Transcript
- 0:00Hello everyone, welcome back to Eye Opener Society and welcome back to a very exciting
- 0:07episode because we got some new toys.
- 0:12If you heard my show way back in the day, I love having toys and for a long time I've
- 0:16been using the Zoom PodTrak P4.
- 0:19Well Zoom updated their P4 to a new version and that's what I'm using.
- 0:25So if my voice sounds even sexier than normal, that's what it is.
- 0:30But this is going to be a really fun episode because we're trying a lot of stuff out.
- 0:34We also switched from Zoom to Restream and I think that's just so we could give a little
- 0:41bit better of video for those of you that are watching us on video.
- 0:46I might as well, you know, up the ante just a little bit.
- 0:50But anyway, I want to thank everybody for joining us.
- 0:52I also want to thank Appalachian Rootworks, Rooted in Ruins.
- 0:57Please check out their website, appalachianrootworks.com.
- 1:00Carly and Carl are great friends of mine.
- 1:02They are fantastic, full service, metaphysical shop and it is absolutely the most exciting
- 1:08thing that there is.
- 1:10So if you're in Cynthiana, Kentucky, stop by, visit them, say hi, or jump on their website.
- 1:17Lizzie, we have a great show, don't we?
- 1:19Oh yeah, I'm so excited.
- 1:21Sorry, I lost internet there for a second.
- 1:24So I don't...
- 1:25I thought it was working so smoothly before we hit record, man.
- 1:31I'm just excited to be here today and the weather is so nice.
- 1:39And we completely lost Lizzie.
- 1:44This is not Restream, by the way, it is Lizzie's internet.
- 1:48It's everywhere.
- 1:49Okay.
- 1:50All right.
- 1:51Well, here's what we'll do before we keep losing your internet.
- 1:57We have a guest and I think anybody that knows me, every time I go on TikTok, I'm always
- 2:03kind of following people and then I start to get connected to certain people.
- 2:07One, the biggest one that I was ever connected to was you, Lizzie, right?
- 2:11We met off of TikTok.
- 2:14And because of that, we started this whole friendship, we started this whole show, and
- 2:20now we started a church.
- 2:22Now we're both co-founders of the church and it's just great.
- 2:26And then I found Hannah Rose on there too, as well, from The Sound Within, and we've
- 2:32really connected with her.
- 2:34And then just recently, Lizzie, I came to you, I said, Lizzie, check out this person.
- 2:37I said, I think she's just perfect for our show.
- 2:40So we found someone new to say hello to, and we're going to learn some, a lot of stuff
- 2:45about her today, Heavenly Halos.
- 2:49And she's going to be joining us here.
- 2:51Let me bring her in.
- 2:52Oh, this is so cool.
- 2:53Hi.
- 2:54Hi.
- 2:55Hey, welcome to the show.
- 2:59Yeah, this is pretty exciting.
- 3:02So I found you on TikTok and I was watching your content on there and I said, oh, this
- 3:08aligns so well with our show.
- 3:11It's amazing.
- 3:12And you heard me mention Hannah Rose.
- 3:15She does The Sound Bowls too, as well.
- 3:18And I know you do all that and we're going to learn a lot about that.
- 3:21But first off, why don't you go ahead and tell the audience a little bit about you,
- 3:27some of the things you do, and then we'll jump into some questions and all.
- 3:31All right, cool.
- 3:32Yeah.
- 3:33So my name is Halos and I'm an intuitive sound healer, tarot, oracle reader, and I'm training
- 3:39to become a somatic coach as well.
- 3:42I really aim to just give people the tools that they need to empower themselves, whether
- 3:48that be through the knowledge that I share on my social media platforms.
- 3:51I just created a free guide with many of the healing tools that I used in my journey.
- 3:57And I'm also doing my first free class this Thursday where I'm going to implement the
- 4:03tools that I used in my guide in everyday life and kind of teach those to people as
- 4:06well.
- 4:07And so, yeah, ultimately, I just aim to empower people and help them come back to their natural
- 4:14state of love and peace.
- 4:19That's absolutely amazing.
- 4:21And I'm really into everything that you put out there so far that I'm watching on TikTok.
- 4:27Like every day I'm like, oh, another little content drop there.
- 4:33And I was going to wait, but I have to ask, I don't know just how much you, so explain
- 4:39it to me.
