- 0:05Speaker 1: Drama, Darling Drama, Darling Drama, Darling.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Oh my goodness, Oh my gosh, here we are. I
- 0:24Speaker 2: can't believe it. I am your jury bitch, just reporting
- 0:28Speaker 2: for another duty, a civic duty of talking about Summer
- 0:32Speaker 2: House Finale into the City with another bish whom I
- 0:38Speaker 2: love so much, Deanna Chang.
- 0:40Speaker 3: What a night of television.
- 0:42Speaker 2: I am so excited to discuss this, and we do
- 0:45Speaker 2: have some things to talk about now, as you know,
- 0:48Speaker 2: I've been really locked into my jury duty. And so
- 0:53Speaker 2: again I'm just gonna have to say ahead of time
- 0:55Speaker 2: as we move into this recap, because I don't have
- 0:58Speaker 2: these two episodes on lock the way I normally do
- 1:01Speaker 2: when I watch these things. I'm just lucky that I
- 1:04Speaker 2: was even able to consume any piece of these two
- 1:08Speaker 2: episodes because of the schedule between last night and today.
- 1:12Speaker 2: So here and there, I might have some holes, but
- 1:14Speaker 2: you know what, We're gonna have a lot of fun.
- 1:16Speaker 3: So my god, some fun.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Let's do it. Let's welcome ourselves in. Yeah, welcome in.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Welcome into Summer House Finale and then into the premiere
- 1:29Speaker 2: in the City, which was giving me Beverly Hills into
- 1:33Speaker 2: vander Pump Rules.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Justice Go back to your history. Now you have to
- 1:39Speaker 3: remind you, say, what we've been here before, we're here again.
- 1:44Speaker 3: But it feels fresh. Yeah, gorgeous California transition, Oh.
- 1:49Speaker 2: My god, gorgeous Hampton's. Gorgeous California. And from Hampton's into
- 1:54Speaker 2: this city. I knew what was coming. I want to
- 1:57Speaker 2: say this. I don't typically peek back the curtain. Every
- 2:00Speaker 2: once in a while we go, hey, that's Oz back there.
- 2:02Speaker 2: That's a man. You know, that's a man back there.
- 2:05Speaker 2: But and he doesn't have any powers. But you know,
- 2:09Speaker 2: I want to say this. When they were saying they're
- 2:12Speaker 2: goodbyes to the summerhouse and we see Amanda and Kyle
- 2:17Speaker 2: and they're the two like kind of sticking around, you know,
- 2:21Speaker 2: it's all planned. It was planned for them to sit
- 2:23Speaker 2: down on the stoop and say I am going to
- 2:27Speaker 2: move out. He knew that that was happening. He knew
- 2:30Speaker 2: what he was going to hear. They just had to
- 2:31Speaker 2: kind of reenact it. And I'm sorry to say that,
- 2:33Speaker 2: but they did. And that's how these things were. And
- 2:36Speaker 2: not only that, but the scene on the beach was
- 2:39Speaker 2: Sierra and Kyle and he said, did demand to say
- 2:41Speaker 2: something about separating and she said, yeah, he probably already
- 2:45Speaker 2: had been separated. You know, I'm just saying, look, it's
- 2:48Speaker 2: still real, and it's okay if they produce little things
- 2:52Speaker 2: like this because it helps us get the show on
- 2:55Speaker 2: the road. But what at the end of the day,
- 2:58Speaker 2: they're getting separated and then they're moving on to show
- 3:03Speaker 2: the dissolution of their marriage on another show. I mean,
- 3:09Speaker 2: it's a great way to move in from one thing
- 3:12Speaker 2: to the other. Not to say that they weren't going
- 3:15Speaker 2: to say they weren't going to end it, not to
- 3:17Speaker 2: say they weren't going to end it, but just that
- 3:18Speaker 2: they're going to be working on it.
- 3:19Speaker 3: That's all because I think that they could have done
- 3:22Speaker 3: in the City with them together.
- 3:26Speaker 2: Yes, oh yeah, but their marriage wasn't in a good
- 3:28Speaker 2: place anyway, so it had to be the hook. I mean,
- 3:32Speaker 2: I think they made it the hook, I guess is
- 3:34Speaker 2: what I'm trying to say. They didn't have to do too.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:37Speaker 3: I think they thought this so I could accept that
- 3:41Speaker 3: that conversation was real on the beach, and they then
- 3:46Speaker 3: the producers are like, Okay, this is actually good for
- 3:48Speaker 3: in the City, because this is a way to keep
- 3:50Speaker 3: people interested in weel show them still trying to work
- 3:54Speaker 3: on things, and they were like, we got to get
- 3:56Speaker 3: them on the stoop.
- 3:58Speaker 2: We got to get him on the stupid man is like,
- 4:01Speaker 2: what I'm gonna wear is like something that's summer, that
- 4:05Speaker 2: goes from summer into fall. So I'm gonna wear like
- 4:08Speaker 2: a bralette and jeans, but not fool jeans because that's
- 4:13Speaker 2: gonna be too I'm gonna be too hot because it's
- 4:16Speaker 2: still summer. But at the end of the summer, some
- 4:18Speaker 2: holy jeans holes. And then I'm gonna throw a little
- 4:21Speaker 2: brown leather jacket probably you know, faux over, so it's
- 4:26Speaker 2: kind of fall esque. And I'm gonna wear a sandal,
- 4:29Speaker 2: so you're getting summer into fall right there on that stoop.
- 4:32Speaker 2: Kyle just you know, when he turns around and is like,
- 4:35Speaker 2: thank you for drinking lover Boy, or thank you for
- 4:38Speaker 2: drinking with us, I'm just dead. Like everywhere you look
- 4:41Speaker 2: in Kyle's even most earnest and like authentic moments, he
- 4:47Speaker 2: is branding. He is branding, branding, always be branding. But
- 4:52Speaker 2: I love it.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Yeah, there's no whorry way out but through. I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 3: I watched a whole business post on lover Boy and
- 5:01Speaker 3: the situation Jason Tarnick, who is a former Bachelor person
- 5:06Speaker 3: but also is like he comes from the world of
- 5:09Speaker 3: finance and is very successful. Had him on recently, so
- 5:13Speaker 3: I got the real like lay of the land and cool.
