- 0:02Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Meloncamps at camera. Jedge.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Welcome to Two Teas in a Pod with myself, Teddy
- 0:16Speaker 1: Meloncamp and special co host joining me today, Cynthia Bailey. Hi, Hi,
- 0:23Speaker 1: Teddy Bear, I've missed you. What's going on? Oh? What's
- 0:28Speaker 1: going on? I'm actually here in Atlanta at Lake Bailey.
- 0:33Speaker 1: It looks beautiful back there. Okay, well, this is just
- 0:36Speaker 1: my background for myself. But you know, but that you
- 0:40Speaker 1: can tell when my background right, it's nice about you
- 0:43Speaker 1: can tell by the background. Sometimes I'll like interview somebody
- 0:46Speaker 1: and it's just like the white wall and you're like,
- 0:48Speaker 1: m hmm. Yeah, No, I definitely have a good background.
- 0:52Speaker 1: But yeah, I'm here at the lake. I am actually
- 0:54Speaker 1: in town because my mom was recently diagnosed with brisk cancer.
- 1:00Speaker 1: But but the good news is she's going to be okay. Um,
- 1:04Speaker 1: she is having surgery on Monday, and we caught it
- 1:08Speaker 1: early stage one. Ladies get those mammograms, That's how we
- 1:13Speaker 1: caught it. And I cannot encourage you guys enough. So
- 1:16Speaker 1: I'm so grateful that she's gonna be okay. But I'm
- 1:19Speaker 1: here with her. I'll be here until the surgery is over.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Does it run in your family at all? Or it doesn't.
- 1:25Speaker 1: It doesn't. This is like the first thing we've heard
- 1:28Speaker 1: of it in our family. So that was surprising. So
- 1:31Speaker 1: I'm due for my own mammogram, so I'm going to
- 1:33Speaker 1: set that up me too. And have you done a
- 1:36Speaker 1: colon oscopy? I did? I did that last year, okay,
- 1:39Speaker 1: because they told me they changed that age. They want
- 1:42Speaker 1: people to get colin oscarpy part or five. So if
- 1:45Speaker 1: you guys are listening, it's time. Absolutely take care of yourself.
- 1:50Speaker 1: People like honestly, um, if COVID taught us nothing else,
- 1:54Speaker 1: help is a huge priority. All right? Uh? And how
- 1:58Speaker 1: is your mom and good spirits? Or is she she is? Now?
- 2:02Speaker 1: She is? Now? You know. The way it works is hetty.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Once the mamogram comes back showing that there's cancer, they
- 2:10Speaker 1: don't just call you right away and say, girl, this
- 2:12Speaker 1: is what's up. It's only stage one. You're gonna be okay,
- 2:14Speaker 1: this is what you have to go through. They make
- 2:16Speaker 1: you wait. You have to have an appointment, and then
- 2:20Speaker 1: you know, people fly in like we all live in
- 2:22Speaker 1: to be there for the appointment, and then you know,
- 2:26Speaker 1: and all that time, of course, all you think about
- 2:28Speaker 1: is the worst case scenario, you know. So she was
- 2:31Speaker 1: really like, mentally, it was really difficult for her to
- 2:34Speaker 1: wait that week and a half to actually go and
- 2:36Speaker 1: sit in front of the ten people that actually gave
- 2:39Speaker 1: us the news that it was that at stage one
- 2:42Speaker 1: and that she won't have to do chemo any of
- 2:45Speaker 1: those things and they should be able to get it
- 2:47Speaker 1: out successfully with with surgery. So she's in good, great
- 2:51Speaker 1: spirits now and actually posted about it. And I wasn't
- 2:53Speaker 1: going to post about it because it just was like,
- 2:56Speaker 1: you know, it's just home. But then I thought about
- 3:00Speaker 1: how they caught it, the whole Mammograham thing. I said,
- 3:02Speaker 1: you know what this is, you know what I feel like,
- 3:06Speaker 1: it's always good to use your real life experiences to
- 3:09Speaker 1: just really share real things on Instagram. Yeah, because if not,
- 3:13Speaker 1: you always think it's this happened to so and so,
- 3:16Speaker 1: it doesn't mean it's gonna happen to me. And I
- 3:18Speaker 1: I recently shared something about, you know, I had melanoma,
- 3:22Speaker 1: but it ended up being instant um. But then they
- 3:25Speaker 1: told me I had to go get my lymph nodes checked.
- 3:28Speaker 1: And the first doctor told me, you know, it's very
- 3:32Speaker 1: rare that it's going to be in your lymphoes what
- 3:35Speaker 1: you have to do it, and I ended up I
- 3:36Speaker 1: have severe anxiety when it comes to certain type of
- 3:40Speaker 1: doctor's appointments, Like it just is post something and people
- 3:44Speaker 1: are like, why did you post about this? And I'm like,
- 3:46Speaker 1: because a lot of people really do struggle with this
- 3:49Speaker 1: similar thing where I put it off so many times
- 3:51Speaker 1: that honestly, the woman who ran the front desk at
- 3:54Speaker 1: the oncologist was like, Teddy, if you were scheduled one
- 3:58Speaker 1: more time, we won't schedule with you again. And it
- 4:00Speaker 1: took that like level of accountability for me to be like, okay,
- 4:04Speaker 1: I'll be there at two thirty, Like it was no
- 4:07Speaker 1: for sure, and I think we all are guilty of
- 4:09Speaker 1: doing that, you know what I mean. I mean I
- 4:11Speaker 1: didn't run towards my colonoscopy. I mean I kind of
- 4:13Speaker 1: waited until I couldn't wait, and then I was like, okay,
- 4:15Speaker 1: I have to do this already. But I think the
- 4:17Speaker 1: great thing about posting about it, and I love that
- 4:20Speaker 1: you are so transparent with your posting about like all
- 4:23Speaker 1: of you know, your health issues, anything that you're doing.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I know you posted about your chin thing, like I
- 4:28Speaker 1: love all I would just have to be. If not,
- 4:31Speaker 1: I feel like a fraud. Like I'm like I have
- 4:33Speaker 1: to and and that's about and the ugly absolutely, And
- 4:36Speaker 1: the great thing is what lipped at my mom's spirits
- 4:39Speaker 1: up the most, you know, was the fact that she
- 4:42Speaker 1: got so much level on Instagram. If I you know,
- 4:44Speaker 1: shared that, you know, this is what was happening. Go
- 4:46Speaker 1: get your mammograms. And it was like, oh my god,
- 4:48Speaker 1: you know we're praying for you know what or whatever,
- 4:50Speaker 1: and you know, you know my mom. She's on Instagram.
- 4:56Speaker 1: I don't you know the older people on the Graham
- 4:58Speaker 1: so you know she's going it through and she's like
- 5:00Speaker 1: getting all this love and it really mentally actually lifted
- 5:03Speaker 1: her up. So I think I want to say thank
- 5:04Speaker 1: you to everyone to sit my mom love on Instagram.
- 5:06Speaker 1: If I did that post, oh I love that, and
- 5:08Speaker 1: we'll be thinking about her as she had and she's
- 5:11Speaker 1: so blessed to have you there with her, you know.
- 5:15Speaker 1: So that's what I had to shut it down and
- 5:18Speaker 1: get my butt on a plane. Um, you know, made
- 5:21Speaker 1: that call to my agent and my manager and said, listen,
- 5:24Speaker 1: I have one mom. Yeah I have to be here
- 5:27Speaker 1: for this. Yeah, be here with her for this. Um,
- 5:30Speaker 1: throughout the whole process, and you know, it worked out
- 5:34Speaker 1: where I was able to actually work and do things
- 5:35Speaker 1: like this from Atlanta right now and I head back
- 5:39Speaker 1: to l A probably in the next week. But it
- 5:42Speaker 1: worked out, and I'm really glad that I'm here. Feels
- 5:44Speaker 1: good to be here with her. And how hot is
- 5:46Speaker 1: it in Atlanta right now? So I'm four hours from
- 5:48Speaker 1: the I grew up four hours from Atlanta, and I
- 5:51Speaker 1: know that in South Carolina in August one thousand degrees hot,
- 6:00Speaker 1: Atlanta is very appropriately name. Okay, it's hot to sail here,
- 6:05Speaker 1: like you got so, Like I find myself sometimes complaining
- 6:08Speaker 1: and l I I'm like, oh it's hot today, I'm like, no, No,
- 6:11Speaker 1: in South Carolina, I would take a breath and I
- 6:13Speaker 1: wouldn't be able to breathe in the air because that's
- 6:16Speaker 1: so human. Yeah, I know it's crazy, but anyway, Um, yeah,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I'm excited to be here, so excited for Tamera going
- 6:23Speaker 1: back to I know, do you watch Orange County at all?
- 6:27Speaker 1: You know what, honestly, I just at this point watch
- 6:31Speaker 1: the clips. I just wait for the juicy bits to
- 6:33Speaker 1: hit my timeline, and you know, I try to keep
- 6:36Speaker 1: up in that way. Okay, you watching my last night,
- 6:39Speaker 1: you sent me a clip, your your team sent me
- 6:40Speaker 1: a clip, and I did watch the last episode of Dubai,
- 6:44Speaker 1: so I got so lucky you. Dubai has been a
- 6:46Speaker 1: little bit of a doozy for us to cover. Yeah,
- 6:50Speaker 1: so I we'll we'll get to the bay in a second. First,
- 6:52Speaker 1: first we have Instagram questions, okay, which you know you're
- 6:56Speaker 1: just Tamrolis is like coming, so I'm like, I can't
- 7:00Speaker 1: I just go in and hold on, like have a Seagram.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Let's go all right, let's go something like fun Instagram questions. Okay, Cynthia,
- 7:11Speaker 1: so good to see I love that this is from
- 7:13Speaker 1: the persons, So good to see you. First off, we
- 7:17Speaker 1: must talk about Teresa's wedding. How was it and what
- 7:22Speaker 1: was your initial reaction to her hair? Okay, our wedding
- 7:37Speaker 1: was beautiful. It was my first Italian wedding. I've never
- 7:42Speaker 1: seen so much food in my life. Like, honestly, if
- 7:45Speaker 1: there was anything I could say bad, if I could
- 7:48Speaker 1: see something bad, was it was too much damn food.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I mean there was food everywhere, and then it had
- 7:54Speaker 1: then there had the audacity to be a shake check
- 7:57Speaker 1: foods up when we left the wedding sitting down in
- 7:59Speaker 1: the parking lot. I'm like, are you kidding me? Like
- 8:01Speaker 1: she had ever any kind of food you can name.
