- 0:00Speaker 1: Smith's fresh for everyone. We have an article tonight from
- 0:05the Daily Beast and it's talking about one of the
- 0:09co conspirators possibly suing Jeffrey Epstein's estate. I guess Elaine
- 0:15Maxwell set a trend. Huh. She comes out and says
- 0:18she's suing the estate. Now an alleged co conspirator might
- 0:22be suing the estate. All of these people who were
- 0:26involved in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal organization, the criminal enterprise, now
- 0:32believe that they were victimized. That's what they would have
- 0:34us believe. They would have us all believe that they
- 0:36were victims. Now, all right, well, let's read the article
- 0:40and see what the article has to say, and let's
- 0:42see if any opinions are swayed. Like I said, it's
- 0:46from the Daily Beast. The author, Kate Bricklett, is one
- 0:51of Jeffrey Epstein's alleged accomplices suing his a state for damages.
- 0:55Earlier this month, Epstein's accused Madam, oh God, accused Madam,
- 1:00accused co conspirator Gelaane Maxwell filed a lawsuit against his
- 1:04six hundred million dollar estate, saying she was receiving death
- 1:08threats and that the financier pedophile promised to always provide
- 1:12her with monetary support. Isn't that nice? Huh? You just
- 1:15make all kinds of claims, you know. Well, I'll tell
- 1:18you what. The King of Siam in the old days
- 1:20said that I'm part of his family and I should
- 1:23have some of his fortune. You make whatever claims you want,
- 1:26all right. The Sultan of BRUNEI told me that he's
- 1:29gonna drop off one hundred and fifty million dollars later
- 1:31on tonight. Can you make sure that occurs. It's it's
- 1:35crazy on its face. All of a sudden, we're supposed
- 1:37to believe Gilaane Maxwell. All of a sudden, we're supposed
- 1:41to feel bad for Gilaine Maxwell. We're supposed to look
- 1:43at her like she's a victim in all of this,
- 1:45like she's just some poor innocent that got swept up
- 1:48in all of this. Sorry, that's not going to occur.
- 1:51We know what you were up to, Gilane. We know,
- 1:54and the authorities know too. For whatever reason they have
- 1:57been dragging their feet. That's you know, that's their business,
- 1:59ide guess. But don't think that the people don't know,
- 2:02because everybody has seen the evidence. We all know the deal.
- 2:07Now a mystery woman who spent time in Epstein's orbit
- 2:11is also pursuing a case against the estate, saying her
- 2:14reputation has been ruined and that she's virtually bankrupt from
- 2:18having to defend yourself against false accusations relating to Epstein's
- 2:22sex crimes. Now, that's pretty vague a mystery woman, right,
- 2:26I can't have too strong of an opinion one way
- 2:28or the other. But if it's one of the Core
- 2:29of four, well, I don't even know what to say.
- 2:33If it's one of the Core four, then that there's
- 2:36gonna be a big problem because these those girls, the
- 2:39ladies in the Corps four, have no business playing the victim.
- 2:43The only one that you can make a case was
- 2:45victimized out of them girls, in my opinion, would be
- 2:49Nadiam Marsonkova. And like I said, I'm torn about what
- 2:53her punishment should be if it's proven that she took
- 2:56part in all of this. Right, So, the only one
- 3:00out of the core four who I believe deserves any
- 3:03sort of leniency maybe or half the sentence that the
- 3:07other ones get, it's Nadiam marson Kova. If it's any
- 3:11of the other three who have come out and they
- 3:14think that they're going to sue over this, and they
- 3:16think we're gonna feel bad because they're virtually bankrupt, or
- 3:19that they had to defend themselves against false accusations. Really,
- 3:23so what about the survivors? What about the girls who
- 3:26for years had to fight off all of these charges
- 3:29that they were drug addicts or liars or crazy or
- 3:32all of the above. What about them? We're just supposed
- 3:37to feel bad for people who these survivors are accusing. Sorry,
- 3:42I can't do that, and I won't do that again.
- 3:45We don't know exactly who this person is. She's just
- 3:48going as Jane, going by Jane Doe right now. So
- 3:51all of this is pure speculation. Obviously. What I'm saying is,
- 3:55if it's any of the three Leslie Groff, Adriana Ross
- 3:59or Sarah Kell and Vickers who are coming out and
- 4:02suing this estate, I just that's beyond the pale of gross.
- 4:07But it's not shocking considering what their best friend, Helene
- 4:10Maxwell did right The plaintiff, identified only as Jane Doe,
- 4:16quietly filed a federal lawsuit on March seventeenth. She alleges
- 4:20Epstein sexually abused her, starting when she was twenty two
- 4:23years old in the early two thousands and destroyed her
- 4:26reputation and career prospects. Now we can do the research
- 4:32and try and pinpoint who it is, but I'm not
- 4:34going to do that her name. She wants to go
- 4:36under Jane Doe. That's what she filed as. And if
- 4:39it's not one of these cores for if it's somebody else,
- 4:42then you know, I'm not going to try and put
- 4:45them on blast and find out who they are. We'll
- 4:48just call them Jane Doe like this article does. And
- 4:51when I first started this podcast, I wasn't naming any
- 4:54of these girls by their name. I was calling them
- 4:57Jane Doe one, two, three, et cetera, et cetera, till
- 5:00they started coming out in the papers more prevalently and
- 5:03and you know, saying who they were and stuff like that,
- 5:06because you know, I wasn't there, right And if this
- 5:11isn't one of the Core four, and this is just
- 5:13some girl that was in Jeffrey's Jeffrey Epstein's orbit, well
- 5:17I don't want to, you know, jump on jump on
- 5:21her and criticize because I don't know right who this
- 5:26person is. My point is, if it is one of
- 5:29the Core four, which it's more than likely one of them, right,
- 5:34more than likely. If it's one of them, it's gross.
- 5:38The complaint, filed in the Southern District of New York,
- 5:41seeks justice for the sexual crimes perpetrated against her by
- 5:44Jeffrey Epstein over the course of many years, and for
- 5:48the abuse, manipulation, and exploitation she suffered at his hands.
- 5:53The lawsuit is about Jane Doe claiming her power, becoming
- 5:57a survivor not a victim, and getting rested for the
- 6:00sexual crimes perpetrated against her. The complaint states, Okay, well again,
- 6:09I don't know who this person is. I don't know
- 6:13if it's one of the Core four or somebody else,
- 6:17so I don't really have much to add to any
- 6:19of that. Let's see who this is. Let's see what
- 6:22happens with the lawsuit and go from there. Right, Doe
- 6:27is represented by the law firm of Kaiser, Souer, Born
- 6:31and Mayor, which also represents Jennifer Arroz, who says Epstein
- 6:35started sexually abusing her when she was fourteen. That's kind
- 6:39of interesting, right, So they already are representing Jennifer Araz,
- 6:45and now they've taken on this Jane Doe as one
- 6:49of their clients as well, So that kind of gives
- 6:51me pause. Is it a co conspirator like the headline suggests,
- 6:55or could that just be you know, more of the
- 6:59more of the clickbait same. I mean, this is a
- 7:01good article, don't get me wrong, but that might be
- 7:04a bit of sensationalism in the headline, because I don't
- 7:08know if Kaiser, Souerborn and Mayer would represent this this
- 7:14lady as well as at the same time as representing
- 7:17Jennifer A. Roz. What if this is one of the
- 7:20core for I don't know, it doesn't really make sense
- 7:22to me, And hopefully as we continue to read the article,
- 7:25maybe it will start to make sense. Because, like I
- 7:28always say, I haven't read this article yet, we're reading
- 7:31this for the first time together. I like to make
- 7:33sure that my reactions are visceral, and I like to
- 7:36make sure that you're not getting any canned statements from me. No, bs,
- 7:40this is just as I'm reading it. This is the
- 7:43way I feel about what I'm reading, and I try
- 7:45and look between the lines usually in these stories, because
- 7:48there's a lot of that, especially in this case. But
- 7:51when we're going through it like this. These are just
- 7:53my reactions as we read this together. So I don't
- 7:57really I haven't studied this or you know, dug deep
- 8:01into it, et cetera, et cetera. But my gut says
- 8:04that the law firm would not represent Jennifer Araz as
- 8:09well as one of the Core four. But again, who knows.
- 8:15This is such a crazy case. Anything as possible. One
- 8:20of Epstein's facilitators recruited arras outside are Performing Arts High
- 8:25School in Manhattan. The lawyers who filed those complaints, Daniel J.
- 8:29Kaiser and William H. Kaiser, did not return messages left
- 8:33by The Daily Beast, So I'm guessing they were calling
- 8:37to get a little context about what we were just
- 8:39talking about. That would be the next step, you would imagine, right,
- 8:43call and try and get some context about who this
- 8:45person is, what her role was, if she was one
- 8:49of the co conspirators with Epstein as far as you know,
- 8:52and the very top the top echelon the Core four.
- 8:57So I'm guessing that's what the Daily Beast was contact
- 8:59content them about. And I would guess that the lawyers
- 9:04just they have no desire to speak to the press.
- 9:06As of yet, those complaint did not include a state
- 9:11or country of residents. Still, some details about Doe's lawsuit
- 9:15are raising eyebrows, in particular because the allegation seem to
- 9:19match up with at least one of Epstein's alleged co conspirators.
