- 0:10Speaker 1: Winter insurance spit.
- 0:12Speaker 2: I'm true, I'm a check out both skins. Wait the
- 0:17Speaker 2: aut Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy the Show. I'm your host,
- 0:36Speaker 2: Adam Todd Brown joining me as co host this week
- 0:38Speaker 2: kind of expands here. How's it going?
- 0:40Speaker 1: Man? Going good? Adam, Well, honestly going less good after
- 0:44Speaker 1: I read the notes. This is a pretty infuriating episode.
- 0:48Speaker 2: It sure is. These RFK episodes have all been kind
- 0:52Speaker 2: of frustrating because of all the conspiracies out there, this
- 0:57Speaker 2: seems like the most obvious, the one that everyone seems
- 1:02Speaker 2: to agree. Yep, we should probably reopen this and look
- 1:05Speaker 2: into it again.
- 1:06Speaker 1: I am now more certain that there were multiple shooters
- 1:09Speaker 1: at the RFK assassination than I am that Jeffrey Epstein
- 1:12Speaker 1: didn't kill himself. That's how insane this deluge of evidence is.
- 1:18Speaker 1: It's just ridiculous.
- 1:20Speaker 2: Yeah. If I had to choose which hill to die
- 1:23Speaker 2: on between this and Elvis joined Witness Protection, I would
- 1:27Speaker 2: go with this.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Yeah. This is even taking presidents over our Elvis Truther
- 1:32Speaker 1: status here on the show, which, as you know, is
- 1:34Speaker 1: die hard and robust.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Yeah, what we're talking about this week. I mentioned on
- 1:41Speaker 2: the last RFK episode that a lot more files have
- 1:44Speaker 2: been added to this archive.
- 1:46Speaker 1: And we're doing twenty five more RFK episodes in this
- 1:48Speaker 1: series minimum.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Probably I'll break it up a little bit, but I
- 1:53Speaker 2: feel like there's going to be a lot. On the
- 1:55Speaker 2: last one, I mentioned that these files have changed a
- 1:58Speaker 2: bunch since they first uploaded him and the stuff on
- 2:02Speaker 2: the first few pages is different now. And the first
- 2:06Speaker 2: page of those files, at least as of right now,
- 2:09Speaker 2: is an FBI memo dated October twenty fifth, twenty twelve.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Well link to it in the show notes, and it
- 2:16Speaker 2: is the FBI responding to a request from RFK Junior
- 2:22Speaker 2: to reopen the investigation into his father's assassination, and his
- 2:28Speaker 2: request is based on analysis of a piece of evidence
- 2:34Speaker 2: in the RFK assassination called the Prasinski tape. I should
- 2:37Speaker 2: have looked up to make sure I'm pronouncing that right,
- 2:39Speaker 2: but probably it looks like Presensky to me, Prasenski, Prashinski.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Maybe maybe put a little juz a little in there. Yeah,
- 2:47Speaker 2: I can spice it up a little bit.
- 2:49Speaker 1: This is not the Kaminsky method. This is the Prishinsky tape.
- 2:53Speaker 2: The Prashinsky tape is a recording that was inadvertently made
- 2:59Speaker 2: by a Polish journalist named Stanislaw Prasinski.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Well, you know, he's Polish, so he does everything inadvertently.
- 3:06Speaker 1: That's just the way it goes.
- 3:08Speaker 2: He recorded rfk's speech at the Ambassador Hotel like a
- 3:12Speaker 2: real fucking nerd. I mean, that was you had to
- 3:15Speaker 2: do that back then. There was no YouTube. You couldn't
- 3:17Speaker 2: be like I'll find it online later. You had to
- 3:19Speaker 2: preserve this shit.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Yeah, and you had to quote people on stuff. You know,
- 3:23Speaker 1: that's a lot of pressure. If I wouldn't want to
- 3:25Speaker 1: be going around quoting people off my memory, I would
- 3:27Speaker 1: want some receipts. Yeah.
- 3:29Speaker 2: Absolutely, So after Kennedy finished his speech, Prasinski went to
- 3:33Speaker 2: the podium to retrieve his tape recorder and just forgot
- 3:37Speaker 2: to turn it.
- 3:37Speaker 1: Off, typical Polish behavior.
- 3:41Speaker 2: And so he was still recording when RFK was shot,
- 3:47Speaker 2: and he had this tape and he went back and
- 3:50Speaker 2: listened to it and was like, oh shit, that was
- 3:53Speaker 2: all when RFK was shot. But he also assumed other
- 3:57Speaker 2: people would have been recording and that authorities would have
- 3:59Speaker 2: had had a copy of this tape also, so he
- 4:02Speaker 2: just didn't notify anyone. He just went back to Montreal
- 4:06Speaker 2: where he lived fucking tossed this tape in the back
- 4:08Speaker 2: of his car and was like, that's probably not important.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Can I just make a blaked statement that modesty does
- 4:14Speaker 1: history no flavors when it comes to assassination witnesses, you know,
- 4:18Speaker 1: like there's no need for your little like little old
- 4:21Speaker 1: knee shit, like just send the tape.
- 4:24Speaker 2: Oh, I don't want to bother the police. Bother the
- 4:26Speaker 2: police no matter what, or.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Better yet, bother an independent journalist or scientists. Yeah.
- 4:33Speaker 2: Yeah, we're kind of lucky. He didn't immediately give this
- 4:35Speaker 2: tape to the police, at least not the original, but
- 4:38Speaker 2: he was wrong about authorities having a copy or a
- 4:42Speaker 2: similar tape. So in early nineteen sixty nine, the FBI
- 4:47Speaker 2: had the Royal Canadian Mounted Police make a recording of
- 4:51Speaker 2: his tape. I wonder why it happened that way. I
- 4:53Speaker 2: wonder why they weren't just like, hey, will you make
- 4:55Speaker 2: a copy and we'll come pick it up. I wonder
- 4:57Speaker 2: if he was like, no, but I'll give it to
- 4:59Speaker 2: the p and you'd get it from them.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Yeah. Maybe, I mean, I guess, I guess the Mounties
- 5:05Speaker 1: have probably got a nice tape deck, you know, I
- 5:08Speaker 1: would imagine they need that for something in nineteen sixty whatever.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Yeah, because now that I think about it, home like
- 5:16Speaker 2: cassette recording wasn't a thing until the seventies.
- 5:20Speaker 1: I believe, Yeah, because that's when the dead Kennedy has
- 5:23Speaker 1: left the B side of the in God We Trust
- 5:25Speaker 1: ep blank and wrote the home taping is killing the
- 5:29Speaker 1: record industry. We left the side blank so you can help.
- 5:31Speaker 2: There was a parody bumper sticker of that that went
- 5:35Speaker 2: around around the same time that said home fucking is
- 5:38Speaker 2: killing the porn industry.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I like that. That's fine.
- 5:42Speaker 2: So yeah, after that they got the tape, the FBI
- 5:45Speaker 2: concluded there was nothing of value to be heard on it,
- 5:49Speaker 2: and it just went into the LAPDS files for a
- 5:53Speaker 2: long time.
- 5:54Speaker 1: The fucking Federal Bureau of Ignoring Important shit.
- 5:58Speaker 2: And the lap One of the things you hear about
- 6:02Speaker 2: this investigation from people back when it happened is, oh, well,
- 6:06Speaker 2: we don't want all the JFK questions, you know, we
- 6:09Speaker 2: want this to be pretty transparent, which is probably why
- 6:13Speaker 2: they arranged for it to happen in a kitchen with
- 6:15Speaker 2: a shit ton of witnesses. But yeah, then it just
- 6:18Speaker 2: turns immediately into JFK shit. With one example being the
- 6:23Speaker 2: LAPD refusing to release any of these files for like
- 6:27Speaker 2: nineteen years. It's like, why, why don't you want these
- 6:30Speaker 2: files released? Who is it going to implicate that you
- 6:33Speaker 2: don't want implicated that someone in the LAPD. You never know,
- 6:37Speaker 2: But those files were released starting in nineteen eighty eight because.
- 6:41Speaker 1: You when we've looked at all the evidence we've looked
- 6:44Speaker 1: at here, how many people on the LAPD had to
- 6:48Speaker 1: just straight up do a bad job for this to go,
- 6:51Speaker 1: like slip through the cracks, straight up ignore protocol, discard evidence,
- 6:55Speaker 1: not catalog but whatever, Like, there is a lot I
- 6:58Speaker 1: don't believe that they're that incompetent, I mean cop hater
- 7:01Speaker 1: that I am. I think they know what they're doing
- 7:05Speaker 1: to the degree that they could find bullet holes in
- 7:08Speaker 1: doorframes and shit like that that they just didn't.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Yeah, and they did find bullet holes in doorframes even
- 7:16Speaker 2: and they were just like, nah, those aren't bullet holes.
