- 1:05Speaker 1: I mentioned the website Rock Wisconsin dot com. You've also

- 1:49Speaker 3: Nice?
- 1:49Speaker 2: Just because I think for a lot.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Of folks and I think of in the past when
- 1:53Speaker 1: I've moved, is it's always like that quote unquote moving day.
- 1:56Speaker 1: That can be very stressful if you and this is
- 1:58Speaker 1: this solves that problem. Is you no longer have that
- 2:01Speaker 1: moving day. You can leisurely bring stuff out and as
- 2:04Speaker 1: you know, as you know, look right now we're getting
- 2:06Speaker 1: into summer. You've got a bunch of jeans and some
- 2:08Speaker 1: stuff you want to pack up. We throw them out
- 2:11Speaker 1: out in the TSO container and be ready for your move.

- 2:16Speaker 1: the details rocklistings dot com. That's rocklistings dot Com. While
- 2:21Speaker 1: you're on the internet, mentioned the website rock Wisconsin dot com.
- 2:23Speaker 2: I'm there.
- 2:24Speaker 1: You will see many beautiful homes, one of which is
- 2:27Speaker 1: this four bedroom, three and a half bath home in
- 2:30Speaker 1: Stoughton on Is at Larvick Lane. Matt, this is and
- 2:33Speaker 1: I told you before we came on the air, I said,
- 2:35Speaker 1: this is just a gorgeous, beautiful house, isn't it.
- 2:37Speaker 3: Yeah, it's got most everything that anybody would want. Seven
- 2:41Speaker 3: seventeen Larvick Lane listed for six hundred and twenty five thousand,
- 2:46Speaker 3: nearly twenty eight hundred square feet, So it's a big place,
- 2:49Speaker 3: finished basement, three car garage, So not only do you
- 2:53Speaker 3: have the four bedrooms so you can have like an office,
- 2:55Speaker 3: but you also have the third car garage. A lot
- 2:58Speaker 3: to like about this you've got. The deck is large,
- 3:01Speaker 3: and it overlooks no backyard neighbor.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gonna I'm looking at the map right now
- 3:05Speaker 1: and I was gonna say, wait, what what How perfect
- 3:08Speaker 1: is that?
- 3:08Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 3:09Speaker 3: Exactly? I mean, and on top of that, you can
- 3:11Speaker 3: go down to the basement and play some pool. So great,
- 3:14Speaker 3: great listening.
- 3:15Speaker 2: It is a fantastic listing.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Of course, you can get the details head on over
- 3:18Speaker 1: to rock Wisconsin dot com. That's our Ock Wisconsin dot com.
- 3:22Speaker 1: You can check out this beautiful home at seven seventeen
- 3:24Speaker 1: Larvick Lane.
- 3:25Speaker 2: Well, it was showing all.
- 3:26Speaker 1: I got to pick up phone, get Patrick, call Patrick's
- 3:28Speaker 1: telephe number six. So eight three three two twenty one
- 3:31Speaker 1: seventy one. That's three three two twenty one seventy one.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Of course, details off at rock Wisconsin dot com. That's
- 3:36Speaker 1: rock r Ock Wisconsin dot com. Looks and I didn't
- 3:41Speaker 1: check the year, but this looks like a newer home
- 3:43Speaker 1: as well. It's uh oh two thousand, Yeah, so it's
- 3:46Speaker 1: it's it's a newer ownly recent and I think too,
- 3:49Speaker 1: it looks like the owners really took great just taking phenomenal.
- 3:54Speaker 3: Care of Yeah, they definitely did. I really like the
- 3:56Speaker 3: brick accents on the front too. It's a nice look.
- 3:59Speaker 1: So I have a an I have a question for
- 4:01Speaker 1: you because I've never owned a home with two separate
- 4:03Speaker 1: garage doores, and I see a lot of folks with
- 4:05Speaker 1: the with the double and then the single. What goes
- 4:07Speaker 1: in those single garages typically? Is that like your collector car,
- 4:11Speaker 1: Well it depends. For me, it's my daughter's car.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Okay.
