- 0:00particularly in car wreck cases that
- 0:02people don't know that happens in a
- 0:04courtroom. We are not permitted to say
- 0:06whether or not there's car insurance.
- 0:08That attorney is paid for by the
- 0:10insurance company. We don't want any
- 0:13money from their pocket. Everybody is
- 0:15like super biased about all different
- 0:17things. All the police and the reason
- 0:18why obviously is because you want the
- 0:20police [music] to come out and do a
- 0:22crash report.
- 0:23>> Welcome to the Brian White Podcast.
- 0:25Thanks for tuning in.
- 0:26>> Welcome back to the Brian White Podcast.
- 0:29Where I am on episode two of well, it
- 0:32it's like number two uh
- 0:35of my podcast where I'm learning how to
- 0:37do a podcast at the same time as making
- 0:40a podcast. So, if it's not good, that's
- 0:42why, but um over time it'll get better.
- 0:45All three or four people that are
- 0:47watching this, what up dog? The three or
- 0:49four people that are watching this,
- 0:51well,
- 0:52uh a typical day at the attorney Brian
- 0:56White Law Firm, first off, it starts off
- 0:58early. So, um I typically wake up um
- 1:03early at about 5:30 a.m. Um and I I do
- 1:08uh cardio. Actually, I have a it's
- 1:10called a rebounder where you jump on it
- 1:14and apparently that's really good for
- 1:16you. Um when you jump, uh it's like uh
- 1:19causes um G-forces um to uh
- 1:24affect your body. So, like all all of
- 1:26your organs and everything, you you
- 1:28know, you're doing this rebounding. So,
- 1:30I do that from, you know, 5:30 to 5:45.
- 1:34Um and then um
- 1:36sometimes I will read um for, you know,
- 1:3930 minutes. Usually um some sort of
- 1:43philosophy, um something to um hopefully
- 1:48integrate into my day uh or into my week
- 1:51or even into my goals that I've set for
- 1:54that year.
- 1:55Um and then of course um I get ready for
- 1:58work. Um,
- 2:00I come into work. Uh,
- 2:02our office opens at 9:00, but I like to
- 2:05be here about 8:45 uh, so that I'm um,
- 2:09here before anyone shows up. And
- 2:13um,
- 2:14usually I like to do my creative work
- 2:17um, early. Um, I feel like if you do
- 2:20your creative work early, um, then you
- 2:23can do your more
- 2:25um, you know, paperwork heavy kind of
- 2:27activities like in the afternoon. But
- 2:30because the way the brain works is um,
- 2:33you know, creativity
- 2:35runs on glucose and you only have a
- 2:38certain amount per day and um, it's
- 2:41highest as as you wake up. So, I you
- 2:44know, I strategically
- 2:47um, make my
- 2:48creative projects in the morning. So,
- 2:52anyone who cares about what I do, um,
- 2:55you know, you
- 2:56every morning, um, I I think that
- 3:00um,
- 3:01that's
- 3:02uh,
- 3:03I don't know. Why don't you care about
- 3:04what you do in the morning, not what I
- 3:05do in the morning?
- 3:06>> Yeah, that's what I was going to say,
- 3:07too. Okay.
- 3:08>> that.
- 3:09>> The top
- 3:09>> that are that people
- 3:10>> The top uh, things as a personal injury
- 3:14lawyer, particularly in car wreck cases
- 3:17that people don't know that happens in a
- 3:20courtroom.
- 3:21The first thing is that people don't
- 3:24know that we are not permitted to say
- 3:26whether or not there's car insurance.
- 3:29So, we're dealing like so I'm dealing
- 3:31with a case and if we're in in the
- 3:32courtroom and we have the opposing side
- 3:35and it it it's a person and then they've
- 3:37got some attorney that's sitting next to
- 3:39them. And that attorney is free to make
- 3:42it sound like um, you know, we're going
- 3:46to hurt their life, we're going to
- 3:48affect their ability to do things.
- 3:52We are not permitted to say, "No, no,
- 3:53no.
- 3:54That attorney is paid for by the
- 3:56insurance company. None of the money
- 3:59from this case is going to come from
- 4:00that person's pocket. We don't want any
- 4:02money from their pocket. We just want
- 4:04the insurance money.
