- 1:39Speaker 1: news headlines we've got the world of NM TAM, We've
- 1:41Speaker 1: got the birthdays, the Barner birthday.
- 1:42Speaker 2: I'll come it up here on the Woody.
- 1:44Speaker 1: Show and we'll start off because Greg's got a question
- 1:47Speaker 1: for us.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Yeah, and it's a simple one. Should I cave and
- 1:50Speaker 4: get the damn real IDs? I hate burning money, but
- 1:57Speaker 4: they have implemented this stupid forty five dollar fee if
- 2:01Speaker 4: you use your passport as idea.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Okay, so never trusted it less. So here's here, here's
- 2:07Speaker 1: here's what I'll say about it. Number one, My opinion
- 2:09Speaker 1: hasn't changed that the first time we talked about it, Like,
- 2:11Speaker 1: I don't know why you're fighting so hard. I know, dude,
- 2:14Speaker 1: like you know you are very much to do I'll
- 2:18Speaker 1: do no, no, no, anyway, Here's here's what I am. I'm
- 2:23Speaker 1: a man of convenience. You know. If it's going to
- 2:25Speaker 1: create an inconvenience for me, I am not interested. So
- 2:28Speaker 1: that's that's that's number one. Number two, I'm curious because
- 2:32Speaker 1: you took such a hard core dance about it, and
- 2:34Speaker 1: I still am, like, but is the softening of your
- 2:37Speaker 1: position because of the forty five dollar fee? Absolutely, because
- 2:41Speaker 1: some money means more than whatever the principle of you
- 2:43Speaker 1: not getting like so whatever the reason, so like you
- 2:46Speaker 1: could be bought. Your position on you know the government
- 2:49Speaker 1: is that that could be bought for forty five dollars.
- 2:52Speaker 4: Greg, Well, it's not just forty five bucks. It's me, Mario.
- 2:55Speaker 4: So it's ninety bucks each leg. So that's you know,
- 2:58Speaker 4: for every trip we take bucks, so a total way
- 3:02Speaker 4: could be bought for one hundred and eighty dollars. You are, maybe,
- 3:06Speaker 4: but at the same token, I think Sammy put it best. Clearly,
- 3:09Speaker 4: they want us to have these things so bad?
- 3:12Speaker 2: Why exactly?
- 3:14Speaker 5: Yeah, exactly.
- 3:15Speaker 4: I wish I had to answered that because they're basically admitting,
- 3:18Speaker 4: you know what, the driver's licenses of the past, they
- 3:21Speaker 4: really weren't that good. These are good.
- 3:24Speaker 2: No, I'm not. I'm not trying to take it.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Forget that. Forget that, it's the it's the government. Just
- 3:29Speaker 1: just for a moment, let's say there's a new system
- 3:32Speaker 1: for anything here here at the office, right, Like instead
- 3:36Speaker 1: of giving everybody keys physical keys, now we're going to
- 3:39Speaker 1: move over to this fob system, right, you know what
- 3:41Speaker 1: I mean? It wasn't the key good enough? Why do
- 3:43Speaker 1: we have to have this fob system? We're just moving
- 3:45Speaker 1: into a new thing. It's for whatever reason, and you know,
- 3:48Speaker 1: like dating, like, yeah, okay, so maybe it is more secure.
- 3:51Speaker 1: Maybe people were figuring out how like to uh, you know,
- 3:54Speaker 1: get licenses or get things that that were you know,
- 3:58Speaker 1: not legit, right, and so they develop them. I'm saying
- 4:01Speaker 1: that they've developed this new well, it is their problems.
- 4:03Speaker 1: They developed this the system to then try to combat that.
- 4:06Speaker 1: And so at some point you have to put it
- 4:08Speaker 1: in place where it's like everybody, we're moving to the
- 4:10Speaker 1: new Like when you have a menace like a software
- 4:13Speaker 1: Windows whatever, they say, after this date, we're no longer
- 4:15Speaker 1: supporting this version. So if you have any problems after that,
- 4:18Speaker 1: that's that's on you.
- 4:19Speaker 6: And the big one. Remember credit cards did nowise up microchips.
- 4:23Speaker 6: Now you have to have a credit card with the microchip.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Yeah right.
- 4:25Speaker 4: And to answer MENACE's question, what don't I trust about it?
- 4:29Speaker 4: I don't know. I wish I knew, okay, because but
- 4:31Speaker 4: I don't trust it. They want us to have it
- 4:34Speaker 4: so badly that they're now charging a fee.
- 4:36Speaker 1: But don't you think Okay, so whatever, whatever, here's the thing,
- 4:39Speaker 1: whatever information I forget what it is. I have the
- 4:41Speaker 1: real idea, but I forget whatever information additional that.
- 4:44Speaker 2: I had to bring this utility bill or whatever.
- 4:46Speaker 1: Okay, let's just say for the sake of argument, you
- 4:48Speaker 1: don't think that the government knows every utility company that
- 4:51Speaker 1: you're set up where they couldn't easily just find that
- 4:53Speaker 1: out if they really, if they really wanted that. Of course,
- 4:56Speaker 1: what are you giving like, what are you giving up
- 4:59Speaker 1: in addition to what needs to get it? But what
- 5:01Speaker 1: they would already know very easily.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Dude, you, of all people would he should agree with
- 5:05Speaker 4: me because you're stubborn and you're.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Not like a sheep. But I'm a man of convenient.
- 5:11Speaker 4: The same token like, Okay, you want me to get
- 5:14Speaker 4: in reality, okay, I will. Okay, you want me to
- 5:16Speaker 4: get this shot, Okay, I will. Okay, I have nothing
- 5:19Speaker 4: to hide search my house.
- 5:21Speaker 2: You know, it's not how it works.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Like first, first of all, like I I do, I
- 5:24Speaker 1: do trust medical science. So like when you talk about
- 5:26Speaker 1: like the shots or whatever, right, there's a couple of
- 5:28Speaker 1: reasons I got the COVID shot immediately. Number one because
- 5:31Speaker 1: I trust medical shired for travel too. I trust medical science.
- 5:35Speaker 1: I'm very much impressed. I've talked about it. A billion times.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I'm very much impressed by medical science. So like I
- 5:40Speaker 1: I trust, I trusted it. Okay, am I still getting
- 5:43Speaker 1: COVID shots.
- 5:44Speaker 3: No.
- 5:44Speaker 1: The other reason I did it was because there was
- 5:46Speaker 1: a couple of places that in order to go I
- 5:48Speaker 1: had to have the stupid card that showed that I
- 5:51Speaker 1: had gotten the thing, and I wanted to add the
- 5:53Speaker 1: house so baffling and for no other reason, we were
- 5:58Speaker 1: going to go get it just for that purpose. I said,
- 6:01Speaker 1: so yes, I.
- 6:01Speaker 4: Am, You're going to be a prisoner without it.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Because I am weak in that sense.
- 6:05Speaker 7: Now, there's many conspiracy theories, and I just want to
- 6:08Speaker 7: know if you're believing any of these that have to
- 6:11Speaker 7: do with the real id and a lot of them
- 6:13Speaker 7: have to do with taxes and like they're able to
- 6:16Speaker 7: track like everything even.
- 6:17Speaker 2: More than they are too.
- 6:19Speaker 7: I haven't heard that when it comes to property and
- 6:21Speaker 7: uh and other things.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Property you filed like paperwork whenever you buy a piece
- 6:27Speaker 1: of property. I understand this is this is where with
- 6:30Speaker 1: the conspiracy people are coming in and saying the real
- 6:34Speaker 1: idea is a factor. Also, your best friends at the
- 6:36Speaker 1: a c l U say that the reason that the
- 6:39Speaker 1: government wants to do the real ID is to be
- 6:42Speaker 1: able to have a national database of people. Now, Like
- 6:46Speaker 1: we hear about this all the time, like, oh, somebody
- 6:48Speaker 1: is wanted, they get pulled over in a different state,
- 6:51Speaker 1: and then they don't show up in a certain database
- 6:54Speaker 1: and then they're they're free to go.
- 6:56Speaker 4: You know.
- 6:56Speaker 1: So to one point, the information for your state issued
- 6:59Speaker 1: ID wasn't available federally.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Linked through a national database, so they want.
- 7:04Speaker 1: The FBI could pull up your driver's license from whatever state.
- 7:07Speaker 2: We hear about this all the time.
- 7:08Speaker 7: Somebody gets pulled over, they didn't show up in a database,
- 7:11Speaker 7: and they were wanted for murder in some other state,
- 7:14Speaker 7: you know, so go yeah, So then then that's why
- 7:17Speaker 7: they're trying to do this.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Really, do you think this sounds a.
- 7:20Speaker 4: Very big brother to me? I don't trust it. But
- 7:23Speaker 4: at the same token, they just implemented these damn fees.
- 7:27Speaker 5: And you don't you don't travel that much though, I.
- 7:29Speaker 4: Really don't imagine it would be worth not getting it.
- 7:33Speaker 5: Stand for something or you'll die for anything. Strong.
- 7:38Speaker 1: I tried to Todd Gregan the getting tsa pre check
- 7:40Speaker 1: because it's eighty bucks for like five years. Yeah, so
- 7:44Speaker 1: even if you like to save you that time, once
- 7:47Speaker 1: if you go through the airport and the security line
- 7:48Speaker 1: is crazy one time. Right in that moment, you're like,
- 7:52Speaker 1: I should have paid the When do.
- 7:53Speaker 4: I travel with you? Okay? How many times have I
- 7:56Speaker 4: been hours behind you? Never?
- 7:58Speaker 1: No, never, just a couple of minutes before. But I
- 8:00Speaker 1: have fun as a man of convenience. I signed up
- 8:03Speaker 1: for TSA pre check, I signed up clear. I have
- 8:06Speaker 1: both the only the only thing I'm.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Super clear Mega Ultra.
- 8:10Speaker 2: The only one I don't have.
- 8:12Speaker 1: I think medicine a couple of is the global.
- 8:14Speaker 8: Entry and I just put in my thing for that.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Consider I make one international trip a year, and that's
- 8:19Speaker 1: to Mexico with my wife, our annual get away, and
- 8:22Speaker 1: you're good there and then going to Dubai with Menace
- 8:25Speaker 1: for a weekend.
- 8:26Speaker 7: That's it rules because you just literally just walk through
- 8:29Speaker 7: everything because it's all facial recognition.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Big brother, Greg, Yet, what about these concert venues are
- 8:36Speaker 2: going to be all facial recognition? Are you going to
- 8:39Speaker 2: go to concerts? What about if it's the involves.
- 8:41Speaker 4: Work, Well, then I'll deal with it. Then then I'll
- 8:44Speaker 4: download the app and then after the event delete it.
- 8:46Speaker 1: And I think what we learned here is that Greg
- 8:48Speaker 1: could be bought for let's just call it two hundred bucks.
- 8:50Speaker 4: Let's say two hundred buck.
- 8:51Speaker 1: That's say everybody's got a price ranks is two hundred.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Dollars throwing money in the garbage.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Eight seven seven forty four. Woodie, you can send us
- 9:00Speaker 1: a text over to two two nine eight seven more
- 9:03Speaker 1: what he shows next?
- 9:03Speaker 2: Hang on show, We'll be right, We'll be right. Well,
- 9:06Speaker 2: be right back. What's up? Podcast listeners? It's menace. Do
- 9:10Speaker 2: you remember when I walked forty miles in one day
- 9:13Speaker 2: and you watched it live on the internet. I did
- 9:15Speaker 2: that with mint Mobile. Yeah, every single phone that was
- 9:19Speaker 2: streaming that day, I was using the mint Mobile network.
- 9:22Speaker 2: And the reason I did that is because I paid
- 9:25Speaker 2: for every phone myself and I needed a reliable network.
- 9:28Speaker 2: But also I didn't want to break the bank. You know,
- 9:31Speaker 2: you can get unlimited for fifteen bucks a month. Look
- 9:34Speaker 2: at your phone bill right now, and I'm sure maybe
- 9:37Speaker 2: you might be paying for somebody else as well, And
- 9:39Speaker 2: you might think, oh, it's just too hard to switch.
- 9:41Speaker 2: No it's not. You can easily do it online. They'll
- 9:43Speaker 2: show you how to do it. Why pay all that money?
- 9:46Speaker 2: Check out how much you can save at this special
- 9:48Speaker 2: website mintmobile dot com, slash woody. That's mintmobile dot com
- 9:54Speaker 2: slash woody. Just compare what you'll get for what you're
- 9:58Speaker 2: paying now mint mobile dot com, slash woody.
- 10:03Speaker 1: And now back to.
- 10:06Speaker 2: AHI. Welcome back you entertainment.
- 10:10Speaker 1: You got Birthday's porn of birthday birthdays here in a second.
- 10:14Speaker 1: This is actually a really good idea, and I'd be
- 10:17Speaker 1: curious the people that say no are the people who
- 10:19Speaker 1: are the problems. Okay, So Dave Draymond, he is the
- 10:22Speaker 1: lead singer of the band Disturbed, Okay, and he's got
- 10:26Speaker 1: an idea.
- 10:26Speaker 2: He's trying to manifest this.
- 10:28Speaker 1: He believes that the identity politics, the partisan garbage, the division,
- 10:32Speaker 1: it all needs to stop. And I agree, I think
- 10:34Speaker 1: like he doesn't agree with that. So he is challenging
- 10:37Speaker 1: any organization out there to put on a music festival
- 10:41Speaker 1: that has acts from different sides of the political spectrum.
- 10:43Speaker 1: So like Bad Bunny and Kid Rock on the same Yeah, yes,
- 10:48Speaker 1: but like do it in the interest of like, hey,
- 10:50Speaker 1: let's stop all the nonsense. Enough, right, And if there's
- 10:53Speaker 1: an artist that says no to that, then they're the problem.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Or there's people who don't want to do it. Well,
- 10:58Speaker 1: then you're the problem because you you're just you keep feeling.
- 11:02Speaker 8: Yeah, I would never pay the tickets for that.
- 11:04Speaker 2: I think it's ever gonna happen. No, I don't know, although.
- 11:06Speaker 6: I am laughing because people there now people saying that
- 11:09Speaker 6: Kid Rock was lip syncing at halftime shows, so they're.
- 11:12Speaker 8: Calling him he'll Billy Vanilly.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:16Speaker 7: But my thing is, like I believe that happens all
- 11:19Speaker 7: the time at music festivals, but people are just really
- 11:22Speaker 7: quiet about it.
- 11:22Speaker 4: You know.
- 11:23Speaker 9: I think it does because Kid Rock is on a
- 11:25Speaker 9: festival coming up and there are some people dropping from
- 11:27Speaker 9: it now well exactly, and I think there's another's that's
- 11:32Speaker 9: it happened. So it's more like the artists that don't
- 11:34Speaker 9: want to perform.
- 11:35Speaker 2: No, I'm not going to be there with them. Some
- 11:37Speaker 2: other stuff.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Several of the Friday the Thirteenth movies they are returning
- 11:40Speaker 1: to Regal cinemas. I just heard about that for the
- 11:43Speaker 1: three Friday the thirteenth that are going to happen here
- 11:45Speaker 1: in twenty twenty six, one of which is tomorrow. Right, Oh,
- 11:49Speaker 1: so tomorrow is I realize that tomorrow is Friday the thirteenth,
- 11:52Speaker 1: Now do it?
- 11:53Speaker 2: Why didn't they want to tell me.
- 11:54Speaker 1: So it starts with the original movie and Friday the
- 11:57Speaker 1: Thirteenth part too.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Hell yeah.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Netflix is filming the Broadway show Stranger Things the first
- 12:04Speaker 1: Shadow for an eventual streaming release. So if you just
- 12:08Speaker 1: if you just can't get enough of Stranger Things. Stranger
- 12:13Speaker 1: Things one was hilarious. You're a Broadway person, do you?
- 12:15Speaker 10: Yeah?
- 12:16Speaker 1: I know, but like it?
- 12:18Speaker 2: I mean right now, I haven't heard really anything about
- 12:20Speaker 2: it either.
- 12:20Speaker 6: All Broadway stuff right now is like movies to stage,
- 12:24Speaker 6: so legally Blonde and Spider Man.
- 12:26Speaker 2: I'm like back to the future.
- 12:28Speaker 1: There's a guy I saw it in Arizona. He has
- 12:31Speaker 1: a record breaking collection of Stranger Things stuff.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Oh boy.
- 12:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and so he's got the largest collection. He's got
- 12:38Speaker 1: two three hundred and one different items.
- 12:41Speaker 8: Be jealous, Tyler.
- 12:43Speaker 5: I was thinking about Tyler.
- 12:45Speaker 2: Listen to this dork.
- 12:47Speaker 11: So I started collecting right after the show came out,
- 12:49Speaker 11: But honestly, there was not a lot of merched out there.
- 12:51Speaker 11: I was already a Funko Pop collector, so that was
- 12:54Speaker 11: kind of the easiest.
- 12:55Speaker 12: Way to get into collecting Strangings items.
- 12:58Speaker 11: So I started collecting all the Funko Pops in the
- 13:00Speaker 11: beginning I thought I was.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Only going to collect the phune Go pops of Stranger.
- 13:03Speaker 11: Days, but that didn't last very long. It's actually surreal.
- 13:07Speaker 11: I feel honored, it super exciting. I mean, such an
- 13:10Speaker 11: iconic brand like Guinness World Records to even think about
- 13:15Speaker 11: being in the book would be a collectible I definitely
- 13:17Speaker 11: want to have in my collection.
- 13:19Speaker 2: I mean, oh my god, is he single?
- 13:25Speaker 1: Did you know that Sean Connery was offered the part
- 13:27Speaker 1: of Hannibal Lecter before Anthony Hompkins. I could see that,
- 13:30Speaker 1: but what happened? I guess he was horrified by the
- 13:32Speaker 1: scripts and so he turned it down.
- 13:33Speaker 4: He's like, that was too scared.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Yeah, too scaring, way too scared of The New Mummy
- 13:39Speaker 1: movie with Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weiss will be out
- 13:43Speaker 1: May of twenty twenty eight. Menace eight teenage mutant Ninja
- 13:47Speaker 1: Turtle series for preschoolers is.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Coming to YouTube. It's perfect for Menace.
- 13:53Speaker 13: Yeah, it's kind of like Muppet Babies but Ninja Turtles.
- 13:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 13:56Speaker 1: The episodes will be four minutes long. Oh yeah, I
- 13:59Speaker 1: was watching something in There is a guy man, I
- 14:00Speaker 1: forget what his name is. He's this incredible voiceover artist
- 14:04Speaker 1: Bort you might know this guy's name because I think
- 14:06Speaker 1: he also did the voice of a Megatron and Frank
- 14:10Speaker 1: Welker there you go.
- 14:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:13Speaker 2: Anyway, so I saw this.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Video online and he was doing all these different voices
- 14:18Speaker 1: that he's an incredible voiceover art characters he does, and
- 14:21Speaker 1: one of which was he did Kermit for Muppet Babies, right,
- 14:26Speaker 1: and he sounds way more like Kermit the Frog than
- 14:31Speaker 1: the guy they have doing Kermit the Frog now. So
- 14:32Speaker 1: they're doing this new Muppet Show thing and people keep
- 14:35Speaker 1: pointing out that current sounds weird and it hasn't been
- 14:38Speaker 1: right since Jim Henson.
- 14:39Speaker 2: But here's the I find it. If we can do.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Perfect impersonations from Cartman in South Park to you know,
- 14:47Speaker 1: Morgan Friedman to all these other people, there's somebody out
- 14:49Speaker 1: there perfect, absolutely nail it. Let's find that person.
- 14:55Speaker 14: Now.
- 14:56Speaker 1: The question is are could they be a puppeteer? Yeah,
- 14:58Speaker 1: that's because don't they have I think they do. Yeah,
- 15:02Speaker 1: I think I think they do.
- 15:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 15:05Speaker 1: Also look out for the black Well, Yeah, they can
- 15:09Speaker 1: get Frank Welker, Yeah, because he's great Black Key, Simple Play,
- 15:15Speaker 1: Jimmy World, Taking Back Sunday, and Debo are all bands
- 15:19Speaker 1: that have announced new tour dates, for instance Those Guys
- 15:22Speaker 1: and another music thing here. According to reports, Britney Spears
- 15:25Speaker 1: has sold the rights to her.