- 4:15Speaker 3: So I do like having that because sometimes it's easier
- 4:18Speaker 3: to just open the small garage, bring out the trash
- 4:20Speaker 3: that direction, right. So, but a lot of people if
- 4:23Speaker 3: they if they only have the two vehicles, Yeah, you're
- 4:25Speaker 3: putting a boat in there, you're putting some extra storage item.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Maybe they're the riding lawnmower.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, that's perfect. Then again, it's a beautiful, beautiful house. Again,
- 4:33Speaker 1: check that out at rock Wisconsin dot com seven one
- 4:36Speaker 1: seven Larvick Lane and Stoughton. I love to have you
- 4:39Speaker 1: check that out. Oh, by the way, speaking of checking
- 4:42Speaker 1: things out, of course, you've got the office in Stoughton,
- 4:44Speaker 1: you've got the office in Janesville, And we were talking
- 4:47Speaker 1: earlier this week about your Janesville office and its historical
- 4:50Speaker 1: significance to the state of Wisconsin the Midwest region as
- 4:54Speaker 1: a whole, and discovering that it was the I believe
- 4:57Speaker 1: the first Woodman's right is that, and you actually have
- 5:00Speaker 1: an opportunity for somebody that wants to set up looking
- 5:03Speaker 1: to work out of historic space and you've got some
- 5:06Speaker 1: office space available.
- 5:07Speaker 2: Yeah, we do.
- 5:08Speaker 3: Actually our stoating office is all full, but we kind
- 5:10Speaker 3: of designed both of them to have individual private offices.
- 5:14Speaker 3: That way we can have our mortgage lender in their
- 5:17Speaker 3: insurance title. But we do have I believe two spaces
- 5:20Speaker 3: open now that just opened up in Janesville, and it's
- 5:23Speaker 3: a high traffic area twenty thousand cars a day on
- 5:27Speaker 3: Milton Avenue right nine, twenty two Milton Avenue. So if
- 5:30Speaker 3: there's any business professionals that are looking for a private office,
- 5:34Speaker 3: that's really nice. We have those available.
- 5:37Speaker 1: And you mentioned real high visibility. We were talking before
- 5:39Speaker 1: we came on the air about when you guys were
- 5:42Speaker 1: doing the remodeling and uncovered the Woodman sign that was
- 5:44Speaker 1: behind there.
- 5:45Speaker 2: I created a bit of a traffic.
- 5:48Speaker 3: People pulling to the side and taking a picture of
- 5:50Speaker 3: that Woodman's sign, and apparently Sean was one of myself.
- 5:53Speaker 1: Include, Yeah, it's just It's a very very cool thing.
- 5:56Speaker 1: Great opportunity there. If you are looking for some office space,
- 5:59Speaker 1: a prime spot, I can just pick a phone game
- 6:01Speaker 1: a call six' eight six seven three fifty four. Hundred
- 6:03Speaker 1: that's six' eight six seven three fifty four. Hundred, well
- 6:06Speaker 1: maybe you're working from the, office maybe you work from
- 6:08Speaker 1: home some. Days we're going to talk this week about
- 6:10Speaker 1: working remotely on real, estate and let's talk about kind
- 6:14Speaker 1: of overall the shift that's been going. On folks are,
- 6:18Speaker 1: saying you know, WHAT i don't necessarily have to live
- 6:20Speaker 1: in the. Hustle i'd love, visiting BUT i may not
- 6:23Speaker 1: want to live. THERE a lot of folks are looking
- 6:24Speaker 1: to kind of get a little more, remote get a
- 6:27Speaker 1: little bit more away from those urban areas and get
- 6:29Speaker 1: and we're talking rural in some, cases aren't We, yeah.
- 6:31Speaker 3: EXACTLY i don't know if anybody noticed. It back in twenty,
- 6:33Speaker 3: twenty we had a few.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Changes something.
- 6:35Speaker 3: Happened, yeah there was a little something, there and a
- 6:38Speaker 3: lot of people started working, remotely a lot of jobs
- 6:40Speaker 3: started started allowing, that and that did have an effect
- 6:45Speaker 3: on the real estate. Market it did have an effect
- 6:47Speaker 3: on the housing AND i would, say as you mentioned
- 6:50Speaker 3: the biggest one was kind of an urban. EXODUS a
- 6:54Speaker 3: lot of individuals or families kind of had a little
- 6:57Speaker 3: more freedom to move a little further. Away, so you,
- 7:01Speaker 3: know the. Pandemic pandemic made people realize they live farther
- 7:04Speaker 3: away from the city and still keep their. Jobs and, uh,
- 7:07Speaker 3: yeah they're looking for larger, homes bigger, yards maybe quieter.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Surroundings and it has and it's it's it's, interesting sow
- 7:13Speaker 1: much has changed kind of that that landscape of you,
- 7:16Speaker 1: know bedroom communities aren't this like it used to. Be
- 7:19Speaker 1: And i'll Use Fantastic edgerton as a as a prime.