- 4:06So, of course, insurance companies are
- 4:10um very powerful and they created, you
- 4:14know, basically the rules. And the rules
- 4:17are that you're not allowed to tell
- 4:18people that it's an insurance company
- 4:20that you're up against. It's It's a
- 4:22whole bunch of BS.
- 4:24Um
- 4:25one of the other things is that people
- 4:27don't realize is that
- 4:31people um are super biased. Like
- 4:33everybody is like super biased about all
- 4:36different things.
- 4:38You know, if if you think that you're
- 4:40not
- 4:41biased about things, then you're
- 4:44not a
- 4:45you know,
- 4:48introspective person because you are.
- 4:50Everybody is.
- 4:52And um a lot of people have
- 4:55biases that are, you know, hard to
- 4:59um
- 4:59predict. So,
- 5:01um you know, like a lot of things um
- 5:03that people don't understand is when you
- 5:06go in into the courtroom and you're
- 5:08going to be
- 5:09in front of a jury, that you're going to
- 5:12be in front of a group of people that
- 5:13have
- 5:14biases and sometimes you don't know what
- 5:17all of them are. And some of those
- 5:19things can help you or they can hurt
- 5:22you.
- 5:23Um and so it's very risky.
- 5:27One thing that insurance companies hope
- 5:29that people never learn is that if
- 5:33you're in a car accident, you should
- 5:37hire a lawyer quickly.
- 5:39And the reason why is because
- 5:42all kinds of evidence can go away over
- 5:45time and they hope that you wait because
- 5:49by time you hire someone
- 5:51a lot of the evidence will be gone. And
- 5:53remember, the value of your case is
- 5:55based
- 5:56upon whatever the proof is that you
- 5:59have, and proof in the courtroom is
- 6:01called evidence.
- 6:03Okay, if you're in a car accident
- 6:05you should hire Houston personal injury
- 6:07lawyer attorney Brian White.
- 6:12>> So, what's number two?
- 6:14>> And number two is call the police. The
- 6:16reason why obviously is because you want
- 6:18the police to come out and do a crash
- 6:20report. The crash report is like usually
- 6:23the key piece of evidence um with regard
- 6:25to the liability in a case. Um you
- 6:29really don't want a situation where um
- 6:32you're arguing about what happened
- 6:35um without there being um an
- 6:37investigation because then it's just
- 6:38your word versus the other person's
- 6:40word, and that can be tough.
- 6:43If you're in a car wreck, I think
- 6:44everyone understands um that it's a good
- 6:47idea to take pictures, but it's a great
- 6:50idea to take video. And the reason why
- 6:52is because video is like taking hundreds
- 6:55of pictures per second. So, after a car
- 6:58wreck
- 6:59um
- 7:00take video. Now, here are some tips. Um
- 7:03when you take video of the cars, let's
- 7:06say uh the other person's at fault and
- 7:08let's say that you're feeling pain on on
- 7:10your body, but you're going to video
- 7:12tape their car.
- 7:13Guys, I have can't tell you how many
- 7:15times I've gotten videos from people
- 7:18that are claiming to be very very hurt,
- 7:20and they're like, "Look at the video."
- 7:21And in the video, it's their reflection
- 7:25in the window of the car. So, basically
- 7:27what they're doing is they're taking
- 7:29video of them standing there looking
- 7:31unhurt. So, you know, but they're like,
- 7:34"Well, I really was hurt." And maybe
- 7:36they were, I don't know. But what I can
- 7:38tell you is if you take video after a
- 7:41crash
- 7:42don't get your reflection in it, okay?
- 7:45Don't be Don't be dumb. Um it's also
- 7:48would be good if if you want to If you
- 7:50want to get like bonus points, um
- 7:53you could
- 7:55in your video,
- 7:57um you know, explain to the other driver
- 8:01why they were the one at fault. I
- 8:04wouldn't ask them. I would just say,
- 8:06"You ran that stop sign. You did this.
- 8:08You did that." Um and it doesn't really
- 8:11even matter what their answer is. It's
- 8:12just the fact that that's even, you
- 8:15know, that's what you were saying from
- 8:16the beginning, okay? Um
- 8:19so that's also probably something that
- 8:21would be helpful.
