- 0:57SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of the podcast.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: I'm excited because we are diving into my biggest lessons from 2022.
- 1:08SPEAKER_00: Now, a lot of these things I kind of knew already, but that there are lessons that I really integrated this year and embodied on an even deeper level.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: And the deeper you can learn something, I mean it's always the better.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: That's what helps you grow and expand.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: And what I also want you guys to see is that I am constantly learning and expanding as well.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: I am not perfect from any means, and I'm taking you guys kind of along on that journey.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: So with that being said, I'm gonna dive into these lessons.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: They're probably gonna weave into each other.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go on some explanations, some rants, but I want you guys to kind of like learn from these lessons.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: They're all things that come up in like so many people's lives, but the deeper we can integrate them and really learn from them, then we'll stop kind of manifesting situations for us to really like embody them, you know what I mean?
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: So, with that being said, let us get into our or not our but my biggest lessons from 2022.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So, number one is that there is no such thing as loss.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: This was a big lesson for me in 2022, and probably that's why like number one is the number one thing I kind of like really learned and integrated was there is no such thing as loss.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: And if you haven't listened to my um stillbirth episode on kind of like my experience, go back and listen to that because I really experience um experience explain kind of the loss of my learnings there, but I'm gonna explain this more in terms of like a general thing with making like parallels to that.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: So there is no such thing as loss, is actually it sounds simple, but once you change the perception that there is any kind of loss that you are either missing out or something is bad or something is wrong or not as it should be, your mind expands in the most beautiful way.
- 3:05SPEAKER_00: So my ability to see that not really as a loss, and you know, I I talk about loss, and like I say loss in quotations because I really don't view it as a loss, and people were saying, you know, I'm sorry for your loss, and I'm I'm sorry for this, which I know was all like beautiful, genuine, and I appreciate it.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: But if there's one thing I I really wanted to say that everyone was like, This is not a loss, like this is to me, is like I don't want to say congratulations, but like I kind of look at it as definitely one of the best things that's ever happened to me.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: And I'm I'm sorry if that's kind of like triggering for you to hear, or like sorry, not sorry, because it's meant to expand you.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: But if you are able to, not in a spiritual bypass, like there's a cloud, like silver lined every cloud, like yes, but if you were to actually sit down and see that any perceived loss, quote unquote, there is just as much gain, there's just as much as what you receive, and if you can actually tap into that, you are going to feel so much less sadness and so much less loss.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: So, as with any kind of death, people always assume that there something is then gonna be missing from their lives, they're no longer going to experience that person's laughter, that person's energy, or that person's charisma, or you know, you're not gonna get to experience this.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: What I really want you to know, and like something that I really integrate and saw and went through, was that whatever you think you quote unquote lost actually turns up in your life pretty much immediately.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Pretty much as soon as you think there's a loss, it it manifests in another area, but it will come up.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: So, as much as that there was this quote unquote loss that I received, I also experienced so much overwhelming love, ecstasy, bliss, which I know can be really odd to explain, but it's only from feeling like the depths of the loss is the depth or kind of like the magnitude of the ecstasy and bliss.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: And so when I said that I felt bliss at the same time of you know the quote unquote loss, it's completely true, right?
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: And so when you are able to see that there's no such thing as loss, and there's actually, no matter what, not a gain in terms of the profitability, but a gain in terms of you actually receive the love that you think you're losing, you actually receive that person's you know, humor, you start having that humor, and I don't know, there's a co-worker that has that humor, or you meet a friend that has that humor, right?
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: There is no loss, and if you can get yourself out of that and start to become consciously aware and the perceptions of, you know, this is not bad, this is not wrong, this is exactly how it should be, and what you're actually gaining, everything in your life changes.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: And I really think that's one of the things that allowed me to really dissolve and transmute my quote unquote loss so rapidly and so quickly is that.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: Stop labeling something as bad or wrong or as a loss and start looking at it from a different lens and different perspective.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Not bypassing, but just where did this turn up for me so we can get to a point of like neutrality, and then from neutrality, love, and bliss.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: So that's lesson number one is that there's truly no such thing as loss.
