- 0:53SPEAKER_04: Um this is sort of like who I am.
- 0:56SPEAKER_04: Whoa.
- 0:58SPEAKER_06: This must be new for you.
- 0:59SPEAKER_06: You're you're the the gayest 1950s gym coach in town.
- 1:05SPEAKER_06: I know.
- 1:05SPEAKER_04: I am giving um would you s coach it's Coach Calhoun a little bit.
- 1:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:11SPEAKER_04: You said old gym gymnasium.
- 1:13SPEAKER_06: Grant faggy grandpa grandpa at the gymnasium.
- 1:15SPEAKER_06: Gymnasium.
- 1:16SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 1:17SPEAKER_04: A Cardi is instant gramps, but it's intentional.
- 1:19SPEAKER_04: Cardi.
- 1:20SPEAKER_06: Cardi.
- 1:21SPEAKER_06: Yeah, well, welcome to the to the couch for the very first time as boy boy boy.
- 1:26SPEAKER_06: This is crazy.
- 1:27SPEAKER_06: I don't have a mask to hide behind.
- 1:30SPEAKER_04: You're just raw dogging it.
- 1:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:32SPEAKER_05: I'm feeling raw and exposed and vulnerable.
- 1:35SPEAKER_04: I am feeling exposed and vulnerable.
- 1:37SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:37SPEAKER_06: But this will help.
- 1:40SPEAKER_06: Canned cocktail whiskey mule in a plastic goblet, the classic combination.
- 1:45SPEAKER_07: Mm-hmm.
- 1:46SPEAKER_07: Mm-hmm.
- 1:47SPEAKER_06: Um, how have you been?
- 1:49SPEAKER_06: How is your we've seen each other all week, actually, which is fun.
- 1:52SPEAKER_06: Um, we've done a lot of work in stewed.
- 1:54SPEAKER_06: Uh we're back in the studio.
- 1:55SPEAKER_06: Which is short for studio.
- 1:57SPEAKER_06: Anyone was curious.
- 1:59SPEAKER_06: Um We had the holidays.
- 2:02SPEAKER_06: Right, right, all right.
- 2:03SPEAKER_06: What did you do?
- 2:04SPEAKER_06: I went home on Christmas Day and then to Jersey.
- 2:08SPEAKER_06: I don't live in New Jersey.
- 2:09SPEAKER_06: Japan.
- 2:10SPEAKER_04: Down the line.
- 2:11SPEAKER_04: New York.
- 2:11SPEAKER_04: It's New York.
- 2:12SPEAKER_04: He's a New Yorker.
- 2:13SPEAKER_04: It's a touchy subject.
- 2:14SPEAKER_04: Uh, you're a New Yorker.
- 2:16SPEAKER_04: New Yorker.
- 2:17SPEAKER_06: New Yorker.
- 2:18SPEAKER_06: And then I got COVID.
- 2:19SPEAKER_06: Um, and then you got Pax Lovid, honey.
- 2:21SPEAKER_06: And I got Pax Lovid, um, which they say doesn't actually help with the symptoms.
- 2:27SPEAKER_06: It helps with like long-term stuff, which I felt like it did help with the symptoms though.
- 2:31SPEAKER_06: Because I felt like I bounced back to the city.
- 2:33SPEAKER_06: Long-term what?
- 2:34SPEAKER_06: Like long COVID stuff.
- 2:35SPEAKER_06: Like, it decreases the risk of you being like hospitalized for COVID-related stuff in the future.
- 2:41SPEAKER_06: It's a good thing.
- 2:41SPEAKER_06: Which I mean.
- 2:42SPEAKER_04: Some yeah, you do.
- 2:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I was in Rhode Island for a long time.
- 2:45SPEAKER_04: It was a big old chubby week, which felt good because I hadn't been home in a while.
- 2:49SPEAKER_06: So it always feels like when you go home, you're gone for about eight weeks.
- 2:52SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 2:53SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 2:54SPEAKER_04: And I it looked like I was there for eight weeks eating.
- 2:59SPEAKER_04: And that's why I can't stay too long because when I go home, I my Italian family loves to pump me with carbs, so I can only stay so long.
- 3:07SPEAKER_04: Otherwise, I balloon.
- 3:09SPEAKER_06: Didn't you have like three Thanksgiving dinners in a row?
- 3:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, my family does like repeat holidays.
- 3:14SPEAKER_04: They have well, they do leftovers and then like sometimes a second leftover night, which is like nasty.
- 3:21SPEAKER_04: Cause like there's only so many times you can like heat up that food.
- 3:24SPEAKER_04: Dear God.
- 3:25SPEAKER_04: But then so I went to New Hampshire.
- 3:28SPEAKER_04: Oh, right.
- 3:29SPEAKER_04: What was this trip?
- 3:29SPEAKER_04: It just was like family fun on the slopes?
- 3:32SPEAKER_04: Like, where was this?
- 3:33SPEAKER_04: Hell no.
- 3:33SPEAKER_04: I wish my family went skiing.
- 3:34SPEAKER_04: Like that'd be cooler.
- 3:35SPEAKER_04: But we went to Santa's village.
- 3:37SPEAKER_04: Uh, because I have a lot of like nieces and nephews and whatever.
- 3:41SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it is.
- 3:41SPEAKER_04: He moves, he went, he went there's a satellite location for the uh the toy shop.
- 3:46SPEAKER_04: Um, there's a few of those actually.
- 3:49SPEAKER_04: It's just like a theme park that's open during the winter and it's like shitty.
- 3:52SPEAKER_04: Sounds amazing.
- 3:54SPEAKER_04: And I like to, you know, me, I like to spend my New Year's Eve in New York with friends.
- 3:58SPEAKER_04: Like, but at that point, I'm like, I've seen enough family.
- 4:00SPEAKER_04: No, I need like cool plans.
- 4:01SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but nothing was really happening here.
- 4:03SPEAKER_06: So I was like, I guess but cut to like all of our friends like on a yacht for some reason.
- 4:07SPEAKER_06: We just were out there, like didn't get the invite.
- 4:10SPEAKER_04: Sidebar, I always say it's impossible to look cool when you're dancing on a boat.
- 4:14SPEAKER_04: Or do you say that?
- 4:15SPEAKER_04: I have never said that before in my life.
- 4:17SPEAKER_04: So it's hard.
- 4:18SPEAKER_06: Although we share one brain cell, that's not something that I've said.
- 4:21SPEAKER_04: But you know what I mean?
- 4:21SPEAKER_04: When people like are inclined to like you feel good on a yacht and tunes are often cranking, so you start to bust the mood, like people like will dance on a boat.
- 4:31SPEAKER_04: But in the in this and not look cool, it's impossible.
- 4:33SPEAKER_06: In this uh construction in your mind, what how big is the boat?
- 4:38SPEAKER_04: Uh at least 45 feet long.
- 4:40SPEAKER_04: It's a yacht, man.
- 4:41SPEAKER_04: Kind of big.
- 4:41SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 4:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 4:42SPEAKER_04: I feel like you could look cool dancing on that.
- 4:44SPEAKER_04: No one's dancing on your dad's dinger, honey.
- 4:48SPEAKER_06: It's a dinghy.
- 4:50SPEAKER_06: My dad's dinger is something else.
- 4:52SPEAKER_06: They are dancing on that.
- 4:53SPEAKER_06: And I am dancing on that.
- 4:55SPEAKER_06: Tonight.
- 4:56SPEAKER_04: Uh that's why I'm just like this.
- 4:59SPEAKER_06: Um, yeah, I could I see where you're where you're coming from, but all I all I can think of is like all those like comedy boat dance parties people keep doing.
- 5:07SPEAKER_06: Oh, yeah.
- 5:08SPEAKER_06: And I'm like, I feel like that's dancing on a boat, but that basically is like a room.
- 5:10SPEAKER_04: Because it's like a floating uh club.
- 5:13SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 5:13SPEAKER_04: Slightly different.
- 5:14SPEAKER_04: Club dinger.
- 5:16SPEAKER_04: Club dinger.
- 5:17SPEAKER_04: Um, but wait, that's just a sidebar.
- 5:19SPEAKER_04: What I'm actually saying is I went to Santa's Village.
- 5:22SPEAKER_04: I was like, fine, do FaceTime with the fam.
- 5:25SPEAKER_04: I wasn't impressed.
- 5:26SPEAKER_04: I got there with the village.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 5:29SPEAKER_04: Yeah, with the village.
- 5:31SPEAKER_04: I was like, they just need to put 200 grand more into this for lights.
- 5:35SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
- 5:36SPEAKER_04: It's been a week since I'm now it's gone up to eight mil.
- 5:39SPEAKER_04: They need eight mil.
- 5:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 5:41SPEAKER_04: Wow.
- 5:41SPEAKER_04: It literally started as just like just 200k.
- 5:46SPEAKER_04: It'll pump up the lights.
- 5:47SPEAKER_04: You thought about it, you revised it.
- 5:49SPEAKER_04: You revised your pitch.
- 5:50SPEAKER_04: Yeah, your initial bid.
- 5:51SPEAKER_04: We need a full eight mil poured into this, which isn't that much when it comes to like theme parks, I guess.
- 5:55SPEAKER_06: You go back and you like deliver your bid to them.
- 5:58SPEAKER_06: They're like, we have no idea who you are, and we didn't ask for any of this.
- 6:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I'm like, okay, but I'm gonna need a deposit.
- 6:03SPEAKER_04: ASAP.
- 6:04SPEAKER_04: So yeah.
- 6:06SPEAKER_04: It needed a lot more work once I slept on it.
- 6:09SPEAKER_04: Slept on the memories.
- 6:10SPEAKER_04: What was the worst part?
- 6:11SPEAKER_04: The like mediocracy of like everything.
- 6:15SPEAKER_04: Or I guess for me, the worst part was that it was just like carnival rides shoehorned into like a Christmas experience.
- 6:21SPEAKER_04: Oh, okay.
- 6:22SPEAKER_04: Like there was uh like a Bahambug shooter thing, you know?
- 6:26SPEAKER_04: And like the jankiest version.
- 6:28SPEAKER_04: Because like in Disney they have cool like interactive games that you shoot and like re tally up rally tally up a score.
- 6:33SPEAKER_04: Reptilia?
- 6:34SPEAKER_04: Yeah, reptilia.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: Uh the reptilia ride.
- 6:38SPEAKER_04: But this was like the jankiest version of that, and it was so it was just like you're shooting at things that aren't really shootable, and it's called like Scrooge's Bahumbug Bug Squasher.
- 6:51SPEAKER_04: What the fuck?
- 6:52SPEAKER_04: There was bugs involved.
- 6:53SPEAKER_04: This is not no Christmas.
- 6:55SPEAKER_04: Everything was shoehorned into bugs are not on Christmas.
- 6:57SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
- 6:58SPEAKER_04: Bugs are not on Christmas.
- 6:59SPEAKER_04: It's like who what carney did you guys get this like bug ride off of and crazy to spin as?
- 7:05SPEAKER_04: Uh wow.
- 7:06SPEAKER_04: Anything to do with Scrooge.
- 7:08SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I mean they're trying their own ra flume.
- 7:11SPEAKER_04: They're trying their best.
- 7:12SPEAKER_04: He needs his own ride.
- 7:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 7:14SPEAKER_04: Through from scratch.
- 7:16SPEAKER_04: Design.
- 7:17SPEAKER_04: Is that baked into your eight million dollar uh yeah?
- 7:19SPEAKER_04: It's a whole it's an overhaul.
- 7:21SPEAKER_04: And it's still low.
- 7:22SPEAKER_04: Like that's a decent price when it comes to theme parks.
- 7:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 7:25SPEAKER_04: So New Hampshire, call me.
- 7:27SPEAKER_04: The state.
- 7:28SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 7:28SPEAKER_04: In general, just call it.
- 7:29SPEAKER_04: Give me a call.
- 7:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 7:30SPEAKER_06: We'll talk.
- 7:31SPEAKER_06: That's so um the that your nieces and nephews are like, Uncle, your aesthetic standards are too high.
- 7:38SPEAKER_06: You're ruining this experience for us.
- 7:40SPEAKER_04: No, I was like, you would never know that I was being a judgmental bitch the whole time.
- 7:44SPEAKER_04: Roll the tapes.
- 7:45SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I was like alone smoking in my floor length.
- 7:48SPEAKER_04: Well, I forgot.
- 7:49SPEAKER_04: So I I, you know, went home for Christmas and then from there went to New Hampshire.
- 7:52SPEAKER_04: I forgot to pack uh ski Parka.
- 7:55SPEAKER_04: Parker?
- 7:56SPEAKER_04: Parka.
- 7:57SPEAKER_06: I always say Parker.
- 7:58SPEAKER_06: In your mind, how's it spelled?
- 8:00SPEAKER_06: Like Parker, like Peter Parker?
- 8:01SPEAKER_06: But you say you say Peter Parker for some reason.
- 8:05SPEAKER_06: Peter Parka.
- 8:06SPEAKER_03: Hallie Park.
- 8:07SPEAKER_03: Hallie Parka.
- 8:09SPEAKER_03: Parent trap.
- 8:10SPEAKER_03: There are more than one Parker.
- 8:12SPEAKER_04: Family.
- 8:13SPEAKER_04: Um I forgot my coats, so I had to go buy one.
- 8:16SPEAKER_04: And of course I I bought the biggest puffer of all time.
- 8:19SPEAKER_04: You bought like Montclair.
- 8:21SPEAKER_04: It's literally floor-lev.
- 8:22SPEAKER_04: As a bustle.
- 8:24SPEAKER_04: It was giving Hill Duff as Lizzie McGuire a glue dress.
- 8:28SPEAKER_04: Did you do it because you get annoying?
- 8:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 8:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 8:31SPEAKER_06: Did it bother your parents?
- 8:33unknown: Yeah.
- 8:34SPEAKER_04: Were sure.
- 8:35SPEAKER_04: And then while I was there, sorry, I keep I keep chatting, but while I was there, you're the only one who had did anything, so it's like I've got nothing to say.
- 8:42SPEAKER_04: While I was there, uh after we did the park the next day, the day we were leaving, we went to stores like in town, and uh there was this kid, this young boy who walked by me and said uh just like excuse me, gay boy.
- 8:57SPEAKER_04: And I was like, What did he just say?
- 8:59SPEAKER_04: And I like went over because I was just like curious.
- 9:02SPEAKER_04: I was like, I looked at him and he was like jumped in his skin because he realized that I heard him.
- 9:08SPEAKER_04: So my god.
- 9:09SPEAKER_04: And he was like, I'm so sorry.
- 9:11SPEAKER_04: And I was like, That's fine.
- 9:14SPEAKER_04: I didn't like we did acting together, he melted like sorry, and I was just like, it's okay.
- 9:18SPEAKER_04: More was just like, Huh?
- 9:20SPEAKER_04: What?
- 9:20SPEAKER_04: Like, why did you?
- 9:21SPEAKER_04: He was obviously a huge flamer.
- 9:23SPEAKER_04: Yeah, like I don't know why he did that.
- 9:26SPEAKER_06: That's so was it And then he kept bumping into me.
- 9:28SPEAKER_04: I told my sister, and she was like, This is too cringe, I can't handle it.
- 9:30SPEAKER_04: Because we bumped into him outside, and he again was like gay boy.
- 9:33SPEAKER_04: I mean, sorry.
- 9:33SPEAKER_04: He was like literally like sorry.
- 9:35SPEAKER_04: I was like, put those arms down, you're giving us a bad rap.
- 9:38SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 9:39SPEAKER_04: Faggot.
- 9:40SPEAKER_04: I was like, it's fine.
- 9:41SPEAKER_04: Uh was it like, do you think it was malicious, or did he just like slipped out because he clocked you and just I think he was just being a teen and wanted to like say that in front of like friends or whatever.
- 9:51SPEAKER_04: Oh.
- 9:51SPEAKER_04: But he was definitely gay.
- 9:52SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 9:53SPEAKER_04: So then he like felt really bad.
- 9:54SPEAKER_06: That's so funny that you like gave him the slow burn.
- 9:58SPEAKER_04: Yeah, my sister was like, You don't look that gay or anything.
- 10:01SPEAKER_06: She's like, not today, anyway.
- 10:02SPEAKER_04: I was like, I'm it's the floor-length puffer.
- 10:05SPEAKER_04: The earrings, it was cinched, the mullet, yeah.
- 10:08SPEAKER_04: The cincher, the beehive hair armadillo heels from McQueen.
- 10:15SPEAKER_04: Uh so uh she was like, he just was like trying to say slur, and I was like, it wasn't a slur, it was just weird.
- 10:21SPEAKER_04: It's a it's a it's a weird choice to go with gay boy.
- 10:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 10:25SPEAKER_04: It's like move it, fat boy.
- 10:27SPEAKER_04: I should have said that to him.
- 10:28SPEAKER_04: I was like, sweetie, that cardigan ain't your friend.
- 10:31SPEAKER_07: So I'm in this.
- 10:33SPEAKER_04: It's just me looking in the mirror, like having a full argument with myself.
- 10:37SPEAKER_04: And you said, excuse me, gay boy to yourself, and you're like, what the fuck did you say?
- 10:42SPEAKER_04: Move it, fat bitch.
- 10:45SPEAKER_04: So if you're watching, honey, it's okay.
- 10:47SPEAKER_04: I'm not mad at you.
- 10:49SPEAKER_04: But I think you know what you did wrong.
- 10:52SPEAKER_04: He should come.
- 10:53SPEAKER_04: On the pod?
- 10:53SPEAKER_04: If he's a faggot, he's watching, he's watching this, so he's gonna have to reach out.
- 10:58SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 10:59SPEAKER_04: Because I don't have your contact.
- 11:00SPEAKER_04: You don't have many friends.
- 11:03SPEAKER_04: No one knows you.
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: Scary, scary bullying strange.
- 11:10SPEAKER_06: Anyways, that's my you didn't say any of this stuff to him.
- 11:13SPEAKER_06: This is all just like you're making up after the fact.
- 11:17SPEAKER_06: But isn't that wild?
- 11:19SPEAKER_06: That is wild.
- 11:20SPEAKER_06: So that's my hamster uh New Year's story.
- 11:25SPEAKER_06: That sounds like a journey and a half.
- 11:30SPEAKER_06: Yeah, yeah.
- 11:31SPEAKER_06: Because I didn't go out on New Year's Eve because I wasn't feeling well, and then New Year's Day, I was like fully, this is so not interesting, but it's like so I was fully like, oh, I have a cold, and I tested, and I was like, oh, I don't have COVID, so just annoying cold, whatever it happens.
- 11:44SPEAKER_06: But then the next day, around like the afternoon, I was like, everything like went in slow motion.
- 11:49SPEAKER_06: I was like, oh, something's wrong.
