- 0:19Speaker 4: It's off the Bench, all right, welcome back in I
- 0:30Speaker 4: remember three of O t B. Here live from the
- 0:32Speaker 4: Raisin Caines Studio. Tuesday Shows brought to you by Community
- 0:36Speaker 4: Steel Buildings Cheating Components, Community Steel co dot Com.
- 0:41Speaker 5: It is Tuesday at nine am, so you know what
- 0:43Speaker 5: that means.
- 0:44Speaker 4: We catch up with our guy Nick Underhill, New Orleans stuff,
- 0:47Speaker 4: football talk, a little New Orleans Saints, Nicholas. How we
- 0:49Speaker 4: doing this week, sir, doing fantastic. Got spring football starting today? Wadela.
- 0:56Speaker 4: She's Pro day yesterday. We got the draft right around
- 0:58Speaker 4: the corner. So a great time on the sports calendar.
- 1:02Speaker 4: Did you maybe take a look into a couple of
- 1:05Speaker 4: pro days? Feels like some big ones for L s
- 1:07Speaker 4: U Miami, L s U yesterday. Any thoughts about what
- 1:11Speaker 4: happened at those two pro days?
- 1:13Speaker 2: Well, first of all, I want to point out a
- 1:15Speaker 2: week ago today you were you were ahead of everybody
- 1:19Speaker 2: by having the starting, the delaying conversation for the for
- 1:23Speaker 2: the Saints. Yeah, and then he goes out there and
- 1:25Speaker 2: he runs like that and all of a sudden, you know,
- 1:27Speaker 2: that's how it goes to or Oh man, now he's
- 1:30Speaker 2: he's top ten for sure, and he's kind of for
- 1:31Speaker 2: in the top ten before.
- 1:34Speaker 6: But he is.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Look, I don't think a lot of people expected him
- 1:36Speaker 2: to be able to run like that. You know, they
- 1:38Speaker 2: thought he was fast, they thought he you know, great,
- 1:40Speaker 2: great press coverage corner. I checked him with scouts, you know,
- 1:45Speaker 2: LSU put out four three five. The time around the
- 1:48Speaker 2: league was was four three seven at the lowest, four
- 1:51Speaker 2: three nine at the highest. So like a very very
- 1:53Speaker 2: legit time that they put out there. The second one
- 1:55Speaker 2: was four four four. He really ran that though, And yeah, look,
- 1:59Speaker 2: I think I think, like I think everything you said
- 2:01Speaker 2: was incredibly accurate. And I'm not trying to gash you here,
- 2:05Speaker 2: but like I think it's it's an outstanding.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Thing for the Saints. Either they want him, somebody.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Else wants him, they trade for him, or somebody ahead
- 2:13Speaker 2: of the Saints wants him and they take him, and
- 2:15Speaker 2: that means another guy falls down. Like that spot at
- 2:18Speaker 2: eight is starting to look better and better. As you
- 2:21Speaker 2: go through it, like, there's just a handful of guys
- 2:23Speaker 2: that that feel like they're really actually worth that pick,
- 2:26Speaker 2: and I don't think you're gonna feel bad about who
- 2:27Speaker 2: you get.
- 2:28Speaker 7: Out of there, you know.
- 2:29Speaker 2: And Miami was the other one that that was a
- 2:31Speaker 2: big one yesterday, Kellen Moore was out there. You know.
- 2:34Speaker 2: I think, all things being equal, if if the Saints
- 2:37Speaker 2: could pick one guy out of the you know, the
- 2:40Speaker 2: top ten prospects for the team, I think it'd be
- 2:42Speaker 2: Ruben Bayin. But I don't think that he's going to
- 2:44Speaker 2: be there for them.
- 2:45Speaker 1: Uh.
- 2:46Speaker 2: I don't know if you guys seen his interview with
- 2:48Speaker 2: Cam Wilt from NFL Network where you can just talk
- 2:50Speaker 2: about like Mike Tyson being undersized and it didn't matter.
- 2:52Speaker 2: Kind of love that, but yeah, man, like it's just,
- 2:56Speaker 2: you know, it just feels like they're they're in a
- 2:58Speaker 2: good spot right now. You've got the team belt kind
- 3:00Speaker 2: of the right way, and it seems like the draft's
- 3:02Speaker 2: gonna fall havotageously for them too.
- 3:04Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 3:04Speaker 5: I feel like the Saints are in a really good spot.
- 3:06Speaker 5: And we talked about it.
- 3:06Speaker 4: Now Washington is seven because they only have, you know,
- 3:10Speaker 4: pick seven. I think there's seven seventy one and like
- 3:13Speaker 4: one forty six somewhere in that ballpark. And so they
- 3:16Speaker 4: could use some other assets in this draft obviously as
- 3:20Speaker 4: well not having mini picks, and I mean the Saints
- 3:22Speaker 4: and the Marshall and Lattimore deal, that's like one reason.
- 3:24Speaker 4: But the Dolphins have eleven picks, and so like, if
- 3:26Speaker 4: the Dolphins wanted to go from eleven to seven, like
- 3:29Speaker 4: that would make a lot of sense. And the Dolphins
- 3:31Speaker 4: need a corner. But also like if Washington doesn't want
- 3:34Speaker 4: to move, Let's say Jeremiah loves there and Washington could
- 3:37Speaker 4: add a running back even though they've signed you know one,
- 3:39Speaker 4: I had a rookie play okay last year, they still
- 3:42Speaker 4: could go running back. And if that happens, then Nick,
- 3:45Speaker 4: then you're talking about you're in a great spot because
- 3:48Speaker 4: teams nine, ten, eleven, twelve all need a corner. And
- 3:51Speaker 4: if Monster Delaine is the guy that all those teams want, now,
- 3:55Speaker 4: that would be crazy for Mickey to ever trade back,
- 3:57Speaker 4: but he would be in a great position to do so.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I mean, you do these muck drafts like and now
- 4:03Speaker 2: all of a sudden, like you're sitting there at eight
- 4:05Speaker 2: and there's like five guys, you're like, man, I'd be
- 4:07Speaker 2: cool with you know X, Y Z here. And and
- 4:11Speaker 2: if that's really how you feel and someone wants in
- 4:12Speaker 2: the corner, I mean it is. It is the best
- 4:14Speaker 2: way to do it. I think this year, like you
- 4:18Speaker 2: just have so you have so many places you can
- 4:20Speaker 2: go with it, and if you can pick up like
- 4:22Speaker 2: another second round or somewhere, I mean, all of a sudden,
- 4:24Speaker 2: like you're just you're just building so much better. And
- 4:28Speaker 2: you know, you said it last week, like it's so
- 4:29Speaker 2: deep at edge, like you could trade back get something else.
