- Mark Riley: Boston, how we doin' at St. Patrick's Day weekend Alright y'all can do a little bit better than that. How we doing Boston? Alright, welcome to an absolutely awesome show for you guys tonight. I'm so glad you're here. A few housekeeping things, please save us time to silence your cell phones and take note of the emergency exits. Alright, now that that's out of the way, I want you to make as much noise possible for your first act. Taaaaoah! I don't need this. That's right, we don't need this. I'm gonna start it off. They asked me to start it off with a couple of anthems. What do we think? Huh? Canadians in the house, we gotta give them respect. So and I love seeing that answer. Here we go. So if you would True patriot love in all of us command with glowing hearts we see thee rise, the throne of strong and free from far and wide O Canada. We stand on guard for thee. God keep our land. Glorious and free O Canada we stand on guard for thee. Or Canada we stand on guard for thee. Okay. You see, can you see why the dawn's early light for what so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming, whose broad stripes and bright stars throw the peril as spite for the rampant we watch were so gallantly streaming and the rockets were red glare. Keep rough through the night that a flag was still there. ⁓ sade us that star spangled. This special episode of the Chirping Zebras Podcast is brought to you by Referees Crease, Damon Financial, Granite Links, Bardi Irrigation, McKay Construction, Lovell Hockey, Grillos Pickles, Landmark Public House, Boston Junior Terriers, Merriman Foundation, Laugh Boston, Cyrus 11, Todd Angeli, and Sistie Marketing. Father, forgive me for the cross check in the creed. For the elbow in the corner when the choir sang peace. Candles in the rafters bail that twine round the beams This barn's a crooked chapel where we sharpen broken dreams Blow the Irish whistle. Father, call my name, give me five for all my cheap shots, ten for every stain, death taxes, and the first call to Montreal. Stripe judge of the ice, just throw me out of the game. You said keep your stick down, son, but I spared him in the rib. Spot a curse in every face off. Hook redemption at the hip. I slash through every Sunday. Bend commandments like the board. Tape my sins in filthy layers so they never hit the floor. The Irish whistle Father call my name Give me five for all my cheap shots ten for every stain death taxes and the first call to Montreal Stripe judge of the ice just throw me out of the game Of sides with the angels, too many men. Serve my minutes with a bar tap, but the clock still bleeds red. If mercy has a penalty box, I'll sit and take my turn till the final horn of heaven. Of the whole remote. So father call my name, give me five for all my cheap shots, ten for every stain, death, taxes. And the first call to Montreal, stripe, charge of the ice, just throw me out of the gate. Australia? Throw me from the game. Zebra on the ice bill. How did he get on the ice? Trip, trip. They still can't get him off the ice. This is crazy. Here comes all the zebras. It's a zoo out there. You can't do that. Doesn't matter. Maybe we'll all embrace the zebra side. Who was at the parade today? Okay, dressed us. All right. Fucking fantastic. thanks for coming out. We're gonna have a lot of fun. ⁓ and ⁓ it's my job to do ⁓ the intros of our special guests, and you might know them. ⁓ and if you don't, then why the fuck are you here? First guy, ⁓ he's he's an incredible rapper up in Canada. ⁓ he was on our floor today. Jonathan Diaby, otherwise known as Dolo from Shorty. And our next special guest, ⁓ you ⁓ he's he's he's ⁓ on podcast, Tales with T R, which I did, and he's on ⁓ Shoresy as Ted Hitchcock, but when you say his name ten times fast it sounds like Terry Hitchcock Terry Rice Let's go. Let's fucking go. Yeah, here you go, buddy. Before we get started, how about we give a heal to Mark Riley for putting this all together tonight? Yeah, you did a great job putting this all together. Great job doing the float. Let's have a good time tonight. What do you say? I wanna ⁓ give a shout out to Josh Dolan for putting that video together and all the graphics and stuff we've been posting. And I also want to shout out to ⁓ AOA Studios, Mike, who was on the float all day filming and taking pictures. And Z is out there tonight. ⁓ that was awesome. Also wanna thank our sponsors, ⁓ the referees Creese and Granite Lynx. Those are our two big sponsors tonight. And ⁓ referees Crease, Gene Bender right there. Appreciate that. ⁓ we also had some other sponsors like ⁓ Lovel Hockey, ⁓ Boston Junior Terriers, Landmark Restaurant in Dorchester. They they set us up with incredible food. ⁓ we had McKay Construction give us the truck. We had ⁓ the Howard Brothers and ⁓ who else did we have? We had a couple more. I should have looked. you nailed it. Yeah. No I'm supposed to get every one of ⁓ you know? ⁓ I said level hockey and ⁓ Fucking. They knew what they were signing up for. Yeah, no. Yeah, they know who I am. ⁓ we'll think of ⁓ but ⁓ wanna thank everyone out there ⁓ for that. And also Damon Financial, who is one of our main sponsors as well. So ⁓ so clap for all them. All right. Before we get into stories and stuff like that, I wanna get your reaction of the experience today coming because neither of you experienced Boston St. Patrick's Day. I told you it was gonna be sick. I don't think Dolo believed me. But what was that like today? I fucking loved it. I'm from St. John's, Newfoundland. I don't know if you guys know, it's very goddamn Irish, man, and i the only thing d that ⁓ the only regret that I have about today is that I'm not home with my buddies getting fucking stoned and loaded at eight in the morning on George Street. If you know George Street, if you're from Canada, that's ⁓ a very it's a very Patti's Day place to be. Thank you guys for coming out. I really appreciate it. This guy's one of my good friends. This guy's one of my best friends. And honestly, here we are in a place to celebrate hockey, not only hockey. Patty's Day, everything else in Boston, which I love. My name used to be O'Ryan, now it's Ryan, ⁓ obviously. ⁓ my grandfather did that. And ⁓ I I appreciate it. I love you guys. Thanks very much for having us and we're gonna have a good time with that. So Yesterday night and so I came to Boston twice before, right? And the Boston crowd at the Shores of Classic was a fucking amazing. The best crowds we ever fucking had, I'm not gonna lie. The best crowds. But Boston fucking sucks. Is what I said until yesterday, you know what I'm saying? Until yesterday night, this this morning I woke up. We fucking we h where's John? John, where you at? My dog John in the back Navy SEAL, you what I'm saying? Make some noise for fucking John right there. But he helped us out today. He was the man that carried the fucking squad. We did it all. Mark you fucking set it up. I was like a little skeptical at first. And then that float started going. The boat left the fucking port. And I said, God damn, Boston, y'all niggas is crazy, man. I can't lie. It was fucking awesome. It was one of the best days of my fucking life. I'm not gonna lie, man. It was best days of my life, dog. It was fucking awesome. And it still is, I'm not gonna lie, it was awesome. Thank you. But at first I I I didn't believe Mark. You know what I mean? I I I was skeptical. Well, you did say last night when the bar closed at one in Charlestown, which is a travesty, by the way. ⁓ you did say Boston sucks. And I said give us another chance. You mean to take him to Foley's Well, we talked about it, but we had to get this guy back. We did a I'm from St. John's the bears closed at four AM for fuck's sake. I know, I got some friends out here. Luckily, ⁓ so I do want to point out John Eccles from the Warrior for Life Fund. ⁓ and a former Navy SEAL and one of the best people you'll ever meet. And last night We were hanging down on the south shore and you weren't showing up. So I said to John, We gotta go do an X fill. And he looked at me and said, You're a fucking moron. And ⁓ I said, Let's go in like this and he beat me up. So ⁓ but we did literally go in and pull him out and throw him in the back of the truck. He was in the trunk. So you really were in the trunk. So no but it was awesome day. Yep. So now Shorty. Give us your take on that. Like, I mean, it's just blown up, right? Jared Keyshaw's amazing. We've had some of the other boys on, John Morasty and ⁓ and Max and ⁓ Jacob. ⁓ we had Goody on. What's it like to be on that show? Okay, do you want me to take this for no kid d this is someone take that? It's like a fucking shoe. Okay. I'll fucking tell you this, man. I'm fucking half in the bag right now, I've been all day. I can't wait to talk to you motherfuckers. Here we go. Thanks for asking me. So I used to play for the Montreal Canadians. The Habs used to if we could convince them to like d that that we were gonna go somewhere and use the money to our ⁓ our advantage, they would pay for it. So I used to go to Cape Cod, Falmouth was the name of the place. 