- 9:23So maybe they'll get into the meat of it here
- 9:25if they talk about who want to excuse me, if
- 9:27they talk about it being one of the co conspirators here, great,
- 9:31But I'm not going to try and put the pieces
- 9:33together right here on the podcast right now. And you
- 9:36know out whoever it might be, I'll let you do
- 9:40that for yourselves. I'm sure it's pretty uh, it'll be
- 9:43pretty obvious as we read the article who it might be.
- 9:46And again, there's only a few options, right if it's
- 9:50one of the people who were a co conspirator or
- 9:53somebody who was close to Epstein, we only have four
- 9:55or five ways to go. So it shouldn't be too
- 9:58hard to figure it out if this complaint was filed
- 10:03by one of his co conspirators who played an outsized
- 10:07role in Jeffrey Epstein's devastating abuse of miners and girls
- 10:11that were of age. By the way, let's not minimize that,
- 10:14all right. Just because somebody might have been of age
- 10:18doesn't make it any less. Now, it's it's dastardly to
- 10:23do it to children, of course, it's the worst crime imaginable.
- 10:27But it's you know, abusing anybody is unacceptable and the
- 10:33sort of thing that you must be held to account for.
- 10:36And Jeffrey Epstein was a serial abuser. He didn't stop
- 10:41at just young girls who were fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, you know, eighteen,
- 10:44nineteen twenty, if you looked young, that was right in
- 10:47his wheelhouse as well, played an outsized role in Jeffrey
- 10:55Epstein's devastating abuse of miners for over a decade and
- 10:58profited handsomely, including owning a company affiliated with Epstein. It
- 11:03is a brazen abuse of our civil justice system, said
- 11:06Sigurd McAuley, a partner at Boys Schiller Flexner LLP, who
- 11:11represents multiple survivors of Epstein. But above all, it is
- 11:16a shameless act and disgraceful insult to the real survivors,
- 11:20you know, And that's exactly my gut reaction to this
- 11:24as that as well, it's disgusting, right if it's one
- 11:27of these co conspirators, it's absolutely beyond the pale of
- 11:30gross it is. The words can't explain how much of
- 11:36a slap in the face something like this is to
- 11:38the survivors. They've been they've already been victimized by these people, right,
- 11:42They suffered through that, they came out on the other side,
- 11:45they became survivors, and now a co conspirator is trying
- 11:50to victimize them again by acting like they deserve some
- 11:53money from this estate, essentially stealing from the girls who
- 11:57were abused by Jeffrey Epstein. And if it's one of
- 11:59the core four, perhaps by the same person who's trying
- 12:03to push the lawsuit. Now, how in the world is
- 12:06that okay? As Sigurd McCauley says here, that's an absolute
- 12:11disregard for our system and a black eye to it.
- 12:18According to the lawsuit, Doe was recruited into Epstein's sex
- 12:21trafficking operation almost nineteen years ago. That would be two
- 12:27thousand and one. Jane Doe was a naive and uniquely
- 12:32vulnerable twenty two year old when Epstein and Maxwell first
- 12:35preyed upon her. The complaint says, at least one known
- 12:39co conspirator would have been twenty two. In two thousand
- 12:42and one, and she's also defended herself against accusations from
- 12:46Epstein's victims for years. She has been named as a
- 12:49defendant in multiple victims lawsuits since two thousand and eight,
- 12:53and she was granted immunity in Epstein's non prosecution agreement
- 12:57inked with the US Attorney's Office in Miami. Again, they're
- 13:02trying to paint the picture for you here. I'm not
- 13:05gonna take it a step further and put the pieces together,
- 13:08and you know, tell you who I think it is.
- 13:11Everybody on this that's listening to this podcast is it's
- 13:14well within their ability to do that for themselves. I
- 13:17think it's kind of obvious who they're talking about here,
- 13:20but I'll hold back my opinion of that until we
- 13:26find out for sure. But it's certainly looking like it's
- 13:30one of the co conspirators, right, one of the core four.
- 13:34In that secret document, the Feds agreed not to pursue
- 13:37charges against any potential potential co conspirators of Epstein, including
- 13:42but not limited to, Sarah Helen, Adriana Ross, Leslie Groff,
- 13:46or Nadia marson Kova. Those accusations of abuse are deeply disturbing. Again,
- 13:54these are the Core four that we've talked about. We're
- 13:57in the middle of doing a series on them right now.
- 14:00We just got done doing episode three recently, Episode four
- 14:05that's going to be out on Sunday, and there'll be
- 14:09one episode after that that'll be episode five, and that
- 14:12will cover the whole Core four as well as an
- 14:15overview in regards to what they did when it came
- 14:20to Jeffrey Epstein's operation. So again, I don't want to
- 14:25jump to any conclusions here because what if it isn't
- 14:29one of the Core four, right, I don't want to
- 14:31go scorched Earth yet, So I'll use the caveat that
- 14:36if it is one of the Core for I'll keep
- 14:38saying that because if it is one of these ladies
- 14:41Sarah Kell and Adriana Ross, Leslie Groff or Nadia Marsenkova,
- 14:45boy oh boy, that's just it's beyond gross. And I
- 14:52don't even I don't even know how the court to
- 14:55let something like this occur. I honestly don't even know
- 14:57how any judge can let something like this occur. All right,
- 15:01So let's read the accusations about what she says. What
- 15:06do says happened to her? At Epstein's hands. And again,
- 15:10if we're talking about Nadia marson Covia here, Look, I
- 15:15know that she was involved in this operation. I know
- 15:18that she had a leadership role in this operation. But
- 15:21I also have empathy for a girl who was sold
- 15:24by her parents to a man like Jeffrey Epstein, a
- 15:28girl who was groomed from a very young age and
- 15:32was reared in an environment where this sort of behavior
- 15:35was okay, it was just the way things went around
- 15:38Jeffrey Epstein. So Stockholm syndrome is a real thing, folks, right,
- 15:44And I have to have some empathy for Nadia marston Kova.
- 15:47So if that's who this is about, if it's Nadia
- 15:50marson Kova who is filing this suit, then I will
- 15:56reserve the harsh of this oration that I would would
- 16:00give to somebody like Sarah Kellen or Adriana Ross, because
- 16:04I believe that marsen Kova. While I think that she
- 16:07should definitely be punished for her role, I think that
- 16:11her punishment should not be as harsh as the other
- 16:15three plusky lanes. So obviously I know there's some people
- 16:19out there that might feel differently about that. For me, though,
- 16:22I understand that the Stockholm syndrome situation is real, and
- 16:26it was like a cult like following around Epstein for
- 16:29girls like this, girls that were groomed from a young age.
- 16:32So I have to have some empathy for her, and
- 16:35I have to try and reserve the scorched earth policy
- 16:39I usually have when it comes to people involved in
- 16:42this case, because that whole, entire relationship is so complex.
- 16:47And I've said it once, I'll say it a million times.
- 16:49I am not a psychologist. I'm not capable of breaking
- 16:52down the dynamic within that relationship, and I won't sit
- 16:56here and act like I am. But I know for
- 16:59sure that if it is Marsenkova, that it should be
- 17:03looked at under a different scope than if it's one
- 17:06of the other three. My opinion, obviously. The lawsuit states
- 17:12Epstein would repeatedly enter Doe's room and get into get
- 17:16into her bed while she was sleeping, and then fondle
- 17:19or penetrate her with his fingers. This guy was so
- 17:23sickened to pray, folks, he was such a disgusting individual.
- 17:27Jane Doe was paid in part to be sexually available
- 17:31to Epstein. The complaint adds Epstein controlled every aspect of
- 17:35her life and dominated her psychologically. The lawsuit says this
- 17:40pattern of sexual abuse took place in the US Virgin Islands,
- 17:43New York City, London, Paris, and Palm Beach, Florida, as
- 17:48well as Epstein's ranch in New Mexico and on his airplanes. Okay,
- 17:52So what we can take away from that is it's
- 17:54somebody that traveled with Epstein a lot, right, Okay, that's established.
- 17:59Somebody that was in on all of his properties at
- 18:01one point or another, that was on the plane with him.
- 18:04So we know for a fact that all of the
- 18:08gals traveled with them quite extensively. But we know that
- 18:13Sarah Helen Vickers and Nadia Marsonkova traveled with him a lot,
- 18:18a lot, especially considering marson Kova was a pilot. According
- 18:22to the suit, Epstein frequently directed Jane Doe to turn
- 18:25her head back during their sexual encounters, telling her that
- 18:28he did not want to see her face. Epstein allegedly
- 18:32laughed at Doe after he performed a sex act on
- 18:34her in early twenty twelve at his Manhattan townhouse. This
- 18:38guy was a sadistic predator. I mean how he wasn't
- 18:43caught and thrown underneath the jail early in the mid nineties,
- 18:47when Maria Farmer came out and told this guy, I mean,
- 18:51and told everybody what this guy was about how he
- 18:53didn't get arrested. Then is it's like I said, it's
- 18:56one of the ages for I mean, one of the
- 18:59mysteries for the ages. There's no plausible explanation that doesn't
- 19:06reek of involvement of people at the higher levels. There's
- 19:11no normal person gets away with something like that where
- 19:13the police don't even show up to talk to you
- 19:15after you're incredibly accused. That doesn't happen from normal people
- 19:20like me or you. In her about January or February
- 19:25twenty twelve, Epstein grabbed plaintiff by the hand while at
- 19:30is New York City Residents and took her to a
- 19:32small room on the third floor. The complaint says it
- 19:36was a room with two chairs in it. He sat
- 19:38her down, pulled her pants down, covered her eyes, and
- 19:41used a vibrator on her. Epstein laughed afterwards. I don't
- 19:48even know what to say about this stuff. Every time
- 19:50I read stuff like that, it makes me ill. I
- 19:53can't even imagine somebody being as sick and twisted as
- 19:56Jeffrey Epstein roaming around amongst us sharing our air. This
- 20:00is the kind of shit you're reading with Thomas Harris novel, right,
- 20:03something that he would have one of the characters in
- 20:05Silence of the Lambs or something. This isn't like real life.