- 5:17Speaker 3: He truly was up Shit's Creek before.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Thank God. It's unbelievable how this turned out for Amanda.
- 5:26Speaker 2: It's un yeah real, Actually, Kyle, no wonder he's being
- 5:31Speaker 2: so nice to her now. I mean he should be
- 5:34Speaker 2: because this saved his ass, and you know that's all
- 5:36Speaker 2: he cares about in the end. Clearly Kyle only cares
- 5:40Speaker 2: about his business. Not to say that his heart wasn't broken,
- 5:43Speaker 2: but that's where his priority has always been. When you
- 5:46Speaker 2: said it right here on Drama Darling, he is for
- 5:49Speaker 2: the night.
- 5:50Speaker 3: Oh yeah he is. Well, he is for the night.
- 5:53Speaker 3: He's for the nighties, for the drink.
- 5:55Speaker 2: And he's for the business. So it's like he was
- 5:57Speaker 2: never going to prioritize having babies with Amanda, uh and
- 6:01Speaker 2: moving to the suburbs or what have you. It's just
- 6:03Speaker 2: never going to happen.
- 6:05Speaker 3: But yes, I also thought that this episode. I had
- 6:09Speaker 3: the thought because Kyle is very broken up and has
- 6:13Speaker 3: been the last couple of episodes we're seeing him crying,
- 6:17Speaker 3: you know, real tears about his marriage breaking up, and
- 6:22Speaker 3: I'm like, huh, this seems like a surprise to you
- 6:26Speaker 3: just in general, like you seem to the steemson have
- 6:28Speaker 3: been sprung on you a bit and we're that surprised.
- 6:33Speaker 3: But I also really had a deep realization this between
- 6:37Speaker 3: this and In the City that it's the combination of him,
- 6:42Speaker 3: like lover Boy went from which I learned on the podcast,
- 6:46Speaker 3: like thirty three full time employees to three, you know
- 6:51Speaker 3: five he put five hundred thousand dollars of his own
- 6:53Speaker 3: money in. Yeah, So I just really understood that it's
- 6:57Speaker 3: the combination of his of lover Boy being a huge
- 7:01Speaker 3: success and his marriage failing at the same exact moment.
- 7:05Speaker 3: That is why he's in.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Tears, absolutely, and he should be. I would be too.
- 7:10Speaker 2: It's a nightmare and he's drinking through it, so good
- 7:13Speaker 2: for him. So but you know, he can deal with
- 7:16Speaker 2: that later, I suppose. But the gleam in his eye
- 7:20Speaker 2: now it shows through like they're all out at this
- 7:23Speaker 2: In the City premiere the other night, like in real time,
- 7:27Speaker 2: what what?
- 7:28Speaker 3: No, gleam is just making me laugh, like gleam, Like
- 7:32Speaker 3: he's you know, is like he can't help but gleam
- 7:35Speaker 3: because it's a y No, it's it's coming up. But
- 7:40Speaker 3: he's coming up, roses he.
- 7:41Speaker 2: He sure is.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 7:43Speaker 2: They So it's the in the City premiere, and they're
- 7:47Speaker 2: all there, including Amanda, and they're showing like clips online
- 7:53Speaker 2: with everyone in front of the step and repeat, smiling
- 7:56Speaker 2: the whole cast, and it's Lindsey and Kyle on the
- 8:01Speaker 2: front and they're just like loving life and they're the
- 8:03Speaker 2: stars of the show. Amanda is you know, five risers back,
- 8:09Speaker 2: you know what I mean, Like, just yeah, the kid
- 8:12Speaker 2: in the class that does not want to be in
- 8:14Speaker 2: the photo hiding, and she took pictures of Kyle. I
- 8:19Speaker 2: got a hand it to her, impressed that she even
- 8:21Speaker 2: showed up. Apparently she said she barely even made it.
- 8:25Speaker 2: She didn't want to go. And Kyle, he's so funny.
- 8:29Speaker 2: He didn't like a home video on social media that
- 8:32Speaker 2: was like, guys, of course I took a picture with Amanda.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Now she almost didn't show up tonight. Just give her
- 8:37Speaker 2: a fucking break, you know. He was just like kind
- 8:39Speaker 2: of like get a life sort of thing. But he's like,
- 8:43Speaker 2: we're all adults. We're shown up from a premiere Amanda's here,
- 8:47Speaker 2: so he was giving trying to give her some grace
- 8:49Speaker 2: and also, you know, sort of sticking up for her,
- 8:52Speaker 2: which is such a funny angle to take, but it's
- 8:56Speaker 2: because he's just so happy about the business.
- 8:58Speaker 3: You know. He's like, thank by the way, thank you,
- 9:03Speaker 3: you know, yes, Amanda, thanks babe, thank you, because you
- 9:10Speaker 3: really really did your big one. This is a patriarchal
- 9:14Speaker 3: society and they are gonna get me together with some
- 9:18Speaker 3: lover boy sales and I just couldn't be happier. So
- 9:21Speaker 3: thank you so much, you know, yes, indeed, say thank you.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Well in the city, we're going to kind of talk
- 9:28Speaker 2: about it's just going to be a real potpoury if
- 9:31Speaker 2: you will. We're going to go where this takes us.
