After 20 years on the run, Rhode Island’s most wanted fugitive Ronald Fischer was finally caught—not on land, but out on the water, sailing his own boat, “The Silver Lining.” The U.S. Marshals and Coast Guard intercepted him off the New Jersey coast, ending his escape that began when he vanished during a rape trial in 2003.