- 15:26Speaker 4: Entire music catalog Lucky.
- 15:29Speaker 1: So apparently it's worth two hundred million dollars that it
- 15:35Speaker 1: includes every hit that she's ever had.
- 15:39Speaker 9: She hasn't come out with music in a while, right,
- 15:41Speaker 9: this is probably a really good move for her.
- 15:43Speaker 4: For sure.
- 15:44Speaker 2: She had something like with will I Am was the
- 15:46Speaker 2: last thing?
- 15:47Speaker 8: This will set her up for a millionaires.
- 15:48Speaker 5: You better work, bitch that song.
- 15:49Speaker 4: I like that. I have a.
- 15:53Speaker 2: Good a Lamborghini, Greg, how does it go again? Look
- 15:59Speaker 2: good and bikini and labigad that work bitch?
- 16:05Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, something like that.
- 16:07Speaker 2: No way. She had something with Iggy Azalea. I think, yeah, I.
- 16:12Speaker 4: Don't remember, dude.
- 16:13Speaker 1: There was a stat that I heard speaking of money
- 16:15Speaker 1: and being loaded. I remember I did. I did send
- 16:18Speaker 1: it to uh oh yeah, to Greg and Gina. Elon
- 16:22Speaker 1: Musk is so rich. Oh yeah, this is mind bothering
- 16:25Speaker 1: And I looked it up, but it's true.
- 16:26Speaker 4: Yeah, it makes sense.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Elon Musk is so rich that the second richest person
- 16:32Speaker 1: is closer to us than him in wealth, to Morgan,
- 16:38Speaker 1: closer to Greg closer, probably closer to all of us combined. Yeah, right, right,
- 16:43Speaker 1: a lot than he is to Elon Musk, because Elon's
- 16:45Speaker 1: got like eight hundred and some billion dollars and second
- 16:48Speaker 1: place on the list has like two hundred billion.
- 16:50Speaker 2: It's super status. Is that crazy?
- 16:53Speaker 8: Insane?
- 16:54Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 16:55Speaker 5: They're just like us.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean think that is that's insane, Ahi, Greg Grey,
- 17:03Speaker 1: what you got.
- 17:04Speaker 4: For us today? I think this is pretty interesting. It's
- 17:06Speaker 4: been almost thirty two years since Kurt Cobain died and
- 17:08Speaker 4: now there's this new independent investigation by a forensic team,
- 17:12Speaker 4: and they challenge that it was a suicide. Oh yeah,
- 17:15Speaker 4: and they have reasons for it, and I you know,
- 17:17Speaker 4: we've always heard that, oh yeah, the beginning, it wasn't
- 17:19Speaker 4: a suicide, but they think that.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:23Speaker 4: They think he was confronted by one or maybe two
- 17:25Speaker 4: assailants who then forced him to overdose on heroin to
- 17:28Speaker 4: incapacitate him. And they also say the shotgun was placed
- 17:32Speaker 4: in his arms because the crime scene was quote eerily clean,
- 17:36Speaker 4: and that his hand was gripping the barrel of the
- 17:38Speaker 4: shotgun but had no.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Blood splatter on it. That's weird.
- 17:42Speaker 4: And then they also point out there was orgage, damit
- 17:45Speaker 4: oregon damage associated with oxygen deprivation, and that necrosis of
- 17:50Speaker 4: the brain and liver happened during an overdose, not from
- 17:53Speaker 4: a shotgun. Where did this information come like exactly Yeah,
- 17:57Speaker 4: And they're also pointing out one other thing that is
- 17:59Speaker 4: needle All the needles that he used for the heroin
- 18:01Speaker 4: were very neatly put away. They were all capped, lined up,
- 18:05Speaker 4: all nicely, and that that doesn't seem.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Well, just you know, how junkies do something somebody would
- 18:10Speaker 1: just because he does hero on his mean, he's a slob, I.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Mean, but they point out that's not something you would
- 18:14Speaker 4: do if you to kill yourself. So they want the
- 18:17Speaker 4: case reopened, but not gonna happen. The King County Medical
- 18:21Speaker 4: Examiner and the Seattle Police Department say no, the case
- 18:24Speaker 4: is closed.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Although they're talking about the Tupac case. And that's that's true,
- 18:28Speaker 1: and that's how old.
- 18:29Speaker 7: I think, like maybe somebody was there overdose while he overdosed,
- 18:35Speaker 7: and then they got scared and then they.
- 18:36Speaker 4: Made it look like a suicide.
- 18:38Speaker 6: Jena Grad, what you got, well, Kaylee Kuoco, you guys
- 18:41Speaker 6: like her, she's you know, all kinds of stuff. She
- 18:44Speaker 6: and her fiance Tom Pelfrey. They found that their sleeping
- 18:47Speaker 6: arrangement is best when they sleep in separate rooms.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Are Oh so, they have a two year old.
- 18:52Speaker 8: Daughter, and they made this change because their schedules are different.
- 18:55Speaker 2: He's a night owl.
- 18:55Speaker 8: She gets up early with the baby.
- 18:57Speaker 6: And it was disrupting Tom's sleep, you guys, even though
- 19:00Speaker 6: he's not the one that gets up with the baby
- 19:02Speaker 6: to do. Now he sleeps in the guest room. And
- 19:04Speaker 6: they said it's been a game changer for them.
- 19:06Speaker 2: They love it.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Well, I mean, if the baby's in the room because
- 19:09Speaker 1: she wants the baby, I don't think she's waking up
- 19:11Speaker 1: for that kid either. She's got big bang theory much too.
- 19:14Speaker 8: I mean, it's not a baby baity.
- 19:16Speaker 1: I know, is the kid still sleeping in the room.
- 19:18Speaker 2: I'm sure.
- 19:20Speaker 15: I'm sure that the baby is. She wakes up and
- 19:22Speaker 15: sleeps with the kid. I'm sure is what happens.
- 19:24Speaker 8: She's one of those. Yeah, it would be my guest. Well,
- 19:27Speaker 8: she said at first she was very worried.
- 19:29Speaker 6: About what people would think of this arrangement, but it
- 19:31Speaker 6: works for them, so they don't care anymore. And we've
- 19:34Speaker 6: talked about this, I mean, separate beds at least. In fact,
- 19:37Speaker 6: my husband told me last night he didn't sleep at
- 19:40Speaker 6: all because I was punching and kicking.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Okay, I've been arguing for my own apartment. Yes, I
- 19:46Speaker 1: will settle for separate rooms. I don't need separate beds
- 19:50Speaker 1: in the same room I need.
- 19:53Speaker 6: Uh that's like I love Lucy and up at Reds.
- 20:00Speaker 2: Right, Yes, we did have separate reds. And then that's
- 20:05Speaker 2: what you got, well, Cardi b rapper Cardi B Oh. Yeah, Well,
- 20:11Speaker 2: first we didn't even talk about how she was at
- 20:13Speaker 2: a Super Bowl pre party with a robot and then
- 20:15Speaker 2: she fell over and the robot fell on top of her.
- 20:17Speaker 2: That was a pretty funny video, yeah, because she was
- 20:20Speaker 2: doing shriverer moves on it. But the story that I
- 20:22Speaker 2: am talking about is she kicked off for tour last
- 20:24Speaker 2: night and she bought herself a gift for the tour.
- 20:27Speaker 2: She bought herself a five hundred thousand dollars watch. And
- 20:30Speaker 2: it's from a brand that a brand that I've never
- 20:32Speaker 2: even heard of. It was called uh Mars Paget sure
- 20:38Speaker 2: ode Mars. Greg Can pronounced it five hundred thousand dollars watch.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Now you're a watch guy, Woodie. Yeah, you're into watches,
- 20:50Speaker 2: I've never heard of that brand. My thing is anything
- 20:53Speaker 2: above fifty maybe fifty thousand dollars is just a little
- 20:57Speaker 2: too ridiculous. I mean, fifty thousand dollars still very ridiculous.
- 21:00Speaker 7: But anything like where you're wearing houses or your wrists,
- 21:05Speaker 7: your wrists and like, yeah, yeah, does to lose that person.
- 21:11Speaker 1: First of all, you can get him insured, right, you can.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Then if you have if you have stuff like that,
- 21:15Speaker 1: you get it insured. So if it does get stolen
- 21:18Speaker 1: or something like that, you can, you know, you can recover.
- 21:21Speaker 1: But then the other thing, it is an investment if
- 21:23Speaker 1: you're buying the right ones and not not all watches
- 21:27Speaker 1: are created equal. Just because it's expensive doesn't necessarily mean
- 21:30Speaker 1: it's going to.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Hold its value.
- 21:31Speaker 1: But if if you're if you're buying the right watches
- 21:33Speaker 1: and if you have that money to buy that way,
- 21:35Speaker 1: don't buy those watches. It's so dumb to be spending
- 21:37Speaker 1: money on that when you don't have it to spend
- 21:40Speaker 1: just to say that you have that watch. But it's
- 21:43Speaker 1: not a terrible it's not a terrible place to put
- 21:46Speaker 1: your money. Really, if you're in the watch, because it'll
- 21:49Speaker 1: you can make money on it. It will appreciate you can,
- 21:52Speaker 1: you can you know, so I know that happens a
- 21:54Speaker 1: lot with Rolex. It's like that guy fainted U that
- 21:58Speaker 1: was on the Anti Road Show. He bought one when
- 22:00Speaker 1: he was at war or something in the seventies. It's
- 22:03Speaker 1: not a depreciating asset, you know, like you buy a car,
- 22:07Speaker 1: you know, it's a depreciating asset, except for certain cars.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Certain cars increase in value, right, Like you can sell
- 22:14Speaker 1: it for more than you bought it for, but it's
- 22:15Speaker 1: got to be the right car, not anything that anybody
- 22:19Speaker 1: hears buying.
- 22:20Speaker 7: Yeah, certain like Ferraris that happens with you know, I
- 22:23Speaker 7: forgot what rock singer or something he has like some
- 22:26Speaker 7: uh Ferrari that's worth like five hundred million dollars now
- 22:29Speaker 7: and he bought it for like.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Yeah, so not if it's insured and you have it,
- 22:34Speaker 1: you know you can comfortably spend that money away.
- 22:36Speaker 7: It's not being a target just walking around wearing a
- 22:40Speaker 7: five thousand dollars watches.
- 22:43Speaker 4: Why take that risk?
- 22:44Speaker 1: Yeah, we got the birthdays and birthdays ready to.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Wen it's ship. We won't site it's ship and you.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Know you don't do what We'll start with these celebrities,

- 23:33Speaker 2: Judy Bloom years old, she's eighty eight.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Wow, I have a soft spot in my heart. You know,
- 23:39Speaker 1: I'm not a books guy, like the idea of books,
- 23:41Speaker 1: but I think if there's an author whose books I
- 23:45Speaker 1: read like the most would be Judy Bloom really cleary?
- 23:49Speaker 8: You are you sure you're not a little girl?
- 23:51Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 23:51Speaker 8: Maybe it like Sweet Belly High too.
- 23:53Speaker 2: No, No, I'm saying like back back in our time.
- 23:56Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Oh I know everything read everybody? Everybody?
- 23:59Speaker 1: Maybe now those are book no, like Superfudge for you,
- 24:02Speaker 1: k yeah, superfudge? Yeah, Tales of a sixth Grade?
- 24:05Speaker 11: Yeah?
- 24:07Speaker 4: Am I the only one that kind of Thoughtorcycle wasn't
- 24:09Speaker 4: a real person?
- 24:11Speaker 2: And doctor yeah okay, And then.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I hear one more throwback birthday Michael McDonald, the yacht

- 24:30Speaker 1: the Heisman Trophy winner who now works as an NFL
- 24:33Speaker 1: analyst for ESPN. He's thirty six. Your pornod birthday. Today
- 24:37Speaker 1: is Delilah Day, and today's birthday. Girl, she's had her
- 24:40Speaker 1: mouth on more bones than a dog. One hundred and
- 24:43Speaker 1: sixty one fine films, including Delilah Day. Gladly agrees to
- 24:47Speaker 1: treat her horny problem. She was in Sluttie Simon says
- 24:51Speaker 1: Volume one fun also ambitious wife gets it recorded probation
- 24:57Speaker 1: Masturbation Volume one. She was in Delilah shows off her
- 25:01Speaker 1: pink parts yo and uh, who can forget her? Unforget
- 25:04Speaker 1: roll in Lesbian ass Heaters Volume four.
- 25:07Speaker 8: That's a great one.
- 25:08Speaker 1: That's a Delilah Day, who's twenty eight years old today,
- 25:11Speaker 1: and that's porn of birthday, your celebrity birthdays, and that
- 25:14Speaker 1: is a Thursday morning. Look what's happening around the world
- 25:16Speaker 1: of entertainment. You're on the Woody Show.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Show.
- 25:22Speaker 1: All right, welcome back. It is the Woody Show. It's Thursday. Yeah,
- 25:26Speaker 1: it's February twelfth. Today's Fat Thursday. I've never heard of
- 25:31Speaker 1: Fat Thursday. I've heard of Fat Tuesday, Tuesday. Not heard
- 25:36Speaker 1: of Fat Thursday. By the way, can I get an answer?
- 25:40Speaker 1: I should have looked at it. I just keep forgetting
- 25:41Speaker 1: looking up. I know I can easily look at it.
- 25:43Speaker 1: We'll try Google. It's more than does anybody know off
- 25:46Speaker 1: the top of their head? When is Easter?
- 25:48Speaker 5: Oh?
- 25:49Speaker 2: Because it changes.
- 25:50Speaker 1: As Easter April fifth, it's April fifth. Now is that
- 25:55Speaker 1: early or late?
- 25:55Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 25:56Speaker 5: I think that's late. It's in March.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Yeah, idea, it's late, okay.
- 26:00Speaker 1: And then Fat Tuesday is the Tuesday before Lent, before
- 26:03Speaker 1: Good Friday, right.
- 26:04Speaker 13: Before ash Wednesday, before.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Fays, right before that starts. This is what it's like
- 26:09Speaker 1: to be Jewish.
- 26:11Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 26:13Speaker 6: People come to the work with the schmitz on their
- 26:15Speaker 6: forehead and I'm told to leave it alone.
- 26:18Speaker 4: Yeah, lick it off.
- 26:22Speaker 6: The first time I ever saw it, I was like, oh, yeah, yeah,
- 26:26Speaker 6: I thought they just smudged themselves.
- 26:27Speaker 8: I didn't know.
- 26:28Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 26:29Speaker 1: I remember being a kid and thinking the same thing.
- 26:30Speaker 1: I was like, why is everybody like I didn't know?
- 26:32Speaker 1: I thought I remember was coming. I guess they were
- 26:33Speaker 1: kind of coming from the same.
- 26:34Speaker 8: Place, everybody at the same col mine.
- 26:36Speaker 1: Yeah, but yeah, so okay, So there's fat Tuesday, which
- 26:40Speaker 1: is kind of like the last throwdown before Lent.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Though, yeah, going down for real.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Okay, that's before you give up whatever you're giving up
- 26:46Speaker 1: for lent. Lent begins on Good Friday.
- 26:50Speaker 13: No, it begins on Ash Wednesday.
- 26:52Speaker 15: It begins, and then it ends on Good Friday, Good Friday,
- 26:55Speaker 15: Friday before before.
- 26:57Speaker 1: See now the timeline straight all right, Gene, all right, Gina,
- 27:01Speaker 1: check it out. Okay, put the dradle down for one second.
- 27:04Speaker 1: We'll just pay attention.
- 27:06Speaker 8: I can see you.
- 27:06Speaker 2: All right.
- 27:07Speaker 1: So you have fat Tuesday. That's the last turah. That's
- 27:10Speaker 1: like the bachelor bachelorette party before you get married, right,
- 27:13Speaker 1: got it. Then the next day is ash Wednesday.
- 27:16Speaker 8: And that's when everything gets serious.
- 27:17Speaker 1: That's when you decide what you're giving up for lent,
- 27:20Speaker 1: and you give it up until Good Friday, which is
- 27:24Speaker 1: the Friday right before Easter. Easter is on a Sunday,
- 27:27Speaker 1: so that Friday before that's good Friday.
- 27:30Speaker 16: Got it?
- 27:31Speaker 1: And that's when that's the last day for your uh,
- 27:34Speaker 1: your whatever you sacrifice for Lent.
- 27:36Speaker 6: Right, and then between ash Wednesday and Good Friday, you
- 27:41Speaker 6: see all the promotion for like file of fish.
- 27:43Speaker 1: That's on the Fridays because you're not supposed to eat
- 27:46Speaker 1: Catholics but not supposed to have fish on Friday. You're
- 27:48Speaker 1: not supposed to meat meat on Friday.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Got it.
- 27:51Speaker 13: The Apostles were fishermen. You see fish on Friday.
- 27:56Speaker 2: Even back then it was a conspiracy theory that was there.
- 27:58Speaker 1: That was their real d of the day.
- 28:02Speaker 2: They just want us to eat fish.
- 28:04Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:04Speaker 2: I don't fish. I don't trust the Apostles. Yeah.
- 28:10Speaker 4: And if you don't get fish, there's a feed. Yeah.
- 28:13Speaker 1: I'm not dude, you're franking sense in the track shekels, right.
- 28:20Speaker 2: And allegedly they have a shortage higher price.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Yeah, back to the Toady's Fat Thursday. Not familiar with
- 28:29Speaker 1: the hell with that? Today is Darwin Day, I know
- 28:32Speaker 1: that is, It's Hug Day, It's National Freedom to Marry Day.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Have fun with that, okay, you must. It's National Lost
- 28:39Speaker 1: Penny Day, which they're not even making pennies anymore. And
- 28:43Speaker 1: today's National plum pudding day, which plum putting that right?
- 28:49Speaker 4: Talk about frank and sense and.
- 28:52Speaker 2: British sound that. Oh can anybody explain fat?
- 28:56Speaker 1: Thursday US eight seven seven four Woodie hit u up
- 29:00Speaker 1: with the text over to two two nine eight seven more.
- 29:03Speaker 2: What do you show next? Hang up.
- 29:07Speaker 9: Right?
- 29:08Speaker 17: This is.
- 29:12Speaker 1: And we are into another new hour insensitivity training for
- 29:16Speaker 1: a politically correct world. What Greg Man, it's Grant Sea Bass, Sammy.
- 29:21Speaker 1: I tell you, man, I want to get to the
- 29:23Speaker 1: bottom of it. So I brought dumbass Tyler into the
- 29:26Speaker 1: studio and Morgan. They have been all morning out in
- 29:30Speaker 1: the hallway every time I go buy thickering Captain.
- 29:34Speaker 9: Because I got pissed off and I went back to
- 29:36Speaker 9: my studio.
- 29:39Speaker 2: In trouble imped down. Uh. For those who not aware, we.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Found out just recently that Morgan and dumbass Tyler are cohabitating.
- 29:49Speaker 1: They they decided to be roommates. Yeah, and so this
- 29:54Speaker 1: is only how long you've been living together?
- 29:56Speaker 5: God, two weeks?
- 29:57Speaker 2: Two weeks.
- 29:58Speaker 1: These are what they call growing pain. Yeah, it's that
- 30:01Speaker 1: adjustment period. And anytime you move in with anybody, even
- 30:04Speaker 1: if it's like a romantic partner, there's always that like
- 30:06Speaker 1: getting used to each other and how you guys and
- 30:11Speaker 1: how you guys live, and I don't know something with chicken.
- 30:15Speaker 2: I don't know exactly. Yeah, so you know about this. Yeah, yeah,
- 30:20Speaker 2: I'll explain.
- 30:21Speaker 9: But here's why, Matt is as soon as I'm done explaining,
- 30:23Speaker 9: Tyler is going to look y'all all in the eye
- 30:25Speaker 9: and say I'm lying.
- 30:26Speaker 2: Okay, okay, Well he's known to do that yet.
- 30:29Speaker 9: Okay, Yeah, that's the problem I have with that right now.
