able to do with it.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: Not that he has the right, any kind to show up and be Miteza Bidayanim to tell you now like your khizda that you would actually be chaired.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_00: That really these things are the Nachasim of the Kain, that the Khan is able to do the following things with them.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: Sheikh Mahama Avanda Kakaiz, he could use all these matanas, all these different things that he wants, to buy slaves, to buy land, ubeheimah, to me, and to buy behema.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: And if he had a Balchaiv, the Balkhiv can come and take that away from him to pay back this khan's chaive.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: He could use a verksuba, this safe retire, and he could use it even to buy a safe tyra.
• 7:02
SPEAKER_00: So that's what it's coming to show me, but it's not coming to show me anything about me to me might see me on him, and therefore we don't have a kasha on Rivzda, and that is the end of that subject for now.
• 7:12
SPEAKER_00: There was a levy, says he used to grab these matanas.
• 7:17
SPEAKER_00: So Rash explains what the Metsius was over here, that you have this levy and uh where is that?
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: He'll chat matanta rash he says, Melichana Zraila Bachaimak when the Tinakas, when the kids used to bring the matana, so someone would shakht an animal, he takes the Zrachaima Keba from Hulin and he brings it to the Kayan.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: But he used to send it with the kids.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: The kids used to take the Zrachaimakaba and bring it to the Khayan.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: So while these kids are taking the matanas to the Kayan, Chatwimiy Daim used to stand in the right in the path, and he used to hop it straight from these kids.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: So he had this Levi, they used to steal all the matanas straight from these kids that were bringing the matanas to the Kayan.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: That's what was going on.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: So what happened was that Where are we?
• 7:57
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry.
• 7:57
SPEAKER_00: Oh, they about to have a hot matan to give me the Raf.
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: So uh uh So Asu Umrilar Rab.
• 8:01
SPEAKER_00: They came to Rav and said, What's going on?
• 8:03
SPEAKER_00: This levy is uh stealing everyone's matanas from these kids.
• 8:06
SPEAKER_00: So Rav commented on this.
• 8:15
SPEAKER_00: But he's taking it and stealing it from other people.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, I got we don't even make him pay.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we should make him pay.
• 8:21
SPEAKER_00: We don't make him pay, and he not not only that, he's also stealing it, says the Gemara.
• 8:25
SPEAKER_00: Commenting on the lush that Rav used.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_00: Rav used the lushan that lo mistaid the la shakina minay.
• 8:31
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it's not enough that we don't even take matanas from him.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like maybe there's a ground to take matanas to make a levy pay matanas kauna to the kayed.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: Sounds like there is a ground for that, right?
• 8:40
SPEAKER_00: From the fact that Rav is saying that.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: And we don't even take it from him, maybe we should.
• 8:43
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 8:43
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Virav.
• 8:44
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand Rav's havomino.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: Again, the lush that Rav used that maybe a levy should should have to pay him.
• 8:51
SPEAKER_00: This guy should be happy that we're not taking it from him.
• 8:53
  SPEAKER_00: Virav, e kiri am.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: If levium are called am.
• 8:56
  SPEAKER_00: So what's am?
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: So you need the positive for this.
• 8:58
SPEAKER_00: This relates to the positive matanaskun.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: It says we touched in zeh before.
• 9:03
  SPEAKER_00: So positive zeh.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_00: Zem ishpa the kayanim me'sa um, what do they get for the qayanim?
• 9:07
  SPEAKER_00: Mev chyaat's me'esa'am.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: Who do they get these Zrail Khaim and Kebah from?
• 9:11
  SPEAKER_00: The Am.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: The Am is to give them Zracha'im a Keba.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: So now here goes the question.
• 9:15
  SPEAKER_00: Are Levi Ikriam?
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: If Leviim are included in Am, then they have to pay Zarahima Keba just like everyone else.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: If the Leviam are not considered um, then they're not the Am that's paying them Zrachaim a Keba and they're not going to be included.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_00: So Serenza Gemar that Rav that's telling this guy, or he's commenting about this guy, he should be happy he's not paying as a levi.
• 9:32
SPEAKER_00: Why should he be happy?
• 9:33
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara that Rav.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: Ikriyam, if the Leviam are called um Mishkal Namishakaminayu, then they should have to pay.
• 9:38
  SPEAKER_00: What do you mean?
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: Why is he not paying?
