- 0:46Shot Show. I am the Sports Shot Wayne Candy. Good morning to you
- 0:50out there and listening land. It's a beautiful day this morning. I hope
- 0:55you had a great night. What a big weekend in sport as this time
- 0:59of year brings you all around. We're talking about Formula one and vague goodsbit.
- 1:04Kenny says that he counseled his tickets, So he's part of that group
- 1:08who has decided maybe not. I'm a NASCAR guy, command you. Greg
- 1:15is high on Dak Prescott. He is selling stock for the Cowboys, him
- 1:21and Jerry Jones and the Bad Producer. There is rumor from the AP Press
- 1:26the Bad Producer was in on the heights at the Rose Bowl rumor though kind
- 1:34of like Dwayne Martin and Will Smith, just rumor a lot of conjections.
- 1:40A lot of people say it. A lot of people say it that fabricated,
- 1:42a lot of people saying, what kind of rumor is that? To
- 1:47just be starting about old people and let the people be whatever they doing?
- 1:51Or did? I mean, come on, America, there's a book to
- 1:53sell. There's a book, sell a book I want to read. I
- 2:00don't even want to hear that. Though. That's good for them if they
- 2:05did good. But I don't need to know any of that. I don't
- 2:07know how we have just become a society where earning somebody's debauchery. But that's
- 2:15the teaser. Ooh, and now you want to know more details, I
- 2:17would get the book. No, you can pass me on that. If
- 2:21you want to answer a question for the Sports Job, please Texas called text.
- 2:24Any of these guys go on social media, hit us up and by
- 2:30the end of the show, hopefully we'll come up with a solution. Because
- 2:32I'm always still confused of why fast food restaurant drive throughs are so precisely tight
- 2:46when you try to come round the curve. I don't know they give you
- 2:49they like the bank teller. They give you just enough room. If you
- 2:53look down before you drive, all you see is black marks on the curve.
- 2:59Yeah, yeah, from have you ever just looked down rims and rims
- 3:02and will? I wonder if they just ever go out there, like,
- 3:06you know what, maybe we should have put that other foot and all that
- 3:09other foot costs fifty three million dollars in this part of the county, so
- 3:15we got we're getting it precise. I had to pick up I went to
- 3:20pick up a breakfast this morning, went through the Chick fil A and it's
- 3:23one the whole drive just freely driving. I get there. You gotta drive,
- 3:29You gotta sit up. Yeah, you gotta let your mirrors in,
- 3:31You gotta look down, open the door, let everything and what is attendant
- 3:37to you? Got it like you're taking a driving test to get through here,
- 3:40like they're testing you. I've been there. You would think fast food.
- 3:44I could just come on through. That's what they're preventing. That's because
- 3:46see that's the mindset. They're gonna slow you totally. They're gonna slow you.
- 3:53Yeah, that's what it is. They confuse people confused to I'm surprised
- 3:59because most of the chick for a redesigning their drive throughs since COVID, I
- 4:04noticed a lot of them have tore down. They made the double line because
- 4:08they had to go and if wadding there had made with in some of their
- 4:12drive throughs. But I don't like the McDonald's. The taco bells are pretty
- 4:15tight because something they got the little even though still got the little bar tell
- 4:19you how high that you can only go so far up on it. And
- 4:24that's just another display of the lazies in this of our country because nobody if
- 4:30you look in the restaurant, it's like four people inside the restaurant, there's
- 4:33ninety cars in the drive through. Because it's so lazy, we just won't
- 4:38park over here. We make that seem like it's gonna be nine hours,
- 4:42and it's like, actually it's a little quicker, a little quicker. Have
- 4:45you seen the drive through, particularly at the Chick fil A where they crossed
- 4:48the drive through lanes? Yeah, someone they have an open door where they
- 4:55where the drive through windows used to be. In this person, there's a
- 4:58person that just walks across, and I always thought that's kind of dangerous with
- 5:01the open door and then the just walking across the traffic because of the people
- 5:06who are wanting to do it quickly. Correct. Yeah, that's their new
- 5:11standard with their having that big wide door and walking across. And you got
- 5:15to see the kids got the yellow. You gotta really pay attention now that
- 5:17got the yellow and orange reflect the vests on. So and do you go
- 5:21through the drive through to pay attention for it? Shouldn't happen. That's my
- 5:26whole point, right, Is that on your priority list when you're going to
- 5:30get something from a drive through window? Is paying attention? Well, big
- 5:32weekend in sports, as you know, with all the sports basically rolling right
- 5:38now, when men's basketball, women's basketball on the collegiate level, NFL as
- 5:44I said, Formula one, hot and heavy hockey. Uh, it's all
- 5:47on the table and it's getting into late November, so that means playoffs here
- 5:53in the Georgia area. If you want to see one of the bright young
- 5:55stars, I call him the next Patrick Mahomes. I am not over selling
- 5:59the these games. I'm telling you the people that I tell you to come
- 6:03watch are the Sunday people. They definitely the people that you start cheering for
- 6:10on Saturday. So whether you like them or not the justin fields and all
- 6:15you can just go down. Those are the guys that are on Friday night
- 6:18likes. There's a young sophomore out at Carrington. His name is Juju Lewis.
- 6:24He has forty one touchdowns, one interception. He's committed to USC right
- 6:29now, but in the long run, nobody knows. It's just right now.
- 6:33But he is a story. He's visiting Georgia, but he's visiting Georgia.
- 6:38These are the guys on Friday night lights that will be cursing on Sunday.
- 6:45How could you boy? You used to be good in high school.
- 6:47Once again, it's the money. It's the money. Once again. We
- 6:50got people listening because we did. You may mention it he may be moving
- 6:55to California. You remember we talked about. Correct, it's definitely a Jilden
- 7:00Ryola for Beaufort moved from Arizona this year to go to play for BUFORT because
- 7:05he's going to the University of Georgia. His younger brother, who's a sophomore,
- 7:11came with him, so he's the backup quarterback at Buford. We speculation
- 7:15that Juju may leave Carrollton and go out. Now, the one thing that
- 7:19Carlton has with their head coach Joey King. Joey King was Trevor Lawrence's high
- 7:25school coach. So, hey, I can get you to be Trevor.
- 7:30He's not lying. He's telling you that. See Trevor Lawrence right there about
- 7:34to get that two hundred and fifty million Trevor, remember that. Tell these
- 7:42guys how I can. And that's the thing. So Juju Lewis and his
- 7:46Carrollton team they are tending one. They're taking on Valdosta. Valdosta has a
- 7:53DN named Eric Brantley. He is signed for you Colorado, faithful to go
- 7:59out there with coach Prime. He's a defensive end eleven sacks, he's about
- 8:03sixty two to sixty, a big time force. And that's just part of
- 8:07the couple of guys. I mean, Carllton has Caleb Odham, He's going
- 8:13to Alabama. It's a whole bunch of Georgia players that you just don't recognize
- 8:20are dominating. As I said, Georgia football has definitely jumped into that top
- 8:24five, if not top three, if not top two states of producing what
- 8:30you see on Sunday. It's just become that. And people when you start
- 8:33talking about people have started transferring to the state's that's big. So hopefully Juju
- 8:41and his team should be a good game. It's at seven thirty Friday night
- 8:46gp B. Check it out. Also tonight, it's finally a Thursday night
- 8:50game worth watching. The Bengals Invaden Baltimore to take on the Ravens, Joe
- 8:56Burrow, Lamar Jackson doing a battle where the Bengals were hot they lost last
- 9:03week. Kind of as I said, one of those traps, got full
- 9:05of yourself. We got to get that extra rest down at the casino,
- 9:09and you let people come in there and beat you that you probably should have
- 9:15won. No disrespect to the Texans, but it's a game that you figured
- 9:20the Bengals at home would win, and now they went and lost. So
- 9:24now it should be a great game tonight on a short week. And that's
- 9:28the only thing these kind of games, I really do hope the players get
- 9:31a full week. I don't like these. I'm want everybody healthy back charged
- 9:35up a short week. Two Titans like this, anyone that was nicked,
- 9:43even a Lamar Jackson with his style is gonna be a little slowered. It's
- 9:48not couldee tonight now he might be like Chad o Chosenko and they're taking viagra
- 9:54to speed himself up. Now, I don't know if that is I think
- 9:58he don't think that's what that's for. I don't think that's what it was
- 10:01half of bir But but then I'm not a scientist. I'm not a scientist.
- 10:09But I did stay at the holidays. Chad Oo Tinko just he must
- 10:15have a book coming out, because I see weekly he's just saying craziness.
- 10:20Last week it was him and t O down in Dominican Republic. The week
- 10:24before that it was something, uh, Chad, as I said with the
- 10:28bad producer who you know, I take everything with Chad because when you change
- 10:33your name, did he change his name back or still it was back to
- 10:37Chad Johnson? Okay, it back to Chad Johns. Well why did he
- 10:39keep referring to him as Chad cho Sinko. I think they just haven't dropped
- 10:45it. It's like he had the that name for a long time and people
- 10:48got used to call him that used to call you shooter. Now hear you,
- 10:56thirty year old man still being called and all that for Chad. If
- 10:58you remember Chad in his career he's a brilliant receiver. Really, he was
- 11:03on a pace to be in the Hall of Fame and a lot of people
- 11:07and a lot of people's idea expectations of what he had already done with the
- 11:11Bengals. He started all that really to draw attention to himself because the Bengals
- 11:18were an average to below average record, and a lot of people when they're
- 11:22on those teams and they can't really get any recognition. So he started all
- 11:26that antics. He's the one who got the band for all that pre game.
- 11:31Remember he would come out and he would wear some jacket he's not supposed
- 11:35to be in, or some shoes. He started all that kind of chaos.
- 11:41So he got that put in and then he changed his name to really
- 11:43get you to tune in was Chad. But he's just saying I'm just waiting
- 11:48on the book because Greg said it earlier. It must be a book coming
- 11:50behind this with what's it gonna call what's gonna be called him Viagra, It's
- 12:00gonna be called he ain't gonna make it hard on you? Now catch up?
- 12:15That was brilliant. We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right after