- 9:33Speaker 2: That's right, But that I just want to talk about
- 9:36Speaker 2: that transition a little more because it was just such
- 9:38Speaker 2: a beautiful thing. I mean, I really want to get
- 9:40Speaker 2: in there and I want to say breaths taking. Yeah,
- 9:43Speaker 2: it was certainly. Because then they got off that stoop
- 9:46Speaker 2: and they both went into individual cars. They had said
- 9:50Speaker 2: I never thought I'd be leaving the summerhouse. Kyle's like,
- 9:53Speaker 2: I never thought I'd be leaving the summerhouse and driving
- 9:54Speaker 2: by myself. He gets into one car, she's in the other,
- 9:58Speaker 2: and they both have their own camera person all by themselves,
- 10:02Speaker 2: and I was like, look, who is a star? We
- 10:07Speaker 2: have two stars here. Then they're looking out at the
- 10:12Speaker 2: window at the skyline, and sure enough they go on
- 10:18Speaker 2: their merry way. Oh she's going to go stay in
- 10:20Speaker 2: a hotel, blah blah blah. So a little bit of
- 10:23Speaker 2: a rewind back into that foyer of the summer house. Okay,
- 10:29Speaker 2: it's so emotional. It's never been that emotional. I know
- 10:33Speaker 2: that you're like, this is my world. But you know,
- 10:35Speaker 2: when they leave that summerhouse, it's like, see in the city.
- 10:38Speaker 3: Was asking me, My husband was asking me. He's like,
- 10:41Speaker 3: cry this much, and I'm like, I don't believe they do.
- 10:44Speaker 2: You answered correctly, And you know what I'm thinking. I'm
- 10:47Speaker 2: thinking several things. One, I think they all knew that
- 10:50Speaker 2: that house was going to be sold, because it's up
- 10:52Speaker 2: for sale now, so they knew they were never coming
- 10:55Speaker 2: back to that house, which is why Amanda's like, bye house.
- 10:58Speaker 3: It's hard.
- 10:59Speaker 2: Yeah, So that's emotional. Then Kyle and Amanda, who are
- 11:04Speaker 2: clearly going to begin to dissolve even though they're both
- 11:08Speaker 2: saying like, let's work on it, let's go to therapy,
- 11:10Speaker 2: and we know it's done.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Now that's not going well.
- 11:13Speaker 2: We know it's not going well. It's just emotional for everybody.
- 11:16Speaker 2: So and they're going to be starting this new show,
- 11:19Speaker 2: and so everyone knows that the second that everyone else
- 11:22Speaker 2: leaves the house, they're going to do this big scene
- 11:24Speaker 2: for a new show. That's a big deal.
- 11:27Speaker 3: Wow, that is a big deal.
- 11:29Speaker 2: It is no, it is a big deal.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Is It's like it's on their shoulders, like guys.
- 11:34Speaker 2: Yeah, And they have to be immediately vulnerable and immediately
- 11:38Speaker 2: emotional about their entire marriage and so easy. That's why
- 11:42Speaker 2: it's like when Amanda and Sierra were like holding each
- 11:44Speaker 2: other's hands and they were very emotional, and it's I
- 11:47Speaker 2: think that was part of it. Well. Oh, by the way,
- 11:51Speaker 2: the way that in the City starts with the the
- 11:56Speaker 2: present time of the headlines of Amanda and best being together.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Oh my god, I can't believe they picked up there.
- 12:05Speaker 2: So they're sitting there talking and it is out there
- 12:08Speaker 2: and Kyle knows and Amanda's there and he's like, Amanda,
- 12:12Speaker 2: you're so skinny, and she's like, I'm worried about me too,
- 12:14Speaker 2: people are coming after me. Then he's like, don't get
- 12:17Speaker 2: it twisted. I'm trying to protect you, but it's not
- 12:21Speaker 2: because I want to. I'm trying to get back with you.
- 12:24Speaker 2: And I appreciated that, clearly. I did too.
- 12:28Speaker 3: I also appreciated that he was trying to get his
- 12:30Speaker 3: hands around receipts, timelines.
- 12:33Speaker 1: You know.
- 12:33Speaker 2: He was like, yeah, we're.
- 12:35Speaker 3: All trying to get He was like, could we just talk?
- 12:38Speaker 3: And she was like, how dare you?
- 12:40Speaker 2: Oh? I would never know. That's that's the kiss of death.
- 12:43Speaker 2: That's a lie. You know, it's a lie when someone
- 12:46Speaker 2: says like, I'm offended that you would even ask that,
- 12:51Speaker 2: you know what I mean? Like that immediately tells me
- 12:54Speaker 2: you're guilty. You did it, Yeah you did it because.
- 12:58Speaker 3: You would just say I cause you would say, like,
- 13:00Speaker 3: it's understandable that you would have questions about the timeline,
- 13:03Speaker 3: right right, this is the situation.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not the time to be defensive. It's the
- 13:08Speaker 2: time to say I'm completely you know, I'm owning what
- 13:12Speaker 2: I'm doing, what I did, I totally understand this is
- 13:15Speaker 2: this is the truth. And I don't blame you for
- 13:18Speaker 2: being mad or for questioning. You can question me a
- 13:20Speaker 2: million times over and I will keep telling you, but
- 13:22Speaker 2: to say, how dare you the That was gross. It
- 13:29Speaker 2: was really gross because you really just see the victim
- 13:31Speaker 2: mentality that she has. Yeah, it's like always about her.
- 13:34Speaker 2: And I usually don't sit here in my little judgy
- 13:38Speaker 2: chair and just be like, oh my god, they're playing
- 13:40Speaker 2: the victim. They're playing the victim, so victimy. I just
- 13:43Speaker 2: don't like throwing that label on someone over and over again,
- 13:46Speaker 2: especially right now when she's just so beat up upon.
- 13:49Speaker 2: I don't even want to like come down so hard.
- 13:52Speaker 2: But when you see that, it's so yeah, it's so
- 13:56Speaker 2: plain as day, and you can see.
- 14:00Speaker 3: She's using it. She's using it with Sierra and Mia,
- 14:04Speaker 3: she's using it with Kyle, and it's just it. It
- 14:08Speaker 3: can really cover up so much, and so it works
- 14:13Speaker 3: for her. It is a It really is working for her,
- 14:18Speaker 3: she thinks, and it's hard. It's not pleasant to watch.
- 14:22Speaker 3: It's not it's really really not. No, but let's discuss that.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Oh my god, when Sierra was holding Amanda's face, it
- 14:33Speaker 3: was so breathtaking. Talk about like, in minutes before that,
- 14:40Speaker 3: we have Sierra coming upon this. Okay, deep embrace. Okay
- 14:48Speaker 3: with Amanda, Well, I mean, Wes, I'll give him this.