- 4:40I seen you the other day and you were doing some of the sound healing and you have like
- 4:45a dome, a geo dome.
- 4:47Yeah.
- 4:48A geodesic dome.
- 4:50Wow.
- 4:51Honestly, I just seen it like small inside your TikTok content, but that is absolutely
- 4:59amazing.
- 5:00How did you come about that whole setup?
- 5:02Yeah.
- 5:03So actually the person I'm living with right now, Beautiful Soul, I'm living on a land
- 5:07conservative where that is completely just dedicated to earth, to connecting to nature,
- 5:14to connecting to ourselves.
- 5:15And so this geodesic dome was built on the land to amplify sound really.
- 5:21So there's bulls in there that I play with and it's just complete like magical energy.
- 5:26Like every time I play, it's just, the residence is so beautiful and it really just, it just
- 5:33amplifies the magic that sound already has being in that dome.
- 5:39And it really, I think kind of gives me like more clarity in the mission that I want to
- 5:44bring on this earth, just creating those more around the world.
- 5:47Because if we can have like more centers like that, where, you know, there's these spaces
- 5:53that people can come and listen to sound in those areas.
- 5:56Like the residence is just like any, nothing, no, I don't know how to put it into words even.
- 6:05I can't believe I didn't see that video.
- 6:07I'm going to have to go on.
- 6:08And he was just telling me about it before we got on.
- 6:11I think those are so cool.
- 6:13I love the sound healing and I've seen the pictures and stuff of those domes, but I've
- 6:18never gotten to experience that before.
- 6:20What a beautiful blessing to live there.
- 6:21That's amazing.
- 6:24Yeah, we, I mean, I hate being stuck in four walls myself.
- 6:30I'm very much like always outdoors, always want to be outdoors.
- 6:34So I really appreciate that.
- 6:37And all the little tidbits you give are always great.
- 6:39And I did read your free content that you put out on your website, unifiedfrequency.com.
- 6:46It's up on the screen and we're definitely going to have it in the synopsis too, for
- 6:49those of you not watching us.
- 6:53But I read through that and it was put together so well.
- 6:58And if this fits into you, you did that one for free.
- 7:02And Lizzie and I were always talking about this because, you know, when we started this
- 7:07church, church still needs to make money, but we're also in this constant, you know,
- 7:12world of cosmic, you know, frequency stuff where we say, well, we shouldn't always charge
- 7:18for everything.
- 7:19There should be free content.
- 7:21And you even, for the stuff that you do charge for, you even have like a sliding scale for
- 7:25those that, you know, can't afford it.
- 7:28And I think that really touched with Lizzie and I too, you're doing it right.
- 7:34And I read that free content and it was, I mean, if you just want to get everything in
- 7:40a nutshell, it was a really good read.
- 7:43And someone who's just starting out and, you know, wanting to know what you offer and to
- 7:47work with you for free, that's an amazing piece of material there.
- 7:52And I thank you for putting that out too.
- 7:55You know, and what I love is towards the end, you said, this is my teachings, you know,
- 8:01you don't have to agree with everything on there because everybody's different.
- 8:05And that touched in there too.
- 8:06I said, that's exactly what Lizzie and I, you know, bring forward to the conversation
- 8:10too.
- 8:11Yeah, I think that that's so important to keep in mind.
- 8:15And that's even a video that I posted recently, I think yesterday, but I was actually wasn't
- 8:21on TikTok, it was on Instagram, but it was kind of just me talking about how important
- 8:26it is to honor other people's perspectives and honor other truths.
- 8:30And I've noticed that as well, like the more I kind of get and I say something and people
- 8:34don't agree with what I'm saying, I can notice it really striking nerve with my ego.
- 8:37I'm like, how dare you like think that I'm wrong?
- 8:40And I'm like, okay, there is no wrong.
- 8:43There is no right.
- 8:44Everyone has their own perspective.
- 8:46Like we just need to take a step back and really honor everyone's individuality.
- 8:51And that's what makes life so beautiful is, you know, the fact that we are able to have
- 8:56all these different perspectives.
- 8:58And so, yes, this is my perspective.
- 9:00This is my take on certain things.
- 9:01But I don't expect you to think that everything that I say is right.
- 9:05And you know, I'm asking is to be respected and maybe just take into consideration of
- 9:09certain things.