- 7:18Speaker 2: It's like, you don't want to test that and make.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Sure you're just I thought that was one of the
- 7:23Speaker 1: things they found later, but I guess I'm wrong.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Well, they found bullet holes, but the lead investigator, who
- 7:31Speaker 2: we'll talk about him more in a minute. He determined
- 7:34Speaker 2: the metal inside the holes in the doorframe was was
- 7:37Speaker 2: not bullets. And it's like you determine that from just
- 7:40Speaker 2: looking at the holes that had metal in them, and
- 7:43Speaker 2: you're like, yeah, it's not bullet metal.
- 7:45Speaker 1: I know a lot about holes, Okay, yeah, I And of.
- 7:49Speaker 2: Course those doorframes have since been destroyed.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Oh good, perfect much. There wouldn't have been any museum
- 7:55Speaker 1: space anywhere that wanted to hold onto those.
- 7:58Speaker 2: No, no, definitely not. Yeah, that's the other thing. You
- 8:00Speaker 2: go to the Reagan Library. They have every piece of
- 8:03Speaker 2: evidence from his attempted assassination there, those.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Fuckers, But this we don't.
- 8:09Speaker 2: We just we've lost it all. Except the Reagan Library
- 8:12Speaker 2: has the Souvenir program about this assassination.
- 8:15Speaker 1: So you can review all the key points.
- 8:19Speaker 2: So this recording, it goes into the LAPDS files. It's
- 8:22Speaker 2: eventually made public in nineteen ninety, but then it's another
- 8:27Speaker 2: fourteen years before anyone actually finds this tape and listens
- 8:32Speaker 2: to it. It was two thousand and four a CNN
- 8:35Speaker 2: reporter and RFK historian named Brad Johnson found this tape,
- 8:41Speaker 2: listened to it, and he heard popping noises that he
- 8:43Speaker 2: suspected might be gunshots. He matched up the time of
- 8:47Speaker 2: the recording with footage of the scene and determined that
- 8:50Speaker 2: this recording would have happened when RFK was being shot,
- 8:54Speaker 2: because in video from the scene you can see Prazinski
- 8:57Speaker 2: go up and get his tape recorder and off, and
- 9:01Speaker 2: they know what time that happened, and at the exact
- 9:04Speaker 2: time he's heading toward this pantry, you see him on
- 9:08Speaker 2: video heading to the pantry. That's when the shots are
- 9:11Speaker 2: being fired.
- 9:12Speaker 1: And I got to commend whoever did this, because I
- 9:14Speaker 1: have had the sync audio of old mean boys shows
- 9:18Speaker 1: to a video of old mean boy shows, and I
- 9:20Speaker 1: got to wait until I'm getting spanked with a giant
- 9:23Speaker 1: paddle to use that as a slate. It's very difficult
- 9:26Speaker 1: to find archival sync points between video and audio.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Yeah one, especially video and audio from back then.
- 9:34Speaker 1: Yeah, no shit.
- 9:35Speaker 2: And so he shares this recording with sound engineers at
- 9:41Speaker 2: both CNN and Paramount Pictures, and both of those people
- 9:45Speaker 2: agreed there were more shots than you could hear just
- 9:49Speaker 2: with your naked ear. And then he gave the recording
- 9:52Speaker 2: from there to two audio specialists, one Phil Van Pragg
- 9:57Speaker 2: and experienced audio engineer another Spencer Whitehead, an audio science
- 10:03Speaker 2: professor at Georgia Institute of Technology. Both of them also
- 10:08Speaker 2: agreed that more than eight shots could be heard on
- 10:12Speaker 2: this tape. In two thousand and seven, three other experts
- 10:16Speaker 2: who examined the recording at Johnson's request said they heard
- 10:20Speaker 2: at least ten shots.
- 10:22Speaker 1: But these people are all Palestinian sympathizers exactly. Yeah, that's
- 10:29Speaker 1: the thing.
- 10:30Speaker 2: What ends up happening here spoiler alert is this gets
- 10:34Speaker 2: in front of a judge, and this judge is like, yeah,
- 10:37Speaker 2: but there's also some experts who refute what's happening on
- 10:41Speaker 2: the tape, so I guess we don't need to reopen
- 10:43Speaker 2: the case. It's like, what the fuck is that?
- 10:46Speaker 1: The judge is like, don't fuck up my fucking golf
- 10:49Speaker 1: game for me, asshole.
- 10:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is that vibe.
- 10:53Speaker 1: He's like, Nah.
- 10:54Speaker 2: Some other experts said it's not real. It's like they're
- 10:56Speaker 2: writing a book about RFK. That doesn't into your thinking
- 11:01Speaker 2: at all.
- 11:02Speaker 1: You don't want to be the judge who goes around,
- 11:05Speaker 1: you know, being a nuisance to the deep state. Adam,
- 11:08Speaker 1: you know that can't be good for your career on
- 11:10Speaker 1: the bench.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Yeah, there is an episode of the Good Fight the
- 11:15Speaker 2: greatest television show of the last twenty five years. It's
- 11:19Speaker 2: a about a law firm, and so you see like
- 11:22Speaker 2: court cases and shit, and a lot of it is
- 11:24Speaker 2: based on real things. It's a spin off of The
- 11:27Speaker 2: Good Wife, and The Good Wife very famously covered home
- 11:32Speaker 2: En Square, which is that black site in Chicago that
- 11:35Speaker 2: the police were operating without letting anyone know. They did
- 11:38Speaker 2: an episode about that a year before the story broke.
- 11:41Speaker 2: So they get into like ripped from the headlines type
- 11:45Speaker 2: shit sometimes before it makes the headlines.
- 11:48Speaker 1: In a kind of a CSI type way. Yeah, gotcha,
- 11:52Speaker 1: that's fine.
- 11:53Speaker 2: And one of the things that happens in this whole
- 11:56Speaker 2: season of The Good Fight is these judges keep getting
- 12:00Speaker 2: cases brought in front of them, and then they get
- 12:03Speaker 2: this memo and then they show up in court and
- 12:05Speaker 2: they're like, actually, no, we're gonna just dismiss the case.
- 12:08Speaker 2: And it's someone high up that's just like hm hmm,
- 12:12Speaker 2: don't don't take that case. There's no way that shit
- 12:15Speaker 2: doesn't happen in real life.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Did happen with uh? With Epstein? I forget the exact
- 12:19Speaker 1: you know, appeals court and the exact judge or whatever.
- 12:22Speaker 1: But he said basically like I was told, he's above
- 12:25Speaker 1: my pay grade, he's intelligence. Back the fuck off, Like
- 12:28Speaker 1: that's a that's a quote from a guy. Yeah.
- 12:31Speaker 2: We did an episode of this podcast years ago about
- 12:35Speaker 2: a group called the Finders.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Oh, one of the creepiest fucking shows we ever did.
- 12:40Speaker 1: The Finders is so creepy, man.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Yeah, And I mean I'm convinced that was a human
- 12:45Speaker 2: like a child trafficking hole.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Yeah, Oh, definitely, most definitely. And it was wilfully ignored.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's the thing. It wasn't wilfully ignored until
- 12:54Speaker 2: it got to the CIA, because there's two different incidents
- 12:58Speaker 2: where people try to like pursue a case against them,
- 13:02Speaker 2: and it kept getting kicked up to like FBI whoever.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I mean, because it's some serious shit, right, and both
- 13:10Speaker 2: times it hit the CIA and they were like, Nope, nope,
- 13:14Speaker 2: we're not We're not gonna look into that at all.