- 11:51SPEAKER_06: I definitely classic powered down.
- 11:52SPEAKER_06: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 11:53SPEAKER_06: Powered down, tested again.
- 11:54SPEAKER_06: It was positive, and it was like, I so it got me.
- 11:58SPEAKER_06: It got me.
- 11:58SPEAKER_06: Almost like two years to the day, because I got it right after New Year's, I guess, two years ago or three years ago.
- 12:04SPEAKER_06: I can't even remember anymore.
- 12:06SPEAKER_06: Time is uh don't say it.
- 12:08SPEAKER_06: Oh my god, Jesus Christ.
- 12:10SPEAKER_06: This is the one thing that keeps coming up every single episode.
- 12:13SPEAKER_04: The audience likes through lines.
- 12:15SPEAKER_04: There is no audience, it's not a through line either.
- 12:19SPEAKER_04: Um no, I did that on purpose.
- 12:21SPEAKER_04: I won't say what I was gonna say.
- 12:22SPEAKER_04: We're gonna try to have to go back to previous episodes.
- 12:27SPEAKER_04: So Mike and I have been venting that it's a little tricky because like this is a learning experience for us.
- 12:33SPEAKER_04: Congrats that you're on the ride uh with us along the way as we figure shit out.
- 12:38SPEAKER_06: But um we don't give con we've just been diving into these things and it's kind of like we don't have we haven't given any context for who we are, what we're doing, how we know each other, what this is all about, or for.
- 12:48SPEAKER_04: And I'm still on the fence if we should.
- 12:50SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I don't really care about context.
- 12:53SPEAKER_06: How many times do you listen to a podcast and you're like, I'm going back to the very beginning?
- 12:58SPEAKER_06: Like, I don't no one piece it over time.
- 13:00SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 13:01SPEAKER_04: Who we are, why we're doing this.
- 13:03SPEAKER_04: It's a mystery.
- 13:03SPEAKER_04: What's happening?
- 13:04SPEAKER_06: We're leaving clues along the way for you to pick up.
- 13:06SPEAKER_04: But I was saying I think it happens because it's not just a podcast.
- 13:09SPEAKER_04: Like when you're, you know, just have cans on and you're really limited to like your voice, you can kind of hear the holes in like what you're telling listeners.
- 13:19SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 13:20SPEAKER_04: So it's easier to just, I think, I don't know, be a better host.
- 13:23SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 13:24SPEAKER_04: I'm a guy.
- 13:24SPEAKER_04: But then like we're certainly be better hosts.
- 13:26SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 13:27SPEAKER_04: Well, personally, we're like, uh it's not a podcast, it's a talk show.
- 13:30SPEAKER_04: It's a yeah.
- 13:31SPEAKER_06: Well, today it's like, who knows even what it is.
- 13:34SPEAKER_04: Who knows?
- 13:34SPEAKER_04: I'm in wind pants.
- 13:35SPEAKER_04: Do you call them swishies?
- 13:38SPEAKER_04: Swishy pants.
- 13:39SPEAKER_04: Hmm.
- 13:40SPEAKER_04: Did your family wear swishy pants?
- 13:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 13:42SPEAKER_04: As a whole fam?
- 13:43SPEAKER_04: Uh, I mean, like, not intentionally at the same time.
- 13:46SPEAKER_04: Like my family used to walk into like teen mass on a Sunday, like swish, swish, swish, swish, swish, wish, bish.
- 13:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah, after like a swim meet, and it was like so embarrassing.
- 13:56SPEAKER_04: Like, why?
- 13:57SPEAKER_04: I guess with teen maths.
- 13:58SPEAKER_04: T mass, like, you can wear a swishy suit.
- 14:00SPEAKER_04: What the fuck is teen mass?
- 14:02SPEAKER_04: It's for teens.
- 14:03SPEAKER_06: Mass for teens.
- 14:04SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 14:04SPEAKER_06: I guess I could have figured that out.
- 14:05SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 14:06SPEAKER_06: Who are you wearing?
- 14:07SPEAKER_06: Oh my god, who are you wearing?
- 14:08SPEAKER_06: What is your problem?
- 14:08SPEAKER_06: Um, well, I think we both were like, what do we wear as boys?
- 14:12SPEAKER_06: You know, boys who aren't like 100% on today.
- 14:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 14:18SPEAKER_06: Uh full body uh shape wear.
- 14:20SPEAKER_06: I uh I'm wearing um some jeans, a jean, a black jean jacket, new pair of Converse that I bought for myself.
- 14:28SPEAKER_04: It's crazy that you Converse.
- 14:29SPEAKER_04: It does trip trip me up a little because like it's new for you.
- 14:31SPEAKER_06: Not really.
- 14:32SPEAKER_06: I mean I've I've had a I mean I've been to Converse for for a while.
- 14:36SPEAKER_06: I guess time flies.
- 14:37SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 14:38SPEAKER_06: Um I'm wearing a museum quality t-shirt created by our friend's guy.
- 14:43SPEAKER_06: Really?
- 14:44SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 14:44SPEAKER_06: You never you don't see you don't see um their stuff when they drop it on Instagram?
- 14:49SPEAKER_06: They're so cool.
- 14:49SPEAKER_06: They're like hand painted.
- 14:50SPEAKER_06: How do I not know this?
- 14:51SPEAKER_06: I I'm friends with them.
- 14:52SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
- 14:53SPEAKER_06: You suck as a person and are meaning.
- 14:54SPEAKER_06: I guess it's on close friends.
- 14:56SPEAKER_06: It's not on close friends, it's a public Instagram account.
- 15:00SPEAKER_06: Yeah, thanks.
- 15:01SPEAKER_06: It's like a um recreation of like a Picasso painting.
- 15:05SPEAKER_06: Like two two boys in little swimsuits.
- 15:08SPEAKER_06: I love it.
- 15:08SPEAKER_06: I love your little lady jeans.
- 15:10SPEAKER_06: Thanks.
- 15:12SPEAKER_06: We were saying that like sometimes I feel like the light, like, light, light denim trend is kind of over, but I don't wear these pants often enough to care.
- 15:19SPEAKER_06: That's my sort of thing with trends that it's like I like knowing trends and I do like following trends, but I don't lean into any trend so hard that like I feel weird when I return to it.
- 15:30SPEAKER_06: You know what I mean?
- 15:31SPEAKER_06: Like some I because I feel like if you like are so on trend when it's over, you gotta move on.
- 15:37SPEAKER_06: But I just kind of like do whatever the fuck I want and I don't care.
- 15:39SPEAKER_06: So same.
- 15:39SPEAKER_04: I feel like I'm always two years after a trend.
- 15:41SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 15:41SPEAKER_04: So it looks like I started the trend.
- 15:43SPEAKER_04: Like the mullet.
- 15:44SPEAKER_04: Like the mullet was so dead, like an over when I got it, that I'm like, I started it.
- 15:51SPEAKER_06: That makes no sense.
- 15:52SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 15:53SPEAKER_04: But it's like so late that it's new again almost.
- 15:55SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 15:56SPEAKER_04: But it's not cool.
- 15:57SPEAKER_04: Everyone else is like, no, no, you just look like you're late to the party, which I am.
- 16:02SPEAKER_06: I love your mullet though.
- 16:03SPEAKER_06: I'm over it though.
- 16:04SPEAKER_06: It's time for a change.
- 16:05SPEAKER_06: But I think the mullet is such a flattering haircut for men.
- 16:07SPEAKER_06: It is.
- 16:08SPEAKER_06: It's so fun.
- 16:09SPEAKER_06: I think like everybody looks good in one.
- 16:10SPEAKER_06: I haven't seen a single person who gets a mullet where it's like, oh, no.
- 16:12SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 16:13SPEAKER_06: Except like cut to me.
- 16:15SPEAKER_06: Like except you, your first time.
- 16:17SPEAKER_06: Because like, it wasn't your fault, but she gave you a weird one.
- 16:19SPEAKER_06: Oh my god, it wasn't what you wanted.
- 16:21SPEAKER_06: That wasn't okay.
- 16:22SPEAKER_06: No, that that story is insane.
- 16:24SPEAKER_06: That wasn't a mullet.
- 16:25SPEAKER_06: She shaved my head.
- 16:26SPEAKER_06: It was like, hello?
- 16:28SPEAKER_06: Truly.
- 16:29SPEAKER_06: What happened back there?
- 16:30SPEAKER_06: I I feel like it was um she panicked and like just decided to sit, like pretend like everything was fine, and I'm too much of a pushover to be like, wait, what the fuck are you doing?
- 16:41SPEAKER_06: And it just wound up, I just wound up having like a very short kind of close crop.
- 16:45SPEAKER_06: Yeah, the furthest thing from a mullet.
- 16:46SPEAKER_06: It was like what and I had like grown my hair up to the point where it was like, if you had just shaved the sides, like I love that, you would have been able to grow out into a mullet.
- 16:54SPEAKER_06: But it was like you're fuming.
- 16:55SPEAKER_04: I would be too, because it's like so annoying.
- 16:57SPEAKER_04: She went shorter than ever.
- 16:58SPEAKER_06: Deleted all my grows.
- 17:00SPEAKER_06: I had to start over again.
- 17:00SPEAKER_06: It was like, what the fuck just happened?
- 17:02SPEAKER_06: I should have blown up, but it was like I can never do that.
- 17:04SPEAKER_06: I'm just it's just not me to like.
- 17:06SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 17:06SPEAKER_04: My instinct is to get out of there and get angry on the streets.
- 17:10SPEAKER_04: Uh and like punch a cop horse.
- 17:12SPEAKER_04: Which people I think do say, like, actually, no, like fix this, this, this, and this.
- 17:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 17:16SPEAKER_04: But I'm just like, if I'm not, if it's not going well, I'm like, I need to get out of this chair.
- 17:19SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I can't be with this person for one more second.
- 17:21SPEAKER_04: They're fucking it up.
- 17:22SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 17:23SPEAKER_06: I think she might have been like a barber in training.
- 17:26SPEAKER_06: So I think it I think it might have gotten like away from her and she just sort of panicked and just cut off all my hair.
- 17:31SPEAKER_04: Women aren't barber.
- 17:32SPEAKER_06: It is always a little weird when a woman is a barber.
- 17:34SPEAKER_06: No offense.
- 17:35SPEAKER_06: I love it.
- 17:35SPEAKER_06: No offense.
- 17:36SPEAKER_04: I read before um that they don't get as much work.
- 17:39SPEAKER_04: And it's I I read a story of a girl barber being like, it's frustrating because like it's taken me so long to like get clients or like get their trust and have them choose a female barber.
- 17:49SPEAKER_04: And I'm sure she slays.
- 17:50SPEAKER_04: It was a it was a learning lesson for both of us.
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: Hair is uh a scarce resource nowadays between the two of us.
- 18:01SPEAKER_06: I'm like, yeah, that's that is a hell of a sounds young.
- 18:03SPEAKER_06: I think being being in my 30s is the hottest thing that's ever happened to me.
- 18:06SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 18:07SPEAKER_06: You I know it sucks to not be young anymore, but like I feel so much hotter and hornier in my 30s than I than in my twenties.
- 18:15SPEAKER_04: I don't know if I'm hornier, but it comes in waves, and the horny waves are horny.
- 18:20SPEAKER_04: I don't mean like hornier than ever.
- 18:21SPEAKER_06: I don't mean like literally horny, like, but I mean like just generally like I don't know, sexually embodied somehow, like in a healthier way than in the past.
- 18:29SPEAKER_06: That's exciting.
- 18:31SPEAKER_06: A lot of changes.
- 18:34SPEAKER_06: That was me cupping my breast.
- 18:36SPEAKER_06: Oh my gosh, sorry, wait, for that's how long it took us to get back there.
- 18:39SPEAKER_06: Wow, we really are tangential.
- 18:42SPEAKER_04: Um but wait, to our listeners and viewers and whatever, when we ask who are you wearing, we don't really care.
- 18:49SPEAKER_04: It's more like what?
- 18:50SPEAKER_04: Why?
- 18:50SPEAKER_04: Like, why did you do this?
- 18:51SPEAKER_06: Yeah, it's it's more of an opportunity for you to share what you want to share about your outfit.
- 18:58SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 18:58SPEAKER_04: It doesn't matter.
- 18:59SPEAKER_04: We're not label whores.
- 19:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah, no, no.
- 19:01SPEAKER_04: We love designer, but we're not I don't want you to think that we only care about actual labels.
- 19:06SPEAKER_04: We just want to know like why?
- 19:07SPEAKER_04: Why the hell did you put on lady pants and a cock ring belt?
- 19:11SPEAKER_06: And I tried to wear a look that was like quintessentially me while also like pup pumping it up with some silver accessories for no reason.
- 19:18SPEAKER_06: So that was my psychosis for this outfit.
- 19:20SPEAKER_04: And what's your problem?
- 19:22SPEAKER_06: I uh well, getting over COVID, I'm still like fatigued and tired, and I'm not allowed to say I'm tired because it's then 300.
- 19:28SPEAKER_06: Oh, the year we got 300.
- 19:29SPEAKER_06: The year flipped over though, so I get another 300.
- 19:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but yeah.
- 19:32SPEAKER_06: Let's start the clock, the tracker.
- 19:34SPEAKER_06: That's one.
- 19:35SPEAKER_04: Um these squares change, turn on every time Mike says I'm tired.
- 19:41SPEAKER_04: You can yeah, you can't say I I'm tired or I got nothing.
- 19:44SPEAKER_04: Oh that's though, that's part of the 300.
- 19:46SPEAKER_06: Yeah, yeah.
- 19:47SPEAKER_06: Okay, okay, okay.
- 19:47SPEAKER_06: 300 count.
- 19:48SPEAKER_06: Can I say I don't have a problem this week?
- 19:51SPEAKER_06: That's mighty bold.
- 19:53SPEAKER_06: I feel um, well, because everything sort of feels bright and positive because I'm not sick anymore.
- 19:58SPEAKER_04: So I so yeah, then I guess you don't have a problem.
- 20:01SPEAKER_06: Well, I guess my problem is that I have to go back to work soon.
- 20:03SPEAKER_06: So that does suck.
- 20:04SPEAKER_06: I wish I had like a more interesting problem to talk about, other than like I'm tired and I hate my job all the time, but that's all I got going on in my life, really.
- 20:11SPEAKER_04: So seven more squares just returned.
- 20:14SPEAKER_04: Sorry.
- 20:16SPEAKER_04: Gray.
- 20:18SPEAKER_04: I am wearing Air Force ones, even though George last episode said they were out.
- 20:23SPEAKER_04: But I don't agree.
- 20:24SPEAKER_04: So I was like, they're back.
- 20:25SPEAKER_04: But I but I didn't agree.
- 20:26SPEAKER_04: And I said like there's a time and a place.
- 20:28SPEAKER_04: I didn't either.
- 20:29SPEAKER_04: I was surprised.
- 20:30SPEAKER_04: But they're back, they're here.
- 20:31SPEAKER_04: I'm wearing those.
- 20:32SPEAKER_04: I don't know the brand of this pant.
- 20:34SPEAKER_06: I don't believe, I don't believe in the idea that things can be out.
- 20:38SPEAKER_06: Like, I think that if you are smart and stylish, you should be able to pull off anything.
- 20:45SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 20:46SPEAKER_04: I just didn't know if they were canceled or something.
- 20:48SPEAKER_04: Like this.
- 20:49SPEAKER_04: Which ones got canceled.
- 20:50SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's why I was like, oh, are we not wearing those anymore?
- 20:52SPEAKER_04: But I'm like, I am.
- 20:53SPEAKER_04: Um, I forgot the name of these wind pants, but they're cool.
- 20:56SPEAKER_06: They are cool.
- 20:57SPEAKER_04: I am accidentally in designer.
- 20:59SPEAKER_04: Oops, oopsies.
- 21:00SPEAKER_04: It's Kenzo.
- 21:01SPEAKER_04: Cute.
- 21:02SPEAKER_04: Sorry, I whipped it out.
- 21:03SPEAKER_04: I love that.
- 21:03SPEAKER_04: It's actually.
- 21:04SPEAKER_04: I swear I didn't do this on purpose.
- 21:05SPEAKER_06: It's a beautiful silhouette, but also the um the colors.
- 21:09SPEAKER_06: I don't know if you guys can pick this up on camera, but it is a uh like a cheddary, mustardy, orangey yellow, but then a neon yellowy green as well.
- 21:19SPEAKER_04: There's some nuance in here.
- 21:20SPEAKER_06: But it's definitely nuanced.
- 21:23SPEAKER_06: Nuansa is your prescription drug campaign.
- 21:27SPEAKER_06: Keeps me female.
- 21:29SPEAKER_04: Um so yeah, and my problem, I actually have so many problems, and I don't know where to start.
- 21:36SPEAKER_04: Well, I have a vitamin D deficiency.
- 21:38SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 21:38SPEAKER_04: So I'm supposed to take a bunch of vitamin D, but as you know, when I take the prescribed amount, my hair sheds 20 times faster.
- 21:46SPEAKER_04: Is that what happened to your hair this week?
- 21:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 21:48SPEAKER_04: My all my hair flew off.
- 21:49SPEAKER_04: I'm really broken out because of it.
- 21:51SPEAKER_04: It gives me raging horny boners, which is so fun.
- 21:54SPEAKER_04: That's like the fun.
- 21:55SPEAKER_04: I'm like, oh, is this what I'm meant to be at all times?
- 21:57SPEAKER_04: Is this like me back at base level?
- 21:59SPEAKER_06: Whoa.
- 22:00SPEAKER_04: But I can't because I just will have an adult acne and no hair.
- 22:03SPEAKER_06: So it's like But that's kind of that's hot in and of itself.
- 22:07SPEAKER_06: Well, maybe not the adult acne, but the no hair.
- 22:10SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 22:10SPEAKER_06: We're both meant to be like bald.
- 22:12SPEAKER_04: I'm literally meant to be bald and huge soon.
- 22:15SPEAKER_04: It's happening.
- 22:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 22:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 22:20SPEAKER_04: Should I shave my head for money more again?
- 22:22SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 22:22SPEAKER_04: I'm broke, so sometimes I'll sell sell my hair.
- 22:25SPEAKER_06: Well, you're not selling your hair.
- 22:27SPEAKER_06: You're selling the video.
- 22:27SPEAKER_06: You're selling the video of you shaving your hair.
- 22:29SPEAKER_04: Straight men who like soft, soft, soft, soft, soft corpora.
- 22:32SPEAKER_04: Is it straight men?
- 22:33SPEAKER_04: I think it's straight.
- 22:34SPEAKER_04: Huh.
- 22:35SPEAKER_06: I could see that that could be like a straight message.
