- 0:20Speaker 1: you to really enjoy these Morning Devos and what God
- 0:23Speaker 1: has for us, amen? So today we're going to be
- 0:26Speaker 1: in Hebrews chapter number 12. verses 28 and 29. Hebrews
- 0:32Speaker 1: chapter 12, going through the book of Hebrews, verses 28
- 0:36Speaker 1: and 29. I'm calling this one Unshakable Kingdom. That's right.
- 0:42Speaker 1: We're going to talk about how unshakable our kingdom is, right?
- 0:49Speaker 1: We're going to let this be known to this dark
- 0:53Speaker 1: world kingdom. We're going to let the dark world kingdom
- 0:56Speaker 1: know that we have the kingdom of light, the kingdom
- 0:59Speaker 1: of life, the kingdom of God, and it's unshakable. And
- 1:03Speaker 1: we're going to see it in the scriptures, Hebrews 12,
- 1:06Speaker 1: 28 and 29. So if you have any questions, comments, concerns,
- 1:10Speaker 1: or prayer requests, make sure you add us at Morning
- 1:13Speaker 1: Devo or Morning Devotion or at Celebrator Network on our
- 1:17Speaker 1: social media platforms. And when I see it, I'll get
- 1:20Speaker 1: back to you. Amen. Also on the live chat, if
- 1:24Speaker 1: you're live with me right now, the live chat is open.
- 1:27Speaker 1: And even if you're not with us while we're doing
- 1:29Speaker 1: the live, most people are not on the live with us,
- 1:34Speaker 1: but they listen or watch later on at their own convenience.
- 1:39Speaker 1: At that point, you could make a comment. If you
- 1:42Speaker 1: have a question, you could do that too. Pray requests
- 1:46Speaker 1: or anything along those lines, man. Don't hesitate. Don't be shy. Amen.
- 1:49Speaker 1: We're all in this together. We are all in this together.
- 1:52Speaker 1: So let's pray. Father, I thank you for right now,
- 1:55Speaker 1: for today. Thank you for your love and your support.
- 2:00Speaker 1: And just watching over us, Lord God. Thank you, Lord God,
- 2:03Speaker 1: for being faithful to your word and being faithful to
- 2:06Speaker 1: us even when we are not faithful. I pray, Lord God,
- 2:10Speaker 1: a hedge protection over my family. I pray a supernatural
- 2:15Speaker 1: prayer over my mom, over her body physically, emotionally, and
- 2:18Speaker 1: spiritually right now in Jesus' holy name. I pray, Lord God,
- 2:22Speaker 1: that you would have your way and your will performed
- 2:25Speaker 1: in her life, and she will give you glory, honor, worship,
- 2:28Speaker 1: and praise for it right now. I pray for your
- 2:30Speaker 1: awkward angels, your ministering angels, your warring angels, all to
- 2:34Speaker 1: be on assignment against the enemy's tactics and plans over
- 2:38Speaker 1: my life, over my family's life, over our children's life,
- 2:41Speaker 1: over our grandchildren's life, over our whole entire bloodline. I
- 2:45Speaker 1: pray that same power of protection, that same angelic host,
- 2:50Speaker 1: a dispatch of warring angels to annihilate the plans over
- 2:53Speaker 1: every single person that's listening or watching right now. In
- 2:57Speaker 1: Jesus' holy name, I pray this by faith. And Lord God,
- 3:00Speaker 1: thank you that we can claim an unshakable kingdom as
- 3:05Speaker 1: your word declares, because we know your word is true.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Your word is always relevant, everlasting, all-powerful. And Lord God,
- 3:13Speaker 1: your word never returns to you void. And I thank
- 3:15Speaker 1: you for that as well. In Jesus' holy name, we
- 3:17Speaker 1: pray this by faith. And those who agree with this prayer,
- 3:20Speaker 1: we say amen to the amen. Let's go forward. Let's
- 3:23Speaker 1: get into this word. Hebrews chapter number 12, verses 28
- 3:29Speaker 1: and 29. Amen. This is really amped me up. I
- 3:33Speaker 1: was going to go into another scripture in Hebrews 12,
- 3:37Speaker 1: and the Lord was like, nah, I don't want to
- 3:40Speaker 1: talk about that right now to your people. Amen. And
- 3:44Speaker 1: to your ministry, I want to talk about this. I
- 3:46Speaker 1: was like, yes, Lord, you already know. When the Lord speaks,
- 3:51Speaker 1: I'm going to listen. I'm learning more and more to
- 3:53Speaker 1: just do what he says. Amen. Day by day. Therefore,
- 3:59Speaker 1: since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, go ahead and
- 4:06Speaker 1: share that with somebody. We have an unshakable kingdom. Let
- 4:11Speaker 1: us be filled with gratitude and so worship God acceptably
- 4:16Speaker 1: with reverence and awe. For our God is a consuming fire.