- 14:52Speaker 3: The guy knows how to deliver a hug. He gives
- 14:55Speaker 3: a hug that I would like to experience and I
- 14:59Speaker 3: don't have you know what I mean. But it is
- 15:01Speaker 3: a full, full body You're gonna get your head crazy,
- 15:07Speaker 3: You're going in you know, there's something very, very enveloping
- 15:13Speaker 3: about his hugs. So he was given an enveloped hug
- 15:18Speaker 3: to Amanda. In plain sight, I'm just saying, it's a
- 15:22Speaker 3: tool in his It's a tool, a nasty tool, shed nasty.
- 15:28Speaker 3: But also he's giving these hugs to women who want them.
- 15:32Speaker 3: It's not I you know what I'm saying. He they well,
- 15:35Speaker 3: but they're being received. They're emotional. And this is where
- 15:40Speaker 3: he's so good at being who he is, which is
- 15:44Speaker 3: Slippery's f is that he can deliver what feels like
- 15:50Speaker 3: real emotion and concern and care and love in a hug.
- 15:57Speaker 3: But that's and he did it with he's been it's
- 16:00Speaker 3: here the last few days, you know, show the episodes,
- 16:04Speaker 3: and he's definitely done it to Amanda, you know, and
- 16:07Speaker 3: you're just going like wow, you know, there's a lot
- 16:11Speaker 3: of a lot going on in that hug. Bud and
- 16:14Speaker 3: so Thera come stumbles upon it and they look caught.
- 16:19Speaker 2: They're like, yeah, that was Amanda's face, like someone will somebody,
- 16:25Speaker 2: she would have to tell me a very good excuse
- 16:29Speaker 2: or another reason as to why she made that face
- 16:32Speaker 2: for me to actually consider it is absolutely possible that
- 16:35Speaker 2: she was something like something he said to her. Look,
- 16:41Speaker 2: I'm I'm all about the of the doubt, but that
- 16:43Speaker 2: looked I mean, that.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Was There's nothing to bet, there's no that was what
- 16:48Speaker 3: it was, which is they're getting off their emotional end
- 16:52Speaker 3: of summer.
- 16:53Speaker 2: But but let me ask you this.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Put this up. We're gonna pick this up outside, right, Yeah.
- 16:59Speaker 2: Okay, but but but West has given Amanda plenty of
- 17:03Speaker 2: hugs in front of Sierra and and in front of everybody.
- 17:07Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. He's not afraid to give
- 17:08Speaker 2: those hugs in front of people. He practically mounted her
- 17:13Speaker 2: in front of Kyle like he doesn't care who's around.
- 17:17Speaker 2: So I guess when.
- 17:17Speaker 3: That she does things in plant sight, so are you.
- 17:21Speaker 2: But do you think that it doesn't seem like me?
- 17:23Speaker 2: It doesn't seem like Amanda minds either, So that's why, of.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Course you don't mind. She loves it.
- 17:29Speaker 2: So that's why I'm saying, why would she all of
- 17:32Speaker 2: a sudden be worried she got caught because she's she's
- 17:35Speaker 2: hiding it. Oh that's my point.
- 17:37Speaker 3: I think there's a difference. And I've experienced that before,
- 17:40Speaker 3: where it's like you're you're doing something that's you shouldn't
- 17:45Speaker 3: be doing and you're welcoming it. You love it, but
- 17:48Speaker 3: you shouldn't be doing it. And then someone who he
- 17:51Speaker 3: just made out with the night before.
- 17:55Speaker 2: That, Wait, did does Amanda know that yet?
- 17:58Speaker 3: I I don't know. I'm sure she does. She seems
- 18:01Speaker 3: to know it all when he was like and Kyle,
- 18:05Speaker 3: she was like a Weston right when she was giving
- 18:10Speaker 3: yeah yeah.
- 18:11Speaker 2: But I just thought that they were right because Amanda
- 18:14Speaker 2: made that face like and she clapped. But I couldn't
- 18:18Speaker 2: figure out if she knew that they made out or
- 18:21Speaker 2: if she was just happy that they made up.
- 18:23Speaker 3: Lindsay was positioning that as like their the romances who
- 18:27Speaker 3: have that have blossomed from our our crew here this summer,
- 18:32Speaker 3: And I think that at this point, now that we're
- 18:35Speaker 3: at the end of the season, I know we've we've
- 18:37Speaker 3: gone back and forth. Did it start with at this point.
- 18:40Speaker 3: For me, For me, I am clear they have been
- 18:48Speaker 3: using Sierra as a pick, you know, as a shield,
- 18:53Speaker 3: because Amanda needs to keep this from Kyle more than
- 18:59Speaker 3: she needs to make sure her friend is okay.
- 19:02Speaker 2: Oh lord, oh help us.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Sierra is the pawn, and I think Amanda is like
- 19:09Speaker 3: so honestly lame at this. She has no legs to
- 19:13Speaker 3: stand on. She can't stay to West, what do you
- 19:16Speaker 3: mean you made out with Sierra? Like she can't she's married,
- 19:20Speaker 3: you know, So she just accepts this unconditional love from Sierra.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Unconditional love, oh support, That's the best friendship love we've
- 19:30Speaker 3: ever seen. It's beautiful Sierra and Mia who are hyping
- 19:36Speaker 3: her up, getting her sorted, just pushing love and positivity
- 19:42Speaker 3: and like coaching into her so she can go and
- 19:47Speaker 3: live her best life. Yes, few, while that's not to
- 19:50Speaker 3: say she doesn't care for them at all, but she
- 19:52Speaker 3: cares about herself.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Most Yeah. And West, so you said you have a
- 20:00Speaker 2: resolved in your head. They have been intimate at this point.
- 20:05Speaker 3: Yeah, Like it almost doesn't matter, like have ad sex
- 20:08Speaker 3: have at the had sex? I don't know if the
- 20:10Speaker 3: pen and the vagina have have you know, gone in
- 20:13Speaker 3: and out, but they are in.