- 13:17Speaker 2: So don't doubt that the judge in this case might
- 13:19Speaker 2: have had it put in his ear that I don't
- 13:22Speaker 2: give a fuck what's on that tape, you do not
- 13:24Speaker 2: reopen this investigation.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Yeah, judges have still got a little bit of that,
- 13:28Speaker 1: Like you remember how we felt about you know, cops
- 13:31Speaker 1: and shit before nine to eleven, they got a little
- 13:33Speaker 1: bit of that shine on them where we still believe
- 13:35Speaker 1: they're public servants. But I'm not buying it. I think
- 13:38Speaker 1: you're just as corrupt as is the average mailman.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you're allowed to be, you know, a
- 13:44Speaker 2: good guy to some point, and then you run into
- 13:47Speaker 2: shit like this and they're like, yeah, you got you
- 13:50Speaker 2: gotta go the other way. Because even I think you're right,
- 13:53Speaker 2: judges do still have an air of respectability to them,
- 13:57Speaker 2: and you're seeing it even now where there's like judges
- 14:01Speaker 2: Trump appointed who now he's putting their immigration shit in
- 14:04Speaker 2: front of them, and they're like, are you fucking crazy?
- 14:06Speaker 2: You cannot just deport people to fucking Venezuela. But those
- 14:10Speaker 2: are judges he appointed. So that gives me a little
- 14:13Speaker 2: bit of hope. I mean, until he starts sending those
- 14:16Speaker 2: judges to fucking.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Yeah, until he's until we find the camp judge somewhere
- 14:23Speaker 1: in the Gulf of America somewhere.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Yeah, Camp Judy. Why do they call it camp judy?
- 14:28Speaker 1: Camp Judy would be a sick name for your like
- 14:31Speaker 1: judicial concentration camp.
- 14:34Speaker 2: It's all judges in there.
- 14:35Speaker 1: It stands for Judges Unduly dying yesterday.
- 14:41Speaker 2: So we'll link to a YouTube video of Phil Van
- 14:45Speaker 2: Pragg explaining this analysis himself. If anyone wants to listen
- 14:50Speaker 2: to it, I think he makes a very convincing case.
- 14:52Speaker 2: He seems very, very, very believable. He's got a whole
- 14:55Speaker 2: array of expensive looking audio equipment behind him as he's talking.
- 15:01Speaker 1: If I ever get shot, I totally trust this guy
- 15:03Speaker 1: to determine the number of shots based on any iPhone
- 15:05Speaker 1: voice memo anywhere in the building.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Yeah. He seems super fucking believable.
- 15:10Speaker 1: It seems like a real nerd.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, an audio nerd one. And he used an
- 15:16Speaker 2: acilloscope and a spectrum analyzer, same shit I would have
- 15:20Speaker 2: used to filter out the suspected gun sounds from the
- 15:25Speaker 2: other ambient sounds on the recording. And there are apparently
- 15:29Speaker 2: characteristics to the sound of a gun shot that make
- 15:32Speaker 2: it unique from like balloons popping or firecrackers. He said
- 15:36Speaker 2: he found what appeared to be thirteen shots, but that
- 15:39Speaker 2: a scream at the end of the recording may have
- 15:41Speaker 2: obscured a fourteenth shot. And there's people who disagree. We'll
- 15:46Speaker 2: talk about them more later. But he found more than
- 15:49Speaker 2: just extra gun shots. He also claimed that shots three
- 15:53Speaker 2: and four and shots seven and eight are too close
- 15:56Speaker 2: together to have been fired by the same gun.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Well, and sir Hand only had eight shots.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Yeah, he only had eight shots in his gun. And like,
- 16:05Speaker 2: even if there's only eight shots, that part still speaks
- 16:10Speaker 2: to there being a second shooter because even if there's
- 16:14Speaker 2: only eight shots, two times those shots happened too fast
- 16:17Speaker 2: for it to be from the same gun.
- 16:19Speaker 1: So both in terms of the number of impacts and
- 16:22Speaker 1: the audio record, Yeah, it's consistent with two guns.
- 16:25Speaker 2: And there was a Discovery Times documentary which is now
- 16:29Speaker 2: Investigation Discovery that tested this. They had a firearms expert
- 16:35Speaker 2: fire the same kind of gun Sirhan Sirhan was firing,
- 16:38Speaker 2: and it was like zero point three seconds was the
- 16:42Speaker 2: minimum amount of time he could get two shots off.
- 16:45Speaker 1: I've seen a couple of gifts of a couple of
- 16:47Speaker 1: fat guys that I would like to test this theory.
- 16:50Speaker 1: I think that they could perhaps produce some of the
- 16:52Speaker 1: same numbers based on what I've seen, But you know,
- 16:55Speaker 1: this guy couldn't do it. That's something.
- 16:58Speaker 2: The thing about that Investoration Discovery experiment. One of the
- 17:03Speaker 2: things people push back on is oh well, they did
- 17:07Speaker 2: those shots outside instead of doing them inside a pantry
- 17:11Speaker 2: like it actually happened. And Phil van Pragg was like, yeah,
- 17:15Speaker 2: that's called ideal conditions. So even under ideal conditions, they
- 17:21Speaker 2: could not get the shots off in that amount of time.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Once you factor in jostling around and people screaming, then
- 17:27Speaker 2: it's gonna take even longer to get those fucking shots off.
- 17:30Speaker 1: It's a great thing to watch a smart person talk
- 17:32Speaker 1: to a stupid person sometimes.
- 17:34Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, really is fun. Van Pragg also claimed his
- 17:38Speaker 2: analysis showed that shots three, five, eight, ten, and twelve
- 17:44Speaker 2: were all fired from a different gun because their sound
- 17:47Speaker 2: waves had a weird anomaly that the other sound waves
- 17:51Speaker 2: did not. And then he also found that the five
- 17:55Speaker 2: anomaly shots were fired from a different direction than the
- 17:59Speaker 2: other eight, as if the two shooters were facing different directions.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Once you get into shit like that, I know we're
- 18:05Speaker 2: dealing with a goddamn expert here.
- 18:07Speaker 1: I feel like I could I could send this guy
- 18:09Speaker 1: a tape of a recording of me coming from one
- 18:12Speaker 1: hundred and thirty eight feet away and he'd be like,
- 18:14Speaker 1: Connor hadn't jacked off in four days and he was
- 18:17Speaker 1: watching gang bang porn This guy is unbelievable.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Yeah, he also was able to determine that those five
- 18:27Speaker 2: anomaly shots that seemed like they were coming from a
- 18:29Speaker 2: different direction were fired from an H and R nine
- 18:33Speaker 2: to twenty two twenty two caliber revolver. Sir Hans Sirhan
- 18:37Speaker 2: was firing an Ivor Johnson Cadet twenty two caliber revolver.
- 18:41Speaker 2: But do you know who did have an H and
- 18:43Speaker 2: R twenty two at the time of the shooting? Fine, Eugene,
- 18:47Speaker 2: saysar the security guard from the last episode, who a
- 18:51Speaker 2: lot of history has come to suspect was the actual shooter.
- 18:55Speaker 2: The gun he sold was an H and R twenty
- 18:58Speaker 2: two caliber pistol.
- 19:00Speaker 1: And I've been thinking about it. There's I really cannot
- 19:02Speaker 1: come up with a more racist sounding first name than Thane.
- 19:06Speaker 1: It just screams something about it is just prejudiced.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Well, and it rhymes with bane, So it just feels
- 19:13Speaker 2: like a move menace to it. Yeah, Yeah, feels like
- 19:16Speaker 2: movie villain. Shit, why did he flee to the Philippines?
- 19:19Speaker 2: Is that where his goddamn lair was at?
- 19:21Speaker 1: Well, you know, if you're black, he's the thane of
- 19:22Speaker 1: your existence.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Now we've reached the point where this shit gets or Palestinian. Yeah,
- 19:30Speaker 2: we've reached the point where the shit gets really frustrating.
- 19:32Speaker 2: I've said a million times that when it comes to
- 19:35Speaker 2: conspiracy stuff, the people pushing the theory get just scrutinized endlessly.
- 19:41Speaker 2: But we'll take a debunking from any fuck face on
- 19:44Speaker 2: the Internet who wants to debunk it. Like, it can
- 19:46Speaker 2: be a GeoCities page with no fucking source links and
- 19:50Speaker 2: someone's gonna be like, yeah, but this guy debunked it.
- 19:52Speaker 2: It's like, I don't trust that guy.
- 19:54Speaker 1: People just want to read a thing that's like nineteen
- 19:56Speaker 1: words long and they don't have to click on a link,
- 19:58Speaker 1: and it just tells them something comfortable to hear. Yeah,
- 20:03Speaker 1: and no one is actually sitting and down. No one's
- 20:06Speaker 1: actually sitting down and doing and breaking out the goddamn
- 20:08Speaker 1: acilloscope like Van Pragg and doing some goddamn work.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't think you were on the episode we
- 20:15Speaker 2: did not too long ago about the Deadly Double. Are
- 20:18Speaker 2: you familiar with that conspiracy? Well, it claims that there
- 20:23Speaker 2: was an ad placed in New Yorker magazine that was
- 20:27Speaker 2: a tip off that Pearl Harbor was about to happen,
- 20:31Speaker 2: And there's a Snoop's article out there that's like, Nah,
- 20:34Speaker 2: it's just that's just that's fake, that's not anything at all.
