- 0:01Speaker 1: On sevent ten WR he's more of the marks Emosha.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Well, crazy Jack Smith back in the news. We'll get
- 0:12Speaker 2: to Crazy Mayor, Mom, Donnie and more coming up. Opening
- 0:17Speaker 2: Day to day Yankees Opening Day. They'll actually open in
- 0:22Speaker 2: San Francisco tonight at eight o'clock. You can't see it
- 0:24Speaker 2: on regular TV. It's only on Netflix. Netflix paying a
- 0:29Speaker 2: fortune for that. It's the first time that's ever happened.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Matt's opening day is tomorrow. That's here in New York.
- 0:34Speaker 2: That'll be at City Field. Weather is good for it's
- 0:39Speaker 2: a day game, right tomorrow. Yeah, weather's good for the daytime.
- 0:42Speaker 2: This may be rain tomorrow night, tomorrow night into Friday morning,
- 0:46Speaker 2: but opening day City Field tomorrow, that should be good.
- 0:49Speaker 2: So you remember Crazy Jack Smith, that weirdo, bug eyed
- 0:53Speaker 2: weirdo with the cape that they brought in from halfway
- 0:56Speaker 2: around the world. He's like a hit man they brought
- 0:58Speaker 2: in to get Trump and he's the guy that manufactured
- 1:01Speaker 2: this whole classified document scandal. Well he's back. He's releasing
- 1:06Speaker 2: parts of his report, his investigation, and they found that
- 1:11Speaker 2: President Trump took those classified documents. Now there's nothing in
- 1:17Speaker 2: there of any national security, nothing, nothing, nothing, because you remember,
- 1:21Speaker 2: first of all, Trump didn't really have any classified documents.
- 1:24Speaker 2: You remember the pictures of the hundreds and hundreds of
- 1:27Speaker 2: boxes all over the ballroom, on the stage. Remember the
- 1:32Speaker 2: picture in the storage room. Another hundred boxes of documents.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Remember the picture in the bathroom. Here's another fifty boxes
- 1:38Speaker 2: of documents. Well, Jack Smith rated mar A Lago. He
- 1:41Speaker 2: took every one of those boxes and he went through
- 1:44Speaker 2: every inch of the house, including Milania's bedroom. He went
- 1:49Speaker 2: through Baron Trump, the kid's bedroom. They went through Milania
- 1:54Speaker 2: Trump's underwear drawer, just like Polly Wallets and the Sopranos did.
- 2:00Speaker 2: They went through everything, and all they found in the
- 2:02Speaker 2: end were thirty five classified documents. Now, if you take
- 2:07Speaker 2: thirty five classified documents and put them in a folder,
- 2:10Speaker 2: it's about one inch thick. So one inch of one
- 2:14Speaker 2: box had classified documents. All the rest had nothing in them.
- 2:19Speaker 2: And then Jack Smith and the sleazy Merrick Garland, the
- 2:23Speaker 2: whole Justice Department, the whole bide deministration. They looked at
- 2:26Speaker 2: the classified documents that Trump had and they found that
- 2:29Speaker 2: there was absolutely nothing in there of any significance. Now,
- 2:34Speaker 2: in Washington, d C. They overclassify everything. They'd put that
- 2:38Speaker 2: big red classified stamp on a lot of stuff that
- 2:42Speaker 2: means absolutely nothing. Sometimes it's just a weather report for
- 2:47Speaker 2: a battlefield, something like that. So they looked through everything.
- 2:50Speaker 2: There was nothing bad in there. That's why you've never
- 2:52Speaker 2: heard what they found. You've never heard what they found
- 2:55Speaker 2: because it's nothing of any significance. And the fact that
- 2:58Speaker 2: he only had thirty five classified documents one inch of
- 3:03Speaker 2: one box, you'd never heard that. Now. Biden, Joe Biden.
- 3:07Speaker 2: They caught him with eight thousand classified documents, eight thousand
- 3:13Speaker 2: classified documents at his house, at his office, at another office,
- 3:16Speaker 2: in his garage. And Biden when he took them, was
- 3:20Speaker 2: just a senator or a vice president, so he had
- 3:22Speaker 2: no authority to take the documents. When Trump took the documents,
- 3:26Speaker 2: he had all the legal authority he needed to take them.
- 3:29Speaker 2: He was president of the United States. They're his documents.
- 3:33Speaker 2: He has the power to unclassify them at any second.
- 3:37Speaker 2: So when the when also, the Jacksmith report says he
- 3:42Speaker 2: stole the classified documents, well, it's impossible. They're his documents.
- 3:46Speaker 2: He's the president, he's in charge of the documents. They're his.
- 3:49Speaker 2: You can't steal from yourself. It's impossible, can't be done.
- 3:53Speaker 2: So this is Jamie Raskin knows you can hear this
- 3:56Speaker 2: story all over the fake news for a couple of days.
- 3:59Speaker 2: It turned out, but he was using them for business purposes.
- 4:02Speaker 2: Now I don't know what the hell that me business purposes.
- 4:05Speaker 2: But their argument is that he showed them to people.
- 4:08Speaker 2: And that's the kind of thing Trump would do. He
- 4:10Speaker 2: does like to show you stuff. When you come into
- 4:11Speaker 2: his office, he shows you stuff. That's how he always
- 4:14Speaker 2: starts a meeting. He's got interesting things that you know.