- 20:09I swear to god. We're living in a simulation, a
- 20:12pandemic raging through the world, Jeffrey Epstein and his co
- 20:16conspirators running around doing whatever they want. What reality am
- 20:20I in Kellen forty is now married and traveling the
- 20:25world with her husband, thirty six year old NASCAR driver
- 20:28Brian Vickers. Must be nice. Huh, must be nice to
- 20:32have to You're so close to being arrested and prosecuted
- 20:36that you had to get a Dershowitz immunity deal dropped
- 20:39over you, and now you're living the high life married
- 20:43to Brian Vickers, the NASCAR driver. Boy, it must be nice, huh.
- 20:48Vickers Instagram page shows the parent Italy, Greece, Japan, and
- 20:52Austria in recent years. The couple who tied the knot
- 20:55in September twenty thirteen is linked to addresses in North Carolina,
- 21:00New York City, and Miami. Florida. Shocking that they have
- 21:03two places of residents that are still in epicenters where
- 21:06Epstein and his associates hung out. Huh where they did
- 21:10their business from. I'm sure that has nothing to do
- 21:13with that, right, more coincidence in this case. This is
- 21:15just all coincidence. Folks. Sarah and Brian Vickers did not
- 21:21return messages for comment. Neither did Darren k Endyke, one
- 21:25of the executors of Epstein's estate, who also represented Sarah's
- 21:29one time interior design business. As The Daily Beasts previously reported,
- 21:33Indyke also did work for other women associated with Epstein. Boy,
- 21:38isn't that funny? Huh? Isn't that funny? How that works?
- 21:42The same lawyers, the same lawyers, huh, Indike and Khan,
- 21:46the same guys that we should trust to administer this
- 21:50money and to distribute it to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein,
- 21:56his two good buddies who were also on the payroll
- 22:01to protect the co conspirators. These are the people we
- 22:03were supposed to trust. Huh. Kellen was twenty two when
- 22:08she joined Epstein's world. Tracy Schmaller, then a spokeswoman for Kellen,
- 22:13told CNN last year. She when she met Epstein, Kellen
- 22:17had been married at seventeen, divorced, and cast out of
- 22:20the Jehovah Witness community in which she had been born
- 22:23and raised, Smaller said. Schmaller said Epstein sexually abused Kellen
- 22:27for years, and that she continues to struggle with the
- 22:29trauma of her experiences and has chosen not to speak
- 22:32publicly at this time. On Wednesday, Schmaller told The Daily
- 22:36Beat she was no longer representing Kellen, despite saying hours
- 22:40earlier that she check in with Kellen's legal team. Look,
- 22:47I don't even know what to say about any of
- 22:49that stuff, Sarah Kellen, all of these cores four, I
- 22:55don't even know what to say about them at this point.
- 22:58They're totally dunting now, right all of a sudden, They're
- 23:02they're they're the they're the victims in this case. Why
- 23:06did they go and vig Why did they go and
- 23:08visit Jeffrey Epstein when he was behind bars seventy times combined?
- 23:13Why didn't they rat him out? Why didn't the second
- 23:15he was locked up? Why didn't they come forward and
- 23:17rat him right out? Sorry, none of this stuff, this
- 23:20stuff from Sarah kell and Vickers doesn't. I don't believe her.
- 23:23I'm sorry to say it. I do not believe Sarah
- 23:26kell and Vickers, not at all. Sorry, it just there's
- 23:30she provides no evidence, nothing, just all of a sudden,
- 23:33now because she's under the microscope, because the walls are
- 23:37closing in on her, all of a sudden, she's a victim.
- 23:40All of a sudden, Gilain Maxwell, She's a victim. Sorry,
- 23:43I'm not buying it, folks, I am not buying it,
- 23:45like I said, besides Nadia marsen Kova, I'm not buying
- 23:49any of this other horseshit. Marti and COVID thirty five
- 23:53is a licensed pilot and flight instructor. The X model
- 23:56runs an aviation consulting business called ABA Loop, which is
- 24:00registered to the Manhattan building where Epstein housed women. She
- 24:03previously modeled for MC two, the agency founded by Jean
- 24:08Luke Brunell, who was accused of procuring victims for Epstein. Well,
- 24:12we know not. I don't even accused. I think it's
- 24:15pretty much fact at this point. Where is Brunel? If
- 24:19this was wrong, if this was a lie, wouldn't you
- 24:21be screaming from every rooftop you could get your feet on.
- 24:24Wouldn't you be looking for every platform or every outlet
- 24:27that would give you a second of their time and
- 24:29plead your case. You don't hide, you don't run away
- 24:33to Brazil, you don't drop off of the map. It's
- 24:36not an innocent man we're talking about here, folks. While Marsonkova,
- 24:42who now goes by Marsinko, wasn't charged, Palm Beach police
- 24:46identified her as an Epstein employee who repeatedly participated in
- 24:50sex with underage girls. One survivor told cops that Epstein
- 24:54claimed to have purchased Martienkova from her family and that
- 24:58he bragged he brought her into the United time States
- 25:00to be as Yugoslavian sex slave. Bam, right there, folks.
- 25:04That's what gives me the pause with her, right And
- 25:07I've come across some people who are not willing to
- 25:10give her a bit of a break when it comes
- 25:13to sentencing time, if it ever gets there. But it's
- 25:16an argument that can be had, right. I'm not saying
- 25:18that I'm one hundred percent right here or that what
- 25:21I say is you know the word and it's the
- 25:26word of God. It's not not at all. There's definitely
- 25:29a room for interpretation here, and there are people who
- 25:32are much more hardline than me when it comes to
- 25:34Marten Kova. I understand that completely. And I know most
- 25:38people usually usually expect fire and brimstone when they're talking about,
- 25:43you know, me and my opinions of these people. But
- 25:47I try and look at everything in its own I
- 25:52guess what I'm trying to say is I kind of
- 25:54I look at everything as its own unique situation, right,
- 25:58So with each one of these women who are part
- 26:03of the Core four, I looked at all of their
- 26:05cases individually as well as well as the collective, and
- 26:09I factored in a bunch of different things when I
- 26:11was doing my research. And while it is certainly a
- 26:15cult like situation, the only one that I came away
- 26:21feeling even a bit of empathy for was Marsonkova. And
- 26:25the more I've researched, the more that point has been
- 26:28driven home for me. So again, I can totally see
- 26:31that some people might not see it that way. Totally understandable,
- 26:35and the argument can be made that she deserves the
- 26:37full brunt of justice the same as the other Core four,
- 26:43and that's definitely a debate that can be had one
- 26:50victim toll cops that excuse me, We've read that last year.
- 26:53Marton Cove's lawyers told CNN that like other survivors, Nadia
- 26:57Marsinko isn't has been severely traumatized. She needs time to
- 27:03process and make sense of what she has been through
- 27:05before she is able to speak out. I know, I'll
- 27:09never sit here and tell anybody what their timeline should
- 27:12be after they've suffered trauma, especially you know, obviously, if
- 27:16what we hear is true and she was sold to
- 27:18Jeffrey Epstein, this lady certainly has some trauma that she
- 27:22needs to deal with. Certainly should sit down with a therapist.
- 27:25If she isn't already, she should definitely sit down with
- 27:27a professional and help her navigate through all of this stuff,
- 27:32because it's bad news. I can't even imagine. I can't
- 27:37imagine being sold by my parents to some guy, coming
- 27:40to America and being involved in all of this shit. Crazy,
- 27:44absolutely positively insane, One of her attorneys, Eric T. Dunbo,
- 27:50told The Daily Beast in an email, Nadia is eager
- 27:53to join the other survivors and speaking out about what
- 27:56she has endured. She wants to express her compassion and
- 27:59supp to those who have also fallen prey to Jeffrey
- 28:02Epstein's pathologically controlling and abusive behavior. Unfortunately, she is not
- 28:08yet able to comment publicly. And that's where I get agitated. Right,
- 28:13He's dead and gone, Nadia, he is dead and gone.
- 28:17Come forward, be the first one of the core Ford
- 28:20to come forward and show that you're remorseful, show that
- 28:24you're sorry. There's no other way, because if that doesn't
- 28:30occur and the law is forced to bring you in
- 28:35via subpoena or warrant or something like that, I don't
- 28:39know how much sympathy or empathy you're going to get,
- 28:43and I don't know if you deserve any at that point.