- 30:33Speaker 2: Last night, Oh, is this the question that you asked
- 30:35Speaker 2: me in the office. Yeah, it's all based on this.
- 30:38Speaker 2: Tyler asked me question. The question he asked me. He goes,
- 30:42Speaker 2: ask you a question out of nowhere. I'm like, we're
- 30:44Speaker 2: working on getting the show together, Morgan said the same day,
- 30:46Speaker 2: and he goes, he goes, how do you defrost chicken? Yeah?
- 30:50Speaker 2: I go all right, yeah, let's go there.
- 30:53Speaker 7: Yeah, okay, okay, because there's there's a little bit of
- 30:56Speaker 7: conflicting reports because I was like on each other's side,
- 31:00Speaker 7: well yeah, the.
- 31:02Speaker 9: Story, yeah, okay, okay, So the timing is what's confusing
- 31:06Speaker 9: to But yesterday I noticed there was chicken in the sink.
- 31:10Speaker 5: I'm like, okay, cool, cool. He went to the store
- 31:12Speaker 5: and got some chicken.
- 31:12Speaker 2: In a package, not just yeah, just chickens.
- 31:16Speaker 9: In the package that you would buy it in. I
- 31:17Speaker 9: assume frozen sitting in the sink. I went to bed
- 31:20Speaker 9: pretty early last night, earlier than usual, and then this
- 31:23Speaker 9: morning he leaves before me. This morning, I woke up
- 31:25Speaker 9: and I'm like, oh, it's still in the sink. So
- 31:28Speaker 9: I texted him. I said, hey, you know this chicken
- 31:29Speaker 9: is still in the sink, right, He's like, yeah, yeah,
- 31:31Speaker 9: I leave it. I'm like okay, And I was like,
- 31:34Speaker 9: just make sure you know we need to bleach the
- 31:36Speaker 9: sink afterwards, because like salmonella city. And then here we
- 31:40Speaker 9: are and it's going to be sitting in the sink
- 31:42Speaker 9: for like eight more hours. My point is it's been
- 31:44Speaker 9: in the sink since allegedly, I want to say, like five,
- 31:48Speaker 9: six pm.
- 31:48Speaker 5: Oh my god, five or six pm, but he says
- 31:51Speaker 5: it was ten pm. And then I'm lying and okayng.
- 31:55Speaker 2: That is the fact that I didn't know, because I'm like, okay,
- 31:57Speaker 2: is it frozen solid? Then yeah, I can sit out
- 32:00Speaker 2: for I don't know why. Yeah, I didn't know the
- 32:05Speaker 2: amount of time.
- 32:06Speaker 9: Well, the call is like two hours and the whole.
- 32:09Speaker 9: That's why I'm mad, he says, I'm lying two hours
- 32:11Speaker 9: for a prince.
- 32:12Speaker 6: Cooked chicken to eat, and then before you put it
- 32:15Speaker 6: in the fridge. Things should not be thawed on the
- 32:18Speaker 6: counter or in the sink. They're supposed to be thought
- 32:20Speaker 6: in the refrigerator.
- 32:21Speaker 10: Right.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Well, because I do remember somebody who worked in a kitchen.
- 32:24Speaker 1: Now this is, you know, not accurate. I would never
- 32:28Speaker 1: eat at this restaurant again. Okay, but this person, they're
- 32:32Speaker 1: you know, they're a professional in this arena, and they said,
- 32:35Speaker 1: for frozen stuff like that, you can put them in water,
- 32:38Speaker 1: but it's got to be ice water.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Yes, So get the mistakes that people make. They'll take
- 32:43Speaker 2: like a pound.
- 32:43Speaker 1: Of ground beef out of the freezer and they'll try
- 32:46Speaker 1: to be thaw on it, and they'll get.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Hot water and they'll put it in I know that breeds.
- 32:51Speaker 2: That breeds. I do that ice water, ice water.
- 32:56Speaker 8: And you wonder why you have somebody's stomach problems.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Yeah right, well maybe you've gotten lucky, But like, can't
- 33:02Speaker 1: you see like where that would because you're putting hot heat, warmth.
- 33:07Speaker 13: To Yeah, it's the bacteria, but it's.
- 33:09Speaker 2: Not hot enough to cook it.
- 33:11Speaker 4: She's Okay, you're totally not.
- 33:14Speaker 1: It's danger zone now with the chicken sitting out, especially
- 33:19Speaker 1: for that long because it's you don't put like frozen
- 33:23Speaker 1: burgers on a grill and the outside is charred but
- 33:26Speaker 1: the inside still frozen. The same idea, but I would
- 33:29Speaker 1: think it would be reversed. Right, So the middle of
- 33:32Speaker 1: the chicken is still like block of ice, cold, but
- 33:36Speaker 1: the outside has gotten warm enough where now it's breeding
- 33:39Speaker 1: because it's just it's sitting out in room temperature, you
- 33:42Speaker 1: know conditions. Yes, and so yes, the middle of it
- 33:45Speaker 1: is still frozen enough where it's not an issue.
- 33:47Speaker 2: It's still cold enough.
- 33:49Speaker 1: It's the outside as it starts to thaw where that
- 33:53Speaker 1: would start breeding.
- 33:54Speaker 2: But overnight.
- 33:56Speaker 6: If you have a question for you, because being I
- 33:58Speaker 6: think you know someone who's come from home to now
- 34:02Speaker 6: living with Morgan.
- 34:03Speaker 8: Is this the way like your family?
- 34:04Speaker 6: Does it came from somewhere?
- 34:07Speaker 7: Yeah, because I didn't know the timeline. Now you said
- 34:10Speaker 7: there's there's a lie with the timeline. You said five PM.
- 34:14Speaker 7: I'm saying ten. Are you sticking with the ten?
- 34:16Speaker 4: Yes?
- 34:16Speaker 18: I took it out right before I went to bed,
- 34:18Speaker 18: and it was true.
- 34:20Speaker 4: Because Morgan said she went to bed early and saw
- 34:22Speaker 4: it before bed.
- 34:23Speaker 5: I didn't even train last night.
- 34:25Speaker 9: I trained during the day, went to bed probably like
- 34:26Speaker 9: I don't know eight oh, good for.
- 34:28Speaker 5: You walk the dog at like six ish.
- 34:30Speaker 4: So is your concern Tyler's tummy or your sink? Like
- 34:34Speaker 4: why are you so the worried about that?
- 34:37Speaker 1: Uh?
- 34:37Speaker 9: At first it was like the chicken and the sink,
- 34:40Speaker 9: like we need to throw away the sponges in the sink,
- 34:42Speaker 9: like bleach it out.
- 34:43Speaker 5: And then also like.
- 34:43Speaker 2: He said it in the package, right, it's in the package.
- 34:45Speaker 4: I want to be paranoid, but it's been sitting there
- 34:48Speaker 4: for all.
- 34:49Speaker 8: It doesn't matter.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Just pay it with bleach.
- 34:51Speaker 8: It's no big deal.
- 34:51Speaker 5: Okay, that was my worry.
- 34:53Speaker 9: Also, I guess kind of worried about him, Like now
- 34:55Speaker 9: I just know not to eat anything to eat cooks.
- 34:58Speaker 5: But then it's like the hymn people and me that
- 35:01Speaker 5: I'm lying and I'm making it up. That's driving me crazy.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Right, The safest ways to defrost chicken or in the
- 35:06Speaker 1: refrigerator takes twenty four hours, and a sealed bag submerged
- 35:09Speaker 1: in cold water won the two hours, change the water
- 35:12Speaker 1: every thirty minutes. I'd not heard of that or using
- 35:15Speaker 1: the microwaves defrost setting.
- 35:16Speaker 4: Those ever do that?
- 35:17Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 35:18Speaker 1: Yeah, frozen chicken on a tray and bottom shelf of
- 35:21Speaker 1: the fridge takes about twenty four hours for most.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Or four or four hours per.
- 35:25Speaker 8: Pound per pound.
- 35:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 35:27Speaker 1: The cold water method faster submerged chicken in a sealed
- 35:30Speaker 1: bag and a bowl of cold water, change the water
- 35:32Speaker 1: every thirty minutes to in short stays. Cold microwave would
- 35:35Speaker 1: be the fastest the defrosted The fifty percent power setting
- 35:39Speaker 1: uses only for boneless pieces and cook immediately as some
- 35:42Speaker 1: parts may start cooking.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Yeah. Okay, let me ask Tyler, so, are you just
- 35:49Speaker 2: lying about the time because you're embarrassed that you did
- 35:51Speaker 2: leave it out too long or you're sticking with it
- 35:54Speaker 2: was ten pm.
- 35:55Speaker 4: I'm sticking with it was.
- 35:57Speaker 6: But here's the thing. It doesn't matter because that's too long.
- 36:00Speaker 6: It doesn't Yeah, that's too long. I'm about the embarrassing part.
- 36:05Speaker 18: So I will say in my household, and we would
- 36:08Speaker 18: do it for like up to twelve hours.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Just to make sure it was completely I never thought
- 36:13Speaker 1: never thowt on the kitchen counter or in hot water
- 36:16Speaker 1: to avoid bacterial growth. Cook immediately after thought, regardless of
- 36:20Speaker 1: the method.
- 36:20Speaker 2: Used.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Do not refreeze raw chicken after it's been defrosted.
- 36:24Speaker 2: Oh, you can cook chicken. You can cook.
- 36:28Speaker 1: You can cook chicken directly from frozen if needed, like
- 36:31Speaker 1: in an oven or a pressure cooker. But it does
- 36:33Speaker 1: take fifty percent longer.
- 36:35Speaker 2: Wonder time, exactly, stomach problem.
- 36:39Speaker 13: I don't cook warm dessert.
- 36:41Speaker 1: That's the issue. That's the warm dessert.
- 36:44Speaker 4: Right, I'll be in the hospital.
- 36:46Speaker 8: I put chocolate over my frozen chicken.
- 36:48Speaker 4: But nothing's wrong with me.
- 36:50Speaker 9: So I always just put it in the fridge and
- 36:51Speaker 9: then when it's what you're supposed to.
- 36:55Speaker 2: But I would leave it also I leave items out too,
- 36:58Speaker 2: but not that long.
- 36:59Speaker 5: Well it's now as we speak.
- 37:01Speaker 8: Please don't eat.
- 37:01Speaker 1: I mean it weirds me out. You're supposed to and
- 37:03Speaker 1: I do this. When you're cooking steaks on the grill,
- 37:07Speaker 1: you leave them out to bring them the room temperature. Yes,
- 37:09Speaker 1: but before you put them on the grill, that's.
- 37:11Speaker 8: A different literally different animals.
- 37:13Speaker 2: You know I'm saying. But it also it weirds me out.
- 37:16Speaker 2: I'm like, I don't know if I should be doing that.
- 37:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I think about it for almost an hour.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Yeah, they sit there, they say you can do that
- 37:22Speaker 2: and I've done it. It doesn't feels it feels wrong.
- 37:26Speaker 4: It's strange, can burn.
- 37:27Speaker 5: It's my mistake. People eat rawsteak tartar.
- 37:30Speaker 4: I don't understand the lie though, because if you went
- 37:33Speaker 4: to bed early and you saw the chicken in there
- 37:34Speaker 4: and Tyler saying, no, it was a ten.
- 37:36Speaker 2: O'clock, I don't crazy again.
- 37:40Speaker 1: I eat raw cookie dough all the time, and I've
- 37:42Speaker 1: been told how that's going to make me sick.
- 37:44Speaker 4: Yeah, you're going to die.
- 37:46Speaker 1: But it's so far like Sammy with her defrosting meat.
- 37:49Speaker 1: That way survival right until you don't, until you don't.
- 37:56Speaker 8: Like Tyler's been bred for it. You haven't, Morgan, so
- 37:58Speaker 8: don't eat it.
- 37:59Speaker 2: Tyler's gaslighting. But we have.
- 38:03Speaker 5: Yeah, crazy like why like I don't, I don't get it.
- 38:08Speaker 2: Yeah, you'll, you'll figure it out.
- 38:09Speaker 1: You guys will figure out whatevers.
- 38:13Speaker 6: Well, that's like saying, like I killed six people. No,
- 38:16Speaker 6: I only killed two people.
- 38:17Speaker 8: No, it doesn't matter if it was two or six.
- 38:19Speaker 8: You're wrong.
- 38:20Speaker 9: And you said you put it out when you were
- 38:22Speaker 9: doing dishes when I was walking the dog.
- 38:24Speaker 18: No, I said I put it out right before I
- 38:26Speaker 18: went to bed. I was doing the dishes. When you
- 38:28Speaker 18: came back. Yeah, and it wasn't in there when I
- 38:31Speaker 18: was doing that.
- 38:31Speaker 8: But how would Morgan even know if she didn't see.
- 38:34Speaker 9: Before bed if yeah, and if I saw it this
- 38:37Speaker 9: morning and I didn't see it last night, I probably
- 38:39Speaker 9: wouldn't have texted you because I would have just told
- 38:41Speaker 9: you when I got it.
- 38:42Speaker 6: But the text would have been like, what's up with
- 38:44Speaker 6: the chicken in the sink? Like a brand new conversation.
- 38:47Speaker 5: I mean, you got anything.
- 38:49Speaker 2: I'm just.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Or he had, he had an idea of what really happened,
- 38:58Speaker 1: but now he's kind of realizing that, you know what,
- 39:00Speaker 1: you might be right, but I can't give into that.
- 39:02Speaker 2: So I'm just gonna go you know what what I said?
- 39:04Speaker 2: He well, he comes from sports radio, so they always
- 39:10Speaker 2: even when you're wrong.
- 39:10Speaker 14: Yea.
- 39:12Speaker 1: You know there's a there's a guy very well respected.
- 39:15Speaker 1: He's a radio Hall of Famer, and I remember he
- 39:17Speaker 1: told me years ago. He says, uh, you know, in
- 39:19Speaker 1: talk radio and sports talk radio, the key to success
- 39:24Speaker 1: is taking a position whatever, figure out whatever your position
- 39:28Speaker 1: is going to and you die on that hill. Yeah,
- 39:29Speaker 1: no matter what, Like you could say, Tom Brady is
- 39:32Speaker 1: the worst quarterback that's ever played the game, and no
- 39:34Speaker 1: matter what kind of fact comes into play, what kind
- 39:37Speaker 1: of stuff changes your opinion? Like in your own mind,
- 39:41Speaker 1: you never wai where you go Nope, and you just
- 39:44Speaker 1: stick with that because that's what gets the audience fired up,
- 39:47Speaker 1: and that's what gets people like, oh.
- 39:48Speaker 2: My god, I can't are you insane? And that's why
- 39:51Speaker 2: it works.
- 39:51Speaker 1: So that's what that's what he's employed, good radio, that's
- 39:55Speaker 1: the strategy he's employing this new roommate.
- 39:58Speaker 6: That somebody somebody on the text, that's a very interesting question,
- 40:01Speaker 6: they say, is d A t Hispanic?
- 40:03Speaker 8: Because that's how we Hispanics do.
- 40:04Speaker 2: Frost every Yeah, that's how we frosted.
- 40:07Speaker 5: I don't know how y'all.
- 40:09Speaker 9: That's a call you know, live Yeah, Yeah, it's making
- 40:12Speaker 9: me think I'm crazy. So a lesson in gas lighting. Yeah,
- 40:15Speaker 9: and then breaks down he's doing a great job.
- 40:17Speaker 2: Oh did you even tell her about the TV yet?
- 40:21Speaker 4: No? Not yet? Kind kind of kind of.
- 40:24Speaker 8: What does that mean?
- 40:25Speaker 5: Let's communicate?
- 40:26Speaker 2: Well, I'm giving it. Yeah, I don't know.
- 40:29Speaker 7: I'm giving them like one of my old seventy inch
- 40:32Speaker 7: TVs seventy I don't know if it like fits.
- 40:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll find it.
- 40:36Speaker 5: I'll make it fit.
- 40:38Speaker 7: Okay, I just want to make sure that was cool. Yeah, absolutely, okay.
- 40:42Speaker 2: I alouldy have to clear that I know what.
- 40:44Speaker 5: I don't know, but I appreciate the communication. Man, thank you.
- 40:47Speaker 5: Do you want to move in?
- 40:49Speaker 2: Seven? Can I move in?
- 40:50Speaker 5: Honestly?
- 40:52Speaker 1: Eight seven seven forty four Woodie, you can text us
- 40:55Speaker 1: check in over to two two nine eight seven. This
- 40:58Speaker 1: is why you know this this work because we are
- 41:00Speaker 1: all here for you exactly to help out.
- 41:03Speaker 9: Yeah, it's true because normally I would just go to
- 41:05Speaker 9: my job and talk about my roommate.
- 41:12Speaker 12: Show.
- 41:13Speaker 1: It's a Valentine's Day theme throwback Thursday here on The
- 41:16Speaker 1: Woody Show today. So we got a request for Selena
- 41:18Speaker 1: I could fall in love and so we play we
- 41:21Speaker 1: do it. You know this is also interesting because you
- 41:24Speaker 1: know on the text during the question about the the
- 41:29Speaker 1: frosting of the chicken, the big beef going on Chicken Debate,
- 41:32Speaker 1: be dumb dumb ass Tyler and uh, there was a
- 41:35Speaker 1: question on the text asking if dumb ass Tyler was Hispanic,
- 41:39Speaker 1: because that's how we Hispanics defrost everything. And he goes yes,
- 41:44Speaker 1: But then as Selena starts playing, he goes, I don't
- 41:46Speaker 1: know who that is which is it like you grew
- 41:49Speaker 1: up in Whittier?
- 41:50Speaker 2: Dogs were lying on that one.
- 41:55Speaker 1: I'm as white as he gets, dogg And if you
- 41:59Speaker 1: got a throw back Thursday request, you can hit us
- 42:01Speaker 1: up on the text over to two.
- 42:02Speaker 2: To nine eight seven show.
- 42:08Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 42:09Speaker 1: Come more pieces of feedback on the chicken defrosting gate.
- 42:15Speaker 2: First your first fight.
- 42:18Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, somebody had something about somebody some advice for
- 42:23Speaker 1: Tyler said, man, dumbass. Tyler really is a dumbass arguing
- 42:26Speaker 1: with the woman who he lives with for over an
- 42:29Speaker 1: hour over a disagreement, then calling her a liar to people. Yeah,
- 42:34Speaker 1: good luck with that in the future, my boy.
- 42:36Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, that's.
- 42:39Speaker 1: This one, three, one, four, Keep the dumb ass Tyler
- 42:41Speaker 1: and Morgan roommate chronicles coming.
- 42:43Speaker 2: Yes, I love it, I don't love it.
- 42:47Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:48Speaker 1: Also, business idea for Morgan advertised selling your used underwear,
- 42:52Speaker 1: but then the catches that Tyler is the one who
- 42:54Speaker 1: wore it.
- 42:54Speaker 2: It's extra stank love it.
- 42:57Speaker 5: But then people out there will think, oh.
- 42:58Speaker 2: This big true.
- 43:02Speaker 7: Now I have reviewed all the evidence. Yeah, and I'm
- 43:06Speaker 7: rethinking this, okay, because I know Tyler Tyler very very well. Okay,
- 43:10Speaker 7: so I know when he's telling a white lie. Now,
- 43:13Speaker 7: you both said that he was washing dishes at five pm.
- 43:17Speaker 7: Could you be confused that he was just washing the
- 43:20Speaker 7: dishes at that time and then did end up putting
- 43:24Speaker 7: the chicken out at ten pm? Because I'll say this,
- 43:27Speaker 7: I when he's doing a white lie, he's kind of
- 43:30Speaker 7: smiling and laughing and he's he did not do that
- 43:32Speaker 7: the entire time.
- 43:33Speaker 5: Well, I can agree that.
- 43:35Speaker 9: Yeah, if he's doing the dishes in the sink, the
- 43:36Speaker 9: chicken's obviously not in the sink at that time.
- 43:39Speaker 5: The only thing I was saying count on that.
- 43:42Speaker 9: The only thing I'm saying is I saw chicken and
- 43:45Speaker 9: sink last night before I went to bed.
- 43:47Speaker 5: Okay, Yeah, and I went to bed early.