- 4:18Speaker 2: Here's Tom Brady's a helmet he gave to me. Here's this.
- 4:21Speaker 2: He shows you all this stuff. And that's why you
- 4:23Speaker 2: notice in the White House where it used to be
- 4:25Speaker 2: a clean desk and some chairs, he's got stuff all
- 4:28Speaker 2: over the place, in cases, on the desk, on the walls.
- 4:32Speaker 2: He takes you around and he shows you all this stuff.
- 4:34Speaker 2: Hang on, I gotta blow my notes. Allergies driving me crazy,
- 4:42Speaker 2: so he just shows you a bunch of stuff. So
- 4:44Speaker 2: I would imagine down at Marloga, it was one of
- 4:45Speaker 2: the things you want to see some classified documents. A
- 4:48Speaker 2: look at this and they look very impressive on the front,
- 4:51Speaker 2: while the folder and big red letters, classified, top secret,
- 4:54Speaker 2: highly classified. Then you open it up, there's nothing in there.
- 4:57Speaker 2: But yes, that means business purposes, but it's at mar
- 5:02Speaker 2: A Lago. It's not really a business purpose because you're
- 5:05Speaker 2: just showing them to the jentas of mar A Lago.
- 5:09Speaker 2: How are you that crowd that's hanging around there. It's
- 5:12Speaker 2: not a business purpose. But you're going to hear this
- 5:13Speaker 2: story for a couple of days. They'll try to make
- 5:16Speaker 2: something out of it. Hey, let's play this clip again.
- 5:19Speaker 2: This is the crazy senator from Chris from Connecticut, Chris Murphy,
- 5:25Speaker 2: an awful guy. He slipped and spoke the truth. Democrats
- 5:30Speaker 2: are fighting for illegal immigrants. They want illegals here. That's
- 5:34Speaker 2: why they left the border wide open when they could.
- 5:36Speaker 2: They want all these illegals here. That's who they're fighting for.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Listen to Chris Murphy. He actually slips and says it
- 5:41Speaker 2: out loud.
- 5:42Speaker 3: That's been a failed play for twenty years. So you
- 5:44Speaker 3: are right that that has been the Democratic strategy for
- 5:47Speaker 3: thirty years maybe, and it has failed to deliver for
- 5:52Speaker 3: the people we care about most, the undocumented Americans that
- 5:56Speaker 3: are in this country.
- 5:57Speaker 2: Oh, he said it, that's who we care about them,
- 6:00Speaker 2: the undocumented, the illegals. That's a big slip for him
- 6:03Speaker 2: to say, oh hey, another fake news alert. There's that
- 6:07Speaker 2: convention taking place outside of Washington. It's called Sea Pack.
- 6:11Speaker 2: Every year they have the Sea Pack Convention. President Trump
- 6:14Speaker 2: is sometimes spoken of it through the years, other people
- 6:17Speaker 2: have it means absolutely nothing. It's a good thing. It's
- 6:20Speaker 2: just doesn't mean anything. It's a convention. You know how
- 6:23Speaker 2: they have those comic book conventions where all the fans
- 6:26Speaker 2: show up, and then they have those old TV star
- 6:29Speaker 2: conventions where you get to meet all these old TV
- 6:31Speaker 2: stars and get their autograph and they have the Star
- 6:33Speaker 2: Trek Convention. Well that's what this thing is for Republicans.
- 6:37Speaker 2: It's just it's a guy and his wife that holds
- 6:39Speaker 2: this thing every year and it's just a big convention
- 6:42Speaker 2: where you used to be called them autograph shows. Now
- 6:46Speaker 2: it takes selfies with people, so they try to get
- 6:48Speaker 2: you know, through the years, you'd go there, Ted Cruz
- 6:51Speaker 2: is speaking and Tucker Carlson back when he meant something,
- 6:54Speaker 2: or the President Trump is even going to speak. Jd.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Vance is going to speak. So they're having it this
- 6:59Speaker 2: year and nobody's to show up. President Trump's not going
- 7:02Speaker 2: They'll get some people, but not the big names. They
- 7:04Speaker 2: won't show up. This year means absolutely nothing. But at
- 7:06Speaker 2: some point during the seapack and the speeches, somebody might
- 7:10Speaker 2: attack Trump, and then you're gonna hear all over the
- 7:13Speaker 2: fake news. You're gonna hear the Megabasis torn apart, the
- 7:17Speaker 2: Megabasis fighting a civil war, and the MAGA seapack has
- 7:21Speaker 2: nothing to do with the Magabase, no connection to anything.