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: Number two, biggest lesson that I integrated on an even deeper level this year, and again, the deeper we integrate our lessons, the more we can expand, is time is the most precious thing.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: I know we all hear this, like time is the most precious thing we have, blah blah blah.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: But it takes actually a lot of embodiment work to actually embody this.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And think about like a we always think about you know, maybe money being the most precious thing, or like you know, what would it cost us, but the time that we lose from not doing something is actually so much more precious.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: And if I can even relate this back to my lesson number one, is that if I had spent more time in loss, I would have missed out, or I would have like that.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: Is more precious in terms of dissolving that so I can get back to feeling good than staying that for a longer period of time.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: Or, you know, not such an intense example, the time that I the cleaners come and clean my house for two hours, you know, I get back so much more time that's precious.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: Like, time is the most precious commodity that we have, both on a micro and macro scale.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: And so, like, while I had cleaners before 2022, like I learned early on, like that was a big I know my time is valuable, but I integrated this on a deeper level when it comes to how can I really free up even more of my time, and where am I spending time on things, not necessarily from a lack or scarcity, but from a this is not required of me or from a should.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: Oftentimes we spend so much time doing things because we feel like we should or we need to, and that's often not the case.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: And while time is like you can manipulate time, you can bend time, I'm all for that, and I practice that.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: It is still like it's a lot harder to bend and manipulate time than just free up more of your time, right?
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: So, really thinking about where do I need where am I wasting kind of my time based on shoulds, and how can I free up more of my life because time is the most precious thing we have, and really start to evaluate and like what is sucking most of my time that's not rejuvenating, and where do I need to clean things up?
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: I'm always kind of like refining and cleaning things up, whether it's cleaning up how I spend time in my business, you know, how I spend time with the dog, with my fiance, like all of these things, but also what's worth my time and what's not, whether that's a task, unfortunately, whether that is a certain person in your life, it doesn't matter.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Time is the most precious thing you have, and if you can be really strict and not strict from a rigidity way, but really like protective of your time, oh my god, that is gonna be make a night and day in your life.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: Alright, number three.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: If you think it's not possible, get help.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: That's my big which again, I know, like I've been investing in myself for years now, but I'm gonna tell you the story of this year that I was just reflecting on, and I was like, wow, like that's crazy.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: So I hired when I turned 30 years old at the end of last year, my birthday's in December.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: When I turned 30 years old, I decided that 2022 was gonna be the year that I got strong.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: You know, I've always been like, I wasn't like not fit by any means.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: I've been, you know, going to the gym since I was 13.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: Like I was active, moving my body, doing Pilates, etc.
- 9:59SPEAKER_00: But I wanted to become strong partly because as you age as a woman, muscle mass is one of the most like important indicators for health.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: And while I was quote unquote fit and healthy, I didn't necessarily have a lot of strength behind my muscles in terms of like being able to like squat a lot or leg press a lot, or you know, uh like my arm strength, my upper body strength.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: So that's one of my focus that I wanted to have.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: So I hired a trainer.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: And this even goes back to the time is the most precious thing.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: I could waste time trying to figure out how to do it myself, how to get strong, how to look up YouTube videos or this workout, or I could hire someone who's an expert in this to get help to help me not only do it correctly and to save time versus doing the wrong things.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: And what I'm gonna add into this is that I decided, I used to think that, like, oh, you know, this is a certain physique I have, and I never was down to myself, but I was just more just like, oh, like this is just what working out does to me.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: Then I realized I was just you know, working out slash training wrong most of my life.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: And don't get me wrong, I said like I was not unhealthy by any means, but what she did was she really opened me up because I saw her as a possibility of like what the strength I could have, you know, the physical physical fitness or like physique I could have.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: So I just wanted to let you guys know that glow level one is now open.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: This is my foundational signature program.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: I have been running it for years, and this is exactly what you need to heal your trauma, rewire your nervous system, step into your feminine energy, and recode your whole body.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: There are over 12 hours of live trauma healing calls with me, plus time for QA.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: You get a one-on-one session with me where you get your own personalized treatment plan, and there's a telegram group where you can ask me anything in between sessions.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Honestly, this level of access to me is a game changer, and you get access to both the portal of Well Nourished and Goddess Activation.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna be covering everything from gut health, perfectionism, people pleasing, PMS, fertility, hormones, acne, eczema, I mean you name it, all your physical symptoms are covered.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: Plus, we do the deep emotional work, so that is sticking.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: So if you feel like you have tried everything and nothing works, it's a sign you need to do the deep emotional work.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: I also only run this program two times a year, so you're not gonna want to wait till the fall, start healing out, and let 2023 really be the year that you heal your nervous system.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: This truly covers it all physical, emotional, mental health.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: Everything is inside, everything is covered, and we get to the root.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: So I am so excited to see you inside.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: The link is down below, and you can either email me or DM me any questions that you have.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: Now back to the episode.
