Today's hike is located at Caperton Swamp aka Old Gregg's Lair. I always like to come here to reflect on life whenever things get very heavy, as they have been for the past week. Luckily over the years I've learned to navigate rough seas and this section of my life will play out as it does; just as every other section has. I wish the best for my friend, psychosis is no joke and it can take a long time to come back from.