- 9:10But yeah, ultimately, we are all have free will over what we think.
- 9:16I don't know if you had something there, Lizzie, because I don't want to hog up the whole conversation.
- 9:24Sorry, every question I've had, I missed part of it because my internet cut out and I kind
- 9:29of went out of the video and then came back in.
- 9:32And so now I have some questions, but I'm afraid to just repeat myself.
- 9:35So that's, that's my bad.
- 9:36I just let me know if you already said some of this stuff.
- 9:40But I also read your document and it was just so beautiful.
- 9:43And I was like, I think like 64 pages.
- 9:45And so it's like just jam packed full of stuff.
- 9:48And I was just curious if you have like found this in, like, did you take a specific program
- 9:53or did you just kind of like collect it over the years with your like experience and practice?
- 9:59Yeah, it was something that was given to me through my own healing journey.
- 10:04It wasn't through a program.
- 10:06I was in many years of therapy, and then I've just seen a lot of different practitioners
- 10:11and even just like having friends in the spiritual community, certain things that I've come across
- 10:16like specifically for fasting.
- 10:18That wasn't something I was taught by other people that was just like a truth that I resonated
- 10:21with.
- 10:22And I was like, this needs to be in my book, because like, this is so important, like people
- 10:26need to know that we don't need to eat all the time.
- 10:28And when we don't eat, this is actually like healing our bodies.
- 10:32And so I was just like blown away with this information.
- 10:36And it's funny, yeah, I was definitely charging for that, initially, because I wanted to get
- 10:42money off of it.
- 10:43But I kept coming across certain truths that I resonated with thinking, or people saying
- 10:49that light information should be free.
- 10:54And I think that any information that brings us back to ourselves, I don't necessarily
- 10:59think that we should really be charging for that.
- 11:00I think certain services should be charged for like, yeah, if I'm going to give you a
- 11:04personalized soundback, you know, I would like to receive compensation for that.
- 11:09But if I'm just teaching you certain things that we all need to learn to empower ourselves,
- 11:14I think that that's how we're going to empower the planet.
- 11:17Yeah, I love everything that you just said there.
- 11:21I didn't disagree with anything.
- 11:23It was beautiful.
- 11:24I kind of get stuck on that too, because it's like, yeah, you want to make money and definitely
- 11:30your time is valuable.
- 11:31And you don't write 64 pages and not put any time into it, you know what I mean?
- 11:36But like, yeah, there's like something about it, because I, my education has been very
- 11:40much like yours, like just living life and the universe had its way of telling me things,
- 11:46you know what I mean?
- 11:47And just kind of taking that in.
- 11:48I also found fasting at different times in my journey, and love the benefits of it.
- 11:54And I don't know, I just, I just thought everything that you said was just so beautiful.
- 11:59Thank you.
- 12:02And I too, I found the fasting, you know, since we're on that, it's true.
- 12:08People don't realize that the fasting, you know, everybody says, you got to eat, got
- 12:11to eat, you got to eat, but you don't.
- 12:15And once you realize that, or if you actually do go down the real, the very, at least the
- 12:20very first time I did fasting, I went for a full eight days and yeah, I say, if I'm
- 12:27going to go into anything, I'm going to go head on and really see if this works.
- 12:31And yeah, the first two days was a struggle, but then after that, your body says you don't
- 12:37need it and you become so used to it.
- 12:41And like by that eight day, I didn't feel like I needed to rush and eat anything.
- 12:47And so I started eating just slowly and I just built up from there.
- 12:50And then now I eat one meal a day.
- 12:53At least I try to, but I go for one meal a day and I do it well before I go to sleep.
- 12:59This way there's none of that extra digestion that goes on when you're trying to sleep.
- 13:04So yeah, you definitely set it in that little booklet that you had there.
- 13:11And so if anybody wants to take that journey, yeah, it's great.
- 13:14And when you combine that with meditation and sound beds and all, so much stuff that
- 13:20you can learn about yourself.
- 13:22So, so very much.
- 13:23But also consult your doctor and listen to your body and all of those disclaimery things.
- 13:29Yeah, yes.
- 13:30Those are also added in my book.
- 13:31I saw those.
- 13:32Those were beautiful.
- 13:33Yeah, we're not doctors.