- 4:32Speaker 2: You pick up an edge in the second, you get
- 4:33Speaker 2: your receiver in the second, and then whatever you're getting
- 4:36Speaker 2: in the first, Like and I think you add three
- 4:39Speaker 2: guys to a team that you know, all of a
- 4:40Speaker 2: sudden like that, there's a lot of building blocks out
- 4:42Speaker 2: on this team. And I think last year when we
- 4:44Speaker 2: were talking about it at this time, it was like
- 4:47Speaker 2: maybe they got fogged up, maybe they got a lot
- 4:49Speaker 2: of a and it didn't feel like there were a
- 4:50Speaker 2: lot of long term building blocks. And you look around now,
- 4:53Speaker 2: like you get Chris on a new deal. Who by
- 4:55Speaker 2: the way, man that Jay said contract. I don't think
- 4:58Speaker 2: anybody was probably happier that when that hit is now
- 5:02Speaker 2: all of a sudden, I don't think it puts him above.
- 5:04Speaker 2: But if you're asking for thirty four million, and now
- 5:08Speaker 2: the ceiling on the position just went up, now you're
- 5:10Speaker 2: you're eight and a half million dollars away from that,
- 5:13Speaker 2: and that just becomes a more realistic number for you.
- 5:15Speaker 2: So I mean, you know that, that's why you always
- 5:17Speaker 2: want to get those things done sooner than later. I mean,
- 5:20Speaker 2: you got him, you got shucked, you got you know, Edwards, Banks, Buaga, mccoye.
- 5:25Speaker 2: If he's healthy, Like offensively.
- 5:27Speaker 3: You got a lot of guys you can build around.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Hm another one, like you.
- 5:31Speaker 3: Got a young, good offense.
- 5:32Speaker 2: Now defensively, like you got a couple guys like Kate
- 5:34Speaker 2: Ellis is in there. You know, you feel probably pretty
- 5:37Speaker 2: good about kool aid. You get a few more guys
- 5:40Speaker 2: on that side of the ball, but like Shanker's in
- 5:41Speaker 2: there probably, But I mean they got to handle it up.
- 5:44Speaker 2: And you had like three guys in the draft, Like
- 5:46Speaker 2: if you hit on two out of those three as
- 5:48Speaker 2: you straight back and you get you know, three picks
- 5:50Speaker 2: in the first two rounds, I don't know, I feel
- 5:53Speaker 2: like the lane development could be a huge thing to them,
- 5:56Speaker 2: and you know, they could just pick them like and
- 5:58Speaker 2: they could definitely use him. I felt probably better about
- 6:02Speaker 2: Cooley last year than I did about Riley. I feel
- 6:04Speaker 2: okay about both, But I mean, you put him in
- 6:07Speaker 2: that next with the one too. And even if you
- 6:09Speaker 2: know O'Riley isn't your spot player who cares like you
- 6:11Speaker 2: always need that's at that position. So there's a lot
- 6:14Speaker 2: of ways to go with it, man, Like there really is.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Like I think they're in a great spot.
- 6:18Speaker 7: Nick, Why wasn't there any more urgency to get the
- 6:21Speaker 7: lave done deal done? I mean this, I guess you
- 6:23Speaker 7: couldn't foresee this type of number happening. One hundred and
- 6:27Speaker 7: twenty million guarantees like forty two or something like that
- 6:30Speaker 7: per year for JSN. They knew, they had to know
- 6:33Speaker 7: something was coming for him, for that player in particular,
- 6:37Speaker 7: that would give a lat of some sort of comp
- 6:39Speaker 7: to go against. Now, certainly he's not the player JSN is,
- 6:43Speaker 7: but he's certainly not seventy five percent of the player
- 6:46Speaker 7: he is, which would be like a little over thirty
- 6:48Speaker 7: million a year. So like, why wasn't there any more
- 6:51Speaker 7: urgency to get this deal done faster.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean it's a good question. And yeah, like
- 6:59Speaker 2: obviously he's not going on over it, and obviously you
- 7:01Speaker 2: knew that was in the in the in the lend
- 7:03Speaker 2: and the Kuka ones coming behind it too, so you
- 7:06Speaker 2: know that that one could will probably be market resetting
- 7:08Speaker 2: as well. It's it's, it's it's a good question. Like.
- 7:14Speaker 2: So my read on the whole thing is is that
- 7:16Speaker 2: I think at one point it was kind of kind
- 7:18Speaker 2: of close, you know, I think and I still think
- 7:20Speaker 2: it's probably the parameters of it are probably pretty close.
- 7:23Speaker 2: Like I would assume both sides are probably pretty settled
- 7:27Speaker 2: on a on a year structure and a you know,
- 7:30Speaker 2: average annual value structure, Like I don't think those numbers
- 7:33Speaker 2: are hard to come by, Like you can just kind
- 7:35Speaker 2: of look at it. Hey, Garrett Wilson's at thirty two
- 7:37Speaker 2: point five. Chris is his numbers that feed him everywhere
- 7:41Speaker 2: seventeen game averages are better? Is his overall numbers are better?
- 7:45Speaker 2: You know, And that that kind of flipped back in
- 7:47Speaker 2: Chris's direction. Last year Chris just had the second team
- 7:49Speaker 2: All Pro so and Garrett and Chris both happen to
- 7:53Speaker 2: have the same agent. I believe, so, I mean, you know,
- 7:57Speaker 2: one set to the other, there's no way they're going
- 7:59Speaker 2: to take less, So like thirty two point six would
- 8:01Speaker 2: have to be the floor on this. But then you
- 8:03Speaker 2: look at DK metcalf, He's at thirty three and that's
- 8:06Speaker 2: kind of an old deal and I think Chris has
- 8:08Speaker 2: exceeded him too, So you're probably somewhere on the other
- 8:11Speaker 2: side of thirty three. I think probably all sides can
- 8:13Speaker 2: agree on that pretty easily, and they know where that's
- 8:16Speaker 2: going to go. I think where it gets tricky is
- 8:18Speaker 2: with the guarantees.
- 8:19Speaker 3: And I do think on the Alat side that.