- 22:40SPEAKER_04: That's not the vibe.
- 22:41SPEAKER_04: The vibe is very like.
- 22:42SPEAKER_04: It's like the disgrace of it all.
- 22:44SPEAKER_04: But wouldn't that be gay?
- 22:46SPEAKER_04: I'm saying it's more about like power.
- 22:49SPEAKER_04: Yeah, or like yeah, I guess.
- 22:52SPEAKER_04: I don't even have no clue.
- 22:54SPEAKER_06: Feminizing or something?
- 22:54SPEAKER_06: Because like you're getting like dolphin smooth.
- 22:57SPEAKER_06: Maybe it's humiliating and can anyone who's bought one of Angelo's uh shaving videos just comment.
- 23:03SPEAKER_04: What's going on?
- 23:04SPEAKER_06: Why?
- 23:04SPEAKER_06: Huh?
- 23:04SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 23:05SPEAKER_06: We don't know.
- 23:06SPEAKER_06: It's very just like guy buzzes his hair.
- 23:08SPEAKER_06: I mean, it could be a lot worse.
- 23:09SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 23:10SPEAKER_06: I mean, you could be like doing cake farts or something.
- 23:13SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 23:14SPEAKER_06: You're like, I'd rather.
- 23:15SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 23:16SPEAKER_03: Would you fart in a cake for cash?
- 23:18SPEAKER_03: Uh if the price is right.
- 23:20SPEAKER_06: I don't know if I could do it.
- 23:23SPEAKER_04: On command?
- 23:24SPEAKER_06: Well, I can't fart on command.
- 23:26SPEAKER_06: Can you?
- 23:31SPEAKER_04: I can shit and throw up on command.
- 23:34SPEAKER_04: That's a lifetime of work.
- 23:39SPEAKER_04: So that's my problem.
- 23:40SPEAKER_04: I can't have my cake and eat it too.
- 23:43SPEAKER_04: Although it's looking like I have several cakes.
- 23:47SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 23:47SPEAKER_04: I'm giving like chubby gym coach because I tucked to my shirt.
- 23:49SPEAKER_04: You don't look at a big belly.
- 23:50SPEAKER_06: You don't look fat.
- 23:51SPEAKER_06: You look like a giant, like muscular triangle up.
- 23:55SPEAKER_06: Like you have like the ideal body shape of like gigantic broad shoulders, teeny little waist, and big arms.
- 24:04SPEAKER_06: It's hard.
- 24:04SPEAKER_04: It's hard for me.
- 24:05SPEAKER_04: You're the you're just meant to be a big boy.
- 24:08SPEAKER_04: Big man.
- 24:08SPEAKER_04: I know, I'm becoming my dad.
- 24:10SPEAKER_04: My dad's a big guy, who but he's taller.
- 24:12SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 24:12SPEAKER_04: So like that's cool.
- 24:13SPEAKER_04: He's big ange.
- 24:14SPEAKER_04: He's big ange.
- 24:15SPEAKER_04: I'm tiny.
- 24:16SPEAKER_04: Tiny petite ange.
- 24:18SPEAKER_04: Who's looking for a daddy?
- 24:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah, daddy's daddy's applied.
- 24:23SPEAKER_04: Daddy's reach out.
- 24:24SPEAKER_04: Because I need I need to pay for my drag.
- 24:26SPEAKER_04: Can't rely on this guy all the time.
- 24:28SPEAKER_06: The well is drying up.
- 24:31SPEAKER_06: Although I haven't bought you any any drag.
- 24:34SPEAKER_06: I know.
- 24:36SPEAKER_04: You're telling me.
- 24:38SPEAKER_04: I'll send you some dresses.
- 24:39SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I did say I would I would love to get you a little gift.
- 24:41SPEAKER_04: I wonder what it's like for the audience to like see us.
- 24:45SPEAKER_04: I get to be comfortable.
- 24:46SPEAKER_04: Like I'm that's why I also wore this.
- 24:49SPEAKER_04: Because it's like for once I can be like, This is caffeine.
- 24:56SPEAKER_06: Oh god, yeah.
- 24:58SPEAKER_04: No, it's too bright to be caffeine.
- 24:59SPEAKER_06: It's too bright to be caffeine.
- 25:00SPEAKER_06: But a cardigan is.
- 25:00SPEAKER_06: But like you're you acting in it is caffeine.
- 25:03SPEAKER_03: Well, do you have a week in gay?
- 25:07SPEAKER_04: Oh, the new Ariana song and video.
- 25:11SPEAKER_04: Why is it improv like thank you?
- 25:13SPEAKER_04: Why is it yes and not thank you next?
- 25:15SPEAKER_04: But it sounds like thank you next a little bit.
- 25:16SPEAKER_04: Like conceptually.
- 25:17SPEAKER_06: Well, it sounds like Madonna, uh, for one.
- 25:19SPEAKER_06: And then she like was married, then she cheat, then she cheated on her husband with the guy from SpongeBob musical.
- 25:25SPEAKER_06: And oh my god, hot.
- 25:29SPEAKER_04: Cause like, I don't know.
- 25:31SPEAKER_04: Because he's SpongeBob.
- 25:33SPEAKER_04: SpongeBob?
- 25:34SPEAKER_04: Lie.
- 25:34SPEAKER_06: You're Spongebob.
- 25:35SPEAKER_04: No, I am Spongebob.
- 25:36SPEAKER_04: I'm certainly square-shaped.
- 25:37SPEAKER_04: She's playing Glinda.
- 25:39SPEAKER_04: Exactly.
- 25:40SPEAKER_06: Let her be Glinda.
- 25:42SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 25:42SPEAKER_06: I'm excited for that.
- 25:43SPEAKER_06: Um, you know I'm not a Wicked guy, so I know.
- 25:47SPEAKER_06: I'm not either.
- 25:49SPEAKER_06: Your chubby little boner is saying otherwise.
- 25:51SPEAKER_04: You have my quarter chub.
- 25:53SPEAKER_04: Um, I have seen Wicked.
- 25:55SPEAKER_04: I won the lottery with my sister.
- 25:56SPEAKER_04: We saw it in the front row.
- 25:57SPEAKER_04: I uh it was Julia Murney, who you're always biased and partial to whatever alphabet you get at the time, but uh objectively speaking, or I I mean I I do think she's one of the best.
- 26:10SPEAKER_04: What was her battle cry?
- 26:12SPEAKER_04: I certainly can't do it.
- 26:13SPEAKER_04: Do it.
- 26:13SPEAKER_04: I can't.
- 26:14SPEAKER_04: It's very, very she's known for her vibrato.
- 26:17SPEAKER_05: Uh-huh.
- 26:17SPEAKER_04: And she's got a harsh look, kind of, which was fierce, like a smoky eye, like she was witchy looking.
- 26:22SPEAKER_04: Sometimes when you see an alphabet's too pretty in the green makeup, it's like, you're not a witch.
- 26:26SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 26:27SPEAKER_02: You're just a girl.
- 26:28SPEAKER_04: You're not ugly.
- 26:29SPEAKER_04: You're not ugly.
- 26:30SPEAKER_04: Julia Murray's not ugly, but she's harsh.
- 26:32SPEAKER_04: So I like a harsh witch.
- 26:33SPEAKER_04: She's like, thanks a lot.
- 26:35SPEAKER_04: I like a harsh witch.
- 26:36SPEAKER_04: Like, only crazy.
- 26:37SPEAKER_04: But yeah, we won the lottery.
- 26:40SPEAKER_06: And it was fun.
- 26:41SPEAKER_06: That's amazing.
- 26:43SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 26:45SPEAKER_04: I was gonna say, then my sister left and never mind.
- 26:52SPEAKER_01: Seriously, I won't open that camp.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: Oh god, okay.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: Continue.
- 26:55SPEAKER_01: All right.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: Uh I was left.
- 26:59SPEAKER_01: It's Roxy Andrews at the bus.
- 27:02SPEAKER_06: Uh smiles at Wickrid.
- 27:04SPEAKER_06: Uh week and gay other than Ariana.
- 27:07SPEAKER_06: Um I don't know.
- 27:09SPEAKER_06: It's the beginning of the year, like not that much happens.
- 27:11SPEAKER_04: I don't have any week and gay, but I can pop up my phone.
- 27:15SPEAKER_06: Hmm.
- 27:16SPEAKER_06: I'm not on Twitter anymore, so I really don't know anything that's going on.
- 27:20SPEAKER_06: I know.
- 27:20SPEAKER_04: It's so awful because now people, you know, you don't threads is flopping still, kind of.
- 27:28SPEAKER_04: No one cares fully.
- 27:29SPEAKER_04: I think maybe it's getting better.
- 27:30SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
- 27:31SPEAKER_04: But it's like I don't thread and now I don't tweet.
- 27:33SPEAKER_04: They both cancel each other out.
- 27:34SPEAKER_04: Now it's like I'm paralyzed.
- 27:36SPEAKER_04: I I don't know what to do.
- 27:37SPEAKER_04: So I don't do anything.
- 27:38SPEAKER_04: But that's kind of sad because like Twitter was fun.
- 27:40SPEAKER_06: I love Twitter and I also would watch so much porn on it, but now I can't, I don't want to start another Twitter account to watch just to watch porn.
- 27:48SPEAKER_06: That feels sort of um pathetic.
- 27:52SPEAKER_06: So I I stopped listening, but you what and you're like You're watching porn?
- 27:56SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I said I like I would watch so much porn on Twitter.
- 27:58SPEAKER_06: That was such a great resource.
- 27:59SPEAKER_06: Oh yeah, it is great.
- 28:00SPEAKER_06: But I don't want to, I don't want to I don't want to sign up again after I've canceled to like just to have it.
- 28:04SPEAKER_04: I can't believe you deleted it.
- 28:05SPEAKER_04: It's shocking.
- 28:06SPEAKER_04: Just was like, it was so boring.
- 28:07SPEAKER_04: Too many viral tweets to do it to delete it.
- 28:09SPEAKER_03: I had some viral tweets too, and I was like, and by one too many, I mean probably four.
- 28:13SPEAKER_06: Same.
- 28:13SPEAKER_06: Um but that's that's big when you have no followers.
- 28:17SPEAKER_06: Um I just didn't care anymore.
- 28:20SPEAKER_06: It was like, what's the point?
- 28:20SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
- 28:21SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 28:21SPEAKER_04: I should do it, but the porn is good.
- 28:23SPEAKER_04: Yeah, the porn is good.
- 28:24SPEAKER_04: I my biggest tweet was a picture of a donut hole that looks like a literal like prolapse pussy.
- 28:31SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 28:31SPEAKER_04: Uh that went viral.
- 28:33SPEAKER_04: It was in my hometown Duncan hanging up, and I was like, this is not a donut, everyone.
- 28:39SPEAKER_04: And then I got canceled for um telling Doja Cat to wear a lash.
- 28:45SPEAKER_06: Yeah, right.
- 28:46SPEAKER_06: Whoops.
- 28:47SPEAKER_06: And you've been run out of the industry ever since.
- 28:51SPEAKER_04: And I've been milking that cancellation ever since.
- 28:56SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 28:57SPEAKER_04: That's all I'm known for.
- 28:58SPEAKER_06: I I had a viral tweet where I pretend it was around like the MM's scandal where everyone was like, we hate the purple MM.
- 29:05SPEAKER_06: Oh, why?
- 29:05SPEAKER_06: Why do they hate her?
- 29:07SPEAKER_04: Why did a fictional character get canceled?
- 29:09SPEAKER_06: Because that's the world we live in.
- 29:11SPEAKER_06: But I pretended to be the mascot for Ju Jujubies candy.
- 29:17SPEAKER_06: Oh, right.
- 29:18SPEAKER_06: And he was and he and he was really hung and had a big stick in underwear.
- 29:22SPEAKER_06: That was funny.
- 29:22SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 29:22SPEAKER_06: But I didn't I like I was hoping I was hoping that it would get so um popular that I would get my account deleted.
- 29:30SPEAKER_04: Um You were hoping it would get your account deleted?
- 29:32SPEAKER_06: Yeah, just because like that just means You won.
- 29:34SPEAKER_06: You won, yeah.
- 29:35SPEAKER_06: But um they don't have a big enough Twitter presence to think I even notice or care, so it didn't happen.
- 29:40SPEAKER_04: But what's going on with the Green Eminem now?
- 29:42SPEAKER_04: Do we know?
- 29:43SPEAKER_04: She's back to being a slut.
- 29:44SPEAKER_04: I hope.
- 29:45SPEAKER_04: They they give her her heels back in.
- 29:46SPEAKER_06: No, they didn't.
- 29:47SPEAKER_04: I think, yeah.
- 29:48SPEAKER_04: No, someone looked at some fact check.
- 29:51SPEAKER_04: It's like who they can't go that hard on giving her a flat and then just be like, actually, wait, she's a whore again.
- 29:57SPEAKER_06: I don't care.
- 29:58SPEAKER_06: I don't care.
- 30:00SPEAKER_06: If you care, and I know it's funny.
- 30:03SPEAKER_06: It's crazy.
- 30:04SPEAKER_06: It's a fucking first of all, no one even likes MMs.
- 30:07SPEAKER_06: First of all, let's be serious.
- 30:08SPEAKER_06: I like MMs.
- 30:09SPEAKER_06: I like a cold MM.
- 30:10SPEAKER_04: I like a peanut MM, but it's like you you really care that much about your dad is your dadness is showing again.
- 30:16SPEAKER_06: Why?
- 30:16SPEAKER_04: You're like cold MM.
- 30:18SPEAKER_04: Because you like a warm one.
- 30:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 30:20SPEAKER_04: It's all over your fingers.
- 30:22SPEAKER_04: They melt in your jeans.
- 30:23SPEAKER_06: Yeah, they melt all over your jeans.
- 30:26SPEAKER_06: If you care about the MMs, you have problems and you you can't be fixed.
- 30:30SPEAKER_06: So you should you belong in an asylum?
- 30:33SPEAKER_06: You belong in a hole.
- 30:34SPEAKER_06: You belong buried buried up in yeah, you belong to you, you should not have a family anymore.
- 30:38SPEAKER_04: You belong to not have family.
- 30:40SPEAKER_06: It's true though.
- 30:41SPEAKER_06: You but you should be buried up to your neck and left in the ground.
- 30:43SPEAKER_06: That's yeah, that's your punishment.
- 30:45SPEAKER_04: And watered every day.
- 30:46SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 30:47SPEAKER_04: That's as torture.
- 30:49SPEAKER_04: If you care about the MMO a CGI MM mascot is wearing.
- 30:56SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 30:56SPEAKER_06: And what does it mean for you?
- 30:57SPEAKER_06: They don't even have names.
- 30:58SPEAKER_06: It's like, it doesn't matter.
- 31:00SPEAKER_06: It doesn't matter what the fuck they're wearing.
- 31:02SPEAKER_06: They don't even have, they don't even like they don't even have like a cartoon.
- 31:05SPEAKER_06: You know what I mean?
- 31:05SPEAKER_06: It's like, it's just commercials.
- 31:07SPEAKER_06: I'm gonna blow up.
- 31:11SPEAKER_06: But this is what happens when I don't have Twitter.
- 31:13SPEAKER_06: It's like I, for all I know, like this could still be going on, or like it could be something else entirely.
- 31:18SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
- 31:19SPEAKER_04: I don't have anything on my phone for weak and gay, but I do have um I have everything bagel seasoning is anno.
- 31:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, this is probably problematic and maybe needs to be cut, but everything bagel seasoning.
- 31:35SPEAKER_04: If you love everything bagel seasoning and you put it on your little like treats and snacks and whatever, Bethany Frankel, like it's anno.
- 31:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, because like first of all But I can say this because like I have an eating disorder.
- 31:49SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 31:49SPEAKER_04: First of all, it's like just eat the bagel.
- 31:50SPEAKER_06: Second of all, I did.
- 31:51SPEAKER_06: Everything bagels don't really have a specific flavor, they just kind of taste like salt and garlic.
- 31:57SPEAKER_06: Well, right, but it's like sesame seeds aren't that powerful of a flavor to begin with.
- 32:03SPEAKER_06: Uh poppy seeds aren't that powerful of a flavor to begin with.
- 32:06SPEAKER_06: It's the garlic and the salt that you're really getting.
- 32:10SPEAKER_06: And not all of them have salt in there.
- 32:13SPEAKER_04: They should.
- 32:14SPEAKER_02: It's crazy if you don't.
- 32:15SPEAKER_04: Most of them do, but you know it's supposed to be every seasoning that like everything is like all the bagel seasoning.
- 32:20SPEAKER_04: So if they don't offer it.
- 32:21SPEAKER_04: But there's only four.
- 32:22SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but if they don't offer a salt bagel, some and if they're traditional and like they abide to it being by this consortium, the bagel consortium standards.
- 32:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 32:33SPEAKER_06: Some don't offer a salt bagel.
- 32:34SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 32:35SPEAKER_06: So there's a lot of salt in it's like a soft pretzel to me.
- 32:38SPEAKER_06: But I there's something about the way that it like bakes into the if it's a good bagel, like bakes into like the crust where it can gets like extra gummy and chewy.
- 32:45SPEAKER_06: It's like, I love it.
- 32:45SPEAKER_06: It's naughty.
- 32:46SPEAKER_04: I'm queer for a pumper nickel bagel, which is like I love pumpernickel bread.
- 32:50SPEAKER_06: We're losers for liking for liking different types of carbs.
- 32:53SPEAKER_06: Pumper nickel bagels aren't cool.
- 32:56SPEAKER_06: There's a time and a place.
- 32:57SPEAKER_04: But like with butter, I think.
- 32:58SPEAKER_04: Oh, I want cream cheese.
- 32:59SPEAKER_04: Really?
- 33:00SPEAKER_04: We like rye bread too, because we're old ladies.
- 33:02SPEAKER_04: Who doesn't like rye bread?
- 33:04SPEAKER_04: A lot of people.
- 33:05SPEAKER_04: Weird.
- 33:06SPEAKER_04: So yeah, that's in my notes.
- 33:08SPEAKER_04: Everything bagel seasoning is annoyed.
- 33:10SPEAKER_04: And then also I just had the Onyx Hotel written down.
- 33:13SPEAKER_04: Because I was like, there has never been a gayer name.
- 33:18SPEAKER_04: One of Britney's tours when it was like her Oh, yeah, that was her residency was there, wasn't it?
- 33:22SPEAKER_04: No, no, no, no, no.
- 33:24SPEAKER_04: No, that would make more sense.
- 33:26SPEAKER_04: This is way, way back.
- 33:27SPEAKER_04: This is around her toxic era.
- 33:29SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 33:29SPEAKER_04: What I don't even know what that album was.
- 33:31SPEAKER_04: Was it called Toxic?