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: And Eloy Kriam, and then Machrana Rahmanapatrinu.
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: If the Levi'am are not considered um, then the Tara parted him.
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: So why is Rav saying that he should be happy he's not paying?
• 9:49
SPEAKER_00: Why should he be happy?
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: If the Tara never made him, the Tara's not telling him he has to pay.
• 9:52
  SPEAKER_00: Rachmanapatrinu.
• 9:53
SPEAKER_00: So what's this lush of Rav saying that this guy should be happy that he's not paying Mathanus Guna?
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: Either he owes it or he doesn't.
• 9:59
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara, Ms.
• 10:00
  SPEAKER_00: Abkeley, I kriyabi Kriam.
• 10:02
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
• 10:02
  SPEAKER_00: Because Rav was misupic.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_00: If Leviim are considered um, if they're not, if they are considered am, then they're gonna be haived to pay the Zarahima Keba.
• 10:10
  SPEAKER_00: If they're not, then they're not.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: So why isn't he paying?
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_00: Because I'm Might's Mechaver Alavaraya.
• 10:15
SPEAKER_00: That's the sword over here.
• 10:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's what Rash explains.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: Because I'm mighty Michael Allah.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: If there's a suffix, if the Leviim are chaiv in the Matanaskayuna, I'm might see mechaver al-Abaraiah, we're not gonna make you pay.
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: So that's what Rav was saying.
• 10:25
SPEAKER_00: Since it's a suffic, we're not forcing him to pay.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_00: So this guy should be happy that he's not paying.
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: And he's going and hopping all these matanas and stealing it from everyone else.
• 10:32
  SPEAKER_00: So that's what's going on.
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara on that note.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna take us commenting on this sheet of Rav, that it's a suffix, whether Leviim or Haiv to pay Matanas Kehuna, what the Palion, whether they're considered Am or not, and they don't pay.
• 10:44
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: Because Amatimel Abraya, but either way it's a suffix.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara on that, Yasiv Ravpapa the Kamalaha Schmitz.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: Rapapa was sitting and saying over this Schmitz, that that Rav just said, that it's a suffic, and therefore I'm Matimhavala Variah, they don't pay it.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: Any sweet Ravidi Maravin, Rap Papa.
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: Ravidi Maravan overheard this and he said to Rav Papa, Yast Ravapa the following Arba Matanasaniim.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_00: There are four types of matanasanium.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: Things that have to go to the anim.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_00: So she karim, as relates to a vineyard, you have depending on what it is, to regular tua vineyard, which is grapes.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: So you can have different types of things.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to a vineyard, ha parrot, the oil lois, va shikha va pea.
• 11:18
SPEAKER_00: Arba matanasaniam, shabba karim, sorry.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: In a karem, you have four different types of things.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: Four different types of matanasaniyim in a karim.
• 11:24
  SPEAKER_00: What do you have?
• 11:25
  SPEAKER_00: You have a parrot.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: Parrot is lekit, basically, just for a vineyard.
• 11:30
SPEAKER_00: Parrot is what lekit is.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: It's just called parrot when it's in a vineyard.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: The oilulois, those are unripened grapes.
• 11:35
SPEAKER_00: Those also go to the anyim.
• 11:36
SPEAKER_00: Vashikha, that's self-explanatory, the ones that are left over, they're forgotten.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: The apeya in the corner of the field.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: Those are four different types of matas matanasaniam that you have in a vineyard.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: Vishala Shabatuwa, you have three different types as relates to regular tua.
• 11:47
SPEAKER_00: Ha leket, vat shikhva apeya.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: Shnaim shabian, you have two as it relates to trees, fruit trees.
• 11:51
  SPEAKER_00: Ha shikha the apeya.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: And kulan and all these things in blend tevasana, the bailan.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: The bailan, the owners of these fields, do not have any tavasana.
• 11:59
  SPEAKER_00: What does Tavasana mean?
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: It means that they don't get to choose which anim to give it to.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: Any ani, the first guy that shows up, is able to take it.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: They do not can't, they don't get to decide who to give it to.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: And even an Ani, a guy that has the din of an Ani, Anisha B Israel, who is also a Balabai to a certain extent, that has that's the bailin, not a Balabai's Ani, but he's he's the bylin of this field, Mathium Yada.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_00: He's also hive to pay these different Matanasini.