- 28:46Because you have a chance right now, Nadia, you have
- 28:48a chance to come forward and tell everybody your story,
- 28:52at the very least, tell the prosecutors your story. Don't
- 28:57let this be something that destroys you anymore than it
- 29:01has already. You can come forward and be the first one,
- 29:05and you can show people that even though you participated, right,
- 29:10even though you were involved in this criminal enterprise, it
- 29:13was against your will, almost you were groomed for it.
- 29:16And now you know better, and it's time to come forward.
- 29:19And unless you do that, Nadia Marsenkova, Nadia Marsenko, you're
- 29:24just going to be one of the other Core four, unfortunately,
- 29:27and you're going to have to face the full wrath
- 29:29of the government. I would think that if anyone's going
- 29:32to come forward and speak to the authorities and tell
- 29:35their story, it would be Nadia marson Kova, right, she
- 29:39seems like the likely one. And unless she does that, though, well,
- 29:44she's going to face the same scrutiny as the other
- 29:48three inside of the Core four, and what little empathy
- 29:53people have for her is going to go by the wayside,
- 29:56because now's her opportunity, this is the window, this is
- 29:59her chance. Leslie Groff fifty three, served as Epstein's secretary
- 30:05since at least two thousand and one. A spokeswoman for
- 30:08Groff told The Daily Beast that Groff has not filed
- 30:11a lawsuit against Epstein's estate, nor was she a victim
- 30:14of Epstein's sexual abuse. We know that Groff wasn't his type.
- 30:19She was older. Groff was more of the clerical Mavis,
- 30:25the one who was in charge of all of that
- 30:26kind of stuff, making sure that everything ran smoothly around
- 30:29the office. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. She
- 30:32you know, she was somebody who was an executive assistant, right,
- 30:36you know, she was involved with other other tasks according
- 30:41to her, But she certainly didn't fit the bill as
- 30:43somebody Epstein would sexually assault with. That said, she is
- 30:48an enabler. She is guilty of facilitating his abuse of
- 30:52these children, and she is one hundred percent part of
- 30:55this criminal conspiracy in my opinion. In a deposition epstein pilot,
- 31:02Epstein's pilot said Groff worked out of an East sixty
- 31:05sixth Street office, the same building where Epstein kept young women. Today,
- 31:10she's a married mom living in New Canaan, Connecticut, and
- 31:13denies facilitating Epstein's abuse. We don't buy that here on
- 31:17the Jeffrey Epstein Show. We just recently did our episode
- 31:20about Leslie Groff and we read an article from her
- 31:24local paper. Nobody's buying it on this podcast, Miss Groff,
- 31:27that you didn't know what was going on. You were
- 31:29another one with the keys to the kingdom. You were
- 31:31another one that had all of the secrets as an
- 31:39executive assistant to Epstein. Leslie worked as part of a
- 31:42professional staff that included in house attorneys, accountants, an office manager,
- 31:48and other office staff. Leslie's job included making appointments for
- 31:52mister Epstein as directed by him, taking his messages, and
- 31:56setting up high level meetings with CEOs, business excs, executives, scientists, politicians,
- 32:02and celebrities. Oh so you mean his other co conspirators, gotcha?
- 32:06So you're establishing our case for us? Huh, Because everybody
- 32:11you name there, there's somebody from that walk of life
- 32:14who was involved with Epstein and with this criminal trafficking ring.
- 32:17So you're not doing yourself as service by mentioning these
- 32:20people as you're trying to, you know, weirdly flex about
- 32:24the kind of company Epstein kept, as if these people
- 32:27couldn't be involved in stuff like this, where we now
- 32:30we've learned that these are the most likely people to
- 32:33be involved in something like this. That's right, I said it,
- 32:35the most likely. At no time during Leslie's employment with
- 32:44Epstein did she ever engage in any misconduct, but several victims,
- 32:49Several survivors, including Jennifer Aarroz, who named Groff as a
- 32:52defendant in a lawsuit against Epstein's estate, say, Groff typically
- 32:56scheduled his massages again and credibly accused, Yet she is
- 33:02not arrested. How is that possible? How is that okay?
- 33:08How does that pass the sniff test? It's an embarrassment.
- 33:13A civil suit by Anastasia Doe, who was fourteen when
- 33:16Epstein started abusing her, allegas Groff was one of Jeffrey
- 33:19Epstein's most trusted employees and would schedule Anastasia's visits to
- 33:24Epstein's New York mansion. Of course she was Why else
- 33:27was she making all that money? Why else did he
- 33:29give her that ben Zito? It wasn't because she was
- 33:31a fantastic personal assistant. I'm sure there are plenty of
- 33:35those on Wall Street. In fact, I know they are.
- 33:39But yet she's making two hundred grand a year. That's
- 33:41a whole hell of a lot of money to schedule meetings.
- 33:46She wasn't making that money to schedule meetings. Come on, folks,
- 33:49she was made that That was protection money. That was
- 33:52money that Epstein shelled out to all of his close associates,
- 33:55all of his close allies, so that it was another
- 33:59layer of protect When the time came for Epstein to
- 34:03face justice, he knew it was coming eventually, so he
- 34:06surrounded himself with people like this. Meanwhile, another Jane Doe,
- 34:12alleges Kellen and Groff often asked Doe to bring other
- 34:15girls with her to Epstein's home, and that both assistants
- 34:19routinely paid her. Doe was believed to be minor victim
- 34:23number one in the New York indictment against Epstein. Right
- 34:27here is the case. In one paragraph they make the case.
- 34:32Let's remember that when they when they went after alcohol
- 34:35and they threw the whole kitchen sink at him, And
- 34:37what did they get them? On? Tax evasion? Do you
- 34:40know why? Because they were motivated and the prosecutors weren't
- 34:44effing around In this one paragraph that we just read,
- 34:48there is enough evidence there to bring these people in
- 34:51and at the very least folks, at the very least
- 34:54questioned them under oath. Juliette Bryant, who was twenty when
- 34:59Epstein exploited her, mentions Groff and Kellen in her own
- 35:03lawsuit too. Groff helped Juliette get a visa passport and
- 35:07airline tickets so she could leave South Africa to become
- 35:10a New York model. Brian accused Kellen of sending her
- 35:13to Epstein's room to be sexually abused during a trip
- 35:16to the US Virgin Islands and forcing her to be
- 35:19photographed nude for Epstein in Paris. Not only was this
- 35:25occurring in America, folks, this was an intercontinental sex trafficking
- 35:30ring that spanned the globe, and they had the reach
- 35:34to do it. They had the reach to do it.
- 35:36They had planes, they had money, they had friends in
- 35:39power who were involved, and you see the cover up
- 35:42in real time as we add article after article to
- 35:46the catalog. It's unbelievable what these people were up to.
- 35:53For her part, Ross is keeping a low profile in
- 35:55Florida with her husband. The thirty six year old former
- 35:58model who went by Adriana Muchinska, came to the US
- 36:02from Poland in two thousand and two. When her deposition
- 36:05was taken in twenty ten, she said she was pursuing
- 36:09a bachelor's degree in accounting from Florida International University in Miami.
- 36:14Flight logs indicate Ross was on Epstein's private plane with
- 36:18Bill Clinton. Again, Bill Clinton's name comes up, and I'm surprised,
- 36:22honestly that The Daily Beast even mentioned it. I'll give
- 36:25him their props for that. Seems like a lot of
- 36:27publications is like to steer clear of the whole entire
- 36:30Clinton aspect of this, but as you all know, I
- 36:33am not going to do that. I think Bill Clinton
- 36:36was a big old enabler. I think Bill Clinton and
- 36:38Jeffrey Epstein were a lot closer than Bill Clinton likes
- 36:41to let on. And I think that Bill Clinton has
- 36:43a lot to answer for when it comes to this case.
- 36:48Ross has never spoken publicly about Epstein's crimes. When The
- 36:51Daily Mail approached her outside of her church late August,
- 36:54and excuse me, outside of her church last August, a
- 36:58man believed to be her husband and said, you don't
- 37:01know anything. It's not for you to make a judgment.
- 37:03You don't know anything about it. Now. I'm sorry, but
- 37:06we do know a lot about it. We've read the documents, bro,
- 37:09We've read them documents. I know you want to be
- 37:11protective of your wife, but I hate to be the
- 37:14one to say it, but you got some pretty bad taste,
- 37:17my dude, getting with a girl like this. What could
- 37:21possibly be wrong with you? Epstein's butler, jenouse Banasiak, claimed
- 37:29Adriana removed computers from the pedophile's Palm Beach mansion before
- 37:33a cops executed a warrant in two thousand and five.
- 37:36Mister Berman, are you listening? Are you listening right now?
- 37:41They removed evidence from a crime scene, They hit evidence
- 37:45in an ongoing criminal conspiracy, They received funds from ill
- 37:51gotten gains. And this is all before we even talk
- 37:54about their involvement in the sex trafficking ring. How are
- 37:57they still walking around? How come they have haven't been arrested?
- 38:01Mister Berman, are you there? Hello? Are you at work? Sir?
- 38:07Can we see some movement please? According to a twenty
- 38:13ten deposition, Banasiak also said he was responsible for paying girls.
- 38:18Sometimes I get a phone call from Sarah or Adriana
- 38:22and they mentioned that such a girl show up at
- 38:25the house and I should give them money, he testified.
