A new Italian hotspot, V Modern Italian, is set to hit Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza in late 2026 or early 2027, bringing immersive, multi-sensory fast-fine dining to the table. With locations already in Nashville, Charleston, and soon Tampa—and spots overseas in Sweden and Saudi Arabia—this is the fourth U.S. outpost for the brand.