- 43:49Speaker 2: Do you have any kind of sleep tracker that could
- 43:50Speaker 2: prove when you went to bed, like a fitbit or something.
- 43:52Speaker 7: Yeah, Like, because you're saying no, because you're saying you
- 43:56Speaker 7: went to bed at five pm.
- 43:58Speaker 5: No, No, it around seven thirty eight.
- 44:01Speaker 7: Eight, and you said that he didn't put it out
- 44:03Speaker 7: until ten, right, Okay, but you said, did you see
- 44:05Speaker 7: him around the sink at seven thirty or eight o'clock?
- 44:08Speaker 2: Mike, leave it to menace to come to the defense of.
- 44:11Speaker 10: His almost because I know when he when he does.
- 44:15Speaker 2: White lies and he's he smiles the laughs. All right,
- 44:18Speaker 2: Sea Bess has something to debut here. It's a good
- 44:21Speaker 2: time for some new new what do you show artwork
- 44:23Speaker 2: which I haven't done in a while.
- 44:24Speaker 4: Yep.
- 44:25Speaker 2: So somebody of the text brought up an old nickname.
- 44:28Speaker 2: That what he had for Tyler Darth Butter. Darth Butter.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Yeah, because his voice, like when I first heard him speak,
- 44:37Speaker 1: it always sounds like had a throat full of butter,
- 44:40Speaker 1: which is Darth Darth Butter. He's always in black.
- 44:45Speaker 2: Yuah huh. So I got a little artwork together, and
- 44:48Speaker 2: now for the for the wood Show studio we have
- 44:51Speaker 2: don't it's new because it's in Morgan's room, which is,
- 44:58Speaker 2: as you said, floor to seal filled with stupid sports
- 45:01Speaker 2: from yard.
- 45:07Speaker 3: Picture of his.
- 45:08Speaker 8: Room literally can't see the wall.
- 45:10Speaker 2: It's taking a picture and posted on our Instagram.
- 45:15Speaker 1: Yeah, at the woo he showed. You can check out
- 45:17Speaker 1: the Darth Butter artwork.
- 45:19Speaker 5: He did unpacked extra two boxes yesterday, So that's.
- 45:22Speaker 2: Good, that's good to study out.
- 45:23Speaker 8: Yeah, the only thing that's missing is his necklace.
- 45:29Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 45:30Speaker 1: Eighty four Wooding text us over to two two nine
- 45:34Speaker 1: eight seven's got the trending news headlines.

- 46:21Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's raised some pretty good. I'm pretty sure
- 46:25Speaker 1: he's got a lot of people looking out for him,

- 46:39Speaker 1: They sent out with the story to all the radio stations.
- 46:42Speaker 1: They sent out that sad version. That's sad, sad version
- 46:45Speaker 1: of the song for friends. So here's what they sent
- 46:48Speaker 1: out to all the radio shows this morning for James Vanderbeek.
- 46:52Speaker 1: This is best known for blah blah blah blah blah.
- 46:54Speaker 1: He was only forty eight. Here's the theme to Dawson's
- 46:57Speaker 1: Creek with poignant lyrics to add to this sad news story.
- 47:07Speaker 2: So we're supposed to play this while we.
- 47:11Speaker 10: Sat.
- 47:13Speaker 1: The lyrics which is I want to wait for our
- 47:16Speaker 1: lives to be over.
- 47:18Speaker 2: So last night I thought of this and I asked
- 47:21Speaker 2: AI if they could, you know, redo the lyrics in
- 47:23Speaker 2: honor of James Vanderbeek. And it wouldn't do a remake
- 47:26Speaker 2: of that song because they say it was it was
- 47:28Speaker 2: a thoughtless and poorly This isn't a parody. This is
- 47:35Speaker 2: an honor of distribute.
- 47:37Speaker 1: I understand why people hate radio sometimes because they send
- 47:40Speaker 1: it a lot of times they'll just send this stuff
- 47:42Speaker 1: out to radio stations, and I know, I know of
- 47:44Speaker 1: a bunch of shows they literally just open this thing
- 47:46Speaker 1: up and just go from that.
- 47:48Speaker 2: And that's their show.
- 47:49Speaker 1: They spend absolutely zero time doing any of their own
- 47:53Speaker 1: like looking in the stuff or now one clips for
- 47:55Speaker 1: anything or whatever, and so let us go like, uh,
- 47:57Speaker 1: all right, and they'll just read it word for word
- 47:59Speaker 1: and then they'll go cool.
- 47:59Speaker 2: Here is the theme.
- 48:00Speaker 1: But you know, I was thinking about this last night
- 48:02Speaker 1: and I don't want to live your life. The theme
- 48:05Speaker 1: to Dawson's Creak, I mean really poignant lyrics.
- 48:08Speaker 19: It just says we honor James Vanderbeek today.
- 48:12Speaker 2: Yeh acoustic version. Yeah, well that's why you hear radio shows.
- 48:18Speaker 7: Also, they'll like have news stories that are like two
- 48:20Speaker 7: or three days late, because a lot of these services
- 48:23Speaker 7: suck as well as bringing like up to date news.
- 48:26Speaker 2: So yeah, here it is.
- 48:27Speaker 1: This is the This is the one they sent out
- 48:28Speaker 1: for the hold on, I gotta turn this out one off?
- 48:33Speaker 1: Sorry one, Yeah, we turned this one off. This one
- 48:35Speaker 1: makes sense at Yeah. So this this is the one
- 48:37Speaker 1: they sent out for when you know, Matthew Perry died.
- 48:40Speaker 1: This is what we were supposed to play while we
- 48:42Speaker 1: were covering the story sad sad morning.
- 48:49Speaker 11: Here.
- 48:50Speaker 2: Well it's doing the opposite of what Christmas music.
- 48:54Speaker 6: Okay, well, it's now day twelve. In the search for
- 48:58Speaker 6: Nancy Guthrie and after using photos and video.
- 49:01Speaker 8: Of the suspect, yesterday the police they don't have any leads.
- 49:04Speaker 2: H's sad music?
- 49:05Speaker 8: Well, yeah, thank you it was.
- 49:06Speaker 6: Don't we have the Today Show music. It was also
- 49:09Speaker 6: confirmed yesterday that the man they had previously detained, that
- 49:11Speaker 6: that food delivery driver we talked about, Yeah, he wasn't involved,
- 49:15Speaker 6: but authorities are saying there was a little more to that.
- 49:18Speaker 6: According to them, the driver had been on their radar
- 49:21Speaker 6: of the police and the FBI even before the photos
- 49:24Speaker 6: of the suspect were released, and they said they idd
- 49:26Speaker 6: him by using cell phone info and traffic data and
- 49:30Speaker 6: his entire house was searched and he was questioned for hours,
- 49:32Speaker 6: but in the end cops let him go. So don't
- 49:35Speaker 6: know why they were hot on his trail, but it
- 49:36Speaker 6: ended up not being a lead. And TMZ reported that
- 49:39Speaker 6: authorities found note menace this is where I might need you.
- 49:42Speaker 6: They found a black glove yesterday in the area that
- 49:45Speaker 6: Nancy was seeing, about a mile from her home. They
- 49:47Speaker 6: also said that they received a new note, not from
- 49:50Speaker 6: the kidnapper, but from someone claiming to have info on
- 49:53Speaker 6: the kidnapper. And this is what they asked for one bitcoin?
- 49:56Speaker 2: Okay, show of hands.
- 49:57Speaker 1: Who else is like me getting the point where it's
- 49:59Speaker 1: like I've had enough of the story. Let me know
- 50:02Speaker 1: when there's something concrete, either find her or recover her
- 50:06Speaker 1: or something.
- 50:07Speaker 2: But like this whole like there are pages.
- 50:11Speaker 1: Long stories of about this glove or whatever.
- 50:14Speaker 2: If it don't fit, dude, thank god. Yeah it's let's
- 50:19Speaker 2: let me know when there's something.
- 50:22Speaker 6: There's no news I want to know, right But in
- 50:24Speaker 6: this case, because I really don't know anything about crypto,
- 50:27Speaker 6: what what would one bitcoin be worth?
- 50:29Speaker 7: Right now? It's down? No, it's like sixty something. It
- 50:35Speaker 7: used to be one hundred and fifteen.
- 50:37Speaker 6: Somebody wanted up it and TMZ forwarded that to the FBI.
- 50:42Speaker 6: So late Tuesday night, the FAA announced it that, oh.
- 50:45Speaker 1: This is it's sixty seven fifty three a bargain because
- 50:48Speaker 1: didn't wasn't the others like four million?
- 50:51Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 50:52Speaker 1: Yeah, all as time goes on, you're willing to, you know,
- 50:54Speaker 1: just settle out and just take the whatever you take it.
- 50:57Speaker 2: Pay out, take anything you can get.
- 50:58Speaker 6: Right, So, this, this FAA story is kind of crazy.
- 51:01Speaker 6: They had put flight restrictions on the airspace around Elpaso
- 51:04Speaker 6: Texas and that restriction was going to be in place
- 51:07Speaker 6: for like ten days. Well, the restriction was up for
- 51:11Speaker 6: less than eight hours and has since been lifted, and now.
- 51:13Speaker 2: We know why.
- 51:14Speaker 6: So, according to officials, Mexican cartel drones had breached US
- 51:18Speaker 6: airspace and the Department of War took quote action to
- 51:21Speaker 6: disable the drones. But here's where it gets even weirder.
- 51:25Speaker 6: According to reports, there were no drones.
- 51:27Speaker 2: It was a party instead, a balloon blues yep.
- 51:31Speaker 6: And on top of that, reports also found that the
- 51:34Speaker 6: reason the airspace was closed was for the Pentagon to
- 51:36Speaker 6: test a high energy laser that can shoot down drones,
- 51:40Speaker 6: and that's what shot down the.
- 51:41Speaker 1: Blue I mean, that's pretty cool. That's pretty rare that.
- 51:44Speaker 6: The grounding of the flights around l Pass was so
- 51:47Speaker 6: sudden that neither the city nor the airport knew anything
- 51:49Speaker 6: about this until the order came down.
- 51:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it was funny. There was a Southwest plane landing.
- 51:53Speaker 1: There was some air trap controlled you know, audio that
- 51:55Speaker 1: got released, and the tower controller was telling the Southwest
- 51:59Speaker 1: pilot like, so, you know, base basically guess what making
- 52:02Speaker 1: sure they knew about this? He goes They're like are
- 52:05Speaker 1: you uh? Are you basically going to be planning and
- 52:08Speaker 1: flying out, and he goes, nope, because we're going to
- 52:11Speaker 1: be off to the hotel. Oh, and like there was
- 52:13Speaker 1: like their next flight wasn't until the next day or whatever.
- 52:15Speaker 1: So they're like, well, you know, the airspace isd be
- 52:17Speaker 1: closed for ten days. He's go for what, Like, He's like,
- 52:21Speaker 1: what do you mean airport And she's like, yeah, that's
- 52:24Speaker 1: what we're being told.
- 52:25Speaker 8: Yeah, very weird.
- 52:26Speaker 1: You won't be able to leave basically for ten days. Yeah,
- 52:28Speaker 1: you live here now, the entire airspace.
- 52:30Speaker 4: Yeah, you're staying in so for a while.
- 52:32Speaker 1: Yeah, right, Like and she's like, yeah, you might want
- 52:34Speaker 1: to let Southwest know.
- 52:37Speaker 6: Well, officials had given the fa that's ten day window,
- 52:40Speaker 6: like you said, and it was the FAA who decided
- 52:42Speaker 6: to close the airspace without.
- 52:43Speaker 2: Telling anyone a party balloon. Yeah that's cool.
- 52:45Speaker 6: And now it appears that the airspace closure was a miscommunication,
- 52:49Speaker 6: so they're going to look into who to blame. There's
- 52:51Speaker 6: been updates in that school shooting in Canada that happened
- 52:54Speaker 6: on Tuesday thirties have confirmed the identity of the person
- 52:57Speaker 6: responsible was an eighteen year old female.
- 53:00Speaker 8: You don't see that.
- 53:00Speaker 2: Too often most times, Dudes.
- 53:02Speaker 8: The album was dropped out of school four years ago.
- 53:05Speaker 6: It was also reported that the shooter had serious mental
- 53:07Speaker 6: health issues and cops had visited their house a bunch
- 53:11Speaker 6: of times over the past several years, with the most
- 53:13Speaker 6: recent being last spring. Cops also added that the shooter
- 53:16Speaker 6: was transgender. However, there isn't any info that suggested it
- 53:19Speaker 6: was a bullying issue a reason for the shooting, and
- 53:22Speaker 6: as for the victims, they've idd as a teacher and
- 53:26Speaker 6: five students at the school, as well as the mother and.
- 53:28Speaker 8: The step brother of the shooter.
- 53:31Speaker 6: The Olympics wrapped up their fifth day of competition yesterday
- 53:34Speaker 6: and the US has racked up more than five medals.
- 53:37Speaker 6: Five more medals they earned silver in free dance, figure skating,
- 53:41Speaker 6: men's alpine skiing, and women's freestyle skiing. In that same
- 53:45Speaker 6: freestyle event, by the way, the US also won a
- 53:48Speaker 6: gold and then added another gold in men's speed skating.
- 53:52Speaker 6: And looking at the metal count as of last night,
- 53:54Speaker 6: Norway and Italy are tied for first with thirteen and
- 53:58Speaker 6: the US right behind them with twelve. As for gold medals,
- 54:01Speaker 6: Norway's in the lead with seven and US is in
- 54:03Speaker 6: a three way tie with Italy and a little thropple
- 54:07Speaker 6: action at four gold medals apiece. That's right there, and
- 54:11Speaker 6: oh hg TV. I know Greg and what are your
- 54:15Speaker 6: big fans? So it would love to get your hot
- 54:17Speaker 6: take on this. I know you're going to talk about
- 54:20Speaker 6: they've canceled Rehab Addict.
- 54:21Speaker 8: Are you guys familiar with that show?
- 54:23Speaker 4: I haven't seen it in years. I didn't know it
- 54:24Speaker 4: was still on.
- 54:25Speaker 2: Oh well, I'm very familiar.
- 54:27Speaker 4: Little blonde woman.
- 54:28Speaker 6: Yeah, Nicole Curtis after an old video, well, a video
- 54:32Speaker 6: surface showing her dropping an in bomb while filming. The
- 54:35Speaker 6: clip appeared online the same day the show was supposed
- 54:38Speaker 6: to return, and it shows Curtis realizing what she said
- 54:41Speaker 6: and asking to delete the footage of the audio.
- 54:44Speaker 2: So she's I don't know what she's doing. She'd like
- 54:46Speaker 2: some kind of like crown molding.
- 54:47Speaker 1: She's trying to something something like a little ladder thing
- 54:50Speaker 1: and something's not sitting right and she's trying to do whatever,
- 54:53Speaker 1: and then that's when that's when she says what she says,
- 54:56Speaker 1: And I have the audio here, Fine, it's my last time.
- 55:04Speaker 20: What is that?
- 55:05Speaker 17: It just said?
- 55:06Speaker 12: You got to you got it?
- 55:07Speaker 8: Can you kill that?
- 55:13Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 55:15Speaker 5: It doesn't even make sense.
- 55:18Speaker 1: Right, but just threw something on the frustration of whatever,
- 55:23Speaker 1: and so they immediately turned around, they canceled the show.
- 55:26Speaker 2: Yeah, because her apology was well you we'll get to that.
- 55:30Speaker 6: HGTV put out a statement, of course about the hurtful
- 55:32Speaker 6: and inappropriate comment, saying, we've removed the series from all
- 55:35Speaker 6: h G t V platforms, and we remain dedicated to
- 55:38Speaker 6: fostering a culture of respect and inclusion across our content.
- 55:41Speaker 2: Bl blah blah blah blah.
- 55:43Speaker 6: This is what urt Yeah, that was a very you know,
- 55:45Speaker 6: of course, delicately crafted. Curtis also issued an apology, saying,
- 55:49Speaker 6: I want to be clear, the word in question is
- 55:51Speaker 6: wrong and not part of my vocabulary and never has been.
- 55:56Speaker 15: But what you can't accidentally say it if it's not
- 56:00Speaker 15: part of your said it.
- 56:02Speaker 2: So she apologizes, but she listens to a lot of
- 56:05Speaker 2: hip hop. You know what I mean, It's prevalent. It's
- 56:07Speaker 2: all over.
- 56:09Speaker 21: Say that dude, chef swoop, the guy comes in and
- 56:12Speaker 21: cooks food for us, Like, dude, I feel uncomfortable just
- 56:15Speaker 21: following him. Yeah, yeah, what was the there was There
- 56:22Speaker 21: was just a post and I was like, oh, okay.
- 56:25Speaker 5: Yeah, how do you read it in your head when
- 56:26Speaker 5: you're reading what he posts.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Oh, I read it out loud. Here here, here, here's
- 56:30Speaker 1: the thing, guys. Yeah, I've mentioned this before. I asked
- 56:34Speaker 1: cypress Hill about it because you know, Black Sunday is
- 56:36Speaker 1: one of my fas. I love cypres Hill. I sing
- 56:38Speaker 1: along to every single lyric, all of them.
- 56:40Speaker 5: If it's the lyric, if.
- 56:41Speaker 2: It's in the song, I'm singing along.
- 56:42Speaker 1: I'm not if I'm in my car or i'm at
- 56:44Speaker 1: the concert, I'm not self censoring myself at the show.
- 56:48Speaker 1: That's the song. Talk to them, it's their song, yeah,
- 56:54Speaker 1: like if I wrote it. If I wrote the song,
- 56:55Speaker 1: then maybe you can come, you know, talk to me
- 56:57Speaker 1: about But I've also when it comes to anything else again,
- 57:01Speaker 1: I'm not talking about this Nicole HG TV chick. I'm
- 57:04Speaker 1: saying just in general, like, dude, anybody listening, you haven't
- 57:10Speaker 1: laughed at something or saw something that was completely wild
- 57:13Speaker 1: inappropriate and got like a chuckle out of it, or
- 57:16Speaker 1: said something just in ingest or and what of course
- 57:19Speaker 1: you have this whole thing about.
- 57:19Speaker 2: It's not in your roquet. Yes it is.
- 57:21Speaker 1: You've said the word before, Like, stop lying. It's just
- 57:24Speaker 1: as inauthentic as the HDTV statement about like oh thrown
- 57:29Speaker 1: around these words and everything else, like for me personally,
- 57:31Speaker 1: like my own personal sense of humor, the more inappropriate,
- 57:35Speaker 1: the more offensive, the more what I love, the most
- 57:38Speaker 1: racist humor, the most sexist humor, the most homophobic humor,
- 57:41Speaker 1: the everything humor. The more that the more that it
- 57:44Speaker 1: makes other people uncomfortable, I seem to find more joy or.
- 57:47Speaker 2: An enjoyment is awkward, you were an enjoyment in it.
- 57:50Speaker 6: But that's a blanket statement. That's like I just like
- 57:53Speaker 6: racist comedy.
- 57:54Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, anything that is deemed quote like inappropriate.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Like I certain comedians, there are certain types of I
- 58:01Speaker 1: find more funny than the stuff that's just you know
- 58:05Speaker 1: more b Yeah, exactly, it's.
- 58:08Speaker 6: So funny because when you said something, I don't think
- 58:10Speaker 6: you meant it this way, but it was like the
- 58:12Speaker 6: new OJ like if the glove doesn't fit, you must
- 58:14Speaker 6: have quit.
- 58:14Speaker 8: You like, if it's in the song I sing along,
- 58:17Speaker 8: I do.
- 58:19Speaker 2: And there's so many people people that get I forget
- 58:22Speaker 2: what it was.
- 58:22Speaker 4: There.
- 58:22Speaker 1: There was a story where it was somebody that was
- 58:25Speaker 1: on a video and they were singing along to the
- 58:26Speaker 1: song and they got like they got kicked out of
- 58:29Speaker 1: their school. It was a guy was an athlete for
- 58:31Speaker 1: like a college or something. That's endless. I'm like, oh,
- 58:34Speaker 1: stop it ends Can we stop it with that?