- 8:22Texas law is that you can film away as
- 8:26long as a person
- 8:28Yeah, well, it's just it's
- 8:30it's based upon whether the person has a
- 8:33reasonable expectation of privacy. So it
- 8:36could be like um
- 8:39let's say that they're in in their
- 8:40backyard.
- 8:41And let's say that their backyard is
- 8:44fenced. Um you can't look over the fence
- 8:47and
- 8:48film them, right? But let's say that um
- 8:52in their backyard that's
- 8:54fenced, right next door they build a
- 8:57skyscraper.
- 8:59Well, now they don't have an expectation
- 9:02of privacy, so you would be able to film
- 9:04them.
- 9:05Um so that's why I'm saying I don't
- 9:06know. Uh so uh it it depends on sort of
- 9:10what the situation is and also what, you
- 9:12know, the specific ordinance is.
- 9:15If a police officer tells you to not
- 9:18film and it's your car wreck, you had
- 9:21better not film because that police
- 9:24officer is going to be your best friend
- 9:26in the in the case. And if you're like,
- 9:27"No, I have the right to film."
- 9:30and you're pissing off the person who
- 9:31could help you the most or hurt you the
- 9:33most, um that would be a very bad idea.
- 9:36If you are in a car accident, um you
- 9:39have a very short amount of time to file
- 9:43a car accident claim. Um typically, you
- 9:46want to get your claim filed and started
- 9:49within 1 week. Um certainly, if you're
- 9:52feeling any kind of pain or anything
- 9:54like that, then you should go to the
- 9:55doctor prior to that. Um but the reason
- 9:58why you want to start soon is because
- 10:00you want to make sure that the other car
- 10:02actually has car insurance. Cuz what
- 10:03happens if you're, you know, planning on
- 10:05a claim, you file your claim, and then
- 10:09you get something back from them saying,
- 10:11"Actually, the person hasn't paid for
- 10:12their car insurance, you know, in 6
- 10:14months. There's no coverage." So, you
- 10:16want to file that claim as soon as
- 10:17possible. Um and then, um at at the very
- 10:22outside window is you have 2 years to
- 10:26pursue a
- 10:28uh claim in court, okay? So, if if you
- 10:30can't settle a case or a claim with the
- 10:35insurance company, and that
- 10:37requires you to have to file a suit and
- 10:40take it out of the hands of the
- 10:42insurance company and put it into the
- 10:44hands of of a courtroom, um you have 2
- 10:48years. Um but if you haven't done
- 10:50anything on your claim for that whole
- 10:52period of time, um most likely you don't
- 10:55have a good case. I mean, cuz you
- 10:57actually have to get evidence in order
- 10:59to go into the courtroom. So, um you
- 11:02know, hopefully you will have filed a
- 11:03claim way before then. Then.
- 11:07If you're in a car accident that's
- 11:08partially your fault,
- 11:10you should definitely hire a good
- 11:12lawyer. That's because that's what we
- 11:15do. We We cross-examine
- 11:17the other side to understand exactly
- 11:20what happened, um and also to prove our
- 11:23point. Um we're experts at investigating
- 11:27not only the the the cause of a crash,
- 11:30but also the root cause. Get
- 11:33rear-ended by an 18-wheeler and like you
- 11:35you did something to cause it. Maybe you
- 11:37like swerved into his lane according to
- 11:40him. According to you, you're like, "I
- 11:42changed lanes. It was a little bit fast,
- 11:44but but according to him, it's like, "Oh
- 11:46man, they swerved right in front of me.
- 11:48I couldn't stop in time." So, he hits
- 11:50the back of you.
- 11:52Well,
- 11:53if you hire a good lawyer, they will
- 11:55understand that they have to do an
- 11:57investigation of the root cause. So, so
- 11:59the root cause is like, "Well, okay, I
- 12:00understand that the truck hit the back
- 12:03of the car, but what caused that? Is it
- 12:05maybe that the truck driver was driving
- 12:08over
- 12:09his hours? Is Is there something else
- 12:11going on? It was Was there something
- 12:13preventable?