- 12:49SPEAKER_00: And I remember texting her, being like, I never thought I could look this way.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: I was like, I was just doing it wrong.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm so glad I hired you.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: Like, this was like a month into me.
- 12:58SPEAKER_00: Like, I didn't know this.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: I was just like, what I was following was not tailored or personal enough to me, and she was able to get in, saved me time, honestly.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: Like, which time to me is more precious than money, saved me time, I get her expertise, and she showed me what was possible for me.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, like, I didn't know how to bridge that gap in myself with fitness, right?
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: I didn't know how to get I knew kind of like what I wanted to build for myself, but I didn't know how to get there.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: I know through all the minds at work that I have, like anything is possible.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Like, I know I can get strong, I know I can, you know, whatever, have these like what glutes or whatever you want to call it, I know it's possible.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: So I got help.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: We're actually coming up on like I think in like two weeks, it's gonna be like our one-year one-year anniversary with my trainer, and I'm like, I'm not stopping here because she shows me what's possible and she tells me how to get there.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: So if you think it's not possible, go get help from someone who's doing it.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Whether that's a personal trainer, whether that's like someone for your money mindset, someone for your health, I don't know, relationship coach, what I don't, doesn't matter.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Whatever it is, go get help from someone who's actually doing it.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: And I really learned and integrated that lesson.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: I was like, huh.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: Like I knew this before, but I was applying it in a different way to my life.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Like I knew this, like I've always gotten help with my business and getting mentorship.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: I done that in like 2020, 2021, but 2022 was the way I integrated this lesson on a level that wasn't just business, of like, oh, like body-wise and physique-wise and fitness-wise, and it changed the game, and it just really shows you how you're always integrating lessons on like different areas of your life and into a higher level.
- 14:37SPEAKER_00: And like I said, I've practiced her so many times, being like, I didn't know this was possible.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: Working out three times a week, I will add.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: So that's again going back to even like lesson number two of time being precious.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: I was wasting five days a week, and not wasting, it's like you know, it's still good for your body deploys, whatever, five days a week, an hour workout, and um have more physical fitness now than I did then working out like an hour work three times a week, right?
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: And so it's just like it's crazy, but it's only possible because she showed me how to get there, right?
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: So if you don't think it's possible, get help is lesson number three.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: Lesson number four, again, integrating this again on a deeper level, everything is tied to your nervous system.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: Everything, everything, like, and I knew this for the health-wise, but like this is even you know how my relationship blossomed this um this year, like my wealth has expanded, all of this, everything is tied to your nervous system.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: And so when you're thinking about the different areas of your life, really think about like how is your nervous system responding, and it is a reflection of your nervous system.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: And so, in order for those areas to expand, in order for those areas to grow, you have to look at where your nervous system is tied in.
- 15:55SPEAKER_00: And especially like I used to be extremely anxiously attached.
- 15:59SPEAKER_00: Like, I when I think back, I'm like, oh, I kind of cringe, we're kind of like, Oh, poor Liv was kind of really wounded, glad we did the work.
- 16:05SPEAKER_00: Very clingy, very anxiously attached, and like I know the reason I have the relationship I do now is because I healed my nervous system from being anxiously attached, and I wouldn't have that if I didn't heal my nervous system.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: So, like, I feel like before you know 2022, I integrated like the nervous system when it comes to wealth, like in terms of like you know, money mindset, when it comes to business, health, but like all the work that I did in terms of my nervous system before this year for my relationship allowed my relationship to blossom this year, and it was like wow! Like, I'm looking back, I am so glad that I integrated this this year, and I'm able to like reap the rewards and the benefits and really see how your nervous system is tied into all of your relationships.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Lesson number five you can heal trauma fast.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: So healing can take time, but healing doesn't have to necessarily take a long time.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: And what I was able to really see in 2022 is that you can heal things quite quickly, it does not actually have to take years, it all depends on like how much you are willing to heal and how fast you're willing to go.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: And so you don't have to, you know, be.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: I'm always a proponent of like if it's taking years to heal your trauma, we we gotta get into that.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: But you can dissolve things quite fast, you know.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: And again, I think I've shared this before.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: I think I even said this in my last episode or the episode before this.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: When you're trying to bring about your desires, you're trying to manifest your desires, you don't always simply receive them, you receive the experiences, lessons, and personal power that is required to hold it.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: And so really looking at you can heal things quite quickly if you allow yourself to, and I really saw this year of like, oh wow, like where, and this is not like in any kind of shame, there is there's no shame in this, but I was able to, you know, really dissolve our loss quite quickly.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: And while I know, like sometimes people can struggle for months and or years with it, and up, I'm not discounting that it's heavy, I'm not discounting that it's a lot.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: What I am saying is that it is possible for you to heal and you don't have to be stuck in it, and that's something that I really integrate, which I always knew, but I felt like not that I manifested it, but the universe was really like showing me like I had to bring all my tools and like everything that I say and I appreciate is like oh wow, I integrate this on it on a deep level.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Not that it gave me credibility even more, but like in a way where it showed me of like, oh wow, yeah, the trauma healing, like what I do really works.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: And it if it can work for like you know, loss of a child, then it can work for pretty much anything, and it really allowed me to see the importance of the work I do, the depth of the work I do, and how the right tools and strategies can be life-changing for people where they don't have to suffer for months or years on end.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: So that was definitely a lesson that I really integrated, and I felt like I had to go through the experience myself, and it almost like you know, really threw me into the deep end, if you will, in order to do that.