- 33:32SPEAKER_04: No.
- 33:32SPEAKER_04: Was it called A Little Toxic?
- 33:35SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 33:37SPEAKER_04: Whatever that album was.
- 33:38SPEAKER_04: Wasn't that like Break the Was that Break the Ice?
- 33:40SPEAKER_04: Was that the No, that was Blackout.
- 33:42SPEAKER_04: Huh?
- 33:42SPEAKER_04: What was before Blackout?
- 33:44SPEAKER_04: Um Britney.
- 33:45SPEAKER_04: Britney's Jeans.
- 33:46SPEAKER_04: I am Britney Jean or something.
- 33:47SPEAKER_06: No, that was after Blackout.
- 33:48SPEAKER_06: That's a recent.
- 33:49SPEAKER_06: Yeah, yeah.
- 33:50SPEAKER_06: Um that was supposed to be her like her like real album.
- 33:53SPEAKER_04: Well, she her tour for whatever era, the toxic era was, was called the Onyx Hotel.
- 33:59SPEAKER_04: The tour was called the Onyx Hotel.
- 34:01SPEAKER_06: It was like a concept.
- 34:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 34:03SPEAKER_06: Oh, that's weird.
- 34:03SPEAKER_04: Which is why I'm like, that is the gayest thing of all time.
- 34:06SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 34:07SPEAKER_04: The Onyx Hotel.
- 34:08SPEAKER_04: Like, I almost should have saved that for like someone who maybe knew it.
- 34:11SPEAKER_04: Not me.
- 34:12SPEAKER_04: Not this guy.
- 34:13SPEAKER_04: But because it's just like, what?
- 34:15SPEAKER_04: The Onyx Hotel.
- 34:16SPEAKER_04: Like, just first of all, Onyx in general.
- 34:18SPEAKER_04: And her being like, yeah, that's it.
- 34:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 34:20SPEAKER_04: There'll be luggage carts.
- 34:23SPEAKER_00: And Choreo, you know?
- 34:26SPEAKER_03: And there were luggage carts and Choreo.
- 34:28SPEAKER_03: You know.
- 34:29SPEAKER_04: It was beautiful.
- 34:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 34:30SPEAKER_04: Wouldn't it change a thing?
- 34:31SPEAKER_04: No.
- 34:32SPEAKER_04: It's so crazy.
- 34:33SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 34:34SPEAKER_04: Don't touch Onyx Hotel.
- 34:35SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 34:35SPEAKER_04: It's just like, Onyx Hotel.
- 34:38SPEAKER_04: What's going on there?
- 34:40SPEAKER_04: What faggot came up with that?
- 34:42SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 34:43SPEAKER_04: Joe Simpson?
- 34:48SPEAKER_03: She called her neighbor.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: Joe.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: Hey, anybody who does.
- 34:53SPEAKER_00: My dad sucks, so I thought I found a new dad who's gay.
- 34:59SPEAKER_06: You're cracking me up.
- 35:00SPEAKER_06: Uh um, should we take a break?
- 35:04SPEAKER_06: Yeah, because I'm out of cocks.
- 35:06SPEAKER_06: The podcast has no structure.
- 35:07SPEAKER_06: The hosts have no personality.
- 35:09SPEAKER_04: There is no premise.
- 35:10SPEAKER_04: There is no point.
- 35:11SPEAKER_04: This isn't good.
- 35:12SPEAKER_04: The couch is big, and that's it.
- 35:14SPEAKER_04: And that's it.
- 35:15SPEAKER_04: That's that.
- 35:16SPEAKER_06: This is all getting caught.
- 35:17SPEAKER_05: Yeah, Joe Simpson.
- 35:20SPEAKER_06: I got kind of Fonzarelli with it.
- 35:22SPEAKER_05: I don't know what I was actually going for.
- 35:25SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 35:32SPEAKER_06: And we're back.
- 35:34SPEAKER_06: Welcome back to the big cunty couch where today it's just us boys.
- 35:40SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 35:41SPEAKER_04: It's just us, but and I know we said no no guests, but I we do have this pillar.
- 35:49SPEAKER_04: I popped up a pillar.
- 35:50SPEAKER_06: A pillar.
- 35:51SPEAKER_06: Pillar.
- 35:52SPEAKER_06: I brought a pillar from home.
- 35:54SPEAKER_06: And describe this pillow to our to our listening.
- 35:56SPEAKER_04: Well, I wanted to see.
- 35:59SPEAKER_04: Well, I wanted to see what this looks like.
- 36:01SPEAKER_04: It's from my home.
- 36:02SPEAKER_04: It's Christian LeCroix.
- 36:03SPEAKER_04: LaCroix.
- 36:04SPEAKER_04: Lequoi, darling, Lequoi.
- 36:05SPEAKER_04: Le croix, Lequoi.
- 36:06SPEAKER_04: It's Christian Le Croix for Target.
- 36:10SPEAKER_04: That's real, Christian.
- 36:11SPEAKER_04: Um.
- 36:12SPEAKER_04: But I was like, ooh, Zebra suggested Zebra would be cute.
- 36:15SPEAKER_04: I wanted to see, so I brought it from my home.
- 36:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 36:18SPEAKER_04: Love.
- 36:19SPEAKER_04: So there's this.
- 36:22SPEAKER_06: In like the conversation starter.
- 36:24SPEAKER_06: In the alternate universe where like we're not supposed to talk about the set, but like I did.
- 36:27SPEAKER_06: Whatever.
- 36:29SPEAKER_06: Fuck everyone who says we can't talk about the set, which is literally just us.
- 36:33SPEAKER_06: It's me yelling at you to not talk about the set.
- 36:35SPEAKER_04: I didn't say one thing this episode.
- 36:37SPEAKER_04: No, I know, but now I'm I'm obviously contradicting myself already and going back on my word and saying, like, actually, it's if what we care about the set and we're process oriented.
- 36:46SPEAKER_04: So maybe, you know, if that's us being ourselves, that's us being ourselves.
- 36:49SPEAKER_04: So yeah, we're gonna be talking about the set.
- 36:51SPEAKER_06: Well, I'm glad you feel it, but I had flipped all the way over to the other side where I was like, I'm done talking about it.
- 36:54SPEAKER_06: Nobody cares.
- 36:55SPEAKER_06: It's not interesting.
- 36:56SPEAKER_06: Um I'm like, But you're actually talking about the set is back.
- 37:00SPEAKER_06: It's back.
- 37:00SPEAKER_06: It's back.
- 37:01SPEAKER_06: But you're right.
- 37:01SPEAKER_06: I think um something that separates us from other people is that we are artists and designers.
- 37:09SPEAKER_06: The former collaborators.
- 37:12SPEAKER_06: Oh, well, current collaborators.
- 37:14SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 37:14SPEAKER_06: We're not collaborating anymore.
- 37:16SPEAKER_06: Collaboration's over, honey.
- 37:17SPEAKER_06: Um no, we um grew up in a video group.
- 37:21SPEAKER_06: We grew up in a chicken coop.
- 37:22SPEAKER_06: Um, no, no, no, I'm I'm not going that far back.
- 37:24SPEAKER_06: I'm just saying this, this we'll get that's a whole episode in of itself.
- 37:27SPEAKER_06: We'll get there one day.
- 37:28SPEAKER_06: Um, but I'm just saying that like we um like making and building and creating and designing and sculpting and crafting and zhuzhing something into existence that looks cool.
- 37:38SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 37:38SPEAKER_06: And um that's just part of what we bring to the table.
- 37:42SPEAKER_06: It's who we are.
- 37:43SPEAKER_04: We are so if it's not for you, get out.
- 37:45SPEAKER_04: Get out! Get the hell out of our gorgeous Bravo TV reunion set.
- 37:54SPEAKER_06: Yeah, very real housewives.
- 37:55SPEAKER_06: Um, they should hire us.
- 37:58SPEAKER_06: We should.
- 37:58SPEAKER_06: We we we we will be hired to to design the reunion set.
- 38:02SPEAKER_04: The contact.
- 38:02SPEAKER_04: I almost they almost shot or they almost did New York at 1896.
- 38:07SPEAKER_04: Andy.
- 38:08SPEAKER_04: So I could finagle that email somehow, but it's like, do we want to be doing that?
- 38:12SPEAKER_06: I think it'd be fun to do it once.
- 38:13SPEAKER_06: I'm sure it's a huge pain in the ass and annoying and terrible terrible, but like well, yeah, we should do it once.
- 38:18SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 38:19SPEAKER_06: I'll find us the email.
- 38:21SPEAKER_06: Great.
- 38:22SPEAKER_06: Um what were we saying?
- 38:23SPEAKER_06: Oh, the pillow.
- 38:24SPEAKER_06: In my mind, in the alternate reality, we're like, this is a huge network talk show.
- 38:27SPEAKER_06: It's like hosted by Rosie O'Donnell.
- 38:29SPEAKER_06: Like, guests bring her pillows to be on the couch, and if it's really good, it like stays.
- 38:33SPEAKER_04: Oh wow.
- 38:34SPEAKER_06: So anyone potential guests.
- 38:36SPEAKER_04: Sometimes I pretend that like in general for our guests, it's just an audition.
- 38:40SPEAKER_04: The season one's an audition for like a panel.
- 38:42SPEAKER_04: Like to join the cast?
- 38:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it becomes the gay view.
- 38:45SPEAKER_04: Huh.
- 38:46SPEAKER_04: Do you feel like you get eliminated?
- 38:47SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I know.
- 38:48SPEAKER_06: I'm you're gone.
- 38:50SPEAKER_06: Don't worry.
- 38:51SPEAKER_04: Has anyone uh you're not even involved behind the camera?
- 38:55SPEAKER_04: Cheers.
- 38:55SPEAKER_06: Oh, cheese.
- 38:56SPEAKER_06: This I scooped some water out of the toilet for us to drink.
- 38:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's giving apple cider.
- 39:01SPEAKER_04: It's giving mold.
- 39:02SPEAKER_04: It's giving apple cigarettes.
- 39:04SPEAKER_06: I kind of hate like a hot beverage.
- 39:05SPEAKER_06: Hot mold water.
- 39:07SPEAKER_06: Like a hot toddy.
- 39:08SPEAKER_06: This is this is like cold toddy.
- 39:09SPEAKER_04: Cold, cold toddy.
- 39:11SPEAKER_04: Um what is it?
- 39:13SPEAKER_04: Last time we were talking and we clinked glasses.
- 39:15SPEAKER_04: Um I was like annoyed because like, you know, people every nowadays are like eyes, eyes, eyes.
- 39:20SPEAKER_04: You have to and I stand by like 10 years ago, no one was caring or doing about that.
- 39:25SPEAKER_04: No, no one was doing it.
- 39:27SPEAKER_04: No one, it became it came from, I'm sure it's been around forever, but like it just became popular to like make sure you look at your friends in the eyes.
- 39:35SPEAKER_06: I don't care.
- 39:36SPEAKER_06: I don't care.
- 39:37SPEAKER_06: I'm not having bad sex.
- 39:38SPEAKER_04: We weren't doing that in college.
- 39:41SPEAKER_04: No, no one was like I hate that.
- 39:45SPEAKER_04: It's a peeva bind.
- 39:46SPEAKER_04: It's like some of us can't, you know, engage with superstitions too much.
- 39:50SPEAKER_04: It's a slippery slope.
- 39:51SPEAKER_06: Although, on the other hand, though, I do feel like Americans need more superstitions.
- 39:55SPEAKER_06: Yeah, but not me.
- 39:57SPEAKER_06: No, not you, because you're crazy.
- 39:58SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 39:58SPEAKER_06: But it's like I think it's a full me more.
- 40:01SPEAKER_06: I just feel like other cultures probably have similar things, and that feels like very baked into their national tapestry.
- 40:07SPEAKER_06: But like Americans, it's like, okay, so we what what's a s what's an American superstition?
- 40:11SPEAKER_06: Don't walk under ladders.
- 40:13SPEAKER_06: I think, well, is that American?
- 40:15SPEAKER_06: It's in Europe, they're going all under every every day.
- 40:18SPEAKER_06: It's only American, yeah.
- 40:20SPEAKER_06: I don't actually care about superstitions.
- 40:21SPEAKER_06: I don't believe in in the world.
- 40:23SPEAKER_06: I try not to eat them.
- 40:26SPEAKER_04: No.
- 40:26SPEAKER_04: I try not to.
- 40:28SPEAKER_04: This is the thing.
- 40:29SPEAKER_06: Like, I know I'll never be visited by ghosts or spirits because I'm so blocked off to that stuff.
- 40:34SPEAKER_06: They're just not they're not coming.
- 40:36SPEAKER_04: And I also I don't believe in it.
- 40:37SPEAKER_04: So it's not I'm open to it, but I I um if I had the ability, I would have seen a ghost by now.
- 40:42SPEAKER_04: Runs in my family.
- 40:43SPEAKER_06: Oh, should we do um Alphabet Supia?
- 40:46SPEAKER_06: Or should we do um Divas on a Cliff?
- 40:49SPEAKER_06: We've never done that before.
- 40:50SPEAKER_06: We could do Divas on a Cliff.
- 40:51SPEAKER_04: Or should we do I obviously have Pet Play?
- 40:54SPEAKER_04: But we could do P.
- 40:54SPEAKER_04: We could do P of the Weekly hot blocked me.
- 40:57SPEAKER_04: Or are you I can't I've been robbed of my face to complain.
- 41:02SPEAKER_06: I feel like P of the Wii is just a little similar to who you're wearing, comma, what's your problem?
- 41:08SPEAKER_06: Um, but we can it's just us girls tonight.
- 41:10SPEAKER_06: We can do whatever we want.
- 41:11SPEAKER_04: Well, to me, I mean maybe you're right.
- 41:13SPEAKER_04: We'll have to see if like the audience and listeners if they like P of the Wii.
- 41:17SPEAKER_04: But um to me, it's different than who you're wearing and what is your problem, because a problem is not a pet peeve.
- 41:24SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 41:25SPEAKER_04: A problem is something you're d dealing with.
- 41:27SPEAKER_04: Something you need to do.
- 41:28SPEAKER_04: Okay, so let's do it.
- 41:28SPEAKER_04: Let's do it.
- 41:29SPEAKER_06: I have one that I've been thinking about for a little bit.
- 41:32SPEAKER_06: I do want to go first.
- 41:34SPEAKER_06: Um I'll go first.
- 41:37SPEAKER_06: Um my pet peeve of the we my pet peeve of the week, which has been on my mind for probably more than a week now, but I think that Gen Z kids dress terribly, and I'm sick of looking at it.
- 41:56SPEAKER_06: I think they all look bad on purpose, and it's so bad that it's gone past looking cool and sort of anti-fashionable to just looking bad.
- 42:06SPEAKER_06: One time I was coming to studio and it was back when Life World was still here.
- 42:11SPEAKER_06: There was some sort of weird event full of like 20 somethings that was letting out.
- 42:14SPEAKER_06: I literally saw a kid in a cat and a hat hat, and it was like, I was like, what is going on?
- 42:19SPEAKER_06: I'm like, I love it.
- 42:21SPEAKER_06: And I just think I think people are scared of young people, as they should be, because young people are scary.
- 42:26SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 42:27SPEAKER_06: I think nobody wants to sound like a bitter old crusty crone, but you guys look bad.
- 42:35SPEAKER_06: That's all that's all that's my pep peeve.
- 42:37SPEAKER_06: I'm sick of not being able to speak my truth.
- 42:39SPEAKER_04: Well, you all know I hate Gen Z, so I I don't clock their fashion because I just assume it's like good because they're young.
- 42:45SPEAKER_04: So I'm like, oh, whatever they do and is what's to be done, what's happening, like they're the the moment.
- 42:52SPEAKER_06: I think they're too- But I think they're I don't look because I'm just like, I'm assuming it's fine.
- 42:56SPEAKER_06: But I think they're to blame for some of our contemporaries' recent bad fashion choices because they're copying Gen Z and But Gen Z copying us.
- 43:06SPEAKER_06: Gen Z's copying everybody.
- 43:08SPEAKER_06: That's what Gen Z does.
- 43:10SPEAKER_06: That's what they do, yeah.
- 43:11SPEAKER_06: They're all frauds.
- 43:12SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 43:13SPEAKER_04: I hate social media, I hate TikTok, I hate that like it's all about content creation, and we live in an era where like watching a guy put on khakis is like content.
- 43:23SPEAKER_06: Oh my god.
- 43:24SPEAKER_06: That's the other thing.
- 43:25SPEAKER_04: What was I watching yesterday?
- 43:26SPEAKER_04: It was like some guy on a swing trying to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
- 43:30SPEAKER_04: Like a dad on a swing trying to make peanut butter and judge.
- 43:33SPEAKER_06: Put toast in a toaster.
- 43:34SPEAKER_04: Put toast, and then he was trying to put peanut butter on the toast.
- 43:37SPEAKER_06: At least that's a little creative because there was a swing in the kitchen.
- 43:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 43:41SPEAKER_06: He installed a swing in his kitchen to get like the the thing I hate where it's like here get ready with me, putting my outfit on for the day, and it's like a guy in his underwear, and he's like, and then he like That's what I mean.
- 43:52SPEAKER_06: Yeah, and then he like pulls his jeans up and it's like a little bit of like a bulge, but it's like not really, and then it's like it's just a cheap t shirt in jeans, and it's like that's what I look like when I'm going on.
- 44:00SPEAKER_06: For coffee for the middle of the day.
- 44:01SPEAKER_06: And it's like, you didn't not only did you not need to make that, no one is actually asking for that.
- 44:07SPEAKER_06: We just live in this like strange paradoxical content space where no one actually wants the things they're getting, and no one wants to make the things that they think they need to give.
- 44:19SPEAKER_06: It's like we're both we're all trapped.
- 44:22SPEAKER_06: The creators are trapped and the con and the viewers are trapped.
- 44:24SPEAKER_06: Like no one wants that.
- 44:25SPEAKER_06: No one cares.
- 44:25SPEAKER_06: No one cares.
- 44:26SPEAKER_04: I know, but they do apparently.
- 44:28SPEAKER_04: Somehow.
- 44:29SPEAKER_04: Gen Z in this whole like era of social media is so earnest, which is like what we were not as millennials.
- 44:36SPEAKER_04: It's because we had a everything had to be like, we don't actually mean this, or we're not trying to look cool, or we have to it's we're we're we have to be funny to like look caught or do something, and it just had to have more layers because we were like insecure, because we were vulnerable, and then it was like we were it's embarrassing to like be on social media.
- 44:53SPEAKER_04: Also, we were just like the trial era of like what's social media, like putting yourself out there will was like vulnerable.
- 45:00SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 45:00SPEAKER_04: But now you just do whatever you want and yeah, you're earnest about it, and that's cool.