- 8:22Speaker 2: There's a a realism about the situation and the risk
- 8:26Speaker 2: and all that stuff. I don't think it's probably unreasonable
- 8:29Speaker 2: from his point of view about, you know, the team
- 8:33Speaker 2: looking for ways to protect itself. But I would imagine
- 8:36Speaker 2: that that's probably a complicated battle that you know, they
- 8:38Speaker 2: probably don't want to be stuck in a place where
- 8:41Speaker 2: if there's another concussion, they're stuck, and I'm assuming Chris
- 8:44Speaker 2: probably wants a certain level of guarantee. I think where
- 8:47Speaker 2: it ends up probably settling somewhere in the middle where
- 8:50Speaker 2: you know, hey, look, you're going to guarantee most of
- 8:51Speaker 2: the first two years, and then if you play seventy
- 8:55Speaker 2: percent of the snatch, the year two, year three becomes guaranteed,
- 8:58Speaker 2: and like probably different threshold through that. But you know,
- 9:01Speaker 2: when it's Drew Rosenhaus and Mickey Loomis and they're both
- 9:04Speaker 2: shrewd negotiators, I mean, that's that thing's gonna grind out,
- 9:06Speaker 2: man like it. And you know, there's probably a lot
- 9:09Speaker 2: of moving pieces here, and Drew's by gotta be you know,
- 9:12Speaker 2: he's got to look out for his guy, but he
- 9:14Speaker 2: also has to you know, be be. You know, there's
- 9:17Speaker 2: precedent for his other clients too that that.
- 9:19Speaker 3: He's probably battling against.
- 9:21Speaker 2: And I think it probably becomes a little bit messy
- 9:23Speaker 2: because you know, there.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Aren't a lot of guys that have had that concussion.
- 9:27Speaker 2: History, that are that young, that are you know, coming
- 9:29Speaker 2: off of All Pro season, So it's not like you
- 9:31Speaker 2: can even you had an anchor point you're like, well,
- 9:33Speaker 2: they did this, So this is kind of where it's at,
- 9:35Speaker 2: Like you're trying to figure that out. So you know,
- 9:37Speaker 2: I'm guessing that that's you know that there were a
- 9:40Speaker 2: few times already this offseason where where I thought you know,
- 9:43Speaker 2: you know, you kind of start catching them signals, hey
- 9:45Speaker 2: like this is this is starting to move, like it's
- 9:47Speaker 2: getting closer, And a couple of times I thought it
- 9:49Speaker 2: was going to hit kind of early, but I think
- 9:51Speaker 2: it's just some sticking points on on kind of how
- 9:54Speaker 2: the guarantee structure is going to work on that. But
- 9:56Speaker 2: when it comes in, I would, I would, I would,
- 9:59Speaker 2: you know, feel pretty confident that it's going to be
- 10:01Speaker 2: somewhere north of that DK number.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Catching up with Nick Underhill New one stuff football here
- 10:07Speaker 4: on ot b uh. If we go to the Saints
- 10:10Speaker 4: free agency and there's two guys that have been valuable
- 10:13Speaker 4: to the Saints. Now they're older, Taysom Hill going to
- 10:15Speaker 4: be thirty six and you know, not really knowing what's
- 10:18Speaker 4: going to happen if he's going to play football. But
- 10:20Speaker 4: it's more with Cam Jordan, who's going to be thirty seven,
- 10:23Speaker 4: coming off a very productive year ten and a half
- 10:25Speaker 4: to actually all know that what's the latest you're hearing
- 10:28Speaker 4: with those two free agents? And you know is Taysom
- 10:31Speaker 4: kind of a he's either going to play for the
- 10:33Speaker 4: Saints or he's not gonna play at all.
- 10:34Speaker 5: And where's Cam Jordan? Right now in his relationship with
- 10:36Speaker 5: a franchise.
- 10:38Speaker 2: I think those two you got, well, I'll throw Alvin
- 10:40Speaker 2: and there. I think those three guys they're teachers with
- 10:42Speaker 2: the team, are kind of the most interesting thing right now.
- 10:45Speaker 2: I think Tayson for sure is retirement. I mean it's possible,
- 10:49Speaker 2: you know, he can come back, right like, and I'm
- 10:52Speaker 2: reluctant to say this, so, like what would his place
- 10:54Speaker 2: be with the team. I think if he came back,
- 10:56Speaker 2: it would have to be in a basically a league
- 10:58Speaker 2: minimum type role where you're kind of looking at him,
- 11:01Speaker 2: like like how they used Jimmy Graham that year from
- 11:03Speaker 2: the tyard line in and it's like, hey, look, Bason
- 11:06Speaker 2: average two point two yards for Kerry last year he
- 11:08Speaker 2: completed like thirty percent of the stats. He stumbled, like,
- 11:11Speaker 2: I don't know, it was four o'clock times. I don't
- 11:14Speaker 2: love number of carriers. Like, I think it's just kind
- 11:16Speaker 2: of clear where he's at. But I think there's still
- 11:18Speaker 2: value there from you know, those short yardage runs, go
- 11:22Speaker 2: line runs. If he came back, it would have to
- 11:23Speaker 2: be specifically that. I think, Yeah, I think you still
- 11:27Speaker 2: gonna end up retiring. That seems to be where the
- 11:29Speaker 2: wind's blowing on that nothing happened with the uh, the
- 11:33Speaker 2: the contract to let it void. Like I think it's
- 11:35Speaker 2: I think it's just kind of kind of clearly going
- 11:38Speaker 2: going in one direction there so the the other. Like Cam, Yeah,
- 11:43Speaker 2: camp situation is interesting. I didn't I.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Didn't expect it to go to this song.
- 11:47Speaker 2: Like I really thought that they settle at a number,
- 11:49Speaker 2: and I think, you know, that kind of signals three
- 11:51Speaker 2: things here, and two of them are good for the Saints,
- 11:54Speaker 2: Like Kim either doesn't have a market or he has
- 11:57Speaker 2: a market and he isn't willing him to go, And
- 11:59Speaker 2: you know, it just kind of seems seems like it's
- 12:02Speaker 2: it's one of those two things, and both those things
- 12:03Speaker 2: playing the Saints favors, so they're just sitting there waiting
- 12:06Speaker 2: for him to, you know, probably take the offer that
- 12:09Speaker 2: that they got on the table. You know, I would
- 12:12Speaker 2: guess the fans are probably around six and a half
- 12:13Speaker 2: and I would guess Dam's probably around ten. And you know,
- 12:17Speaker 2: I think that there's there's some picking points over incentive
- 12:21Speaker 2: laden deals. You know, I think Cam feels like he
- 12:24Speaker 2: he did a favor for the team last year and
- 12:26Speaker 2: out played it and now it's time for them to
- 12:29Speaker 2: do him right, and you know, I think it's just
- 12:31Speaker 2: kind of kind of at that crossroads. But uh, you know,
- 12:34Speaker 2: it's just kind of it feels like it feels like
- 12:37Speaker 2: I don't know, I still think this one probably gets done,
- 12:39Speaker 2: but it's it's weird now. And the longer it goes like,
- 12:42Speaker 2: the more chance is for like you know, hurt feelings
- 12:44Speaker 2: or you know, someone just waking up and be like
- 12:47Speaker 2: a fid I'm gonna go play against them, So I
- 12:50Speaker 2: think anything is possible. That and then the album one
- 12:52Speaker 2: is is incredibly fascinating. You know, the way they did
- 12:55Speaker 2: that contract. It allows it so that they get the
- 12:58Speaker 2: pro ration on the number and they haven't guaranteed any
- 13:02Speaker 2: additional money. There's three million dollars guaranteed. It's it's it's weird.