- 12:15So, then of course, you have to get
- 12:16their logbooks and almost always when
- 12:19you get their logbooks, they're perfect,
- 12:21which is unrealistic. So, then you have
- 12:24to start cross-referencing like
- 12:27fuel receipts and other things. And
- 12:29through that process,
- 12:31you find, "Hey man, you were getting gas
- 12:33in San Antonio
- 12:35uh according to the your credit card,
- 12:37but your driver's log says that you were
- 12:39in Houston. So, now you know that
- 12:41they're lying.
- 12:42And through this whole process, you can
- 12:45figure out that actually the company had
- 12:47this guy driving for like 16 hours
- 12:51straight.
- 12:52So, that's a whole different kind of
- 12:53situation um than if it's a person who
- 12:57just kind of like
- 12:58hit the back of your car and there's
- 13:00like a swearing match about what
- 13:02happened.
- 13:04>> Should I
- 13:05>> After a car wreck, should you speak to
- 13:07an insurance adjuster? That is a very
- 13:09good question and it depends upon which
- 13:12insurance company. If it's your own
- 13:15insurance company, then you have an
- 13:17obligation to talk to
- 13:19the adjuster about whatever claim that
- 13:21you're going to make um by contract.
- 13:23That's in your policy that you you have
- 13:25to cooperate with them.
- 13:27But, if it's an insurance adjuster for
- 13:30the other car,
- 13:32you don't have a contract with them. You
- 13:34owe them nothing. So,
- 13:36um if you don't want to speak to them
- 13:38about part of your claim, you don't have
- 13:41to because uh
- 13:43you don't have to cooperate with them.
- 13:45So, um
- 13:47in my opinion, I think it's a good idea
- 13:49to speak to them about your property
- 13:50damage
- 13:52um so that they can hurry up and get
- 13:53that
- 13:54started and hopefully fixed. Um but, not
- 13:57speak to them about the other part,
- 13:59which is your injury.
- 14:02What happens if you're hit by a car that
- 14:04doesn't have insurance? A car or a
- 14:06driver that doesn't have insurance?
- 14:09Well, you're not going to get any money
- 14:10out of that person in most situations.
- 14:13It's a very bad situation. So, that's
- 14:16why you want to look and see if you have
- 14:18what's called underinsured motorist
- 14:20coverage on your policy. Um this is
- 14:23insurance that you've paid for to cover
- 14:26someone else. It's not coverage saying
- 14:28that you did anything wrong or anything.
- 14:30It's not like putting it on your
- 14:32insurance. It's money that you've paid
- 14:35into a fund to cover someone else that
- 14:38didn't have
- 14:40insurance or they had a very small
- 14:42policy and you're hurt
- 14:44very bad. Um
- 14:46so, um it's a
- 14:48very common
- 14:50misconception that that people have is
- 14:53that if they use their underinsured
- 14:55motorist coverage, that's putting it on
- 14:57their
- 14:59insurance. And and it's so it's so
- 15:01frustrating because it's like you paid
- 15:04the premiums for this.
- 15:06Why in the heck did you pay for it if
- 15:09you're then going to refuse to use it?
- 15:11And their answer is, "Well, because
- 15:13it'll make my
- 15:15it'll make my premium go up." No, it
- 15:16doesn't. It does not make your premium
- 15:18go up, people.
- 15:20>> [clears throat]
- 15:20>> Using underinsured motorist coverage
- 15:23will not increase your premium.
- 15:26Do you know what will actually the the
- 15:29biggest way to have an increase in your
- 15:31premium is to stay with the same company
- 15:35for many years. That's the way that you
- 15:37make sure that you pay the most about
- 15:39possible.
- 15:40Because you can have a history
- 15:43of being in car wrecks, of being a bad
- 15:46driver,
- 15:47but if you go out there on the market
- 15:50and you try to get a quote from a bunch
- 15:52of different places,
- 15:54they're going to give you a good deal
- 15:56because they just want your money right
- 15:58then. So, if you want if you're really
- 16:01like, you know,
- 16:02worried that after a crash and you make
- 16:06a claim on your underinsured motorist
- 16:08coverage, that it could cause your
- 16:09insurance to go down, well, I would say
- 16:13make the claim
- 16:14and then go get different insurance.
