Speaker 1: So it is Halloween time, so we got to talk
0:02
Speaker 1: about ghosts. Have you seen a ghost? 842-547-S7. Gloria, what's
0:06
Speaker 1: going on?
0:07
Speaker 2: Hey, Romeo, I have a ghost story.
0:09
Speaker 1: Yeah, what happened?
0:10
Speaker 3: So, back when I was a little girl.
0:13
Speaker 4: I remember just some random night, like.
0:16
Speaker 5: I was, like, half groggy.
0:18
Speaker 6: Okay.
0:19
Speaker 5: Like, almost, like, mid-asleep.
0:21
Speaker 4: You know how, like, your eyes start getting really heavy?
0:24
Speaker 7: Okay.
0:25
Speaker 4: And so I'm laying there, and I look at the
0:27
Speaker 4: edge of my bed.
0:27
Speaker 5: Because I felt like someone was just staring at me.
0:30
Speaker 5: And it's like, if I'm in a ghost movie, there's
0:34
Speaker 5: these two little girls in a white dress holding hands just.
0:38
Speaker 8: Staring at me.
0:39
Speaker 4: Really? And I was like, oh my gosh, in shock.
0:43
Speaker 4: And I just closed my eyes and I tried to
0:44
Speaker 4: go back to sleep as soon as I can. The
0:47
Speaker 4: crazy part wasn't until years later when we were around
0:51
Speaker 4: a bonfire at a family party and we were talking
0:55
Speaker 4: about scary stuff that has happened to us.
0:57
Speaker 9: Okay.
0:59
Speaker 4: I never told anybody the story. I just thought maybe,
1:02
Speaker 4: I don't know, I just wanted to either forget it
1:04
Speaker 4: or I thought, you know, I was hallucinating something. It
1:07
Speaker 4: wasn't until a year later, my brother told me that
1:10
Speaker 4: one day when he was sleeping in the living room,
1:14
Speaker 4: the exact same thing happened and he saw, like, the
1:16
Speaker 4: exact same girls, except for I didn't tell him my story. Like,
1:20
Speaker 4: he just He just said his story. And then I
1:22
Speaker 4: looked at him and I was like, there's no way
1:24
Speaker 4: that we both got the same two little girls together.
1:26
Speaker 8: I'm going to.
1:26
Speaker 10: Tell you something.
1:28
Speaker 1: I heard the exact same thing before. It was these
1:30
Speaker 1: two sisters. This was years ago when I was in college.
1:34
Speaker 1: I was dating this girl. And she said she saw
1:36
Speaker 1: the devil sitting in a rocking chair in her room.
1:40
Speaker 1: Like when she was younger. And she told me this
1:45
Speaker 1: at breakfast with her sister yesterday. And her sister said,
1:50
Speaker 1: I saw the same thing. And this was probably 10
1:54
Speaker 1: years later, maybe 10.
1:57
Speaker 10: And they had never talked about it because they were
1:59
Speaker 10: both scared to talk about it.
2:00
Speaker 11: Yeah, that's exactly what happened with us.
2:03
Speaker 3: We were like, there's no way.
2:04
Speaker 4: We're either imagining this or something.
2:07
Speaker 6: We're asleep.
2:07
Speaker 9: We're asleep.
2:08
Speaker 12: I don't know.
2:08
Speaker 8: It's not happening.
2:10
Speaker 4: And so I just forgot it in the back of
2:12
Speaker 4: my mind.
2:13
Speaker 13: One day, my brother brought it up.
2:14
Speaker 4: He's like, I saw this and this. And I was like,
2:16
Speaker 4: there's no way.
2:18
Speaker 10: That's wild. That's crazy.
2:21
Speaker 1: That's crazy.
2:21
Speaker 10: Hey, thanks for calling.
2:22
Speaker 3: I appreciate it.
2:23
Speaker 8: Thank you. All right, bye.
2:24
Speaker 10: Yeah, I've seen a ghost, man. You ever seen a ghost?
2:27
Speaker 1: All right, so we're talking about ghosts. You got a
2:29
Speaker 1: ghost story? 842-547-7. Good morning, how's it going on?
2:32
Speaker 14: Good morning, Romeo.
2:34
Speaker 3: How are you doing?
2:34
Speaker 10: I'm doing fabulous. What's going on?
2:36
Speaker 15: Okay, so I'll call to tell you my ghost story.
2:39
Speaker 10: All right, let me hear it. What you got?
2:41
Speaker 16: Okay, so I grew up in Compton, California, and I
2:46
Speaker 16: experienced quite a few things growing up.
2:48
Speaker 15: But one thing was one night I was sleeping and
2:53
Speaker 15: I saw this old lady with old gray hair. Basically,
3:00
Speaker 15: she didn't really have a face, so she had like
3:02
Speaker 15: creepy nails and stuff like that. My door was closed,
3:06
Speaker 15: and one night it flew open, and this figure flew
3:09
Speaker 15: over me, this lady that I'm speaking of.
3:12
Speaker 17: And preferably, I felt.
3:15
Speaker 18: Like she was going to try to kill me or whatever,
3:17
Speaker 18: but I remember that my neighbor was a very spiritual person,
3:20
Speaker 18: so she told me, if you ever feel like it's
3:22
Speaker 18: an evil spirit or something in the house... Say I
3:25
Speaker 18: rebuke Satan in.
3:26
Speaker 8: The name of Jesus.
3:26
Speaker 18: So I said that three times and she flew out
3:29
Speaker 18: of my room and I stayed under my cover until
3:32
Speaker 18: the next morning waiting for my mom to wake me
3:34
Speaker 18: up for school.
3:36
Speaker 8: And so in my head.
3:37
Speaker 15: I'm wondering if this is real and my door flew open,
3:40
Speaker 15: there will be a hole in my wall because.
3:42
Speaker 13: I didn't have a door stopper.
3:43
Speaker 9: So when I woke up the next morning and my
3:46
Speaker 9: mom got me up from.
3:47
Speaker 8: School, I moved my door and there was a big
3:49
Speaker 8: hole in the wall.
3:51
Speaker 3: Wow. Wow.
3:52
Speaker 4: Wow.
3:53
Speaker 6: Wow.
4:13
Speaker 16: So this whole time, I'm growing up thinking I'm crazy,
4:15
Speaker 16: something wrong with me.
4:16
Speaker 2: And it was something wrong with the house.
4:20
Speaker 10: Oh, that's crazy. That's wild.
4:23
Speaker 1: That's wild.
4:24
Speaker 10: Hey, thanks for calling. I appreciate it.
4:26
Speaker 19: All right. You have a good day.
4:27
Speaker 8: Thank you.
4:29
Speaker 10: I mean, come on, Mom.
4:31
Speaker 1: You got to let your kids know if the house
4:33
Speaker 1: is haunted or not. Already 14, 5, 4, 7, that's 7.
4:37
Speaker 1: You got a ghost story. Good morning, how's it going on?
4:40
Speaker 8: Hey, Romeo, it's me, Angel. Good morning.
4:42
Speaker 20: Oh, Angel.
4:42
Speaker 1: What's going on, man?
4:43
Speaker 8: I got a ghost story. All right.
4:45
Speaker 1: What happened?
4:46
Speaker 8: We moved across the street from the Mervyn's Plaza. I
4:49
Speaker 8: don't know if you remember.
4:50
Speaker 21: Yes.
4:50
Speaker 22: Yep.
4:51
Speaker 8: I remember that.
4:52
Speaker 12: Okay.
4:53
Speaker 8: That was our first apartment 20 years ago.
4:55
Speaker 10: That's right here by the station.
4:57
Speaker 8: Yeah. And one day, me and the wife, we were arguing,
5:03
Speaker 8: and the radio turned on.
5:05
Speaker 10: Was it my show?
5:07
Speaker 8: No, no, it was just like the race, it just
5:10
Speaker 8: turned on. And I thought in my mind, you know
5:12
Speaker 8: how fast you were able to set the alarm to
5:15
Speaker 8: the radio?
5:15
Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely.
5:16
Speaker 8: So I said, oh, I told my girl, you trying
5:19
Speaker 8: to scare me? She's like, the thing just turned on.
5:22
Speaker 8: So I got the plug and I unplugged it.
5:26
Speaker 5: Okay.
5:28
Speaker 8: Well, then we start fighting some more and the radio goes.
5:33
Speaker 8: And at that point, I grabbed the kids. You know,
5:35
Speaker 8: they were babies. We all got into one room. We
5:38
Speaker 8: lit a candle, started doing the rosary. And later on,
5:42
Speaker 8: we found out through the maintenance man, through stories, that
5:47
Speaker 8: there was like some type of murder there because that
5:49
Speaker 8: was like a college. That's where all the college kids
5:53
Speaker 8: would go. That was like a college center.
5:56
Speaker 10: Okay.
5:57
Speaker 8: Yeah, I guess they had some couple murders in the building. Well,
6:02
Speaker 8: after that, we left. After that, we left, bro. But, yeah,
6:07
Speaker 8: that's the only encounter with ghosts that I have ever had.
6:11
Speaker 10: Did you really do the rosary and everything?
6:14
Speaker 23: Yeah, bro.
6:14
Speaker 8: Could you imagine you disconnect the, you know, your little,
6:21
Speaker 8: you know, the radio station?
6:22
Speaker 15: Yeah.
6:23
Speaker 8: Your alarm?
6:24
Speaker 21: Yeah.
6:24
Speaker 8: And you put it right on the bed and it
6:26
Speaker 8: just turns on?
6:27
Speaker 21: Yeah.
6:27
Speaker 9: Yeah.
6:28
Speaker 8: At that point, I started doing all the Virgin Mary.
6:31
Speaker 8: I lit like five candles. I opened up all the windows.
6:36
Speaker 8: I grabbed the kids and put them inside one room.
6:39
Speaker 8: We were like, I made a cross out of porch.
6:44
Speaker 1: Why did you open the windows?
6:46
Speaker 8: I thought it was a possession, man. I was like, man,
6:49
Speaker 8: what's going on here?
6:51
Speaker 10: That's awesome, Angel. That's awesome, brother.
6:54
Speaker 1: Thanks for calling.
6:55
Speaker 15: All right, bro.
6:57
Speaker 1: All right, man. You have to see the ghost. What's
7:02
Speaker 1: going on?
7:04
Speaker 21: Hey, everyone.
7:05
Speaker 13: Good morning.
7:05
Speaker 21: What up, man?
7:07
Speaker 12: Hey, I got to take you back off that listener
7:10
Speaker 12: that just called in about the ghost house.
7:13
Speaker 1: Okay.