- 13:08Speaker 2: It's definitely a weird situation right now because it feels
- 13:10Speaker 2: like the team has moved on. I think there their
- 13:12Speaker 2: actions have told you they've moved on. Telling more has
- 13:15Speaker 2: given weird answers about it.
- 13:17Speaker 7: Uh.
- 13:18Speaker 2: It is one of those things where you know when
- 13:19Speaker 2: you're you're looking for for signs and signals and you
- 13:24Speaker 2: know it's kind of got your year out there here
- 13:26Speaker 2: on what's going on. I don't know. It kind of
- 13:30Speaker 2: feels like maybe you know, until it just feels like
- 13:33Speaker 2: anything is possible right now, Like I would not be
- 13:35Speaker 2: surprised if if there was a separation. I'm not saying
- 13:39Speaker 2: there's going to be, but I think there's enough signals
- 13:41Speaker 2: here to where you you know, it's kind of one
- 13:43Speaker 2: of those things where you're you're perked up and you're like, wait,
- 13:45Speaker 2: like this this feels like it's going a certain direction
- 13:48Speaker 2: and nobody's saying anything different. So, you know, I think
- 13:51Speaker 2: I think a couple of things could happen there. I think,
- 13:53Speaker 2: you know, you could retire, he could move on, or
- 13:57Speaker 2: I think it becomes back and it have to be
- 13:59Speaker 2: you know, on a paycott, And I honestly think it.
- 14:01Speaker 2: It's like I think Alvin's probably the one that wants
- 14:04Speaker 2: to to keep it more than anybody. So I don't know,
- 14:08Speaker 2: Like it's an interesting situation. It's just it just looks
- 14:11Speaker 2: very weird, Like the signals do it are very weird.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Like the way they did his contract is the same
- 14:15Speaker 2: way they did Marshawn's contract when they started looking to
- 14:18Speaker 2: move on from him, you know, so and everybody else.
- 14:22Speaker 2: It's always just a clean restructure. The money gets guaranteed
- 14:26Speaker 2: and they're on the team and you get that pro
- 14:27Speaker 2: ration that way, like they they deliberately kept their flexibility
- 14:30Speaker 2: open here and and it's just nobody's saying anything about anything.
- 14:35Speaker 2: It's just it's a very it's a very you know,
- 14:39Speaker 2: I'm not saying it is. I'm just saying it's there's
- 14:41Speaker 2: there's curiosities around so around this one a little bit
- 14:44Speaker 2: right now, Nick.
- 14:47Speaker 7: How much influence on personnel decisions, on the free agent line,
- 14:52Speaker 7: on the on the upcoming draft. How much influence does
- 14:55Speaker 7: Kellen Moore have.
- 14:57Speaker 2: It's a great question. Yeah, I think he has a lot.
- 14:58Speaker 2: But you know, it kind of feels like it's operating
- 15:01Speaker 2: a little bit differently the last the last last year
- 15:05Speaker 2: in this year. You know, I kind of think that
- 15:07Speaker 2: a lot of the personal decisions were we're driven first
- 15:12Speaker 2: and foremost by the head coach. And I think now
- 15:14Speaker 2: it's more like, here's.
- 15:17Speaker 3: The things we would like to have, here's the things
- 15:19Speaker 3: we want, These are.
- 15:20Speaker 2: The guys that fit, here's a list, here's who we'd
- 15:22Speaker 2: like to have go to work. And I think there's
- 15:24Speaker 2: kind of kind of more of that right now that
- 15:26Speaker 2: than there has been the last uh few years. You know,
- 15:30Speaker 2: I think he's still obviously, like very very involved, and
- 15:33Speaker 2: I think I think the front office is more involved,
- 15:35Speaker 2: like in shaping decision than than they have been in
- 15:39Speaker 2: the last few years. So I think that that's definitely
- 15:41Speaker 2: a ship right now. And they got a lot of
- 15:43Speaker 2: guys up there, man like that they've done a they've
- 15:45Speaker 2: done it.
- 15:46Speaker 3: It's kind of interesting, like they've done a good.
- 15:48Speaker 2: Job of getting people with experience and people that have
- 15:51Speaker 2: done a good job in the league into that into
- 15:53Speaker 2: that front office. And I think it's one of those
- 15:55Speaker 2: things where you know you're on path what you can
- 15:58Speaker 2: spend on your resources as far as personal brand power,
- 16:01Speaker 2: all that stuff. And you know, I think they they've
- 16:04Speaker 2: they've invested there, like Randy Buehlers you know, in there,
- 16:07Speaker 2: and he's very very involved in what they're doing. And
- 16:10Speaker 2: you know, obviously he was really good at a GM
- 16:12Speaker 2: work with Mickey before, and I think he's been a
- 16:15Speaker 2: great influence on that group. Dimitrov is up there as
- 16:19Speaker 2: a uh, you know, more of a more of a consultant,
- 16:21Speaker 2: not necessarily day to day, but he's he's involved in
- 16:24Speaker 2: the big picture and all that stuff. You know, and
- 16:26Speaker 2: they've just done a good job of bringing these guys
- 16:28Speaker 2: guys back. Dave Ziegler was here last year and then
- 16:32Speaker 2: he's in kind of see now, is uh, I think
- 16:35Speaker 2: an assistant GM.
- 16:36Speaker 3: There and they're kind of doing the same.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Thing too, but kind of stacking that brand power and
- 16:40Speaker 2: you know, stuff like gems don't don't get to retreat
- 16:43Speaker 2: like they kind of do their job and then things
- 16:45Speaker 2: that one one or two things go sideways and everything
- 16:47Speaker 2: wells a partner out and that doesn't that doesn't make
- 16:50Speaker 2: them a less capable scout, you know, it doesn't make
- 16:52Speaker 2: their lessons in the league less valuable. So I think,
- 16:56Speaker 2: you know, kind of bringing those guys in and layer
- 16:57Speaker 2: and I think I think, I don't know, like all
- 17:00Speaker 2: we can do is judge last year's results and it's
- 17:02Speaker 2: a small sample, and you know, it could be a
- 17:04Speaker 2: false signal or whatever. But it seems like things are
- 17:07Speaker 2: kind of you know, working well right now, and I
- 17:10Speaker 2: think there has been a little bit of a change there.