- 16:17So, now you're going to get the money
- 16:19that you've paid for
- 16:21and then you're actually going to be
- 16:22paying less
- 16:23for your new policy. If you are in a car
- 16:25accident and the other car runs,
- 16:29first, before they run, after, you know,
- 16:32the crash happens, you know, you've got
- 16:34to get your video of the plates. That's,
- 16:37you know, if if you're going to
- 16:38videotape a car, the first thing that
- 16:40you should try to start with is the
- 16:42plates so that you can identify the car,
- 16:45okay? So, you want to like start with
- 16:46the most
- 16:48basic thing is just to be able to
- 16:49identify it and then maybe go on to, you
- 16:52know,
- 16:53where you see the damage is,
- 16:55um where the skid marks are, you know,
- 16:57those kinds of things.
- 16:59Um so, hopefully you get that. If you
- 17:01can't get your phone out, at least look
- 17:04at the plates before, you know, they
- 17:06drive off. There's so many situations
- 17:08where we have people who are in crashes
- 17:11and they're like, well, the person
- 17:12sat there for a while we're waiting, you
- 17:15know, and then they just took off. And
- 17:17I'm like, well, did you get their
- 17:18plates? No. Well, you know, so you would
- 17:20be out of luck.
- 17:22Um,
- 17:22but should you
- 17:24chase them?
- 17:26Well,
- 17:27it happens all the time. I mean, so
- 17:30um, you can chase them in order to get
- 17:33their plates, but don't try to stop
- 17:36them. Um, there is just a
- 17:39situation um,
- 17:41yesterday in Houston where a
- 17:44man stole a pickup truck. Um, and you
- 17:49see the pickup truck and then you see
- 17:52another vehicle
- 17:54see that he had stolen it cuz I think it
- 17:57was a carjacking
- 17:58and he like blocks him in. So, then the
- 18:01guy gets out of the pickup truck, pulls
- 18:03out a gun and just starts shooting into
- 18:04the car that and so that guy got killed
- 18:07um, for no reason. Um, so I wouldn't do
- 18:11that. It's kind of crazy out there. I I
- 18:13I think the main thing is just to if if
- 18:15you're going to pursue them,
- 18:16the only thing that you need to do is
- 18:18get the plates. Once you get the plates,
- 18:20you're out. Should you accept the first
- 18:23offer from an insurance company after
- 18:26your car wreck? The answer is obviously
- 18:28no.
- 18:30They do not give you their best offer on
- 18:33their first offer. In fact, they will go
- 18:36back and forth with you
- 18:38many times. And in fact, what you should
- 18:41do is you should actually get them to
- 18:43the point to where they say,
- 18:45"This is it. We are not going to offer
- 18:46you any more money."
- 18:48And at that point, at least you know
- 18:50sort of what you're dealing with. And
- 18:52then what I think you should do is you
- 18:54should say,
- 18:55if if it's possible, you should say to
- 18:57them, "Well,
- 18:58oh, that's too bad because I would
- 19:00accept and then you can ask for
- 19:01something just a little bit more than
- 19:04what their final offer is so that you
- 19:06can hopefully get them to come up at
- 19:07least another couple thousand dollars.
- 19:10You always ask even if they say I'm out
- 19:13of money, sometimes we'll joke around
- 19:15and be like this is their first time out
- 19:16of money and or this is actually their
- 19:18second time out of money. We think
- 19:20they're going to be out of money, you
- 19:21know, three times.
- 19:23So, you know, don't always
- 19:25believe that when they say that they're
- 19:27out of money and it's final that it
- 19:29actually is final because what you want
- 19:31is to be final final.
- 19:33So, keep going until it's final final.
- 19:35How much does a personal injury lawyer
- 19:38cost?
- 19:39We get paid on a percentage from the
- 19:41back end, which means that you don't
- 19:43have to pay anything out of your pocket
- 19:44to hire us. You can get a really good
- 19:47lawyer without having to pay anything up
- 19:49front. And then also, the attorney will
- 19:52also front case expenses to make the
- 19:55case work. Cases could go on, you know,
- 19:58for 6 months,
- 20:001 year, or even more.