7:14
Speaker 12: So we used to have an apartment that, man, it
7:17
Speaker 12: was nothing but ghosts. You know, my wife and I
7:21
Speaker 12: used to live in there, and we would hang out
7:23
Speaker 12: and You know, here, like, banging in the other door,
7:26
Speaker 12: and nobody was in there.
7:27
Speaker 8: It was just us.
7:28
Speaker 21: Sure.
7:29
Speaker 12: And at night, we would wake up. Well, she would
7:32
Speaker 12: wake up mainly with scratches on her legs, you know,
7:34
Speaker 12: just claw marks all over. And I'm like, man, we
7:37
Speaker 12: don't even have anybody to live with us. Well, one day,
7:40
Speaker 12: my sister actually visited us, and she was, you know,
7:43
Speaker 12: being a teenager at the time. This was, like, 10
7:45
Speaker 12: years ago.
7:46
Speaker 8: She was in.
7:47
Speaker 12: The bathroom, you know, talking with her friend on the
7:50
Speaker 12: phone on FaceTime. And her friend said, hey, do you
7:53
Speaker 12: have anybody over right now?
7:55
Speaker 8: She said, no, why?
7:55
Speaker 12: And she's like, well, there's a guy in the back,
7:58
Speaker 12: you know, he's wearing like a black hoodie. So my
8:01
Speaker 12: sister froze and she's like, what does he look like?
8:03
Speaker 12: And she's like, I don't see his face. And then
8:06
Speaker 12: next thing you know, she said her friend, the phone
8:11
Speaker 12: like actually froze. And my sister said her phone turned
8:16
Speaker 12: off and she looked and all she felt was like
8:18
Speaker 12: a gust of cold air.
8:20
Speaker 20: Wow.
8:22
Speaker 12: She said she rushed out that house like quicker than ever.
8:24
Speaker 12: And I was like, man, I didn't believe it. But
8:30
Speaker 12: it wasn't until my mom came home, you know, through
8:33
Speaker 12: that time too. And she was watching us or I
8:37
Speaker 12: was watching my sister. and the curtains were open, and
8:41
Speaker 12: she said that when she pulled open, or pulled up,
8:44
Speaker 12: there was a figure, like a little kid, like just
8:47
Speaker 12: staring outside at her, and so she rushed inside, and
8:50
Speaker 12: she's like, hey, why is your sister not asleep? And
8:53
Speaker 12: I said, my sister's been asleep for an hour.
8:55
Speaker 10: What are you talking about?
8:57
Speaker 1: Oh, my God. How could you stay there?
9:01
Speaker 12: You know what?
9:02
Speaker 8: Rent was cheap at that time, Rome.
9:03
Speaker 12: I was only paying 500 bucks.
9:05
Speaker 10: Oh, my God. You can live with some ghosts for
9:08
Speaker 10: cheap rent, huh?
9:10
Speaker 12: Yeah, that was it, man. As long as they're helping
9:12
Speaker 12: pay the rent, bro.
9:13
Speaker 10: That's awesome. That's awesome. All right, brother. Thanks for calling.
9:17
Speaker 1: Ghost stories, haunted houses. What do you got going on?
9:20
Speaker 1: What's going on?
9:21
Speaker 3: What's going on, big bro?
9:22
Speaker 1: What up, brother?
9:24
Speaker 8: Not much, man, not much.
9:25
Speaker 20: Y'all talking about them haunted houses and stuff?
9:26
Speaker 8: Yeah, what do you got?
9:28
Speaker 20: Man, so both my house as well as my parents'
9:31
Speaker 20: house have had stuff going on.
9:34
Speaker 8: My parents' house, everybody.
9:36
Speaker 20: That's been there for more than a couple days has
9:39
Speaker 20: seen like this little girl.
9:41
Speaker 8: that walks inside the hallway.
9:43
Speaker 24: Okay.
9:43
Speaker 8: As well as this.
9:44
Speaker 20: Really tall guy. My brother himself is 6'7, and this
9:48
Speaker 20: guy is about the same height as him. Really? And, yeah,
9:51
Speaker 20: we always catch them, just like a glimpse of them,
9:54
Speaker 20: almost as if we look up at the same time
9:56
Speaker 20: they're uh walking away and yeah yeah we we used
10:00
Speaker 20: to have this friend that stayed the night with us
10:02
Speaker 20: for about a week almost a week and a half
10:04
Speaker 20: and he's like oh i thought you were just inside
10:06
Speaker 20: the hallway right now i was like no i was
10:07
Speaker 20: in the restroom and he's like dude i swear i
10:10
Speaker 20: seen somebody in the hall as i did like there's
10:12
Speaker 20: there's a tall guy and there's this little girl And
10:14
Speaker 20: then sure enough, like three days later, he was inside
10:16
Speaker 20: the room and he looked up and he seen somebody
10:20
Speaker 20: about as tall as the door handle.
10:21
Speaker 8: Just turn and walk away.
10:23
Speaker 20: And he's like, yeah, I'm not spending the night at
10:24
Speaker 20: your house no more.
10:26
Speaker 1: I'm good.
10:27
Speaker 10: Now that was at your parents' house.
10:29
Speaker 20: That one's at my parents' house, yes. And at my house,
10:31
Speaker 20: my house was built in 1949. And what's it called?
10:34
Speaker 20: I live in central Bakersfield. So we haven't seen anything
10:39
Speaker 20: at all. However, my daughter's room, the door to her room,
10:43
Speaker 20: will never stay closed. You can close it, and it's
10:46
Speaker 20: one of those doors that sticks. So when you open it,
10:48
Speaker 20: it makes like a loud, like the paint, you know
10:51
Speaker 20: how they kind of glue together sometimes?
10:53
Speaker 8: Yep. The paint tears.
10:54
Speaker 9: Okay.
10:55
Speaker 20: It makes almost like a Velcro sound.
10:56
Speaker 8: So it doesn't open easily. But every time we close that.
10:59
Speaker 20: Door, sometime between the morning and noon, for some reason,
11:03
Speaker 20: that door will always open up and you can hear
11:05
Speaker 20: like the loud Velcro sound and the door opens. But
11:09
Speaker 20: it's only my daughter's room. And then one day, the
11:12
Speaker 20: door to the living room, because, you know, back in
11:13
Speaker 20: the day, the old houses used to have the living
11:15
Speaker 20: room separate, so they had doors to the living room.
11:16
Speaker 1: Yeah.
11:17
Speaker 20: Yeah, one day the door opened up in the hallway
11:19
Speaker 20: and we could hear it through the door in the
11:21
Speaker 20: living room.
11:21
Speaker 8: We're like, okay, you know, we're kind of used to
11:22
Speaker 8: this now.
11:23
Speaker 20: And then about 10 minutes later, the door to the
11:25
Speaker 20: living room opened up.
11:25
Speaker 8: And I was like, well, this is new.
11:28
Speaker 10: But you never saw anything. You didn't see anything?
11:30
Speaker 19: I never saw anything.
11:31
Speaker 6: At my house.
11:32
Speaker 8: Just at my parents' house.
11:33
Speaker 20: But it's one of those things where my mom raised us.
11:35
Speaker 20: Don't mess with them. They're not going to mess with you. Basically,
11:38
Speaker 20: don't give them the energy.
11:39
Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
11:41
Speaker 8: I'm waiting for the restroom door to open.
11:43
Speaker 10: Mid- It's hilarious, man. All right, man. Thanks for calling.
11:49
Speaker 1: All right, man.
11:50
Speaker 8: Have a good one.
11:51
Speaker 1: Talking about ghost stories, right? Already four, two, five, four,
11:54
Speaker 1: seven to seven. Hey, Rome, back when I was living
11:56
Speaker 1: in my parents' house, I decided to take a nap
11:59
Speaker 1: in my room during the day and got woken up
12:02
Speaker 1: because I felt something had pulled my left leg. I
12:05
Speaker 1: was in denial until I told my parents about it,
12:08
Speaker 1: and that's when they told me the last owner had
12:10
Speaker 1: died in that room. Well, that was nice of your parents.
12:14
Speaker 1: That was nice of them to give you the room
12:16
Speaker 1: that somebody died in. But let's be honest, at a
12:20
Speaker 1: certain point, you know, we talk about people dying in houses.
12:25
Speaker 1: At a certain point, if you have an old enough house,
12:27
Speaker 1: somebody had to die in it, right? Because people lived in,
12:31
Speaker 1: my grandmother died in her house and somebody lives there now.
12:34
Speaker 1: My grandfather died in his house. Somebody lives there now.
12:36
Speaker 1: Oh no, that house was torn down now. But you know,
12:42
Speaker 1: sometimes old people want to die in their homes. Hey,
12:44
Speaker 1: yo Rome, one time, I was a teen living in
12:47
Speaker 1: my parents' house. I was showering, and when I got out,
12:52
Speaker 1: it was all steaming in there. There was a little kid,
12:54
Speaker 1: hand marks on the mirror, and like dirty marks of
13:00
Speaker 1: small kids' hands on the door. There were no kids
13:04
Speaker 1: that lived at my parents' house during this time. It
13:07
Speaker 1: tripped me out. I told my mom about it, and
13:10
Speaker 1: she said I was overreacting. About a month later, I
13:13
Speaker 1: was getting up for school, and I hear her yell,
13:16
Speaker 1: what the? Went over there, and she said she'd just
13:20
Speaker 1: seen a chair from the kitchen table move by itself.
13:24
Speaker 1: She was in bed having her coffee, and her door
13:29
Speaker 1: was perfect view to the kitchen table. She'd seen it
13:31
Speaker 1: clear as day and heard the wood legs slide across
13:35
Speaker 1: the tile. I don't know, Rome. I love my parents' house,
13:39
Speaker 1: but they ain't the only ones living there, Rome. They
13:44
Speaker 1: may not be. Has he ever seen a ghost? Maybe
13:46
Speaker 1: he lived in a haunted house. Maybe he lived in
13:47
Speaker 1: one now. Yo, Rome, sup? Big Rome, this is Big Joe.
13:52
Speaker 1: My oldest daughter used to live in San Diego. When
13:54
Speaker 1: my son-in-law was in the service, when we visited, she
13:57
Speaker 1: would always say she had a kid ghost. One day,
14:02
Speaker 1: she put flour all over the floor, and when we
14:05
Speaker 1: woke up, there were small footprints everywhere.
14:09
Speaker 6: Wow.
14:09
Speaker 1: Wow. We would get a motel after that. Well, if
14:18
Speaker 1: your daughter lived there, she wasn't afraid of the kid.
14:21
Speaker 10: Why are you scared?