- 8:03Speaker 1: I just have never been to wedding where there was
- 8:06Speaker 1: so much food, and you know me, I'm like, I
- 8:07Speaker 1: want to taste everything. So yeah, I spent a lot
- 8:10Speaker 1: of time eating. But the wedding was absolutely beautiful. I'm
- 8:12Speaker 1: so excited for Teresa Louie, Um, Teresa's hair, you know
- 8:16Speaker 1: what I was kind of here for. You know, she's
- 8:19Speaker 1: you know Teresa, Like, she's the kind of girl when
- 8:21Speaker 1: she goes big, she goes big, So why should her
- 8:23Speaker 1: wedding here be any different, you know what I mean?
- 8:25Speaker 1: I thought she looked like a princess. She looked so happy.
- 8:28Speaker 1: Louie looked great, like I love their love. And you know,
- 8:31Speaker 1: Teresa and I couldn't connected on the Ultimate Girl's Trip.
- 8:34Speaker 1: She was my favorite. She was the one that I
- 8:36Speaker 1: was actually super excited to get to meet because I
- 8:39Speaker 1: felt like, you know how it is on on on
- 8:42Speaker 1: these housewife shows. I mean, she's been through a lot,
- 8:44Speaker 1: and you know it's really hard, like the things that
- 8:46Speaker 1: I've even had to share in my real life, even
- 8:49Speaker 1: marriage force like all the ups and downs, the peaks
- 8:51Speaker 1: and valleys, all that stuff, like to go through what
- 8:53Speaker 1: she went through and going prison, and I was like, whoa,
- 8:58Speaker 1: I got to meet this woman. She is like to
- 9:01Speaker 1: come back queen and she as she was the queen.
- 9:03Speaker 1: And I'm excited that, you know, we became, we maintained
- 9:06Speaker 1: our friendship, you know outside of you know, Ultimate Girls trip.
- 9:10Speaker 1: And did you get a chance to talk with Louis
- 9:13Speaker 1: at all? Do you think he gets a bad rap?
- 9:16Speaker 1: Do you think he's just about like self help and
- 9:18Speaker 1: it's not all the other stuff or I like Louie,
- 9:22Speaker 1: I actually Theresa, Louis. We're in l a for um
- 9:27Speaker 1: the MTV Awards. I saw them there. Yeah, for flipping
- 9:33Speaker 1: like dramatic or flipping the table. I don't know what
- 9:35Speaker 1: it was an award. I don't even know if she
- 9:37Speaker 1: wanted it not. But anyway, anyway, long story short, she
- 9:41Speaker 1: reached out and the four of us, myself, Louie, Theresa,
- 9:45Speaker 1: Mike had um couple's dinner at Crustacean actually and uh
- 9:51Speaker 1: we had a great time. And what I and what
- 9:53Speaker 1: I loved was or didn't really expect per se. First
- 9:56Speaker 1: of all, it was my first time you get Louis
- 9:57Speaker 1: in person, love him this man, I don't know what
- 10:01Speaker 1: everyone else is seeing. And I think I'm a good
- 10:03Speaker 1: judge of character and I can read people's energy. I
- 10:06Speaker 1: love him for her. I thought he was just such
- 10:09Speaker 1: a great guy, like so nice, so kind, so sweet.
- 10:12Speaker 1: He and Mike hit it off, like they just organically
- 10:15Speaker 1: hit it all. You know, Mike has a mental wellness platform.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Louis always talking about mental wellness, so they both kind
- 10:21Speaker 1: of connected on that level. And to be honest, you know,
- 10:24Speaker 1: they have their own little relationship now. Um, I think
- 10:27Speaker 1: Mike Mike talked to Louis Morton. Was Mike at the wedding?
- 10:30Speaker 1: Mike was not at the wedding. He was working in Vegas.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Because I was like, I didn't see those pictures that
- 10:35Speaker 1: that wouldn't wouldn't make sensitive. All that happened right around
- 10:38Speaker 1: when I found out about my mom, so I hadn't
- 10:41Speaker 1: I haven't even really posted any wedding man. Yeah, but
- 10:44Speaker 1: I don't have much of them. And you know, took
- 10:46Speaker 1: a bunch of pictures together. Then did any of the
- 10:50Speaker 1: Bravo Loves act up at the wedding? Was anyone really? Like? No, no, no, no,
- 10:55Speaker 1: everyone was good. Everyone was good. I got to see
- 10:59Speaker 1: Kenya uh Um, Ashley Derby, um Chanelle Ian was there.
- 11:06Speaker 1: But hold on, why was Chanelle not dressed over the time.
- 11:08Speaker 1: I've never seen her not dressed over the top. And
- 11:11Speaker 1: then she's like, I mean she looked beautiful. She was
- 11:13Speaker 1: like in a stunning suit or whatever. But I was like,
- 11:15Speaker 1: hold on, where the feathers usually brings it, she didn't
- 11:19Speaker 1: brings it like she usually isn't like never not in
- 11:21Speaker 1: a ball game. But you know what's so crazy because
- 11:23Speaker 1: she texted me the morning up and she was like,
- 11:25Speaker 1: you know, trying to figure out, like I don't think
- 11:27Speaker 1: she had all her stuff together. That is what I
- 11:29Speaker 1: said to Tam. Dad always has their sound like you.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I bet it was the last minute invite and she
- 11:35Speaker 1: didn't have it. Absolutely. She was trying to figure out
- 11:38Speaker 1: like she was like in Jersey somewhere she can have
- 11:41Speaker 1: her clothes. It was something going on with her clothes.
- 11:43Speaker 1: So but I thought like she was calling me to
- 11:47Speaker 1: just you know how people say they don't have anything
- 11:49Speaker 1: to wear and then you should you show up and
- 11:51Speaker 1: then they have like aliaga like down on, and I'm like, okay,
- 11:55Speaker 1: She's probably like down it, but she's really gonna show
- 11:58Speaker 1: like for her something like she doesn't everything you wear.
- 12:00Speaker 1: It means that at the very least she'll have on
- 12:02Speaker 1: you know. But by the way, it really bugs me
- 12:04Speaker 1: when people do that, Like earlier today you text me
- 12:07Speaker 1: like are you are you gonna be glad for the thing?
- 12:09Speaker 1: I'm like, absolutely not. It's Big Brother style. I'm casual.
- 12:12Speaker 1: But if I would have shown up in full like
- 12:14Speaker 1: there are housewives that do that, they're like, oh no,
- 12:17Speaker 1: it's casual. And then you get there and you're like
- 12:19Speaker 1: when I have to admit now, I did receive your
- 12:24Speaker 1: text and I'm like, okay, casual. So I was like
- 12:26Speaker 1: a Big Brother house I'm like, what does that mean? Okay,
- 12:28Speaker 1: switch shirt my CB bow or switch shirt okay, And
- 12:31Speaker 1: I was like, okay, let me dim my hair. And
- 12:33Speaker 1: then I was like, okay, I did a little light
- 12:35Speaker 1: makeup because at the end of the day, it's you know,
- 12:37Speaker 1: this will get out and be seen. But you're capable
- 12:40Speaker 1: of doing that. You I am not. You did my
- 12:43Speaker 1: eyelashes all a Big Brother Like any time we had
- 12:47Speaker 1: something where like it wasn't two am and they were
- 12:49Speaker 1: waking us up to do it. Confessional. I'd be like Cynthia, help,
- 12:53Speaker 1: I know, I know, I did your makeup. I did
- 12:56Speaker 1: your Oh my god, I did your makeup. Then when
- 13:00Speaker 1: I left, Oh my god, you never looked more beautiful.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I'll just say that, I mean, you really pulled out
- 13:06Speaker 1: all the stops for me. I tried. Did I tell
- 13:09Speaker 1: you that I saw Lamar the other day at our
- 13:14Speaker 1: local steakhouse? I like, walking out, I'm with Kyle and
- 13:18Speaker 1: we're eating dinner at like five thirty, which she eats
- 13:21Speaker 1: dinner at five thirty unless she's like us. And we
- 13:25Speaker 1: walk out and Lamar walks in and he goes Terry,
- 13:28Speaker 1: is that you? I'm like, tern Lar. Well, you know,
- 13:34Speaker 1: Lamar was the most confused person in the house. It
- 13:36Speaker 1: doesn't surprise me that he actually doesn't remember your name.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I actually haven't seen him, but you know, I've seen Todd. Todd,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and I just reason you did celebrity beach celebrity beef,
- 13:46Speaker 1: which it's your fault that I ended up having a
- 13:49Speaker 1: beat with him in the first place. And you know this,
- 13:51Speaker 1: you know, you realize they never showed my beef at all.
- 13:55Speaker 1: No one saw the beef was me and Todd. You know,
- 13:57Speaker 1: they didn't show it. No, I didn't realize that. So
- 14:01Speaker 1: the day that Todd and I had beef was the
- 14:04Speaker 1: day that Chris Kirkpatrick had COPE. Well, he didn't have COVID.
- 14:08Speaker 1: He got a COPE, a positive COVID test. So they
- 14:12Speaker 1: cut the live feeds. And then that was the day
- 14:15Speaker 1: that Todd Bridges and I got in an argument. What
- 14:18Speaker 1: did you guys get into an argument about? I forgot um.
- 14:22Speaker 1: He kept calling me crazy, and I said, when the
- 14:25Speaker 1: live feeds back up, call me anything other than crazy.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I am crazy, like but crazy now isn't a word
- 14:33Speaker 1: that I can You can just use as as Willie.
- 14:37Speaker 1: You know, it's as open as as he wants. And
- 14:40Speaker 1: if it makes you uncomfortable and you say that it does,
- 14:42Speaker 1: then you know that just has to be respect. And
- 14:44Speaker 1: it really pissed him off. But I can't say this.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Since then, he has apologized. He went out of his
- 14:51Speaker 1: way to apologize. At the finale, he came up to
- 14:54Speaker 1: me and apologize, Like, I think he has a good
- 14:56Speaker 1: heart and I think that house is a sure cooker. Oh,
- 15:02Speaker 1: like you were gone by the time he and I
- 15:04Speaker 1: blew up, and it was crazy. It was what was
- 15:07Speaker 1: all about? Well, I'm so glad you asked. I was
- 15:12Speaker 1: about the fact that I voted for you. Remember he
- 15:15Speaker 1: got put up on the block last mental right, but
- 15:18Speaker 1: he was never supposed to be on the block. But anyway,
- 15:21Speaker 1: the bottom line is he was not a part of
- 15:23Speaker 1: my alliance. You were part of my alliance. I had
- 15:26Speaker 1: given you my word that I was gonna vote for you.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I am a woman of my word. Okay, I am
- 15:32Speaker 1: so last minute and Todd was like, my you know,
- 15:34Speaker 1: I was starting to, you know, have a good relationship
- 15:36Speaker 1: with Todd, and you know, he was like my card's buddy,
- 15:39Speaker 1: my spades buddy, like we were. We were good. Never
- 15:42Speaker 1: by the way, I beat both y'all at spades, just
- 15:44Speaker 1: in case you forgotten you did. You did. But anyway,
- 15:49Speaker 1: long story short, basically, you know, when he when he
- 15:53Speaker 1: you know, all of a sudden, was on the block,
- 15:55Speaker 1: it was like, okay, but in my mind, it's like
- 15:58Speaker 1: I'm still voting for my Aligns team Teddy Mailingcamp. So anyway,
- 16:03Speaker 1: I voted for you. And then after you left, he
- 16:06Speaker 1: just was like in his feelings about it, and he
- 16:08Speaker 1: was like, I can't believe you didn't vote for me.