- 13:38This is just stuff we're suggesting.
- 13:40Please check with your doctor.
- 13:41I forget sometimes I just go so far into that we're not doctors.
- 13:46I feel like in 2026, that should just go without saying, like you see so much advice and differing
- 13:52opinions.
- 13:53Like at this point, you should just consult whoever you consult, you know, this is my
- 13:56opinion.
- 13:57No, I agree with that.
- 13:59I will say it's also a little bit difficult for me because I'm not really into Western
- 14:04Med.
- 14:05I think a big part of it is because they do kind of profit off of our illnesses.
- 14:10And so they're kind of like trying to gatekeep certain things.
- 14:13And so I'm kind of like, your doctors can tell you this, but that doesn't mean it's
- 14:15necessarily true.
- 14:16And ultimately, it is just listening to your body and really tapping into yourself through
- 14:21meditations and does this feel right to me?
- 14:24Does this feel wrong to me, you know, I think that that's really the ultimate guide is yourself.
- 14:29Such a funny little bubble that for legality reasons, we have to say things that we almost
- 14:35disagree with.
- 14:36I don't disagree with because if you think you need to go to a doctor, like go to a doctor,
- 14:40like don't, you know, no matter how spiritual you are, like, that's part of spirituality
- 14:44is following your intuition on that one.
- 14:46But yeah, in my experience in the last few years of just kind of committing to that a
- 14:51little bit, like I've just found such beauty and how much your body really can just heal
- 14:55itself like is pretty crazy.
- 14:57100% Yeah, no, and I think that, yeah, um, your body, I mean, it's funny, we really do
- 15:07just forget our natural state of these empowered beings.
- 15:13And that's why coming back to ourselves is so important.
- 15:17You know, we're raised in this society, we're taught from such a young age that we need
- 15:21to do these things in order to be successful.
- 15:24And we need to do this to gain health, and a lot of it is based on positivity.
- 15:30And it's just really interesting, I think, like, just the more awake I become, and the
- 15:35more aware of the truth of how just much of we're constantly we have to unlearn all of
- 15:42that.
- 15:43And just listen to ourselves, right?
- 15:45And come back to that natural state of remembrance of, yes, how empowered we are in ourselves
- 15:50and how much we can heal ourselves.
- 15:52Yeah, exactly.
- 15:53And back to what you were saying about individuality, it's important that each person kind of finds
- 15:59their own with that one, too, because I think that's where the real beauty and community
- 16:04comes from, is where everybody can kind of paint the picture together.
- 16:09Yeah, Lizzie, she sounds a lot like us, doesn't she?
- 16:13Yeah.
- 16:14You don't want to know about those exact same things.
- 16:21This is great.
- 16:22I love it.
- 16:24So, just because I sit and I listen to your content, okay, and I don't want to raise anything
- 16:31if you don't want to talk about it, I mean, please don't, I want to respect your space
- 16:34on there.
- 16:35But all of this came through, you know, your past, you know, and you mentioned therapy
- 16:41and all that.
- 16:43I think it's important because I don't think people understand, just like you're talking
- 16:46about Western medicine and all, people go through things in life and sometimes they
- 16:53only can find ways of healing through the spirituality.
- 16:58Yeah.
- 17:00No, absolutely.
- 17:04I truly believe you cannot heal to a full capacity without spirituality.
- 17:12And I think that it's because if you are disconnected from your true source, that is your source
- 17:19of empowerment.
- 17:20That is your source of wholeness, ultimately.
- 17:23We're diagnosed with disorders, we're given all of these labels that tell us that we're
- 17:28not whole, that we are damaged, and in order to detach from that, we have to come back
- 17:33to ourselves.
- 17:34And I believe that through connecting to spirit, through remembering that we are one with everything,
- 17:40then we can remember our true state of wholeness and realizing, oh, I'm not, you know, broken,
- 17:47I'm perfect as I am, and that's where healing is able to thrive.
- 17:53That sounds perfect.
- 17:54I really like that.
- 17:56And like, especially for our audience, and I've been doing this show at least for the
- 18:00last three years with my stepdaughter who goes through extreme anxiety, and she sat
- 18:05down and did the show.
- 18:07And we spoke about this many times.
- 18:10But in order, yeah, in order to really start healing, we do, we need to go back to ourselves,
- 18:16the natural side of everything, because unfortunately, nowadays, there's a pill for everything.