- 58:39Speaker 4: Right?
- 58:39Speaker 1: I think if it's directed at somebody or like you
- 58:42Speaker 1: see plenty of there was is. Oh man, there's this video.
- 58:44Speaker 1: This woman is lucky she didn't get killed. It was
- 58:47Speaker 1: on the New York City subway. These women black women,
- 58:50Speaker 1: white women that they're addressing I'll say uh, and they're
- 58:54Speaker 1: talking hella ish to this chick and whatever and they're
- 58:58Speaker 1: what And so she gets off the train at the
- 59:01Speaker 1: next stop because they're like, oh, you know, blah blah
- 59:03Speaker 1: blah blah blah. She gets off the next stop, door's open.
- 59:06Speaker 1: She stands on the platform and like, right where the
- 59:08Speaker 1: doors are you know closing?
- 59:10Speaker 2: Huh?
- 59:10Speaker 1: Because they're like, oh bob, they're like bye, bitch, say
- 59:13Speaker 1: you bitch, blah blah blah. And as soon as the
- 59:15Speaker 1: doors are closing, she goes in words right on the
- 59:19Speaker 1: doors closed.
- 59:19Speaker 2: Now they can't get them back open.
- 59:20Speaker 1: So they're pounding on the doors trying to get out
- 59:22Speaker 1: of this train and to go kick her ass.
- 59:24Speaker 2: She's so lucky, Like in that particular kit. You can't
- 59:27Speaker 2: defend that right now, you can't defend that is there
- 59:30Speaker 2: right exactly?
- 59:31Speaker 8: Well, that's what's going on.
- 59:33Speaker 12: WHATDDY show.
- 59:37Speaker 1: Welcome back everybody again. Congratulations to Joe Coy if you
- 59:45Speaker 1: haven't seen the video that Men is produced from from yesterday,
- 59:48Speaker 1: Joe Koy got his hands and his feet in the
- 59:52Speaker 1: cement at the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood, which is
- 59:56Speaker 1: a tremendous honor and it was it was interesting having
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: a conversation with Joe and Tiffany Hattish yesterday before the
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: event started, and it was about what's better getting a
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame or this, and
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: we came down on the side it's it's better with
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: your hands and your feet in the cementa TCL Chinese Theater.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: And for this reason, there are a billion stars. Yeah,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: there's almost three thousand, and then the number of people
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: that actually have their you know of it the Chinese Theater, it's.
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: Like four hundred. Oh is it that low?
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a way more exclusive group. Anyway, Either one's cool,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: I mean, you know, for the acknowledgment and stuff like that.
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: But anyway, congratulations to Joe. You could tell, man, the
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: guy was just having like an out of body experience.
- 1:00:52Speaker 2: But how could you not?
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: But just the amount of people that showed up, And
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: I uh, I said to a few people yesterday, I said, man,
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: if if I could go back and show this to
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: the nineties version of myself, you know it's real. Yeah, yesterday,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: I'm like, dude, I wouldn't I wouldn't have believed it. Yeah,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: no way, because I'm sitting there and okay, so I'm
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: just looking at I'm just looking at this, at this
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: one picture from yesterday. And here, let me, let me,
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: let me get the picture and I'll go through. All right,
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: So I'm in this picture. So it goes from left
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: to right, babyface Legend wrote like damn near every.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: Major R and B smash.
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: Number one heads Yeah, AJ from the Backstreet Boys, then me,
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Gabriel Iglesias, Joe Coy, Martin Lawrence, Wayna Morris, and Sean
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Stockton from Stockman from Boys to Men, Tiffany Hattish Taboo
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: from Black Eyed Peas. I'm like, everybody nice, maybe freaking out.
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: I know.
- 1:02:02Speaker 7: And then so we're back there before the ceremony started
- 1:02:06Speaker 7: and just like mingling with everybody else, talking We're like,
- 1:02:09Speaker 7: whoa is this like medicine. I did not belong in
- 1:02:11Speaker 7: that room, not at all, and like you belong here, Yeah,
- 1:02:16Speaker 7: I mean those people you usually if you go to
- 1:02:19Speaker 7: Joe Koy show, those people are usually around.
- 1:02:21Speaker 2: But like seeing Martin Lawrence was just like, I mean
- 1:02:25Speaker 2: that was huge. So here's he.
- 1:02:28Speaker 7: And Joe said like how much that meant to him
- 1:02:30Speaker 7: to have Martin Lums there and how much she was
- 1:02:32Speaker 7: the inspiration anyway.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: So you can see the video on our Instagram.
- 1:02:37Speaker 4: You check it out, and you see that old timey
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: stuff and then you're at one of these ceremonies. It's
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: really it was really awesome.
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: And I'm so happy that Joe was happy. It was
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: exactly what he wanted to be. Obligation fulfilled. Yeah, at
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: the same happy it's.
- 1:02:52Speaker 8: Over now you can such a life.
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: When I left there and just on the drive home,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: all of a sudden, I was so exhausted. It was
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: like all this kind of like anxiety just drained out
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: of me all of a sudden. It was like a
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: what they call that an adrenaline even though even though
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: I didn't there was no I had no feeling of
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: adrenaline at all.
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: I was super just.
- 1:03:12Speaker 8: Calm, mild dread leading up to it.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: No, I even looked at the stats from my aura
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: ring because it measures like stress and everything else chill.
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: I was in a relaxed.
- 1:03:21Speaker 7: State the entire every everybody was super chill too. Like
- 1:03:25Speaker 7: get in our situations and you know, we get around
- 1:03:28Speaker 7: bands and everything's super important. You have to stand here
- 1:03:30Speaker 7: and all this kind of stuff. And we're here standing
- 1:03:32Speaker 7: around all these like legit legends and everybody's just being cool,
- 1:03:37Speaker 7: you know, and no one's like, oh you got to
- 1:03:38Speaker 7: stand here or be here, blah blah. There's like I
- 1:03:41Speaker 7: was here to celebrate our friend. And then also just
- 1:03:43Speaker 7: by the way, you did a great job.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: On the speak thank you. It was it was all
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: thank you. I was I was prepared.
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: I put some thoughts together and you know, got a
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: couple of good laugh. Yeah, it was good. It was good.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: And uh, I'm very thankful that that Joe did ask me,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: even though it gave me somewhat of a heart attacker.
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not the person for this kind of thing.
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: You can get somebody way better. Clearly he has a
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: lot of famous friends that would have been more than
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: happy to do that. For him to host this thing,
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: and it was interesting and that somebody sent me this article.
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: And this goes back to how you know, anybody listens
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: to the show who sitting there thinking that we think
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: that we're a big deal. And I said, come hang
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: out here for five minutes and you'll see, Like, dude,
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: I mean talking about Greg's story how he and Menace
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: did the November thing. It was it was a competition
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: amongst all the stations and whatever, who can you know,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: get the most money and raised and medics numbers. Yeah, medicine.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: Greg like killed it. And then the email went out
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: to congratulate the winners and not even to mention no, no,
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: they won it, but they they mentioned the other station
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: that quote won and they didn't, and they didn't, and
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: they go, oh oh yeah, they just completely overlooked medicine
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: and Greg. Yeah, we talked about this kind of stuff
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: all the time. Here's just another example. So KTLA does
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: an article Joe Coy honored with imprint Ceremony at TCL
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: Chinese Theater and it says a big honor for Joe
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: Coy in Hollywood. On Wednesday morning, the comedian and actor
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: was immortalized at the World famous tcl Chinese theater with
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: a handprint and Footprint ceremony. Coy's friend, actress and comedian
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: Tiffany Hattish, hosted the ceremonial.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: I saw that article.
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: Cracks so hard, like Yes, Tiffany was one of the speakers,
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: as was baby Face.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: Went from the boys to men. Yeah.
- 1:05:34Speaker 8: Yeah, they went up every other person to the next person.
- 1:05:38Speaker 2: I welcomed everybody.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: I said, we have some people who are going to
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: speak today. I wrot everybody up.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: Yeah, and we know Katy l a right.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: So the entertainment guy Melvin, I spoke to him for
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: about ten minutes yesterday.
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: He watched the whole thing.
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Yeah, but but go figure does it doesn't that first typical.
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: Crush son of a bitch?
- 1:06:03Speaker 8: Oh my god, that's so funny.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: I get it. Sammy signs up, you got to take
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: a break. She's holding that sign up A right. More
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: A show's next.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: Time, show right, and we start another new hour insensitivity
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: training for a politically correct world here on the Woody Show,
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: Woody Greg, Sammy's here, we got Morgan Sea Bass is here.
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: Yeah, and he's got the week In audio, we have
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: some first person point of view audio from the guy
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: the field invader who rushed the field during the Super Bowl.
- 1:06:38Speaker 2: Not a streaker. Streaker, he's naked, He's not streaking. Go
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: back to what's his face? They call me the streak bomb.
- 1:06:45Speaker 2: Oh yeah, before that, Ray Stevens. To be streaking, as
- 1:06:49Speaker 2: it was in the seventies, you have to be naked,
- 1:06:52Speaker 2: even in old school naked anyway, so we have something.
- 1:06:54Speaker 2: He was wearing the metaglasses and this is what it
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: sounds like when you ru on the field and invade
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: the super Ball.
- 1:07:02Speaker 22: Of course, he says, let's go on, you guys, you
- 1:07:11Speaker 22: guys got you, guys got me here, You guys got
- 1:07:13Speaker 22: me here, you guys got me.
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: I am not going to let's go a couple let's
- 1:07:21Speaker 2: go a couple of questions. No, a couple of questions.
- 1:07:25Speaker 2: Number one, this is still on his TikTok account. They
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: specific don't allow cart narks and TikTok specifically illegal activity.
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Sure that he's doing illegal go for everybody else. Did
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: not go for anything associated with the with the Woody Show, of.
- 1:07:41Speaker 2: Course, not number one.
- 1:07:42Speaker 23: Different.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: Number two, how does this guy have the money for
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: Lower Bowl? Super Bowl tickets? And I think he had
- 1:07:47Speaker 2: to get at least too because if you watch the
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: video from his point of view, at first, this younger
- 1:07:51Speaker 2: guy jumps off and the security goes after that guy,
- 1:07:53Speaker 2: which gives him a right decoy, which gives him a
- 1:07:56Speaker 2: diversion to get up out of the field.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: Okay, So there is all these stories about how this
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: guy placed a bet on somebody streaking or running on
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: the field during the Super Bowl and that he won
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: at least a couple hundred thousand dollars. I don't know
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: if that's true or not, because I can't imagine. There's
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: got to be some kind of like self dealing.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: You'll, they'll they'll avoid that in two seconds.
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: And there are a lot of stories about that, like
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: this guy made money by running out onto the phone.
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: I looked at his accounts. His Instagram is TikTok. He
- 1:08:23Speaker 2: claims to make his the bulk of his money some
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: kind of day trading crypto thing. Okay, classic douche of
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: cars in Miami. It's oh, classic douche formula.
- 1:08:34Speaker 16: Oh.
- 1:08:35Speaker 7: I did want to bring this up with so coinbase, right,
- 1:08:38Speaker 7: who's usually like crypto wallet. They have gotten into the
- 1:08:41Speaker 7: prediction markets, right.
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: Which, but by the way, is that's going to be
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: the prediction markets, folks who don't know, is essentially betting,
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: but it's not betting, but you can.
- 1:08:49Speaker 7: Bet on random stuff like this, Okay, you can. This
- 1:08:53Speaker 7: is the first time ever though, because I went to
- 1:08:55Speaker 7: go like, look at it. It asked me what my
- 1:08:58Speaker 7: job is? All the other didn't it because like I
- 1:09:01Speaker 7: would want to do stuff about music even though I
- 1:09:03Speaker 7: have zero insight in front.
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Well, that goes to what Greg always says, like, if
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: you're the guy who's in charge of, you know, mixing
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: up the gatorade before the game, you know what color
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: to be, So like what color is the gatorade that
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: gets dumped on the coach from the call mob?
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:09:17Speaker 7: Yeah, I was surprised because that was the first time
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: ever out of all these apps, which I have them all,
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: it asked me what my job was this week?
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: In audio? Well, we yeah, the Olympics going on right now,
- 1:09:27Speaker 2: and for some reason, music's become a big story of
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: the Olympics. Rights for what you can play with in
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: your figure skating the guy you wanted to do the
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: minions right, which I've never heard of this before, but
- 1:09:37Speaker 2: apparently it's a big deal this year. Well, one check
- 1:09:41Speaker 2: skating team decided they get around all of that and
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: just create AI music. Oh yeah, yeah, so again it's
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: twenty twenty six people. Okay, you can.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: You could say what you want about, you know, creating
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: songs with AI that end up like going on the
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: charts and you know, faking people out thinking that it's
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: a real big Like I get people not want to
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: be faked out by that. But in this particular instance,
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: like okay, you don't want to deal with any of
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: the copyright stuff. You don't want to do, like you
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: just want to do your your figure skating routine. You
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: just need something to skate to. You can create like
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: whatever vibe or whatever thing that you want, you know,
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: find a song that fits whatever kind of thing you
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: want to do or display or your art for.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: So that's that seems like a decent use.
- 1:10:22Speaker 7: What's really cool is, you know, so I did that
- 1:10:24Speaker 7: video of your speech with Joe Koyd, but I want
- 1:10:26Speaker 7: to put a little like beat behind it, like cap Cut,
- 1:10:29Speaker 7: which is owned by TikTok. They have AI generator. So
- 1:10:32Speaker 7: I just type in, oh, I want upbeat you know,
- 1:10:34Speaker 7: uh music. I could say E D M or a
- 1:10:37Speaker 7: country whatever, and I'll automatically like make some music and
- 1:10:40Speaker 7: give me three different options to put behind the video.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: And I agree because background music it's fine. Yeah, because
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: like before, like I would try to put a song
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: in there and then that would get flagged and then
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: take get on YouTube act all the time anyway, So
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: here's the difference, though, what he is You're right for
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: generic background music. AI, who cares? They wanted to do
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: with the ac DC's Thunderstruck.
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: So this is this is what I gave them check
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: Thunderstruck right right right A I created for English?
- 1:11:08Speaker 24: Yeah, okay, yeah, generic drummy.
- 1:11:26Speaker 16: But that's about it, all right.
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: It's a way more.
- 1:11:40Speaker 8: Van was absolutely right.
- 1:11:43Speaker 7: It was the prompter saying like inspired by Yeah, yeah,
- 1:11:47Speaker 7: it's gotta be because you can never you can't do
- 1:11:48Speaker 7: cover songs yet or parody songs because I didn't interpolation.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: Although it'd be pretty funny if somebody did their figures
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: getting routine like a weird al song.
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that would be kind of fun. I can't improve that.
- 1:12:02Speaker 14: Show.
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: Get right back into the weekend audio at an Olympic
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: and fun with accent version of why is he crying?
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: Oh what you original game? So this is a you
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: may have seen the story, so you might know, but
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: he say Norway by athlete one Gold and during his interview,
- 1:12:23Speaker 2: broke down in tears. The story has been everywhere. Why
- 1:12:26Speaker 2: is he crying? Okay, I just made a mistake.
- 1:12:36Speaker 7: We had a debate and Sammy had a good point
- 1:12:38Speaker 7: that they were only dating like six months.
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: I said, deep in my week, somebody's not the true love.
- 1:12:47Speaker 2: Six months ago I met the love of my life,
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: the most beautiful, sweetest person, and then three months ago
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: I made the biggest mistake of my life. And the
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: three months in because the other person is so amazing.
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: Usually, by the way, usually when somebody is so amazing,
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: like you can't get them out of your mind. You're
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: just so singularly focused and you can't do anything but
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: think of them. So the fact that you sit there
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: and you say that, I believe that maybe you just
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: say that and you don't really feel that way. You
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: never really did feel, because if it was three months
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: down the line, you wouldn't even be You would have
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: a hard time even.
- 1:13:15Speaker 13: Noticing anybody, especially that early.
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: You're blinded by love.
- 1:13:20Speaker 7: And I agreed with Morgan, this guy sounds like a vagina.
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: And that's the thing.
- 1:13:27Speaker 9: If she goes back to him now like to find
- 1:13:29Speaker 9: out who she is. But that's just embarrassing for everyone.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: I haven't found a picture of her yet.
- 1:13:33Speaker 15: She's gonna be hiding, right, And he said that he
- 1:13:36Speaker 15: regrets saying it too.
- 1:13:38Speaker 13: She came out and was like, I'm not into this.
- 1:13:40Speaker 15: I know that he professed his love, but I'm not
- 1:13:43Speaker 15: really into it. And then he came out after saying
- 1:13:45Speaker 15: that he was embarrassed that he did that.
- 1:13:47Speaker 5: I didn't exactly.
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: This is so.
- 1:13:50Speaker 7: Sad that he was feeling the patron And that's what.
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: This week in audio. All right, our next, So the
- 1:14:04Speaker 2: GOT three kidnapping, We've now got people don't really have
- 1:14:07Speaker 2: a lot of information, so they're kind of going to
- 1:14:09Speaker 2: other old ladies who've had kidnapped the past for the
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: forgotten ones.
- 1:14:16Speaker 7: Oh, they're so desperate for news that I heard her
- 1:14:18Speaker 7: report today said that yeah, there were they were interviewing
- 1:14:23Speaker 7: the neighbor and they're like, yeah, they're really interested in
- 1:14:25Speaker 7: my camera footage on this certain date.
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: Yeah, the date that she got kidnapped. Yeah duh.
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: So did you see the guy, uh that delivered the
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: pizza to the house on that So there's a big media,
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: uh you know group around the house where the grandmother
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: or the mom was.
- 1:14:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: So Jonathan Lee Riches is the guy who ordered a
- 1:14:45Speaker 2: Domino's pizza to be delivered to him outside the house,
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: which is he is in poor taste obviously, Yeah Jonathan Lee.
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: But now is he is he one of the guys
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: who's working out there. He's stuck at the media, but
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: not really.
- 1:14:56Speaker 2: You might know that name because oh, about twenty years ago,
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: he he was all over the news for filing four
- 1:15:03Speaker 2: thousand frivolous lawsuits against any But I wrote this guy
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: letters and he wrote me back when I was working
- 1:15:09Speaker 2: in Atlanta. This guy's an absolute maniac. But now he's
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: an independent journalist, independent journalist who's, by the way, somehow
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: had a jail because he was in jail for all
- 1:15:17Speaker 2: these frivolous lawsuits. That just means you can go to
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: jail for frivolous lawsuits. Oh yeah, if you're if you're
- 1:15:23Speaker 2: abusing the legal system. Awesome.
- 1:15:25Speaker 4: I thought would all the time.
- 1:15:27Speaker 2: I thought you could do that all day.
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: Yeah, we've talked about how the loser should pay.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: Yeah, like there's other countries that treated differently and.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: Yeah, right, So now he has a YouTube page with
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: like four hundred thousands. He's a maniac, he's I believe.
- 1:15:42Speaker 2: So he's there covering the story and ordering pizzas God anyway,
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: So Inside Edition much more professional journalists. They found an
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: old lady who got kidnapped once and asked her about it.
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: All right on Inside Edition, here we go.
- 1:15:55Speaker 15: This elderly woman knows firsthand the utter terror of being kidnapped.
- 1:16:00Speaker 15: Deliuolic says a man burst into her home and duct
- 1:16:04Speaker 15: taped her.
- 1:16:05Speaker 8: Watch in aneath strikes taping me.
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: Now, wait a minute, lait a minute.
- 1:16:09Speaker 14: You don't take me.
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: You don't take me.
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: From Christmas vacation, Jackie did I when that Claire out,
- 1:16:18Speaker 2: Sammy's gonna sound like when she's an old lady, and
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: she will have been kidnapped then too, So I know
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: her dream more than likely. So this is how I
- 1:16:29Speaker 2: should have warned you fun with old lady accidents. This
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: is how she fought back against her kidnapper. She shows us.
- 1:16:35Speaker 15: How she fought back down on the floor and the
- 1:16:39Speaker 15: guy came over me and then kicked him and he
- 1:16:42Speaker 15: fell over and then kicked him again, and I kicked
- 1:16:45Speaker 15: him again.