- 16:09Speaker 1: And I thought he was like kidding. I'm like, dude,
- 16:12Speaker 1: we're not even on the stage. But he was also
- 16:14Speaker 1: mad that I said that you were a better chef
- 16:17Speaker 1: than him, but he hadn't cooked for us. No, he hadn't.
- 16:23Speaker 1: But okay, so now I need to know. Yeah, like
- 16:27Speaker 1: lots happened after you left, and he did end up
- 16:29Speaker 1: end up cooking a lot, and he is actually a
- 16:30Speaker 1: really really amazing cook to be honest. Although I did
- 16:33Speaker 1: beat him on Celebrity Beef, but you did. I did.
- 16:37Speaker 1: I did, But it was like, you know, you know
- 16:39Speaker 1: how I go. It started off looking really bad. I
- 16:43Speaker 1: was like I'm done, I'm done, and then um, you know,
- 16:47Speaker 1: in the end, like his chicken wasn't really totally cooked.
- 16:50Speaker 1: It was like a lot of things that where Joe
- 16:52Speaker 1: had to give it to me of course as well,
- 16:55Speaker 1: like tots food tasted amazing. I tasted it, but my
- 16:57Speaker 1: pre presentation everything it's like on point. So I mean,
- 17:01Speaker 1: it's not like I want anything great. They gave me
- 17:04Speaker 1: like a bootleg trophy from like some motor sports piece
- 17:07Speaker 1: of be like I don't even I think Joe like
- 17:10Speaker 1: founded in his basement. But anyway, the great news is
- 17:12Speaker 1: Todd and I talk all the time. Now we're like
- 17:14Speaker 1: great friends. I love him. He saw so much weight.
- 17:17Speaker 1: Have you seen how much weights? I know he really
- 17:19Speaker 1: is lovely. I just think that inside that house everybelt
- 17:24Speaker 1: the most aggression and the most paranoid we could ever be,
- 17:28Speaker 1: for sure, for sure, which is why I almost don't
- 17:30Speaker 1: even count it. I'm like, how somebody asked me, and
- 17:33Speaker 1: I now now I need to ask you. Somebody asked me,
- 17:35Speaker 1: if you were asked to go back on Celebrity All
- 17:38Speaker 1: Star Big Brother, would you do it? And I was like, listen,
- 17:42Speaker 1: I say, I never say never about almost anything, And
- 17:45Speaker 1: that's a note for me. Now, yeah, I don't know.
- 17:51Speaker 1: I think that's a one off. I think once you've
- 17:53Speaker 1: done it. And then for me, I was in there
- 17:55Speaker 1: so long that I'm really pretty sure that I mean,
- 17:59Speaker 1: I don't know what they would happen. I mean, even
- 18:01Speaker 1: eighteen days seemed like eighteen years for me. I can't
- 18:07Speaker 1: even even the day that I left, even though I
- 18:09Speaker 1: was sad when it first happened. Once I got home,
- 18:11Speaker 1: I was like, why was I Why was I fighting
- 18:13Speaker 1: so hard to be in here? Like I know, people
- 18:16Speaker 1: need to know about you. If you guys don't know
- 18:18Speaker 1: this about Teddy. Teddy is very competitive, loves a good competition.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Like she literally rose like a freaking phoenix with the
- 18:28Speaker 1: first competition. She like she was hanging out, and this
- 18:30Speaker 1: is why they had to get her butt out of there,
- 18:32Speaker 1: because she was a huge You are and I've after
- 18:36Speaker 1: competing with you and other things, Okay, you don't mess
- 18:39Speaker 1: a red all right. They were smart to get your
- 18:42Speaker 1: butt out as soon as possible because you could have
- 18:44Speaker 1: won what you could have won. Well, I was never
- 18:48Speaker 1: a threat. I've never had blood on my hands. I
- 18:50Speaker 1: never wanted any competitions Like I've literally skated through just
- 18:54Speaker 1: being a what did they call you? You were considered
- 18:57Speaker 1: a floater? Yeah? What you floating it your way almost
- 19:00Speaker 1: to the very end, which is insane. And I kept thinking,
- 19:04Speaker 1: you know, by the time all of you guys left,
- 19:06Speaker 1: especially Carson, I was like, okay, I honestly can go now,
- 19:12Speaker 1: you know what I mean. It's like, you know, my
- 19:14Speaker 1: alliance is gone. It's like me and a whole another
- 19:16Speaker 1: alliance that we put so much energy and trying to
- 19:18Speaker 1: take down the whole time. So you know, it got
- 19:21Speaker 1: a little uncomfortable for me. But well, now, speaking of alliances,
- 19:25Speaker 1: what's the update with Kenya because we saw that there
- 19:28Speaker 1: was a picture posting. Now we I can't just get
- 19:30Speaker 1: work good. I need more information because when you're on
- 19:33Speaker 1: Watch What Happens Live, you guys haven't really talked, but
- 19:36Speaker 1: now there's this picture out there. So okay. So I
- 19:39Speaker 1: saw Kenya at the wedding that mind you we do
- 19:42Speaker 1: you know, you know, text back and forth that she
- 19:46Speaker 1: needs something. I'm always here for Kenya. That love is
- 19:48Speaker 1: always going going to be there, no matter what the
- 19:50Speaker 1: dynamic of the friendship is, It's just always going to
- 19:52Speaker 1: be there. So we, you know, reconnect at the wedding.
- 19:56Speaker 1: It's like all good whenever I see her, like really
- 20:00Speaker 1: really honestly is and um, you know, there's communication. We
- 20:04Speaker 1: just are not as close as we used to be,
- 20:06Speaker 1: which I think it's okay. I think friendships go up
- 20:08Speaker 1: and down and have levels. Like King is not the
- 20:10Speaker 1: only friend that I have that I've gone through things with.
- 20:13Speaker 1: It's just the only one that I have to talk
- 20:14Speaker 1: about all the time. You know, first it was needy
- 20:20Speaker 1: and then they finally left me a lot about our
- 20:21Speaker 1: friendship and they're like they're fine. But the fact that
- 20:24Speaker 1: I wish Nannie, well, I'm going to always wish Nanie well.
- 20:27Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, I just texted her the
- 20:28Speaker 1: other day because it was Greg's birthday to say, hey, um,
- 20:32Speaker 1: just love I knew It's Greg's birthday today. And she
- 20:34Speaker 1: texted me back immediately and said thank you. It was
- 20:37Speaker 1: a tough day blah blah blah blah blah, Like I'm
- 20:39Speaker 1: always gonna be that girl and that friend, Like the
- 20:41Speaker 1: love never leaves for me. The friendship may change, but
- 20:43Speaker 1: the love is always, you know, here from me. So
- 20:46Speaker 1: you know I love Kenya. And are you watching Atlanta
- 20:49Speaker 1: at all? I'm watching the clips. I am watching the clips. Okay,
- 20:53Speaker 1: So are you team Marlowe or team Kenya? You know what?
- 20:57Speaker 1: I am team? Right? Um? I feel like and I
- 21:01Speaker 1: have this conversation with marlow I know marlow has a
- 21:05Speaker 1: good heart, and I know she has good intentions, but
- 21:08Speaker 1: she basically and I hope she did well at the
- 21:11Speaker 1: reunion thoughts at articulating getting her point across whatever it
- 21:18Speaker 1: is that she's upset about. Like I feel like all
- 21:22Speaker 1: these other things happen where it's just not super clear
- 21:26Speaker 1: with about an intial start repeating herself saying the same thing,
- 21:30Speaker 1: like even if it's somebody's names. She'd be like Kenya, Kenya, Kenya,
- 21:33Speaker 1: and then you're like, whoa, why are you? Why are
- 21:35Speaker 1: we doing this? I think, don't watch back this season.
- 21:38Speaker 1: You know, hopefully she'll be, you know, back next season.
- 21:40Speaker 1: I think, you know, she'll watch back this season and
- 21:44Speaker 1: learn how to navigate a little bit more effectively, especially
- 21:50Speaker 1: in terms of just more effective communication with the issues
- 21:54Speaker 1: that she's having with anyone. Um, we all have issues. Okay,
- 21:57Speaker 1: I'm not saying that she's not entitled to her feelings.
- 22:00Speaker 1: What I'm saying is, um, she just has to do
- 22:03Speaker 1: a better job of getting it across to us as
- 22:07Speaker 1: I'm a you know, a spectator now myself, but what
- 22:11Speaker 1: the actual problem really is and and trying to get
- 22:14Speaker 1: on the other side of it. So and then how
- 22:16Speaker 1: do you think Sonia is doing as a rookie? I
- 22:18Speaker 1: like Sonia. I do like Sonia. I think Sonia is
- 22:22Speaker 1: a nice lady. I have not met her, but she
- 22:24Speaker 1: did reach out to me. She slid in my d
- 22:27Speaker 1: M s and you know I like that. I like
- 22:29Speaker 1: that she did by Yeah, a couple of ladies have
- 22:31Speaker 1: That's how I met Um. Well, I know we'll get
- 22:33Speaker 1: to to buy. But I met Lisa and Chanelle the
- 22:36Speaker 1: same way. We're out in my d MS. They actually
- 22:38Speaker 1: had Davy Quain just call me and said, you know,
- 22:41Speaker 1: I love that Dave is the answer between the bye
- 22:45Speaker 1: ladies want to meet you. And I was like, really, like,
- 22:48Speaker 1: you know, it's so funny what you know. I'm I'm
- 22:50Speaker 1: so disconnected from the show, to be honest, that I
- 22:54Speaker 1: forget like the other housewife, especially New Housewives. Even I
- 22:58Speaker 1: know it sounds crazy, like even know me, I guess.
- 23:01Speaker 1: So I'm like, really want me why I'm not even
- 23:04Speaker 1: on the show anymore. A lot of years my people
- 23:09Speaker 1: to care about you or whatever. But I've been getting
- 23:12Speaker 1: love left and right. So I actually hung out with
- 23:15Speaker 1: um Lisa and Shanelle the night before the reunion. I
- 23:19Speaker 1: didn't even know it was the night before the reunion.