- 18:22And then that pill creates pills for other pills, because there's side effects of those
- 18:26pills that require more pills from there.
- 18:31I don't know where that cycle ends until you start doing something much more holistic,
- 18:37and you start realizing, wow, this really works better than so many pills that I've
- 18:43been taking.
- 18:44So yeah, this is why I really enjoy meeting people that have the same sort of mindset,
- 18:49because we can, as a community, as a whole, start saying, yeah, we may not be doctors,
- 18:54but listen, this is the things we've done.
- 18:56These are the practices that we do.
- 18:58And we can help you.
- 19:00Yeah.
- 19:01And you know, I look at people who've been on pills their whole life, like my grandma,
- 19:08for instance.
- 19:09She was depressed her whole life and was on like 10 different pills, just her whole life
- 19:16and never got better.
- 19:17In fact, continuously got worse.
- 19:20And it's because you're not treating the root.
- 19:24You're treating the cause.
- 19:25And I will say that pills have helped me.
- 19:27I was medicated as a teen.
- 19:29And when I was in an abusive household, I couldn't heal my trauma, because I had to
- 19:34just treat the symptoms, because I couldn't admit to myself that I was being abused.
- 19:40That wasn't safe for me.
- 19:41And now that I've been out of that situation, I can look at it, and I can treat the root
- 19:45and love that part of myself and tell myself the truth, heal through the truth.
- 19:50And a lot of times people aren't, they don't feel safe enough to heal with the truth.
- 19:54And so they're using pills to treat the symptom.
- 19:57And while that can be effective at parts of your life, ultimately, what's going to heal
- 20:02you is the truth, is coming back to yourself and treating the root of the cause.
- 20:10Absolutely beautiful.
- 20:11Great, Liz, you could jump in there.
- 20:13Oh, sorry.
- 20:14I was just going to say, yeah, it's kind of funny, because I've been thinking about this
- 20:18a lot the last few days.
- 20:20And it seems like this kind of thing is just kind of like woven into the way we think about
- 20:24everything.
- 20:25I'm a massage therapist.
- 20:27And it's very common for people to come in to me, and they'll tell me what pain they
- 20:31have.
- 20:32They want me to just get in there with my elbows, rip them up, and then for them to
- 20:35not even think about it again for the next 30 days till they come back to see me.
- 20:40And then they just like, they don't know why they're not ever getting better.
- 20:43And we're just having to go deeper and deeper.
- 20:45And I'm like, there's like, 42 different things we could try.
- 20:49But it's like, it's a whole thing, but it's kind of built in this way where we kind of
- 20:54like outsource our healing to the doctors, we outsource our education to schools, we
- 20:59outsource all of this stuff.
- 21:01And so I think you're right.
- 21:02It's like, at some point, you have to accept some sort of spirituality, because at some
- 21:06point, you have to like, take that authority back for yourself.
- 21:11100%.
- 21:13So we can find you on TikTok.
- 21:17Heavenlyhalos at TikTok.
- 21:20Got it on the screen on my new restream.
- 21:22It's so cool.
- 21:23But for those of you who can't see it, I'm going to make sure it's down in the synopsis
- 21:29Along with your webpage, unifiedfrequency.com.
- 21:32And it's U-N-I-F-E-Y-E-D.
- 21:37Unified.
- 21:38Because I did look, I tried looking up the regular unified and it was already taken.
- 21:42So I know that's probably not that stuff.
- 21:45But I want everybody to please follow Heavenlyhalos on TikTok.
- 21:49She has some amazing content and some really great thoughts.
- 21:55And then check out her website because of the services that she offers.
- 21:59Now, those services, can they be done online too?
- 22:03Like, or do you only do in person?
- 22:06Yeah, no, I have a microphone and I've actually tested it because sound typically doesn't
- 22:13transfer that well, like over technology.
- 22:15But I think if you have like a good enough microphone that it can, I do have a pretty
- 22:19high quality microphone that I use.
- 22:21And I've given some to my friends like, oh, yeah, like that was really nice that I needed
- 22:25that.
- 22:26And I was like, okay, good.
- 22:27So it does sound good through the phone or whatever I'm using.
- 22:30So, yeah, I do offer my sessions through Zoom as well.