- 38:28As Palm Beach police investigated at Epstein, they were also
- 38:32ready to charge Kellen two. A probable cause affidavid filed
- 38:37in May two thousand and six, stated Kellen could have
- 38:40faced four counts of first degree unlawful sexual activity with
- 38:43a minor and one count of lewd and lascivious molestation.
- 38:47Both of those charges were felonies. Sarah Kellen Vickers is
- 38:52a victim. Huh, She's somebody that we should feel sorry for. Sorry,
- 38:56I don't feel sorry for you, Sarah Kellen Vickers, and
- 38:58I have a sneaking suspicion that most people listening to
- 39:01this podcast do not feel sorry for you either. Investigator
- 39:08said Kellen kt Epstein's rolodex of underage girls and called
- 39:12them whenever Epstein would be in town. She allegedly met
- 39:15the girls in the kitchen, then brought them upstairs to
- 39:18a room with a massage table. She left the girls
- 39:21alone with Epstein, who would masturbate and sexually assault them.
- 39:26How much more evidence is needed? How many more little
- 39:29girls have to come forward and say this before the
- 39:31authorities kick their ass into action? What are they doing?
- 39:36What could they possibly be doing? Why are you coming
- 39:39out making statements about Prince Andrew not cooperating while he's
- 39:44all the way over in London and out of your
- 39:46reach for now? When you have people like Sarah kell
- 39:49and Vickers, Adriana Ross, Leslie Groff, and Nadia Marsenkova right
- 39:52here at home for you to go after. I would
- 39:55just love to hear your strategy, sir, at some point,
- 39:57I would love to hear you come out and let
- 39:59us know. So what is going on in that office?
- 40:02I mean, this is the SDNY. We're talking about, the
- 40:05same office that took down the mafia for Pete's sake,
- 40:08Yet they can't get rid of a few gals that
- 40:11were involved in a sex trafficking ring. Makes you wonder
- 40:15why folks, doesn't it. In his Affidavid, the late Palm
- 40:20Beach detective Joe Riccari stated Sarah Kellen coordinated and aided
- 40:25in the recruitment of miners to frequent Epstein's house so
- 40:28that sexual services were provided to Epstein, scheduled the said
- 40:32miners to return to the work for Epstein, secured their
- 40:35appointments for the purpose of sexual activity and lude and
- 40:39lascivious acts, and arranged the bedroom for said miners. This
- 40:44is the police officer, the detective telling you this. This
- 40:49isn't me making it up. This isn't me sitting around
- 40:52eating mushrooms or some peote and going on a wild
- 40:56trip and hopping on the podcast and saying, hey, this
- 40:59is you know's what I think on my crazy peyote high. No, no, no,
- 41:03this is what the detective said, this isn't his report,
- 41:08this is what he wanted to do, and he was
- 41:12denied by the prosecutors. Again, ask yourselves, why, folks. When
- 41:18one underage girl named Jane Doe and her mother sued
- 41:21Epstein along with along with Kellen and teenage recruiter Hailey
- 41:25Robson in March two thousand and eight, the complaint described
- 41:29Kellen as an integral player in Epstein's Florida scheme. Again,
- 41:33these are court documents. This isn't just shit that was
- 41:36thrown out the wall. Nobody just jumped onto four chan
- 41:39and found this. This wasn't someone passing around a chain letter.
- 41:43These are court documents and statements by very serious investigators,
- 41:49very serious people. And you want me to believe that
- 41:54Sarah Kellen Vickers is innocent. You want me to believe
- 41:57that she had no part in this, that all of
- 41:59these people lying, and Sarah Kellen Vickers is telling the truth. Sorry.
- 42:09The victim who was fourteen when Epstein abused her in
- 42:12two thousand and five stated Kellen laid out massage oils
- 42:16and told her that Epstein would be in shortly. Another victim, elm,
- 42:20said Kellen was Epstein's lieutenant who arranged for transportation for girls,
- 42:25as they were often too young to drive themselves to
- 42:28and from the mansion. According to a December two thousand
- 42:31and eight a mended complaint filed in Palm Beach, the
- 42:35lawsuits singled out marson Cova too, And that's it's interesting
- 42:39that elm said Kellen was Epstein's lieutenant. I've been saying
- 42:42that from the beginning. Considering the way I have it structured,
- 42:46I look at it like it's the mafia. It's the
- 42:48easiest way to explain it. And with that being the case,
- 42:51we know that one hundred percent Kellen was a lieutenant,
- 42:55a capo. She was definitely somebody who was in a
- 42:58leadership role and who who was helping keep this whole
- 43:02entire thing on the rails. Nadia marson Cova also served
- 43:10as a recruiter and helped Epstein satisfy his criminal sexual
- 43:13desires by, on occasion, directly participating in sexual abuse. The
- 43:18complaint states. Epstein's former butler, Alfredo Rodriguez, testified in a
- 43:23two thousand and nine deposition that Kellen instructed him on
- 43:26how much cash to pay the girls who massaged Epstein.
- 43:30And we know what massage means for Epstein, Sarah would
- 43:33tell me who to pay and how much, and that's
- 43:35the way we work. Rodriguez said, this is a whole,
- 43:39entire criminal enterprise, folks, right here, laid bare for us
- 43:43to see. How is there no arrests. I know I'm
- 43:47beating a dead horse when I keep saying that, but
- 43:50I have to drive the point home. I have to
- 43:52drive the point home because it's so ludicrous. In twenty ten,
- 43:59a survivor named MJ alleged Epstein and his associates ran
- 44:03a criminal enterprise and included a Rico case statement with
- 44:06their lawsuit. I never even knew that before. This is
- 44:08the first time I'm hearing of that. But whoever, MJ
- 44:11is right on, MJ, your lawyers know what's up. This
- 44:14is a Rico case if I ever saw one. Every
- 44:17single one of these girls should be attaching that. Every
- 44:20single survivor should attach a Rico case to this. It's
- 44:23like the light at the end of the tunnel for
- 44:24me here, I mean, are you kidding me right now?
- 44:28In twenty ten, a victim named MJ alleged Epstein and
- 44:32his associates ran a criminal enterprise and it included a
- 44:36Rico case statement with their lawsuit. Epstein, Kellen, and Marsenkova
- 44:41all took steps to discourage the girls from reporting these
- 44:43crimes to law enforcement, including making cash payments to the girls.
- 44:49Bro I don't know anyone else who's been talking about
- 44:53this being a Rico case the way we have been
- 44:55here on this podcast, almost from the very first podcast
- 45:00the way back, and I don't know August or whenever
- 45:02Lee and I started this crazy adventure. I've been talking
- 45:05about this being a reco case since then. And the
- 45:08reason I know about RICO cases is because I've seen
- 45:11them up close and personal. I've seen how the federal
- 45:15government reacts when there's RICO involved. I've seen how hard
- 45:19they charge, I've seen how they go after people. And
- 45:23to read that right here that the survivor MJ attached
- 45:27a RICO case statement to her lawsuit. Again, Look, we
- 45:30learn new things every single day, folks, on this podcast
- 45:33and on other podcasts, and when we read these articles
- 45:36and on YouTube videos that are covering this case. There's
- 45:40something to be learned every single day. And even somebody
- 45:43who is locked into this case like myself, reads an
- 45:47article like this and finds something out like that, and
- 45:51I think it's very important, and I think it's important
- 45:53that the RICO aspect of this does not get It
- 45:57doesn't get enough play, it doesn't get enough airtime. And
- 46:01I would love to ask mister Berman why this is
- 46:04not they haven't filed RICO statutes. In January twenty seventeen,
- 46:13Sarah Ransom sued Epstein and members of his inner circle,
- 46:16Kellen Maxwell Groff and someone named Natalia malishev An. A
- 46:22mended complaint filed under a pseudonym Jane Doe forty three,
- 46:26called Groff an integral part of the illegal venture and
- 46:29enterprise who coordinated visits between Epstein and the various young
- 46:35females used for sex. Again, we're getting closer to your
- 46:38illegal venture and enterprise. Just let's just call it what
- 46:41it was. A criminal conspiracy and an ongoing criminal enterprise.
- 46:45That's what it was. There's no reason a pussy foot
- 46:48around that. There's no reason to try and finesse that.
- 46:52That is exactly what it was. I've been calling it.
- 46:55I've been calling it that from the very beginning, since
- 46:57this all started. And I'm telling you, folks, this is
- 47:00going to end up as a RICO case and when
- 47:03it does. When one of these prosecutors decides to grow
- 47:06a pair and drops the Rico hammer, it's going to
- 47:09be a whole new world for these people. Ransom suit
- 47:17called Kellen a recruiter who maintained Epstein's sex schedule in
- 47:21order to ensure that he was not without young females
- 47:24for any extended period of time. While Epstein and Maxwell
- 47:28developed a sophisticated system of sexual abuse, Kellen and Groff
- 47:32carried it out for years in exchange for significant pay
- 47:35benefits and protection from prosecution. The complaint alleges again, I
- 47:40said the same exact thing. That's how this works. That
- 47:44is how this works. Epstein and Maxwell developed the system,
- 47:47and then Kellen and Groff and marsen Kova and Ross
- 47:51were their lieutenants who they were given the game plan, right,
- 47:55the coach enacted the game plan, and the players had
- 47:57to go out and play the game. And that's exactly
- 47:59what we saw here and their answers to Ransom's complained,
- 48:04Groff and Kellen pleaded the fifth Like in every other case,
- 48:07that's all they did. That's all they did is plead
- 48:09the fifth. Every single one of these core four members
- 48:12pled the fifth after Epstein killed himself in a federal
- 48:16lockup allegedly last August. More survivors began to file claims
- 48:21for damages against his estate. One lawsuit filed by Mary
- 48:25Doe sued Epstein's estate and Kellen under the name Sarah Vickers.