- 23:21Speaker 1: I just happened to be in New York, to be
- 23:22Speaker 1: in New York doing some press stuff, watching What Happens
- 23:25Speaker 1: Live in a bunch of stuff. And we had dinner
- 23:27Speaker 1: and they were, you know, gearing up and you know,
- 23:29Speaker 1: for it all. And I hope I'm sure they did well.
- 23:33Speaker 1: If you had to READO your Real Housewives Girls trip cast,
- 23:39Speaker 1: who would be on it? Okay, so that again if
- 23:42Speaker 1: you had to read I know, I had to say
- 23:45Speaker 1: it again with you, Cynthia, and it's like, hold on,
- 23:47Speaker 1: it's a game. This is a competition. Okay, you had
- 23:51Speaker 1: to redo your Real Housewives of Girls Trip cast? Who
- 23:55Speaker 1: would be on it? Okay? Um? Who the whole cast?
- 24:00Speaker 1: You can pick four? Let's just pick four people, okay, Um,
- 24:04Speaker 1: Karen Huger Okay, Potomac, Um, Candy Bars from Atlanta. I
- 24:15Speaker 1: have questions about Candy when we get after Um who else? Um,
- 24:23Speaker 1: Laura Larsa Pippin from It Went from Miami and Kenny
- 24:29Speaker 1: Mellencamp from Beverly h You're so cute. Okay, So this
- 24:33Speaker 1: is my question about Candy. We had her on the pod,
- 24:37Speaker 1: and I'm obsessed with Candy this season on Atlanta. Like
- 24:40Speaker 1: I mean, I'm obsessed to her in general. But she's
- 24:41Speaker 1: so funny, so like it just says all the right things.
- 24:44Speaker 1: All her confessionals are so great. When she was on
- 24:46Speaker 1: the pod, she was pretty reserved. And somebody asked me
- 24:49Speaker 1: if me and Tama have ever gotten a fight, And
- 24:51Speaker 1: the only fight Tama and I've ever gotten on was
- 24:54Speaker 1: about Candy. Really, what was the fight about because after
- 24:58Speaker 1: the podcast was over her Like during the podcast, Tamra
- 25:03Speaker 1: could tell that Candy wasn't gonna answer anything like like
- 25:06Speaker 1: Candy's like season House Life, so she wasn't gonna answer
- 25:09Speaker 1: pretty much anything that wasn't already shown, and I kind
- 25:12Speaker 1: of kept pushing her and then Tamra goes, you don't
- 25:16Speaker 1: have to answer any of these questions, and so after
- 25:18Speaker 1: it was over, I was like, Tamra, don't you get
- 25:20Speaker 1: like blah blah blah, Like we got into it. Our
- 25:23Speaker 1: first fight was over Candy for us, But now I'm like,
- 25:25Speaker 1: I want to have her back on after the reunion
- 25:28Speaker 1: when she can give us a little bit more action. Well,
- 25:30Speaker 1: I will say this about Candy, who was my girl,
- 25:32Speaker 1: who is my friend, who adore You know, Candy could
- 25:35Speaker 1: be a little guarded for sure. It took me at
- 25:37Speaker 1: least five seasons to convince myself that Candy actually liked me.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Like I would be like, do you like me? And
- 25:45Speaker 1: of course I'm like, I'm like, you know, like you
- 25:46Speaker 1: like But she's like, I'm just like that. I'm just
- 25:48Speaker 1: like that with everyone. So she can be a little guarded.
- 25:50Speaker 1: But also, you know, this isn't our first Rodio. You know, Okay,
- 25:54Speaker 1: so the guarded nous was normal. It wasn't us just
- 25:57Speaker 1: for no reason. But you know what I have to
- 26:00Speaker 1: because I've seen other interviews where she really like you
- 26:02Speaker 1: got to push the right buttons with Candy, because I've
- 26:05Speaker 1: seen her go ham and interviews as well, like just
- 26:08Speaker 1: get really emotional and just put it on out there.
- 26:12Speaker 1: You know. I think we caught her at the beginning
- 26:14Speaker 1: of the season. It was not the right time. And
- 26:17Speaker 1: then one last question before we take a little break,
- 26:19Speaker 1: and then we'll come back and talk about Tobias on
- 26:22Speaker 1: watch what happens. I've you alluded that you had a
- 26:25Speaker 1: phone call with Andy regarding you leaving the show. Details.
- 26:31Speaker 1: I did have a phone call, and for sure, but
- 26:34Speaker 1: I have a good relationship with Andy. I you know,
- 26:37Speaker 1: was this after you talked to production and they said
- 26:40Speaker 1: you weren't coming back or did he call you first?
- 26:42Speaker 1: This was Oh wow, I think it was my phone call.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I think I had spoken to production and we had
- 26:51Speaker 1: talked about me coming back as a friend, and which
- 26:55Speaker 1: I was thinking about, by the way, which you know,
- 26:58Speaker 1: would you still go back as a friend? I think
- 27:02Speaker 1: I go back as a friend before I would go
- 27:03Speaker 1: back as a housewife. Would you go on to real
- 27:05Speaker 1: Housewives of Beverly Hills, because I've been seeing that everywhere.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I don't know why that keeps being everywhere because I
- 27:10Speaker 1: keep shutting it. But you live out here now, I know,
- 27:12Speaker 1: I know, I know. But that doesn't necessarily cerrely mean
- 27:16Speaker 1: that I want to join the Beverly Hills Housewives. So
- 27:19Speaker 1: to just be clear with that for once and for all,
- 27:21Speaker 1: I'm not opposed to it at some point when it
- 27:25Speaker 1: makes sense for my life. I just feel like I
- 27:28Speaker 1: literally just left Atlanta, it's not even been a year,
- 27:30Speaker 1: and then I went right into Girls Trip, and then
- 27:32Speaker 1: that was a bunch of housewives, So I haven't really
- 27:34Speaker 1: had um a breaker of pause or whatever it's called
- 27:37Speaker 1: called at this point. Like just for me personally, I
- 27:42Speaker 1: would definitely entertain the idea of going over to Beverly
- 27:49Speaker 1: Hills as a friend. I just I'm not over Atlanta, yeah,
- 27:53Speaker 1: because I pretty much live in l l A now. Yeah,
- 27:57Speaker 1: I would, and I feel like I've done Atlanta it's
- 27:59Speaker 1: been eleven years now. I'm not saying I would never
- 28:01Speaker 1: ever go back either. One. I would be open as
- 28:03Speaker 1: a friend. I'm not interested in going back to any
- 28:06Speaker 1: housewife franchise. Okay, and right, you're just saying you would
- 28:11Speaker 1: be you're you're more open to that. Okay, I'll take
- 28:13Speaker 1: that as an answer. I'm at a point now in
- 28:16Speaker 1: my life where I feel like I've shared so much
- 28:18Speaker 1: in my life. I want, um, I'm enjoying my privacy
- 28:24Speaker 1: with with my life at this point in my life.
- 28:26Speaker 1: But you're willing to go in and stir it up
- 28:28Speaker 1: a little bit as a friend. Mr Trips, Yeah, I
- 28:32Speaker 1: go and eat the delicious dinners and go to the
- 28:35Speaker 1: fun parties and hang out with those ladies, and you know,
- 28:38Speaker 1: you dress up a couple of times, dress up up
- 28:42Speaker 1: and you know, throw a little bit in there here
- 28:44Speaker 1: and there, you know, in conversation, and carry your carry
- 28:47Speaker 1: your mini Bailey bags exactly. Oh, let me I just
- 28:53Speaker 1: actually have one. They're the cutest thing. You would love
- 28:56Speaker 1: this they come in. I'll be waiting to find one
- 28:59Speaker 1: in my mail. It's weird, it hasn't arrived yet. You
- 29:02Speaker 1: may get one. Can personally deliver because I think it's
- 29:05Speaker 1: time for us to have dinner or lunch time. I know,
- 29:07Speaker 1: it's so cute. When you're back, we have to I
- 29:11Speaker 1: want to see all of it, and I want to
- 29:13Speaker 1: start carrying it and still to come to the Beverly
- 29:15Speaker 1: Center to check out my cbe Biors is where my
- 29:18Speaker 1: sweater came from. I have a bag and a pair
- 29:20Speaker 1: of store there that. You know, huge it is that
- 29:22Speaker 1: you're in the Beverly Center. What's that? You know how
- 29:25Speaker 1: huge it is that you're in the Beverly Center. No,
- 29:27Speaker 1: it's crazy. Like I remember, like when I first the
- 29:31Speaker 1: first time I ever went to l A. Like one
- 29:33Speaker 1: of the things I did was I went to the
- 29:34Speaker 1: Beverly Center. I was like, oh my god, it's like
- 29:36Speaker 1: crazy when I walk in there to unlock the door
- 29:39Speaker 1: and like calling it farm of the my square, you
- 29:43Speaker 1: know that, I'm like, wait, how how is this even happening?
- 29:47Speaker 1: But I'm so excited to be there, and I'm so
- 29:49Speaker 1: grateful that I have the opportunity because you know, it's
- 29:51Speaker 1: a small black owned business, big supporter of black owned businesses. Um,
- 29:55Speaker 1: it's great to be on the same luxury floor as
- 29:58Speaker 1: Louis buton across from the Max Store. It's it's amazing. Yeah, No,
- 30:03Speaker 1: it's huge. To the end of you guys, I'll be
- 30:06Speaker 1: in the Beverly Center until the end of the year,
- 30:08Speaker 1: you guys for sure? And then are you doing any
- 30:10Speaker 1: um like signings or anything like that that we can
- 30:13Speaker 1: get everybody to show up to. Yes, yes, I'm going
- 30:15Speaker 1: to after this whole thing, after I get everything tied
- 30:17Speaker 1: up with my mom, I'm gonna set up some specific
- 30:20Speaker 1: meeting Greek days that I'll be in the Beverly Center.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Because what happened before when it opened, I didn't realize,
- 30:26Speaker 1: like the mall doesn't really close except on Christmas, thanks you,
- 30:31Speaker 1: and I think Easter, Like it's open every day Saturday
- 30:35Speaker 1: and Sunday. So I found myself we were still opening
- 30:37Speaker 1: a staff together, so guess it was a part of
- 30:39Speaker 1: the staff. I was so me going in opening, closing,
- 30:44Speaker 1: and then it gets to the point where, um, it
- 30:47Speaker 1: kind of became a little security thing for me because
- 30:50Speaker 1: it's like you can't just really be walking around in
- 30:53Speaker 1: here like yourself, Cynthia, because you know, you forget sometimes,
- 30:56Speaker 1: so like, oh was this me? And I had a
- 30:58Speaker 1: couple of weird instances where people came in and I
- 31:01Speaker 1: was like, what's happening? But anyway, I'm like super hands on,
- 31:05Speaker 1: but I can't be the hands on where I'm actually
- 31:07Speaker 1: running the store. Myself, but I will be putting together
- 31:10Speaker 1: meeting three days. I don't know you guys posted well,
- 31:13Speaker 1: I love it. I will for sure. Let's take a
- 31:15Speaker 1: little break and we'll come back and discuss Dubai. Yes, okay,
- 31:29Speaker 1: so we are back. That was the break. That's our
- 31:33Speaker 1: Our break is enough time for a fifty seven ads.
