- 0:25Speaker 2: Hall ceremony, the awards, the whole thing, and we're going
- 0:28Speaker 2: to broadcast it live here on woor. So if you
- 0:33Speaker 2: I wouldn't go down there, it's going to be crazy.
- 0:35Speaker 2: It's gonna be it won't even be able to get close.
- 0:38Speaker 2: The part you want to hear is the awards, the speeches,

- 0:46Speaker 2: so be listening. Then let's go to Chris in Montreal. Chris,
- 0:51Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 0:53Speaker 3: I'm doing good?
- 0:53Speaker 2: Marks, how you doing good?
- 0:55Speaker 3: Oh?
- 0:55Speaker 2: This is Chris the pannikin. So you were in Manhattan?
- 0:57Speaker 4: What are you doing?
- 0:58Speaker 2: What are you doing in Montreal?
- 1:01Speaker 3: I'm visiting my girlfriend. She she lives here, so I
- 1:04Speaker 3: come three or four times a year.
- 1:05Speaker 2: And how do you end up dating a woman in Montreal.
- 1:08Speaker 3: Oh, it's complicated. She's Ukrainian. She was waiting for her
- 1:11Speaker 3: pogram this, Well, it's no, it's not trouble. I've been
- 1:17Speaker 3: with her for nine years. But you know, she couldn't
- 1:20Speaker 3: get a court date because of COVID. They kept pressing
- 1:22Speaker 3: back to court dates. And she had a son that
- 1:24Speaker 3: lived in Europe and she was losing him and they
- 1:26Speaker 3: wouldn't let her go visit him.
- 1:29Speaker 5: Leave.
- 1:29Speaker 2: Well, that's understandable. This is real trouble anyway.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Go ahead, Yeah, okay, who should we vote for? Like,
- 1:38Speaker 3: I'm a Republican, but years ago somebody told me to
- 1:41Speaker 3: register as a Democrat so I could control the lesser
- 1:43Speaker 3: of all the evils in New York since we're never
- 1:45Speaker 3: going to get a Republican and they're all just running
- 1:48Speaker 3: on Trump arrangement system syndrome instead, except for the Kennedy guy,
- 1:52Speaker 3: except for Slashburg. Yeah, well, everybody else is going to fight.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Who should we vote for? You know that was I
- 1:58Speaker 2: think it was Russia came up with that way back
- 1:59Speaker 2: when he called it operations. Yeah, and he said, you know,
- 2:03Speaker 2: go vote in the other primary there and screw them up.
- 2:05Speaker 2: But you can't vote.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Uh.
- 2:09Speaker 2: You know that Schlossberg, who's the son of Caroline Kennedy,
- 2:11Speaker 2: is a raging lunatic. But he enters the Democratic field
- 2:14Speaker 2: and compared to these guys, he looks normal, so he's
- 2:17Speaker 2: very likely to win. Now, Brad Lander is the Slausburg. Yeah,
- 2:22Speaker 2: he looks normal compared to these radical, crazy Democrats. But
- 2:27Speaker 2: I just don't vote for Brad Lander. He's the most awful,
- 2:30Speaker 2: despicable anti Semitic guy running anywhere. I wouldn't vote for him.
- 2:36Speaker 2: You really, there's really nothing you can do in the
- 2:38Speaker 2: democratic world. You know, the normal guys.
- 2:41Speaker 3: That's why I'm asking.
- 2:43Speaker 2: You know, Scott Stringer would look normal now, but he
- 2:46Speaker 2: has no place in this Uh. Hey, as long as
- 2:48Speaker 2: you're up there, tell me about Montreal. Is it a
- 2:50Speaker 2: nice place?
- 2:51Speaker 3: Is it as beautiful as Montreal is a wonderful place.
- 2:55Speaker 3: I mean it's beautiful. It's almost like Paris. They're a
- 2:56Speaker 3: little crazy with the French. They want everybody to speak
- 2:59Speaker 3: French here, but nobody really wants to. The food is fantastic.
- 3:02Speaker 3: I'm not even into food. I mean, I eat colise
- 3:05Speaker 3: I have to. But the food is delicious in every restaurant.
- 3:08Speaker 2: It really is one of their charms.
- 3:10Speaker 3: And the people are nice.
- 3:11Speaker 2: It's colder up there. What is the temperature now, like
- 3:13Speaker 2: fifty no?
- 3:13Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, it's actually it's warmer here today.
- 3:15Speaker 3: I think it's going to be it's gonna be like
- 3:17Speaker 3: seventy six today. Yeah, okay, and yeah, and it's very nice.
- 3:21Speaker 3: Montreal is very nice. There's McGill college here, there's lots
- 3:25Speaker 3: of museums. It's uh, it's beautiful.
- 3:27Speaker 2: All right, all right, it sounds good. All right, have
- 3:29Speaker 2: a good trip there. Thanks for calling, Chris. Hey, where
- 3:31Speaker 2: are the calls? Nobody's calling. That happened once a couple
- 3:35Speaker 2: of months ago. I don't know what that is. Eight
- 3:37Speaker 2: hundred three to two one zero seven ten. Is the
- 3:40Speaker 2: number eight hundred three to two one zero seven ten
- 3:44Speaker 2: when you go to another city, when you go to Montreal,
- 3:45Speaker 2: when you go to Paris, perely said, oh, the museums.