- 16:06on Monday. Now you got the Eagles and the Chiefs. The season is
- 16:10winding down for college football most teams. This weekend, most likely the battles
- 16:15will be some kind of homecoming game right before Rivaly Week. We have reached
- 16:21a week before thanks Giving, so that brings in Rivaly Week, only two
- 16:26weeks left in the regular part of college football. We'll talk about college football
- 16:33in a second. The interesting story of the last two days was Draymond Green.
- 16:37Draymond Green of the Warriors deciding that he would go w W E.
- 16:45Little Rick Flair, Little Harley Race on Rudy Gobert doing the game between the
- 16:52Warriors and the Minnesota Tenibwls on Tuesday night. As the game started, a
- 17:00little scuffle started at the beginning between Clay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels. Both of
- 17:07those have been fined and they were thrown out of the game, but Draymond
- 17:11Green decided to come and act out as though he was saving Clay Thompson from
- 17:19drowning in the situation, but it to me Clay was not drowning, and
- 17:29the NBA dropped the ball once again. Only a five game suspension or something
- 17:34I thought should have been at least ten games for it should have been five
- 17:40just for the act and another five because of repeat the offender. But Draymond
- 17:47getting off soft once again in situations and you love how he seems to be
- 17:53able to defend any wrong, like he is always justified. And Rudy Gobert
- 17:59of the Timberwolf says that Draymond he likes to get thrown out when Steph Curry
- 18:06doesn't play. He doesn't want to play if Steph not out there. This
- 18:10is a way for Draymond to get him basically load reduction because you get five
- 18:15games off. I guess you do get load management because you ain't got to
- 18:21play for five games. Guys, I would ask you, when was the
- 18:26last time you think, or if ever, you had another adult male in
- 18:33a headlock? Will I'll tell you brother, Ye, it was the time
- 18:41we were Now now it's the summer slash nine. Yeah, and I've been
- 18:49handling myself out here. Brother, don't you ever think that I haven't handling
- 18:56my business. But it's been a while, been a while you had nobody
- 19:00in the headline. What about your command? Who had me in a headlock?
- 19:03Brother? Yeah? Can you remember the last time you had somebody in
- 19:07the headlock. Right, No, No, I don't think I ever have,
- 19:11That's what I'm saying. If ever, no, I can't think recall
- 19:18or even if I've ever been in the headlock. It's not It's not something
- 19:25that happens a lot. It's not something. I mean, you know,
- 19:30contrary to popular uh depictions and movies and locker room depictions, guys don't really
- 19:36go around headlocking each other a lot. They do it on wrestling, but
- 19:41that's in the locker room or something, you know. But other than that.
- 19:45No, So Dramond suspended for five games. What do you think about
- 19:51the suspension there? Comanche? I understand they repeat offender. I know a
- 20:00lot of people thought it should have been forty games, just because I think
- 20:04that's just that you're making it personal at that point. I think the five
- 20:08games is fair and we'll forget about this and in a week, Big Kenny.
- 20:18I think that it is what it is. The five games is what
- 20:22the NBA decided. But I don't want to see him come back later and
- 20:26somebody's phone gets smacked out of their hand and they get suspended for half a
- 20:30season. That's the only problem I have with this. Yeah, five games,
- 20:36it's it's fair. It shouldn't have been no more than five. I
- 20:40actually was thinking, like Rudy, I've seen Steph and some other people that
- 20:45were sitting out, and I was like, well, Draymond got the night
- 20:47off him. He and Clay got the night off. But also look at
- 20:51it, Hey, maybe he's trying to get Klay. Someone show Clay,
- 20:55hey, we're still here with you, you know, to go out there
- 20:56and defend his teammate. Well, I when I look at the situation,
- 21:00it's kind of like big Kenny. I think all of you are right.
- 21:03I didn't think it should be more than ten. I thought it should be
- 21:07more than five. Because what I did was I super imposed in my head
- 21:14Steph Curry being choked by Joela Beide. I put who your darlings are,
- 21:27Rudy Gobert is not a darling of the NBA. I took one of your
- 21:32darling faces, and I took somebody and they decided to put a chokehole like
- 21:37that on Steph Curry. And I said, now, what that person get
- 21:44five games and if it were a repeat offender. And when I did that,
- 21:49so let me throw that somebody choked Steph Curry. This way is it
- 21:55more than five games comanchie greg Yes, Big Kenny absolutely, yes, bad
- 22:04producer, I don't think so. Okay, So I think so it's just
- 22:11somebody chokes Lebron like that. It's it's a short list of players, which
- 22:18I think it would be. That's why I say the beloved faces of the
- 22:21league. Then you portrayed him as like they can't protect themselves. So it
- 22:27became that Rudy Gobert is not someone that people know. He's not beloved.
- 22:33He's just, you know, even though he's been a Defensive Player of the
- 22:36Year and that kind of stuff, he's just not the darling face of the
- 22:40league. And that contributes. So next time I elbowed somebody in the chest,
- 22:45man gone, he choked Rudy Gobert. And that's how adee man?
- 22:52Would you five? Dude choke Rudy Gobert. Man gone. We'll be back
- 22:57more than Sports Shock Show right to this, Ladies ready to go shopping me
- 23:03and all that just in the bed, look at price texts. Wait for
- 23:12that an atl when I'm Nazl, don't bowl Wayne Or of the Sports Jock

- 24:29coverage represents a critical piece of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually
- 24:33have life insurance. When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 24:37just getting started with our family and thought we lived forever life insurance. What's
- 24:41the last thing on my mind? What about you? Will you be leaving
- 24:44benefits or bills? When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 24:47bills piling up, I was worried how my family was survived without me.
- 24:49That's what I'm in an appointment with the insurance informant. Information gives you power,
- 24:53and life insurance gives your family security no matter what stage of life you're

- 25:03you're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a little or a lot,
- 25:06All you need is the insurance informant to help you build a foundation of security,
- 25:11because without you, your family will have two options, benefits or bills.

- 26:23back then they did woman dam hot? They all know me. Back then
- 26:27they did woman dam hot. About this swe shot shot up the swar shock
- 26:33Wayne gand when I'm talking about Drakemond Green is suspension from uh the NBA for
- 26:40five games after choking Rudy Gobert. And I said, just in case you
- 26:42want to put it, put your favorite player, have them choke. Take
- 26:47Michael Jordan, have Bill Lambert choking in that way for some reason, that
- 26:52five games would be that forty that you're talking about. Commanchee. The picture
- 26:56of the NBA that going out on social media. Bill Lambier holding Michael Jordan
- 27:03like that, Come on, now, that's the forty. It just happens
- 27:08to be two people that in a game. I'm telling you it would be
- 27:15more. It's just a lot of things. It's like, it's like getting
- 27:19it's like jumping into Tom Brady's knees and jumping into Desmond Ritter. It's two
- 27:26different. Yeah, Desmond sitting there knee broke, complaining and man, you
- 27:33just a little rookie. That's part of the game. That's just part of
- 27:36a brutal sport. Somebody do it to Tom Brady and the riff saw that
- 27:41the man got pushed in. He ain't even mean to do it. But
- 27:45man, next thing you know, he's out the game and he's fine.
- 27:48So some things are just about the optics and who they are in my opinion,
- 27:52when it comes to the fine system and Dramond Green gets him a five
- 27:59day the rest, five game day rest with his team moving on. Colorado
- 28:06UCLA remember out at the Rose Bowl a couple of weeks ago. Law enforcement
- 28:17has come to say that they found some suspects. They have four suspects from
- 28:22Beaumont High School over in Riverside, which is about eighty miles away from the
- 28:29Rose Bowl. Now UCLA has not claimed these four men as recruits, which
- 28:34means that they could have invited them, but not on an official visit.
- 28:38But these four suspects have been lasered basically as the culprits in the Colorado locker
- 28:49room robbery that happened a couple of weeks ago at the Rose Bowl. Now
- 28:56coach Sanders Deon Sanders of Colorado, who went after UCLA, who went after
- 29:03the Rose Bowl, went after everybody that they need to return the money they're
- 29:08lacking, is pleading that these young men are not punished. He wants them
- 29:17to get some work release things like that. Now you would think from the
- 29:22vigor he came at everybody about the robbery, he would want full prosecution to
- 29:27the letter the law. But his defense is that he just wants them to
- 29:33get some kind of work release as the punishment. So this is still ongoing
- 29:41investigation. Not surprising that the Colorado locker room. They make themselves targets in
- 29:48these kind of situations of intrigue and a lot of factors could fall under who
- 29:56is responsible. But these four suspects are suppose to be seniors at Beaumont High
- 30:02School. As you know, you can't get their names out because they're under
- 30:07age. I don't buy into that. I think if you have a driver's
- 30:11license, your name should be out. What age ever that is? If
- 30:14you have a driver's we need to know that out here, stilly, we
- 30:18need to have a driver's license in your pocket. Then you have reached the
- 30:21age that I can put your name out there. That's how that's just my
- 30:26sensibility. I understand that you drove up here by myself. Okay, then
- 30:32you can be if you now mama had to bring your daddy had to bring
- 30:37you. Okay, we'll keep treating you like a kid if you're eighteen.
- 30:42What if that was the case? That no, no, no, no,
- 30:45no to the state is no. That's what I'm saying. I'm not
- 30:48saying that they I'm saying. That's why I say, if they have a
- 30:51driver's license, we need to change that. That rule around the country.
- 30:53Right, Oh, their name? No, I need to know the sixteen
- 30:57year old mob crew Okay, yeah, okay, so they can drive and
- 31:02get at me, so U s LA. We will see how they handle
- 31:06this. I know, bad producer, you're the Colorado who plays tomorrow night.
- 31:10Colorado plays Friday night. Tomorrow night, ten o'clock. They play Washington
- 31:14State. It's the battle of the two worst teams in the Pac twelve.
- 31:18Both teams are four and six fighting for a Bowl eligibility, so it should
- 31:23turn out to be a good game. I expect that Colorado will win.
- 31:30I don't know anything about Washington State other than they have the same two records,
- 31:33but it is in Washington, so to me gives them a little advantage.
- 31:38But I expect Colorado to come out on the winning inn. I remember,
- 31:41I'm pulling that they can win these last two to be Bowl eligible,
- 31:47and in any hope, they have to win one. Like Comanche Greg says,
- 31:51sometimes you've had somebody decide not to go to a bowl and they have
- 31:55to find a team they would I'm quite sure Colorado would be the number one
- 32:00team on anyone's list because they can bring regardless of what bowl it is.
- 32:05But they can't do that at four and eight. They can do that at
- 32:08five at seven, So bad Producer. Well, I mean, I'm glad
- 32:14that they found whoever the culprits were, and I'm along with Prime. I
- 32:19think they if they're young men, they're still in school, and opportunity work
- 32:22it out, see what's going on and make sure that they have some talk
- 32:28to them and see what made them think that they could go into the locker
- 32:30room and do something like this. So I know that he probably possibly thought
- 32:36it was like you being in la or something. He probably thought it was
- 32:39in his mind. He probably thought it was a crime ring or somebody security
- 32:42had watching them as they go in and out. But when it turned out
- 32:45he heard it was some recruits or something. You know, Hey, let's
- 32:50let's see what where these kids are going. Let's see what's on their mind.
- 32:52And most of the crime rings are a bunch of high school students.
- 32:57Now they tell me, right, but they got, but they got,
- 33:04they got a big Kenny directed them. Hey, listen, don't associated with
- 33:09crime, sir. You can't do that from what I've heard. Yeah,
- 33:16it's mostly a bunch of high school students out there with nothing. But what
- 33:21I say, you're making it sound like, you're making it sound like his
- 33:25his position softened because they caught the wrong kind of criminal, Like had they
- 33:31caught someone he deemed h a deserving of punishment criminal, would he feel like
- 33:38had he caught someone that he thought was a true crime ring, would he
- 33:44be asking for work release for these people? But is it because they're perceived
- 33:49to possibly be some recruits or some people possibly be invited by the university so
- 33:54they've got the athletic angle? Is is he more sympathetic now? So is
- 33:59his position that he's sympathetic on people who commit crimes or just people that he
- 34:05has selected deserve that kind of grace. I'm not sure, but that that's
- 34:09what I'm what I'm seeing and what I would do if I was in that
- 34:14situation to see that. That's how if I was the coach at that time,
- 34:16I would look and say, hey, possibly, But that wasn't how
- 34:20he was talking when And that's that's what we're going off of. We're going
- 34:22off of how he was talking when all this went down. I'm not telling
- 34:25you that he's wrong that young high school. You know, you don't want
- 34:30to hold it too far to the fire. They could make mistakes. So
- 34:32I'm not taking that way. I'm saying the way that he started all this
- 34:37right and went after the Rose Bowl authority, the law enforcement and everybody else.
- 34:44He backpedaled when it was oh, yea, well now his work for
- 34:49least, but he seemed like he wanted, you said, they to lock
- 34:51themselves up. Well, even with the incident that happened when he was at
- 34:54back at Jackson State, he was very villaged as far as like I want
- 35:00these people, I want that. So at first, Yeah, the emotions
- 35:04is running when you possibly get robbed or get your something taken from you.
- 35:09Okay, man can change his I mean have the dialary back. Well,
- 35:15no, what you learn and being in charge is that you have to stay
- 35:22as even killed as possible as long as you can because things do go back
- 35:28and forth. Yes, so you start, so you try to start in
- 35:31the middle and stay neutral until the facts come out and even after that,
- 35:36and then you still have the whole deal with that in a diplomatic way.
- 35:42Prime goes all the way, just like he with this season. He's done
- 35:45a great job there to get them from one game to four games, but
- 35:50he sold the country that it was going to be from one game to nine
- 35:54games. And then when he runs into the hammer, it's all of a
- 35:59sudd and trust the process. Hold on, now, that's not what you
- 36:04you told me. It must be the money after the after beating TCU.
- 36:07Yes, you told me, you know, holding up the watch and all
- 36:10that after you beat Nebraska. I've never known what time it was so much
- 36:15so you gassed me up and then as soon as somebody slammed on the brakes.
- 36:20Now it's all of a sudden trust the process. If you had went
- 36:22in with, hey, we're just gonna try to get better each week.
- 36:27Hey, we got a long way to go, got a long way to
- 36:29go, but we're making some progress, then people can accept what you're selling.
- 36:32You sold me the whole thing up front. I think a lot of
- 36:37people still accept what he sold. It's still people buying it. So I
- 36:42mean, I'm not there are people who really want to see him. There's
- 36:45just as many that want to see him fail as they want to see him
- 36:47succeed. So I think that prime sold. So he still sold some good
- 36:52product to us. I mean, it's nothing bad. You can tell us
- 36:57anything. Georgia State got more wins he sold. How did he sell me
- 37:04something good when it don't work? Go panthers? You sold me that it
- 37:07was a rolelex Yeah, bust down. But now I see that it's a
- 37:13relax hold on, hold on. I knew I should have looked in the
- 37:16light. That is, Oh, that's all. You could have sold me
- 37:21the same product if you told me, and that's why it's still looking.
- 37:27But I didn't know that was an a. It was a holding. Holding
- 37:30Dion Sanders to the standard is not hating at all at all. I don't
- 37:36know where y'all get this. People are hating to hold him to the standards
- 37:39that he said. He said, he said that himself. You came and
- 37:45told me you could do program, and you said you knew C plus plus
- 37:49and C plus plus infinity and you only KNOWE C plus So you you you
- 37:57contracted to build your house. And then they asked him to use your pickup?