- 4:22Speaker 1: So knowing that our God is a consuming fire and
- 4:26Speaker 1: we're still alive and he still allows us to breathe
- 4:29Speaker 1: and live and share this message. Amen. Although he's an
- 4:33Speaker 1: all-consuming fire, man, we are in awe. We are in reverence. Amen.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Because we know that we have an almighty God that
- 4:42Speaker 1: we serve, a consuming fire that we We're still alive
- 4:48Speaker 1: here and we're not burning up because God's power and
- 4:52Speaker 1: his love, his grace, his mercy is upon us. That's
- 4:55Speaker 1: amazing to me. Sister Joanne, I see you. Good morning.
- 4:58Speaker 1: God bless you. Welcome back to the Morning Devo, my sister,
- 5:00Speaker 1: my friend. So we are receiving an unshakable kingdom. The
- 5:06Speaker 1: world is going bonkers right now. We see crime, killing, disease, wars,
- 5:12Speaker 1: rumors of wars everywhere. famine, all kinds of things going
- 5:16Speaker 1: on in real time in our lives. And yet we have,
- 5:21Speaker 1: we're receiving an unshakable kingdom. Amen. The kingdom of God
- 5:27Speaker 1: that will outlast any kingdom on this earth. So we
- 5:33Speaker 1: know that life can change in an instant. Like your
- 5:37Speaker 1: life and my life could change instantly. How do I know?
- 5:42Speaker 1: Jobs change, right? Health changes, relationships change, amen? Struggles in relationships,
- 5:52Speaker 1: financial struggles sometimes, right? The world around us, right? It
- 5:58Speaker 1: feels like it's never ending death, never ending crime, never
- 6:02Speaker 1: ending corruption, never ending whatever, right? This world. But as
- 6:08Speaker 1: believers in Jesus, the Lord, the Christ, we have something
- 6:14Speaker 1: that the world cannot take away from us. We have
- 6:19Speaker 1: an unshakable kingdom, right? And we could go ahead and
- 6:24Speaker 1: boast about God and what he has for us, amen?
- 6:29Speaker 1: And boast about what we have, because without Christ, we
- 6:32Speaker 1: can do nothing. Without Christ, we have nothing. Without the Lord,
- 6:36Speaker 1: where would we be? Without his grace, right? Where would
- 6:39Speaker 1: we be right now? But according to his word, We receive, right?
- 6:46Speaker 1: We're receiving an unshakable kingdom, right? So we see in
- 6:52Speaker 1: Hebrews chapter 12, 28 and 29, a reminder to us
- 6:57Speaker 1: that we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, right?
- 7:05Speaker 1: We have earthquakes more often than the world, right? The
- 7:08Speaker 1: earth shakes, but guess what's not shaking? The kingdom of God.