- 20:39Speaker 2: And then right at the end they're like, but also
- 20:41Speaker 2: that guy was in a precursor to the CIA, and
- 20:44Speaker 2: it's like, really, you're gonna leave it there. So I
- 20:47Speaker 2: looked into it more. Not only was that guy in
- 20:50Speaker 2: a precursor to the CIA, he also the office where
- 20:55Speaker 2: he developed this game was in the same building where
- 20:58Speaker 2: the Japanese console was at. So while he's developing this
- 21:03Speaker 2: game that people think is a tip off to Pearl Harbor,
- 21:07Speaker 2: he's right there next to the Japanese consulate. The whole
- 21:10Speaker 2: time was already in the military.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Oh that's very strange.
- 21:14Speaker 2: At that point, there's so much weird shit about it,
- 21:17Speaker 2: and Snopes is just like, yeah, we asked the FBI.
- 21:20Speaker 2: They didn't know anything about it. It's like that I
- 21:22Speaker 2: was not going to tell you where it was.
- 21:23Speaker 1: That the nine to eleven was like the new Pearl Harbor,
- 21:26Speaker 1: like the new fake Pearl Harbor that they picked up.
- 21:28Speaker 1: It's well, no, well, Pearl Harbor was a fake Pearl Harbor.
- 21:32Speaker 2: There are a lot of advanced knowledge theories about Pearl Harbor.
- 21:36Speaker 1: I've read some of that stuff. I've never looked into it.
- 21:38Speaker 1: I probably should. My grandmother was at Pearl Harbor when
- 21:40Speaker 1: it was bombed. She was three years old, got taken
- 21:43Speaker 1: out on the bus, was hiding under the bed when
- 21:46Speaker 1: the fucking zeros were flying over. That's fucking intense, pretty crazy.
- 21:51Speaker 1: Shit almost didn't exist.
- 21:54Speaker 2: I read a book about the Office of Naval Intelligence
- 21:57Speaker 2: not too long ago, and at that point in history,
- 22:02Speaker 2: the debate in the United States was should we get
- 22:05Speaker 2: involved in this war or should we stay out? And
- 22:09Speaker 2: the people who wanted to get into that war are
- 22:12Speaker 2: the same people who would have known about Pearl Harbor first,
- 22:15Speaker 2: which is the Office of Naval Intelligence. And the suspicion
- 22:20Speaker 2: is they were like, oh, that might be all right.
- 22:21Speaker 2: If that happens, we'll just then we'll obviously get into
- 22:24Speaker 2: the war. So it's kind of it's very similar to
- 22:27Speaker 2: nine to eleven in that people think it wasn't so
- 22:30Speaker 2: much an inside job, but that people knew it was
- 22:32Speaker 2: going to happen and weren't all that upset about it
- 22:34Speaker 2: because it would help them achieve their goals.
- 22:37Speaker 1: And from what I recall of my twentieth century civics,
- 22:40Speaker 1: FDR was pretty isolation list until this happened, Like, yeah,
- 22:44Speaker 1: that was he was pretty like he kind of wouldn't
- 22:48Speaker 1: but he'd mostly just play it safe and just focus
- 22:50Speaker 1: on America with the socialism and what have you. But
- 22:53Speaker 1: that's fucking crazy read.
- 22:55Speaker 2: Yeah, it was should we get in the war and
- 22:58Speaker 2: also should we spend a bunch to money building up
- 23:01Speaker 2: our naval intelligence resources or should we like scale that
- 23:05Speaker 2: back because America is safe from their enemies and Pearl
- 23:09Speaker 2: Harbor happened, It's like, I bet you fucking need us now, huh.
- 23:14Speaker 1: I bet you want Rosie to rivet some shit now.
- 23:18Speaker 1: So yeah, in this.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Case, the person who's debunking all of this audio evidence
- 23:24Speaker 2: is a writer named mel Ayton. And the thing about him,
- 23:29Speaker 2: he was writing a book. It came out in two
- 23:31Speaker 2: thousand and seven, so suspiciously close to when this tape
- 23:35Speaker 2: becomes public knowledge, because that was two thousand and four.
- 23:38Speaker 2: And then in two thousand and seven, this guy publishes
- 23:41Speaker 2: a book called The Forgotten Terrorist, Sir Hans Sirhan and
- 23:44Speaker 2: the Assassination of Robert F. Kennedy, And as the title implies,
- 23:49Speaker 2: it is a book about how Sir Hans Sirhan definitely
- 23:52Speaker 2: acted alone.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Aron's ketchup says ketchup a vegetable.
- 23:57Speaker 2: Exactly, And this guy was like, I reached out to
- 24:01Speaker 2: my own audio experts and they all said, you can
- 24:05Speaker 2: maybe here seven or eight shots at best.
- 24:08Speaker 1: My cousin Dave has garage band and.
- 24:12Speaker 2: One of the things, like I've said a million times,
- 24:14Speaker 2: you can always find a scientist who will back up
- 24:17Speaker 2: your version of what you think physical evidence means.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Second Dead Kennedy's reference of the show track too plastic
- 24:23Speaker 1: surgery disasters will paid scientists, Thank you very much, Jello.
- 24:27Speaker 2: And you see that all the time. So in this case,
- 24:31Speaker 2: you have to ask yourself, who's got more motivation to
- 24:34Speaker 2: lie here? Is it a CNN reporter who just turned
- 24:38Speaker 2: over this recording to a bunch of experts, and now
- 24:41Speaker 2: those experts are telling him what they heard all of
- 24:43Speaker 2: his own personal time and dime, right, you know, and
- 24:47Speaker 2: he's not giving it to them and being like, hey,
- 24:50Speaker 2: will you tell me if you hear twelve or thirteen
- 24:52Speaker 2: shots on this. He's just being like, tell me what
- 24:54Speaker 2: you hear, And everyone he talked to came back and
- 24:57Speaker 2: was like, ten to thirteen shots, I think. So compare
- 25:01Speaker 2: that to mel Ayton who is writing a book about
- 25:05Speaker 2: how Sirhan. Sirhan definitely acted alone. No second shooter who's
- 25:10Speaker 2: got more motivation to lie. It would undo his whole
- 25:13Speaker 2: book if that fucking tape turned out to actually show
- 25:17Speaker 2: ten to thirteen shots.
- 25:19Speaker 1: Yeah, and he doesn't and he doesn't want news that's
- 25:21Speaker 1: gonna undo his whole book. He doesn't want He's got
- 25:24Speaker 1: an extreme case of confirmation by us here. He's almost done.
- 25:27Speaker 1: He's like, let me just get this stupid audio expert
- 25:29Speaker 1: thing and then I can fucking sell this shit. Yeah,
- 25:32Speaker 1: some fucking dad can read it on an airport.
- 25:35Speaker 2: And we'll link to an article where mel Ayton goes
- 25:39Speaker 2: into detail about the advanced techniques his researchers used, and
- 25:44Speaker 2: this is what he lists. Oh, this is great one
- 25:48Speaker 2: listening analytically to the recording via high quality headphones. You
- 25:52Speaker 2: can stop right there because you're just saying he listened
- 25:55Speaker 2: to the tape, that's it. That's not science.
- 25:59Speaker 1: No, he was. He really is patting the words there
- 26:03Speaker 1: like he's trying to write an essay in middle school. Analytically, scientifically,
- 26:08Speaker 1: carefully using the scientific method, UH strategically extracted data from
- 26:13Speaker 1: the situation regarding the shooting using audio technical tools and
- 26:18Speaker 1: abilities acquired by myself and my associations in the pursuit
- 26:21Speaker 1: of knowledge.
- 26:22Speaker 2: You listen to it, Oh yeah, he didn't listen to
- 26:24Speaker 2: it through iPod earbuds in two thousand and seven with.