- 20:17Speaker 2: Thank you for thank you for putting it that way.
- 20:19Speaker 2: I do appreciate that. Also, my daughter, it's just so funny.
- 20:24Speaker 3: My daughter her did she ask about it?
- 20:27Speaker 2: Well, she said, now she calls because she knows what
- 20:30Speaker 2: a penis is, okay, and because like whatever, but you
- 20:35Speaker 2: get the idea, you know something, you puld his pants
- 20:38Speaker 2: down at some point. This happened a long time. Yeah,
- 20:41Speaker 2: and you know she has friends who have little brothers
- 20:43Speaker 2: that run around. Okay, So but now she thinks it's funny.
- 20:48Speaker 2: So she calls it a pen and a vine. I
- 20:51Speaker 2: didn't know that a vine. I'm like dying and dying
- 20:55Speaker 2: a pen and a vine, and she thinks. She just laughs,
- 20:58Speaker 2: and I'm just like I'm dying laughing. Okay.
- 21:00Speaker 3: So anyway, that is pean and bean is great work.
- 21:03Speaker 2: To take it to van I know, to take it
- 21:05Speaker 2: to the vanie get it killed me? It killed me.
- 21:08Speaker 2: I was like, this is my daughter, okay. I love
- 21:15Speaker 2: my self care routine, which is why I want the
- 21:17Speaker 2: best of the best, especially when it comes to my razors.
- 21:20Speaker 2: I don't want irritation that'll get me irritated. I don't
- 21:23Speaker 2: want redness, and I certainly don't want ingrowans and no
- 21:26Speaker 2: bumps please. That's why I switch to Flamingo. I'm so
- 21:30Speaker 2: happy no more razors that feel flimsy and cheap. And
- 21:33Speaker 2: also I am very tired of paying the pink tax.

- 21:39Speaker 2: because you're buying women's products, but not with Flamingo. And
- 21:43Speaker 2: the razor gives me such a close shave, closer than

- 28:17Speaker 2: Reach your goals today. So now I agree with you.
- 28:27Speaker 2: It really doesn't matter. Although I will say I do
- 28:30Speaker 2: not think that they have put Peen and Veen because
- 28:35Speaker 2: I don't think they'd be able to move this freely
- 28:37Speaker 2: about the cabin. I think they'd be even sneakier, whereas,
- 28:40Speaker 2: like you said, plain sight, plain sight, and they don't
- 28:43Speaker 2: care about anybody else, and it gives West so much
- 28:47Speaker 2: more justification for doing whatever he wants to do. So
- 28:53Speaker 2: so she's caught, basically is what we're saying. She's caught.
- 28:56Speaker 2: If there's another explanation.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Saw, I don't think she cared.
- 29:01Speaker 2: I think she's on cloud nine. She didn't make anything
- 29:03Speaker 2: of it because she trusts Amanda unconditional heartedly. She would
- 29:09Speaker 2: never think and she knows how West is with you know,
- 29:12Speaker 2: like that's how it is in the summerhouse with them.
- 29:16Speaker 2: She wouldn't think twice.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Okay, Yeah, I've seen some tiktoks where they've slowed down,
- 29:22Speaker 3: like her looking over at things, and I'm like, I
- 29:26Speaker 3: don't she might have thought Wace, But I don't think
- 29:32Speaker 3: she would have put it on Amanda, Like, if anything,
- 29:35Speaker 3: I think she's putting things on West, you know, like, God,
- 29:38Speaker 3: he's such a flirt.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I wonder if she's thinking, Oh, I bet they're
- 29:43Speaker 2: talking about me because something happened. So I bet you
- 29:46Speaker 2: West is like, I'm I wonder what he's saying. Yeah. Yeah.
- 29:51Speaker 2: So now when they're outside and Sierra and West, who
- 29:56Speaker 2: end up making out in this situation when he's made
- 30:00Speaker 2: it pretty clear he doesn't want to do that, doesn't
- 30:03Speaker 2: he say to Sabrina, like stop pushing me? Yeah?
- 30:07Speaker 3: He told Ben, like listen, if Sierra's around, just tell
- 30:11Speaker 3: her to cool it, like stop trying to push us
- 30:14Speaker 3: into relationship. I mean, he has said it, but he
- 30:18Speaker 3: hasn't said it to Sierra. It's a sandwich of and
- 30:22Speaker 3: we don't need to move too fast. But like you know,
- 30:24Speaker 3: it's it's always mixed up, so you can't parse it out.
- 30:28Speaker 3: We can at the point because we're aware that he's
- 30:32Speaker 3: saying it.
- 30:33Speaker 2: He wants to just get all of his bases covered
- 30:35Speaker 2: because he wants to have the best of everything, and
- 30:37Speaker 2: he wants to have everybody under his thumb. It's just
- 30:40Speaker 2: so disappointing when you see Sierra, like when they kiss,
- 30:43Speaker 2: because we were worried about this this whole time. We
- 30:45Speaker 2: knew it was coming, and we see it lead up
- 30:48Speaker 2: to this with her emotions and how he's acting towards her,
- 30:51Speaker 2: and she's so excited and she's so happy, and then
- 30:54Speaker 2: they are up in his room and then Jesse's in there,
- 30:57Speaker 2: and it's just like, we're what are you guys going
- 30:59Speaker 2: to do with this situation? Did Wes try to pull
- 31:03Speaker 2: her onto the bed? Is that what I saw he did?
- 31:07Speaker 3: And she bowed out gracefully.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Thank God, Thank you, Thank the heavens, Thank the Hampton's heavens.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Thank you Hampton's Heavens, because that really would have been
- 31:18Speaker 3: a bridge too far for all of our hearts and
- 31:21Speaker 3: our souls. You know. So they got their kissing. Okay,
- 31:25Speaker 3: I feel like she can still manage. Although I'm sure
- 31:29Speaker 3: they probably did hook up afterwards. I can't. It's so upsetting.
- 31:33Speaker 2: Oh you go, but Jesse.
- 31:36Speaker 3: Jesse was great, like he really said, you know, are
- 31:40Speaker 3: you going to make where? What are you doing here?