- 7:13Speaker 1: unshakable kingdom. We don't worship God only when everything's going well.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Understand that. In my roughest times in life, amen, I
- 7:23Speaker 1: decide to worship the Lord more, right? When I'm financially
- 7:30Speaker 1: in a struggle, I worship the God more, the God
- 7:33Speaker 1: of heaven and earth, the God who owns it all,
- 7:35Speaker 1: I worship him more. So it's not only through good times,
- 7:39Speaker 1: when things are going good, everybody's doing well, No, we
- 7:43Speaker 1: worship him. I worship him because he is worthy of
- 7:47Speaker 1: my worship, honor, praise. He's worthy of all the glory. Amen.
- 7:53Speaker 1: So let's go ahead and give it to him. Let's
- 7:55Speaker 1: go ahead and give it to him. Even when life
- 7:57Speaker 1: gets hard, even when life gets difficult, let's go ahead
- 8:01Speaker 1: and praise the Lord regardless. Right? Our gratitude, our thankfulness,
- 8:09Speaker 1: that literally reflects our Trust in the one who never changes.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Life changes. Job changes. Relationships change. People change, right? The
- 8:20Speaker 1: switch up is crazy sometimes. How people are on your
- 8:24Speaker 1: side one day and then the next day they're like
- 8:27Speaker 1: totally against you. They talk about you behind your back.
- 8:31Speaker 1: They accuse you of all kind of stuff without letting
- 8:33Speaker 1: people know the true whole story about the matter. Things change.
- 8:37Speaker 1: People change. But there's one that we serve. Amen? Amen.
- 8:42Speaker 1: That we are receiving from this unshakable kingdom that he
- 8:45Speaker 1: never changes. And that's the Lord Jesus. Then we have
- 8:49Speaker 1: verse 29 of Hebrews chapter 12. Right? There's a lot
- 8:53Speaker 1: here to discuss because God said it. He spoke it.
- 8:56Speaker 1: He means it. He understands our way of understanding. But
- 9:00Speaker 1: his ways are not like our ways. His thoughts are
- 9:04Speaker 1: not like our thoughts. So we got to reach higher.
- 9:07Speaker 1: We got to get to his level. Amen. In the spirit.
- 9:11Speaker 1: Where it says... In verse 29, that our God is
- 9:15Speaker 1: a consuming fire. What does that mean? It means that
- 9:18Speaker 1: God is almighty. There's no one that can approach him
- 9:22Speaker 1: unless he allows us to approach him. No one can
- 9:24Speaker 1: touch God unless he allows us to touch him. Amen.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Because he's a consuming fire. You ever put your, I
- 9:31Speaker 1: hope you never did this. Amen. But when we were kids,
- 9:35Speaker 1: we would do weird things. Put your hand in the fire.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I hope you never did that. Amen. Amen. But out
- 9:41Speaker 1: of curiosity, we've touched flames. I've touched flames before. Out
- 9:46Speaker 1: of curiosity, my mom would say, don't touch the oven.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Don't touch the stove. And I would ask why, because
- 9:51Speaker 1: you're going to get burned. And what do I do?
- 9:54Speaker 1: I go ahead and test that. That type of fire. Amen?
- 9:58Speaker 1: It's not an all-consuming fire, although it can be. could
- 10:00Speaker 1: consume you if we're not careful. But God says he's
- 10:04Speaker 1: an all-consuming fire, meaning that you mess around with the
- 10:09Speaker 1: fire of God in the wrong way, you're going to
- 10:11Speaker 1: be consumed. You're going to be, it's not going to
- 10:14Speaker 1: be good. So we should be at awe about this
- 10:18Speaker 1: consuming fire of God, right? It's awful, like a bad
- 10:22Speaker 1: thing for someone to fall in the hands of a
- 10:25Speaker 1: mighty God that doesn't trust him, rejects him, curses him, right?
- 10:32Speaker 1: Mocks God. That's awful. But it's awesome for us believing
- 10:37Speaker 1: in Christ to fall into the hands of a mighty God.