- 7:23Speaker 1: Example you, know it was it was a lot of
- 7:26Speaker 1: folks in town used to work AT gm and they'd
- 7:28Speaker 1: commute each day and those type of. Things but now
- 7:31Speaker 1: it's a mix of, people you, Know, Madison, Chicago these
- 7:34Speaker 1: professionals that may go into the office once a, month
- 7:37Speaker 1: maybe once every few, months maybe once a. Week and
- 7:40Speaker 1: so like the the the attitude or the expectation for
- 7:45Speaker 1: the community has.
- 7:46Speaker 2: CHANGED i think that makes, sense.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Right, YEAH i, WOULD i would, agree and AND i
- 7:49Speaker 3: think it's just a lot of it depends on what
- 7:52Speaker 3: the employer's requirements. Are, Right if you only have to
- 7:55Speaker 3: be in once a, month you can live even further. Away,
- 7:58Speaker 3: Right if you have to be in three days out of,
- 8:00Speaker 3: five you know there's maybe a comfortable. Distance it's a
- 8:02Speaker 3: little further than it would have been if it was.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Five out of.
- 8:04Speaker 3: Five, LIKE i can deal with this three, days.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Right, yeah when you guys are showing homes or listing,
- 8:11Speaker 1: homes is having that, office that home office or flex
- 8:14Speaker 1: space or that type of thing. Available is that something
- 8:16Speaker 1: you're putting in the? Listings and then also is that
- 8:18Speaker 1: something that potential buyers are inquiring.
- 8:20Speaker 3: About, yeah it's a big deal now whether or not
- 8:24Speaker 3: like this listing we just talked, about whether or not
- 8:26Speaker 3: it's just a fourth, bedroom or if it's a finished
- 8:29Speaker 3: space in a lower, level or maybe a finished attic
- 8:33Speaker 3: space or, yeah anywhere that you can have a little
- 8:36Speaker 3: quiet set aside place to work and not get.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Interrupted one of the THINGS i FIND i love about
- 8:42Speaker 1: these notes is it points out multiple workspaces because oftentimes
- 8:46Speaker 1: it's not just one, person it's a couple in. Something you,
- 8:49Speaker 1: know we've got even a young, professional maybe still got
- 8:51Speaker 1: the kiddo living with you as. Well you've got mom
- 8:54Speaker 1: dad and maybe even a like you need actual office,
- 8:57Speaker 1: space a couple of multiple workspaces often.
- 9:00Speaker 3: Exactly, YEAH i know at our. House you, know wife's,
- 9:04Speaker 3: Upstairs i'm downstairsyah, right so we have that. Separation but,
- 9:08Speaker 3: hey let's let's meet for.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Lunch, yes in the. Kitchen, yes all that is.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Fantastic talking this morning With Matt heyman Of Rock realty
- 9:15Speaker 1: the Website Rock wisconsin dot. Com that's R o C
- 9:19Speaker 1: K wisconsin dot. Com talking about THE i don't even
- 9:22Speaker 1: know if it say trend because it's it's been the
- 9:25Speaker 1: past five. Years it's really been a high, priority and
- 9:28Speaker 1: talking about kind of that impact of remote working on real.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Estate so let's then kind of get into that kind
- 9:34Speaker 1: of the location. Preferences is their their city center is
- 9:39Speaker 1: obviously still very, desirable but kind of the game has
- 9:42Speaker 1: changed a bit in that area with the opportunity for
- 9:45Speaker 1: folks to, say you know, what not only maybe not
- 9:48Speaker 1: live in the suburbs or the, EXERBS i may want
- 9:51Speaker 1: to live in a much more remote. Place and talked
- 9:53Speaker 1: earlier about folks that may have to go in once
- 9:55Speaker 1: every week or once a. Month there are some folks,
- 9:57Speaker 1: that you, know maybe once a. Year so there are
- 10:00Speaker 1: there are different preferences and that work from anywhere type,
- 10:03Speaker 1: trend isn't?