• 12:23
SPEAKER_00: If he has a field, he's hive like says the Gemora.
• 12:28
  SPEAKER_00: Maister Ani Meschalbisha Bis.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: This is very long-winded Bryce, and we're gonna ask the casha all the way at the tail end of it, by the way.
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: So Maister Oni is Khalbisahbase, eh?
• 12:35
SPEAKER_00: Maister Oni, we know depending on the year, depending on the fiscal year, you're high in Maister Ani on certain years.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: So Maister Ani messaged that was separated and uh divided inside his house.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: That's different that he has tevasana the bile.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: The Bylam has Tevassana, you get to decide who to give the Maisterani to.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: So those are the Maister, those are Matanas Anni.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: As relates to Matanas Kehuna Kegoin, as for example, Hazuraya Valachaima Keva, ain't my siya na sai lay mi koin the koin, the lay me levi the levi.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: We don't force a coin to pay a different koin his re lachaim a keva or his matanas kauna, and we don't force a levy to pay another levy, his matanas levia, which is like uh Macerishan, for example.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: Mayserish now goes to the levy, right?
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: From the Mayserishan, he has to pay true mass of the guy.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: But Mayserishan, a levy doesn't have to pay mycerishan to another levy.
• 13:30
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: That we're gonna comment on that.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: That's what we're gonna get back to.
• 13:34
SPEAKER_00: Let's try to go through the mikaras for these different things we mentioned in the Brice.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: The four matanas that you have for matanas anime as it relates to a vineyard, ha paret ba oilas va shikhva payo.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: Again, parrot is laked basically for a vineyard.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: Oilis are the unripened grapes, shikcha and payoff.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_00: So the khse, where do we have the makar for that?
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: The posik says, Vikar makaloisa oil, oh, parrot karmachalois.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see?
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: We see oilis, we see paret over here, and the says, oil la charecha, and amar of ley, omar of levy a charechazu.
• 14:04
  SPEAKER_00: Shikcha acharecha is shikcha.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: So we have so far shik shikcha, paret, and eilalois, and peya, where do we have pea from?
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_00: Gamar acharecha harch me.
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_00: Zayas.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: We learn our Xer Shav from Zayas.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: The khsev the pask says, Kisahwe zecholaisefar acharecha, Vithana de Bay Rishmo, Shiloh, Tito, Tefarto Mimena.
• 14:21
  SPEAKER_00: That's talking about Peyo.
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: Tito Tefart Mimena, don't take it.
• 14:23
  SPEAKER_00: Tefarto from it.
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about it's Peya, and that's how we know Peya.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: So we have these four things as it relates to that.
• 14:28
  SPEAKER_00: That's the Mikaris.
• 14:29
SPEAKER_00: Of these four Matanasanim, Peret, Leket, sorry, Perrot, I lost shikcha pea as it relates to a as it relates to a uh what's it called?
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: As relates to a vineyard.
• 14:40
  SPEAKER_00: Shleishpua.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: What is the mikar for the three types of matanasanim?
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: As it relates to our regular field for tua, for wheat.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: So I'll lekhet and shikhaba pea.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: Let's just lekhet shikha and pea.
• 14:49
  SPEAKER_00: We're what's the kar for it?
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: The posk says kitiashem lay shal pe'as so decha.
• 14:56
SPEAKER_00: So we have peas, that's peya.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_00: We have lekhet, so that's makar for pean.
• 15:03
  SPEAKER_00: That's shikha.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_00: So we have lekhet shikha and pea as it relates to a regular field.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: Shnaim Shabila, what are the two as it relates to a tree?
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that?
• 15:10
SPEAKER_00: The Pasik says, So that is shikha and peya as it relates to trees.
• 15:22
  SPEAKER_00: Ilanas.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: Okay, the kulan in mem taivas and all the bailam.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: All these different the baylin don't get to choose which anima goes to.
• 15:28
SPEAKER_00: My taimo, what's the reason?
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: Why can't he decide who to give it to?
• 15:31
  SPEAKER_00: Because aziva ksiba buhu.
• 15:33
  SPEAKER_00: It says kazaivaisam.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: It says the word aziva, which is leave it over, which is mash when you have to just leave it and let anyone come and take it, anyone wants.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: You don't get to choose.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: You don't have tivas or not to choose who goes to.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: How do we know that even an anushibisra has to uh is matana?