- 20:03And the attorney will be working on that
- 20:05for that entire time essentially without
- 20:07pay hoping that he's going to be able to
- 20:09cover a bunch of money for you at some
- 20:11point.
- 20:12So, at that point it's it's a percentage
- 20:17and that percentage is typically
- 20:191/3 or 40%.
- 20:23Okay, so you've been in a serious car
- 20:27accident and maybe an 18-wheeler case
- 20:30and you're starting to figure out that
- 20:32the lawyer that you hired
- 20:35isn't good. They don't communicate with
- 20:38you and you're thinking about firing
- 20:41them and hiring someone else.
- 20:44The answer is can you do that? And the
- 20:47answer is yes, you can do that.
- 20:49Typically,
- 20:51it's better
- 20:53if you
- 20:54fire an attorney for cause.
- 20:58In other words, they did something
- 20:59wrong, but you know, doing something
- 21:01wrong could also include their failure
- 21:04to keep you properly
- 21:06um
- 21:07updated on
- 21:10the case. Um
- 21:12but it could be other things. Um but
- 21:14it's possible to fire people for no
- 21:16cause.
- 21:17Um all all of those issues kind of get
- 21:21worked out um
- 21:22whenever the case
- 21:24settles where your
- 21:26new lawyer will have to reach an
- 21:28agreement with the old lawyer about
- 21:31you know, basically splitting the fees.
- 21:33But the important thing is to understand
- 21:36that it doesn't cause the total fees to
- 21:38go up. What should you do after an
- 21:4118-wheeler accident in Houston? Well, if
- 21:44it's
- 21:45more than just a minor hit where where
- 21:48you're not hurt
- 21:50and it's um a situation where you're
- 21:52going to have to pursue a claim, then
- 21:54you need to hire an attorney quickly.
- 21:57And the reason why is because evidence
- 21:58will go away over time um and so like
- 22:02you want to get a person even out to the
- 22:04scene uh to go get pictures of the skid
- 22:07marks maybe or you know, maybe you want
- 22:10to get some information from the black
- 22:12box of the 18-wheeler.
- 22:15Um there's a lot of things that
- 22:18um
- 22:19must happen very quickly or you know,
- 22:23the information could go away.
- 22:25And your case is only going to be worth
- 22:28whatever, you know, the proof is that
- 22:30you have to support it. Um and um so if
- 22:34you don't hire someone quickly, then a
- 22:36lot of that proof will be gone.
- 22:39How much do Houston truck accident
- 22:42settle for?
- 22:43Guys, here's the truth. They settle for
- 22:47the most amount of money that we can um
- 22:49get on the case. Um and that typically
- 22:53is uh based upon whatever the proof is
- 22:57that we have. So you have you know, on
- 22:59one side of a scale all of the proof, um
- 23:03which in the courtroom is called
- 23:05evidence on this side. And And this side
- 23:08is sort of like how much is that worth?
- 23:11Um so, you know, over here you might
- 23:13have facts about who's at fault. Um you
- 23:16might also have
- 23:18you know, how much were the medical
- 23:19bills, um how hurt is is the person. And
- 23:23over here you have um you know, how much
- 23:27money would it take to compensate.
- 23:30That's how much they're worth.
- 23:32I do feel like there uh is a little bit
- 23:34of a general
- 23:36misconception that's out there. It used
- 23:38to be worse. I I've kind of noticed it
- 23:40that like the people that absolutely
- 23:43hate attorneys and especially ones that
- 23:45do car wreck cases, they, you know,
- 23:49there's some people out there that think
- 23:51that all we do is out there lying and
- 23:54like hustling and like we're some kind
- 23:57of like sleaze bag operation or
- 23:59something like that. And um guys,
- 24:03there's no way that would work because
- 24:05if you go into the courtroom and you're
- 24:06in front of a group of of strangers
- 24:09who typically are, you know, very
- 24:13suspicious of your claim. And also you
- 24:17have the burden of proof.
- 24:19It doesn't work to bring,
- 24:21you know, fake cases or, you know,
- 24:25it also never works to
- 24:28lie about facts.