- 10:40Speaker 1: See how that works? The all-consuming fire for a person
- 10:44Speaker 1: who rejects the gospel, who rejects the Lord, that's not
- 10:48Speaker 1: a good thing. But an awesome thing. All consuming fire
- 10:52Speaker 1: for those who believe and are trusting and have faith
- 10:56Speaker 1: in the Lord Jesus. That's an awesome thing, amazing thing
- 10:59Speaker 1: to do. A good way of approaching God. God is
- 11:02Speaker 1: not someone we should approach carelessly. Like, ah, that's just Jesus. Ah,
- 11:07Speaker 1: that's just God. Ah, that's just his church. No, we
- 11:11Speaker 1: should have reverence. We should have awe, respect, right? We
- 11:16Speaker 1: are called to worship him with reverence. I remember growing
- 11:21Speaker 1: up and I was affiliated with the Catholic Church. I
- 11:24Speaker 1: don't think I was ever considered a Catholic. But there
- 11:28Speaker 1: was so much reverence when you walked into that place
- 11:33Speaker 1: of worship. It was quiet. Couldn't make a lot of fuss.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Couldn't make a lot of noise. They would tell you, shh.
- 11:39Speaker 1: You know what I mean? And there was reverence. Then
- 11:42Speaker 1: there's other churches that I've been to outside of Catholicism. That, man,
- 11:47Speaker 1: everything's happening. People are drinking coffee, eating donuts in a sanctuary.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Kids are running around. You know, it's out of order.
- 11:54Speaker 1: So we need to bring the reverence back in the
- 11:57Speaker 1: house of God. We need to bring reverence back in
- 11:59Speaker 1: worshiping God. This God is a consuming fire. Our God
- 12:04Speaker 1: is a consuming fire. Let's be at awe, have reverence,
- 12:08Speaker 1: respect for the Lord, the King of kings and the
- 12:10Speaker 1: Lord of lords, right? Call to worship him with reverence. Awe.
- 12:16Speaker 1: All like, wow, like amazing. God never ceases to amaze me. Amen.
- 12:22Speaker 1: He remains awesome in my heart and in my life
- 12:26Speaker 1: all the time. There's not one day that I say, ah,
- 12:29Speaker 1: you know, it's just another day with the Lord. No.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? It's an amazing day with the
- 12:34Speaker 1: Lord every single time. And his love, his grace, his mercy,
- 12:38Speaker 1: I feel it increasing in my life as I get older.
- 12:41Speaker 1: What about you? Amen. Call to worship him with reverence.
- 12:46Speaker 1: all and hearts that are willing to be transformed by
- 12:50Speaker 1: his presence. The Bible says where the presence of the
- 12:54Speaker 1: Lord is, there is liberty, there's freedom, there's deliverance, there's breakthrough. Amen.
- 12:59Speaker 1: There's love, there's grace, there's mercy, there's justice for all
- 13:03Speaker 1: who are in the presence of our almighty, all-consuming fire
- 13:10Speaker 1: of God. So we don't allow the things around us
- 13:14Speaker 1: to shake us, amen? Because we are receiving an unshakable kingdom.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Don't allow the shaking around you, right, to destroy your
- 13:23Speaker 1: faith in you. Don't let the things around you affect
- 13:28Speaker 1: what's in you. Don't let the sin around you affect
- 13:33Speaker 1: the one that's in you, right? When fear rises up,
- 13:38Speaker 1: remember God's promises. When uncertainty comes, and these are uncertain times, absolutely.
- 13:46Speaker 1: These are very uncertain times. But when those times come,
- 13:50Speaker 1: stand on God's word. Stand on his word. When blessings arrive,
- 13:56Speaker 1: give him thanks because we all know good blessings, good
- 13:58Speaker 1: things come from the Lord. There's nothing that's good that's
- 14:01Speaker 1: coming from the enemy. Nothing good really comes from humans,
- 14:05Speaker 1: you know, who are doing things, good deeds. Yeah. There's
- 14:10Speaker 1: some good in there, but ultimate good comes from God. Amen.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I'm not saying that we can't do good for one another. Yes,
- 14:16Speaker 1: we do good for one another. We love one another.
- 14:18Speaker 1: We're trying our best to do good by you and
- 14:21Speaker 1: to you, for you, you know, and reciprocate that, man.