- 10:03Speaker 3: There, yeah, YEAH i, Agree and yeah again it all
- 10:07Speaker 3: depends upon what your requirements, are and you know what
- 10:09Speaker 3: you're willing to. Do but you, know to be able
- 10:11Speaker 3: to work for a large company and live remotely and
- 10:16Speaker 3: have a well and septic, yeah that just never existed really,
- 10:19Speaker 3: before right unless you are some sort of traveling salesman regional.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Manager you just normally wouldn't see that being able to
- 10:25Speaker 3: work for a larger company and still have that kind
- 10:27Speaker 3: of remote.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Living are we seeing folks also with the with the
- 10:30Speaker 1: mobility of, saying you, know our primary home during the
- 10:34Speaker 1: school years and you know a town where kids go
- 10:36Speaker 1: to school and they play, sports but maybe during the
- 10:39Speaker 1: summer or those type of, things we've got that second,
- 10:41Speaker 1: home but we still want to be working. Remotely is
- 10:44Speaker 1: that something we're seeing as? Well where folks, are you,
- 10:46Speaker 1: know whether it's that second home or that vacation, home
- 10:49Speaker 1: kind of looking for that home office in that location as,
- 10:52Speaker 1: well so they can you, know get away FOR.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I THINK i think that's that's. PREVALENT i think that's.
- 10:57Speaker 3: Happening but you, know SOMETHING i have been seeing even
- 11:00Speaker 3: more so would be people taking like month long vacations
- 11:03Speaker 3: at an airbnb and working in the. Meantime let the
- 11:06Speaker 3: kids be out in the pool while they're doing, work.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Do We that's a dream scenario right.
- 11:11Speaker 1: There with AND i know a lot of times we
- 11:14Speaker 1: talk about investment properties with, airbnbs is that something that
- 11:18Speaker 1: that that when folks are looking for that that that
- 11:20Speaker 1: you're kind of coaching them through or kind of, saying,
- 11:23Speaker 1: hey you, know this is a not only is this
- 11:25Speaker 1: a perfect vacation, home it also, offers, uh the opportunity
- 11:29Speaker 1: to kind of bring in a whole other group of
- 11:31Speaker 1: clients that may want to do a longer term airbnb
- 11:34Speaker 1: rental and and just kind of work from this space as. Well.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Yeah, YEAH i think, that's, uh that's. APPLICABLE i think
- 11:39Speaker 3: the important thing there is having a Strong Wi fi.
- 11:42Speaker 2: Signal yeah, yeah. Yeah you don't want to be so.
- 11:44Speaker 3: Remote that you, know you're having to depend on. Something
- 11:46Speaker 3: it's that's, iffy, Right but if you have a Strong,
- 11:50Speaker 3: internet THEN i think you can accomplish that, definitely.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Do things like startlink If i've got to guess it
- 11:55Speaker 1: probably helped Quite that was something that came to mind
- 11:57Speaker 1: when we were discussing this.
- 11:59Speaker 3: Subject was That starlink's opened up? Worldwide really to have That.
- 12:03Speaker 1: INTERNET i used to do a radio show with a
- 12:07Speaker 1: with a guy that lived in the middle of nowhere
- 12:09Speaker 1: outside Of. BARABOO i mean like, LITERALLY i could describe
- 12:12Speaker 1: to you where it was and you'd never be able
- 12:14Speaker 1: to find it so, Remote and and you, say how
- 12:17Speaker 1: do you do a radio? Show is he had a
- 12:19Speaker 1: starlink setup and it was it was absolutely amazing His
- 12:23Speaker 1: internet speed and all that. Stuff so, literally if you
- 12:26Speaker 1: can see the, sky you can get an internet connection
- 12:28Speaker 1: work from the top.
- 12:29Speaker 3: Of a mountain these. Days oh cool with.
- 12:31Speaker 1: That you guys got any probably do somewhere in, here
- 12:33Speaker 1: well not here In, wisconsin, no but you've got some
- 12:36Speaker 1: connections you can definitely. Fine talking this morning With Matt
- 12:39Speaker 1: hymn Of Rock Realty Online Rock wisconsin dot. Com That's
- 12:43Speaker 1: rock R o C K wisconsin dot. Com talking this
- 12:46Speaker 1: week about work from home and folks that are choosing
- 12:48Speaker 1: to work, remotely some of the aspects to real estate
- 12:52Speaker 1: of that. Area and that's a you, know a phenomenal
- 12:54Speaker 1: opportunity if you are able to, to you, know look
- 12:57Speaker 1: into make that. Change you, say you, know When i'm
- 12:58Speaker 1: tired of the hustle and bust the, town and MAYBE
- 13:00Speaker 1: i want to get my kids into a smaller school
- 13:03Speaker 1: district where you, know we know, everybody you know the,
- 13:05Speaker 1: principal you, know the superintendent of the school.