- 7:25Speaker 2: But you'm just warning it. You're gonna hear about this
- 7:27Speaker 2: for a couple of days. They'll make a they'll make
- 7:29Speaker 2: a big deal out of it. Hey, Hey, speaking of television,
- 7:33Speaker 2: speaking of Connecticut, the television business is shrinking. People don't
- 7:38Speaker 2: watch television anymore. You know, people think the radio business
- 7:41Speaker 2: is shrinking. You got more people listening to the radio
- 7:43Speaker 2: now than twenty years ago. Every day, sixty three million
- 7:47Speaker 2: listen to AM radio talk radio one hundred and fifty
- 7:52Speaker 2: nine million listen to AMFM radio one hundred and fifty
- 7:55Speaker 2: nine million. You know how many people watch network TV
- 7:58Speaker 2: twenty five million, that's it, twenty five million. So it's
- 8:05Speaker 2: shrinking and it's getting less all the time. So the
- 8:07Speaker 2: canceling shows, you know, these canceled the Access Hollywood, they
- 8:10Speaker 2: canceled this show, that show. The syndicated shows less and
- 8:13Speaker 2: less of them. So it's affecting Connecticut because in Stanford, Connecticut,
- 8:19Speaker 2: years ago, they decided to open a big studio there
- 8:21Speaker 2: where they could do all these shows they did. I'm
- 8:24Speaker 2: trying to remember. They did a lot of shows there.
- 8:26Speaker 2: I know that's where Access Hollywood was using it, and
- 8:29Speaker 2: I think Maury Povich was using that for a while.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Jerry Springer used it, Steve Wilcose used it, Maury Povich. Yeah,
- 8:37Speaker 2: there were a bunch of shows there, a lot of
- 8:38Speaker 2: shows coming out of Stamford. Was an old theater, a
- 8:41Speaker 2: nice theater called the Rich Forum, NBC converted to a
- 8:45Speaker 2: TV studio. Not one reason they went all the way
- 8:47Speaker 2: up to Stamford to do all these TV shows. It's
- 8:49Speaker 2: non union. You could save a fortune, you could have
- 8:51Speaker 2: done cheaper. Well. Again, all these TV shows are getting canceled,
- 8:56Speaker 2: so they're closing the theater. That's it, it's done. No
- 9:00Speaker 2: more NBC TV studio in Stanford closing it down. I
- 9:03Speaker 2: guess it'll go back to being the Rich Forum. And
- 9:06Speaker 2: it's a very nice, beautiful concert venue. So actually you're
- 9:11Speaker 2: probably lucky. They're in Connecticut. In Stanford, you've got a
- 9:15Speaker 2: nice new concert venue. You know, everywhere all over the
- 9:18Speaker 2: Tri state area, all over the suburbs. You got these
- 9:20Speaker 2: beautiful little theaters and that's where all the acts play. Now,
- 9:23Speaker 2: you know, the Paramount and Huntington, the Ridgefield Playhouse, the
- 9:28Speaker 2: Paramount in this one in Westchester. And of course New
- 9:32Speaker 2: Jersey got a whole bunch of them, the New Jersey
- 9:35Speaker 2: and j Pack and the count Basy Theater. So you
- 9:38Speaker 2: get all these theaters all over the place. So you'll
- 9:40Speaker 2: get another one in Stanford. Now, crazy Mayor Mom, Donnie,
- 9:45Speaker 2: you remember all these Democrats that we yelled and screamed
- 9:47Speaker 2: about tariffs. They hate tariffs. Tariffs are going to destroy
- 9:49Speaker 2: the economy. If a business has to pay a tariff,
- 9:53Speaker 2: why they will raise their prices. It hurts everybody, It
- 9:56Speaker 2: hurts everybody's pocketbook. But nobody he does more tariffs than
- 10:01Speaker 2: the Democrats. They love tariffs. Now they call it corporate tax.
- 10:06Speaker 2: It's the same thing. Actually it's worse. A tariff is
- 10:09Speaker 2: not as bad as a corporate tax, because if you
- 10:11Speaker 2: put a tariff on a product, the American company does
- 10:15Speaker 2: not really pay the whole tariff. Sometimes they pay none
- 10:17Speaker 2: of it. Sometimes the exporter pays it. But in every case,
- 10:22Speaker 2: if there's a tariff, the exporter has to pay some
- 10:25Speaker 2: of it, the middleman pay some of it, and the
- 10:27Speaker 2: American company has to pay some of it. But if
- 10:29Speaker 2: you put a corporate tax, the American company pays it
- 10:33Speaker 2: all one hundred percent. So it's worse than a tariff.
- 10:37Speaker 2: It's the biggest tariff of all, a corporate tax. Crazy
- 10:40Speaker 2: mayor Mom Donnie is talking about we already have the
- 10:43Speaker 2: highest corporate tax right now, Crazy mayor Mom Donnie talking
- 10:46Speaker 2: about raising it.
- 10:48Speaker 4: You know, I think that the two clearest ways to
- 10:50Speaker 4: raise that money is through the raising of the state's
- 10:53Speaker 4: corporate tax. The mactions in New Jersey. I think that
- 10:55Speaker 4: a lot of this is still a case to be made,
- 10:57Speaker 4: whether it's the corporate tax or that's the personal income
- 10:59Speaker 4: tax on those who make more than a million dollars
- 11:01Speaker 4: a year or more. I think that these are the
- 11:03Speaker 4: clearest ways. I've also said that if there are other
- 11:05Speaker 4: ways to raise this funding, the most important fact is
- 11:08Speaker 4: that we fund it now.
- 11:11Speaker 2: If you do this corporate tax, every company has to
- 11:15Speaker 2: raise the price of everything to match the tax, So
- 11:18Speaker 2: all it does is the price goes up and a
- 11:21Speaker 2: lot of companies move out, so you'll actually, in the
- 11:24Speaker 2: end get less revenue increase the cost to everybody. Now,
- 11:27Speaker 2: you could explain this to mom Donnie all day and night,
- 11:30Speaker 2: and he's not gonna learn. He doesn't care. They don't
- 11:33Speaker 2: care that socialist, communist, democrat, left wing socialisty. It's all feelings.