'Cause yeah, yeah, d exactly. There's there 'cause it was a pro hockey thing. And my favorite place ever in the world, and I'm a Jays fan, but my favorite place to have a beer is fucking Anywhere in Fenway, anywhere in the fucking park. What a fucking spot. I love it. Now, we came here a year and a half ago to play this Boston Classic. I never thought like we would get when Jared Keiso, who plays Shorty, I'm sure you guys know, when he said we were gonna go out and play some hockey games, I thought we were gonna play like firefighters in Miramachy, Flynn, or so I had no idea that we're actually playing fucking NHL teams. Now Dolo here. Yes. Great. I I was a first round pick. I fucked up my career, whatever, but I got a few NHL games. Dolo was a third round pick. We can play, you know what I mean? Like, you know, we can play a little bit of hockey. And we go out playing these fucking games and all these and and Boston, Chicago, fucking Detroit, all over it. ⁓ Toronto, LA, they've been so inviting. But again, Boston, my name is Terry Ryan, obviously. Used to be O'Rion. A lot of my relatives are here. And I don't know if people realize that. In Canada, I'm from Newfoundland. We joined Confederation in nineteen forty nine. Before that, before that, it was all so our hub would be Boston more than Toronto like it is now. So to say that I'm here and I'm grateful is an understatement. I fucking love it. And to see Shoresy jerseys out there is insane. Me and Dolo The first goddamn day on set, I looked at Dolo and I said, You know what? This is gonna be a pretty good show. Remember that? Remember that? Yeah. Yes. And not only that, to go around and tour to great places like this with it's not only the the the celebration of ⁓ hockey, it it it's the culture and and and to do chirpin zebras, I mean d just look back at it. It's the it's the culture and in in in in ⁓ shortsy we really celebrate it. But it's like anything, man. The the the actual character, Jared Keiso Shorty, he's a guy that i is he he's got a choice to make, right? Like he he he's at the end of the line in one way and and he's got his friends and he has to figure out how am I gonna deal with with leaving hockey and he's in love with Laura Moore. And and and yeah man, that I love fucking love that. And that that but that's it and and like we're basically branch branches on that tree, right? He he's a genius writer and he does that. And I've often thought about it, I'm like It could be ⁓ a a choir, it could be a clarinet player. It's just it's it's someone that's dealing with something that we all identify with, man, we do. I'm glad he made it hockey because if you say it fast, it's a ten inch cock, it's all good. Right? But but it it it it's very ⁓ not only humbling, but it but it's a great experience because I think everybody c can identify wi with with Shoresy. character in in leaving what he what what he loves and and and a entering a new world and we can all do that, right? Like I'm sure everybody in the fucking building here, you guys can identify with that. And that's why I find it an absolute privilege to be on the show and I know this motherfucker does too. We're friends. Yeah. What was the question? This nigga talks, you know what I'm saying? That's who I work with every day, you know what I'm saying? I work with this guy, like for real, for real. Hold on. Where is he from? I'm like Newfoundland. We're I don't I'm not exactly too sure to be honest. No, I love this motherfucker to death. Love this guy to death, you know what I'm saying? But to answer your question briefly, absolute motherfucking privilege, you know what I'm saying? It's a blessing. It's like We was down, you know what I mean? Like he fucked hockey up, he fucked his whole career up, you know what I mean? Like he was down bad, like no, but like jokes aside, he fucked up. I fucked up. I didn't want none of that, you know what mean? We're both all all of us were down baff Goody is fucking working construction, you know what I mean? Like everybody's doing their fucking And then Instagram DM, you know what I mean? Poof. I thought this shit was a motherfucking scam. I'm like Instagram. This girl she's like, yo, I have a TV opportunity for you. You're playing yourself. We're doing a spin off letter Kenny. I'm like, what the fuck? What you talking about? I didn't answer them for like two months. And then they so we have a music studio back home in Montreal. So they started like hollering at my camera guy and my producers and all this shit. And then the boys were like, yo, I was in Africa at the time too. Fucking Africa. I was I was brain my dad actually was pretty not to get it dark, but like yeah, literally bringing my dad in Africa and fucking my homies are calling me literally coming off the fucking cemetery. Poof. Yo, you should get that call. I'm like, I bet answer the call. Kara, our producer, get on the phone or WhatsApp and then I'm like, yo, she's like, Yeah We have this deep opportunity for you. Like Letter Kenny. I'm like, what the fuck? I don't know if Letter Kenny is dog. I'm from Montreal. My bad. You what I mean? Like, French ass nigga, bro. Like, you know what I mean? Like, so like, I'm like, letter Kenny, go on Google, look that shit up. I'm like, ⁓ word. That's it. ⁓ I see memes and shit. You what I mean? I'm like, fuck. Then I'm like, yeah, sure. I'll be back. I'll be back home like a couple weeks. She's like, whenever you get home, message us. Poof. Got back home and bro. Message them, we went to Subway for a first season and fucking that should change my life, you know. I mean, now I'm here at Boston for fuck's sakes, you know what I'm saying? Like it's just ridiculous, Doc. That should change my life, you know what I mean? Big blessings, big blessings. If you keep saying with me, I'll fuck you. Yeah, that's crazy, so yeah. I guess I did add a chance to be in Heat Rivalry, which is a great show by the way. But it just was our friend, yeah. Yeah, Jacob Tierney was the fucking producer, real like director on on Shorty's first two seasons and then that shit came to my to my door pretty much and Yeah. You told me Yeah. I felt you know I mean, I was just like shit like Okay, Boston I'll be real, real, real with y'all. What happened well, I was like, yo, you know like I'm coming off the best hockey show in the motherfucking world playing myself. Love to all my people, you know what I mean? But I ain't about to go and no hockey show and play a gay nigga, you know what I'm saying? With love. It could have been baseball, basketball, football, I would have said yes. But look at the motherfucking logo you're wearing right the fuck now. You in the back sixty nine, you in the back sixty nine, you in the back. That's love right there. That's how I grew up, that's where I'm from, you know what I'm saying? So just loyalty shit. I'm not doing no other T V hockey T V shows. That's what