- 6:07go through another name to be name or so here
- 6:10On page three. Back of page three, Bill Gates is listed,

- 7:41Answer no question and then sorry. One more name here,
- 7:44Alan Dershowitz. What did you understand his relationship to be
- 7:48with mister Epstein? Answer he was his attorney. Question was
- 7:52he a frequent visitor of mister Epstein? Answer no question.
- 7:56Do you know the purpose of their meetings? Answer no?
- 7:59Did you overhear discussions? Answer no? Did you engage with
- 8:03mister Dershowitz yourself? Answer no? Maybe in passing hello, But
- 8:08that was it question, and then we've already covered Ms.
- 8:11Rumler would be the last one I would like to
- 8:13ask about, but we already covered the nature of their relationship,
- 8:17So I just have one general question around her for scheduling.
- 8:21Were young women or girls ever prohibited from being scheduled
- 8:24on the same day or around the same time as
- 8:26Miss Rumler would come to meet mister Epstein. Answer no, Brinnak,
- 8:31did you ever believe that miss Ruemler had a romantic
- 8:34relationship with mister Epstein? Miss Groff, No, mister Timmins asking
- 8:38the question. So from two thousand and one to two
- 8:41thousand and six you were responsible for Epstein's schedule, Is
- 8:44that correct? Graff? Yes, Timmins, and you scheduled many massages?
- 8:49Just approximately how many a day or a week? I
- 8:52mean a couple times a week every day? Graff? I
- 8:54would say, you know, possibly daily, but there were definitely
- 8:57times when he would not have a massage Timmins, So
- 9:00on average three or four times a week Graff, Well,
- 9:03it would be when he was in New York, which
- 9:05was typically three days Timmins. Okay, and you said earlier,
- 9:09remind me how many during that period of time. How
- 9:12many different massage therapists do you think we're scheduled? Ballpark
- 9:16Graf different It's difficult for me to say. I don't know.
- 9:19Timmins dozens Graf ten, Timmins cuts her off, hundreds GRAF
- 9:25twenty fifteen. Timmins, Okay, I think you said thirty earlier,
- 9:29but okay, Graff, okay, thirty Timmins, So just a dozen GRAF, yeah, Timmins,
- 9:35a dozen or two dozen? And you never did you
- 9:38ever interact with a massage therapist individually during the time period? Graff?
- 9:42No question by Timmins. So he was arrested in two
- 9:46thousand and six, when did you You said you never
- 9:49scheduled a massage after he got out of jail in
- 9:51twenty ten, after his arrest, before he went to jail,
- 9:55did you ever schedule any massages during that time between
- 9:58two thousand and six and two thous ten, Groff two
- 10:01thousand and six, twenty ten, No, I mean, well, he
- 10:04was Timmins cuts her off. He was in jail from
- 10:08two thousand and eight, sort of Graff, right, So it's
- 10:10possible between two thousand and six and two thousand and eight,
- 10:13I don't recall question by Timmins. Okay, but you do
- 10:18recall specifically that when he got out of jail there
- 10:21were no more massages. Groff correct question. Okay, And are
- 10:25you aware when did you read the non prosecution agreement?
- 10:28When were you made aware of that? Answer? I believe
- 10:32after he went to jail Timmins, okay. And what is
- 10:36your current when he went to jail and got out,
- 10:39What was your understanding of the reason that he went
- 10:41to jail? Graff? The reason he went to jail was
- 10:44procuring an underage prostitute or solicitation of a prostitute. Timmins, Okay,
- 10:50did you know anything surrounding the incidents that they were
- 10:53charging him with? Graff? No. Timmins, did you then or
- 10:57do you now? Graf No, I don't know how it occurred,
- 11:01is that what you mean? Tim? And sure. So, basically,
- 11:04he had a number of different people that were procuring
- 11:06underage women or of age women and scheduling massages and
- 11:10then either soliciting them by paying them extra money or
- 11:13physically sexually assaulting them and raping them. And someone finally
- 11:17told somebody, and that's how he got arrested, and there
- 11:20were issues with the case and so he pled guilty,
- 11:22and here we are. So, I mean, I would imagine
- 11:25that his lawyers included the people that were scheduling these massages.
- 11:28Sarah Kellen was horrified that she was on there as well,
- 11:31but she acknowledged that she scheduled massages as well, So
- 11:35his attorneys probably included that. So what time of day
- 11:38generally speaking, between two thousand and one and two thousand
- 11:41and six were the massages scheduled generally? Were they in
- 11:44the morning graff daytime question? Were they in the evening? Daytime?
- 11:49Graff daytime? Timmin's Okay, I'm going to fast forward to
- 11:52post twenty ten. It seems that from twenty ten really
- 11:56to twenty twelve thirteen, he went on a sprint to
- 11:58find a group of women that he would leverage to
- 12:01put in his service. I'm going to refer to them
- 12:04as the seven survivors. I don't really consider redacted to
- 12:07be a survivor. I think she was elevated above what
- 12:10she was originally brought in for. So these seven survivors
- 12:13were brought into the US, they were all young, they
- 12:16were all very attractive, and they are methods of control,
- 12:20and they are tools of control. And whether you realize
- 12:23that you were critical to the tools and the methods
- 12:25of control is one question, but I mean, I guess
- 12:28I just want to talk about them. So there's credit cards.
- 12:31So Epstein in Dyke Well redacted would take out credit
- 12:34cards in their names. They would create businesses in their names.
- 12:37These seven women that were quote unquote assistants, and he
- 12:41would then leverage their finances. He gave them a place
- 12:44to stay, and you were aware that they all stayed
- 12:47in the same house, with the exception of redacted. I
- 12:50asked you earlier about the pin numbers, so it's my
- 12:52understanding that you controlled the pin numbers for the doors
- 12:55of their apartments, and to be very careful because they
- 12:59did you have the ability to change. Did you ever
- 13:02change did you control? Did you know the codes into
- 13:05their apartments? Miss Grof? I never changed any codes, Timmins.
- 13:09Did you know the codes of their apartments? Groff? I
- 13:12did know the codes on the apartments, but I had
- 13:14nothing to do with them. Timmins. Did you ever change
- 13:16the codes? Groff? No, Timmins. Would you be surprised if
- 13:20there's an email from you stating that you changed the code? Grof? Well,
- 13:24maybe there was something wrong with the code. I don't know, Timmins. Okay,
- 13:27so you could have changed the codes, Groff, Well, there
- 13:30were very difficult machines. I don't know. I never went
- 13:33in and changed them myself, Timmins. So you have the
- 13:36tools of control and methods of control. Epstein would tell
- 13:39the victims the survivors, that their PIN number would be
- 13:41changed if they didn't do what he said. He did
- 13:44not give them leases. They were at his benevolence, just
- 13:49yet another one of his methods. The control, the tools,
- 13:52the apartment, the ability to control whether they were able
- 13:55to go into their apartment. And he did that through you.
- 13:57But again you didn't know, so can pe uters and phones.
- 14:01He gave them computers and their cell phones, and he
- 14:04told them that they were being survelled and that they
- 14:06could do whatever they wanted. But just know that he
- 14:08was watching. So does that surprise you that he would
- 14:11say that to them, Groth, I did not know that
- 14:14that's what he was telling them. I had zero knowledge
- 14:16of that. All right, folks, we're going to wrap up
- 14:18right here and in the next episode we're gonna pick
- 14:21up where we left off. All the information that goes
- 14:24with this episode can be found in the description box