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: Well that for her too, kick She still got kidnapp
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: thrown in the trunk. By the way, she lived to
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: tell about it. She did it was good. Of all
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: the people who did it, it was yes. And once
- 1:16:55Speaker 2: she knew it was her roofer.
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: Oh paid dispute now was.
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: Not that at all. He just when he did the
- 1:17:01Speaker 2: roofing job, He's like, Oh, this old lady lives alone.
- 1:17:03Speaker 2: She'd be easy to kid. Yeah for the ATM. For
- 1:17:10Speaker 2: the that would be you, Sammy so f y. Oh great,
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: you better speed things along with steamboat willing well, the
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: promise she'll get married and because women live longer that
- 1:17:21Speaker 2: the guy will die and this old lady do you
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: even trust but Willie because the whole cat thing is yeah,
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: he may dude, right Greg?
- 1:17:34Speaker 4: I mean wait absolutely gay Okay.
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: Wait, wait then she will have two guys to protect her.
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: Gidding he'll go out for milk one day for paupers.
- 1:17:50Speaker 2: This week a news story about a victim here a
- 1:17:56Speaker 2: home invasion victim comes from CBS Indiana. Or This man
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: found out that it's not a good money to post
- 1:18:02Speaker 2: certain types of photos on Facebook.
- 1:18:04Speaker 23: Anthony says. Two days before the attempted robbery, someone called
- 1:18:08Speaker 23: him broke on social media, so he posted this picture
- 1:18:12Speaker 23: of a stack of cash the middle Facebook memory, only
- 1:18:16Speaker 23: to find himself explaining to his attacker that it wasn't
- 1:18:19Speaker 23: his money.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: I kept trying to mean it was fake.
- 1:18:22Speaker 12: Oh wait, I said, maybe it was a prank.
- 1:18:24Speaker 4: It was fake.
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: Wait, that guy right there is not loaded. You're a kidding. Hey,
- 1:18:28Speaker 2: I can tell by the voice it's just a prank.
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: So yeah, someone called him broke. Therefore the show disprove
- 1:18:34Speaker 2: it old photo of him with a bunch of fake
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: dollar but which, by the way, you can buy these
- 1:18:38Speaker 2: things of course. Yeah, the movie money, it's for motion
- 1:18:42Speaker 2: picture use only. Well, it's full of these guys who
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: again just home invasioned his ass. Uh, here's more about
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: and again he was shot. Here's more about that.
- 1:18:51Speaker 12: He said, what the money it? Where the money it?
- 1:18:53Speaker 12: I'll say what you posted long place, But where the
- 1:18:55Speaker 12: money it?
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: They didn't just leave.
- 1:18:57Speaker 23: Instead, after repeatedly pistol whip being and choking in, one
- 1:19:01Speaker 23: of the suspects shot him execution style in the back
- 1:19:04Speaker 23: of the neck.
- 1:19:05Speaker 12: Esus he just stuck the GluN straight to the back
- 1:19:07Speaker 12: of my head and pulled a tree that wasn't even
- 1:19:09Speaker 12: called for. He had to do all that once he
- 1:19:12Speaker 12: fought I wasn't really he should have didn't left.
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: That's right.
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: Come on, man, realize your mistake and just go.
- 1:19:17Speaker 2: It was through the back of the neck, in a wheelchair,
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: out his chest and he lies left alone too.
- 1:19:23Speaker 8: That is insane.
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: Did he sound like that before the shot or was
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: it like that part of like you know, how.
- 1:19:27Speaker 4: People changed his personality?
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: Hope sounded like the old ground well before the attack.
- 1:19:32Speaker 4: I sounded just like this.
- 1:19:34Speaker 12: He said, where the money? Where the money it? I'll
- 1:19:36Speaker 12: say what you posted long place, but where the money is?
- 1:19:38Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: Dude, are you not looking at me and hearing my voice?
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: I'm broke dog?
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: All right?
- 1:19:44Speaker 11: The money?
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: This weekend audio another home attack story. All This one
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: is about as Australian as you can get. It's from
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: their program which they still have down. Do they have
- 1:19:56Speaker 2: something called current Affair? The Cave, Hearts and Toys the
- 1:19:58Speaker 2: rest in Australia? What here is this attack?
- 1:20:02Speaker 25: Cole is lucky to be alive, head butted, punched and
- 1:20:06Speaker 25: clawed at all because he stepped in to help his
- 1:20:08Speaker 25: best mate. It's not from a big night out, but
- 1:20:11Speaker 25: a boxing match with a wild kangaroo.
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: They're rough, they'll beat you up and they go straight
- 1:20:21Speaker 5: up like that on the tail, so cool.
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: Punch it was the worst part. And their claws at
- 1:20:28Speaker 2: the end, claws, I should say, you get I'll punch
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: a ruin its face. I don't care. I mean, there
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: is that famous video the one guy who served his
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: dog just by clocking a ruined the face. But Cole
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: cow it's a little bit of an older man here,
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: and this is how he wasn't so lucky with his
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: rue battle. I just thought she's gonna die here, grabbed
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: a stick, hit it with a stick. He's just coming
- 1:20:52Speaker 2: out like a bullet and head buttoned me and I
- 1:20:55Speaker 2: just went on to fell over. I'm fine.
- 1:20:58Speaker 25: Scratches and scratches and bruises, bruises and that embarrassing one
- 1:21:01Speaker 25: way's kicked me out in the aschack.
- 1:21:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: And that he got stomped. Yeah, oh he survived, you
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: know again also rescuing his day his dog. I don't
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: know why kangaroos hate dogs. Well they got beef, yeah,
- 1:21:17Speaker 2: where they are they because they don't eat them? No,
- 1:21:19Speaker 2: but probably what would be the point of a time
- 1:21:22Speaker 2: the dogs? Probably a lunch at yeah Streen Park. I
- 1:21:26Speaker 2: should don't like it all right? This Weekend audio you
- 1:21:28Speaker 2: got more Australian audio. This is actually really amazing. A
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: thirteen year old boy you might have seen, was out
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: kayaking with his mom and his little sister. They got
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: lot swept out to sea. He swam about three miles,
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: took him like four hours, then ran another mile to
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: get help. And this is how he sounded. This thirteen
- 1:21:46Speaker 2: year old after all, which wow, would have killed any
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: of us. Swam for three hours and then ran a mile.
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, here, she's thirteen.
- 1:21:54Speaker 4: You just gave me crap.
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: The other morning, I got here at the same time
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: the Morgan did, and I was waiting for by the elevator.
- 1:21:59Speaker 2: She goes the elevator. I go, yeah, yeah, because it's
- 1:22:02Speaker 2: one fighter stairs. Do those stairs go up?
- 1:22:05Speaker 5: It's longer to take the elevator, and at that time.
- 1:22:08Speaker 2: Of day, there's no way I'm taking the stairs. Here's
- 1:22:11Speaker 2: the thing is, people say there were for down. What's
- 1:22:13Speaker 2: the point of this exercise is Well, because one day
- 1:22:16Speaker 2: you might be washed out to see and what you
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: thought was a normal little kayak thing. Now you'll argue
- 1:22:20Speaker 2: I would never kayak. I understand that, but there's gonna
- 1:22:23Speaker 2: be There are things in life where you.
- 1:22:27Speaker 7: Where you need to be in shape, but your mental
- 1:22:29Speaker 7: mind is way stronger. If you want to do it,
- 1:22:31Speaker 7: you can do it.
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: Okay, we'll see help if your body's there too. So
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: this kid three miles swim a mile run and then
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: he makes this call.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: We couldn't get back to shore, and Mom told me
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: they go back to get help that I think they're
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: kilometers out in sea.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: I think we find them.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: I'm sitting on the beach right now.
- 1:22:54Speaker 11: I think I need I think I.
- 1:22:58Speaker 25: Mom is out there with kids as well.
- 1:22:59Speaker 12: Is that yeah?
- 1:23:01Speaker 17: And I don't know what their condition is right now,
- 1:23:03Speaker 17: and I'm really see it.
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: After swimming for three hours and running damn cool. Sure
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: a good kid. How are the people that were around there?
- 1:23:13Speaker 2: They basically they go on so co sports with the
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: gee Jeff curse.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I had thrown things over to Morgan's roommate, the
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: dumbest One, Darth Butter dumbass Tyler.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: That's happening with the sports.
- 1:23:30Speaker 20: Well, the Clippers had a rematch last night against the Rockets,
- 1:23:33Speaker 20: and unlike old ass Lebron and the Lakers, the Clippers
- 1:23:35Speaker 20: actually showed up on the night of a back to back.
- 1:23:37Speaker 2: Leonard picked up by toxic drives for the wind. Damn
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: Clippers win.
- 1:23:46Speaker 20: Kind of hilarious that he said the Clippers win there
- 1:23:48Speaker 20: when there were still two seconds left on the clock.
- 1:23:50Speaker 20: But looky for the TV crew. The Clippers did hang
- 1:23:52Speaker 20: on and take down the Rockets one o five to
- 1:23:54Speaker 20: one oh two. They are now done and going to
- 1:23:55Speaker 20: the All Star Break with the twenty sixth and twenty
- 1:23:57Speaker 20: eight record. The Lakers meanwhile, take on Cooper Fly the
- 1:24:00Speaker 20: Mavericks later tonight. Tip off is at seven, and because
- 1:24:02Speaker 20: the game is nationally televised on Amazon Prime, maybe Lebron
- 1:24:05Speaker 20: can put down whatever book he's pretending to read and
- 1:24:07Speaker 20: get off his ass and into the game. By the way,
- 1:24:09Speaker 20: Woody was talking earlier about dying on a sports takehill,
- 1:24:12Speaker 20: and with that in mind, my hill is that Lebron
- 1:24:13Speaker 20: isn't top five in NBA history. He's top ten, not
- 1:24:16Speaker 20: top five. I said what I said. Looking at the Olympics,
- 1:24:18Speaker 20: the US came away with five more medals yesterday, including
- 1:24:21Speaker 20: two golden women's preestyle skiing and men's one thousand meters
- 1:24:24Speaker 20: speed skating. Looking at the updated total metal count, Italy
- 1:24:26Speaker 20: is sitting in first with fourteen, and the US is
- 1:24:29Speaker 20: tied in second with Norway at thirteen medals each, with
- 1:24:31Speaker 20: five more gold medals up for grabs later today. And
- 1:24:34Speaker 20: in baseball, the Dodgers re signed Evan Phillips to a
- 1:24:36Speaker 20: one year deal, and we'll welcome him back to the
- 1:24:38Speaker 20: bullpen when spring training starts tomorrow. The Angels meanwhile, started
- 1:24:41Speaker 20: yesterday and new manager Kurtzusuki talked about the state.
- 1:24:43Speaker 4: Of the roster.
- 1:24:44Speaker 26: We definitely like some guys that we have right now
- 1:24:47Speaker 26: going forward, and we're excited with what we have. I
- 1:24:49Speaker 26: know Perry is always looking for ways to get better.
- 1:24:52Speaker 26: And until the rosters sit, you know, I know Perry's
- 1:24:54Speaker 26: going to keep trying to look for ways to improve
- 1:24:56Speaker 26: our ball club. And that's what I respect about Perry
- 1:24:58Speaker 26: and I love it He's always looking for for ways
- 1:25:00Speaker 26: to get better.
- 1:25:00Speaker 20: Yeah, dude, just kiss the ass of the GM who's
- 1:25:02Speaker 20: never put together a winning season in his five years
- 1:25:04Speaker 20: in Anaheim. That'll get you into the postseason. New Year's same,
- 1:25:07Speaker 20: stupid ass, Angels. I'm dress Tyler and that's her so
- 1:25:10Speaker 20: Cal sports what dumb mass.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: I like how he goes like five octaves higher in
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: his report. Now and let's put the wraps on another
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: exciting addition of the week in audio.
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: And I'm sure you're aware of the current Steelers Toronto Woodie,
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: but for the rest of the room. Yeah, Joey Porter, yep,
- 1:25:35Speaker 2: big time baby o, famous Steeler. He was talking to
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: another guy, Heyward m Heyword.
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: On his podcast because has five podcasts, not just football,
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: although they've had a lot of good stuff on their
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: podcast recently. Yeah, and just like stuff that's like gotten
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: a lot of attention, like he's he's making a work.
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: So talking specifically about Ben Roethlisberger and his podcast, his
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: podcast v podcast and all this sort of the leaks
- 1:25:58Speaker 2: that Ben has made and other behavior about number seven. Okay,
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: so there were the conversation started because this is the
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: whole thing. The conversation started because it was a conversation
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: about these ex players who won a Super Bowl with
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: Mike Tomlin, basically dancing on the grave of Mike Tomlin
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: who's no longer the head coach of Steelers, or just
- 1:26:17Speaker 2: coming out and saying it was time for him to go,
- 1:26:19Speaker 2: like not having his back. Okay, be like hey man,
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: and Joey Porter was talking about James Harrison, like, dude,
- 1:26:25Speaker 2: you went to a Super Bowl, you went to another
- 1:26:27Speaker 2: Super Bowl, you won a Super Bowl, your defensive player
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: of the Year, all under who all under this guy?
- 1:26:32Speaker 23: Right?
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: And then Ben Roethlisberger's but another person who's been very
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: vocal on his podcast recently about decisions the Steelers and
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: so talking Steeler business. I guess outside of the locker room,
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: these players have had an agreement.
- 1:26:46Speaker 2: They just don't do that.
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: And so, you know, Joey Porter, whose son is now
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: a star player for the Steelers, he says, hey, man,
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: like you're talking Steeler business outside of you know, the brotherhood. Yeah,
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: and so he's talking crap now about James ha Grison
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: and here's what he said about Ben Roethlisberger.
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: Then seven definitely broke the wether the hood.
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: Seven is Ben Roethlisberger's number for those of you who
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: don't know, and that's how these players address each other.
- 1:27:09Speaker 2: Then seven definitely broke the brotherhood because like the seven.
- 1:27:12Speaker 4: Dude that did that, we don't talk about is crazy.
- 1:27:17Speaker 4: Anybody should talk. He should never grab a microphone and
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: really talk still a business because if we talk and
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: still a business, his file.
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: Of all foul like that he's dead, is foul of
- 1:27:27Speaker 2: all foul.
- 1:27:27Speaker 1: He's not a good teammate, yeah, and you want to
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: say he's like, he's not a good teammate, he's not
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: a good person. And there's been a lot of people
- 1:27:35Speaker 1: that a lot of people in around Pittsburgh have experiences
- 1:27:37Speaker 1: with Ben. He's a douche, you know, and you can
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: say whatever you want as a player and everything, but.
- 1:27:43Speaker 2: He's he's not a nice guy. He specifically pointed out
- 1:27:46Speaker 2: he would like he would not sign stuff for other
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: players families, like, hey, I got a ball from my cousin,
- 1:27:52Speaker 2: would you mind signing it? And he would just turn
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: him down.
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: He's not a nice guy. Now, our friend Mark Madden
- 1:27:57Speaker 1: will tell you the opposite. But I think Mark had
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: a personal experience with him where Ben was very gracious,
- 1:28:03Speaker 1: and so I understand like where Mark won't necessarily, uh,
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: you know, go down that road because he had a
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: personal experience with him where he was gracious. But I
- 1:28:12Speaker 1: like my cousin, a number of.
- 1:28:14Speaker 2: People that I know, people who work at certain establishments.
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: Yeah, just kind of throughout, uh, throughout Pittsburgh, they all
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: have their stories and around other parts of the country. Yeah, absolutely,
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: So what Porter was alluding to, there were all the
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: rape allegations and those different things that happened while, you know,
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: and everybody just kind of kept their mouth shut. They
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: weren't talking quotes, tayl their business. Yeah, no, no surprise.
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: Ben Roethlisbergery is not a great guy, babe, not a
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: great guy.
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: This weekend audio. Okay, uh, i've we need to do
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: a welfare check here. So the masked singers on as
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: I'm sure you are all aware. Oh yeah, the owl
- 1:28:47Speaker 2: was recently revealed. But first I'm gonna let you listen
- 1:28:50Speaker 2: to who the owl singing? Who the owl is? I'll
- 1:28:54Speaker 2: tell you in a second. But here here's the owl singing.
- 1:28:56Speaker 2: There's nothing.
- 1:29:00Speaker 16: I think.
- 1:29:02Speaker 2: White wedding.
- 1:29:03Speaker 14: There's nothing for this, and there's not that sure and
- 1:29:11Speaker 14: this were and there's not I'm pure and this.
- 1:29:14Speaker 2: Were well for stock film doctor were.
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: Start.
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:29:23Speaker 2: Wow, if I saw they didn't even get to the chorus,
- 1:29:26Speaker 2: is that a corpse or so? I thought, Oh that
- 1:29:28Speaker 2: eighty year old man.
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: They're trying to match the tone. I see what they're
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: trying to go for it.
- 1:29:31Speaker 2: I don't even know. Yeah, but I listened to other
- 1:29:34Speaker 2: owl clips.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: They're basically yes, okay, okay, I guess Gary Busey Okay, yes,
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: I think he's with it enough. I agree that it
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: sounds like yeah, i'd say William Shatner, but he would.
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: Be singing there's nothing. It's supposedly a singer by the
- 1:29:52Speaker 2: name of Billy Ray Cyrus. What Breaky Heart, Billy Ray Ciris,
- 1:29:57Speaker 2: Old Town Road, Billy Ray Cyrus for the kids out there.
- 1:30:01Speaker 5: I saw the video of him talking recently. He doesn't
- 1:30:03Speaker 5: sound good.
- 1:30:04Speaker 2: That's why I said, welfare check, there's something wrong with him.
- 1:30:07Speaker 4: I can't remember the last time I saw him perform somewhere.
- 1:30:11Speaker 4: It was disturbing. It was so bad.
- 1:30:14Speaker 2: Wow by Cyrus.
- 1:30:18Speaker 12: Oh you can tell your friends.
- 1:30:24Speaker 2: Miley Cyrus, dad, don't come on and bring Elizabeth now. Yeah,
- 1:30:34Speaker 2: he's got a supernatural looking he's just worn out from all.
- 1:30:37Speaker 4: The banging, you know, and.
- 1:30:41Speaker 19: All night.
- 1:30:42Speaker 4: Yeah. Wow, disturbing.
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: I can't believe people still watch the Mask Singer. That
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: seems to be like an idea, like it would have
- 1:30:49Speaker 1: been fun for Like they do a special episode every
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: once in a while where they can like you know,
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: cobble together like three or four really good celebrities and
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: they bring it back. Is like a special like the
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: McRib like every once in a while.
- 1:31:01Speaker 14: Yeah.
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's like to do it to do it
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: all the time. Just yeah, and then people still watch it.
- 1:31:08Speaker 2: I think it's I think it's elderly and young kids
- 1:31:10Speaker 2: because it's all it's the fun costumes, the bright lights. Well,
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: thank you very much.
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: The week in audio, take a quick break more Woody
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: Show's next hang.
- 1:31:27Speaker 2: Valentine's Day is Saturday.
- 1:31:30Speaker 1: According to some new numbers, only one in three unmarried
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: adults between the ages of twenty two and thirty five,
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: which is the majority of people listening to this show,
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: we are actively dating only one in three. Yeah, two
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: out of three. Nothing going on, not alone, you're not alone?
- 1:31:47Speaker 17: Makes sense.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: Eighty six percent said they expect to get married at
- 1:31:51Speaker 1: some point.
- 1:31:53Speaker 4: Most people do.
- 1:31:53Speaker 2: I think when ask.
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: What's the most romantic thing someone can do for them,
- 1:31:58Speaker 1: women listening romantic away, while men say they prefer hugs
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: and kisses, Do they.
- 1:32:04Speaker 4: What they? Yeah?
- 1:32:06Speaker 2: Like, how about you just touch me?
- 1:32:08Speaker 20: Yeah?
- 1:32:09Speaker 7: Yeah, just show that you're interested if you're what I
- 1:32:12Speaker 7: was going to ask, like, with this demography that you're
- 1:32:15Speaker 7: talking about, so what is it?