- 45:05SPEAKER_06: Well, right.
- 45:06SPEAKER_06: It's funny like to frame earnestness through that context where it's like, yes, you can earnestly be I'm sure I'm just using the word.
- 45:14SPEAKER_06: No, no, no, you're not, because like they are earnestly like 100% okay with like projecting themselves as these constant content creators.
- 45:26SPEAKER_06: To call it vapid is like maybe a little bit unfair, but it's just like yeah, they have no shame in like documenting extremely mundane slash mediocre stuff.
- 45:38SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 45:39SPEAKER_04: But then again, we don't either.
- 45:42SPEAKER_00: This isn't mundane.
- 45:43SPEAKER_00: This isn't mundane.
- 45:46SPEAKER_04: Well, this segues into my peva a bit.
- 45:48SPEAKER_04: I have like four, and I'll go quick.
- 45:51SPEAKER_04: I hate please take your time.
- 45:53SPEAKER_04: When I was um in New Hampshire, I roomed with Bianca and my and her daughter, Joanna, my niece, and they like were watching YouTube or something, and it was this like influencer girl named Adley, who's like this redhead who's like a kid, and I so I hated her because she's like rich and famous and like opens packages for kids.
- 46:16SPEAKER_04: Oh god, yeah.
- 46:17SPEAKER_04: But they're also gamers, so she's a gamer now, but but my P is I hate influencer families.
- 46:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 46:24SPEAKER_04: Because the parents were really big on this.
- 46:26SPEAKER_04: They were all like doing like a Twitch type of stream while the family was playing this game, and like the mom had a beanie on and was just like they were like they know what like the audience wants, so it's just like that seeing them perform made me so cringe.
- 46:41SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's like family influencers are the fucking worst.
- 46:45SPEAKER_04: Yeah, get a life, Adley, go fuck yourself.
- 46:49SPEAKER_04: I'm just getting so horrible.
- 46:51SPEAKER_04: She's like a little girl.
- 46:52SPEAKER_04: I hate her because she's like doing well.
- 46:54SPEAKER_04: Um, but it's just like bizarre to me.
- 46:56SPEAKER_04: We just live in hell.
- 46:58SPEAKER_06: Can I bounce off that for one second, then we'll get back to your piece?
- 47:00SPEAKER_06: This is something that I've thought I've talked about with some people recently where it's like I think part of the reason why Gen Z is also so anti-sex is that it's like they never forget that.
- 47:11SPEAKER_06: They never were able to transition from childhood to adulthood.
- 47:14SPEAKER_06: Like us they all were like CEOs out the gate.
- 47:18SPEAKER_06: Basically, 100 totally.
- 47:19SPEAKER_06: Like they they were their lives were so documented and so well rehearsed and practiced that they every everyone is incredibly mature from a very young age because they're performing that.
- 47:30SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 47:30SPEAKER_06: So I think that there's this idea of like the release like releasing childhood and sort of like diving into adulthood and like the the urge to do that is just not present, maybe amongst those people.
- 47:43SPEAKER_06: But like we were allowed They also have a smaller void to fill, I think.
- 47:48SPEAKER_06: What do you mean?
- 47:49SPEAKER_04: I think like growing up was maybe a little easier, maybe like for everyone, potentially.
- 47:54SPEAKER_06: Or maybe, but it's it's hard to say because like a little bit, their lives are in well in what in what way though?
- 47:59SPEAKER_06: I don't know.
- 48:00SPEAKER_04: Maybe I'm just speaking from like for the gays.
- 48:02SPEAKER_04: Well, yeah, that's true.
- 48:04SPEAKER_04: It's a different experience.
- 48:05SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but there's more to life than just being gay.
- 48:08SPEAKER_04: Is there?
- 48:09SPEAKER_04: Is there?
- 48:10SPEAKER_04: Um the couch is like, no.
- 48:12SPEAKER_05: Yeah, the couch is definitely.
- 48:16SPEAKER_04: But like it they're less fucked up, maybe just by everything.
- 48:21SPEAKER_06: But I think that's part of like the same practiced thing where it's like everything, like their speech and their behavior is so like therapeutized.
- 48:30SPEAKER_06: Like the idea of like self-care and wellness and like And they address mental health, yeah, all that stuff.
- 48:35SPEAKER_04: Well, yeah, but things that we all had to like, I don't know.
- 48:38SPEAKER_06: It's like they on on one hand, maybe maybe they do address it more authentically, but on the other hand, I think they just talk about addressing it in a in a more like like practiced way than than we did or do.
- 48:49SPEAKER_06: Like they know what dis what it what you're supposed to say when you're talking about mental health, which is that it's like mental health is super important, we should absolutely need to give everyone the space they need to, but it's like, are you actually doing that or are you just saying that?
- 48:59SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 49:00SPEAKER_06: Interesting.
- 49:01SPEAKER_06: But also most of them are literally teenagers and very, very young 20-something.
- 49:07SPEAKER_06: So it's like I'm just reading them for no reason.
- 49:08SPEAKER_04: And also, like I know, we're jealous and bitter, which is so jealous.
- 49:12SPEAKER_04: I'm jealous.
- 49:12SPEAKER_06: I'm not jealous.
- 49:13SPEAKER_06: I'm bitter.
- 49:14SPEAKER_06: I'm bitter, but about everything.
- 49:15SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you are you are a bitter pity.
- 49:19SPEAKER_04: Tart.
- 49:19SPEAKER_06: She's she tart.
- 49:21SPEAKER_06: I prefer I rather would be rather be tart than bitter.
- 49:24SPEAKER_06: I don't really like I I'm not a big fan of bitter flavors.
- 49:30SPEAKER_06: Other than coffee.
- 49:31SPEAKER_06: You like a bitter coffee?
- 49:32SPEAKER_06: Well, isn't all coffee bitter?
- 49:34SPEAKER_04: Well, not your not your order.
- 49:36SPEAKER_04: Oh my god, my order.
- 49:38SPEAKER_04: It's gotten like gayer and sweeter.
- 49:40SPEAKER_04: It's light and sweet, like my pussy.
- 49:43SPEAKER_06: Um, sorry, I had to.
- 49:44SPEAKER_06: A light falls on you.
- 49:47SPEAKER_04: Um, yeah, my current coffee order is medium hot, shadow espresso, two creams, and two French vanilla swirls.
- 49:56SPEAKER_06: And you just have to whisper it before you.
- 49:58SPEAKER_04: My dad was like, this is the gayest coffee I've ever had to buy.
- 50:01SPEAKER_04: And he, I told you, he thought he could get away with not saying swirl.
- 50:06SPEAKER_04: And it's like, nice try, buddy.
- 50:07SPEAKER_07: Yeah.
- 50:08SPEAKER_04: This doesn't have swirl in it.
- 50:09SPEAKER_04: It has just French vanilla, which is like an oil.
- 50:12SPEAKER_04: There's like a low calorie option that's just like a in like an oil, like uh, it's like a drop of flavor versus like I thought the I thought the swirl was like uh I want the pump of sugar.
- 50:25SPEAKER_04: I thought the swirl was like a technique.
- 50:27SPEAKER_04: No, it's it's it's a product line.
- 50:30SPEAKER_04: It's the pumps of like the sweet syrups that I'm so confused.
- 50:35SPEAKER_04: So if you say French vanilla coffee, they're gonna give you like the oh bomb that's like calorie-free.
- 50:41SPEAKER_04: It just makes your coffee like French.
- 50:44SPEAKER_04: Gotcha.
- 50:44SPEAKER_04: You want but now I want the I want them to be riding that pump.
- 50:48SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 50:49SPEAKER_06: And my coffee order is black iced.
- 50:52SPEAKER_06: Yeah, like your soul.
- 50:53SPEAKER_06: Yeah, which is like your pussy, like my pussy.
- 50:56SPEAKER_06: Yours is light and sweet, mine is black and iced.
- 50:58SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 50:59SPEAKER_06: Frozen over.
- 51:01SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 51:02SPEAKER_06: That's about right.
- 51:03SPEAKER_04: So yeah, that's my coffee.
- 51:04SPEAKER_04: If you anyone listening around, buy send us around.
- 51:08SPEAKER_04: Send us a coffee via drone.
- 51:10SPEAKER_04: Um one time during the pandemic, like Pat, my ex used to uh order coffee all the time to come.
- 51:15SPEAKER_04: And for whatever reason, this one delivery person ended up in my apartment.
- 51:21SPEAKER_04: Because you know, like I have a stairway, there's not like an actual door.
- 51:24SPEAKER_04: Sometimes people don't know where the door is.
- 51:25SPEAKER_04: So Pat didn't tell me he ordered coffee.
- 51:28SPEAKER_04: And so there was just this guy who had fully entered the apartment looking lost with coffees in his hand, and I was in my underwear with like a quarter child being like, What's going on?
- 51:39SPEAKER_04: It's like I don't know.
- 51:40SPEAKER_04: Sometimes they they can enter your seamless.
- 51:46SPEAKER_04: Seamless delivery guys have a key, apparently.
- 51:49unknown: Oh my god.
- 51:50SPEAKER_04: Uh when you order that frequently, they got a key.
- 51:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 51:53SPEAKER_04: Um, another P of mine, so yeah, fuck it, influencer families, fuck social media.
- 51:58SPEAKER_04: Another P of mine is I people in my life, I really can't get away from those who leave a wet sponge in the sink.
- 52:05SPEAKER_04: It makes me, I I bet you're probably an offender of this.
- 52:08SPEAKER_04: Wait, a sponge in the sink as opposed to like on the thingy?
- 52:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it dries me up a wall.
- 52:13SPEAKER_04: I do not leave it.
- 52:14SPEAKER_04: Do you like the smell of a rotting wet dog ass?
- 52:17SPEAKER_06: I don't even use a sponge.
- 52:18SPEAKER_06: We have little those green, kind of like really thin kind of uh scrubby pads.
- 52:23SPEAKER_06: Cute.
- 52:24SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 52:24SPEAKER_06: Um, but I I don't leave that in the sink.
- 52:27SPEAKER_06: I hate it.
- 52:27SPEAKER_06: I hate when that's in the sink.
- 52:29SPEAKER_04: It's why would you it just is a guarantee that's gonna smell like a wet dog.
- 52:34SPEAKER_04: I have I'm really sensitive to that smell.
- 52:35SPEAKER_04: I can smell from like four miles away.
- 52:36SPEAKER_04: I'm sensitive to smells away in general, yeah.
- 52:38SPEAKER_04: But that's a woman's nose.
- 52:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 52:41SPEAKER_04: Women, women smell.
- 52:42SPEAKER_04: I think my mom always tells me that.
- 52:45SPEAKER_04: She's like, you got a woman's nose.
- 52:47SPEAKER_04: You got a woman's nose.
- 52:48SPEAKER_04: I was always worried about you because of that thing.
- 52:50SPEAKER_04: Um but all the time, a lot of Scorpios in my life.
- 52:55SPEAKER_04: I find Scorpios are always leaving sponges in the sink.
- 52:57SPEAKER_04: Strange.
- 52:58SPEAKER_04: They stink.
- 52:59SPEAKER_04: Just wring it out and put it up.
- 53:00SPEAKER_04: Put it up.
- 53:01SPEAKER_04: Like, don't clean the dishes.
- 53:02SPEAKER_04: How dare you think?
- 53:03SPEAKER_06: I would be an offender of that.
- 53:04SPEAKER_04: I know.
- 53:04SPEAKER_06: I know you think I'm a gigantic slob, which by comparison I am, but I I don't like that.
- 53:10SPEAKER_04: How could anyone like that?
- 53:11SPEAKER_06: It's also it's not where it goes.
- 53:12SPEAKER_04: Smell of dog ass.
- 53:13SPEAKER_04: Put the things back where they belong.
- 53:15SPEAKER_04: Ring it, hop it up.
- 53:16SPEAKER_04: That's all you have to do, sweeties.
- 53:18SPEAKER_04: Another one being I again not to bring up, not to talk about chicken parm two episodes in a row, but it's gonna be happening a lot.
- 53:26SPEAKER_06: On this podcast, we'll get we're gonna be talking about chicken parm a lot.
- 53:29SPEAKER_04: We talk about parm a lot.
- 53:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 53:30SPEAKER_04: Uh recently I got a chicken parm, and the default starch was mashed potatoes.
- 53:37SPEAKER_04: You told me about this.
- 53:38SPEAKER_04: Don't try it.
- 53:39SPEAKER_04: Don't even try me on that.
- 53:40SPEAKER_04: Like, are you kidding?
- 53:41SPEAKER_04: Like, that's not a thing.
- 53:43SPEAKER_04: Don't serve mashed potatoes with chicken parm.
- 53:46SPEAKER_04: That's insane.
- 53:47SPEAKER_04: And so, because they didn't like declare that, I just I was like, I'm assuming it comes with pasta, but they're not saying this, and I have to pick a side, so I picked pasta.
- 53:55SPEAKER_04: And so I got a five farm, mashed and pasta.
- 53:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 53:59SPEAKER_04: And like that's fat sabotage.
- 54:01SPEAKER_04: Someone knew, someone recognized the order coming in, and they were like, hmm, I know how to take down a gay.
- 54:07SPEAKER_04: Hit him with a double start.
- 54:09SPEAKER_04: Like, no, get out of here.
- 54:10SPEAKER_04: That's a peeve.
- 54:11SPEAKER_04: And then my last P of the Wii will be I hate when people, if you have a sentimental thing, like a note from like a deceased relative or something, like a like in writing, and someone gifts you with that said phrase or script or writing, monogrammed or reinterpreted onto something else.
- 54:34SPEAKER_04: So then you have two sentimental things.
- 54:36SPEAKER_06: How often is this happening to you?
- 54:37SPEAKER_06: What is it with the case?
- 54:38SPEAKER_06: Not typically.
- 54:39SPEAKER_04: I just caught wind of it.
- 54:40SPEAKER_04: Someone gave a gift to someone, and it's like this uh one of my bosses, like their husband has this like special like card from their mom or says something.
- 54:49SPEAKER_04: So his colleague gifted him with that engraved on like a catch-all.
- 54:55SPEAKER_04: So it's like now it's like I like this because it's sentimental.
- 54:59SPEAKER_04: Like I like this piece of shitty paper that I'm keeping because it's like has this note on it, and now it's like I have two and it's like not the real thing, and it just like exists twice.
- 55:10SPEAKER_04: Gotcha.
- 55:10SPEAKER_04: But now I have the special phrase that I love two times, and one is like blasted with it's like stamped in oak laser cut into a yeah, it's like that is a pee of mine.
- 55:21SPEAKER_04: And and I do feel like when people like are trying to give special gifts, they'll be like, What do they love?
- 55:26SPEAKER_04: Oh, that's really special to them.
- 55:27SPEAKER_04: How can I give them the a different version of that already?
- 55:30SPEAKER_06: Yeah, no, so they have two.
- 55:31SPEAKER_06: Gotcha.
- 55:32SPEAKER_04: That is like so annoying.
- 55:33SPEAKER_04: It's like I don't want to.
- 55:34SPEAKER_04: It's like I have it already.
- 55:35SPEAKER_04: Leave it alone.
- 55:36SPEAKER_04: Like one because it's special.
- 55:37SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 55:38SPEAKER_04: Don't make a fucking ashtray out of it.
- 55:41SPEAKER_06: I'm like hiding my ashtrays from like, oh, okay.
- 55:44SPEAKER_06: Well, it says excuse me, gay boy, on it.
- 55:48SPEAKER_06: You should buy me an ashtray.
- 55:51SPEAKER_06: I love an ashtray.
- 55:52SPEAKER_06: I love an ashtray as like a object d'art uh um like in the home.
- 55:59SPEAKER_06: Like uh just love an as hello?
- 56:03SPEAKER_04: Love an ashtray.
- 56:04SPEAKER_04: Uh and I love a catch all.
- 56:05SPEAKER_04: Don't get me wrong, I love a catch all.
- 56:06SPEAKER_04: I'm queer for that.
- 56:07SPEAKER_04: But it's just it's just gift that type of gift giving in general is a peep of mine.
- 56:13SPEAKER_04: Recreating sentimental gifts.
- 56:15SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I got that.
- 56:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 56:16SPEAKER_04: I I recreating sentiment mental things as gifts.
- 56:20SPEAKER_06: So don't ever give me the I You're hard to gifts for anyway, so don't worry about it.
- 56:27SPEAKER_02: I hate getting gifts.
- 56:28SPEAKER_06: I love getting gifts.
- 56:29SPEAKER_06: I um and I also I think I am a good gift giver, but I also I think there's a you have to have like an understanding of the relationship in order to be able to give and receive well.
- 56:40SPEAKER_06: And I think like I know you well enough that there's almost no point unless it's gonna be a slam dunk.
- 56:47SPEAKER_06: So I just there I don't know.
- 56:49SPEAKER_04: Well, part of my mental illness is like only being being able to own things that I love, which is both good and bad, because it means like you can kind of veer towards being a minimalist and like you don't hoard and like but then it just gets annoying because it's like I have I my mom will try to give me like a trip of shirts, and I'm like, I can't.
- 57:08SPEAKER_04: I don't I I have to love everything I own.
- 57:11SPEAKER_04: Well, I told my my parents puffer.
- 57:13SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 57:13SPEAKER_04: I'm like, uh they're like, just drop something quick.
- 57:16SPEAKER_04: You have coats in New York, you're just doing this to like stay warm in New Hampshire.
- 57:19SPEAKER_04: I'm like, I know, but I'd rather spend a little more, own a floor length puffer with a bustle in the train than to own something that's like I don't need.
- 57:27SPEAKER_04: So you're saying you you like the puffer?
- 57:30SPEAKER_04: I love the puffer.
- 57:31SPEAKER_04: It's iconic.
- 57:32SPEAKER_04: What do you see it?
- 57:33SPEAKER_04: I can't wait.
- 57:34SPEAKER_04: It's a level six of warmth.
- 57:38SPEAKER_04: It's gonna go ahead and be a level six.
- 57:41SPEAKER_06: Um yeah.
- 57:44SPEAKER_06: Gifts.
- 57:44SPEAKER_06: I was gonna say I can't remember, but yeah.
- 57:48SPEAKER_06: It's the lights.
- 57:48SPEAKER_06: Well, that was P of the Wee.
- 57:52SPEAKER_06: Let us know if you think P of the Wee is a segment we should continue.
- 57:55SPEAKER_06: I think it can come I think it can come in periodically when there are peas to to wee about.
- 58:00SPEAKER_06: Um or there there are we's to pee about.
- 58:03SPEAKER_06: I'm such a hateful and angry person in general.
- 58:06SPEAKER_06: There's always things that are bothering me, but I for whatever reason I can't think of them.