it came to. But also my first line was like If he keeps fucking with you, I'll fuck him. Which was yeah, that's what it was. But like I said, fuck Shorty, you what I The logo on my front, it's why I played first the loyalty I'm fucking with, you what I That's where I'm from. So it's like it was hard for me to just play another hockey TV show. Yeah. Terry, you're obviously from, you know, Newfoundland and Jared Jared kinda lets you play that type of character from where you're from and you know your accent and I absolutely love it when when watching it because I've been there plenty of times working American League games and it's like you said, St. George Street's unbelievable if you haven't been. And you know, the bar every inch. And you know, tell us about how that works into your character, what makes the show great, what makes Jared great, how he just kinda lets you, you know, free flow and ad lib and that's what makes your character and how and what makes the show great in general. I love it. So first of all My favorite show of all time is Arrested Development, the word play. It's it's just fucking awesome. And very very close to that is a show called Letter Candy in Canada. Because yeah, you guys know what I'm talking about. It's it's very it's it's ⁓ kinda stereotypical w w with an asterisk. I mean it's obviously in your face. But it i it it's so I love that. Now, I swear to God, I don't really know the question you asked me. But just rip with it, is it? So here here it is. Here it fucking is. This is what happened to me. I was a first round pick. I blew my fucking money. This is true. 1.25 million minus 1.25 million equals zero. That's what I know. Okay. So I was in two thousand and fucking nine. I had nothing. I didn't know what. I got my Ex now pregnant and I I was like, What am I gonna do? And I fucking went in and the Montreal Canadians and a great girl in the office, Susan Cryans, she called me and she goes, you know, we we gotta pay for your schooling. I didn't even know that. And she goes, But you you gotta go by September. Because if you start then, but if not, it's it's forfeited. So this is like two thousand and nine, it was like twelve years from the day I signed or something. I'm like, Okay, so I went back in. I got a folklore degree which means fucking shit if you're looking at it yet. Folklore? Folklore. What the fuck? Folklore degree with an English minor. Yeah, nothing. It means nothing. I Yeah, yeah, exactly. It means absolutely nothing. But I was in school and I guess it kept me out of the fucking bars. I don't know. Like all I all I can look at is that the time spent was some something of an advantage. I don't know how, but I guess that was it. But that was it. I went in and there was a Canadian TV show called Republic of Doyle. And Alan Hawko was the main character, and he was basically the Jared Keiso of that show, and he was my good friend that I grew up playing hockey with. And he gave me a hug, and he said, You're gonna have to start fucking early, and you're gonna have to start and you're gonna have to get you're gonna take orders, but don't come in here drunk. Don't come in here fucking partying or anything else. But if you want to get a life on set, I can get you back. I said, okay, man. And it was fucking four or five years of that. And I was there and I mean it. I mean ⁓ parking cars. ⁓ Mr. Director, how you doing? How do you want your coffee? And then Jason Momoa came to Newfoundland to do a show called Frontier and it's on Netflix. And if you guys go watch it, if you re watch fucking the very, very, very, very first scene is me and Momoa said I I need somebody and and and he had beaten up a a a a British red coat. This is in the late seventeen hundreds, and he said it's an advantage to have your tooth out. So I I honestly, this is the fucking truth. I I was in the fucking crew and I was waiting to get in the union so I could finally pay for my fucking tooth. And I was like, I swear to God it's right here. This is what I look like with a goddamn tooth in. And Momo was there, and I was like, finally. And he goes, you know what? I didn't think you should keep it out. And the very first scene of Frontier is a British soldier, me, begging for my life. And he goes, keep it out. And then after that, he goes, he took me over to Europe, ⁓ to northern England, and he's like, you know what? Do that again for like this other show. And then I paid like a pimp, a drug dealer, a fucking asshole, all these people that had no tooth. And I was on a I I I ended up going on a a ⁓ spittin' chiclets, which is a podcast. I'm sure you most of you guys know. But Biz Nasty was like, Man, you gotta tell that story. So I told this story and sure enough, I was on the way home, I'll never forget it. I was building a TP for a fucking show that take place like three hundred years ago. And on the way home, fifteen hours into the day, going home, I was like, Fuck man, I'm in the union, it's all good, I'm getting my tooth fixed and I got a phone call. From casting on Letter Kenny. And they're like, Is the tooth still gone? We need you in. I swear to fuck. I couldn't believe it. I said, I'm leaving home. I can't believe this shit. I looked at my daughter, I high fived her. I said, I'm going to fucking Ontario to play a fucking I go up there and all Jared said. He goes, I haven't been to Newfoundland, but here's your fucking here is your your lines. I said, Nobody would ever say that shit where I'm from. I'll make ⁓ myself. And he goes, Yeah. So so That was it, I did the one scene and after we sat down he goes, That was an inside fucking audition for another show I got and you just fucking passed it. It's called Shorty. Here we are. And here we fucking are. So thank you, Jared. I have no idea what question you asked me. I don't care. Let's get loaded. That's who I work with. Me I would like to point out at the end of the parade, Terry was dead. He was just out in your back. That's a professional right there. He's just he's Yes. I'm still exhausted. ⁓ my God. The best day of my life. It was great. Couple hours ago, fuck, right after the float. We had a great great time. Walked in the lobby. Hey, I forgot my key inside my my my room. She's like, What's your name? Terry Ryan. Room two twenty eight, she's like, ⁓ yeah, right. Here's a go. Here you go, Mr. Ryan. TR be right up, be right up. I see feet still got his shoes in the goddamn bed. Sitting up. Be right up. Not moving good T R. My bad, my bad. This ⁓ Yeah, I don't know how he does it. He's great. He's great. Multitasking this guy. I'm like, TR, we gotta go. He's Yeah, sure, sure. I'm looking at John. John's on the phone with TR. We're having the same conversation. I'm like, how the fuck is Terry on the phone with the two people at the same time? This motherfucker, bro, gets it done. I'll tell you something about Terry Ryan, man. Like, ⁓ people like that's that's that's a known fact. You love to have fun, you know what I mean? It's out there, it's out there, he loves it, but This guy's got his f like he'll give you the shirt off this motherfucking back, you know what I mean? Like any time of the day. And what I know for a fact he loves to have fun. But if you need him, and if his fucking daughter needs him, he'll fucking show up anytime wherever. It doesn't fucking matter. Any time of a motherfucking day. This dude is my brother, bro. We met on shows, it was crazy. Another story. Fuck, sorry about this. You guys have questioned I'll tell you a story. Show up the fucking Show up to sh like literally fuck me and Goody, we meet Montreal, fly to fucking Toronto, get in the same shuttle. I'm like, hey, I'm Jonathan. He's like, I'm Andrew. Like, nice to meet you, bro. We're like, okay, perfect. I'm Goody, I'm Dolo, Pop up. Get to a fucking apartment downtown Toronto. Guess who the fuck we're waiting for? Terry. We never met the motherfucker. We're still downtown. I'm there. I'm rolling a joint. I'm smoking weed outside. I'm like, what the fuck this