- 1:32:17Speaker 2: Truly is it? Uh? Women's standards are way too high.
- 1:32:20Speaker 2: Our guys are just like, you know, not even trying anymore.
- 1:32:24Speaker 6: Well, nobody's trying, I thought, because everyone's just chilling online
- 1:32:27Speaker 6: and doing whatever.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: What's the true reason.
- 1:32:29Speaker 4: How do you meet people now online?
- 1:32:32Speaker 2: Oh wait, I did see something about that hold on
- 1:32:34Speaker 2: dating stance.
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: Okay, twenty two percent of single women say the mall
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: is the best place to meet somebody.
- 1:32:39Speaker 3: Man.
- 1:32:40Speaker 2: Yeah, the mall. Yeah, is a social place.
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: And according to a different study, one in four people
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: won't date someone if they have a pet.
- 1:32:50Speaker 2: Oh wow, that'll do it, Okay, deal breaker? All right,
- 1:32:53Speaker 2: that's weird. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know what
- 1:32:55Speaker 2: it would be. It's the combination all these things, more
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: online time, later in life, career stuff. And I, like
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: I said a long time ago, at.
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: Money I've got this is expensive.
- 1:33:07Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's but that goes against all of human
- 1:33:10Speaker 2: like all of history. Yeah, like the poor even right now,
- 1:33:14Speaker 2: the poorest people in the world have the most kids
- 1:33:16Speaker 2: and get married the earliest, and even like, well.
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: They have the most kids because it's if they're poor,
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: nothing else to do, that's just free, Yeah, hanging home
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: and bang.
- 1:33:26Speaker 2: It's been the course and again today and all of
- 1:33:28Speaker 2: human history. You get married earlier and you have more kids,
- 1:33:30Speaker 2: the poorer you are.
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: Yeah, the average date now costs about one hundred and
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: eighty nine dollars.
- 1:33:35Speaker 8: Yeah, well you guys are doing.
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: That's a twelve percent increase from the same time last year.
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: Why not accurate because I would never spend that much
- 1:33:43Speaker 2: on a date if I were like an average date.
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: No way, Okay, dinner, I remember the first time I
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: spent one hundred dollars and a dinner animalst bank even
- 1:33:52Speaker 2: as like chili.
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: I'm say one hundred dollars now is a different than
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: one hundred dollars five years ago.
- 1:33:56Speaker 2: It's true, Oh, venics, I had dinner at a sugar
- 1:33:59Speaker 2: Factory restaurant ooh, which is the night rash out. If
- 1:34:02Speaker 2: you've ever been Sugar facts, they've hated that Instagrammable exactly.
- 1:34:06Speaker 2: It's an Instagram chain where like jaw Rule and Pitbull, Like,
- 1:34:13Speaker 2: what are you there for?
- 1:34:14Speaker 26: I was?
- 1:34:14Speaker 2: It was at the Resources World in Queens Nice. Yeah,
- 1:34:17Speaker 2: it's a national restaurant. It's a national chain.
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: The numbers say that the average person spends more than
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: two thousand dollars on dates per year, and the younger
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: crowd is actively going out on dates and spending an
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: average of two hundred and fifty two dollars on just
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: one date.
- 1:34:32Speaker 2: Wow, Well, if you're going to go to a concert,
- 1:34:34Speaker 2: I say maybe, yeah, it depends on what you're going
- 1:34:36Speaker 2: to do for this date. That's that's you're talking about
- 1:34:38Speaker 2: a date. He's saying, how much is a movie?
- 1:34:39Speaker 11: Now?
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: I haven't been to a movie in a billion years,
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: and the times that I have recently, my wife has
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: purchased the tickets on that.
- 1:34:45Speaker 2: I've made no idea, depending on the time and day, obviously,
- 1:34:50Speaker 2: but yeah, average twenty Yeah.
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: Then you're doing snacks there fortner.
- 1:34:54Speaker 4: Before yep, another forty bucks.
- 1:34:57Speaker 2: Thousand dollars.
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: People on average budgeting two hundred dollars for Valentine's Day?
- 1:35:03Speaker 2: How much two hundred? Like flowers in a card?
- 1:35:06Speaker 16: Is flowers?
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: If you're planning on giving the love of your life
- 1:35:11Speaker 1: lingerie for Valentine's Day? Menace my favorite medace and I
- 1:35:15Speaker 1: we goof on laundry all the time. It's like, I
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: don't I know, there's a lot of dudes who are
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: just manny.
- 1:35:21Speaker 2: They get rotted up. Yeah, I get it.
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: A chicken laingdree, Okay, fine, it's I don't hate it,
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: but it's a weight to me. If you're saying, like
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: all right, I'm gonna go out and I'm gonna buy
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: this laundry. I'm gonna tell you that it's a waste
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: of time. Like my wife is offered, She's like, oh
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: you want me to go? Who cares?
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 1:35:38Speaker 1: Take off your Wizard of Oz sweatshirt and let's go.
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: Good enough, you know what I mean? Like, it's like, uh,
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: people that spend all that money up, what are those
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: really fancy greeting cards? Gregs? But there's something that was
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: carved out of wood. Due to the front of it,
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: real flowers.
- 1:36:00Speaker 2: They're like super super thick in the envelope and you
- 1:36:02Speaker 2: get a hummingbird stand And even if I'm sure that
- 1:36:05Speaker 2: I know her size, waste whatever laundry I buy will
- 1:36:07Speaker 2: be the wrong Sideyeah.
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: Because it's not a gift card in that card, you
- 1:36:10Speaker 1: just you spend the money on the gift card they
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: put inside of a ninety.
- 1:36:13Speaker 2: Nine cent card. Yeah, that's good, like ten bucks.
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: Yeah, the same thing lingerie, Like why spending all this
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: money on wrapping paper that people just tear off? Like
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: you're spending all this money on lingerie for it to
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: be on for how long?
- 1:36:24Speaker 5: It's cute though it makes her feel hot, then.
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: She should get it for herself her. Yeah yeah, yeah
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: yeah when medicine. I say that, like, if you want
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: to get it, great if it's for you or for
- 1:36:35Speaker 1: something like that, but like you're not, it's not necessary.
- 1:36:38Speaker 5: I get what you're saying.
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: Yeah, we're trying to save our women money here.
- 1:36:42Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: See two thirds women have been given lingerie by a guy,
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: and almost half admit that they've worn.
- 1:36:47Speaker 2: It once or not at all.
- 1:36:49Speaker 8: Yeah, stuff I've never worn.
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: Have you been given lingerie?
- 1:36:53Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:36:54Speaker 2: Yeah, multi time? Is that no common thing?
- 1:36:56Speaker 8: You've never been given?
- 1:36:57Speaker 3: No?
- 1:36:58Speaker 11: I have?
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: You know, it's interesting every time we have one of
- 1:37:01Speaker 1: these for the ladies questions, it's always yes, Gina, yes, Morgan, yes,
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: every other person more.
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: And then you get to Sammy it's like nah she is, yeah,
- 1:37:12Speaker 2: well then we can make the way okay.
- 1:37:14Speaker 7: I I'd love to know the Morgan situation with the
- 1:37:18Speaker 7: Is it like some weird online giving it to you
- 1:37:20Speaker 7: and ask you where.
- 1:37:21Speaker 9: I've had real relationships? Think it's pretty common. Yeah, I
- 1:37:26Speaker 9: got his gift. I've had a girlfriend that was one
- 1:37:28Speaker 9: of my best friends gave it to me one time.
- 1:37:30Speaker 2: Okay, that's cool, that's what it's a cliche gift.
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: I mean it's it's same with like flowers chocolate lingerie
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: for Valentine's Day where you open the box and you
- 1:37:39Speaker 1: hold it up to that little nighting thing.
- 1:37:41Speaker 9: Yeah, but I will say now things are changing style wise,
- 1:37:45Speaker 9: like you can wear a lingerie brawler top with an
- 1:37:47Speaker 9: outfitsh like some nice pants.
- 1:37:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: Some girl did that at the Diplo show that I
- 1:37:52Speaker 2: was at too. Yeah, she just like was wearing lingerie.
- 1:37:57Speaker 10: It was hot.
- 1:37:57Speaker 5: Yeah, thank you. Yeah, yeah, I have a ton It
- 1:37:59Speaker 5: does and get worn though, like.
- 1:38:01Speaker 2: When you just wear it brad, But yeah, that's a
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: good look professional.
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: Right here you go, guys, one more thing here for
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: and then and then a little go. According to the numbers,
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: what do women find to be the most attractive trait
- 1:38:16Speaker 1: in a man?
- 1:38:17Speaker 2: Humor wallet? Well, yeah, are we discount We're going to
- 1:38:20Speaker 2: say humor and personality.
- 1:38:21Speaker 5: But while it is the answer, not for everyone. I
- 1:38:27Speaker 5: would say humor and he humor and height.
- 1:38:29Speaker 8: For me, yeah, I would say humor and eyes like.
- 1:38:33Speaker 2: For you, like, what do you I think? But I
- 1:38:35Speaker 2: think I'm speaking for if you're going to speak for
- 1:38:37Speaker 2: all women, humor and eyes, humor and eyes, eyes.
- 1:38:41Speaker 8: All women you hear that all the time.
- 1:38:44Speaker 5: I'd say, humor and money for all women.
- 1:38:45Speaker 1: Okay, um, humor, Well, it's not looks. I can tell
- 1:38:50Speaker 1: you that it's finances. Well, now here's the specific specific
- 1:39:00Speaker 1: financial stability, so it's not necessarily loaded.
- 1:39:04Speaker 2: But financial stability.
- 1:39:06Speaker 6: I've always heard said that you don't need to take
- 1:39:09Speaker 6: care of me, but you do need to take care
- 1:39:10Speaker 6: of you. I'm not a babysitter. But to get away
- 1:39:14Speaker 6: around that is to be tall and good looking.
- 1:39:19Speaker 2: As hell. There's also an age cutoff for guys. If
- 1:39:21Speaker 2: you are a hot, tall guy, you do not have
- 1:39:25Speaker 2: to be even decently well, you know, you could be
- 1:39:27Speaker 2: living in your mom's basement.
- 1:39:29Speaker 1: Up till about the age of twenty seven, seventy four
- 1:39:31Speaker 1: percent said financial stability is the most attractive trait when dating.
- 1:39:35Speaker 1: They also asked the ladies when it comes to money,
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: what are some other red flags or dating deal breakers?
- 1:39:39Speaker 1: Forty five percent of the women they talk to said,
- 1:39:42Speaker 1: when someone expects you to pay for the date, deal breaker.
- 1:39:47Speaker 13: But I believe a deal breaker.
- 1:39:49Speaker 1: I am not.
- 1:39:50Speaker 13: Okay, I said that I will take note of that, and.
- 1:39:58Speaker 2: So that's true.
- 1:39:59Speaker 13: On the first date. Yes, I will take note of that.
- 1:40:01Speaker 15: If that goes along with a bunch of other things said,
- 1:40:04Speaker 15: that will be a second date.
- 1:40:06Speaker 1: Absolutely listen to what it said the ascilatis. When it
- 1:40:08Speaker 1: comes to money, what are the other red flags slash
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: dating deal burgers? So maybe not a deal breaker, but
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: you just mentioned it's a red flag. I take notes,
- 1:40:16Speaker 1: and I.
- 1:40:16Speaker 13: Mentioned that because I have done that and I continue
- 1:40:19Speaker 13: to date that person and I should not have.
- 1:40:21Speaker 8: Yeah, I guess that's the reason.
- 1:40:24Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:40:24Speaker 1: So when it comes to money, one of the other
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: red flags dating deal burgers. So when they expect you
- 1:40:28Speaker 1: to pay for the date, forty said someone with unstable employment,
- 1:40:32Speaker 1: That makes sense, forty two percent said someone with bad
- 1:40:34Speaker 1: spending habits and Tyler, and the thirty four percent said
- 1:40:38Speaker 1: someone with a credit card debt, like, don't bring that
- 1:40:41Speaker 1: in here.
- 1:40:41Speaker 8: Yeah, no, I totally agree. I'm shocked.
- 1:40:43Speaker 6: One of it wasn't like trying to like finagle his
- 1:40:46Speaker 6: way into your house after a first date, like.
- 1:40:49Speaker 8: Oh, actually to come over for a can I just
- 1:40:51Speaker 8: see your place?
- 1:40:52Speaker 2: Nor smooth ways to do that?
- 1:40:55Speaker 7: Yeah, I mean Morgan, up until recently, you love dating losers.
- 1:40:58Speaker 7: I did you look past all that stuff?
- 1:41:00Speaker 17: I really did?
- 1:41:01Speaker 9: And he has a point tall and hot. This one
- 1:41:04Speaker 9: guy we went to my place after going out. He
- 1:41:07Speaker 9: asked to shower in my apartment.
- 1:41:09Speaker 2: He was yeah, but he was but again, how old
- 1:41:13Speaker 2: were you?
- 1:41:14Speaker 4: How old was he?
- 1:41:14Speaker 20: Oh?
- 1:41:15Speaker 5: This is probably I don't know, five six years.
- 1:41:17Speaker 2: Exactly to a certain age. It's perfectly accept right. So
- 1:41:24Speaker 2: a lot of.
- 1:41:26Speaker 1: A lot of I would say love songs are cheesy,
- 1:41:32Speaker 1: but I take issue with a lot of the songs
- 1:41:34Speaker 1: that made this list. There was a write up online
- 1:41:39Speaker 1: grunge dot Com, which I wasn't familiar with, but they
- 1:41:41Speaker 1: say so many possibilities come to mind when you start
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: recalling the corny rock songs of the eighties. Okay, most
- 1:41:48Speaker 1: of them come in the form of power ballads that
- 1:41:50Speaker 1: tried to fuse heavy backing tracks with romantic lyrics about
- 1:41:54Speaker 1: love and heartbreak. Unfortunately, many bands of the era pulled
- 1:41:58Speaker 1: these songs out of the bit of corniness. I don't
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: think you're gonna like some of the songs they have
- 1:42:04Speaker 1: on this list. I mean, like, I think, because you
- 1:42:07Speaker 1: love the songs, right, we're gonna be mad, You're gonna
- 1:42:09Speaker 1: be You're gonna be.
- 1:42:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:42:12Speaker 1: So to qualify a song as being corny, we consider
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: the lyrical content that was either sickly sweet, overly dramatic,
- 1:42:19Speaker 1: or just downright silly. We also factored in the musical
- 1:42:23Speaker 1: accompaniment many times, making the songs feel too much like
- 1:42:26Speaker 1: adult contemporary music instead of rock and roll, and the
- 1:42:29Speaker 1: vocals were forced and added layers of embarrassing sludge to
- 1:42:33Speaker 1: the mix. It added extra points to the songs corniness Factory.
- 1:42:38Speaker 2: All right's the the first song they have on their
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: list is this one from point.
- 1:42:46Speaker 23: The great.
- 1:42:48Speaker 14: Sucking.
- 1:42:52Speaker 2: The lyrics are I'll give you, I'll give you.
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: Part of the write up. Alright, here's part of the
- 1:42:59Speaker 1: write up.
- 1:43:00Speaker 2: Are you kidding me? With this seventh grade poetry? Thank you?
- 1:43:03Speaker 1: Poison dropped this jangly ballad on the world in nineteen
- 1:43:06Speaker 1: eighty eight and became the band's only number one hit.
- 1:43:09Speaker 1: Which that's the part that thought like unskinny Bop was
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: another big one. Yeah, I mean they had other songs,
- 1:43:13Speaker 1: but I thought that I remember that one being all
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: over the radio. So yeah, it's an amazing feat considering
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: the hackneyed sentiment and seraphy delivery, including the defeated sigh
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: at the beginning. If the best you can do is
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: the line just like every cowboy sings a sad, sad song.
- 1:43:29Speaker 1: Every rose has its thorn. You might want to refresh
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: your thesaurus. Being a love song that has every gen
- 1:43:36Speaker 1: X or crying into their coffee doesn't make this tune
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: any less corny.
- 1:43:41Speaker 2: You can't both be right.
- 1:43:42Speaker 8: It's a great song and it's corny.
- 1:43:44Speaker 4: And you could tarse any lyric.
- 1:43:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm not going full corny.
- 1:43:47Speaker 1: I'm not going full corny. Ok Yeah, Okay, it's corny.
- 1:43:52Speaker 1: It's it's on the scale.
- 1:43:54Speaker 2: But like, why did poison do?
- 1:43:55Speaker 3: That?
- 1:43:55Speaker 4: Wasn't corny? Okay?
- 1:43:56Speaker 2: You also have to remember a twenty four year old
- 1:43:58Speaker 2: Brett Michaels wrote that song. He wasn't Shakespeare. Okay, So
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: uh we're talking full corny, no menaces, no, yes, y, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes,
- 1:44:11Speaker 2: all right absolutely, I guarantee you there's a billion times
- 1:44:14Speaker 2: worse on Okay.
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: Next on their list corniest rock songs of the eighties
- 1:44:21Speaker 1: this one. Back in nineteen eighty two, They say, when
- 1:44:28Speaker 1: everyone was settling for whatever, rock anthem came rolling out
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: of the music industry. This goofy ode to summoning strength
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: in the face of adversity gave Rocky three a number
- 1:44:38Speaker 1: one hit theme Saw, but does the idea of the
- 1:44:42Speaker 1: eye of the tiger really apply to anyone's life?
- 1:44:44Speaker 2: Has anyone ever written into a.
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: High school yearbook or jotted it datas encouragement and that
- 1:44:49Speaker 1: you can do it?
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: Greeting card? Of course?
- 1:44:52Speaker 1: Not just how corny is this chugging slab of rock
- 1:44:56Speaker 1: and roll. Revisiting the line hanging tough, staying hungry describing
- 1:45:02Speaker 1: just a man and his will to survive tells you everything?
- 1:45:06Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:45:07Speaker 5: I disagree.
- 1:45:07Speaker 8: Yeah, this song rules.
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: I say, not corny, but extremely extremely overplayed where it's
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: lost its luster. All right, it's easy to call this
- 1:45:17Speaker 2: corny now because it's been around.
- 1:45:19Speaker 1: I'm saying, hella corny. Really, I don't like the song
- 1:45:24Speaker 1: only in the context of the movie.
- 1:45:26Speaker 2: Do I like this song?
- 1:45:26Speaker 1: But when when I hear it on these like oldies
- 1:45:30Speaker 1: stations like the or whatever, they call it classic kids
- 1:45:33Speaker 1: stations like Nope, it's an immediate punch out.
- 1:45:35Speaker 8: No, I get that, But is it corny?
- 1:45:37Speaker 6: I don't think so. I think it's motivational. I think
- 1:45:40Speaker 6: people who work out and need to pump themselves up.
- 1:45:42Speaker 6: I think they listen to it. Unironically. I don't think
- 1:45:44Speaker 6: it's corny.
- 1:45:45Speaker 1: Corniest rock Songs of the eighties. Next on their list,
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: This is Europe the Final Countdown. Their argument says, for
- 1:46:01Speaker 1: metal kids looking to bang their heads to something with
- 1:46:04Speaker 1: deeper meaning, it might have seen like a keen fusion
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: of sci fi and hard rock. Listen to it now
- 1:46:10Speaker 1: and you'll see just how clumsy an attempt at addressing
- 1:46:12Speaker 1: existential dread really is.
- 1:46:14Speaker 4: It really is.
- 1:46:16Speaker 1: Yes, it did reach one billion YouTube used thanks to
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: a Geico commercial thirty years after it was released.
- 1:46:22Speaker 2: Oh, thanks to rest developments.
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: The only thing the song has going for it is
- 1:46:27Speaker 1: the opening synth now used as cinema needle drop shorthand
- 1:46:32Speaker 1: for oh Snap, something big is about to go down.
- 1:46:37Speaker 1: And then even that, it's about as chintzy as a
- 1:46:39Speaker 1: rock song can get. Yeah, they're thinking this one, this
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: is all ironic.
- 1:46:45Speaker 8: Really well, this is corny.
- 1:46:46Speaker 3: Now.
- 1:46:46Speaker 8: The question, like Cebe says, is it supposed to be?