- 11:39Speaker 2: They just feel it feels good, it sounds good, It
- 11:41Speaker 2: makes them feel good to do. It doesn't work, it
- 11:44Speaker 2: doesn't matter, it feels good. They they really enjoy doing
- 11:47Speaker 2: that just makes them feel better. Hey, you know, there's
- 11:51Speaker 2: an article in the New York Times about once in
- 11:53Speaker 2: a while they the New York Times is pretty bad
- 11:56Speaker 2: when it comes to news, it's just total fake news.
- 11:58Speaker 2: But they're not bad when it comes to the Louis's
- 11:59Speaker 2: Little lifestyle things. And they write a piece about how
- 12:03Speaker 2: many older people are moving from Florida back to New York.
- 12:08Speaker 2: A lot of them coming back to New York as
- 12:10Speaker 2: they get old. You know, it used to be when
- 12:13Speaker 2: you get really old, you got to go to Florida,
- 12:15Speaker 2: as Seinfeld said, that's the law. But a lot of
- 12:18Speaker 2: them getting real old, and the problem now. It was
- 12:22Speaker 2: different years ago. But now if you're living in Miami
- 12:24Speaker 2: or even Palm Beach or Bolkot, it's a big city
- 12:27Speaker 2: with gridlock, with traffic, with crime. Right back in New York,
- 12:32Speaker 2: it's a I mean, Miami is a traffic nightmare. There's
- 12:34Speaker 2: a crime all over the place in Miami. It's a problem.
- 12:40Speaker 2: So it's just like New York, except they don't have
- 12:42Speaker 2: the great doctors we have. They don't have all the
- 12:44Speaker 2: stuff we have. So there's a lot of older people
- 12:46Speaker 2: actually moving back to New York better health care, better
- 12:49Speaker 2: medical you know, all those people down there. When we
- 12:51Speaker 2: get really God forbid of a real medical problem, they
- 12:54Speaker 2: have to come running back to New York for a
- 12:56Speaker 2: real doctor. So you're starting see and it's happened before.
- 13:02Speaker 2: When Florida became the hottest place in the world in
- 13:04Speaker 2: the late fifties early sixties, no hotter place in America.
- 13:08Speaker 2: By the end of the decade, it was dead and
- 13:10Speaker 2: it became a ghetto. In Miami, same thing happened in
- 13:13Speaker 2: the eighties. It got revived when Miamivice came along. They
- 13:17Speaker 2: got hot again. Every people are all flocking to Miami.
- 13:21Speaker 2: By the end of the decade, it was a mess again,
- 13:24Speaker 2: a ghetto, completely bad all over again. So you may
- 13:27Speaker 2: see that happen again. By the end of this decade,
- 13:30Speaker 2: you might see an exodus start from Florida. Now the
- 13:33Speaker 2: difference is Palm Beach, sleepy little Palm Beach. It's filling
- 13:38Speaker 2: up with more restaurants, and right across is West Palm
- 13:40Speaker 2: Beach that is becoming a major city. The biggest, biggest,
- 13:44Speaker 2: biggest developers, Steve Roth related all those they're all down
- 13:48Speaker 2: there building skyscrapers, building, you know, the Hudson Yards. They're
- 13:52Speaker 2: building like fifty of those down there. There's going to
- 13:54Speaker 2: be tons of people moving in. They're talking about creating
- 13:58Speaker 2: a billionaire's row. This is West Palm Beach. Now, they're
- 14:02Speaker 2: making one huge mistake. They do this every so often,
- 14:05Speaker 2: though they did it in Austin, Texas. They do all
- 14:08Speaker 2: of this, but they forget to put in more roads.
- 14:12Speaker 2: So it's the same amount of roads with like a
- 14:14Speaker 2: million more people and a thousand more buildings, and all
- 14:17Speaker 2: of a sudden, it's gridlock everywhere. You can't move. Palm
- 14:20Speaker 2: Beach has the greatest airport because it's a little, tiny
- 14:24Speaker 2: air a little simple airport, they're doing all this without
- 14:27Speaker 2: doubling or tripling the size of the airport before they
- 14:29Speaker 2: do this. So Palm Beach, a lot of people are
- 14:31Speaker 2: worried is going to become a traffic nightmare West Palm Beach. Hey,
- 14:35Speaker 2: we'll take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one
- 14:39Speaker 2: zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two
- 14:42Speaker 2: one zero seven ten. Hey, make sure you follow me
- 14:46Speaker 2: on Instagram, Twitter, of course, but Instagram. It's Mark Simone
- 14:50Speaker 2: NYC at Instagram. A lot of pictures and stuff up there,
- 14:54Speaker 2: and we'll take some calls. Next eight hundred three two
- 14:57Speaker 2: one zero seven ten.
- 15:00Speaker 4: It's more Mark Mark Simone on seventeen.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Tell me you are Hey, let's take some eight hundred
- 15:08Speaker 2: three two one zero seven ten is the numbers. Go
- 15:11Speaker 2: to Jim in Arizona.