motherfucking guy? It's been thirty five minutes. We're waiting outside. This guy can't show up. Comes in. ⁓ sorry, boys. I'm sorry, man. I'm Terry Ryan. Nice to meet you guys. I'm sorry, man. I just had a good night, you know what I mean? It's Toronto last night. Met a girl, you know. I'm like, what the fuck? This nigga, you know what I mean? It goes so fast with it. I'm like, shit, sit down, boom, boom. Drive to Subway for like three hours. I'm in the back back, just smoke my joint. I heard this nigga talk, talk. I'm like, fuck it. Pretty much, you know what I mean? Day one, but like it was just like how it is. You what I mean? Day one I'm like, fuck that. And don't break routine, yeah. Pretty much, right? Don't break routine. And then fuck we have this nice party, everybody's having fun. Get back to the hotel. We're in Sudbury. Like the first fucking second day, everybody meets everybody, type shit. We're on this like the same floor in the Radisson Hotel in Sudbury, not glorious. And and like literally me and Goody walk back to our hotel, we hear a fucking bunch of people having fun in the room, knock at the fucking door, Goody opens like Whatever I Goody comes in, pop up, opens the guy opens the door, I keep going 'cause my room's right there. Go inside my room. I look at Goody. Goody's talking to the guy. I'm like, everything's good. Go my room, start rolling a joint. That's what I do. I smoke weed. So I start. So I start rolling a joint. And as literally as I'm going in my room turn around, I see Terry at the fucking back of the hallway. Sees Goody and I. He just fuck you guys. Goes inside his room as I'm going into my room. Goody knocked in the fucking wrong door. guys came out, turned out to be some fucking Sudbury gangsters. It was like ten niggas in a room. I start hearing like woo woo woo what the fuck up? Shut the fuck what that nigga say, but I'm like, what the fuck? I'm I'm like, whoa, what the So I come out. And then they just peek out my hair like this. And I see Goody. Goody. They call him the cannon. He's a real MMA fighter. Goody don't fuck around, I tell you what. Goody Goody all I see bro, I'm like over there, peep out. Goody's like this. Woof. That's the rule. And he goes I'm like, ⁓ what the fuck? Start running. Come in the back of Goody. Goody's ready to go. Goody's ready to go. He's like, I don't give a fuck. ⁓ yeah. And like, bro, I just come behind Goody and like there's literally like ten like homies, you know what I mean? Literally, niggas ready like what the fuck that nigga said. And and and Jolo. And at the time I had my dreads and this motherfucker fuck you and I had my dreams and I just came in, I thought Goody should be telling you this story, but Goody said it's like I felt like a nigga. He's like I was like, ⁓ shit. He's like He said, Hey, I go I say, Yo, bro, I walked in the bass ready to fuck and go. And all cause of this fucking guy I said, Fuck you guys. Not knowing him, first day, fuck you guys with love. But just be fine. That's how we met. Not only that, that was the first night. Jared was coming in to ⁓ to meet us and that was where honestly I just said he goes, What are you guys doing? I said, I'm just gonna go with Dolo and play some tunes. He goes, What? I go, I'm just playing some tunes. Like most of what you see in the show is for real. He goes, I gotta put that in the show. What are you talking about? I said, That's what I do. I just like I get drunk and play some dunes, man. And so he goes, I'm gonna put that in the show. That's fucking unbelievable. And we got fucking shit faced till about seven in the morning. And I played everything from fucking Boston more than a feeling to fucking walk this way by Runde MC to the BC boys. ⁓ we were all over the map. And he goes I fucking love playing tunes. And that was it. I swear to God. ⁓ yeah. It's for real. I'll tell you another one if you want. No. So what else did you guys not ask? So But you got me going though. So you know how he said, like literally he said let me play some tunes, he put that shit in the show. Season three or whatever it was, we're in the room. Boys or boys, boys. The boys are the bars. Boys will be buzz, boys. So we're in the room. And my like my dude Freddie, Freddie who plays Delaney, Freddie Roy. He's got a funny family. And we're talking about jerking off. That's what the boys do, you know what saying? So then Freddie talks about his brother jerking off on his fours. So we're like, what the fuck you talking about? And then we're like, what the f like, show us that this motherfucker like he's just like this type of shit, right? So we're like, what the fuck? Jared's just like, mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. You know what I mean? I yeah, I know exactly. Literally, bro, you know what I mean? And then we show up next season, sh lick the script motherfucker. I'm like, no, I'll never forget this not. I'll never forget ⁓ this till the day I die. He did. Can you believe this is work? My first lines were Yeah. I looked at it and I go, How do you want me? Like this? Or like this? Wait, wha what do you want? And he looks at me, he's like, Fucking this is crazy. This is what we do now. I'm like, Yeah. Before lunch. I gotta get it down like do you want me to jerk off like this or like this? What what a fucking life. Jared, I'm telling you, Jared's just sitting in the back. He's just he's just sitting in the back and he's listening to the boys. Alright, alright. It's just like that upset you bro. We're talking about I see that I was like, Nah bro, you crazy. Nah you didn't. Nah you did. Turned out to be a great motherfucking opening season scene anyways, according to me. Whenever Jarrett has something he he'll come he goes, So I got this scene. And I I know I all I know already that there's something there's something a little bit inadequate about it. He's like so I got this scene. And I looked at Dolo, I'm like, Okay. So then I looked at how long the scene was, like seventeen fucking pages. And I was like, Okay, so we gotta jerk off for about three hours is what you're saying. All good. I'll get in the moment. I'll just get yeah, yeah. Don't worry about it. Hey, Sherry, let's hang out tonight before. Yeah, yeah. It certainly is. Now wait, you know what? Do you guys want to know how I lost my tooth? You guys wanna know that? Okay, so I'm gonna tell a a story to you guys. I don't wanna take it over, but I we're here for a reason and let's all have fun. And I'm drinking and I got my tooth in my fucking. Excuse me, excuse me. Can we have a shot? Let's do shots. Yes, let's do shots. Let's do shots. Unbelievable, Zolo. I'm sorry. See, you're the yink to my yank! ⁓ yeah, get some shots on the go. I like Jameson or Tequila, Jameson is my favorite. Put it in my fucking gullet. Thank you. You give for CIA or Here we are, I'm gonna tell you guys one story. Okay? How I lost my goddamn tooth. And you're wondering, I'm sure a lot of people go, it must have been in hockey. Well, kind of, kind of. But here's what happened. Here's what really happened. I'm a first round pick to the Montreal Canadians. I let everybody down. I was a big disappointment, whatever it may be the biggest disappointment in the history of Newfoundland fucking sports. But but During the disappointment, I'm in the I'm in the summer and I'm playing fucking roller hockey with the boys and I'd played in the Montreal system. I mean I'm joking, I was a first round pick and everything, and I I I I I hated Michelle Terry, and he was an absolute cunt. So I didn't go back. He he was. Look look it up. Now now at this point a lot of people fucking validate this. So I'm telling you, yeah, I played the last fucking game in Ba in the fucking i here in Boston, ⁓ in the garden. The very last game. Of course. 