- 26:27Speaker 1: His girlfriend with she had one on one side and
- 26:29Speaker 1: he had one on the other side. That was the
- 26:31Speaker 1: best part about middle school.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know why I said. Yeah, like I
- 26:34Speaker 2: was in middle school on the iphid cam. Yeah, so
- 26:37Speaker 2: much better than my early twenties. So number two examining
- 26:41Speaker 2: visual representations of the recordings wave form again she.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Dropped it in the audacity.
- 26:47Speaker 2: Yeah, just you pulled it up in an audio editing
- 26:50Speaker 2: program and went look at that. And then the last
- 26:52Speaker 2: one is analyzing spectrograms. So they did less work than
- 26:57Speaker 2: Phil van Pragg did and somehow that ends up being
- 27:02Speaker 2: enough to get this idea of reopening the investigation shut down.
- 27:07Speaker 2: A judge literally is like, yeah, but there's other experts
- 27:11Speaker 2: who say this guy's wrong, so I don't think we
- 27:14Speaker 2: need to look into it more.
- 27:15Speaker 1: You see, when even the judge is just like reading
- 27:18Speaker 1: the too long, didn't read click preview and he's not
- 27:21Speaker 1: even going through the whole thing It's like, how depressing
- 27:24Speaker 1: is that it's the truth doesn't even have a chance.
- 27:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't get that line of thinking, Well someone
- 27:30Speaker 2: said it's not true, so we don't have to look
- 27:32Speaker 2: into it. How do you know they're right and not
- 27:35Speaker 2: the person? It's crazy and.
- 27:37Speaker 1: There's nobody want to be the judge that reopened the
- 27:39Speaker 1: RFK case. I mean to me, that would be a
- 27:41Speaker 1: cool feather in my judge cap.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll tell you this right now. Far FK Junior
- 27:47Speaker 2: can swing me a judge job somewhere, I'll absolutely reopen.
- 27:52Speaker 1: The rubber stamped open and shut.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Yeah, the first thing I do. I'll even retire after that.
- 27:58Speaker 1: What else where else would there be for you to go, Adam?
- 28:00Speaker 1: I mean no offense?
- 28:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the peak. That's Mount Everest for a conspiracy
- 28:05Speaker 2: theory podcaster.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Unless we go and like steel Elvis's Bones or something.
- 28:10Speaker 1: I mean from Columbia Dignid DoD down in South America
- 28:13Speaker 1: where the Nazis have guarded them for hundreds of years.
- 28:16Speaker 2: We did an episode about that place too, Colonia Dignid DoD.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Yeah, that was a good one.
- 28:20Speaker 2: This is fucking wild.
- 28:21Speaker 1: I think I fucked the girl who was from there
- 28:23Speaker 1: ooh nicely. Pretty scary.
- 28:26Speaker 2: You know people, there's people who still live there because
- 28:29Speaker 2: they're just so fucked up they can't live in regular society.
- 28:32Speaker 2: It's nuts. So what's especially wild about all of this
- 28:37Speaker 2: is how long people have suspected something was strange about
- 28:41Speaker 2: this assassination. We covered that documentary on the last episode.
- 28:45Speaker 2: That came out in fucking seventy three, so four years,
- 28:49Speaker 2: five years after.
- 28:50Speaker 1: I mean held the pamphlet at the Ronald Reagan Library
- 28:52Speaker 1: came out the day after, came out the next day,
- 28:55Speaker 1: and that had a lot of interesting things in it.
- 28:58Speaker 2: They had that cute up and ready to go, which
- 29:03Speaker 2: I still want someone to explain that shit to me.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Also kind of like if Adam was assassinated and the
- 29:09Speaker 1: next day I had really nice rip Adam Todd brown
- 29:11Speaker 1: T shirts for sale. It's like, I wonder, I wonder
- 29:14Speaker 1: if Connor had some.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Yeah, just podcast ready to go, all the fucking details.
- 29:20Speaker 1: Yeah, man, I've gained control of the RSS feeds, so
- 29:24Speaker 1: you know, that was good.
- 29:26Speaker 2: So what's also crazy is that damn near every step
- 29:30Speaker 2: of the way, all the additional investigations people looking into this,
- 29:34Speaker 2: they've all determined that there was probably a second shooter.
- 29:39Speaker 1: The only thing that points to there being one shooter
- 29:41Speaker 1: is they said there was. Yeah.
- 29:43Speaker 2: It's literally just the government being like, Nope, nothing to
- 29:46Speaker 2: see here.
- 29:46Speaker 1: It is just institutional gas lighting, yep.
- 29:49Speaker 2: And a really good example of that. In nineteen seventy five,
- 29:55Speaker 2: a judge in Los Angeles convened a panel of seven
- 29:58Speaker 2: forensic experts who examined three bullets from the shooting and
- 30:03Speaker 2: compared them to bullets that they test fired from the
- 30:07Speaker 2: gun Sir Hans Sirhan used. And those bullets were not
- 30:12Speaker 2: a match to Sir Hans Sirhan's gun, which that alone,
- 30:17Speaker 2: you would think would have reopened this fucking case. This
- 30:22Speaker 2: nineteen seventy five investigation is also the point in history
- 30:26Speaker 2: when it was noticed that there were bullet holes in
- 30:29Speaker 2: the doorframe in the kitchen, and Sir Hans Sirhan had
- 30:33Speaker 2: eight bullets. History would have us believe three hit Kennedy,
- 30:36Speaker 2: five hit other bystanders. That accounts for his eight bullets.
- 30:41Speaker 2: So how did those bullets make it to the doorframe?
- 30:43Speaker 2: And this is where that lead investigator comes into play.
- 30:46Speaker 2: His name is Dwayne Wolfer, and he argued that the
- 30:49Speaker 2: metal inside those holes was not bullets be.
- 30:52Speaker 1: A good name for a competitive eater. The Wolfer.
- 30:56Speaker 2: And the doorframes were eventually destroyed.
- 31:00Speaker 1: I know how you do with historic doorframes. Yeah, get
- 31:03Speaker 1: him out of here. They're taking up space. Earn that shit.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Give Sir Hans, Sirhans gun to Rafer Johnson, take those
- 31:09Speaker 2: doorframes down. Let's do some police shit.
- 31:12Speaker 1: You know, it melted down, and make a statue for Israel.
- 31:14Speaker 1: I don't care of what, just as long as it's
- 31:16Speaker 1: for them.
- 31:17Speaker 2: You know what just dawned on me, Like last night,
- 31:20Speaker 2: Rosie Greer and Rafer Johnson were professional athletes who are
- 31:24Speaker 2: also very outspoken politically. You think they were hoping they
- 31:28Speaker 2: got shot too. I don't know, because Sir Hans, Sirhan's
- 31:32Speaker 2: just shooting wildly. You know. Someone in the government was like,
- 31:35Speaker 2: get that fucking Grier guy.
- 31:37Speaker 1: Like, while we're at it, let's see if we can
- 31:39Speaker 1: get Martin, Luther King and everybody we don't like in there.
- 31:42Speaker 2: Fucking try fecta.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Nom Trotsky's here having a dinner with Robert F. Kennedy.
- 31:48Speaker 2: This nineteen seventy five panel concluded that Wolfer was sloppy
- 31:52Speaker 2: in his investigation and that case should be reopened, And
- 31:56Speaker 2: I just want to point out that opinion is older
- 31:58Speaker 2: than I am. So so this is not conspiracy theory. Shit,
- 32:02Speaker 2: This is a judge and a bunch of experts looking
- 32:05Speaker 2: into this and being like, reopen that shit fucking fifty
- 32:09Speaker 2: years ago.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Yeah, it is crazy to call this a conspiracy theory
- 32:12Speaker 1: on some level when there is just such a deluge
- 32:14Speaker 1: of shit.
- 32:15Speaker 2: Yeah, this, I mean, I feel like more than any
- 32:18Speaker 2: other assassination, this is the one people should look at
- 32:21Speaker 2: and be like, God, damn, the government is lying to us.
- 32:25Speaker 1: This is kind of why you make all conspiracy theories
- 32:27Speaker 1: sound stupid, or you do everything you can to enable
- 32:30Speaker 1: conspiracy theories sounding stupid, because it makes people ignorant and
- 32:35Speaker 1: ignore details that are relevant and actually substantive in the
- 32:39Speaker 1: case like this.
- 32:40Speaker 2: Yeah, that I will always maintain is the most brilliant strategy.
- 32:44Speaker 2: I don't know what you want to call it, but
- 32:46Speaker 2: whoever decided, Oh, what we should do is stigmatize the
- 32:50Speaker 2: phrase conspiracy theory. Then we don't have to respond to shit.