- 13:07Speaker 2: District they can give you a.
- 13:08Speaker 1: CALL i, mean how amazing is. That if you're looking

- 13:53Speaker 1: six oh eight six seven three fifty four. Hundred talking
- 13:56Speaker 1: this week With matt about kind of the shift that's
- 13:58Speaker 1: going on when it comes to working remotely and how
- 14:02Speaker 1: it's had an impact on real estate and when we
- 14:05Speaker 1: kind of work through that this is Not i'm not what.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Do they call, that like A i don't have like
- 14:10Speaker 2: a crystal ball or anything like. That i'm not a.
- 14:12Speaker 1: MENTALIST i can't see in the, future But i've got
- 14:15Speaker 1: a guest Met this is not like a flash in
- 14:17Speaker 1: the pan kind of. Trend this is something that's going
- 14:20Speaker 1: to be expected and a lot of employees are going
- 14:24Speaker 1: to demand this of their employers working from. Home it's
- 14:26Speaker 1: not something that's going away anytime, soon is.
- 14:28Speaker 3: It, yeah it's been a, significant major. SHIFT i think
- 14:33Speaker 3: that there has been a bit of a pullback and
- 14:36Speaker 3: some employers asking people to come back in the office
- 14:39Speaker 3: to get that, camaraderie to build up the rapport with
- 14:43Speaker 3: the other. Employees there's only so much you can do over.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Video but it does seem like remote working is here to.
- 14:49Speaker 1: STAY i mentioned by the, way video and, things AND
- 14:51Speaker 1: i See i'll watch like the news channels and they'll
- 14:55Speaker 1: have like a guest guest on or the LIKE espn.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Too i'll be watching there interviews some athlete or some
- 15:02Speaker 1: some person that knows something about an. Athlete AND i
- 15:04Speaker 1: always like to see like what's behind them in their
- 15:06Speaker 1: in their, picture like what books are on the. Shelves,
- 15:09Speaker 1: Yeah and for folks that know that's they're very strategic
- 15:11Speaker 1: about what they're putting behind, it you play them, perfectly.
- 15:15Speaker 3: Do you?
- 15:16Speaker 1: ARE i? Mean and that's one of the things with
- 15:17Speaker 1: with kind of modern the modern working world, too is
- 15:20Speaker 1: you can you, know when you're looking at a home to,
- 15:23Speaker 1: buy you can, say this is Where i'm going to
- 15:24Speaker 1: put my, desk this is what's going to be behind,
- 15:26Speaker 1: Me like like folks can actually work and think through,
- 15:29Speaker 1: that can't. They, yeah they can preplan.
- 15:30Speaker 3: It and you know we're usually it's the bookcase back, there,
- 15:33Speaker 3: yeah with the badger symbol or, something, Right, yeah the, Trophy.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Yeah is running With Matt hypeman Of Rock. Realty what
- 15:43Speaker 1: about like with newer, homes are we seeing this? BECOMING
- 15:46Speaker 1: i know for a lot of, folks you, know whether
- 15:48Speaker 1: there it's an existing maybe bedroom or something they're. Using
- 15:51Speaker 1: but are we seeing with some of the newer homes
- 15:53Speaker 1: where they're actually building spaces specifically for work from home.
- 15:57Speaker 3: Options, YEAH i think that's they recognize the big demand
- 16:02Speaker 3: for an office, space you, know whether it be countered
- 16:04Speaker 3: at as a bedroom or. NOT i think What i'm
- 16:06Speaker 3: seeing a lot is on the newer homes there you've
- 16:09Speaker 3: got like you're ten by ten or ten by eleven
- 16:11Speaker 3: room that they'll throw in, there and it'll have just
- 16:14Speaker 3: a very small closet that can be kind of used
- 16:18Speaker 3: for a bedroom if, needed right if you have that oopsie,
- 16:20Speaker 3: baby or as an office with your printer and office
- 16:27Speaker 3: supplies in the office in that little. Closet has this
- 16:29Speaker 3: Made it's just kind of like a broad view of real.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Estate has this made some of those rural areas much more?