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: Which is a drosha to teach me la hazir oni al shiloi, to teach me even an oni that has has to leave it as well.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: Oh Maister Ani Masalak Besan the Mayster Ani on the years that he's chaiv and maister oni that he's mischalik it within his house, Yeshvatas an alabainam, he does get to choose which oni it goes to.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: My time, what's the reason?
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: Because over there it doesn't say taziv, it doesn't say aziva, nissina ksibahu it said it's it says Alashim Nisina, which is Mashmayurah, you get to give it, and it's not just kaziv, leave it over.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: And that's why you get to choose who to give it to.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: And even an Ani is gonna have to pay it.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: The Omar and your Mudzium Yodai, the Omar Rabila, Gomar Lager, Lager Meh Hassam.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: We learn a Gzerashava of Lager, Lager from over there.
• 16:29
  SPEAKER_00: Over there is Lekit.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: So we learn a Xer Shav from Lekit, Malalon Muzar, Ani Al Shalay, Afkan Muzur Ani Al Shalay.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: Just like over there, yes to so too.
• 16:36
SPEAKER_00: The Ani, if he has, has to pay Maïs or Ani as well.
• 16:39
SPEAKER_00: So that's the Gamer of Vashai and continues the bicep.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_00: This is what we're gonna focus on here.
• 16:48
  SPEAKER_00: Shar matanas kehuna.
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: Regular matanas the kahuna, kigoin.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: For example, Zuraim and Keva.
• 16:56
  SPEAKER_00: These matanis.
• 16:57
SPEAKER_00: So that ain't my senior son, lemikain the coin.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: A coin is not gonna have to pay another coin.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna be mighty from a coin to pay another coin.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_00: And if it's something a levy is high, like mycereshin, so again, you have to pick something that the levy is high.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: Or sor sorry, you have to pick something that the levy that belongs to the levy.
• 17:12
SPEAKER_00: And something that belongs to the levy doesn't have to pay another levy.
• 17:15
SPEAKER_00: Like myceran, a levy wouldn't have to pay another levy.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like?
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: That a levy wouldn't have to pay a levy mycerean, because the levy is shaky to mycerishan but what does it sound like?
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: Hummy levy le kayin might see it.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like the levy would have to pay the kain regular matanas kehuna, like the Zerathaimakeva.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Alma ikriam.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: What do we see over here?
• 17:36
SPEAKER_00: That the levy is considered on.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: Because from the diok, we brought this long-winded braisa to show you one diok over here.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: We just said that we're not gonna be we're not gonna make a coin pay another kain uh matanas kiuno.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: And we're not gonna pay make a levy pay another levy, matanas leviyah.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: But as it relates to a levy paying a coin, it sounds like we are gonna make a levi pay a coin.
• 17:56
  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna make a levi pay a koin.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: Ki coin zuraimakeva, the matanas kiuna.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_00: What do you clearly see?
• 18:01
SPEAKER_00: The levium are mechliyev in the matanas, just like regular Khalisra, Al-Mah ikru am we see clearly they are considered am.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: They're considered am in the regular apostle being michaived them to pay.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_00: Who said that we're not michayivim to give it.
• 18:18
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:18
  SPEAKER_00: Because Rav said it's a suffic.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: And I'm not a michavel, the variah, because it's a suffic, whether he's called Am or not.
• 18:22
  SPEAKER_00: It says Nigemara.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: Answers Nigemara, it's not a kasha on Rav.
• 18:26
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: Because the diuk that you made that a Levi we are gonna be michayivim to give it to the coin is not going on Zrailachhaim and Ka.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: Because when we said Sharmatonas kehuno like kegoin as like, for example, the Zrailachaimakema is Kegoinazer Veloy Zeraya.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: It's kegoyne, for example, but it's actually not the right example for this, because that the Levi would not be Chaiv to pay the coin.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: Well, my new, what are we actually talking about?
• 18:50
SPEAKER_00: What would be a good example over here?
• 18:52
  SPEAKER_00: Mycereshin.
• 18:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's not myceration.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: Mycereshin, the Levy would have to pay the coin.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 18:58
  SPEAKER_00: Mycerishan?
• 18:59
SPEAKER_00: The Levy has to pay the coin?
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: If you know anything about myceres, that's what the stroll gives to the levy.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: It's not what the levy gives to the coin.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_00: The levy gives the coin, my sir.