- 48:29Kellen has not responded to the complaint. Record show, Well,
- 48:32isn't that nice? It must be nice to not be
- 48:34able to you know, to be able to pick and
- 48:36choose what you respond to. I mean, you can just
- 48:38go through life and you know, people sue you. But
- 48:41since you're friends with Jeffrey Epstein, Nah, no big deal.
- 48:44Be able to just skate right by, No big deal.
- 48:47I got a whole cadre of lawyers that handles that. Boy.
- 48:50It must be nice, huh. Mary Doe alleges Epstein began
- 48:56exploiting her when she was sixteen and living in New
- 48:58York as a refugee for from a war torn country.
- 49:02Mary Doe attempted suicide multiple times as a result of
- 49:05Epstein's sexual abuse. Her lawsuit states, I wonder how many
- 49:09of these gals that we have never heard from or
- 49:11heard of have tried to commit suicide or were successful
- 49:15in the attempt It's not a very comforting thing to
- 49:21think about. It's not a very pleasant thing to think about,
- 49:23but I think it's important. I think it's important that
- 49:26the nameless get named, and I think it's very important
- 49:30that the nameless also get justice. Kellen, the complaint says,
- 49:37would summon Mary to his Manhattan townhouse, order her to
- 49:40give him massages, and subject her to sexual acts, the
- 49:43severity of which increased over time. Kellen also allegedly purchased
- 49:49Mary new underwear from Victoria's Secret. Purchased Huh, I'm sure
- 49:53that they had those on lock. I'm pretty sure that
- 49:55his buddy Les Wexner and Jeffrey Epstein, who was in
- 49:59charge of his money by the was very capable of
- 50:02supplying a pair of underwear from Victoria's Secret to whoever
- 50:06he wanted. Kellen once Wents witnessed Epstein forcing Mary to
- 50:10perform oral sex on him. The lawsuit continues. In late
- 50:14two thousand and five, after being sexually abused by Epstein
- 50:17yet again, she heard Epstein shout to Kellen that Mary
- 50:21was the best. I'm not gonna say what that says.
- 50:25It's a sexual act. I'm not gonna use that term here.
- 50:28On the podcast shout to Kellen that Mary was the best.
- 50:33Starts with the sea, ends with an R. Mary was
- 50:37not mortified. Mary was mortified and ashamed, and in that
- 50:41moment suddenly saw the truth. She was not even a
- 50:44human being to Epstein. She was an object. The lawsuit,
- 50:48which alleges assault, which alleges assault, battery, and intentional infliction
- 50:52of emotional distress, says Kellen is liable for aiding and
- 50:55abetting Epstein's actions. Yeah, no shit, no shit, she is.
- 51:00Kellen's name also came up twice during during a federal
- 51:03hearing last August, when US District Judge Richard Berman allowed
- 51:07more than a dozen survivors to speak before he closed
- 51:11the deceased Epstein's criminal case. Jeffrey is no longer here,
- 51:16and the women that helped him are, said one survivor,
- 51:19Teresa helm My experiences with Gelaan Maxwell and Sarah Kelln
- 51:23and they definitely definitely need to be held accountable for
- 51:26helping him, helping themselves, helping one another carry on this system.
- 51:32And she is one hundred percent right about that. They
- 51:36need to be held to account, folks. They need to
- 51:38be brought to justice. All of these people and look
- 51:42Sarah Kelln Vickers. If you're out there listening, come on
- 51:45this podcast, go onto the radio program, go onto a
- 51:49news program, and let's talk about it. I'll give you
- 51:53some time, any one of the corps for I will
- 51:55give you time on the podcast to explain your side
- 51:57of things. But instead you hide, you duck behind you,
- 52:02plead the fifth. You wait for some super powerful lawyer
- 52:05to exploit some loophole to make sure you don't get busted.
- 52:09Well that's over. You got your jail, you got your
- 52:11one get out of jail free card. That ship is sailed.
- 52:14Now you're in the deep water with the sharks. Let's
- 52:18see how you hold up, because I'll tell you what, Ladies,
- 52:21The walls are closing in. Don't count on the COVID
- 52:24nineteen outbreak to give you any quarter. Don't count on
- 52:28this story going away, and do not think that for
- 52:31one single moment we're going to relax or stop until
- 52:38justice is served. If you'd like to contact me, you
- 52:42can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 52:45That's bobbycap u Cci at ProtonMail dot com. You can
- 52:51also find me on Twitter at b Well this article
- 52:54we're going to talk about tonight, folks, is going to
- 52:57enrage a whole lot of you of that, I am sure.
- 53:01Now a little background, we know that one of the
- 53:06Core four was suing the Epstein estate saying that she
- 53:12was also a victim. Now, when you add up all
- 53:18of the information that we had available to us, and
- 53:22again just the information that is available publicly, and you
- 53:27look at the ages and timeframes, it's obvious that the
- 53:31person who was suing Jeffrey Epstein in claiming victimhood was
- 53:35Sarah Kellen Vickers, one of the main members of the
- 53:40Core four, Gilaine Maxwell's chief lieutenant, is claiming that she
- 53:47was a victim of Jeffrey Epstein's and that she was
- 53:51abused and coerced and basically she he had mind control
- 53:58over her and put her in the position that she
- 54:02was in and she was forced into that position because
- 54:05of his extreme power. And while that is an argument
- 54:12that I would be sympathetic of, right if the other
- 54:16pieces would make sense, such as, after Jeffrey Epstein gets arrested,
- 54:22why didn't she come forward? Then? Why did she wait
- 54:27until now until the heat is really on her, until
- 54:30she knows that the non prosecution agreement might be going
- 54:35to the wayside. If you were abused by Jeffrey Epstein
- 54:40like this the way she is claiming, then you would
- 54:43think that you would have wanted to see him behind
- 54:46bars for the rest of his life after that first
- 54:48time around. You wouldn't be part of the non prosecution agreement, right,
- 54:54I mean, I get it, Stockholm syndrome and all of that, Jazz.
- 54:57I'm certainly not a psychologist, and and I can only
- 55:01offer my opinion in this situation, just like in other situations.
- 55:06And for me, I don't really buy this story by
- 55:13we'll call her Jane Doe for now. But all of
- 55:17the circumstantial evidence obviously adds up to it being Sarah
- 55:22kell and Vickers, I would think, and the fact that
- 55:28she's claiming to be a victim here, considering the depth
- 55:35of the evidence against her as being part of not
- 55:40only the grooming process but participating in some time in
- 55:43some cases, it's she's gonna have to come with a
- 55:47lot more than that, right. It is not a I
- 55:51don't think this is going to work out for her.
- 55:53I don't think that she's going to be able to
- 55:57avoid the criminal side of this no matter what happens. Civilly,
- 56:03and again speculation on my part, it could simply be
- 56:08she is doing this to try and fortify herself for
- 56:12a criminal case, to set the tone right. If she
- 56:15gets a payout from the estate, she can use that
- 56:19to beef up her own defense that she was also
- 56:23a victim. Right, So that could definitely be a strategy
- 56:26that they're looking at. Who knows, right, who knows what's
- 56:30going on with these lawyers and what sort of back
- 56:34room you know, manipulating and high wire act is taking place.
- 56:41But to me personally, I find this obscene that this
- 56:46person would think that she's going to get a payout
- 56:49from the same people that she helped abuse. It's just
- 56:54I don't understand how it could even be a conversation, right.
- 56:59And it all goes back to the original deal, the
- 57:02non prosecution agreement. If that was never put into place,
- 57:06and these four girls, the core four, weren't named in
- 57:10the non prosecution agreement, this could have all been rectified
- 57:13a very long time ago. And that's why I think
- 57:17one of the most crucial points of this case is
- 57:21coming up on December third. I think that is going
- 57:25to be a real fulcrum in this case and it's
- 57:29going to really dictate how things move forward. So I
- 57:34really hope that, you know, the December third hearing in
- 57:39front of the Eleventh Circuit renders all of this kind
- 57:42of stuff moot, because if the NPA goes out the window,
- 57:46then it doesn't matter what sort of defense she's going
- 57:48to use here claiming that she's a victim as well
- 57:52or any of that other stuff. A jury of her
- 57:55peers is going to see through it, and she's not
- 57:58going to escape punishment here. I don't think think, in
- 58:00my opinion anyway, does she maybe roll over on Maxwell.