- 3:49Speaker 2: I would never go to a museum. I know they
- 3:51Speaker 2: got the Mona Lisa there, But once you're inside the museum,
- 3:55Speaker 2: you're not in Paris anymore. Every museum, you know, go
- 3:58Speaker 2: to the Metropolitan Museum here, it looks exactly the same
- 4:01Speaker 2: inside as the as the museum in Paris or anywhere.
- 4:06Speaker 2: It's like wherever you are in the world, going to McDonald's,
- 4:08Speaker 2: it tastes exactly the same, inexperienced the local culture. Once
- 4:12Speaker 2: you're inside the museum, or once you go inside the
- 4:16Speaker 2: Eiffel Tower and climb up there, you just with a
- 4:19Speaker 2: bunch of tourists, go go hang out with the French,
- 4:21Speaker 2: Go go do actual stuff French people would do instead
- 4:26Speaker 2: of that. But that's what people do anyway. Eight hundred
- 4:30Speaker 2: three to two one zero seven ten is the number. Hey,
- 4:34Speaker 2: there's Epstein News. We'll get to that coming up. Let's
- 4:38Speaker 2: go to Patrick. Let's go to Patrick.
- 4:42Speaker 4: How you doing, Hey, Mark, how are you good? I
- 4:45Speaker 4: spoke to you a while ago about getting you know,
- 4:47Speaker 4: you have great guests on about getting Michael Riedle back on.
- 4:50Speaker 3: Hi.
- 4:51Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, we should, we should, We should get him
- 4:53Speaker 2: back on. He's in Florida a lot. He's been taking
- 4:55Speaker 2: it easy, yep.
- 4:57Speaker 4: But he owns the point he was talking when he
- 4:59Speaker 4: used to you know, broadcast the morning show. He bought
- 5:02Speaker 4: his big apartment down in Lower Manhattan. He got married,
- 5:06Speaker 4: and I know he's got a commitment with like New
- 5:09Speaker 4: York City real estate.
- 5:10Speaker 2: All Right, it's a nice apartment. It's very nice. It's
- 5:12Speaker 2: not that when you say big. It's not like a
- 5:14Speaker 2: Ken Griffin kind of an apartment. But it's good. It's
- 5:16Speaker 2: very good. I think he had a nice apartment. I
- 5:18Speaker 2: think he bought the apartment next door and combined him.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Thanks for Colin. Let's go to Lloyd in Queen's Lloyd.
- 5:23Speaker 2: How you doing well?
- 5:25Speaker 5: First time? I'm on with the famous Mark Simone. I
- 5:28Speaker 5: missed you at the Talki's convention. Now what any wanted?
- 5:33Speaker 5: I said, I missed you at the Talkings convention last
- 5:35Speaker 5: week with Michael Harrison.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Nobody goes to that anymore. That's a thing of the past,
- 5:39Speaker 2: and the big thing is Barrett.
- 5:40Speaker 5: Now.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Last time I went to the Talkers convention was like
- 5:42Speaker 2: half in the parking lot. It's a kind of a
- 5:46Speaker 2: sad over with kind of thing. The new big one
- 5:49Speaker 2: is the Barrett Media Summit that's coming up June thirtieth,
- 5:53Speaker 2: July first July said, I think he can get I
- 5:55Speaker 2: mean you can buy tickets. I don't think you have
- 5:57Speaker 2: to be in the radio business. But it's every major
- 5:59Speaker 2: figure in talk radio all in one room. You just
- 6:02Speaker 2: go to Barrettmedia dot Com and it's in a big,
- 6:05Speaker 2: beautiful theater in the middle of Manhattan. But that's the
- 6:08Speaker 2: one you want to go to, That's the big one.
- 6:10Speaker 2: But what do you want to say, Lloyd?
- 6:13Speaker 5: Let me ask you about what the solution to the
- 6:15Speaker 5: problems we have in New York. Get how we gonna
- 6:18Speaker 5: have a solution. There are more problems than our solutions.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Well, yeah, that's true. Uh, well, at some point things
- 6:25Speaker 2: have to turn around. You have to get rid of
- 6:27Speaker 2: all these crazy uh mom Donny types, these antisemitic types.
- 6:33Speaker 2: You can get rid of all these anti you know,
- 6:36Speaker 2: anti police types. Hey, by the way, you know all
- 6:39Speaker 2: those people that were arrested at the terrible, awful violence
- 6:44Speaker 2: that occurred after the nixt victory, you know that burned
- 6:47Speaker 2: the bus and set it on fire, and all the rioters,
- 6:50Speaker 2: they've been arrested, the sixty three arrests. But some people
- 6:54Speaker 2: think that this crazy Alvin Bragg, crazy DA might not
- 6:58Speaker 2: actually prosecute any of them. You might just let him go.
- 7:01Speaker 2: So this is the kind of that you gotta get
- 7:02Speaker 2: rid of, Mom, Donnie, you guys, get rid of these
- 7:05Speaker 2: Alvin Bragg type crazy DA's Letitia James. He's got a
- 7:08Speaker 2: clean house. Go back to Ray Kelly type you know,
- 7:12Speaker 2: real law enforcement, that type of public official. Hey, when
- 7:16Speaker 2: we come back, Alan Zwibel, the great writer, producer, we'll
- 7:20Speaker 2: talk to him next on seven to ten wor