'Cause it was exhibition. I got a chance to play an exhibition. But anyway. I know that. You you think I'm fucking around? I know it. I got a picture of it. It's the last game. So anyway. Anyway, this happens. So I'm sitting there, I'm played in Montreal for three years and I'm like, you know Growing up in Mount Pearl, I had nothing to ⁓ Mike Burns out here. I I there we go. I I'm I'm not ⁓ yeah. Here we go. Sociable. Let's go. Cheers, motherfucker. Cheers. Thank you guys for coming through, man. It's all love. Appreciate you guys for coming. Now here it is. I'm gonna sum it up quick. What happened was I'm playing with my buddies in the summer and I fucking playing ball hockey and I lost my teeth. Like the first two it was like Jim Carrey and in ⁓ Dumb and Dumber, right? So I was used I was in Montreal for like four years and before that I was in junior and everybody always took care of it. So I was going to Dallas Stars Camp and I was like you know, fuck it, I'll just go down there and as I go there I just waited because I was like I lost my teeth in this summer but I'll get them fakes in Dallas. So I go to Dallas and the guy's like, Yeah, but you gotta pay for those 'cause like you're not under contract with us and I never even really thought about that. So I was like, okay. But how much is it gonna cost? He's like, I don't know, about ten grand. So I said, Well fuck this. I'm gonna fake it wherever the fuck I get sent. So they sent me to Boise, Idaho, which I fucking love. Great place and Boise. Great place. I fucking love it. I played for the Idaho Steelheads. Yes. And I was like, okay. So I got there and I knew my and I my ankle was bad. I knew my career was under fritz, but I was like, fuck it, I love Boise. I'm here. I'm signed for the year. So I walk in. Kip Dripknack, the fucking trainer. I'm like, now fix me up, Kip. He goes, I'd love to do that, but clearly you've been telling stories and you did it in the summer. I'm like, you motherfucker. So no shit. I looked at the boys. Matt Oates, Eric Belanger, Johnny Oliver, they're all there. Bobby Stewart. And I said, fuck it. I'm gonna fuck Kip Dribnack. I'm gonna get my teeth paid for one way or the other. So I'm not gonna make it obvious, but I'm gonna smash him out of my fucking head myself. I mean this for fucking real, man. So I said, okay. So have when I said it, I didn't really think that I'd be fucking beholden to it. But Half the fucking half the fucking dressing room put money in. They go, Yeah, he's definitely gonna do it. Manoza's like, I guarantee T Bone's gonna do it, he's nuts. So they put it down and now I see the money's on it. Now the other side of it was like, There's no way that anybody would ever smash their teeth out of their own head. So now there's money going around in the room and I'm like, fuck it, I'm gonna make you guys proud, I promise. So in the East Coast Hockey League, they take care in the AHL it's different. People don't realize. In the American League, ⁓ you gotta pay for your own fucking room and board and everything. In the American or in the East Coast League, it's not so much. So we all fucking stayed there and they all paid for our place. So it was like a communal ⁓ a communal ⁓ place that we all stayed and then there's like a hot tub and a pool down there. So I go so I go down And I'm sitting around the pool and I told everybody, I said, I'm gonna do it today. So they're like, Okay. I don't think anybody really thought I was gonna do it. So four or five beer, I'll never ever in my life forget it. I was watching The Simpsons with the boys, and I fucking did it. I said, Okay. And Jeremy Milmock, his his his son now Connor, is playing in the AHL, he's on his way up. Connor was like three years old. So we were there. And Jeremy says, ⁓ here we go. So the boys had a little nerf hammer, like a little kind of hammer. And I said, I'll just chip my teeth out, and then I'll So I started to fucking do it. And ⁓ yeah. I started to chip and I realized when I chipped my teeth, my whole head rocked, and I was like, ⁓ my god, this is gonna be really hard to do, man. This is gonna be really hard. So I grabbed a fucking sledgehammer. Bobby Stewart said I can do this. Now I grabbed a goddamn sled b sledge hammer and I was there and I now at this point half the fucking room is betting on me, half isn't, and I'm with these guys. I'm like, fuck it. I'm with you guys. So I grab it, no shit. I take the sledgehammer and I said I'm gonna knock ⁓ all out, man, I don't give a fuck. And I I I kinda flinched at the last minute, hence the scar right here. See this guy. ⁓ yeah. And then all these all the wives and everything and the kids are like, ⁓ my god, this guy's crazy. Blood's going everywhere. I said, Well what'd you expect? I told you I was gonna do this. So I said, Fuck it and I grabbed the sledgehammer, boom, I knocked the whole fucking row out. They all fucking s yes. And in the morning I had to go down. Bobby Stewart is one of my best friends, obviously. Obviously, because we we yeah. Be because we basically robbed money on the fucking state of ⁓ Idaho. But what happened? Are you quiet in Toronto and still nothing? So Stewie goes, get in there early. Because now I'm sitting there, my face looks like I look like Jason from the like I'm like I'm leaking everywhere. And the boys are like, Can't believe you did it, but you still gotta fucking pass it by the fucking team tomorrow. So I said, Okay I'm gonna go in there first. Bobby goes, I can't believe you just did that. Let's go to the rink before everybody else. We go in there and I'm like, hey, I'm talking to Kip, the fucking asshole drip knack is coming in. I'm like, hey, how you doing, buddy? How's the wife and kids? I'm like, he'll never think it's self-mutilation, right? Like, so I'm like, How you doing, buddy? I go out there, Stewie takes one shot off the glass, I go down as if I got hit. I'm like, ⁓ my god, ⁓ my goodness Jesus Christ. Ten thousand dollars later I had fucking new chicklets, baby. And this one this one I keep because well, it keeps getting me fucking roles in movies. You almost lost it last week. I did lose it last week. The flight attendant fucking gave it to me. Twice? Best part of that story was you go and in the morning Yeah. Normal people would go that night. I woke up, my face honestly, it was it was mutilated. Look it it it was it was like a fucking bad fucking zombie movie. And I just looked at the boys and Bobby Stewart, God love him, man. God love me. He's like fucking T Bone, let's do this. I'll figure it out. And he did. And I didn't have to pay shit. No I have a book out called Tales of a First Round Nothing. And th this th this came out whatever it was, it was like two thousand and eighteen and my lawyer said just wait another six months because the statute of limitations will be over. And that's true. That is true. Clap, yes, clap! Clap, let's get loaded and have some fun. Clap. I think he needs another drink. We're good. We only we only have to a certain time tonight, so we don't have to worry. We'll throw you in the trunk later. ⁓ So what's cool about i I'll go back to Shorty, I'll ask a question and God knows what'll be answered, but ⁓ You why I'm bothered. ⁓ by the way, I gotta point out we have a ⁓ very special dentist in the house, my nephew, Dr. Eddie Riley, right over there. ⁓ And he now his father, my brother, used to be the Bruins dentist like 31 years. Now Eddie's the Bruins dentist. Dr. Riley, sorry, is the Bruins dentist. So ⁓ I I look him up. No, well, I I I could, but I don't pay my bills, so I can't fucking do anything. I know, right? I'm on dental scholarship. So that's outstanding. but the show, right? That camaraderie and stuff, the hockey camaraderie, like it's unlike any other sport, I would say, right? For sure. It's fucking special, man. Like it's like we walked in that day one type shit, you know what I mean? Like, and it was just like like we're all hockey boys. We all grew up playing hockey type shit. And it's just like we were in the We showed up like a week before starting to shoot, skating and just like kinda get to know each other and like there's even guys that showed up like two or three days later type shit and they walked. Yeah, fish