- 58:10SPEAKER_04: Um I have to write it down.
- 58:12SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 58:13SPEAKER_04: Cause I I have a lot of peeves.
- 58:15SPEAKER_04: I'm really picky.
- 58:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 58:17SPEAKER_04: When my mom was pregnant, she went to a psychic, and the lady was like, she was like, oh! She was like, picky, picky, picky.
- 58:24SPEAKER_04: Get out of here.
- 58:25SPEAKER_06: She's like, geez, Luigi.
- 58:26SPEAKER_04: She screamed that.
- 58:27SPEAKER_04: She touched her belly and screamed that.
- 58:28SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 58:29SPEAKER_04: She's like, I'm not pregnant.
- 58:33SPEAKER_06: That was pee of the week.
- 58:35SPEAKER_06: Um, I I I was gonna say ever since having COVID, my memory is even worse than it's ever been before.
- 58:40SPEAKER_06: So I do need to start writing things down.
- 58:42SPEAKER_05: Long COVID.
- 58:43SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
- 58:44SPEAKER_06: Just brain fog.
- 58:45SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 58:46SPEAKER_06: Fag.
- 58:46SPEAKER_04: Brain fag.
- 58:47SPEAKER_04: Brain fag.
- 58:49SPEAKER_04: Illness really gets you.
- 58:51SPEAKER_04: It takes you down.
- 58:52SPEAKER_06: It does.
- 58:52SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 58:53SPEAKER_04: But I know you enough to know that that actually is the truth.
- 58:55SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I'm not like a I don't I don't want I never want to be sick, and I don't indulge in sickness.
- 59:01SPEAKER_06: I just get hit really, really hard when I do get sick.
- 59:03SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 59:04SPEAKER_04: Um, which they say you become like a frail old dying person.
- 59:08SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 59:09SPEAKER_06: Which they say it's like when you get when you have really bad like sickness symptoms, it's because like your immune system is actually really, really strong.
- 59:17SPEAKER_06: It's like you're fighting really, really hard, and that's why you feel so terrible and exhausted.
- 59:21SPEAKER_06: So um my immune system is good, actually.
- 59:25SPEAKER_06: And I get way less, I get sick less often.
- 59:29SPEAKER_04: Now I guess, yeah, it's good.
- 59:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 59:30SPEAKER_04: But what I what was I like?
- 59:32SPEAKER_04: I was like, it's time to tip the wheelchair.
- 59:35SPEAKER_04: Like, get up, come on.
- 59:37SPEAKER_04: Oh, I thought you were tipping me like over the edge of like a bridge.
- 59:39SPEAKER_04: Oh no, I was telling you to get out of the wheelchair.
- 59:41SPEAKER_04: No, I thought you were killing me.
- 59:42SPEAKER_04: COVID's over.
- 59:42SPEAKER_04: It's like get out.
- 59:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
- 59:44SPEAKER_06: Well, the COVID is over.
- 59:45SPEAKER_06: I don't have any symptoms, but I do literally get these waves of fatigue where it's like I can't stand up.
- 59:49SPEAKER_06: I just have to like lie down for and for like a half hour until I'm ready to move around and think again.
- 59:54SPEAKER_06: Um Well, I can't judge you for that.
- 59:57SPEAKER_06: Well, can you?
- 59:59SPEAKER_04: Are you?
- 1:00:00SPEAKER_04: You are.
- 1:00:01SPEAKER_04: Are you were you saying I'm in a wheelchair because of COVID and I need to be tipped out of it because I'm you said that.
- 1:00:07SPEAKER_04: No, no, I'm saying that you asking me as that.
- 1:00:10SPEAKER_06: Yeah, I guess you're right.
- 1:00:11SPEAKER_06: From the job.
- 1:00:12SPEAKER_04: I'm pretending to be you yelling at me.
- 1:00:14SPEAKER_04: Now kind of a cool segment.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_06: Yeah, the yell at me segment.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_04: This is like the little of course I'm hot and I'm in normal clothing.
- 1:00:24SPEAKER_04: For once I'm not in like uh I guess it is warm in here.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_04: A million things.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_05: Chic.
- 1:00:29SPEAKER_04: Didn't you go through an era where you had a scarf like fused to your neck?
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_06: Yes.
- 1:00:34SPEAKER_06: My mom knit me a very lovely scarf that was very big and I would wear it all the time.
- 1:00:41SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_02: That's all I will say.
- 1:00:45SPEAKER_02: It was very nice and big.
- 1:00:47SPEAKER_06: I mean, it was fine.
- 1:00:48SPEAKER_06: It was just it was that era where it was like we were in New York, but I was still dressing like I was in Providence.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_06: You know what I mean?
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:00:55SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:00:55SPEAKER_04: Was it also like your Krabby era at times?
- 1:00:58SPEAKER_04: That was my Krabby era.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_04: I think.
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_04: Oh god.
- 1:01:00SPEAKER_04: So like picture this, but like you being a dick.
- 1:01:05SPEAKER_04: It's funny.
- 1:01:06SPEAKER_04: All I can say is sorry for everything you did in the past.
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_06: Uh I I was right about everything, and and actually I'm still mad.
- 1:01:12SPEAKER_06: Oh I'm definitely sorry about everything I did in the past.
- 1:01:16SPEAKER_06: Aren't we all?
- 1:01:17SPEAKER_06: Aren't we all?
- 1:01:18SPEAKER_06: Should we do another game?
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_06: Sure.
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_06: Are you sucking any duck?
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_06: Am I sucking any duck?
- 1:01:24SPEAKER_06: No.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_06: I've been sick.
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_06: I haven't sucked any duck.
- 1:01:28SPEAKER_04: Me either.
- 1:01:28SPEAKER_06: I only have a week and a half of free time left before I go back to work.
- 1:01:30SPEAKER_04: I'm a celibate nun.
- 1:01:32SPEAKER_04: I'm like so single, so not like looking.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_06: I want you to um have a boyfriend so you can be happy.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:01:41SPEAKER_06: Because I want that for you.
- 1:01:41SPEAKER_06: But I also love you being single.
- 1:01:43SPEAKER_04: I love being single right now.
- 1:01:44SPEAKER_04: I don't want a boyfriend at all.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_04: I haven't been single for huge extended periods of time.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_04: This is probably the longest.
- 1:01:50SPEAKER_04: So yeah, I'm learning to love myself.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_06: That's great.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_06: They say, they say that it's like you need to be single for half as long as you're in the relationship before you're like ready to try again.
- 1:02:00SPEAKER_06: But I sometimes I think sometimes it's like you need to be single for as long as you were in the relationship.
- 1:02:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_06: Um so you're still in the safe zone.
- 1:02:10SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:02:10SPEAKER_04: That wouldn't according to that, it'd be two years.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_04: But I'm just gonna be single until like it feels right.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_04: Because it just fe it feels right to be single.
- 1:02:19SPEAKER_06: Also, like when you're 500 years years old like us, um you your brain does change.
- 1:02:27SPEAKER_06: Like you are like less crazy and volatile than like you were in your even in your early 30s or like in your 20s, you know what I mean?
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_06: So it's like if you know you don't want something, it's just like 100% correct.
- 1:02:39SPEAKER_06: Like you don't want a boyfriend right now.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_06: It feels good.
- 1:02:41SPEAKER_06: Don't need one, totally fine, not a big deal.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_06: Just like it'll happen when it happens, and you'll know when when it's right.
- 1:02:48SPEAKER_06: Because you're like literally mature enough and smart enough to know now.
- 1:02:53SPEAKER_06: Yeah, it feels good.
- 1:02:55SPEAKER_04: Spending time with myself, a lot of time.
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_04: Spending time in my own skin.
- 1:02:59SPEAKER_04: That's caffeine.
- 1:03:01unknown: Yeah.
- 1:03:01SPEAKER_04: Conceptually, like dating yourself is caffeine.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_04: Definitely, yeah.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_06: Marrying yourself.
- 1:03:05SPEAKER_06: Not caffeine.
- 1:03:06SPEAKER_04: That ain't caffeine, honey.
- 1:03:08SPEAKER_04: That's something else.
- 1:03:08SPEAKER_04: That's something else.
- 1:03:09SPEAKER_04: Uh, but I do feel like people bother me in a way that like I take personally because like I can't I have a hard time saying no to people, and I have like a gaggle of girls, and my girls, I mean guys and my guys mean gay guys, yeah, are trying to hook up.
- 1:03:27SPEAKER_04: And I think I'm very, very clear about like not being interested, or just like I'm not looking right now.
- 1:03:32SPEAKER_04: So, like, there's like five or six people that I really want to leave me alone, and it frustrates me that they don't take a hint, or I'm just like, I have to like be rude, yeah, or you have to either be rude or ghost people or whatever, because so many people take politeness as like interest, like mistake it for interest.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_04: Right.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_04: And that's like the story of my fucking life.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_04: I'm like, I'm not interested.
- 1:03:53SPEAKER_04: I'll contact you, sweetie.
- 1:03:54SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I'm not trying to like like lead anyone on because that's not nice either.
- 1:03:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah, but I think it's clear based on how I'm responding, I would fuck you.
- 1:04:04SPEAKER_04: I'm horny, I'll fuck a fucking chair.
- 1:04:06SPEAKER_04: But it's like I and I'm like, yeah.
- 1:04:08SPEAKER_04: And would you fuck a couch?
- 1:04:09SPEAKER_04: I have.
- 1:04:12SPEAKER_04: I'm like, yes.
- 1:04:14SPEAKER_04: I'm like, I may have jerked on this already.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_06: Good.
- 1:04:17SPEAKER_06: Somebody has to.
- 1:04:18SPEAKER_04: Somebody has to, someone has to get absolutely railed on this thing.
- 1:04:21SPEAKER_06: Somebody absolutely has to, but it's like, put a blanket down, please.
- 1:04:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:04:25SPEAKER_04: Well, did you say I could have sex on here because I won't be messy?
- 1:04:28SPEAKER_06: Yes, definitely.
- 1:04:29SPEAKER_06: I can't like I can't get horny without my asshole sweating.
- 1:04:32SPEAKER_06: So it's like I need to like, I if I even get like if I'm like looking at you know, something vaguely erotic on my computer while I'm sitting on the couch, it's like, oh, crack.
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_06: Blasting water water out of my hole.
- 1:04:46SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:04:47SPEAKER_06: Same.
- 1:04:47SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:04:47SPEAKER_06: So you have a hairy crack?
- 1:04:49SPEAKER_06: Uh, I guess so.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_06: I mean, I'm not a very hairy person, but you're not?
- 1:04:53SPEAKER_06: Uh would you say I am?
- 1:04:54SPEAKER_06: I guess I'm hairier than you have darker body hair, but I have like more chest hair than you.
- 1:04:59SPEAKER_06: You have more chest hair.
- 1:05:00SPEAKER_06: And bigger beard.
- 1:05:01SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:05:01SPEAKER_04: Um, I don't have facial hair.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_04: It sucks.
- 1:05:04SPEAKER_04: I have a mustache.
- 1:05:04SPEAKER_04: I I love when I have mustache.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_04: That's like me.
- 1:05:07SPEAKER_04: That's my signature.
- 1:05:08SPEAKER_04: I feel like me with a stack.
- 1:05:09SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:05:10SPEAKER_04: It takes forever to grow it and I do drags.
- 1:05:11SPEAKER_06: You've never like showed each other our our holes?
- 1:05:13SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:05:14SPEAKER_06: I'm surprised actually.
- 1:05:15SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you've never seen my hole.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_04: I am surprised.
- 1:05:16SPEAKER_06: I mean, I've seen your I've seen your crack, I've seen your back patch.
- 1:05:19SPEAKER_04: Um, I got a furry crack.
- 1:05:21SPEAKER_04: I don't know.
- 1:05:21SPEAKER_06: I've seen your uh hairy mole, I've seen your hairy mole.
- 1:05:26SPEAKER_06: I've seen your um open source, your blast of moles.
- 1:05:29SPEAKER_06: Um scars.
- 1:05:32SPEAKER_03: Uh I don't have any of those things.
- 1:05:35SPEAKER_03: I know.
- 1:05:36SPEAKER_06: You do have a back patch, though.
- 1:05:37SPEAKER_04: I do have a back patch of hair, which I could maintain because one time I shaved it when we did those photos, uh huh.
- 1:05:42SPEAKER_04: And that was really maintainable because it did not come back quick.
- 1:05:45SPEAKER_04: You could reach it?
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_04: I could reach it.
- 1:05:47SPEAKER_04: Actually, I think maybe you shaved it.
- 1:05:49SPEAKER_04: Oh, maybe I did.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_04: I think you did.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_04: I just mean like the grow out process took a really long time.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_04: So that's something you can maintain.
- 1:05:54SPEAKER_04: Interesting.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_04: It doesn't bother me.
- 1:05:55SPEAKER_04: It's like all of it.
- 1:05:56SPEAKER_06: Do you have hairy crack?
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_04: Very.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_04: It's a taco.
- 1:05:58SPEAKER_06: I have a hair taco.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_06: I have hair in there.
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_06: It's hard to say if it's hairy or if it's just like normal, but I don't know.
- 1:06:03SPEAKER_06: You you and I both have like huge pubic gardens.
- 1:06:06SPEAKER_06: So we're, you know, it's who knows.
- 1:06:08SPEAKER_03: We love pubic hair.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_03: Two years.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_06: Join the Patreon to watch us put a GoPro up our ass.
- 1:06:13SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:06:14SPEAKER_04: We we do love pubes here.
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_04: We do big countries.
- 1:06:16SPEAKER_06: We are big, big pubes uh supporters here.
- 1:06:19SPEAKER_04: And you know what's like top tier of pubes for me when you have a diamond instead of a triangle.
- 1:06:24SPEAKER_04: What do you mean?
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_04: Oh, it's like goes back up.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_04: That's rare.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:06:28SPEAKER_04: Rare to have a diamond.
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_04: You don't find that too often.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_04: I certainly don't.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:06:32SPEAKER_04: So maybe one day we'll find someone.
- 1:06:34SPEAKER_06: And then they'll take over the podcast.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:06:36SPEAKER_06: So we can retire.
- 1:06:37SPEAKER_06: If you can, if you can prove to us you have a pubic diamond, you get to be on the podcast.
- 1:06:41SPEAKER_06: You get to take over the podcast.
- 1:06:42SPEAKER_04: Your diamond status.
- 1:06:43SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:06:44unknown: Yeah.
- 1:06:45SPEAKER_06: Diamond elite.
- 1:06:46SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you're diamond elite down low.
- 1:06:48SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:06:49SPEAKER_06: Should we do Alphabet Supia?
- 1:06:51SPEAKER_07: Yes.
- 1:06:52SPEAKER_06: For those who don't know, Alphabet Supia is the game wherein we come up with a top with a topic, a concept, person, place, thing, or idea, and decide.
- 1:07:03SPEAKER_06: That isn't queer already, ideally.
- 1:07:05SPEAKER_06: Right.
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_06: That is waiting to be categorized within the LGBTQIA plus spectrum.
- 1:07:11SPEAKER_06: We invite them into the rainbow coalition.
- 1:07:14SPEAKER_06: I know we said we weren't labeled whores, but we are labeled whores that assign sexualities to uh inanimate objects.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_06: And inanimate people, shape people.
- 1:07:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah, right.
- 1:07:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and it's sort of a play on alphabet mafia.
- 1:07:28SPEAKER_06: And alphabet soup.
- 1:07:29SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:07:29SPEAKER_04: So you see what we did.
- 1:07:31SPEAKER_04: Soupia is kind of a play on soup.
- 1:07:34SPEAKER_02: Kind of a play on soup.
- 1:07:37SPEAKER_03: Didn't know that would become the name, but happy to have it here.
- 1:07:40SPEAKER_03: Hey, you came up with it on that.
- 1:07:41SPEAKER_04: I'm not gonna question it.
- 1:07:42SPEAKER_01: Alphabet Soupia, it is.
- 1:07:44SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_04: I have Rogue Rats in Paris.
- 1:07:48SPEAKER_04: But was that?
- 1:07:49SPEAKER_04: I think that was that.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_04: That was for counterpunt.
- 1:07:51SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:07:52SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we'll save that one.
- 1:07:53SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:07:54SPEAKER_04: Cut that out.
- 1:07:56SPEAKER_06: Jerry.
- 1:07:56SPEAKER_06: I have the Swan.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_06: The the uh but that's not That's Counterpun.
- 1:08:00SPEAKER_06: Yeah, that's counterpunt.
- 1:08:03SPEAKER_06: We could just do Contrapunt, but you want to save those for a group?
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_04: No, we don't have to.
- 1:08:07SPEAKER_04: What did I say?
- 1:08:07SPEAKER_04: Roger's in Paris, Counterpunt?
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:08:10SPEAKER_06: Cunt.
- 1:08:11SPEAKER_04: I've never seen it.
- 1:08:13SPEAKER_04: I feel like you haven't seen so many things.
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_04: Well This is a sidebar.
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_04: Wait, so I when I was like held up my antler, I have an antler.
- 1:08:21SPEAKER_04: I was like, I watched something.
- 1:08:24SPEAKER_04: And you laughed, and I was like, did he really watch it?
- 1:08:26SPEAKER_04: I did, I watched it.
- 1:08:27SPEAKER_04: Because this guy is known for like reading the cliff notes.
- 1:08:30SPEAKER_04: His level like your psychosis manifests in like reading cliff notes of something and convincing yourself you watched it.
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_06: No, I don't know.
- 1:08:37SPEAKER_06: I don't I don't I just lie in conversation to sound smart, but it's not that I but I know.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_06: Oh but if don't you sometimes think like you got enough of it, got the gist?
- 1:08:45SPEAKER_04: You'll skip to the end.
- 1:08:46SPEAKER_04: Well, I I do love spoilers.
- 1:08:49SPEAKER_04: You never fully know if this guy has like, if he says that I've seen it, I'm like, did you see it or did you research it?
- 1:08:54SPEAKER_06: I do, well, T, but I I um I do love spoilers and I do watch things out of order because I can't be bothered.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_06: Easy.
- 1:09:01SPEAKER_06: Um, but I'll often go back to the beginning after I watch the end.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_06: Just if I because if I like it enough or if it's cool enough and it's interesting enough to me, then I'll then I'll definitely go back to the beginning and watch it.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_06: But I just don't I don't believe in the the the mystery of narrative, you know.
- 1:09:15SPEAKER_06: I'm just we we're similar though in like not caring about spoilers.
- 1:09:18SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:09:19SPEAKER_06: It's like who cares?
- 1:09:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:09:20SPEAKER_04: So that's the surprise.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_06: Totally when you hear it then and there, that's but I have in recent years I've been just more like just if I'm interested in something, just watch it and then and then rather than like reading about it first.