- 41:01Yandy between logon, say you can see a sports jaint. I'll sing even
- 41:28big canny, what my two s boy shocks shine the spoy shock Wayne Gandy,
- 41:34Good morning, tell you the bad producer, pick Kenny the funny man
- 41:37himself. Command you Greg in the studio with me Thursday night football tonight the
- 41:42Bengals versus the Ravens in a division battle. Bengals need to take this game.
- 41:49Ravens are running hot with Lamar Jackson and that defense. Formula one out
- 41:54in Vegas for the first time I think ever Caesars had a Formula one event.
- 42:01I think at eighty one and eighty two. Make sure so in our
- 42:06lifetime, Yes, commandin, Greg was born in eighty one. Correct,
- 42:12who are you born eighty four? Oh? See Gregg's whole lifetime as we
- 42:16called that out in Vegas, the good old days. Remember high school football.
- 42:22You want to catch a good game tomorrow Carrollton versus Valdosta. If you
- 42:28don't know Valdosta. Valdosta is still today the winning is football program in the
- 42:32country. In their time of being, they have twenty one state titles and
- 42:40at some point they won about ten twelve fifteen national titles in their time.
- 42:45It's been a long time since they've been at the top of the mountain.
- 42:50But it he'll be a good game. Juju lewis the souphomore for Carrollton,
- 42:54already a five star and headed to USC as of right now. It's gonna
- 43:01be a long road. A lot of n I L money thrown that young
- 43:07man where and he has the yes the Troy Polamalu hair. Really yeah,
- 43:14I asked him about the hair commercial. Might as well start just selling it's
- 43:16it's fluffy and healthy looking. Got a lot of bounce to the hair thing.
- 43:22Must be coming out of Carleton. You know they can make a comeback.
- 43:28You know that. That's why I was saying it must be the hair
- 43:30thing coming out of Carlton with herbal. But I was gonna ask you when
- 43:34you bought you bringing it back up. I thought about this with the young
- 43:37man brother coming in for beauty he's a sophomore himself, and Juju being a
- 43:43sophomore to you think that mate seeing him, probably Kurby like somebody, Hey,
- 43:47let's gotta go look at this other sophomore before you think about the other
- 43:52man's brother, because that's what the senior is, the one that's going to
- 43:57going to Georgia what I'm saying. But the sophomore, the brother who coming
- 44:00up, you know, to follow this brother. Remember how Tour's brother followed
- 44:02him to Alabama and then they he wound up went to Alabama for a little
- 44:07while, but he left. But at the same time, as you can
- 44:09get the combo, Juju Lewis is the best quarterback in the country. I
- 44:15know that. Okay, so whatever Dylan Rightola's Brother's name first, Now I
- 44:21forget right now, he's not on Juju's level. No, Juju just needs
- 44:25to in the next He's fifteen, so in the next three years he needs
- 44:30if he grows two inches and gets the six four. Yeah, he's that
- 44:37dude. You see the magic quarter one touchdowns, one interception. Oh yeah,
- 44:43it can't pretty good. Now, when I was playing quarterback, what
- 44:51was your status? I never played quarterback. I didn't know you was gonna
- 44:54ask me for stats. I thought they were stop right there. We talked
- 44:58about the uclabor crew, the bad producer, one of the only board members
- 45:02who seems to think that Colorado is still selling a good product. I know.
- 45:06I went to Fox Brothers, Fox brother Barbecue, which has great barbecue.
- 45:10This summer, Fox Brothers had a burger that was supposed to be rated.
- 45:15They sold it. They rated it as the number one burger in the
- 45:20country. I get in the car, I get me a good workout in
- 45:22you right, because I know about to go get the number one burger in
- 45:27the country, in the country to the country crib today today. So I
- 45:30drive over a little five points, go to Fox Brothers to this day order
- 45:36don't need them menu. I came in for the number one burger in the
- 45:38country. Oh we sell that here, give me one of those. Come
- 45:45back with the number one to give me a numeral. Who They come back
- 45:49with the number one burger. And after the workout, I thought about eight
- 45:53places I could have stopped between my house and Fox brother that had a better
- 45:59burger. But they they saw me. They hit me with the prime they
- 46:05marketed to me, and they got my money. Because it ain't like I
- 46:07could take it back. I had paid them to and you were chewing like
- 46:14I've had mustard before I could have. I could have just stopped it,
- 46:19stopped that a lot of play. I could have went to Tanner's every place
- 46:22that I could have went, wow and had the same or better a little
- 46:27onion. Okay, but they got me. I see the direction you're going,
- 46:30and that's all I'm using with the comparatives. Told me that it was
- 46:34going to be something more than it was, and then it wasn't. It
- 46:38isn't and it almost about to be over. One more lost and they won't
- 46:43make the postseason most likely, So we will see. As I said,
- 46:46that game with Washington State is on Friday night. Deshaun Watson out for the
- 46:53season where they fractured show. They found it in an m R rye that
- 47:00there's a fracture. He did sustain another injury, so they don't know if
- 47:02it just happened or if it was part of why he had been out,
- 47:06But he did get hurt in that last game against the Ravens and left.
- 47:10He did come back, but it's a fracture in his shoulder. He looked
- 47:14very emotional about it. It seems like it's a long road back for him
- 47:19with that injury. The Cleveland Browns are six and four, they are in
- 47:23the playoff picture. So now we go back to those young quarterbacks. I
- 47:29think one of them, Walker was maybe what a third year guy, and
- 47:32the other kid was like a rookie. Yeah, Dorian Thompson Robinson is a
- 47:37rookie. He'll be starting PJ. Walker. It was his four years fee
- 47:45Okay, so they'll be trying to do it that way with the defense,
- 47:49which has been great. But the thing about it, similar to Michigan and
- 47:52Wolverines, they've been in this situation, so that helps. They've had to
- 47:59try to play and game plan without a DeShawn so it's not catching him where
- 48:04this is unfamiliar territory and as much as you think that doesn't help, it
- 48:07helps a lot. It's like Michigan they used They played the first three games
- 48:12without Jim Harball, so coach not being here, not hearing his voice,
- 48:16there's no kind of adjustment to it. Cleveland has had to play four games
- 48:22I think this season where the Shawn didn't play because he didn't feel right.
- 48:27So they understand the expectations they're taking on the Stillers this weekend where the Stellers
- 48:34and them have the same record, so they will be battling it out.
- 48:38Football getting more and more interesting as the season goes along. But Deshaun Watson
- 48:45is out for the rest of the season and we'll be back with more of
- 48:49the Sports Jock Show right after this. The Sports John Show with Wayne Gamsidias