- 31:36Speaker 1: But hold on, I have to make it colder in
- 31:37Speaker 1: my room. I'm so hot. I don't know about your husband,
- 31:40Speaker 1: but my husband doesn't believe in air conditioning, so I
- 31:43Speaker 1: have to like hide it when he leaves her work,
- 31:44Speaker 1: and I'm like so hot all the time here, especially
- 31:51Speaker 1: like perimenopauzzle. I'm like we'll say, and we're like, um,
- 31:57Speaker 1: we're always hot or cold, like like a miss I'm
- 32:00Speaker 1: like hot and in them cold, and then I'm hot
- 32:02Speaker 1: like I always have like jackets and sweaters and blankets.
- 32:05Speaker 1: It's I mean, they're sweating through my clothes or I
- 32:08Speaker 1: need fifty four layers. There's no happy medium to my
- 32:11Speaker 1: current condition of air quality, which would probably be a
- 32:16Speaker 1: little bit hard with living in Dubai because it seems
- 32:18Speaker 1: quite oft there. Yes, all right, first things, first, have
- 32:23Speaker 1: you seen any of the Dubai outfits from the reunion
- 32:27Speaker 1: I have. Okay, so who's your favorite. I think i'd
- 32:32Speaker 1: like Chanel's hair, and I'd like Jesu's dress. See, I
- 32:41Speaker 1: don't love Lisa's dress. I don't love that those those
- 32:45Speaker 1: two little like tree branches look like they could potentially
- 32:50Speaker 1: be nipples. Oh, I have to take a look at
- 32:53Speaker 1: it again. So I like it's I think Lisa is
- 32:57Speaker 1: so beautiful. There it is. You can see it right out,
- 33:00Speaker 1: see those two little things right over her book. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, Okay,
- 33:06Speaker 1: Like I would be the one checking that every thirty
- 33:09Speaker 1: two seconds to like see if my nipple was hanging out.
- 33:12Speaker 1: It would drive me crazy. Yeah, I would drive. But
- 33:14Speaker 1: that being said, there's not many best options like things
- 33:19Speaker 1: for like nip slips anyway, so it would probably be
- 33:22Speaker 1: But like, how do you feel about Brooks being in
- 33:25Speaker 1: a crown? You know what it gave me? What is that? Uh?
- 33:30Speaker 1: The movie that Angelina Jolie was in Maleficent, Yeah, kind
- 33:34Speaker 1: of Maleficent. Yes, like I Swear to you was like
- 33:39Speaker 1: the first thing that came to my mind. But I
- 33:41Speaker 1: was like, okay, you know, I love here's the thing.
- 33:45Speaker 1: It's first season. I feel like the first your first
- 33:48Speaker 1: season is the season where you can get it really
- 33:51Speaker 1: right or really wrong. Okay, there's your chance to figure
- 33:54Speaker 1: it all out. Um. I love that she went forward.
- 33:57Speaker 1: I think it's a lot, but hey, you know what
- 33:59Speaker 1: she seemed to be on in it. I can I
- 34:01Speaker 1: can work with it. And it was your least favorite.
- 34:04Speaker 1: You are going to have to pick one minds Nina,
- 34:06Speaker 1: which is kind of it's like I've seen it before. Yeah,
- 34:09Speaker 1: well I don't like what was what was the thing?
- 34:12Speaker 1: That's what I don't get because normally they tell us
- 34:14Speaker 1: we have to be like everybody's in jewel tones or right,
- 34:19Speaker 1: or everyone's in red or like something like. I feel
- 34:22Speaker 1: like the theme is a little all over the place.
- 34:23Speaker 1: I feel like everyone's giving something different and it's I mean,
- 34:27Speaker 1: I would think it was feathers, because like they all
- 34:30Speaker 1: have things sticking out except for Stanbury and Nina. Like
- 34:35Speaker 1: I think even Sarah on the side might have some
- 34:39Speaker 1: feathers on her, like but like boostier. But I can't
- 34:42Speaker 1: fully tell feathers, I think. I mean, I see a
- 34:46Speaker 1: few feathers here, but I don't know. I feel like
- 34:48Speaker 1: there's nudes and then there's bright colors, and then there's
- 34:52Speaker 1: like and then there's silver. I don't I want more
- 34:55Speaker 1: of a comsive theme. I had the same issue though
- 34:58Speaker 1: with Salt Lake City. Okay, I didn't see there's like,
- 35:02Speaker 1: why are you all going to different places? Right? And
- 35:04Speaker 1: I love a thing. I love a good thing, Like
- 35:07Speaker 1: you give me a good theme, I will understand the assignment. Well, yeah,
- 35:11Speaker 1: and you're gonna look hot in the theme. You're gonna
- 35:13Speaker 1: it um. Okay, so we're gonna get through. But do
- 35:18Speaker 1: I want to talk about like when we talk about
- 35:20Speaker 1: we're talking about Dubai now because we're onto Dubai. Okay, Well, okay,
- 35:23Speaker 1: I don't know what you're gonna ask me. But in
- 35:25Speaker 1: case you're not gonna ask me about Shanelle being circumcised
- 35:29Speaker 1: when she was okay, I, but I really have a
- 35:31Speaker 1: lot of questions because I want I I googled it
- 35:34Speaker 1: and I wasn't able to get the right amount of
- 35:36Speaker 1: information to now I need to understand. Do you want
- 35:38Speaker 1: to know because I actually knew another girl, a Somalian model,
- 35:42Speaker 1: that was circumcised, and you know I'm older. I didn't.
- 35:45Speaker 1: I was just blown away because there's a huge age
- 35:48Speaker 1: difference with myself and Chanelle that this is still happening
- 35:52Speaker 1: in certain you know, parts of Africa. It is just
- 35:54Speaker 1: the most horrific thing. And I remember when my friend was,
- 35:58Speaker 1: you know, talking about it. This has for social media,
- 36:01Speaker 1: which is why I love that Chanelle is using the
- 36:03Speaker 1: platform to really breathe, to discuss it, harness and talk
- 36:06Speaker 1: about this. I was mortified that you can actually that
- 36:10Speaker 1: this is happening to young girls. But they basically go
- 36:12Speaker 1: and cut their vaginas. Um. I think I was told, now,
- 36:17Speaker 1: I don't you know, you guys are this yourself. But
- 36:19Speaker 1: what I was told was they try to make it.
- 36:22Speaker 1: They cut off I don't know if this is so
- 36:24Speaker 1: there's no pleasure right now, or they cut off the
- 36:27Speaker 1: part that makes it feel good, okay, and then they
- 36:30Speaker 1: so sew it up. They sew up the vagina, they
- 36:33Speaker 1: so up the whole, which is opens up a whole
- 36:36Speaker 1: another set of issues. So because then they can't if not,
- 36:40Speaker 1: you're unable to be sold for your as, your dowry problems,
- 36:44Speaker 1: marriage ability, okay, and some of those places in Africa
- 36:49Speaker 1: they value being a virgin, like like if you're not
- 36:54Speaker 1: a virgin, I don't know why they take it so
- 36:55Speaker 1: far to have to like certaincise and do all these
- 36:57Speaker 1: things and make it unpleasurable for them. When they finally
- 36:59Speaker 1: do get married, it's like they're it's like part of
- 37:01Speaker 1: the culture and religion and custom It's like all this
- 37:04Speaker 1: stuff that is that still doesn't justify this type of torture. Um,
- 37:09Speaker 1: you know, it's completely in may. But yeah, so they
- 37:13Speaker 1: sew you up, which is creates like actually I did
- 37:16Speaker 1: a little research here. When they sew you up, like
- 37:20Speaker 1: you know, infertility, it could recalls like even having when
- 37:24Speaker 1: you do get ready to have a baby, you have
- 37:25Speaker 1: issues and obviously depression and anxiety and um infection and
- 37:30Speaker 1: scarred and key looyd and it's it's terrible. And then
- 37:33Speaker 1: when you get ready to get me here they cut
- 37:34Speaker 1: it back open and I don't even know what that
- 37:36Speaker 1: process looks like to reopen it, right, But then once
- 37:39Speaker 1: you put it back open, if you've cut certain things off,
- 37:42Speaker 1: are you able to ever get back that pleasure? I
- 37:46Speaker 1: don't know. I think you should really have Chanelle on
- 37:47Speaker 1: here and talk about I I want to have it
- 37:49Speaker 1: because it honestly broke my heart, not only that she
- 37:52Speaker 1: had it done, but then like the fact that her
- 37:54Speaker 1: parents didn't even really talk to her about it. They
- 37:56Speaker 1: just that. She said, like I was just taken to
- 37:59Speaker 1: this room and kind of locked up, my legs wrapped together.
- 38:02Speaker 1: She was five years old, her sister was six and
- 38:04Speaker 1: a half, and then I had this done. This is
- 38:09Speaker 1: what they did to her. And the fact that now
- 38:11Speaker 1: now that I've note that I know Chanelle and I've
- 38:13Speaker 1: been around her, I it is just, you know, we
- 38:16Speaker 1: have all overcome things in our life, but that is
- 38:20Speaker 1: just a trauma on a whole another level where when
- 38:24Speaker 1: you see when you finally get to be around her, teddy,
- 38:27Speaker 1: she just is like a bustle of life, so fun
- 38:32Speaker 1: and loves life and so loving, and I am like, wow,
- 38:37Speaker 1: Like I don't know with all the stuff that the
- 38:40Speaker 1: small nothing on this level of things that I've overcome
- 38:42Speaker 1: in my life, that I could be that happy. She
- 38:45Speaker 1: really is, um just a lovely, lovely woman And I
- 38:50Speaker 1: hate that she had to go through that, And I'm
- 38:52Speaker 1: so glad that she's using the platform to talk about
- 38:54Speaker 1: it and inform people and educate people about it, because
- 38:56Speaker 1: a lot of people don't realize that this is still happening. Also,
- 39:00Speaker 1: did you see the did you cast? A part where
- 39:02Speaker 1: she talked about her debt trying to sell her off,
- 39:06Speaker 1: you know, the whole early, you know, before when she
- 39:09Speaker 1: was fourteen years old. And I mean, I I really
- 39:12Speaker 1: appreciated this therapy session. I feel like a lot of
- 39:15Speaker 1: times on Housewives you see a therapy session and it's like,
- 39:19Speaker 1: I'm sorry the therapist from Atlanta who has also been
- 39:21Speaker 1: on Potomac and thirteen others, like I'm watching it and
- 39:25Speaker 1: I'm like police. But this was one of those ones
- 39:29Speaker 1: which I also was a little taken aback by because
- 39:31Speaker 1: Sarah was in there with her, so I was like,
- 39:34Speaker 1: how much is But then you realized like how much
- 39:36Speaker 1: she needed another person to be there and talk about it,
- 39:39Speaker 1: and she really opened up. And then they went back
- 39:42Speaker 1: and they talked about her trauma. And I've dealt with nothing,
- 39:46Speaker 1: nothing even close to this, but I've blacked out huge
- 39:51Speaker 1: portions of my life, like where I cannot remember certain ages.