• 19:05
  SPEAKER_00: Uh, Truma's mycer.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: So what do you mean the maceration has to go from the levy to the coin?
• 19:09
  SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara.
• 19:10
  SPEAKER_00: Myceres and the Levi.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: What are you talking about?
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: Mycerish belongs to the levy.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: What does that mean he has to give it to the coin?
• 19:14
  SPEAKER_00: Answer the Gemara.
• 19:15
  SPEAKER_00: Nope.
• 19:15
SPEAKER_00: It actually goes to the coin.
• 19:16
SPEAKER_00: Where does it go to the coin?
• 19:17
SPEAKER_00: K the Rabadazabanazai, the Tanya Truma, the coin, myceres and the levy.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: Truma goes to the coin.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: Mycerishan goes to the levy.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: There we are, Kiva that's shooting to the Kiva.
• 19:25
  SPEAKER_00: Ribazaminazai, I'm afraid.
• 19:34
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: So you can even give it to the coin.
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: But what does that sound like?
• 19:36
SPEAKER_00: You could also give it to the Levi.
• 19:38
  SPEAKER_00: So Aimidamarazmanazai afli coin.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: The Kain, the lay the levi mealmar.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: So Rabbi Azunazai said you could even give it to the Kayan.
• 19:43
SPEAKER_00: Did he say you could only give it to the Kain and not to the Levi?
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: Which tells me that you would have to be might see it from the Levi to give it to the Kain.
• 19:50
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara in.
• 19:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, actually, yeah.
• 19:52
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 19:56
SPEAKER_00: This is the context, is in the beginning of Bayashane.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: Ezra, Ezra came from Baval Tiritz Israel, and he was very unhappy with the state of affairs that most of Khai Israel didn't join them, and specifically the Leviim.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: He wasn't happy, he couldn't find any Levim to come up.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: Therefore, he khnasted all the Levi'im.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: You don't get Mayserani anymore.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, you don't get Mayser anymore.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: Mycerisha now goes to the Koihanim.
• 20:15
  SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gimara, that's what we're talking about.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: That's what we're talking about in the Diok, that the Levi is gonna have to pay the Khan.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: But not that the Levi's gonna have to pay the coin.
• 20:25
SPEAKER_00: The Matanis Kehuna of Israel Khaim and Kevah that already is not going to be a regular uh that's not gonna be a uh uh on the levy, and therefore it's not necessarily a riot that is ikriam that he's called on, says the Gimar.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: Ezra de la Yavinalu, Mishka Minayu Miyomar.
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: So maybe how maybe let's suggest, meaning, how could you say that the knaas that Ezra said was to be Mishka Minay to force them to pay the Maisseroni?
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: Meaning the the the Maisteration.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: I understand that Ezra Knas the Leviim to say that they don't get anymore.
• 20:54
SPEAKER_00: You don't give them anymore your maesturation.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: But Mishcom Mishka Minayum Miomar, did he say that they have to actively pay myceration from themselves?
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: Meaning someone else paying myceration, who do you give it to?
• 21:04
  SPEAKER_00: Not the levy anymore.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: You give it to the kayak.
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_00: That's the knaas.
• 21:06
SPEAKER_00: But to pay myceration from their own to the kain my amar, did he say such a thing, says Akamar?
• 21:11
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_00: You can't take it that far.
• 21:12
SPEAKER_00: And uh, so what do we have to say?
• 21:14
  SPEAKER_00: We have to revamp.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_00: Now, what did we mean before when we said Kegoin Zerai Kahaimakh that the Levi is gonna be paying to the Kayan?
• 21:20
SPEAKER_00: We meant Kegoin Zeraibalizer, not actually the Zraya, because the Zrailhaimak, these Matamas Kuna, the Levi is not gonna be paying to the coin, because he's not necessarily am.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: So what do we mean, Kegoin?
• 21:29
  SPEAKER_00: Kegoin Zeraizaraya.
• 21:31
SPEAKER_00: Oh my new, what are we referring to?
• 21:32
  SPEAKER_00: Raish agaz.
• 21:32
SPEAKER_00: Raishis a guest is something that we're gonna make the levy pay the kain, that's undisputed, and that's what we're talking about over here.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_00: But as it relates to regular matanas, the regular matanist, the levy is not gonna be paying to the coin.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: If he's not gonna be paying to the coin, then again, it's not a kaushan, Ralph.