- 14:24Speaker 1: Let's be kind to one another. Show love towards one another. Absolutely,
- 14:27Speaker 1: that's good. But ultimately, good comes from God because God
- 14:31Speaker 1: is the only one who is good. The world may shake,
- 14:37Speaker 1: but God's kingdom... remains unshakable forever. The shaking of the world,
- 14:43Speaker 1: the groaning of the earth, we see it. It's more
- 14:46Speaker 1: and more like coming. We know that the Lord is
- 14:49Speaker 1: coming soon because the world is really groaning. Like the world,
- 14:54Speaker 1: the earth is groaning for the return of the King,
- 14:57Speaker 1: for the return of their creator, right? Amen. He's present
- 15:01Speaker 1: in us by way of Holy Spirit, but there's one
- 15:04Speaker 1: day coming that he's going to crack the sky open
- 15:06Speaker 1: and make his re-entry. as the line of Judah, right?
- 15:11Speaker 1: Not as the Lamb of God, not for negotiations, not
- 15:16Speaker 1: to say, hey, you want to serve me? No, it's
- 15:18Speaker 1: coming to judge everyone here and we're coming with him, right?
- 15:24Speaker 1: Riding on the clouds. It's going to be amazing. But
- 15:27Speaker 1: in the meantime, let's go ahead and praise God that
- 15:30Speaker 1: we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, a kingdom that we
- 15:35Speaker 1: can't build with our own hands. I know I hear
- 15:38Speaker 1: people saying, we're building the kingdom of God. I hope
- 15:41Speaker 1: they don't mean that we're actually building the kingdom. I
- 15:45Speaker 1: understand that's a way of saying, hey, we're expanding the
- 15:48Speaker 1: kingdom of God. The gospel message is being expanded throughout
- 15:52Speaker 1: the world, throughout the earth. There's a certain number of
- 15:55Speaker 1: people that God knows that are going to receive the
- 15:58Speaker 1: gospel message, then he's going to make his return. That's
- 16:01Speaker 1: why we don't know the time, day or hour, but
- 16:03Speaker 1: we do know his promise is true. that he is
- 16:06Speaker 1: coming back. We just don't know the exact time. People
- 16:08Speaker 1: have been trying to predict his coming for years and
- 16:13Speaker 1: years and years, and all of them obviously have been wrong.
- 16:16Speaker 1: All of them. The so-called prophets, prophets, apostles, evangelists, pastors, teachers,
- 16:23Speaker 1: they've all been wrong about this date that the Lord
- 16:27Speaker 1: was supposed to come back. And we're still here waiting,
- 16:29Speaker 1: eagerly waiting, like we saw before last time. We're eagerly
- 16:34Speaker 1: awaiting right, his return. So while we're eagerly waiting his return,
- 16:39Speaker 1: let's go ahead and realize that we are receiving an
- 16:42Speaker 1: unshakable kingdom. Let us be filled with thanksgiving, that's gratitude,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe. Let's
- 16:52Speaker 1: go ahead and do that. It's okay. Everybody's doing their
- 16:55Speaker 1: own thing, right? Everybody's worshiping their idols, their so-called gods.
- 17:00Speaker 1: We have the true, living, holy, righteous, loving God So
- 17:03Speaker 1: why are we ashamed? Just continue to worship the Lord.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Continue to praise the Lord. Continue to move forward in faith.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Continue to realize that we're receiving an unshakable kingdom, right?
- 17:15Speaker 1: So remember, we're going to experience things in this life. Absolutely.
- 17:20Speaker 1: We're going to be experiencing things that might shake our circumstances,
- 17:26Speaker 1: might shake our finances, might shake our marriages, might shake
- 17:31Speaker 1: our relationships with our kids, or with our parents, or
- 17:33Speaker 1: with our siblings. All of that may be happening, right?
- 17:38Speaker 1: But we can stand firm on this, that we have
- 17:43Speaker 1: a kingdom with a king who is unshaking, who is unshakable.