- 50:22What's the biggest myth about interscholastic performing arts that you have to be the most
- 50:27talented or experienced to participate. The truth is anyone can be a part of
- 50:31their schools performing arts. There are countless opportunities for students to participate, from
- 50:37theater, choir and band, to speech and debate. The bottom line,
- 50:42if you want to perform, there's a place for you. This message presented

- 51:04It can even be pressed into counterfeit pills that resemble prescription medications. Just two

- 51:24now back to the sports John Wayne Gandy Center cord on Sports News gossip,
- 51:35blah blah blah blah blah. Yeah, the sports shock Shop. I'm in
- 51:59the Sports shock I ain't cand I hope you figured out the n season tournament
- 52:04for the NBA. Most people, as we talked about on Monday, are
- 52:07still confused on how it works. Other than a colorful court, they're already
- 52:12in brackets, and until they flash them up, I don't know which games
- 52:15really count. I just know when I see the colorful court, it means
- 52:20that this is an end season game. This was all started to re energize
- 52:23players to want to play hard. I know that sounds crazy, doesn't it
- 52:30that we got to come with an end. I just I tell you,
- 52:34I just think about those guys in the seventies and eighties and the legends of
- 52:37the game, who probably laugh a lot that we had to basically find an
- 52:45incentive package more than the forty million a year, more than the other twenty
- 52:53five million dollar endorsements and things like that, to get you to just want
- 52:58to go out and play hard. It's the NBA had to come up with
- 53:00another thing to try to create some intrigue the first year in its conception.
- 53:07We will see how it goes. But basically, the games you see when
- 53:13you see a color of court, they call n season tournament games, and
- 53:16it's all to make more money. They're supposed to have some finals out in
- 53:22Vegas in December. Vegas. Yeah, I still take a break. Basically,
- 53:28they created another All Star. We can to get some people some rests
- 53:30because by these guys are in the tournament, the rest of you can go
- 53:34home for a couple of days, you know, so without choking the body.
- 53:37I think they'll still be playing, well, will playing. I thought
- 53:44it was a little break. I think you have the break because remember December,
- 53:46you couldn't play another game because who would you play if your team is
- 53:51out in the If the Lakers were on the schedule. How would you play
- 53:54the Lakers and they're in the finals in Vegas? I got it on my
- 53:59calendar. It's like a four or five day window where it isn't it's just
- 54:02all insidant in season. But that's why I said, nobody has figured it
- 54:06out. Excuse me, it might just go. Don't trouble yourself for yourself
- 54:12at all. There's a will the Hawks start there tomorrow night? Well,
- 54:17yeah, tomorrow night they play the seventy six ers in their first one.
- 54:21So and then they play the Pacers on Tuesday. So this in cup,
- 54:25what's called the Cup, it's called the NBA Gun. No one knows the
- 54:30trophy is called the NBA Cup. Okay, that's on that golf And aren't
- 54:36they aren't they? Aren't they? This seems like some sort of sleight of
- 54:39hand where you're trying to distract me from something that's really really happening. It's
- 54:45a it's a wag the dog thing out of I just don't understand what the
- 54:52NBA is trying to pull off, especially when they keep talking about nobody's really
- 54:55too and then to the stuff that's already established and this is all about the
- 54:59ass League. It is nothing about the league. I wish I could lad
- 55:04at the feat of the league, but it's just that the athlete is in
- 55:07a mindset of I kind of play when I want to. Everything is being
- 55:14created to make them play. It's not like the model that they had before
- 55:17was broken, right, It's just that, like a days of Cool approach
- 55:22to the game, the game is kind of a hobby. Right. The
- 55:27games are getting in the way of my life, of my life, of
- 55:29my right my working. It's getting in the way of my living. The
- 55:34Natesmith Basketball Hall of Fame made sure on Tuesday that they playcated civil rights and
- 55:44social rights and everything else dealing with the empowerment of the minority by creating the
- 55:52ice Cube Impact Award. Yay Yay. It will be given out this year
- 55:59for the first time on the fifteenth of January twenty twenty four, which is
- 56:06actually on Martin Luther King Junior Day. As bad as the n Season tournament
- 56:13is, oh, this is even worse. They doubled down the big Jelka.
- 56:19This is this is even worse. Drop over verse Adam Silver, this
- 56:22is even worse. This is this triples what the you're giving an ice Cube
- 56:30Award on Martin Luther King Day as an Impact for the NBA Basketball Hall of
- 56:37Fame. I'm lost. I don't know what you're doing. I don't know
- 56:43where ice Cube in the Impact Award. Ice Cube did not play in the
- 56:47NBA. He's never on the NBA franchise. I know it's the Basketball Hall
- 56:53of Fame. He hasn't contributed long enough to be considered. Now, if
- 57:01the Big Three stayed around for twenty five years, I understand, But the
- 57:12Big Three, it's barely been around a decade. It's five years, That's
- 57:16what I'm saying. It's not even been a decade. The person ice Cube,
- 57:22who I salute with both hands as far as a career, love his
- 57:29music. I put on death certificate all the time. When I have those
- 57:32long drives out to Conyers and the traffic say it's gonna be our in fifteen
- 57:38minutes. To get out there, I put on death I want to kill
- 57:42Sam because he ain't my uncle. I put it on all the time,
- 57:46but you can't put I want to kill Sam in the Baseball Hall of Fame.
- 57:51Y'all talking about that q at Que, No, no, no,
- 57:54hey, I'm here. You think it's maybe when a little situation where he
- 58:01said the NBA was trying to leverage him with what he was doing and all
- 58:07that. Maybe this is a throw them a bone. We're gonna bring you
- 58:09in correct, But don't bone me when you talk about awards, even either
- 58:17the awards should be behind me. Don't give don't play Kate an award.
- 58:24The Men Defense Awards supposed to be more prestigious than that. We're gonna recognize
- 58:30them all on the same day. The Ice Cubes, the Martin Luther King's,
- 58:35the the the Michael Jackson's everybody, and and I'm surprised that Cube would
- 58:45go along with it as far as how he has presented himself as an artist
- 58:51musically, he would see this as a joke from the Cube that I know.
- 58:57It's just that the Ice Cube Impact Award. I am lost. We'll
- 59:02be back with more of the Sports Jock Show right after this. Whoas go
- 59:10verybody? Montana? What the heck? Don't work? They start telling us