- 39:55Speaker 1: And so when she said that no matter where you are,
- 39:59Speaker 1: no matter what you've went through, like when you hear
- 40:01Speaker 1: an adult say I don't remember this part of my childhood, Yeah,
- 40:06Speaker 1: it hits you know, it was real. And I thought
- 40:09Speaker 1: with everything that I watched, you know, I have my
- 40:11Speaker 1: opinions on some of the other things that happened throughout
- 40:14Speaker 1: the episode, but nothing trump that moment for me. You know,
- 40:18Speaker 1: I have you know, daughters, You have daughters. You know
- 40:22Speaker 1: you haven't you have daughters, Like can you imagine like
- 40:25Speaker 1: them getting like fourteen fifteen years old, like okay, not
- 40:29Speaker 1: even just running up with the lover of the life
- 40:31Speaker 1: some person that they don't even know, years old and
- 40:37Speaker 1: having been certain like all of it. It honestly makes
- 40:41Speaker 1: me emotional because even my my nine year old is
- 40:44Speaker 1: to the place now where she starts to like ask
- 40:47Speaker 1: little questions, you know, like just random questions about puberty,
- 40:52Speaker 1: starting to get hair, like all of those types of things,
- 40:55Speaker 1: and like we just have such an open dialogue where
- 40:59Speaker 1: she can ask me any thing, whether it's embarrassing or not,
- 41:02Speaker 1: or it's you know, like I just I haven't ever
- 41:05Speaker 1: closed in that door. So and she's not to that
- 41:08Speaker 1: age now where she's enough of a teenager where it's
- 41:10Speaker 1: uncol to ask your mom. And I can't even imagine
- 41:14Speaker 1: her a couple of years before now and like just
- 41:16Speaker 1: putting her in that situation without ever even telling her
- 41:19Speaker 1: M Like, it's it's heartbreaking. I love that you have
- 41:24Speaker 1: such open communication with her, like keep that Teddy. That
- 41:27Speaker 1: is one of the things that has been really great
- 41:29Speaker 1: with my relationship with Noel, who is now twenty two
- 41:31Speaker 1: years old, Like if anything she overshares with me, like yeah,
- 41:35Speaker 1: like hey, I don't need to know that, you know,
- 41:39Speaker 1: sex last night and it was like this whoa, whoa whoa.
- 41:45Speaker 1: First of all, I can't even pigeon him, like like
- 41:49Speaker 1: I just can't like stop it. But those lines of
- 41:53Speaker 1: communication need to definitely stay open. It's it's so good
- 41:57Speaker 1: to just be able to do that because my mom
- 41:59Speaker 1: didn't talk us about any anything like that. We were like,
- 42:02Speaker 1: you know, we didn't even really you know, you know,
- 42:04Speaker 1: my mom was like a friend mom. It was like
- 42:07Speaker 1: I'm a mom, friend, Okay, you can put it on
- 42:10Speaker 1: this table. What I tell you to do. You don't
- 42:13Speaker 1: question anything, and you go to school and you handle
- 42:15Speaker 1: your business and don't get in trouble because I don't
- 42:17Speaker 1: have time to go there and pick you up and
- 42:20Speaker 1: pick you up, but don't get in because then you've
- 42:23Speaker 1: never really you're gonna have worse problems when you get
- 42:26Speaker 1: That was my relationship you know with me with Noel.
- 42:29Speaker 1: It's like you know from the time, like you know,
- 42:31Speaker 1: she came out of me. It was like, you know,
- 42:33Speaker 1: my my baby, you know my heart so um yeah,
- 42:38Speaker 1: my heart goes out to Shanelle and I plaued her
- 42:40Speaker 1: for I commend her for you know, walking in her
- 42:44Speaker 1: truth because it's that's that's like you know, with with Housewise,
- 42:49Speaker 1: you know, it's always like you know, you think of storyline,
- 42:51Speaker 1: story like that you're going to talk about, but there's
- 42:53Speaker 1: certain things you know, we share. Like for me, um,
- 42:57Speaker 1: just even me talking about the wellcoming, I just fluid
- 42:59Speaker 1: at the time, was like, you know, very like there
- 43:02Speaker 1: was like a big thing and you know, I didn't
- 43:05Speaker 1: know how that was gonna affect her to talk about
- 43:07Speaker 1: it publicly, you know, and it was like good and
- 43:09Speaker 1: bad to be honest because the social media and everybody
- 43:13Speaker 1: can say anything to anybody, absolutely absolutely, So it's it's
- 43:17Speaker 1: always very interesting to me when our or I just
- 43:22Speaker 1: love when I see people talk about real things that's
- 43:25Speaker 1: really happening, because you know, you we don't we never
- 43:28Speaker 1: know how many people that we are inspiring, motivating and educating, educating. Yes,
- 43:35Speaker 1: like for me this honestly, I sent a group text
- 43:40Speaker 1: to my bosses at my heart and I said, I
- 43:42Speaker 1: need all of the information I can possibly get on
- 43:45Speaker 1: female circumcision. And it's you know, like because I seriously
- 43:50Speaker 1: it completely opened my eyes. And they're like they hadn't
- 43:52Speaker 1: even watched the episode. They're like what, I'm like, no,
- 43:55Speaker 1: because of everything that's going on, and then it really
- 43:59Speaker 1: explains a lot up more of what happens in this episode,
- 44:02Speaker 1: Like you see a lot of these relationships with well,
- 44:06Speaker 1: I think with these women. I think, you know, as
- 44:08Speaker 1: you said first season Housewives all together, you're seeing relationships
- 44:14Speaker 1: that aren't fully formed in my opinion, rights like they're trying,
- 44:19Speaker 1: they're trying to open up to each other. There's small
- 44:21Speaker 1: little friendships or alliances or whatever anybody wants to call.
- 44:26Speaker 1: But like when you talk about you know, when you
- 44:29Speaker 1: see what's going on between like Chanel and Stanbury, you
- 44:35Speaker 1: can see that there are two people that are hurt
- 44:37Speaker 1: and just very off based on how the other person
- 44:40Speaker 1: is feeling and how they're perceiving the information. Right, Right.
- 44:43Speaker 1: I watched that scene and I felt like someone who
- 44:46Speaker 1: was a former Superman herself. Right. You know. I remember
- 44:55Speaker 1: coming into Atlanta my first season, and that was my
- 45:00Speaker 1: story because that really was my life. I was. I
- 45:02Speaker 1: moved to New York I was still actively modeling and
- 45:05Speaker 1: just feeling like it wasn't enough to just be a model,
- 45:11Speaker 1: which is a real career. That's all I ever did
- 45:13Speaker 1: in New York, like I've made a lot of money,
- 45:16Speaker 1: Like I was a model for years and years and years,
- 45:20Speaker 1: so um, and that was my only job. I didn't
- 45:23Speaker 1: do anything else on the side. There was no side. Also,
- 45:25Speaker 1: I was traveling doing that. And when I came to
- 45:30Speaker 1: Atlanta and I joined the housewise, I just remember feeling
- 45:33Speaker 1: like I they didn't respect it. It was like, oh,
- 45:37Speaker 1: you're a model, Like who isn't a model? Do you
- 45:40Speaker 1: think they didn't respect it? Or do you think that
- 45:41Speaker 1: was your own and security on certain things that I
- 45:46Speaker 1: mean to me as someone who's not a model, it's
- 45:48Speaker 1: five three and could never you know, Like, I'm like, wow,
- 45:51Speaker 1: I would have love to be a model. Some of
- 45:54Speaker 1: some of the ladies respected it, you know what I'm saying,
- 45:56Speaker 1: but some of them didn't. And it just made me, um,
- 46:01Speaker 1: you know, well, it put a fire defensive. It made
- 46:04Speaker 1: me open up my school because at that and I
- 46:06Speaker 1: was like, you know what, not only I'm like a model,
- 46:08Speaker 1: I'm going to open up a modeling agency and I'm
- 46:11Speaker 1: going to educate and inform and help other you know,
- 46:15Speaker 1: model hopeful that want to get into the business. I'm
- 46:18Speaker 1: gonna show them how how to do it. And I
- 46:20Speaker 1: did that, But again, you know, I just definitely kind
- 46:26Speaker 1: of related to her a little bit. It was like
- 46:28Speaker 1: a little bit of a trigger for me, because I
- 46:29Speaker 1: know it feels to just feel like, oh, well, you know,
- 46:33Speaker 1: she or she's only getting this because she's pretty, or
- 46:35Speaker 1: she's only doing this because she's a model or whatever,
- 46:37Speaker 1: and it is it does have like that kind of
- 46:39Speaker 1: like negative, you know, thing attached to it where people think,
- 46:43Speaker 1: you know, she must not be smart if she's a model,
- 46:46Speaker 1: and that's not true. No, I disagree to um. But
- 46:51Speaker 1: my question is what do you think made Caroline Standbury
- 46:55Speaker 1: emotional and this? Like? She is very from everything I've
- 46:58Speaker 1: seen from watching all of Dubai now, she has never
- 47:02Speaker 1: really lost her like. I've never seen her cry, I've
- 47:05Speaker 1: never seen her get emotional, and I could probably go
- 47:08Speaker 1: back and count on one hand how many times they've
- 47:11Speaker 1: actually shown a housewife smoking a cigarette. So the fact
- 47:14Speaker 1: that they're even showing her smoke a cigarette and crying,
- 47:17Speaker 1: I'm like, what do you think set her off? In
- 47:20Speaker 1: this conversation. Um, I'm not I'm not really sure. It
- 47:24Speaker 1: seems like because I don't watch all the episodes. I
- 47:26Speaker 1: did watch the one last night because I knew I
- 47:28Speaker 1: was going to come on here and talk to you
- 47:29Speaker 1: about it. But I will say it feels like there's
- 47:32Speaker 1: been some back and forth before this, like they just
- 47:36Speaker 1: don't get along or just don't see eye to eye
- 47:38Speaker 1: or whatever. But I honestly feel like at the end
- 47:41Speaker 1: of the day, I felt like their conversation at the
- 47:43Speaker 1: end um with Lee's lead was leading towards them being
- 47:47Speaker 1: able to kind of, you know, get past it. I
- 47:49Speaker 1: don't think it's such a big I don't think they
- 47:51Speaker 1: have such a big beef where it's like, oh, well,
- 47:53Speaker 1: they're they're just never gonna be to you know, to
- 47:55Speaker 1: get past this. I think I think that they will
- 47:58Speaker 1: get past it. I don't think it's that that deep. Honestly, Yeah,
- 48:01Speaker 1: I think she I think Caroline got emotional because she
- 48:04Speaker 1: wasn't meaning to say anything to hurt eye on to
- 48:07Speaker 1: that extent, and then once she did, she was like,
- 48:10Speaker 1: oh crap, because I don't think she's trying to be
- 48:13Speaker 1: all the time. Yeah, like you you you know, and
- 48:16Speaker 1: I think I think Lisa and I love Lisa. I
- 48:21Speaker 1: love watching her. I think she's good TV. I think
- 48:23Speaker 1: she's beautiful. I think she knows how to stir it
- 48:25Speaker 1: just enough. Well, we always need a good pasture. Yeah,
- 48:29Speaker 1: And so when she looks over at eye On and
- 48:32Speaker 1: she's like, go over and have the conversation, and I
- 48:34Speaker 1: was like, oh, you're gonna come with me and she's
- 48:35Speaker 1: like no, no, absolutely not. Like I didn't say I
- 48:39Speaker 1: was gonna have a conversation with you. I was selling
- 48:41Speaker 1: you gotta go have the conversation. Well, you know, but
- 48:44Speaker 1: I think that, um here's something too that I did notice,
- 48:48Speaker 1: like sometimes in housewife world, when something happens, like we
- 48:53Speaker 1: all are human, we have emotions, we have feelings. Sometimes
- 48:56Speaker 1: you're not ready to like in one second, go have
- 48:59Speaker 1: the conversation. By the way, like boom the drum, the
- 49:01Speaker 1: bomb drops, and you're like, hey, well why don't you
- 49:03Speaker 1: guys go and talk with being piste off. Sometimes I
- 49:07Speaker 1: need to go over there in that corner and have
- 49:08Speaker 1: a cigarette, a mental breakdown without production. But oh you're here, yes, yes,
- 49:14Speaker 1: Sometimes you need a minute because I know I'm a processor.