- 1:46:49Speaker 2: I think it's comedic? Any like comedic is because it's
- 1:46:53Speaker 2: like Blades of Glory sites because it's been applied to that.
- 1:46:57Speaker 2: Or did Europe release it with that intent? Of course
- 1:47:00Speaker 2: not no, nor nature. But I don't think people even
- 1:47:04Speaker 2: I think it it went away. People even recognized that
- 1:47:06Speaker 2: it existed for so long until it got used ironically,
- 1:47:11Speaker 2: I think I'm saying full corn.
- 1:47:13Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, like corn stool corn yeah, shows up like
- 1:47:17Speaker 1: Europe Final Countdown, shows up in your don.
- 1:47:19Speaker 4: Didn't realize it was sci fi Yeah.
- 1:47:22Speaker 2: Yeah, fulls Yeah. It's mad but enjoyable. And here she goes, well, well.
- 1:47:33Speaker 15: Yeah, I love this song and you guys are going
- 1:47:35Speaker 15: to make fun of me for why too.
- 1:47:36Speaker 13: But there was a team that did this in competition
- 1:47:40Speaker 13: for cheer and they totally nailed it. They did triple
- 1:47:43Speaker 13: tiktoks at the beginning. It was ridiculous.
- 1:47:44Speaker 15: They got first place at Nationals, and I think of
- 1:47:46Speaker 15: that every time I hear the song, and so I
- 1:47:48Speaker 15: think of champions when.
- 1:47:49Speaker 13: I hear this song.
- 1:47:50Speaker 2: Oh my god, you can see Morgan just wants to
- 1:47:52Speaker 2: stuff you in your lockers so bad.
- 1:47:53Speaker 16: I love it.
- 1:47:55Speaker 1: Yeah, all right, so cornyist rock songs of the eighties. Again,
- 1:48:00Speaker 1: these are not our nominations. This was a right up
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: that I saw and I'm like, man, I like a
- 1:48:04Speaker 1: lot of these songs.
- 1:48:05Speaker 2: Uh, this is one that I do. I'm telling you
- 1:48:09Speaker 2: right now, this is not corn for me. What a
- 1:48:15Speaker 2: great song, harisp.
- 1:48:19Speaker 4: This is Rio Speedwagon.
- 1:48:22Speaker 2: Yeah, they say.
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: The keyboards that open this over rot ballad from rockers
- 1:48:26Speaker 1: Rio Speedwagen Speedwagon are the height of eighties synth sounds.
- 1:48:31Speaker 1: Lead singer Kevin Cronin pinches down his voice to dreadful
- 1:48:35Speaker 1: lyrics like It's time to bring the Ship into the shore.
- 1:48:40Speaker 2: The band was already established as.
- 1:48:42Speaker 1: A premium middle of the road rock act whose solid
- 1:48:44Speaker 1: material like Take It on the Run, that even come
- 1:48:47Speaker 1: up with a doozy of a rock ballad in the
- 1:48:48Speaker 1: form of keep On Loving You, so there is no
- 1:48:51Speaker 1: reason to pander to an audience looking for a softer sound,
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: and instead of nailing the formula, Rio Speedwagon ended up
- 1:48:58Speaker 1: making cheese the musical kind. Who is this hater paying
- 1:49:02Speaker 1: no attention to the fact that it became a number
- 1:49:04Speaker 1: one smash. It doesn't make them any less corny, Damn,
- 1:49:09Speaker 1: I'm saying not corn greg.
- 1:49:11Speaker 4: I think the lyrics are terrible if it if you
- 1:49:16Speaker 4: really examine them, It's almost like somebody who is about
- 1:49:20Speaker 4: to come out of the closet and then says, you
- 1:49:23Speaker 4: know what, I can't fight this feeling anymore. It will
- 1:49:27Speaker 4: get better, I gotta tell you do. I hate the
- 1:49:29Speaker 4: song no, but it is one hundred corn so is
- 1:49:34Speaker 4: Rio Speedwagger.
- 1:49:35Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:49:36Speaker 1: I mean, well, that was the argument that they were making,
- 1:49:38Speaker 1: is that they weren't corn Oh, they totally were, and
- 1:49:41Speaker 1: everybody knew it.
- 1:49:43Speaker 2: I mean, this is pretty corner.
- 1:49:46Speaker 8: You're both it's corny.
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: You're saying corn I love it.
- 1:49:49Speaker 5: I've never heard this before up, but I'm getting corny vibes.
- 1:49:54Speaker 2: I'm saying, not corny, Sammy, not corny corner. Ring the
- 1:49:57Speaker 2: ship to the shore and throw away the oars. By
- 1:50:02Speaker 2: the way, a boat has oars, it does a ship,
- 1:50:06Speaker 2: I don't think.
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: So.
- 1:50:10Speaker 2: Yeah, here, I'll give you brandish ones.
- 1:50:12Speaker 1: I'll give you one more. A lot of these are stinky,
- 1:50:14Speaker 1: pinky anthems. Dude, all right, last one on the rock
- 1:50:17Speaker 1: corniest rock songs of the eighties, Bad English. When I
- 1:50:27Speaker 1: See You Smile? Another one?
- 1:50:30Speaker 4: I love.
- 1:50:33Speaker 2: The great song. Their argument bad English?
- 1:50:37Speaker 1: Indeed, I'll get The lyrics may be grammatically correct, but
- 1:50:41Speaker 1: the execution of this power ballad is peak cringe. The
- 1:50:45Speaker 1: super group featured Neil Sean and Jonathan Kane of Journey fame,
- 1:50:50Speaker 1: and John Waite, who had already proven his solo career
- 1:50:53Speaker 1: with hits like Missing You. All of that pedigree was
- 1:50:56Speaker 1: distilled into this clunky attempt at a love song that
- 1:50:59Speaker 1: gave us the wincing inducing chorus when I see you smile,
- 1:51:03Speaker 1: I see a ray of light, Oh see it shining
- 1:51:07Speaker 1: right through the rain. If Hallmark had an AI engine
- 1:51:11Speaker 1: that resembled greeting card text reassembled greeting card texts from
- 1:51:15Speaker 1: grade school Valentine's, it could do a better job.
- 1:51:19Speaker 4: Yeah, that's a good assessment.
- 1:51:25Speaker 2: I'll be honest. I did not commit this song to memory.
- 1:51:27Speaker 4: I do not know the song.
- 1:51:28Speaker 8: Yeh wow, you can face.
- 1:51:30Speaker 2: The hook though, that's crazy.
- 1:51:41Speaker 1: I don't know either, all right, So you guys take
- 1:51:45Speaker 1: a break from the bony because you've never heard it.
- 1:51:47Speaker 2: Have you heard this song before?
- 1:51:48Speaker 3: More?
- 1:51:48Speaker 5: But I can face the world.
- 1:51:51Speaker 2: Yeah not corn, Greg.
- 1:51:57Speaker 4: That's full corn. And that's what girls like. Bands that
- 1:52:00Speaker 4: looked like that made me angry, Greg, I don't know
- 1:52:04Speaker 4: they like K pop.
- 1:52:04Speaker 2: Guys who look like that. Yes, true, women like women.
- 1:52:07Speaker 4: That's very I mean I know who those people know,
- 1:52:10Speaker 4: the generic leather and long hair and just guyliner. If
- 1:52:14Speaker 4: I knew Gina back in high school, i'd be mad
- 1:52:16Speaker 4: that you were into that.
- 1:52:17Speaker 2: That's where you guys hate cool stuff. I know, right, Look,
- 1:52:20Speaker 2: we like Lesbian's but totally not like some sort of
- 1:52:25Speaker 2: version of that fun songs.
- 1:52:27Speaker 1: See now, I want to hear a lot of these songs. No,
- 1:52:31Speaker 1: not I the Tiger. I would hear r E. S.
- 1:52:34Speaker 1: B Wagon, the Bad English Dude. Every bros Has its thorn.
- 1:52:40Speaker 2: Show.
- 1:52:42Speaker 1: Now this guy he's got it all figured out. This
- 1:52:46Speaker 1: guy has really got life figured out. This guy's nailed
- 1:52:49Speaker 1: the game. But let me get the clip here.
- 1:52:52Speaker 2: I don't know this.
- 1:52:53Speaker 1: It was a show, uh, one of these like you
- 1:52:57Speaker 1: know reality shows where there's thrupples, you know, like it's
- 1:53:01Speaker 1: like one dude, two chicks, two chicks, nice hot. Yeah, Now,
- 1:53:05Speaker 1: this guy's really figured out how to make it all work.
- 1:53:07Speaker 2: Our schedule for sex is that there is no schedule
- 1:53:10Speaker 2: for sex.
- 1:53:11Speaker 19: I am a stay at home dad in our household.
- 1:53:14Speaker 19: The women are the breadwinners. That's that's the way we
- 1:53:18Speaker 19: run things here.
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: That's nice, right, That's Greg's not to be a stay
- 1:53:22Speaker 1: at home dad necessarily, but he wants to be a
- 1:53:25Speaker 1: house husbands.
- 1:53:26Speaker 8: Two chicks working, two chicks out there working in our household.
- 1:53:30Speaker 19: The women are the breadwinners. That's that's the way we
- 1:53:33Speaker 19: run things here. That's the way we like it to
- 1:53:35Speaker 19: be structured.
- 1:53:36Speaker 27: Nick is a trophy husband, if you will, we prefer
- 1:53:40Speaker 27: it that way, honestly.
- 1:53:41Speaker 5: Like I would go crazy if I was at the
- 1:53:43Speaker 5: house all the time.
- 1:53:45Speaker 27: And I pride my cell phone being a breadwinner. And
- 1:53:48Speaker 27: Jenny's right there with me. I am a manager at
- 1:53:52Speaker 27: an organization company. Jen is management in an IT company.
- 1:53:56Speaker 27: Jen and I make more than enough money by ourselves.
- 1:54:00Speaker 2: Yeah, we don't want that.
- 1:54:02Speaker 1: Let me just yeah, so they they can each support
- 1:54:05Speaker 1: the household on just one of them, but now they
- 1:54:08Speaker 1: have it's it's a double income.
- 1:54:10Speaker 4: Yeah, double income, but three people, right. Yeah.
- 1:54:13Speaker 1: And this dude, it's just like he's they show him cooking,
- 1:54:16Speaker 1: write a book. Dude, Look how happy he looks.
- 1:54:19Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, he's psyche laying down the rules and then
- 1:54:21Speaker 2: he brings this up to let me just.
- 1:54:23Speaker 19: Say this, right, if you look at a chessboard, the
- 1:54:26Speaker 19: king doesn't really move much. He just moves the square,
- 1:54:29Speaker 19: and meanwhile the queen she's all over the board game.
- 1:54:33Speaker 2: The queen's got all the power.
- 1:54:34Speaker 4: The king just kind of holds courts. See.
- 1:54:37Speaker 1: That's the that's the piece that I've been missing, girl.
- 1:54:41Speaker 1: I'm the king, I'm the can of the castle. Like
- 1:54:45Speaker 1: I don't move much. Have you played chess? You make
- 1:54:48Speaker 1: all the moves, do your thing, take out all these pawns.
- 1:54:52Speaker 2: Looks, Gene, I'm feeling that you're not into this.
- 1:54:56Speaker 8: If it was, no, I liked it until he got
- 1:54:59Speaker 8: into his exp.
- 1:55:00Speaker 4: Oh no, that's good.
- 1:55:02Speaker 2: Don't move much. Square at a time, I thought you
- 1:55:04Speaker 2: like hockey.
- 1:55:05Speaker 6: Guys, I don't know, well, I mean not that kind's
- 1:55:09Speaker 6: willing to stay home with the kid.
- 1:55:11Speaker 8: I'll do just about anything else.
- 1:55:12Speaker 2: Delicious. Oh yeah, I know feels amazing.
- 1:55:21Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you. And time to bring in the love
- 1:55:30Speaker 1: of our life, Greg. I'm maybe mine. I mean Greg's
- 1:55:34Speaker 1: got like Greg's got like sexual lust.
- 1:55:39Speaker 20: Life.
- 1:55:39Speaker 4: Mine I mean I have eyes.
- 1:55:40Speaker 2: Mine is a mine is just like a deep love.
- 1:55:44Speaker 2: You know.
- 1:55:44Speaker 1: Since Valentine's Day is the theme for this throwback Thursday,
- 1:55:48Speaker 1: he is the pride of a coma. He is the
- 1:55:50Speaker 1: senior vice president and the managing partner of Club Turn
- 1:55:52Speaker 1: Up El presidente himself DJ Tim Martin.
- 1:56:00Speaker 2: Are we all just are we all just in love?
- 1:56:02Speaker 1: In this room somewhere the team has has rubbed off
- 1:56:07Speaker 1: on everybody. Yeah, as we've been rubbing off on each other.
- 1:56:10Speaker 2: Yeah, Happy Valentine's Day. Everyone leading up to it, I said,
- 1:56:13Speaker 2: do you how long have you and your wife been married?
- 1:56:16Speaker 10: We are now going on actually, oh, shoot twenty five
- 1:56:19Speaker 10: years this year.
- 1:56:21Speaker 2: When's the anniversary? That's hope, not tomorrow June ninth, June night.
- 1:56:26Speaker 2: You got you got to wow, Wait a minute, I
- 1:56:29Speaker 2: have to figure this out. Yeah, I mean it's cool.
- 1:56:32Speaker 2: I gotta I gotta bounce back from the initial proposal
- 1:56:39Speaker 2: for sure, because I think I told you the story
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: was at Chili's. Oh yeah, it was in super sexy.
- 1:56:45Speaker 10: But I think I'm gonna come back on this.
- 1:56:47Speaker 1: What do you think that on a scale one to
- 1:56:49Speaker 1: ten greg for a proposal at Chile's.
- 1:56:52Speaker 2: Yeah, you're not. I get it. I get it.
- 1:56:56Speaker 4: I get it?
- 1:56:57Speaker 1: And how and how did that happen? For everybody who
- 1:56:59Speaker 1: doesn't know the story?
- 1:56:59Speaker 2: But how did that? How did that happen? Again that
- 1:57:01Speaker 2: you ended up proposing at Chili's.
- 1:57:02Speaker 10: Well, the ring was burning in my pocket for probably
- 1:57:06Speaker 10: a good two weeks.
- 1:57:08Speaker 2: Trying to figure it out. I was super young. I
- 1:57:10Speaker 2: was like, man, what do I do?
- 1:57:12Speaker 28: And now, I mean nowadays, it's like so extravagant. Right
- 1:57:15Speaker 28: right back in the day, was like, oh, just come
- 1:57:17Speaker 28: up with something nice.
- 1:57:18Speaker 2: Whatever. So anyway, our thing though was to go to
- 1:57:22Speaker 2: the bar at Chili's. Is that Chili still there?
- 1:57:25Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:57:26Speaker 2: Northridge?
- 1:57:31Speaker 10: So so it was so so that was our thing,
- 1:57:35Speaker 10: like two to three times a week.
- 1:57:38Speaker 8: Damn.
- 1:57:38Speaker 28: We were just going hang out, watch a watch a
- 1:57:41Speaker 28: game in the bar what not. Anyway, so Lakers were
- 1:57:44Speaker 28: in the playoffs.
- 1:57:44Speaker 2: I was like, well, I'll just put it in there
- 1:57:47Speaker 2: just in case something comes up.
- 1:57:49Speaker 11: Whatever.
- 1:57:50Speaker 2: So I'm like, yeah, we want to go see a
- 1:57:51Speaker 2: Laker game.
- 1:57:52Speaker 10: She was like, yeah, of course, let's go to Chili's.
- 1:57:53Speaker 28: I'm like, of course, we're gonna go to Chili Yeah.
- 1:57:55Speaker 28: And then I then I just like I jumped the
- 1:57:58Speaker 28: gun and I was just like, dang.
- 1:58:00Speaker 2: This and it was like did you get down on
- 1:58:02Speaker 2: your knees and Chili?
- 1:58:03Speaker 12: I did not?
- 1:58:04Speaker 2: You didn't, Okay, just right there at the table over
- 1:58:08Speaker 2: the fatas. Yeah, how many marks deep were you?
- 1:58:11Speaker 3: I mean?
- 1:58:12Speaker 28: Well, then it was like so crowded and it was
- 1:58:14Speaker 28: like we really didn't even have a seat. So it
- 1:58:16Speaker 28: was like we just ended up leaving like we had
- 1:58:18Speaker 28: like a shot. And then was like you want to
- 1:58:20Speaker 28: get out of here, like we gotta go tell her
- 1:58:21Speaker 28: our parents.
- 1:58:22Speaker 2: Yeah, oh you're just standing in the gym.
- 1:58:25Speaker 8: Yeah, did everyone like notice around them and you, But
- 1:58:29Speaker 8: it wasn't It.
- 1:58:30Speaker 2: Wasn't a thing I gotta do bad, I gotta do. Yeah.
- 1:58:34Speaker 1: So what do you think you'll do for the twenty
- 1:58:35Speaker 1: fifth anniversary? Oh?
- 1:58:37Speaker 3: Man?
- 1:58:38Speaker 1: And any advice for the people who are either just
- 1:58:40Speaker 1: getting married or like maybe kind of going through like
- 1:58:43Speaker 1: how did they get to be uh, you know, married
- 1:58:45Speaker 1: twenty five years without without killing each other?
- 1:58:47Speaker 8: Like what can you do?
- 1:58:48Speaker 2: Skyriding yet? Maybe you can write something in the sky
- 1:58:50Speaker 2: sky ride heart. Yeah, I don't know. I mean it's
- 1:58:54Speaker 2: supposed to.
- 1:58:54Speaker 8: Be this silver anniversary apparently.
- 1:58:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I think maybe a trip. What's that place that
- 1:58:59Speaker 1: you guys like to go to down.
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: You?
- 1:59:03Speaker 1: Oh no, he drives, no, dude, he drives all the
- 1:59:06Speaker 1: way down to and yeah, yeah he's got that place
- 1:59:10Speaker 1: like uh, he's got that place where it's like the
- 1:59:12Speaker 1: lobsters and the shrimps. Yeah, you send me pictures of it.
- 1:59:16Speaker 1: I was like, man, that does look good because I
- 1:59:17Speaker 1: thought it was crazy for you know, driving all the
- 1:59:20Speaker 1: way down there.
- 1:59:20Speaker 2: It's also super easy to get the cobbo. It's like
- 1:59:23Speaker 2: Cobbo is like a hop, skip and a jump. That's
- 1:59:26Speaker 2: actually a good call. Ye do something like that, all right? Yeah,
- 1:59:29Speaker 2: don't figure it out, don't bring the kids you get
- 1:59:32Speaker 2: for van eyes? Yeah you know for real? You can
- 1:59:35Speaker 2: I forget what really? Yeah? Arrow jet Era a E
- 1:59:38Speaker 2: r Oh you can book seats on there? Yeah?
- 1:59:41Speaker 10: Rule.
- 1:59:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it's actually kind of cool.
- 1:59:43Speaker 1: Yeah, pro tip you should you should check that out.
- 1:59:45Speaker 1: But yeah, how do you get to be married for
- 1:59:47Speaker 1: twenty five years to him? O?
- 1:59:49Speaker 2: Man? I mean a lot?
- 1:59:51Speaker 10: Yeah, I mean just hang. You just got to find
- 1:59:54Speaker 10: the right you know, find the right one man like
- 1:59:56Speaker 10: she does.
- 1:59:56Speaker 2: She doesn't stress me out for nothing.
- 1:59:58Speaker 8: Oh nice, it's nice.
- 1:59:59Speaker 24: Just go.
- 2:00:00Speaker 8: You think you have to fight, you bang it out.
- 2:00:02Speaker 2: We don't really fight a lot.
- 2:00:04Speaker 1: It was it was there a time where it was like, uh,
- 2:00:07Speaker 1: you know where it was tough. You had to like
- 2:00:08Speaker 1: kind of like figure it out. Now you don't you
- 2:00:10Speaker 1: guys don't bother each other.
- 2:00:11Speaker 2: We don't bother you.
- 2:00:12Speaker 28: I think I think the only time like it was
- 2:00:15Speaker 28: like a thing and it wasn't that bad. But when