- 17:13Speaker 4: All right there he is Nick Underhill, New Orleans Stuff Football.

- 20:10Speaker 7: Oh Man, I don't even know how to approach this story.
- 20:16Speaker 7: That's what y'all sent in the group text yesterday.
- 20:18Speaker 6: What I sent? Yeah, do you want to talk about it?
- 20:21Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 20:21Speaker 8: I do want to talk about it.
- 20:22Speaker 9: You know, I want to talk about it.
- 20:25Speaker 8: I don't know you're talking about you can uh intro it?
- 20:30Speaker 6: Okay.
- 20:31Speaker 7: So there is a big story making its way across
- 20:34Speaker 7: as socials and I'm not I don't know if I'm exaggerating,
- 20:38Speaker 7: like when we say that this is one of the
- 20:41Speaker 7: more wild sentences ever written in the English language. Twenty
- 20:46Speaker 7: seven year old Dayton Weber, a professional quadruple amputee cornhole player,
- 20:52Speaker 7: is accused of fatally shooting somebody and that's pretty much
- 20:58Speaker 7: the lead end of the story.
- 21:00Speaker 10: And what, Yeah, this guy's like a quadruple quadruple amputee.
- 21:11Speaker 10: When he was a baby, he got a bacterial infection
- 21:15Speaker 10: and he was actually given like his last rites and everything,
- 21:17Speaker 10: like they thought he was gonna die, but he ended
- 21:21Speaker 10: up getting both his arms and his legs cut off
- 21:25Speaker 10: and he survived. But so this isn't the first time
- 21:28Speaker 10: he's making headlines. He's made history before. He was the
- 21:33Speaker 10: first quadruple amputee to compete in the professional televised American
- 21:37Speaker 10: Cornhole League, So he's pretty much a legend.
- 21:42Speaker 7: After I saw the story, I feel like I've seen
- 21:44Speaker 7: him clips of him through like Raking.
- 21:46Speaker 8: Too, Like he's really good at cornhole.
- 21:49Speaker 10: Yeah, okay, well I don't know because I never really
- 21:52Speaker 10: paid attention to the American Cornhole League before this, but.
- 21:56Speaker 8: Now he's kind of putting them on the map.
- 22:01Speaker 10: But yeah, he was arrested on charges facing He's facing
- 22:06Speaker 10: murder charges in connection with the death of his friend
- 22:10Speaker 10: Roderick Wells, and he apparently shot him in the car,
- 22:15Speaker 10: they got an argument in the car, and at around
- 22:19Speaker 10: ten twenty five pm on Sunday, the police recalled in.
- 22:23Speaker 10: He is accused of killing his friend in the car,
- 22:27Speaker 10: this quadruple amputee.
- 22:30Speaker 9: I I don't I don't think he did it, say.
- 22:36Speaker 10: One of the reporters asked the I guess the cop
- 22:41Speaker 10: or the sheriff. I guess the Sheriff's department held like
- 22:46Speaker 10: a press conference or something, and they asked, like, was
- 22:48Speaker 10: this gun made like for somebody that was an amputee,
- 22:54Speaker 10: Like you could add special stuff to it for an
- 22:56Speaker 10: amputee to use it, but that the shaff Of department
- 23:00Speaker 10: was like, we don't have an answer to that right now.
- 23:03Speaker 11: And I know there's been videos going around of like,
- 23:07Speaker 11: remember the guy in the Olympics didn't have any arms,
- 23:08Speaker 11: we shoot in the bow and era with his his.
- 23:10Speaker 9: Feet and everything.
- 23:12Speaker 11: Pulling the trigger in the car is gonna be even
- 23:14Speaker 11: harder because like, if you're to range, you can take
- 23:16Speaker 11: your time and do all that.
- 23:17Speaker 6: I just, yeah, I don't know.
- 23:21Speaker 9: I'm assuming he wasn't driving.
- 23:24Speaker 7: Tricky situation here, definitely, and it is a headline people
- 23:31Speaker 7: are talking about it. I told me he was the
- 23:37Speaker 7: driver of the car. I'd believe you at this one.
- 23:39Speaker 7: It's our journalistic responsibility to speak about this.
- 23:44Speaker 2: So.
- 23:46Speaker 8: I'm gonna be honest. So I used to know.
- 23:49Speaker 10: I used to know somebody that didn't have arms, but
- 23:53Speaker 10: they did have legs, and he would drive a car,
- 23:57Speaker 10: but he would drive the car like with his feet,
- 24:00Speaker 10: and he had the brakes like up top, so that
- 24:02Speaker 10: it was like he could break with like you know.
- 24:06Speaker 10: So I'm assuming that there is a way that he
- 24:09Speaker 10: drove off. I don't know, like he does have the
- 24:12Speaker 10: prosthetics on his legs and arms too.
- 24:17Speaker 6: I guess right, I just but I have seen clips
- 24:24Speaker 6: playing the corner crashing corner.
- 24:26Speaker 11: I was trying not to laugh, but like a Laundra's
- 24:28Speaker 11: statement was just objectively funny when she was like, yeah,
- 24:30Speaker 11: this isn't the first time he made headlines.
- 24:32Speaker 10: Yeah, no, he he made headlines because he was like
- 24:36Speaker 10: legendary cornhole player.
- 24:38Speaker 4: Bilbo said, if you're letting your quadruple amputee drive you around,
- 24:42Speaker 4: you're already on borrow.
- 24:44Speaker 9: Yeah you're asking.
- 24:44Speaker 6: So I don't think.
- 24:45Speaker 10: I don't think he was the one driving the car
- 24:47Speaker 10: at the time. I think he was a passenger in
- 24:49Speaker 10: the car. And then after he killed his I get
- 24:53Speaker 10: they're saying that they're friends, but I wouldn't kill my friend,
- 24:56Speaker 10: So I don't know if you can call him a friend.
- 24:58Speaker 10: But he drove off after is how I'm understanding.
- 25:02Speaker 4: So he was.
- 25:04Speaker 8: Much arrested as a fugitive.
- 25:10Speaker 6: It's kind of got a.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Right.
- 25:14Speaker 9: He's like, no, I did that.
- 25:17Speaker 3: Like him?
- 25:23Speaker 9: This is him, I believe, actually holding the fire arm.