- 19:17SPEAKER_00: Lesson number six from 2022 constantly refine your boundaries.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Constantly, and that's a lesson of like life is always changing, always evolving.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to constantly refine your boundaries day to day, hour to hour for what you need and what's kind of best for you.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: And you need to do this.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: So just because you had a boundary at one point doesn't mean that you need to stick to that boundary or like that's what's working for you going forward.
- 19:50SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to either loosen that boundary or get more strict with it or whatever it is, but constantly refining your boundaries for what you need is key, and this is something that I definitely like really learned in integrated 2022 day to day, hour to hour, of constantly refining the boundaries of like what is what I need, what is best suiting me right now, and what is required for my energy capacity.
- 20:18SPEAKER_00: And this is really about giving yourself the permission to do so versus operating from should through this.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: Oh, I shouldn't set this boundary, oh I should do this.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: No, allow yourself, like, oh, you know, I said I would, but now it's like not working.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: Refine it and give yourself the permission to constantly refine it because if you don't, it's actually gonna cost you more in the long run.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: Which also brings me to like we'll do a little lesson 6.5, is when you are like, don't be afraid to set boundaries for the people based on how they treat you, or when they if they're not responding how you need them to respond, or they can't, do not be afraid to set boundaries or set expectations for how you know you want people to behave in your life.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: I was watching um oh what was it of My Unorthodox Life, which if you guys haven't watched, I really like it on Netflix.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: I really want to read uh Julia Hart's new book, or maybe it's not that new now, but like in the in the show, the book was coming out.
- 21:18SPEAKER_00: It's called Brazen.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna put it on like my Amazon list to read.
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: I think Julie Hart's such an inspiring woman.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Her story is so magnificent.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: So definitely either oh, I'll read the book and let you guys know if that's good, but then watch my unorthodox life because I think she's so inspiring.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Anyway, she's going through this whole, and this won't be a spoiler because this was in the tabloids and everything, but she's going through this like major divorce.
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: We see it from the first episode.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: And one thing she really, you know, a lesson that she had to learn was when things got tough, who was there for her and you know, who really stuck by her side.
- 21:49SPEAKER_00: And I feel like this was also like a 6.5 lesson that I learned from this year is like people will show you their true colors, and it's up to you to.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Decide whether that's okay for you or not.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: And that's not right or wrong, and that person is not necessarily right or wrong.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: If people will show you, and you either, all right, this person is not for me in my life anymore, or you had that expectation of like this is how Karen behaves, and like I'm either okay with that or I'm not.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: But a lesson I feel like I really integrated was like, how you know, did people show up for me when I was quote unquote going through things?
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: You know, who are the people I can trust?
- 22:27SPEAKER_00: Who was there, you know, supporting me, etc.
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: And so you can't once people show you after that, you can't actually fault them.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: The only fault, again, not from shame, is for yourself.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: When people show you who they are, it's up to you to decide whether that's okay for you, what expectations you have in your relationships, and then where does that need to shift and where do boundaries need to be put in or not put in?
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: But really the lesson comes down to you in terms of learning this person has showed me this is how they behave in these situations.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Am I okay with it?
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Am I not?