that's what happened pretty much. So that's my first thing. Yeah, fish one got cut. Imagine that shit. Jared's with us. And like we went out there for that first fucking day and this guy couldn't cut the mustard and he literally got fucking cut right in front of our face. Sorry. It was like a fucking hockey camp. Like dude, right? He couldn't skate. Couldn't skate, he lied on his thing. Like if he lied. You're in the film industry and like they asked you to tick boxes, right? So like I could say, Yeah, I know how to ski or whatever. And this guy apparently said he knew how to play hockey. And that's what happened. He skated five minutes fucking tossing fucking house and like, you know, in and out and we're doing like three on twos, we're going like regroups. And this guy couldn't fucking cross over. And Jarrett was like, You fucking motherfucker. I knew this. He cut him and hence Fish that you guys know Fish was born. Yeah. He was a six round rap fish. He was episode one ⁓ four. Just dropped last week. Jacob Smith. So he talks about Shout out Jacob, man. He's a great guy too, man. Fish like he came in. But that's what I'm saying. He he showed up. Day like day two or whatever it was, and he told me like we're good friends now. But it was like I showed up in the hockey room in the locker room and like he was intimidated. He was like we're scared with like this guy got drafted first round, Jordan Ner Nolan, three Stanley Cups, bunch of guys that can play. John Brasty is the toughest fucking hockey player that ever fucking put skates on. You know what I mean? Like it's like but to come back to the camarader Chemistry and camaraderie that's like it's fucking special, you know, because like We all came from like we had that hockey discipline, the hockey fucking everyone's a leader, but everyone knows the role also, you know what I mean? It's like, okay, what's what we gotta do today? Everybody just lace their skates up and fuck it. It's just like we're coachable, you know. I mean, we'll sit down. You're spinning a little bit, but Terry Ryan, my motherfucking best friend. But it's like it's it's it's special. That's what I'm saying. Like now I can chirp this motherfucker and it's love, you know what I mean? And like Don't get it wrong, sometimes we then fight but like I told him like you're going that's a little too much, you know I mean like I'm gonna slap you. You say one word, I'll slap you, you know what mean? And it's like yo, it happened. You know what I'm saying? And it's like now it's love and it's very special, man. Like Jerry Keyso had fucking vision. We just showed up and like y'all fucking made it happen though, because without you guys, we're not fucking sitting right here, you know what I'm saying? So like it's cool to see the whole like the full circle type fucking thing, you know what I mean? It's very fucking special. Just so you guys know. Just so you guys know, me and Dolo, so if you really think about the show, right, like it it it gets shot out of order. So like if we if we've got the the rink in Sudbury, we shoot all the hockey scenes like straight. So we might do like scene six or i i episode six, scene four before we even start. Right? So we we go in and and a lot of it's ⁓ obviously out of order and and we go and do that but Dolo being my buddy and obviously and all the boys like we're we're all friends. But as we look at it, like you guys I I'm sure if if anybody's here I I'm guessing eighty percent are are are fans of the show. But we yeah, thank you. Thank you very much. We we love the chirps so much that me and Dolo literally we take the script and we say, Fuck it. We don't we don't read we don't read the parts that Shorzey's chirping Cory and Liam or the the the Nat and and and Zigwan and MiGwan parts because we know that that they're they're gonna be gold and we wanna watch ⁓ like everybody else. ⁓ right and and I think that's kind of the I think he's I just love to be part of it and I think ⁓ with with Jarrett and and he writes it a and we're so fortunate to be in there. But I think a l a lot of the comedy gold is with when he's chirping Cory and Liam or with the with the ladies. And we we don't and don't like we Dolo and I we were like a season in and we were laughing so much at the script we're like fuck it, we don't wanna know that anymore. So like no shit. Like when it comes out this year, it just came out, we we haven't seen A lot of it we just want to experience it like you guys. Like for for real. Yeah, it's awesome. Well, that's why you so funny. Because it's like it's a big ass book. Well, like that's what it like we weren't actors, we were hockey players. They're talking about scripts for like a book. You know what I mean? It's like John Marasty still hasn't read a fucking single page. He has he still calls it the story book. Someone give me a s like dead ass bro. Like bro, I have videos on my phone I could show you. Fuck it. Don't make me do this to y'all niggas, man. I'm gonna do this shit. No fucking. Like dog John Barasti, bro, like like never he has no clue. But that's what it is when k when Keiso knows a face. So that's what it was. Right here, here, right here, here. The group chat. Yo, boss, that we get personal on this bitch, right? So the group chat with the homies. There's a there's an article from New York Times and shit. No big deal. But ⁓ so Jared's asked, you work with a su supremely talented cast, included several hockey players. How do you convince them to be part of the show? Jared goes, I'll be here all day telling you how much I think of this cast. They didn't require any convincing where they were there invited to be on a show, and they haven't needed any encouragement along the way. They want to be here and their enthusiasm and positivity have never dipped. The men and women on Shoresy are leaders, which is absolutely fucking true. But I just answer with John Morasty sleeping onset. As the fucking producers are trying to talk. We will literally be ready. Dude, they need any convincing. He got my nigga nasty. It's honestly true, man. We'll literally be ready for a fucking scene and this guy's sleeping. He's fucking sleeping. Dude, it's unreal. But it's just like I'm say that's Camarodry right there. And like it's very special 'cause it's like, yo, Johnny, wake the fuck up, you know ⁓ But it's awesome. It's like to each their own. Everybody. Like quick story. Quick one. As much as we're wearing for Jamarasti, whatever, sleeping. So we got this bar scene. We're at the ⁓ beef and bird in Sudbury. They have this like it's like a bingo, but they call it Porquetta Bingo. So like people go in Sunday morning after church, before church, whatever the fuck, they don't really give a fuck. But they they literally they come to the it's a bingo, everybody gets fucking loaded and every time you win bingo you win a pound of Porquetta, which is like smoke fucking pork, whatever it is, you what I So like But it's like it's fast, Bobby. You what I And like it's placed like this. So we're shooting a scene in Beef and Bird. All the boys are kinda sitting like this. We're just one of those party scenes season three. We're just having fun. We're like, ⁓ type shit. It's a quick thing. Producer comes in and he's like, Yay, boys, it's a quick thing. We're just gonna have fun, whatever, right? Then then we're like, where the fuck's Terry? Where the fuck's Terry? And literally you hear, What the fuck's Terry? Everybody's like this, and then you hear everybody turns around. Terry's behind the bar. Terry's behind the bar. He's ripping he's fucking ripping a case of beer. He's just ripping a case of beer. And then he's writing his number down. Producer goes, Terry, are you giving your number out? He goes, Yes. He goes proceeds to give his number to the girl. And he comes. And he goes, What do you got, Bass? But like my nigga, we're waiting for you. It's been ten minutes, nigga. Where the fuck's Terry Terry's over there? He's giving his number out. We're ready, we're ready to