- 32:53Speaker 2: Then everything you just run it through Alex Jones. Then
- 32:57Speaker 2: it gets discredited. Yeah, which is that's what tabloids do. Also,
- 33:03Speaker 2: like tabloids, a lot of Times have a bunch of
- 33:06Speaker 2: fake bullshit in them, but also like the National Inquirer
- 33:10Speaker 2: probably did the best coverage of the oj trial. The
- 33:14Speaker 2: National Inquirer solves the murder of Bill Cosby's son like
- 33:18Speaker 2: they published evidence and were like these guys and they
- 33:21Speaker 2: were fucking right, like that story was true. And that's
- 33:26Speaker 2: one of the arguments, or one of the things people
- 33:28Speaker 2: claim about tabloids is that they exist for that reason.
- 33:32Speaker 2: So when someone is selling a story, the New York
- 33:35Speaker 2: Times can be like, no, we're not gonna fuck with that,
- 33:38Speaker 2: and it gets kicked down to this outlet that people
- 33:41Speaker 2: don't trust, and the writer is like, I guess if
- 33:43Speaker 2: someone's going to publish it, that's fine. And then it
- 33:45Speaker 2: gets published by the New York Post and people are like,
- 33:48Speaker 2: it's New York Post. Yeah smart, it's very smart.
- 33:51Speaker 1: It is very smart. It's a good So the system works. Yeah. Yeah,
- 33:56Speaker 1: that's the phrase that I heard from the book by
- 34:00Speaker 1: by John Raw. It's either John Ronson or Ron Johnson,
- 34:02Speaker 1: and I can never fucking remember. I'm sorry. He wrote
- 34:05Speaker 1: a great book called them Adventures with Extremists, and he
- 34:08Speaker 1: spends time with all of these people with different extreme beliefs.
- 34:11Speaker 1: He goes with the KKKS with this Muslim fundamentalist leader
- 34:14Speaker 1: in the UK, and he spent some time with Alex Jones.
- 34:17Speaker 1: He actually goes to the Bohemian Grove with Alex Jones
- 34:19Speaker 1: in this book. It's fucking fascinating. But in the beginning
- 34:22Speaker 1: he says, I think he might be it's heard in
- 34:24Speaker 1: the punch Bowl. He might be just someone that they
- 34:27Speaker 1: let do his thing to make the very medium he's
- 34:31Speaker 1: working in less legitimate.
- 34:34Speaker 2: That is also what Bill Cooper said, the guy who
- 34:38Speaker 2: wrote a Hold of Pale Horse, he said that exact
- 34:41Speaker 2: thing about Alex Jones.
- 34:42Speaker 1: He might have been quoting Bill Cooper.
- 34:43Speaker 2: Oh maybe, yeah, but he was like, that guy is
- 34:46Speaker 2: here to make us look like fucking idiots.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, because Alex Jones is right every not even
- 34:52Speaker 1: every once in a while, every every nineteen things he's right,
- 34:56Speaker 1: you know. It's he gets stuff right and has historically especially.
- 35:00Speaker 2: I don't know if I can find the other thing,
- 35:02Speaker 2: but have I ever showed you this?
- 35:04Speaker 1: No, what's that? Not a wax seal?
- 35:06Speaker 2: That is I bought a program from I think right
- 35:12Speaker 2: around the time George H. W. Bush was elected. But
- 35:15Speaker 2: it was a commemorative program from one of his appearances
- 35:19Speaker 2: at Bohemian Grove, like Bohemian Grove. You can buy Bohemian
- 35:23Speaker 2: Grove shit on eBay.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Oh wow, that's cool. The fuck have I been collecting
- 35:27Speaker 1: like an asshole?
- 35:29Speaker 2: And I bought this like announcement for George Bush appearing
- 35:32Speaker 2: at Bohemian Bohemian Grove, And when they sent it it
- 35:36Speaker 2: had this wax seal that is the Bohemian Grove logo.
- 35:40Speaker 2: That's how the fucking envelope was seed and I have
- 35:45Speaker 2: kept that ship.
- 35:46Speaker 1: Your first appearance of Bohemian Grove, that's like, that's like
- 35:48Speaker 1: a deep state Kensignetta. Yeah, you know, that's when you
- 35:52Speaker 1: really become of age into your own when you speak
- 35:55Speaker 1: under Moloch's wings.
- 35:57Speaker 2: Yeah, that's the thing. Like we talk about all this
- 35:59Speaker 2: shit and we criticize it, but the second someone's like,
- 36:02Speaker 2: you want to go to be Bohemian Grove.
- 36:04Speaker 1: Oh, I'm gonna go.
- 36:05Speaker 2: And here's the fuck up part. I think they would
- 36:07Speaker 2: like me. Yeah yeah, I probably bet.
- 36:10Speaker 1: I bet I could make a few friends. Yeah.
- 36:12Speaker 2: And so there are also this I think came up
- 36:16Speaker 2: in the seventy five investigation. Also, there is a police
- 36:20Speaker 2: memo out there that literally says Kennedy and Wisel bullets
- 36:25Speaker 2: not fired from same gun. Wisel was the last name
- 36:29Speaker 2: of an ABC News producer who was hit in the shooting. Also,
- 36:33Speaker 2: that same memo also says, quote Kennedy bullet not fired
- 36:37Speaker 2: from Sir Ham's revolver.
- 36:39Speaker 1: Conspiracy just another conspiracy theory from the police.
- 36:43Speaker 2: Police fucking lying about what really happened.
- 36:46Speaker 1: I mean, I mean, they just want there to be
- 36:48Speaker 1: two shooters so they can spend more time not looking
- 36:51Speaker 1: for him, eating donuts.
- 36:52Speaker 2: Uh yeah, making overtime fucking crooks.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Who's the real crooks? That part's actually probably true. They
- 36:58Speaker 1: probably were scammon, they found someone scams some overtime off this.
- 37:01Speaker 1: Come on, they're cops, that's what they do for sure.
- 37:03Speaker 2: And just to add to the chorus of voices who
- 37:06Speaker 2: called for this investigation to be reopened over the years,
- 37:10Speaker 2: let's talk about Paul Sharde. He at the time of
- 37:13Speaker 2: the assassination was the leader of the United.
- 37:16Speaker 1: The Band at the David Letterman Show. No, that's probather
- 37:19Speaker 1: some fuck. Paul Schaefer.
- 37:21Speaker 2: Schaefer, Paul Schrade was shot in the goddamn forehead during
- 37:27Speaker 2: the RFK assassin. Oh my god, but he got shot
- 37:30Speaker 2: with a twenty two, so it just lodged in this
- 37:33Speaker 2: fucking skull.
- 37:34Speaker 1: That would At that point, I'm like, just fucking kill me,
- 37:38Speaker 1: like owl, What hurts more than a bullet not piercing
- 37:42Speaker 1: your head? That sounds awful.
- 37:44Speaker 2: There is in the article we'll link to, there's a
- 37:47Speaker 2: picture of him sitting in his hospital bed talking to reporters,
- 37:50Speaker 2: and the bandage around his head is fucking nuts.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Oh, I believe it.
- 37:54Speaker 2: He looks like goddamn Frankenstein. But he's also just sitting
- 37:58Speaker 2: up in bed after having been shot in the head.
- 38:00Speaker 2: And yeah, the bullet just fractured his skull, didn't enter
- 38:03Speaker 2: his brain.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Okay, he looks like he's great. He looks like he's
- 38:06Speaker 1: growing some kind of super brain that can read minds
- 38:09Speaker 1: underneath this giant bandage.
- 38:12Speaker 2: And we met with reporters in his hospital room. He said, quote,
- 38:16Speaker 2: I didn't see the gunman. There could have been one
- 38:19Speaker 2: or ten. And in the years after that he came
- 38:22Speaker 2: to believe there were definitely more shooters. This is a
- 38:25Speaker 2: quote from Paul Schrade speaking to The Washington Post in
- 38:29Speaker 2: twenty eighteen. Yes he did shoot me, Yes he shot
- 38:33Speaker 2: four other people and aimed at Kennedy. The important thing
- 38:37Speaker 2: is he did not shoot Robert Kennedy. Why didn't they
- 38:40Speaker 2: go after the second gunman?
- 38:42Speaker 1: End quote.
- 38:43Speaker 2: He was so adamant about this, he tried suing the
- 38:45Speaker 2: LAPD to try and force them to release their files.