- 15:12Speaker 5: Jim, how you doing, Hey, Mark, Yeah, greetings from northern Arizona,
- 15:21Speaker 5: where I just met with my sister who's a super liberal,
- 15:26Speaker 5: and all I had to hear was that Trump was
- 15:30Speaker 5: bombing innocent Venezuelans, that the war had nothing to do
- 15:37Speaker 5: with our safety, and there's no help and there's nothing
- 15:42Speaker 5: that you can do for liberals except stay in Arizona
- 15:46Speaker 5: and not come to Boker with tomp Florida.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Well, tell her, Tell her to go to my Twitter.
- 15:52Speaker 2: There's a video clip up there where you'll see every
- 15:56Speaker 2: major figure of the Democratic Party, the Biden adminstration saying
- 16:00Speaker 2: Iran is an imminent threat. It's all cut together. This
- 16:04Speaker 2: is all her heroes saying Iran is nuclear it's an
- 16:07Speaker 2: imminent threat. We have to stop them. Tell her to
- 16:10Speaker 2: look at that.
- 16:10Speaker 6: I showed her.
- 16:11Speaker 5: I showed her the picture of the Venezuelan fishing boat
- 16:15Speaker 5: with the drugs on it, and she said, oh, I
- 16:19Speaker 5: never saw that, So what did I do? I changed
- 16:23Speaker 5: the subject.
- 16:24Speaker 2: That's a good idea because liberals have a great talent
- 16:26Speaker 2: for it. Three seconds after you're going forgetting everything, you said, well, Jim,
- 16:30Speaker 2: thanks for calling. Yeah, I remember they we were bombing
- 16:33Speaker 2: the drug boats. They said, it's just a fishing boat.
- 16:34Speaker 2: Then you looked at the picture of it. I never
- 16:37Speaker 2: saw a fishing boat like that with forty five big
- 16:41Speaker 2: oil drums on it and seventeen high speed outboard motors.
- 16:46Speaker 2: I never saw a fishing boat going on two hundred
- 16:48Speaker 2: miles an hour through the water in the middle of
- 16:50Speaker 2: the night. Let's go to Stuart in South Carolina, Stuart.
- 16:53Speaker 2: How you doing, hey, Mark? How are you?
- 16:56Speaker 5: You know?
- 16:56Speaker 7: I want to mention as far as Florida, You're absolutely
- 16:59Speaker 7: right in South Carolina, about forty five years out of
- 17:03Speaker 7: New York, over fifty from Levittown.
- 17:06Speaker 5: And what I'm finding is most.
- 17:08Speaker 7: Of these Floridians are New Yorkers, but they will never
- 17:12Speaker 7: go back to New York. They got tired of Florida,
- 17:14Speaker 7: as you said, but they're coming to South Carolina. And
- 17:18Speaker 7: we're the number one state with the most people moving
- 17:20Speaker 7: into it right now.
- 17:21Speaker 5: Unfortunately. I know, yeah, many many Floridians here in New.
- 17:26Speaker 2: York, and there are people coming back to New York.
- 17:28Speaker 2: Believe it or not. Check out the New York Times
- 17:30Speaker 2: article where they interview a lot of these people in.
- 17:32Speaker 5: New York Times.
- 17:33Speaker 6: I believe that one.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Well, that lifestyle stuff, they're pretty good.
- 17:39Speaker 7: I know, it's like eighty Yeah, it's been eighty five
- 17:42Speaker 7: degrees here.
- 17:42Speaker 6: It's been very nice, so it's.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Gonna be seventy tomorrow here. I'll take that. Yeah, thanks
- 17:47Speaker 2: for calling. Let's go to Rich in Myrtle Beach. Rich
- 17:50Speaker 2: How you doing hey?
- 17:51Speaker 6: Thanks? A couple of things, Mark number one Steward is right,
- 17:54Speaker 6: you got a lot of people moving down here and
- 17:56Speaker 6: here in Myrtle Beach of South Carolina. They've even changed
- 17:58Speaker 6: in name of the Independent line and the ballot to
- 18:02Speaker 6: the forward line. And we got some women down You
- 18:05Speaker 6: just look at him, you know, all the liberals, and
- 18:06Speaker 6: they're running on the forward line to move things forward.
- 18:10Speaker 6: They don't even have an independent line anymore. And then
- 18:12Speaker 6: the caller yesterday, that brought up a good point. If
- 18:15Speaker 6: we rely it used it, if we're oil independent, and
- 18:18Speaker 6: that WTI oil jumped the price like the rest of
- 18:22Speaker 6: the world did. That's pretty much price gouging and the
- 18:25Speaker 6: definition of price gouging when there's no need to do that.
- 18:27Speaker 6: Why is our gas going up when our oil hasn't
- 18:30Speaker 6: gone up. It's our own domestic oil.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Absolutely good point. Yeah, there was no reason to raise them.
- 18:35Speaker 2: We don't get any oil from the Straits of Horn Moose.
- 18:37Speaker 2: We don't use that oil. China uses it, India use it.
- 18:40Speaker 2: We don't use any of it. We don't need it.