- 58:05I don't know. She's had all this time to come
- 58:07forward and she hasn't done so, And for me, that's
- 58:10a big red flag, a huge red flag. You would
- 58:14think that if you were being manipulated into a situation
- 58:17the way that she. You know, she claims that she
- 58:20was that when Epstein was put behind bars, she would
- 58:24come forward and help bolster the case against him to
- 58:29ensure that he never gets out of prison again. But
- 58:32instead she kept her pleasant relationship with him, she kept
- 58:36working out of the apartment that was provided for. You know,
- 58:40all of that stuff cannot be overlooked. So she's gonna
- 58:45have an uphill battle when it comes to trying to
- 58:50wriggle out of this and the audacity and the gall
- 58:55it takes to try and get money out of this
- 58:59victim's survivor. I mean, this victim's compensation fund is just
- 59:03I don't even know what to say about it. It's
- 59:07it's gross, right, I don't even know. I mean, she
- 59:11sh all right, So let's jump into this article. This
- 59:15article is from Okay magazine headline Jeffrey Epstein recruiter set
- 59:21to get payout from victim relief fund. This article was
- 59:26authored by Chris Spargo. A Jane Doe, who was twenty
- 59:31two when she met Epstein is suing the estate. So
- 59:35you look at the numbers. Who was twenty two when
- 59:37they met Epstein according to the reports? Right? Not marsen Kova,
- 59:41not Adriana Ross, not Leslie Groff. That just leaves us
- 59:45with one person correct. This article is by Chris Spargo,
- 59:50who once again is ahead of things. A woman who
- 59:55helped recruit underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein has been approved
- 59:59to submit her claim as to the Victim Compensation program
- 1:00:02after claiming she was trafficked and raped for over a decade.
- 1:00:07So she has been approved to submit her claims to
- 1:00:10the fund. That doesn't mean that they're going to approve
- 1:00:13dispersal of funds though. Is it possible that they do.
- 1:00:18Look again, I'm very cynical about the whole process at
- 1:00:21this point, and it would just be par for the
- 1:00:25course if they did distribute money to this person, right,
- 1:00:29So I wouldn't be shocked if they do. Should they
- 1:00:32Absolutely not. The woman in question filed a lawsuit under
- 1:00:38the pseudonym Jane Doe back in March. Then on November two,
- 1:00:43her court case against Epstein's estate and its executors was
- 1:00:47put on hold as her lawyers informed the judge that
- 1:00:50their client was seeking a payout from the Victim's Compensation program.
- 1:00:55This was all approved by the executor of Epstein's estate,
- 1:00:59Darren In, who is named defendant in the case. And again,
- 1:01:03here is a huge problem in my opinion, from my
- 1:01:06vantage point of not being a legal expert, anyway, I
- 1:01:11don't see how Darren, Endyke or Khan can be the
- 1:01:15executors of this estate when they're named as co conspirators
- 1:01:19by several several several different people. How does that jive?
- 1:01:25How does that work? How is there no conflict of interest?
- 1:01:31And is it a shock that Indike and Khan would
- 1:01:34approve something like this if it would take some of
- 1:01:36the heat off of them them. Perhaps they worked with
- 1:01:40the Core four for all of those years very closely,
- 1:01:44so it's not like this is somebody they don't know.
- 1:01:48It is a very odd situation to me that Indike
- 1:01:52and Khan would still be executors of this state, considering
- 1:01:57their vast involvement. There is no name given and no address,
- 1:02:03but the timeline provided by Jane Doe matches up with
- 1:02:07one of Epstein's co conspirators. Her March complaint states, Jane
- 1:02:12Doe seeks justice for the sexual crimes perpetrated against her
- 1:02:17by Jeffrey Epstein over the course of many years, and
- 1:02:21for the abuse, manipulation, and exploitation she suffered at his hands.
- 1:02:27So again, when you look at the timeline, you look
- 1:02:31at all of the other information that we have, and
- 1:02:36you start going through the list of who it can't be,
- 1:02:40you're only left with Sarah Kelln Vickers here, folks, And
- 1:02:44it looks like Sarah Kelln Vickers is all in. She
- 1:02:47just pushed all her chips to the middle of the table.
- 1:02:49And she's rolling with this she was a victim routine
- 1:02:53and defense. Now. I don't know how the prosecutors are
- 1:02:58going to look at this, but if it was me, well,
- 1:03:04she'd be in for a long day. And there is
- 1:03:09no excuse for her not coming forward after Epstein was
- 1:03:13arrested the first time or the second time, in my opinion,
- 1:03:16huge red flag if you worked for somebody, or you
- 1:03:21were put to some sort of servitude by somebody and
- 1:03:27they were finally in the hands of the authorities the
- 1:03:30second time around. I mean, the first time around, I
- 1:03:33guess you could say, all right, well he was very powerful,
- 1:03:36I was scared, But the second time around, there's just
- 1:03:40no excuse the second time around. In my opinion, I
- 1:03:44think that if you're in that situation where supposedly all
- 1:03:48of this was happening, you wouldn't be benefiting still years
- 1:03:52after the man was arrested, years after you supposedly had
- 1:03:56no relationship with him anymore, still benefiting from your relationship
- 1:04:00that you had with him. So according to you previously,
- 1:04:06it just does not add up to somebody who was
- 1:04:09abused in the manner that she's saying she was abused. Now,
- 1:04:13am I saying that Jeffrey Epstein didn't have some sort
- 1:04:16of control over her. No, I'm not saying that at all.
- 1:04:20He was the one who was providing the money and
- 1:04:22the lifestyle and all of that is it becomes infectious, right.
- 1:04:28These people get a little taste of it and they
- 1:04:30want more. So she was in love with the lifestyle.
- 1:04:35She didn't want it to go away. She went in
- 1:04:37with both eyes open, and she knew that what she
- 1:04:41was doing, as far as recruiting and grooming and all
- 1:04:44of this other jazz to help progress Jeffrey Epstein's proclivities
- 1:04:50and his disgusting behavior, she knew it was all wrong,
- 1:04:53and she engaged in it anyway for self benefit. And
- 1:04:57now when all of the cards are humbling down, she's
- 1:05:03thrown up the hel Mary here, hoping beyond hope that
- 1:05:06she'll get some empathy from some quarter. Well, I'll tell
- 1:05:11you what, I highly doubt the survivors who were abused
- 1:05:16by Epstein, who were never part of his cabal. I
- 1:05:21have a funny feeling they're not gonna be too happy
- 1:05:24with the fact that one of the core four looking
- 1:05:28like Sarah Kell and Vickers. Obviously, according to the data
- 1:05:31that's available to US has applied to the victim's fund
- 1:05:35and might get a payout. Now, is it certain she'll
- 1:05:38get paid out? No, of course not. We have to
- 1:05:40make sure that, you know, we don't get too carried
- 1:05:44away until there's information saying that she does. All of
- 1:05:48it's up in the air. We don't know what way
- 1:05:51things are going to turn in this case. There's ups,
- 1:05:53there's downs, there's cork screws, there's twists, there's turns, and
- 1:05:56there's flips. Each day we get up and you never
- 1:06:00know what you're going to see when I look at
- 1:06:02the news. Who the hell knows what you're going to see.
- 1:06:04Maybe you're going to see mass indictments, or maybe you're
- 1:06:07going to see that you know, Gilain Maxwell is out
- 1:06:09of jail now because of the coronavirus. Who the hell
- 1:06:12knows anymore. All we can do is strap our goggles on,
- 1:06:18swim upriver through the muck, and try and find some
- 1:06:22clean water. The lawsuit is about Jane Doe claiming her power,
- 1:06:31becoming a survivor not a victim, and getting restitution for
- 1:06:35the sexual crimes perpetrated against her. Jane Doe then identifies
- 1:06:40herself as a co conspirator in the complaint while listing
- 1:06:44the damages she has suffered because of her ties to Epstein,
- 1:06:50her capacity to pursue a professional career has been severely compromised. Well,
- 1:06:56you were working with Epstein, what do you expect Again,
- 1:07:01she's using the premise that she was coerced into this,
- 1:07:04forced into this. And while it is a try that
- 1:07:12I guess she has to make to try and make
- 1:07:16sure she doesn't go to prison the rest of her life,
- 1:07:18I don't think that this is going to be received
- 1:07:21by empathetic ears. Her name and reputation has been ruined,
- 1:07:28and she is virtually bankrupt, having been forced to spend
- 1:07:32most of her resources defending herself against false accusations, all
- 1:07:36of which stem from Epstein's crimes. Then why doesn't she
- 1:07:40sue some of these people who have alleged this against her,
- 1:07:43some of the girls who have pointed the finger at her,
- 1:07:45sue them for defamation, get it into the courts' if
- 1:07:49that's the case, if you've been defamed so badly. But
- 1:07:53you notice these people never do that. She knows that
- 1:07:59she's not that these claims have they have, they're they're credible,
- 1:08:05they have credibility. She knows that she worked for Jeffrey Epstein.
- 1:08:09And this is according to all of the reports, according
- 1:08:11to the police report, That's what we're going by when
- 1:08:13we're talking about the core of four. At least I
- 1:08:15am you know, I'm I'm not here just pulling shit
- 1:08:20off of a blog somewhere and you know, running off
- 1:08:23with it. This is actually stuff out of the police report.