- 1:01:35up, gig it comes along? Isn't just I'm a doing Yeah, I'm
- 1:01:44gonna go on the way you made Vegan. Welcome back to the Sports Shock
- 1:01:47Show. I'm the Sports Shock Wayne Ganny that that ice cube thing still has
- 1:01:52me confused. I'm just rolling through all the you know, no vassoline and
- 1:01:58all kinds of songs the cube brought to us that I said, I'm trying
- 1:02:01to tell you, and these these aren't you know? The Sports Shock is
- 1:02:05always truthful for you. Any forty five I put on I listen more older
- 1:02:12rap, right right on Long Travel because those guys made full albums, right
- 1:02:17does that make sense. Like the music today is good. It has good
- 1:02:22beats as far as beats and production, and they have they make you bob,
- 1:02:28I can't. I'm not gonna hate the music, not of lyrics.
- 1:02:30To me, I can barely understand. Just try to get the hook.
- 1:02:32And then everybody mimics everybody else's whatever they say. So this rapper says ops.
- 1:02:39Now everybody got put ops and everybody got it. And that's so people
- 1:02:44modern day people think you're hating on the rappers. It's like, no,
- 1:02:45it's just I'm used to ten artists, ten different storylines. You have ten
- 1:02:52artists and it's one storyline, right, and that's that's only I'm not telling
- 1:02:58you you can't wrap music word. I'm just saying, but and you make
- 1:03:01two songs. Que made a whole double album. He killed you on one
- 1:03:08side and he birthed you on the other. So I put on death certificate.
- 1:03:13I know by the time is over, I be on made it somewhere
- 1:03:15down the road. I don't you know most albums you do can't do that.
- 1:03:19And I'm not about in the whole music all you very said, rarely
- 1:03:23find people who make a whole album. Now, just been a couple that
- 1:03:27probably in the last couple. J Cole's last album, Jesus last album just
- 1:03:31came out. If anybody no features, you know what I'm saying. And
- 1:03:35that's another thing. Everybody wants to have everybody else on their song to try
- 1:03:39to sell their song. But ice Cube sitting here making that award. This
- 1:03:43makes me giggle. He's sitting around Avenue about today the Nice Smith Award.
- 1:03:49They won't to give it to me. Qu Thursday night football Bengals Ravens Formula
- 1:03:53one out in Vegas, first time since eighty one eighty two that they've been
- 1:03:59in Vegas. Most probably the more intriguing is how they made the track out
- 1:04:02in Vegas. It'd be nice to see how they formulated the track around that
- 1:04:06city. But it's supposed to be. Numbers are down from expectation. The
- 1:04:11numbers. They invested an initial five hundred million dollars, and they said that
- 1:04:15they had demanded things from the businesses that had a view of the track,
- 1:04:19that there would be some sort of fee incorporated into they're already high taxes,
- 1:04:28or they would build an obstruction. They said that they've relaxed that it's not
- 1:04:32necessary anymore and even with the prices being slashed by much as eighty percent,
- 1:04:39they're still overcharging. What is the general Formula one fees. I think they
- 1:04:45are trying to get some traction off of how successful in the first two or
- 1:04:48three years the Miami Formula one has gone. But I feel like the Miami
- 1:04:55Formula one, Miami has a more international debate graphic. Their democratic is already
- 1:05:00Formula one. The people that actually live there, not people who Vegas is
- 1:05:05a tourist city, and you imagine the people that live in Vegas and work
- 1:05:10there probably aren't this international base to where it could work, but I don't
- 1:05:15know that. And then the track in Miami is scenic just going going across
- 1:05:19that bridge. And I said this sports jock off air, was that I
- 1:05:25think that NASCAR has done a really great job of identifying their brand with the
- 1:05:31American style of car racing. Formula one is still seen as a very European
- 1:05:41discipline. The NBA, speaking of international, NBA is thinking of expanding the
- 1:05:47league, as we have talked about several times. We talked about places like
- 1:05:51Vegas. We've talked about putting a team back in Seattle, remember Seattle,
- 1:05:58Like the Cleveland Browns. When they sold the franchise, they kept the SuperSonics,
- 1:06:03so they will be able to bring the team back and call it the
- 1:06:06Seattle SuperSonics if they choose to. In deals where you sell teams, sometimes
- 1:06:13that home team keeps that in their pocket. They don't always sell the whole
- 1:06:18name. They just sell the party. The New Orleans Jazz sold the whole
- 1:06:25name to Utah, right, So that's why you're trying to figure out why
- 1:06:29Minneapolis Lakers sold the whole name to LA. That's why it's called the LA
- 1:06:33Lakers, and you're just in there, like, where are the Lakes the
- 1:06:36Baltimore in Minnesota? They're not in LA. The Baltimore Colts sold the raven
- 1:06:44well, so the team, but they kept the name. It was the
- 1:06:50Baltimore Colts and they sold the whole team too, and then they changed it
- 1:06:55to the Baltimore rape because keep it. No, yeah, they changed it.
- 1:07:00Baltimore didn't have it was the Baltimore Colts. They sold it the Indianapolis
- 1:07:04called and then they just created the Baltimore Ravens in that way. The same
- 1:07:13hain't happened with Tennessee. They sold the Oilers, sold the whole thing to
- 1:07:17Tennessee. But the Titans just dropped the Oilers and they changed the name on
- 1:07:24them, and they didn't keep the Oiler park. So they had to come
- 1:07:26up with the Houston Texans in that the NBA. They had a game with
- 1:07:30the Hawks the other night down in Mexico City. Mexico, Vancouver, Montreal
- 1:07:38are three of the places we had a Vancouver team. Correct. The Grizzlies.
- 1:07:44Toronto has been screaming that they want out of Canada. I see this
- 1:07:48with this expansion. I see this the same as I see the Super Bowl,
- 1:07:53and it's just been a lightment off. It's an American product. Keep
- 1:07:58it in America. They want to see it come here. Yes, I
- 1:08:01don't. I don't get this. Put it in the you know. I
- 1:08:05just don't see it as just like the NFL talking about going to London.
- 1:08:10I just believe keep it here. NBA is our baby. Here, expand
- 1:08:18you can drop a team in Vegas. You can go back to Seattle.
- 1:08:20That's two teams most likely, that's all you need for another twenty years.
- 1:08:27You don't want to flood the market too much. I'm saying you already got
- 1:08:30to play in tournament. Let's let's not get too hasty with this expansion people
- 1:08:35who are already pulling the fine hair. So I definitely wouldn't go back to
- 1:08:41Vancouver or Montreal. All those experiments have already failed. Even Major League Baseball
- 1:08:45got out of Montreal, yeah and exposed correct, Yeah, no more.
- 1:08:51They still well they're now the Washington Nationals exactly, but they're still trying to
- 1:08:57get They're still trying to get back to Montreal. They just like want a
- 1:09:00new stadium. That's all. That's that's normally the reason why these teams leave.
- 1:09:05But basketball season, it's cold in Canada. Let's keep that in mind.
- 1:09:09I mean, who wants to be but the track indoor sport, I
- 1:09:13know, but it's cold here during I mean in the United States it's colding
- 1:09:17lockless. But I'm saying, you see that's the real board Texas. No,
- 1:09:23no, no, no, I'm saying it is cold in Minnesota.
- 1:09:26But it's cold in Minnesota. But it's not it's not Canada cold. It's
- 1:09:30not Canada snow in Vancouver. It's not Canada snow in Minnesota. Yes,
- 1:09:35it's it's a different cold in Canada. The Buffalo Bills a couple of things
- 1:09:45out of the game the other night, in that loss to the Broncos,
- 1:09:49sadly there was a hidden run outside of the stadium where someone was killed.
- 1:09:55I never know why these stories don't get more if you don't dig up something
- 1:10:00like somebody died outside the stadium. And if I hadn't went to page ninety
- 1:10:05nine, you wouldn't have even saw the story. And this is during the
- 1:10:09game, right after the game happened someone. I guess as they left hitting
- 1:10:14run. I think they found the suspect the next day. But also they
- 1:10:18fired Ken Dorsey. And as much as people think times have changed in the
- 1:10:24world two thousand and five thousand, nine thousand years ago, King authored them
- 1:10:31used to call this falling on the sword, somebody got to go out here
- 1:10:36on the floor and a lot of times because they fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey
- 1:10:43after the loss of the Broncos. But Ken Dorsey can be fired, but
- 1:10:47he can't be fired because Josh Allen throwing interceptions. What they got to do
- 1:10:53with me? They fumbled the ball. They fumbled the ball like three that
- 1:10:59don't have anything to do. What you call that play? You made him
- 1:11:01do it. I didn't call nine eighty nine right fumble That wasn't the name
- 1:11:06of the play. I told you the fumble the ball and then catch it
- 1:11:10on the bounce. When did we practice that play? That was when you
- 1:11:15implied it. We didn't specifically practice it, but you said the bills of
- 1:11:23Josh Allen leads the league in turnovers total turnovers. The guy here in Atlanta
- 1:11:29got benched for that when he was leading Desmond Ritter Buffalo because they still believe
- 1:11:34in Josh Allen, and I believe in Josh Allen as well. I just
- 1:11:38think all of you, as I said, with this quarterback thing, have
- 1:11:42lost your mind. You keep trying to build these teams with good quarterbacks that
- 1:11:47need to be still managed. You keep trying to make I know Tom Brady
- 1:11:53and Aaron Rodd they set this thing, but it's two or three of them
- 1:11:56and then the rest of these guys. You have to actually just run an
- 1:11:59offense. Josh Allen is not the guy to standing shotgun and throw the ball
- 1:12:06all day. You wonder why the Eagles winning with Jalen Hurts. They don't
- 1:12:13force Jalen Hurts to win the game. Every play. They let him run
- 1:12:18the ball. They runs in play action, they throw to the tight end
- 1:12:21y'all got Josh Allen and shotgun not even saying that that ain't his offense.
- 1:12:29And that's where a lot of teams make mistakes. You can't get the best
- 1:12:32out of him because you put him in a situation that he is not really
- 1:12:35built for. As the Bad producer called him a gun slinger, and Brett
- 1:12:41fav was going on as a gun slinger. And what a gunslinger is a
- 1:12:44guy who tries to force the ball in because their arms are so strong all
- 1:12:51Jeff Choice, They try to Cam Newton was a gun They just is with
- 1:12:58their strength, I can maybe fit this ball in there. Doug Williams.
- 1:13:01Back in the day, they say some people just have some serious armstrend.
- 1:13:05Those are guys they usually label as gunslingers because they can make up. Whereas
- 1:13:12a Patrick Mahome, his ball don't have a lot of velocity. It's all
- 1:13:15touch. It's all you know. When he throw the ball. It's kind
- 1:13:19of even seeing when you said, Lamar Jackson, Lamar don't really drill.
- 1:13:23Now he has the arm to do it, but he don't throw the ball
- 1:13:25like that. She kind of tosses the ball to the person. Josh Allen
- 1:13:30them and those guys, they get that gun slinger because you're just gonna it's
- 1:13:33three people around the receiver and you have decided, yeah, it was too
- 1:13:38those three people around me. I'm gonna get it. I know a girl
- 1:13:43named Sarah and mcahanney who got an arm like that. Sarah and mckhanney.
- 1:13:49Yeah, mcahanney, she got a gunslinger. I'm saying she played quarterback,
- 1:13:55but she's the girl so they she never made it to the level of gunslinger,
- 1:13:59but she would, just she would. Mcahaaney. We'll be Sportshocks show