- 1:09:31SPEAKER_06: Did you watch it?
- 1:09:32SPEAKER_06: So you didn't Yeah, totally I thought And was it counter punt?
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_06: Um ultimately I think it was punt for me.
- 1:09:37SPEAKER_06: Um I don't I don't think Saltburn is wait, wait, Saltburn or or Yeah.
- 1:09:41SPEAKER_06: Was it Rugrats in Paris?
- 1:09:42SPEAKER_03: Um Well, you haven't seen that.
- 1:09:44SPEAKER_06: I guess that's where we're no, but okay, but but back back to that, I haven't seen Rugrats in Paris because I didn't have cable growing up.
- 1:09:49SPEAKER_06: And my parents were weirdly like anti, like they were sort of anti a lot of things that like were supposed to be for kids.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_06: Like I didn't watch Home Alone, like a lot of stuff that was like for kids, if it wasn't educational.
- 1:10:02SPEAKER_06: Yeah, truly.
- 1:10:04SPEAKER_06: So we had Rugrats the movie on VHS, but we never saw Rugrats in Paris for some reason.
- 1:10:11SPEAKER_06: So um, I don't know, can't comment.
- 1:10:13SPEAKER_06: I thought it was kind of con the fact that it's in like Chucky's mom in the clouds.
- 1:10:17SPEAKER_06: I know that that's something that's in it.
- 1:10:18SPEAKER_04: They like go to find Chucky's mom.
- 1:10:20SPEAKER_04: But she's dead, yeah.
- 1:10:22SPEAKER_04: They try to find her ashes.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_04: Oh.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_04: No, they don't.
- 1:10:25SPEAKER_04: Oh I think he's like online dating or something, or like trying to.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_04: Doesn't he get married to the but she ends up being like this wicked woman?
- 1:10:31SPEAKER_04: Oh, but what about isn't it doesn't he get a sister?
- 1:10:35SPEAKER_04: Kimmy.
- 1:10:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:10:36SPEAKER_04: We can't we can't dissect Rugrats because then it becomes not cunt.
- 1:10:40SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
- 1:10:42SPEAKER_06: The concept of Rugrats in Paris.
- 1:10:44SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:10:44SPEAKER_06: At the back of the sequel, they go to Paris.
- 1:10:46SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:10:46SPEAKER_04: And it was later released, cunt.
- 1:10:48SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:10:48SPEAKER_04: But yeah, we can't really get the nitty-gritty of uh the adoption papers.
- 1:10:53SPEAKER_06: Arguably like any well, I take that back.
- 1:10:56SPEAKER_06: I was gonna say any non-Disney animated movie is cunt, but but only if it was if it's 2D.
- 1:11:01SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:11:02SPEAKER_06: Like Anastasia, that's cant.
- 1:11:03SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:11:04SPEAKER_04: I never really saw it.
- 1:11:05SPEAKER_04: But it I know.
- 1:11:07SPEAKER_06: Why have I seen Anastasia?
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_04: And you've seen Robert's embarrassing.
- 1:11:12SPEAKER_04: I've seen Anastasia, just not fully, like enough.
- 1:11:15SPEAKER_04: I know there's a train accident.
- 1:11:17SPEAKER_04: Accident?
- 1:11:17SPEAKER_04: Or she jumps off a train into a bed of snow, yeah, then becomes a princess.
- 1:11:22SPEAKER_06: She's always a princess.
- 1:11:23SPEAKER_04: Well, she's always a princess.
- 1:11:24SPEAKER_04: She becomes like not a princess.
- 1:11:26SPEAKER_06: She has amnesia.
- 1:11:27SPEAKER_06: Oh, because she hit like a no, because she's a Roman off and her family was run out of St.
- 1:11:32SPEAKER_06: Petersburg.
- 1:11:32SPEAKER_02: Uh oh, I thought because she hit like a snowbank and was like, who am I?
- 1:11:36SPEAKER_06: No, I maybe you're a princess.
- 1:11:38SPEAKER_06: Maybe that's how it is.
- 1:11:38SPEAKER_06: Maybe that's that's how it is.
- 1:11:39SPEAKER_06: Maybe I don't know.
- 1:11:40SPEAKER_06: I can't remember.
- 1:11:41SPEAKER_06: Honestly, it's been I'm sure it's not.
- 1:11:43SPEAKER_06: So like if anyone knows Anastasia?
- 1:11:46SPEAKER_06: Yeah, Anastasia.
- 1:11:47SPEAKER_06: Anastasia Beverly Hills.
- 1:11:49unknown: Jinx!
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_06: Um anyway, Saltburn.
- 1:11:51SPEAKER_06: Anastasia.
- 1:11:52SPEAKER_06: I don't think Saltburn with cunt, unfortunately.
- 1:11:54SPEAKER_04: I do.
- 1:11:54SPEAKER_04: You think it was cunt?
- 1:11:55SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 1:11:55SPEAKER_04: Here's my thing on Saltburn.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_04: Do I think it was for a reaction?
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:12:00SPEAKER_04: The choices they made were very like, you know, to make you go, OMG.
- 1:12:06SPEAKER_06: Well, I thought actually.
- 1:12:07SPEAKER_04: So it's like the lot in that sense.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_04: The whole thing is like, I see what you're doing here.
- 1:12:11SPEAKER_04: It's like for shock value.
- 1:12:13SPEAKER_04: It's wealth, wealthy porn.
- 1:12:14SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_04: We've seen enough of that.
- 1:12:16SPEAKER_04: But at the same time, I do think it was better than people are like saying.
- 1:12:21SPEAKER_04: I think people are critiquing it in a way that's like highbrow-y, like uh, salt barn sucked.
- 1:12:25SPEAKER_04: I'm like, I think it was entertaining enough, so to give it a cunt.
- 1:12:29SPEAKER_06: So my main takeaway from it was that like like everything that he was doing, right?
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_06: With all like the perverted slash sexy stuff, like him drinking the cummy bath water, it's disgusting, but you're also kind of like, I get it.
- 1:12:41SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:12:42SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I get it.
- 1:12:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we've all been desperate.
- 1:12:46SPEAKER_06: Putting her period blood in her mouth or whatever.
- 1:12:47SPEAKER_06: I'm like, I get it.
- 1:12:48SPEAKER_04: I get it.
- 1:12:51SPEAKER_04: I did like him rimming the drain.
- 1:12:53SPEAKER_04: That was a fuck butthole metaphor.
- 1:12:55SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:12:55SPEAKER_04: Right?
- 1:12:56SPEAKER_06: Oh, I mean, sure.
- 1:12:57SPEAKER_06: Okay.
- 1:12:58SPEAKER_06: I mean, I just got disgusting.
- 1:12:59SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:13:00SPEAKER_04: I should show my mom that.
- 1:13:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:13:02SPEAKER_04: But I want to, because I'm like, ooh, that it's a good movie for people like my parents, because it's like stimulating and exciting and provocative for them.
- 1:13:10SPEAKER_06: But for like people who But see, I feel like for me, my main critique of it was the pacing.
- 1:13:16SPEAKER_06: Like I thought it indulged way too much in these, you know, as someone who loves visuals, I thought there was a lot of fluff, visual fluff that did not need to be there, that lingered way too long.
- 1:13:28SPEAKER_06: Specifically, like the last, the big last party chapter of the film.
- 1:13:31SPEAKER_06: There's just so many shots of like searching through the crowd.
- 1:13:34SPEAKER_06: And it's like, I get it, you have colorful lights, but it's like this could be one-tenth of the time we're spending here.
- 1:13:39SPEAKER_06: Trim it down.
- 1:13:40SPEAKER_06: It's not it's not that interesting.
- 1:13:42SPEAKER_04: Although I did love that he left his antlers on, because that was really annoying.
- 1:13:45SPEAKER_04: Because like, based on what he was feeling, you would think that the character would take off the antlers, but he was such a loser that he has those that costume fused to his head the entire time, which I thought was like a really good choice.
- 1:13:56SPEAKER_04: Because it was annoying me that he wasn't taking them off because he was like emotional and things, he's a liar now, everything kind of fell apart.
- 1:14:01SPEAKER_04: So I'm like, a normal person wouldn't be like, What am I doing?
- 1:14:04SPEAKER_04: But he's not normal, but he's not normal.
- 1:14:06SPEAKER_04: It's like he's such a desperate loser that he's like Well, he's not a desperate loser, he's he's crazy.
- 1:14:10SPEAKER_06: Crazy.
- 1:14:10SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:14:11SPEAKER_04: But just like, I don't know.
- 1:14:12SPEAKER_04: I thought it was a good choice to leave those horns on.
- 1:14:14SPEAKER_04: And I should have made a headband of my antlers and worn it today.
- 1:14:17SPEAKER_04: Don't you only have one?
- 1:14:18SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it would have been funny with one on my head.
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_04: Funny, funny, really funny stuff.
- 1:14:23SPEAKER_03: Good stuff, big stuff.
- 1:14:24SPEAKER_06: Uh yeah, to me it's not, it's not cunt because ultimately it was it just wasn't tight enough.
- 1:14:29SPEAKER_06: It kind of fell apart for me in places it got boring, it took too long.
- 1:14:32SPEAKER_06: I I liked where it ended.
- 1:14:35SPEAKER_06: I thought like the last the ramp up to the end where it just is clear that he's literally like a disgusting, awful, soulless, crazy person was great.
- 1:14:47SPEAKER_06: And I I just thought it took it just took its time getting there and totally flawed.
- 1:14:51SPEAKER_04: It's not this like pristine piece of like cinema for sure.
- 1:14:54SPEAKER_04: I'm aware of like why people are like raising a it's more it's more nose to it.
- 1:14:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's more like a but I'm just like I think it was kind of horny and fun and pretty and like agreed, agreed, agreed.
- 1:15:05SPEAKER_04: The shock value worked on me.
- 1:15:06SPEAKER_04: I was like, I get it.
- 1:15:07SPEAKER_04: It's an eye roll because of what you're doing, but I'm like, ooh.
- 1:15:13SPEAKER_04: Okay.
- 1:15:14unknown: Sorry.
- 1:15:16SPEAKER_04: Embarrassing.
- 1:15:17SPEAKER_01: No, I'm just like, I just didn't feel much about it.
- 1:15:19SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna regret doing that.
- 1:15:22SPEAKER_04: I thought a little physical comedy good save this.
- 1:15:25SPEAKER_04: We do it, we need it, yeah.
- 1:15:28SPEAKER_05: No, I agree with everything you said up until the full body convulsion.
- 1:15:32SPEAKER_04: That's my mom during the dream scene.
- 1:15:33SPEAKER_05: She's like, oh yeah.
- 1:15:37SPEAKER_03: She's like, and put the jiffy on.
- 1:15:44SPEAKER_06: That's jiffy pop for you, Gen Z.
- 1:15:46SPEAKER_06: I'm laughing because it's like by that point in time, she's like, uh I'm gonna want some popcorn.
- 1:15:51SPEAKER_00: No, I'm gonna want some poppy cock.
- 1:15:54SPEAKER_04: My God.
- 1:15:54SPEAKER_04: Uh um, that movie scared me and made me feel crazy because I do think, like, at my worst, and I'm not a bad person because I put the work in, and I do think actually everyone defaults to being a good person.
- 1:16:07SPEAKER_04: I think.
- 1:16:08SPEAKER_04: Uh what am I saying?
- 1:16:09SPEAKER_04: What are you saying?
- 1:16:09SPEAKER_04: What are you talking about?
- 1:16:11SPEAKER_04: I'm like, I killed someone! It was an accident.
- 1:16:15SPEAKER_04: Oh my god.
- 1:16:17SPEAKER_04: Oh, the what are you saying?
- 1:16:21SPEAKER_04: Me at my worst, or I'm afraid of me at my worst, is Oliver in the movie, like a con artist, like seductress, manipulator.
- 1:16:32SPEAKER_04: I think I'd be a good con artist if I was a bad person, but I'm not.
- 1:16:36SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:16:36SPEAKER_04: Because I put the work in and I think people like default to being a good person.
- 1:16:40SPEAKER_04: I think people are born good.
- 1:16:41SPEAKER_04: Anyways, at my worst, I'm Oliver from Saltburn and Dorinda.
- 1:16:46SPEAKER_04: That's like what you're dealing with.
- 1:16:48SPEAKER_04: Isn't that a horrible crazy?
- 1:16:50SPEAKER_04: You're not Oliver from Saltburn.
- 1:16:54SPEAKER_04: I know I'm not.
- 1:16:55SPEAKER_04: Thank you.
- 1:16:56SPEAKER_04: But I'm like at my worst, I'm like, I could, I could be a con artist.
- 1:17:02SPEAKER_04: I don't want to be.
- 1:17:02SPEAKER_06: But we but ultimately I think I want to be Dorinda?
- 1:17:05SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:17:06SPEAKER_06: Uh but ultimately ultimately at your worst, that that just means you're a you're just a good liar.
- 1:17:10SPEAKER_06: But he's he's a he's a murdering psychopath.
- 1:17:13SPEAKER_06: He's a literal psychopath.
- 1:17:14SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you're not gonna murder anyone.
- 1:17:16SPEAKER_04: But also like But I will take your mansion.
- 1:17:19SPEAKER_04: But I did say remind me to poison you and fuck your grave.
- 1:17:22SPEAKER_06: Yeah, again, I get it.
- 1:17:24SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:17:25SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:17:25SPEAKER_06: I get it.
- 1:17:26SPEAKER_04: You know what?
- 1:17:26SPEAKER_04: Sometimes you just gotta, anyways, yeah.
- 1:17:28SPEAKER_04: Like you're Luan at your worst, uh-huh.
- 1:17:30SPEAKER_04: And I'm Dorinda at my worst, but it's like Dorinda plus Barry.
- 1:17:33SPEAKER_06: Who's my I'm like it's Fred Kruger, like yeah.
- 1:17:40SPEAKER_04: That's not for the year.
- 1:17:42SPEAKER_04: Um Yeah, maybe maybe you're just Luann.
- 1:17:46SPEAKER_04: It doesn't have to be a cocktail of bad people.
- 1:17:49SPEAKER_06: Um you're not just a Wann, you're a cocktail.
- 1:17:52SPEAKER_06: I'm a cocktail of a thousand horrible people.
- 1:17:54SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:17:55SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:17:55SPEAKER_06: Um I don't think I don't think uh You're jungle juice.
- 1:18:00SPEAKER_06: Shut up.
- 1:18:00SPEAKER_06: I don't think ten hours later.
- 1:18:02SPEAKER_06: I'm trying to say my point.
- 1:18:03SPEAKER_06: I don't think it was cunt.
- 1:18:04SPEAKER_06: I but I also think I don't think it was punt.
- 1:18:06SPEAKER_06: I don't think it was punt.
- 1:18:07SPEAKER_04: Oh, there's no middle ground.
- 1:18:08SPEAKER_04: Well, I'm taking I'm building one.
- 1:18:10SPEAKER_04: We believe in a hard black and white binary here.
- 1:18:12SPEAKER_04: True.
- 1:18:12SPEAKER_04: On the cunty.
- 1:18:14SPEAKER_03: Then it's kidding, it's fluid.
- 1:18:15SPEAKER_03: We're fluid.
- 1:18:16SPEAKER_03: Then it's punt.
- 1:18:20SPEAKER_03: We gotta make graphics for that.
- 1:18:21SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:18:22SPEAKER_06: Misha.
- 1:18:22SPEAKER_03: Misha?
- 1:18:23SPEAKER_03: Misha, you in the topiari?
- 1:18:25unknown: Give me out.
- 1:18:26SPEAKER_06: Um, what else did I watch?
- 1:18:28SPEAKER_03: But do you agree that you're Luann and I'm Dorinda?
- 1:18:31SPEAKER_06: Explain it to me.
- 1:18:32SPEAKER_06: Because I do ultimately agree.
- 1:18:33SPEAKER_06: Like her falseness and her haughtiness and her kind of like how how messy she gets, and you're like insecure, fat, ugly, smelly.
- 1:18:41SPEAKER_06: Uh yeah.
- 1:18:43SPEAKER_04: Like Dorinda and Luann are both insecure in different ways, and I think it's like sometimes how if we are, if we're bad.
- 1:18:48SPEAKER_04: But I could almost see it flipping too, though, at the same time.
- 1:18:51SPEAKER_06: Because like how like much like a dog with a bone Dorinda gets, where she like won't let something go.
- 1:18:58SPEAKER_06: I could could see that being me.
- 1:19:02SPEAKER_06: Um and then I guess you're not really.
- 1:19:05SPEAKER_06: I'm not a win at all.
- 1:19:06SPEAKER_04: I don't think I pretend to be something I'm not ever, but I do think I think I'm better than people accidentally which is the Dorinda, like, everything I do and say and touch is like gold.
- 1:19:19SPEAKER_04: I made it nice.
- 1:19:20SPEAKER_04: Well, I made it nice.
- 1:19:22SPEAKER_04: We made it nice.
- 1:19:26SPEAKER_04: And like she gets mean.
- 1:19:28SPEAKER_04: Which I'm actually not a mean person at all.
- 1:19:30SPEAKER_04: But I think I can, if you poke my buttons, I can fucking I I'll throw a dagger.
- 1:19:35SPEAKER_06: I just don't necessarily ever think about you or us in the in that way.
- 1:19:41SPEAKER_06: So it's hard to say.
- 1:19:42SPEAKER_06: Um, but I'm Bethany, and that's it.
- 1:19:46SPEAKER_06: How are you?
- 1:19:47SPEAKER_06: No, I'm just trying to pretending.
- 1:19:49SPEAKER_04: But what is your housewife cocktail?
- 1:19:51SPEAKER_04: Not about you as a bad person.
- 1:19:53SPEAKER_04: This is we say Luann and Durinda like at our worst, who, which is not actually who we are, but separate from that whole conversation, you as a person, what's your housewife cocktail?
- 1:20:02SPEAKER_04: Like, who are you?
- 1:20:03SPEAKER_04: Who am I?
- 1:20:04SPEAKER_04: Like my signs of you get three.
- 1:20:08SPEAKER_04: I think I'm Dorinda, Sonia, and Carol.
- 1:20:11SPEAKER_04: Are you only doing New York?
- 1:20:13SPEAKER_04: I think I'm also, yeah, actually, that's hard because that I don't know.
- 1:20:17SPEAKER_04: I apparently I am only doing New York.
- 1:20:19SPEAKER_04: But I do think I'm a little bit of Dory.
- 1:20:23SPEAKER_04: Sowie.
- 1:20:25SPEAKER_04: You know what I mean?
- 1:20:25SPEAKER_04: I am Doree a little bit.