- 24:30If you're wanting to waste a whole bunch
- 24:32of time on a case,
- 24:34lie about facts because what's going to
- 24:36happen is the other side's going to
- 24:38catch you and it's going to ruin your
- 24:40case.
- 24:41Um so, you know, we just try very hard
- 24:44to
- 24:45tell the story of what happened in a way
- 24:49that people can hopefully understand.
- 24:51The worst thing you can do is
- 24:55lie about things or be sleazy or things
- 24:58like that because it undermines your
- 24:59case. Episode number two.
- 25:02Um,
- 25:03well, so if you're hearing this and
- 25:05you're kind of wondering about like what
- 25:06in the world kind of podcast was this
- 25:09that I just listened to,
- 25:10what we're doing right now is we're
- 25:12doing clips. So this is not really sort
- 25:16of like intended for people to
- 25:18necessarily hear the whole thing from,
- 25:21you know, start to finish. Um, but
- 25:23instead what what we're doing is we're
- 25:25hopefully finding some clips that are in
- 25:28here that um will be helpful. So, you
- 25:31know, if you made it through the whole
- 25:33thing, um congratulations. Um,
- 25:36uh and my apologies at the same time.
- 25:39I mean, some people may just want to see
- 25:40me for 30 minutes straight. Um,
- 25:43maybe. Maybe. I mean,
- 25:45I I I don't know if anyone
- 25:49in our universe um would uh
- 25:53care that much to see me for 30 minutes
- 25:55talking about this, but possibly.
- 25:57Possibly.
- 25:59Maybe maybe if it's like a stalker or
- 26:00something like that.
- 26:02You know what? But like stalkers are
- 26:04never like super hot. Um, that's the
- 26:06problem. Like why can't there be like
- 26:08like why can't I get like a
- 26:10supermodel stalker
- 26:13or like
- 26:14or, you know, like a
- 26:16multi-millionaire
- 26:17s- um
- 26:19um
- 26:20model
- 26:22also stalker. No, actually that that'd
- 26:24be worse. Actually, if you think about
- 26:27it, that'd be really scary cuz they
- 26:28they'd be cuz they'd be able to finance
- 26:30their like stalking of you. You'd be
- 26:32somewhere and then they'd they'd fly
- 26:35their private jet in and like show up
- 26:37and like, "Hi!" And you're like, "OH MY
- 26:39GOD, NO!" AND NO.
- 26:42YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. YEAH. YEAH,
- 26:44EXACTLY. Like yeah, and then that's
- 26:45actually that's
- 26:48I don't care You know one thing that I
- 26:49don't care about about um which I I had
- 26:52someone ask me about this.
- 26:54Um
- 26:56if the person that I'm that
- 26:59I'm dating
- 27:01um has
- 27:02money or you know a
- 27:05successful job um
- 27:07I don't care about that at all. I mean
- 27:09what what I care about is a person um
- 27:12you know are are they honest? Are are
- 27:14they nice? Are are they stable?
- 27:18Um are they a good companion?
- 27:21Nowhere in that do I care how much a
- 27:24woman makes or if they're a boss woman
- 27:26or any of that kind of stuff. I don't
- 27:28care about that. Um I just thought I'd
- 27:30throw that in for that that that person
- 27:32who wanted to like hear this 30-minute
- 27:34long thing. Yeah. I mean I don't care
- 27:36about that either. Um
- 27:38I mean I'm not clingy because
- 27:40I I I get the other I I get like
- 27:43the opposite like
- 27:44you know
- 27:46Like like it shocks me cuz I'm like I
- 27:49feel like I'm pretty like
- 27:52affectionate and they're like you're not
- 27:53affectionate enough and you're like how
- 27:55much more affectionate do you want me to
- 27:57be? Like what what do you want what do
- 27:59you want me to do? Like hump like hump
- 28:01your leg as as as you're walking down
- 28:03the hallway or something like that?
- 28:05Um
- 28:07It's kind of
- 28:09Yeah. No, I don't I mean so I mean but
- 28:12anyways um to the one person who watched
- 28:16this all the way through and you're
- 28:18trying to get some little insight um
- 28:22over something who who cares you know
- 28:24about me but anyways I appreciate that
- 28:26and I also wanted to say I love you.