14:22
Speaker 1: Hey, Romeo, so the house I live in is haunted.
14:28
Speaker 1: We're playing the Ouija board there, and we've had so
14:31
Speaker 1: many wild encounters of seeing and hearing things. In 2020,
14:35
Speaker 1: my friend passed away, and I was pregnant. She got
14:37
Speaker 1: into an accident two months before I gave birth and
14:40
Speaker 1: didn't get to meet my son. Fast forward to him
14:44
Speaker 1: being three, and he begins crying for days straight, saying,
14:49
Speaker 1: my friend with no head is back wanting to play.
14:55
Speaker 1: The friend got decapitated in the accident.
14:59
Speaker 10: You know what?
15:00
Speaker 1: Maybe this is kind of a downer story. Thanksgiving last year,
15:07
Speaker 1: We were telling our ghost stories, and one of my
15:09
Speaker 1: cousin's boyfriends kept cracking jokes, saying, if you're here, show yourself.
15:15
Speaker 1: Our TV turned off right away. My family and I joked, saying,
15:19
Speaker 1: you pissed them off. They can hear you. He still
15:22
Speaker 1: cracks jokes, and we lose power in the living room,
15:25
Speaker 1: and Hall turns on instantly and then flickers like two
15:30
Speaker 1: or three times right after that. Man, the guy got
15:33
Speaker 1: up so quick and left. and has yet to step
15:39
Speaker 1: another foot in our home. Wow, that is incredible. How
15:46
Speaker 1: can you live in a haunted house, man? Good morning,
15:48
Speaker 1: how's it going on?
15:49
Speaker 14: Rome.
15:50
Speaker 6: Remember, we used to have a psychic come on your show.
15:54
Speaker 20: Yeah, Luis.
15:54
Speaker 4: What was her name?
15:56
Speaker 10: Her name was Luis.
15:57
Speaker 25: So I called her one time because I remember I
16:00
Speaker 25: told her that my cabinets in.
16:01
Speaker 2: My kitchen were always open no matter how many times
16:03
Speaker 2: I closed them.
16:04
Speaker 23: And she told me that I had a ghost that was.
16:06
Speaker 8: Obsessed with my toaster.
16:08
Speaker 17: I will never forget that.
16:12
Speaker 16: I swear.
16:13
Speaker 3: Like I never seen the ghost.
16:14
Speaker 23: But she's like, yeah, you ghosted with the toaster.
16:18
Speaker 13: I don't know.
16:19
Speaker 8: That's funny.
16:19
Speaker 10: Do you still have a ghost?
16:22
Speaker 2: No, because I moved out of that apartment.
16:25
Speaker 10: So now you live in a ghost free home.
16:28
Speaker 2: I don't know about that because I hear a lot
16:29
Speaker 2: of strange stuff at night.
16:31
Speaker 23: It's like, whatever.
16:32
Speaker 13: Do you have a cat?
16:35
Speaker 9: No.
16:35
Speaker 10: Oh, get a cat.
16:36
Speaker 17: Well, but the cat's outside.
16:37
Speaker 10: Well, you got to get a cat.
16:39
Speaker 1: A young girl told me one time when she first
16:42
Speaker 1: moved out of her parents' house, she got a cat.
16:45
Speaker 1: So the cat would explain all the strange noises that
16:48
Speaker 1: she had. If something ever happened, she could just go, oh,
16:51
Speaker 1: it's just a cat.
16:53
Speaker 8: I don't know.
16:54
Speaker 3: I just know what the cat was saying, but who
16:56
Speaker 3: got a drug she was on?
16:58
Speaker 10: Oh, that's hilarious.
16:59
Speaker 15: Anyway.
16:59
Speaker 8: But yeah.
17:00
Speaker 20: All right.
17:00
Speaker 10: Well, thanks for calling. I appreciate it.
17:02
Speaker 1: All right, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. Have you ever seen a ghost? What's
17:06
Speaker 1: going on?
17:07
Speaker 3: Morning, Romeo.
17:08
Speaker 10: Hey, what's up?
17:09
Speaker 4: So I got a story for you.
17:11
Speaker 2: I mean, it's a little, it.
17:13
Speaker 3: Was creepy to me because I was small when it happened.
17:15
Speaker 3: So long story short, it was back when, you know,
17:19
Speaker 3: I was, I think it was like in fourth grade.
17:20
Speaker 8: My brother was a year older than me. We shared
17:22
Speaker 8: a room.
17:23
Speaker 3: My mom, she had her own room next door. And
17:26
Speaker 3: so my brother, my older brother, he would always pull
17:28
Speaker 3: pranks on me all the time. So it's like every
17:31
Speaker 3: time something happened to me, I would be like, Mom,
17:33
Speaker 3: Del's messing with me.
17:34
Speaker 11: And so she'd come in, get him in trouble.
17:37
Speaker 3: So this one night, I don't know, I was scared
17:40
Speaker 3: for my life. I ended up sleeping with my mom
17:43
Speaker 3: because we went to bed, but I didn't see my
17:47
Speaker 3: brother go in bed.
17:50
Speaker 2: I fell asleep first.
17:51
Speaker 3: So eventually he went in and fell asleep. I was
17:54
Speaker 3: covered with my blanket, and I just felt like if
17:58
Speaker 3: someone just rips it away from me so freaking hard
18:01
Speaker 3: that it wakes me up. And I'm like, Joe, stop
18:05
Speaker 3: pulling my blanket. But he wouldn't respond to me, so
18:08
Speaker 3: I thought maybe he was laughing silently. And so I
18:12
Speaker 3: cover myself again. And one more time, very hard, I'm like,
18:18
Speaker 3: it gets, like, pulled away from me, like, while I'm asleep,
18:21
Speaker 3: covered up, like, real tight with the blanket so he
18:24
Speaker 3: wouldn't pull it away from me.
18:25
Speaker 11: And I'm like, Mom, Joe keeps pulling my blanket. So
18:29
Speaker 11: she's like, Jose, stop messing with your sister. So she
18:32
Speaker 11: comes in the room because I'm like, please come in
18:33
Speaker 11: and tell him. And Romeo, he was knocked out in bed.
18:38
Speaker 11: He was, like, drool coming out of his mouth.
18:40
Speaker 3: Like, it was impossible that it could have been him.
18:45
Speaker 3: And my mom is like, what are.
18:46
Speaker 5: You talking about?
18:47
Speaker 3: I'm like, Mom, I swear, look, my blanket's all the
18:49
Speaker 3: way over there. And it was weird because I felt
18:52
Speaker 3: like a scratch. Like, you know, like, I don't know
18:55
Speaker 3: if it was, like, the tag to my blanket or not.
18:57
Speaker 8: I don't know what.
18:58
Speaker 11: Wow.
18:58
Speaker 20: But.
18:59
Speaker 3: It was creepy, and I felt bad because she was
19:02
Speaker 3: yelling at my brother, but he was knocked out, so
19:03
Speaker 3: he didn't know what the hell was going on. And so, like,
19:06
Speaker 3: she turned on the light, and she smacked him, and
19:08
Speaker 3: I was like, I'm so sorry, brother. He's like, man,
19:11
Speaker 3: leave me alone. I'm like, well, I mean, in a way,
19:14
Speaker 3: that's what you get. You're messing with me, so who
19:16
Speaker 3: else am I going to blame, you know?
19:18
Speaker 22: Exactly.
19:19
Speaker 8: Wow.
19:19
Speaker 10: But that's what happened.
19:21
Speaker 3: Like, no lie. Like, my mom can confirm it for you.
19:24
Speaker 3: I was so, I slept with her that night.
19:26
Speaker 10: Was that the only time you've ever had that.
19:28
Speaker 8: Happen to you?
19:29
Speaker 3: So with that situation, yes, but then it was weird
19:34
Speaker 3: because I would want to say, like, two weeks later,
19:36
Speaker 3: I saw, like, in that apartment that we lived in,
19:38
Speaker 3: you know, my mom, she was, like, it was just us,
19:41
Speaker 3: me and my older brother, and I seen a little
19:44
Speaker 3: girl in the hallway run away.
19:46
Speaker 6: Wow.
19:46
Speaker 21: Jeez.
19:47
Speaker 23: That's scary.
19:47
Speaker 3: And my mom's like, are you crazy? And I'm like, no,
19:49
Speaker 3: I'm not.
19:49
Speaker 11: Crazy, Mom.
19:50
Speaker 2: I swear.
19:50
Speaker 3: And so she ended up seeing it, too.
19:52
Speaker 2: Oh.
19:53
Speaker 8: Like, a little girl.
19:53
Speaker 3: Just standing there.
19:54
Speaker 18: Wow.
19:55
Speaker 3: And, like, as soon as we would see her, she
19:56
Speaker 3: ran away.
19:57
Speaker 1: That's wild. That's wild.
19:58
Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, Mommy, we got to move
20:00
Speaker 3: up out of here. Like, hell no.
20:02
Speaker 8: All right.
20:03
Speaker 1: Thanks for calling.
20:04
Speaker 10: That's a great story.
20:04
Speaker 2: Have a good weekend, Rome.
20:06
Speaker 26: All right.
20:09
Speaker 1: I have heard, and I don't know, I can't confirm this,
20:12
Speaker 1: but I have heard that some, the reason I asked
20:14
Speaker 1: her if that was the only time, because I have
20:16
Speaker 1: heard that some ghosts will follow you. They attach themselves
20:20
Speaker 1: to you, and they'll follow you. Like, they might be
20:22
Speaker 1: in your car with you while you're driving. They might
20:25
Speaker 1: be around at work with you when you're, they just...
20:28
Speaker 1: that for some reason they attach themselves with you. And
20:30
Speaker 1: now I don't know if that's true or not, but
20:31
Speaker 1: that's just what I heard. Halloween's coming. Do you see
20:34
Speaker 1: dead people? Have you ever seen a ghost already? Four, two, five, four,
20:37
Speaker 1: seven to seven. Good morning.
20:39
Speaker 19: How's it going on?
20:40
Speaker 13: Hey, what's up, man?
20:41
Speaker 19: You're still talking about the ghost in the house and
20:43
Speaker 19: all that good stuff?
20:44
Speaker 10: Yeah, what's up?
20:46
Speaker 19: My sister, she lives in the house right there in Lamont,
20:49
Speaker 19: over by San Diego Street. And one day I was
20:53
Speaker 19: talking to my brother-in-law and... And he left me talking
20:57
Speaker 19: like he always does. And when I turned around and
21:00
Speaker 19: got out of the kitchen area, I had the kitchen double-inching.