- 16:35Speaker 3: Desirable AND i would guess it's kind of affected the
- 16:38Speaker 3: strategy when it comes to making offers and working through
- 16:42Speaker 3: purchasing a home that maybe in the past the potential
- 16:46Speaker 3: buyers weren't the same as they are. NOW i, mean
- 16:48Speaker 3: that's had to have had an, effect especially for rural
- 16:52Speaker 3: buyers and sellers when it comes to kind of how
- 16:54Speaker 3: those negotiations and pricing comes.
- 16:57Speaker 2: Together, YEAH i.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Think at Least I'm i'm seeing a lot of rise
- 17:01Speaker 3: in rural brand new. Subdivisions, yeah, right because there's just
- 17:05Speaker 3: a little more demand. NOW i think people are willing
- 17:07Speaker 3: to move a little further Out and, YEAH i, mean
- 17:10Speaker 3: and what that's led to also is a little more.
- 17:12Speaker 3: Affordability you, know people able to get into a new,
- 17:15Speaker 3: home maybe a lower, price just because they can be
- 17:18Speaker 3: a little further away from.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Work is there also an, expectation as you, know as work,
- 17:22Speaker 1: hard play hard THAT i mean for somebody that's Looking
- 17:25Speaker 1: AND i very much respect the idea of folks that
- 17:29Speaker 1: if you've got a career where you can work from,
- 17:30Speaker 1: home what a great thing that. Is BUT i also
- 17:32Speaker 1: feel like there might also be more of a need
- 17:34Speaker 1: for escape as well as to kind of have a
- 17:37Speaker 1: whether it's a very distinct, line as you were mentioning,
- 17:39Speaker 1: earlier like a room that's specifically used as an, office to,
- 17:43Speaker 1: say When i'm in, here it's. Work When i'm on this,
- 17:45Speaker 1: side it's it's it's not it's, family it's my. Life
- 17:48Speaker 1: do we see like also another emphasis on things like
- 17:52Speaker 1: rec space or like almost the exactly almost to kind
- 17:55Speaker 1: of counteract that workspace having that fun area as. Well,
- 17:58Speaker 1: YEAH i would, say, yeah a couple of things on that.
- 17:59Speaker 3: Subject one would be coming out of the pandemic being
- 18:02Speaker 3: cooped up in their, houses a lot of people came
- 18:04Speaker 3: out wanting to have their own, pool, right that was
- 18:06Speaker 3: a big thing for a, while. Right also they wanted
- 18:09Speaker 3: their own man cave or rex space she shed. Right
- 18:14Speaker 3: and then lastly it would be you, know with people
- 18:18Speaker 3: working from, home they do want to have like a
- 18:19Speaker 3: space where they can work out kind of maybe, yoga
- 18:23Speaker 3: just a kind of a wellness area in the. House
- 18:25Speaker 3: and the nice thing about that is that area doesn't
- 18:28Speaker 3: necessarily have to have that egress. Window so you're seeing
- 18:30Speaker 3: that a lot in the basement.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Areas you mentioned that she shed man cave kind of.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Thing do we see people using like external buildings as
- 18:38Speaker 1: whether it's like a customized shed sounds Like i'm under selling,
- 18:42Speaker 1: it but like an outbuilding that maybe they're converting into
- 18:44Speaker 1: into an office.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Space to really get that, DIVIDE.
- 18:46Speaker 3: I have one of the showings that went on this
- 18:49Speaker 3: last weekend had this old silo that they were thinking
- 18:51Speaker 3: about converting for their. Reality so, YEAH i mean the
- 18:53Speaker 3: more rural you, get the more chance you have of some.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Outbuildings isn't there a house In stoton somewhere that's got
- 18:58Speaker 1: an old silo where it's like a building on like
- 19:01Speaker 1: almost like a like a bit AND i call a
- 19:03Speaker 1: tree for? It?
- 19:03Speaker 2: Underselling AM i are we thinking of the right that's
- 19:08Speaker 2: somewhere in that. AREA i know What i'm.

- 19:30Speaker 1: how you don't have a back. Neighbor you've got some
- 19:32Speaker 1: great views out of the out of all the, windows
- 19:34Speaker 1: but especially that back view is pretty.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Phenomenal.
- 19:37Speaker 3: YEAH i mean it's on a big. Lot it's almost
- 19:38Speaker 3: a third, acre but it looks like two three acres
