Ashkenaz Festival turns 15 with a bigger, bolder run—spreading across Kensington Market, Midtown, and North York, kicking off August 30th on Pedestrian Sunday with live music, klezmer bands, giant puppets, and a parade. Add theater, Shul Crawl nights, and Lula Lounge gigs, then head north for Labor Day: free shows at Earl Bales Park featuring The Klezmatics’ 40th anniversary bash, culminating in “The Last Horrah” at Honey and Barry Park on Sept 6—with music, market, and more.
