- speaker-0: I'm joined today by Lieutenant Governor Caldwell, acting chair and chief administrator of the Motor Vehicle Commission, Rosalie Johnson. When I came into office six months ago, I promised New Jerseyans that my administration would be different. We'd be open, we'd be direct, and we'd have a culture of accountability in this state. In keeping with my commitment, we are here to share information. speaker-1: Accountability. speaker-0: I learned of a few days ago. In June of 2023, nearly three years before I became governor, a serious software error in New Jersey's motor vehicle system led to the improper voter registration of what we believe to be roughly 6,600 people in our state. When New Jerseyans applied for a driver's license or identification at the MVC, they were asked if they wanted To register to vote. In the case of this error, some individuals indicated that they weren't citizens and weren't eligible to vote, but the software registered them anyway. The error in the software was corrected a year later in June of 2024. That is more than two years ago. I learned of this last Wednesday, and I immediately ordered my chief counsel to launch a comprehensive investigation. Currently, the Division of Elections is working to ensure anyone who is illegally registered is removed from the voter rolls. Initial analysis shows that fewer than four hundred newly registered individuals voted in an election due to this software error. speaker-1: She talks about accountability and I want you to hear this again where she uses that word for speaker-0: Failure didn't occur under my watch, but accountability starts now. speaker-1: Before we go to the last clip, I want you to take a look at who's on stage with her. She asked the lieutenant governor, who's really a non-entity in any state government. And then you have the very charismatic looking lady who's the acting boss of the ⁓ Department of Motor Vehicles, or whatever they c call it in New Jersey. That is a team she's assembled for this. Watch this final clip. speaker-0: My life. I've taken several oaths to support and defend our Constitution as a Navy pilot, a federal prosecutor, and an elected official. Election integrity is core to that oath. It's my duty as governor to make sure our elections are free, fair, and secure. In the months ahead, I'll keep working with our election officials, local, county, and state, to do just that. speaker-1: You know, she goes on, of course, to blame her predecessor, actually did that early in the video, and then she blames Donald Trump, of course, for all this and so forth and so on. As I said, I want you to see that great team she has there on stage. So who is missing from that stage, given the circumstances we're talking about here? Voter fraud and I guess ⁓ computer errors, we'll say, in New Jersey. Sixty six hundred people, all illegal aliens. There's not A prosecutor on stage. There's not a local or county or state or federal prosecutor. She didn't call any of those officials to be a part of this press conference. Why is that? She's saying, well, it's not their fault if they were accidentally registered to vote. And I guess that's true. That's what really happened. But we're not talking about the 6,600 plus illegal aliens that were again. accidentally registered, we're talking about the 400 plus who after they were registered decided to take the step to vote in violation of New Jersey state law. In New Jersey, voting illegally is a third degree indictable offense. That means you can go to state prison for three to five years and face up to $15,000 And penalties. But did you hear any word from this woman, from the governor of New Jersey, about prosecuting these people? There are an array of other third-degree indictable offenses in New Jersey. Feling possession of controlled substance and burglary and on and on and on. If she had 400 of those people identified where they lived, Who they are, what they look like, probably what car they drive. Do you think she would have a press conference and say we identify people who committed all these felonies and then just walked off the stage? Of course not. There is absolutely no intention on her part to prosecute these people for willful violation of law, not accidentally being registered. Two different things here. She's using smoke and mirrors, she's being terribly, terribly dishonest, and she's exhibiting. Complete lack of respect for the rule of law, but it gets worse. These people are US citizens who committed these felonies. They are, of course, illegal aliens. Again, they know exactly who they are, they know where they live, they probably know where they work. And she has stated that she will not provide this information to the federal government so these people can be removed from our country. She has stated that. This should prove to you that she's a complete hack, an absolute hack, and has no interest in defending the Constitution and defending this country and removing people here who are here illegally and committing crimes while they are here, right in front of her. This is the kind of person that we have in New Jersey, and this is the type of Democrat leadership we have across this. Entire country. We are seeing more and more cracks in we didn't cheat in 2020 narrative. More and more states and the federal government is onto this and we're going to continue to find out more. I want to hear your thoughts. Send the comments. I'd love to hear them. Take care. We'll see you next time on your Leo Nation.