21:04
Speaker 19: And I seen a guy walking into the kitchen. I said,
21:06
Speaker 19: come on, man.
21:06
Speaker 23: Why are you playing with me like that?
21:07
Speaker 19: So I went back. There was nobody there, bro. There
21:11
Speaker 19: wasn't even my brother-in-law. I was like, oh, shoot. And
21:14
Speaker 19: there was like a bunch of things going on in
21:16
Speaker 19: the house. I seen a little girl wearing a tutu.
21:19
Speaker 19: And then I seen like a couple people in there.
21:22
Speaker 19: They look like full-figured people, but... I mean, my sister's
21:25
Speaker 19: the one that did it, so I didn't recognize any
21:27
Speaker 19: of those people.
21:27
Speaker 1: Did somebody die in there, or did they just, uh,
21:31
Speaker 1: was it, uh, was it just, you think it's just
21:33
Speaker 1: a haunted house?
21:34
Speaker 19: It's just a haunted house. Like, my sister heard steps, like,
21:37
Speaker 19: boot steps outside. Like I said, I seen a little girl,
21:41
Speaker 19: I seen a guy, I seen a bunch of stuff.
21:44
Speaker 19: And I remember I took a toy for my daughters
21:47
Speaker 19: to just store it in my sister's garage.
21:50
Speaker 21: Yeah.
21:50
Speaker 4: Yeah.
21:51
Speaker 19: And out of nowhere, it fell from where we put it,
21:54
Speaker 19: where it was a secured area. And then while it
21:57
Speaker 19: was just sitting still in the center of the garage,
22:00
Speaker 19: it shook out of nowhere, bro.
22:02
Speaker 21: Really?
22:03
Speaker 19: Yeah, we're like, oh, I'm out. Come on, let's get
22:07
Speaker 19: out of here. I don't want to see ghosts today.
22:09
Speaker 19: I already seen enough. My first shirt today.
22:11
Speaker 10: That's pretty funny, man. Hey, thanks for calling.
22:16
Speaker 19: No problem, man.
22:17
Speaker 1: All right, brother.
22:17
Speaker 5: Later.
22:18
Speaker 3: Later.
22:19
Speaker 1: Hey, did it ever occur to you guys that the
22:21
Speaker 1: reason you're seeing these ghosts is because people have died
22:27
Speaker 1: in that house in the past and they just didn't
22:30
Speaker 1: have to disclose it to you because of the statute
22:33
Speaker 1: of limitations on whatever the law in California is? Has
22:35
Speaker 1: that ever occurred to anybody that the reason your house
22:38
Speaker 1: is haunted is because somebody died there 10, 20, 30
22:40
Speaker 1: years ago?
22:42
Speaker 10: Or 100 years ago, or however long it could be?
22:44
Speaker 1: Well, a lot of people believe in ghosts. And a
22:46
Speaker 1: lot of people, you will say that you've seen ghosts, right?
22:49
Speaker 1: So what happened? 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. A lot of you guys
22:53
Speaker 1: just get drunk.
22:54
Speaker 10: And, you know, see things. But it has nothing to
22:57
Speaker 10: do with actually seeing ghosts. Sorry, 8-4-2-5-4, 7-7. So, you
23:02
Speaker 10: ever seen a ghost? What happened?
23:03
Speaker 1: Good morning, Al.
23:04
Speaker 10: What's going on?
23:04
Speaker 14: What's going on, Rome? Chili Gilly.
23:06
Speaker 10: What up, Gilly?
23:07
Speaker 14: I got to tell you something real quick.
23:09
Speaker 8: I went with my.
23:11
Speaker 14: Realtor, years ago, they had a five-bedroom, four-bath.
23:17
Speaker 8: They had it for $ 360, 000.
23:17
Speaker 14: Beautiful home. So anyway, on the little picture he was
23:23
Speaker 14: showing me, I said, man, I got to go see
23:26
Speaker 14: that master bedroom because it had a beautiful tub, you know,
23:30
Speaker 14: this and that.
23:30
Speaker 10: Sure.
23:31
Speaker 8: So anyway, we walk in there, and I feel a
23:35
Speaker 8: little something.
23:36
Speaker 14: Well, I look over at Freddie, and he kind of
23:38
Speaker 14: looks over at me. I say, hey, let's go check
23:40
Speaker 14: out that. We went from that room to finally going
23:45
Speaker 14: to that master bedroom where that was, and it was
23:49
Speaker 14: like ice cold in there.
23:50
Speaker 8: He goes, hey, you and Annette, go ahead and check
23:52
Speaker 8: it out. I'll be outside.
23:53
Speaker 14: I said, hell no, I'm with you, brother. Annette was
23:56
Speaker 14: already outside.
23:57
Speaker 8: She said, I could feel it.
23:59
Speaker 15: Wow.
24:00
Speaker 14: Oh, yeah. And I'm not afraid of nothing, man, but oh, boy.
24:06
Speaker 14: It touched my heart a little bit, man, because it
24:09
Speaker 14: was a difference of like 30 degrees.
24:12
Speaker 2: Really?
24:12
Speaker 14: And I could just feel it in there, man. And
24:15
Speaker 14: I said, huh, no wonder they're getting a good deal.
24:19
Speaker 2: But anyway, I'll.
24:20
Speaker 3: Talk to you later.
24:21
Speaker 17: Later, man.
24:22
Speaker 10: That's crazy right there. All right, ghost stories. Have you
24:24
Speaker 10: seen a ghost? Good morning. What's going on?
24:27
Speaker 4: Hey, Romeo, I want to tell you about my ghost
24:30
Speaker 4: danger experience.
24:31
Speaker 1: What happened?
24:33
Speaker 21: Okay, so my son, I had to come to the hospital,
24:36
Speaker 21: and when I brought him back home, he was in
24:39
Speaker 21: a crib. Well, when I brought him home, I put
24:41
Speaker 21: him in his crib, and then I really waking up
24:46
Speaker 21: like around 1.
24:48
Speaker 6: Okay.
24:49
Speaker 21: I seen a little girl standing next to him with
24:54
Speaker 21: long hair and.
24:59
Speaker 21: And she was wearing like a baptism, like a dress.
25:03
Speaker 21: You know how back in the day they had little hats?
25:06
Speaker 8: Yep.
25:06
Speaker 10: I know what you're talking about.
25:08
Speaker 21: So I remember seeing that. And it was right after
25:11
Speaker 21: he got out of the hospital.
25:14
Speaker 10: Do you think maybe the little girl followed you home
25:17
Speaker 10: from the hospital?
25:17
Speaker 5: Yeah.
25:19
Speaker 21: That's what I'm thinking. It was probably like an angel.
25:21
Speaker 23: And it was a.
25:22
Speaker 21: Children's hospital as well.
25:23
Speaker 20: Wow.
25:24
Speaker 10: That is so creepy. Have you ever seen her again?
25:29
Speaker 21: No, but I always tell that story to a lot
25:31
Speaker 21: of people because I know I've seen her.
25:33
Speaker 10: Has your son ever seen the ghost?
25:36
Speaker 21: No, he's already 10.
25:37
Speaker 3: He was like 2.
25:39
Speaker 10: But he's never seen her since then. Okay, all right.
25:43
Speaker 10: Was your son okay from the hospital?
25:46
Speaker 21: Yeah.
25:48
Speaker 10: I'm wondering if maybe your son, she was watching over
25:50
Speaker 10: your son.
25:54
Speaker 4: Yeah, like a guardian angel.
25:55
Speaker 10: Yeah, that's wild.
25:56
Speaker 12: Wild.
25:57
Speaker 10: That gave me goosebumps. Hey, thanks for calling.
25:59
Speaker 9: All right.
26:00
Speaker 2: Later.
26:01
Speaker 21: All righty.
26:01
Speaker 1: Four, two, five, four, seven to seven. Like I said,
26:04
Speaker 1: have you seen it goes? I'm thinking maybe that little
26:06
Speaker 1: girl was watching over her son. And that's why the
26:09
Speaker 1: son might have been in some sort of more, more
26:11
Speaker 1: danger from whatever he was sick from. And maybe that
26:14
Speaker 1: little girl followed him home to take care of him.
26:18
Speaker 10: That's wild. Let's talk about your ghost stories. All right,
26:20
Speaker 10: do you see dead people? Have you ever seen a ghost?
26:23
Speaker 1: What do you got?
26:24
Speaker 21: 842-547-07.
26:24
Speaker 10: What's going on?
26:26
Speaker 11: Hey, Romeo.
26:27
Speaker 10: Hey, what's going on?
26:29
Speaker 26: Hey, so I just had to call in to tell
26:31
Speaker 26: you my experience. Like, I was so skeptical at one
26:34
Speaker 26: point in my life until I lived in a house
26:36
Speaker 26: that was haunted.
26:38
Speaker 20: Really?
26:39
Speaker 10: What happened?
26:40
Speaker 27: Okay, so I have.
26:41
Speaker 26: My teenage son. He was sitting in his room, and
26:43
Speaker 26: his back was against the wall, and there's nobody that
26:45
Speaker 26: could be behind him, obviously, and he was drawing.
26:48
Speaker 27: So he yelled at his little sister.
26:50
Speaker 5: He goes, go to sleep.
26:51
Speaker 27: And then she, you know, I hear him yelling.
26:53
Speaker 11: So I'm like, who's he yelling at?
26:54
Speaker 27: So I go in there and I'm like, who are
26:55
Speaker 27: you yelling at?
26:56
Speaker 4: He goes, Miranda, I told.
26:57
Speaker 3: Her to get to bed. It's already late.
26:59
Speaker 27: I said, babe, she's been asleep.
27:02
Speaker 26: I heard her voice and I was like, no, I
27:04
Speaker 26: put her to sleep.
27:05
Speaker 5: She's asleep in my room.
27:07
Speaker 27: So, you know, I just kind of like brushed it off.
27:09
Speaker 26: And then the next incident, it was like 5 o'clock
27:11
Speaker 26: in the morning.
27:11
Speaker 15: I'm the only one up getting ready for work.
27:14
Speaker 27: And I hear like these three loud knocks on the
27:16
Speaker 27: bathroom door.
27:16
Speaker 3: And it startled me.
27:17
Speaker 14: So bad I got pissed.
27:18
Speaker 27: I was like, why are my kids up banging on
27:21
Speaker 27: the bathroom door? So I go into his room and
27:23
Speaker 27: I was like, what are you guys doing? And, you know,
27:25
Speaker 27: they're knocked dead, dead asleep. And my son wakes up
27:28
Speaker 27: and he goes, who are you yelling at?
27:30
Speaker 17: And I'm like, who knocked on my door?
