Days of our Lives spoilers show that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) could be on his deathbed during the week of October 26 through 30. Monday opens with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) jumping into action after her ex-husband takes a bullet for her from George O'Halloran (Michael Rose).