- 31:42Speaker 3: You got to make sure you're all in, buddy, And he's.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Like, your statement to Jesse, like sings a song. He's like,
- 31:51Speaker 2: you got to make sure you all in Jesse says.
- 31:55Speaker 2: Jesse says, you got to make sure you're all in West.
- 32:03Speaker 3: That's just like, yes, excellent advice.
- 32:05Speaker 2: I'll take it. Yeah, I won't take it, but yes, yes, yeah, Okay,
- 32:13Speaker 2: let's talk about Lindsay and Carl. I've been waiting for
- 32:15Speaker 2: this all season.
- 32:16Speaker 3: I My thought on it, amy was like, Okay, sometimes
- 32:21Speaker 3: time does do amazing things. And these two people were
- 32:27Speaker 3: not able to have this conversation before this moment.
- 32:30Speaker 2: I have to tell you, I knew they would. I
- 32:32Speaker 2: knew they would get to this point. I just knew
- 32:35Speaker 2: it because of who they are. I knew that Lindsay
- 32:38Speaker 2: would be able to like eventually get over it and
- 32:42Speaker 2: make the best of it at some point because she's strong.
- 32:45Speaker 2: She's a strong freaking person. And I knew Carl would
- 32:48Speaker 2: do whatever it took. You know, he's a great guy.
- 32:50Speaker 2: It seems like she didn't feel like she had any closure.
- 32:53Speaker 2: I get it. I would have probably felt like that too,
- 32:57Speaker 2: And since you're on a show together, and she made
- 33:01Speaker 2: a point that was wild, right.
- 33:04Speaker 3: It's so weird. It's so like, God bless these people,
- 33:07Speaker 3: and it's not for the week.
- 33:09Speaker 2: They needed to close it up, and some they just did.
- 33:12Speaker 2: I mean, they have to.
- 33:13Speaker 3: But when I was so impressed with with both of them,
- 33:18Speaker 3: Carl and Lindsey were so present in that conversation. They
- 33:24Speaker 3: were both listening at one hundred percent. Neither of them
- 33:30Speaker 3: were defensive.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
- 33:32Speaker 3: It was so good and healing and like, wow.
- 33:37Speaker 2: It truly was. It just goes to show that they've
- 33:40Speaker 2: done some work on their own and they showed up
- 33:43Speaker 2: and they showed out what that means. I'm just glad.
- 33:48Speaker 2: I'm happy for them. I'm happy that she could get
- 33:50Speaker 2: a little bit of closure too, and him as well.
- 33:54Speaker 3: I don't know exactly what was said other than she
- 33:59Speaker 3: said I thought, but at some point you would have
- 34:00Speaker 3: had a conversation with me and like apologized for how
- 34:05Speaker 3: crazy everything went down. And you know, it's nice when
- 34:09Speaker 3: you get to the point where you are not angry anymore,
- 34:14Speaker 3: that it can be that simple. We don't have to
- 34:16Speaker 3: rehash the why and the who and the what and
- 34:20Speaker 3: you did this and I did this and that's what
- 34:21Speaker 3: we got there and this is your fault and you
- 34:23Speaker 3: you know, it doesn't have to be that. It could
- 34:25Speaker 3: just be like I really wish at some point you
- 34:30Speaker 3: pulled me aside for a conversation. And I know I'm
- 34:32Speaker 3: a scary person to have a conversation with, but I
- 34:35Speaker 3: wish you had done that that I didn't need that,
- 34:39Speaker 3: you know, And he could say, like, yes, you're right,
- 34:42Speaker 3: I should have done that, And these are all the
- 34:45Speaker 3: reasons that you, you know, were an amazing person to me.
- 34:48Speaker 2: And I'm sorry, that was amazing. He was thanking her,
- 34:53Speaker 2: he apologized to her. I loved it for both of
- 34:56Speaker 2: them because they have They've made a big difference in
- 34:59Speaker 2: each other's lives, even though they're not meant to be together.
- 35:01Speaker 2: It's like it was a great journey that they had
- 35:05Speaker 2: until it exploded.
- 35:07Speaker 3: And it's funny because you and I were obsessed with
- 35:10Speaker 3: that Sharon interaction, you know, like I could, for me
- 35:15Speaker 3: best best moment of the season, you know, just truly
- 35:18Speaker 3: seeing Sharon, you know, just shoulder her way through the crowd,
- 35:25Speaker 3: rustling through, rustling through, yeah, the people to the side
- 35:31Speaker 3: to try to get to her almost daughter in law.
- 35:35Speaker 2: She needed one of those things that you a weed
- 35:38Speaker 2: whacker or like a like a machete or whatever. She
- 35:41Speaker 2: need a machete to get through that that soft bar
- 35:44Speaker 2: crowd and.
- 35:49Speaker 3: Then to see you know, I couldn't get over. I
- 35:51Speaker 3: mean I texted you I think after after we watched,
- 35:56Speaker 3: after the podcast, I was still thinking about it. I'm like,
- 36:00Speaker 3: because like he is built differently. Yeah, she just shut
- 36:06Speaker 3: down an elder like yeah oof ufa ufa loofa she.
- 36:13Speaker 3: You know, it did make more sense after the fact,
- 36:16Speaker 3: how when you found out how close they were, and
- 36:20Speaker 3: you know, Lindsay doesn't have a relationship with her mother,
- 36:22Speaker 3: and yes, she was like a mother figure. And now
- 36:25Speaker 3: it does make a lot more sense why she, yes,
- 36:29Speaker 3: acted in that way. But I'm glad she brought it
- 36:32Speaker 3: up me too, And I didn't realize that this mother
- 36:38Speaker 3: was sort of celebrating, as she said, like dancing on
- 36:41Speaker 3: the grave of the end of our relationship in Mexico,
- 36:44Speaker 3: you know what I mean.
- 36:45Speaker 2: That's that's best.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Yeah, that's kind of smart. You know.
- 36:49Speaker 2: That makes you wonder, like why did she go over there?
- 36:52Speaker 2: You know, but yeah, because like she knows.