- 17:49Speaker 1: No one can push the Lord. No one is pushing God.
- 17:54Speaker 1: Step to the side, Father. Step to the side, Jesus.
- 17:56Speaker 1: Step to the side, Holy Spirit. Nobody can do that. Amen?
- 18:00Speaker 1: No one can do that. We have a unshakable King
- 18:04Speaker 1: of Kings and Lord of Lords. And he has an
- 18:06Speaker 1: unshakable kingdom. Amen. There's no economy crash that's going to
- 18:11Speaker 1: affect the kingdom of God. There's no virus that's going
- 18:15Speaker 1: to shake the kingdom of God. There is no war
- 18:18Speaker 1: that's going to shake the kingdom of God. Get what
- 18:21Speaker 1: I'm saying? God is almighty. He is a consuming fire.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And yet he allows us to approach him with boldness
- 18:31Speaker 1: to the throne room of grace. That's Him allowing us
- 18:34Speaker 1: to do that. We don't force our way into the
- 18:36Speaker 1: kingdom of God. No one can force their way into
- 18:38Speaker 1: the kingdom of God. But God allows us to approach Him. Amen? So,
- 18:45Speaker 1: just think about it. Do like an inventory of your
- 18:48Speaker 1: life today, right? And, you know, what temporary things have
- 18:54Speaker 1: you or have I been depending on instead of God? Right?
- 19:00Speaker 1: There's a temporary thing that we need right now And
- 19:03Speaker 1: sometimes we depend on those temporary things more than we
- 19:06Speaker 1: depend on God. We know what it is. If it's nothing,
- 19:10Speaker 1: you say, no, I depend on God. There's nothing temporary.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Praise the Lord. Amen. I'm thinking right now, amen, what
- 19:16Speaker 1: things I'm trying to depend more on than depending on God.
- 19:22Speaker 1: So how can, you know, these are just questions that
- 19:25Speaker 1: you can ask yourself. How can you demonstrate your gratitude?
- 19:29Speaker 1: How can you demonstrate your reverence, your respect? in your
- 19:33Speaker 1: daily life? Well, this is one way, getting into his word.
- 19:38Speaker 1: That's making you think about him more often, thanking him
- 19:42Speaker 1: more often, amen? And now you are living in reverence
- 19:46Speaker 1: and awe to the fact that we're receiving what God
- 19:50Speaker 1: has for us. Amen. We're receiving an unshakable kingdom from
- 19:54Speaker 1: an almighty king who has an unshakable fortress and he's
- 20:01Speaker 1: a consuming fire. He's letting us know that although he's almighty, all-consuming,
- 20:08Speaker 1: a consuming fire, He's allowing us to approach Him. Again,
- 20:11Speaker 1: that's relational. That's not traditional and that's not religious. That's
- 20:15Speaker 1: a relationship we have and we're receiving from the Lord
- 20:19Speaker 1: what He has for us. Amen? That's why I want
- 20:23Speaker 1: to share this out to as many people. I want
- 20:24Speaker 1: everybody in on this. Amen? If you're listening or watching
- 20:28Speaker 1: right now, you have an opportunity right now to receive
- 20:31Speaker 1: what we're receiving as believers. Amen? Come on into the
- 20:35Speaker 1: winning team. Come on in. Amen? The invitation is open
- 20:39Speaker 1: for whosoever calls on the name of the Lord Jesus
- 20:42Speaker 1: will be saved. Saved from this world that's going to
- 20:45Speaker 1: be annihilated soon. Saved from our own sin. Saved from
- 20:50Speaker 1: the wrath of God. Saved and delivered from the things
- 20:55Speaker 1: that the enemy has placed upon our shoulders and has
- 20:59Speaker 1: lied to us and said, there's no way that you
- 21:01Speaker 1: could be saved. The enemy is saying, there's no way
- 21:03Speaker 1: you could be saved. There's no way you could be transformed.