27:31
Speaker 3: And he goes, Mama, we're asleep.
27:33
Speaker 27: Like, what are you talking about? And you can tell
27:34
Speaker 27: the sleepiness.
27:35
Speaker 13: In his eyes.
27:35
Speaker 10: Yeah, absolutely.
27:37
Speaker 11: Yeah so i was like.
27:38
Speaker 26: Oh my and that pissed me off i was like
27:40
Speaker 26: you know what it's one.
27:41
Speaker 27: Thing to scare me but don't do that to my
27:42
Speaker 27: kids like don't do that and then yeah and then
27:47
Speaker 27: making a silhouette of a little kid so we're like
27:49
Speaker 27: okay it's a little kid it's some little kid that
27:52
Speaker 27: passed away in that.
27:53
Speaker 1: Home dang never say you yelled at the ghost i.
27:56
Speaker 26: Was so mad at first i got scared i said
28:00
Speaker 26: first of all you know okay it's me but then
28:02
Speaker 26: If you.
28:02
Speaker 27: Start scaring my children, that's another thing. Don't do that
28:05
Speaker 27: to my kids.
28:06
Speaker 10: Talking about ghost stories, right?
28:08
Speaker 3: R-8-4-2-5-4.
28:08
Speaker 2: 7-7.
28:08
Speaker 10: Have you ever seen a ghost?
28:12
Speaker 9: Good morning.
28:12
Speaker 10: How's it going on?
28:12
Speaker 2: Good morning, Romeo. I have to tell you about when
28:15
Speaker 2: I was a little girl.
28:18
Speaker 10: Hey, hold on. First of all, you sound so professional
28:21
Speaker 10: when you talk.
28:24
Speaker 14: I do?
28:24
Speaker 21: Yeah.
28:25
Speaker 10: Good morning, Romeo. I thought you were an automated service
28:29
Speaker 10: for a moment.
28:30
Speaker 1: All right.
28:32
Speaker 12: What's going on?
28:32
Speaker 23: What happened?
28:33
Speaker 2: Hey, what's up, Romeo?
28:34
Speaker 10: Yeah, there you go.
28:36
Speaker 2: What's going on?
28:38
Speaker 10: Well, the reason I said.
28:39
Speaker 21: Hold on.
28:39
Speaker 10: I'll tell you why I say that.
28:40
Speaker 1: Because James, the insurance guy, the farmer's guy, when you
28:44
Speaker 1: call him and he doesn't answer.
28:46
Speaker 10: It says, hello, Romeo. James is not available. And it
28:50
Speaker 10: sounded just like you. And I thought it was kind
28:53
Speaker 10: of weird. But okay, go ahead. What happened?
28:54
Speaker 2: Okay, if I call in now from here on out,
28:56
Speaker 2: I'll be like, hey, what's up, Romeo?
28:58
Speaker 1: Yes, exactly.
28:59
Speaker 10: What's going on?
29:01
Speaker 2: When I was a little girl, this kind of ties
29:04
Speaker 2: in also to that voodoo stuff. But a bunch of
29:08
Speaker 2: us kids went to my grandmother's house. And we were
29:10
Speaker 2: playing and dancing. We were never... Nobody was ever allowed
29:15
Speaker 2: to go into my grandmother's room.
29:17
Speaker 6: Ever.
29:17
Speaker 2: My grandma and my grandpa's room. Nobody. Not even her kids.
29:21
Speaker 2: But we were playing, and we ran into her room,
29:23
Speaker 2: and we were yelling and screaming and everything. And then
29:27
Speaker 2: all of a sudden, one of our cousins... He wasn't there.
29:30
Speaker 2: We don't know where he was. But anyways, all of
29:33
Speaker 2: a sudden, up in the corner... And and we're kids
29:37
Speaker 2: you know we don't anyways we looked up in the
29:40
Speaker 2: corner and there was our cousin fighting with Jesus and
29:43
Speaker 2: we all said it was Jesus because we didn't know
29:47
Speaker 2: we ran out of there yelling and crying and we
29:50
Speaker 2: went to our parents and they're like what's wrong you
29:52
Speaker 2: know I thought maybe it was just me yeah There
29:55
Speaker 2: was about four or five of us, and then we
29:57
Speaker 2: were all crying, saying, Danny boy's fighting with swords with Jesus.
30:03
Speaker 2: And he wasn't even there. But it was so, that
30:07
Speaker 2: has stayed with me forever.
30:09
Speaker 21: Wow.
30:09
Speaker 2: And every once in a while, I'll ask my same cousins, hey,
30:13
Speaker 2: do you remember? They're like, yes. It was the trippiest thing.
30:17
Speaker 2: And we never went in my grandmother's house, or my
30:19
Speaker 2: grandmother's room again.
30:19
Speaker 10: What was in your grandmother's room? Was she into voodoo?
30:22
Speaker 2: We think she might have dabbled into it, but, you know,
30:26
Speaker 2: there's no real clear-cut anything. Like, you know, whenever one
30:30
Speaker 2: of us would get something, she would put that egg
30:33
Speaker 2: underneath the bed.
30:34
Speaker 8: Oh, sure.
30:35
Speaker 2: The whole thing like that. I mean, you know, that's
30:37
Speaker 2: so totally, like, out there. But, yeah, we tripped out
30:42
Speaker 2: so much.
30:42
Speaker 1: Because normally grandparents don't want you in the room because
30:44
Speaker 1: they're still having sex, and they don't want you to
30:46
Speaker 1: know that.
30:47
Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't want to think about that with my grandmother,
30:50
Speaker 2: but yes, could very well be. But even my parents,
30:53
Speaker 2: you know, my parents, my parents' siblings, no one was
30:57
Speaker 2: allowed in there.
30:58
Speaker 10: So it's something.
30:59
Speaker 2: Yeah, and my grandma didn't say anything to us.
31:01
Speaker 10: Did your grandmother have a locked room somewhere?
31:04
Speaker 2: No, it was never locked. It was just forbidden.
31:06
Speaker 8: Wow.
31:06
Speaker 2: When you go through the hallway, because there was a
31:09
Speaker 2: living room and everything, and then you go and there's
31:10
Speaker 2: a small hallway, and to the left is my grandmother's.
31:14
Speaker 2: And then to the right is like the bathroom and
31:17
Speaker 2: the other rooms. And we were never allowed to go left.
31:19
Speaker 2: No matter what, we learned at a very young age
31:22
Speaker 2: what left and right was. When you go to grandma's,
31:24
Speaker 2: you only.
31:25
Speaker 1: Go this way.
31:29
Speaker 10: Oh, 8-4-2-5-4-7-7. You ever seen a ghost? I bet her
31:31
Speaker 10: grandma was a witch. I bet her grandma was a witch.
31:33
Speaker 10: What did you send me here? Hey, Rome, I love Halloween.
31:37
Speaker 1: So when I moved into my new house a few
31:40
Speaker 1: years ago, Buena Vista in Panama.
31:41
Speaker 20: Okay.
31:42
Speaker 21: Okay.
31:43
Speaker 1: I went all out. Props, strobe lights, maize, candy. Only
31:46
Speaker 1: had maybe 20 kids all night. Shook my head. It
31:50
Speaker 1: wasn't worth it. Well, it was probably worth it for
31:52
Speaker 1: those 20 kids. You know, you really don't know. I'm
31:57
Speaker 1: going to tell you that I go out. I do
32:02
Speaker 1: something unique for Halloween, okay, every year. And you don't
32:09
Speaker 1: really think much of it. Now, I get a lot
32:10
Speaker 1: of kids in my neighborhood for the most part. But
32:13
Speaker 1: you don't really think much of it until somebody says something.
32:18
Speaker 1: And last year, I was doing what we always do
32:20
Speaker 1: for Halloween, and a kid came up to me, or
32:24
Speaker 1: came up to, you know, the house, and he said, hey, man,
32:29
Speaker 1: we had to come check it out. He's in college now, but,
32:32
Speaker 1: you know, he grew up.
32:34
Speaker 10: In my neighborhood, and.
32:37
Speaker 1: He remembers every Halloween what I do for Halloween. And
32:41
Speaker 1: so when you think about it, Like you said, it
32:44
Speaker 1: wasn't worth it for you, but it might have been
32:46
Speaker 1: worth it for those 20 kids. And maybe if one
32:48
Speaker 1: of those kids had said something to you about how
32:50
Speaker 1: great it was, it would have been worth it to you.
32:53
Speaker 10: So you got to think about it like that. I mean,
32:58
Speaker 10: it was worth it. It was worth it to do it.
33:01
Speaker 1: Alrighty, 425477. I love Halloween. It's great. We're going to
33:07
Speaker 1: talk about the rules of Halloween tomorrow, though, because there
33:10
Speaker 1: is something to be said. Everybody has a role in Halloween.
33:14
Speaker 1: The trick-or-treater, the customer, the person, the homeowner. You guys
33:20
Speaker 1: all got a role. We'll talk about that tomorrow, though.
33:23
Speaker 1: Let's get some Puff Puff Pass tickets. Puff Puff Pass.
33:26
Speaker 1: Let's get you some tickets right now. Caller 29.
33:27
Speaker 23: 842-54.
33:27
Speaker 10: What's going on?
33:31
Speaker 8: Morning, morning.
33:32
Speaker 1: Hey, you're call number 29. Congratulations.
33:35
Speaker 8: Well, yeah, thank you.
33:37
Speaker 10: What's your name, man?
33:37
Speaker 12: Jose.
33:38
Speaker 14: All right, Jose, you got.
33:39
Speaker 10: Tickets to Snoop Dogg, the Puff Puff Fast.
33:41
Speaker 19: Store, okay?
33:43
Speaker 14: All right, thank you.
33:43
Speaker 10: All right, so there we go.
33:44
Speaker 1: We got Puff Puff Fast Store. You know, so one
33:47
Speaker 1: of the funny things is we email these tickets to you, okay?
33:51
Speaker 1: And it is so funny what some of your email
33:56
Speaker 1: addresses are. I know you started, like, You start them
33:59
Speaker 1: when you're young, so you have like bootylicious 12, 12,
34:02
Speaker 1: 20 or something, 606 or whatever we are, 805, whatever, right?
34:08
Speaker 1: And then you never change them when you're an adult.
34:10
Speaker 1: And it's so funny seeing what email addresses you guys have.
34:16
Speaker 1: You ever seen a ghost? What's going on?
34:19
Speaker 23: Hey, what's up, Romy?
34:20
Speaker 8: Raider Rob here.
34:20
Speaker 10: What up, Rob?
