Marshall’s beloved Mermaid Parade is back—and brighter than ever—after a rain-soaked hiatus last year due to Tropical Storm Helene. On June sixth, streets overflowed with mermaid-clad revelers, families, and performers celebrating resilience and community spirit. More than just a festive spectacle, the parade symbolizes Marshall’s recovery, proving that even after devastation, tradition and joy can return stronger.