- 21:05Speaker 1: There's no way that you could be delivered. That's a
- 21:07Speaker 1: lie from the pit of hell. It smells like smoke.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Don't listen to that voice no more. Listen to the
- 21:13Speaker 1: voice of the Lord. Amen. He said, today is the
- 21:16Speaker 1: day of salvation. Today, you can be changed, transformed, made new, redeemed.
- 21:21Speaker 1: You could receive this unshakable kingdom right now. All you
- 21:25Speaker 1: have to do is admit that you need Jesus to
- 21:28Speaker 1: forgive you for your sins. Believe in his word. Believe
- 21:31Speaker 1: in this. Amen. Then confess Jesus Christ as your personal
- 21:35Speaker 1: Lord and Savior. then see what happens. The outcome is
- 21:39Speaker 1: going to be amazing. You are going to change. Amen.
- 21:43Speaker 1: That's the word of God on it. How about this?
- 21:47Speaker 1: What can I do today? Think about what I could
- 21:49Speaker 1: do today, what you could do today to stand firm
- 21:53Speaker 1: in your faith when circumstances get bad or difficult or hard.
- 21:58Speaker 1: When life gets hard, what are you going to do?
- 22:01Speaker 1: Are you going to run into a corner and then
- 22:04Speaker 1: lay in a fetal position and Or are you going
- 22:06Speaker 1: to trust God, stand firm in your faith, amen, and
- 22:09Speaker 1: know that you're receiving an unshakable faith, unshakable kingdom, because
- 22:14Speaker 1: we have an unshakable king, amen? No one is pushing
- 22:17Speaker 1: the kingdom of God around. Haven't you noticed that this
- 22:19Speaker 1: world is so messed up, but yet the kingdom of
- 22:23Speaker 1: God is standing firm, right? The economy, the gas prices,
- 22:28Speaker 1: and the health insurance issues, all that is happening, and
- 22:31Speaker 1: yet the kingdom of God is steady and firm, unaffected. Amen.
- 22:36Speaker 1: So we are people, right? We are people that are
- 22:41Speaker 1: unaffected by what the world is throwing at us because,
- 22:45Speaker 1: listen to this, because we have an unshakable king and
- 22:50Speaker 1: we're receiving an unshakable kingdom. Amen. Brother John, humble yourself.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Are you saying for me to humble myself or are
- 23:00Speaker 1: we already humble? Amen. God bless you, my brother. Thank
- 23:02Speaker 1: you for coming to the Morning Devo. So take an
- 23:07Speaker 1: action step. Do this. Maybe this will help you. I'm
- 23:10Speaker 1: going to do it later on. Write down three things
- 23:14Speaker 1: that you're grateful to God for. Write it down. Then
- 23:19Speaker 1: identify one area. This is a quick exercise you could do.
- 23:25Speaker 1: Identify one area of uncertainty in your life. This should
- 23:28Speaker 1: be easy. I'm already thinking about some uncertainty in my life.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Write down one area of uncertainty in your life. And
- 23:36Speaker 1: surrender it to the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords.
- 23:39Speaker 1: Surrender it to the Lord in prayer. Pray about that
- 23:44Speaker 1: one thing that you're uncertain about. Choose to walk in
- 23:47Speaker 1: faith rather than in fear. So in other words, bring
- 23:51Speaker 1: that uncertainty to the Lord who is an unshakable king.
- 23:56Speaker 1: We're receiving his unshakable kingdom. Amen. And let him in
- 24:00Speaker 1: on it. He knows our troubles anyway. He knows our
- 24:04Speaker 1: concerns anyway. It's just that if you have a relationship
- 24:08Speaker 1: with someone, you want to express these to that someone
- 24:11Speaker 1: that you love. You want to express your concern. You
- 24:15Speaker 1: want to express your burdens, your pain, your hurt, your challenges. Amen.
- 24:20Speaker 1: And God being our father in heaven, he knows us, right?
- 24:24Speaker 1: He wants to hear from us. This is a communication.