- 25:28Speaker 6: That doesn't look like there's like a special attachment on
- 25:30Speaker 6: it either.
- 25:31Speaker 9: No, but it also doesn't look like he can pull
- 25:33Speaker 9: the trigger.
- 25:33Speaker 7: But I've seen but I think that they the video
- 25:36Speaker 7: went around socials as well, like him actually firing, like
- 25:41Speaker 7: cocking it, firing it. Okay, mmm, where'd.
- 25:47Speaker 6: Just see this story?
- 25:48Speaker 10: I saw it on Twitter and then I did my
- 25:51Speaker 10: research because I felt like I had to for the people.
- 25:56Speaker 6: What people need to know.
- 25:59Speaker 7: Anyway, now you're updated on the latest professional corn hole.
- 26:02Speaker 8: Correct, Dayton Weber takes something.
- 26:07Speaker 6: It's a very sportsy name, Dayton Weber. Yeah, that is
- 26:10Speaker 6: a good name.
- 26:10Speaker 5: Feels like he's an SEC Saturday starter.
- 26:12Speaker 6: He does with a name like that.
- 26:14Speaker 9: You know, he like transferred from a smaller school.
- 26:17Speaker 10: So Weber was the one that was driving the car.
- 26:21Speaker 10: Wells was in the front seat passenger.
- 26:24Speaker 9: I'm not.
- 26:30Speaker 6: Situation.
- 26:30Speaker 8: There were other people in the vehicle.
- 26:32Speaker 10: They started arguing in front of others. Weber allegedly shot
- 26:38Speaker 10: Wells to death and pulled over in the community.
- 26:41Speaker 5: I feel like this is pretty cut and dry it
- 26:44Speaker 5: So then he asked.
- 26:46Speaker 10: Wait, he asked the other passengers to help him remove
- 26:50Speaker 10: him from the car. The others refused, got out of
- 26:54Speaker 10: the car and fled the scene, while Weber drove away
- 26:57Speaker 10: with the body.
- 27:00Speaker 9: Asking for help. Like you guys saw that right?
- 27:02Speaker 6: Like that?
- 27:02Speaker 9: Yeah, he had that comment, like you saw what.
- 27:04Speaker 6: Was the last part?
- 27:06Speaker 10: He drove away with the body.
- 27:09Speaker 9: So he was driving.
- 27:12Speaker 11: Multiple people felt safe enough for him to drive, and
- 27:15Speaker 11: they just casually watched him, like Okay, if he shot
- 27:17Speaker 11: this gun, there's no way he's like quick drawing it, right.
- 27:20Speaker 9: He kind of got to take your time and do that.
- 27:24Speaker 7: We speculate all we want. Someone in the chat says,
- 27:29Speaker 7: do they would they officially call that friendly fire?
- 27:33Speaker 8: Probably? So, yeah, I would say that's friendly fire.
- 27:36Speaker 6: Fair point Stone Taylor.
- 27:43Speaker 9: I just just I just have some questions.
- 27:46Speaker 6: There's a lot of questions answered. I'm sure they will
- 27:48Speaker 6: in the court of wall.
- 27:50Speaker 9: That you've seen Year one. Anybody ever seen that?
- 27:54Speaker 11: Jack Black, Michael, Sarah in it, caanaan Abel are in it,
- 27:58Speaker 11: and you know they reenact Caine, you know, killing his
- 28:01Speaker 11: brother Abel.
- 28:02Speaker 9: And he's like, you gotta saw that riding with self
- 28:04Speaker 9: defense right, like you saw, like you saw. They're like no, no,
- 28:07Speaker 9: like you totally just killed him. He's like, no, no, no, no,
- 28:09Speaker 9: like you saw. It's the only thing I can think of.
- 28:12Speaker 10: So he plays cornhole quadruple empty tea, by the way,
- 28:16Speaker 10: plays cornhole, drives and can shoot and drive at the
- 28:20Speaker 10: same time.
- 28:22Speaker 9: Winning and convince his friends to let them show for him,
- 28:26Speaker 9: show for him.
- 28:26Speaker 6: Are out.
- 28:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean, the murder thing's not great, but a
- 28:35Speaker 4: lot of odds. Daniel Bastin says, give this guy a hand.
- 28:45Speaker 10: I don't even want to look at the chat right
- 28:47Speaker 10: now because I know I'm gonna just start laughing my
- 28:50Speaker 10: ass off.
- 28:52Speaker 5: It's not a good place if you don't want to
- 28:53Speaker 5: say them we just really got it.
- 28:55Speaker 6: Just a hit and roll, no out.

- 31:50Speaker 10: we die Easter eggs. Maybe we give Easter egg dying well, you're.
- 31:55Speaker 9: You're forgetting top five Easter candy.
- 31:56Speaker 5: Or far or we could be in the sports show category.
- 32:02Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't known. I'd rather talk about which pastel
- 32:05Speaker 6: colors are the best for Easter.
- 32:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 32:11Speaker 8: I do like the green one. Lavender is great.
- 32:14Speaker 4: I don't like lavender because goaded like I like L
- 32:17Speaker 4: s U purple. You know, so that's the cate of
- 32:19Speaker 4: purple I prefer. Yeah, it's a goaded pastel color.
- 32:23Speaker 6: It is mean. It's a good one too. Yeah, thank
- 32:26Speaker 6: you appreciate that.
- 32:32Speaker 10: I'm a little worried about dev He didn't answer when
- 32:35Speaker 10: we called him. Yeah, hasn't responded my text.
- 32:38Speaker 4: He probably watched Raw last night. Got a little crazy. Yeah,
- 32:41Speaker 4: get it happens.
- 32:43Speaker 6: Been there.
- 32:46Speaker 4: Do we think that Nick o'derhill thinks that Alave is
- 32:50Speaker 4: gonna get the same contract as Jason are close?
- 32:52Speaker 8: That would insane if.
- 32:55Speaker 7: I think, I think what he's saying is that they
- 32:58Speaker 7: he believes are probably asked his side of things and
- 33:00Speaker 7: ask him for like thirty four, which just like that's
- 33:03Speaker 7: gonna be eight and a half million dollars last mon
- 33:05Speaker 7: than the new than Jaysn's contract.
- 33:08Speaker 6: So it brings more validity to what they're asking, right right,
- 33:11Speaker 6: I mean.
- 33:12Speaker 4: JSN in three years has three thy five hundred and
- 33:15Speaker 4: fifty one yards. He had six twenty eight, eleven, thirty, seventeen,
- 33:19Speaker 4: ninety three one offensive Player of the Year in the
- 33:21Speaker 4: NFL last year. He has twenty touchdowns and three seasons.
