Welcome to The eX-Files, a Beyond Buffering podcast where hosts Jenny Owen Youngs and Kristin Russo cover The X-Files one episode at a time, spoiler free.

Producer LaToya Ferguson gives this episode a scary ranking of 1.25/5 Trained…