- 22:35That's awesome.
- 22:36I do think intention matters a lot more than distance.
- 22:40Yes.
- 22:41That's my thing.
- 22:42But I've never heard sound bowls over like a Zoom thing.
- 22:47That would be kind of really cool.
- 22:49Oh, no, that's a lie.
- 22:50I don't know what's happening.
- 22:51Never mind.
- 22:56I'm trying so hard to like just allow the Internet to just like be, I can't even concentrate.
- 23:01I'm sorry.
- 23:06This is why I love this show, because it is just so real.
- 23:09We don't edit anything.
- 23:11Lizzie always has this way of cosmically because of her energy.
- 23:16I feel 100% she absorbs all the bandwidth and blows everything out.
- 23:20So that's how amazing she is.
- 23:22And that's why I partnered up with her, because I can't get through life without her at this
- 23:26point.
- 23:27As long as I can track my thoughts.
- 23:32Yeah.
- 23:33This was such a joy chatting with you.
- 23:35This has been so fun.
- 23:36Thank you so much for getting on with us.
- 23:38Yeah.
- 23:39Thank you guys for having me.
- 23:40This has been great.
- 23:41I've enjoyed this conversation so much.
- 23:44Well, that's so great, because I was going to ask you something and we got you live on
- 23:48recording here.
- 23:51Most people that we have, like, you know, I love having you as a guest, but would you
- 23:55like to be a recurring guest every now and then if, you know, you would?
- 24:00Yeah, of course.
- 24:01No, I mean, I feel like, yeah, having conversations with like-minded people is like the highlight
- 24:06of existence.
- 24:08So, yeah.
- 24:10I love that.
- 24:11That's what we're building.
- 24:12Awesome.
- 24:13Yeah, I think what you guys are building is beautiful, and I would love to be a part of
- 24:16it.
- 24:17That would be great.
- 24:18Yeah, I would love to, because like I said, you really do.
- 24:20You sound like a combination of Lizzie and I together, and that's what's so beautiful
- 24:25about you.
- 24:27So, yeah, we'll keep in touch, and we'll have you on the show, you know, as a guest every
- 24:31now and then, especially if we're hitting on some topic that you actually work with.
- 24:35It would be nice to have, you know, some commentary in there from someone who actually does it.
- 24:40And yes, when it comes to sound, the microphones are top-notch.
- 24:44So, now I could say, the WIT microphones, they are great.
- 24:50They are some of the best.
- 24:51My voice sounds so good.
- 24:57I had to throw that in because one day the WIT is going to turn around and actually say,
- 25:00wow, that's great.
- 25:01We're going to pay you for sponsorship.
- 25:03So, if that happens, we want the full.
- 25:06So, yes, microphones do count.
- 25:09Great speakers, too.
- 25:10So, I don't know exactly who the best speaker is, but all good.
- 25:16Yeah, just while we're on the topic of sound, because one of my things I learned when I
- 25:22was meditating, and I tried out so many different forms of meditation, binaural beats.
- 25:29Are you aware of those?
- 25:31Oh, yeah.
- 25:32Yeah, no, they're the best to sleep to.
- 25:34I mean, I use them a lot in meditation, but I find that when I sleep with them, like when
- 25:38you're entering the conscious, subconscious stage of like falling asleep, it's like very
- 25:43potent for me when I use those.
- 25:45So, yeah.
- 25:47That's great.
- 25:48Yeah, because they're pretty potent for myself as well.
- 25:50I kind of like them because a lot of people say, oh, I can't clear my mind.
- 25:53Well, you're not supposed to clear your mind.
- 25:55Your mind just works that way.
- 25:57But for people that feel their mind is so busy, the sounds interfere with all the thoughts.
- 26:03Now, at least that's what I learned.
- 26:04So, it kind of quiets everything because you're just trying to concentrate on the sound.
- 26:09So, we could get into conversations like that.
- 26:13And then we could get into anything like UFOs and all the other fun stuff that I'd like
- 26:18to talk about.
- 26:19You do?
- 26:21See, Lizzie, we got another winner.
- 26:23TikTok is fantastic when you keep finding the right people.
- 26:28Well, yeah.
- 26:30So, I want to thank everybody for joining us.
- 26:32I really want to thank Halos again.

- 26:53Awesome.