34:22
Speaker 24: What's up, brother? Hey, this past weekend, Sunday, I went
34:25
Speaker 24: to a wedding in Temecula up in the hills, right?
34:29
Speaker 24: And it was in the afternoon, so it got dark
34:31
Speaker 24: after we ate. And after they started closing down, we
34:33
Speaker 24: started to walk out, me and the old lady and
34:35
Speaker 24: her brother. So we go to the car and we
34:37
Speaker 24: start talking, right? And then I get this bright idea, like, hey,
34:41
Speaker 24: I got.
34:41
Speaker 1: To go to the restroom.
34:42
Speaker 24: So I walked to the trees in the shadows in
34:44
Speaker 24: the dark. And as I'm over there using the restroom,
34:47
Speaker 24: I hear something. I look to the side. And I see, like,
34:51
Speaker 24: a gray thing, and I'm looking like, man, what is that?
34:53
Speaker 24: It could be a butler or something, because this is.
34:55
Speaker 8: Where we're in the dark.
34:57
Speaker 24: So I hear, like, a little, like, a buzzing, and
34:59
Speaker 24: I look again, and I started to zip up my
35:02
Speaker 24: pants and walk away. And then as I did, I
35:04
Speaker 24: looked to the other side. It was on the other
35:05
Speaker 24: side then. I was like, man, am I seeing things?
35:07
Speaker 13: And believe it or not, I didn't drink, so.
35:10
Speaker 8: You know what I mean? I don't know what it was.
35:12
Speaker 1: The hills of Temecula? Do the hills of Temecula have eyes?
35:16
Speaker 1: Is that what's going on out there? I don't know, brother.
35:19
Speaker 24: But all I know is that I was speeding it up,
35:22
Speaker 24: trying to get out of there.
35:22
Speaker 8: All I had was a little pocket knife on me.
35:24
Speaker 7: How are you going to stab a ghost, Rob?
35:28
Speaker 8: I don't know, man.
35:28
Speaker 24: I'll just cut the sheets or something.
35:30
Speaker 1: You know what I mean?
35:34
Speaker 10: Oh, that's great.
35:35
Speaker 1: All right, Rob. Rob was going to shank somebody with
35:41
Speaker 1: a Swiss Army knife. What is wrong? You can't shank
35:44
Speaker 1: a ghost, fool.
35:46
Speaker 22: R24254727.
35:46
Speaker 1: Yeah, ghost stories, man. Have you seen a ghost? Have
35:50
Speaker 1: you seen?
35:51
Speaker 10: I know there's.
35:52
Speaker 1: A couple of stories locally of ghosts at the BC Stadium.
35:57
Speaker 1: There's some road, I guess, where you drive out and
35:59
Speaker 1: there's a ghost hitchhiker. Have you guys heard of that one?
36:02
Speaker 1: I don't know. I saw something one time. I was driving.
36:07
Speaker 1: It was about 3 in the morning. I was coming
36:10
Speaker 1: to the studio. And I thought a car. Now, at
36:16
Speaker 1: 3 in the morning, there's nobody on the road. I
36:18
Speaker 1: thought what I saw was a car. I'm heading down
36:22
Speaker 1: Olive Drive towards 99. And when I cross over coffee.
36:31
Speaker 1: Was it coffee or Calloway? No, it was Calloway. When
36:34
Speaker 1: I cross over Callaway, a car pulls behind me. I
36:40
Speaker 1: saw it clear as day that this car pulled and
36:44
Speaker 1: started following me. Well, then I look up, and it's gone.
36:49
Speaker 1: It just disappeared. Now, it was crazy.
36:54
Speaker 10: It was crazy. All right, um.
36:56
Speaker 1: Yeah, you ever seen a ghost or seen something paranormal,
36:59
Speaker 1: something crazy? Talking about ghosts, man, you ever seen any ghosts,
37:02
Speaker 1: maybe a paranormal activity or something like that? Hey, Rome,
37:06
Speaker 1: let's see here. Me and my wife went to a
37:08
Speaker 1: concert a couple years ago, rented the cheapest hotel we
37:13
Speaker 1: could find, got a corner room. With nobody around us,
37:19
Speaker 1: the hotel was pretty empty. We woke up in the
37:21
Speaker 1: middle of the night to tapping and scratching along the walls.
37:26
Speaker 1: But when I would go outside and look... Let's see.
37:29
Speaker 1: But when I would go look outside the door, I
37:32
Speaker 1: didn't see anything. And this continued on for two nights.
37:37
Speaker 10: Wait, hold on.
37:39
Speaker 1: It happened the first night and you stayed for another night? Okay,
37:44
Speaker 1: we'll get back to that.
37:46
Speaker 10: I didn't see.
37:48
Speaker 1: It continued for two nights. We were there. When we
37:52
Speaker 1: checked out, we asked the front desk girl if anybody
37:55
Speaker 1: was around us because we heard noises. She says we
38:00
Speaker 1: were the only ones in that section to this day.
38:04
Speaker 1: We still go back and think about it. Do you
38:10
Speaker 1: still go back to the hotel? What was the hotel?
38:14
Speaker 1: I can't believe you stayed the second night. If that
38:17
Speaker 1: happened the first night, I'm out.
38:19
Speaker 10: I'm gone.
38:20
Speaker 1: What is wrong with you? It wasn't the Padre, was it?
38:25
Speaker 1: Somebody says, somebody told me the Padre is haunted. There's
38:29
Speaker 1: one of the floors or one of the rooms of
38:30
Speaker 1: the Padre Hotel is haunted.
38:32
Speaker 10: That's funny.
38:35
Speaker 1: All right.
38:37
Speaker 2: 842-547-7.
38:38
Speaker 1: You ever seen a ghost? How about a paranormal activity?
38:41
Speaker 1: Anything like that? Hotels are the worst. Talking about ghost stories, man.
38:45
Speaker 1: You ever seen something crazy? Good morning, Hal. What's going on?
38:47
Speaker 12: Morning, Romeo.
38:48
Speaker 8: How you doing?
38:48
Speaker 1: I'm doing fabulous, man. What's up?
38:51
Speaker 13: So, I got a good one for you.
38:52
Speaker 8: Okay.
38:54
Speaker 13: So, this is back when I was in high school.
38:56
Speaker 13: I grew up in Bear Valley, in Tatchpee.
38:58
Speaker 19: Okay.
39:00
Speaker 13: So, anyways, I grew up on the side of a mountain,
39:03
Speaker 13: and my friends and I decided to go exploring on
39:05
Speaker 13: the mountain. Well, we found some old Native American, you know, stuff.
39:12
Speaker 2: On the mountain.
39:14
Speaker 13: Um, anyways, we mess with the stuff, you know, kids
39:18
Speaker 13: do stuff like that all the time. And, uh, anyways,
39:23
Speaker 13: my friends went home. I went back home later that
39:26
Speaker 13: night when I, went to go to bed.
39:30
Speaker 12: I happened to look.
39:31
Speaker 13: To the side and I saw like a shadow of
39:35
Speaker 13: what looked like an Indian chief.
39:36
Speaker 16: Okay.
39:38
Speaker 13: And it started floating towards my bed.
39:40
Speaker 22: Okay. Okay.
39:42
Speaker 13: Anyways, I got up, I ran out of the room,
39:44
Speaker 13: and that was, you know, the end of the story, but.
39:47
Speaker 1: Did, by any chance, did he have a patch, I mean,
39:51
Speaker 1: a little, like a little pocket, a little leather thing
39:57
Speaker 1: under his arm, under his armpit, or on his armpit,
40:01
Speaker 1: like a leather pouch?
40:03
Speaker 8: You know what?
40:04
Speaker 13: I did not pay that much attention to it because
40:06
Speaker 13: I was scared as hell and I got the hell
40:07
Speaker 13: out of there.
40:08
Speaker 27: All right.
40:13
Speaker 13: But regardless, the point of the story is don't f
40:16
Speaker 13: * * * Native American stuff.
40:17
Speaker 27: Okay.
40:18
Speaker 1: You know, it's funny that you say that because I
40:20
Speaker 1: grew up on a reservation and I mess with Native
40:22
Speaker 1: American stuff all the.
40:23
Speaker 10: Time and nothing ever happened to me.
40:25
Speaker 13: Damn, you're one of the lucky ones.
40:27
Speaker 10: I'll run back in later.
40:31
Speaker 1: We mess with all kinds of native stuff on the
40:33
Speaker 1: res when we live there.
40:35
Speaker 10: Yeah, all right, that's funny.
40:37
Speaker 1: Yeah, there is a story. There's an old story on
40:38
Speaker 1: my reservation about the engine devil. Once you look at him,
40:44
Speaker 1: don't ever look back because he'll come and get you.
40:48
Speaker 1: But he has like a leather pouch under his arm.
40:53
Speaker 1: Talking about ghosts and stories. You see anything? Says, good morning, Romeo.
40:57
Speaker 1: My grandmother's house was haunted. My grandfather bought this house.
41:01
Speaker 1: from a shoemaker that said his wife had ran off
41:04
Speaker 1: with another man, so he bought it cheap. Later, we
41:06
Speaker 1: started to see women in the yard and a white
41:10
Speaker 1: dress running around, so when there was a flood, a
41:16
Speaker 1: part of the backyard sunk in, and it was the
41:19
Speaker 1: size of a grave. My grandmother asked the priest to
41:21
Speaker 1: bless the site and all And all the signs or
41:29
Speaker 1: sights of the image disappeared. Are you serious? So you
41:36
Speaker 1: think the man killed his wife at the house?
41:40
Speaker 8: Maybe.
41:40
Speaker 10: Morning, how's it going on?
41:42
Speaker 17: Good morning, Romeo.
41:43
Speaker 10: Hey, what up?
41:44
Speaker 3: So my ghost story has to do with my job.
41:48
Speaker 1: What happened?
41:49
Speaker 17: And I'm a knock shift worker, so I work from
41:51
Speaker 17: 11 to 7 in the morning. I am a caregiver
41:54
Speaker 17: for a boarding facility.
41:56
Speaker 1: Wow.
41:57
Speaker 10: That's got to be scary.
41:59
Speaker 17: And it is because I work with people that have
42:01
Speaker 17: mental illnesses.
42:03
Speaker 1: Okay.
42:04
Speaker 3: Yeah, so it's pretty bad.
42:06
Speaker 17: So I work on the men's side, to top it off.
42:09
Speaker 25: I'm the only female that works on.
42:10
Speaker 17: The men's side.
42:11
Speaker 18: Yeah.
42:12
Speaker 8: Right.