- 1:08:26They're named in that non prosecution agreement. Why would Sarah
- 1:08:30Kellen be named in the non prosecution agreement if she
- 1:08:33was also a victim? Don't you think that she would
- 1:08:36have been running to Chief Writer's office, balling, screaming and
- 1:08:39telling them what was occurring. Or maybe she really loved
- 1:08:44that life and she knew exactly what she was up
- 1:08:47to and she didn't care as long as she was
- 1:08:50benefiting from it personally. Of the four co conspirators identified
- 1:08:57by federal prosecutors in Florida, two would have been much
- 1:09:01younger than twenty two in two thousand and one when
- 1:09:04Jane Doe met Epstein, while one was much older at
- 1:09:07the time. The youngest, Nadia marsen Kova, was just fourteen
- 1:09:10or fifteen and living with Epstein around this time, while
- 1:09:14Adriana Muchinska did not start working for Epstein until the
- 1:09:18following year. Leslie Groff would have been thirty four years
- 1:09:21old in two thousand and one. Only one other person
- 1:09:25of interest was named in that investigation, and that is
- 1:09:29Sarah Kellen Vickers. Folks, That's where we're at. That's what
- 1:09:33we're talking about in this complaint, and it is uh.
- 1:09:36I'll tell you, I just don't. I think it's obscene,
- 1:09:42the whole entire move here, the whole try here, and
- 1:09:46I really hope that the court looks on it the
- 1:09:48same way. The complaint is chilling, and that it reveals
- 1:09:53Epstein's predatory behaviors were constant. He also did not seek consent,
- 1:09:58according to the initial fire Jane Doe's lawyers, right, So
- 1:10:03in the complaint that Sarah Kellen Vickers turned into the court,
- 1:10:09or we'll say Jane Doe won here turned into the
- 1:10:13court in March, she spoke about the supposed abuse that
- 1:10:20she received at the hands of Epstein. Now again we're
- 1:10:27talking about somebody who was a psycho fan of Jeffrey Epstein,
- 1:10:33a complete believer in the whole entire operation, according to
- 1:10:37eyewitness reports and accounts, somebody who had ample chances to
- 1:10:44go to the authorities after the fact, somebody who could
- 1:10:47have stopped this at any time. Now she is saying
- 1:10:51that she was also a victim, more than a decade
- 1:10:56after the fact, after she's been on the non prosecution agreement.
- 1:11:01But now when the heat is being turned up and
- 1:11:05the frying pan is starting to warm under her feet, well,
- 1:11:09all of a sudden, she is now also a victim.
- 1:11:13Very interesting strategy, folks. Nineteen Jeffrey Epstein specifically targeted underprivileged,
- 1:11:21emotionally vulnerable, and or economically disadvantaged young females exactly like
- 1:11:26plaintiff to sexually molest and abuse. So yeah, that was
- 1:11:32the strategy, no doubt. But your client was engaged in
- 1:11:37that very same strategy. She was victimizing these other girls
- 1:11:40from these schools according to reports, and partaking in the
- 1:11:45abuse according to some of the girls. So yeah, she
- 1:11:50would have a very intimate knowledge about what Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:11:58was looking for, considering she was taking part twenty Epstein's
- 1:12:03continuous psychological and physical control over Jane Doe facilitated his
- 1:12:08sexual abuse of her on a relatively consistent basis for
- 1:12:12many years. Well again, why didn't she come forward when
- 1:12:19her name was being put on that non prosecution agreement,
- 1:12:22when there was a real serious chance that Epstein could
- 1:12:25have went to jail for the rest of his life,
- 1:12:27when Chief Writer was engaging it was engaged in the investigation,
- 1:12:32when they had all sorts of federal charges drawn up
- 1:12:36for Epstein. Why didn't Sarah Helen Vickers come forward and
- 1:12:39tell the prosecutors what these girls are saying is true.
- 1:12:45You're gonna have to be the judge of that, folks.
- 1:12:48You know, we all have our opinions. I guess in
- 1:12:50my opinion is it's because she was a true believer
- 1:12:54in what they were doing. She was a believer in Epstein,
- 1:12:57she was a believer in Maxwell, and most importantly, she
- 1:13:01was a believer in boosting herself up the ladder and
- 1:13:05being part of what she was in love with, so
- 1:13:09called polite society. The sexual abuse took many forms, including
- 1:13:15Epstein's rape of plaintiff. Now, look, I don't think that
- 1:13:21the raping anyone is okay, right, and if she was
- 1:13:24raped by Epstein, well that's just absolutely disgusting to even
- 1:13:30think about that. This monster was doing that as well
- 1:13:33to even his you know, people like Vickers, right, but
- 1:13:38the fact of the matter remains that Vickers played a
- 1:13:42crucial part in abusing other people. Just because you're abused
- 1:13:48or allegedly abused, doesn't give you the right to ape
- 1:13:53that behavior and abuse other people. While I feel empathy
- 1:13:57for people like that, no doubt about it, you still
- 1:14:00have to suffer the consequences of your actions, and that
- 1:14:06goes doubly for people who don't come forward and talk
- 1:14:10to the authorities and try and help all of the
- 1:14:13other people who were victimized. Right you were around, if
- 1:14:20you were older than a lot of these girls, you
- 1:14:22were being victimized to yourself. Epstein goes to jail or
- 1:14:26the authorities finally started investigating him. You don't go on
- 1:14:29the lolo to talk to them. You don't go and
- 1:14:31talk to them hushed, hushed. Of course you do if
- 1:14:38you really feel like your life's in jeopardy and you're
- 1:14:41being abused this way. Several chances she let go, and
- 1:14:46not only that, she was also still benefiting financially from
- 1:14:51her relationship with Epstein. So it's not like somebody who was,
- 1:14:56you know, living completely and show in a basement or
- 1:15:01anything like that. She had ample opportunity to get away
- 1:15:04from him. Look how Virginia got away into Thailand. So again,
- 1:15:12I know that Jeffrey Epstein was a sick bastard and
- 1:15:15he abused, like I said last night, probably hundreds of
- 1:15:19women and girls. But this defense by Jane Doe one
- 1:15:25here is not really going to cut it. I don't think.
- 1:15:29I think people are going to see through it, and
- 1:15:31I think people are going to punch a bunch of
- 1:15:33holes in it. He would also enter Jane Doe's room
- 1:15:37and get into her bed while she was sleeping, and
- 1:15:41then fondle or penetrate her with his fingers. This occurred
- 1:15:44often and repetialy. He often directed her to undress and
- 1:15:49pose in certain ways, and or touch to him and
- 1:15:52herself while he masturbated. This occurred often and repeatedly. Epstein
- 1:15:58frequently directed Jane Doe to turn her head back during
- 1:16:01their sexual encounters, telling her that he did not want
- 1:16:05to see her face. Epstein also repeatedly required Jane Doe
- 1:16:09to bathe with him and perform oral sex on him.
- 1:16:13This occurred in New York, Palm Beach, New Mexico, London, Paris,
- 1:16:18on Epstein's private island, on Epstein's airplanes, and other locations
- 1:16:24twenty seven. Jane Doe was paid in part to be
- 1:16:27sexually available to Epstein. So that's part of the defense too.
- 1:16:33They're saying that Epstein was paying her, but it was
- 1:16:36only paying her for the sex. It wasn't paying her
- 1:16:39for her role within the criminal enterprise or the procurement
- 1:16:45or grooming of young women. Now, two hundred and fifty
- 1:16:50thousand dollars is what these gals were getting paid as assistants,
- 1:16:54and we know that that's about three or four times
- 1:16:57more than assistants were making on Wall Street. So I
- 1:17:01doubt it was just for sex, considering all of the
- 1:17:05women he had available to him, and women that were
- 1:17:08much younger than Jane Doe here, Okay, and we know
- 1:17:12that Jeffrey Epstein likes them much younger and likes them
- 1:17:15to look much younger. Now, again, I'm not denying that
- 1:17:20any sort of sexual encounters took place between Epstein and
- 1:17:25this alleged victim here. Maybe they did. I don't know.
- 1:17:29I have no idea, but I know for a fact
- 1:17:32that there are more than a handful of survivors of
- 1:17:37Jeffrey Epstein and this criminal enterprise that point the finger
- 1:17:41directly at Jane Doe one slash Sarah Helen, victim of Vickers,
- 1:17:46and the Core four. So again, we're the public, right,
- 1:17:51We're all going to have our opinions on this. At
- 1:17:53the end of the day, it's going to be for
- 1:17:55the courts to decide, and hopefully the courts will be
- 1:18:01able to see through the bs and they'll decide in
- 1:18:03the right fashion, and this person will not get one
- 1:18:07single dollar from this survivor's fund. This argument may very
- 1:18:14well hold up in court and get Jane Doe a payout,
- 1:18:17but it will likely not go down well with the
- 1:18:19other survivors, some of whom have named Epstein's recruiters in
- 1:18:23their lawsuits. The fact that this victim spent over alleged
- 1:18:29victim spent over a decade working for Epstein could also
- 1:18:32hinder her case. Exactly what I was talking about. When
- 1:18:36you've been working for Epstein for so long and you
- 1:18:39have a track record of being one of his lieutenants,
- 1:18:45the jury's going to look at all of that. They're
- 1:18:47going to take all of it into account, and I
- 1:18:50don't see how she or her lawyers will be able
- 1:18:52to convince a jury of her peers in a criminal case.
- 1:18:56Mind you that she was a victim here and not
- 1:19:00an abuser. So there you have it, folks. Jane Doe
- 1:19:07one which looks like it is Sarah Kellen Vickers, is
- 1:19:13applied to the survivor's fund looking to get a payout
- 1:19:18and saying that she too was a victim. I will
- 1:19:22leave it up to all of you to decide what
- 1:19:25you think about that kind of statement. If you'd like