- 36:56Speaker 3: I mean, I think the lady wanted to give her,
- 36:59Speaker 3: which is what I couldn't get over. I think she
- 37:01Speaker 3: wanted to see congratulations on the birth of your daughter.
- 37:04Speaker 3: Like I just think she wanted to say that.
- 37:08Speaker 2: She should have brought a gift, you know, if a
- 37:11Speaker 2: gift would have been nice, or maybe she sent one.
- 37:14Speaker 2: Maybe she did send was giving a gift in a
- 37:16Speaker 2: softbar probably isn't the thing to do. That's not right.
- 37:19Speaker 2: But I think saying it is a good step, and
- 37:23Speaker 2: maybe the gift will come after. We will Lindsay do
- 37:25Speaker 2: with that gift. She'll probably it'll be like her bunny. Yeah,
- 37:29Speaker 2: she'll give it back to Lisa Renna, She'll give it
- 37:31Speaker 2: to Lisa. Lisa's what am I going to do with this?
- 37:35Speaker 2: How come I keep getting baby gifts back? Oh? But
- 37:41Speaker 2: you know, we have two other things that we need
- 37:44Speaker 2: to talk about with Summer House. One is what in
- 37:49Speaker 2: the world Danielle giving Carl a hand job after they
- 37:55Speaker 2: broke up? What are we talking about here?
- 38:00Speaker 3: Did you know, like, okay, No, I didn't know to
- 38:04Speaker 3: have those words as a grown up. You know, Danielle
- 38:08Speaker 3: said she was like thirty seven. You know, she's like
- 38:10Speaker 3: her own woman. And to just have on your first
- 38:14Speaker 3: episode of your new show, you've been off for a minute,
- 38:17Speaker 3: the reveal that you gave your friend's ex fiance a
- 38:21Speaker 3: handy in the back of a car. Is just tough stuff.
- 38:26Speaker 2: She's always on a high horse when it comes to Lindsay.
- 38:28Speaker 2: She always has and so for her to do this,
- 38:32Speaker 2: it's like insane. Anyway, I didn't know that, but you
- 38:36Speaker 2: know it hearkens back to I remember in the Summerhouse
- 38:39Speaker 2: an episode when Danielle she said something like he was
- 38:45Speaker 2: so upset. I was like, I don't know, what do
- 38:47Speaker 2: you want me to do? Y, I'll give you a
- 38:49Speaker 2: hand job? Will that make you feel better? And I
- 38:53Speaker 2: don't know if that's who she was talking about or
- 38:58Speaker 2: if she's talking about someone else else, but she did
- 39:02Speaker 2: say that in the Summerhouse. I'll never forget that.
- 39:06Speaker 3: Yeah, that'll stick. So that's quite a.
- 39:09Speaker 2: I wonder quite like the Darlings remember what I'm talking about?
- 39:13Speaker 2: And also, Darlings, this is new information, right. It felt like.
- 39:16Speaker 3: To me in terms of Lindsay's journey with her friend,
- 39:21Speaker 3: that she sort of had a minute with Danielle off
- 39:24Speaker 3: the show and maybe she learned about like I don't
- 39:27Speaker 3: know who told her that Carl and Danielle, you know,
- 39:31Speaker 3: hooked up, but it seemed like she needed a little
- 39:36Speaker 3: distance from this girl to sort of think and start
- 39:40Speaker 3: putting all the pieces together. To say like, Okay, wait
- 39:45Speaker 3: a minute, I don't think you have my back.
- 39:48Speaker 1: You know.
- 39:48Speaker 3: It seemed like sometimes you need a little distance.
- 39:53Speaker 2: To get a.
- 39:54Speaker 3: Real view of what's going on.
- 39:57Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:58Speaker 3: I don't think Danielle has it. She doesn't seem to
- 40:01Speaker 3: know what the problem is.
- 40:03Speaker 2: I don't know how she could show up and and
- 40:06Speaker 2: address Lindsay like, let's go to lunch. Is this.
- 40:11Speaker 3: I think that she knows. She may not know Lindsay knows.
- 40:16Speaker 3: Is that possible?
- 40:17Speaker 2: Yeah? Yeah, absolutely? Just having Danielle on the new show
- 40:21Speaker 2: and having that friction there is wild, Kyle and Amanda Wild.
- 40:27Speaker 2: These new couples. Now, there's one that stood out to us.
- 40:31Speaker 2: You had mentioned their names. Don't remember who they are.
- 40:35Speaker 3: Kenny and Whitney.
- 40:37Speaker 2: Okay, so that's the gal from the Bachelor. Yes, okay,
- 40:42Speaker 2: she's on the Bachelor. And Kenny is an investor in
- 40:45Speaker 2: lover Boy, which I thought was interesting and I like
- 40:48Speaker 2: them going through some of the stats, you know, Kyle's like,
- 40:52Speaker 2: my investors are there getting twenty five times their money back?
- 40:55Speaker 2: Like that was, oh my god.
- 40:59Speaker 3: We're not there, you know, well, men, maybe we're there now,
- 41:02Speaker 3: who knows.
- 41:05Speaker 2: I just can't believe he promised those numbers, Like who
- 41:08Speaker 2: was doing that Outlook, that's nuts.
- 41:11Speaker 3: Was it promised or was it like projected?
- 41:15Speaker 2: I think it was projected on numbers projected, so they're
- 41:18Speaker 2: looking yeah, but you know what they're probably basing numbers on,
- 41:20Speaker 2: like skinny girl, Like, you can't that is a phenomenon.
- 41:24Speaker 2: You cannot go with those types of numbers. Whatever numbers
- 41:27Speaker 2: he was going with were not the correct numbers he
- 41:30Speaker 2: should have gone with, like pick any, like Cynthia Bailey's
- 41:33Speaker 2: new tequila, you know that would have been better, which
- 41:37Speaker 2: hasn't even launched yet, but the.