- 24:27Speaker 1: Prayer is communicating with our father. And Holy Spirit, amen,
- 24:32Speaker 1: reminds us of his word and his promises over our lives.
- 24:35Speaker 1: And Jesus is the mediator. Amen? He's the intercessor between
- 24:40Speaker 1: the Father and us. Amazing. We have this unshakable kingdom, right,
- 24:46Speaker 1: that will fill us with gratitude, thanksgiving, right, unto the Lord.
- 24:51Speaker 1: And we're going to worship him. We're going to reverence him.
- 24:54Speaker 1: We're going to be in awe about the Lord. He's
- 24:58Speaker 1: a God who is a consuming fire, right? So share
- 25:03Speaker 1: this devotion out, man. Share this with somebody that needs
- 25:06Speaker 1: encouragement today. I know I needed this. Hebrews chapter 12,
- 25:09Speaker 1: verses 28 and 29. I suggest you read the whole chapter,
- 25:13Speaker 1: Hebrews chapter 12. Someone needs to be reminded today that
- 25:18Speaker 1: their hope is not built on a shaking world. This
- 25:23Speaker 1: world is out of here. This world is corrupt, fallen.
- 25:27Speaker 1: It's a fallen world, fallen system. And that's why Jesus
- 25:31Speaker 1: is bringing a new heaven, and a new earth. But
- 25:34Speaker 1: instead of building or relying on a world that's being shaken,
- 25:41Speaker 1: let's rely on an eternal king that's unshakable. And we're
- 25:46Speaker 1: receiving his unshakable kingdom. Right? This will encourage someone. I
- 25:51Speaker 1: know it's encouraging me. Stand firm in Christ. Stand firm
- 25:58Speaker 1: in his word and him. Amen. Reverence him. Be at
- 26:03Speaker 1: all about the Lord and his outstanding ways. Amen. We're
- 26:07Speaker 1: receiving an unshakable kingdom from an unshakable king. Amen. Although
- 26:12Speaker 1: he says, God is a consuming fire. Our God is
- 26:17Speaker 1: a consuming fire. Amen. So it makes me think, how
- 26:21Speaker 1: are we able to approach a consuming fire? Because we're
- 26:25Speaker 1: clothed with the righteous robe of the Lord Jesus. And
- 26:28Speaker 1: because we're clothed with the righteous robe of the Lord Jesus,
- 26:33Speaker 1: we could approach the Father. Amen? And go to the
- 26:36Speaker 1: throne room of grace with boldness, knowing that Jesus has
- 26:41Speaker 1: given us entry. He's the door, right? He's the path
- 26:45Speaker 1: to righteousness. He's the entrance that we need to get
- 26:51Speaker 1: right with the Father. Amen? Our gods are consuming fire.
- 26:56Speaker 1: So let's go for it, man. Let's realize who we are,
- 26:59Speaker 1: what we're about, and who we belong to and what
- 27:03Speaker 1: we're receiving. Amen. Hebrews chapter 12, 28 and 29. Read
- 27:07Speaker 1: the whole chapter for yourself to make sure this was
- 27:10Speaker 1: in context. Amen. I want you to make sure this
- 27:14Speaker 1: is in context so that way God can bless your
- 27:16Speaker 1: life as He has blessed my life as well. Amen.
- 27:20Speaker 1: So I'm out of time. Thank you so much for
- 27:23Speaker 1: hanging out with me for these morning devos. I try
- 27:25Speaker 1: to be in the studio 5.30 a.m. Mondays to Fridays. Amen.
- 27:29Speaker 1: As long as the Lord allows. It's all His grace
- 27:31Speaker 1: and it's all His mercy. Amen. But thank you so much.
- 27:34Speaker 1: But I'm out of here. Amen. Let me send you
- 27:36Speaker 1: off with a blessing so that way we could get
- 27:38Speaker 1: our day started, continue to wake up and win the
- 27:41Speaker 1: day with the Lord Jesus Christ. God bless you all.
- 27:44Speaker 1: God keep you all. And remember always that God is good. Peace.