- 1:20:26SPEAKER_06: Yeah, because it's like I'm Eileen a little bit.
- 1:20:29SPEAKER_06: Who's Eileen?
- 1:20:30SPEAKER_06: She was like back in the like early Rena era.
- 1:20:32SPEAKER_06: She was also the like the other soap star.
- 1:20:34SPEAKER_06: She was blonde and like just very kind of like mellow, but like also very like, she's like, Beast! How dare you! Oh, oh, I know beast.
- 1:20:42SPEAKER_04: Beast! How dare you! That's like one of the best scenes ever heard.
- 1:20:44SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:20:45SPEAKER_04: Do you agree with my combo?
- 1:20:46SPEAKER_04: What was it?
- 1:20:46SPEAKER_04: At least it's New York.
- 1:20:47SPEAKER_04: What was it?
- 1:20:48SPEAKER_04: My New York combo, I think, would be Sonia Durinda Carol.
- 1:20:53SPEAKER_06: Mine's like Bethany.
- 1:20:55SPEAKER_06: Carolyn Luann Bethany.
- 1:20:57SPEAKER_06: Like Luen?
- 1:20:58SPEAKER_06: Luen.
- 1:20:58SPEAKER_06: Luen.
- 1:20:59SPEAKER_06: Carol Luann Bethany.
- 1:21:01SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:21:02SPEAKER_04: You can bring in other franchises.
- 1:21:03SPEAKER_04: Because again, I think I am just actually Dorite.
- 1:21:05SPEAKER_06: But then it's like my my my go-to is always like the most boring one.
- 1:21:09SPEAKER_06: So I'm like Eileen, uh, what's her face from Atlanta?
- 1:21:13SPEAKER_06: Um, Cynthia Bailey.
- 1:21:15SPEAKER_06: Um Gina from OC.
- 1:21:20SPEAKER_05: No! Uh you're Gina.
- 1:21:23SPEAKER_05: You're Gina.
- 1:21:24SPEAKER_06: I am Gina, though.
- 1:21:26SPEAKER_04: Sometimes I'm like, it'd be funny if my name was Dame Gina.
- 1:21:29SPEAKER_04: So it's a play.
- 1:21:30SPEAKER_04: It's a play on Damn Gina.
- 1:21:32SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:21:32SPEAKER_04: It's like Dame Gina.
- 1:21:33SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:21:33SPEAKER_04: We can't talk about Housewives.
- 1:21:35SPEAKER_04: We can't talk about my name.
- 1:21:36SPEAKER_04: We can't talk about the set.
- 1:21:38SPEAKER_06: Well, should we should we wrap it up?
- 1:21:40SPEAKER_06: Any final cunty thoughts for um the year?
- 1:21:45SPEAKER_06: Also, it's 2024 now.
- 1:21:46SPEAKER_06: Oh my god.
- 1:21:47SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:21:48SPEAKER_06: Oh my god.
- 1:21:49SPEAKER_06: What are you focusing on this year?
- 1:21:50SPEAKER_06: I'm getting a tan.
- 1:21:51SPEAKER_06: Really?
- 1:21:52SPEAKER_06: I don't I've already told you this.
- 1:21:54SPEAKER_06: My New Year's resolutions are getting a tan and lying to myself.
- 1:21:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:21:58SPEAKER_04: Mine is saying no more.
- 1:22:01SPEAKER_04: And lying to myself.
- 1:22:03SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:22:04SPEAKER_04: Sometimes you gotta.
- 1:22:05SPEAKER_06: Well, literally everybody else is.
- 1:22:06SPEAKER_06: So it's like if everybody else can be 100% fine with all the things they're putting out in the world, I can be fine with what I'm putting out in the world.
- 1:22:12SPEAKER_04: Oh, I said I want it to become beerby.
- 1:22:14SPEAKER_04: Like a beer.
- 1:22:15SPEAKER_04: Beerby.
- 1:22:16SPEAKER_06: Bear Barbie?
- 1:22:17SPEAKER_04: Yeah, bear barbie.
- 1:22:18SPEAKER_06: So you're doing bearded drag?
- 1:22:19SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:22:19SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:22:20SPEAKER_04: No, unfortunately, like the drag I like is very crossy.
- 1:22:23SPEAKER_04: It's not crossy.
- 1:22:24SPEAKER_06: If it was crossy, it you'd be like jeans.
- 1:22:26SPEAKER_06: That's not crossy.
- 1:22:27SPEAKER_06: Well, yeah.
- 1:22:28SPEAKER_04: Jeans are crossy.
- 1:22:29SPEAKER_04: Crossy is like lingerie rap dress.
- 1:22:34SPEAKER_04: No, it's like just Yeah, yeah.
- 1:22:37SPEAKER_04: All right, I see where you're going.
- 1:22:38SPEAKER_04: You're talking about like crossy in the bedroom.
- 1:22:39SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:22:40SPEAKER_04: I'm talking about crossy, like at like I'm talking like crossy Craigslist.
- 1:22:43SPEAKER_04: Oh bon pun.
- 1:22:44SPEAKER_04: Like rap dress.
- 1:22:48SPEAKER_04: Gotcha.
- 1:22:49SPEAKER_04: Crossbody bag.
- 1:22:50SPEAKER_06: You're talking, you're just talking it's just normal girl.
- 1:22:52SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:22:53SPEAKER_04: Normal woman.
- 1:22:54SPEAKER_04: No, I do like a high femme drag, unfortunately, because like me as a boy, I want to be like a big hairy meatball man.
- 1:22:59SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:23:00SPEAKER_04: Beer.
- 1:23:00SPEAKER_04: Uh-huh.
- 1:23:00SPEAKER_04: So I jokingly was like, I'm beer bee now.
- 1:23:02SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:23:03SPEAKER_04: I'm gonna become that.
- 1:23:04SPEAKER_04: But I don't like I don't like blurring those lines.
- 1:23:06SPEAKER_04: So we're gonna figure out a way to do both.
- 1:23:09SPEAKER_06: But the fun part about the whole your whole experience is that it's like you do seeing it up close and personal, like for for a while I was like, I don't necessarily know.
- 1:23:16SPEAKER_06: Well, no, actually, this isn't true.
- 1:23:17SPEAKER_06: I've always kept saying I've always felt that drag is and of itself like a very specific form of like gender translocation.
- 1:23:30SPEAKER_06: For sure.
- 1:23:30SPEAKER_06: Even if you feel cis, like even if you like are 100% like you're not feeling any kind of dysphoria like in the gender that you present at any time, like the the idea of feminizing and beautifying and transforming to me, it's part of the spectrum.
- 1:23:47SPEAKER_06: Absolutely.
- 1:23:48SPEAKER_06: But but what my point was gonna be like seeing it up close and personal, I think like I feel that more than ever.
- 1:23:53SPEAKER_06: I I think actually.
- 1:23:54SPEAKER_06: And then and then to relate it to what do you feel more than ever?
- 1:23:56SPEAKER_06: Well that like it's part of the gender experience, 100%.
- 1:23:59SPEAKER_06: Um I feel in my own kind of like gender explorations, it's kind of like I I find myself feeling more and more comfortable in like a neutral space.
- 1:24:11SPEAKER_06: Like I'm 100% comfortable with the way I present and like what I've got going on, but I feel less and less comfortable with like the way that traditional masculinity is like dealt with by the world and by society.
- 1:24:27SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:24:27SPEAKER_06: Like I really hate when like men like talk to me like a man.
- 1:24:35SPEAKER_06: Like it's just like something that like really bothers me.
- 1:24:37SPEAKER_06: Like it I found it like during during the the pandemic more than ever, it was like when it first kind of like struck me in the bill.
- 1:24:42SPEAKER_06: It was like when guys, you know, uh like working remotely like on Slack would always be like, Thank you very much, sir, or like thank you, brother.
- 1:24:49SPEAKER_06: And it's sort of like don't like don't talk to me like that.
- 1:24:52SPEAKER_06: Like I don't like that.
- 1:24:54SPEAKER_06: And it part of it's like a part of it's like a theoretical thing where I'm like, just don't don't say stuff like that to people, like if you don't know what how they kind of what they're comfortable with.
- 1:25:02SPEAKER_06: Part of it's like a personal thing where it's like don't talk to me that way.
- 1:25:04SPEAKER_06: Like I just yeah.
- 1:25:06SPEAKER_04: Yeah, do you think that's like trans adjacent, or do you think that's also just stemming from like growing up gay?
- 1:25:12SPEAKER_06: And that's I think those things are more related than maybe most would.
- 1:25:16SPEAKER_06: I agree.
- 1:25:17SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:25:18SPEAKER_06: Because you can't be a gay boy without being a feminine boy, and you can't be a feminine boy without being feminine, and you can't be feminine without being a trans woman.
- 1:25:27SPEAKER_06: Woman.
- 1:25:27SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:25:28SPEAKER_04: So fact check that.
- 1:25:30SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:25:30SPEAKER_06: Everyone's like, no, no, I know no and no, and you're canceled.
- 1:25:33SPEAKER_06: We're cancelled.
- 1:25:34SPEAKER_06: It's wrong for me to claim non-binary, but I believe in it 100%.
- 1:25:39SPEAKER_06: Like a not like I don't believe in a gender binary.
- 1:25:41SPEAKER_06: Like I just I just definitely think that is like not accurate for the world.
- 1:25:46SPEAKER_04: It's interesting.
- 1:25:46SPEAKER_04: Like, um friend of the pod, Peter Smith, non-binary icon Diva once was talking to me about gender, and we were just like going, and they were like, I feel neither.
- 1:26:01SPEAKER_04: And I was like, oh, that's so interesting.
- 1:26:02SPEAKER_04: Cause for me personally, that doesn't relate.
- 1:26:05SPEAKER_04: Because I definitely feel strongly like both.
- 1:26:07SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:26:08SPEAKER_04: Which I know it's more or less the same exact thing, but just like it struck me as like a oh, this is interesting to me because I don't feel like neither.
- 1:26:14SPEAKER_04: I feel very much like a man, and then she's very much real there and a part of me.
- 1:26:18SPEAKER_04: So it's like you get both.
- 1:26:20SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:26:21SPEAKER_06: I think we definitely are gender fuck gender gendernauts.
- 1:26:27SPEAKER_06: Gender like juggernaut.
- 1:26:30SPEAKER_06: Like astronauts.
- 1:26:31SPEAKER_06: Juggernaut.
- 1:26:32SPEAKER_06: Yeah, you're the juggernaut.
- 1:26:33SPEAKER_06: Juggernaut.
- 1:26:34SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:26:34SPEAKER_06: You're more jugger than not.
- 1:26:36SPEAKER_06: Yeah, juggy.
- 1:26:37SPEAKER_06: Anyway, we're off the rails.
- 1:26:38SPEAKER_06: Um, and we're boring.
- 1:26:40SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:26:40SPEAKER_06: We're poor?
- 1:26:41SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:26:41SPEAKER_06: Um we're boring.
- 1:26:42SPEAKER_06: And we're boring.
- 1:26:43SPEAKER_06: Let's wrap it up.
- 1:26:44SPEAKER_06: Um, my final cunty thought is that I love doing this with you.
- 1:26:48SPEAKER_06: I love doing this with you.
- 1:26:49SPEAKER_06: I love you, I love you, I love you.
- 1:26:50SPEAKER_04: We say I love you a lot accidentally.
- 1:26:52SPEAKER_06: You've been saying it more.
- 1:26:53SPEAKER_04: No, an equal amount.
- 1:26:54SPEAKER_04: I I don't say it.
- 1:26:57SPEAKER_06: Um, no, but I really I really do.
- 1:26:58SPEAKER_06: It's been a great experience.
- 1:27:00SPEAKER_06: I feel it feels weird to like it feel I don't it doesn't feel like this it sounds like I'm being final because but there's something about like us being boys where it's like we don't get to be fully present when we're doing pull-ups of a guest and then you're in drag and everything.
- 1:27:11SPEAKER_04: But it's just how has your experience been during this?
- 1:27:15SPEAKER_04: Us together?
- 1:27:16SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:27:16SPEAKER_04: I I mean Mike and I are doing this alone, and it's a lot because we have chosen to make it a lot because that's what we like to do.
- 1:27:23SPEAKER_04: We're over the top, and we're not gonna apologize for that.
- 1:27:27SPEAKER_04: But it is difficult when we're still learning a flow and kind of holding it all together just as two people because I'm in drag and he's taking care of all of the tech of it all, and we're just I feel frustrated in the experience thus far because I feel like I can't access my full personality.
- 1:27:45SPEAKER_04: I'm overcompensating for my personality because that's all I have like left in the tank, or like I'm just so like spread thin that I like can't like drop into my body yet.
- 1:27:56SPEAKER_04: But that's just a stamina thing, and you know we're working on it.
- 1:27:59SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:28:00SPEAKER_06: I guess for me, it's almost like I similarly am usually maxed out by the time we start.
- 1:28:06SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:28:07SPEAKER_06: That I I can't even be insecure about the things I'm normally insecure about when it comes to like performing and being on camera and stuff like that.
- 1:28:14SPEAKER_04: So it's just can work in your favor.
- 1:28:15SPEAKER_04: Totally.
- 1:28:15SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:28:16SPEAKER_04: I mean, I don't It's like when we used to like perform in video and stuff, and we'd be so tired that there were that you just don't have energy for nerves.
- 1:28:24SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:28:25SPEAKER_04: Which that works in your favor.
- 1:28:26SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:28:26SPEAKER_06: I I can honestly say I've never been nervous any of the times we've sat down to record.
- 1:28:31SPEAKER_06: Just last episode, I was at the top and I was like, why am I nervous?
- 1:28:34SPEAKER_04: But I didn't seem nervous when you uh watch it back.
- 1:28:36SPEAKER_06: I didn't feel nervous.
- 1:28:37SPEAKER_06: I I just didn't feel prepared to like play the way maybe like I needed to with who we were recording with.
- 1:28:43SPEAKER_06: Um but not to be too philosophical, but this whole thing for both of us is like kind of a very like cool, important like experiment, maybe even healing kind of step for both of us because we're like just we got a lot of baggage.
- 1:28:58SPEAKER_06: We're just raw, raw personality.
- 1:29:00SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:29:00SPEAKER_06: And and you know what?
- 1:29:01SPEAKER_06: There's nothing wrong with that.
- 1:29:02SPEAKER_04: There's nothing wrong with with who with who we are.
- 1:29:04SPEAKER_04: And we're not hiding behind anything like wigs and makeup and dresses.
- 1:29:07SPEAKER_04: Totally.
- 1:29:08SPEAKER_06: None of that.
- 1:29:09SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:29:09SPEAKER_06: Or not hiding behind someone wearing wigs and dresses.
- 1:29:12SPEAKER_03: Yeah, true.
- 1:29:13SPEAKER_04: It's even worse.
- 1:29:16SPEAKER_03: Oh my god.
- 1:29:18SPEAKER_04: Uh no, but uh we're trying to wrap it up.
- 1:29:22SPEAKER_04: But yeah, me being in drag this time around is uh usually if I'm in drag, I am more of like a character actor or like playing a character.
- 1:29:29SPEAKER_04: This has been very just like my personality, Ang's personality as Gina.
- 1:29:34SPEAKER_04: So it's it's a new experience for me as well.
- 1:29:36SPEAKER_04: But I but I'm enjoying the ride.
- 1:29:38SPEAKER_06: Me too.
- 1:29:39SPEAKER_06: And I what I want to do with anybody else.
- 1:29:42SPEAKER_04: Yes.
- 1:29:43SPEAKER_04: You're like, I'm just gonna do it.
- 1:29:44SPEAKER_04: I don't say it.
- 1:29:44SPEAKER_04: I'm like you're like yes, you're like, uh me, uh I yes, I enjoy doing it with you.
- 1:29:53SPEAKER_04: And I am open to uh you're like I'm open to new hosts, uh co-hosts.
- 1:29:57SPEAKER_04: I'm open to adjustments in the structure and what we've come up with.
- 1:30:03SPEAKER_04: And never you're my ride or die.
- 1:30:07SPEAKER_06: Yeah.
- 1:30:07SPEAKER_06: I mean, you're my favorite drag queen and comedian, even though you're neither of those.
- 1:30:11SPEAKER_04: Neither of those things.
- 1:30:14SPEAKER_04: Um you're my favorite asshole.
- 1:30:17SPEAKER_04: Thanks.
- 1:30:17SPEAKER_04: I am that.
- 1:30:18SPEAKER_04: You are that.
- 1:30:19SPEAKER_04: And on that note, tune in next week when we have a guest that's not a pillow.
- 1:30:25SPEAKER_04: Although Gina will be back.
- 1:30:27SPEAKER_04: She really killed it.
- 1:30:28SPEAKER_04: She did.
- 1:30:30SPEAKER_04: Um I know.
- 1:30:35SPEAKER_04: Oh my god.
- 1:30:36SPEAKER_04: Wow, okay.
- 1:30:37SPEAKER_04: Wow.
- 1:30:39SPEAKER_04: That's Patreon.
- 1:30:40SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:30:41SPEAKER_04: Gina will be back.
- 1:30:42SPEAKER_04: And Mike will be gone.
- 1:30:44SPEAKER_04: And Mike will be gone.
- 1:30:46SPEAKER_04: Underneath the couch.
- 1:30:48SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:30:49SPEAKER_04: Ooh, that's giving uh Wicked Witch the East.
- 1:30:53SPEAKER_04: What's whatever's the bad one that no one cares about?
- 1:30:55SPEAKER_06: The yeast, yeah.
- 1:30:56SPEAKER_06: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:30:56SPEAKER_06: That's a great um Halloween decoration for the future.
- 1:30:59SPEAKER_04: Oh, just leg.
- 1:31:00SPEAKER_04: That's funny.
- 1:31:00SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
- 1:31:01SPEAKER_04: I'm like, that's funny.
- 1:31:02SPEAKER_04: Be that witch no one cares about.
- 1:31:05SPEAKER_04: There's only one, Alpha.
- 1:31:07SPEAKER_04: And it's me.
- 1:31:08SPEAKER_04: It's me.
- 1:31:09SPEAKER_06: It's keep your ballot cry out of episode four or five?
- 1:31:16SPEAKER_06: What do we have?
- 1:31:17SPEAKER_06: Uh it depends.
- 1:31:17SPEAKER_06: Do the math.
- 1:31:18SPEAKER_06: It depends on which one we put out first.
- 1:31:20SPEAKER_06: Uh it's gonna be chronological.
- 1:31:22SPEAKER_06: Because I could I could see us cutting the entire um uh this pre-chandelier episode, the one after the photo shoot.
- 1:31:30SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I mean, I hate that, but maybe there's there's gotta be a real in there.
- 1:31:32SPEAKER_04: Come on, I had an updo.