- 1:17:44in the NBA before we do the birthdays because the bad producer. We were
- 1:17:46just talking about running quarterbacks versus reading quarterbacks. It's the same thing in basketball.
- 1:17:55You go back, your greatest shooters were the least athletic. It's always
- 1:18:01been Steph Curry has always been the Dale Ellis's. It was always was a
- 1:18:08boy here Corver, Corver with all those guys. The great athletes had to
- 1:18:17learn to shoot threes. You ever noticed that because they haven't get and done,
- 1:18:25they would shoot three. They shoot threes. I'm just giving because the
- 1:18:29bath this would be thinking, oh he's so, But when you go through
- 1:18:31that, it was always that that idea. The more athletic you are,
- 1:18:38the less you shot the ball because you had the option of going to the
- 1:18:42goal. When you're not, you have to learn to shoot. I can
- 1:18:46still play, I can still make the Hall of Fame. But but that's
- 1:18:53really how it won't be a lot of highlight feel. That's how it translates
- 1:18:57people. When Kyle Korver would dunk that one time a year, everybody in
- 1:19:02the stadium would stand up. You would think it was the dunk to win
- 1:19:05the game. It was just like, man, did you see Kyle Korver.
- 1:19:10Now Kyle Korver sixty seven, so you expect that he could dunk.
- 1:19:13They would jump up like he was five six because it was such a rare
- 1:19:17appearance. So I'm just giving you another example of the birthdays. It's about
- 1:19:21a skill set. A quarterback that can run itself out of trouble doesn't read
- 1:19:28as well as one who can't. That's just a true statement, Babduca.
- 1:19:34As you have that look like I don't know face birthdays here, Pete Davidson
- 1:19:40is thirty years old. Danny DeVito, seventy nine years old, has read
- 1:19:45Waken his career with the Jersey Mike Subby. I didn't know Danny was seventy
- 1:19:49nine though, and he's been on Uh It's always sunny in Philadelphia for the
- 1:19:54last several seasons. That's very popular on streaming and the other network RU Paul
- 1:19:58sixty three, Warren Moon sixty seven is Warren Moon. Lisa Botney is fifty
- 1:20:05six, Amari Steinamayer forty one. Rachel McAdams The Notebook for all you that
- 1:20:14don't know she was that main when she was the main character in the Notebook
- 1:20:16forty five years old. Martin so Sac is eighty one years old. Vinnie
- 1:20:23Testa Verdi is sixty, Reggie Wayne forty five. Jim Behind seventy nine,
- 1:20:30Jim behind coach so long he don't have nothing to do? What else there?
- 1:20:38What else to do? After seventy he just stopped coaching, right Yeah
- 1:20:41at seventy eight, Yeah, he probably still Rich's office. He's just to
- 1:20:46sit around. He's still get this stuff. The new coach looking at hey,
- 1:20:49Jim, what's doing on? Just got a lot of stuff. I
- 1:20:51hadn't picked out because at that age you ain't take it all at once.
- 1:20:56Now you got to take it a little bit. It's got to get these
- 1:20:58two books today. Fabulous is forty six, David Ortiz, Big Poppy forty
- 1:21:04eight, Caleb Williams You see usc is twenty two. Sam Cassell, who
- 1:21:11I hope gets a job. Sometimes I feel like Sam Cassell must not want
- 1:21:14the head coaching job. You likeaste long time, the NBA assistance never comes
- 1:21:21up, and it comes up at like, oh wait, what about him?
- 1:21:26Yeah, because he's been after someone's already been highed. He's been on
- 1:21:29some good coaching staffs, teams, is going deep into the playoffs, won
- 1:21:31a championship. You would think he would at least get some of those teams
- 1:21:35that fall off. But he's fifty four years old. Sam. And I
- 1:21:40always tell people everybody doesn't want to be the head coach, correct more than
- 1:21:45you think. So many people think that it's a lot of coordinators that are
- 1:21:48head coaches right now that didn't want to be the head coach. They took
- 1:21:53the job for the opportunity, for the money, for the prestige. But
- 1:21:59when you run them out of town, like Arthur Smith. It's a lot
- 1:22:02of them that they just Dan Quinn when we hired him, even though he
- 1:22:08took us to the super Bowl. Because if you can't, as I said
- 1:22:11on a couple of shows ago, if you can't release and your coordinator mine
- 1:22:18to just be the head coach. Everybody can't do it, they'll try it.
- 1:22:24Andy Reid he can't let his coordinator, I mind go, so he
- 1:22:29calls the plays. They can't. Sean Payton, remember he was calling the
- 1:22:32plays then he said he stopped. Then he got the Denver job back.
- 1:22:36He back to calling. Some people can't and if some people can't, wear
- 1:22:40both hats. And that's why Sam could say as I said. Fifty four
- 1:22:44white chocolate NBA baller out of Florida, Jason Williams if you remember his real
- 1:22:49name, forty eight, Mike Jones who is forty two years old, Allison
- 1:22:55Felix is thirty eight, On Wilson fifty five, Mike Epps fifty three,
- 1:23:00and Dwight Goodton, who I think will be put into the Mets Hall of
- 1:23:06Fame soon if he's not already. It's fifty nine years of ages. He's
- 1:23:15surprised, he's surprised. He's fifty none up here still. Sadly, the
- 1:23:21owner of the San Diego Padres passed away. Peter Settler passed away at sixty
- 1:23:28three years old. A couple of days ago, the Padres just had their
- 1:23:32picture Blake Snail when the cy Young. Garrett Cole won the Cy Young for
- 1:23:39the Yankees. But mister Settler passed away from cancer. He had beaten it
- 1:23:46twice, but this time he couldn't survive at sixty three years old. And
- 1:23:53there's been outrage, and I don't know why this outrage just started. Balenciaga
- 1:23:58has a towel skirt where it actually looks like a towel that they put two
- 1:24:01buttons around for nine hundred and twenty five dollars. Oh, that's on sale,
- 1:24:08and everybody's complaining that it's just a towel with buttons. Now you want
- 1:24:14to start talking about I just asked, y'all, what's a million dollar bag?
- 1:24:17Yeah? Any of that stuff? Is this where your outrage comes from?
- 1:24:21Is the town? That's what we're going to do. That's all.
- 1:24:25They're taking some jeans, they're taking Levis name off. They're putting their name
- 1:24:30on instead of forty nine dollars with Levi's. You're paying four hundred dollars for
- 1:24:36whatever label that is. But it's the same gene. The same people sent
- 1:24:41that role of jeans the material to one store. It comes off the same
- 1:24:45role and the Balinciaca towel skirts unisex. Yeah, all towels usually are ye
- 1:24:54just towels with a button. Take it, go home and make you one
- 1:24:58that they already sell. Boat you can get one of those. And from
- 1:25:03the dollar story, yaako. We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right
- 1:25:08after this. Something Joe m play in the middle is so simple fun like
- 1:25:13the Riddless disease at counting of one, two three. In other terms,

- 1:28:00You gotta bo, you gotta, you gotta got back to the Sports
- 1:28:14Shock Show. I'm a sports shock Kweene and Candy. Good morning to you
- 1:28:17out there in listening land. Glad to be here with you. Does the
- 1:28:23Lebron James haters have a particular site? Do they have like a club?
- 1:28:27I just want to know that off the bat, it's not really a good
- 1:28:30well they have. Do they have an accellent like turn? I'm saying,
- 1:28:32now, come on, now, let's not do that. He said,
- 1:28:35Why you're pointing at me? You asked about Lebron James and if they had
- 1:28:40a club, and surely, if if there is a club, you leaburna
- 1:28:43signed up mister James doesn't live in my or any of my friend's rent free
- 1:28:48in our heads, so you know we don't have a club. Okay,
- 1:28:53I'm just wondering that they have like a they got together on a site somewhere
- 1:28:58like a woman. He's sitting over there with like first rule of fight club
- 1:29:04because the club president. Mark Jackson has been taking off the Madison Square Garden
- 1:29:15broadcast team. He was supposed to join him this week. Command you,
- 1:29:19Greg was enlightening me at the beginning of the show. Mark Jackson has been
- 1:29:26let go from that broadcast team. Remember Mark Jackson long time with ESPN with
- 1:29:30Jeff Van Gundy. I thought they made a great team. ABC. Uh.
- 1:29:34They've been replaced this year by Doris Burke and Doc Rivers because everyone knows
- 1:29:42how I'm still trying to still trying to adjust to that lot like a duck
- 1:29:48to watch it turned the TV. But Mark Jackson reported to be let go
- 1:29:56because of old beef he has with one of the assistant coaches Comanche. Did
- 1:30:02he say did he say the assistant coach's name? It may have been a
- 1:30:10It didn't say who it was, but apparently it's someone who used to coach
- 1:30:15with when he was the Warriors coach. He was an assistant then, and
- 1:30:19that may have been some beef at that point, But I don't understand what
- 1:30:25Mark and the assistant coach beef have to do with Mark's job, not that
- 1:30:32you have it. I'm no, you don't have to. It's not like
- 1:30:36that you're not the head coach and I'm not on the staff. It's not
- 1:30:42like I'm coming to practice every day. I'm just doing commentary. Right on.
- 1:30:46He was supposed to fill in this season for Clyde Frasier. Clyde has
- 1:30:51to be about seventy five years old, so you start grooming a younger person.
- 1:30:56I think Mark about fifty six fifty eight years of a New York for
- 1:31:00that job and finally played for the Knicks famously. But I couldn't find out
- 1:31:04which coach or what the beef was supposed to be about. Okay, this
- 1:31:09article had the coach his names the last name Ermine, Ermine, hmm.
- 1:31:19I didn't show his first name. But is it that he was one of
- 1:31:23the one of the assistants during his term as when he was the coach of
- 1:31:30the Warriors, and there's a violation of company policy and so the assistant coach
- 1:31:34for the Knicks used to be Mark Jackson's assistant coaches for the Warriors, Right,
- 1:31:40Okay, I just say I thought maybe, like if it was the
- 1:31:43head coach, Tom Thibodeaux, I can see where I might want because you
- 1:31:47you have to interview him. That's who's going to be your main person you're
- 1:31:49talking about each and every But I didn't know Darren Erman. Darren Erman.
- 1:31:55Okay, I wonder what that too. And I wonder if they you just
- 1:31:59found that out because if you had to already contact Mark months ago, right,
- 1:32:05yes, because it was a fill in because he was gonna fill in
- 1:32:10for like a lot of the games that walk Fridgier couldn't fly, the travel
- 1:32:14games, the away games. That's what Mark was gonna fill in on and
- 1:32:16fill in on those games. Apparently he got bad from the plane. I
- 1:32:19don't know. Maybe they had some words. It is some We're going to
- 1:32:23let it breathe a little bit more, just like with the Oakley Store,
- 1:32:25anything with New York, with the Knicks and MSG from the past. Looks
- 1:32:30like we have to let a little bit more details just keep coming out and
- 1:32:34keep coming out, because now they're saying that Mark the lives have to stop.
- 1:32:39He's responded here, but I don't know what he said, but he
- 1:32:42just within within the last hour, he's responded to what's been going on.
- 1:32:45He's what he's saying, the lives that's coming out has to stop. That's
- 1:32:49coming out of from New York. Okay, well that's the news coming with
- 1:32:53the Knicks. The Knicks were in town last night. They beat my Hawks
- 1:32:57last night down at State Farm Arena. So, but Mark Jackson is out
- 1:33:03as the fill in, and you know, I'm quite sure he was being
- 1:33:08tapped to take over the full time job. Walt Fraser has been there for
- 1:33:12Clyde Fraser, excuse me, it's been there forever. And as the bad
- 1:33:15producer lose to you start getting into that mid seventies and trying to follow a
- 1:33:19team around because that job, that person goes everywhere. They call all the
- 1:33:26games, no matter where the broadcast is. It becomes a lot of work
- 1:33:30on the NBA schedule. Similar While we always think, like coaches like Greg
- 1:33:34Popovitch, that's a lot on a man of seventy two, it is,
- 1:33:39you know, the players complaining and they twenty six, right, they and
- 1:33:43they only play every seven or eight games. He's out there coaching every game.
- 1:33:47Yes, what it is coach Jackson Mark Texas saying that the lives have
- 1:33:53to stop because he was offered a job and he was appreciated to it,
- 1:33:56but he turned it down. He never accepted the job or anything, and
- 1:34:00he's saying that it was an ideal for him in these conditions and it wasn't
- 1:34:05the ideal time for me. So I don't know. That's why I said,
- 1:34:11Okay, big Kenny. With Thanksgiving coming around, you had a big
- 1:34:15question about the three most hated side dishes. Yes, the three most hated
- 1:34:21that people would have, So guys as we will talk about it in the
- 1:34:26next segment and find out what our three most hated side dishes are and then
- 1:34:32talk about what the article says the survey. The survey says it's the three
- 1:34:40most hated side dishes. So by the time you know, I'm just giving
- 1:34:44you a couple of minutes to think about side dishes for Thanksgiving and the three
- 1:34:47that you hate the most, I guess uh that go along with a Thanksgiving.
- 1:34:51Thanksgiving is the next Thursday. While you have that look bad because I
- 1:34:56was I was just trying to first when you was going to give a lift.
- 1:35:00Then I gotta think what three that I don't like? Busse? Yeah,
- 1:35:03right now, I'm not asking you to judge what's on the survey.
- 1:35:06I'm saying what in your opinion to see how close it comes to I hope
- 1:35:11mine is on the survey for you Jet fans, just to make sure you
- 1:35:18understand something. If the jtss aren't in the playoff picture, Aaron Rodgers is
- 1:35:25not going to come back. So pull for your team right now that they're
- 1:35:30still alert and around and the four or five six games, just trying to
- 1:35:34make sure they're only because I'm thinking, because you know, with him talking
- 1:35:39every week, he's making it seem like he's just gonna come back, But
- 1:35:44he's only coming back if they are in the playoff hunt. And if he's
- 1:35:47not, he said in mid December, yeah, it's hitting. The timeline
- 1:35:53is getting shorter and shorter, and I believe him less and less, you
- 1:35:58know what I'm saying, because the whole I believe that he was trying thinking
- 1:36:00that maybe the team would get into playoffs, which would start the second week
- 1:36:05of January. But if they're not, he's not just coming back to entertain
- 1:36:11you, right right, and not only is he not, the team is
- 1:36:15not about to bring him back. You might as well finish out season.
- 1:36:23It's not gonna happen the Bulls. Zach Levine is being rumored to possibly be
- 1:36:28traded. I was talking about the Bulls when I was talking about the mar
- 1:36:31De Rozan, I was talking about with the Lakers. With zach Levine playing
- 1:36:36college ball out in uc l A, people like the speculate that he might
- 1:36:42end up with the Lakers. As I said, the Lakers need a third
- 1:36:45person. They still don't have a third person, and everybody that's going to
- 1:36:48beat them has a third person. So the Wonder Twins can't beat. You
- 1:36:55need a third person sometimes when you go to battle. They've been going to
- 1:37:00out with two people in one and a half most of the time because Ad
- 1:37:03seems less interested based on when he wants to play. He's you know,
- 1:37:10even when he's out that the glass breaking eye glass. So Zach Levine could
- 1:37:16be someone to give them And I think they moved even Austin Reids to the
- 1:37:21bench for the Lakers watching the game because they didn't have any points coming off
- 1:37:26the bench. People forget that is a key spot. Do you have anybody
- 1:37:31off the bench that should be starting. You're supposed to have a starter on
- 1:37:38the bench. The best team, the best teams have always had a guy
- 1:37:42that really could even go start somewhere else coming off the bench. You need
- 1:37:46that guy. That's why they gave a six man award. That's the whole
- 1:37:50thing is that sixth man is a starter who has decided that that's the punch
- 1:37:58when we go to this second unit, I need to in a guy that's
- 1:38:00really at a starters level, so they don't make them like Low and Jamal
- 1:38:03Crawford, Lou Williams and Jamal Crawford anymore. I say no, I don't
- 1:38:11think teams are built really for their starters. You look at the Suns.
- 1:38:15The Sun has five starters. They don't have any depth. The Warriors,
- 1:38:21when they really are running, they had teams where guys came off the bench.
- 1:38:27We give all the credit to the starters, but it really they were
- 1:38:30putting in other team starters coming off the bench. So Zach Levine, I
- 1:38:36mean Austin Rivers. I thought that move by Darvin Ham was more of we're
- 1:38:42gonna play ten games and nobody on my bench gives me twenty points. And
- 1:38:48I need that to win, so we'll be back. We'll talk about the
- 1:38:53three most hated side dishes Farland Dickinson College. Finally, out of the showers.
- 1:39:02Finally we need clarification explained. Yees open. Hope that you're listening because
- 1:39:13I'm allowed to say you want a Georgia issue. Jn't bowl. Wayne Or

