"I had an old customer talk to me and said that he was starting to acquire oil and gas wells and develop them. And would I be interested in talking about it. And it's like, “Is that a thing?” Because he was talking about it like flipping houses. I was like, “Really?” He said, “Yeah, that's a thing.” We partnered up.
