Today we talk about making marriages succeed by removing all distractions and plan B options. 1 Kings 19:21 tells us the story of Elijah and Elisha. Elisha had 12 yoke of oxen and he ended up killing them and burning all he had. This would have been a lot of money. This would have taken some time to go home and get his affairs in order.