- 18:43Speaker 2: The two kuinds of oil we use Brent crude comes
- 18:44Speaker 2: from the North Atlantic and WTI West Texas Intermediate, and
- 18:49Speaker 2: those WTI guys most of the oil we use this
- 18:52Speaker 2: from them, just deliberately raised the price. They saw a
- 18:55Speaker 2: price increase overseas, they'll raised the price. I'm sure a
- 18:59Speaker 2: few phone calls from because they dropped it back down
- 19:01Speaker 2: about five bucks a barrel yesterday. Let's go to Gary
- 19:06Speaker 2: in Long Island. Gary, how you doing by a mark?
- 19:09Speaker 8: It's scary.
- 19:10Speaker 5: I just want to bring on a couple of issues.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Yes, one was the.
- 19:17Speaker 8: You talk about tariffs, but you want some congestive pricing?
- 19:21Speaker 8: Is a is a way another way of calling tariffs.
- 19:26Speaker 8: And you know what we need to call, you know,
- 19:29Speaker 8: a spade a spade and say, you know it, start
- 19:32Speaker 8: making a mark about Oh that's a pun a shout
- 19:38Speaker 8: out that conestic pricing is just tariffs.
- 19:43Speaker 2: That's right. And where are you in Long Island?
- 19:46Speaker 8: That's piqua.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Oh very good, excellent.
- 19:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:51Speaker 8: So the other thing, the guy just talked about the
- 19:54Speaker 8: price of gas going up, Well, guess what, you know,
- 19:59Speaker 8: it's extra tack since they're getting summit. Figure it out.
- 20:02Speaker 2: Yeah, Now you know, when you see the price, how
- 20:04Speaker 2: come it's so high in New York? How come it's
- 20:06Speaker 2: so high in California? When you pay that whatever it is,
- 20:10Speaker 2: three dollars and fifty cents about four cents is going
- 20:13Speaker 2: to the oil company, about six cents is going to
- 20:16Speaker 2: the gas station, and the rest is all fees, taxes,
- 20:19Speaker 2: state taxes, local. So there's tons of gas tax on
- 20:24Speaker 2: all of that. One more, let's go to Trent in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Trent,
- 20:29Speaker 2: how you doing good?
- 20:31Speaker 5: And Mark?
- 20:31Speaker 2: How are you good? All right?
- 20:34Speaker 9: Maybe you can clear up some confusion on my part.
- 20:37Speaker 2: Go ahead, now, the.
- 20:38Speaker 9: FCC, the FCC can find you guys for using foul language.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Is that correct? Yes, depends how you use it. To
- 20:46Speaker 2: go ahead.
- 20:47Speaker 9: Well, also, you're telling me all these people, the NBC's
- 20:52Speaker 9: the NBCs are lying. Isn't that really appropriate? Inappropriate language?
- 20:59Speaker 9: I don't understand they can get away with that.
- 21:01Speaker 2: I have no idea what you're talking about. But as
- 21:03Speaker 2: long as you do, that's all that counts. You know,
- 21:05Speaker 2: they've actually loosened up that FCC stuff. You can actually
- 21:07Speaker 2: use foul language. Uh, if you put a disclaimer first,
- 21:11Speaker 2: you can use it after ten pm at night. It's
- 21:14Speaker 2: not as strict as it as it used to be. Hey,
- 21:17Speaker 2: when we come back, we'll talk to the great columnist,
- 21:19Speaker 2: the best selling author and coulter and lots to talk
- 21:22Speaker 2: to her about and we'll get to that in a moment.
- 21:24Speaker 2: On seven ten w o r.
- 21:27Speaker 4: Mister newjaw marximone, you're the best.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Seven ten woorow.
- 21:35Speaker 2: And Culter, the best selling author, the great columnist. You
- 21:38Speaker 2: can get all of her best selling books at Amazon.
- 21:41Speaker 2: You can follow her on Twitter. Great stuff there and
- 21:44Speaker 2: even better substack where she's got podcasts and interviews, the
- 21:47Speaker 2: column all sorts of stuff. Just go to andculterre dot
- 21:51Speaker 2: substack dot com and culture dot substack dot com and Culter.
- 21:57Speaker 10: How you doing, fantastic, Mark Simone.
- 22:01Speaker 2: I'm good. You haven't had to go through any airports
- 22:03Speaker 2: have you lately?
- 22:05Speaker 9: Uh?
- 22:05Speaker 10: No, not recently. I love just saying a lot of
- 22:08Speaker 10: ice agents and tell them to please get back on
- 22:10Speaker 10: the street and back to work.
- 22:12Speaker 2: Well yeah, because according to Bluementhal the Connecticut centers, they're
- 22:17Speaker 2: going to start shooting people in the airports and ripping
- 22:21Speaker 2: kids away from their families.
- 22:23Speaker 10: We haven't seen so apparently the lines are moving much
- 22:26Speaker 10: more smoothly. The flying public loves them, but I think
- 22:30Speaker 10: the flying public always love them. Liberals are just very
- 22:34Speaker 10: very loud. But Americans keep saying they want the mass deportations. Duh,
- 22:41Speaker 10: you know you just tweeted, I don't know if you
- 22:43Speaker 10: saw my retweet of you. Someone had put up Bocrats
- 22:48Speaker 10: are describing as their dream administration in the future and
- 22:54Speaker 10: Newsome as president and I don't know, AOC is vice
- 22:57Speaker 10: president Jasmine Cross Yeah okay, okay, yeah, that would be fantastic.