shoot. But that's my brother right there. That's who I'm working with. That's who I'm working with. That's what I'm working with. You win some, you lose some. Let's have fun. That's it, Shoresy. Yo, set the tone. Honestly, you guys, no one asked me a question, but I'm sitting here now, I'm kinda buzzed. And I I'm gonna say, do you do you guys have any questions? Someone out there must have something. Yeah, she actually reached I saw your hand earlier. She keeps raising it. Yeah, no, I know the wake up. I know. I would love to hear about your experience with season five. I like it was the most like It was different than the others. It was so intense and wonderful. Like was it different for you? Especially Hitch got to you the captain. Well first of all I I no no really really. I don't know who made him captain. And I will just I will I will divert this to j but as far as the captain thing? Captain. Captain, right? I'm just fucking I'm fucking around with you niggas, man. I'm fucking spill that shit anymore. Give me another one. Ha ha ha. The only thing I'll say, great question, whatever. I know something about season five and I was the captain. So I'm gonna say this. Was it different for you? Yes it was. Now first of all, we're all friends there. Yes. Right? And we all d we've done this now for a few years. And so we've really, really become and a as that goes on, I often say when w when I left home as as a Newfoundlander really Man, I I went out to B C. I had no rhyme or reason. I had no friends, I go out. I made them, I got drafted into the NHL, whatever. I I in in this particular world, these guys are my real buddies. So make some noise for fucking Cassidy. Thank you so much for you helping the boys out. Sorry about that. So to be honest with you, that thing about the captain so We didn't even really fucking talk about it. And then when it actually happened, all I know is that I read it that day. I don't know if Dodo even knows this 'cause he was next to me. He's always next to me in my stall. But I read it that day and all I wanted to do because it meant a lot to me, this is true. Even though it's fiction, we're we're we're we're right, we're still all friends. We're still all friends and I said, you know what? This i i you know, w i i ⁓ outside of everything, we still live in like Sudbury for two months every time this thing goes on and we're all buddies. So it meant a lot to me. And I didn't even like I said, I don't I read the script, whatever I'm responsible for, I will do that and we're professionals and we'll do it. But a as far as like being the captain, when that happened and I I I read it the day before and I said Man, it it all it it brought me to tears just because we're all friends and Jared Jared we were all together, remember we were there and he goes, Okay, leave that and we're not even gonna touch it till we get there. So that day when when I'm doing that in in the in the scene, it's very, very real. It was one take and it was me I I'm I'm almost getting ⁓ worked up now about it. I was very like it it it the emotion and I knew it and Jarrett fucking knew it. He's a fucking genius, he knew it. He said we're gonna do this once and go in there and he said what what do those people mean to you? What does everybody mean to you? And he said we're gonna do this and as soon as the lights come on, we're gonna do this scene and I knew exactly what he was getting at. And I fucking mean this, man. Like guys, eight years ago I was nearly bankrupt. I was stacking shelves. I was doing whatever the fuck I could and someone had confidence in me. Right? And Jared i invited me into this world and I looked over at Dolo and I knew I was gonna be capped and I said, Okay, this is gonna happen tomorrow and we gotta leave I mean this. Like I knew it's I know it's fiction, but I knew it was gonna happen and I waited, I waited, I waited and no one it there's no other world. Every other time we all get there and we fucking practice our lines and everything, but I was in a ⁓ I I I just did my own thing and I said no one even come around me. And we went in there and we did that and it meant so much. And I appreciate everybody here that even watches the show because for me thank you. For me it was the it was it the the common ⁓ i i it was a culmination of everything that not only I've done but a as a group and we're all friends and when it all started I don't think any of us would have really realized how big it got and we're all friends and for me to like represent all those guys well I can't really put words on it. But ⁓ Yeah, for sure. Thank you very much. That that that's really cool man. ⁓ who else has anyone else have a question? I have a question. Okay, we'll get to you. You got I I saw some fucking aggression in that hand raise there. So So after the last season, when did you learn so much English? Well we were trying to remember Some of your lyrics and everything before we came to the show, and I'm like, and then I saw you walk through the lobby and you were like, just American. I was like, Wh where the hell did this accent go? I'm like, why don't I usually we don't understand you, so I was ⁓ history on ⁓ it is TV. You know, it's T V. ⁓ no, I'm just playing with you. I'm just playing with you. It's fiction. It's fiction. But it's fiction, but it's not, you know, but it's fiction. Appreciate it, appreciate it. But I grew up speaking French, right? And then ⁓ playing hockey. Fucking was drafted by Nashville Predators twenty thirteen. So I moved to Nashville for a couple of years. That's kinda where I learned to speak English pretty much. But I showed up to yeah, Nashville twenty thirteen could speak a leak of a lick of fucking English, you know what I mean? Just ⁓ hey what's up? Salut Mon Bonham. So like yeah that and yeah, that's what's cool too about the show, cause Jared's just like be you. You know what I mean? He's like, yo, I want you to speak French, just do you type shit. Like all these une foi, mon bonhomme, like yeah, ⁓ all the bullshit that I do, like that shit we do back at the house, me and my homies, bro, you know what I mean? Like dead ass, bro. Mon Bonum is like How we call each other. You know what I mean? So I he's like, What do you Mobadam. So you know what I'm saying? He's just sitting there, he's listening to the boys and he's like, ⁓ yeah, let's do it. Per mo mo what? Mobadam. Perfect. In in for let's do it. You know what I mean? So but yeah, though fucking Nashville, Tennessee is where I landed first. You know what I'm saying? In the States, that's why it's why it's why so it's kinda where I live, learnt my English. But it is fiction, so don't get it fucked up, you know what I'm saying? Like it's fiction. ⁓ Question over here. Thank you. Who is your favorite character on the show? There is a right answer. Who is your favorite character on the show? And apparently there's a right answer. Well fuck, I guess. You better get it fucking right. ⁓ I mean Shortsy's hard, not yeah, I mean Shirzy's not like yeah, I mean Shorty would be my favorite card. But I I do love I do love Goody, but honestly Hitch, nah I'm not gonna lie. I love I Tennessee. She's so sexy. I dated her for a little bit, I I and And she cut me out. She cut me out. Well if you're gonna ask me honestly, I couldn't believe I dated that girl. Fuck, I was fucking nineteen in Montreal and she was a rocket. Fucking twenty-five running fucking life in Montreal. And I couldn't believe it. And wait a f whatever the fuck you asked me. And Dolo's the man, don't get me wrong. Dolo is the man. But I was the first around picking the hat and I was like You know so yeah. You know I I'm not chopped livery, you know what I'm talking about? Dolo, I'm taking his mic so you can actually answer a question. What's going on brother? Yeah, you got question. I see your hand. ⁓ did you answer that one? What was the question? You were ans you were saying who your favorite character was. Shawsy. Shawsee. Shawsee. For sure. He's a special man. And that's