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: And then setting boundaries accordingly.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: Major, major lesson.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: Again, the first time, like it's it's not your fault at all if they do it again, it's based on whether the boundaries that you set.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: Which brings me to the last big lesson that I want to kind of jump on is that perfection is not required.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: And I feel like I like I knew this before, but I really, really integrated this on a on a deeper level kind of in 2022.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: Especially, I think when I really learned this was it was the month of June, and I was so nauseous all the time because it's my first trimester, and I was like, I was either on a client call or I was laying horizontally like in the couch in the bed.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: Like it was it was a rough time, all right.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: But what it really taught me was that like I don't need to be perfect or things don't need to be perfect in order for I want to say like good things to happen or my business to be successful, and I feel like the lesson I learned going through that was like, alright, I'm not actually able to work as much.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: I am only showing up for things I absolutely like need to for like my client calls, and other than that, like if it's not absolutely required, like I, you know, need to take that time to be not just on the couch or watch TV because that's all I could do.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: But it's no coincidence that I had my highest cash month in my business up until that date during that month, and I was like, wow, this is really a lesson of like perfection is not required, and we can do, you know, it's real don't get me wrong, it's important to have routines, things that keep you quote unquote high vibe, keep your energy well, keep your power well.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: Yes, there's an element of that, but if you are in a point where like, well, I'm not high vibe, so I can't attract love in, or I'm not perfectly high vibe today, so I can't make money, or I'm not perfectly like it's the perfection, right?
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: That's what I want to stress is that perfection is not required for you to receive love, money, abundance, it doesn't matter.
- 25:01SPEAKER_00: And that's something that I really integrated.
- 25:03SPEAKER_00: I was like, uh, I feel like garbage a lot of the time, but I still like receive massively, and that was something that I feel like I integrated on a whole new level when it comes to perfection, and you know, you don't have to be perfect high five all the time, still do the routines that like you know keep you good because if you if you're stuck in that, then like that's not gonna be good, also.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: But don't put the perfection on yourself.
- 25:29SPEAKER_00: The key here is like perfection is not required.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: Do things to maintain, do things that you know serve your energy.
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: Like, I know you guys, if you haven't listened to my morning routine episode, listen to that one.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: But I know you know, going on my walks, listening to my motivating, whether it's a podcast or on one of my activations from glow level two, or you know, like my meditation, my going into my cost of records, like I know all those things are serving to me, but they're also not necessarily required, quote unquote, where I, if I'm not feeling perfectly high five 24-7, which is not maintainable, that there's something wrong.
- 26:07SPEAKER_00: Or if I'm feeling, if I'm going through sadness, that I can't also, you know, be successful in my business, or if I'm dealing with this, like there is no extremes like that.
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: Perfection is not required, it doesn't matter in area, any area of your life.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: Do what you can to serve you, but then know that you don't need to be perfect all the time in order to build the dream life, the dream business, and all of that.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: Because honestly, it's just not doable.
- 26:31SPEAKER_00: You're not gonna feel perfect all the time, and there's almost like there's beauty in the imperfection, but if you can't if you have the rule and you have the structure in your mind that like I can only make money if, or I can only be happy if, or I need to be X, Y, Z in order to receive, then you're blocking out the magic that can still come in during those times where you're not quote unquote feeling high vibe or you're feeling things.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: And what I will also note here is the importance of when you're not feeling high vibe, the reason I think people believe, oh, I'm feeling sad, so then if I'm not feeling perfectly like abundant and grateful and loving, then I can't.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: It's not the emotion of like the sad or the anger, the frustration, or the grief, or whatever it is that pushes things away, it's being stuck and ruminating in it.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: So it's because you're not moving through it and alchemizing it and transmuting it that it keeps you quote unquote stuck or it blocks you or whatever it is.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: It's the fact that you're remaining stuck or you're remaining in it and you're not moving through it that I think people get the misconception about you know, high vibe versus emotions.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: It's when the emotions get stuck in your body, you're not healing them, and then they start to manifest physically, and then those things.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: That's the big difference that I really want to drive home.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: It's important to identify where are you being stuck in your emotions versus like okay, do I need to take time today to just you know move through my sadness, alchemize it, transmute it, feel the emotions, nurse that inner girl, whatever it is that is required, so that I can move through that.
- 27:59SPEAKER_00: So those are my biggest lessons from 2022.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: I hope you guys learned something.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: I hope you guys learn these lessons faster than I do.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: Maybe not.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: Either way, it's perfect.
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: Um, but really like take these because I think they're applicable to like almost anyone in like their life, and really like if you can learn again from my not even mistakes, but if you can learn from my lessons, um it's gonna be fantastic.
- 28:26SPEAKER_00: So with that being said, I will see you guys in the next episode.