- 1:42:58great. Well, the Bahamas Stadium says they're doing some renovations and they hope
- 1:43:04to have it the Bahamas Bowl back in the Bahamas next year. But Charlotte,
- 1:43:08you could have it in Charlotte. Warm. Now they skipped over a

- 1:44:00as the bowl, Yes, it's a kick back. Yeah, bag,
- 1:44:06it's like the Bahamas. Explain it real quick. It's like the nd season
- 1:44:11NBA tournament. I even that was supposed to clear things up for me,
- 1:44:16sir, thanks you, because it did not. It sounds like it sounds
- 1:44:20just like some uh in season NBA tournaments. So what the conference are the
- 1:44:26teams coming from or where what teams are we looking at? It will be
- 1:44:31teams from Conference USA and the mac Admitted American Conference. Uh So the Bahamas
- 1:44:40Bowl now will be in Jerry Richardson Stadium in Charlotte is called the Famous Toastery
- 1:44:46Bahamas Bowl, and it'll be back next year in the Bahamas. And then
- 1:44:53when it goes back to the Mohamas, it's going to go back to being
- 1:44:56the Bahamas Bowl or will it continue to be the go back to being the
- 1:45:00Bahamas Boat. Let's do this, Let's do this. Let's just each pitch
- 1:45:04in about the hometown lenders. I'm saying, let's just pitch in about three
- 1:45:09three g's a piece and bias a boat. I'm saying, now, did
- 1:45:15you have it at Eddie Henderson formerly Grady stadium there. We call it that
- 1:45:20the eighty Henderson formerly Grady Stadium boat. The three most hated side dishes,
- 1:45:27guys, Uh, there is a survey out with Thanksgiving coming around, bad
- 1:45:31producer, what are your three most hated side dishes that people serve? I
- 1:45:35only got one, be honest, green bean castle roll, okay, And
- 1:45:44so what's the other two? If you had to have two more? Probably
- 1:45:48just cranberries that little when they just cranberries by themselves, and possibly uh uh
- 1:45:57squashing out fried squash steam it or well, I rather have a flap fries
- 1:46:04squash okay, squash not that's very specific, Okay, I like that,
- 1:46:12commanche. I'm not a gravy guy, so uh nothing with gravy mashed potatoes
- 1:46:20by itself. I don't need the gravy green bean cast role. And because
- 1:46:27I did suffer through this once, uh, potato salad with any kind of
- 1:46:32fruit. Potato salad with fruit they call called California. They call that.
- 1:46:42Uh the workplace they call that. They called it plenty left, he said,
- 1:46:46the workplace. If you had three things size that you hate, chit
- 1:46:51Ling's that's not a side it's not okay, Well take that off potato salad,
- 1:47:00squash and those are Chitlin's. But I just learned the chiplans ain't the
- 1:47:04side. No. I thought, that's a delicate that's a that's a full
- 1:47:09meal. Yeah, especially uh what is the that that that broccoli salad,
- 1:47:20it's like broccoli and you've had that served before? Yeah, like people with
- 1:47:26salad. It's not in brosiaus salad. That's with the marshmallow. Okay,
- 1:47:30that stuff is pretty nasty too, But the broccoli, the broccoli, apple,
- 1:47:34all of that chopping, I would say mashed potatoes. For me,
- 1:47:45I've never actually had green bean cast roles served at a Thanksgiving. So when
- 1:47:48y'all guys keep talking about green bean cast role, I'm like, this was
- 1:47:53what part of the country are y'all in the workplace? Potluck dinner has traumatized
- 1:47:58me. Never have that stuff again, I would say, what else do
- 1:48:08I like? I don't like corn stuff that any of that corn anything corn
- 1:48:19or any of that that corn soup fla stuff and yams just well put like
- 1:48:31sweet potatoes. Okay, you like you like the candy. I like candy,
- 1:48:35yams. I just don't like sweet potatoes. Serve like that so sweet
- 1:48:41potatoes that would go yeah. And and that's interesting because, uh, do
- 1:48:45you want to know what the three most hated are? The go ahead,
- 1:48:47sir. The three most hated are green bean castle role, which I it's
- 1:48:51a I love it, are the a cranberry sauce, which is another favorite
- 1:48:59in the candy yams are the most hated. These people that say can they're
- 1:49:04coming? And what I'm saying I realized after seeing green beans and say,
- 1:49:11punkin pie is a tato tato custard now insta cart and the Harris Pole comprised
- 1:49:16this, and I believe that the Harris Pole is working for China currently.
- 1:49:20I believe that it's got to be some sort of communist insurrection to ruin the
- 1:49:26American holiday because how you put candy jams and green bean cast role as hated?
- 1:49:30Oh green cast roll, No, it's not you don't know how to
- 1:49:34make it. It's That's what I'm saying. I've never even you never had
- 1:49:39that serve for Thanksgiving? Really ever? Is I never needed to be fantastical?
- 1:49:45It is is cream and mushroom soup and green bean toasted onions on top.
- 1:49:49Oh no, no no. And if candy jams is as needed for
- 1:49:55Thanksgiving as the turkey, you know what they suggested, the sweet potatoes.
- 1:50:00No dressing it up, man, that's not what they do to pu pie.
- 1:50:04The cranberry sauce, as we go to break is typically just for the
- 1:50:09oldest person still alive. You just open up a can. Whoever is the
- 1:50:13oldest, they're the only one that's eating it. Just be meaning it's the
- 1:50:16key it I just I love the fact that nobody wants cranberry sauce. But
- 1:50:20we'll be back more to s Fullstock show right after this. Don't Go Awayne