- 33:24Speaker 4: Chris Alave in four seasons has nineteen touchdowns, so one
- 33:29Speaker 4: less touchdown total yards thirty seven to twenty eight, so
- 33:33Speaker 4: he's little on two hundred yards more in one more season,
- 33:37Speaker 4: although he certainly dealt with some injuries through the concussions,
- 33:41Speaker 4: so it's you know, another concern as well. It's not
- 33:43Speaker 4: to say chrysal Lock is not a really, really really
- 33:45Speaker 4: good player. He is, but Jaysn just went offensive player
- 33:49Speaker 4: of the Year in the league.
- 33:52Speaker 11: Yeah, that asking price for sure, Like, okay, we didn't
- 33:55Speaker 11: we didn't really talk about this. Alec Pierce getting one
- 33:58Speaker 11: hundred and sixteen million dollars. ALVE's got to be happy
- 34:02Speaker 11: about that. Like Ale Pierce had a good season last year.
- 34:04Speaker 11: He's a one thousand yard season a lot.
- 34:06Speaker 4: I said, three, he's had more Alec peers. To his credit,
- 34:09Speaker 4: he's had more big plays than he receive in the
- 34:11Speaker 4: last three years.
- 34:14Speaker 11: Yeah, that's why he only had like sixty seven catches
- 34:17Speaker 11: last year. Catches are like forty yard But like is
- 34:20Speaker 11: that sustainable too? I guess yeah. The and that's why
- 34:24Speaker 11: I asked him the question I did of like why
- 34:26Speaker 11: was there more urgency? And maybe it was a love
- 34:29Speaker 11: said dragging their feet because they knew that contractor is coming.
- 34:31Speaker 11: We like, Puka is gonna get done, like Nick said,
- 34:33Speaker 11: like Puka's going to set the market.
- 34:35Speaker 7: He's gonna set So at that point, maybe it was
- 34:37Speaker 7: them dragging their feet right just to have that argument,
- 34:40Speaker 7: But I certainly would have made it a priority to
- 34:43Speaker 7: get that deal done before those two hit the market.
- 34:47Speaker 7: And then the Alec Pierce kind of comes out of
- 34:49Speaker 7: nowhere with that, with that, with those dollars amounts. So
- 34:54Speaker 7: when with this whole one end of the season was
- 34:56Speaker 7: like was came about, I was like, man, you got
- 34:58Speaker 7: to try to get Alva LIKEW seven twenty eight something
- 35:01Speaker 7: like that tops happened. I mean, thirty four is gonna
- 35:07Speaker 7: seem like a bargain now, I mean.
- 35:10Speaker 9: Nick mentioned DK's at thirty three.
- 35:12Speaker 11: You look at the deal Alec Pierce had, Like, say
- 35:15Speaker 11: what you want about a love He's getting more and
- 35:17Speaker 11: probably deserves it at this point in his career, more
- 35:20Speaker 11: than they do.
- 35:21Speaker 7: And you can say whatever you want about like what
- 35:23Speaker 7: you think about him and his stature and like his
- 35:25Speaker 7: skill set that he has. But yeah, you can't argue,
- 35:27Speaker 7: like numbers are numbers, and you can't argue he had
- 35:30Speaker 7: number one receiver numbers and he's a great addition and
- 35:33Speaker 7: did a lot of great things, but he had more
- 35:36Speaker 7: production than DK did by a lot.
- 35:40Speaker 11: Think about a guy like DK Metcalf like this, this
- 35:42Speaker 11: JSN deal kills the Dallas Cowboys. Yeah, first of all,
- 35:48Speaker 11: that you can't sign Pickens. I don't want them to
- 35:51Speaker 11: sign Pickens. Like you're already paying cdee Lamb a lot
- 35:54Speaker 11: of money. He's gonna want more in a few years.
- 35:57Speaker 11: You're gonna pay your wide receiver to thirty five mil.
- 36:00Speaker 6: I mean, George Pickens had a.
- 36:02Speaker 9: Great season, I get it, but you can't pay both
- 36:04Speaker 9: Doublem really good.
- 36:06Speaker 4: Cowboys did a good job of getting under the cap.
- 36:08Speaker 4: I mean they were well over Now they're fourteen and
- 36:10Speaker 4: a half million under the cap. Now you gotta sign
- 36:12Speaker 4: your draft class. That's gonna take from that as well.
- 36:14Speaker 7: But I mean you could even say Pickets had a
- 36:17Speaker 7: better year than a lave right, Like it looked like
- 36:20Speaker 7: like from the optics, it looked different.
- 36:23Speaker 5: I mean outside of JSN.
- 36:27Speaker 6: And Puka.
- 36:29Speaker 4: Let me see, Yeah, JSN and Pooka and then George
- 36:32Speaker 4: Pickens seventeen ninety three for JSN, seventeen fifteen for Puka,
- 36:37Speaker 4: and then fourteen twenty nine was third for George Pickens.
- 36:43Speaker 4: It was eighth in catches, third in yards, eighth in touchdown,
- 36:46Speaker 4: seventh in yards per catch.
- 36:49Speaker 7: Hmmm, fascinating contracts. This JSN thing, super fascinating. So didn't
- 37:02Speaker 7: number one receiver and.
- 37:04Speaker 4: Puka was the same draft And if I'm not mistaken,
- 37:07Speaker 4: Puka has been playing on the fifth round deal his.
- 37:09Speaker 6: Whole time, right obviously, Yeah, he ill.
- 37:14Speaker 4: And so we were talking about what thirty five thirty
- 37:16Speaker 4: seven some change for the Pukah's got forty two hundred
- 37:20Speaker 4: in three years, three hundred and thirteen catches in three
- 37:23Speaker 4: years and nineteen touchdowns. Yeah, and he means more to
- 37:28Speaker 4: the RAMS than almost any skill player means to their team,
- 37:33Speaker 4: you know, outside.
- 37:33Speaker 5: A quarterback taxes though. He's about to set the marker.
- 37:40Speaker 6: And he should. Yeah, but I didn't know the mark
- 37:43Speaker 6: was going to be that high.
- 37:44Speaker 4: He might he might actually do it before the season starts,
- 37:47Speaker 4: because you know, hey, guys, I've been playing on a
- 37:50Speaker 4: fifth round deal and y'all have.
- 37:55Speaker 5: Twenty six million under the cap. I'm gonna need you.
- 38:00Speaker 5: You can holler at me real quick. I've been great.
- 38:01Speaker 5: I've been good. I've never complained about my fifth round deal.
