Zaxby’s is making a major westward push in Phoenix, opening a new 3,000-square-foot drive-through location in west Phoenix — and it’s just the start. After a huge debut in Queen Creek last August, the chicken finger chain is eyeing Gilbert, Goodyear, Scottsdale, and Surprise next. The new west Phoenix spot is being managed by GM93T, with construction already underway since December 2025 — and another location is in the works for north Phoenix.