- 49:17Speaker 1: I need to process what has happened. I need to
- 49:20Speaker 1: take it in. I almost really need to go to
- 49:21Speaker 1: sleep and wake up the next day because when my
- 49:23Speaker 1: feelings are hurt or I feel insulted, you know, it's hurtful.
- 49:27Speaker 1: So you're like, you know, well, I don't want to
- 49:30Speaker 1: be around you right now, but I'm the opposite. I
- 49:32Speaker 1: need to handle it right now. But that's your personality.
- 49:36Speaker 1: That is definitely your personality. And I feel like if
- 49:38Speaker 1: you told me I want to sleep on it, I'd
- 49:40Speaker 1: be like no, understoom right, it's over. But you're you're
- 49:48Speaker 1: very like direct and like, hey, what's happening. Oh did
- 49:51Speaker 1: they hurt your feelings? Oh well, let's talk about it,
- 49:53Speaker 1: but let's go. You know, I'm like still like, oh
- 49:58Speaker 1: that didn't feel right. I think it hard, friend, I'm processing.
- 50:03Speaker 1: I just know the energy is not feeling good for me. Now.
- 50:05Speaker 1: This is not a place I want to be in
- 50:07Speaker 1: right now. Like you're that's how my husband is too.
- 50:10Speaker 1: But what is this sign? What is your husband sign?
- 50:13Speaker 1: Because birthday is April nineteen? What's that? Is it? A Taurus?
- 50:17Speaker 1: Guys aries? I don't know. I'm the worst of signs.
- 50:19Speaker 1: Somebody will text me in a second and learn in
- 50:22Speaker 1: that way well, my husband's birthday is tomorrow and he's
- 50:26Speaker 1: a Leo, and that's what my son is. Oh, your
- 50:29Speaker 1: son's a Leo. His birthday is August one. Oh yeah,
- 50:34Speaker 1: but happy almost birthday. Might love you? Um oh yeah,
- 50:40Speaker 1: April nineteen is a Taurus. That's what my husband is. Okay, sours,
- 50:44Speaker 1: all right, But anyway, look, sometimes you just you know,
- 50:47Speaker 1: everybody processes things differently in their own time. I'm lookind
- 50:51Speaker 1: a girl like I said, I need a minute. You're
- 50:53Speaker 1: the kind of girls like, let's get to it. So anyway,
- 50:56Speaker 1: I think that'll be fine. I don't think they're because
- 50:58Speaker 1: that crazy. I just think it's like, you know, things
- 51:00Speaker 1: come out wrong, they come out in a way, they're misinterpreted, whatever, whatever.
- 51:04Speaker 1: At the end of the day, you know, Obviously has
- 51:06Speaker 1: it going on. She's beautiful, she's successful, and Caroline hasn't
- 51:09Speaker 1: going on and she's amazing, and they'll they'll be fine,
- 51:23Speaker 1: all right. So onto the next thing is would you
- 51:25Speaker 1: be upset or would you want Mike to be the
- 51:29Speaker 1: Sergio that comes in on the jet ski with no
- 51:33Speaker 1: shirt on to save you after a night of being upset? No,
- 51:38Speaker 1: not on a girl's trip. No, not on a coast trip. No.
- 51:42Speaker 1: Now I wouldn't either, but I said the same thing,
- 51:45Speaker 1: that would be upset. Probably he did that because she
- 51:48Speaker 1: had already told him not to come prior, but then
- 51:52Speaker 1: once he was there, she seemed like she really needed him.
- 51:55Speaker 1: But I also would be upset. And tamer and I
- 51:57Speaker 1: disagreed on this. But you probably didn't see it, but
- 51:59Speaker 1: last week on Atlanta for the scenes for next week Sonia,
- 52:05Speaker 1: they're kind of like coming at Sonia a little bit
- 52:07Speaker 1: and her husband stands up and says, do not talk
- 52:10Speaker 1: to my wife this way. And I'm one of those
- 52:13Speaker 1: that's like no, and and tarm was like absolutely loved it,
- 52:18Speaker 1: and I was like, I kind of I kind of
- 52:20Speaker 1: feel I kind of agree with Tamra a little bit
- 52:23Speaker 1: because I feel like, if this is the problem, this
- 52:27Speaker 1: was this was the issue when I was on housewice
- 52:29Speaker 1: with my ex husband. If the guys are going to
- 52:32Speaker 1: be invited on the trip, if they're going to sit
- 52:35Speaker 1: there and watch us bigger back and forth, like they
- 52:38Speaker 1: shouldn't be there if they can, if they can't say, hey,
- 52:42Speaker 1: you know what, I don't like what man is going
- 52:45Speaker 1: to want someone, you know, coming for his wife. So
- 52:47Speaker 1: I think it's completely fun and say hey, you guys,
- 52:49Speaker 1: and it's all the way you say things too. I
- 52:51Speaker 1: don't think he should, you know, buck up and you
- 52:54Speaker 1: know make I mean he didn't say and sitting down, okay,
- 52:57Speaker 1: stood up. He didn't seem like he was aggressively going
- 53:01Speaker 1: to hurt anyone by anybody didn't see that. But it
- 53:05Speaker 1: wasn't like you guys, not the type I get it,
- 53:09Speaker 1: like people shouldn't be afraid for their lives. I didn't know. No, no,
- 53:12Speaker 1: I don't think that either. But I also think if
- 53:15Speaker 1: you're a husband willing to do real housewives and not
- 53:18Speaker 1: get paid and show up to everything and go to
- 53:21Speaker 1: the events and be there and someone's gonna argue with
- 53:24Speaker 1: your wife, you're gonna that's a job they signed up for.
- 53:29Speaker 1: That is very true. That is very true. But I
- 53:32Speaker 1: also feel like in housewife passion, if they're going to
- 53:36Speaker 1: bite the guys on the trip, then you know this
- 53:39Speaker 1: is you know a lot of this stuff is produced. Okay,
- 53:42Speaker 1: so usually a dinner is co word for the ship's
- 53:46Speaker 1: about to go down. Yeah, well then that's my question.
- 53:48Speaker 1: Can other women go after housewife husbands? So if that
- 53:54Speaker 1: same feel like it's not a fair fight. It's not
- 53:57Speaker 1: a fair fight because if another housewife, if a woman
- 54:00Speaker 1: in general, goes after a man, it's okay, But if
- 54:03Speaker 1: the man responds, it's an attack. So it's not like period,
- 54:07Speaker 1: point blank. So I personally think when everybody sits down
- 54:11Speaker 1: for dinner, just like a point in that dinner where
- 54:13Speaker 1: they already know it's about to be some some for
- 54:15Speaker 1: listeners going on. So that's one of the guys said, Hey, guys,
- 54:18Speaker 1: let's go and smoke. Guys, go whatever, because if this
- 54:22Speaker 1: goes down and I feel some kind of way if
- 54:24Speaker 1: my wife is being attacked or whatever, even if or
- 54:26Speaker 1: my wife is being alluded. Like there are times when
- 54:30Speaker 1: I was crying and I remember Ed been looking at
- 54:33Speaker 1: me and going are you and I was like having
- 54:38Speaker 1: a breakdown, like what you're talking about and then like
- 54:41Speaker 1: going back to eating us out like he couldn't believe
- 54:44Speaker 1: my level of being upset over what was said to me.
- 54:49Speaker 1: I think, I think, great if you guys want them
- 54:52Speaker 1: to just come, but like when it's time for the
- 54:54Speaker 1: girls to get into their stuff, which is obviously the
- 54:57Speaker 1: point of the trip, okay, know how fun team is
- 55:01Speaker 1: going on to actually just get a tan and just
- 55:05Speaker 1: drink the Margarite's. Okay, No, no one was there for
- 55:07Speaker 1: fun times absolutely. Um So, then the kind of the
- 55:12Speaker 1: last the last couple of things that they wanted to
- 55:15Speaker 1: that people want to talk about is Caroline and doing
- 55:21Speaker 1: her hormone injections in the IVF process and Sergio not
- 55:26Speaker 1: really understanding what that means. Them taping the the fruit
- 55:30Speaker 1: to his boobs and his belly and all that. I mean,
- 55:33Speaker 1: I thought it was fine and didn't bother me. I
- 55:37Speaker 1: mean I for that, for them to actually do that,
- 55:40Speaker 1: and so you can just physically understand what it's like
- 55:43Speaker 1: to be pregnant. I gave birth to a almost eleven
- 55:46Speaker 1: pound baby. I gained sixty pounds when I was right.