42:12
Speaker 17: So one day I'm there by myself, and I'm sitting
42:17
Speaker 17: at my desk, and I can see the front door
42:19
Speaker 17: from my desk perfectly. And it just opens, and it's shut,
42:24
Speaker 17: completely shut, and it just opens.
42:25
Speaker 23: And I'm like, oh, no.
42:27
Speaker 17: Like, I believe in ghosts and I believe in all
42:29
Speaker 17: that stuff, but I was like, there's no way I
42:30
Speaker 17: want to walk from here to there to go shut that.
42:33
Speaker 17: So I text my co-worker, my one that's in our
42:36
Speaker 17: second building, to come over here to my side so
42:39
Speaker 17: she could shut the door.
42:40
Speaker 26: Oh, my God.
42:44
Speaker 17: I told her, like, this door just opened by itself.
42:47
Speaker 17: And she was like, yeah, I heard that we have
42:49
Speaker 17: a ghost here.
42:50
Speaker 3: I was like, oh, all of a sudden, I've.
42:51
Speaker 4: Been here a year, and you guys just want to tell.
42:53
Speaker 2: Me about this?
42:55
Speaker 23: Yeah, that would have been good.
42:57
Speaker 17: So there's another time where my coworker, he was there
43:02
Speaker 17: actually with me, and I'm sitting there, and.
43:04
Speaker 2: I'm just like.
43:05
Speaker 17: oh my God, the door just opened. He goes, what?
43:08
Speaker 17: He goes, it opened for you? I go, look, it's
43:12
Speaker 17: like literally, and I'm telling you, it's the middle of
43:13
Speaker 17: the night, three o'clock in the morning, four o'clock in
43:15
Speaker 17: the morning.
43:16
Speaker 2: It's like, I'm.
43:17
Speaker 17: Not going to get up and get out.
43:18
Speaker 3: I start crying because I'm a sissy.
43:21
Speaker 17: When it comes to stuff like that, I.
43:22
Speaker 3: Am a sissy.
43:23
Speaker 1: That is so funny.
43:24
Speaker 17: Can you please get up and go shut the door?
43:26
Speaker 17: And he's like, oh, well, they had just told me
43:28
Speaker 17: that somebody had died in here. And I'm like, what
43:30
Speaker 17: the hell?
43:31
Speaker 5: All of a sudden?
43:33
Speaker 17: Like, seriously? So, that is our thing. Like, literally, yesterday morning,
43:38
Speaker 17: right before the shift changed, um... We're all, my residents
43:42
Speaker 17: are sitting in the living room and the door opens
43:46
Speaker 17: and everybody just turns and looks at the door and
43:49
Speaker 17: then turns and looks at me. And I'm like, no, no.
43:56
Speaker 1: That's so funny. That is so funny. Thanks for calling.
44:04
Speaker 1: Oh man.
44:04
Speaker 4: Hey Rome.
44:05
Speaker 1: I think all these stories are full of it. Tell
44:07
Speaker 1: the people that lay off the drugs.
44:09
Speaker 10: Um, I don't know if it's real or not, man.
44:12
Speaker 20: I don't know.
44:13
Speaker 1: Your mind is a pretty, the mind is a pretty incredible,
44:17
Speaker 1: you know, it's pretty incredible for what it can do.
44:21
Speaker 10: We just, we don't know. So maybe it is playing
44:24
Speaker 10: tricks on you. Maybe it's not.
44:25
Speaker 1: All right. Or some sort of paranormal type of activity,
44:29
Speaker 1: you know.
44:29
Speaker 6: 842-547-7.
44:30
Speaker 1: Good morning. What's going on? Good morning, Romeo. Hey, what's up?
44:37
Speaker 2: Okay.
44:37
Speaker 25: So when I was younger, I was a little girl.
44:39
Speaker 25: I spent the night at a friend's house and I
44:42
Speaker 25: woke up, you know, to go pee. And when I
44:45
Speaker 25: was walking to the bathroom, there's like the heater in
44:47
Speaker 25: front of the bathroom and the other side of the
44:48
Speaker 25: heater was the living room. Well, anyway, I woke up,
44:51
Speaker 25: and as I came out of the bedroom, I seen
44:53
Speaker 25: an image. And then as I really focused my eyes,
44:57
Speaker 25: it was a little devil kneeling. And as he turned
45:00
Speaker 25: to look at me, I seen.
45:02
Speaker 9: She had a brother that passed away.
45:03
Speaker 25: And I seen the devil's face, and I seen his face.
45:07
Speaker 25: I seen the devil's face, and I seen his face.
45:09
Speaker 25: And he got his finger, and he put it by
45:10
Speaker 25: his mouth like this.
45:17
Speaker 1: You saw the face of a person inside the devil?
45:22
Speaker 3: Yes.
45:22
Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
45:23
Speaker 10: Okay.
45:24
Speaker 21: No, go ahead.
45:24
Speaker 25: Finish your story.
45:25
Speaker 10: Sorry.
45:27
Speaker 8: I didn't go pee.
45:28
Speaker 3: I just stepped backwards all the way back into the bed.
45:31
Speaker 1: How did you not go home?
45:34
Speaker 10: How did you not call your mom and go home?
45:37
Speaker 25: Because I got back in bed and I started praying.
45:41
Speaker 5: That's insane.
45:42
Speaker 1: I started praying.
45:43
Speaker 2: Uh-huh, and her brother did pass.
45:45
Speaker 7: I did know, I knew a woman, well, I still
45:49
Speaker 7: know her, but when she was in her 20s, she
45:53
Speaker 7: said that she was laying in bed one time in
45:55
Speaker 7: a rocking chair in her room that the devil just
45:58
Speaker 7: appeared sitting there.
45:59
Speaker 8: Oh, wow.
46:00
Speaker 10: She said that, and.
46:01
Speaker 1: It was like, it was the craziest thing she said.
46:05
Speaker 10: She'd ever seen.
46:06
Speaker 8: I don't know.
46:06
Speaker 25: Yeah, go ahead.
46:08
Speaker 10: No, I don't know what that means, but damn, I
46:10
Speaker 10: hope I never see the devil again.
46:11
Speaker 25: Yeah, and he told me, and her brother was not
46:14
Speaker 25: a good person. He did some pretty bad things, kind
46:16
Speaker 25: of like gangster-like, you know, back in the days in
46:18
Speaker 25: my hometown.
46:19
Speaker 3: But it's like, oh, my goodness.
46:23
Speaker 1: That gave me chills. That's insane.
46:25
Speaker 10: Oh, that's crazy.
46:27
Speaker 25: All right.
46:28
Speaker 1: Thanks for calling. That, yeah, seeing religious stuff kind of
46:35
Speaker 1: is really, really creepy. All right, 8-4-2-5-4, 70s ghost stories.
46:40
Speaker 1: Let me get to this.
46:41
Speaker 22: Let's see.
46:41
Speaker 1: It says, Rome, I'm almost 60 years old. When I
46:44
Speaker 1: was six years old, I was sleeping in the bed
46:47
Speaker 1: with my great-grandmother. I woke up in the middle of
46:48
Speaker 1: the night because I heard her talking. And at the
46:51
Speaker 1: foot of the bed, there was a figure that was
46:54
Speaker 1: obviously not a regular person. She patted me on the
46:59
Speaker 1: back and told me to go back to sleep as
47:02
Speaker 1: if she was okay with it. Um, let's see. Next
47:08
Speaker 1: morning I was sitting at the table, not saying nothing,
47:11
Speaker 1: just staring at her without, uh, anything being said. She
47:15
Speaker 1: looked at me and said, Oh, don't worry about it.
47:18
Speaker 1: They come and talk to me all the time from,
47:22
Speaker 1: from that point on. I have had, I've, I have
47:26
Speaker 1: had contacts with spirits and we never, uh, and was
47:31
Speaker 1: never spooky or anything like that. They were very normal
47:35
Speaker 1: to have around in the home. She lived to be
47:37
Speaker 1: 106 years old and taught me a lot about the
47:40
Speaker 1: spirit world. The veil is very thin between our world
47:46
Speaker 1: and theirs. That gift to communicate with spirits has been
47:50
Speaker 1: passed down to my daughter that's also starting to see
47:54
Speaker 1: them around the same age. Oh, my gosh.
47:59
Speaker 10: You know, they do say that children....
48:04
Speaker 1: We'll see are more susceptible to the spirit world that
48:11
Speaker 1: all children are. It's just as we grow, we block
48:15
Speaker 1: it out. As we become adults, we think it's nonsense.
48:18
Speaker 1: As we become adults, we think it's, you know, not real.
48:24
Speaker 1: So we block it out and we lose the ability
48:26
Speaker 1: to see the spirit world. At least that's what they say.
48:30
Speaker 1: All righty, four, two, five, four, seven to seven. But,
48:36
Speaker 1: I mean, that's another thing, man. A lot of you
48:38
Speaker 1: believe in it. You see it.
48:39
Speaker 10: Your grandma obviously did and didn't have a problem with it.
48:43
Speaker 1: That's crazy.
48:44
Speaker 10: These ghost stories, man.
48:45
Speaker 1: People are getting chills from these stories. Good morning, Romeo. Okay,
48:50
Speaker 1: so there was this one time back in the day,
48:52
Speaker 1: a group of friends were out drinking at the backside
48:56
Speaker 1: of Hart Park. We're only there for like 30 minutes
48:59
Speaker 1: because we seen this white ghost figure cross the river.
49:04
Speaker 1: Just standing there. A friend of mine seen it first,
49:08
Speaker 1: then double-checked with me and triple-checked with someone else, and
49:12
Speaker 1: we all seen the same thing. It was creepy. We
49:16
Speaker 1: just packed up and left. Okay, you sure it wasn't alcohol?
49:21
Speaker 1: You sure you didn't have too much? You weren't drinking
49:22
Speaker 1: at Boone's Farms? That Boone's Farms will make you see
49:25
Speaker 1: some silly things. And as we were leaving, keep in
49:29
Speaker 1: mind it was clear night, two in the morning, but
49:32
Speaker 1: at some point the road, it got super foggy where
49:36
Speaker 1: we couldn't see.
49:38
Speaker 10: Then it just cleared up.
49:39
Speaker 1: Um, wow.
49:41
Speaker 10: Yeah, that's, uh, that is creepy.
49:43
Speaker 1: Already four, two, five, four, seven, seven.
49:46
Speaker 21: Hey, Rome.
49:46
Speaker 1: One time I was showering and we had one of
49:49
Speaker 1: those showers with a clear glass door. Well turned around
49:52
Speaker 1: and there was this lady in a white dress, long
49:55
Speaker 1: curly black hair, clear as day. My husband was in
49:59
Speaker 1: the next room. I tried screaming and nothing would come
50:02
Speaker 1: out after about a minute. She was out and I
50:06
Speaker 1: could finally yell out. So I yell, I yell, right?