- 41:38Speaker 3: Point crazier, Yeah, like those lower level Yeah. But anyway,
- 41:45Speaker 3: it was interesting to see like an investor of lover
- 41:49Speaker 3: Boy that was with us and and he is such
- 41:54Speaker 3: a guy that lives in the city and is the
- 41:56Speaker 3: money guy and smooth and you know, I just just
- 42:00Speaker 3: hated his his.
- 42:04Speaker 2: Vibe.
- 42:07Speaker 3: I enjoyed him on the show. I just hated that
- 42:10Speaker 3: this sweet girl seems to have schlept her happy ass
- 42:14Speaker 3: into the city to be with him, because he was
- 42:17Speaker 3: in every which way, shape or form saying there's no
- 42:22Speaker 3: way this will work out, Like he was like, it's
- 42:24Speaker 3: not an option.
- 42:26Speaker 2: I don't even understand like how he would even come
- 42:30Speaker 2: to that conclusion knowing you know, he crunches numbers all
- 42:33Speaker 2: the time, so he's so he's already crunched the numbers
- 42:36Speaker 2: on this relationship and yet still made an investment. That's
- 42:39Speaker 2: what's interesting. It's almost like he's seeing his whole life
- 42:42Speaker 2: as an investment. He's like this one probably I'll probably
- 42:44Speaker 2: lose money on this, but I'm gonna go with it anyway,
- 42:46Speaker 2: just you know, just a wild card. Also, by the way,
- 42:48Speaker 2: he's from Michigan, so shout out Michigan. And I love
- 42:53Speaker 2: the scene in that bar when there was like literally
- 42:55Speaker 2: a panel of people and she was standing there and
- 42:58Speaker 2: then when she came up, they're like, no, go away,
- 43:00Speaker 2: go away because we're.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Discussing, and you said, oh yeah, I'm sorry, no go ahead.
- 43:09Speaker 2: But one friend that was there was.
- 43:11Speaker 3: One friend in the panel who said to him because
- 43:15Speaker 3: he said he had some grief and death and he
- 43:19Speaker 3: was like, what stage of grief as fuck boy, which
- 43:22Speaker 3: I just enjoyed. I really enjoyed it.
- 43:28Speaker 2: That was good. That's good, that's good. And I just
- 43:31Speaker 2: really enjoyed Lindsey just like getting her like her fangs
- 43:36Speaker 2: out and just barking at this guy in a bar
- 43:39Speaker 2: just for the hell of it and just just sitting
- 43:42Speaker 2: in the middle and just running the show. I loved it.
- 43:46Speaker 2: And she's like this poor girl, and she just went
- 43:49Speaker 2: on and on. I'm happy to always see those types
- 43:52Speaker 2: of things because she already sees the writing on the wall.
- 43:56Speaker 3: Yeah, there was no lives detected, Like she's a one
- 44:00Speaker 3: thousand percent right and you know this is the kind
- 44:05Speaker 3: of guy who needs that talking to and that It's
- 44:09Speaker 3: just it's very satisfying. I liked it very very much.
- 44:12Speaker 3: I liked it very very much. I was like, go Lindsey,
- 44:15Speaker 3: get them get them together. Yeah, yeah, like love it.
- 44:21Speaker 3: Sure so yeah, high marks for in the city. We'll
- 44:24Speaker 3: we'll get into all the other characters next week. But
- 44:29Speaker 3: and I can't believe that the reunion is coming. The
- 44:32Speaker 3: reunion is one week away. Got this is almost there.
- 44:35Speaker 3: Everything Amy. I did really say out loud when Amanda's
- 44:40Speaker 3: when they went for their four year anniversary date where
- 44:43Speaker 3: she said I'm leaving you.
- 44:45Speaker 2: I did.
- 44:46Speaker 3: I did say out loud. She was like, this is
- 44:50Speaker 3: not you know, we can then still go out get drinks,
- 44:54Speaker 3: you know, I want a date again. And I was
- 44:56Speaker 3: like with West. With West, I just like screamed it
- 44:59Speaker 3: at the EV that's true, you do want to date again,
- 45:05Speaker 3: but not.
- 45:05Speaker 2: With that guy. Oh my god, you're so right. Oh
- 45:08Speaker 2: my god, that's so funny. It just hit me. I
- 45:12Speaker 2: know now, I know what you're saying. When she was like,
- 45:14Speaker 2: it's just me moving out, it doesn't mean that we're
- 45:17Speaker 2: not going to like, you know, I want to just date.
- 45:21Speaker 3: Yes, you do?
- 45:24Speaker 1: You do?
- 45:24Speaker 3: So that is so funny. That's what you want to do.
- 45:30Speaker 3: You want to date?
- 45:31Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, and you know correct. I really saw you know,
- 45:36Speaker 2: that did diffuse him, and that was her intent, you know,
- 45:39Speaker 2: to diffuse him and then kind of string him along.
- 45:43Speaker 2: But when that those people next to them were like, oh,
- 45:45Speaker 2: you're celebrating, you know, your anniversarial stuff. And Kyle was
- 45:49Speaker 2: like no bumps, you know something like that. It made
- 45:52Speaker 2: me laugh so hard and I said to myself, see,
- 45:55Speaker 2: he he's so funny and charming, and that's why you know,
- 46:00Speaker 2: she was attracted him because he was the cool, funny guy.
- 46:02Speaker 2: And that's what West is again, that's why she's head
- 46:05Speaker 2: and over there anyway, West Head and West, Well, what
- 46:11Speaker 2: an Episode's? What what an episode? And what an episode? Two?
- 46:15Speaker 2: Great Epps.
- 46:17Speaker 3: Are you into the city, are you like feeling it?
- 46:20Speaker 3: And where are you so far?
- 46:22Speaker 2: Yeah? Me too.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 46:23Speaker 2: I liked you.
- 46:25Speaker 3: I like being Lindsay's apartment. I like being easy, like
- 46:28Speaker 3: I just I thought, I'm happy to be here.
- 46:32Speaker 2: Yeah, and I'm interested in the people. The people seem
- 46:34Speaker 2: somewhat interesting, so it'll be yeah, be good. All right,
- 46:39Speaker 2: Well that was so fun. Everybody check out the Montage Queen.