who I work with. That's who I work with. Travis Jackson, you got a question. Do either of you have any other movies upcoming that don't involve like like Rocky or Shorty or whatever? Yes. Yes. So yeah, fuck. I mean, we yes. Stay tuned. I'm like, yes, stay tuned, stay tuned. That's that's ⁓ but yes. Yes, we do. I can tell you this. This is real, this is true. I had one it this is unbelievable. You actually asked that question. Like, are you my agent? Are you just fucking trying to set me up? Because this is true. You know Merton Freeman? Do you know Merton Freeman who played the Hobbit? Do you know Merton Freeman who played the fucking Hobbit? Yes. So I was in one Scene yesterday. The whole reason. You know what I'm talking about. I got into one scene in a fucking, I'm the store manager, and I walk in. I couldn't believe this shit. This is true. I got one scene. You'll see it. The fucking movie is called Oddly Flowers. This was yesterday. My flight was leaving at 5 30 in the morning, and I was like, fuck man. We're gonna have to fucking do this. The fucking movie is Oddly Flowers. This guy is Martin. Fucking Freeman. I couldn't believe this shit. I'm in a scene with him and he's going. So what shores do you get? I'm like, Fuuu! Really? It's like four in the morning to like yesterday. Yesterday. This is really true. This fucking guy, the you're asking me? The movie is called Oddly Flowers. I play a store manager, and guess what happens to the store manager? He gets hit in the face, his fucking tooth comes out. Of course. ⁓ yeah. Bring it on, baby. Bring it on. Make it rain. Did they did they know you were a first round pick of the Canadians? No they do. Listen, I'm I'm twenty years sober and I'm falling off the wagon from his fucking spilling. Yeah, I'm done. Twenty years is over. Get four shots. Let's play a game, let's play a game, let's play a game. When we leave they're gonna ask where Terry was in. Cool. He got drafted to Montreal Canadiens. I was one years old. He scored fifty goals in juniors. I was still in a left nut. I love that you said I scored fifty though. Thank you very much. Fuck it. Hockey DV baby. Thank you. Fifty for a joke. Fifty and ninety five hashtags. Ninety five, baby. You want me to give you this? This one doesn't work. I should give you this one. ⁓ We have did we have a question over here? Is there gonna be a season six? Yes. ⁓ yeah. Hundred percent. Hundred percent. I was thinking. ⁓ my my boy Smoke, who was on an episode Smoke and Axe back there, some hip hoppers from Boston, huge Bruins fans. ⁓ I don't remember the episode, but it was the twenty two twenty two. Forty two. It's not a fucking auction. Calm down. ⁓ You they actually wrote a song about the zebra side. We talked about the zebra side. So ⁓ my boy Axe got a question. He's gonna ask Axe is gonna ask you a question. Actually I'm smoking, I'm gonna ask a question. But my question is, who made the song for the opening intro? Josh. So get this. Josh wrote Josh wrote it. He wrote it. And then made it, however the fuck you do that. And then he put all the scenes together for it. Yeah. And so Josh is a a a fucking wizard. Yes. My my brother helps with the editing and your mic doesn't rub. Just because your parents are here, they're not gonna tell ⁓ okay? But you got smoke, what's your real question? No, I just wanna say we need we need a copy of that. We was trying to shazam you can. We were trying to get that They all all this like all this here, the the new logo that he made for the parade float that was specific, a new logo, he did all this stuff. He put ⁓ he did our original logo and he says he sent it to me and he thought I was gonna say, ⁓ this is fucking sucks. Do you ever do it again? Right. I I put it on my fucking leg. I got it on. Yes, sir. I got it on my fucking leg. Right here. ⁓ yeah. Yeah, this man's a he should have went to Hogwarts. He's a fucking wizard. Questions? Yeah, yeah, that's how this shit's gonna end. We got time though, we got time. I used to sit in my stall, smell like we don't my coach would tell me When you come back you're gonna be more mature. Real that shit but no sense in me. I lost everything and I slept on the floor. Wasn't a choice was meant for me. Some say I'm a go, some say I'm a fuck up, I don't really care how many sale I v. My family's scrape, my bag is secure, they all really sleepin' rehearsing the tour, this rapture, this therapy. I'm white my tears with the Christian Dior. Dodo the enemy, Brush of Roulette when I'm drinking the Hennessy. Some say I'm a goat, some say I'm a fuck up, I don't really care, homie. C'est la vie. Thank you, Boston. Now ⁓ dang, but I g you know Hey that don't count for the end though. You're still doing more. Right. I don't I'm very fucked. No, to be honest, it's like ⁓ well I had to learn ⁓ like to balance things, you know. And ⁓ funny question, even season one, I was looking for an agent. We don't really have agents and shit. Jared introduced me to the agent and she said that I would have to make a choice whether music or acting. And I like, What the fuck, bitch, what are you talking about? So I just hung the phone down, never talked to her again and Jake looked at he's like, You did the right choice. So it's just like honestly I'm still fucking figuring it out, you know what I mean? But like It's say I'm in Sudbury acting, I'm acting. I won't be making music type of thing and say I'm outside. Like I like music's a therapy for me. It's just like it happened that Shortsy thing and like the music is like kinda like getting bigger and bigger, but it's just a therapy for me. Like I'm just at home making music whenever you feel like you I'm smoking a joint, I'm gonna drive it, whatever. And and yeah. So I don't really balance it, but it's just whenever I got time type shit, you know what I It's what it is, for sure, for sure. Alright you're gonna you're gonna pr you're gonna show some of that talent real quick, but what you had one quick question over here? ⁓ for sure. Yo, you had get your ass down the sub erb, yeah, up the subbreathe anyways. You you now that's three questions, all right? We're gonna shut you fucking down right now. Unless you show us your tits and then we're all good. I'm sorry, it was the parade. I got the parade in my mind. It's the parade. Today was crazy. Look at him. I know. I got mad at kids. It's it's Alex. But like, no, but like, so I didn't know what the fuck they were talking about. We're throwing these beads and shit. I'm like, beads, whatever the fuck that shit is. We're up in the fucking thing, the boat, still anchored, waiting to leave. My man Alex comes, he's like, Todo! Like it was a it was a full blown lemon. A whole lemon. A lime, a whole lemon No but wait, so th that's what happened. Like wait 'cause you only saw the second half. But the first half was Alex just Yo Dolo! I'm like holy shit. Look at it. I I turn around, I see these little fucking kids, bro. Kids, they're throwing lemons. Literally lemons. Cause parents is drinking tequila. They don't give a fuck they're throwing these lemons. But they're like, Yup. See what happens when kids throw lemons. So that's how mad I got at the kids though. I was really mad at the motherfuckers, man. I was pissed. And so I got mad and I got in the spirit of the parade, which I w just was right there. And got the whole fucking bag of beads and throw that shit at the motherfucker, bro. The little kid throw that shit right back in his face. And then his dad was like I'm sorry, Bob. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Fuck yeah. It's funny. Fuck. I got excited. That's what I think. I think that that's a good lead in to have you ⁓ because we got ⁓ about ten minutes left. Let's have you rip some. And then we'll then we'll close it up. So we're gonna rip some. Let's do some bars. Who wants to air colours? Who do you want here? Who wants to hear colo? One, two steps. Let's see how Alex got. She one two steps. I'm not sure. But my nigga Alex is gotta play the song.