• 21:46
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gimara.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_00: Toshma, I'll ask you another Kosh.
• 21:48
SPEAKER_00: Zeha Klal, called of a shibdusha.
• 21:51
SPEAKER_00: Anything that any type of matanus kehuna that has kiddusha.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: So not all of them have kidusha, right?
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: The zero of the family cava don't have kiddusha, it's from Hulin, but it goes slick.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: Kind.
• 22:00
  SPEAKER_00: What's Keddusha?
• 22:01
  SPEAKER_00: Truma.
• 22:02
SPEAKER_00: Truma definitely has Kedusha and that belongs to the kind.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: So any Matanas Kehuna that has kiddusha, that is in the possession of a levy, that's the point over here.
• 22:11
SPEAKER_00: Kegoin, Truma Maiterisha, Truma's Maïster, Bihala, all those things have a den of Truma, Mightsianasamiyadam.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: That we're gonna be might see and force the levy to pay.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: And any type of matanas kehuna that doesn't have kiddusha, that currently is in the possession of a levy, kegoin, has a vach valachaya, ain't matina samiyaday, that we're not gonna force him to pay.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: So what does it seem to from this Brisah?
• 22:36
SPEAKER_00: It seems borrowed from this Brysa that the Leviim are Pturim from the Matanas, they're potter from the Zrachaim and Kaiva.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: Doesn't have Kedusha, and therefore Ain Matya Samiyadam.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_00: And you're gonna ask me an obvious cash that Toys asks right now, Temo, what are you talking about?
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: You have a ray from here against Rab, that it's borrowed that they're not Chayev.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: What does the Bryce say?
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: It says that In Matsianasamiyadah.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it means the same thing, Toysus says.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it means that in Matya and a samiyada because it's possible the suffic.
• 22:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's a suffic whether they're chaif.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: That's why we're not gonna force them because I might make a riayah.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's actually a riot from this bryth.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: So Toysus says, Suffic Latana.
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: It's not Mashma Latana at a suffic.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: It's mashma in Matsina Musa Miyadah because they're not Chaev.
• 23:10
  SPEAKER_00: It's a little bit of a daykhik.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: He brings a gears up from Rabbinu Khanano that really was laymum isaile, that maybe this is a brisela.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: You could either maybe it's a rayah that you could usually knock off.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: But the point is, we're trying to see from this bright so, however you want to take it, that levium are not chaive matanas.
• 23:25
SPEAKER_00: It's double shane and a kadusha, and that we're not gonna be Mitsumiyade.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_00: We're understanding over here without Tez's question that uh it means they're not chaived, they're not chaiev in in uh the matanaskuna, they're not chaiv in paying the matanaskuna to the Kharina, which is a cash unrav, that seems to say it's a suffix whether they're they're they're uh chaif in the matanas kuna to the Khan or not.
• 23:43
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 23:45
SPEAKER_00: Again, we don't uh how are we gonna answer this?
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: Braissa, Kegoin Zara Vila Zaraya.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: What do we say in the Braysa?
• 23:51
SPEAKER_00: Shar matanas kehuna that don't have kedusha, kegoyna zare velechaim a keva, ainimyodre.
• 23:56
SPEAKER_00: So we were assuming we're referring to Zer Elichaim a keva.
• 23:58
  SPEAKER_00: That ain't a matinum yod.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_00: We're not gonna force the levi to pay, says the gemara.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: No, we're not actually talking about the Zrachim Akiva.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: Ah, you said Kegoin Zerrachim, we mean kegoyzera.
• 24:07
  SPEAKER_00: Not actually that case.
• 24:07
SPEAKER_00: What else what are we referring to?
• 24:09
  SPEAKER_00: My new Mayser.
• 24:10
SPEAKER_00: We're referring to Mayserishan, Ulabasa Kantinu Ezra after Ezra Khnas the Leviim, then now it has to go to the Kahanim.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: And therefore that we're gonna force the levy to pay to the kind, but not but not uh not israel khan a keba, that already not.
• 24:25
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 24:25
SPEAKER_00: Because again, you can very much say like a rab that it's a suffix.
• 24:30
SPEAKER_00: You have a shaykhit, he's working for someone, so you have the balabais, the client.
• 24:33
SPEAKER_00: Let's say the animal belonged to the kind, or the animal belonged to the guy.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: And you have the shaykhid, you eye the shaykhit to shachti for him.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: So a shaykhid lek kayin.