50:10
Speaker 1: And my husband thinks I'm tripping. Hell no. Now every
50:14
Speaker 1: time I shower, I'm freaking paranoid as you know what. Yeah,
50:18
Speaker 1: I mean, that's creepy. That is very creepy.
50:23
Speaker 17: Hey, good morning, Romeo.
50:24
Speaker 21: Hey, what's up?
50:25
Speaker 8: Oh, my goodness.
50:26
Speaker 6: When I used to work in the hospital, there would
50:30
Speaker 6: be stories of what people would say they saw on
50:32
Speaker 6: other floors, but my floor.
50:35
Speaker 23: Was the floor where, like, you get all kinds of patients.
50:38
Speaker 6: It was med search, you know, and if you didn't
50:41
Speaker 6: like the patient, you send them there.
50:42
Speaker 23: If they were too much, you send them there. And
50:45
Speaker 23: I remember working one day in Clear Estate. Well, I
50:48
Speaker 23: worked the night shift, but it was early in the
50:50
Speaker 23: night shift. It wasn't like, you know, it wasn't my
50:52
Speaker 23: third day. It was my first day back. And as
50:55
Speaker 23: we're moving this patient from a double room, like I'm
50:57
Speaker 23: trying to say like, excuse me, you know, because there
51:00
Speaker 23: was this guy like soldier with like boots and everything. And,
51:03
Speaker 23: you know, I'm trying to be respectful of him and everything.
51:05
Speaker 23: I'm trying to move his meemaw. And as soon as
51:10
Speaker 23: we get her out, I told my friend, I'm like, oh,
51:11
Speaker 23: my God, he's so rude.
51:13
Speaker 3: And she's like, who?
51:14
Speaker 23: I'm like, the guy right there. Like, I know you're,
51:16
Speaker 23: you know, you're still uniform and everything. And I know this,
51:18
Speaker 23: you're meanwhile. But you see us trying to, you know,
51:21
Speaker 23: go ahead and take her to labs and everything. She's like,
51:24
Speaker 23: who are you talking about?
51:24
Speaker 17: I'm like, the guy.
51:25
Speaker 11: Didn't you see him?
51:25
Speaker 23: Like, I was trying to tell him, excuse me. She's like, B,
51:29
Speaker 23: there's no one there. I'm like, shut up. I'm like,
51:31
Speaker 23: shut up. I've seen him. I can describe everything, even
51:34
Speaker 23: the tattoo that he had on his arm.
51:36
Speaker 21: Really?
51:37
Speaker 23: Yeah, so our friend that works in security went over
51:40
Speaker 23: the tape and he saw me talking to someone, you know,
51:46
Speaker 23: like when you're like, you know, like backwards, like saying like,
51:48
Speaker 23: excuse me, but he said there was no one there.
51:51
Speaker 10: On the tape?
51:53
Speaker 9: Yeah.
51:54
Speaker 10: Wow, that is insane. That's like a movie.
51:57
Speaker 8: That's crazy.
51:59
Speaker 21: Right?
51:59
Speaker 23: Well, I mean, it is a hospital, so you expect
52:01
Speaker 23: this kind of stuff. But it's just crazy, though, because
52:04
Speaker 23: then after that one, I seen another person in my
52:08
Speaker 23: double room. And that was another Meemaw. And I had
52:12
Speaker 23: closed the curtain because it's a two-bedroom. And so I'm
52:16
Speaker 23: getting situated. Again, it's my first night back. Not my
52:20
Speaker 23: third night. First 12-hour night shift. And we're in the
52:24
Speaker 23: first couple of hours in there.
52:26
Speaker 2: That's wild.
52:27
Speaker 23: I'm about to change this other Meemaw. And I see
52:32
Speaker 23: some shoes there, and I'm like, oh, okay, I see
52:34
Speaker 23: feet at the end of the bed.
52:35
Speaker 2: Okay.
52:36
Speaker 3: And now, get you, Meemaw can't move.
52:39
Speaker 21: All right?
52:40
Speaker 23: She's in the bed. She's bed-bound.
52:42
Speaker 19: Okay.
52:42
Speaker 23: So I'm like, oh, excuse me, sir, because they look
52:44
Speaker 23: like men's shoes.
52:46
Speaker 1: Yeah.
52:46
Speaker 23: I'm like, excuse me, sir, I'll be right back. I'm
52:49
Speaker 23: just going to go get some extra clothes and dressings.
52:53
Speaker 23: We're going to go ahead and clean up, you know,
52:56
Speaker 23: and then I say, you know, your person, but I
52:58
Speaker 23: say meemaw right now. And he's like, and they just
53:01
Speaker 23: stay still. I'm like, okay, you know, I'm used to
53:04
Speaker 23: people not like talking to me, you know, but I'm
53:06
Speaker 23: always respectful. So I come back and Literally just step
53:10
Speaker 23: out the room because the closet's right there, and I
53:12
Speaker 23: step back inside. There's no one there. And I'm running, panicking,
53:17
Speaker 23: quietly because it's at night, and my other patient's there,
53:19
Speaker 23: and they're not bed-bound. So I'm, like, looking everywhere trying
53:22
Speaker 23: to see where the hell this guy went, you know,
53:24
Speaker 23: if he's doing something or molesting or, you know, doing
53:26
Speaker 23: something to my other patient. No, there was no one there.
53:31
Speaker 6: That's wild There was Like literally me Like I'm the
53:35
Speaker 6: bouncer Of the room Literally said One foot out Because
53:38
Speaker 6: I forgot Something in the room And I'm looking everywhere And.
53:42
Speaker 23: I'm checking the charge I check the bathroom Yes it's
53:45
Speaker 23: one of our Largest rooms But there's no way He
53:46
Speaker 23: can hide anywhere Morning how's it going on Good morning
53:49
Speaker 23: Romeo Hey what's.
53:50
Speaker 9: Up I haven't exactly seen a ghost, but I know
53:54
Speaker 9: for a fact that I've seen like orbs or certain
53:59
Speaker 9: spirits because my husband of 15 years, I went through
54:03
Speaker 9: passed away.
54:04
Speaker 16: It's been about.
54:04
Speaker 9: 14 years since he passed away and he still likes
54:08
Speaker 9: to open kitchen cabinets in my kitchen.
54:12
Speaker 1: How do you know it's your husband that's doing it?
54:15
Speaker 9: Oh, because it's usually certain times of year, like certain dates. Like,
54:19
Speaker 9: when it happens, it'll make me kind of think, like,
54:21
Speaker 9: what is today? And it could be a birthday, one
54:24
Speaker 9: of our kids' birthdays or whatever.
54:25
Speaker 21: Sure.
54:27
Speaker 9: He likes to open the cabinet doors, like, you know,
54:30
Speaker 9: to catch my attention.
54:31
Speaker 17: He'll be like, are my tripping?
54:32
Speaker 2: Is that door open?
54:33
Speaker 8: It'll open and it'll close.
54:36
Speaker 3: Things like that.
54:37
Speaker 22: But then the other funny thing is, is that my
54:40
Speaker 22: kids have reported, I have four of them, that was
54:44
Speaker 22: their dad, that sometimes, there's been a couple instances of
54:48
Speaker 22: them doing stuff they have no business doing, and he'll
54:51
Speaker 22: trip their butt.
54:53
Speaker 2: Really?
54:54
Speaker 16: They said they're just walking.
54:55
Speaker 9: And just the feet will just fall right off from
54:57
Speaker 9: under them like somebody swept their feet out from under them.
55:00
Speaker 9: And they're like, now I knew I shouldn't have.
55:02
Speaker 3: Been doing this. And they're like, uh-huh.
55:04
Speaker 16: And I said, yeah, that's why your daddy knocked you
55:06
Speaker 16: on your butt.
55:07
Speaker 10: Well, now I got to ask you the next question.
55:11
Speaker 1: Do you have a new man?
55:13
Speaker 7: No.
55:14
Speaker 9: No.
55:18
Speaker 20: No.
55:18
Speaker 27: I'm not even going to try it.
55:20
Speaker 15: No.
55:21
Speaker 10: I mean, don't bring it.
55:23
Speaker 16: There is a funny story with that. I got all
55:26
Speaker 16: dressed up one time. I literally have the video to
55:29
Speaker 16: go out and I was getting ready to hit a
55:33
Speaker 16: cigarette and And when I hit the lighter, the lights flickered.
55:39
Speaker 16: And I was like, that's weird. So I hit the lighter.
55:41
Speaker 9: Again, and the lights go out.
55:43
Speaker 16: And then as soon as I let the lighter.
55:44
Speaker 9: Go, the lights come on. And I was like, I
55:47
Speaker 9: know I'm not tripping.
55:48
Speaker 16: So I grabbed the phone, and I did it like
55:50
Speaker 16: a couple more times. And every time it would flick
55:52
Speaker 16: the lighter, I'd say, you know what?
55:54
Speaker 3: I'm just going to go ahead and stay home. Damn!
55:58
Speaker 16: I told my mother-in-law about it, and she says, well,
56:01
Speaker 16: why you didn't go on the date? I said, are
56:03
Speaker 16: you crazy? Like, are you crazy? All this stuff was
56:09
Speaker 16: just happening on me trying to get ready.
56:12
Speaker 3: Like, I'm not even going to chance what he was
56:15
Speaker 3: going to do on the date.
56:16
Speaker 10: That's hilarious. Oh, my God, that's wild.
56:21
Speaker 16: Yeah, so I definitely believe in, like, spirits and stuff.
56:24
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, you can't deny what's been happening in
56:27
Speaker 1: your house. That's wild, man.
56:30
Speaker 10: Well, man, your man lets you move on with your life.
56:34
Speaker 16: Hey, I'm cool with it, and, you know, I don't
56:37
Speaker 16: have nobody else, but it's mostly with the kids. It's like, okay,
56:40
Speaker 16: you know, I think about you miss me, I miss you, too.
56:44
Speaker 10: Thanks for calling.
56:46
Speaker 1: That's awesome. All right. Have a good one. Oh, my God.
56:50
Speaker 10: Wow.
56:50
Speaker 1: You know how they always say, you know, a husband
56:52
Speaker 1: will tell a wife or a wife will tell a husband.
56:54
Speaker 10: I'm going to always haunt you. I'm going to haunt
56:56
Speaker 10: you if anything happens.
56:56
Speaker 1: I guess there we go. It actually happens.