- 1:52:36he's no longer under my wing that he's a good person. I want him

- 1:53:08they intermingle. On the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy, Go bos ripped
- 1:53:16and chipping, Bos gripped and pos chipping, Pobos ripped and crawling, still
- 1:53:29bowling in the mix. Welcome back to this what Shock Shot. I'm the
- 1:53:31swart shock Wayne Candy T. Hopefully you're still around. We had long palls
- 1:53:36right there as some technical difficulties here in the studio. Big Kenny Comanchi,
- 1:53:43Greg bat producer in the building. Remember you can hear the replay if you
- 1:53:46missed anything on Spotify or Apple podcasts. Right as the show goes off.
- 1:53:53We left talking about three most hated side dishes. Big Kenny says that the
- 1:54:00survey said candy yams, green bean casserole, and cranberry sauce. Two of
- 1:54:08those three. I can definitely understand being on the list, being that I
- 1:54:13never had green being cast role and cranberry sauce. Really, if you got
- 1:54:19any other sweet component, you don't really need it. But for those people
- 1:54:25that are probably fifty five plus, it is a staple. They need their
- 1:54:30cranberry sauce. And that's why Big Kenny looks forward to it. Yes,
- 1:54:33I do. He looks for it. It's me people. When you say
- 1:54:38for those people, it's me, I'm those people. So I wonder what
- 1:54:43most people three most hated side what's your favorite? Mac raam, cheese,
- 1:54:50mac and cheese, Big Kenny, Mac and cheese, bad dressing, dressing,
- 1:54:56mac and cheese dressing. My favorite size probably would be green bean castro
- 1:55:08if you if you try, yeah, if you try, no, No,
- 1:55:14Probably sweet potato pie because it's typically desert. It's a side. Everything
- 1:55:20that is not the turkey or the ham is a side, okay, Because
- 1:55:24I would have put pies of dessert, cooking cake pies category, because I
- 1:55:32would have put pecan pie on this. It's just well, I'm just thinking
- 1:55:39something I typically only have for Thanksgiving. Rarely do I have sweet potato pie
- 1:55:44on any any any other time other other than Thanksgiving. Sometimes Christmas, but
- 1:55:49most times you don't really get sweet potato pie, that sweet potato cupcake before
- 1:55:58candy cakes. But I said, sweet potato pie, what did it have
- 1:56:01to do with the sweet potato? He said? He definitely said it's the
- 1:56:06same sweep Farley Dickinson College basketball team, through some donations, finally will get
- 1:56:19the ability to not have to watch film in the shower. I brought this
- 1:56:24stuff. It stood up for me. But it stood out for me because
- 1:56:27I remember in high school. When I was in high school, go ahead
- 1:56:29on and tell them the date Vick Kenny some of our X V X V
- 1:56:31I I I V. In the late eighties. When I was in high
- 1:56:39school, as a we had we watched film on the shower wall of the
- 1:56:46locker room. That's where coach would set up the film uh to be watched.
- 1:56:50It's a clear white wall, it looks like a screen, and that's
- 1:56:54what we would watch it. So when I read it, I was thinking,
- 1:56:56wow, thirty years later a college is deal. But they finally got
- 1:57:00some donations. They're building a facility that they can not have to watch film.
- 1:57:08But it's not like they're making it. I mean, nobody really other
- 1:57:12than comparing it to other places. But it's not like it's it's just a
- 1:57:16white wall. That's what a shower typically is a white flat wall that you
- 1:57:20can project things. And most people are probably thinking, man, you said
- 1:57:24I could put Yeah, it's a white wall, and at least while they
- 1:57:28are standing around in Balenciaga towels, Yeah, that's where the money went.
- 1:57:34Female pool player Lynn Pinches forfeited her final match. She was in the finals
- 1:57:44and decided that she was not going to play against Harriet Haynes. Uh.
- 1:57:51Then Pinches found out that Harriet Harriet Haynes was a transwoman, and she unscrewed
- 1:58:01her pool stick and conceded the final. Once she found that out, they
- 1:58:09gave her a round of applause, and basically she's saying, this is the
- 1:58:13women's final, right and you're in her estimation, not a woman. So
- 1:58:21and that's the big controversy, as we've talked about for the last couple of
- 1:58:25years in different aringas I'm just saying, its found itself to the pool table.
- 1:58:30So it's everywhere we know about the pool. We've talked about it on
- 1:58:32the track, places like that. Lynn Pinches would forfeit the whole finals.
- 1:58:41She's in the final match, just two people left, and she found out
- 1:58:45that the Harriet Haynes person was, in her estimation, a man, and
- 1:58:55she forfeited it. Let Harriet Haynes win Harry. Very interesting. That's you
- 1:59:01know, to go that load to want to be women in pool. I
- 1:59:04could you think that the swimming in the track was but the shooting pool,
- 1:59:11Well, I would imagine, and I don't know Harriet personally, but I
- 1:59:15would imagine Harriet was would tell you that they were just a pool enthusiast.
- 1:59:20They didn't choose pool, They just liked the pool and happened to be transgender.
- 1:59:26So it's how they prefer that it be seen for you. You see
- 1:59:30it as the unfair advantage. You see it as eliminating a spot for an
- 1:59:36actual female billiard's player, which a lot of people see it that way.
- 1:59:42But that's what makes it such a hot topic issue is they want to just
- 1:59:45be seen as people, not as someone impersonating someone else. Justin Fields is
- 1:59:51expected to make the feel for the Chicago Bears this week. He's been out
- 1:59:57a couple of weeks with a thumb injury. Justin f quarterback of the Chicago
- 2:00:00Bears. I'm quite sure, just like as the Bears are pulling, that
- 2:00:04he shows them something in these last couple of games, because if they could,
- 2:00:10their hopes is really to keep Justin Fields around. Come on with where
- 2:00:15they are. Next year will be his what third year, fourth year?
- 2:00:19You would hope you're that far into a contract. I can take these top
- 2:00:25two top ten picks. They're gonna end up with two top ten picks,
- 2:00:28and can add and not have to go back to the quarterback back route.
- 2:00:31Right, don't know, nobody else really needs receivers like we do. Because
- 2:00:35if I and I said it, if I can go and with the first
- 2:00:39pick, second pick or whatever they get, I can get a Marvin Harrison
- 2:00:43junior, and then pick eight nine I can grab and I'm just someone like
- 2:00:46a Rock Bowers from Georgia, and I got Justin Fieed, we can get
- 2:00:53the running man. We can go because I got a you know, some
- 2:00:55young talent. I got a quarterback that's in his fourth year that really should
- 2:00:59be blossoming. I can attack the second round. I can get the best
- 2:01:02whatever offensive lineman, and you know I already don't start and improving my defense.
- 2:01:08We can. But if I have to reshuffle the deck and take one
- 2:01:12of them top ten picks and go get another quarterback, I found myself right
- 2:01:16back to where I was, and that's the worst place to be. Four
- 2:01:21years later, I've rolled it back. So I'm quite sure they're hoping and
- 2:01:25pulling because it's easier to go that route. And you don't have to be
- 2:01:30at no all star level, Hall of Fame level, but you have to
- 2:01:32be enough that if I add these pieces, yes, you can get to
- 2:01:35going. Do you think there's just pressure on them because of this is supposed
- 2:01:39to be a deep quarterback class, Like, oh you if you iffy about
- 2:01:43the one you have, you need to go get another one. Like do
- 2:01:45you think it's like pressure to do something like that? Like I know they
- 2:01:50don't definitely don't have to do it if they believe in justin field, But
- 2:01:54do you think there's like, yeah, outside pressure to like do that because
- 2:01:58of how there's a lot of pressure, then yeah, definitely, because you're
- 2:02:00in your third year and most people still look at you as there was year
- 2:02:04one. You haven't really shown me more than when I got you. So
- 2:02:10I'm in that everybody finds themselves. The Giants they conceded and gave Daniel Jones
- 2:02:14the money, but I don't think they saw Daniel Jones as being the guy.
- 2:02:19The guy, right, So you are in that real where you got
- 2:02:24to either take a stand and roll the dice one way or the other when
- 2:02:28you start talking about three years into your quarterback. That was your first round
- 2:02:31pick just three years ago. So but they do play this week, and
- 2:02:36we'll see what Justin feels got. Remember to night Thursday Night football with the
- 2:02:42Bengals and the Ravens Formula one this weekend out in Vegas Tomorrow night, Colorado
- 2:02:47playing on a Friday night versus Washington State. Most colleges will probably be playing
- 2:02:53homecoming games, so you won't have those top ten battles this week. You
- 2:02:58get them next week in rivalry week in the nd season tournament that can't even
- 2:03:02remember, yes, and you're gonna be unlocked in. And don't forget about
- 2:03:08Friday Night Lights. Friday Night Lights GPB seven point thirty number one, Carrollton
- 2:03:15taking on Valdosta. Juju Lewis h is gonna be on display. Who's a
- 2:03:21sophomore and will be a household name barring injuries in the next two years.
- 2:03:27And we are in the ocean. The truth is he will throw your in
- 2:03:32the ocean. It's time to wrap things up on the Sports Judge Show with
- 2:03:38Wayne Candy. When you decide an oce, you give the Sports shout Chest
- 2:04:15a minute to Ben would like to thank you for tuning in this week,
- 2:04:16whether it was on Monday or today, Big Kenny comancher, Greg Bad producer,
- 2:04:21thank you for your contributions. I hope you have a great weekend of
- 2:04:27sports if you are tuning in. As the weather cruise off, we typically
- 2:04:32find ourselves in TV land watching sports more and more going into ocean today.
- 2:04:40I know we have a lot of sibling love going on INFL especially with the
- 2:04:45Kelsey brothers and they singing jingles making commercials. But there's another pair of brothers
- 2:04:50that are in the NFL as where as well. Their names are Diggs,
- 2:04:59Stefan Diggs, the Bills, Trayvon Digs for the Cowboys, who's out this
- 2:05:04year with a injury as you heard me say, Trayvon Diggs plays for the
- 2:05:12Cowboys one more time. Treyvon Diggs plays for the Cowboys, not for the
- 2:05:18Buffalo Bills. So keep your comments to the Cowboys. Trayvon Diggs never smooth
- 2:05:26it trying to take a dig at our man, Josh Allen in the Buffalo
- 2:05:30Bills, trying to get Stephan out. You weren't saying this the last five
- 2:05:34years when Josh Allen was throwing your brother one hundred balls a game season.
- 2:05:40Didn't hear nothing about you saying your brother needs out of Buffalo when he was
- 2:05:45feeding them the ball so he could make that fifteen to eighteen million. You
- 2:05:48have one bast season, all of a sudden you want your brother out of
- 2:05:51Buffalo. Funny how that works, isn't it. It's just that quickly.
- 2:05:57The devil is a lie. But as I said, my whole point of
- 2:06:02this is that Trevon Diggs plays for the Cowboys. So maybe you need to
- 2:06:09worry about dak In Parlor and the Cowboys and leave the Bills to themselves because
- 2:06:16they've been to the AFC Championship Game. They knock on the door of Super
- 2:06:20Bowl. What the Cowboys been doing? Oh, it's a two s.
- 2:06:28Maybe y'all should maybe I should go back to ninety seven. And so for
- 2:06:36that Treyvon Diggs talking out of place, fuck up, clank. I'm just
- 2:06:50saying all that talk ain't gonna get y'all. The Campbell's Suit commercial winning got
- 2:06:56the Kelsey brothers where they are today. They met in the Super Bowl first
- 2:07:00time. That's how you get to Campbel Supermargo. That's how you do.
- 2:07:03You go to super Bowl. I go to Super Bowl, they find out
- 2:07:05we brothers. You get you a Cambel super and they talk to your mama,
- 2:07:09Hey, what are you doing going to get your signs in the Super
- 2:07:12BOE. Have a good weekend from the Sports Shock Show. As we always
- 2:07:15say on Thursday, We'll see you in the future. Peace,