• 24:40
  SPEAKER_00: Ula ivit kham.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: Someone is shachting and the animal belongs to the kind.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_00: Or you're shachting and the animal belongs to the i've known or hiring the harm to shacht.
• 24:46
  SPEAKER_00: Potter matanas.
• 24:47
  SPEAKER_00: What is that?
• 24:48
SPEAKER_00: So the Bryce says that he is gonna be potter from the matanas.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: The shaykhit, usually it's a chivas gavra on the shaykhit to pay the matanas.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_00: But and take these things and give it to the street to the kind.
• 24:57
SPEAKER_00: But in these cases, since he's shachting a coin's animal, he's gonna be potter from the matanas.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_00: What does that sound like?
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: Because he's shafting a uh animal that belongs to a coin.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: Ha lave Uli Yastral Haiiv.
• 25:08
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like if he's shafting an animal that belongs to Levi, or he's shafting an animal that belongs to Yastral, which is obvious, then he's gonna be chaired to pay the matanas.
• 25:15
SPEAKER_00: What does that clearly imply?
• 25:16
SPEAKER_00: That a levi is michy in the matanaskayuna to give to the kayan.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: If the guy's shafting it for a levi, the diuk very clearly says that he's gonna have to pay the matanas to the kayan.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_00: Seems to be that he's chai and the matanas.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_00: Kashan Rav says, Uli isral chhaev, a laimali israel chaiev.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: Don't make the diuk to say that I the diuk is that even a levi, if he's shachting it for a levy, is gonna have to pay the mathanaskuna.
• 25:38
SPEAKER_00: Rather no, make the diuk and say only holi isral.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: Says okay, of a levi my.
• 25:42
  SPEAKER_00: What about a levi?
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: It says in between limbs, eh?
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me about a levy?
• 25:45
  SPEAKER_00: Potter?
• 25:45
SPEAKER_00: That a shaikhid that's shachting a levy's animal for him is gonna be potter from paying the mathanaskuna?
• 25:49
SPEAKER_00: Yah, so why didn't it just say that?
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: List me a shaykhid the levy, leaving khan pottermanis.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_00: You should have said levi instead of kain.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_00: And I'll know for sure kain.
• 25:57
SPEAKER_00: But you should have said levi.
• 25:58
SPEAKER_00: If some if a shaikhid is shachting a levy's animal or a guy's animal, because a guy's not a chaiubin in any of these things, right?
• 26:03
SPEAKER_00: So he's gonna be potter from uh the matanas.
• 26:06
  SPEAKER_00: Furthermore, chatanyo.
• 26:07
SPEAKER_00: Actually, my first writer the other way.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: That a shaykh, the kainulavit khavim, potterminamatanas.
• 26:12
SPEAKER_00: Lil levi uli saw chhayev.
• 26:15
SPEAKER_00: The braissa, this one says explicitly that if a shaikhid is shafting for a levi, he is going to be a hundred percent chhayev.
• 26:23
  SPEAKER_00: So, what is this?
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: This is says the gemara t the rav.
• 26:26
  SPEAKER_00: That's a check made on Rav.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_00: This is uh bomb kasha on Rav because it says clearly in the Brahsa that the sh that the levies was gonna be Chayev in the Matanas.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: And Rav was missed, it says the Gemara Amel Kha Rav Rav's gonna answer you.
• 26:37
SPEAKER_00: You're right, you found the Brahsa against me, but I'll tell you really that it's a machlikas tanoim.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_00: It's Tano'i the Tanya I have another Brahis of the Kiper is Mikdashha Koidesh.
• 26:45
SPEAKER_00: This Pasik as relates to the Avaidasayaman Yamakipurim.
• 26:50
SPEAKER_00: That's what the Pasik is talking about.
• 26:51
SPEAKER_00: And what does Yumkippur, what does the Avaidas Yum Kippur bring Kapara for?
• 26:55
SPEAKER_00: As we know, it brings Kapara specifically for Thomas Mikdash Vikadash.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: We had a home sachet on it.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: So Thomas Mikdash Vikadashov is what the Yam.
• 27:04
SPEAKER_00: The Avaidas Yamakipurim is Mahapur for.
• 27:05
  SPEAKER_00: But what specifically?
• 27:06
SPEAKER_00: So the Pasik outlines it.