- 38:05Speaker 7: But a block, I catch, a run, I do, I
- 38:08Speaker 7: do all the things. I'm not like this one trick pony,
- 38:13Speaker 7: and he should set the mark. But who would have
- 38:15Speaker 7: thought that the mark for a top receiver, a number
- 38:17Speaker 7: one receiver on your team, one of the top of
- 38:19Speaker 7: the league is getting paid, you know, middle to high end,
- 38:25Speaker 7: not high end quarterback money, but good mid range quarterback
- 38:30Speaker 7: money per year. This kind of shit like tells you,
- 38:37Speaker 7: you know, in Best GM and Football, John Snyder is
- 38:43Speaker 7: what's the plan there? You know, what's the playing long term?
- 38:47Speaker 7: Can you sustain a complete team.
- 38:51Speaker 6: That way?
- 38:53Speaker 7: Anybody can do it? I guess it's gonna be him,
- 38:54Speaker 7: but yeah, I mean it's you set the mark by
- 38:57Speaker 7: that much, you gotta like, how is what? What's your
- 39:02Speaker 7: How are you going to structure the rest of this
- 39:03Speaker 7: roster for the next three years?
- 39:04Speaker 6: Right? Because you got to always be thinking in advance.
- 39:07Speaker 5: Yeah, you got to just trust that you've got the
- 39:09Speaker 5: GM to do it.
- 39:10Speaker 6: And you got same.
- 39:10Speaker 7: And look at Donald on a friendly contract now, which
- 39:13Speaker 7: I think is like two seven or something like that.
- 39:14Speaker 4: And again, when you don't have dead money, like you
- 39:17Speaker 4: only have under half a million dollars in debt in
- 39:20Speaker 4: dead money, you still have thirty two million to spend
- 39:23Speaker 4: if you wanted to. Like, they've done such a nice
- 39:26Speaker 4: job of either developing their own guys and then rewarding
- 39:29Speaker 4: them with new contracts or like you said, given low
- 39:33Speaker 4: end free agent deals for the position and hitting on
- 39:36Speaker 4: those as well. It's their scouting department that's done the
- 39:39Speaker 4: job to believe that Sam Donald could be who he
- 39:43Speaker 4: is for sure and some of the other pieces that
- 39:46Speaker 4: they've added along the way.
- 39:48Speaker 6: Mm hmm.
- 39:49Speaker 7: This it brings up the question when Donald's contract runs
- 39:52Speaker 7: out with them, what do they do at that point
- 39:55Speaker 7: with him?
- 39:56Speaker 4: Yeah, they're gonna I mean Sam still twenty eight twenty nine.
- 40:00Speaker 7: Certainly its contract now allows them the freedom to do
- 40:03Speaker 7: some of the things they're doing right.
- 40:04Speaker 6: It does.
- 40:05Speaker 7: That's a good question brought up in the chat Mitchell.
- 40:07Speaker 7: Who are the top three receivers in the NFL? Hookah, Jamar,
- 40:15Speaker 7: Chase Jamar and Justin Are. I mean, how are you
- 40:19Speaker 7: not going to put jays in in there in the conversation?
- 40:24Speaker 7: It's tough to have the three Jamar, Pookah js N.
- 40:29Speaker 7: Maybe Saint Brown is in that gone raw. I mean,
- 40:32Speaker 7: the way Pickens played, he's stopped. He's gotta be up there.
- 40:39Speaker 7: Sam Donald's still twenty eight. It's crazy playing for twenty
- 40:43Speaker 7: five years.
- 40:43Speaker 6: Of his life.
- 40:45Speaker 4: Uh, hopefully Jets can get a quarterback that can throw
- 40:48Speaker 4: a forward pass this year.
- 40:50Speaker 7: We can see him get back to his ways, So
- 40:52Speaker 7: they do Kyler, see, I think it's gonna do well.
- 40:56Speaker 7: I hope so really, I honestly do. It's not like
- 40:59Speaker 7: just trying. I honestly think you'll probably.
- 41:01Speaker 5: We know you're not afraid to talk negative about somebody here?
- 41:04Speaker 6: Who am I talking negative about everybody?
- 41:06Speaker 5: We'll be that more.
- 41:06Speaker 6: OTB, What have I said? Something positive?

- 44:41Speaker 6: Here in a little bit.
- 44:41Speaker 7: Oh yeah, let's let's be able to look in the
- 44:44Speaker 7: mirror a little bit like We're not the most sporty
- 44:47Speaker 7: of sports show. We're a sports entertainment show, right. I
- 44:49Speaker 7: think that plays a little bit better in the morning.
- 44:51Speaker 6: Yeah, I think it does as well. Is there a
- 44:54Speaker 6: sports ish category? Sports ish? We've got that locked up.
- 44:58Speaker 8: Got locked up, buddy, what do you We were pretty
- 45:01Speaker 8: good about it today.
- 45:03Speaker 6: We were a good mix. Yeah, we were a good mix.
- 45:05Speaker 4: I mean we gave contracts and catchers and numbers and
- 45:08Speaker 4: all these things, and broke down a pro day and
- 45:10Speaker 4: also broke down a Cornhill story that was wild and had.
- 45:13Speaker 6: A twist to it, you know, a murder situation. Yeah.
- 45:19Speaker 6: Coach Molk is going to join us tomorrow.
- 45:20Speaker 4: By the way, I think it's going to be super
- 45:22Speaker 4: late nine thirty because she's on California time.
- 45:25Speaker 6: But I think we've got to figure it out. So
- 45:26Speaker 6: excited for that.
- 45:27Speaker 9: You've you've met before?
- 45:30Speaker 6: Who's that?
- 45:31Speaker 5: But just because she doesn't know. You don't mean you
- 45:33Speaker 5: don't know her.
- 45:34Speaker 8: Don't play.
- 45:37Speaker 5: Preferred toppings for a beef taco.
- 45:41Speaker 4: Cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, crea and depends on what kind of beef.
- 45:47Speaker 6: Good greasy beef.
- 45:51Speaker 8: Situation, because he does.
- 45:54Speaker 6: He's probably like sharp cheddar taco bell.
- 46:00Speaker 4: Love like you go to a good Mexican restaurant and
- 46:04Speaker 4: the grease has kind of made the heartshell little.
- 46:06Speaker 6: So yeah, you like that. I can't. I can't talk
- 46:10Speaker 6: takers with this dude. I just can't do it.
- 46:13Speaker 9: What's the Scout's the deal?
- 46:14Speaker 6: What's this guy's deal? I don't know. I like them both.
- 46:20Speaker 6: I just prefer like them both too. I know it's weird.
- 46:23Speaker 8: I just like default to solve, but I like both.
- 46:27Speaker 8: But it depends on the show.