- 23:06Speaker 10: But the thing is that's perfectly plausible unless Trump gets
- 23:11Speaker 10: back to mass deportations and building the wall. This this
- 23:15Speaker 10: is the idea the Democrats long have long said it
- 23:19Speaker 10: out loud. This is how they're going to to achieve
- 23:24Speaker 10: total hegemony over America. I mean, look at, as I've
- 23:29Speaker 10: often said, California red. The state gave us Nixon and
- 23:33Speaker 10: Reagan no chance. Now we even had, not that long ago,
- 23:39Speaker 10: Republican senders and governors in New York State and and
- 23:44Speaker 10: of course the mayor of New York not flipped. They
- 23:49Speaker 10: have flipped state by state, which is why at this
- 23:52Speaker 10: point they're so focused on on Texas. It's the last
- 23:56Speaker 10: one they need. Now. It may not be Texas, but
- 24:00Speaker 10: they've they've flipped an awful lot of states. Oregon, Washington,
- 24:05Speaker 10: all these states used to give US Republican senators, and
- 24:09Speaker 10: of course the senators the makeup of Congress is a
- 24:11Speaker 10: reflection of how the people who happen to be loads
- 24:16Speaker 10: and loads of immigrants from authoritarian and left wing and
- 24:22Speaker 10: well not well fair dependent dependent, but they're now welfare
- 24:25Speaker 10: dependent people who will if they're not voting now, they
- 24:29Speaker 10: and their kids are going to start voting. It's coming.
- 24:32Speaker 10: It's a tidal wave. That's why immigration is the most
- 24:36Speaker 10: important issue. That horror show you posted that I think
- 24:40Speaker 10: is quite unrealistic next election. Although Newsome could be president,
- 24:46Speaker 10: don't I don't think that would be his cabinet. It's
- 24:50Speaker 10: very plausible before before the end of our lives and
- 24:54Speaker 10: thus in the lives of all the children and grandchildren.
- 25:00Speaker 2: The airport's the idea of the TSA patting you down
- 25:02Speaker 2: and all that. It's twenty five years after nine to eleven.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Do we really need to keep doing that anymore?
- 25:08Speaker 10: I'm glad you asked that. Oh Joon, no, no, no,
- 25:14Speaker 10: What is Trump doing? Why hasn't he gotten rid of
- 25:16Speaker 10: the TSA? Do they all vote for him? Is he
- 25:20Speaker 10: afraid that in one election cycle Republicans will lose their
- 25:23Speaker 10: vote votes? Maybe do it now because we're about to
- 25:25Speaker 10: be wiped out in the mid terms anyway, So who
- 25:27Speaker 10: cares no. As I've said before, every year they've started
- 25:32Speaker 10: hiding the results of their studies. But every year TSA
- 25:35Speaker 10: is put through a test, the government test, you know,
- 25:38Speaker 10: how are you guys doing, And they try to slip
- 25:41Speaker 10: all kinds of weapons through TSA missus ninety percent of them,
- 25:46Speaker 10: over and over and over again. And a few years
- 25:49Speaker 10: ago they said, okay, we're going to stop publicizing these
- 25:51Speaker 10: these studies. We're not releasing these to the public. Somebody
- 25:54Speaker 10: ought to do a Fourier request on that. So Number
- 25:57Speaker 10: one accomplishes absolutely nothing and tortures the flying public. I mean,
- 26:04Speaker 10: it used to be sort of pleasant to fly. It's
- 26:06Speaker 10: funny you watch these old movies were just you know,
- 26:08Speaker 10: walking and going straight from the car, walking onto the tarmac,
- 26:12Speaker 10: walking up on the plane. Let the airlines take care
- 26:16Speaker 10: of their own airport security. They who has the most
- 26:19Speaker 10: incentive to prevent an airplane from going down the airline.
- 26:26Speaker 10: If an airline is overtaken by terrorists, that'll be bad
- 26:31Speaker 10: for the bottom line. They will go out of business. Moreover,
- 26:35Speaker 10: as the TSA itself admits, they go looking for these threats.
- 26:39Speaker 10: Is anybody trying to take over an airplane? Of course
- 26:42Speaker 10: they aren't Mark Simone. Nine to eleven is a sucker
- 26:46Speaker 10: punch that works once. It works once. They couldn't even
- 26:49Speaker 10: get the fourth plane to complete its mission because once
- 26:52Speaker 10: people realize, oh, they're not hijacking the plane to take
- 26:56Speaker 10: us to Cuba and demand money and a getaway car.
- 27:00Speaker 10: Once they realized they're going to turn something that had
- 27:02Speaker 10: never been done before, turn a commercial airplane into a missile,
- 27:06Speaker 10: it can never be done again. It can only be
- 27:09Speaker 10: done as a surprise attack. Well haha, now we know
- 27:14Speaker 10: it's it's it's utterly Oh and by the way, who
- 27:18Speaker 10: has most incentives to make sure terrorists aren't getting on planes?
- 27:21Speaker 10: Something that is I think very little known, though I
- 27:24Speaker 10: keep screaming it from the rooftops. There was a gate agent,
- 27:27Speaker 10: I don't know. Maybe he was I don't know if
- 27:29Speaker 10: he was TSA. I think it was a gate agent
- 27:31Speaker 10: or he was taking tickets for the flights, the one
- 27:36Speaker 10: out of Boston on nine to eleven and the one
- 27:39Speaker 10: Muhammad Ada got on. And he later said he looked
- 27:42Speaker 10: at Muhammad Adda so he had no luggage, thought it
- 27:45Speaker 10: was the most evil looking person he had ever seen.