- 38:48Speaker 2: He lost in court. The LAPD fought that really hard,
- 38:51Speaker 2: and he then went on to become a very vocal
- 38:55Speaker 2: supporter of Sir Hans sir Han's quest to be paroled.
- 38:59Speaker 2: He attended sir Han's fifteenth parole hearing in twenty sixteen and,
- 39:02Speaker 2: according to the Associated Press, told him quote, I should
- 39:05Speaker 2: have been here long ago, and that's why I feel
- 39:08Speaker 2: guilty for not being here to help you and to
- 39:10Speaker 2: help me. And when sir Han left the hearing, Schrade shouted, quote,
- 39:15Speaker 2: I'm so sorry this is happening to you. It's my fault.
- 39:18Speaker 2: End quote. I think he's been a little hard on
- 39:21Speaker 2: himself a little bit, but he's you can see, he's
- 39:23Speaker 2: a sweet guy. Yeah. And here's the thing. If you're
- 39:28Speaker 2: a skeptic, if you're one of these people who, well,
- 39:31Speaker 2: all these other experts said that it's not real. This
- 39:34Speaker 2: guy was in the room. He is one of the
- 39:37Speaker 2: people who got fucking shot. He's a witness. He was there.
- 39:41Speaker 2: You have to believe him.
- 39:43Speaker 1: He witnessed that shit with his face.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Yeah, you gotta take his word into account more than
- 39:48Speaker 2: some fuck face in the UK who was like sad
- 39:51Speaker 2: was like only seven Shultz to me, mate, Yeah, like
- 39:54Speaker 2: stay out of it.
- 39:55Speaker 1: I'll put it in the fl studio. And I couldn't
- 39:58Speaker 1: find any more than seven impacts.
- 40:01Speaker 2: Like mind's your business, This USA business, sir.
- 40:05Speaker 1: God fucking United Kingdom out of here.
- 40:08Speaker 2: Later in life, Paul Shred was instrumental in the success
- 40:12Speaker 2: of a campaign to build a school at the former
- 40:14Speaker 2: site of the Ambassador Hotel. Robert F.
- 40:17Speaker 1: Kennedy.
- 40:17Speaker 2: School's complex opened in twenty ten, most expensive school built
- 40:21Speaker 2: in the US at the time, six hundred million dollars.
- 40:25Speaker 2: The library is named after Paul Shrad m isn't that nice?
- 40:29Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 40:29Speaker 2: Good for him. I would argue worth getting shot in
- 40:32Speaker 2: the forehead to have a library at a fucking school
- 40:36Speaker 2: in LA named after you.
- 40:37Speaker 1: I mean, he lived to be like ninety seven. You know,
- 40:39Speaker 1: I think he did all he did, Okay.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Yeah he did. He died very recently, I think twenty
- 40:44Speaker 2: twenty two something.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Like that, and he still sounded better than RFK junior.
- 40:50Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, he sounds better than RFK junior.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Now, yeah, probably does so.
- 40:56Speaker 2: In twenty thirteen, the FBI did what the f b
- 41:00Speaker 2: I does and they entered this fray and issued a
- 41:04Speaker 2: report of examination that actually contradicted all the experts on
- 41:09Speaker 2: every side. They said the tape was quote of insufficient
- 41:13Speaker 2: quality to definitively classify the impulse events as gunshots, confirmed
- 41:19Speaker 2: the number of gunshots, or determined the identification of specific
- 41:24Speaker 2: weapons end quote. Bill Van Pragg says they used antiquated
- 41:28Speaker 2: technology to reach those findings, and that they also never
- 41:32Speaker 2: reached out to him about his findings.
- 41:34Speaker 1: What are you talking about? They used the best programs
- 41:36Speaker 1: of Windows ninety eight could run.
- 41:38Speaker 2: Yeah, they listened to it through high quality headphones there.
- 41:43Speaker 1: These were Skull Candy earbuds. They were very good beats.
- 41:46Speaker 2: By dre on ear headphone, Okay studio. Brad Johnson, the
- 41:52Speaker 2: CNN reporter who first found this tape, said, quote the
- 41:55Speaker 2: Bureau's examination was incomplete and its report was incoclin elusive,
- 42:00Speaker 2: and added it doesn't rise to the level of the
- 42:03Speaker 2: FBI in doing serious work. They phoned it in without
- 42:07Speaker 2: picking up the phone and calling Van Pragg. That is
- 42:11Speaker 2: crazy that they didn't reach out to this guy at least, Yeah,
- 42:15Speaker 2: because like.
- 42:15Speaker 1: If nothing else, it's like, hey, mister debunker, debunk is
- 42:18Speaker 1: fucking shit, then look at what he did and debunk it.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Then you fucker like, if you're all about debunking shit,
- 42:24Speaker 1: take a look at it, bitch.
- 42:26Speaker 2: And I think all of that is just it's so
- 42:29Speaker 2: obvious that there is a cover up here, but it's
- 42:32Speaker 2: been so long that what the fuck's ever gonna come
- 42:34Speaker 2: of it? I mean, the best chance we have of
- 42:37Speaker 2: this being reopened kind of RFK being oh yeah in
- 42:41Speaker 2: the Whitehouse, RFK Junior.
- 42:43Speaker 1: Yep, it's uh strange bedfellows? Are we conspiracy the show
- 42:48Speaker 1: and the RFK Junior That's right, Yeah, we are on
- 42:51Speaker 1: the same page about exactly one thing.
- 42:54Speaker 2: And RFK Junior has a sister who is Is she hot? No,
- 43:00Speaker 2: she's a Kennedy kind of only a man or. She
- 43:04Speaker 2: also thinks her dad was killed by someone other than
- 43:08Speaker 2: Sir Hans. Sir Hans, so it's not just the crazy
- 43:11Speaker 2: Kennedy kids, because she's like a what, God damn it
- 43:15Speaker 2: did I not put her? I can find it. I'm
- 43:17Speaker 2: good at research.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Carrie Kennedy Kathleen Kennedy.
- 43:21Speaker 2: Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, who is not. She was Lieutenant governor
- 43:26Speaker 2: of Maryland from ninety five to two thousand and three,
- 43:29Speaker 2: ran for governor of Maryland in two thousand and two.
- 43:32Speaker 2: She also does not think Sir Hans Sir Han killed
- 43:36Speaker 2: her father. So it's not just RFK Junior that thinks
- 43:40Speaker 2: there's something weird here. He thinks it was the CIA,
- 43:44Speaker 2: which that's got to be uncomfortable being the CIA shown
- 43:47Speaker 2: up to a meeting with our cage junior these days.
- 43:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 43:50Speaker 2: Right, So what do you want to talk about?
- 43:53Speaker 1: Your dad killed his dad. Yeah, your fucking nepotism dad
- 43:58Speaker 1: killed his nepotism dad, and now you're still here in
- 44:01Speaker 1: the halls of power, just awkwardly avoiding.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Gotta have an awkward sit down with Ted Cruiz. I
- 44:08Speaker 2: know what your dad did, Zodiac killer, Ted Cruise, Yeah exactly.
- 44:12Speaker 2: So yeah, I mean that is kind of the boat
- 44:15Speaker 2: we're in. A broken clock is right twice a day.
- 44:18Speaker 2: I absolutely agree with RFK Junior that this should fucking
- 44:22Speaker 2: be reopened. Yeah.
- 44:24Speaker 1: We thank you for your support, Adam, and we appreciate
- 44:27Speaker 1: to find journalism be doing at the program. That's too melodious.
- 44:32Speaker 1: I can't make my voice sound bad enough. Yeah, you
- 44:34Speaker 1: gotta start smoking again. You gotta like.
- 44:44Speaker 2: Oh man, RFK Junior, that fucking guy. I still want
- 44:47Speaker 2: to know why there is a memo about tetanus vaccinations
- 44:50Speaker 2: in the middle of these RFK files. I still have
- 44:54Speaker 2: not found an explanation for that.
- 44:56Speaker 1: I would not rule out sheer negligence.
- 45:00Speaker 2: Or the vaccine industry killed RFK Junior on some time
- 45:04Speaker 2: travel shit.
- 45:05Speaker 1: They just HAVEN'TRFK knowing.
- 45:08Speaker 2: It's very complicated.
- 45:09Speaker 1: They tried to kill him by killing RFK, but they
- 45:11Speaker 1: didn't go back in time far enough you'd already had
- 45:14Speaker 1: the kid.
