  You know, I was reflecting this morning on how far God has brought me,

  not just in my life, but in love.

  And I just kept hearing him whisper, this is the year of my best.

  And I believe that's not just for me, but for you too, sis.

  And depending on where you are in your journey, again,

  we're going to have to get into that at some point, because I believe that each

  of us are on a specific journey in a specific place where God needs us to be
• 1:21
  in order to get to where he wants to take us.

  Sis, I need you to hear me.

  God's heart for you has never changed. You've been through the cycles,
• 1:35
  the heartbreaks, the wrong relationships, the moments where you asked,

  God, why do I keep ending up here?

  And he saw every tear, every time you gave too much of yourself,
• 1:46
  every time you confused attention for affection, but here's what I've learned.

  You can't receive God's best while you're still entertaining what breaks you.

  Those cycles you keep circling through, they have to break, because what's waiting
• 2:02
  on the other side of your surrender is,
• 2:04
  everything you've prayed for. And I'm not just saying that lightly.

  I know what it feels like to wonder if it will ever happen for you,
• 2:13
  if true godly love even exists anymore.
• 2:17
  But sis, I'm sitting here as living proof that it does.
• 2:23
  Now, I won't share it all just yet, but I want to give you a little glimpse.

  After 10 years, yes, 10 years of celibacy and walking with God through a deep
• 2:35
  personal healing journey.
• 2:36
  You guys know this story about me. I've shared it often.

  He finally sent me a godly man.
• 2:44
  And when he came into my life, I didn't just run with emotions.
• 2:49
  I went straight to God in prayer. I said, Lord, if this is you, show me.
• 2:56
  And that same day, I went to go take care of one of my clients,

  and she had a deck of cards on her table called Promises from God for Women.

  Can you believe that? But oh my gosh, I was almost in awe of how God really

  can confirm things for us, you know?

  And on the back of it, it said, life is not measured by the number of breaths

  we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

  And let me tell you, my breath was taken away because I knew that that wait was over for me.

  And so I just want you to know that God has that for you too.

  All right. So stay patient.

  Stay expecting. God could show up any day, any day, depending on where you are in your journey.

  And again, we will get back. We will get into all of that.

  OK, so anyways, I took a picture of the card because I knew in my heart that

  was my sign that God had answered my prayer.

  And that was the moment I knew the wait was never wasted.

  So today on my birthday, I just want to pour this truth into you.

  Don't settle down.
• 4:48
  Don't circle the same mountain again. Don't give up right before your breakthrough.

  Because God's love for you is perfect.

  His plan for your heart is intentional. And His timing, even when it can feel like forever.

  But I'm going to tell you right now, His timing is always best.

  You don't have to chase what's already