• 27:08
  SPEAKER_00: Vhiper es mikdash hakoidosh.
• 27:10
SPEAKER_00: So what's that referring to?
• 27:11
SPEAKER_00: What type of Thomas Mikdash Vikadashov is it being the chaper for?
• 27:14
  SPEAKER_00: Zealifnaivalifim.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about any Thomas Mikdash Vikadash, that's in the Khajush Gadash.
• 27:19
SPEAKER_00: Oyal Mayir in the Posik, what's that talking about?
• 27:21
  SPEAKER_00: Zu Heikhha.
• 27:22
SPEAKER_00: That's talking about the Heikh.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_00: That's referring to the Azars.
• 27:26
  SPEAKER_00: Kehanim, Kimashmoy.
• 27:27
SPEAKER_00: That's referring to any Thomas Mikdash Pakadash.
• 27:30
SPEAKER_00: Amhakahol, Elu Yisra, that's referring to the Yasral.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: You can already see where we're going.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_00: So Amakahal, we said Am is talking about Yasral, and Yachapur is talking about Alviim.
• 27:44
SPEAKER_00: Is actually talking about Avadim, Avadum Kenanim.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_00: That's any Tumma that came about through them.
• 27:48
SPEAKER_00: But Uma But my love Beal Kamithli, isn't that the Machlekis of it?
• 27:53
SPEAKER_00: And where would you learn Leviim from?
• 27:54
  SPEAKER_00: Presumably from Amakahol.
• 27:55
SPEAKER_00: That would be Israelin and Leviim, and therefore my law be al Kamifhi, it seems to be this machlekis.
• 28:02
SPEAKER_00: That's the difference between these braces.
• 28:04
SPEAKER_00: Whether Levi'am are included in Am or not.
• 28:06
SPEAKER_00: So it seems to be a Machlekis Tanoim.
• 28:08
SPEAKER_00: Whether Levi'am are included in Am, and based off that, you would include them in the Pasik and in the Khiv of Ma'talik Zrail Khaimakeba to the Kayan.
• 28:15
SPEAKER_00: Because the Pasik says Am, and therefore only someone whose Am is Chayib and Zrailhaim and Kabah, so that's a machlekis.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_00: Whether they're included are Am or not.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: So whether Leviim are chaib and Zrachaim and Kaba.
• 28:25
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, okay.
• 28:25
SPEAKER_00: So if it's a Machleikis Tanam, I understand why Rav was misupic.
• 28:31
SPEAKER_00: If Rav held like that tanah that he is for sure in Mikhuyev, so say like him.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_00: And if he owes like the Tana owes that they're not Am, then say like him.
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: Why are you Misupic in between?
• 28:39
  SPEAKER_00: And Amati Michael Lavarayo.
• 28:40
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, Misapelei Kai, Tani Katan.
• 28:43
  SPEAKER_00: Very simple.
• 28:44
  SPEAKER_00: He was misupic.
• 28:44
  SPEAKER_00: That was Rav's suffic.
• 28:45
SPEAKER_00: He didn't know which Tanagar like.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: He didn't know who the halo was like, and that's why he said Amati Mikhail Lavaraya.
• 28:50
SPEAKER_00: Say Gemara Darsh Mirah to end off.
• 28:51
  SPEAKER_00: Miraimar Darshin, the following.
• 29:04
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't have to pay it.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: In what's in a same because a mighty michabira ala varaya.
• 29:08
SPEAKER_00: And additionally, the hilch so kabasi the ravchizda.
• 29:11
SPEAKER_00: The alloch is also like Ravchizda to close up the last sugiyya from yesterday.
• 29:14
SPEAKER_00: Rivchizda, who told us that someone who is mazik, or he eats Matanas Kehuna, he's gonna be Potter.
• 29:20
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 29:21
SPEAKER_00: Why is he gonna be Potter?
• 29:22
SPEAKER_00: Iba say Mkra, Iba is a Masvara, Ibai Sayyima Kra.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_00: Zhe, we started that, we had it today as well.
• 29:26
SPEAKER_00: And Ibai's he's a Masvara because it's Mam and Chain Lem Taiven.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_00: If it's Mamma Chain Lem Taivan, there's no Tavas, you don't have a nitvah, and that's why he's gonna be Potr.
• 29:34
SPEAKER_00: And we'll hold it over there today.
• 29:36
  SPEAKER_00: It Shabbas.