- 27:48Speaker 10: And he said to himself, if I've ever seen a terrorist.
- 27:53Speaker 10: This guy is a terrorist. But then he says, I
- 27:57Speaker 10: gave myself a politically correct slack and let them board
- 28:01Speaker 10: the plane. Do you think you'd get a promotion at
- 28:06Speaker 10: American Airlines or United No, I've had Oh yes, he
- 28:09Speaker 10: looked like a terrorist, but I let him through.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Wow. But for you, kids, today's.
- 28:14Speaker 10: Measuring us for no reason. Why is he not getting
- 28:16Speaker 10: rid of this?
- 28:17Speaker 6: Why?
- 28:17Speaker 9: Why?
- 28:18Speaker 8: Why?
- 28:18Speaker 2: Yeah? You figure kids today, twenty six years ago, you
- 28:21Speaker 2: could show up at the airport six minutes before the flight,
- 28:23Speaker 2: just wave your ticket and go right on the plane.
- 28:26Speaker 2: And remember shuttle to Boston. You didn't even need a ticket.
- 28:28Speaker 2: You could just jump on the plane and buy your
- 28:30Speaker 2: ticket on the plane. It's a different world back then.
- 28:35Speaker 2: So hey, that's crazy, Mayor, Mom, Donnie, you brought him up.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Wants to raise our taxes, corporate taxes. How come these
- 28:45Speaker 2: people can't figure out that this never works. You actually
- 28:48Speaker 2: get less revenue. They've tried it a billion times, fails
- 28:51Speaker 2: every time. Why don't they ever realize this?
- 28:55Speaker 10: That's a good question. I guess it's Yes, it's the
- 29:00Speaker 10: short term gain, and they figure somebody else is going
- 29:03Speaker 10: to have I mean, it's the same thing in Congress
- 29:05Speaker 10: just keeps spending, spending, build up this gigantic deficit. They
- 29:09Speaker 10: can buy their way to reelection and then you know,
- 29:12Speaker 10: the next administration can deal with it.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's just insane. Also, before we run out
- 29:18Speaker 2: of time, you've got another case of poor kid murdered
- 29:22Speaker 2: by an illegal. It gets absolutely no coverage anywhere. What
- 29:27Speaker 2: do we do about that?
- 29:30Speaker 10: It's really something Well, I think I think the American people,
- 29:34Speaker 10: the voters have done everything they can do. They've now
- 29:38Speaker 10: elected the guy who promised to build a war wall
- 29:41Speaker 10: and this last time promised I quote, mass deportations. What
- 29:46Speaker 10: else can people do? For med's sake? We elected a
- 29:50Speaker 10: lunatic reality TV show host promised to build a wall,
- 29:57Speaker 10: illegal lunatic.
- 30:00Speaker 2: And you can't call him a reality TV show host.
- 30:05Speaker 10: That was not what the Apprentice was.
- 30:07Speaker 2: That was like half a second out of a fifty
- 30:09Speaker 2: year career. That's I call him Ronald Reagan, just a
- 30:11Speaker 2: lifeguard who got elected.
- 30:13Speaker 10: Well, it was what he was most famous for.
- 30:15Speaker 2: No, it was, and he was famous before that.
- 30:18Speaker 6: He was.
- 30:20Speaker 2: You know, I asked the guy that created the Apprentice,
- 30:22Speaker 2: he came up with the format. I said, what made
- 30:24Speaker 2: you pick Trump? He said, well, we came up with
- 30:26Speaker 2: this idea, and then we said, who's the most famous
- 30:27Speaker 2: businessman in America? And it was Donald Trump. That's how
- 30:30Speaker 2: he got the show.
- 30:32Speaker 10: For bankruptcy.
- 30:34Speaker 2: He didn't have any bankruptcies. That was the he did not.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Those are the casinos and that was all of Atlantic
- 30:41Speaker 2: City went bankrupt. MGM had bankruptcy.
- 30:43Speaker 10: There a very unusual presidential candidate, much less president.
- 30:49Speaker 6: What got him elected, I'll give.
- 30:51Speaker 10: You that, the wall and the mass deportation force and
- 30:54Speaker 10: got him elected a second time.
- 30:56Speaker 1: He's it.
- 30:59Speaker 10: If if you want to if you want to not
- 31:04Speaker 10: have that administration you tweeted today, the only hope is
- 31:08Speaker 10: Searchum to keep his promises right.
- 31:10Speaker 2: He'll he'll get back to it. He'll get back to it.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Well you go, uh, you go wobbly on him. Sometimes
- 31:17Speaker 2: your forum you're against him. Your forum, you're against all.
- 31:19Speaker 10: Well, the clocks a chicken. You saw that a Democrat,
- 31:23Speaker 10: just one in special election is in his own district
- 31:27Speaker 10: in Palm Beach, a district he won by eleven points.
- 31:30Speaker 10: This bodes very poorly for the midterms. Oh my gosh,
- 31:34Speaker 10: the Iran war boots, boys, that is that is true.
- 31:37Speaker 2: You've got a good point there. Well, we're out of time,