- 45:15Speaker 2: Yeah, just sloppy research. He's not born yet, right, kill
- 45:18Speaker 2: him now. You're the worst looper we have ever hired.
- 45:23Speaker 2: So yeah, this will probably never be reopened, but it
- 45:26Speaker 2: should be. It absolutely should be.
- 45:27Speaker 1: Real heads, No, what's up? I mean, it's it's it's
- 45:30Speaker 1: like Epstein, He's fucking massad. We know, you know, it's
- 45:33Speaker 1: like this was this was the goddamn people that got
- 45:37Speaker 1: the other Kennedy. I mean, it's not that mysterious any
- 45:41Speaker 1: when you look at all this shit, really is it?
- 45:43Speaker 1: You know? I mean the fucking guys that were trying
- 45:45Speaker 1: to give rid of all the secret societies that they
- 45:47Speaker 1: said so in the speeches, and then the secret societies
- 45:50Speaker 1: killed him. I mean, it's if you feel like a
- 45:52Speaker 1: loon repeating it over and over again, but it's like, fuck,
- 45:55Speaker 1: I mean, what do you want from me? This is
- 45:57Speaker 1: like the fucking If JFK is the hydrogen of theories,
- 46:00Speaker 1: then this is the helium. It's it's right, that's the
- 46:03Speaker 1: very fundamental on the periodic chart.
- 46:05Speaker 2: And if you think about okay, so let's say the
- 46:10Speaker 2: same group of people who killed JFK killed RFK. If
- 46:14Speaker 2: you think about them constantly. After this happened, people were saying, well,
- 46:18Speaker 2: we don't want another JFK. We don't want another Dallas
- 46:22Speaker 2: situation where people have all these questions. It makes all
- 46:25Speaker 2: the sense in the world to do it in a
- 46:28Speaker 2: small room with a bunch of witnesses so everyone can
- 46:31Speaker 2: be like that guy, Sir Hans Sirhan he was the
- 46:34Speaker 2: one shooting obviously, yeah, because then you would think, well,
- 46:37Speaker 2: we're not going to have any questions. But then you
- 46:40Speaker 2: shoot RFK right behind the fucking ear. That's where they
- 46:43Speaker 2: fucked up. Like I think they just fucked up, Like
- 46:47Speaker 2: whoever shot RFK should have done it from a little
- 46:50Speaker 2: more of a distance and instead shot him in the
- 46:54Speaker 2: fucking head execution style, and Sir Hans, Sir Han just
- 46:57Speaker 2: never got that close.
- 46:59Speaker 1: So I think they just fucked up, and they very
- 47:03Speaker 1: successfully shoved the narrative through.
- 47:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I say they fucked up, but they got away
- 47:08Speaker 2: with it. Yeah, yeah, they achieved their aims. But like conspiracy,
- 47:13Speaker 2: the show listeners, don't let them ever tell you that
- 47:16Speaker 2: they didn't fuck up. Okay, Like, remember all the shit
- 47:20Speaker 2: you heard like it was weird, you were right to think,
- 47:23Speaker 2: So yeah, yeah this is this one's so obvious, and
- 47:26Speaker 2: I'm sure we'll do other RFK episodes. But I am
- 47:30Speaker 2: I'm so fucking I was convinced before I looked at
- 47:33Speaker 2: all these files, but now there's just so much in there.
- 47:36Speaker 2: There's throughout history. We have six decades worth of people
- 47:41Speaker 2: looking into this case and being like, there was another
- 47:44Speaker 2: shooter and this needs to be reopened. And it's not
- 47:47Speaker 2: conspiracy theorists, it's fucking cops, it's judges, it's it's the
- 47:52Speaker 2: family of the fucking victim, family of the victim, CNN reporters,
- 47:58Speaker 2: everyone who looks into this shit is like there were
- 48:00Speaker 2: two people shooting, and the only people who say there
- 48:03Speaker 2: weren't are the government and the cops. Everyone else seems
- 48:07Speaker 2: pretty convinced. You mean, my dad, the government and the cops.
- 48:10Speaker 2: But I love them exactly.
- 48:13Speaker 1: They keep me safe.
- 48:16Speaker 2: So yeah, I don't know what the next episode will
- 48:19Speaker 2: be about. I'm gonna dig back into the files, and
- 48:21Speaker 2: we're not gonna make every episode about RFK. But we
- 48:24Speaker 2: could clearly, Yeah, we definitely could. There's enough And I
- 48:29Speaker 2: haven't even looked at the JFK files.
- 48:31Speaker 1: But on the next episode, RFGA what was he?
- 48:37Speaker 2: But a friend of mine texted me about the JFK
- 48:40Speaker 2: files and was like, so it says Lee Harvey Oswald
- 48:43Speaker 2: was CIA. It says that, Huh, that's quite a revelation
- 48:47Speaker 2: if that's in there, Like, how is that not on
- 48:50Speaker 2: the nightly news every fucking day right now?
- 48:53Speaker 1: Yeah? Really, do we just not give a fuck anymore?
- 48:56Speaker 1: Does it have to be like a gorilla juggling or
- 48:58Speaker 1: something you were you know, and AI grandma is selling
- 49:01Speaker 1: you jewelry? Like is is everything just horrible?
- 49:03Speaker 2: I think it's the same as all those UFO videos
- 49:07Speaker 2: that the government keeps trying to show us, and we're like,
- 49:10Speaker 2: are they going to get Trump out office? Do they
- 49:13Speaker 2: have a COVID vaccine? Yeah?
- 49:14Speaker 1: Well they make free energy so that we can fucking
- 49:17Speaker 1: stop with this paranigm of oil and war.
- 49:20Speaker 2: Yeah. Can they give me a ride to work because
- 49:23Speaker 2: I can't afford gas? Then no, I don't give a
- 49:25Speaker 2: shit about UFOs.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Can they at least do that thing that they did
- 49:28Speaker 1: at Scandia or they'd spin really fast and it would
- 49:30Speaker 1: stick me to the walls with centrifugal force, because I
- 49:33Speaker 1: would settle for that.
- 49:35Speaker 2: And I think it's kind of the same thing here,
- 49:37Speaker 2: like this is the perfect time to release these fucking
- 49:39Speaker 2: files because it is absolute chaos in this country right now.
- 49:43Speaker 1: You know that, I'm thinking about something I used to
- 49:45Speaker 1: bring up on Conspiracy Show all the time, which was
- 49:47Speaker 1: the definition of propaganda that I like so much, which
- 49:52Speaker 1: was that which seeks to exhaust critical thinking and annihilate
- 49:55Speaker 1: the truth. And there's just so much goddamn news now,
- 49:59Speaker 1: it's like it's simply nobody fucking has time to surround
- 50:02Speaker 1: and come up with an informed opinion about whatever. The fuck. Yeah,
- 50:06Speaker 1: you know, like you're demanded to have an opinion of
- 50:09Speaker 1: the RFK with the whale and every you know, it's
- 50:12Speaker 1: every five seconds or anything. So yeah, I mean, of.
- 50:14Speaker 2: Course, shit like this gets slipped through the cracks.
- 50:17Speaker 1: I guess phrase.
- 50:19Speaker 2: And I feel like there was a time in history
- 50:22Speaker 2: where these files being released would have been a thing.
- 50:25Speaker 2: The news outlets of the world would have actually like.
- 50:28Speaker 1: In like ninety seven, yeah for sure.
- 50:30Speaker 2: Yeah, or like seventies, eighties, any of that, when motherfuckers
- 50:34Speaker 2: were doing actual journalism.
- 50:36Speaker 1: Yeah, pretty much, anytime when the Hunter S. Thompson still
- 50:40Speaker 1: had his mental faculties, it would have been game on.
- 50:42Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, back when people were actually challenging the government
- 50:46Speaker 2: in the media. But that ship has sailed, so now
- 50:50Speaker 2: you just got me encounter. Sorry, yeah, I know.
- 50:52Speaker 1: Now it's just like now everything's a big fun contest
- 50:56Speaker 1: of who's the best. It's sucking up to the government, Yeah, yeah,
- 50:59Speaker 1: it sure is. Buy this meme coin retweet and.
- 51:02Speaker 2: This is our way to suck up to the government
- 51:05Speaker 2: without really doing.
- 51:06Speaker 1: It, because the government of China maybe.
- 51:09Speaker 2: So that's our episode. Connor, thank you so much for
- 51:13Speaker 2: doing the pod. As always, what do we have to