- 55:50Speaker 1: So I would have love for Noel's debt to have
- 55:54Speaker 1: walked the day in my printing shoes. Yeah, we would
- 55:57Speaker 1: have completely gotten it, you know. So, And I think
- 56:00Speaker 1: that Sergio has grown on me, and I think he's
- 56:02Speaker 1: gotten to be like you find the lovable traits in him.
- 56:06Speaker 1: But then there becomes a conversation where Caroline tells Brooks
- 56:10Speaker 1: that she feels Chanel blames not speaking good English on
- 56:15Speaker 1: her rudeness, and I don't. I didn't necessarily. I didn't
- 56:24Speaker 1: necessarily see that that Chanelle uses her um lack of
- 56:31Speaker 1: um the English like like English. I guess you could
- 56:34Speaker 1: say yeah um as a way as an excuse to
- 56:37Speaker 1: be rude. I don't. I don't think I agree with that.
- 56:41Speaker 1: I think after being around she know, I think if
- 56:43Speaker 1: she wanted to be rude, which he knows how to
- 56:46Speaker 1: be rude, he wanted this be a jerk, she would
- 56:50Speaker 1: just be a jerk. I don't think. I mean, I
- 56:51Speaker 1: think sometimes she misses like she you know, which I
- 56:55Speaker 1: do as well, which is like sometimes phrases like she'll
- 56:58Speaker 1: she'll mess up sometimes broken up a little bit, but
- 57:02Speaker 1: you know, like you know whatever it is, the early
- 57:04Speaker 1: bird gets the worm, but the second one gets a
- 57:06Speaker 1: cheese or whatever. It is, like I always will mess
- 57:08Speaker 1: up whatever the punchline is. But well, I think with
- 57:12Speaker 1: which now I think. I think when she when her
- 57:16Speaker 1: English English is the most together, is when she's about
- 57:19Speaker 1: to get somebody together. That's when all of a sudden,
- 57:21Speaker 1: it's crisp, it's perfect. It's like when she's about to
- 57:25Speaker 1: read someone. Because I've seen her in interviews, I've been
- 57:28Speaker 1: around her. Um, if she wants to go there, she
- 57:34Speaker 1: and do you think that because Brooks says she feels
- 57:37Speaker 1: like Ion is Lisa's puppet and Lisa is the brains
- 57:41Speaker 1: behind it all. She finds the relationship on. Do you
- 57:44Speaker 1: see that? Okay, So if I was watching the show,
- 57:48Speaker 1: maybe I would maybe think that, but after actually meeting
- 57:52Speaker 1: those two ladies and spending time with them, completely not true. Okay,
- 57:57Speaker 1: So if you only could hang out with one of them,
- 58:00Speaker 1: you're on a deserted island. Who are you picking? You know,
- 58:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna ask a ship and don't say Cannons. Oh boy, um,
- 58:12Speaker 1: dang it. I really like them both. I'm going to
- 58:15Speaker 1: say Lisa only because, like, Chanella is a lot of
- 58:21Speaker 1: energy and I don't have a lot of energy in menopause.
- 58:27Speaker 1: She's a lot like it's a lot to be around her.
- 58:30Speaker 1: Lisa is a little more Lisa is a little more
- 58:32Speaker 1: chill and like, you know, hey, let's just go and
- 58:35Speaker 1: have a drink and just chill like I like to
- 58:37Speaker 1: do chill stuff, Like um she Neelle is very big
- 58:41Speaker 1: and over the top and like, hey, she's always on.
- 58:44Speaker 1: He's either on or yeah, always on, big, big personality
- 58:50Speaker 1: for sure. Lisa is a little more like, hey, yeah,
- 58:53Speaker 1: you know she's yeah, a little more chill, so I
- 58:57Speaker 1: would take this. I love, But yeah, you're a lot alright. Sorry,
- 59:00Speaker 1: we we asked the hard questions here, but I know where.
- 59:03Speaker 1: I can't believe the hour went by. It's so fast.
- 59:06Speaker 1: It's over. We're done, We're done. We're a lot really
- 59:09Speaker 1: unpack anything about Beverly Hills. I know. Uh well, I'm
- 59:14Speaker 1: gonna ask you this in regards to Beverly Hills. Why
- 59:20Speaker 1: did I even bring some Who is like when you're
- 59:23Speaker 1: watching it, what gives you the most like what makes
- 59:26Speaker 1: you the most upset when I'm watching it? Uh? Wow,
- 59:32Speaker 1: I don't know if any of it really makes me upset,
- 59:35Speaker 1: but I will say, from what it's looking like, I
- 59:40Speaker 1: don't know what's gonna happen with the future episodes. Um,
- 59:44Speaker 1: it feels like it's like teams. Right's grouped, like like
- 59:52Speaker 1: the friends that are like been friends and they're together
- 59:56Speaker 1: and they have each other's back and they support each
- 59:58Speaker 1: other in the way they want to whatever. And then
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: it's the wrist of yeah, the group, which is from
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: what it looks like to me, Crystal, Garcela and Sutton. Okay,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: so but now we know that Crystal is no longer
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: with Sutton and Garcela. Yeah, Garcela said some whole thing
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: about like it was all online about she's not close
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: with Crystal anymore. Oh my god. Okay, I thought that
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: I was kind of happy that that. No. So now
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: it's more like from what I've read, it's like Crystal
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: and Cathy. Oh I forget about Kathy. Yes, Crystal and Cathy,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: Sutton and Garcel, and then I guess the Fox Force
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: four and then Diana is just I don't really get,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: but that is kind of part of the Fox four, right, Um,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: I don't know girls then the other ones for sure.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I think she really in my opinion, like I think
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: she really she's the one that has the most money
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: and really doesn't need to be doing this and it
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: really shows. Okay, alright, well you know what I mean,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: like you're giving the least we don't really know anything
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: about you. You're like her trying to come at Garcel
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: this week because they didn't have a real friend. Like
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: I was like that timing was terrible, right right right,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: I don't know, I think, like what I what in
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: my experience and you know, I know you were on
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: Beverly Hills, but just with me being in Atlanta. I
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: think it's hard to not but you don't have a
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: click like you know what I mean. If the click
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: is like the power click and you're not in that click,
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: it's it's hard. And even though the click in surface
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: ly be nice to you, you know, you're not hard
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: to click, you know what I mean? And I feel
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: like it feels like, Okay, we're not. I don't know,
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: it's just weird. Like I don't like clicks. I feel like,
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: at the end of the day, it's too quicky for you.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: Yeah I do. I do, And I don't like this
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: whole thing about Sutton being a liability and all that stuff.
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: I feel like if anyone wants to really get to
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: know Garcell, then they'll just go above and beyond on
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: and off the show to make that happen, you know
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: what I mean, I really do, because you know, the
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: show is not just about like what you do on
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: the show, it's also you know, calling and saying hey,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: you know what. I know that we have not been
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: able to connect, you know, when we meet up, But
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: I really genuinely want to meet with you off camera
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: and spend some time with you because I just well,
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: maybe sudden. I mean, maybe garcel will come on with you,
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: because you know, she refuses to do the podcast with me.
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: Oh and I have repeatedly said I think I'm a
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: relationship with her, and I'm surprised that she. Well, the
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: I was on one. The time I learned that I
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: would never ever agree to be a friend of Beverly
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: Hills was when I went on the one episode whatever
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: it was not last yeah, I guess it was last season,
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: and Garcella and I got along the entire time during
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: that episode, the one that I did, and then her
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: confessional she called me a nat that will never go away,
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: and I immediately center a text and just said, like listen,
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: you know, you know how it is with these type
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: of shows, but like to really reach out to her,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: and she never wrote me back. And then I saw
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: MTV Music Awards or whatever, MTV Reality Show Awards, whatever
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: it was, and she was so nice and so friendly,
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: and I was like, come on, like, I want to
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: be able to hear all the sides. I don't want
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: to just here, you know, from Erica, from Durt, from
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: Kyle from like, I want to hear from you. I
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: want to hear from something like I'm in a different
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: place now. And essentially she told my boss that she
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: would maybe talk to Tarma, but she would never talk
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: to me. And I was like, well, ship, okay, I
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: don't know. Unfortunate, I I don't know. I mean, GIRs
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: like super you know, reasonable and rational, and you know,
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: I feel like it would be great for her to
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: actually come on and talk to you, to be honest,
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: because you know, you were like when you were on,
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: when you part of that part of the click, because
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: I was part of them, So I think that you'd
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: be honest. But and I think she definitely. You know,
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: it's so much we don't get to see, you know.
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: I mean I I said to somebody else, I said,
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: I would love to have been on when garcell was
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: the way that she is now, because her first season
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: she wasn't. And that's fine, that's I remember my first
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: season too. It's hard first season start, and so I
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: would love to have her on and talk to her
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: and be able to do things. But now I just
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: you know, put that out there, Garcella, if you're watching us,
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: you know, come on. But with me, it could be me,
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: Cynthia and Tamera. They'll ask the majority of the questions
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: if you want, but we want you on. We want
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: to hear your opinions, and not a lot of time,
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: but I love to hear more from um, you know,
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: your side of the story, because it feels like just
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: watching the show, UM, it does feel like she kind
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: of has to be on the defense and she doesn't
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: really you know, like hasn't totally taken her in or something.
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: It just you know, that kind of there's something that
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: feels off right even with even when she's clicking with
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: Sutton or even when she's there, there's still not alway
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: as well. She Ree's a sweetheart, as I just I
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: mean with her yesterday my husband was out at dinner
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: and she was there. But anyway, I love she She's moving.
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: You know, we all live in the same neighborhood. Garcelle,
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: myself and um I could literally walk to Garcella's house,
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: but they don't. They only showed Shears saying like two
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: words this episode. Yeah, maybe we'll get to see more
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: of her next season because she's definitely fisty. I think
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: I think she's fisty. I want to see that. I
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: think she's a great addition to the show. I love
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: I love Garcelle on the show because I think she
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: her being there changes the conversation and I think it's
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: so necessary, and I think she just does such a
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: good job holding her own and just doing it with class,
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. And then I think Sharia
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: and Garzilla are very different too, different different people. I
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: think she's a great edition as well. So, um, yeah, well,
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: we appreciate you being with us today. We hope that
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: you come back now. Unfortunately, you're gonna have to continue
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: watching Housewives episodes. Are you try to get out, they
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: pull you back in. Yeah, it's like you think you're done,
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: But then no, I have to say, Teddy, it's a
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: lot more fun to talk about housewives and be a
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: housewife right now, is it not? Like isn't this amazing?
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: It's like the It's like like and I don't even
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: really care to talk about housewise that much, to be honest,
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: but if I have to, it's a lot better being
